  1. I watch this.

  2. You might not like this view of God is okay.

  3. God is not running for any office. He does not

  4. need your vote. I said, he does not need your vote.

  5. He is not on any ticket. You expected much Verse nine,

  6. But see it turned out to be little.

  7. This is the part and what you brought home? I

  8. blew away.

  9. Well that's not nice, Heavenly Father. I thought your eye

  10. was on the spare row. I thought you had the

  11. whole world in your hands. I thought you would give

  12. me this day my daily bread. I didn't know you

  13. would blow it away. Touch somebody say, don't blow it?

  14. What you brought home? I blew away. Why would you

  15. do that? Why would you? Why would a good God

  16. cause something to leave your life? I blew it away.

  17. It wasn't the devil. This would be my first assumption.

  18. Anytime anything that I don't like happens, it was the devil.

  19. The devil made me do it. The devil gave me

  20. a flat tire. The devil gave me a stomach flew.

  21. The devil gets more breast time in a lot of

  22. pulpits than Jesus Christ does. God said, no, I did that.

  23. I let it go bad. I made him break up

  24. with you. I made her not call you back. This

  25. is this is crazy stuff here now, this is this

  26. is the stuff that you get in the parts of

  27. the Bible. Like Hagi, that's flip pass to get over

  28. to the good stuff. My God shall supply all your

  29. knees according to his glorious riches. Can we get back

  30. to that, No, not this week.

  31. This week is Hagi.

  32. And Hagi said, God, blew it away.

  33. Why why would you do that? Why would you blow

  34. it away? Why would you blow it? God said, so

  35. you wouldn't. It was not to punish you. It was

  36. to protect you.

  37. If I allowed you to depend on your stuff, you

  38. would forget your source. So when I see you getting

  39. too attached to something that I gave you, sometimes I

  40. got to make sure that you'll remember that I give

  41. you bread.

  42. And if I don't breathe out, you don't breathe in.

  43. Touch.

  44. Somebody say, don't blow it, don't blow it. When I

  45. see you building your house on sinking sand, sometimes I

  46. gotta send the storm to check your foundation. And the

  47. rains came down, and the streams rolls, and the winds

  48. blew and beat against that house.

  49. Because God would rather have you go through a season

  50. of frustration than to build your whole life on the

  51. wrong foundation. I'm fixing too. They didn't say they wouldn't.

  52. You never say you won't. You say you're gonna.

  53. Hey, I'm gonna.

  54. I'm gonna somebody.

  55. We don't say never.

  56. We say not now and twenty years past, and you

  57. were gonna, and you were gonna, and now the kids graduated,

  58. and you were gonna. You were gonna. We were gonna. Oh,

  59. we were we were gonna build it. God, we were

  60. gonna build it. Yeah, we were working building Obama son

  61. to Hamba. And you say I'm fixing to them. And

  62. your whole economy is broken. Maybe not your financial economy.

  63. I mean, you can financially succeed without God, but you

  64. can't have significance, not without God. There is no significance

  65. to any process. That God is not the sa center of.

  66. I don't believe anything more than I believe that there

  67. may be short term success, there may be illusion of happiness,

  68. but there will be no deep seated fulfillment in any process.

  69. That God is not the center of whether it's your money,

  70. whether it's a marriage. And God doesn't want you to

  71. blow it. He does not want you to waste the opportunity.

  72. I don't think there's any greater pain than the pain

  73. of a wasted opportunity. To neglect your priorities is to

  74. forfeit your provision. And what struck me about the text

  75. is that there was no lack of resource, natural or

  76. spiritual that prevented the people from prospering. Guys said, you

  77. planted plenty, there was nothing wrong with the seed. But

  78. I interrupted the cycle of the harvest so that you

  79. would not depend on anything that was disconnected from me. So,

  80. now here's what I want you to do, very simple,

  81. very strategic, so basic that you cannot you can't. You

  82. cannot refuse to do it because you didn't understand it.

  83. Here's what I want you to do Verse eight. Go

  84. up into the mountains. That's the position, because you've got

  85. to be in the right place. You've got to be

  86. in the right place for God to bless you. You've

  87. you've got to stay planted to flourish. So go up

  88. into the mountain. When you get there, bring down timber.

  89. That's the potential. That's the potential.

  90. This is the temple in potential, this is this is

  91. the dwelling place of God.

  92. But right now it looks like simple timber. Bring down the.

  93. Timber, which represents the potential where the place where my

  94. glory will dwell. Right now, it looks like timber. The

  95. temple is in the form. Now you got it. That's

  96. my dude right there. That's my dude right there. How

  97. did you know where I was going? The temple looks

  98. like timber until.

  99. You bring it down and build my house. That's the process.

  100. So there's the position, there's the potential, and there's the process.

  101. Here's the thing. There was no shortage of provision.

  102. There never is. There never is. When God made.

  103. The earth and spoke it into existence. When God breathed

  104. the breath of life into man, he gave everything that

  105. would be needed in the form of seed.

  106. There's no shortage in God.

  107. You think the unlimited of the universe has shortage? Do

  108. you think there's anything in your life that is too

  109. hard for God?

  110. Even when you see a nation ravaged.

  111. By poverty, it's not because there wasn't enough stuff.

  112. It's because the systems.

  113. Did not allow the stuff to be distributed. There's never

  114. a lack of provision in God.

  115. Never.

  116. Everything that you need is already here. There is never

  117. a lack of provision. So the problem of the people

  118. in the way they experienced it was a problem with provision. Hay,

  119. God said, it's not provision, consider your ways. What you

  120. think is a lack of provision is a lack of priority.

  121. Because if you will seek first the Kingdom of God

  122. and make this your foundation, if you will seek first

  123. His righteousness, all these things will be added to you.

  124. Everything you need, and everything you don't even know that

  125. you need, and everything that you really want beneath.

  126. What you think you want. All of these things will

  127. be added to you.

  128. But if you seek the things, you'll miss the kingdom.

  129. But if you seek the Kingdom, you'll get the things

  130. thrown in. If you will seek God first, everything your

  131. heart desires.

  132. Will be made manifest in His presence. And so often

  133. we are asking God to send provision. God can't send

  134. provision where there are no priorities.

  135. And why I love to seek God first is because

  136. when I prioritize my life, God's provision has a place

  137. to land. If you really remember some of the miracles

  138. in the Bible where God did something great for someone,

  139. the first step was for their priorities to be ordered.

  140. The first step when the woman needed a miracle from

  141. the man of God. In the Book of First Kings,

  142. Do you remember this story, the prophet said, I know

  143. you don't have much left. I know you lack provision

  144. in your own eyes right now. But if you will

  145. first give me a little cake and prioritize the purpose

  146. of God, if you will sustain God's work in the earth,

  147. God will sustain you.

  148. If you remember the little boy with the.

  149. Lunch that Jesus had Peter go over, beat him up,

  150. take his lunch, pass it out to the crowd. Creative interpretation.

  151. What started with a lunch ended in leftovers, But it

  152. was because of the prioritization to.

  153. Bring it first to Jesus and put.

  154. It in his hands. And that's what we do every

  155. time we tithe. It's the first ten percent of your income.

  156. It's setting it aside for God and saying God before

  157. anything else. You be the foundation of my finances, You

  158. be the foundation of my family. You be the foundation

  159. of my future.

  160. I want to build my life on you. And when

  161. you bring that first fruits to God.

  162. When you do it, every time you do it, God says,

  163. I can build on that. But how can God build

  164. on a foundation that you don't lay, and you are

  165. waiting for God to send something, And He's waiting for

  166. you to lay a foundation that will sustain what he sens.

  167. When you seek God first, all these things will be

  168. at it to you. And that's why I'm not afraid

  169. of what I might faith in the future, because I

  170. have a foundation, because God is the bottom line of

  171. my life. Now, when you can't say that, you live

  172. in constant fear and suspicion and paranoia and emptiness, and

  173. even your blessings seem hollow, and you expect much and you.

  174. Come up empty.

  175. But God says, go up, bring down, and build. I

  176. love the Lord because even when he has to correct me,

  177. he still gives me another chance to get it right.
