Morning. How many of you here, those that
-
come to church here enjoy when Kurt speaks that blessing at the
-
end of the service. Let me see those hands, OK?
-
Do you feel like when he does that something actually happens?
-
Do you? I know I do.
-
You know as as couples how easy it is sometimes to fight right
-
before church? How how many have fought before
-
church? Sometimes it's like the devil's
-
prime time Amen. Over here, yes, it's almost like
-
the enemy is like, I'm going to get you right before you want to
-
get into worship. Like I'm going to I'm going to
-
mess this up a little bit. And Kurt and I are not exempt of
-
that as pastors. But let me tell you when let's
-
say we had a little rougher morning, we get barely here.
-
We're like, God help us make it through, you know, at the end of
-
the service and when Kurt speaks that blessing, things just melt
-
off of my heart because there's so much power in God's word.
-
Now, is that blessing powerful? Because Kurt's words are
-
beautifully crafted. No, those words are
-
specifically. Did you say yes?
-
OK. I was like, where is the oil?
-
Let's pray for our pastor, OK? But no, not because they're
-
beautifully crafted, but because they are the Word of God.
-
Kurt uses the Word of God to bless you guys.
-
He crafts that beautiful blessing, that beautiful prayer
-
because he stands on God's promises for your life.
-
And that is where that power comes from.
-
So this morning we're going to talk about the power of our
-
words. And I think it's important to
-
know this as mothers, as spiritual mothers, as couples,
-
as married people, right? Your words shift the atmosphere
-
in your home, in your life, in your future.
-
And we want to talk about that this morning.
-
You know, in the size in the in the room this size this morning,
-
there's going to be people here who are thriving, some who are
-
really, really exhausted today. Some of you moms, we have people
-
who are grieving today, some who are barely holding it all
-
together. We have spiritual mothers, we
-
have single mothers, we have moms, we have grieving moms,
-
hurting moms, and we have people in this room who really miss
-
their mom today. And so before we go into this,
-
can can we just pray for every heart that's represented today
-
in this room? Lord, we just pray that you
-
would fill this teaching with your words and that every single
-
heart moms, but also everyone else in this room represented
-
God. All your children would feel the
-
power of your words, your encouragement, God, and just
-
have a sense, Lord, of your presence.
-
God, we just pray that you would hold close the grieving hearts
-
this morning, those who are missing their Mamas, God, those
-
God who are aching for their moms.
-
Lord, would you be with those people today?
-
God give them just a beautiful sense, Lord of your love, of
-
your comfort in this room. And Lord, we just bless this
-
message. Holy Spirit, have your liberty
-
in Jesus name, and everybody say Amen.
-
All right, let's start with Proverbs 1821.
-
What does it say here? The tongue has the power of life
-
and death, and those who love it love it will eat its fruit.
-
Words are never neutral. Did you know that there's no
-
such thing as just words being spoken out there and they bear
-
no fruit? There's no such thing.
-
Isn't that crazy to think of it that way?
-
God was the creator and we have talked about this before, before
-
time began. It says that He spoke things
-
into existence and they became and we are made in the image of
-
God. So guess what, guys?
-
There's a lot of things that God has entrusted us, and the tongue
-
is one of those things. Now I'm not going to stand up
-
here and act like all I'm doing all day long is speaking
-
blessings. No, I always have said this and
-
I continue to say this. I pick subjects where I really
-
need to grow. I pick subjects to teach and
-
where I'm saying, God, please will you convict my heart?
-
So I want you to know I'm not teaching today from a place of I
-
got this conquered. Do as I No, no, no, I'm teaching
-
from a place right with you saying, God, help us change our
-
words, change our minds, change our hearts.
-
Let them fit your word, Lord. And I need you to know that I
-
would never pretend to be something up here that I'm not.
-
Words can heal, they can encourage, they can strengthen
-
words prophecy, they restore, they build up, they partner with
-
God's faith. Amen.
-
But words can also wound. Words can curse.
-
Words can destroy, divide, discourage, break.
-
And none of us in this room can say we have never felt any of
-
those things right. Some of us said teachers or
-
parents or spouses or children or friends that have spoken bad
-
things over us. And isn't that funny?
-
If you, let's say, you know, we're living a time and age of
-
social media, let's say you put something out and there's like
-
50 good comments on that post and one really -1 what are you
-
going to walk away with? You think, what is going to get
-
stuck in here? That one negative comment?
-
It's crazy. So it's, it's because words hold
-
power and, and they do damage. And there's no such thing as
-
neutral words. Your tongue leads your home.
-
Your tongue leads your future, the way your children grow and
-
what they become. Your words set the spiritual
-
temperature of your home and your life.
-
Your tongue leads the way I had. That's scary, isn't it?
-
You know, I, I was under a teacher in my life, Pastor
-
Dwayne Randa Clark, and he shared the story and I thought
-
it was really worth mentioning. He knew a woman that, you know,
-
we say all these things in English, like I'm so sick and
-
tired of this. Like we just say stuff like
-
that, you know, And so this woman always said that that was
-
like her to go to no matter what.
-
I'm just sick and tired of this. Like even as a joke, like she
-
would just say, but guess what? She was always sick and she was
-
always tired. And so when she was coming to
-
brand saying like, I'm always sick, I'm always like, you know,
-
trusting me, I was like, what do you speak?
-
Isn't it crazy that sometimes we speak things that we're not even
-
aware of? Our tongue is so trained to want
-
to go towards the negative things in our lives that we just
-
keep speaking it without even realizing it.
-
I think this morning God is saying, Hey, let's become aware
-
what comes out of our mouth because those words is those
-
words are setting your future before we speak.
-
This is so hard to do, but the Bible says to be quick to listen
-
and slow to speak, right? Why is he saying that?
-
It's not that God is trying to steal away your opinion or you
-
needing to, you know, vocalize your feelings.
-
He's just saying, let's take a minute and let's think about
-
what we're about to say because what you say is eternal.
-
It is eternal. There's a scripture that we're
-
going to go into about that. Before we speak, we should ask
-
ourselves, does this sound like the heart of God?
-
Is this something that God would say?
-
And, you know, this is a hard thing to do because what if your
-
heart is angry and your heart is disappointed, OK.
-
And your heart is just, you know, frustrated with the
-
situation that is in front of you.
-
What do we do with that? The Bible says that the mouth
-
speaks what is in the heart. That is actually a scripture.
-
We're going to look it up here in a minute.
-
But what's in the heart comes out of the mouth.
-
So you want to know what's inside of your heart?
-
You just listen to your words, right?
-
So what do we do? What, how do we shift our
-
speech? Because if that is true, how do
-
we shift what's in the heart church so that what comes out of
-
the mouth lines up with God's best, with God's promises?
-
And what do we do? I think what God showed me is
-
this is so beautiful. Actually, there's places in our
-
certification walk as Christians, we become
-
Christians. Does that mean we stop sinning?
-
No, right? It doesn't mean that we we're
-
trying our best. We're getting convicted.
-
There's journeys, there's seasons that God is bringing us
-
through in our growth to become more like him.
-
But here's what God showed me. Let's say I need to forgive
-
somebody and it's a big one and I really struggling.
-
My heart desires to forgive. My heart desires to do what God
-
wants me to do, but but I'm struggling.
-
I'm not quite there yet. And what God showed me is so
-
awesome is that did you know that in the areas where we're
-
not grown yet, where we're not covered yet, to get it right, to
-
speak right, to deal with that angry heart, to deal with an
-
unforgiving heart, to deal with that tongue that exposes those
-
areas in our heart, God is so gracious to cover those areas
-
with the blood of Jesus. We don't have to go.
-
Wow, I didn't bring 100%. I'm a failure.
-
God knows your desire to grow in Him.
-
He knows your desire to change. And He's so full of mercy and so
-
full of grace, and He's given us His Spirit so that we can
-
change, so we have the power to change these things.
-
But in the meantime, whatever is falling through the cracks, the
-
blood of Jesus covers it. Grace covers it.
-
That doesn't excuse us to keep living in sin.
-
Amen. It just means, Lord, when I
-
fall, you got it. When I'm walking with you and
-
I'm desiring, desiring to serve you, but I fail.
-
Like Kurt taught the other week. Why do I do the things that I
-
hate and I don't do the things I want to do?
-
Was it Paul who said that? We can relate to that?
-
Why do I say the things I don't want to say and not the things I
-
want to say? Because we are living in this
-
flesh. It is a struggle.
-
And God in His mercy provided covering for all of our
-
downfalls. Not only did He provide the
-
blood of Jesus, but also faith. And I want to talk a little bit
-
about faith because faith speaks what God promised before we see
-
it. Isn't it amazing?
-
Now that goes both ways. You can use faith to speak
-
blessings and you can use faith if you may, to speak curses.
-
It's you can. It goes both ways.
-
Church, you can say this is stupid.
-
I want a divorce and believe it in your heart that that's what
-
you want. And that's that's acting as
-
faith. Faith is being put to your
-
words. So we need to watch what we're
-
saying. What is it that you want out of
-
your life? That's the stuff you're going to
-
speak despite of the circumstance, despite of the
-
situation that's ahead of you, right?
-
That is hard to do because if your baby, your kid is like
-
doing his thing, right? And you said 50 times, don't do
-
this, bro. And he's still doing it.
-
And you're going to say, God, thank you for my son, He loves
-
you. Thank you God, my son is
-
obedient. Thank you God, that my son is
-
called to your purposes for whole.
-
You have set him apart for holy purposes.
-
Guess what? That is faith.
-
You are now partnering your words.
-
You're partnering with God's promises and you are speaking in
-
faith. Things that are not as if they
-
were isn't that powerful. You are speaking a declaration
-
over your children that is made known not just in the natural
-
realm, but in the spiritual realm.
-
There is weight to those words. So Mamas, fathers, spouses,
-
children, start asking God to shift.
-
First of all, what's in the heart?
-
It's OK to come to God and say God.
-
I'm going to start right here. This is what I've been saying,
-
so I know that's what's in the heart.
-
In our Bible study recently, we were talking about how triggers,
-
you know, when you get triggered by something and you go kind of
-
haywire? How triggers are actually God's
-
mercy to reveal to us little places that need healing.
-
Can you imagine if God threw everything at you at once and
-
said, you need healing, all of these areas, you have a broken
-
piece of work. Can you imagine we would die
-
under that weight? We would be so discouraged.
-
But God in his mercy with triggers, sometimes somebody
-
says something, does something and you're like, all right,
-
there's a trigger. And I used to think, oh geez,
-
every time a trigger would come, I would think this, Am I still
-
broken? Have I still not forgotten?
-
Am I still not forgiving? I thought I had this covered.
-
Why am I back at the beginning but God said no baby triggers
-
are just a little push to say let's work on this.
-
There's a reason why this triggered you and I feel that is
-
somebody's texting me sorry. OK, so in the same way, I feel
-
that faith, it faith works in a similar way, right?
-
Like our words, our words of our mouth also reveal what's in the
-
heart. So in a way, it's God's mercy
-
saying, hey, here's what's going on in your heart.
-
Just like triggers say you need healing in this area, words of
-
our mouth reveal where our heart stands and got to say, come
-
bring it to me. Come bring it to the only one
-
who can make it right yourself. Help.
-
Books won't fix it. Counselors are great.
-
We need them, but they don't fix it without the Spirit of God.
-
You need God's Spirit and you need the only one who can enter
-
into those places of brokenness and heal at Amen church.
-
So don't be discouraged by the words of your mouth.
-
In other words, whatever is coming out of your heart, let
-
that be a moment of saying, God, I need you.
-
I need you to heal my heart. I need you to heal my mind.
-
Because this is what I've been saying.
-
Oh, guys, this is good. All right, I am getting
-
something out of it. Are you OK?
-
Luke 645 Let's look it up a minute.
-
I'm getting minister to here. A good man brings good things
-
out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings
-
evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart.
-
For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.
-
We just covered that. OK, We just did that.
-
So, man, I was ahead of time. Yes, we got this.
-
Recognize. Yep, we're good.
-
All right. Now about the heart, yes, one
-
step is to bring it honestly before the Lord and saying God,
-
I need healing. Now I'm recognizing I need
-
healing because this is what I've been saying.
-
First step, right? Trusting God in that healing and
-
only him to heal that. But then the second thing that
-
we can do about changing that heart so we start speaking
-
differently is guarding our hearts.
-
And God talks about this. He says guard your heart from
-
it. All things of life flow.
-
And you know, what does it mean? Do you ever wonder, what does it
-
mean to guard my heart? How do I guard my heart?
-
Lord? Here's a few ideas, OK, biblical
-
ideas. We got to become really aware of
-
what we let in. What is it we're watching?
-
What is it we're listening to? What is it we are part of,
-
right? What are, what are the open
-
doors in our lives that come through and start sowing these
-
seeds into our heart? What are we letting in?
-
It's maybe time to take a step back, take a look and evaluate
-
what's happening. Are you listening to the news
-
more than the word of God? Are you watching Netflix more
-
than encouraging things of God? I've been there.
-
I've done that. It's a great coping thing.
-
Sit down, popcorn, Netflix, forget everything, right?
-
Dive into somebody else's world. And there's other ways to do
-
that, you know, I mean, you can go, you know, some of you guys
-
think you go, you know, camping for a week and that's getting
-
close to go whatever, please. Some of you may be right, but
-
some of you are like what? God, we love you.
-
Goodbye, like right. It's it's not about that.
-
So it really is a moment to evaluate what we're letting in
-
to our hearts. Everything flows from my
-
Proverbs 423. Can we just see that Scripture
-
above all else, guard your heart for everything you do flows from
-
it. Everything you do and everything
-
you say. John 15-7.
-
This is a good one. Another one, number three.
-
OK sorry guys, you know I got crazy notes.
-
Y'all know this? OK, so #3 let's go.
-
The power of words comes from agreement with God's Word when
-
rooted in His word. And so I want to talk on this
-
really quick. How many of you heard this whole
-
idea out there about manifesting?
-
Have you? That's like this new thing, like
-
I manifested this, I spoke this, I manifested.
-
Listen, it's perverted. It's a perverted version of how
-
God intended it to be. Manifesting is about controlling
-
and manipulating your own will to make it happen.
-
OK, That's not. And people in church do that.
-
Guys, how many of you have seen services where they teach name
-
it and claim it? How many we've done it in
-
church? People have taught it.
-
It's just a perverted. It's perverted because that is
-
not what God is saying. He's not saying you can pray for
-
this and you can pray for that and you can ask this and it's
-
going to be given to you. No, no, no, no.
-
That's not what the Word says. God is requiring us to come to
-
him to lay it all down and want His will.
-
Jesus prayed us. Your will be done on earth as it
-
is in heaven. Your will be done God in my
-
life, not my own because God I don't know what I need, I don't
-
know what's best for me. Listen, anything that I have
-
ever prayed and I can say ever pray to the Lord when I
-
surrender it. His purpose and His will was
-
like 1000 times better than what I could have dreamed up.
-
My biggest dreams fall short to His vision for my life.
-
The Word says that He has made you for holy purposes.
-
That the works that He has for your life, He knew before you
-
ever existed. He knew the works that He had
-
for you. A job loss, a marriage loss will
-
not change that. Brokenness will not change that.
-
Sickness will not change that church because he knew the plans
-
that he has for you and they are good and they are with a
-
promise, with a future and a purpose and a calling.
-
And it's amazing, isn't it, to think that you, you individual,
-
you, you are made with purpose. You are made with destiny this
-
morning. So let's see where is the
-
scripture? We want to see it.
-
I mean, at John 15-7. This is what it says. 15-7 OK,
-
here, if you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask
-
whatever you wish and it will be done for you.
-
Wait, does it say claim name whatever you want and it will be
-
done for you? No, no, no.
-
It says if you remain in me and my words remain in you.
-
Why is he saying that? Because when we are remaining in
-
God and His Word in us, then we are under His perfect will for
-
our lives. And that's what God is saying.
-
Come and partner with me. I want you to start speaking and
-
believing for the things that I have, that I have for you.
-
My plans are better than your own.
-
Will you submit your own desires?
-
Will you submit your own manifestationing and let me lead
-
your life? Will you trust me?
-
Because if I am in you, you are in me.
-
My word is in you. You will ask for the things I
-
want you to ask and those things will be done.
-
That's what will be done. So you know what?
-
It's a beautiful journey Church, because I think it's kind of
-
exciting not knowing what he has because it's so much better than
-
what I could dream of. He has proven that.
-
How many have feel that same way that he has proven that to you
-
that his plan is better that something that you wanted and it
-
didn't happen and then something happened and you know why it
-
didn't happen? You're like, thank you Jesus
-
that that didn't happen. How many prayed?
-
How many here prayed for a spouse and then 20 years later
-
they're bald and crazy. Not nothing wrong with bald
-
people. I love bald people, love that
-
shine. I love it.
-
But my point is they're crazy, OK?
-
And this is not what you wanted, OK, So that's some people want
-
bald, and bald is amazing. OK.
-
I just want to say that please don't leave the church.
-
I love you. OK?
-
All right, let's move on with the word of God and put Jason's
-
mouth back in his will. Jeremiah 79 says this, but the
-
heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure.
-
Who can understand that If you ever trust your own will or your
-
own heart, you're going to be in trouble.
-
You cannot judge your own heart. You cannot judge your own
-
motives. You need God's Word to show you
-
what's going on inside of you. So we partner with God's words
-
and action with God's Word. OK, we ask for His will
-
according to His Word. Jeremiah 112.
-
What does it say that let's see? The Lord said to me, You have
-
seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is
-
fulfilled. God is going to watch for His
-
Word to be fulfilled in our lives.
-
He's watching for His Word to be filled, to go exactly where it
-
needs to go in our lives. So Lord, we are asking, please
-
help us to partner with our mouth, God, help us to not fight
-
against your will, against your plans, against your dreams,
-
against your blessings with our stupid tongue.
-
Help us Lord, to obey with our mouth so we can see Your
-
goodness, God in our lives. Amen.
-
Church mark 11/23 this is what it says.
-
Whoever says to this mountain move, it says go throw yourself
-
into the sea and does not doubt in the heart but believes that
-
what they say will happen, it will be done for them.
-
Again just another verse to say there is power in our speech.
-
Faith filled words matter in the spirit realm.
-
Heaven hears your words. Matthew 123637 Now this
-
literally made me cry the other day because it scared scared me.
-
Let me just put it that way. Matthew 1236 it says but I tell
-
you that everyone has to give account on the day of judgment
-
for every empty word they have spoken.
-
Guys, God Forgives us for our sin.
-
But I think for the longest time I thought if I speak it, but I
-
don't do it, it's not the same. But that's not true, guys,
-
because action always follows what you say.
-
Actions follow what you say. You know, you hear those
-
horrible stories online and you go, how did these people get to
-
that? How did these people get to that
-
place that they would do something so horrible?
-
You know, they were meditating, you know, they didn't guard
-
their heart. You know, they were believing
-
the lies of the enemy and they started speaking those lies and
-
actions followed. So God is saying, please don't
-
let your words lead you astray. Every good and bad thing you
-
said, He will talk to us about it.
-
Some things. So yeah, actions are more
-
signal. Actions are not more sinful.
-
Actions and words are equally sinful.
-
Amen. Hebrews 11, you know, and I'm
-
just going to touch a little bit on this.
-
It just is a long list. Go read it.
-
OK? If you born today, born
-
tomorrow, just go. It's the hall of faith.
-
Like there's just all these people in the Scripture and all
-
of them did something for God before they saw it.
-
All these leaders, OK, all these people, Moses, Abraham, there's
-
just a ton of people in there. Please go read it.
-
It's so powerful, you guys. And this is what it says.
-
But they, they believed even though they didn't see, they
-
spoke before they saw and they believed God.
-
And all those things came to pass because they partnered with
-
God and His will for their lives.
-
God has given us authority over all the power of the enemy.
-
Luke 10/19 says that God gives us spiritual authority and one
-
way to exercise it is through what we're saying with our
-
mouth. Last description I want to use
-
here is Joel 310. We're going to just move
-
quickly. It says this here.
-
I don't know what that means. OK, beat your plowshares into
-
swords. I have no idea.
-
And you're pruning hooks into Spears.
-
Lord, you know, let the weakling say I am strong.
-
Let the weak and other I don't know what what translation is
-
this? Do we know?
-
Sounds like like very uppity. In other words, let the weak say
-
I am strong. That's my translation.
-
And you know that I'm reading it says let the weak say I am
-
strong. Now, if a weak person, if you're
-
weak, are you going to go say I'm strong?
-
No, you're going to be like, I don't feel I'm weak today.
-
God saying do the exact opposite of that.
-
Start speaking that wholeness over your life.
-
Oh, you guys. So my question is this this
-
morning, some of you, I wonder like what has God promised you?
-
What has God spoken over your life that just was kind of left
-
on the what? What are some of the things He
-
has put in your heart this morning?
-
Faith speaks before it sees the promises.
-
And I love that so much. And this is what I wrote down.
-
Faith is not pretending everything is perfect.
-
Faith is standing on what God already has spoken, what God
-
promised, what God's heart is for you and your children and
-
your children's children. So we're not pretending when we
-
have faith. When we speak faith, we are
-
partnering with God. Amen.
-
So this morning we want to do that.
-
We want to do that over you. We want to speak some blessings
-
over you because we believe that the Lord that this is His word
-
and that the Lord wants to do these things for your life
-
today. Some of these blessings will be
-
specifically over mothers and some of these blessings will be
-
for, and honestly, I say specifically for mothers.
-
But if you are dad today, this is all for you as well, OK?
-
You, you receive whatever you want out of this.
-
You know, let no detouring happen because I say Mom, OK.
-
And we're going to start right here, I think.
-
So let's just get ready for a minute.
-
Ask the Lord to help us with this message.
-
Yeah, Lord God, this message is powerful, but also very
-
convicting for me. And honestly, I didn't want it
-
to be this heavy on Mother's Day, God.
-
But God, I think what you want for us today is that you really
-
want to get good things to us. You want to bless your children,
-
God, and you want to reveal your blessings in our lives, God.
-
And you're saying, come partner with me, daughter, come partner
-
with me, son, partner with my word for your life.
-
Stop listening to the enemy. Stop listening to words that
-
were spoken over you by just another human.
-
Will you partner with me today for what I have for your life?
-
And God, our answer is yes, Lord.
-
Some of us feel this conviction, God, because God, we have spoken
-
negatively, we have spoken curses without knowing at times,
-
God, we have spoken evil at times, Lord, and we just pray,
-
Lord Jesus, right now, God, that there's no condemnation in this
-
room, Lord, there's no shame here.
-
Holy Spirit, God, you're just saying, if you come to me and
-
repent and you say you're sorry, I forgive you.
-
It's just that simple. So Lord, this morning this is
-
what we are asking as a church. God, please forgive us for the
-
words we have spoken over our lives, over our marriages, our
-
families, our children, our friends, our church, our
-
pastors, our bosses. Forgive us, Lord, your word says
-
don't let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth.
-
Lord, Please God, for those that are struggling with cursing or
-
cuss words, Lord, we just ask right now, in the name of Jesus,
-
please heal us. Forgive God, in the name of
-
Jesus, cleanse us. God, cleanse our mouth, heal our
-
hearts, heal our minds, teach us how to guard our hearts.
-
God, teach us how to bring a brokenness to you for healing.
-
God this morning, Lord, we just plead the blood of Jesus over
-
every person in every area. God that has fallen short of the
-
glory of God this morning and we depend on your mercy.
-
We depend on your blood, Jesus, to cover us where we fall short.
-
So we trust you, Jesus Church. Do you trust him this morning to
-
cover every area that needs growth?
-
Holy Spirit, fill these words and these blessings as I'm about
-
to speak them. God and let every person in this
-
room receive it. The first blessing I want to
-
speak is over mothers. Proverbs 3128 says this.
-
Her children rise up and call her blessed Moms, thank you for
-
every unseen sacrifice, every late night, every prayer, every
-
act of love that often goes unnoticed.
-
Today we speak strength over you.
-
In the name of Jesus. We speak peace over your homes
-
and joy back into your hearts. May God refresh you today,
-
encourage you, and remind you that He sees everything that you
-
do behind closed doors, every seed you have planted in love.
-
We pray over you that He gives you vision for your children,
-
that He would give you a prophetic voice for your
-
children, that He would fill your heart and your mouth with
-
His will for your children, and that your children will rise up
-
and call you blessed. We, we just thank you for that.
-
Lord, We pray that your words would speak life over your homes
-
every day in the midst of chaos and disappointment, in the midst
-
of fear and anxiety. And if you're a single dad,
-
that's for you too today, or a dad.
-
So Lord, we just speak these things in the name of Jesus.
-
The next thing we want to say is we want to speak a blessing over
-
tired Mamas. Matthew 1128 says this.
-
Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give
-
you rest. Some of you Mamas are really
-
tired in this place this morning.
-
You are emotionally tired, mentally and spiritually tired.
-
Today we speak rest over you in the name of Jesus.
-
May God calm the chaos and strengthen your body and your
-
nervous system and breathe fresh life into your spirit again.
-
He wants you to know that you do not carry this alone and that
-
there are seasons and if you end the season, he's there with you
-
today. Thank you Father, we want to
-
pray a blessing over hurting mothers in this room.
-
Psalms 3418 says this. The Lord is close to the broken
-
hearted. Some women walked in here today
-
carrying deep, deep pain, disappointment, fear or
-
rejection. But God sees every hidden hurt.
-
Today we speak healing and peace in the name of Jesus to every
-
wounded place in your mind, in your spirit, in your heart, and
-
in your physical body. May God restore your joy where
-
heaviness has lived for too long and remind you that He is near
-
to you today. Mom, we would like to speak a
-
blessing over single mothers. Psalms 46 five says this.
-
God is with her. She will not fail.
-
Single moms, we honor you today. You are truly heroes.
-
You carry so much responsibility, yet you keep
-
showing up with strength and love for your children.
-
Today we speak provision, peace, and strength over your home.
-
May God remind you that you are never alone and that He will
-
sustain you in every season. He is your provision, He is your
-
friend, and when you need, He is your husband.
-
We want to speak a blessing over spiritual mothers.
-
Maybe you have never had a mom, or you haven't been a mom, or
-
God has called you to be a spiritual mother to the body of
-
Christ. Third, John 14 says this.
-
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in
-
truth. We know that you minister out of
-
that heart. Some women in this room have
-
spiritual mothered people through prayer, encouragement
-
and wisdom and love, and that matters to God.
-
Thank you for pouring into others so faithfully.
-
We bless you. We pray that God continues and
-
that He widens your ability to bless people in the church.
-
We pray God refreshes you and multiplies the fruit of every
-
life that you have touched. Lastly, for mothers, for the
-
women who are longing to become mothers this morning we want to
-
speak a blessing over you. Psalms 3418 says this.
-
The Lord is close to the broken hearted, to the women longing to
-
become mothers. We see you today.
-
God sees your heart. We know this day can hold both
-
hope and pain, and we just want to speak to that area today.
-
We speak peace over your heart and hope over your future.
-
May you never question your value or forget how deeply you
-
are loved by God. We want to speak a blessing over
-
those people who don't have their moms anymore.
-
Deuteronomy 3327 says that God is eternal refuge underneath and
-
an everlasting, and He has everlasting arms for those
-
missing mothers. Today we pray that God truly
-
comforts you deeply. May beautiful memories fill your
-
heart today, and May God surround you with His peace, his
-
kindness, and his presence today.
-
And we just want to speak a blessing over people today that
-
are struggling, OK? People that are needing healing
-
in this room He is. He heals the broken hearted and
-
binds up their wounds. Psalms 147 three We speak
-
healing over every hurting heart and every hurting body.
-
Today, in the name of Jesus, we pray for healing God
-
emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.
-
May the peace and the healing power of Jesus Christ meet every
-
person that is in need today. We also pray for people who need
-
deliverance. John 836 says this whom the
-
sunsets free is free indeed. God, we pray for people needing
-
freedom today, freedom from fear, shame, addiction, anxiety,
-
and anything that has kept them bound.
-
If we pray in the name of Jesus that chains would break and that
-
God they would encounter freedom on this side of eternity.
-
Lord in the name of Jesus. And lastly, we want to pray for
-
people who need Jesus today. Everyone who calls on the name
-
of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10/13 says this.
-
We pray for every anyone who feels far from God today.
-
Jesus still saves. He restores and heals and
-
welcomes people home. We pray that every heart he
-
would encounter the love and mercy and grace of Jesus in a
-
real and personal way. So God, we do come to you this
-
morning and this is our prayer. Lord, for those that do not know
-
you, we say, Jesus forgive us. Maybe that you would say that in
-
your heart today. God forgive me.
-
I want you to be my Savior. I want to know you.
-
I want to walk with you. I give you my life.
-
I want to partner with Your word, not just through my words,
-
but in my life, Lord, so I give you my life that truly belongs
-
to You anyways. You made it, you created it, and
-
you have a dream for it. I'm all yours and we pray this
-
in Jesus mighty name, Amen.
