  1. I appreciate the way the Holy Ghost has moved in this service. Again,

  2. thank you, elder brothers and sisters for your obedience to the Lord in your

  3. testimonies tonight, greatly appreciate them. If you have your bibles, will you

  4. turn with me to the Book of Acts. May I direct your attention to

  5. the seventeenth chapter and the eleventh verse of the Book of Acts, Brother Nathaniel,

  6. Second Corinthians, chapter number eight and verse number twelve. Please, sir,

  7. brother jesse John, chapter number six and verse number sixty seven. If

  8. you're saved and you know it, say amen, oh, yes, so

  9. good to see everybody in the house of the Lord. Brother Nathaniel, would

  10. you read this tonight's Second Corinthians, chapter number eight and verse number twelve.

  11. Or if there be first a willing mind is accepted according to that a man

  12. not according to that he hath not. So if there first be a willing

  13. mind, look at your neighbor and say, hey, neighbor, do you

  14. have a willing mind? What did they say? How did they respond?

  15. Brother Samuel said, his neighbors said yes, sir, Brother jesse John,

  16. chapter number six, Versus number sixty seven and sixty eight. Then said Jesus

  17. onto the twelve, will ye go away? Also, then, Simon Peter

  18. Arohim, Lord to whom shall we go now, has the words of eternal

  19. life. Amen. Let's stand for the reading of our text tonight again.

  20. Our golden text is Acts, chapter number seventeen and verse number eleven. The

  21. Bible said, these were more noble than those in Thessalonaika in that they received

  22. the Word with all readiness of mind and search the scriptures daily. Whether these

  23. things were so with all readiness of mind, say that with me with all

  24. readiness of mind. Let's pray, Heavenly Father, I thank you for the

  25. opportunity to be in the house of the Lord. I thank you for the

  26. precious people of like precious faith. The brother said, there's some sixty something

  27. here tonight, people that are thirsting and hungering for righteousness, people that are

  28. putting you first and seeking you while you may be found. We pray that

  29. you would anoint this thy servants, that of guard at my mouth, help

  30. me to say the things that you would have me to say, nothing more

  31. or less. Anoint the ears of this thy people, that they might hear

  32. what the spirits saith unto the Church, through this blessed word of God,

  33. this preach word of God. I pray that these sayings would go below the

  34. shoulders, that they would be in our heart, hearts, in our minds,

  35. and our souls our spirits. May we not be hearers only, but

  36. doers of the words of God. We pray, and may we depart this

  37. place joyfully and not sorrowfully. In Jesus' name in the church said Amen,

  38. I want to preach to you a message the Holy Ghost titled the Noble Brethren

  39. of Berea, the Noble Brethren of Berea. And of course there were some

  40. noble believers that were sisters as well in this little town of Berea, again

  41. the Noble Brethren of Berea. Our text is found in a New Testament book

  42. of the Holy Bible, the Book of Acts. Not only does this book

  43. of the Bible tell the story of the Act of Apostles, it tells us

  44. a lot about the actions of the sweet Holy Ghost. How many of you

  45. must admit that ever since you see the Holy Ghost into your person, it

  46. has made you very active in prayer and praise to God. I must admit

  47. and say that after the Holy Ghost took up residence in my life. It

  48. made me a person of action concerning the things of God. It is truly

  49. a book of acts. If you'll study this book of the Bible, you

  50. will see that the disciples and the followers of Jesus Christ were busy doing those

  51. things that He had mandated or commanded for them to do. You see,

  52. these believers were not in active people. They were active people. They wouldn't

  53. be pleased with it inactivity of most professing Christians who are living today. The

  54. people of the early Church were proactive, even though they were a persecuted people.

  55. They'd done their very best to seek to it that the Kingdom of God

  56. would be advanced despite opposition by the opposers. They also done their very best

  57. to see that churches were established and constructed. They were trying to enlarge the

  58. Kingdom and the family of God here upon planet Earth. While they had breath

  59. in their body, and while the Spirit of God was enabling and equipping their

  60. mortal bodies to be able to do great and wonderful things. Were an immortal

  61. God and eternal Heaven. In the face of opposition, they served the Lord,

  62. and they served their fellow men. These people who walked out of the

  63. upper room. They were people that could say I had experienced the indwelling of

  64. the Holy ghosts for myself, and they had a mind to work. In

  65. fact, Brother stere immediately when we find them in the streets of Jerusalem doing

  66. what most people would not have done until they had received the Holy Ghost.

  67. Actor that they had received the Holy Ghost, they were able to stand up

  68. for Jesus and his teachings. They had witnessed his ministry. They knew that

  69. it was an impeccable ministry. But now they are willing to promote it and

  70. to proclaim it from the rooftop or in the street or on the street corner.

  71. These people are active. They're wanting to do something for the Lord.

  72. I saw this past week where Brother Jesse and his bride and some others went

  73. into the nursing home attempting to do something for the Lord. Ever since Brother

  74. Jesse received the Holy Ghost, he has been seeking out an opportunity to do

  75. something for his Master. He has not been seeking an opportunity in the pulpit

  76. of his pastor or another preacher, but he has sought an opportunity to work

  77. in the parish off the Lord which is the great world in which we live

  78. in. Every street corner offers a platform for a preacher to preach upon.

  79. Every nurse at home offers a platform for a preacher to minister there. I

  80. feel like the Holy Ghost has blessed us with people that are willing the workers.

  81. How many of you know that if you speak to your child concerning getting

  82. a job, they must first have a readiness of mind or a willing mind

  83. in order to take that job and to keep it, to have a handle

  84. on it. Now, I want to preach to you here tonight. Hit

  85. the Lord to help me. And so these people had a strong desire to

  86. do something for the Lord. In fact, their actions parodied or mimicked the

  87. actions of the Apostle Paul. One time Apostle Paul expressing himself, he said,

  88. he said, woe unto me if I preach not the Gospel. Whether

  89. he was preaching the gospel or being persecuted for the gospel, the Apostle Paul

  90. was always busy doing something for the Lord. We believe that the Holy Ghost

  91. will equip those that have a desire to work for him. Do y'all believe

  92. that? And I feel like the Lord enabled and equip people for their individual

  93. and corporate assignments. He's done this since the Church was formed in the Upper

  94. Room, and he's still doing this today. If God has called you to

  95. be a pastor, he will enable and equip you to feed the flock as

  96. necessary, and it is indeed necessary to feed the flock of God on a

  97. continual basis, and to be consistent in your labors of love for the people

  98. of God. If God has called you to open air evangelism, and he

  99. has sent you into the highways and the byways, and as you're out there

  100. you're compelling the lost, I can assure you that if you have been divinely

  101. called and divine except you will be divining equipped and enabled to do that,

  102. then God has a sign for you to do. We're finding the word of

  103. God that if the apostles were asigned to watch over the tables during dinner on

  104. the ground, they were able to do so. After that they received the

  105. Holy ghost men like Steve, and was willing to serve a widow's food if

  106. it was making or erecting a tempt. The apostle Paul was willing to supplement

  107. his income not to be a burden to the people of God. If it

  108. was teaching, come son out to sundown, and then to continue teaching and

  109. preaching to somebody whose mind was not in the service, that person's name would

  110. be Uniquus. The apostle Paul will continue preaching to those that were Michael of

  111. what was preaching in the those that were mindless concerning the things that God had

  112. for them. You see, these men and women felt like as the children

  113. of God, it was the taily assignments and duties to do something for the

  114. Lord Jesus and his kingdom. The believer should never be discouraged and his labor

  115. for the Master. If you see it as your work, and you see

  116. it as your field, and you see it as your harvest, that you

  117. can be discourage and you will be discourage. But when you see it that

  118. it's his field and it's his harvest, it does not matter if you are

  119. sowing the seed or worrying de sede, or bringing up basket, say of

  120. fruits, into the storehouse, you will say that I thank God that He

  121. considered me, Paul, putting me into this ministry of service. How many

  122. of you know that the church of today, they no longer see that it's

  123. necessary to serve our brother. They no longer know the necessity of servit too.

  124. They don't understand that all are tauch. You are busy bees when it

  125. comes to doing things for God. Gonna stare touched on this tonight. He

  126. did not know what I would be preaching about. I want to tell this

  127. church that if you study the Book of Proverbs, that's just how I've been

  128. doing for about six weeks now, you will see a Solomon despise a slothful

  129. soul. Can I tell you that the Holy Coaster has never hired a slopful

  130. servant. He's calling them look for somebody has got a dog and determination to

  131. do something for the Lord. If you're sitting on that to tone and you're

  132. sitting on your hands at the same time, you are a failure. I

  133. don't get talk to look at me a say, Lord, done, thou

  134. failure. You've got a perfect job at failing me. No, I want

  135. to hear that word failure. I want to hear well done, thoucome and

  136. thankful servant. You see when I come into a church service, that's exactly

  137. what I'm doing. I'm serving the Lord. Oh, come on, now,

  138. you're the pastor denner is served. If you're the praise worshiper, the

  139. prase should be calling up. This is not some place that we come in

  140. just to sit down. How would you feel like how would you feel at

  141. the waiter when you went into the restaurant, went over and sit down at

  142. the table next to you and refuse to just her. You would not like

  143. data to be a You get on your phone, you get a Google reviews

  144. that you kill that institution, that establisment of that restaurant, of what star,

  145. and you would say that was terrible service. You know what acts you

  146. go on to say, I will never go there again. I want there

  147. for an angel peering into the service tonight. Look to to look at your

  148. wilson, to look at your praise. There's somewhere that's nothing going on in

  149. act in the painter, I don't think I lolled her. Take her going

  150. there a dem after dead church. I don't want it to be a dead

  151. church. I wanted to be an actor church. An actor church, active

  152. in prayer, active and Bible reading, active and Bible study, active in

  153. evangelism, active in outreach, active in searching the scriptures. You see these

  154. people of Berea will want to search the scriptures. The Bible said in another

  155. place, search the scriptures for in them you think you have eternal life.

  156. Isn't it a frightening thing to think that there can be people having the Bibles

  157. on every end table in their house and own every bookshelfa in every bedroom and

  158. have not searched the scriptures and founder eternal life. But they've been ever learning

  159. and they're unable to come to the knowledge of the truth. You see,

  160. these noble believers of Maria, they were people that will search the scriptures.

  161. How about you here tonight? Have you heard what kind of holy ghost has

  162. sin? As we search the scriptsers, we realize that God's people, both

  163. men and women, they are actual. This very brooker, his name actions

  164. depicting the actions of the apostles of our family ghost. We can find that

  165. these noble Prethia of Maria, along with some sisters both Gitars and Jews,

  166. Greeks and Jews, they wanted to do something to further their knowledge to Vans

  167. in the cruel in grace and in the knowledge of the latter save her to

  168. Jesus Christ. How many of you know that these people, they would seek

  169. out an opportunity to do something for God. The apostles would serve the power

  170. and the lonely before they would seek the richer and the high minded. Or

  171. come on, you only want to do something for God if it benefits you,

  172. if you get some kind of praise. I'm not preaching them, not

  173. for the prove with a man. I'm not preaching poor. I'm probason our

  174. a pause. I am preaching my God, because God said, moved to

  175. the bill that pioneer a church there and preached them out, people that are

  176. ly. If God sends you there, he'll send the secret. If God

  177. tells you to feed the secret, he will sin the sheed. If you

  178. feed, the seed will come. If the sermons have subsidence that they have

  179. good material and the best material, you can feed them. It is the

  180. word of God. It does depth. You search it out. These Brean

  181. brethren, they would so search it out. It wasn't okay the compass and

  182. Intonatis had said you do this, and you do that. These Greek people

  183. and the Jewish believers, these Barians would search it out for themselves. They

  184. would take the word that's Paul preached, and they would take the words of

  185. God, and they would dig into it theirselves. They were not looking for

  186. a way out and being rochester because they powered her when they searched it out

  187. there that the Bible said, and nussal rocheousness has seen out to the scribes

  188. and the paricees. You're not gonna measure up. I am parapleging some here

  189. tonight, but I want you to know you have been given her an opportunity

  190. to search this out for yourself. Oh yes, sir, you take their

  191. leader just because preacher says it, who got to rot? I just get

  192. her, pull yourself. It's a point for rest and known as the believers,

  193. that we need to preach without fear and favor, and that we need

  194. to preach without respect to person. These people served the paupers, the poor

  195. and the needy, those that were destitute, those that weren't in despair,

  196. the lonely outcasts of society. Jesus demonstrated this in his public ministry. He

  197. had a ministry of a servant. He practiced servant ministry. Come on now,

  198. Jesus had a mind to work. At the age of twelve, he

  199. went to work for his father. Young men, it's okay when you tell

  200. Mama around this same age, I'm going to reach out the pastor and find

  201. out if this something I could do pastor's business. That's what Jesus was trying

  202. to do at the age of twelve. Oh yes, he could have been

  203. playing legouncer, he could have been playing with the military figureines. But no,

  204. he said, I got to be about her my father's fierceness. This

  205. is indicative to every child for the age of twelve with up there is no

  206. excuser and all for you be Carding reminded her. This is not excu said

  207. all when you come out time to get out a serving God to get out

  208. or seeking a holy gooster to get out her reading your bble, No,

  209. Jesus to a shat what it wants to have readiness of mine, even though

  210. it's about a sin. You cannot yet, preacher the bober said. He

  211. said, must I not be about her my father's business? That preacher and

  212. teachers and holy guests put believers said we not to have a testimony, so

  213. we'll not have a lesson. The teacher and a servant a pretexts the actor

  214. in you and local assembly know that's one of these people of action, all

  215. of God's being and women have always been action figures. Look at Sampson,

  216. look at David. Read the eleven twelfth, eleventh chapter of the Book of

  217. Hebrews. It is something that informs us, as in the writing, that

  218. informs us of the wonderful things that people of faith did. They took action.

  219. Very few people have been inactive most of the time. Those that have

  220. been inactive that call themselves Christians are paraplegic and come on now. But even

  221. them, whenever they got a hold of the Lord, he didn't matter it

  222. was a warm dear flowing down their face or something, or the twitch of

  223. a finger. They were trying to express their extreme gratitude and doing what they

  224. could and servitude to God and their fellow men. He said, what in

  225. the world can I do? I tell you the best when it gets started

  226. is have a mind to work, to have a readiness of mind when it

  227. comes to their preaching, when it comes to instruction, when it comes to

  228. coming to CLASSA. Be you got CLASSA or come on now, do you

  229. remember their students that you went to school with. You could tell when they

  230. got there they had come to play, They had come to do anything but

  231. school. But then there were those people they called nerds, and they called

  232. pizza, and they were the ones that were successful. They were once said

  233. I to waited there. They're talk to us and they don't know yourself,

  234. and they're the notts that you beg to help you, because they came to

  235. close with a readiness. From what I can tell, when our preacher comes

  236. to the pool here and I not here reade to work, I can tell

  237. when they're not ready to preach. I can tell when they're not ready to

  238. teach. I can tell when they're not ready to testify. I didn't come

  239. here to not ready to sit out the noble brethren of Maria, they had

  240. to buying the work. Our brother read to us tonight from the Book of

  241. Nehemiah the fourth chapter in the sixth verse, and the Bible said concerning those

  242. that helped Nehemiah in the work, that God had told him to do a

  243. divine assignment. In other words, the Bible says, so built we the

  244. wall, and all the wall was joined together unto the half thereof, for

  245. the people had a mine to work. It is true that the Israelites who

  246. helped Niamh built the wall, they built it on a daily basis, and

  247. as they built that wall, they had every reason an opportunity to be distructed.

  248. Some can have said, my wife is at homesick, while others said,

  249. I'm gonna go check her on the peace in my field. I gotta

  250. go check her on the cattle on those hills in my field. Oh,

  251. come on, how many of you know we can be so easily destructed from

  252. the barn assignments. He appears for a time they worked together and had a

  253. mind to work for the Lord. Letter cheer him by the same thing,

  254. because for these Burian people, they had just heard a reporter from the church

  255. at Desalinaika and the people that were God was trying to save the safe divile

  256. that holy guess feel through the ministry an apostle Paul. It's a newly established

  257. church. But in this tumulta at Desilinika, God's trying to work on them.

  258. God's trying to help them. If you look at the first few verses

  259. of the chapter that contains our texture, you will see this tumulta at Desolanaika.

  260. They should not have been. But the Bible said that there was a

  261. certain group, a jeoser, that turned to people against the apostle Paul,

  262. and you know there are people there trying to turn near Midels helpers against him

  263. sun Blotta and to body. They trying to turn the people away from there

  264. lead. And that's what the church of that thistle Nika did early old.

  265. They must their opportunity for the Bible, because certain religious people said, it

  266. ain't gotta be this way. You ain't gonna in Christ, Jesus, you

  267. know how to accept the new trevenad its Brian brother that would not be fooled

  268. by people that mocked what was going on. In fact, the Bible says

  269. that while Paul is ministering to these Breading people, that there were certain Jews

  270. that came down from thelon Nika and they began to speak against Paul and Silas

  271. and by that Jeremy the Bible said, when they got done, they started

  272. up the people so great me that the brethren didn't love Paul and didn't want

  273. to seem lose his life. They told him, you need to get out

  274. there by night. But what Paul left in his wake was some men and

  275. some women. According to our texture, they were Berean believers, and they

  276. believed in Jesus Son. They studied his life, and they studied his work,

  277. and they studied his ministry, and they had a mind to work concerning

  278. the scripts are until you fall in love with the Word of God and fall

  279. in love with the House of condact. A sister I was leave to said,

  280. I can't imagine missing what service? I can't imagine not leaning in uphill?

  281. What service to a been that don't what service? Hell? For me?

  282. Exactly what I needed to until the end. I tell these gab were

  283. brethren, how real your survistor was such the Spencer side pastor was sick God,

  284. no side pasco we walk God, just be call for you said good

  285. God, because we love God. That's what sister Rupe said tonight. The

  286. pastor shouldn't have to break you praise God. The pastor shouldn't have to rebuke

  287. because of your lack of interest and praising the Lord. These Brean brethren didn't

  288. have to be berated. I preach it till you here tonight. It's a

  289. little bit deep, but I want you to know you will never get out

  290. of service as long as you live. If you're gonna make Heaven your home

  291. and be a child of God, you will be unable to coast if you're

  292. going to make it. If you choose to coast, you chosen to roast,

  293. and you chosen to be toasting the devil's hell. And I'm telling you

  294. your height is gonna be burned. I do not want to end up in

  295. hell. It is time to work. It is time to pray like we've

  296. never prayed. The failer. It is time to read the bide like we've

  297. never met it, the tailor. It is time to have or red tyble

  298. that's even grain than the one that we had. And don't be worry of

  299. this year. Oh yes we can have a thousand times. Yes, say

  300. we can. People will have or readiness of mind. You see concerning the

  301. work of me Amiah, that that God had given him permission to do that,

  302. that God had granted unto him to do that, that God had given

  303. him passports for prosperity, passports of promise. He said, Hey, you're

  304. gonna go and do a wonderful thing for me. But the Bible said there

  305. were those who accused them of being feeble and unable to work. Did y'all

  306. know that as they saw the Israelites began to pull the stones out of the

  307. rubbish they said, look at them feeble folks. Oh they can't do nothing.

  308. In other words, they were being mocked. But a Thomas sterret.

  309. When you're standing on the street corner and somebody bocks you, it doesn't matter

  310. if it's Thomas Stared in the year twenty twenty three, or Noah when he

  311. was preaching her in his time, or Neil Ba trying to build a wall.

  312. The scoppers are gonna scopper, and the mockers are little mocker with that.

  313. Stop matter if they stalk at his head or mockers. Uncome, old

  314. ladies. If you're trying to be Rochester and you're trying to be holiness,

  315. who cares her? If they roll their eyes? You know what the legions

  316. saw her. They saw that rich man roll his eyes in hell. The

  317. Bible said, in hell he lived to hump your eyes. He told me.

  318. Not only did he open meal, he roll deal. They come on

  319. now, they can roll their answer. And what they see us do up

  320. the car that's hitting her pail, they can roll their answer. I have

  321. to construction of the art, but I must be something for God. We

  322. must do something pro family. Somebody's gonna testify, somebody's gonna show him the

  323. crater is he there's one ls, but he is in the world. Somebody's

  324. gonna show her. Baby, I don't have to come down to the spirit

  325. of fear. I been long ago. See in this house. There were

  326. those who accused him the being feeble weak. That's what they said about the

  327. apostles. Wait a minute, they're supposed to be ignorant and unlearned. Mere,

  328. Well, you're not gonna be ignorant or learned when you've been with Jesus

  329. for three and a half years. Hey, all you got to do is

  330. get in that Bible, and you'd be surprised what an awesome student you would

  331. become in three and a half years of being with Jesus. Why don't you

  332. just put on the mind of Christ, which is a mind to work.

  333. How many of you have seen the black catboy in town. I don't mean

  334. that disrespectful. He's just darker in color. How many of you have seen

  335. it? He walks from store to store with a Bible under his arm.

  336. As a lot of times I go by him and I salute him, whether

  337. he sees me or not. I say that's right to hear you. The

  338. passport of heaven in the face of Emperor Heathen and Emperor hard and my brother

  339. Carol for a place to place open the Secrets Killer and read it because it

  340. might be somebody of I come by and ask you. You will understand what's

  341. a go my brother? Then just say yes, sir, I'm not like

  342. that. Easy up here, year, I know what I'm reading up the

  343. stand. What I'm reading, I couldn't do these noble brother or not we

  344. read they knew the strit Sir. After hearing the preacher preach for fifteen minutes,

  345. I can tell whether or not he's a student of the word. I

  346. can tell whether or not he studies to show himself approved unto God, a

  347. workman that needed nothing to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth, or

  348. if he studying just enough to know more than the next God. Huh,

  349. Well, I'm trying to preach to you, samble out Tobiah who lived in

  350. the days of me Amiah. As Neamiah was trying to do something for God,

  351. they hurled insults at you. Ah, look at that. That's just

  352. brother Rodcap trying to teach Sunday's good. Who does he think he is?

  353. The core a stretched door manager slash teacher. Oh look at that, that's

  354. just brother Jesse going into the nursing home a minister to a handful of people.

  355. Do you think that people can really hear and understand what brother Jesse's doing?

  356. I do because I serve a god of a miracle. I serve a

  357. god that can make all things move, including the minder of somebody that has

  358. between email, including the minder and somebody is lost it or come on now?

  359. Some mocked him for their desire and their efforts, for attempting her to

  360. revive and repealing a glorious worker. What did they say? They said,

  361. who can revive the stone? Say? From this rubbish? Why bother with

  362. the pebbles? The walls have been torn down, the mockers continued. Come

  363. on now, they went on to say it for boxer, go up,

  364. he'll break the word. I don't care if it's the big bat whoop the

  365. temple, the old little fox. I cop told you to feel that ball

  366. who couldn't hoper and he can Papa sneaking out of the cover, and that

  367. law will off of out built all of ghost. Now they'll tell us how

  368. can it stand? It'll stand Sister Hannah, if we build it upon a

  369. rock with wisdom, but the fullest man that builds a house upon the sand,

  370. that's right, when the rains come down and the storms come up,

  371. it will not stand. Sister Hannah taught her first Sunday school lesson and she's

  372. the new teacher of that primary class on the wise Man and the foolish Man.

  373. I'm feeling the Holy Ghost now, y'all feeling him in here tonight.

  374. You can never get people to shout when you're talking about work. Radiness of

  375. mine willing to work about the only one that I know of been shouting about

  376. that since he's twelve, of Jeremiah, I mean, they just always did

  377. love work, his sister lead. That's good news for you. He's always

  378. been a workaholics where you men, I know that. But these balkers are

  379. gonna come. They're gonna come, and they're gonna go. But what you

  380. need to remember, if God has assigned you to something, when they come

  381. and when they go, we're still gonna be here. God not bring them

  382. in. We'll try to win them, convert them. But if they decide

  383. they don't light the way you're living. If they decid like the church of

  384. this or not Gome. We don't want this. You wanna try to run

  385. a church out there or the pastor out You just let him go on and

  386. live however they want to live. Come on around. It does not matter.

  387. He made part of these people because or they desire to do something for

  388. the Lord. They did something. You can't just sit there and do nothing

  389. and we try to talk. Has to do something. The brother we are

  390. belay this. They couldn't preach like the Apostle Paul. They didn't have the

  391. knowledge, but they could read the Bible. They could search the scriptures.

  392. You don't feel the Holy ghost in this place. Let's read our Golden Text

  393. again, Acts seventeen and eleven. These were more noble than those in this

  394. a naika in that they received the Word with all readiness of mind and search

  395. the scriptures daily. Whether these things were so so because they had got it

  396. for themselves. After Apostle Paul had been ran out of town. There was

  397. nobody on earth that could tell them differently. There was not a demon,

  398. There was not a preacher full of charisma, there was not any type of

  399. angelic being. There was nobody that could separate them from the love of God,

  400. and there was nobody that could separate them from their doctrine, because they

  401. begin to compare the things that Apostle Paul told them, this same sacred writings

  402. that Apostle Paul had referred to. Because Apostle Paul himself had been a Pharisee,

  403. and so they knew that the teachings of the Apostle Paul were both biblically

  404. a scripturally sound. An come on, now, you see these people were

  405. doing their diligence in staying the word of God. The great servant of the

  406. Lord, the missionary of the Apostle Paul, had gone into Tessalon Naika,

  407. and he had encountered some sort of opposition there again, I want you to

  408. know, But when it came to these brethren and sisters of Maria, he

  409. noticed how interested the Marias were, and hearing from him and hearing from the

  410. word of the Lord, they wanted to receive it. Who hear me right

  411. now? They wanted to receive it. They wanted everything that they received.

  412. Preach to me, preacher, tell me, don't lie to me. If

  413. it's in there. You showed me chapter and verse, you pointed out you

  414. proved to me that Jesus Christ was the Messiah, and that we did wrong

  415. and crucified him. You see, the Grecians, the Greeks, which were

  416. gentiles, those that were not Jews, the Jews, brothers, Jeremiah,

  417. they are all getting preached to by the Apostle Paul. The poor, the

  418. rich, they're all getting preached to you. If you'll notice this, it

  419. said they received the word, and they received it gladly. I said that

  420. they received it gladly. It wasn't familiar to them. It would have been

  421. something very different from what they had been hearing. It would have been something

  422. different from the normal teaching they had heard. It would have been different preaching

  423. than what they had heard. Are y'all with me? It would have been

  424. different. It would not have been the normal mundane running the mill sermon as

  425. that they were used to hearing. They could tell these men had been with

  426. Jesus. They could tell Apostle Paul had been come on that street, and

  427. butther Jerli, and they could tell that these men had something in their preaching

  428. that they needed. They had the holding ghosts. So this was knocked as

  429. one of the meal servants. They had heard on a weekly basis out the

  430. synagogue. Oh, come on, Paul went to the synagogue, and he

  431. begin to turn into upside down. What would happened the con the rogue caps

  432. started visiting that some of the churches in the state of Plorida, and they

  433. listened to him preacher, they would say, this is not the same old,

  434. same old we've been happening. That is not the same spiritual manner that

  435. we've been peace and over it. I could tell this man has been with

  436. God. John chapter number eight, verse number thirty two had said, and

  437. ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free again.

  438. Those who believed in the Lord and those who abode in him. It was

  439. his word that they found freedom through, and by this word that we find

  440. liberty. Spiritual captives. Come on, now, these people were being committed

  441. and faithful to the truth because they found the truth to be liberating. In

  442. spite of the tumult and dessalon Nikah, these people were gonna make sure they

  443. held on to their revival. Jesus was not speaking to them the same things

  444. their ancestors had been speaking. And Jesus told them that your ancestors, even

  445. though they're religious, the Pharisees and the Sadducees and the scribes. They are

  446. enslaved to sin the y'all listen right now, are y'all listener? They won't

  447. get this. Jesus wasn't speaking to them of their ancestors being enslaved in Egypt.

  448. Oh. No, he wasn't speaking of their ancestors being enslaved in Babylon

  449. for seventy years. No, he was speaking about a different kind of bondage.

  450. He was saying, you'll know the truth. Boys, you need to

  451. listen to me. To you to speaking of himself. You need to listen

  452. to me, and you'll know the truth, and the truth will liberate you.

  453. And that's what these noble brethren of Maria. They realize there is one

  454. man here, yes, and his message is different or come on that?

  455. JUSTI beant because the majority's preaching in one manner and they're telling one side of

  456. the story and not the whole story, does not make them right. There

  457. can be a time that God uses one voice in the wilderness name Elijah,

  458. of one voice in the wilderness named John the Baptist, or on one preacher

  459. named the apostle Paul, to come to thissaline naikra, or to come to

  460. Maria and go on down to Athens and have a problem with what's going on?

  461. Are you believers of the New Testament or not? When they read the

  462. Apostle Paul not a thislin knocka He went to Maria when they had escape of

  463. a knight for Maria, he went to Athens. The Bible said that Silace

  464. had stayed behind, and Apostle Paul stood there in Athens, and he wondered,

  465. he is a silence. He thought silence would have followed him down there.

  466. The Bible said, he said, word to silence, get yourself down

  467. here. In One of his first matters of business. Worse was the challenge

  468. the way of worship in after he come on. Now you can run a

  469. man of call that out of work town, that he'll preach the same thing

  470. that in another town. That you can run him an altar from work chang.

  471. If he's another prophet, he'll preach the same thing that I can know

  472. the church. If it's no longer he'll preach one team of this sign apartment,

  473. then he'll preach the same thing or the other signment or the apartment.

  474. Because of the word of call another changer, the dell change, the little

  475. verbal persecution. Is it gonna change the way I dress? It's not gonna

  476. change the way I believe. Because the world that gives to me, God

  477. gave it to me. Jesus gave it to me, His word gave it

  478. to me, and the devil cannot take it away. I love here preach.

  479. I'm talking about having to work tonight as a little quiet, little more

  480. quiet than normal. You see, Jesus had promised him freedom if they really

  481. wanted it, to their freedom. And second Corinthians eight twelve, except for

  482. if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a

  483. man hath, and not according to that he hath, not as the believers

  484. of Neo Bias day and asked the Bereans, these Corinthium believers who are being

  485. preached to and written to by the apostle Paul. He they understood they had

  486. to remain focused in their spiritual mission and their spiritual assignments. I'll preach it

  487. again. I don't want to say again tonight on the noble brethren of Berea.

  488. Again, I'm preaching tonight on the noble brethren of Bria. What is

  489. your spiritual assignment? Is it to say amen from the pew? Is it

  490. to testify? Is it to win the loss at any cost? What is

  491. your spiritual assignment? Is it to make suit for the homeless tomorrows to wood?

  492. And that's what it is, hope for the homeless team? What is

  493. your spiritual assignment? What is your daily assignment? I feel the Holy ghost

  494. in this place. Paul tells the Corinthians that if they have a willing mind,

  495. they will be able to give in order to help the church in Jerusalem.

  496. Brother Roquemp, I studied that in context that I did not necessarily see

  497. where Apustle Paul commanded them to help their brother and sister, as in I

  498. order you to send a certain dollar amount to the brethren in Jerusalem that are

  499. suffering. But the man of God, the Apostle Paul, was telling them

  500. where this revival originated. Headquarters is in Jerusalem, that is where the apostles

  501. are, that is where the whole church is, And it would be wise

  502. for you to them financially. It would be wise for you to send them

  503. a card of encouragement. It would be wise for you to say, amen,

  504. come on, let us what he's saying right here, y'all can look

  505. at that in context later. But that scripture that must first have a willing

  506. mind. Apostle Paul saying, you gotta have a heart to give. You

  507. gotta have the right mindset. I've been helping some of you for some time.

  508. Now change your mindset, change your outlook on things concerning the ministry,

  509. change your mind concerning reaching the loss of open air evangelism. You see,

  510. believers must first have the right mindset. They must have a willing mind.

  511. They must have the right motives. I've seen people come to church before only

  512. because we had a food banker. I've seen people come to church before only

  513. because we gave an operas to those that we're needing. That's an Apostle Paul

  514. said. But if you got the wrong mindset, you'll give to the church

  515. to Jerusalem. You do it with integrity. Can I tell you the Holy

  516. Gospel people are people on intangrity. The Marias had a genuine desire to the

  517. truth and then listen to the truth. They come on now. They had

  518. a genuine desire to be people off the truth. And that's when I sent

  519. iteen Sa chapter number one in verse number twenty two a payphraseer. But if

  520. you hear the truth, you ought to do the truth. And that's what

  521. I believe in. Noble brethren of Maria were more noble than the burning of

  522. diesilin Knocker, because that when they heard that, they get it. How

  523. about you? Have you been seeking God? How I true? There have

  524. you been feeling after God? How about truth? Have you been a duer?

  525. There ain't no doubt you've heard old her. There ain't no doubt.

  526. Your preachers preach that. There ain't no doubt, they say, God,

  527. Dad, have you done that? The brands were receptive to the Word,

  528. and they were active towards the things of God. Their minds were all the

  529. things of the Lord. And it's gonna be on the Lord if you're pouring

  530. his word in your heart. His word was in my heart like a fire

  531. shut up in my bones. And I was weary with forbearing, and I

  532. could not stay, David said, while I was musing the fire beginning to

  533. burn within me. You know, if you sit in front of a TV,

  534. or sit in front of YouTube and entertaining yourself all a on, it's

  535. garbage in and then this garbage out, this garbage in and as garbage is.

  536. That's probably what happened to these people, and this lunaika is that not

  537. why there was a tumult as a result, because people just were not meditating

  538. on what Paul was trying to preach. Hey, if they reject the words

  539. of Paul, they don't reject the words of Journey. But you've got the

  540. choice as an individual, Tyler, you got the choice as an individual.

  541. Journey. You got the choice as an individual. Jonathan, will you accept

  542. it or will you reject it? I'm talking to somebody here tonight. You

  543. need to be looking for the scriptures, and you need to be looking for

  544. the Lord and not looking for something or somewhere else. If you're unmarried,

  545. Pack, you need to seat the Lord. Will you seek the sconser,

  546. w you need a house. You need to seek the Lord. I said

  547. you need to put cod first, John Jackter number six and verse number sixty

  548. seven. Jesus said to the twelve, will you go away Offso? Will

  549. you go away? Officer? So I understand this. Unless you think too

  550. highly of yourself, understand this. Most rejected the preaching and Noah, most

  551. of what it's called the devout Jews of Thessalonika, those of the synagogue,

  552. the religious sort rejected Paul. People rejected Peter, and Peter could pass by

  553. his shadow cast upon the sick it cause him to rise up. Now,

  554. I have preached a lot of sound doctrine tonight. I've given you a lot

  555. that you want. But this lets me know how vulnerable you are, to

  556. know that you're sitting under my ministry. And then I'm preach the sermons as

  557. led by the Holy Ghost, and to realize, when it gets right down

  558. to it, you will choose. It will be up to your mind and

  559. your mindset whether you choose to do right or choose to do wrong. I

  560. have told the Howell Boys for years. I said, do not talk like

  561. a gay person. Do not act like a gay person, no matter how

  562. excited you get. Do not feign yourself to be gay, because the Bible

  563. said, fools make a market. See. I have fallen out with so

  564. called Christian comedians, and I can name them, but I choose not to

  565. do so tonight on this podcast and in this sermon. But I have shunned

  566. them and refrain from listening to them because their comedic nature is different. And

  567. if you will about definition, queer is strange. They are odd and peculiar

  568. and somewhat laughable because of their effeminacy, how feminine they are, and the

  569. way they say things and the way they flick their wrists. And so I

  570. can exhort all I want to, and we can refuse to not assemble.

  571. We can assemble, we can gather together, we can come together, but

  572. if we don't listen, if we don't do what we have heard, That's

  573. what these bareans were doing. They became students of the scripture. They became

  574. devout. That's why they became a noble brethren. My sister Room said tonight,

  575. you won't have to worry about the pastor telling you praise the Lord if

  576. you've read the entire book of Psalms repeatedly, or read the entire book of

  577. Proverbs, or sister how and I have done multiple times in the last six

  578. weeks, and I preached the Lord out of the book of Soalves. If

  579. you study that book of Salve, you feel like a sinner, a hypocrite.

  580. If you go into the house of the Lord without praising the Lord.

  581. It's very troubling of my spirit and causes me to tremble spiritually when I realize

  582. it all hinges on your mind. It all hinges on your choices. Take

  583. that index finger, if you will point it right here at your mind.

  584. You must have the mind to do right. You must have the mind to

  585. do something for God. It needs to originate and shadow you. But if

  586. cop for did it takes a preacher to awaken your understanding. Don't reach up

  587. that counsel and that knowledge. Don't reach up there and pull the string on

  588. that lamp and turn that light off. I'm telling you God is speaking the

  589. son of this building tonight. You only hope is that your mindset changes.

  590. The only hope is that you realize it really is what Holy goot speaking through

  591. the preacher, he really lost, Sister Root, speak about the Holy Ghost

  592. to life, what a red it lost? Sister Holler, speak of all

  593. the Holy girls, horicond that God Jesse, he really did have the mind

  594. of God to tell Even if that preacher, all that teacher, all the

  595. air noddles in your pissness up, You've got that get to your eye tech

  596. within your hall and the roles. You can't start missing church just because somebody

  597. said something. You know, like, fuck, that's what the people.

  598. What tussle. I'm not take you what a distance between me and that preacher?

  599. Then I want to feel guilty about what I'm doing. I was still

  600. that way. I said, I gotta go over, know all that preacher.

  601. I gotta go. Well, no, you're preaching the truth. What

  602. everybody's preaching. Why that boy's preacher and not everybody's preaching the truth? I

  603. heard it, dear brother, say, three or four more years ago.

  604. He said that a man that worked on air conditioners came to his church to

  605. work on air conditioners. I believe it was air conditioners they were working on.

  606. And he said, this man began to say, thirty thirty five years

  607. ago, when preachers preach, they preach, they hold the row. They

  608. put everything they had in it. The Holy Gold spoke through them as the

  609. oracles of God. You could tell God was on them. They got sweaty,

  610. they kicked their heels. They preach. He said, they used to,

  611. They used to, they used to, and that holyness. Pentecostal preacher

  612. said, what do you mean they used to. You're at one of them

  613. churches right now. You know what's interesting to me. God opened the book

  614. and showed him that God has not changed, but there are still people preaching

  615. the way. He remembered it that in his mind, when it come time

  616. for church, he won't gonna drive twenty minutes to be in what he said

  617. he wanted to be in again. He didn't want really, he didn't want

  618. to go. Understand what I'm saying. Since the houseman saying she wants Chinese

  619. food, lord willing to bar, I'm gonna try forty minutes to get her

  620. Chinese food at a sun restaurant if you really wanted you to real get it.

  621. Honey, are you in this house tonight? I'm telling you who should

  622. be up? They'll put this preacher no. When you've closed all. What

  623. are we searching after? Besides the Lord? The search scripture? And I

  624. think I looked at this sign. I've seen some hear the words of truth

  625. turn on their heels and walk away from it because their minds were made up

  626. about what they were going to do and how they were going to live.

  627. I remember when the preachers started preaching to me thirty years ago. I heard

  628. some things that he said that I had not heard before. That's what these

  629. Bereans were saying. Paul saying, some things I have not heard before.

  630. Hey, I'm more interested than the beard patrol is your beard. I'm more

  631. interested in the truth than the beard patrol is and your beard. I'm more

  632. interested in why people are not reaching the loss at any cost. I'm more

  633. interested in why people aren't praying before church anymore, why people are having to

  634. be bagged and praise the Lord, why people are having to be told they

  635. must be soul winners in order to make it to heaven. I'm interested in

  636. figuring out what the world's wrong with the church than assigning a beard patrolling to

  637. go around. They never can't meeting and them every man is wearing a beard

  638. to hem that for the fools out there, I'm said, how I believe

  639. or how I feel about anything tonight, I'm telling you we've got some weightier

  640. matters that we've got to deal with. We've got some gossip goblins, We've

  641. got some gen and there roomless, We've got some troublemakers with destinal life up.

  642. You're causing a tomorrow. Then, the holiness of Penecostal church is not

  643. counseling my God. It staring up people against one or another. We've got

  644. souls to win that we got people of reach. They're peopling up college.

  645. They's suffering college. Hold on pilot, must coat it, popop The idea

  646. or something might go against the grain of your opinion and your ideology and your

  647. mindset. But if it's the grain of the Bible, you must embrace it.

  648. And if you get a splinter in the process, ask God to help

  649. you remove the moat or the beam out of your eye, because we cannot

  650. go against the grain of the Bible. Their idea went against the grain of

  651. the Bible. Their will went upstream to the current of the Holy Ghost.

  652. But they were going to do it even if they contradict the scripture. And

  653. I have had people before walk kind of services after speaking to me after the

  654. older service and say, Preacher, it was anointed, it was powerful,

  655. and it was the word. But quite frankly, I don't care what the

  656. Bible said. And Brother Nathaniel, when they don't care what the Bible says,

  657. That's what I'm dealing with here tonight. I'm preaching a message titled the

  658. Noble Brethren of Brea. They had a readiness of mind concerning knowing and keeping

  659. the teachings of Jesus Christ and Paul they searched the scriptures daily, and they

  660. believe these things to be true. Every word of God is perfect, Every

  661. word of God is true. It proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

  662. Brother jessephter like the Holy Ghost. Just for baby from going any further.

  663. As you come to the piano, Baby stand tonight, young person, young

  664. adult. We can demonstrate to you the word. We can personalize it for

  665. you, we can exemplify it. We could be a living example. Apostle

  666. Paul could even say, following me as I follow Christ. But quite frankly,

  667. not everybody followed Apostle Paul. Some rand him out on the rail.

  668. How about you, sir, How about you, ma'am? It don't make

  669. sense to you. Have you searched the scripture. Well, what I'm gonna

  670. do is I'm just gonna run Apostle Paul off. If I can't run him

  671. off, all round myself shy. Some of these things come natural, That's

  672. what brother Steric, Sister Whoop said tonight. Praising him comes natural for the

  673. believer. If you believe the Word of God, it mandates and commands you

  674. to praise him be praise it. But Brother Gable, the fact that my

  675. soul has been spared from hell is enough for me to praise him. The

  676. fact that he gives me a breath every couple seconds of every single day of

  677. every single year, Brother Jeremi, demands that I praise him. The fact

  678. that he gives me new mercies every morning. That demands that I serve him

  679. and spare that in truth, faithfully, with consistency, regularly. He deserves

  680. nothing but the best. And I want to point out to you and enclose

  681. it. These men were noted by Luke the Beloved Physician, the author of

  682. the Book of Acts. After interviewing so many people, the conclusion of the

  683. investigation was this, the bread brethren are noble. They have a noble cause.

  684. And may our calls always be noble. It may our priority be the

  685. winning of souls, but bre and brethren, and may we never be bitter,

  686. May we be blameless, and next may we be beloved of the Lord,

  687. and may we have Bible holdiness. I believe in holdiness. It's anonymous

  688. with sanctification and separation. I believe in description that said come up from wheer

  689. the world be separated. I believe in there being a difference. There is

  690. a difference between goats and sheep. There is a difference between weed and terms.

  691. I believe the people of God can be picked out of a crowd.

  692. And I also believe that God knows the heart. And I believe not every

  693. religious person, whether they be Hindoo, Pharisees, chrib Benecostal, Baptists,

  694. Holiness, Presbyterian, and what denomination they're affiliated with. I believe Jesus knows

  695. what's on the heart. And Brother Thomas stared out of the butts of the

  696. heart. The mouse spearings, and when that mouse speaks, it's not promoting

  697. Jesus. You know what we should be preaching Jesus and him crucified. Do

  698. you know the primary purpose of these brea and brethren and sisters. They were

  699. trying to make sure Jesus was the Messiah. Jesus is the Messiah. They

  700. concluded that's what they had to accept. Jesus was the Messiah. And so

  701. this synagogue of Judaism is going to be a house of Christianity. How about

  702. it? Tonight? Will this message change your life? Will you change course?

  703. Will you allow your mindset to be changed? Tonight? Can we bow

  704. our heads everybody which you open your hearts and minds, to the truth,

  705. not to my word, but to the words of Jesus, to the Spirit

  706. of God. Not to my spirit, but to the Spirit of God.

  707. If you would say with me by raising that hand, preacher, I see

  708. tonight, how I could improve that my spiritual won't raise your hand hands already

  709. going up one, two, three, four, five, six, seventy

  710. nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen,

  711. seventeen, eighteeneteen, twenty, twenty one, twenty two, twenty three,

  712. twenty four, and twenty five out of sixty. I tell you what,

  713. let's do. Let's just find a place to pray with open hearts,

  714. honest hearts, open minds, and just say, Holy ghost is he's noble

  715. brethren of Brena. I want to search my heart, David said, search

  716. me God, search me and try me know my thoughts. You know?

  717. But now said, and you know my UPRISI you know me, Lorna,

  718. you know me better than anybody. Victim the W three the word. I

  719. want to know and keep the tensions of Jesus Christ. Help me to have

  720. a readiness of God. Help me, God, help me Lord, As

  721. Peter said, to whom shall we go as an eel, I expressed,

  722. because of long we must build. There must be a standard for the people

  723. of God, a moral standard, some sort of dress code that's different than

  724. the world's, some sort of standard of truth and righteousness, a biblical standard,

  725. a biblical standard. Let God be true and let every man be on

  726. God. Give me a bond for the Bible. Help me to receive the

  727. world with all readiness of body. Help me to be receptord to the teaching

  728. other preachers, other preacher regarding the word of God. How about it?

  729. Will you be like the little brethren Y gave me? Sing it, sing

  730. it. It's writing Gord evil the man in each beausy I read hell beyonders.

  731. I feel like the Lord would have me tell you. It's up to

  732. you. What will you do? It's up to you. Will have to

  733. change your heart, a change of byes. Will you brace Jesus dootic bush

  734. Cust's call again some further time, some people, and I know it just
