Last Day's Danger 1

Your Bible's out.

Please wave them around, make Jesus glad, the devil mad.

And let's say this together say heavenly father, I'm so glad to be here today.

I'm recognized the covenant that I have with you.

It gives me courage to face those things that are coming upon the earth.

Many are becoming unhinged, they're fearful, they're panic-stricken, but, oh God, my hope is in you.

My eyes are from heaven.

From whence cometh my help?

Not looking to Washington or Austin for my help, but I know it comes from you through this word and faith in this word, in Jesus name, amen, praise God, amen.

Let's turn in our Bibles this morning to 2nd Timothy, chapter 3.

I Read a few verses here.

I Would suggest you read the whole thing before the day is over.

I like to give homework and it takes more than just a casual listening of the Sermon and all that it I don't like.

I don't have sermons, I have messages.

But 2nd Timothy, chapter 3, is Is a is an end time book.

Why?

Well, because it talks about the end times.

We're gonna start with verse 1, and this is Paul writing to his son in the faith, timothy, this, know also that in the last days, everybody shout the last days are right now.

They're right now the last days.

Perilous times shall come, for men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous boasters, proud blasts, femurs, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, truce breakers, false accusers, incontinent.

That doesn't mean that they need to pay For their own lives, but it means they lack self-control, fierce Despisers of those that are good Traders, heady, high-minded lovers of pleasures More than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof.

From such, establish a dialogue, reach across the aisle, find places of agreement.

From such turn away.

For of this sort are they which creep see, I mean God believes in creeps.

For of this sort of they which creep into houses and lead captive, silly women living in the suburbs, suburban, with women they ought to know better than to vote for Biden, but they don't.

They're stupid enough to go vote For a communist instead of a guy that remade the economy.

That's talking about these people right here.

Lead captive, silly women, laden with sins, led away with diverse lusts, ever learning, never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Now, as jennies and jamborees withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth.

Men of corrupt minds reprobate concerning the faith, verse 13,.

But evil men and seducers shall wax or increase or grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.

And so today I wanted to bring a message entitled last day's dangers and how to avoid those.

I Mean we don't have to necessarily succumb to the dangers that we have, that we're facing, but here Timothy is taking the place that.

He is an apostle.

I mean, paul is an apostle, but before he was an apostle, paul was a prophet and he's standing in office, the prophet, prophesying about Future events, just the way Jesus did, just the way Jude did, just, you know, just Just the way James did.

These are prophetic.

This is a book of revelation kind of stuff.

I know Jesus told us what the end days would look like, but he's, he's adding to it, he's being more descriptive of a future event and he knows We'll find out later.

He's a, he's ready to be offered, he knows he's about to to be martyred for his faith and he wants to leave behind his son in the faith, with enough Information in case this begins to accelerate.

They had no concept of exactly when Jesus was coming back.

They had the signposts, but a lot had happened since Jesus died on the cross and was risen from the dead 40 days later went on up into heaven a lot of what he had prophesied.

It was on the edges of being of being Reality.

How many of you know that Jerusalem did fall?

Jesus said there's not gonna be one stone left upon another.

That day meant a million Jews died the hands of the Roman army.

Do you know that?

One million of them died?

I, and that's why he said hey, don't, when they start coming, don't start looking to bring all your possessions.

Remember in the Holocaust?

They all had their possessions.

They had suitcases, they had carts full of their possessions.

Did they get to take any of it?

What?

No, that the Nazis stole every bit of it.

And so Jesus knew that they were going to try to take everything with them when they left.

It was gonna it was gonna mean that they would be late getting out of town and escaping the, the murderous rampage of the Roman army, and A million of them died, probably still trying to get all their riches, trying to pack their suitcase.

But that you know.

He's talking about the last days and, of course, the last days Began with the resurrection of Jesus and it's going to continue until the second coming.

But we're seeing a lot of this.

I mean you just kind of it seems like it's coming off the pages of the front page of the paper.

I mean, this is, this is we're living right now in a society.

It's talking about society and what is it gonna look like?

It's gonna look pretty dismal.

He said there's gonna be perilous days, perilous times, perilous, dangerous yeah, but I like the amplified it adds to it.

When you really dig into the word perilous, it also means hard to take, difficult to bear.

It is hard to take what we're, what's going on right now.

It's difficult to bear it.

It's difficult to see what's happening right now, isn't it?

That's why we have to, we have to stick Like glue.

My role is not to tell you what's gonna happen next on Wednesday.

I don't know.

I mean I know what's scheduled, what schedules?

Is inauguration?

Would I like to see President Trump remain in office?

Well, I sure would, but I don't know what rabbit he's gonna pull out of the hat.

I don't know any.

I know a lot of people are speculating.

I hear a lot of speculation.

I hear people that are that if it doesn't happen and they've speculated, they're oh, they're fruit, they they stake their reputation on what I've heard them say.

And I'm not talking about some Person on YouTube that you've never heard of.

I'm talking about people that everybody heard of.

I Heard Mike Lindell.

You know the pillow guy.

You know my pillow guy.

He's had some pretty bold things.

Lynn Wood, successful attorney, trial attorney, been around 43 years.

He said well, you don't have to believe me, just look at the body of my work.

I'm a respectable attorney.

I'll stake my reputation on being able to tell when somebody's telling me the truth or not.

I don't.

I don't let somebody hire me that I know as a criminal.

If their story doesn't add up, I don't take the case.

I'm not the kind of attorney that likes to turn criminals out on a technicality.

He's made his bones by defending who he thinks are innocent people.

I Heard him make his case.

Well, you know what you got to listen.

But I don't.

I'm not here to tell you what's gonna happen.

I'm here to tell you let's look past whatever happens, because whatever happens on Wednesday is not gonna be.

It's all right here.

It's not gonna end the the, the stand of faith that we're gonna be called on to take.

Amen.

We're gonna have to stand up.

Hey man, stand up and be counted, not hide in a corner.

Dangerous times, dangerous, yes, on the outside.

You know being persecuted, being told you have to shut down, being told that they're gonna take all your money and taxes.

And they're gonna have.

You know they're gonna give you a solar panel for your unicycle.

Take your car away from you.

They were talking about airing up your Obama talk about airing your tires.

You gotta air your tires up.

How harder, I mean.

Can you imagine the president of the United States telling people that they need to air their tires up to save gasoline?

Well, it's just like Like Jimmy Carter.

Most of you are too young to know what Jimmy Carter did, but he worked, he tore, he turned the thermostat down in the White House and wore sweater Him and Roslyn a war sweater to stay warm, and Amy, daughter Amy, they all wore sweaters To stay warm.

Low, they turn that you know let's not use the energy.

Well, why don't you produce more energy?

Get doofus Anyway.

And so we live.

I, charles Cap, said this years ago I just went off with me we live in the compression of the ages, and he likened it to an hourglass.

And we see, an hourglass is, you know, at the top of the sand.

At the top of the hourglass, it's just barely moving.

You can't even tell it's moving, but slowly, slowly, slow.

But for closer it gets down to the neck, then you start to see it so that sand is dripping out.

You know we're saying coming out from the top to the bottom, because you see the sand Pouring out and so when that level goes down a little further it goes quicker and quicker and quicker and quicker until it gets to the neck and men whoop, it's through.

The compression of the ages have begun.

In June of 2001 I had what I call my tsunami dream and January of 2001 God told me.

He said this is gonna be a Premier year, and I saw a vision of one comma, two comma, dot, dot, dot, which let me know that it was the first in a series of years.

Premier means first.

It means, and so you have a Hollywood premiere.

You know the lights are going off and they have the red carpet and the people that start in the movie that the premiere is.

Well, they come in their limos and they get out and they have the photo ops and they go in to see the premiere of the movie.

And I preached that.

You know I was preaching that premiere.

So it's gonna be unlike.

This is the first.

This is the first.

It's gonna be the first of its kind.

And I was thinking from the positive side.

I was not thinking that New York City was gonna be reduced to rubble, I was not thinking about the Twin Towers falling, but it was the first time America had been attacked on its own soil.

Yeah, continental America.

Yeah, we had a Hawaiian World War II, but that was not a state and it was a possession or whatever it was called.

But anyway, but in June, ahead of that, I had what I called a tsunami dream.

In the dream I was in a convertible driving down a white sandy beach that couldn't have been in Galveston, and blue water couldn't have been in Galveston.

Blue water.

It looked like the Caribbean, be honest with you.

Or it could have been maybe South Florida, I don't know, but it was beautiful.

It looked like the Caribbean blue water out there and it was just so.

It was no humidity, it was so beautiful day and I'm just not a carer in the world.

I'm driving big sand dunes on the right and I noticed something, and I look out into the ocean and here is a tsunami headed my way.

And so my carefree attitude turned into stark terror and I start thinking I gotta get off this beach, I'm gonna.

I gotta find a way to turn right and accelerate and try to outrun this thing is what my thought was in the dream.

But I couldn't, cause there's sand dunes, so I just put the pedal to the metal.

In the meantime, this thing is getting closer and I'm in, I'm just, I'm breathing, I'm panting, I'm out of breath, I'm from star, I'm afraid in the dream.

And finally, from here, the other side of the lobby, I see this little road.

Oh, am I gonna make it?

Am I gonna make it?

And finally, I'm not to the road yet and I'm in the shadow of this thing.

It's so tall, it blots out the sun.

I'm in the shadow and in the dream I'm thinking oh, I'm roadkill now.

And then the next instant I didn't feel the impact, I didn't feel anything.

And the next instant I am on top of the tsunami.

I'm on top of that huge wave, at least 50 foot tall, and I'm being thrust forward.

I'm at right angle.

See, I was headed down the beach and now I'm going this way and I'm on top and I'm riding that wave and my feeling of stark terror turned into acceleration.

I feel the wind in my face, the power that was behind me thrusting me forward, and I woke up and I felt like I'd been in a Maytag and spin cycle.

I mean, I didn't know whether to be glad, sad, excited, terrified, I mean all those things.

And it took me a while just to calm down, quit breathing.

I was panting and breathing and sweating and everything else, and I waited a while and I prayed in the Holy Ghost as best I could and I knew it was from God.

It's one of those dreams you don't have to wonder.

And I said, okay, what's the deal?

Not in so many words, but just in my spirit.

I'm listening for what it means.

And then I heard a phrase that I heard Billy Brim talk about years ago, how that John G Lake said that the same wave that brings the glory will bring destruction.

The same wave that brings the glory will bring destruction.

That's right.

And so I didn't know what to do with it.

I started preaching it, I started telling people and encouraging people, and then 9-11 hit and it looked like the opposite of what I was thinking.

I was thinking the glory would come, you know, but no destruction gave.

But the glory did come in a partial degree, because during the 9-11 debacle, you can know, the stock market fell and those of you that were in the stock market probably remember that it was pretty bad and also unemployment shot up.

And this is the beginning of Bush's term and it was kind of dicey, but I didn't know it.

But during that time a guy that I had done business with for many years was shorting the stock market through the options.

He was bidding on the stock market to fall and making money on the movement.

You can make money in any market, in the increase or in the decrease.

People do it every day in the futures market.

They do it in currencies, they do it in gold and silver, they have projections they make and they believe, and some people just call it gambling.

But I think that there is a certain art to it, a certain science to it, possibly, but anyway I didn't know it.

But when the time came, two years later, we were gifted this property 85 acres, debt free, that was worth $9.7 million because that associate of mine.

We leased our first building from him when we bought the property down the street from him.

So we had a relationship and he needed a tax break.

He made so much money During 9-11,.

Glory in the gold, or united, I'm telling you, the glory hit this church.

I mean, this is why we're here.

We're here because of a miracle that happened in a terrible time.

I'm looking for one to come again, because God didn't fall off the throne when people did what they did in the election.

I won't say any more about it.

You know exactly what I'm saying.

So, but I think about the first in the series of years.

How long has that been?

Well, it's been 20 years ago.

We've had one year after another for 20 years of increasing things that are happening in God's prophetic timetable.

Are you with me?

He's closer now to coming than then, and he began to tell me and he told me two years before that to wake up the church.

That's what we've done, faithfully, still doing it.

Some of you are here because you heard us that we were open, that we were not obeying the silliness of closing down for the Kung flu.

I know it's real.

People have gotten it.

People are recovering right now, but remembers of our church they're recovering from.

You know, just like flu, like anything else, there are things that people catch and we just stand with them and we haven't had anybody.

You know, necessarily they might have died with it, but not from it.

It's overrated.

They just did a study, just finished a study that basically concluded that in all the countries where they didn't shut down South Korea and another one there was no difference in the outcomes between severe shutting down of the economy and shutting people down in their houses and not doing anything, just voluntary People, voluntary to do whatever they need to do for their personal lives.

I mean, freedom always works, but it's never been about that.

It's been about stealing as much of our freedom as they can.

So I wanna give you some ideas here about how to stay protected from these last days dangers and God already said that was gonna happen.

We can prophesy, we can pray, but we are not gonna change God's prophetic word about what the ultimate is in this world.

What we can do is get a harvest out of it, no matter who's president on Wednesday.

I like Trump.

I like Trump, but I think we know did he promise to drain the swamp?

Yeah, that's the only thing he didn't do.

Well, I submit to you that he certainly did drain the swamp, because we see all the swamp creatures.

They didn't disappear.

They've got slime hanging off of them.

But we see them.

They're very clear.

And let me tell you, they just keep.

He keeps draining it and draining it, and draining, and now we see a whole bunch of swamp creatures, don't we?

They're everywhere.

They're in both parties.

They're in the Supreme Court, they're in the legislature, they're in the Senate, they're everywhere.

They're in the non-elected officials, they're in the FBI, they're in the CIA, they're in the Department of Justice.

They're everywhere.

They're everywhere.

Did he drain this?

Yeah, he drained it.

How long have we been praying?

Oh God, oh God.

Let everything hidden be revealed, everything kept secret, that it should come abroad.

Oh God, show.

Well, that's exactly what judgment is Judgment.

Is God pulling back the curtains and showing you what is?

We have no doubt.

Do we Hallelujah, be careful what you pray for.

I believe there's a grace for us to do what we're supposed to be doing.

All right, let's get into this, stay protected, see, I don't believe that we have to perish and I don't believe we have to count out.

I'm gonna tell you right now I am never obeying the communist dictatorship.

I'm never obeying that kind of government, never.

I'm not gonna bow down to it.

I'm not.

The church didn't.

And a book of Acts.

They had difficulty.

They just kept on going.

Were they persecuted?

Yeah, they were persecuted.

We're hated already.

We're hated.

If you voted for Trump, you've been called every name in the book in the last week.

If you were here Sunday night, you would have seen video evidence that the whole thing is a lie, that there's just a tiny, tiny few people, and they were let in on Wednesday the 6th.

That was a wonderful gathering of supporters.

They were praying, they were singing, they were totally in order.

There was no nothing.

The only people there that were doing the dirty stuff were they Antifa, and everybody knew who they were.

They came running through the crowd and they were waving everybody up and a few people out of the crowd were dumb enough to go inside.

That was not good and they were hijacked.

The whole thing was hijacked and the Capitol Police were in on it.

There it is.

You could have heard that last Sunday night if you'd come to church, because we had the whole report Powerful.

Stay connected to us if you wanna know the truth.

You can't find the truth anywhere in the media hardly.

There's a few little sites and they're getting taken down.

I mean, parler went out of business.

Everybody was leaving Facebook to go to Parler and it's gone.

Yeah well, they can do whatever they can try to do, but we've got the power of God on our side, all right.

So let's look at chapter three again, verse 10.

And I've got seven things.

Y'all wanna take notes that long?

Or do you wanna go home and cook a meatloaf?

Check on your crock pot, make sure you don't overcook the chicken and dumplings.

All right, verse 10.

But thou has fully known my doctrine.

The word doctrine there means teaching.

So he's talking to his son in the faith.

He said but you have fully known my doctrine, my teaching, my manner of life, my purpose, my faith, my longsuffering, my agape, love and my patience, and persecutions and afflictions which came up to be at Antioch, iconium and Lystra.

What persecutions I endured.

But out of them all the Lord delivered me.

So the first thing that you need to do to avoid the dangers of the last days is carefully follow the lives of your leaders, and how they live will affect what they preach.

I say we live our lives in front of you.

I had open heart surgery.

In front of you.

I came to church.

You know that first time just barely could move.

I was white as a sheet.

I looked terrible.

I'd lost about a bunch of weight.

I was skinny.

You know, we just live in front of you.

Everything that happens to us is in front of you.

Gladness falls and breaks her hip it's in front of you.

She comes limping into the church.

It's in front of you.

You know, when she's fighting a good fight of faith, she shows up, no matter what.

She's got a black eye this morning and probably didn't see it and she covered it up with makeup and it's because she fell and hurt her eye and whatever.

You know what.

We just we are not gonna bow.

We're not gonna stop believing what we preach.

We live it in front of you.

You can't say that about some knucklehead that you find on the internet.

You don't know what their life is like.

You don't know where they're come from.

You don't know who their father is.

You don't know what the real teaching.

You just heard this little hot shot teaching they're doing right now and it sounded so good.

You gotta be careful.

This is the last days and deception is out there, ready to.

That's the danger he's really talking about.

The danger you have to think about is the spiritual danger that comes from being gullible.

Don't be gullible.

Don't listen to every little internet conspiracy theory, question everything.

I don't accept anything for face value, unless for people I trust.

When it's somebody I trust, then I'll listen.

I'm not saying, I even agree sometimes.

All right, then, verse 14.

But continue down the things which you have learned and have been assured of knowing of whom you've learned them.

Notice the word continue.

This is what I've seen.

I've seen people dropping out.

I've seen people so afraid of this kung flu that they stay home now and you know, at first they were watching, you know.

And then it gets a little less and less and life goes on and pretty soon, see, that's what fear does.

When you stay home out of fear, you're already seating to the devil.

He's not gonna stop until he takes everything from you and until you close yourself in your little cubicle and pull the covers over your head.

That's where he's headed.

He's trying to separate you.

Just look at this crowd.

I mean it matters for us to be here.

Christianity is a hands-on.

Look you in the face, look you in the eye.

Amen.

It's not this remote control.

Thank God for live stream.

Sometimes people have to have live stream, frank Hester.

We're believing with you, frank, and Trudy and Sharon.

We keep in touch with them and I mean they're fighting a good fight of faith.

I'm telling you he had a fall a little bit ago.

He fell and fell on Trudy's.

Trudy laughs and I'm more bruised up than he is.

She broke his fall.

I mean, this is what they're doing behind the scenes.

You don't see them listen.

Thank God for live stream.

So I'm not talking about the use of live stream when we need it.

I'm talking about people that have just plugged it in.

I know pastors that don't even want to open.

They just rather go live stream now because it's less work, or you're not even real.

You're not real.

That's not a church.

No, continue in what you've learned from the Word.

Yeah, look here at 2 Timothy.

Go back to chapter two, verse 11.

God says it's a faithful saying, for if you be dead with him, paul is talking to him.

It's a faithful saying, for if you be dead with him, we should also live with him.

Dead to what?

Dead to the flesh?

Dead to criticism?

I like what Brother Osteen used to say.

I'm gonna take this Word, no matter who it identifies me with or separates me from.

Some of us are getting separated big time.

Some of us were getting separated from our own families, and I know it.

I'm not I'm talking about anybody in particular, I just know it.

I know of some particular things, but I know the Bible says that's gonna happen.

Jesus said you're gonna be betrayed of your parents, of your children, of your siblings.

They're gonna turn away from you.

Why?

Because we live in dangerous times.

That's hard to bear, it's hard to put up with it, and there's such deception that some of those folks have drank the Kugelay.

Do you know what?

By drinking the Kugelay, do you know what I mean?

Back in the 70s there was this Jim Jones character who was leader of a cult and he bamboozled about 200 people into thinking that he was God and they went to this island Guyana, I think it was where they didn't have any idea what they were doing, where they didn't have anybody.

Nobody was messing with them because in the States they couldn't get by with what they were doing.

And they were all there and finally the authorities chased them over and they were gonna invade the place because there's abuse.

I mean, you know, cult leaders are horrible.

And so he had everybody drink poison Kugelay, even the children.

I saw pictures of the children Two, three, four year old kids dead because they drank the Kugelay.

They all drank the Kugelay and he told them well, we're just gonna go and have everlasting life.

Well, they found out the hard way.

That's not true, not true?

See, it's dangerous to get away from good teaching.

It's dangerous to go searching for things where you can be deceived.

If you didn't need a pastor, god would not sign me to you.

If you didn't need the covering, if you didn't need the teaching, he said if we suffer, we shall also reign with him.

If we deny him, he also will deny us.

This is in the New Testament.

This is in the book of Timothy.

This is written to Christians and we think that we're once saved, always saved, because I went down the aisle when I was five and never lived for God's sins.

Come on, you're not saved and you're not going to heaven.

When you die, you're gonna bust hell wide open.

That's not salvation.

He's gotta be Lord, not just savior.

Are you with me now?

But this stuff is being preached.

Eternal security?

Oh yes, drink the Kool-Aid If we believe not yet.

He abideth faithful.

He cannot deny himself.

You think anybody that's really saved is gonna stand up and deny God.

There ain't no way I deny him.

I don't care what they do, I'm denying it.

But you know, when you're not saved you'll rationalize, you'll give yourself a break.

Well, it doesn't matter.

They're just telling me to sign this paper that say I agree with the LGBTQ plus, plus that I agree with the gender gender flender, winder bender, gender bender.

I agree, I'll sign my name.

I know I don't really believe it, but I'll sign.

No, listen, you're not saved.

Well, I gotta keep my job.

Okay, there, you made your decision.

Listen, these are hard.

I don't say it's easy.

I'm saying we're coming up to the place where we're gonna have to decide ahead of time.

If you're gonna wait till it's all on the line, you better make the decision right now that nothing can bend you, nothing can make you deny.

You're gonna continue in the things that you've heard.

If you're called a hater, so be it.

You know you're not.

They lie about everything they lie about.

They characterize us as haters, bigots.

You know white supremacists, and here you are black.

How can you be a white supremacist when you're black?

They say defund the cops, and three quarters of them are black.

What does it take?

40 years ago, all of the chief of police in the largest cities are all black.

Houston started having a black police chief, lee Brown.

Anybody remember Lee Brown?

He was the first chief of police to ride in the gay pride parade.

Thank you very much, lee, appreciate you 1992.

I know God was watching.

See, this is foolishness.

What happened to just getting the best person?

That's what America's about.

That's what MLK Jr was all about was the best person.

He was about the best person.

He was not about the color of the skin.

He would be shocked, he would be ill if he were living here watching how his movement got hijacked by jackals.

Are you with me now?

Continue in what you've learned Holiness and integrity.

All right, chapter four, verse two.

In fact, I just feel like let's read all of it.

Not all of it, but let's read down a few verses here.

Chapter four you ready?

I charge thee, therefore, say there's a command.

I charge thee there.

He didn't say I suggest It'd be a good idea to him.

I charge thee, therefore, before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the living and the dead at his appearing in his kingdom, preach the word, be instant in season, out of season, reprove, rebuke, tickle with all long suffering in doctrine, tickle their ears, slobber on them profusely, tell them how great they are, and they're all gonna get a participation trophy.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Reprove, rebuke and exhort with all long suffering and teaching, for the time will come when they will not endure sound teaching but, after their own lust, shall be heaped to themselves teachers having itching ears, and they shall turn away their ears from the truth and shall be turned into fables.

But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions.

Do the work of an evangelist.

Make full proof of thy ministry, for I am now ready to be offered and the time of my departure is at hand.

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.

Henceforth, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day, and not to be only, but unto all them.

Also, that love is appearing.

Whoo man, that's powerful.

There's a guy.

He says it in such an eloquent fashion.

He never says I'm fixing to die.

He just said I'm fixing to depart, I'm ready to be offered, I'm gonna depart.

And he was, and he did, and he left behind a young man that was well-taught.

So let's keep here here.

And the third thing I want to show you.

It says on my side preach the Word in season and out.

So that's my job.

I'm not up here to do a soft shoe routine.

I'm not up here to, you know, do the hula hoops.

I'm here to give you what the Word says and your side of that is to love the Word, to love reproof, to love rebuke, to love exhortation.

But there's people that can't take it.

They're the ones that hit the door as soon as there's something that I say and I might be looking their direction.

I had one teaching on demons one time, was teaching about the Jezebel spirit years ago, and the Jezebel spirit is named after Jezebel.

I mean, it's not really that name, but it's the spirit that gets on people, that makes them critical of the ministers and they think they know better than the pastor and they go around and they're trying to yeah, well, he just.

Well, I know about him and he did.

You know he had open heart surgery.

He doesn't have any faith for healing.

He had surgery.

So that's the Jezebel spirit.

Jezebel undermined the ministry, killed the prophet, tried to threaten to kill the prophet.

So that's the Jezebel spirit.

So I was teaching on Jezebel spirit, teaching on spirits, and one time I mean I teach on a lot of things.

You need a lot, man.

I tell you what Satan has a hierarchy.

You need to hear about it.

One of these days I'll start teaching on demonic powers.

You need to know your enemy, but not this morning.

But anyway, she left the church and then I'd spent a lot of time trying to help her.

She was a lady that had a lot.

Let's just say she had a lot of problems Married, but just had a lot of problems.

And and I, and she said, well, he was teaching on the Jezebel spirit, and he looked right at me.

I knew he thought I was a Jezebel spirit.

Well, I thought, god lady, you don't qualify.

You've got to know something to be a Jezebel spirit.

You don't know squad, which is your problem.

I've been trying to get the word in you for five years and I can't make any headway.

You're like a grasshopper.

You know, if you're trying to catch a grasshopper and they hop, just about the time you're gonna catch them and they go whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop.

And then you walk over there and you, you know grasshopper Christians, pastor.

Well, you don't know who it is, don't worry about it.

Preach the word in season and out.

You know your side of it.

If my side is to preach it, your side is to hear it and to meditate in it and not go all over the internet trying to find something else on the subject.

No, listen to what.

There's.

Nobody anointed like I am to feed you what you need to eat.

I mean, you know, when I grew up, I always heard from my name John.

Sometimes.

When I was real young, I asked her not to do that anymore.

She'd call me John Walker.

But in the South, you know, boys have two names, girls have two names John Walter, john Walter.

Well, her name was Walter.

So I was named after my mother.

I know that that'll sink in later, but anyway, she was named after her father who died before she was born.

His name was John Walter Patterson died in a railroad accident where she was born.

So her mother, cajun woman, named her daughter, her youngest daughter, walter, elizabeth, and so she hated that name she had, it's like, a boy named Sue.

Okay, same thing, same same deal, boy named Sue.

So I'm just, and tongue in cheek, I've always said well, I'm named after my mother, john Walter, but actually my, my grandfather, but anyway, so she would call both names.

I say, mother, I'll come when you call, but please just John.

Okay, john will be enough.

I hear John, I'll come running because I knew it was supper time.

I didn't stop off at the McBrides to eat.

I didn't stop off at the at the other houses.

I came home to eat at my house.

This is where you get fed, amen.

You know, in the river day, you know about the river, there was a great move of God about 20 years ago.

Joy and laughter, drunkenness hit the church and we had a lot of it.

We had Rodney Howard Brown at our church for a whole week, I mean.

And besides that, even between that we had, from the very beginning we've always let the Holy Ghost move.

In the first building we had holy rollers.

I mean we had a lady that rolled up and down the front of the church and we were looking at me crazy.

But when you get filled with the Holy Ghost and you yield to Him, sometimes you just, you just see yourself doing something and you just do it.

I mean, we had a lady.

She was dressed to the nines, she was well-coiffed, she had a skirt on or a dress, so she was not in pants and she just crossed her ankles and she started rolling up and down the front of the church.

It was modest.

There was never anything immodest about it because we had drapers ready to throw over her.

But that would have messed her up because she'd have got tangled up in the fact she rolled up and down.

I thought she was going to roll right up on the platform.

I mean, the Holy Ghost fell.

I mean we had a Holy Ghost service.

I mean we've had times of drunkenness.

Listen, if you've never been in a service like that, make sure you're here with Mark and Trinna Hankins.

He's going to have some.

Really, we had a service like that two years ago on a Saturday night.

The Holy Ghost hit.

Everybody was just laid out, kind of semi-drunk, and we had one of our members, kelly Mark, I don't see Kelly here this morning.

There she is, right back there, see, if I'm telling the story right.

So, kelly, and who else was with you?

Kelly, henrietta, henrietta, where are you, henrietta, henrietta, henrietta?

Anyway, so they both got drunk together, so they sobered up together.

They couldn't leave the church, they couldn't drive home.

They had to chill out a while and get their wits about them.

See, that's wise, don't get in the.

And so they waited about 20 minutes or so.

Finally we're closing the church.

So she lives like 45 minutes away on the other side of spring off, on the east side of 45.

So she gets in the car and she calls her sister to let her know hey, I'm coming home, I'm starting home and I'm a little bit tipsy, and so she's driving, gets on the freeway, and so her sister says well, who's in the car with you?

Oh, nobody, I'm just about.

No, no, I hear male voices.

Who's in the car with you?

And she heard some chattering going on in the background.

The sister and her sister hadn't been to the church.

She's not drunk, she's on the other and waiting for her sister to get home.

And so then about that time, a Wells Fargo stagecoach comes by, all gold and bright, with no horses and the right hand.

Y'all are looking at me like I'm crazy.

Some of you need to know that the Holy Ghost is real.

She's back there.

Have I been doing okay so far?

Yeah, I know her story.

And she got.

She got and then it went off the freeway at her exit and she followed and then it just disappeared.

And when she got home she found out that she had been translated.

Part of the way she got home and was 30 minutes was off the clock and it 30 minutes, 17 minutes, 17 minutes disappeared off of the clockers.

No way she could have been home when she was home.

So, when the, when the chariot came by her or were the not a chariot, but it looked like a state, it looked like the Wells Fargo stagecoach.

And when it came by, see, and in a, what's Wells Fargo, that's, that's, that's provision.

See, god's blessed her.

Oh, y'all, come on, let's lift our hands right now.

Let's not, let's not release what we know about the Word of God and the Holy Ghost.

It's under attack.

And maybe you come from a Baptist church, or maybe you come from a Catholic church, or maybe you come from any kind of other church that you've never seen any of this and you think it's kind of crazy.

Well, hang around, don't.

Give me a little credit, give me a little benefit of the doubt.

How long have I been here?

I've been here longer than you.

I started our 27th year this the end of this month.

We've started starting number 27.

And we, we've had this from the beginning and it's not what we made your own.

We sell them.

Have it on Sunday morning why?

Because we're not trying to scandalize or offend or try to have people have a bunch of questions in their mind.

But I'm getting you ready for the next stage.

I mean, god wants to elevate what we're doing here, wants to get you full.

You need to be full of the Holy Ghost.

Yeah, I better cut this off.

I got one more.

I'll.

I'll stop Verse five, but watch thou in all things and do afflictions Do the work of an evangelist.

So I'll just talk the first part of verse five.

Watch that on all time.

Prayer, watching, prayer.

He's talking about prayer and that's one thing we have done in this church.

We pray on a regular basis.

We we've had some powerful prayer over our elections.

We've had over all the four years of Trump.

We knew he was under attack.

We knew that there was a fake, a coup and a fake accusation.

It's all come out.

He released a 18 inch stack of legal papers, of emails and everything on Friday and it's being, it's, it's out there.

I listened to John Solomon.

I've been listening to him.

He's a.

He's a reporter.

That's.

That's really tells the truth and it's got all of the emails and it's obvious.

The FBI knew it was all a lie.

They knew it was paid for by Hillary Clinton.

They knew it was political hit job to, to, to take attention away from her email problem and give every the news media a way to talk about something besides her and the at-sauce salute fiasco that she was and is.

She wants you know she, she doesn't want to.

She doesn't want to be in.

You know she doesn't want to have all these people talking about her.

She wants them to talk about Trump, and that's exactly what they've done.

Just like a little birds on a wire, they're all tweeting the same tweet.

Our president's no longer tweeting.

They took him down.

This is outrageous.

So what do we do?

We need to keep praying.

Our prayers avail much, and that's what he's telling his son in the faith.

I've got three or four more to give you, but I'll save them for next time.

That's the beauty of being a pastor.

I don't have to preach it all at one time.

We can.

We can come back and get the rest of it later.
