  1. I want to talk to you today about the capacity challenge.

  2. The challenge for me is knowing what my capacity really is.

  3. How do I know what my capacity is if I

  4. never challenge it? How do I know what I'm capable of?

  5. If I never get beyond what I'm comfortable with? What

  6. have you convinced yourself that you can't do that? Really

  7. you won't do. What I have found out about church people,

  8. and I've been working with them a long time, is

  9. when they come to your church. They come and they

  10. say that they want to be changed, but often they

  11. don't want to be challenged. Guess what, no challenge, no change.

  12. How about if I help you see that there is

  13. something in you that you have convinced yourself is beyond

  14. you and to do it? Use an example of the

  15. church in Macedonia. It says they gave according to their

  16. means and beyond their means. That's interesting to me that

  17. it started out with them giving what they could and

  18. resulted in them giving what they couldn't. Paul said, the

  19. Macedonian Church couldn't and they did, and when they did,

  20. they could. So what faith does? Faith flips the script?

  21. You say I would if I could faith says you

  22. could if you would. I came to challenge all of

  23. the complacent people. Where you started does not have to

  24. be where you stay. God wants to do in miserably

  25. more than you ask or imagine, but it has to

  26. start somewhere, and we always want to wait until we

  27. have everything to do it. And sometimes you just gotta

  28. step out and see. Could it be that you're not stuck,

  29. but you have stopped. Could it be that God has

  30. more in store for you, but you won't see it

  31. because you won't step into it. And it's time to

  32. look at some of the limitations in our life and

  33. declare to the limitations you can't hold me any longer.

  34. I intend to grow beyond in accordance with the promise

  35. that God has made for me.
