When there is no hope, then there is Hope - Bro Doyle Staton 5-2-2024

Go good man, he's the laws count on man. All the years that

we've been to the church brain the Lord, forty nine years now, I've

seen a lot of things. I've seen when that coming to the church have

a purpose, like different times come into charge. Maybe a song that have

somebody. Maybe it was a testimony that have somebody, and maybe it was

the word of God right right, maybe just a yeah, yes, sorry,

he's God. I jess on top of the Hey man, we're on

the lady listener, b let's do something that's the kind of bent with a

messing last night. What's he told Joe? Do something, boy, do

something, Pray for your friend, raise the Lord, do something. There's

some things we've got to do. A hey dad, Amen, Lord,

I'll tell you what. I appreciate the Lord. Hepphys here for I've got

two messages. I don't know which one to preach. Yeah, I appreciate

the Lord. Hephtinis until nine you. I know one thing the Lord told

me to do something. Hold the ghosts tired you something that's good sometimes sometimes

for every time you tell them a lot of time that I just known good.

A God, man ain't God, I ain't out. That's right,

the boodish things of God. And several years ago, when somebody is probably

on here at this testimony, that sears a day. Uh, I was

preaching the Bible brother the kings, and that's a big old church. It

was three quarters for the law of people. And uh he called me to

the poor kid, and the Lord spoke to me. The holy girls did

and said, take that thid box and throw throw them of them, And

so I did all that. He's nothing about it. The more something the

door. And when I did, there was a brother asked or something.

In that church. You couldn't even raise his show like this all the time,

all the time. And when that box hit the floor in his arm

went straight up in the I don't know to the next day. I had

no idea. I didn't know, Hey, man hitting God. I actually

a little call with the King the next morning, and he's sad when he

throw that clean and my arm went straight in their into you know something,

I've been trying to get a revoble from him for a few years hey man.

From then on, I preached him the bottle. Every years the Lord

God had mooved a different hey, then braise the Lord. And when our

house got blooded, he's sitting there ten thousand dollar check. Come on now,

birks and all kinds of building. And you know when my house got

flooded, U, it cost me fifty seven, said, I mean we

act to clean it out. It got twelve thirteen fourteen inches of water n

and its blooded. Everything we had down load to my twelve inches thirteen inches

it destroys. And the time we got through was fifty seven thousand dollars.

Amen, Camo gave me twenty dollars. You got in twenty thousand. All

all the church people, I was agreeing again, all those years, I

never asked anybody for I didn't even ask me, right, right, they

didn't volunteer this right, I'm not gonna turn you down if you want to

give me a twenty thousand dollars ten amen, prody the Lord, right.

Amen. So you know throughout all the church world we preached, all those

were violence we got they sent through my I ask anybody, he said,

thirty seven thousand dollars. God, that was fifty seven thousand dollars, got

I left it. Twenty two got saved, and seventeen got done to that

I want to just preach a simple fault on this hope. When there's

no hope, then this one. Jesus told those disciples, But go out

there for just a second. When when they marveled, and when Jesus said,

it's easier for a camel to go through an island kneed him than for

a rich man go to heaven. And then the disciples they asked Jesus,

but who then can be saved? And he said that the things are impossible

with the man, it's possible with When the father brought his son to Jesus

that was possessed with demon them ay man, he said, I brought him

to a disciples, and they but not him right, But I brought him

to you. Jesus got on to him about his bath. This bapist generation

told him about that, and he said, if Belle can do anything for

him for the words, and he said, help my my unbelieving. Amen,

he's a w he had some faith. You got faith. Everyone in

this feeling was born with a measure of faith. And you know it or

not. If you're born into this world with a measure of faith, it's

planted within you. It's planted in these little children. But when they become

of the age Amen of accountability, then they've got to be born again that

faith. Praise God, gott in the exercise and bring them to the put

of the cross, that they can be born again. They're born into this

world center. You know that that little baby that's the cuty file missing here,

and all of them, they just want to get them and squeeze a

pray, you know, just shigar God. Amen, praise the Lord.

But they're born. And I know you may say when my child's not,

say well it is. Then again, if the Lord cons then you're serving

couldn't not cast out those devils. Amen, Praise God. They probably went

to Jesus and said, why could not we cast him right? And Jesus

The Bible said, when all hope, but what's gone. I'll tell you

the world. Amen, they don't know where to turn to. That's where

we stand there, and we can tell them to turn to Jesus. If

you turn to God and Heaven, that game is on. Live a god

I know all the Bibles. And if we have hope and this one cross

and that's where home and we are men most our hope. And though we

have hope in Him our hope. One day any man there's a walk on

the streets of glode, or there's no more darkness, no more death.

Let there's no more pain, and there's no more sorrow, and that's no

with God. You had no hope. They had now no God. But

then by hope that is seen? Is not hope for what a man see?

If why does he yet hope for it? But if we hope for

that we see not? Then do we with patience? Wait more? That

I'm telling you here that he said we got to do something, brother and

sister, and this time you've gotten to wait for God. Wait on God.

Hey, then have that patience. I know the Bibles and triplation bringing

for patience. Amen. But Dear God, after a while, we'll get

patience time and then. But for all Lamb of God, we have hope,

because there is hope. Ah. This missionary he went into a far

country, he and God. He was a man close to God and in

prayers, praying, and God told will sell everything he had and moved to

an island over there somewhere. Amen. Well, he was one of those

that wanted to do something for God. So he did. He did something

right, man, I like that this you got, you did up on

it. He did something to please God. I go back to church.

I want you. I'mnappreciate. We need to do something. He did something.

His fault with God was greater than his possessions. Gods were we got

to me got God. And he went to that island. And that missionary

Bountfield of Nos turned partly something like this. I just read this. This

is a master do y'all know. I can't laid the foundation did back in

the ear the nines, me and Keneth Montgomery and my son Timothy, and

uh, I think for the plastics happens we board the foundation. We didn't.

I ain't gone. But anyway, he knelt a nas church. He

was a carpet and uh he was there, you know, believing God,

trusting in God, hoping in God. Do you know that man never seen

a convert. In two years he preached every Sunday morning, you know,

would show up every Sunday morning, every Sunday night, midweeks summer four,

two whole year. Amen. After a while, hope for that out,

but his won't Amen, his yours whatever, because we're human being gin we

hadn't been right, chur chi. If you don't believe it, you take

the book or something hit your thinking and you'll find out and you're still blessed.

But that's just the NAT. It's told me like that. In two

years he preached, and one Sunday morning he did just what I would have

done most like God I've had. I've told God that before I've had enough

of it. God. He told his why that morning they didn't have lit

jery. He said, if there ain't nobody gonna come to this turn I

board everything I had over this term called God told me to the building.

Do you remember one thing? When God tells you to do something, he's

gonna be there. You're gonna be try up my father, alright, he

said, if there ain't nobody gonna come. I'm getting out of here,

amn't. I'm telling you. Brother. He man get which one he was.

Somebody knows. Jimmy Ferrell, great great. I went out with there

preach for Bibles, first person of father, preach schoon. He han't called

me, and he told me, he said, I usually don't preach preachers

unless I hear it. I said, I understand that. I don't need

it. He said, but you know, somebody gave you a good recommendation.

So me and my wife, the two children, we have a little

bust fucking trump. We got out there and we run through the snowstorm.

We ain't never run through the stool like that. I call that stuff.

It was scary. We hadn't going fifty sixty miles. I was doing the

storms. But in the midst of that storm, God told me something.

He said, when you get out there, you keep your mouth shut.

That's what he told me. I was like, he said, you didn't

keep your mouth shut? Why? Because I've always been one to talk to

people out have given you a blessing. Amen, always been like that.

You know you don't have to do That's what it was about. I didn't

understand why he said that. So I got out there a couple of weeks

after got out. But anyway, we probably got through that storm and on

I got out, and you know, and I had a station that doll

got some view. I had a waiting waiting that's how, that's how power

window floor. And we didn't have no heat in that truck, not at

all. We just bread y'all want imagine lost eel God. I got out

there, and he told me two or three weeks later in revival, he

said, when I come and saw brother state, he said, he said,

I said to myself, waterfl God, Yeah, just let me have

me a good time. I'm trying to the boy. And but anyway,

we started off under the Bible that Secday morning and Sunday night and went but

the old old I mean, everybody likes the freaks good, and everybody likes

to hear Sam sometimes to take. Wouldn't need it to take, but you

know, you know, you like to do good. But I'm gonna tell

you something, he's not that there's no hold of service. It bothers me,

it does, and it eat me alive. There from Sunday all the

way through Thursday, there was no all the third, and that preacher told

me, he said, Rose states, we have had not in the first

district in two years for three mus three Amen, not the first vistor.

Amen, pray God. And he kept saying. And if he was here

tonight, i'd say. He kept said, I'm gonna close Friday night.

I can't tell you something. Friday morning I got in. I said,

God, help him much loses, help him with closet. I want to

get out of here. There on the time, I've for done that.

I said, I won't have to get out of here. And God,

I said, God, it's the top. I even went over here and

got the tapes and listened to him and listen to me preach. And I

felt annoyt at the south. I said, God, there's something wrong.

I don't know what it is. They wan't there. They're preaching on Hope's

no hope. There's a I said, God, I want to get out

of here. And the Lord talked to me and said that for the reason

I sent you it. God. Oh, that was probably one. And

that night that plays Trump. The only door was fell in that place.

He's a lord and they were running. Brother. The door was open there,

the front was there, and the side was there. They were running

everybody but me, brother Pharaoh, make a suspicions. They were all running

around the bunch of captains altogether, theating without ready Botimarnia, I mean him

broken that place, Frank, I didn't have the thing in the world to

do it. It was gone on ay Man, praise the water, oh

damned. Four weeks later, praise stop me. And then when after bottle

ended, he had got two brand new families. He's got to come out

years something. Oh st I'm dead now, Amen, I'm gonna tell you

something. When it looks like it's not gonna happen, you can count on

God right now. On rust fucking I drove out there. I drove with

nineteen ninety three du the trunk back home, Amen, that they bought for

me, I mean bought it and gave it to me bray water and cut

down on rust fucking gave it to somebody else. I'm gonna tell you this

night. And then when there's no hope, they're hold maybe when the bills

not moving, there's still home. There's another of God. And then when

somebody's not here say there's still hope from somebody walk in the goal and running

down with the older and stopped working for you. Don't hope that he is

going to work for you and somebody, my God, you're gonna And then

the simary that Sunday morning there was an old trunk stumble in there and then

he got tenure one saying your son and you all hope, and don't brother

and sider back. Now he brought his drunk buddy in there and he got

saved. And then I started working like that, going on up and another

and he don't let the turn say, oh, I don't say lay it

out and hope you don't hole there is all there read his fault. Thank

God, I'm don't listen here. Let me get you another amen. This

missionary was in the simblants of God. Em and his wife. Great people

have gone the semblans of God sent them over to Anlim and they win.

And they was there for a while, and God's poke under him and said

you need to go further on down in the country and preach and those that's

never heard by words. And then when they got in touch with the overseer,

Oh, the overseer, what the Lord. It's poke to and overseer

they'll send him, but their mind they don't want to go to south.

Amen. That's the way most other words. Amen, But anyway he said

it. Overseer said, if you go any further in the country, you're

gonna be on y'all. We're not gonna support you. Why, Why,

that's what I really start. Somebody, the one that want to get in

amen. They went anyway, They moved further on down in the country,

several miles down and earned them booties and build them a little hoots hut.

some stuff like that. Praise the Lord. And they began to preach the

they on God. Everything was growing good, and all of a sudden his

wife got sick with some kind of disease, and then she was on her

death bed. Amen, Praise God. That's the way that devil words he'll

work on somebody. You know. All those years and we preached revivals,

he smoked Sister Street with sickness, one right after another. I mean it

was ever revival smokes her with something. Praised God. We went ahead and

preached anyhow, and then we really hadn't done it anyway. Amen, lovel

God. I figured out on the cross when I got in there. Amen,

Praised God. Whatever's gone, I'm gonna happen to five ever down a

little head liver, even matter island, was willing to foot here God and

God him because somebody make God here, the God man God who his wife

God's sick. Little river was overflooded. Brother. Nobody could cross that back

across that river. Amen. And she was on her death bed. She

could just whisper Amen on that little old cot in me. And he went,

he knows she was dying. And it was about twelve or one o'clock

in the morning, and he knew she would be dead before morning. It

was over this, Amen. And he went up to her too and card

you had this little record player, you know back then that had that thing

go to turn and it would play Amen, Praise God. And he was

playing, and all of a sudden he got up and he asked went over

to his wife and said, what would you like for God to send you

one more time. Amen, Praise God. And she just cut whisper and

she said, I've been Oh, if I could just just get a can

of corn beef, corn beef, Praise God. And then she she said,

I can't taste it. If I could just get a corner bee,

a little can of corn bee and get taste of that, I'd be ready

to go home. But I'm telling you that's something that right God, wanting

to taste that one more time. Ay, I don't care nothing about corn

beef. I like corn big pass without corn be Amen. But she nead.

Everybody's got different tastes and different opinions. God. Hell, But anyway,

you know, there was she was dying and he you know, all

hope was gone. Brother, there was no halt. But whatever could not

be crossed, right, ain't. Then all of a sudden, on that

little hood, she heard a little a man on the door, whatever kind

of the door was. And he went to the door, and there was

a native. He had a box in his head, and he said to

the dard, told me to bring this pee ay man, m hmm.

I'll be honest with me, I don't know if he was a right.

I'm helping me. I tasted the door m and he he said, well,

how did you get across that river? Nobody could cross that river,

he said, Sir, I was standing on the other side. He said.

I closed my eyes and I said the same thing, God, how

can I get across? He said? What hop I them hill the side.

It's God, I hope sometimes, but his hope is working. They

on that box and what it was, Why don't talk a little can I?

I don't call me come on here now? Somebody probably thought about the

wood is throwing that box? What about that can of called me? What

is? Who has got here? Because I throve that bo I guarantee you

whatever saying a hopeless me, count me. All of you talk tonight with

and go home and may do something God the hope again the correct even us

leaves that body, His soul leaves that body, and this body goes to

the dust of the ground, and that spirit goes back to God from hence

a king. That's the hope we have, then, say, I heard

operating room on my heart. They took his heart out. He said,

I died. He said, come up uh at the sea him looking down

said, letting me go back. I knocking through the worst thing he ever

done. Amen. For the next two years, Amen, Raise a lamb

of God. He's laid in the hospital beyond here. God, every two

three weeks or month he was in the hospital sun and then. But I

believe if you had to do it over again, I'm gonna know he's gone

now. It'd never wanted to come back. And praise God. Home here

God. That's the hope we have. Hope. This will probable body,

this old body that's paying the way, this old body that's hurting at Amen.

Lahmah God. You know the doctors could have gave me some of that,

some of that. Uh you know they get in trouble selling it little

me some nastap. And I wanted to tell you I wouldn't Amen. Amen,

all right, and it would have stopped the pain for a little out.

But listen to here, brother and sister your prayer last night, young

said, stop the pain to pray, you know, and I'm to test

the mind or not. Then when there's no halt there still holding, hey
