-
It's the Holy goes titled open this door, Now, Open
-
this door now.
-
Now.
-
I want every honest hearted person in this building to
-
raise your hand. If at any point in your life
-
you heard your mother or father standing on the other
-
side of a door that you had closed and locked,
-
and they knocked on that door and said open this door. Now,
-
after the third or fourth time of them said open
-
this door, you could put a comma behind that experience
-
in that statement and say.
-
Now, in big bold letters, capital letters, opened this door.
-
Now.
-
Now I've been praying, sister, how can testify to this?
-
That is not to pend roses as the saying goes
-
upon myself, That is not to re affirmation, approval, or
-
applause from you all. Sister, we will tell you in
-
the eighteen years that I've served as pastor here, I'm
-
not after any of that.
-
And i will preach the word of God and be instant,
-
end season and out of season, without any nice text
-
messages following, without any forthcoming praises.
-
I will obey the Lord.
-
But I want every person in this building to know
-
that I have been praying, and that.
-
Is to be accountable to God and accountable to you all,
-
not as though you Lord over me, or in spiritual
-
authority over me, But to let you know that I
-
watch for your soul, and I have been praying, and
-
the first Lady can tell you, oh, yes, without a doubt.
-
Every morning between three and five am, I see him
-
praying for us. And so while I was praying, making
-
a sacrifice and crucify the flesh, and really pray and
-
really seeking the Lord, the Lord told me to tell
-
somebody in this building open this door. Now, he said, Jeremy,
-
tell them to open this door. Now you know what
-
that door represents. Now, when the spirit of God prompts
-
you to pray, you better pray. When the spirit of
-
God nudges and budgets you, you better move with the
-
spirit of God. When you hear that knocking on that
-
door and you get a feeling that the Spirit of
-
God is saying, of the church, pray, there's a reason
-
for that. When the Son of God is standing on
-
the other side of the door he's knocking, you better
-
open that door.
-
Turning me to the Book of Revelations, chapter number three,
-
verses number nineteen and twenty, please Brother Samuel, Second Samuel,
-
chapter number six and verse number sixteen, Brother Jesse Genesis,
-
chapter number eighteen, verses.
-
Number one and two.
-
Praise the Lord.
-
If you're glad to be in the house of the
-
Lord tonight, look at your neighbor and say, hey, neighbor,
-
when God speaks to you, you better open that door.
-
Oh yes, all right, brother, Samuel, say it Samuel, chapter
-
number six and verse number sixteen.
-
And as the ark of the Lord came into the
-
city of David, Michael Saw's daughter looked through the window
-
and saw the King David leaping and dancing before the Lord.
-
And she despised him in her heart. And she despised
-
him in her heart. After she'd looked out that window.
-
She didn't go to the door, did she. She chose
-
to look out the window instead of opening the door.
-
Brother Jesse Genesis, chapter number eighteen. Read verses number one
-
and two. Please brother.
-
And the Lord appeared to him in the planes of memory.
-
And he sat in the tent door in the heat
-
of the day. And he lift up his eyes and
-
looked and looke. Three men stood by him. And when
-
he saw them, he ran to meet them from the
-
tent door and bowed himself toward the ground, speaking.
-
Of the patriarch Abraham. The Bible said that he went
-
to the door. If you would he opened the door
-
of that tent. He stood there inside that doorway. Let's
-
stand for the reading of our text here tonight. Revelation
-
chapter number three, verses number nineteen and twenty.
-
The Bible says, and as many as I love, I rebuke.
-
And chasing, be zealous therefore and repent. Behold, I stand
-
at the door and knock. Somebody knock on the wall
-
next to you.
-
Behold, I stand at the door and knocked. If any
-
man here by a voic and open the door, I
-
will come in to him and will suck with him,
-
and he with me.
-
Notice that expression open the door. Let's pray, Heavenly.
-
Father, we love and we praise you, and thank you
-
for the opportunity to be in your house tonight.
-
I pray God that you would have known.
-
This, thy servant, set a guard of my mouth, and
-
help me to say the things that you would have
-
me to say, not to more and less a north
-
the ears of this thy people, that they might hear
-
what it is, the Spirit of God says under the
-
church tonight, through the preach word of God Lord, not
-
of my words. I pray, let them hear your words.
-
Speak through me. God, use me as a vessel, fill
-
me up, use me as a cod do it gor.
-
Pour into me that I might pour out.
-
I pray that these sins will go below the shoulder,
-
not just in one ear and.
-
Out the other.
-
Don't let them just whirl the troll out into mind
-
or make connection.
-
Let them penetrate the soul and the spirit of the people.
-
I pray God that we would not be hearers only,
-
but that we would heed. That we would not hear
-
the knock holy, but that we would open the door.
-
That we would not hear the knock holy, but that
-
we would open the door.
-
We'll give you the.
-
Praise and honor and the glory in Jesus' name.
-
In the church said Amen, as you're being seen again,
-
look at your neighbor and say, hey, neighbor.
-
You better open that door again.
-
I want to preach a message the Holy Ghost owl
-
open this door now. Our textas found in a New
-
Testament book of the Holy Bible. It's located in the
-
last Book.
-
Of sixty six books. This book is one that.
-
Frightens those who are luke horn spiritually. Not everyone is
-
interested in reading the writings of this prophetic book. Not
-
everyone wishes to open their ears to hear what the
-
Holy Ghost is saying. Unto the churches. Everybody in this
-
building tonight has their ears open, and not.
-
Everybody in this building is tuned in to what the
-
Spirit of God has been saying to this church.
-
In recent weeks. Our dear sister, Sister Janet.
-
Hill said tonight just before she saint so.
-
Well as she's saying, that's special, And she said, God
-
has been nudging us and preparing us for something forthcoming,
-
something special, something wonderful.
-
Lies just ahead. And have you know, wonderful things lie
-
on the other side of the door of revival. Also,
-
wonderful things lie on the other side of the door
-
of repentance. Impact on the opposite side of the door,
-
the front side of the door or repentance, you will
-
find restoration, renewal, and revival. But there's somebody refusing to
-
open the door. A lot of you remember the little
-
story that told to you when you were a little
-
child of three pigs, and how at some point the
-
big bad wolf became and he huffed and he puffed,
-
and he bleed that door down. I'm concerned tonight that
-
God is about to blow somebody's door wide open.
-
He will.
-
He can do that if that's what you desire for
-
him to do as a young child. I'm sure after
-
that third or fourth declaration of your parents saying I'm
-
going to beat this door down, if you don't unlock
-
that handset and open the door, you put your hand
-
on the handset, turn the lock to the unlocked position,
-
and you open the door and let mom and dad
-
come in to do whatever it was they wanted to do.
-
You let him come in and take a survey of
-
the situation. You see, the lad of see in church
-
was upset about the fact that the Master is on
-
the outside of the door. In other words, the house
-
was in a mess and he was standing outside the door.
-
So it finds us to how well that very few
-
people are students of the Book of Revelation, because would
-
licke on the other side of the door frightens him?
-
The messenger, the Messiah that on the opposite side of
-
the door concerns.
-
Him because of his arrival. Why is he here?
-
You will remember that the Lord told the apostles of
-
the purpose of the Holy Ghost how he would come
-
and how he would reprove the world of sin before
-
he filled believers with the Holy Ghost. And so I
-
appreciate this book of Revelation, Mother Samuel.
-
Howell, I believe that those that keep the.
-
Sins of this book are blessed. In this particular book
-
of the Bible, we find that there must have been
-
some that did not desire to keep those things that
-
are written in it, even though the time of his
-
coming was upon them. That how many of you know
-
tonight that the time of the coming of the Lord
-
is upon us.
-
I feel like.
-
Soon, and very soon were going to see the King.
-
There is no doubt at all in my mind that
-
his coming is soon. He's a whole lot closer to
-
his appearance now than it was a century of God.
-
You see, these people preferred to take the approach of
-
an Ostrich when in his face with a dangerous situation,
-
they desire to hide from the truth, even when it's
-
knocking at the door. Somebody knock on the door, so
-
an Ostrich decides that it will hide from the situation
-
even though it is at hand.
-
You see a lot of people and Jessee, they muffle
-
the voice of the Lord.
-
By closing the door in the face of Truth, which
-
is the Lord. The Book of Revelation is about unveiling
-
the Lord Jesus Christ prophetically. Yet rather than stepping forward
-
and viewing it firsthand for themselves, they desire to traw
-
the blinds to a close and turn the deeper on
-
the door of opportunity for understanding, they would rather remain
-
children of darkness rather than children of life. When the
-
Sun of God put on human pleass we call that
-
God incarnate. When the incarnate.
-
Christ, God in plash.
-
Appeared the Bible sent many rejected that opportunity. You see,
-
the opportunity to accept salvation was present. God had set
-
before them and open door. And for some reason somebody
-
grabbed the novel and then pulled the door closed, the
-
door of opportunity, the door of enlightenment. Spiritually, the door
-
of truth was closed.
-
And I feel like while I was seeking.
-
God in the early morning hours this morning, God, let
-
me know, you better.
-
Open that door now left before.
-
Somebody is bigger than the big bad loss decide to
-
blow it open. You see, the author of this book,
-
he's the apostle John.
-
The Bible readers and students among us.
-
Tonight to know that John was not gone there that.
-
Would hide from the Boss of God. He would not
-
hide as he did from the.
-
Presence of the Lord.
-
He was one that welcomed the appearance and the arrival
-
of the Lord.
-
As he served as one of the decison.
-
To our Jesus. And so later on in his life,
-
because he had opened the door after door, the Lord,
-
decilitude appear to somebody that would.
-
Open the door of pleasing, say.
-
Cannot tell you before God.
-
Opens the door of baptism in your life. You've got
-
to allow Him to open the door of silation, a
-
sactification in your life. You see, God will allow you
-
to walk up to care after door of opportunity.
-
If you will her open.
-
The door yourself, God will come in. He will sup
-
with you. You find the child by banish to the
-
isle of Patmosa by a Roman government for preaching the
-
truth or the open door the Gospel. He finds himself
-
in that terrible situation.
-
There in the spirit said the Lost Day, and many
-
of you know it us.
-
We're he away to either accept it or reject the
-
patent that God desire to visit him in that awkwul situation,
-
and soon he gets caught up in the spirit. He said,
-
going to be out in there, or pat my son.
-
Don't matter what you're going through in your life, don't
-
matter the situation, man, It puts it up earning fire, refurnison,
-
it present up the alrence, or if it's on the island,
-
for it is always an open door, or deliberate said,
-
if you will allow God.
-
To open it, you standing on the other side of
-
the door.
-
He'll knock her and ask her, are you willing to
-
let me open it? Are you willing for me to
-
come out there? You see child having been closer to
-
the bosom of her.
-
Jeez is time where after time?
-
Where God after door? Jesus synam the door and you
-
pine the job. He was sworn and keeping his ear.
-
He's the door.
-
He was worn to listen to the doors, to the door.
-
He was no love than opportunity of the Lord considered himself.
-
He was learned to advancy through the door. Hey, I'm
-
telling somebody denied that. God stuck to me between three
-
and tide this morning to tell you you better open
-
that this door.
-
I'm preaching that serving the Holy gainst.
-
Til that opened this.
-
Care Now why it the children is well? Have not
-
a that through that door?
-
Of opportunity, they would have died, and heeds a slave
-
there has captain, so they come on. Now, do you
-
know there's a reason then.
-
Now the glass of gods being hear, there's a reason
-
why we're here, and lucky there apparently over that there
-
you met her.
-
Open here a man, you met her open it the
-
author of this book, this dear John.
-
He kept his ear to the door.
-
Brother Caleb laid the ear on that door.
-
Brother Caleb said, after last Wednesday night service and after
-
the Holy Ghost rebuked him and chasing him, I didn't
-
really know exactly what all was going on, but I
-
knew that God was knocking on the door, and I
-
knew that we could hear the voice of God trying
-
to speak to somebody. The Bible said, here those that
-
I love, I chase, I rebuke, And Brother Caleb has said,
-
ever since I opened the door and let him come in,
-
I opened the door repent.
-
I nothing know.
-
My Bible says two to me. You see, Caleb, he
-
was a make that thank Caleb's situation.
-
Hippi do let the door closed.
-
I don't know anything to night cut me pass. He
-
heard the voice, so then he opened the door. We
-
see my daughter has gone to the Caleb. Then I'm
-
talking to somebody the same way. Daughter sit chater and said,
-
I've got something like look at this churture their new lord.
-
They're nauseating.
-
They make me sad.
-
You see, this man was one like some in this feeling.
-
He was not afraid.
-
Sister had to hear the voice of the Lord.
-
I'm afraid of some in this building tonight would panic
-
at the presence of your pastor while you're working on
-
the job. I'm praid to center in this building with
-
panic like the prayersss of your parents in your bedroom.
-
Hey, you better open this door, come on now.
-
I doubt that John was one to lead the Lord
-
standing outside on the other side on the door. Between
-
seventy and eighty people are here tonight. I asked her
-
about seventy eight of you to say amen, and I
-
kept my back while I preached to that one. It's
-
hiding behind the door.
-
That one is refusing to open the door.
-
Do you know why you don't want to open the door.
-
Because that bedroom is a mess, Because there's sucking aping
-
in the temper, there's sucking the rachel in the temper,
-
there's an hot as some mad. There's something in the
-
man that's looking for. Now, there's sucking that Jesus is
-
looking for. I tell us somebody, he's knocking. Hold the
-
door in your house.
-
He's in a mess. And that's not it.
-
You don't want to open my dorm, And I'm telling
-
you you might open this door.
-
Now.
-
God deals and he deals, and he deals with souls.
-
He wounds and it calls.
-
He pulls and he drawls.
-
Him, and he says, my spirit shall not always strife.
-
Who may, sister, how people.
-
Take for granted the boice of God speaking to them.
-
They take for granted the crowing and the wooing and
-
the holy gust. But now it's the tony time be
-
old today.
-
Right now he is.
-
Today for salvation. But so many times there's that one
-
or two They began to turn that lock to the
-
locked position, and then they put a chunk of wood
-
down on between the floor and the bottom of the door.
-
They FORTI five the door. I'm gonna say it one
-
more time. I talked to Howard children, five boys and
-
one girl. I talked to Howard children, five boys and
-
one girl. Sister Hannah said, sometimes she gets lost in
-
the shadow of her brother and so to speech. He's
-
been saying that for years. Brother Bell used to have
-
come down and say them five sons or brother had
-
a don't all you just start testifying it and says
-
he's got we understand that she's good for that. I'm
-
just trying to pepper this with a little grid. You
-
were in it. But we talked them five boys and
-
one girl about that big bad wolf that wanted to
-
gain entreating and he said, I'm going to do it.
-
If I have to huffer, and I have to puffer,
-
I will blow your doorion, and I will blow your
-
house down.
-
The body is not from old. You won't with a crosser.
-
You won't belong to yourself. That you for ten that
-
you're temping out of here. The body and that soul,
-
it belongs to God, and God is nothing. They you're good,
-
He's given you a lot of that. Put your name
-
that the answer.
-
I said, then yeah, I s Then I want you
-
to know call old, said little stat And he's standing
-
up for there. He is the master of the house.
-
That he's coming here.
-
Then whether you're right it or nothing, money and watch.
-
He's coming here.
-
There were times him how the boys they knew on
-
that fourth time, that fourth rat tap tempt, he become
-
a ball fist, and I thought.
-
It was no longer just a general. Oh God, that
-
what a fist.
-
And that's where I believe somebody's at hitting this building.
-
The summer said, when you said it to me, seek
-
my face, I said it to thee thy face, I
-
will seek. If God told you a storm is coming,
-
you better let the major than the master of the
-
storm reside.
-
The shide of you. You see, John was.
-
Not going to let Jesus remain at a distance. He
-
was one to get right up against the door.
-
He said.
-
And I text, as many as I loved our rebuke
-
and chasing, be sent a steppo and repent. Behold, I
-
stand at the door and knock.
-
If any man hear.
-
My parcel and open the door, I will come in
-
to him, and we'll suck with him, and he with me.
-
In recent preasa, we've heard good preaching, I better just
-
see how one we've heard a good preaching. I better
-
not thank your howwa we've heard good preaching. Oppressed the
-
howell you heard better fill up saying you cann't find
-
her a better person in the long to preach to
-
you for this generation. Then he turned to knocking man
-
that I want you.
-
The door a knife.
-
It's got me rock and knocking.
-
There's a course, he said. I stand there at the door,
-
then I speak up.
-
You will realize what kind of trouble Then you.
-
Real man with God A guess they're speaking.
-
They say, you gotta open up this door right now.
-
You go open this door right now.
-
You better pray rather than you lunch.
-
You gotta swee the hinches or we gave the pocose.
-
You better pray.
-
I feel the Holy gho seeing this person God speaking
-
to my heart.
-
John had this door open.
-
It to him because door out the door he opened
-
under Jesus. In context, Jesus is speaking.
-
To the church of the lay of the Seins. And
-
y'all know I tell our preachers you better.
-
Get the content and the context before you commit to
-
a sermon.
-
You better get the content and the context.
-
And every minister that I've ever heard preach, at least
-
once or twice a year, they use our Golden Text
-
as a scripture to be quoted recited a red during
-
an altar calls.
-
They say, God is knocking open your heart's door.
-
Let him come in and let.
-
Him clean up that mess.
-
In context over he is talking to a group of
-
people specifically by name, somebody whose heart's beating in their chests,
-
somebody who's still a name with himself work in the head.
-
Come on, hell, who names the church?
-
You huven be it?
-
Then I want a human be in the know to night.
-
God nois my name, And he's standing at the door.
-
If your heart was right, you'd already be praying.
-
Your wife can get to the place where she says
-
I've done all I can do to beat on the door.
-
Your husband can get to.
-
The place where it says I've passed it till I
-
can't pass the morning. Because the choice is yours to
-
open the door. The choice is yours to open the door.
-
There's been times of men who committed sin. Let's just
-
say they robbed the bank, and in time they caught
-
up with them. It's as to how there can't law
-
enforcement to the door, and they knocked hold the door,
-
knock on that door.
-
But I came up.
-
Law enforcement knocked hold the door.
-
And knowling portrayer was in there.
-
No one at the lawmaker was in there.
-
Listen, you know you're in there.
-
I remember some years ago.
-
We're watching some law enforcement coming to our place of business.
-
And they were looking for an offigure.
-
They were looking for somebody that committed offens against their law,
-
the law of that.
-
County of state. And everybody tried to act like her.
-
He wasn't there.
-
There weren't plenty of people covering for him. The one
-
person stuck their head out the back door and caught
-
him by name.
-
And said, you made a run. They just come in
-
the front door. But the Jessee, they said, you just
-
called him by name. We knew he was here.
-
He's been here all alone, and now he's running across
-
to the back.
-
Poor or come on, you can try to run up
-
out the back door all you want to. You can
-
buy a.
-
Ticket to across us. You can choose the state may
-
but that's wake to you. I said, my god, it's
-
knocking over the door, Paddy.
-
We can run.
-
What's that thady? I said, you can run, but you came.
-
You gotta pray somebody, Oh put this door down, the
-
pastor I am praying.
-
Look me at the bleeding of the sheet.
-
For my ears? Did I hear?
-
At three a m.
-
Four am and five a.
-
Brother townler told me. He said I was in the
-
fire force yesterday, he said, last evening, I was in there.
-
I have no doubt that God is not speaking.
-
Directly to sister wouldn't about drawing closer under salvation and deliverance.
-
I have no doubt that God is not speaking to
-
Sister Hamla about salvation and deliverance. I'm feeling, I think,
-
Pussess that I have no doubt at all the brother
-
Toler's in fire.
-
Force because of the way he answered the door. When
-
he replied and said yes, sir pastor slash Dad, just
-
so you know, I was in fire force this evening,
-
and he said God was in there. I'll tell this presence,
-
sister woman, that messed my soul as much as it
-
bless yours.
-
You're seeing this.
-
Nothing matter your geographic location. God will appear to you
-
in patnus or pear gorsel.
-
God will appear to you.
-
And the problem.
-
So the question is will you pray?
-
When Conciens opened the door. It ain't time to get
-
on pictust. It ain't time to shot shoo, it ain't
-
time to temper with you there.
-
It ain't time to play. It's time to play.
-
In contact. It is the speaker to a group of
-
people that.
-
Call themselves Christians, the Church of the Lady. To see
-
all of the ministers in this feeling tonight, listen to me.
-
It is true.
-
Sometimes you feel God pulling you in a direction and
-
you can tell that he is knocked. And then there's
-
times you can tell that he is speaking.
-
The problem is, and I want you to get an
-
understanding on this, it's terrible, brother road Cap. When somebody
-
is willing to leave Jesus outside the door, don't come
-
on hell. I want you to know that Jesus will
-
not be satisfied to stand outside.
-
And John was not satisfied to lead Jesus on.
-
The other side of the door.
-
John was not satisfied to be out of the present
-
on the Lord to hurt. Sister Janet here you are,
-
sister Charity, how well Sister Jackie Walker and others say
-
that night they have been basking in his present. Sister
-
Neely said it, Oh, come on, mist that summer they
-
made him come in. He's taking up presidency there and
-
he's suffered me there. He's blessing them by the times
-
of oppression?
-
Are me there?
-
Well?
-
What about you?
-
Why are you not opening that door?
-
You're satisfied with Jesus standing on the outside of the door.
-
My concern is he is dissatisfied with that scenario and situation.
-
Our context comes to mind.
-
It's concerning these people not having time to let Jesus
-
in because of what's on the other side of the door,
-
because of the situation they're living in, because of how
-
nasty and how filthy it is on the inside. One
-
of our contexts comes to mind. It's concerning the reaction
-
of David's wife, Michael, and she reacted improperly to David's
-
action of bringing back the spirit of God. In the
-
Ark of the Covenant and Second Samuel, chapter number six
-
and verse number sixteen is said, and as the Ark
-
of the Lord came into the city of David Michael,
-
Saul's daughter looked through the window and saw King David
-
leaping and dancing before.
-
The Lord, and she despised him in her heart.
-
The purposer of the Book of Revelation is to reveal truth,
-
and not everybody's okay with her what the opening of
-
the door will reveal, not ever his sister's okay live
-
the pastor going to their house tonight, take after church
-
and come on and Michael's heart. Rust reveal that when
-
David opened the door of the praiser, he is God.
-
You see Michael's heart, who feel her desire?
-
Her to stand in the window and.
-
Watch Elsa including her better of alper worship God? Whyn't
-
you stand after window the battle when you all.
-
To open the door?
-
I tell somebody you gotta people and not be over there?
-
You see God pass her? Why you're knocking out of
-
the window.
-
Open that door.
-
Because and open another door. There's a clariat call for commitment.
-
It's a desire of dedication to David. Right, Why didn't
-
she go to that door and open it?
-
Mother?
-
Say them you open that door behind you. It's a
-
simple thing to open the door, especially when Jesus is
-
knocking and he's saying open it.
-
It's just a howl.
-
If you want to have a problem opening the door
-
and Jesus is the one knocking and saying open it,
-
you can dislodge that door with the help of God.
-
In fact, if you declare your inability and absence and
-
may being.
-
Able to have the strength of the mentality to open
-
the door, God will give it a pusha.
-
You got to try to open it, though you gotta
-
get on.
-
Them knees and praying.
-
You don't feel like it.
-
Of course the devil has it allowed you to feel
-
like praying. But as God saying, open this doll, not
-
next week, not that revival. Brother rope Cat was telling
-
me today, he said, concerning that revival that we just had,
-
he said, it's been like all the other revivals we've had.
-
He said, to evangelists, just fell in now after night.
-
Behind what you were doing. You'd exhort for ten or
-
fifteen minutes. Sometimes the evangelists didn't.
-
Even take a text. He just went with a flow
-
of what you were exhorting on. You know why you're standing.
-
You know why that algae is appearing on that tart.
-
Brother, the thing you talked about, because somebody ain't opening
-
the door. There ain't no air clowe the window. The
-
Holy Dosa ain't flowing in. You know why your house
-
is infested with malva and mom because you love darkness rather.
-
Than like walking home.
-
Now I'm telling you do all to open ever in
-
my pussel and open that door right, open up and
-
lock a king.
-
They're going for here.
-
I feel like preaching. And now when you go to
-
the house, said we go to the house, or said,
-
I continue preaching. Why did she go to that door
-
and open it? Why didn't she Why sit there in
-
the window? Why I just sit there and watch. Well,
-
I'm expecting God the bist me while I sit stagnated.
-
Here's the pup, y'all. Remember me talking about that year
-
in the revival. I said, the purpose of that flowing water,
-
every stream, every tributary, Heppy Brook, Heppy River, is.
-
The float of the sea. I said, a lot of.
-
People claim that the Everglades are staged that swamp. It's
-
not do y'all.
-
Remember that.
-
Now you better take a teacher and to hear what
-
the spear to God it's saying to night. You might
-
have missed that that you're gonna not miss this. The
-
Evergrades is actually the land of a shallow slogan.
-
River of life, the river of green.
-
Oh.
-
There ain't no nasty, dirty stopper. It's just living place.
-
Down there to govern this life, to.
-
Govern it's green. It's ever greet because of.
-
The floor of the water.
-
And I'm telling somebody that he's stack.
-
There in the head.
-
It's standing inside me cause her you will not open
-
the door, and that asshole he calls us in a mess.
-
Oh yes, it's in a MESSO. Lets you better open
-
that door.
-
And right Jesus, come here, re erange the furniture, clean
-
up the house.
-
You mean God would have me I praying between three
-
and five for you to sit there right now and
-
daydream about whatever it is that you gotta do tomorrow.
-
You mean you would sit there right now and think
-
about some repair that needs to be made, or somebody
-
in a building has a full tonken gas, rather than
-
realizing somebody's in trouble. Knock on that door again, Brother Caleb.
-
There's been young men and young women before they've used
-
their mom and daddy's as crutches. Ask the why they
-
can't go to a church where you're putting down the
-
true blue gray day herd has some old time wanted
-
older you.
-
Where the God is preats.
-
When they got their.
-
Old sin over yours, they got.
-
Their old carties, they got.
-
Their old life.
-
They got to.
-
Unserve the pus to open.
-
That that door. I'm pulling somebody. If you don't open
-
that door now, back.
-
Devil, He's gonna come in. God's Who's gonna turn me in?
-
The big ba.
-
His nickname is judgment. Judgment comes in. It begins in
-
the house of God. Who opened the door for the
-
judgment to begin in the house of God? Among the
-
people of God, the Holy Ghost does our take says,
-
if any man hear my voice and open the door,
-
I will come in to him. For those of you
-
that aren't easily grows down, take your pinky finger and
-
just stick it right here at that ear.
-
There's a canal there is or not.
-
I've heard of people before literally putting their fingers in
-
their ears and stopping their ears while the preacher's preaching.
-
That's nothing new.
-
There's a New Testament account of people stopping their ears
-
while the preacher is preaching. And that's what Jesus was
-
telling John to reveal to the land of Sea. In church,
-
you better listen to look the spirit of God, he
-
that hath ears could hear. You better hear what the
-
spears said. Under the church there was a lot of
-
young people lost her as the church forgot to think
-
about what was being said. People missed the undertone that
-
people missed the underline, people missed the inphasis.
-
In their services of what God we're said.
-
If any man hear my voice and open the door.
-
I will come in to him. I wonder would have happened,
-
brother came up. If Michael had to open that door
-
and stood.
-
I believe a smile would have come upon David's face
-
rather than a frown. What if she'd opened that door
-
and stood there as his beautiful wife it was with
-
her royal self, and stood in that doorway and said,
-
had tolujah praise the Lord? What my daddy saw didn't
-
do for twenty You have done the spirit of God's
-
moving in the church again.
-
And listen, we ain't doing it like your pastor he
-
used to do it, and I ain't thinking on nobody's pastor.
-
But our methods and means of measure are vastly different
-
than a lot of others. A turps and keep solbody
-
got a.
-
Door to a heath, he.
-
Wanta stood ahead and son is above others. But if
-
for God don't bring the auto, a talk, cockle and knuckle,
-
you should acknowledge her.
-
The spirit of doll up this booth, the spirit of
-
God he's in this church. Try do you want to
-
open the door? Let's God lot open the door.
-
Let's say family, let's get out.
-
In the streets.
-
Let be bare.
-
Why did she go to the door and open it?
-
Why when the spirit of God is moving, do you
-
not obey the Lord? Charity and mimicy and doing what
-
the pastor said his wife does. That's still gonna get
-
the job done. If I say, sister how's the first
-
one to get the altar, And if somebody just mechanically
-
decides I'm gonna beat sister Howell to the altar, that's
-
not gonna get it done. It has to originate in
-
the heart the Father, retain an aside for vodka on
-
the altar for the Lord, and God blesses him. You
-
mimicking imparity, Nepher. He's not going to get it done.
-
God did not volta.
-
I could have copied David in the streets. But what
-
he wouldn't expect him was her gonna be original, her
-
gonna be a selfer and the get out to the health.
-
And they didn't want a teen's dollar. It's opposed to.
-
Do a tease.
-
Father, He's supposed to open the door and rot the
-
po the long mists.
-
It steal of God, Thank God, Holiday, praise.
-
The Lord, not how to Louiah, because that's how brother
-
Howell says that praise God, David, you're binding his sobs.
-
That David gave great joy and pleasure to worship in
-
the Lord, and he loved to bask her in the
-
presence of the Lord. You see, Michael, she was not
-
willing to give in the presence of the Lord. She'd
-
better sit in a piece of the speaker and then
-
look out the window. Come on, you hear the voice
-
of God tonight, and now it's for you to open
-
the door. And the good news is he said, I
-
will come in to him. I'm telling your brother Jesse.
-
He would have been a blessing to David. To a
-
saw Michael come out and take a tambourine and just
-
walk behind him and saying, David knows how what the
-
Israelites need. The legal arthur of the Covenant returned to us.
-
They come on now.
-
Well, instead, she looked down and tell knock, the arc
-
is still returned to them. It shouldn't be said, the
-
ark of God, the steward of God's being returned to us.
-
They come on now, there's seventy ninety people here. It's
-
the post of the eyes. Are you in this?
-
Were us?
-
The presence of the arc indicated to all that the
-
Lord was no longer on the outside of Jerusalem, but
-
he was inside. Knock on that door, but the came
-
open by the same to knock on that door. The
-
presence of the Ark of the covenent indicated to all
-
them were in the streets, all that were in the
-
city of Jerusalem, that the Ark of God, the Holy
-
Ghost itself was in a side. It went through the
-
city gate. If you went and went through the door,
-
opened them a life stick doors and lets the King
-
of Glory come in. If you don't open them now
-
for life, go open them for death. For the same
-
doors that swing open for opportunities to swing open for.
-
Burial, the same door that open for antonysis the fire
-
open once again for destruction.
-
You think about the door. It keeps certain things that
-
we don't want inside outside, and it keeps certain things
-
inside from going outside. But when Jesus has said you.
-
Let me in, and I want you to know something
-
that ain't your space, he's saying, you let me in
-
my space.
-
You let me in my space.
-
The problem is people don't want to coming into their
-
house because he's gonna rearrange that furniture and he gonna.
-
Clean up that mess.
-
You see, David, he could contain the joy he felt inside.
-
I get join or when I think about the Lord,
-
when I'm standing in his presence, I said, give.
-
Me more and more.
-
But you know what, sister woot and Michael, she's concerned
-
about her dignity and her reputation. And that's what Jesus said.
-
That lukewarmness makes me want to puke. Hey, the Lord
-
is a spirit and they that worship him must worship
-
him in spirit and in truth. Jesus went on to say,
-
you've got a name and you're dead. Jesus said, I
-
wish your church was hot or cold, but because it's lukewarm,
-
because you had the name Holiness.
-
On the door.
-
Somebody shared something with me recently. They said that a
-
man of God said that a holiness pastor allowed a
-
holiness deacon and a holiness church to bring fernamited wine
-
for communion. My response to that was, it was not
-
a holiness church with a holiness pastor or.
-
With a holiness deacon. There was nothing holy whatsoever. I
-
got that scenario.
-
When you can find grape juice on every blocker, I
-
could come home.
-
Now there was somebody wanting to open the door of opportunity.
-
To social drinking.
-
Somebody who's trying to put a snare in up. He
-
don't tell us way if he still get holding the
-
cast of church up in the Piscopion.
-
Said he's had in a whine.
-
For communion in these states with somebody opened the door
-
open on Now you won't why they.
-
Opened the door.
-
Because they wanted him to tell me.
-
I'm telling you you Lord God, to come in.
-
I love it this side of your line.
-
Why would anybody not welcome with warm reception the presidence
-
of God because he's knocking at the door, says town.
-
They don't want to let him in because the house
-
is they messed every night, and some of you that
-
like the parents, says to have a lot of practice this.
-
Every night before she goes to bed, she vacuums the house.
-
It didn't matter if he was the sixth bedroom for
-
bath house. It puts the one bedroom apartment, studio apartment.
-
Every night, but before that.
-
Shower, she sweeps all of the tile floors, then vacuums them.
-
Sometimes she even mops them.
-
Brother, I'm telling you she wants a clean house.
-
And she told me years ago she said, Primarily, it's
-
not for others to see it. She said, what I
-
want to make sure is that it meets your expectations
-
and approval, and then she goes on to offer this
-
insight also, I never know when somebody is going to
-
show up. And brother Nathaniel, I thought about the other
-
night you brought me some of them ball peanuts to
-
us the youth pastor had prepared for your youth group, which,
-
by the way, the youth group answers to him, and
-
then everybody.
-
Answers to me.
-
Come on that, y'all like that pastoring right there, My
-
brother Nathaniel came in through my door and he knocked,
-
or no, he did not knock. He came in through
-
that sh out door and him and brother Jonathan got
-
right outside my bedroom door and they put some bald
-
peanuts right outside the door.
-
He was about three to four.
-
Balls off the road and he said, Papa, I put
-
some peanuts on the washing machine just.
-
Outside of your doorway.
-
I always locked the door with sister how and now saying,
-
what's a good thing? We were behaving like they used
-
to do behind closed doors.
-
It's a good thing.
-
We work throwing pots and pans and pushing and potting
-
up or gotter Nathaniel Wood, have it found damn mama
-
house and realize the empty mister rushington as good as
-
what're saying is. I wonder how he is it?
-
Dad?
-
How is it?
-
Bobby?
-
They'll come on now we got door closes. What's coming
-
on behind? Let's closed doors. I'm telling you this house,
-
he said, I'm there, sir, I'm talking about that talk.
-
I called out, pastor, How's house?
-
The Trump?
-
Right? So this is in a mess, and God saying
-
open up that door, Now.
-
Open off that door. This house is in a mess.
-
You know why certain pastors don't want certain preachers to
-
preach for them brother as the Gidness because their house.
-
Is in a mess.
-
They know him doing some good little help them.
-
But because like Eli, they've blost the Norton and the
-
spirit of God has gone, they don't want somebody coming
-
in and taking things up.
-
But what we need is a shaking up.
-
That's why we are going to our rolling proceeds, rolling
-
around that Brother's up into their boat booths and were
-
casting our boat for Donald Trump. Because we want somebody
-
to walk in that door, that white house that can do.
-
Something and train us lock.
-
They know why that's just there this time because last
-
time he showed a mercy and he didn't have it
-
out for him.
-
But this time they know he's gonna get some of them.
-
It's his last chance. And I'm telling you God is.
-
About to get someone. You God, there's one or two
-
of you.
-
You still have a shake in yourself. You can get
-
in this.
-
Anti and pray when you should just be falling down right.
-
Wherever you're acting at this point is personal, and disappoint
-
is your heart's door, and disappoint is your life, and
-
disappoint is your breath and your body. Michael, you better
-
get out of the window.
-
Michael, you better.
-
Open that door. Jesus this on one side, while the
-
church is on the same side. But there's somebody. Jesus
-
is on one side while you are on the other side.
-
And I want you to know, our Lord is unsadd
-
I was standing outside and twiddling his stuff. He's unsatisfied
-
with that little rat tat tat with the knuckles and
-
twiddling the stuff, waiting on you to answer. Y'all heard
-
it said.
-
You know why there's no knock knock jokes about America
-
because freedom rings. It doesn't knock, And I want you
-
to know God is knocking on somebody's heart door to knock.
-
Brother Jesse, Brother Philip would go to Brother Samuel's house
-
at any time or not, because they have that kind
-
of relationship. And Brother Philip and knock on that door.
-
And after a while, I know, Brother Philip, hey, brother
-
Samuel was too tired. Brother Samuel being brother sam we'd.
-
Called him and said, what are you doing in my
-
house this time of night? And just say going back
-
to your house with brother Philip. He'd say, you know what,
-
I'm a gentleman. I'm just gonna keep knocking.
-
Come on over here and open this door.
-
Brother Philip. You know why you would be at his
-
house and knocking on that door because you desire to
-
come in. There's a reason and a purpose for you
-
showing up that laid at night. Brother Philip showed up,
-
or brother the thing the brother showed up and bring
-
me some bowl peanuts and they were good. I said,
-
what you put in that Texas peak? He told me
-
a secret recipe. But I like trying to figure out
-
what's in there, but I've missed it. But Brother Philip,
-
how hurt it would be? How hurtful it would.
-
Be for brother sam Go to shut his own brother
-
out and leave him standing outside. How hurtful would it
-
be for brother Philip to shut his own brother out
-
leave him standing outside?
-
Do you know how bad this hurts God?
-
Brother Philip, you.
-
Love brother Samuel, and you would welcome his visit, probably
-
without a reason and the purpose. Brother sam And you
-
would welcome Brother Phillip's visit. The lukewarm condition of the
-
lad of Sins is what kept them from opening the
-
door to the Lord Jesus. You know what I said
-
at the early part of this message. He said, I'm
-
gonna spew it out. What a mess it'll make. And
-
when the storm, brother, the thing Andel preached about, shaped
-
your house down. Have many sisters in this building would
-
be nervous if the church was to walk out that
-
door right now, get in our automobiles, make ill way
-
to your house and knock on your door and ask
-
you to let us in. There's some honest sisters this
-
building would say, I'm not ready, I'm unprepared. I want
-
to ask a question.
-
Would you allow us to gain entry? Would you give
-
me a key to your house? Do you know the
-
church I passed previously before this, I just remembered this.
-
One night I asked a family that questions as to
-
how I just had the Holy Goods remind me of this.
-
I've never preached this message that I know of ever,
-
whether Jesse's saying no, But one night under the Anointing,
-
I asked that same question, and the Holy Goods.
-
Just brought it to my rememberance just now.
-
And you know what, the next service, they brought me
-
a key to their house. And I ain't want nobody
-
in this building to bring me a key to your
-
house comes Sunday. But what they were letting me know, Pastor,
-
and we're on vacation, you can just go right on here.
-
Sister Jackie Brock tells the story of Brother el L.
-
Collins said that when he was pastor, he followed the
-
leading of the Lord.
-
Whether you think this is right or wrong or not,
-
but they said just about any time of an evening
-
in an afternoon, said if Gosh spoke to him to
-
go to somebody's house, that don't you do this at
-
my house?
-
You get shot.
-
But they said, brother el EL Collins, this was at
-
a different day, an hour or two. This has probably
-
been in the seventies, sixties, seventies and eighties. They said
-
brother el El Collins would just open the house door,
-
walk right in and put his hand on somebody's head and.
-
Pay for it.
-
Sister Jackie Brock said her family witnessed him do that
-
many times. I wonder how many hold on His people
-
will be okay without today?
-
Right?
-
Yeah, God said, I found a luke warm. And here's
-
what God said, is nauseating. This nauseating, Its nauseating.
-
He's knocking on the door where you let him gain entry,
-
not responding for ten minutes in the altar tonight to
-
God's sick of that. I'll tell your wife, and I
-
tell your husband. I'll tell you mom and dad.
-
What you do? You fast and frame beg God for mercy.
-
That's what she did is.
-
For somebody's in trouble. They look at us and they
-
don't take it seriously. I don't know if it's in
-
bred sin. I don't know where they came from. There
-
was a lot of hypocrisy, but they don't take God's seriously.
-
But you could tell tonight this is a serious message.
-
And Brother Abraham, we'd read about him in one of
-
our cotexts Genesis eighteen one and two, would you come
-
to the pan and brother Jesse.
-
He welcomed the Lord to su with him.
-
In fact, the Bible said brother wrote Cat that he
-
offered him flour, bread, drink for consumption, water for consumption,
-
and also water for their feet. Brother Caleb Abraham met
-
him at the door. I'm asking somebody tonight, will you
-
meet him at the door? I know seventy to eighty
-
of you have. That's what God's blessed. You've met him
-
at the door God's folk. And you said yes, I
-
will say yes to you will. But is there a
-
place in your heart that he if you won't go?
-
Are there things hidden there that you don't want anybody
-
to know about? So the Lord Jesus showed up to
-
point out the spiritual needs of the lad of Sins
-
the church people. After he helped them clean it up,
-
he wanted to.
-
Suck for them.
-
We got some things we need to clean up before
-
we sucked for the Lord. But brother Beuford, what's neat
-
about Abraham? When he heard that the three men were coming,
-
he ran to the door, Why come on in. That's
-
how my aunt Fay was. We lost her two weeks ago.
-
My grandmother, who turns ninety in November. She messaged me said,
-
did you hear that my younger sister, Faye died from
-
mcaid mcgraat Georgia.
-
I said no, I didn't. She said, I wanted you
-
to know. I said, I loved her all them times
-
we spend together with her.
-
My fondest memory was, well, we pulled up the yard.
-
The door swing open before we even got there. Hey, y'all,
-
she met us at the door.
-
Opened this door.
-
Now, let's stand tonight. Opened this door. Now, I hope
-
that this door. Now, I've done all I can do
-
for you. This house has done all they can do
-
for your parents have done all they.
-
Can do for you. It's up to you. Now go
-
to that door and open it.
-
I'm the saying. I mean, when you woke over in
-
here once more, to this door and just demonstrate how
-
easy it is to open it. Jesus didn't say you
-
need to get some things fixed up. He just had
-
let me in and I'll.
-
Take care of fixing it.
-
Now, Brother Caleb, you don't hear that in the days ahead.
-
I've heard it for years.
-
Here's what they say. I gotta get a few things
-
fixed up before I go to church.
-
It says to how when I used to do a
-
lot of personal evangelism before the church started doing a
-
lot of it, that's what they always said. Well, if
-
I go there, the ceiling's gonna cave in the building
-
will collapse. I gotta quit some habits. I gotta change
-
some things before I go to church. No, God wants
-
you to open the door and let him come in
-
and change some things. Sam, that's the sound that I've
-
been here. They've closed the door.
-
Because when he speaks and you don't change, you've closed
-
the door, the door of opportunity. You're keeping it sealed.
-
Let's bow our heads here tonight.
-
I thank God for what I feel.
-
I appreciate his goodness. I thank God for the way
-
some have been just growing and being blessed. If inviable
-
Spirit has been at the church for the last fifteen years,
-
I thank God for that.
-
