  1. Let's all stand together, pick your bibles up.

  2. Please wave them around.

  3. Good to have the children in service tonight.

  4. Let's say this together Say, Heavenly Father, I'm so glad to be here tonight.

  5. I have a divine appointment and I have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying to me.

  6. I have a teachable spirit.

  7. That means I don't know it all.

  8. I have room to hear and improve and make adjustments so that I can fully experience the blessing of God in Jesus' name, amen.

  9. Let's look at Galatians, chapter three tonight.

  10. That's on page 259 if you're still looking.

  11. I remember when I first started out I had a Bible.

  12. I had all these little color keyed things and had little tabs on the side.

  13. Did anybody ever do that?

  14. You know, I was so ignorant I didn't know where any of the Bible books were.

  15. I did pretty good with the gospels.

  16. After that, forget about it.

  17. I didn't know how to find.

  18. By the time I found what the preacher was preaching, he was through, so I had this color coded thing.

  19. So Galatians, chapter three, verse 13, christ hath redeemed us From the curse of the law being made a curse for us or in our place, for it is written cursed as everyone that hangeth on a tree, so that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith Verse 26, for you were all the churchmen who were in the church and you were all the churchmen who were in the church Verse 26, for you were all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

  20. For as many as you have been baptized into Christ, have put on Christ, there is neither Jew nor Greek.

  21. There's neither bond nor free, there's neither male nor female, for you were all one in Christ Jesus, and if you beat Christ's, then are you Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise.

  22. And so tonight I wanted to share a message entitled the blessing of Abraham.

  23. The blessing of Abraham, and I wanted you to see here it's the finished work of redemption, it's half he, half redeemed us.

  24. Nothing left to do.

  25. It's already done.

  26. But it says might come, that the blessing of Abraham might come.

  27. So the might is on our side.

  28. In other words, we've been redeemed.

  29. From the curse to the blessing, everybody say from the curse to the blessing.

  30. I've had people all afraid somebody put a curse on them.

  31. You don't have to ever be afraid of anybody cursing you.

  32. You can't curse what God's blessed.

  33. You just need to know, have a revelation of what you have.

  34. It's done and it's too late for the devil to do anything about it.

  35. Really, the only person that can do anything about it negatively is you, cause it says might.

  36. When you see the word might, it's not on God's side.

  37. It's not like God's got to sit there and say well, you know, stan, I might bless you, but then I'm again, I might not.

  38. Well, he woke up with a funny look on his face.

  39. This is a cursing day for Stan.

  40. No, he knows better than that.

  41. He's not gonna buy that, see.

  42. So it's might.

  43. The might part is not on God's side, it's on our side.

  44. There are some things that we can do to affect and cause the blessing to be interrupted.

  45. We talked about the blessings of obedience recently.

  46. Now it's a good message you may need to look at and listen to, cause God's made promise, but you know those promises are always conditional upon our obedience.

  47. So we have to receive by faith and patience.

  48. You know Hebrews 6, 12,.

  49. Be therefore followers of those who, through faith and patience, inherit the promises.

  50. I want you to keep that verse in mind because, as we're going through this teaching that Adam will give you the seven blessings that belong to us, blessings of Abraham.

  51. There's seven of them and they're might, and one of the big things is relationship.

  52. Very, very big, very big, very big part of the might, very big part of the might.

  53. And so might come on the Gentiles.

  54. That word come there, and I'll use the word might in front of it.

  55. Might cause to be generated, might come into being, might arise, might be assembled, might be brought to pass, might be fulfilled, might grow, might follow.

  56. I like that one follow that the blessings of Abraham might follow the Gentiles.

  57. The Gentile, of course, is what we were before we got saved.

  58. Now we're the seed of Abraham.

  59. See, before the blessings only applied to the Jews, but now, since Jesus is here, we're in Christ.

  60. We're the seed of Abraham through faith in Christ.

  61. So now the Gentiles get blessed.

  62. But we couldn't be blessed as Gentiles.

  63. We had to move out of the Gentiles into the new creature.

  64. Amen, all right.

  65. So, according to God, we're blessed.

  66. So let's look at the seven blessings and let's go back to Genesis, because that's what I've been in the book of Genesis in my normal reading.

  67. I like to preach to you what I'm reading and what I'm feeding on.

  68. Your brother, sting, taught me so many things about pasturing and about how to feed the sheep.

  69. A lot of people have traveling ministers a little different, because they have a revelation that they'll preach the same revelation everywhere they go.

  70. But a pastor is in one place with one group of people and I can't get by with just having a suitcase sermon.

  71. I've got to have revelation to give you on a constant basis.

  72. Amen, and we try to.

  73. We do.

  74. We teach you on all the subjects that are vital to you and, of course, the blessing is very vital.

  75. So look at Genesis, chapter 12, in verse one.

    Genesis 12 chapter mention

  76. Now the Lord had said unto Abram get thee out of thy country and from thy kindred that means kinfolk and from thy father's house that means your mother, your father, sisters and brothers, anybody that's still in the house.

  77. Get away from that, get away from your kinfolk, get away from your cousins, your nephews, your uncles, get away from everyone that you have blood relationship with.

  78. Isn't that what God said?

  79. Get away from them, leave them and unto a land that I will show.

  80. They didn't even know where he's going.

  81. He just was told to do to that thing, and I will make of thee a great nation.

  82. I will bless thee and make thy name great.

  83. Thou shalt be a blessing.

  84. So the first blessing of Abraham is a divine call.

  85. A divine call might come on you.

  86. A divine call might grow, it might follow you, it might, it might come into being.

  87. Well, pastor, I thought it was guaranteed.

  88. No, it's not guaranteed, it's up to you, it's available, that divine call.

  89. Well, I thought every Christian had a divine call.

  90. Well, they do, but it's not realized in many cases.

  91. Well, what are you talking about?

  92. That's why I'm preaching this, because you need to know why.

  93. He said you know, you are gonna, I'll shout, be a blessing.

  94. That's what he told Abram.

  95. That shalt be a blessing.

  96. And so so that divine call is for every Christian.

  97. That's in Christ.

  98. Brother Hagin pastored for 12 years.

  99. He was a young Baptist preacher, like 18 years old, wasn't married when he first started out in the ministry, and, and then, you know, he got married, and then he got, had a couple of kids, and he's still pastoring.

  100. And back then, you know, he'd he'd moved from church to church about every three, four, five years he'd be in one place, one church.

  101. He'd pastored two different times, and, and so finally, jesus visited him one time and and and called him into the field ministry and had promoted him as, and called him as, a prophet and a teacher.

  102. He didn't start out as a prophet, he started out as a teacher and a preacher, and mostly he was a preacher back then.

  103. That's what preachers did.

  104. They'd preach a stem, wind and cotton spitting, you know, and that's really that's.

  105. That's okay for a traveling man, it's for a.

  106. It's not very effective to pastor.

  107. People, pat people, the sheep need teaching.

  108. I can preach, but what's profitable to you is not necessarily what makes me feel good.

  109. What helps you is blind online teaching, you digging into why, and all of that kind of thing.

  110. That's.

  111. That's what you need.

  112. You break it down.

  113. You ever heard a preacher?

  114. You know they just take half of a verse and they'll, 45 minutes later they'd been man.

  115. They all they've preached is one half of a verse of scripture and the rest of it is all fluff and bluster.

  116. Those are the twin cats that he's got back in the back.

  117. They'll fluff it and bluster Anyway.

  118. So so Brother Hagin pastored 12 years and when he obeyed to go out of the field ministry, jesus told him.

  119. He says well, now you're entering into the first phase of your ministry.

  120. And Brother Hagin was offended by that.

  121. He said, jesus, what are you talking about?

  122. I've been pastoring for 12 years.

  123. He said yeah, I never did call you to pastor.

  124. That wasn't my perfect will for your, for your life.

  125. How would you like to have been a pastor for 12 years?

  126. You know, pastoring is not the easiest thing to do, you know, you've.

  127. I almost said this if you got to be crazy to want that, you know you got to be crazy to want to do that and you've got to be called.

  128. And he wasn't called.

  129. He was just young and dumb and he just wound up.

  130. He needed, you know, people put him to work and so he started pastoring 12 years.

  131. He said you're entering into your first phase of ministry.

  132. What, jesus, I?

  133. He said, I never called you to pastor, I allowed you to pastor.

  134. He said many of my ministers live and die and never enter into the first phase of their ministry.

  135. And if that's true of preachers, that's true of believers.

  136. Many believers never even scratch the surface of their divine call.

  137. Why?

  138. Well, we'll get to the why in a minute.

  139. But it's up to you.

  140. It's up to you whether you accomplish it or not, whether you discover it or not.

  141. And then, once you discover it and hear about it, whether you obey it it's up to you, and all the blessings that come with it.

  142. Oh, I tell you, gladys and I have been so blessed because we obeyed that call, we're blessed.

  143. I said we're blessed, deal with it.

  144. No, I'm just all right.

  145. So, number one, divine call.

  146. Number two and the next chapter, hebrews 13, verse two, and Abram was very rich in cattle, silver and gold.

  147. I mean, we're not talking about spiritual riches, we're talking about substantial, substantive.

  148. You know, in today's day that's commodities.

  149. He was doing quite well in the commodity market.

  150. He was making a killing in the gold futures, the silver futures and the cattle futures.

  151. They sell that in the New York mercantile, in Chicago, and and so the second blessing of Abraham is a right to prosperity.

  152. It's a right to prosperity that might come on you, it might follow you, it might grow, it might see, might be, it might be brought to pass.

  153. Again, how do you know you're, you're going to be prosperous?

  154. You have more to do with it than anything.

  155. It's really not even up to God.

  156. It's there, it's an open, it's a blank check.

  157. It's whether you operate by the laws of sowing and reaping.

  158. Whether you operate the way that God has, do it God's way, it's not the world's way.

  159. I've seen this for years.

  160. You know I was a president, chapter president of full gospel businessmen.

  161. I've traveled around the full gospel Given my testimonial chapters.

  162. I've been part of regional meetings.

  163. I've met all the heads of the you know demon Shekarian back in the day and different ones of the high ups of that organization.

  164. I'm very familiar with their way of doing things.

  165. But most of those guys really didn't have a lot of doctrine.

  166. They were weak in doctrine.

  167. They didn't have brother Osteen, they didn't have brother Hagen teaching them.

  168. They just kind of had whenever they could fit church in that see, their church was full gospel business.

  169. Well, that's not church, that's a pair of church ministry.

  170. There's a lot of people I've seen over the years.

  171. There's a lot of people that are big, big into what we call para church ministries.

  172. They're doing good but they don't have a pastor, they don't have a local church.

  173. The vision of full gospel was to be supportive of the local church, to always be involved in the local church, and full gospel businessmen was never supposed to take the place, but it did.

  174. It took the place, which is why it's kind of died on the vine.

  175. It's just kind of shriveled in this country.

  176. It's big in other parts of the world but it's not very big here.

  177. But I noticed that a lot of those guys they just try to get rich with the world's way of doing things.

  178. No, you've got to do it God's way.

  179. You've got to be led by the spirit.

  180. He knows where all the riches are.

  181. You've got to do it his way and you've got to operate under the laws of so and in reaping so a right to prosperity that might come.

  182. He was very rich, not just rich, very rich.

  183. And the second Corinthians eight nine Jesus was made poor that we might be rich, might, might, might, might, might.

  184. Is it on God's side?

  185. No, every time you see might in the epistles, it's on your side.

  186. It's your choice, your obedience, it's your up to you to dig down and find out.

  187. The Holy Ghost is here, he's ready to tell you, but he's not going to just in your leisure.

  188. You're not going to hear from him in your leisure time.

  189. You're going to have to make it a point.

  190. Are you women?

  191. So it's your right to have to have abundance.

  192. Jesus was more that we might be rich.

  193. Second Corinthians, eight nine.

  194. So a divine call, a right to prosperity, and then in chapter 14, the power to recover all the devil stole.

  195. Now, before we leave chapter 13, let's, before we get to that, what the devil stole in chapter 13 is an interesting story about lot.

  196. Now y'all remember what God told Abraham.

  197. He told him to leave town, leave her of the Calities, leave your daddy, leave your mama, leave everybody, this blood kin.

  198. And what did he do?

  199. He didn't do any of that.

  200. He brought all of them with him and then they wound up spending 15 years in a God forsaken city where his daddy was an idol maker and he continued his trade of idol making.

  201. So he just, you know, when he got this call, he's 60.

  202. And by the time his daddy died and they left that God forsaken place that they were, so journey, he was 75.

  203. So he's 50, he wasted 15 years of his life doing nothing, and yet God blessed him and he had lot.

  204. Lot was his nephew and lot was married.

  205. Now it's interesting, you know, does anybody know who's light?

  206. What's Lot's wife name?

  207. Anybody know what Lot's wife's name?

  208. Lot's wife, you know what's her name?

  209. Anybody, nobody knows her name.

  210. Well, she's not mentioned there, her name is gone.

  211. See, when you look, when you look at, you know Sarah's name, you know.

  212. You know Isaac's wife's name, rachel.

  213. You know Rebecca, you know all these.

  214. Everybody had a name, but Lot's wife, her name is nameless.

  215. Nobody ever even wrote her name down.

  216. That's how much.

  217. She was not in the plan, she was not in the divine call.

  218. She had nothing in common with Abraham and neither did a lot.

  219. Lot was just blood, that's all he was.

  220. He was not really part of God's original plan for Abraham and so he's just kind of tacked on.

  221. And I noticed I want you to see this.

  222. It's really important because it's part of that might being followers of those who, through faith and patience, inherit the promises God is so good.

  223. Verse five, 13,.

  224. And Lot also, which went with Abraham, had flocks and herds and tents.

  225. That sounds like a pretty rich guy.

  226. He doesn't just have a tent for himself, he's got tents, he's got flocks, he's got herds.

  227. He's right alongside Abraham.

  228. What Abraham does, he does.

  229. When Abraham is in gold, he's in gold.

  230. When Abraham's buying silver, he's buying silver.

  231. When he's selling, he's selling.

  232. He's doing everything Abraham's doing.

  233. He's just right along.

  234. He's like a shadow Me and my shadows and he's just blessed because of Abraham.

  235. And then it got kind of crowded.

  236. I mean, the land couldn't support.

  237. They were both very prosperous, verse six the land was not able to bear them that they might dwell together, for their substance was great.

  238. So that could not dwell together.

  239. And so there was a strife between the herdmen of Abrams cattle and the herdmen of Lot's cattle and the Canaanite and the parasite.

  240. Well, there in the land, and Abrams said, under Lot, notice who went to who?

  241. Abram went to Lot, it should have been.

  242. Lot went to Abram.

  243. Lot wouldn't have a pot or a window, if you can pardon my French.

  244. He wouldn't have, he would not have had anything.

  245. He would have been in error, probably going error.

  246. He's in error, but no, he's blessed, he's rich, he's got more than he can handle, he's got all of this and he didn't do anything.

  247. He just waits for Abram to come to him and say hey, brother, we can't do this.

  248. This is not cool.

  249. They're fighting out there.

  250. Didn't you know that we're going to have to separate?

  251. He said I'll tell you what.

  252. You go this way, I go that way.

  253. Or if you want to go that way, I'll go this way, you just choose.

  254. He gave him the choice and anybody know where he chose Chose Sodom and Gomorrah.

  255. I think the key is the wife, who's unnameless.

  256. I can't prove it.

  257. I can't prove it, there's no proof.

  258. But she's nameless.

  259. But I believe that she was the reason why, that she's the one that wanted to move to the city.

  260. You know, abram, I mean lot.

  261. I'm tired of this stink.

  262. It stinks out here and I don't like all this sheep dung in my tent.

  263. I want a house.

  264. You can get me a house.

  265. I want a house, get me a house.

  266. I want to live in the city.

  267. Now he married wrong.

  268. Well, how do you know that, pastor?

  269. Because her name's not mentioned.

  270. Pastor, you're just kind of hard on women.

  271. No, I'm not hard on women, I'm hard on lots wife.

  272. So, with Jesus, jesus said remember lots, wife, don't you turn back.

  273. Don't turn back like lots wife.

  274. She liked Sodom and Gomorrah.

  275. She had no problem with the sin.

  276. That was there.

  277. Neither did her daughters, neither did her future son-in-law.

  278. That was kind of anyway, we'll get to that in a minute, all right.

  279. So their, their destinies are tied together and God is blessing Lotty just because I mean he's.

  280. He's blessed just because of attachment to Abram, but not on his own account, or do you see that?

  281. And he didn't recognize it.

  282. He was willing to, he was willing to leave.

  283. So what did they do?

  284. They sold their wealth and bought a house in the city they sold.

  285. They probably sold it to Abram and Abram probably bought it real cheap Because I bet Lot's wife was motivated to get get her a house.

  286. I can't prove any of this, but you can't prove it's not so.

  287. That's what brother Hagin used to do, all right.

  288. So then what happens?

  289. He goes into Sodom and Gomorrah and the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah, they have war with these other heathen kings.

  290. Other heathen kings go through and spoil Sodom and Gomorrah.

  291. They take all a lot stuff, they take everything.

  292. And and so they took Lot, verse 13, 12, chapter 14.

  293. They took Lot, abram's brother's son who dwelt in Sodom, and his goods, and departed.

  294. And there came one that had escaped and told Abram the Hebrew, for he dwelt in the plane of Mamre, the Amorite, brother of Eschol and brother of Anur, and these were Confederate with Abram.

  295. And when Abram heard that his brother was taking the captive, or really his nephew, he armed his trained servants, born of his own house, 318, pursued them into Dan and basically he whipped up on them, had recovered everything, brought it back.

  296. That's when the king of Sodom says oh, thank you, thank you, just keep everything and just return the turn the kids and the wives, please, you can.

  297. He said, no, I've already lifted up my hand to God and I've already tied all of the increase of everything I'm giving.

  298. I don't want you to be able to say that you made me rich.

  299. I'm not taking one thing of this, except that I tithed it because it is mine.

  300. I recovered all of it and he did that for his nephew, lot.

  301. Notice, lot didn't have the power to do that.

  302. Lot couldn't take care of himself, abram took care of it.

  303. You know, we've got to beware of people that have attached themselves to us, who have no godly purpose in God's plan for our life, because they will suck you dry.

  304. There's no extra charge for that revelation.

  305. I just that's free.

  306. It's free and clear.

  307. Praise God.

  308. No extra charge, all right.

  309. So the power to recover all the devil stole, even for someone that's not connected.

  310. Isn't that amazing God's mercy in Lot's life?

  311. I mean he ought to have come and bowed down to his uncle and said man, you just, you didn't owe this, you didn't.

  312. You did this for me.

  313. I'm in your debt forever.

  314. No, he didn't say a word.

  315. He didn't thank him, he didn't do anything.

  316. Talk about a lug.

  317. Peter called these righteous lock, but I can't see any evidence.

  318. Maybe Peter saw something I didn't see.

  319. I don't know, I can't find it.

  320. All I see is a mess.

  321. I see somebody that's hand packed.

  322. I see somebody whose wife bossed him around.

  323. Now, pastor doesn't say that.

  324. Well, he'd read between the lines Amen, all right.

  325. So we have a divine call, a right to prosperity, a power to recover all the devil stole.

  326. That power might come upon you.

  327. It might grow, it might see might.

  328. And who's operating?

  329. Abrams operating.

  330. You know, sometimes God will give you power to do great things for your relatives, even when they're not serving God, your children.

  331. But that doesn't mean that you should do it forever.

  332. In a day.

  333. Sometimes you'd have to back off and let your children reap some of the consequences of their actions.

  334. Uh-oh, got quiet in here now, woo, all right.

  335. Number four is found in chapter 15.

  336. And God is speaking to Abraham and he said I'm near shield and you're exceeding great reward.

  337. And he begins to you know, encourage Abram.

  338. And Abram cuts the covenant, or God cuts the covenant with Abraham and then he begins to give him the future.

  339. And notice in chapter 15, verse 15, and God is speaking to Abram and he says and you shall go to your fathers in peace and you shall be buried in a good old age.

  340. So long life and shalom is a right, is a blessing.

  341. That's one of the blessings of Abraham long life, long life and shalom, peace.

  342. Shalom health, prosperity and peace.

  343. And Abraham did.

  344. He lived a long, 157 years, I think.

  345. He lived a long time and he had lots of kids after Isaac, which is kind of complicates the Middle East today.

  346. So we have a right to long life and shalom, and that's again.

  347. It might come on you, it might grow, it might see, but there's, longevity comes with obedience.

  348. You have to obey.

  349. You have to contend for long life.

  350. Sometimes people pass out of here a little earlier than they'd like to.

  351. That doesn't mean that this word is not true.

  352. It's true for every one of us, but we all have to contend for it.

  353. I'm contending for my long life.

  354. I'm planning on being here when Jesus comes.

  355. That's what I'm planning.

  356. I had a chance for an early exit and I decided not to exit, praise God, and I tell you this word right here helps me stay on the earth where I belong, where I can do some good.

  357. All right, so that's number four.

  358. Okay, a divine call right to prosperity, power, to recover all the devils told, right to long life and shalom.

  359. The fifth one is a right to know some of God's secrets, and that's in chapter 18, verse 17.

  360. There were three angels, they said angels.

  361. One of them was the pre-incarnate person of Jesus Christ, one of they.

  362. Often he appears like an angel, but it's Jesus, because you can tell what he says when he talks about, you know, worshiping me and I told you and all of that kind of thing.

  363. So the three of them visited Abraham and Sarah and let them know hey, you're gonna have a child about this time of year from now.

  364. Sarah laughed no, I didn't.

  365. Yes, you did.

  366. No, I didn't.

  367. Yes, you did.

  368. Remember that.

  369. That's hilarious, that's funny.

  370. I don't know, maybe you don't think it's funny, I think it's kind of funny.

  371. She's like, I mean, she didn't want to admit and so, but then added on to that visitation about Isaac and about their son they were gonna have here.

  372. He is 100 and she's 90.

  373. And added on to that, it says here in verse 17,.

  374. And the Lord said shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do, seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him, for I know him that he will command his children and his household after him and they shall keep the way of the Lord to do justice and judgment that the Lord may bring upon Abraham that which he has spoken of him.

  375. And so what was he talking about when he was talking about Sodom and Gomorrah, where Lot was living?

  376. And so, in verse 20, the Lord said because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great and because their sin is very grievous, I will go down now and see whether they have done all together according to the cry of it, which is common to me, and if not, I will know.

  377. So you know the answer the cry was accurate, the cry of the sin, and the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah was so great.

  378. And yet here's Lot and his wife and her two daughters, which are all very, very two daughters, which are also unnamed, their names are not mentioned.

  379. The two daughters, they have two sons-in-law.

  380. Well, the sons-in-law, they can't be married because he talked about them being virgin.

  381. So their sons-in-law were not yet official, they had not married yet they were engaged.

  382. So God let Abraham know that he was gonna destroy Sodom and Gomorrah for the great sin in that city.

  383. And then that's when Abraham said, oh, you wouldn't destroy the righteous with a wicked.

  384. What if there were 50 righteous in the city?

  385. Would you destroy 50?

  386. No, I wouldn't destroy it for 50 righteous, okay, well, what about 40?

  387. Well, no, I won't.

  388. If I can find 40 righteous, I won't destroy it for 40.

  389. Well, what about 30?

  390. I've come this far.

  391. How about 30?

  392. Well, I won't for 30.

  393. How about 20?

  394. How about 10?

  395. He stopped at 10.

  396. And he didn't go any further.

  397. And there wasn't even 10 righteous there.

  398. So what am I saying?

  399. I'm saying for Abraham's sake, not for Lot's.

  400. For Abraham's sake, they wouldn't destroy the city until Lot and his wife and two daughters got out of town.

  401. They tried to get the son-in-law and they didn't.

  402. He had no credibility with the sons-in-law, no credibility.

  403. He had levied himself.

  404. He had compromised himself to live high on the hog, on money he never got for his own righteousness.

  405. It was all reflected from his association with Abraham.

  406. And yet God was willing to spare his life.

  407. And so they hesitated, oh.

  408. And they couldn't get it.

  409. They wouldn't leave.

  410. You've got two angels in your house and they're telling you get out, we're gonna destroy this place.

  411. No, I just like it.

  412. And finally the Bible says they took them by the hand.

  413. They took Lot by the hand, they took Lot's wife by the hand, they took the two daughters by the hand and they led them out of town.

  414. Are y'all with me now?

  415. And he said we can't do anything until you get out of town.

  416. God would not judge Sodom and Gomorrah with Abraham's kinfolk still there.

  417. See, listen, we've got great weight.

  418. I mean, if your kinfolk's not serving God, you still can recover things for them, you can be an influence in their life to a point.

  419. But there comes a day when they're gonna have to get it on their own.

  420. I remember Brother Hagin talking about his sister.

  421. His sister was 50 years old, had cancer, and he began to pray and intercede for her, went to the Lord and he said you know, I tell you what because you've asked, just because you've asked, I'm gonna give her five more years.

  422. And so she's 50, she's got a lot of money, and so you know, that's kind of now, when God tells you I'm gonna give her five more years and she's only 50, that tells you something, doesn't that tell you something?

  423. Tells you that she's not out of the woods yet.

  424. That's what it tells me.

  425. It tells me that she's gonna have something happen to her at 55.

  426. And so what wasn't said was something's gonna happen to her at 55, right.

  427. And so, brother Hagin, you know he did that.

  428. And then, sure enough, at 55, she had a different type of cancer, didn't, wasn't related to the first cancer.

  429. And he went to the Lord and he said at the time she was 50, he said now, at that time she's gonna have to get it for herself.

  430. You're getting it for her this time, I'm gonna grant her five more years, but next time she's gonna have to come to me, she's gonna have to get it for herself.

  431. She's gonna have to at least agree with you in prayer or something.

  432. She's gotta make some progress.

  433. And so, 55, he hadn't heard from me here, he heard through the grapevine that she was very ill.

  434. So he went to the Lord again.

  435. He said no, not gonna do it, said no, I thought all the promises of God were yesterday.

  436. Well, they are to you, but you can't always use your influence on Lott's bath.

  437. And this, in his case, was his sister, his own sister.

  438. And he said look, he said you are in, you're in her town on the radio.

  439. She's never listened to your radio program, she's never sent into your ministry for one cassette.

  440. She's never read one of your books, she's never come to one of your meetings.

  441. No, she's gonna have to get it herself or die.

  442. And she died 55.

  443. Whoo man.

  444. Well, thank God for what we can do for our relatives.

  445. But there's a limit, and there was a limit to what he could do for Lott.

  446. So God gave him some secrets.

  447. And the reason he gave him the secrets was because he knew.

  448. God knew that he was gonna raise his kids up right in the fear and admonition of the Lord.

  449. See, there's another might.

  450. That's on you.

  451. I mean, if you want God's secrets, you're gonna have to do more than just do the soft shoe routine.

  452. You're gonna have to do the heavy lifting.

  453. You're gonna have to sit with your kids and instruct them, make sure that they have godly instruction and know how to raise them in church and raise them according to the Word, amen.

  454. And because he did, he gave him that secret and he gave him place to intercede for the city.

  455. And then at the end, before it came down, he had angels.

  456. And that's the next blessing in chapter six, or the sixth one in chapter 19, verse 15.

  457. And when the morning arose, then the angels hasten lot, saying arise, take thy wife and thy two daughters, which are here and which shall remain nameless no, I'm just putting that in there Lest they be consumed in the iniquity of the city and verse the city and verse.

  458. And so he started asking him oh, please, can I go to Zohar?

  459. It's just a little city, let me go to Zohar.

  460. And Zohar was just like Sodom and Gomorrah Wasn't any different, same spirit in that city as the other.

  461. It was a heathen city.

  462. And so in verse 22, look at this the angels said come on, hurry up, escape out of here, for I cannot do anything till you become, until you come here, you gotta get out of there.

  463. I gotta get you out of there.

  464. I can't do anything.

  465. Oh man, I'm telling you there's protection.

  466. So number six blessing protection for our family during judgment of this world.

  467. There's coming, a time of judgment there's coming.

  468. Tragedy there's coming.

  469. We've already seen these things famines, earthquakes, buildings falling down, shootings, school shootings, bar shootings.

  470. I mean, our relatives are all kind of.

  471. They're out there at risk and you know what you can have.

  472. If you'll pray over your relatives, you can exercise a certain amount of influence for them.

  473. That's one of the blessings of Abraham that we have through faith in Jesus Christ, isn't that awesome?

  474. And so then the Lord rained down upon Sodom in more of verse 24, brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven.

  475. He overthrew those cities, all the plain, all the inhabitants of the cities and that which grew upon the ground.

  476. But his wife looked back from behind him and she became a pillar of Saul.

  477. She looked back.

  478. She missed being there.

  479. It didn't offend her.

  480. The sin in that city offended God.

  481. It didn't offend her.

  482. The woman whose shall be nameless and who had no right for any of the blessings that she had enjoyed except by virtue of her husband's uncle Amen, are you with me?

  483. Turned into Saul, jesus said in Luke.

  484. He said you know, remember Lot's wife.

  485. Don't be turning back.

  486. Don't turn back.

  487. Don't be looking to go back to the world once you've been delivered, don't you go back.

  488. Remember Lot's wife.

  489. Jesus said that she still don't have a name.

  490. It's pretty striking, isn't it All right.

  491. And then Genesis 21,.

  492. The seventh Are you getting anything out of this?

  493. And the Lord visited Sarah, as he had said, and the Lord did unto Sarah, as he had spoken for.

  494. Sarah conceived and bear Abraham, a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.

  495. So the seventh blessing that we have come in, the blessing of Abraham is, god satisfies our deepest longings, our deepest longings.

  496. That old woman, she wanted a child all her born days, I mean back then, a woman's worth, was wrapped up in child bearing and she never bore a child until she was 90 years old.

  497. And what a time of joy, what a time of triumph, what a time of rejoicing that she had God satisfied not only her deepest longing but the longing of Abraham, because he wanted in thy seed you know this is the world shall be blessed in thy seed, the seed of Abraham, which Isaac was the seed of Abraham, and then, later on, of course, jesus is the seed of Abraham and we're the seed of Abraham through faith in Christ.

  498. Pretty amazing.

  499. So all the blessings of Abraham are ours.

  500. Christ redeemed us out of the curse into the blessing.

  501. But it's conditional.

  502. Everybody say I'm meeting the conditions.

  503. The might is of no effect in my life.

  504. I'm determined.

  505. There's no might.

  506. Amen, make the adjustments necessary.

  507. And one of the main things about this be followers of those who, through faith and patience, inherit the promises.

  508. Your supernatural relationships are much more vital to you than most people really realize.

  509. Where you go to church, who your pastor is, is vital for you to inherit everything God has.

  510. Does God love you?

  511. Does God want the good for you?

  512. Yes, but your blessing is connected with somebody and you know, if you don't find the right place, with the right people, the right time, doing the right things, you might not wind up with all the blessings that you have in store for you, that God has in mind for you.

  513. It's not on him, it's on you.

  514. Amen, let's lift our hands and receive the blessings of Abraham tonight.

  515. Praise God.
