Doing Business In Great Waters

Right now we're gonna get into the Word and I've got a message for you, and so let's lift our Bibles up, as is our custom, and let's wave them around, make Jesus glad and the devil mad.

Let's say this together say Heavenly Father.

I'm watching my live stream, but it's as if I was right there in person.

I received the Word of God today because I'm hungry and thirsty for what you have to say.

What your Word says builds me up and gives me the weaponry that I need to possess by dispossessing to inherit, by disinheriting any trespassers on my inheritance, and I believe I've received what you gave me, not only personally, but corporately, in Jesus' name.

Amen, amen.

Well, we've got two places I'd like you to look at.

First is Psalm 107, and then, while you're finding that, also get to Hebrews 11.

And I'll start reading with Psalm 107, verse 23.

All right, actually, let me back up and go.

Verse 21.

Psalm 107, 21.

Oh that men would praise the Lord for His goodness and for His wonderful works to the children of men.

You know that song by Lindo Cooley is one of my favorite songs.

It's hard for me to hear that song without weeping when I think about how good God is and how good he's been.

And so we ought to praise God for His goodness and for His wonderful works under the children of men, and let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving and declare His works with whining and crying, moaning and groaning, no, with rejoicing.

And in my margin it says with singing.

Declare His works with singing.

Now verse 23,.

They that go down to the sea and ships that do business in great waters.

These see the works of the Lord and His wonders in the deep.

And then Hebrews, chapter 11, verse seven by faith some translations say by an act of faith Noah, being warned of God, of things not seen as yet, mood with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of His house, by the which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

And let me read that verse out of the message Bible.

I think it gives you a little bit more clarity by an act of faith, excuse me, verse seven by faith, noah built a ship in the middle of the dry land.

He was warned about something he couldn't see and he acted on what he was told.

The result his family was saved.

His act of faith drew a sharp line.

This is what I want you to see.

His act of faith, in other words, building that ark.

His act of faith drew a sharp line between the evil of the unbelieving world and the rightness of the believing world.

As a result, noah became intimate with God, and so today I wanted to bring a message entitled Doing Business in Great Waters.

Doing business in great waters, you know Jay mentioned that we're doing business.

You know we've got kingdom business.

I often say this we're participators, not observers.

We're participators in kingdom business.

We have a stake in the family business.

God and sons unlimited.

It's as if God had formed a great business enterprise and invited us to all be part of it.

And we often have boards of directors meetings and we're all gathered around the table.

God and sons unlimited is the name of it.

And so we're participators.

And the very first message that I preached 25 years ago, super Bowl Sunday of 1995, was based on Psalm 107 and it was entitled Kingdom Shipbuilding.

And I came with the proposition that God was preparing all of us to be built into vessels that were not anchored in the harbor.

We were not steaming around the, you know, the coast, and steaming around the bay, you know, in protected waters, but we were called to launch out into the deep and I think that message was mostly for the individual believers that were gathered that particular day and that was my vision of the church at that time was to prepare a church, that whose vessels you know.

A ship is a vessel, it has a cargo, it has weaponry, especially like ships of war.

They have not only a cargo but they have weaponry.

They do great battle with ships and so.

But today I wanted to come at you with the idea of the good ship GWC, the corporate, the corporate idea of this ship that has been built over 25 years.

It's taken that long to get us to this place, to get the ship outfitted with the right weaponry, with the right people to man the battle stations.

You know, you know I was watching Torpedo Run the other night with Glen Ford and Ernest Borgman, world War II, and I love World War II movies and I even got glad as to watch it with me, but it was a cool movie.

And but on this movie there it was a submarine and they spent a lot of time underwater but every member of that crew had a job to do.

I mean the guys in the Torpedo Room and the guy that was listening to the sonar, the guy that was I mean everybody was manning a station.

They weren't just riding in the belly of this ship, they all had a function.

And that's the way Gloria's Way Church is.

And I mentioned Wednesday night the power of corporate faith.

I came at our faith together.

Remember that word we had from heaven about the greatest year.

Yet you know, god reminded us.

He said you all have individual inheritances, but you have corporate inheritance.

In other words, there's something that we've been gathered together to do in these last days that God is expecting us to accomplish.

And during this time of trouble, this time of challenge, I wanna keep you in that place of remembrance of what God said, so that you can have more confidence that this thing, we're gonna see victory over this situation.

This is nothing but a little blip in the radar screen.

God saw it coming before it ever got here and we've been well prepared.

And so the corporate faith that it takes to build and launch this good ship, gwc.

It has drawn a sharp line between the evil of the unbelieving world and the righteousness or the rightness of the believing church.

I mean, this church stands as a beacon that we're standing for something.

We're standing for what God wants.

We're standing for something that's very important, and so everybody that abides in this good ship GWC it's valuable to be a church member I read were huge increases in online searches, for they called platforms of faith.

I believe this live stream is a platform of faith and not fear.

A platform of peace and not panic.

Well, lots of people are searching for the truth, and so everybody that abides in the good ship GWC is gonna be like really kind of like Noah's family.

They're gonna be saved in the middle of the flood.

They're gonna be saved in the middle of the storm.

We're going through a storm.

We're going through a terrible time in our history, in many ways unprecedented.

I mean, I've never seen anything like this.

But I'm not amazed.

I'm not gonna be amazed.

I refuse to let what the devil does amaze me.

What amazes me is God's grace.

What amazes me is God's word.

What amazes me is God's power.

And you know, back when we received that mighty word, this is gonna be your greatest year yet, and I remind you, we got that word from heaven on September the 29th 2019, on a Sunday night, and we started talking about three words that came forth perspective.

You know, god said in Isaiah 55, you know, my thoughts are higher than your thoughts, my ways are higher than your ways.

That doesn't mean that we can't adopt his thoughts in his ways, it just means we've gotta have a realm change, we've gotta get the perspective God has.

And so we started talking about a perspective from a higher place.

You know, we're not down here in the coronavirus mess, we're above it.

We've got a different perspective, say.

I wanna remind you what God said.

So this unprecedented event that they're calling a global pandemic, god uniquely prepared us for facing this.

We are not without power, we are not without weaponry.

You know, the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, they're not of the flesh, but they're mighty through God.

And so, like Jay was talking about, I've been reflecting on some of the preparation because, I'll be honest, when that first service was, I had no idea what God had in mind.

In fact, I guess if he had showed it all to me to begin with, I might've run for the hills, I might've been unable to obey what he wanted me to do, but he came gradually.

I mean, you don't build a mighty ship of war overnight, it takes years, you know.

Over at Norfolk.

I was thinking about Norfolk, and that's a massive shipyard.

They build these mighty ships of war and ships that we have now in our Navy today are so much superior to the things that we like torpedo run that old relic of a torpedo.

You ought to see the modern Navy that we have and it's amazing the weaponry they have.

And we don't even know the weaponry.

It's all classified.

They don't want everybody to know how powerful, whether we've got weapons that are greater than that that God has given us.

And so God has prepared us for this day, and I was thinking about a particular word that we received way back in preparation for the year of 2001,.

I want to take you back to 2001,.

Almost 20 years ago, we were in the seventh day at Venice Church having services and Pastor Osteen had gone to heaven in 1999.

And God, just five weeks after that, gave me a mighty mandate.

He said wake up the church.

And I didn't know exactly what that meant, but I became familiar with how the church was asleep, in what way, and the major point was that Israel, 100 million Christians, have no revelation of Israel in their covenant with God, that God hasn't given up on Israel and that the land of Israel is a signpost to the coming of the Lord.

And so, anyway, in 2001, the beginning of the year January, I went to Galveston as my in fact it was the last of 2000.

And I went to pray and seek the Lord about the coming year and it was tough because we had moved out of a big church into a church that we had to meet on a Sunday.

They met there a seventh day of church, met there on Saturday, and we were kind of not exactly well received there.

It was kind of awkward to be there.

Nobody knew we were there.

Their signs were on the church six days out of the week and our sign was up only on Sunday, so people looking for us couldn't find us.

Anyway, I had a word for the next year that 2001 is going to be a premiere here, and I saw a vision of like Hollywood, with these spotlights going across the sky and people riding up in limousines and getting out with their tuxes and their fancy evening gowns and walking up on the red carpet, going in for the movie premiere.

And I thought of movies.

You know, when they roll out a movie for the very first time, it's the first time it's been shown in its final form and they make a big deal out of it or used to it.

And God is saying that 2001 is going to be a premiere year, and then he said it to be the first of its kind.

And then I saw in my spirit I saw 2001, comma, 2002, comma, dot, dot, dot.

And so I realized that God was on a countdown.

It's a first in a series of years and, sure enough, every year since then, for 20 years, god, every year, has given me a unique word for that year and it's given us a target to believe him for.

And they're all accumulating.

In other words, when one year finishes and a new year comes in, we take all the things that we gain out of that year and take it in with us.

We don't leave it behind.

So I began to talk about from the positive standpoint.

This is going to be unprecedented.

We're going to see some great things this year of 2001.

Oh, it's going to be great.

And then I'll take you back then to that year.

In June of that year, 2001,.

Six months later, I had a dream, and in the dream I was driving down a white sandy beach with white sand dunes on my right, blue Caribbean, looking at water on my left.

Beautiful day, sunshine, not a cloud in the sky, not a care in my heart.

I was just in a convertible wind blowing through my face.

It was just wonderful.

And suddenly I saw this movement out in the ocean.

I looked to my left and here's this tsunami coming my way, huge wave, and my carefree attitude took on stark terror and I thought I've got to get off this beach.

I've got to somehow, I've got to outrun this tsunami.

And I put the pedal to the metal.

I'm looking for a way to get off the beach and finally, in the distance, I see this road.

If I can just get to the road and turn right, I can.

Maybe I can outrun it.

And I'm thinking that and I'm looking at the wave and I'm looking at the hood of the car and trying to get to that road and it's getting closer and finally I'm under the shadow of this massive wave.

It must have been 50, 60 foot tall, it blotted out the sun and I'm in the shadow of it and I realize in the dream I'm not going to make it, I'm roadkill.

And I felt so bad in the dream, I felt so fearful, I felt so hurt that I was, my life has ended.

And then, suddenly in the dream, I didn't feel anything except exhilaration.

Because now in the dream I'm on the top of the wave.

I'm like surfing the top of the wave, with my bare feet on the wave, on the wave top being thrust forward at a high speed and I'm way elevated above the ground and I'm seeing all of this destruction around me.

But I'm going forward over it and I wake up and I'm so discombobulated I mean I feel like I've just gotten out of the washing machine on spin cycle.

I didn't know whether the my heart was beaten out of my chest, I was confused, I was scared, I was happy, I didn't know what to do.

After I calmed down a while, I was reminded of a, of a word that I believe it was John G Lake had.

He said the same wave that brings destruction or, excuse me, the same wave that brings the glory brings destruction.

And I knew somehow that this tsunami had something to do with the glory of God.

And yet the glory of God propelled me and and thrust me forward into a great situation, and yet the world around me was under that wave and being destroyed.

So there was two things going on at the same time.

So I didn't really know exactly what to say about it, except it was an extension of this is a premier year and I kind of I think I shared one message out of that and I just kind of shut up because that didn't full revelation of that dream.

Well, three months later, 9-11 hit and I'll be honest with you, I didn't even think about 9-11 when it happened and the fact that I had been forewarned by that dream.

I didn't know it.

I didn't know that.

That's what it was a forewarning.

You know, noah was warned ahead of time about a flood and he didn't know what a flood was.

There was no such thing as rain, there was no such thing as floods and in my world, I mean, I didn't see any kind of a tsunami coming in our society.

I didn't know that in three months the World Trade Centers are going to be reduced to dust and twisted steel and masonry laying on and thousands of people dead.

I didn't see that coming.

I didn't think.

But I remember that morning Gladys and I were headed to channel 14, the studios of then TBN.

Here locally, we were going to do a local praise the Lord program where we interview ministers, and so it was something that we were doing probably once every month to five weeks, six weeks or so as hosts of that program.

And on the way there we found out the second.

We were home when we saw the first tower fall.

The second tower fell on their way to the studio.

We had to drive across town.

So I called the studio and let them know we're having a completely different order of program today.

We're going to have a prayer meeting.

Let the guests know that they're not going to get an interview today, they're going to be part of a prayer meeting.

Have them all come out at once.

We're all going to be on the set at one time.

Get enough chairs out there, get the cameras like they need to be.

I mean, I gave them some heads up and that's exactly what we did, and I think we were probably the first to have prayer while this whole terrible attack was happening in New York City.

And I think we'll think about how prophetic and how amazing.

You talk about doing business in great waters.

You talk about being prepared for something at a time.

And so we knelt and repented for our sins and we asked God to forgive our nation of mistreating Israel.

We asked God to forgive us for abortion and we humbled ourselves under the mighty hand of God and we prayed for intervention.

We prayed that the enemy would be found out and he was Amen.

And you know, in the end of it there wasn't near as many deaths that day as there should have been or could have been.

It was an amazing intervention.

Most people don't recognize it.

Up to 100,000 people could have, and even should have, died that day, and instead there was less than 3,000.

That's terrible.

Whatever is going to kill people by coronavirus, that's terrible.

But I say today it's not going to be 100,000 or 200,000.

It will not be, it will not be.

In Jesus' name, that's what the church ought to be saying.

Instead of begging God to do something, god's already done it.

It's up to us to stand.

And so this terrible thing that happened on 9-11 caused a national emergency.

It was declared by President Bush.

We had the stock market was closed, I think, for a couple of weeks.

I mean, everything went down down, down, people were laid off, and here we were in kind of a tough situation in our church.

We had a lot of our folks were laid off.

A lot of our people suffered financial distress.

I mean, we had land that we had bought.

We were making $5,700 a month land payments on 92.7 acres of land that we weren't even on.

We were paying rent to the Seventh Day Adventist Church for a place to meet.

I mean, things weren't exactly rosy as far as our circumstances were concerned as the church, but we just kept on giving, we kept giving, we kept preaching the Word.

And I went to Galveston a couple of weeks later and God reminded me about huge waves that hit Galveston in the turn of the century and 7,000 people died one day because of a wave that hit Galveston.

And then I realized that God had spoken that word of that tsunami dream and he had let me see the tsunami dream and that the tsunami had thrust me forward.

It destroyed yes, it destroyed a lot of lives.

It destroyed a lot of property, but for the church that was engaged in great waters, that's doing business in great waters, it thrust us forward supernaturally.

So it took a while for that to manifest.

But sometime about a year later, we got a word from the man that we were making the payments to, that held a note on our 92.7 acres that we weren't able to use, and, lo and behold, he needed a tax write off and he said, john, I'm in tax trouble, I've got a way out.

Come and meet with me.

He said, john, two separate transactions.

I want you to deed back the land that you bought from me.

Just sign a piece of paper and give it back to me and I'll take it back and you won't owe any more money.

I said we owe $600,000.

That's true, but we've got a million dollars cash tied up in that land.

I don't believe the church can walk away from a million dollars cash to get a $600,000 reduction and I mean that doesn't add up.

He said well, I'm not finished.

He said I need a tax write off and I've got a $9.7 million piece of property that I will give you free and clear, if you will give me a tax write off for the donation.

And it's right down the street, it's a better.

I tried to sell it to you two years ago and you wouldn't buy it, but it's a superior piece of property 85 acres and so what we wound up with in a few months time as a bay, and the way he got that tax write off, was by making money.

While the stock market is going down, he made a bunch of money.

See, right now, the stock market went down.

Listen, we ought to be awake.

I mean, there's money to be made in either direction.

Whenever things change is when we can make a profit, whether they're going down or whether they're going up.

Let's just wake up and quit looking at things the way the world looks at it.

Let's be sophisticated.

Let's realize that we're doing business in great waters, that there's great opportunity right now.

Quit looking at the devastation and start looking at the opportunity.

And I would, and it took.

It took years for me to understand what happened.

But all of a sudden, I know one thing we reap the benefit of it and it opened the door for us to build this building way back there.

We moved into this building in 2004 on a basis of a double miracle the forgiveness of a $600,000 debt and the receiving of a $9.7 million piece of property.

It was enabled us to build this building, borrow the money to build the building, go into debt, and then we added on to the building and expanded it, made room for more, and now recently, in the last couple of years, we were able to pay that mortgage off, praise God, and we've got 9.2 acres free and cleared, 50,000 square foot building.

And it all began with a national emergency.

It all began with a tsunami, a terrible tragedy that hit New York City.

That thrust this church, its boat, its ship.

It thrust us forward.

I want you to see that.

Oh, come on, let's lift our hands and thank God.

Now we're not thanking God for the disaster, we're thanking God that he's able to visit this disaster and turn what the devil meant for evil into good for the church.

You know, the world is sown to the wind and they're gonna reap the whirlwind.

There's just no getting around it.

It's not God's wrath, it's because people are on the wrong side of His Word.

God's mercy is available to anybody and everybody that'll cry out to Him, even right now.

You might be the biggest sinner that ever.

You think you're the biggest sinner that ever lived.

I tell you God's waiting for you just to say I'm sorry, come into my heart and change me, and He'll do it, amen.

So I was looking back at that time and the opportunity that turned into such a blessing for us that we couldn't see it in the days of 2001.

It took all that year and then it took us.

So in seed, out of our need.

Well, we took and sold $50,000 into a ministry and we took and we stowed even more money.

We began to sow seed, we started to look at places where we could be a blessing.

We didn't sit there and lick our wounds, we didn't sit there and feel sorry for ourselves.

We just kept going, doing business.

What in great waters?

Not motoring around in a lake, not idling at the dock, not getting in the protected waters of the bay.

No, we got out there in the big deep waters.

And so now, these some 20 years later, here we are, and I look back just to 2019, last year, the beginning of last year, remember the, I went out to Galveston and I got to looking at the birds.

I heard Justin talking about that the other day.

You know, we ought to do like Matthew 6.

Jesus said look at the birds, you know.

Look at the birds, you know they don't do anything.

They just fly around, and yet God, you know, provides them.

Look at the.

Look at the flowers they don't do anything, they just sit there and grow in a pot, and yet God arrayed the lilies of the field with more glory than the kings.

And so you know, in other words, sometimes we just have to get back to basics, that God cares about us no matter what's going on.

And so, in 2019, I got to noticing those pelicans down in Galveston and they were diving into the water of one particular pelican, and he was diving into the water, I mean over and over.

I mean he got so filled up with mullet, I mean he was so heavy I didn't think he'd be able to lift himself off, but as far as I could see, he's still diving down in there.

He was eating those mullets as fast as he could dive and get them in his beak and throw his head back and swallow them whole.

And it was the year of fulfillment, leveled up and crammed full with the blessing let's.

And we talked about being fulfilled.

Well, hey, that was the year before this year.

In other words, god is getting us ready.

Get yourselves filled up with my spirit, get yourself filled up with a word of God, get used to looking at me and not at the circumstances.

I tell you, god has prepared us for this global pandemic.

We do not have to enter into panic.

And we shouldn't, we shouldn't.

And so, and then came that word in September 2019, he said you're gonna look back on this year.

On the night of Rosh Hashanah the Feast of Trumpets it's also known as the head of the year and God said to this church.

He said you're gonna look back on the year 2020 and say, my, my, this has been the greatest year of my life.

And behind me, you wrote down on your red envelopes and we got them up here in these baskets and in this vase.

You wrote down ahead of time what is my year gonna look like if it's the greatest year of my life?

What is my health gonna look like?

What are my finances gonna look like?

What is my family dynamic is gonna look like?

What are my?

What's my marriage gonna look like?

What are my kids gonna look like?

Everything that concerns you, what's my business gonna look like?

You wrote it down ahead of time.

Do you think that this global pandemic has changed one thing that you wrote down?

It has no power to change what you spoke, what you meditated on and what you believed, and what you brought forth.

You brought it forth out of your spirit.

You brought it forth, god.

I want you to see.

You birthed it the minute you planted that, the minute you wrote it down and you began to speak, and many of you have given offerings over and above, and you've even.

We've got a greater year yet faith promise.

And many of you have made faith promises and many of you have given into that.

You have made investments in your greatest year yet faith promise.

You think God has forgotten that?

He's not forgotten one thing that you've done.

Here we are in another national emergency.

That's the next one after the 9-11.

Do you think God forgot what he did back in 9-11?

Do you think that that tsunami dream had nothing to do with what we just went through with this global pandemic?

See, I believe it's the same thing.

We've been prepared.

We're not getting crushed, we're not getting overwhelmed, we're not getting destroyed.

We're being thrust forward.

Everybody's being thrust forward.

Take your right hand and go like this.

You're being thrust forward Now.

You're not being swallowed up whole.

I mean we ought to be shouting the victory.

We ought to be thanking God every day for this opportunity, not for the trouble that other people are in.

No, I'm not talking about that.

I'm not saying thank God for people getting sick.

That's not what I'm saying.

I'm thanking God for the opportunity that we have to shine.

This is part of the way we can wake up the church.

We have people tuning in to this broadcast that I've never met, and they're tuning in because they want answers.

One thing I remember about 9-11, and I'll never forget it is that two weeks after 9-11, the churches were crowded with people looking for an answer and, by and large, most pastors had no answer.

They would say well, we just don't have an answer.

You know God, sometimes, you know, I tell you God's going to bless America.

What we need to do is build greater.

We need to build taller, we need to take and no, they needed to repent, they needed to check up on the way that they have violated God's Word.

It's not God doing anything.

It's the devil that did it.

But the question is, how did the devil get in?

It's because we have walked, as a nation, out from under God's protective covering.

That's what's going on right now.

We have yet again walked out from under God's protective cover.

God didn't have wrath against us.

God didn't unleash hell against us.

That's the devil that did it.

Sickness and disease doesn't come from God.

It comes from the devil.

The Wuhan flu is really what the name of it is.

The Wuhan flu doesn't come from heaven.

He doesn't have one strain of Wuhan flu to give us and he wouldn't give it to us.

Instead, he gave Jesus.

That's what he gave.

He gave the remedy.

And the reason the world is going through it is because the world doesn't know Jesus and a lot of the church doesn't know Jesus either.

So in the last national, we have a perspective.

We've got to change our perspective now and if you've been guilty of having the perspective of a victim and you got laid off and that made you feel like a woman, that made you feel like a victim and maybe your 401K went down or your balance down at the stat market went down and you're feeling like a victim, listen, banish that thought of victimhood because you've got the victory and this is the victory that over First John 5.4, and this is a victory that overcomeeth the world, even our faith.

Praise God, the greater one lives on the inside of you.

He's got ways to give you strategies.

He's got ideas, concepts and insights that can turn everything around for you.

Just abide in the ship.

I think about Paul, told everybody.

He said don't jump overboard in this storm.

He said abide in the ship.

That's the only way you can be saved.

I'm telling you abide in the ship of the good ship, gwc.

Abide in this local church, abide in this regional center.

I'm telling you, believe that word that you're hearing me preach.

I'm telling you, believe that.

Don't believe what's going on out there.

Believe this, believe the word, and you'll be saved and you'll be blessed and you'll overcome.

Hallelujah, I mean the last national disaster.

The transfer of wealth built this building, essentially Built, you know, made it possible for us to build this building.

This natural disaster that we're in right now is going to be a greater opportunity for us for a vast transfer of wealth.

Well, why do you say it's going to be better?

How do you know?

Well, because this world, the earth, is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein.

So the earth as it exists today was in better economic shape just a month ago, way better than it was before 9-11.

Way better, and so we don't have as far to come back.

It's certainly a lot better than 2008,.

The last time we had an economic meltdown, and we all know what happened to that.

You know we had Obama elected right after that, and the record book says that he took longer to have a recovery, an economic recovery.

In all the history of recessions, that was the longest recovery of a recession that ever existed, because of Obama's policies and the Democrat Party that was in charge and all of their silly rules and doing all the crazy things.

The things they spent money on were ineffective.

Actually, I just present to you that don't care about the economy.

All they care about is getting their agenda through.

That's been painfully obvious in the last few weeks.

If we ever doubted that, all we have to do is watch a few minutes of Pelosi and all the rest of them.

They don't care about this country.

They could care less about a recession, a depression or whatever.

They want their little project.

They want Green New Deal.

They want no oil.

Can you imagine what?

Are you going to put a sale on top of your car?

How are we going to get around with wind power?

Crazy, they're nuts.

No, this is an opportunity for a vast transfer of wealth because when this thing turns around, it's going to be greater than before.

It's going to be greater than everybody say, greater than before.

I want everybody out there to say it's going to be greater than before.

It's not going to take very long because God had promised about this year.

Well, pastor, I just don't say.

Don't say you don't know what I'm facing.

See, that was part of the word that I delivered that night.

Don't say you don't know what I'm facing.

God came back to you and he knew you were going to say that.

And he said look, I'm saying to you, in face of what you're facing, I say it's going to be the greatest year yet, and don't accept any other report.

Now you have the power not to accept any other report.

Amen.

This is the victory that overcome at the world even our faith.

And so the good ship GWC is sailing.

We're doing business in great waters and we are indeed seeing his work, the works of the Lord, and we're seeing his wonders in the deep.

Come on, lift your hands and receive today and be encouraged.

I know some of you are watching and you don't quite understand what I'm preaching.

This sounds so strange to your ears and I would just say just stick around and let us preach some other messages to you.

This message was really more targeted to our membership, because that's my first.

Obligation is to watch over the sheep God has given me and watch over their souls as one that gives an account.

What does that mean?

To inform their way of thinking and what I look on the internet, when I look out there, at what even men of God are saying that I don't agree with.

There's a lot of misinformation, people that just don't know.

They're ignorant of the principles that we have, revelation that we have.

You know you can't teach what you don't know anywhere, any more than you can come back from where you ain't been, as what Beauhosting used to say.

And so I'm not exalting myself, I just have great confidence in the revelation that God gave me and that what I have lived by all these years, and so if you don't quite understand what I'm saying, please stick around, tune back in tonight at 6.30.

Every day We've got different members of our staff and my family going to share the Word of God with you, and we want to help you.

As a matter of fact, there might be some of you watching right now and you say, well, I'm afraid to die.

I've been thinking about death every day.

I'm thinking about a virus hitting my body.

I have a friend that went to the hospital and he's in bad shape and this, and that Many of us have seen this thing touch our friends and family, and it's been terrible, and I don't want to minimize that at all, but I'm saying there's a saving grace for you.

There is a place in God where you can jump into that will save you.

That will protect you not only from physical death, but it will save you from eternal death, because there is an eternal death.

There's a heaven to gain and a hell to shun, and you know what.

It's easy to go to heaven.

It's not that hard to go to heaven.

You can cry out to God and he will listen to you.

He will hear you.

You don't have to stay on the road.

If you're headed on a road, and you're headed on that road of destruction, you can jump off that road.

Right now I'm going to give you a way off that road and get you on the road to eternal life.

Jesus wanted to give you life and so if you're that way, if you're a sinner and you know you're a sinner, you know you've done wrong things Listen, all you've got to do is pray this prayer, mean it from your heart, say it with your mouth, right where you are Right now.

Just say it.

Say, oh God, oh God.

I know without Jesus I'm lost, without Jesus I'll die and go to hell.

But oh God, I want to be saved.

I want to go to heaven.

Jesus, I believe you're the son of God.

I believe you died for my sins, but God raised you from the dead.

Jesus, come into my heart, make me the kind of person you want me to be.

I give you my life and I make you my Lord.

And now, devil, get out of my life.

You're not my Lord, jesus is my Lord.

And now, god, you're more than just my God, you're my very own heavenly Father and I am your very own child.

Thank God, I'm saved.

Now.

If you prayed that prayer and you meant it from your heart and you said it with your mouth, the Bible says you're saved.

The Bible says you've jumped into this good ship called salvation and you've preserved.

You can be saved when others are perishing, and not only physical life, but he wants to give you eternal life, and he just did.
