  1. Again.

  2. Oh have we missed Brother Jesse tonight?

  3. The absence of his presence can be felt tremendously over

  4. here on my left. To praise the Lord. I appreciate

  5. his brother Rode Gavid. He's over there sitting Brother Jesse's seat.

  6. That way, maybe I'd feel like somebody's just sitting there.

  7. It looks so vacant, like a vacuum, just Brother Jesse

  8. and his little tribe being gone. If you have your

  9. Bibles with you, I trust that you do. If you

  10. happen to not have it, there should be one nearby.

  11. Would you take it in your hands, in which you

  12. put your fingers on those golden leaves and turned with

  13. me to the Book of Amos. May I direct your

  14. attention to the eighth chapter and the eleventh verse. Brother

  15. Nathaniel Hebrews chapter.

  16. Number four, verse number fourteen and fifteen, and Brother Jonathan

  17. Soft Chapter number thirty four in verse number ten.

  18. How many of you leave?

  19. It's important how you live your life. Not only is

  20. it important for you and your family, your spouse, your community,

  21. your church, family corporately concerning the Kingdom the people.

  22. Of God is important. How you live your life. It matters.

  23. Brother Richard Jacob, I want to speak of you for

  24. a minute. Brother Jesse is in Louisville, Kentucky, on business

  25. last night.

  26. After he went out to eat at the outback.

  27. He said he was in his street clothes and he

  28. said that he just took his family to a Holiness

  29. church that was having service on Tuesday night, midweek service,

  30. and he eased in there in church had just started,

  31. and at the end of the service there was a

  32. group of sixteen people that approached them and greeted them,

  33. and they just loved meeting one another. And after the

  34. introduction and after the conversation, after some spend of time,

  35. one of the people said, who's your daddy now, And

  36. he said Jeremy Howell And they said he's in South Florida.

  37. And they said, yes, that's where our church is at.

  38. And they said, you know, we're part of the Shady

  39. Springs Fellowship. And said a.

  40. Dear dear Saint of God.

  41. A friend of ours years ago, told all of us

  42. he heard from God and he was moving to South.

  43. Florida to attend.

  44. Hey, sister Vicki, I just saw you back there, so

  45. they're good to see you. And other visitor good to

  46. see y'all. But he said, they said, wow, Sister Vicky,

  47. you know, threw me off here, and that's so good

  48. to see you, so good to see you. But brother

  49. Richard Jacob, Brother Jesse said, they said, you mean to

  50. tell me Richard Jacob goes to church with you. And

  51. Brother Jesse said, yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. We

  52. are that church family that brother Richard Jacob left Indiana.

  53. The wife she spoke up, the wife of the pastor,

  54. and she said, all of them Jacob brothers are just wonderful, sweet,

  55. great men of God.

  56. And she said every one of them.

  57. Are hard workers, every one of them are men of excellence.

  58. And I thought to myself, wow, she is literally echoing

  59. what we've been saying over the last.

  60. Two and a half to three weeks and just saying

  61. a big hearty a man praise God. So it matters.

  62. So brother Jacob has left a mark in Indiana and

  63. northern Kentucky for the glory of God.

  64. He has made an impact.

  65. Not only has he done that in Northern Kentucky and

  66. Lower Indiana, he's doing that now in South Florida. Aren't

  67. you thankful for a man of his capacity in Caliper

  68. being here.

  69. I thank God for Brother.

  70. Jacob, all right, Brother Nathaniel, Hebrews chapter number four, Versus

  71. number fourteen and fifteen.

  72. Seeing then that we have a great high priest that

  73. has passed into heavens, Into the heavens Jesus, the Son

  74. of God, let us hold fast our profession of faith,

  75. for we have not a high priest which cannot be

  76. touched with a feeling of our infirmities. But wasn't all

  77. points tempted like as we are yet without sin?

  78. Amen, I'm so thankful that our Lord can feel what

  79. we're feeling. I'm glad that he empathizes with his people,

  80. Brother Jonathan, Salm, chapter number thirty four and verse number ten.

  81. The young lives do lack and suffer hunger, but they

  82. that seek the Lord shall.

  83. Not want any good thing. Amen.

  84. Let's stand for the reading of our golden texts. Amos

  85. chapter number eight and verse number eleven. Beloved, the Bible says,

  86. to behold the day's come.

  87. Say it to Lord.

  88. God that I will send a famine in the land,

  89. not a famine of bread, nor a.

  90. Thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord.

  91. Let's pray Heavenly Father, we thank you so much for

  92. the opportunity to be in your house, this place that

  93. has been designated for worship Lord, not just worshiping any God,

  94. but to worship you, Almighty God. You are King of

  95. kings and the Lord of lords, and we desire to

  96. worship you in spirit and in truth. And I pray

  97. that you would anoint this thy servant set of God

  98. at my mouth and help me to say the things

  99. you would have me to say, nothing more less, and

  100. an at the ears of this thy people, that they

  101. might hear what the spirit of God says. And to

  102. the church tonight, let the sayings go below the shoulders

  103. that will saturate the here, at the mind, the soul,

  104. the being.

  105. Don't let them just go in one ear and out

  106. the other.

  107. God, I pray help them to be able to hear

  108. the word of God, to be able to hear the

  109. word of God. There's no famine here, and for that

  110. I thank you. There's no famine here, and for that

  111. I thank you, and I praise you in Jesus's name.

  112. The church said, Amen, as you're being seated, say hey, neighbor,

  113. are you hungry?

  114. Amen.

  115. Our text is found in an Old Testament book of

  116. the Holy Bible. The Book of Amos is comforting to

  117. those who read it, especially those who feel as though they.

  118. Weren't born with a silver spoon in their mouth.

  119. After reading the writing of this wonderful man of God Amos,

  120. brother Jacob, it has been clear for me to see

  121. that he did not live a life of luxury and ease.

  122. This man of God knew about hardships and struggles.

  123. I'm sure he was very well acquainted with working hard.

  124. On a daily basis in order to obtain basic necessities.

  125. In this sacred writing of nine chapters.

  126. There's some very explicit information about this man and his people.

  127. In the first verse of his writing, he references his

  128. occupation he worked amongst the herd men of Tacoa. He

  129. wasn't everyone's favorite person because of his spiritual office. However,

  130. I'm sure he was a favorite person to many because

  131. of his natural or carnal occupation that being a shepherd.

  132. There was no doubt he provided meat for those that

  133. were hungry, for those that were searching for food, This

  134. man provided a resource that was libel and stable. There

  135. is no doubt whatsoever in my mind that this man

  136. had a burden for the common people.

  137. As you read his writings, you will see that he

  138. wants everyone to know and understand clearly that he isn't

  139. one of many in a long line of prophets. His

  140. family tree isn't leaning heavily due.

  141. To many mighty and no movement of God clinging to

  142. its branches. In fact, when it came to his.

  143. Very own personal ministry, he didn't feel it to be

  144. appropriate to wear the label.

  145. And hold the title of an oracle of God. This

  146. man did not have false humility. This man was a

  147. very humble and sincere individual, one that the Lord had

  148. no problem whatsoever calling into ministry. The reason why the

  149. Lord called this man in the ministry is because the

  150. Lord knew he could command this man in that calling

  151. or in that ministry.

  152. And so this man he was not looking for a label,

  153. nor was he looking for a title. And he wasn't

  154. necessarily looking for a spiritual office.

  155. He had focused upon.

  156. A natural office, and that was as working as a

  157. shepherd and also a grower of sycamore fruit. We find

  158. here in this book of the Bible, Brother Tyler, that

  159. this man had.

  160. A major beef with the rich and famous people of Israel.

  161. He is like our Lord Jesus. He seems to have

  162. a problem with those that are forgetting about the burdens

  163. of their brothers and sisters.

  164. Remember, early on, near.

  165. The very beginning of time, when humanity was in its infancy,

  166. Jesus was given Cain and Able, two brothers, an opportunity

  167. to work together in the matter of worship, dearing a service,

  168. and one was disinterested in offering a pure blood sacrifice.

  169. He wanted to offer a sacrifice that was polluted and

  170. tainted in some way, and God was sorely displeased with

  171. that offering.

  172. But God was very pleased with Abel.

  173. And during that service, it was evident to whoever was

  174. in attendance. We know Cain and Abel were certainly there,

  175. but it was evident that God rejected the offering of

  176. Cain and he accepted the offering of Abel.

  177. The end result was.

  178. In jealousy and in pride, Came took the life of

  179. his brother. At the end of the day, Cain looked at.

  180. God and Kate asked God this question, Am I my

  181. brother's keeper?

  182. We seem to be true today that very few people

  183. are selfless. They're selfish, even preachers that are preaching on

  184. a weekly basis, sometimes multiple times a week. As you

  185. sit under that ministry, you can tell that it's.

  186. All about him.

  187. That's about their pension, their paycheck, their parsonage.

  188. It's all about him.

  189. But you know, Amos and our savior Jesus Christ, when

  190. they ministered, it was all about the Father, and it

  191. was always about the other person. They were their brother's keeper.

  192. And so in these short nine chapters you'll find that

  193. the prophet amos He is very upset, said with the

  194. way the rich and famous are treating these other Israelites

  195. that are less fortunate.

  196. In fact, the book itself.

  197. For the most part, is strong condemnation concerning the actions

  198. and the misdoings of such people. Only towards the very

  199. end of this book is there any offer of comfort

  200. of consolation. Some of the other biblical writers, like Isaiah

  201. and Jeremiah, they spit a lot of time talking about

  202. the judgment of God, but they all so spit just

  203. about as much time talking about their redemptive power of

  204. God and God Sir Ernest desire to restore people that

  205. are falling away. But you can tell that amos He

  206. is so disgusted with these people there's very few words

  207. concerning him turning around.

  208. I don't feel like a.

  209. Had a vendetta against the rich and the famous. I

  210. don't feel like he woke up every morning with a heart.

  211. Pull of bitterness.

  212. I feel like he realized that these people were past feeling,

  213. that these people's consciences had been seared, and that they

  214. had no love in their heart whatsoever for their God

  215. or for their brother. It sounds like the conscious of Cain,

  216. doesn't it do? And so we found that Amos he's

  217. like a lord Jesus said, and that he's showed her

  218. a contentment to labor in the fields of his own people,

  219. as this lord.

  220. Did many years later.

  221. Scripture shows Amos being a voice for his people. Apparently,

  222. the shepherd and grower a Pich enjoyed drawing.

  223. And working amongst.

  224. To his own people.

  225. In fact, when it came.

  226. To us, very old ey personal ministry just the holidays,

  227. spent countless.

  228. Hours talking that people.

  229. Are about what was gonna happen.

  230. Because of the spiritual famine that was in the land.

  231. As a shepherd and as a farm of this.

  232. Property, aim of saying, he would have known the importance

  233. of having plenty of people as people.

  234. He would have looked around and realized that it's.

  235. True that people become what they These people like her,

  236. the dignitaries of the Pagans had become patent and sassine.

  237. They were rich and increased with goods.

  238. It's a time of prosperity, a sitting that they need nothing,

  239. including the word of God. It's like a lot of

  240. churches today. They've won'tly got about twenty minutes for preaching,

  241. in thirty minutes for sinning that if you let me

  242. out of there in an hour.

  243. But there are people.

  244. Sitting on his views that are experiencing hunger pains. I

  245. want you to know several things that God God stern

  246. me as.

  247. I was on my bed there in the night, and he.

  248. Spoke to me concerning tonight service. He said, somebody will

  249. be there heaven.

  250. They're experiencing hunger pains.

  251. I want to preach.

  252. Tonight a serving the Holy dest Tyler.

  253. Hunger pains. It's not p a I in s. It's

  254. hunger pains. P A in g s.

  255. Here. I want you to know along with hunger pains,

  256. there is a pain. It's a painful pain. There's somebody

  257. to sit and supposed to be the I separted.

  258. They're not even spin. The makers of.

  259. It thinking dead. There's a pair of the ball. There's

  260. somebody that that calls him surper tired, Oh God, to

  261. sin on their people. They overtake the increase with you,

  262. this fall spiritual it says. Then they don't even need

  263. to eat and a bread of life, it says, spied

  264. one hour their time to its tool a lim. It's

  265. so code, it says to any other things. They're the spin.

  266. They ain't got time for a read of life. So

  267. as a shepherd and as a farmer, this Papa Amos,

  268. he knew these people.

  269. Have to have bread, and they have to have fruit.

  270. They have to have little water, they have to receive nurse.

  271. My people would die for a lack of knowledge. My

  272. people will perish from my nourishment. Unbalanced, lopside and preaching

  273. will cause saints to fall away. Their people follow blind.

  274. Leaders blind day, everybody will in the up in the ditch.

  275. Wouldn't be great if somebody receives spiritual sight tonight and

  276. realize I'm powering a blind leader and I don't want

  277. to end.

  278. Up in the DITCHA from I want you anew.

  279. I've never seen anybody planter or gardening in a ditcher.

  280. You know why, because her the waste throllops enough in

  281. the ditch. I said anything back, dude, it's up in

  282. the ditcher and in confusion a gita. You don't want

  283. it anyway, I'm telling us here to die. I'm preaching

  284. to somebody that's experiencing hunger pains. At some point, this

  285. natural and spiritual provider became disgusted with the way some

  286. of the Israelites were treating they're less fortunate brothers and sisters.

  287. When he looked around, he saw a selfless people, not

  288. a selfless people, a selfish people's sister rooting people who

  289. were not at all concerned about the overall love being.

  290. Up there some little brothers and sisters.

  291. Now, I don't know about you all.

  292. With the Bible set of wise man, he looked well

  293. to the state.

  294. I has heard and his flocks. And you know, as

  295. a leader, as a spiritual reader, I will look to

  296. see if.

  297. Somebody's getting a little read around the child own it,

  298. somebody's getting a little holler in this around the eyes.

  299. That's my place early, my respectability. That not prologative and

  300. not a children maked to make sure that whenever they

  301. get their feeding, they ain't look like real family. Counsel

  302. for the skull. I'm turning as you, and now there

  303. is never the good reason it all left for you.

  304. The tire of God left the same.

  305. I'm hungry, given a hungry man's a problem. You're the father.

  306. It's not that the word of God was not available.

  307. It's God that a prophet was not available. This man

  308. who considered himself not worthy, I'm unworthy.

  309. He would have thought to do what God needs me

  310. to do. But I'm willing.

  311. I'm willing to feed these people spiritually and brother annual.

  312. He realizes that the some churches.

  313. Are just gonna do like those who stole Stephen we do.

  314. They're gonna take their index finger on their left hand

  315. and they're gonna stick it in their ear and getting in.

  316. They're real tired and good.

  317. Then they're gonna take their inex finger on the right

  318. hand they're sticking in.

  319. They're real tired and good.

  320. And they're gonna say. You can say whatever you wanna say,

  321. you can preach whatever you wanna preach.

  322. You can say the South card.

  323. And you can get a noted but we are not

  324. gonna hear. You don't want to hear that. If they're

  325. not gonna hear they you're not gonna heat.

  326. And that's what Amos was saying that in this situation.

  327. Now God's not gonna turn it around, because they don't

  328. gonna turned around. They'll come on that if you're gonna

  329. hold the idol left the leadership the laity, how ald

  330. for me? This great man of God certainly believed that

  331. revival was possible, but you'll find he understood it's highly

  332. unlikely until.

  333. These selfish people become selfless.

  334. Amos refused to overlook this gross situation, the carelessness of

  335. these prospering Israelites and their nation being on a Collisian

  336. courser with disaster.

  337. Amos was not going to.

  338. Just sit there and die.

  339. You got to remember the.

  340. Case of the very sick individuals, where the leopards that

  341. were sitting outside the gate of a city that had

  342. been overthrown, an army that had been defeated. The man said,

  343. how can I sit here in a condition like this

  344. till I die? They're packed to you're gonna die. There's

  345. a reason for some't their paints go of you experencing.

  346. It's their paints. I do only a few days.

  347. I've put you a doll that I said it. You're

  348. a few days for being dad.

  349. God gave us these.

  350. Involuntary muscles in the organs.

  351. They do what they're supposed to do naturally because Almighty

  352. God said so.

  353. And the same thing can be said about the empty stomach.

  354. When it is empty, you will experience symptoms that can

  355. only be satisfied with bread, come.

  356. On, or something to eat. And this man knew these

  357. people are being preached to. They've hurt some of the

  358. finest preaching over the years.

  359. But Amos wasn't going to remain silent.

  360. He spoke up and at Tiptain to do something. And

  361. cannot tell you if you're not a preacher. Sometimes the

  362. only thing you can do is put your foot on

  363. a brake pedal, grab.

  364. A hold of a shifter and put it.

  365. In proud and drive past time and break the bakery

  366. and go somewhere where Betho is really beck or come

  367. on now, and if to the spirit of bakery, I

  368. expected it in Mana from heaven, I said, I expect

  369. her nanny Mana from heaven. Not every once in a

  370. while not being a stretch of revival forever seen this service,

  371. I expect it made a poll out of head.

  372. In the first three.

  373. Verses of the eighth chapter of Amos, we read at

  374. the end of.

  375. The prosperity of Israel, brother ash agains they got bolved

  376. with it for a long but judgment came some of

  377. these churches.

  378. They are rich and increased for goods.

  379. All that matters is how many locks they're getting on Facebook.

  380. All the matters is how many followers they've got on Facebook,

  381. and how many broadcasts and they've got come on, That's

  382. all that matters. The annoying has been traded for advertisement.

  383. Time hope, come on, the energy.

  384. Of the Holy Ghost.

  385. Time has been substituted with the silly stuffs up that

  386. you call entertainment.

  387. In these first three verses on.

  388. The eighth chapter, we found Amos talking about the end

  389. of their prosperity.

  390. It's represented by basket.

  391. A summer fruit.

  392. How by tipper you know what that means. Their time

  393. was up as the.

  394. Rapid summer fruit to last long. These a good day

  395. that they didn't change this situation and prehension that there

  396. isn't fruit or paintable on a.

  397. Weekly basis, that it's not too.

  398. Long before a rapping fruit.

  399. Take mercy the rotten fruit.

  400. Come on now, I'm telling you listen, irregular for currants

  401. and instances a fruit ta and if it's riping, it'll

  402. be rocked. Be fourteen. They're gonna be regular fresh there,

  403. regular fresh fruit here goas it won't be long, sister,

  404. how until this riping fruit is rotten fruit.

  405. I've seen it before. They expect us just a different and.

  406. Enjoy them buying wrapped tomatoes, and we do. But we know, boys,

  407. if you don't go out there.

  408. And plants some seed, and tenders some plants and bring

  409. forth some more big boys, beefy.

  410. Boys, and all these other types of tomatoes, all we're

  411. gonna end up is rotten tomatoes in hand.

  412. Oh, come on, ripeing fruit. Brother's Nathan. You know a

  413. little bit about chickens.

  414. And you know that at a chicken house they don't

  415. have a very long lifespan. You know why that is

  416. because somebody.

  417. Is gonna eat it. And Preacher, I'm sick.

  418. And tired of hearing your re rhymes and your Mitchell

  419. leader Michael ravel the suv and so you preach here.

  420. Have to hear, have to hear.

  421. That's to hear.

  422. Somebody wants a press bay.

  423. Somebody wants a press print. This lacking protect is about

  424. to be rocking.

  425. I'm sicking when I hear talking about Smith Wingers left.

  426. This changey likeness. Charles Fergion, this that was great pay

  427. for their day.

  428. But what about this day? Tell me what the saith God?

  429. Not what they said, chungy rake, hunger pains. I love

  430. the writings of John J. Lake. I enjoy the writings

  431. of Charles Fergon.

  432. I enjoy the writings of Matthew Henry, probably my favorite.

  433. I enjoy the writings of brother John Wesley and brother

  434. Charles Fergin. But when it comes to manner for my soul,

  435. there's nothing local.

  436. Sitting in a reconnery, driving.

  437. A warm cup of coffy here and holding that.

  438. Blessed booker him the lamp head read it, and.

  439. Y'all here re Sister Hannah said two and a half

  440. weeks ago.

  441. She said, I got in five chapters deeper and I

  442. wrote it bore, I say them, not butt of heaven,

  443. that can I know?

  444. Walk So Amos presents this basket of summer fruit, fresh.

  445. Fruit, riping fruit, but it's about to be rotten. And

  446. God's telling them your end is up. That church is

  447. about to close us doors. There's no annoying in there.

  448. There's nothing new one of the sun, the wise man said.

  449. The Biblical writer said, are y'all.

  450. Listening to me? Right here?

  451. I'll turn out there's nothing.

  452. New under the sun.

  453. Do y'all remember whenever there was a certain group of

  454. people that had the spirit of God, they harbored it.

  455. It helped them when they did right, it hurt them

  456. when they did wrong.

  457. And they let the spirit of God leave the building.

  458. And those that were hungry, those that needed more. Eli

  459. was pat naturally. He was sassing naturally the spiritually who

  460. was hungry. And when he heard the the spirited laugh,

  461. the Bible said, they fell over backwards and break his neck.

  462. That was a high priest, spokes I said, that was

  463. a high priest in a person no matter how saved,

  464. sink the bid and then he just spear it up.

  465. They will die in a house of let us no bread.

  466. Then they died in a house let us go after

  467. the planet. Then you die in a house where.

  468. Let's not stir.

  469. For his words are spirit of their life. If you

  470. feel like it's dead and try. It's not his words

  471. being promoted. Friends, there isn't any fresh fruit available on

  472. a weekly basis that it's not too long.

  473. Before the ripid fruit becomes rotten fruit.

  474. Who enjoys eating as much as me and brother Chip

  475. or Roy, just about everybody in this house. If you

  476. don't enjoy eating, I guarantee you you eat enough to

  477. stay alive. All of us in this building we eat

  478. enough to stay alive. Notice our golden texts eight at

  479. eleven of Amos. Behold the day's comes, saith the Lord God,

  480. that I will send a fairmine in the land, not

  481. a famine of bread, nor a thirst of water, but

  482. of hearing the words of the Lord, our Lord listening

  483. to me. There's churches on every street corner, this false

  484. prophets on every hand, even at this time, in the

  485. days of Amos, Even.

  486. In this time.

  487. It ain't that Christian television is at present so called

  488. Christian television. It ain't the preachers aren't preaching. They said,

  489. of hearing hea the words of the Lord. You know,

  490. like God stopped moving there because when God this, nobody

  491. wanted to hear it.

  492. That's the same thing with Eli.

  493. God had to speak the same well that the young man,

  494. because God had tried.

  495. To speak to Eli and Eli's.

  496. Sail, but they did not want to hear what the

  497. spirit says.

  498. Or in the churches, Hey, the truth.

  499. Is sometimes where there's bread, there's.

  500. Gonna be painted. I said, the truth is sometimes.

  501. Hey, the worm of God we just clicking popers.

  502. He wielded this.

  503. Old things do need to be done alay with in

  504. order to make room away. It wasn't Amos that sent

  505. to Baman. It wasn't a church deacon. It wasn't somebody

  506. of laity. It wasn't the mayor of the town or

  507. the king of Israel. The Lord said to Famin, how

  508. many of you have ever been in a house of worship,

  509. a place that called itself the House of God on

  510. their marquis mysen As Sibling of God holding his House

  511. of God, first Church of God, Baptist House of God

  512. on the marquis and claimed to be house of God.

  513. Nobody's gonna take a can of orange, a spray paint

  514. and graffiti that Marquis of signed and right incabad on it.

  515. But I can tell you this in the spiritual realm,

  516. how do you know by divine assignment that one of

  517. them angela beings.

  518. Hasn't already taken a finger, has.

  519. Cried in kabad, hold the marquis, Oh, come on none.

  520. That's when the devil.

  521. Comes in with seven others. He parish the house swept, can.

  522. None miss and sitting there looking.

  523. For a calm. They're looking for a shouting.

  524. They're looking for something.

  525. I'm gonna get on counterfeit bad. I'm gonna get on

  526. take bad.

  527. I'm gonna give him a tink experience.

  528. Hey, I'm gonna give him a counterfeit. God who ard

  529. the the counterfeit concept? To get out of theirs with

  530. the counterfeit God, Gobaba said.

  531. A little leaven.

  532. Even at the hold up. All that takes is one

  533. preacher to transform himself into an angel light, a messenger

  534. in despite a toxic living into the bed that he

  535. is feeding these people off, and in time he in

  536. collar up and lopa, he is to rough the head.

  537. They've got to the place now, to the Acostal churches

  538. where they are now saying, I don't believe the speaking

  539. of other tongues is the initial evidence.

  540. I don't believe that that's relevant to the church today.

  541. I don't believe that healing is for this generation.

  542. That's called she says, cessationist.

  543. They believe it after the apostles let them win up.

  544. To glory that there was no longer healings available.

  545. That is a life from the Pitzer of hell.

  546. You know what happens when they get done parenting Johnsy

  547. Lake and they're not able to have the miracles of

  548. Johnsy Lake? Did he had the miracles because me like

  549. him and William say more than prize, sanctification and separation.

  550. You know what happens when they don't get the results.

  551. It's some of their heroes that they're emulating and parenting

  552. her and copycatting. Did they go counterpica or come on now?

  553. They're just like the false propets up of Josefair. You're

  554. willing to have competus up. You're willing to have conventions.

  555. They're willingna have you cancel. They wanna go all the

  556. old future out the creature.

  557. They gotta turn about in us. But where's the power, where's.

  558. The pa where's the signs.

  559. Filling the rest that pictuacha.

  560. I came to hear the night there's a reason for

  561. those hunger pegs. I thank God tonight that my soul

  562. is well fed by his word, by these great preacher

  563. brethren of Bethel.

  564. I don't know how many of them. There are, about

  565. fourteen of.

  566. Them, probably plus if you count the ones that's overseas,

  567. maybe more.

  568. And you know what, Brother rope Cap. Every single service

  569. we hear from three of them.

  570. My soul feasted to night home work. Brother Samuel said,

  571. my soul feasting the night ho work. Brother Nathaniel said,

  572. I still feasted o work.

  573. But Caleb said, about a week and a half ago,

  574. Brother Caleb said, I got rooted and.

  575. Grounded when I prayed it through.

  576. The this holling, this way is my lifestyle. This is

  577. my life that I'm gonna be contempt as a man

  578. of Tardi. I'm still a priest and under preach's words

  579. because they're taught its fire. Hunger paints Verse number ten,

  580. the verse before our golden text, tells us that the

  581. Lord calls.

  582. Their feasting to cease.

  583. The party's over bel shazarvar know something about that the

  584. party's over, Darius, but know something about that uh.

  585. Verse number twelve tell us that whoever they go to

  586. will be able to provide nourishment and satisfaction since the

  587. weakness and in verse number twelve that no matter where

  588. they go, they will be unable to find nourishment and satisfaction.

  589. I'm glad that about ten years ago, sister, how and

  590. I said.

  591. You know what, if we need to, we're gonna move

  592. to La Belle.

  593. But you know before that, eighteen years ago, we said,

  594. if it's gonna come to this to get food for

  595. our boys and our daughter's soul, five boys and one dollar,

  596. we're gonna drive two hours each way. And if we

  597. did that for six years, sometimes two, three, five, six

  598. times a week, two hours each way. That's when diesel

  599. fueled was five dollars a gallon. It cost us to

  600. come to church. Oh come on now, I don't believe

  601. in cheesy, greasy or cheat grace. How do you believe it?

  602. Sometimes in order to eat a premium on tree, you're

  603. gonna have to pay for here. Come on now, he said,

  604. you just got to me a holy cost us.

  605. You only can come easy.

  606. It ain't a greasy ho it goes. He ain't a

  607. cheese it he ain't a chieve hoes it goes. It

  608. costs us something else you are up in.

  609. He is pretty costious something you tying you you're going you.

  610. Chanser a pen Come on now.

  611. I remember I was around the age of twenty one years.

  612. Old when I first started feeling the.

  613. Spiritual hunger pains.

  614. I told Sister House.

  615. And I don't know what's going on.

  616. Love, halt my soul. My entire being is father, You're must.

  617. Swimming up to them. I don't know about you.

  618. Want how many of this feeling a.

  619. Familia a hunger pains?

  620. You skip a million or two and your body response

  621. to that empty stomach is hunger pains. Before I come down.

  622. To here the pastor before eighteen years.

  623. Ago, I had the boys and my daughter and my

  624. wather hold the lake sometimes two to three times a week.

  625. I'm being honest concerning that time, and I was not

  626. wanting to eat you bot you while I fish. Then

  627. all the way in a fishing holes the root and

  628. I stopped by the McDonald's there and Port Me, Florida,

  629. and get a couple of.

  630. Cheap cheese burgers and feed them.

  631. I said, this is a supplement until we eat the

  632. meal after we've caught the fish.

  633. And the four Season's restaurant was over there near.

  634. Crosspoo I love to eat the four seasons, and so

  635. I would make us wait, and I'd say, I give

  636. you a little bit to hold you over.

  637. Oh come on, now, that's just the how.

  638. After about three hours, she said, cheer mare, you're getting hungry.

  639. I say, not yet, not so hungry that I.

  640. Need to stop fishing.

  641. After about pine hours, she's pound a billions say that

  642. cheeseburger's gold.

  643. How many of you have a kid, remember your.

  644. Mama saying that all of her life, she has told

  645. me when he's hungry, the biscuit's gone there. Oh come on, now,

  646. I want you to know it's hot left for you.

  647. And you now said, it's sposed the son that you have.

  648. Sister here, somebody's the seven that you have. New a

  649. person say, it's okay that you will tell that preacher

  650. you're work this long day. Look, it's very fair that

  651. it's not persons this long prince start to kill your sister.

  652. That's something in prince two times, it's long day. I'm

  653. not gonna sit here and die. I don't have if

  654. you hope your friends in.

  655. You by, why don't have to sit here? I said,

  656. I said, where that had preachure?

  657. So all those serments. There's remot servants. They are sustaining

  658. as cot candy. There's advertising and satisfying the us as

  659. a grain salad is to a hungry lion, And that

  660. preaching lets you asked that question, Why am I so hungry?

  661. Why do I have such an appetite? Why am I

  662. not satisfying? He knows, He's said, repeed, the lion's come.

  663. They're all in silent y said us.

  664. We know what did and all the preaching.

  665. Is the method. I'm you're near or how you know it?

  666. You they're come on now? You mean I was raised

  667. under you're not at church to God? Wain told us

  668. what good preach to death. Won't shove a bother in

  669. my mouth that make me say it's a long horn steak,

  670. don't stand a squirrels story, nothing about Zachi's brother chip.

  671. Don't shove a rabbit story down my gullet and tell

  672. me that's like a lamb.

  673. Sweet love of God cannot treat you just a little longer.

  674. Shall we go to the house.

  675. I'll said that gold chat it's not satisfying to a

  676. lion's cub. In Psal chapter number thirty four and verse

  677. number ten, the songmer said, the young lions do lack

  678. and suffer hunger.

  679. But they that seek the Lord shall not be any

  680. good thing.

  681. I'll seek my way right out.

  682. Of that church.

  683. I'll seek my way right out of where there's coms

  684. on the floor.

  685. And find that all you can eat. My come on

  686. the your lies to like to suffer hunger. But that's

  687. secret a cheat, that secret of the Lord, that secret

  688. of mat How about lie he the good you get?

  689. That's why A here, because them not to see to

  690. it he a lot any.

  691. Jesus is the ancient know the ageless lion of Judah.

  692. His mind comes. We will time food one way or another.

  693. I said, I'm a lion targo her.

  694. Lying her Tudah and the liance of this.

  695. World may be relied. But the lying on Judah and

  696. his offspring, they will never suffer the Do you know why?

  697. Because Jesus understands these hunger pains?

  698. We're here today because some elders down in this area,

  699. they prayed for years God weakness body to come be

  700. our pastor. Y'all, we need somebody to feed us spiritually.

  701. When I got here, there was about four to six

  702. of them.

  703. Are y'all listening to me.

  704. Now there's eighty, and people say, well, that's easy to

  705. have church, whether it's eighty. Let me take you back

  706. eighteen years ago. Let me take you back fifteen years ago.

  707. Sister Vicky, you're here, you would remember the storefront twelve

  708. years ago.

  709. There was only thirty or forty of us in there.

  710. If we had church, I won't try to know these

  711. little line comes of God.

  712. We didn't have hunger pains.

  713. Very much over there in the storefront.

  714. And when we grow into that big sanctuary that God's

  715. got for us, we're coming now. We ain't gonna be

  716. eat garden sellings. I said, you're not gonna be eating

  717. cotton candy when went out, don't.

  718. Mad sugar cookers. We're gonna be eating.

  719. The bread of God.

  720. Jesus up the stands. These hunger pains, youre Mark's gospel.

  721. John Martin wrote in the eleven in the twelfth verse,

  722. and we read it concerning Jesus.

  723. And on themorrow when they were come.

  724. From Bethany, he was hungry.

  725. Jesus was hungry as a god man, one hundred percent

  726. God and one hundred percent man. At the same time,

  727. God incarnate that man inside of God was hungry, and

  728. he looked at a.

  729. Fig tree, and in context to kind of move on.

  730. Here the reason why Jesus cursed.

  731. That fig tree, brother Chip, for that fig.

  732. Tree represented kind of like in the basket of summer fruit,

  733. so much it represented the scribes and the.

  734. Pharisees looked apart.

  735. They had the church, they had the religious duties, functions, activities,

  736. but they had denied the power of God. And so

  737. Sister Howl, when he came, he noticed that that pig

  738. tree was promising fruit.

  739. That pig tree was promising tru.

  740. Are you gonna with me? That pig tree was promising

  741. fruiture it had the leaves on it.

  742. It had to sprints with a put closer observation.

  743. There was no fruit on it.

  744. And so when Jesus pulled back the leaves, so it

  745. should have had fruit, but for some reason it was fruitless.

  746. He y'all know her.

  747. It's okay with me when somebody shows up.

  748. Here and they say, I'm sick and tired of.

  749. Finding a church.

  750. Had promised cruitu com to tell me, come on, I

  751. need more. It's to tell you gotta give me somethings.

  752. Jesus's indictment and courage to the peg tree was because

  753. it promised.

  754. Something it did not have. When I turned my li

  755. liquor on.

  756. And I pulled into a church, triply.

  757. I expect this spear to God to be there.

  758. Expect the preacher to attain and pastor till God gives

  759. us something to eat.

  760. That tream was chars by the road cap. But you

  761. know what, Jesus, He's gonna see through it to his offspring.

  762. Doesn't lack in Paris from hung them.

  763. Even the prodigal son knows in the father's house there's

  764. bread enough in despair.

  765. Come go, women, Come go women.

  766. You'll find out there's enough bread for ten thousand if

  767. they just come, because the multipliers there, because the provider's there.

  768. Oh, come on now Hebrews four, fourteen and fifteen s.

  769. And then that we have a great high priest that

  770. has passed unto the heavens, Jesus the Son of God.

  771. Let us hold past our profession verse number fifteen. If

  772. we have not a high priest which cannot be touched

  773. with a feeling of our infirmities, but was in all

  774. points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. First,

  775. let me say when a person is starving spiritually. It's

  776. easy for them to eat any.

  777. And it's easy for them to think no one understands

  778. what they're going through.

  779. I've seemed to look in some of your eyes when

  780. you got here.

  781. And you've thought, surely nobody would know how to feed you,

  782. that nobody would walk to feed you.

  783. But it didn't take long you realize that's our pleasure

  784. to feed you.

  785. Well.

  786. So the Lord and Amos knew what was happening to

  787. those that were less fortunate, the ones who lived in

  788. Amos's time.

  789. Sister Howell. Amos was a shepherd and a provider of fruit.

  790. Those that lived in Jesus' time, the sick, the blind,

  791. the withard, the.

  792. Poor, they had the Gospel preach to them. Brother rode Gap.

  793. He didn't look to go into Conface's house, the Pilot's palace.

  794. He wanted to minister to those that needed it. They

  795. that are whole need not a position for.

  796. They that are sick. You know why you're hungry because

  797. you haven't been fed. You know why you're experiencing hunger

  798. pains because you're malnursed.

  799. But you know what, I can already see you recovering

  800. strength and all you've had is an advertiser. You remember

  801. when Saul he charged his young men, including his own

  802. son and bye It warrior.

  803. He said, don't you eat anything. And Jonathan knew that

  804. charge is too severe. The men are going to be famished,

  805. man nursed, and they're going to fall into the hands

  806. of the enemy.

  807. And Jonathan took his sword and dipped it in the honey.

  808. And then they call you and say, I hear you've

  809. been going to that preacher's church. I gotta do it

  810. before you some honey. That's like that good brother from California.

  811. They told me, said he's been listening.

  812. And he said, I'm an executive, a high level, upper.

  813. Level executive for a chef some kind of company out California.

  814. He said, I've been listening to you for about a

  815. year and a half. I believe you said sometime now.

  816. He said, I've been listening to your messages. He said,

  817. I go to a church of God that is very worldly.

  818. And he said, I'm the only holiness person there and

  819. I'm surviving on your sermons, Brother Bill Houston sermons, and

  820. Brother benni'st otherland servants, and Brother Chip Roy.

  821. He told me, he said, we have a sister company

  822. in Miami.

  823. I didn't put words in his mouth, but he said

  824. I hope to see y'all very soon. Wouldn't have been

  825. an indictment to that pastor of that world a church

  826. to corner him and say I heard.

  827. You've been listening to them hold on his teachers preach.

  828. You've been tuning end of that podcast.

  829. And listening on line. I'm upset because you dip your

  830. sword and some.

  831. Honey when you walk through your eyes.

  832. And lit up hotel to them all morning. You aye,

  833. so gonna be going.

  834. Coming ball more and you're gonna say I tasted it

  835. alone and just like a whole ess hot he feels

  836. dead and my her has this over here. Come on

  837. and taste the coming Lord and see that he is.

  838. He's good luck this every sir?

  839. What man?

  840. Should I keep pleaching or should we go to the house.

  841. I'm not gonna be content to eat whatever's throwing my way.

  842. You can settle for the bone, but I'll take the real.

  843. You can settle for the tremens of fact left on

  844. the table, but I'll take the porterhouse.

  845. Baby.

  846. Come on, now, the Lord and Amos knew what was

  847. happening to those less fortunate.

  848. Do you hear me? And I'm gonna tell you about

  849. a week ago, God dealt with me and just has

  850. been eating me up.

  851. I told Sister House that I don't know how I

  852. can preach. She's never known what I'm gonna preach. In

  853. eighteen years, I've never told her what I'm preaching on

  854. and never told her a title have my.

  855. Sister Howell never And I didn't tell her tonight.

  856. I said, Honey, I've been preferring my brothers for about

  857. two and a half weeks now.

  858. I'm not a poolpit hog. Oh brother Chip, you preach

  859. great too, by the way. And I said, but I've

  860. got so much inside I don't know how I can

  861. preach all of it less than an hour and fifteen minutes.

  862. And all are tell him and to keep preaching.

  863. I'm not gonna just sit there and starvation mode and

  864. don't done anything out anything. Somebody ain't gonna feed me

  865. hogs lop and tell me it's soup out of the

  866. father's house.

  867. Somebody's not gonna.

  868. To toss me corn husk and tell me to this

  869. bread out of mama's house. I can tell the difference

  870. A sweet sister years ago that attended our church over

  871. there at the storefront.
