All the ones you opened the winder told me out
-
some manor, Well, would you do that?
-
Lord? Praise the Lord, Amen again, belove it.
-
If you have your bibles, will you turn with me
-
to Philippians chapter number four, Man, direct your attention to
-
verse number two, Brother Nathaniel, Proverbs chapter number six, Verse
-
number nineteen, and Brother Jesse, Philippians chapter number two and
-
verse number two.
-
Brother Nathaniel, would you read that tonight, the false.
-
Witness that speaking lies, and he that sow discord among brethren. Oh,
-
I don't want to be one of those that shows
-
discord among the brethrens of Pentecostal and holiness.
-
People need to reread that verse of scripture because before
-
that part that Brother Nathaniel just read in our hearing,
-
it says God hates that.
-
God hates that. Look at your neighbors, say hate neighbor.
-
Did you know that God hates some things? That's one
-
of the things God hates, Brother Jesse, Philippians, chapter number
-
two and verse number two.
-
Fulfill ye my joy that she be like minded, having
-
the same love, being of one accord, of one.
-
Mind, being of the same love, being of one accord.
-
Being of the same mind.
-
How many of you in this build and know a
-
little bit about American history? How many of you know
-
a little bit about the wild West and the taming
-
thereof of the wild West. History tells of married couples
-
or lovers that were unmarried, committing crimes together, and because
-
of their commitment to togetherness, they were able to accomplish
-
great and amazing.
-
Things that even to this day people will understand. How
-
were they able to successfully commit such crimes?
-
I want to preach a message the Holy Ghost titled
-
the Criminal Couple in parentheses the Dramatic Duo.
-
The Dramatic Duo, again.
-
Preaching a message the Holy Ghost titled the Criminal Couple.
-
Will you stand with me for the reading of our
-
text Philippians, Chapter.
-
Number four, verse number two.
-
I beseech you ade, and beseech sent Tickie, that they
-
be of the same mind in the Lord. May we pray,
-
Heavenly Father, we love and we praise you. We thank
-
you for the opportunity to be in your house. We
-
pray that you would anoint this thy servants and of
-
God in my mouth, and help me to save the
-
thing that you would have me to say nothing or
-
less anoint the years of this Thy people, that they
-
might hear what the spirit of God says under this
-
church tonight. God, not of my words, but of your words.
-
It may these so go below the shoulders. May they
-
saturate the soul, the spirits of mind. Lord, don't let
-
these says just go in one ear and out the other.
-
I pray God that they would not be hears Only what.
-
We do is help them to pay attention and to
-
take action. We give you the praise and the honor
-
and the glory in Jesus' name, and the church says,
-
hey man, praise the Lord. Reading our text again Olympians,
-
chapter number four and verse number two, I beseech you
-
ad dice, and beseech the tickie that they be of.
-
The same mind in the Lord.
-
Our golden text is found in a New Testament book
-
of the Holy Bible, the Book of Philippians. I'm sure
-
the title of this book sounds familiar to many of
-
us in this building tonight. One reason for that would
-
be because we are blessed with devout saints here at Bethel,
-
people of God who read and know the Bible from
-
cover to cover.
-
Another reason this.
-
Title sounds also familiar this night is because not too
-
long ago. We turned to this book of the Bible
-
during a service, and our golden text was found in Philippians, specifically.
-
Chapter number one in verse number six.
-
If I'm thinking correctly and clearly, Brother Roducap, I believe
-
that was the golden text for that serve entitled his
-
faithfulness to finish his work. How many of you are
-
committed to work with the Lord as he works on you?
-
How many of you are committed to being pliable somebody
-
that God can put his hands on and work on you?
-
Will you have to be willing to work with God
-
as he works on you.
-
As a physician would speak to a patient and say,
-
work with me here now while I try to help you.
-
I'm reminded of a time when a.
-
Girl was busy working and while she was working, she
-
slipped on a work platform and her hip was out
-
of joint because of that accident, and her coworker laid
-
her on the ground, and the girl would not allow
-
her coworker to put that hip back in it socket
-
because of the pain. And it was a long drawn out,
-
dramatic process.
-
And what that one that was trying to help her was.
-
Saying, if you would just work with me, if you
-
would just bite the bullet, so to speak, or bite
-
this piece of wood and allow me to.
-
Work on you, we would get this fixed.
-
And rather than suffering for hours or days, you only
-
had to suffer for a few minutes.
-
So work with me here.
-
I know it's going to cause you a little bit
-
of pain, but at the end of this you're going
-
to feel so much better. And for those that were
-
here that night that the Holy Ghost had has delivered
-
that sermon to this precious.
-
Group of people.
-
I have noticed that you have allowed the Father to
-
work on you, and he's trying his best to finish
-
that that concerns you.
-
I feel like there's people in this building.
-
Tonight that is resisting the work of the Father in
-
their life. And so Brother Samuel Howell would have to
-
testify and exhort and monish the way he did tonight.
-
You could tell that this brother truly had a burden for.
-
Some people in this building.
-
And you could tell that the brother had been with
-
God and that he had prayed for me.
-
Today as I tried to obey God, I can feel
-
his prayers.
-
You will remember how the great Apostle Paul was known
-
for his ability to work with people. There's no doubt
-
it was a tremendous bird and unto him to carry
-
the load of his brothers and his sisters in the churches.
-
One time he said, it's just such.
-
A great weight upon my shoulder spiritually speaking. Just the
-
care of the church is so cumbersome and so bird andsome.
-
To be a laboring in this field is no easy undertaken.
-
And he was dealing with a lot of times were
-
people that just were not pliable.
-
They seemed disinterested in working with him as he worked,
-
told him, would you pray for me here tonight?
-
You see.
-
At some point, though, the Apostle Paul, he came into
-
this particular area, and he spent some time out there
-
in this part of the country here amongst the Saints
-
of Philippi, and the Bible students and the readers prison here.
-
Did not know that the Apostle Paul and the saints.
-
And Philippi were on common ground. They had no problem
-
whatsoever working with him as he worked on them him
-
the name of the Lord.
-
You see, there was.
-
Common ground, and they shared a very special bond between them.
-
And the closeness between this preacher and these parishioners was
-
just amazing. They shared experiences, burdens, and a deep love
-
for Jesus and Christianity. Some of them were willing to
-
be in prison. But even if they were in prison.
-
For example, Paul and Silas were in prison.
-
Together and they were in a harmony.
-
And while they were in prison, one wasn't praying while
-
the other sang, and I wasn't singing while the other
-
one was playing.
-
We've seen people like that in the church before.
-
The spirit of God's pulling everybody up to the front,
-
but there's this one queer which means strange or eccentric sister,
-
or perhaps it's a brother that just feels like doing
-
something different.
-
They go to the back of the church.
-
And it seems to some that are simple that they
-
must be different, or they must be special, or somehow
-
gods operating in their life.
-
In a unique way.
-
But I want to point out here tonight that we need.
-
To gatherness in every passion of Christianity, in our families,
-
in our lives, in our services. We need common ground
-
and we need to be able to share these very
-
special experiences and those should cause us to have a
-
very special bond.
-
And we find an example of this in the church
-
at philip Hie.
-
It's unlikely that most of the people within this fledging
-
local church needed to hear the words of Jesus, which
-
are found in John's Gospel the fifteenth chapter. In the
-
twelfth verson Jesus speaking, and as he was speaking, he
-
said these words, this is my commandment, that she loved
-
one another as I have loved you. I'm sure most
-
of the saints shared a deep love for Christ and
-
each other. But I wonder what the issue between these
-
two sisters was. It must have bothered the apostle Paul
-
in a great manner and measure for him to address
-
it publicly and to put pen the parchment and put
-
it on the page of an epistle.
-
It must have been bothered him.
-
What was it? Did something take place that caused something
-
to come between these two sisters.
-
I wonder if they held back showing their love.
-
For one another, if it existed in any way? Did
-
they feel uncomfortable saying I love you?
-
Did those words get stuck in their mouths? Whatever the
-
reason was, it does not matter. What did matter is
-
that they were not of the same mind In the Lord.
-
He heard preachers for years say erroneously that we should
-
agree to disagree. But the Apostle Paul would not say
-
a man to an expression or a statement like that.
-
In fact, he told the saints that fill a pie
-
with earnest, please. He beseeched it to be of the.
-
Same mind in the Lord. He did not tell them
-
they had to.
-
Have their piece of meat coop to the same temperature.
-
He did not say that their family kitchen.
-
Up needed to be steamed the same with the same theme,
-
or get there ready with the same decor. But he
-
did say concerning the things of the Lord, they needed
-
to be.
-
Of the same mind.
-
The propert aim say he's in agreement with the Apostle Paul.
-
It aim as.
-
Chapter number three and rest number three. He asked the
-
question the Lord. The Spirit of God was oning, and
-
he asked this question. The Lord asked this question. The
-
property ask this question of spirit.
-
The Lord ask this question.
-
How many of you know that the Word and the
-
Spirit will always be in agree. The Spirit of God's
-
not gonna disagree when the Word of.
-
God, the Bible said us.
-
Many more voices in the world they're.
-
Speaking that have you compared what is being said inside
-
of you?
-
The seeds that have been planted in your mind.
-
Have you stepped back and looked to see who has
-
planted them?
-
Because amos like Paul and Amos.
-
Three and three asked that question, can two walk together?
-
Accept they be agreed? What a question? And the obvious
-
answer is no. Get this imagery.
-
My mind goes to a team of boxing her and
-
there is a power in the unity between those two.
-
In that relationship, there is energy.
-
And there's power because of the unity. Want you to
-
know there is power in relationships of any time when
-
there is unity, marital relationships, animals relationships, or criminal relationships.
-
In these United States of America between the twenties and
-
the thirties, there was a notorious couple known as the
-
criminal couple. You've got Barty and Clyde, the must notorious
-
criminal couple of that era.
-
We seebody in Clyde knew that there was.
-
A need for agreement and alignment between them in order
-
for them to walk together and work together harmoniously if
-
they were gonna commit that crime, and somebody that was
-
investigating her, the clime that was committed to say this
-
was well done. It was plotted and planning and executed
-
it perfectly. These two had to be in sync. They
-
had to be alive. I'm telling people in this building
-
the night meaning this two or three year in this
-
place scoopil like it.
-
Could be the assistant where.
-
The outba with all of the other ladies had to
-
church together around the first lady, and then asked her up,
-
what you have me to do? No?
-
Instead, here's so is he. You gotta get up.
-
For her, earthy you gotta start work at six. But
-
then these little boys and girls said she left her
-
before the ladies meeting the what I don't understand, Pastor's
-
at twelve o'clock.
-
I saw her a liar McDonald's. I know we've all
-
got claims to do.
-
I know we're all being see taking care of other people.
-
But it's important the God so much as us to
-
see that we are willing to be together.
-
I kid, I guess were your BEAUTI be of the
-
only way.
-
You see your child, the say, the only way you
-
see them delivered, the only way you see ever the
-
specifictory in their lives. The only way you'll get a
-
blessing that you suggistantly need that is if you come
-
to church.
-
If you're a the same minder in your Lord, the
-
mind the said.
-
Is good and it's pleasant for rather than par together
-
in unity.
-
These two women were in the same building.
-
They were the same place with the great apostle place.
-
Say that you're not of the same minder in the Lord.
-
I want you to know. They're protest of pastor.
-
To say something hits something. Lord, this's your shepherd. You're
-
not the white super You're not the one around away
-
doing something different and what everybody else there for many
-
of families have suffered because mom and dad decided they
-
wanted to be the black sheep. Mom and dad decided
-
they wanted to buck against spiritual and natural authority.
-
Y'all pray for me right here tonight. I've got murdered.
-
Until somebody's gonna go to hell that they don't learn
-
hell to work well with others.
-
I remember it was kindergarten when I got graded from
-
my behavior and from my manners and from my actions.
-
And I remember some of them people that did not
-
cohabitate well with their peers in the classroom environment. When
-
they took their report card home, Mom and Dad would
-
ask her while there was a negative marking on that
-
score sheet or that report card, and Dad would ask
-
that child a question, why.
-
Is there are you on there?
-
And what does the legend say that you means? And
-
the child chieflessly black, chiefleshly wouldn't.
-
Lift their eyes to Daddy, knowing that had done wrong,
-
and they.
-
Would say, you means unsatisfactory. And then somebody else might say,
-
but I did a little better. I got an s
-
which was satisfactory.
-
Let you know what.
-
Dad's and Marza and teachers and principals and pastors and
-
leaders wanted to see her.
-
They wanted to see in that box a bed e.
-
It meant excellent.
-
Come on, you're tired of God.
-
You're a pastor and the people you a church, you
-
a contemporary.
-
And you all Peters ought to be.
-
Able to write.
-
People leave in that box.
-
Then I want you to know that call you.
-
There was something spittal in Macedonia specifically until a time.
-
Then he said, we got to check her that boss,
-
you annosaur, they send to you with ane.
-
That's not all time to check it with you, because
-
it's not about you anyway.
-
It's about others, and it's about teaching our children how
-
to submit to authority. Well, I'm just as intelligent as
-
my first lady. Really, then, why aren't you a first
-
lady somewhere? Well, I'm just as annoying as my first lady. Really, well,
-
why are your children lost? And that's not gonna make
-
anybody feel bad, But you don't possess the wisdom that
-
you think you do. The definition of insanity is doing
-
the same thing repeatedly expecting a different result.
-
It doesn't matter if you've been doing it that way
-
five years or fifty years.
-
Bonnie and Clyde could tell you you're not gonna get
-
anything done. They come on, whether notable or a criminal,
-
you can't get anything doneble unless you work.
-
We goes. They don't want to me us.
-
They don't unless you walk.
-
We've going this water enough hold you till now.
-
We teach her in in a single soul. He's still
-
working up call me.
-
We all a praying that.
-
They think, continue to.
-
Live God to walk on there.
-
I learned a long time ago in.
-
Business to create a team sphere and a team environment,
-
because somehow two.
-
Or better than one.
-
And somehow, if you get more people working harmoniously and in.
-
Agreement, somehow, by the jesse in compounds, somehow two can
-
not only do twice the work, and somehow by working
-
together in agreement, you can get a whole lot more done.
-
For these two women, they should have come together. Paul
-
knew there needed to be a togetherness. Also, on the
-
road to a Messa was a couple that was not
-
a criminal couple. They were a Christian couple, and they
-
were walking towards.
-
A certain area away from the church.
-
But they were up the same mind. They were talking.
-
About what was stunning Jerusalem.
-
They were talking about things concerning Jesus, brother Caleb. They
-
were out the same mind. Mister Clippers and Missus Clippers
-
on the road to Amadasa, we're up the same mind.
-
Missus Clippers was a saying, let's turn right and.
-
Gain the burger king.
-
Mister Clippers was not saying, there, misus cleipless, let's turn
-
it left and go to McDonald's. Simple when I know
-
I was not McDonald's a mcburger king.
-
In that time and day. What I'm saying is, though
-
they were obviously here on the same mind, on the same.
-
Spirit, and in one acorn, the callus Jesus came by,
-
I said, the Bible said, while they walked her on
-
that road to Amada, say Jesus shut up, and if
-
you want Jesus to show up, he.
-
Stopped bating the wheel of God. I'm finding the.
-
Past there's not got the fear of God, and you
-
will get an alignment to an.
-
Agreement with what they said God.
-
For years, I've heard people speak concerning their unsaved loved ones,
-
and I've heard people in pews give them terrible counsel.
-
They've said, the best way for you to win your
-
unsaved or unregenerated or unconverted loved one is to just
-
love on them so much and lay out of.
-
Church and not be faithful to God.
-
I can take it about a Vernon Golf's mother, and
-
we could ask sister Mety.
-
Golf, how did you do it? How to all of them?
-
Years of your husband foughting you going to church and.
-
Him resisting it, and him threatening you with this, and
-
him actually going beyond threatening and actually doing this.
-
Time would not permit me to tell you of the
-
great persecution that woman encountered because of going with her
-
God and not going with her husband. That I want
-
you to know this, and because she's telling love of
-
God and she kept.
-
Obeying God rather than obey a manner that couple became
-
a Christian couple.
-
That man God saved.
-
That man heard her teacher the Bible. That man said,
-
a tear God, Spirit of God. N I'm telling you
-
you don't have to be a ciminal couple. You can
-
be a Christian couple. I'm talking about her.
-
He's two men them or in church.
-
They were not to Pisa in the pod.
-
Or come on, now, they were the same kind of people.
-
Traumatic yes, sir, but they were not in the same spirit.
-
I'm telling you concerning the people of God, it.
-
Ought to be to Pisa of a pod, I said
-
to Peace.
-
The same was true for the husband and wife team
-
Clippers and his bride, as it was for Bonnie and
-
Clyde and these two women.
-
I don't know what their relationship was. They're supposed to
-
be Christians. They're supposed to.
-
Be I'm telling your brother Jesse, people that love one another.
-
In the Bible it has said that people will know
-
that we are followers of Christ and that we have
-
love one toward another. But I feel like every time
-
one of them went to say I love you, the
-
other one could not say it. Do you know that
-
this church right here supports its pastor and first lady,
-
second to know church does. I'm telling you we've got
-
the support of our people. I know that ninety eight
-
percent of people that are here are with us entirely, totally,
-
without a doubt. But every now and then I use three.
-
Very powerful words, one write out to another till I
-
complete a sentence.
-
And there is a handful of backwards and shy and
-
perhaps priple and arrogant people in this building that they
-
cannot say back to me. Those three powerful words say
-
I with me a love he what he is, and
-
what happened to you? Why are you not in agreement
-
that God's people can say here up you and not
-
be hypocritical?
-
God offect? What present that was going.
-
On right here among these two sisters that creed the
-
sphearing Apoll.
-
You know you don't have to say a.
-
Word to each other in Churchill, but you can have
-
a secret and relationship outside of till check.
-
It don't Calls can be going.
-
Over, conceipt can be taken twice, and y'all is seen.
-
Her people come at Turntil and I like you don't
-
know one another, and go out to Tensil. It's in
-
the Tensil and they're calling one another and they're sewing
-
discord and don't.
-
Get the brethren.
-
I'm telling you God, hat.
-
Stains hot down. That's the spirit of the man. And assa,
-
that's a file who come at Churchill. I can look
-
us one day and if you go out there it
-
didn't know me. Let do another. I went to the
-
morning night and then the same You didn't knock this
-
in there.
-
Somebody's dancing with the devil.
-
I said, Hey, somebody is dancing with the devil.
-
Oh, come on, man, I'm telling you, if your brother
-
clamps and his bride and you're walking in the right road,
-
of the right mind and of the right.
-
Spirit, Jesus will show up no matter how weak it seems.
-
You don't have to take a phone call or make
-
a phone call of fine friends where to get attention.
-
I'll tell you the best thing you can do is
-
be transparent.
-
Open and honest when the spirit of God is moving,
-
and show your weakness in the house of God, rather
-
than get my phone or get across the table.
-
From somebody and showing your weakness. Come. I'm telling you,
-
I display my needs in church.
-
If it's my cancer, stricten sun, I display my needs
-
in church.
-
I never take them to the job. I never took
-
it to the job. When Philip was diagnosi to cancer,
-
I never gave one report to.
-
Anybody in the workplace that my son was bounding cancer
-
her and repeated her. I didn't bring it to church,
-
and I'll let it be known our vulnerability. We need
-
the merciful hand of God to intervene in their sensuation.
-
Why because I knew if I brought it to the
-
right people, I get the right answers. You talk to
-
the wrong people, the spirit of fearit get hold of you.
-
You talk to mad people, old enough, you don't get mad,
-
it said.
-
I mean many times, it said that whenever a caretaker's
-
taken care of an alzheimer patient or a patient that
-
has dementia, eventually it gets them. I don't understand it.
-
I don't believe every time. And it's spiritual. I'm not
-
saying in every instance that you're dealing with somebody with
-
dementia or Alzheimer's.
-
That it is spiritual. Come on, but there are times
-
that it is spiritual. And I've heard of people hanging
-
around those kind of people and day God had not
-
taken a sabbatical.
-
Even Jesus told her his disciples, we need to get together.
-
We need to come a party, and we need to
-
rest her and then a while.
-
Don't get not sent with your crestor and the first
-
lady when they've gone missing for a week.
-
Ind you want to thank God if they set us
-
out some time to keep their mind.
-
I tell us somebody didn't miss through you run me
-
a long time over the lever he will lose all bye.
-
I received word just a couple of days ago, and
-
I took it as confirmation.
-
Up tonight's message. They said that this woman who.
-
Had been a caretaker to her husband, who had been
-
smitting with Alzheimer's for years, said suddenly she started showing
-
symptoms of Alzheimer's, and so they took her and they
-
did some testing, and.
-
The psychologist, the psychiatrist.
-
And the doctors that evaguated her said, without a doubt,
-
she is in the early stages. Brother rokep you go
-
sit in a nutthouse long enough and you see this
-
one go.
-
By, and that one go by, and this one go by,
-
and that one go by.
-
It'll get a hold of you. I'm telling you, I
-
thank God for the blood of Jesus. I thank God
-
for sactification. I thank God for the Holy Ghost.
-
Back to this woman, I'm.
-
Telling somebody in this building here or not, you better
-
learned how.
-
To be an agreement where the people.
-
Of God, in the spirit of God meets her. Who
-
you you'll jok get dropping. Don't come on God, he
-
don't come on. Tide up. We got some chils to
-
read enough for God.
-
You ought to be able to get a chip because
-
somebody out there that needs God. I'm gonna say it again,
-
whether mantle, animal or criminal, there needs to be an agreement.
-
And the church said keep preaching, pastor, or perhaps he
-
said let's go to the chicken house.
-
Pastor. Whatever she wants to say is fine with me.
-
I'm in agreement because I know there ain't no need
-
and trying to preach over an hour.
-
To people that are done.
-
Come on now a clippers.
-
He could say, hey, missus clippers. He came by, didn't
-
they missus clippers?
-
He came by, didn't we I'm telling you you shouldn't
-
ever walk out of methel.
-
They say, I'm not getting the messer.
-
I had about ten or twelve people to night, about
-
seventy or eighty say I got so much of God
-
Sunday morning and Sunday night.
-
I couldn't wait to get back here to night.
-
But a practicused to say, if you mean a menthel
-
service bound, it's because you've walked.
-
Your own rope.
-
I'm telling if I get him one by he want
-
to call it one place of three.
-
God move. It shouldn't be sent that Bobby and Clyde,
-
they had.
-
A nacense of fire.
-
God is look life better than we do the criminal couples.
-
Matthew eighteen and twenty.
-
He said, for where two are three are gethered together
-
in my name?
-
Notice the speaker A lot of times when people recite
-
this verse their greatest scripture memorization.
-
But when they recite that verse, they don't really realize
-
who was speaking that.
-
Huh. For where two or three are together together in
-
my name? There am I in the midst of them.
-
We take Jesus's a liar. Jesus isn't a liar.
-
Well, we don't just get by ourselves. Apparently we can
-
get by ourselves, and we can feel the presence of
-
the Lord. I know from being on my knees last.
-
Night between four am and five am, that he will
-
show up but there was a reason why Jesus called
-
for togetherness.
-
How about it?
-
Can you look at each sister sister and say, without hesitation,
-
I love you.
-
I got family members.
-
They can't tell other family members I love you. Somebody
-
tells them I love you, and they can't reply with
-
the same three words. What is that? Or they cite
-
some past experience, or they cite some hurt Paul. I
-
can't find it anywhere in here, brother Nathaniel, where Paul told.
-
Us something what was going on.
-
I can find other examples in the Bible where they
-
told us exactly what.
-
Was going on.
-
I don't know one detail about their situation. I don't
-
know one detail of their.
-
Disagreement, but I know Paul was not happy with it.
-
And you can't expect me to be. That came with
-
you work in the.
-
World and throwing.
-
Behind the ministries or the hope. Why in the old thing?
-
Where is that the Bible? What's your own pack?
-
If you got that much of God to come, you.
-
Old persuad, If you got that.
-
Much of cottage, teach your restern's conference. If you got
-
that much risdol mccono, the truth, I said, he shut up.
-
You will never see victory in your life.
-
Until you learn how to think less of yourself, you
-
cannot help the young preacher that will not be helped.
-
You cannot help anybody that's living in denial. I don't
-
know what them two Hens were doing, but.
-
It was supposed to be a Christian conference, a Christian service,
-
a Christian counsel. But instead it's what I've done, be
-
called a Hen conference.
-
I mean, brother Jesse.
-
I don't know how many's going to this church in
-
phil upon it this time, But Paul said, I beseech
-
you at I and sud Tiki, that they be of
-
the same mind in the Lord, not twin, not match perfectly,
-
not have the same shoe size, not have the same
-
hair color. But when it comes to the purpose and
-
the plans of this local church and the will of God,
-
come now, I beseech them.
-
Beyond the same min in the Lord. Then the church
-
goes to the nus At Hotelvis. Don't come lurking mine
-
or your old type pawker. Come on, b your old.
-
Mess of holding the game too. But I can that's God,
-
even of God. The problem is who can't.
-
Walk well with alls?
-
Never have been able to do that it's a heaven
-
of hell isship for you, sir.
-
It's a heaven of Holy Shepper. You have to God, Well,
-
my church family has got a big outreach. I know
-
what day they're doing it.
-
I'm gonna do it the next day. I know what
-
day they're doing it. I'm gonna do it the same
-
matter that day on the next block. I'm telling you,
-
God knows the motives. God knows the thoughts and the
-
intents of the heart. God saw them too long dressed,
-
wearing for women. Come in behind the cellar of purpose,
-
that great woman of god Lydia, that sacrifice selflessly. God
-
saw them to women come in behind the cellar of purple.
-
And the seller of purple was wanting to see unity
-
and harmony and see them move a.
-
Cot in the place. And Paul's telling them, you better
-
stop what you're doing.
-
I'm not even gonna give you enough glory and telling
-
people what you've been doing because you like it. You
-
like the attention, your attention, devil. You like trumpling out
-
and said, I'm preaching also on.
-
The traumatic duo that I'm telling you, amoniasis a fire.
-
You not vote attention. You can say you're a proper.
-
You can eat eels or wheels. You can eat the
-
dishes for the propper.
-
You can say there's more than one of ourself involved in.
-
I want you to know, as a provider of Aten,
-
there was more than one of myself involved in. And
-
if I had six digits in the banker, I did
-
not apply to fool assistance. I'm telling somebody else and
-
this fool out there us truly the rush. What it
-
is for a Rochester to not be forsaken, love for
-
the Rochester to ever stand in the right play line.
-
The problems you're not riting.
-
He're the rights. Here's a ritches. They can upset it tonight.
-
It's the provider to hold of. The provider ally has it.
-
But we pray that the.
-
Windows be opened.
-
We playing at the windows of Heaven be open.
-
That's a terrible testimony, enity, to have sixty seven digits
-
in the bank and walk up there to the welfare line,
-
call your cary.
-
Leek county and your county lade's kring until a lie,
-
y'all tell God's got somebody's number to know this one
-
time from mother Ethan and whoever he is marrying. He
-
just get started and need to go to a food banking.
-
That's one time I thank God for government assistance.
-
But you know what' telling a lie to manipulate the.
-
System, whether it's social, governmental or Christian, to manipulate the system.
-
Come on, now, is this great preaching? Is this pitiful preaching?
-
You be the judge.
-
I'm telling you, I'm trying my best just to scratch
-
the surface. When I was a younger preacher, I just
-
go ahead and get it.
-
I'm gonna try to tenderly scratch the surface and tell
-
you that when I heard Brother Samuel and Brother Caleb
-
preach a fine before I preach tonight, I knew that
-
tonight's message is a warning of somebody. You've got six
-
digits in one account, and you've got assense that come
-
on to.
-
Master a couple million dollars. You're not rolling in the
-
same boat as Chip Roy. Brother Roy is truely relying
-
fully and trusting. O.
-
God, come on, I'm telling our preacher right here in
-
this building. Connect We've got to be honest. The seller
-
of Purple was not.
-
Going around saying I'm both I'm gonna pack.
-
You don't like this, do you in fact that somebody
-
believes a lie there, damn don't lie to me.
-
Don't lie to me to get me to be your friend.
-
Don't lie to me to get me to feel sorry
-
for you. I'm gonna say it again. If you look
-
at mother Jesse, he's wearing a pretty sharp looking purple necktie.
-
If you lived in the days of Lydia, she would
-
have been the one that sold up material and the
-
seller of purple.
-
Was known for being generous and benevolent.
-
In fact, one time a postle Paul told one group
-
of people, he said, you're not being very generous and
-
kind and benevolent towards my ministry and other ministries and
-
the brothers.
-
And the sisters of God. But I can tell you,
-
miss Lydia. She opened up her house. She wasn't afraid
-
that she hadn't hired a maintenance man to take care
-
of it. She opened up her house. She wasn't afraid
-
that she had cleaned that.
-
She opened up her house and.
-
Said, if we ain't got a church, we got a
-
living room. And if we ain't got a living room,
-
we got a river, or.
-
Come out and make I'm gonna.
-
Tell you she did not say I'm a pauper. She
-
didn't put over Oh my God, and hiven or cotton
-
shawl and our clock. She didn't have nothing. She was
-
plastered in scriptser that's the seller of purple.
-
She wants at more time eating and no read the scripture?
-
Do it? Pow Apostle Paul or Jesus said to give
-
it her for her water.
-
Because of her ownest.
-
Spirit and a generous dimon.
-
I can tell you ninety eight percent of Bethel was
-
in the spirit Sunday morning the Sunday night. I just
-
happened to be one of those fellas that I'm not
-
okay with a ninety eight percent. I just happened to
-
be naturally and spiritually one that really wants to be
-
perfectionist if I can be.
-
I really do want to be a man of excellence.
-
I really do want to see to it that all
-
of my sheep were white. I really do want to
-
see to it that all of my sheep you can
-
eat out of.
-
The same trough.
-
I really didn't want to see that the young and
-
old could come to the same troup of life without
-
anybody getting bent or kicked.
-
I'm supposed to be pastor of sheep, not alligators. Come on, now,
-
I don't know if you're.
-
So full of what I'm feeding you right now and
-
you're done, or if I should keep preaching. There could
-
have been cultural differences or generational gaps, but that shouldn't
-
have kept.
-
Them from being in the same mind in the Lord.
-
Maybe one of them was young, maybe one of them
-
was old. David said, that don't matter. I've been young,
-
hadn't been old.
-
I've never seen the righteous forsaken, nor seed begging bread
-
among the saints.
-
And Philippie, you got Lydia. You got the Philippian jailer.
-
I believe his name was Jason. You got his entire house.
-
According to the biblical record, this successful businesswoman had.
-
Opened her home to be used for Christian gatherings and services.
-
Her life included great sacrifices and services.
-
But in the middle of all this goodness you find
-
two that are not in the same mind in the Lord.
-
And may I say, Lydia wasn't using her financial blessings
-
and wealth after life.
-
I'm trying to pour of how God blesses me into
-
you all while I'm alive.
-
You've heard them say before, bring the roses to them
-
while they're alive, not after they're dead.
