Praise God.
-
Praise God, we raise a hallelujah.
-
For 27 years, Glorious way, church Gladys and I just want to tell you how much we love you, how much of what an honor it is and all these years we've been able to come to you like we have.
-
We're gonna keep going, keep going till Jesus comes.
-
Amen, you can be seated.
-
Thank you so much for all of your support and love.
-
Praise God, I tell you.
-
You know, god is lifting up a standard and we are the standard.
-
Amen, amen.
-
Well, we just don't want to take much time.
-
We just want to turn the service over to Brother Mark and Trina Hankins.
-
They're just a dear to our church.
-
They're friends of this church, friends of ours, friends of this ministry.
-
It's good to have friends in high places, praise God, and they just carry such an anointing.
-
So let's just give them a big shout of praise and a welcome this morning to Glorious Way Church.
-
We love you guys.
-
Praise the Lord.
-
Thank you, praise the Lord.
-
Hallelujah, don't the pastor look nice today?
-
He looks so nice.
-
And the blue jacket Boy, don't they look beautiful?
-
Man, y'all are looking good.
-
Let me, let me help you down the stairs.
-
Praise the Lord, y'all can be seated.
-
Praise the Lord, well, we are happy to be here and we've got this morning and tonight.
-
What time you start tonight?
-
6, 30.
-
6, 30 tonight, and we're gonna have a blast tonight.
-
So I don't know that.
-
The first football game sounds like it'd be more fun.
-
The second one, you might as well come to church.
-
I like football, let's see.
-
We thank your pastors, pastor John Gladys, pastor J's Alina, and all the family, all the family for being such a blessing to us.
-
Thank all of y'all for being such a blessing to us over the years and so we feel like we're kind of part of the family a little bit.
-
You know.
-
You know, one guy told me one time he said well, you're just like family.
-
I said you know, you might want to think about what trouble I got with my family before you say that, but we're just like family and the family of God, amen.
-
So great, great blessing to be here and trying to sit over there.
-
She'll come up here and sing and preach and prophesy.
-
Wow, look how far y'all sitting way over there, man, my neck turning over there over there.
-
Praise the Lord.
-
Did you hear about that guy that tried to get in a five-star restaurant?
-
He wanted to go in a five-star restaurant.
-
They said we don't let anybody in that doesn't have on a tie.
-
You don't have on a tie, you can't get in here.
-
It's a five-star restaurant.
-
So the guy walked off.
-
You know he's a redneck kind of a guy.
-
You know he walked off and went out to his truck and he came back with a pair of jumper cables wrapped around his neck.
-
So the man said well, never seen that before.
-
But well, I guess you can come in, but don't you start nothing.
-
All right, that's best I can do with that.
-
I put this meant in my mouth because I thought they were gonna sing longer and my daddy always told about the pastor.
-
You know that he had always put a meant in his mouth before he started preaching and when the meant dissolve then he would stop preaching.
-
And then one Sunday accidentally got a button out of his pocket, put it in his mouth and so has a real long sermon.
-
All right, praise the Lord, hey, I'll give me some books.
-
I'm gonna give you all some books and stuff.
-
All the stuff is half-priced unless you can't afford it, and then it's just free to you.
-
All right, and so I gotta usher, help me pass these out.
-
This called the power of identification with Christ.
-
But once you make Jesus your Lord, you're no longer what your mama made you or your daddy made you or your past made you or your problems made you.
-
You're the workmanship of God, created in Christ Jesus.
-
In other words, your identification now comes from the Lord Jesus Christ.
-
That's who you are in him, and so this is a book on identification, christ.
-
If you want that one, then just give out somebody.
-
This is Trennus CD and music CD, and give me the word.
-
Is on here, and this has been around a while, the medley about the blood of Jesus.
-
So there you go.
-
All right, we are the Houston Oilers, houston.
-
Only the old people know what that is right.
-
Earl Campbell, you know that's the team that was a real team back then.
-
And Mike Barber, you know we hang out together.
-
Copeland's on, mike.
-
Mike got us some really nice seats to the Houston rodeo, like really nice each to the Houston rodeo.
-
Wow, so I'm going to the Houston rodeo, right?
-
So I don't know who y'all got like in the political round here, but don't let them try to block the rodeo.
-
You know, over somebody with a headache we're gonna have.
-
I mean, everybody that's in the rodeo has a headache before it's over.
-
But my favorite, my favorite part of the rodeo is the bull riding, and the last one I went to it was Bulls 15, cowboys zero, and that's a rough day.
-
Anyway, this is what I'm gonna teach you on here this morning or tonight.
-
We'll see.
-
It's called life as God has it, eternal life, what it is and what it does, and so you might want to get these CDs there.
-
So some people way over there see them.
-
All right, thank you, brother.
-
This is on the blood covenant.
-
Wow, if you understand the covenant you have with God the blood of Jesus and and how to have a meeting with God, you want to get this and listen to the power of the blood.
-
So I don't know.
-
There's somebody waving.
-
See, she's actually standing up waving.
-
You're not my sister, are you alright?
-
Just wondering, because that's why my sister acts in church, but I think.
-
I think she'll be here tonight, my sister.
-
Her name is faith, and I told her one time we have to change your name or change your attitude.
-
Her name's faith.
-
She was a miracle child, right, alright, let's see.
-
This is on the power of the Holy Spirit, one of my favorite messages on the Holy Spirit and what he does in us, and so I don't know where you see anybody.
-
All right, this one is my trainers, my trainers CD.
-
Hi, don't run.
-
All right, this is on how to pray for your family.
-
I have seen your family and you need this CD.
-
She wants it right there on the front row all right, you have to go get her another one.
-
Okay, yeah, I got it all right.
-
This is on divine approval.
-
It's on the radical, revolutionary revelation of the reality of righteousness.
-
The gift of righteousness, wow, phenomenal.
-
Once you understand that you don't have to have the approval of others to be confident and even if they don't like you, you know God likes you you're gonna be all right, all right.
-
So well, in the front row she's right there.
-
Look at that man.
-
I like these people on the front row.
-
I think y'all on the front lower last time I was here.
-
That's the double dose, the double dose people they're like.
-
This is my favorite book on the fusions.
-
One prayer called revolutionary revelation ever breakthrough in faith comes from a breakthrough in revelation, knowledge.
-
All right, this is on the bloodline of a champion.
-
The reason I'm standing here alive today is my mother knew about the blood of Jesus and she was slaying blood everywhere every day to stop the devil.
-
So now you want to give that somebody here.
-
There's my runner here.
-
This is God's healing word, trina's book on how to take the word like medicine and receive your healing.
-
And dad Haynes and many people look for the spectacular and they miss the supernatural.
-
People are looking for miracles or the spectacular.
-
They miss the supernatural.
-
So she just teaches you how to take the word by prescription, like medicine.
-
He sent his word and it healed them and delivered them from their destruction.
-
All right, I don't know who.
-
You see anybody.
-
You know friends.
-
Ken folk got a cousin out there something.
-
They're gonna take that one and all right, but don't you start nothing.
-
All right.
-
So let's see.
-
Sometimes I laugh at my jokes more than once.
-
Let's see what this is.
-
This is get on the website, mark hankinsorg.
-
I think I don't get on there a lot.
-
Personally, I give it the office anyway.
-
So, mark hankinsorg, and you got radio programs, you got teachin, you got all the messages on the table, all the CDs are on the website and you can download them free.
-
Free.
-
We made it all free about two years ago.
-
And and this one here is download the app.
-
And you know Eagle Mountain Church, kenneth Copeland Ministries.
-
We were just there and and George and Terry pastor Eagle Mountain Church, and they said there was a time in their life where they listened to the app teaching every day, almost all day, for three months and they saved that app, saved their life.
-
It's free, all you have to do?
-
Download the app, go to where the message are boom and you listen any message on faith, the Holy Spirit, righteousness, all on their free, free.
-
I said it's free, it's free to you, I paid for it, right?
-
And so all the message we given away in the last couple years is amounted to over million dollars that we just give it away free.
-
And I told the Lord, I said I really cannot afford that and he said but I can't, so he has been able to afford it real well.
-
I mean everything in ministry multiplied.
-
So app is free.
-
The other website, all the messages are free and there's some other little cards back there you can take.
-
Praise the Lord.
-
We have a quick video, I think, and if you got that maybe you can show that.
-
We'll kind of show you some of the things that we're doing.
-
But since what?
-
-
We are now on international television on what the victory network, word network, another victory network, word network, and we're on 160 million homes twice a day, twice a day, teaching the Word of Faith, amen, and so that, plus all the books, we call an ammunition and we just pass it out free.
-
So you guys, if you got it, give that video a shot and we'll see how it looks.
-
We, my friends in Papua New Guinea, come up first.
-
I think let's see who comes up first for over 40 years our desire has been to take the foundational truths we've learned from our parents to believers.
-
We've felt an acceleration of that assignment and now more than ever we want to take the message of faith that transformed our lives to as many people, churches, cities and nations as possible.
-
We've been to over 30 countries, but many of them, again and again inspired by the word of faith, are still working.
-
We believe, if we'll do our part in broadcasting on television, through the website, social media, the app, and publishing books and CDs, that God will do his part and make sure that the message lands in the right place at the right time.
-
Kenneth Hagen said in the last days, the printed page will be the most effective distribution of the gospel.
-
It's amazing to hear stories of people who've received our books in very remote places, such as prisons deep in the bush of Africa and many other distant lands.
-
Our desire is to have our books translated and distributed in as many languages as possible.
-
These books can be left with pastors and leaders who, in turn, can share the books with others.
-
We believe people's faith will be ignited for many generations to come.
-
Many of the nations we go to have very little access to the teaching of the word of God.
-
So we not only go there, but we translate and distribute our books so that pastors and leaders can continue to feed their faith.
-
When they are strong in faith, they are powerful.
-
We like to picture the distribution of the word like passing out ammunition to people.
-
Once people have the right ammo, they're able to take their authority in Christ, live victorious and make an impact in their world.
-
The books are so instrumental in teaching because, even if it's just one book, they can read that book and then they pass it on.
-
That message is such a tool that can go where we can't go.
-
The Lord continues to open the doors to new countries and languages for our books to be distributed.
-
Our vision is to have the message of faith translated in a hundred different languages.
-
Each individual is so valuable to Jesus that he died for each and every one, and if just one person can get ahold of the word of faith in any village, any city, any country and in any nation, that one person can change their world.
-
The exciting thing is, when we distribute the word that God gave us, there are people God joins to us to help and we all become partners in doing this assignment.
-
We could not do what we're doing without our partners, and we thank God for every man, woman and even teenager that God has joined to us to help fulfill our call.
-
When everybody pulls together, we're able to preach the word not only in places like Africa and India, but also through avenues such as books, cds, tv, social media, the app and the website.
-
We're so thankful for our partners, and somebody on the other side of the world is telling them thank you.
-
Wow.
-
So thank you, thank you, our partner preaching the word, a lot of different nations, a lot of different languages and Ukraine.
-
We've been there several times.
-
We have about five books translated into Russian and so it's already distributed in the Ukraine.
-
So Russia don't have a chance kind of coming to Ukraine.
-
I mean, you got born again, spirit filled believers praying in the Holy Ghost and the fear of God to come up on Putin, come on Russia and trying to invade another country like that and wow, but the words already in there amen, jesus is already doing great things in Ukraine and many other countries and and besides doing that now we just do that by satellite TV and we'll go back to Nigeria.
-
Some of the biggest churches in the world and started to rame a Bible training center in Nigeria and now it is like multiplied.
-
It's amazing what the word of faith is doing.
-
Praise the Lord.
-
And so we're gonna receive the offering for MHM Mark Hanks ministry first, are we gonna use your envelopes?
-
My little, your envelopes, okay.
-
So if you have an offering envelope or have you give, if you give by by your phone or however you give, you give them different ways, I guess they'll put that on the wall, right how to give yes.
-
What wall is it on exactly, anyway?
-
So let's look at a couple of scriptures and we'll give an act.
-
Like the Bible is true, praise the Lord.
-
I like to give an act on the word and so did just given.
-
I like to expect some results.
-
Let's see what kind of results we could get out of this.
-
Amen.
-
You're tired, then you're given.
-
So second Corinthians, chapter 8, the verse we use a verse there and then we use a couple of verses, then we're gonna go ahead.
2 Corinthians 8 chapter mention
-
And if you're preparing to give second Corinthians, chapter 8, and there's a phrase here in verse I think it's verse 8 that says see that you abound in this grace also.
2 Corinthians 8 chapter mention
-
Second Corinthians, chapter 8, verse 7.
-
Second Corinthians, chapter 8, verse 7 you're born again, believer, you're Christian, following the Lord and you want to grow.
-
He says here you abound in everything.
-
He said you're doing well, your faith, you're abounding and you're teaching your utterance, you're speaking your knowledge.
-
He said, your love for us.
-
He says see that you abound in this grace also.
-
So when he says, see that you abound in this grace also, the grace he's talking about in these two chapters is really the grace of giving.
-
It's not just the grace of giving, because the giving activates, or the sowing activates the reaping or the harvest.
-
So when he says see that you abound.
-
The word abound means to excel in this grace, really talking about the grace of God, how it affects your finances.
-
So I could tell people growing up we always sang Amazing Grace and grace is amazing in every area of our lives.
-
I said in every area of our lives.
-
It's not just amazing in our lives, where we're sent, abounded, graced in much more bound.
-
But here he says that the grace of God can abound in your finances.
-
I said well, lord, how is it abounding in your finances?
-
When you access the grace of God in the area of your finances, that one day you will look at your check-in account Amen.
-
Look at your check-book, look at your savings account and you will say amazing grace.
-
Let's try that one more time.
-
In other words, when the grace of God abounds in the area of your giving and your receiving or the area of your finances, he said this grace, see that you're abounding in it.
-
He said this grace which is really God's favor, it's really more than just your work and it's really more than just your education.
-
It's grace, it's amazing grace.
-
So you could have a time in your life you could look at your whole life and you could say amazing grace.
-
When I first started out, I never thought I'd have a home like this, never thought I'd have a car like this, never thought I'd have a jet like this, never thought I'd be blessed like this.
-
How many of you are living in some times now that you 20, 30 years ago you're like, ooh sure, it wasn't like that.
-
But now the grace of God has done some amazing things in my life and he's blessed me financially.
-
I believe God could bless you financially.
-
So here God is telling us the Word of God.
-
Actually the apostle Paul is talking to Titus here and to all the believers.
-
He says you're doing outstanding when it comes to your faith, you're teaching, you're preaching and your love.
-
He said, but see that you abound in this grace also.
-
Now what does that mean to you?
-
Well, that pretty much means it's possible to abound in one area of the grace of God and not do so well in another area.
-
All right, let's try this one more time.
-
Because he said you're abounding in this area and that faith you're uttering, you're preaching, you're knowledge, you're love.
-
He said, but see that you access the grace of God in the area of your finances.
-
And he's not just talking about giving.
-
He's really talking about giving and receiving.
-
All right, because sometimes people think, well, you know whether they're taking the offering and all they're really thinking about sometimes is well, you know, here's how much I'm giving.
-
But actually, 2 Corinthians, chapter 8 and 9, paul says you're giving, he calls it sowing.
2 Corinthians 8 chapter mention
-
It's going to affect your reaping, your harvest, he said, and you're actually in charge of that.
-
So apparently God wants you to abound in this grace.
-
I said he wants you to abound in it, excel in it, come to the front where people look at you and say that's amazing grace on their life, come on, not just in their preaching, teaching or their utterance or their knowledge, but that's in the area of their finances.
-
They are supernaturally blessed.
-
All right, let's try that one more time.
-
I am supernaturally blessed financially.
-
All right, let's try this side over here.
-
I am supernaturally blessed financially, amen, not just spiritual, not just in my knowledge, but in my finances, because the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof.
-
We are heirs of God, enjoying heirs with Christ.
-
And so God says I want you to be blessed, so you can be a blessing, and if you excel or abound in this grace, you'll be able to give more than you've ever given and still have more than you've ever had.
-
All right, let's try this side over here.
-
Come on, if you abound in this grace talking about the grace of God on our finances he said you'll be able to sow generously and reap generously.
-
And so I asked the Lord one time.
-
I said how come Christians many times are not so happy when it comes to offering time?
-
I mean, you can hear them hollering and everything during other parts of the service, but you start talking about giving and they're like, if you knew the grace of God in this area, come on, come on, that you're not just going to get where you want to go because you're smart, but if the grace of God is on you, alive God can get you where you want to go, amen.
-
So I said well, lord, how come?
-
Because the Bible says God loves.
-
All right, people say well, god loves.
-
And I said well, you said well, he loves for me to praise, praise, praise.
-
Well, that's true, but you know so, when he loves for me to, you know, be nice to other people, well, that's true, true, but here specifically it says God loves a cheerful giver.
-
In other words, if you could give as well as you shout, you'd be shouting about your harvest, in other words, so you're giving, you're sowing, so now listen close.
-
Because I asked the Lord to make it simple, because we've pastored many years and so we've seen the increase of God in many areas.
-
So I said, lord, could you make it simple for me, not to teach people on this grace because of something I need, but because of something they need.
-
So I said, lord, make it simple for me.
-
He said this.
-
He said no.
-
He said I never designed the tithing.
-
Tithe is 10%.
-
All right, do you know how to say tithe?
-
What did my grandson say yesterday when we were their grandkids?
-
They were playing basketball.
-
Dylan, you know, who was heel of leukemia, is now on a basketball team.
-
His team won yesterday.
-
So, man, dylan is happy.
-
So I always give my grandkids money, and if you don't understand that, well, just pray for me Anyway.
-
So they're always glad to see Poppy, you know.
-
So, boy, I put them on the wall.
-
I'm going to give my grandkids money.
-
So I gave Dylan $80.
-
So I said, here, dylan, here's money, you can buy your toy or something.
-
And so he said, mama, can you take me to Target?
-
I want to get me.
-
And he starts describing some toy he wants to get and his mama my daughter says you have to pay your tithes first.
-
What did he say, trinna?
-
He said I have to pay your tithes first.
-
And Dylan said what Dylan goes.
-
Oh no, I started laughing.
-
I said I've heard that in church many times.
-
You start teaching on tithing and giving.
-
You can almost hear people oh no, so much teaching about tithing.
-
But I don't get into all that.
-
But Malachi says when you're a tither and anybody could be a tither because it's only a 10% right.
-
So no matter how much you made, if you only made $1 last week you could be qualified as a tither.
-
The blessings of a tither 10%.
-
So God really don't want you to put Him on sour, he wants a percentage.
-
Thank you for your enthusiasm.
-
If you put Him on sour, that means he works for you.
-
If you put Him on a percentage, then that means you're partners and he has great incentive to increase you because when you increase, he will increase because he's your partner.
-
Oh no, so the tithe.
-
And so he says bring all the tithe into the storehouse.
-
And God said it will affect you not just financially, it will affect you spiritually.
-
All right, let's try that again.
-
So a lot of times I'm here, I ain't there talking about money.
-
No, it really will affect you spiritually Because it's an act of faith, it's an act of obedience and, matter of fact, he said if you want to return to me, you'll have to return here for your tithes and your offerings, just quoting the Bible.
-
So he says you have to return through your tithes and your offerings because that reflects your heart and it also affects your heart, all right.
-
So he says when you do this, your tithes and your offerings, whatever the offering is, is whatever you sow or give after you tithe.
-
He said when you do this, god said I will open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing.
-
You don't have room enough to receive it and all nations or your neighbors will call you blessed.
-
And now, if you're people who ride about your house and go, that's some blessed.
-
People live right there, all right.
-
So I asked the Lord to make it simple and here's what he said.
-
He said I never design the tithe, which is 10%.
-
The offering is whatever you give after you do the 10%.
-
My daddy always said you can tithe on what you make or tithe on what you want to make and my daddy was a pastor.
-
So I just followed my dad's counseling.
-
And so, just when I was a teenager, I immediately started double tithing.
-
He said you can tithe on what you make or tithe on what you want to make.
-
So I thought, well, I'm in it for 20%.
-
Right now I'm jumping right in.
-
Anybody want to know what happened?
-
Well, you know, praise, the Lord really blessed.
-
So when you act on the Word of God not just for a week or two, come on, but you decided to do that for the rest of your life Put God first.
-
And so he said I did not design the tithing and the giving for you to decrease.
-
So he said the reason offerings are not happier is people are thinking subtraction.
-
They're thinking they're going to have less.
-
I've never met anybody that tithed and gave, that actually had less.
-
Are y'all still here?
-
I'm talking about somebody that commits that to your whole life.
-
I've never met anybody that does.
-
I've been seeing lifetime tithes.
-
One time I asked the Lord, you know, talked about being cursed in Malachi.
-
He said you're cursed.
-
Let's just say it this way.
-
I told my dad one time.
-
I said you know, I know a lot of people that don't tithe and they give very little.
-
It sure don't look like they're cursed.
-
Because I know, and the Lord said to me.
-
He said a curse is not always something bad that happens to you.
-
Sometimes a curse is something good that don't happen to you.
-
All right, let's just try this side over here another way.
-
How many like for the Lord to explain it to you where you can understand it?
-
I went ah, that means something will open the windows of heaven when I'm a tither and I'm a giver of that, otherwise would not be open.
-
All right, let's talk to this side over here.
-
In other words, my tithes and my giving opens something from heaven.
-
Amen, praise the Lord.
-
Man.
-
So I probably committed to this, you know, years and years ago.
-
But your first reaction when your parents tell you where's your tithe at, your first reaction is what?
-
Oh no.
-
So what I usually do with my grandkids.
-
I say here I'm going to give you this amount of money.
-
Now here's how much your tithe is.
-
So I'm going to give you extra That'll take care of your tithe and then you'll still have some money.
-
I'm just a natural father.
-
How many think God would look at your giving and say I'm going to bless you, but I see you're going to give her.
-
I'm going to double bless you because I know your faithful.
-
All right, let's keep going.
-
Let's keep going here, praise the Lord.
-
So in Second Corinthians it says God said I will multiply your seeds home.
-
All right, let's try that one more time.
-
God said I will multiply.
-
So when I'm giving, I don't think subtraction.
-
I think when this comes back, man, it's going to be multiplication not subtraction, because God didn't design giving for you to have less.
-
He said give and it shall be given under you.
-
Good measure, press down, shake it together, run it over.
-
Shall man, give you a boost.
-
I'm like woo.
-
So I think multiplication Matter of fact.
-
The Lord said this to me one time.
-
He said you're giving or he sowing it because of here.
-
He said you're sowing will outperform your savings.
-
He said matter of fact, there's some things you'll get faster by sowing for it than you do by saving for it.
-
Now, I ain't that smart, but I figured that out.
-
In other words, he said you're sowing is a supernatural thing, it's even a spiritual thing.
-
I see some of you I've got a couple of nods and rest of you just staring at me and you're thinking, oh no.
-
So I'm like my grand kid, you're giving or you're sowing R and Luke 16, jesus.
-
Y'all heard of Jesus.
-
All right, good one, the right place.
-
Luke 16, jesus said unless you're faithful in three areas, he said you must be faithful with a little bit, when you're having a time of small, not much happening.
-
But you're faithful in that time when you just have a little bit.
-
He said if you're faithful with a little, god will give you much right.
-
And then he said you must be faithful in that which is another man.
-
That includes how you work Well, your employer or something that belongs to somebody else, and how do you treat that?
-
How do you take care of that?
-
He said if you're not faithful in that which is another man, I'll not give you that which is your own.
-
Then he said Luke 16, he said unless you're faithful when it comes to money, I cannot trust you with true riches.
-
All right, let's try it one more time.
-
If you're faithful when it comes just to money, he said, then I can't trust you when it comes to spiritual things, true riches, in other words, money's not really true riches.
-
If you've ever noticed, you know, death is like 100%.
-
That means whatever you got ain't going nowhere.
-
It's staying right here and you ain't taking it with you right?
-
And so the mortality rate is pretty much 100%.
-
I told a story about the guy that told his wife he was going to be the first one to take his money with him when he died.
-
He said I'll be the first one.
-
I worked hard for my money.
-
Nobody's getting my money.
-
I worked hard for it.
-
He said I'll be the first one to take it with him when I die.
-
He said, matter of fact, I actually have it all stacked up in the attic and when I die, I'm going to take it with me.
-
So well, one day he died, and after the funeral his wife climbed up in the attic.
-
All the money was still there.
-
She said huh, he should have put it in the basement.
-
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha ha ha, ha, ha you don't want to go to hell with it.
-
Don't know if there's a mall down there.
-
Ha ha, ha ha.
-
Now, mac Hammond is a good pastor in Minneapolis and when he dies he wants to be cremated, have his ashes sprinkled over the Mall of America, because then he knows his wife will visit him at least once a week.
-
That's right, you need that.
-
Ha ha, ha, ha ha.
-
He was a little concerned when she got filled with the Holy Spirit and her first words in tongues were shop a lot.
-
That did disturb him a little bit, but anyway.
-
So now let's get back to this.
-
Ha ha, ha ha.
-
All right, y'all probably heard about the guy that somebody stole his wife's credit card, right?
-
They said, well, how long's it been going?
-
He said like six months.
-
They said, well, what you gonna do about that?
-
He said, well, that guy's spending the rest of my wife.
-
I'm gonna let him keep it.
-
So, um, ha ha, ha, ha ha.
-
Money, money, money.
-
All right, let's talk about money.
-
Did you know there's 2,000 scriptures about money?
-
Did you know there's 500 in something?
-
Scriptures about faith, 500 scriptures about prayer, and if I talk on any one of those, y'all think that was a very spiritual sermon.
-
But there's 2,000 scriptures where God says I wanna talk to you about your money, because where your treasure is is where your heart is.
-
Are y'all still here?
-
In other words, let's just say it this way you could pass every test of leadership in Christianity.
-
You could pass every test of leadership in Christianity and fail the money test and you would not be allowed to be a leader.
-
That don't mean you can't be saved.
-
I ain't talking about you being saved, I'm just talking about leadership tests.
-
You could pass every test of leadership.
-
You could pass love tests, living holy tests.
-
You could pass every test of leadership and you could fail one test.
-
You could fail the money test and God would say you're disqualified, not for heaven, you're disqualified for leadership as a Christian.
-
Matter of fact, the rich, young ruler it was the only test he failed.
-
He kept every other commandment, but when it came to money, he loved his money.
-
His security was in his money.
-
Come on, his life was in his money and he could not honor God with his money and he was disqualified.
-
So the money test becomes a significant test, doesn't it?
-
So somebody said it won't cost you nothing to get saved.
-
It won't cost you nothing to receive Jesus, but if you wanna follow Jesus, All right, let me try this side of his.
-
He's got it real quiet in here.
-
Heard a couple more.
-
Oh no, but listen, it won't cost you nothing to get saved.
-
Jesus paid for that.
-
That's a free gift.
-
But if you wanna follow Jesus, boy, there's some tests on that road.
-
I said there's some tests on that road.
-
But once you pass that test, god is able to make all grace abound towards you so that you have all sufficiency and all things may abound to every good work.
-
Come on, God said I'll multiply your seeds on.
-
And then God said I'll even give seed to the sower.
-
In other words, he said it really ain't gonna cost you nothing.
-
So the Lord told me.
-
He said if you'll get addicted to giving, he said I'll finance your habit.
-
Come on, do you know who your source is?
-
Come on, I said God's the source of your blessing, the source of your life.
-
Man, can you just be a generous person and give it?
-
We were on the way here and we stopped through a.
-
What was that?
-
A Burger King.
-
Well, I had a Burger King.
-
I have to be honest with you all.
-
Please pray for me.
-
But I did stop through the Burger King.
-
Oh man, cause.
-
A friend of mine said they have a new burger called an impossible burger.
-
So I thought well, what is it?
-
So he said it's the best burger you ever tasted, but it doesn't have any beef in it.
-
It's got like what they got in it.
-
It's got like I don't know what they got in it.
-
I forgot to look at that, but anyway they don't have no beef.
-
So it's only 300 calories, right, but like 6,000 grams of salt, anyway.
-
So so you dropped dead.
-
You can say I thought the beef was hurting me, anyway.
-
So anyway, not that much.
-
That was an exaggeration.
-
So please forgive me, it's a lot.
-
You did hear about the preacher that said his biggest sin was a sin of exaggeration.
-
He said I have cried an ocean full of tears over there, anyway, so let's go back over.
-
So so so.
-
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha ha ha, ha, ha, ha ha.
-
You know, it's easy to be generous when you know you ain't gonna be here forever, and so generosity is really the heart of God.
-
God literally do things for you you wouldn't even do for yourself.
-
Once you see the generosity, wow, you think you have to teach your kids to be generous.
-
You have to teach them to be generous.
-
They may have three trucks and you say, give one to your friend.
-
They go oh no, so so ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha ha ha.
-
See, some of your, your parents didn't quite get that done for you Anyway.
-
So so my parents say you're not gonna be selfish and you're not gonna be stingy.
-
So a lot of times people say, well, I'm just frugal.
-
No, you're stingy.
-
That's what you are, stingy.
-
Come on, frugal might be good At Walmart.
-
It doesn't do good in the kingdom of God, anyway.
-
So we're driving through there, and so I got my impossible burger.
-
I didn't really eat all of it, I kind of ate maybe 50% of it, and then my stomach started going rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr.
-
Chance, my driver.
-
He ate all of them.
-
He ate like two of them over there and he's like.
-
But he's a young guy, 25 years old, you know.
-
So we're driving through there, so here's the young lady waiting on us.
-
So she comes to the window and we found out, you know, because we're talking on a little speaker back there.
-
Those little speakers are kind of difficult, aren't they?
-
You're like I won and they go, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr, rrr.
-
So are you from the Ukraine or where are you from?
-
Anyway.
-
So anyway, I tell you, I'm a little speaker, so we got up there to see this person.
-
We got up there to see this person, you know, and it was a very happy young lady, kind of oversized, kind of on the oversized.
-
Maybe it's them impossible burgers, but anyway I'm not going to say that's it, but she's kind of oversized and she didn't have no teeth.
-
I mean, she might have had like one tooth, but she was happy.
-
You know, you're like, you can tell.
-
Now we got no teeth, one tooth.
-
And they said you know, we know the toothbrush was invented in Arkansas, because it was invented anywhere else to be called a teeth brush, but anyway, so we call it a tooth brush.
-
So she had like one tooth.
-
Some of y'all act like being happy is a sin or something like.
-
No, no, it's the tithing issue we're dealing with right now.
-
Anyways, so we put up there in this lady so happy.
-
So I told Chance, I'm going to be happy, I'm going to be happy, I'm going to be happy, so happy.
-
So I told Chance, I said pay for the food, give her extra $20 and tell her that's her tip man.
-
So he give her extra 20 and she goes.
-
Oh my God, like this had never happened before.
-
Oh my God.
-
I said that's for you.
-
Do you know?
-
Jesus loves you and God loves you.
-
And he sent me through this drive-thru, I think.
-
But he sent me through this drive-thru Until I ate the burger.
-
Then I was like I was at the devil, anyway.
-
So he sent me through this drive-thru.
-
How many would actually help your immune system if you were to laugh?
-
It would actually help your immune system physically.
-
So I'm driving through there.
-
So here's $20 paid for the impossible burgers.
-
And so I said give her $20 tip.
-
Jesus loves you, god loves you.
-
She says I'm about to cry.
-
I said well, the Lord loves you.
-
He sent us through here to bless you.
-
Oh, thank you.
-
Tears coming down.
-
I said give her another $20.
-
So, chance, he gives her another treatment.
-
Oh my God, oh, thank you, oh, thank you.
-
I said Jesus loves you.
-
Now I'm going to go the other side.
-
She said I'll bring your burgers out on the other side.
-
So I noticed when she came out the other side she didn't go, and the chance was when she came right to my side of the car.
-
You know she's smart.
-
I said now, here's you another $20.
-
Oh my God.
-
And she was so happy in all her gums.
-
She was so happy thanking God for his goodness.
-
Right, you can't witness.
-
If you'll stand, gee, I mean if you'll stand.
-
You know, nobody wants to hear you witness it.
-
Come on if you don't leave, good tips.
-
So we're not talking about just being generous at church.
-
We're talking about learning to live a generous lifestyle.
-
I said, man, I'm so blessed and you're in there working for $8 an hour.
-
I'm fixing to change your whole day right now.
-
Glory to God, and I can tell you about Jesus, amen, amen.
-
And so, learning to live generously, so much so I'm saving up for my retirement.
-
Did you know?
-
A lot of people were doing that right before they died, anyway?
-
So I'm just telling you, boy, he had a lot for retirement Anyway.
-
So you might as well be generous.
-
Matter of fact, wouldn't it be great if Jesus came back in the middle of an offering?
-
Wouldn't that be great?
-
Da, da, da, da, da.
-
Where's my wallet?
-
My God, he's coming back now.
-
I know this is very serious, but I actually am enjoying myself right now.
-
So I grew up in church.
-
My dad's a pastor, grandpa's a pastor.
-
You know, the thing I dislike the most about church is if it's boring.
-
If it's boring, I'm like, please, god, and it seems like I can eternal sermon.
-
If it's boring, I'm like, oh my God, lord, I promise I'll never do what they're talking about If you let me out of here.
-
I'll never do that.
-
Somebody said well, I'm waiting for the message.
-
How do you know this, ain't it?
-
Well, we got a lot of scriptures to work with here.
-
How do you know this, ain't it?
-
Look at Proverbs 11, 24, and 25.
-
Let me give you this I promise I'll quit if I don't think of another one.
-
Proverbs 11, 24, and 25.
-
Can you find that the King James Version?
-
Wow, I love this verse and I actually studied it for like years to try to get a change in my thinking.
-
So, changing the way you think is a little difficult.
-
So I'm like now, lord, this is what you think, but now let's see if I can change the way I think, to think like you think.
-
So, proverbs 11, 24, you ready?
-
Here's what the King James says.
-
There is a scatters and yet increases.
-
There is that with holes, or holes on the.
-
To their money too tight, someone that stands you there is that with hole, and it tends to poverty.
-
So, ask the Lord.
-
Where does poverty come from?
-
Come on, think about it.
-
You cannot cure poverty with money from the government.
-
I'm not saying don't help poor people, because I love to help poor.
-
I'm just saying poverty is a spiritual problem and a thinking problem, not just a money problem.
-
Matter of fact you give people money and they'll be broke next generation be broke, unless you change the way you think Now.
-
Change the way you think.
-
So he says there is a scatters and yet increases.
-
So other translations said this way one gives away and gets richer.
-
Another one holds on to what he should give and he is poorer.
-
All right.
-
So I had to lay hands on my head.
-
Let's get this right.
-
One gives away and gets what Richer.
-
Another keeps what he should give and gets what Poor.
-
I thought, wow, that's interesting.
-
One is a giver and actually increases and gets richer.
-
Another one is stingy and actually has less.
-
You'd think if you held on to your money tight, you would actually have more money.
-
But God said if you hold on to your money too tight, you'll actually have less money.
-
All right, let's try this side over here.
-
I got some nods in the front row here.
-
Come on, you'd think if you held on to your money real tight, you'd think you'd have more money, wouldn't you?
-
But God said, if you hold on to your money too tight, you'll actually have what Less money.
-
So this is the wisdom of God and really it's the way God operates.
-
He said there is one that gives.
-
Well, who's the biggest giver in the universe?
-
God is the biggest giver.
-
And when I pastored man, our church, you know we were struggling along.
-
I was the first pastor in there, man, we just like I stayed there 20 years, but man, the first year, I mean, every Monday you get the report from the office and it's like oh my God, help me, lord.
-
And in the middle of that I mean we're bringing maybe 8,000 a week or something like that.
-
Well, that's what 40 years ago or something anyway.
-
So in the middle of that struggling financially, the richest man in the church and the biggest giver in the church left the church.
-
He got mad at me, if you can imagine, cause I'm gonna preach the word, whether you like it or not.
-
Come on.
-
Cause you ain't paying me, you didn't hire me, you can't fire me, come on in, you can't even afford me.
-
Actually, I worked for Jesus and he pays really good overtime.
-
So Jesus pays.
-
But God uses people right and so out goes the rich man.
-
So the next Monday morning I'm sitting in my office and I'm just sitting in my office.
-
I got depressed.
-
So-and-so left the church.
-
Rich man left the church.
-
Rich man left the church.
-
Biggest giver left the church.
-
So I was God's man of faith and power and I turned into God's man of paste and flour.
-
But anyway, I was like I ain't got no money now.
-
We got less money.
-
Little rich guy left the church.
-
So I was thinking the biggest giver left the church.
-
So I sat there for a while and, did you know?
-
The spirit of God spoke to me and said the biggest giver is still here.
-
I said well, I sure like to know who it is.
-
And the Lord said it's me.
-
The Lord said as long as I'm in your church, you'll never lack for money.
-
Do you know who the biggest giver is?
-
It's the Lord.
-
He's the biggest giver.
-
If he gave you Jesus, he'll give you anything.
-
Come on, he is addicted to give.
-
And Come on, he'll give you more grace.
-
He'll give you more wisdom.
-
Come on, he'll bless you financially.
-
He's the biggest giver.
-
Come on, don't ever go to God and act like I'm gonna go talk to Stingy right now.
-
No, god is generous.
-
Generosity should run in His family.
-
Somebody said, well, I'm on a fixed income.
-
I said, well, who fixed it?
-
Nobody can fix your income when you're a tither.
-
Come on, ain't you a giver?
-
God said I will open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing.
-
Anyway.
-
So the biggest giver left, except the biggest giver's still there, right?
-
So the church went from 8,000 a week to 10,000 a week, 20,000 a week, 30,000 a week, 40,000 a week, $50,000 a week, $60,000 a week, $70,000 a week, and it kept growing even after I left the church.
-
So I gotta ask if anybody else wants to leave.
-
Do we have any volunteers?
-
Cause the Lord is the biggest giver and look what he has done.
-
When your faith is in God and not in people, and you're not looking to man, you're not looking to the government, you ain't looking to the job, you say the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.
-
I do not lack for ability, I do not lack for opportunity and I never lack for money.
-
Let's try that one more time.
-
The Lord is my shepherd, I do not lack.
-
I do not lack for ability, I do not lack for opportunity, and I never lack for money.
-
I never lack for money.
-
Ha ha, ha Praise the Lord.
-
So the biggest issue is changing your thinking, and God's thoughts are in His Word and once you see so when I talked about you you can get some things faster by sewing for it than you can by saving for it.
-
Amen.
-
This is years ago.
-
Years ago I felt like the Lord spoke to me.
-
I want you to have air pain, want you to have a jet.
-
So it took a while for me to even think about that.
-
I'm like Lord, I come from a little town.
-
One traffic light, you know 3,000 people in town put a mirror up the end of town to make it look bigger.
-
I said, lord, I had a beauty contest and nobody won.
-
I'm like Lord, I came from a little town.
-
How could I have a jet?
-
I can't have no jet.
-
I'm having a hard time even saying jet.
-
So I said, okay, okay, lord, if that's what you want to do, so I can get places and I'll be in two or three.
-
I just came from Pittsburgh, pennsylvania, tremendous meetings there, tennessee the week before, something like in a different state.
-
Sometimes two or three different states in one week.
-
Believe me, delta, don't take you there.
-
You could, but you'll be stuck in Atlanta for a couple of days and then you can't breathe that thing over your face.
-
But I did learn how to beat the system.
-
I ate a turkey sandwich for two hours, so I just kept that thing out.
-
I'm like bless her heart.
-
Little stirris come by she says, oh, you eat your mask up.
-
You know what I'm saying.
-
I'm eating turkey sandwich.
-
I eat really slow.
-
My digestion is very important.
-
Every time they come by, you take a big bite Then chew real slow on them.
-
That man, man, that could last all the way to California, I mean.
-
So I said, lord, I just can't sit with all these masks to people and not breathe, and I do it every day and I get stuck everywhere Anyway.
-
So back in that day, no mask.
-
But you know they've progressed.
-
Anyway, won't talk about that now, won't talk about it now.
-
I'm thinking about it but I will not talk about it, all right.
-
So I said, well, I'm gonna start saving up money to get me a jet so I'll be able to go where I wanna go, get home, see my kids, see my grandkids, you know.
-
So I won't spend half my life in the airport.
-
So there's really no shortage.
-
And I didn't get your jet, so don't get mad at me, there's plenty of them around.
-
I just happened to get one, all right.
-
So I had my money saved up, had $200,000 saved up.
-
I was pretty happy I got $200,000, but you just can't buy a jet for $200,000.
-
Not one you really wanna ride on that much.
-
But I had some savings right.
-
So I had my savings.
-
I went to Kenneth Hagin's camp meeting and Kenneth Hagin's camp meeting and I loved that.
-
Hagin, what a blessing been to my life.
-
I mean what he taught us about faith and, filled with the Holy Spirit, about who you are in Christ.
-
I thought he just changed my whole life and so I said I love him.
-
They said, well, really, he needs a jet to travel.
-
And so I thought, huh.
-
So the Lord said, well, you think you should have a jet?
-
When he don't have a jet, I'm like, well, probably not so well, they're taking him off, and for him to have a jet, I said, all right, let's just give him all of it.
-
So I gave him all of it.
-
On the way home I had like givers remorse.
-
You know what givers remorse is, like Woo, woo, it's a big offer.
-
On the way home, you're like there better be a guy I'm not an atheist, but this is a test but there be a guy.
-
So you're going home.
-
So I gave away all my jet money right.
-
So the devil, you know, there is a devil and so the devil's on my head all the way home.
-
He's like stupid, you, stupid.
-
You know how long it took you to get $200,000?
-
Save for a jet.
-
I said it took a while, stupid, you're never gonna have a jet.
-
I said, well, sure, don't look like it.
-
And so he just said stupid.
-
He said the guy already has more money than you do and you gave him all of your money.
-
Now you don't have no money.
-
I mean, you don't have a little bit, but you don't have very much, right?
-
You're like there with my jet money.
-
You've lost that money, feeling Now it's gone, gone, gone, whoa, whoa, whoa.
-
Anyway.
-
So jet money's gone.
-
So the devil said and I'm listening to him, I mean, I've really listened to him while he's talking to you like I think that's right, anyway.
-
So the devil's telling me I shouldn't have given away that much money.
-
That's extravagant, that's too much.
-
You didn't have to give that much.
-
You could have just given a portion of it.
-
You know, I said, well, I wanted him to have it, I want brother Hagen to have it.
-
He blessed my life.
-
So I gave all of it.
-
Wow, all the way home.
-
So how many of you wanna know what happened as soon as I got home, absolutely nothing, nothing.
-
So Most of you think, ah, I billiard there walked in.
-
No, did not.
-
So People like to tell those stories and you're like, well, that never happened to me.
-
So so I thought I'm never gonna have a jet.
-
So the Lord spoke to me then and he said because you sow that seed, that means you're gonna have a better jet than you ever could have before.
-
So I just said, okay, lord, how do you ever have a better jet than I ever could have before?
-
I'm gonna have a better jet.
-
Hallelujah, praise the Lord.
-
Wow, did it happen right away?
-
No, got a 421.
-
To start with 421, you can't talk to nobody in there.
-
Well, it's gonna go.
-
Ah, ah, ah, ah.
-
If you ever go west on a 421, you're gonna stop like every two hours, and if you land in the mountains, even your pilot's scared.
-
So so a 421,.
-
But then the Lord blessed us and I got a jet citation.
-
One nice little jet.
-
The Lord said you finished.
-
I said no, you said I'd get a better one.
-
Whoa, I got a citation three, a 650, which the other day we were flying to Pittsburgh and we were going 630 miles an hour at 45,000 feet to Pittsburgh.
-
Whoa, no, mask my wife don't bother me, you know so.
-
So the Lord got me a better jet than I ever could have afforded and every time I get on the jet I say amazing grace, amazing grace.
-
I used to deliver grit newspapers on a horse time a horse up at the barber shop.
-
I gave.
-
I made 35 cents each grit newspaper.
-
In other words, I was talking to a guy at a really nice hotel the other day and he's working out in front.
-
He's from Nigeria and I gave him the biggest tip he ever got.
-
I said let me tell you something.
-
I blessed you because when I was your age I worked at the Chateaubriand in Dallas parking cars.
-
I said now I fly my own jet and I wanna let you know you can get anywhere and the world from where you are right now if you'll follow Jesus Christ, amen.
-
He said thank you for telling me that, because you can see him out there working people throwing him keys.
-
Some people give him a quarter.
-
You know, when I was a valet parker, people gave me a quarter.
-
That was a decent tip In 1974, I said I got a quarter.
-
If you got two quarters, I mean you're pretty happy.
-
But some people stiff you.
-
They just drive right off.
-
We spit on their car while they were leaving.
-
No, I said they're like going a lot of rich people just drive off, never even give you a tip, and that's all you made.
-
You didn't get a salary Drive off.
-
I feel what the Lord said walk in love.
-
I said, oh Lord, please forgive me.
-
Anyway.
-
So we didn't do it all the time, just every once in a while.
-
Don't judge me.
-
That was a long time ago.
-
The Lord's done a work in my life.
-
All right, let's finish.
-
Proverbs 11-24.
-
There is a scatters and does what Increases.
-
In other words, your giving is designed to produce increase.
-
There is a scatters, one gives away an increases.
-
And what's the other translation?
-
You say the world of the generous gets larger and larger.
-
Let's try that again.
-
The world, imagine who God could connect you to in your life.
-
The world of the generous, I said, it's not just about money, there's a spiritual blessing in generosity.
-
The world of the generous gets larger and larger.
-
Think about that.
-
Think about that and people think well, that's not very spiritual.
-
Oh, it's the greatest key in your life who God connects you with and the favor he gives you.
-
Are y'all still here?
-
Come on.
-
I'd written a book, you know, and you know you've got to get it distributed.
-
And I happened to be at a meeting and they set me right next to Joyce Meyer.
-
I started talking to Joyce.
-
She ordered $140,000 worth of those books.
-
The world of the generous gets larger and larger.
-
Ha ha, ha, ha Woo.
-
Have y'all learned anything yet?
-
Come on.
-
Have you learned anything yet?
-
Come on.
-
And sometimes the problem is people think they're generous until they run into somebody that's generous, and some people actually are generous according to 1930.
-
So let's see if you could upgrade your generosity a few years.
-
Are y'all still here?
-
And so the world of the generous gets larger and the world of the stench gets smaller and small.
-
And then he says this and the liberal soul shall be made fat, and he that waters others shall be watered himself.
-
Amen, that's King James.
-
We're not going to keep that translation for the word liberal.
-
We're going to put the generous person, just for political reasons.
-
Y'all, don't get mad at me now.
-
The generous person will be abundantly provided for us, woo.
-
Come on now.
-
I said the generous person will be abundantly provided for us, woo, how many want to get on that list?
-
Say Lord, I'm on the list.
-
I'm on that list.
-
And the great thing about Jesus is when he preached in church he watched the offering I've got.
-
Some friends went through some challenges and the risk they would take on the street to get their drugs.
-
Let's try to settle here.
-
I'm talking about the financial risk and how much money they would spend and the risk involved for them to get their drugs On the street, on the corner.
-
You could be robbed, you could be killed, but you're addicted and you've got to have the drug and you would take that kind of a risk to get your drug and then you would get saved.
-
All right, I said.
-
Then you would get saved and say, oh no, is it 10%?
-
Listen to me, camelbreath.
-
If it was not for the generosity of God, you wouldn't even be alive today.
-
God kept you alive.
-
Come on, now we know where you came from.
-
You might as well come out and say, look what the Lord has done in my life.
-
I would like to be generous.
-
Come on.
-
That means just leave your comfort zone a little bit.
-
Let's try it again.
-
Comfort zone a little bit and you step out and stretch.
-
Amen.
-
Woo.
-
Wonder what the Lord's gonna do and I wonder how he's gonna do it.
-
I said I wonder how he's gonna do it.
-
I know he's gonna do it.
-
I don't know exactly how he's gonna do it, I don't know exactly when he's gonna do it, but I know he said he will multiply that seed zone.
-
He will make all grace abound towards it.
-
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord.
-
Praise the Lord.
-
I believe it, I receive it, I declare it, I sow like it.
-
I'm expecting a harvest.
-
I'm expecting the blessing of the Lord.
-
I'm expecting God to do things for me that money could never do for me.
-
I'm talking about generosity affecting your whole life, not just your finances.
-
Woo, let's lift our hands up.
-
Father God, thank you for your word, thank you for your word.
-
The entrance of your word gives light understanding.
-
Lord, you change our thinking.
-
Your word will start to think like you In this area of our finances.
-
We will abound in this grace.
-
We'll give more than we've ever given.
-
We'll still have more than we ever had Because you will multiply the seed that is sown.
-
You'll open the windows of heaven, pour out a blessing no way we could contain it.
-
We'll live in better homes, drive better vehicles, fly better jets, wear better clothes, we'll eat better.
-
Because of the blessing of the Lord and Lord, we're able to give into your kingdom and the gospel of Christ is going around the world in language after language and nation after nation, and everybody that hears that word we are partners with that we give.
-
We thank you, lord.
-
You're blessing upon this church, upon this pastor, his wife, every businessman, every father, every mother, every family, every job, that this church is blessed.
-
Lord, you make grace abound.
-
You make grace abound.
-
They'll look at their house, their car.
-
They'll say look what the Lord has done.
-
Amazing grace, amazing grace.
-
And I'm a tithe, I'm a giver and the wind is a heaven.
-
The blessing of the Lord upon my life.
-
Thank you, lord.
-
Not just financially, but a breakthrough spiritually, that marriages are blessed and children are blessed and grandchildren are blessed and we're blessed to be the blood of Jesus and apply the blood of Jesus over our lives For the goodness of God.
-
That others will look and say they sure are blessed, their families bless.
-
How does that happen?
-
All Jesus is Lord, he's the Lord of my life and he's the Lord of my finances.
-
That I honor the Lord with my substance and the first fruit and my barns will be filled with plenty.
-
My business, my job, my finances will break out with a new blessing.
-
Lord, we are careful to give you the praise and the glory for it.
-
We thank you, lord, that your Word is working and you are the biggest giver.
-
Well, lord, you're the biggest giver.
-
You are the biggest giver.
-
You always multiply the seed that is on.
-
You make all grace about Him.
-
Lord, I thank you for your blessing upon everyone here this morning, for your blessing upon their lives, and I thank you for a harvest of blessing, not just because of this morning, but because of last month, month before, month before.
-
Come on in the next month, in the next month, their faithfulness to your kingdom, your blessing, spirit, soul and body, the name of Jesus.
-
Lift your hands up and just receive it.
-
Thank you, lord.
-
Bless coming in, bless going out, head and not the tail, above and not beneath.
-
It is the blessing of the Lord, the blessing of the Lord.
-
He's our source, the supply.
-
We thank you for it, lord Jesus.
-
Thank you, lord, that you always open the doors that we need, that You're our shepherd, the Lord is our shepherd.
-
We shall not want.
-
We do not lack for ability, we do not lack for opportunity.
-
We never lack for money.
-
We never lack for money.
-
Our Father, god, always takes care of us in grand style.
-
Whoa.
-
Thank you, lord, that we drive the best, wear the best, eat the best, live in the best and we give the best.
-
We thank you, lord, for your goodness, your abundant blessing.
-
Go ahead and laugh about that a few minutes.
-
Say thank you, lord.
-
Everybody say thank you Jesus.
-
Thank you, lord, jesus.
-
Jesus is my Lord and he's the source of my supply.
-
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.
-
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord man.
-
I wonder what the next message is gonna be like.
-
Hallelujah, ha ha ha.
-
Praise the Lord.
-
Where do we do the offering?
-
You bring it up here.
-
All right, get a designated runner if you don't wanna come Get a designated runner, so here, run that up there for me.
-
And if you're giving online, however you give, go ahead and come forward.
-
Give your offering and laugh about it.
-
Praise the Lord.
-
I think Trent is gonna come up here and sing.
-
Praise the Lord.
-
Go ahead and get happy about it.
-
How would you act, man?
-
I got a harvest of blessings coming in, more than I could ask or think.
-
Praise God, woo, jesus is Lord.
-
While he was praying, I said you know, I'm from Eastern Colorado and there's vast, vast land that the farmers out there they buy it up and they farm it.
-
I'm telling you what they'll buy land so they can farm it or they'll rent it even, but they get the increase off of it.
-
The Lord said, after you ministered and while you were praying over the people, there is such vast land, so to speak, in the Spirit, that you are sowing into.
-
There is beyond you.
-
You can see, as far as I can see, god is increasing this church.
-
God is bringing personal increase.
-
He said hallelujah, and there's increase of influence, there's increase of the gospel and there is, there are finances that are coming into your hand that you have never imagined.
-
Hallelujah, praise God.
-
God gives the increase.
-
Whoo, hallelujah, I believe the word.
-
Amen.
-
Say, I believe the word Amen.
-
You got the Bible there in your hand.
-
I'm gonna sing, give me the word, and I'm gonna read this scripture to you right now.
-
It's out of the Amplified Bible and it's 1 Thessalonians 2.13.
-
And Paul said we also thank God continually for this that when you received the message of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it, not as the word of mere man.
-
Amen, that's not just your past, you know, just my pastor, just pastor Mark, or whoever is speaking the word, right, but it is the word, the word.
-
Say it, the word of God, hallelujah, the word of God, come on, whoo.
-
And then it says in the Amplified, which is effectively a work in you who believe.
-
But it doesn't stop there.
-
Listen to this.
-
It is exercising its super human power in those who adhere and trust in it.
-
Amen, amen, come on.
-
The Bible is God talking to us?
-
And it exercises super human power.
-
Glory to God, come on.
-
It's healing word, it's blessing word, it's working.
-
God is watching his word to perform it today.
-
Amen, whoo.
-
And it's new and it's fresh.
-
Amen, praise God.
-
So I'm gonna sing over every situation.
-
I don't need your opinion, I don't need the TV guidance, but just give me the word Amen, praise God.
-
So I don't know what we're gonna hear next, but I know it's gonna be good.
-
Amen, glory to God.
-
Start that song.
-
Give me the word, give me the word.
-
Make it plain and clear to me.
-
Give me the word.
-
It's a light that I might see.
-
Give me the word.
-
It's my total victory Over every situation.
-
Give me the word.
-
It's been tested.
-
It's been tried.
-
Searching minds have satisfied those who store these old it's message still is clear.
-
It's been ridiculed, it's been changed, but it's power never changed.
-
It's a change of life forever.
-
Give me the word, just give me the word.
-
Make it plain and clear to me.
-
Give me the word.
-
It's a light that I might see.
-
Give me the word.
-
It's my total victory Over every situation.
-
Give me the word.
-
I don't want it watered down.
-
Do you Sugar-coated and profound?
-
Give me basic truths that last the course of time.
-
Preaching strong, preaching clear, cause this world's got a hear.
-
It will change your life forever.
-
Give me the word, just give me the word.
-
Make it plain and clear to me.
-
Give me the word.
-
It's a light that I might see.
-
Give me the word.
-
It's my total victory Over every situation.
-
Give me the word when I am troubled.
-
Give me the word.
-
My heart's on a field when my fate is tested.
-
Even death may be drawing near.
-
Give me the word when life is challenged.
-
Give me the word and understanding me Over every situation.
-
Give me the word Over every situation.
-
Give me the word.
-
I receive the word Over every situation.
-
Give me the word.
-
How many have a scripture you're standing on today?
-
Come on, we're going to take a stand on that word Come on, god is watching you.
-
He will proclaim it, amen.
-
Amen, whoa, I'm standing, I'm taking a stand over every situation.
-
Whatever I see, whatever I feel, I believe the word of God.
-
I know that it's free, over every situation.
-
Give me the word.
-
Let's give me the word.
-
Hallelujah, give me the word.
-
The word of God is forever settled in heaven.
-
He has established an above of His name.
-
No word from God is void of power, but it contains within Him the ability to perform.
-
But he has spoken.
-
It is alive.
-
It is powerful, sharper than a two-edged sword.
-
Come on, it's a living word of God.
-
Coming to you today.
-
Hallelujah, come on, receive the word of God, because over every situation, come on, I got the word.
-
Whoo, why don't you stand on your feet, lift up your hands, praise God, lift up your Bible, begetting to praise God for the word of God Coming to this church, coming to your life today.
-
Hallelujah, superhuman.
-
Praise the Lord.
-
Praise the Lord.
-
Praise the Lord.
-
All right, you can sit down for a minute after you stretch your leg.
-
I'm going to talk to you for about 10 minutes.
-
You believe in miracles?
-
All right, and then we'll continue tonight at 6.30,.
-
All right, hey man, all right.
-
Mark 11, 22, 23,.
-
Write that down.
-
We're talking about here the authority of the believer.
-
Don't have to be a preacher, don't have to be a prophet, come on.
-
Don't have to be good looking, don't have to be really that smart, don't have to have a lot of money in the bank.
-
This is just the authority of the believer.
-
So I'll give you 10 minutes of this Tonight at 6.30,.
-
We will continue on whatever the Lord has.
-
Mark 11, 22,.
-
Jesus said to have faith in God.
-
If Jesus was here today, he would tell you the same thing have faith in God.
-
Other translations say have the God kind of faith, but my favorite translation says lay hold on God's faithfulness.
-
So your faith and your confidence, your assurance, is really based on your understanding of God's faithfulness, and God is a faithful God.
-
Matter of fact, when you're in a struggle, you can just start singing about His faithfulness, and that is faith.
-
So when Jesus said to have faith in God.
-
It must be important, it must be necessary to have faith in God.
-
Actually, the scripture four times says the judge shall live by faith.
-
And that's really a totally different way of living than most people live.
-
Most people live by their education, they live by their feelings, they live by their senses, they live by the news, which can be a little dangerous, they live by their kinfolk's opinions, they live by all kinds of things.
-
But if you're a believer, god wants us to learn how to live by faith.
-
And so Dad Hagen came to my dad's church when I was eight years old.
-
I started paying attention when I was 17.
-
And right after I got out of jail Anyway, it's a true story my dad and four deacons had to get me out of jail.
-
Anyway, that's for another time.
-
So Dad Hagen came, started teaching on faith and the Lord told him to go teach my people faith.
-
He stuck with that for like 65 years and you know, sometimes after the hundredth time you go oh, that's what he's talking about.
-
So he stuck with it.
-
That I thought that he had run out of sermon material, but Dad Hagen set me free from the fear of repetition.
-
Yes, yes.
-
And if you just see the New Testament, see several times that Jesus said did not I tell you, if you will believe, you will see the glory of God.
-
So your faith in God and to have faith in God, and you can end a lot of conversations with that.
-
And when I left home, my daddy said there is a God and I'm not him, which basically meant he was not going to give me no money.
-
He said you're going to have to learn how to walk with God and God will supply.
-
And so he said there is a God, I'm not him, so you're going to have to learn how to believe God.
-
So I started listening to Dad Hagen, even more serious when he said you're going to have to learn how to listen to God.
-
It's a very personal thing, isn't it?
-
Your faith in God, amen.
-
And when he said to have faith in God, mark 11, 22,.
-
We know that there's several areas that we are to have faith in God, and one of my favorites is Romans 3.25, is we have faith in God, but Romans 3.25 says we have faith in the blood of Jesus.
-
Yes, I will.
-
Pretty simple, isn't it?
-
My confidence, my expectations, my assurance is in what the blood of Jesus has done for me, what it does in me and what it will do over the devil.
-
Amen.
-
The power of the blood.
-
Have faith in the blood.
-
So have faith in God.
-
Faith in the blood.
-
Then Acts 3.16, it says you are to have faith in the name of Jesus.
-
Oh, there's power in that name.
-
So a lot of times Dad Hagen would say I just double up.
-
I'd say in the name of Jesus, I plead the blood of Jesus.
-
Now it's in the name, I have faith in the blood.
-
So, devil, get out of my face.
-
Amen, I resist you with the name and the blood.
-
Then Acts were told to have faith in the power of God, and there he's really talking about the spirit of God in 1 Corinthians, chapter 2.
1 Corinthians 2 chapter mention
-
1 Corinthians 2.456, he says so your faith would not stand in the wisdom of men, but that your faith would be in the power of God.
-
Amen.
-
All right, let's try that side over here.
-
Come on, do you believe in the power and the ability of God, things that you could never do?
-
But the power of God can do that.
-
How to access and release God's ability in any situation?
-
And so he calls that the demonstration of the Holy Spirit.
-
So Dad Hagen said it this way.
-
So listen closely.
-
Dad Hagen said we talk about having faith in God and sometimes we think about God way off in heaven.
-
But he kind of shook me up when he said have you ever thought about having faith in the God that lives in you, or having faith in the indwelling Holy Spirit?
-
All right, let's try this side over here.
-
Come on now.
-
Because sometimes you say, well, I'm having faith in God and you know you think I'm way off somewhere.
-
But think about this Because of the blood of Jesus.
-
Now the spirit of God lives in you.
-
Amen, right.
-
So now your confidence is in the indwelling Holy Spirit.
-
So sometimes you need to look in the mirror and say Holy Spirit, I know you're in there.
-
Amen, thank you.
-
All right, let's try.
-
I said come on.
-
Your faith is in the indwelling Holy Spirit.
-
So he's not that far away, don't even have to go to Dallas, he's right on the inside.
-
You say Holy Spirit, I know you're right on the inside of me, you're my helper, you're my strengthener.
-
Come on, you're my advocate, you're my standby.
-
The indwelling Holy Spirit, amen, all right.
-
So if we're going to have faith in God, that's going to involve what Faith?
-
In the blood of Jesus.
-
Faith in the name of Jesus, faith in the power of God, amen.
-
And then in Hebrews, chapter four, it says the Word didn't work for them because they didn't mix faith with it.
-
In other words, the Word of God is a source of our faith, but you have to mix faith with that Word and say that's God talking to me.
-
Come on, it's not just talking somewhere 2,000 years ago.
-
What I'm reading, the Word is God talking to me.
-
And God just said to me he will supply all my need according to His rich Matter of fact.
-
He said for me to cast all my cares on Him because he cares for me.
-
So now my faith is in God.
-
So I'm worry-free, hallelujah.
-
I said I'm worry-free.
-
Praise the Lord, not worry, not upset, not full of anxiety, not wondering what people are going to do.
-
So I go to Mark 11, 23, because here's how he says how faith works in my time.
-
Just about up Mark 11, 23.
-
Jesus makes faith in God so simple.
-
You need a theologian to get confused about it.
-
Jesus actually makes it so simple.
-
Your kids can do it.
-
Amen, amen, right, amen.
-
David did it when he killed the giant and he's only 17 years old, so.
-
So anybody can do this.
-
So Jesus said here's how faith works Mark 11, 23.
-
Ready Whosoever shall say very loud, saying to you that whosoever and he starts off with whosoever.
-
In other words, jesus said anybody can do this.
-
Anybody can do this.
-
Let's try this side over here.
-
Anybody can do this.
-
Anybody can do this.
-
Anybody can do this.
-
Anybody can do this.
-
Anybody can do this.
-
Anybody can do this.
-
Come on, you might look around and say I don't know if they got it, but Jesus said anybody can do this.
-
All right, here's what he said Whosoever shall say so.
-
The first thing Jesus said about faith is the saying part of faith.
-
Faith means that it is critical to faith for you to say you could actually say it this way if your faith is not strong enough to move your mouth, it will never move a mountain.
-
Or you could say it this way there's no such thing as silent faith.
-
In other words, he said your faith now is you're going to have to get in your mouth.
-
It's not enough to have faith in your heart.
-
Faith is going to have to be in your words, in your mouth, and you're speaking in your voice.
-
Wow, in other words, god's not giving you a spirit of fear, come on.
-
But power and love are found mine.
-
And he says now, if you're going to live by faith.
-
He says you're going to have to say something.
-
Come on, no matter how you're feeling, no matter what circumstances are coming against you, fear come against your mind.
-
He said when you say something, that's when your authority as a believer is activated.
-
So whosoever shall say and he says, under this mountain, why?
-
Because it just represents anything that looks too big for you.
-
It's like that's impossible for me to do, but I have faith in God.
-
Alright, let's try this side over.
-
Come on.
-
Say to the mountain, come on, looks too big for you.
-
Come on, being able to go to college, university may look too big for you.
-
Parents could never afford it.
-
But my faith is in God.
-
And I say come on all kinds of applications.
-
That whosoever shall say under this mountain.
-
So he says not just talking to God about the problem, talk to the problem.
-
So your words will give you authority over devils, demons, sickness, lack circumstances.
-
He said say to that mountain, get out of my way.
-
So the Lord said to me if you knew what was on the other side of your mountain, you would move it.
-
In other words, the devil puts that mountain in front of you to block your future, block your blessing.
-
But Jesus said it's on the other side of that mountain and you have to do something about it.
-
In other words, god said I'm not going to do nothing about it, I'm telling you to do something about it.
-
You say to the mountain boy it's going to be funny when the devil runs and the mountains move, hallelujah, that mountain removed.
-
And he said it's not just removed, it is cast into the sea.
-
The reason it goes into the sea is because the sea has the capacity to receive it and dissolve it, which means it won't ever come back.
-
The next thing that means is there be no evidence it was ever there.
-
You'll have to tell people a year from now the problems that you're facing right now because you use your authority as a believer.
-
You'll never again be a victim of circumstances or your past.
-
You are not a victim, you are not limited.
-
God said have faith in God.
-
Say to this mountain come on.
-
Say to this mountain I got victory in my mouth.
-
I'm not a victim, come on.
-
I'm not limited by circumstances, I have faith in God and he is unlimited.
-
Boy, you ought to laugh right now.
-
Ha ha ha.
-
Come on, the doctor may say nobody's ever recovered from this.
-
You say well, get ready.
-
You think this is the first one?
-
Hey, because my faith is in God.
-
Ha ha ha.
-
All right, let me finish my time.
-
This mountain be removed because it shall not doubt.
-
Other translations just say does not entertain doubt, because doubt can come to all of our minds.
-
But he said don't doubt in your heart.
-
That means, when doubts come to your mind, just don't invite it in for cookies, you know, and tea.
-
In other words, don't entertain it.
-
Knock on the door, say we're all full up here, so don't entertain doubt.
-
Shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe those things which he saith.
-
Those things which he saith, which means it's something you said more than once Hold fast to what you're saying.
-
Things which he saith shall come to pass, which means it may not look like it right now, but it shall come to pass.
-
Believe those things which he saith shall come to pass.
-
He shall have whatsoever.
-
He shall have whatsoever what he saith.
-
And the Lord said to me.
-
He said if I would have added two words to Mark 11, 23,.
-
He said all of the believers would be great faith champions.
-
I said well, what two words he said in church.
-
If I'd have added in church to the end of that.
-
But Jesus didn't say you're going to have whatever you say in church, that's right, come on, you got to watch your mouth at the house, you got to watch your mouth while you're driving around, he said.
-
He said watch whatever he saith, not just in church, but on Monday morning.
-
Come on, I said on Monday morning, when you get up, what you going to say and you take God's Word, put it in your mouth and faith will grow in the atmosphere of your confession of the Word of God.
