So you know, as long as you've got faith in your heart, it can extinguish whatever doubt tries to attack your mind.

Turn to the other side, I wouldn't want to do it without you.

Mary and I just went blank.

Doc, I don't go to the doc that much, so I guess I was blocked.

But anyway, doc and Mary, pastor in Dallas area and they had church this morning and jumped in the car and came down here to hang out and I think my older brother, my younger brother's, here it would be a surprise, my older brother's here, but anyway, my younger brother is here but my last name is Hankins and so I think, being late kind of runs in the family maybe, and so he'll show up later.

He might be trying to miss the offering, so he's frugal.

Alright, we talked about that this morning.

Anyway, let me give you all some book CDs real quickly here and tonight.

Alright, this one here is one of my favorites because this is a story from Dr Lillian B Yomans and when Dad Hagen, like in the 70s, when he was traveling around, he had his books on his table.

He had a Smith Wigglesworth's book on his table and he had Dr Lillian B Yomans book on his table.

So you know, if anything made it to his table, then it's really good on faith.

So this story came from Dr Lillian B Yomans and it's called the Praise Cure.

The Praise Cure and a doctor she was a medical doctor and she said the medicine is free, the doctor is in and the treatment is not unpleasant, so you call it the Praise Cure.

You know.

And how she received her healing and through the Praise Cure she called it.

So there's three messages in here the cure for unbelief and the Praise Cure and victory through the blood.

So I don't know.

You see somebody want this.

She said she want.

You see somebody else?

I threw it to you.

So hard to get good help nowadays.

Hey.

I know, I know Maybe you could share a few pointers with him, but he's a young guy from West Virginia and he's a young guy and could not leave his mother.

But anyway, he came with his wife, chance, so his wife's name is Amelia.

So he didn't have a chance with Amelia Anyway.

So we didn't have a chance until he showed up.

So God bless you, chance, and he's gonna.

He's a blessing.

He's been with us a couple of years and do anything.

What is this one called Love, the secret to success?

And it's about walking in the God kind of love, greatest challenge, greatest reward.

You cannot grow spiritually without growing in love, and you can grow, which is good.

So it seems like things are challenged this year, boy, it can change next year.

In other words, you can grow in the God kind of love.

Dad Hagan, the last sermon he preached at his camp meeting before he went to be with the Lord was on walking in love and he said if you'll walk in love, he said I'm gonna walk in love, whether anybody else does or not.

In other words, just because you decided to walk in love does not mean everybody else is gonna join in with you.

Some people say tough huh, so you have to walk in love, whether anybody else does or not.

And then he said he's prophesied in the last sermon that if you'll walk in love, he said first thing that'll happen is the blessing of the Lord will come back to you.

Second thing is the enemy will flee from you and third thing, your health will spring forth.

So walking in love is pretty strategic in you, walking in faith.

And I see this sweet little lady over here got your hand up.

Yes, ma'am, see your hand up.

I was just seeing how long you could hold it up there.

No, I said she got it there.

So this is on walking in love, four messages.

Love, the secret to success, uprooting trees of resentment, bitterness.

And you may be able to whip a skunk, but you might not want to.

You know what that means.

If you whip a skunk you're gonna smell just like skunk.

You just whip.

So that means it's better to forgive.

So give it to that sweet lady right there.

Praise the Lord.

What else you got?

All right, this is called the greatest opportunity, while recognizing supernatural opportunities and stepping right up for that opportunity is amazing.

And so a little bit on how to meditate on the Word and some also on how to pass the money test.

Hey, there you're like.

Praise the Lord, pastor.

It's so hard to get pastors to pay attention in church, anyway.

So, doc, that one's for you.

All right, I'm watching you, all right.

This one is called your in Christ identity.

You're such a different person in Christ you have to let God introduce you to your new self.

And so there's four messages on your identification of Christ the in Christ factor, and from theology to revelation.

You know you have somebody.

Thank you, brother.

Chance, this was called.

This is a quote from my dad.

Actually, we have some West West Columbia people here and my brother over there, west Columbia, you can get anywhere in the world from West Columbia, all right, this is a quote from my dad, called the Holy Spirit of Genius.

If you're listening to me, you'll make you look smart, all right.

And then I put on here.

The Holy Spirit has a reputation for working with some real losers and making them champions.

Don't look around right now there's a few losers in here, but the moment you got filled with the Holy Spirit, he made you a champion.

And so this book's on the Holy Spirit and a lot on praying in the Holy Spirit.

So I don't know, give that somebody.

This is called the secret power of joy, the joy of the Lord.

And actually you're a lot better looking when you're happy.

And I'm telling you you need all the advantages you can get.

I said, when you're happy it makes you better looking, right.

And actually when you're happy, people forget that you're ugly.

So I'm just telling you, when you I'm just kidding, just kidding, all right, so this is on the joy of the Lord.

The Bible says God Himself in His presence is fullness of joy.

You can't hang out with God without getting happy.

And I'm telling you so.

I'm just kidding, you already got that one, you already read it.

That's about time, huh?

All right, this one is on the life of Paul, paul's, one of my favorite men in the Bible, and so I love studying on the life of Paul and I've read some really big books on the life of Paul and it takes a long time.

So I did it just here in just like 50 pages of the life of Paul and then 50 pages of Paul's system of truth, and so it's called Paul's system of truth the life and teachings of the apostle Paul.

This is my wife's favorite book here on the life of Paul, so give that to somebody.

Oh, I guess I should throw that over there to him, all right, see, I just wanted to see if you can still catch Y'all hear about that.

My daddy always told this joke about this guy.

That was this dad was having an argument with his teenage son, so he's having an argument with his son.

And he said to his son I want to know what's wrong with you, because I have taught you everything I know and you still don't know nothing.

I don't know if that was one of our conversations between me and my dad or what, but now one time my dad was having a little argument with my mom and my mom.

My dad says to my mom I want to know what's wrong with you.

And my mom said I don't know must be the preaching I've been listening to the last 40 years.

So you have to be careful criticize.

And my mom always had a comeback.

So you can use that on your husband if he says what is wrong with you.

Glad you say I don't know must be the preaching I've been listening to the last 27 years.

Hey, you're in trouble now, brother, my mother was quick man, she could win an argument really fast.

So this one's called the spirit of faith.

If you knew what was on the other side of your mountain, you'd move it.

Wow, and go read it, read it.

Go through it and underline your favorite parts, then do a review.

Yeah, do a review.

And then you kind of hit the best parts there that are significant to you.

And so then you got to go over to the end and I see a hand up way back to the back, praise the Lord.

I'm not taking pledges right now.

So that lady way back there, praise the Lord.

All right, we're going to go ahead and receive the offering this evening, because I never know, don't say oh, no, so you had to be here this morning for that one.

But we had fun this morning, didn't we?

I mean just studying the significance of generosity and tithe and giving.

And our parents taught us that it doesn't happen automatically, taught us to tithe.

My dad had even figured it for you.

He'd say now, here's how much your tithe is.

Then he'd say how much offering you want to give, and I'd say none.

And then he'd say no, you need to give an offering.

So.

So he taught us when we were young.

So we really never had trouble with tithing given, like some people have, because from the time we were just, you know, like six, seven years old, there's every time we got a dollar or something.

It's like now, here's the part that belongs to God.

So my daddy basically said something like this about money my daddy was, you know, conservative about money, but when it came to giving he was, you know, really a good one.

When my dad and my mom went to be with the Lord we had to go through their finance.

We found out that they were 50% givers.

So they systematically gave 50% and just kind of lived off the other 50%.

So they were, they liked giving, kept giving.

And so my dad would say this about money he would say you always pay God first, pay yourself second, pay your bills last.

You know what that meant.

You always honor God first.

When you're money, whatever money you got coming in, you always put God first, not last.

Not after you pay your bills, come on, not after you buy the things you want.

He said you just put God first Every time money comes into your hands.

He said you take care of God first, right.

And so my dad taught us 10% belong to the Lord.

And then, you know, later on I would give another 10%.

Then, when Trent and I first got married, we actually, uh, systematically gave the first 30%.

It really hadn't hurt us none.

We've actually done real well with another God's services man.

So systematically we've been doing that for years and but we earned that from my dad and also from dad hanging.

Take care of your giving first First.

Don't figure your bills and then see what, if you can give.

Always give first Right and stay ahead.

Come on, I'll get a week ahead, then I get two weeks ahead and I'll be way ahead on my giving.

Don't want to get behind.

I'm a given.

Actually, if you live in the Old Testament, god said if you get behind on your time, then you have to add 20% to it.

It's in the Bible.

Thank God, we're under grace, you know.

Under grace, though, you're more generous, so you have to add 40% to it Anyway.

So so always take care of your giving first right.

So he taught us that when we were kids.

So always $10, $20.

When kids, we all automatically said we'll give to God first, first.

Second, he said pay yourself second.

That meant always put some money in savings.

God said he'll bless your basket in your storehouse.

He can't bless it if you don't have one Right.

In other words, if he's going to bless it, then he's going to increase your storehouse.

So God's not opposed to you having money in savings.

Actually he instructed them to have savings.

He said, now, bless your savings.

So when I saw that, pay God first.

And then I opened me a little savings account this is a long time ago and I didn't have a lot to put in there, but I put like $25 in there.

We first got started and then that's where I could put $50 in there and that's where I put $100 in there.

Then I could put more in there because I was taking care of God first.

So that means he kept increasing me so I could put more money in savings.

Then if I wanted to give some money, then I had extra money in savings.

I could pull some out of that.

Then God multiplied again.

Fill it up again, right, so God will bless your savings account if you have one.

So then he said pay your bills last.

Well, that doesn't mean don't pay your bills, that just means don't make bills that are gonna keep you from saving and sure don't make no bills that are gonna keep you from giving.

Amen, amen, yes, sir, got a couple nods, I got one amen.

I heard a groan on the front and a little oh no, back there in the back.

In other words, take care of your giving standard and God will take care of your living standard.

Amen, amen, amen.

We decided to try and first got married.

My dad pretty much believed in you know you work and whatever you get, you pay for whatever you get.

And so we first got married.

We didn't have any furniture.

So I knew my grandma had just passed away.

So I knew my dad had like refrigerators and chairs and stuff, couch and storage.

So I said, dad, you know we don't have any furniture, so if you're not gonna be using grandma's mama all we call it if you're not gonna be using mama's furniture, then you know we could use it.

We don't have any.

Everything we own is in the car that we had.

And so my dad said, okay, great.

So we got the sole refrigerator you know the kind that freezes up, you know, up top and then we got a couch, a chair, a table and we had to refinish those and then trim us.

She can do just about anything.

So she recovered the cushions, you know, made it look new, right.

And then I got a bill from my daddy.

He wanted me to pay for my grandma's furniture.

Oh, really, well, that made me a little bit mad.

Have you ever got a little bit mad Not real mad, just a little bit.

I had to pay for my grandma's furniture, but instead of me getting mad about it, I said, well, god's my source and so he will bless me, so I can pay for it.

And so the money all came in, but my dad wanted me to pay for my grandma's furniture.

Now my kids think totally different than that.

And so my kids a little bit on the what do you call that there?

A little bit, what do you call it?

Entitled, and it's my own fault.

So so trying to trying to tell me, do you bless the kids too much?

And I said well, you know, I'm blessed too much and so I like blessing the kids too much, and then then they get too much.

So praise the Lord.

That's a parenting problem we'll talk about in the next session.

But anyway, honor the Lord with your substance and the first fruits of all of your income and your barns will be filled with plenty at your storage house and your precious shelf burst out with new wine, which is a type of spiritual blessing, all right.

So the key is don't buy stuff or spend money.

That's gonna keep you from saving money, and then don't spend money that's gonna keep you from giving.

Y'all see what I mean, so I went to get qualified for a house in West Columbia.

My first house was on what's the name of the street?

North 121, north Mattson, right, yeah, y'all know where, 121, so that's my first house.

Bought it from a chaserain that was in church, and so she just sent me a letter the other day and said how she had been blessed.

But anyway, so we got that house.

My first house cost $33,000.

The frame house, that little, you know wood house, that little garage, and you know we were happy to get it.

So I went to the bank to get my loan, and the bank said well, here, how much your income?

So I showed them my income.

They said, well, all right.

And then I said but before you figure how much I qualify for, deduct 30%, because I'm a 30% giver, so I don't want to get into a place financially that would hinder my giving.

She said, really.

I said, yes, ma'am, and so well, how much down payment you have?

Well, I've been given and I've been saving.

So I got $10,000 to pay down.

She went oh well, that's nice, because that's a third down, and I paid for that house just a few years.

So you can see, though, that you don't want to qualify for a loan that's going to mess up your finances and then you can't tie and you can't give, and then you're in a bad situation.

Yes, sir, are y'all still with me here?

So what's the lesson for tonight?

Pay God first.

Pay yourself second.

Pay your bills last.

Do it reverse.

Don't make bills that keep you from saving money.

In other words, john Osteen said don't buy everything your little beady eyes want.

In other words, that means you spending money, you spending too much money, all right, so just wait.

So if you will establish your giving standard, god will establish your living standard.

Y'all still with me here?

So I told my wife when we first got married, we were giving 30% breakout in sweat.

I said now the day will come when you can buy any car that you want.

The day will come.

I said it's not today, so don't get excited.

I said, but we're establishing our giving standard first.

And then what happened to living standard?

Well, she not only got whatever car she wants, she flies around in Citation 3, jet.

Come on, come on, come on, y'all still here?

You cannot beat God given if you'll just go ahead and start working at it while you're young.

Amen, and just stick with it while you're young.

Praise the Lord and watch what God will do.

Amen.

I'm sorry I went so long and some of y'all are listening slow.

Let me pray with you right now.

Maybe I was doing that for a dog.

I was doing that for a dog.

All right, let's pray together.

Father God, thank you for your abundant goodness, your mercy.

Lord, you blessed us way beyond what we would deserve.

But because of the blood of Jesus, your goodness, your loving kindness, the blood covenant, lord, you blessed us and so, lord, we cooperate with your word in our time and in our sowing and we establish our giving standard.

And, lord, you change our whole living standard to where we are blessed and other people call us blessed.

But, lord is your blessing, your goodness.

So I pray a special blessing on every giver, those sowing seed that we give so the gospel of Christ can go around the world.

Lord, we'll put you first in our finances and I thank you for a whopper of a harvest coming in.

You blessed this church and you blessed the pastors, you blessed everybody.

It's given.

Thank you for a whopper of a harvest and we give you the praise for it.

In Jesus' name, everybody shout amen.

Praise the Lord.

We're alive and strong and taking the world by storm.

The key is trust him.

We can trust him with this nation.

He's building it and the gates of hell can't prevail.

Come on, lift your hands and just cast all your cares on God.

Lord, you're the healer Tonight.

We trust you for our healing.

I need to see somebody.

If you've been healed in the past year, wave your hand.

All right, let Mary tell you, because.

I had not called me and Mary was going into surgery and he said it don't look good.

I said well, we got four crazy friends here.

So tell what the Lord did.

I can't never fail.

He turned things around right in the middle of it.

This is Mary.

Okay, Praise God.

So last year in September I had to go to the hospital because I had a very large fibroid, which is a non-cancerous tumor, in my stomach or in my abdomen.

So my stomach, you guys might remember it was really large when you were here.

Yeah, yes, sir, I was here, and the last time I was here my stomach was about this big, and so when I went into surgery they took it out.

But what happened was, before I went in he didn't tell me, but my husband, the Lord, had told him.

He said the devil's going to try to kill your wife.

He didn't tell me, but of course, when we listen into, we've got the best right here and we've got the spirit of faith.

And the spirit of faith is contagious, and what they have, they impart it into us.

And so when we got into that hospital, we didn't fear.

We don't have fear, Nothing makes us scared.

And so, no matter what the enemy tries, we were standing in faith.

Y'all have heard mama's testimony about the brain tumor.

She laughed her way in the surgery.

I said let's go, devil, You're not winning here.

And so when we got in that hospital and everything was fine and the doctor said everything was fine.

But when we got, throughout the day my blood pressure started dropping so low that I was fainting and I was passing out and just just all kinds of stuff.

But when I was coming to, I was coming through, I was getting songs in the spirit while I was out and when I would come to, the nurses were crying.

Everybody thought I was dying.

I looked at her and said hey, stop crying, I'm not dying.

I said you don't have to worry about me.

I said God's got me, I'm not dying around here.

I said I am going to live.

And then I started testifying to her about her family and prophesying and speaking the word of faith over her.

I said don't worry about me, I'm living, I'm not dying in this hospital.

And so blood pressure kept dropping.

Blood pressure kept dropping.

And then the people didn't know what was going on and he called and said that the doctors couldn't stop the bleeding right.

Yes, sir, they didn't know I was bleeding pastor.

It was hidden.

The enemy tried to kill me.

It was hiding.

You know how you get a trickle of blood and it comes down your arm and you don't really see it.

It's just kind of going under where the blood was in my abdomen, but it was sneaking back here and it was settling in my back so I wasn't having any of the symptoms that people have when their blood pressure drops.

So they did, it was sneaking up on them, and so he said is everything fine?

Everything was working fine.

But they didn't know it was settling in my back so I had lost.

By the time they figured it out, pastor, I had lost, they said, like two pints of blood.

So they was giving me blood and I was still losing blood.

It wasn't making sense.

But when they went in and I called you guys, he said pastor.

The Lord told him.

He said you need reinforcements.

So he called our pastors and pastor and mama started praying.

They got the prayer team going.

They got the prayer team going and they started praying for me and doctors were in the hospital that were not even scheduled to be there.

That day.

A spinal surgeon, my doctor, said he didn't know what to do.

So all he knew what to do is leave me alone and then call in the spine specialist because the blood had settled back here.

And so when the spine specialist came in, she looked inside my abdomen and said oh yeah, we do this all the time.

Oh, really yeah, right on time Woo.

My God Prayer works.

My.

God.

So thank God for mama and pastor, because they were our reinforcements and they sit and Bush was were in there with me in the hospital and when I came to, the belly was gone.

I was fine.

Oh yeah, praise God, I'm alive.

Praise the Lord.

I just wanted you to say that Hallelujah, praise the Lord.

She's terrorizing the devil.

Come on, still letting the devil, terrorize the devil.

Praise the Lord, praise the Lord.

He's going to let the devil terrorize us.

Come on, wait, he just shakes.

He runs in fear.

Hallelujah, he's terrorized.

When a Christian like you, are you a believer?

Come on.

When we open our mouth, when we lift up our hands and start praising God, the devil goes ah, I'm out of here, come on.

And when we decide, by faith, to love our enemies, come on.

Those that persecute you say things and you turn around and you go.

God bless them.

I plead the blood, I forgive, hallelujah.

The devil can't stand it, he can't stay.

Hallelujah, come on.

We walk by faith and we walk in the love of God.

The love of God will not fail, hallelujah.

I talked to my sister, stand up over there right before church, and her daughter-in-law was in the hospital.

How many days, 111 days, 111 days with COVID, you know.

Not expected to turn, not expected to live.

Hallelujah.

But you're, you're.

You brought a prayer cloth and your son laid it on her and prayed over her every day.

In a week, that thing just turned around.

In a week.

She been in there for months.

Hallelujah, come on, it turns around.

When we step out on the word of God, we believe God.

We take his promise.

He sends his word to you.

Come on, if you look to him, he'll send his word to you instead of worrying and having anxiety.

We pray Lift up our problems, hallelujah.

Lift up your problems to God.

Take his words and God, you said, you said I believe it.

Hallelujah, it's true.

And you begin to praise God.

Get ready for a turnaround, get ready for a turnaround.

I say America, get ready for a turnaround.

Hallelujah, glory to God.

How does a turnaround, national turnaround, happen?

It happens, one believer at a time.

Come on, Are you a believer?

Come on, we just lift up our believers.

We lift up our mouth, we lift up our praise, we lift up our faith, we lift our expectation to the God.

Who can have failed?

Hallelujah.

And then we praise.

We get busy.

Hallelujah, just like I went into surgery laughing.

Just like you just said.

Call for the elders.

Let's come in agreement.

Praise God, there's power in the church.

There's power in agreement.

There's power in the name.

There's power.

Hallelujah.

That's not over.

I feel like I got a hold of a live wire.

Hallelujah, god wants you to have faith.

Jesus is looking for your faith tonight.

Praise God, it's not too late.

Hallelujah, come on, let's just laugh.

Let's just laugh.

You turn your frown into a smile, hallelujah, turn our sorrow into great expectation.

Hallelujah, come on.

You have the spirit of Jesus on the inside of you, the spirit of Christ, hallelujah.

What is that spirit?

No impossibility, just saying when Jesus walk in the room, light comes on.

When Jesus walk in the room, there's faith.

When Jesus walk in the room, resurrection power walks in the room.

Hallelujah, is that over?

Is that done with?

No, jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Hallelujah.

We've had mighty revivals in this nation, but it's not over.

We're about to have another wave Move of God.

Hallelujah, I say about this generation of my children, my grandchildren.

They love righteousness, they hate iniquity.

Therefore, the Lord is anointing them with the oil of joy above anybody else.

Hallelujah, come on.

That anointing is explosive.

That anointing, praise God, all you need.

Have you ever been around?

Something that's flammable, like a can of lighter fluid has a warning on there, warning, flammable.

And you got to be careful because even motion can cause explosion, just motion.

It's called static electricity and it's just contained.

There's some power in that.

And just a little action, a little motion, whoo, you got an explosion.

Come on God, come on, he's released all power into the church.

Hallelujah, just a little emotion, just a little action with our voices, just a little agreement together.

Come on, get ready for an explosion of power.

Hallelujah, glory to God.

Praise God.

Praise God.

Come on, we don't have to do it, we just believe.

We are the praisers, we are the believers.

Hallelujah, and our act of praise, our act of laying that cloth on somebody, that act of speaking words of life, whoo, that releases dynamic energy.

That's the energy that raised Jesus from the dead.

Come on, your voice is an activator.

Your voice, hallelujah.

You might say I'm nothing, I'm nobody, no, but you got a voice.

Praise God.

God will put you in the right place to say something.

Yes, and with that voice, it will be like striking a match Hallelujah, it will cause a great explosion.

Hallelujah, the spirit of prophecy is in the room.

So do not limit God with your own thinking and say, well, I can't do that or I can't do that, that's too much for me.

Just say the Spirit of the Lord lives in me, he's upon me and he is helping me and he's taking me places I've never been and I'll receive from the Lord in ways I've never received before, but the Lord will use me in ways that I've never been used before for the plan and the purpose of God.

So do not draw back and unbelief, but go forward and go forward into new things, because God said I'll do a new thing and it'll spring forth and you'll say new, it really is new, I've never seen that before.

And you'll go into a new territory and new blessing and the gift and the call of God will have influence in places that it never has had influence like that before.

So do not draw back, but be bold with the gift of God and speak the Word of God and just act like the hand of God is upon you and you'll find that the anointing will do the work and you'll go forward and the Word of God will grow and multiply and it will tear down tear down strategies of the enemy.

tear them down, remove them, uproot them, and then it will cause new things to be built and new things to be planted.

I was in a lot of Dad Hagan's Holy Ghost meetings.

He did them for about 15 years Before that.

He taught on faith almost all the time, so I learned a lot from him on how faith works.

Pretty important to learn how faith works right.

Wigglesworth said any man, any person, can be changed by faith, no matter how they may be fettered.

Word fettered just means bound.

So you can say it this way any person can be changed by faith, no matter how they may be bound.

Or you could say it this way the devil cannot make a bondage that your faith cannot break off of you Y'all still.

In other words, no matter what kind of attempt or attack on your mind, your body, your finances, your future, no matter how the enemy attacks you, faith works the same in every area and faith is the victory, amen.

So Dad Hagan said something like this.

He said never fight the enemy when you're in a challenge In the arena of sight.

Our feelings are circumstances.

He said just always make him fight you in the arena of faith.

So when there's a challenge coming against you, instead of you just seeing how things are looking or how you're feeling or circumstances, then you just say no, devil, I don't really fight in that arena, I only fight this other arena called the arena of faith.

And this arena of faith is where I win all the time, because faith is the victory.

And so if you want to win, you have to learn to fight your battles in that arena.

Because if the devil can pull you over into the arena how you feel, your sight, your circumstances, once he's got you in that arena, you are already hooked, man, he'll help you fast, he'll give you symptoms and feelings and thoughts and circumstances.

Man, you are hooked.

You just have to say I do not fight there, I only fight over here, in the arena of faith, hey man, because that's where I win.

That's faith is the victory.

So I'm going to make you fight me here.

It's the only place I fight is the arena of faith, hey man.

And so in that arena of faith, he said the devil cannot make any kind of bondage or challenge that your faith cannot cause you to win.

Amen, even Nacho Libre wanted to win.

So if you want to win in life, you just have to learn a few things about faith.

And so sometimes you have to kind of school yourself into faith when it looks like circumstances are too much for you, and so sometimes, to school yourself into faith, there is some assembly required.

That's why God gives you four crazy friends.

When you're facing a challenge and the doctor says it looks like things are going down, even the nurses are crying, and you've got a crazy friend, what should I do?

You better start taking authority right now in that name of Jesus, and use your authority, apply the blood of Jesus, and then you start thanking God that he's taking care of you.

Amen, and thank him with a voice of victory, praise the Lord, and so learning how to live by faith.

Wow, and you know when the challenge hits if you're not school in faith, man, you can be in trouble fast, but if you're school in faith, you go aha, that's a devil.

So I know what I'm going to do right now.

I'm going to say I'm the arena of faith, I am who God says I am.

I have what God says I have.

I can do what God says I can do.

And this arena of faith, now, the power of God is available.

So I'm just going to praise God, and then I'm going to praise God until I get happy.

Well, you say, how long is that going to take?

This quote I got from CS Lewis years ago.

So if you lose your joy, you're in some serious problems.

So the Lord showed me in Brother Hagin's meetings because we went as many as we could go and we'd sometimes be in St Louis, come on wherever he was, sometimes be in Ohio, be there for a few days, you know, go home and take care of our church, and then we'd come back the next week.

We had as many meetings as we could.

So while we were rejoicing and laughing and praising God, the Lord said to me this he said, while you were praising and rejoicing here, something was happening back at your house.

In other words, while you're praising and rejoicing, do you get happy?

While you're praising here, god said I'd like to go ahead and take care of some serious business for you.

So three months from now, when you get there, you say seem like the Lord's already been here.

He said well, what happened?

Well, he already has things prepared ahead of time.

So while I was praising, god was taking care of some serious business.

So it's not a minor thing.

So I just kept praising Lord, you take care of some business for me.

I may not even know what it is, but I'll have to know what it is.

But I'm praising God, magnifying the Lord.

Great is your faithfulness, god, great is your goodness.

Thank you, lord, for your word.

Thank you, lord, for your watching over and taking care of me.

Praise God, glory to God, praise the Lord, praise the Lord.

So he didn't laugh for me.

He said ha, ha, ha, ha.

And Wigglesworth said you will miss a thousand pitfalls while you're yielded to the Holy Spirit.

Go ahead and laugh about that.

Say ha, ha, ha, ha, woo, glory to God.

In other words, god's reaching out to your future and he's working in your behalf.

So I'm simply required for crazy friends, whatever you can come up with.

You said I need you to praise God with me, but I want you to believe with me, because I'm in a fight right now, but I'm only going to fight in this arena of faith.

I got the Word out, come on.

I got the Holy Ghost helping me.

I got scriptures out.

I'm going to rejoice right here in this arena because I believe God is taking care of it for me, which means number one.

It's business, so it's bigger than me, something I'm not going to worry about, but God can take care of it.

Practice laughing about that.

I said God can take care of it, but he can't take care of it till you turn loose of it.

Come on.

I said he can't take care of it till you turn loose of it, come on.

So you got to quit worrying about it and try to think about it and try to figure things out.

You just start praising God, thanking for His face, when they say Lord, you got it.

You got it.

I cast all that on you.

I'm not going to worry about it, no more.

Thank you for your goodness and your faithfulness.

And Lord, you can take things that are out of order, bring it back into order things that look like they're in a big mess and you can take that ugly thing and make it pretty again.

Hallelujah, ha, ha, ha ha.

Praise the Lord.

In other words, learn to put your faith and apply your faith to that situation.

One more scripture in James, chapter one.

What is verse two through four?

Count it All joy, count it all joy.

He didn't really say you'd be anointed, he just said count it joy, count it all joy, count it all joy.

And one translation says count it maximum joy, which means you're going to have to turn your joy up a couple of notches.

And I'm just looking at some y'all.

I can tell you could use your joy up another.

Not Ha ha, ha, ha ha, because your joy is a demonstration of the triumph of Christ.

Thank you, jesus.

I don't believe Jesus actually triumphed over every situation and your joy is a demonstration.

And the Lord said to me your joy is a demonstration of your expectations.

So if you've got great expectation about the next 12 months, you ought to get real happy Now.

If you don't have much expectation this year, just another year, be like last year, I don't know but if you have great expectation that God's able to do exceeding abundantly, above all, I can ask a thank man, my joy, ha ha ha.

That means I'm expecting the goodness of God.

I said I'm expecting the goodness of God to be in demonstration.

Ha ha ha.

And then I heard Dad Hagan said, actually listen to it this last night or this morning, well, and and he said, even before he came over, among the Pentecostals.

He said he was born again as a Baptist, learned about faith.

He knew about faith because that's how he got off the bed a sickness and disease.

So he said, but even then, if the devil would bring any kind of symptom to my body, any kind of symptom, he said, I just stopped right then and started laughing.

He said now I didn't do this a lot of people around, but if I was, you know where I could.

I'd just start laughing and I'd say, satan, you know you can't do that to me.

Yeah, okay, okay, come on.

Whatever's coming against your mind or coming into your life, just take a moment and stop and go.

Ha ha ha.

You'll get the devil's attention right then.

And then say what you laughing about?

You say, satan, you know you can't do that to me.

You just practice right now.

Satan, come on, tell the devil.

Say, devil, you know you can't do that to me.

I'm redeemed by the blood of Jesus.

Come on, I'm a child of God.

Come on.

This is the victory that overcomes the world.

It's my faith.

So you know you can't do that to me.

Whatever's coming against your body or your mind or your life, come on now.

Even against your finances, you say devil.

You know you can't do that to me.

I'm a child of God.

So he's saying this is the way you deal with that trial, instead of having a trial and getting oh why is this happening to me?

Just laugh, I'm going to count it all, jo.

You said what you're doing.

I'm standing in the arena of faith.

I'm going to keep praising God.

I'm going to keep thanking God.

I'm going to fill my praise basket up.

I'm going to count it all, jo, knowing this, that the trying of my faith which means there's no such thing as unchallenged faith when you're a believer and the enemy will challenge that, you go.

I know this is the trying of my faith.

So in a lot of those meetings we actually had a lot of joy.

He said these meetings will carry a lot of joy, and so it kind of helped people get started right, and if you could get them started rejoicing, praising or laughing, just get them started.

Some people hadn't been cranked up in a while.

I mean, it's like you can see them going rar, rar, rar, rar, rar, rar, rar rar, rar, rar, ha, ha ha ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha ha.

Come on, joy the Lord just strength, right.

And the Bible says that God sits in the heavens and he lasts.

And yet, if you go to most churches, if you started laughing, they would think that's pretty unspiritual, that joy God's laughing, right.

So you just can't get more spiritual than God.

So you just start laughing.

So listen close.

Instead of feeling depressed, instead of being under pressure, overwhelmed, instead of having a nervous breakdown, it would be a perfect time for you to have a nervous breakdown Because you just say you know God is faithful.

Come on, god is faithful.

I'm just going to praise Him for His faith in it.

His goodness.

Come on now.

I'm not going to quit, not going to give up, not going to have a nervous breakdown.

I'm not going to live sad.

Come on, god's taking care of business for me.

Matter of fact, he's taking care of some serious business for me, serious business concerning my future, my life, his blessing in my life.

God's taking care of serious business for me.

I'm in, so I'm rejoicing, I'm laughing.

So I believe I receive it.

My dad always said you can get glad in the same bridge as you got mad in.

You don't even have to change your pants to get happy.

So the Lord turned again.

What does that mean?

Well, I don't know about you, but the Lord's turned things for me more than once.

All right, let's try this side.

I said the Lord's turned things around for me more than once, more than twice, more than three times, more than four times, more than five times, and now he's turning it again.

Yes, sir, Ha, ha, ha ha.

Well, I'm glad, because there's more for you and the enemies come against you.

And so the Lord turned my captivity again.

Matter of fact, while you're sitting here tonight, while we're praising God and come on, we're rejoicing and you're receiving the Word, did you know the Lord turning things for you just while you're sitting in it?

Yes, yes, yes, Come on, angels are going on assignment for you and both devils are fleeing and running from you.

Just while you're praising God, you're fixing up your voice, magnifying the Lord.

Go ahead and laugh a little bit.

Count it all, joy.

The Lord turned my captivity.

Any area that the enemy had limited me and bound me and attacked me.

The Lord turned my captivity.

He turned it again and it was like a dream coming to pass.

Come on, my health came back.

My blessing came back.

The goodness of God came back.

My mouth was filled with laughter while I was laughing.

While I was laughing, so some people think that's being silly.

But really, in the kingdom of God that is serious business.

Yes, yes.

When I'm talking about just being silly.

You know, people act silly all the time, but we're talking about serious business.

Yes, how did you react, low, my mouth was filled with laughter.

Yes, actually, one translator says I couldn't stop laughing.

Amen, my mouth's filled with laughter means I just kept laughing.

The Lord ain't said it and it was so good.

It was like a dream.

Yes, wow, how many of you had a dream come to pass in your life?

Some that looked impossible and then boom, look what the Lord has done.

That has happened to me so many times, but I believe most of the times it's happened while I was had that joy and the Holy Ghost, while I was laughing, the Lord said now watch me bring that to pass for you.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha ha.

Somebody said well, I think it looks silly.

Well, I'm laughing all the way to the bank.

I'm laughing.

Look what the Lord has done.

He said our mouth was filled with laughter.

We kept on singing, couldn't stop singing.

So sometimes you might wake up in the morning and the Holy Ghost have a song come up out of your spirit.

You just start singing that song.

What is that?

That's a song of deliverance, that's a song of victory.

While you're singing, praise in the Lord.

I know you can't sound as good as I do when I sing, but Trenor says I walk through the house singing all the time.

Wow, a thousand songs, sometimes a hymn, sometimes a song.

Sometimes you may make up your own song.

While you're singing it, you'd give the devil a name.

While you're singing it, you'd give the devil a nervous breakdown.

I ain't having a nervous breakdown.

Ha ha, ha, ha ha.

Jesus says my Lord, I'm washing His blood, hallelujah.

And while I'm laughing, ha ha, ha, ha ha.

Come on, god's turning things around and dreams are coming to pass.

If anybody got any dreams, you believe God can bring those things to pass and you're like ha ha ha.

That ain't never gonna come to pass.

You can see how that land we got together and we started laughing.
