Good.
-
Good morning, [music] Key Church. How
-
are we feeling?
-
I [music] uh
-
could not be more excited about all that
-
is ahead of us this morning. And uh it's
-
it's going to be a little bit different
-
today. [music]
-
Um and I'm excited to be able to share
-
that with you a little bit later. But I
-
want to just begin by reading scripture
-
over us as we come into the Lord's house
-
uh to just bring him honor and praise.
-
And so, can we do that together? Can we
-
read the word of God before we jump in
-
together?
-
[music]
-
Psalm 100 says this,
-
"Let the whole earth shout triumphantly
-
to the Lord. Serve the Lord with
-
gladness. [music]
-
Come before him with joyful songs.
-
Acknowledge that the Lord is God. He
-
made us [music] and we are his, his
-
people, the sheep of his pasture." So we
-
enter his gates with [music]
-
thanksgiving, his courts with praise,
-
giving thanks and bless his name. For
-
the Lord is good and his faithful love
-
endures forever. [music]
-
His faithfulness throughout all
-
generations. So church, we lean into him
-
this morning, [music] bringing our
-
praise, bringing all honor to where it
-
belongs, and that's through the name of
-
Jesus. So we worship [music] him this
-
morning.
-
>> [music]
-
>> Hey,
-
[music]
-
hands up. Hands up.
-
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. [music]
-
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
-
I'll praise in the valley. [music] I'll
-
praise on the mountain.
-
I'll praise [music] when I'm sure
-
and praise when I'm doubing.
-
[music]
-
I'll praise when I'm numbered.
-
And praise was unsurrounded.
-
[music] Cuz praise is the waters my
-
enemy's drowning. [music]
-
As long as I'm breathing, I've got a
-
reason to [music] pray. Praise
-
the Lord, oh my soul. Come on, church.
-
Praise [music]
-
the Lord, oh my soul.
-
I praise when [music] I feel it and
-
praise when I don't.
-
That's right. I praise [music] cuz I
-
know
-
you're still in control.
-
Hey, yeah, yeah, yeah. My [music] praise
-
is a weapon.
-
It's more than a sound.
-
[music] My praise is a shout that brings
-
every down. [music]
-
Come on. As long as I brea, I got a
-
reason.
-
I praise the Lord.
-
[music]
-
Yeah. Yeah. the face
-
[music]
-
of my soul. I won't be quiet. [music]
-
I won't be quiet.
-
How can I keep it inside? I got [music]
-
to pray
-
the Lord, oh my soul.
-
Come [music] on, church.
-
That's what I'm talking about.
-
[music] You know, he deserves it all.
-
So, let's give it to him. Come on. I
-
praise cuz you're sovereign. [music]
-
Praise cuz you raised. Praise cuz you
-
rose and defeated the grave. I praise
-
cuz you're [music] faithful. Praise cuz
-
you're true. Praise cuz this praise I
-
praise.
-
Praise you. [music]
-
Praise God.
-
[music]
-
Praise God. You're true. Praise God.
-
There's nobody. [music]
-
[music]
-
I praise you, Lord.
-
Yeah. [music] Praise
-
the Lord. Oh my soul.
-
[music]
-
My soul
-
[music]
-
[music] I won't be quiet. I won't be
-
quiet. My God is alive. How [music] can
-
I keep it? No, I won't be quiet. I won't
-
be quiet. My God is alive. How can
-
[music] I keep it? I won't be quiet.
-
>> [music]
-
>> Heat. Heat.
-
[music]
-
Oh my soul. Oh my soul [music]
-
praise
-
you. [music]
-
Oh my soul.
-
Hallelujah. [music] Lift your voices to
-
the king.
-
>> [music]
-
>> Heat. Heat.
-
[music]
-
>> [music]
-
[music]
-
>> I call you faithful [music and singing]
-
for the promises you've kept and every
-
need you've met. [singing]
-
[music]
-
Lord, I'm so grateful.
-
You were with [singing] me every step.
-
And I never [music] will forget
-
[singing]
-
when I think of how you've blessed me.
-
How your [singing] hand has never
-
[music]
-
let me go.
-
Never let [singing] me go.
-
love. You [music] have been
-
so good to me. [music]
-
Oh God, I can't believe how you love me.
-
What a friend [music]
-
you have [singing] been.
-
So good to [music] me.
-
Oh God, I can't [singing] believe how
-
you love me.
-
What a [music] friend you have been.
-
>> [music]
-
>> I call you savior
-
for the blood that wash me [music] clean
-
for the wrongs that you redeemed.
-
[music] And I know you're able.
-
[singing]
-
And my [music] eyes don't have to see.
-
One more reason to believe. [music]
-
Cuz when I think of [singing] how you
-
bless me, how your hand has never let me
-
go. [music and singing]
-
Never let me go.
-
You [music] have been
-
so [singing]
-
good to me.
-
Oh God, I can't believe how you [music]
-
love me.
-
What a friend you have been.
-
[music and singing]
-
So good to me.
-
Oh,
-
[singing]
-
how you love [music] me.
-
What a friend you have been. [music]
-
What a friend [music]
-
to me.
-
Oh, [music] there's no one like you.
-
Jesus,
-
for every morning,
-
[music] for every open door,
-
I call you.
-
And I just want to thank you, [music]
-
Lord,
-
for every mountain,
-
for every time you brought me through. I
-
[music] call you faithful. And I just
-
want to thank you Lord [music] for your
-
forgiveness
-
for how you [music] never turned away. I
-
call you faith and I [music] just want
-
to thank you Lord
-
for your salvation. [music]
-
You pay the price I couldn't [singing]
-
pay. I know you [music]
-
and I just want to thank you. [music]
-
[music]
-
I just want to thank you.
-
[music]
-
I want to thank you.
-
>> [music]
-
>> I just want to thank you [singing]
-
cuz you have been [music]
-
so [singing] good to me.
-
Oh God, [music] I can't believe how you
-
love me.
-
What a friend [music] you have been.
-
So good to me. [music]
-
Oh God,
-
how you love me. [music]
-
What a friend you have. [music]
-
to me.
-
[music] You [singing]
-
[music]
-
s

[music]
-
Heat. [singing]
-
[music]
-
Heat.
-
[music]
-
[singing]
-
>> [music]
-
>> I just want to thank you.
-
[music]
-
Come on, church. Can we give God praise
-
this morning?
-
[music]
-
So thankful. Hey, you guys can take a
-
seat. Uh I want to let you guys know uh
-
it's going to be a little bit different.
-
I said that but at the very very top of
-
our time together that it's going to
-
look a little different. And so I want
-
to give you the why behind that and then
-
we've got a couple of things uh to walk
-
through. But it's going to be an
-
incredible morning. Um but if you've
-
been around for the month of July, we've
-
uh been walking through this collection
-
of conversations called SA where we've
-
been looking at individual psalms um
-
that we've been able to walk through uh
-
in and understanding God's faithfulness
-
in every season and what it looks like
-
um to just worship him in those. And so
-
we thought that a great way to kind of
-
close out the time in the um this
-
collection would be to kind of gather
-
around uh specific psalms being read and
-
then being able to pull the songs that
-
we have done in our time together and
-
make put all of those things together.
-
And so this morning is going to look a
-
little bit different. We're going to
-
have some uh scripture that's being read
-
over us and then we're going to sing
-
songs that have been written out of
-
those inspired uh word the inspired word
-
of God. So, it's going to be a really
-
really cool morning. Uh we're going to
-
celebrate communion together. We're
-
going to walk through all of that. And
-
uh [music] I want to just kind of tell
-
you this. It's it there's going to be um
-
a lot of time in worship. And I want
-
that to be not something that you're
-
just like, "Oh man, we're standing
-
forever. What is going on?" Like, I
-
don't know. This is what I would love to
-
see. I would love to see freedom in the
-
room. I would love to see a freedom
-
where yes, we're standing and we've got
-
our hands raised, but if you want to
-
sit, [music] if you want to use your
-
chair as an altar, if you want to come
-
down front here and like the altar is
-
going, it's open. It's open. This is our
-
time to [music] sa and sa is like taking
-
that pause, taking that breath to
-
recognize the goodness of God, the
-
faithfulness of God. No matter what you
-
brought in with you this morning,
-
God is good. [music]
-
His plan, even if it may not feel like
-
it in this moment, his plan is better,
-
his purpose is higher. And so, I just
-
want us to have freedom in the room this
-
morning to worship,
-
to bow before the [music] King of Kings,
-
to honor the word, and to honor the
-
finished work of the cross. So, can we
-
do that together this morning, church?
-
Is that a is that an okay thing? [music]
-
And I wanted to kind of share all of
-
that because if you are if this is your
-
very first time here at Key Church,
-
number one, we're glad that you're here.
-
But I also didn't want you to walk in
-
and go, "These guys are weird." Like,
-
"What is going on? We are standing for
-
an [music] entire thing." But um but if
-
you are here for the very first time, I
-
would love to just welcome you. And if
-
you would be so bold, anybody here for
-
the first time, you're willing to just
-
like lift. Hey, we got some first-
-
timers. [music] Yeah, let's give them a
-
hand. So glad that you're here.
-
But that's why I told you ahead of time.
-
So, this is not a normal gathering for
-
us, but we feel like today is going to
-
be powerful. But if this [music] is your
-
very first time, um, we would love the
-
opportunity to connect with you. And the
-
way that we can do that together is if
-
you text [music] the word guest to that
-
number that you see there on the screen,
-
50321.
-
Um, or if there's a seat in front of
-
you, you [music] can tap the back of the
-
seat, the little circle, and that will
-
take you to that online form. It's just
-
so we can have a chance to connect with
-
you. you can ask questions about what it
-
is to be here at key [music] be here at
-
Key Church and just an opportunity for
-
us to serve you better. And so whether
-
you're in the room for the [music] first
-
time or online, we want you to know that
-
we are so so thankful that you have
-
chosen to be here with us uh at KeyCurch
-
[music] this morning. It's going to be
-
an awesome day. And if you've been
-
around for Key Church a little bit and
-
you've kind of wondered what it would
-
look like to maybe go a little deeper
-
into all that God has here, there
-
[music] is something called NextStep
-
Sunday and that's coming up on August
-
the 2nd. You can uh [music] hit that QR
-
code there on the screen or the circle
-
in in the seat back in front of you. The
-
tap feature [music] works for that as
-
well. It's more information about how
-
you can register and get signed up for
-
what is next step Sunday where it's all
-
in. It's where you learn how what it
-
looks like to be all in on what God is
-
doing [music] here and to uh be a part
-
of the story that he is writing here in
-
this place. So, all of that sound good?
-
We good, church? So, as we move forward,
-
[music]
-
as we move forward, like I said, today's
-
going to look a little different, but I
-
want to just [music] we want to pause
-
and and have a moment to just bring
-
together. And uh if if you're not
-
familiar with like our language around
-
that, we say bringing instead of what
-
would maybe traditionally be giving or
-
maybe even tithes and offering. And we
-
believe here at Key Church that
-
bringing, giving, all of the that's a
-
part of our worship. And so it's not a
-
disconnected portion of our life as we
-
follow Jesus. It's a part of how we live
-
out a life of worship. [music] And so I
-
want to read a passage of scripture and
-
then I'll explain even more why we use
-
that word bringing [music] versus what
-
you may traditionally know as giving and
-
tithes and offerings. But I want to read
-
a passage out of Psalm 24 [music]
-
and it's verse one. And it says this.
-
It says the earth and everything in it,
-
the world and its inhabitants, they
-
belong to the Lord.
-
And so [music] re reading that is an is
-
a reminder that everything belongs to
-
him. There is nothing [music] that we
-
have ownership of. There's nothing
-
created that we have ownership [music]
-
of. He owns it all. The word goes on to
-
say that he owns the cattle on a
-
thousand hills. So [music] when we we
-
here at Key Church use the word
-
bringing, we use it because everything
-
belongs to God. And so we say when with
-
our time, [music] with our talent, with
-
our treasures, with our finances, we
-
bring that back to him because he has
-
[music] entrusted it to us. Yes. But out
-
of obedience and out of worship and
-
reverence for who he [music] is, we
-
bring it back to him because it belongs
-
to him anyway. And so what we want to do
-
is just here in these next few moments,
-
the band is just going to groove. And we
-
just want to have a time of reflection
-
[music] on what it looks like to walk in
-
step with Christ as we pursue him, to be
-
more like him day in and day out.
-
[music] And what does it look like for
-
us to to bring to God, to bring an
-
offering of worship and honor him with
-
not just our time and our talent, but
-
our finances and [music] our treasures.
-
And so we're going to take a moment and
-
just do that together. And then we're
-
going to continue in worship. Sound
-
good, [music] church? Whoa. Whoa. One
-
more time. Does that sound good, church?
-
All right. So, let's let's worship
-
through our bringing in just a moment.
-
[music]
-
>> [music]
-
[music]
-
>> Psalm 23. [music]
-
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not
-
want. He makes me lie down in green
-
pastures. [music] He leads me beside
-
still waters. He restores my soul. He
-
leads me in the paths of righteousness
-
for his name's sake. Even though I walk
-
through the valley of the shadow of
-
death, I will fear no evil. For you are
-
with me. Your rod and your staff, they
-
comfort [music] me. You prepare a table
-
before me in the presence of my enemies.
-
You anoint my head with oil. My cup
-
overflows. Surely goodness and mercy
-
shall follow me all the days of my life,
-
and I shall dwell in the house of the
-
Lord forever.
-
Fore!
-
[music]
-
Foreign! Foreign!
-
[music]
-
transport.
-
>> [music]
-
[music]
-
>> comfort.
-
[music]
-
>> [music]
-
[music]
-
>> Das.
-
>> [music]
-
[music]
-
>> The Lord is my shepher. ever.
-
And he is [music and singing] everything
-
I need. I will not worry.
-
I will not fear [music] the enemy. He
-
said that he loves me.
-
He [music] said that he's with me even
-
though I walk through the
-
[music and singing] valley
-
of shadow and death. And still I know he
-
has [music]
-
good. Come on church. He has
-
[music]
-
for me.
-
So I Yeah.
-
[music] He has
-
[music]
-
so good. I know my father. I know
-
[music] my father
-
good plans.
-
He has [music] good plans.
-
Your way is higher.
-
[music]
-
So the Lord,
-
the Lord is my [music] savior.
-
So why should I doubt my major?
-
>> [music]
-
>> Why would I question
-
the rod and the staff that comforts me?
-
He quiets the water. [music]
-
He quiets the storm inside.
-
So what could [music] be better
-
than walking with him when I believe he
-
has good things. [music]
-
He has good things for me. [music]
-
I will take
-
God.
-
He has [music]
-
good things. He has good
-
for me. [music]
-
If I know my father, I know my father.
-
[music]
-
He has good.
-
He has good [music]
-
for me.
-
So I will take
-
[music]
-
He has good
-
He [music] has good things
-
for me.
-
If I know my father, I know my father
-
[music] has good.
-
We trust in you,
-
church. We just reminded [music] of his
-
faithfulness, his goodness,
-
his pursuit of us, his goodness and
-
mercy that follow us all the days of our
-
life. So church, we're encouraged
-
because he's coming for us. So we sing
-
this [music] together in the truth of
-
God's word knowing his goodness and
-
mercy. We sing
-
say surely
-
you [music] could in mercy will follow
-
after
-
me cuz I'll [music] be
-
right
-
[music]
-
cuz I'll [music]
-
In the house of God,
-
your mercy
-
[music]
-
Yeah. Heat.
-
[music]
-
Yeah.
-
[music]
-
Heat.
-
[music]
-
Yeah.
-
Heat. [music]
-
[music]
-
Yeah.
-
[music]
-
Heat.
-
[music]
-
Yeah.
-
[music]
-
Heat.
-
[music]
-
>> [music]
-
>> Come on, we give you praise, church.
-
You're so [music] worthy.
-
Love you, Lord.
-
Oh, your mercy [music] never fails me.
-
All my days I've been held in your hand.
-
[music]
-
From the moment that I wake up till I
-
lay my head. [music and singing]
-
Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God.
-
So church, let's fill this place with
-
praise. All my life. [music]
-
All my life.
-
>> [music]
-
>> With every breath
-
I [music] will sing. I will sing of the
-
goodness
-
of God. Yeah. I love your voice.
-
[music] You have led me through the fire
-
in the darkest night. [music]
-
You were closer like no other.
-
I've known you [music] as a father
-
and I've known you as a friend.
-
Yes, I have [music] been in the goodness
-
of God. All my life.
-
All my life [music and singing] you have
-
been faithful, so faithful, Lord.
-
All [music] my life you have been so so
-
good. [music]
-
With every breath that I [singing] am.
-
Oh, I will [music] sing of the goodness
-
of God.
-
Come on church.
-
Let's place [music] our trust in him.
-
His goodness,
-
his faithfulness. [music]
-
He's holy. He's worthy. We sing your
-
goodness.
-
Your goodness is [music] running after
-
running after me. Your goodness, your
-
goodness
-
is [music] running out
-
in my life.
-
[music] Oh, we give you everything.
-
Your goodness [music] is running after.
-
It's running out. Oh, your goodness.
-
Your goodness [music] is running out.
-
[music]
-
>> [music]
-
>> This is
-
[music]
-
all my life.
-
All my [music] life you have been.
-
Yes, you are.
-
All my life [music] you have been so so
-
good. Heat.
-
Heat.
-
[music]
-
Heat.
-
[music]
-
Heat.
-
[music]
-
Heat. Heat. Heat.
-
[music]
-
See
-
the goodness
-
of God. I will sing. [music] I will sing
-
of the goodness
-
of God.
-
Church, let's sing this chorus one more
-
time. All my life,
-
all my life, [music] you have been
-
faithful. This is all you, church. All
-
my life
-
and all [music] my [singing]
-
>> [music]
-
>> I
-
will sing of the [music] goodness
-
of God.
-
Oh, I will sing [music]
-
of the goodness of God.
-
Oh, I will sing of the goodness [music]
-
of God.
-
Psalm 84. How lovely is your dwelling
-
place, oh Lord of hosts. My soul longs,
-
yes, faints, for the courts of the Lord.
-
My heart and flesh sing for joy to the
-
living God. Even the sparrow finds a
-
home in the swallow a nest for herself
-
where [music] she may lay her young at
-
your altars. Oh Lord of hosts, my king
-
and my God. [music] Blessed are those
-
who dwell in your house, ever singing
-
your praise. Blessed are those whose
-
strength is in you and whose hearts are
-
the highways to Zion. As they go through
-
the valley of [music] Ba, they make it a
-
place of springs. The early rain also
-
covers it with pools. They go from
-
strength to strength. Each one appears
-
before God in Zion. Oh Lord God of
-
hosts, hear my prayer. [music] Give ear,
-
oh God of Jacob. Behold our shield, oh
-
God. Look on the face of your anointed.
-
For a day in your courts is better
-
[music] than a thousand elsewhere. I
-
would rather be a doorkeeper in the
-
house of my God than dwell in the tents
-
of wickedness. For the Lord God is a son
-
and shield. [music] The Lord bestows
-
favor and honor. No good thing does he
-
withhold from those who walk uprightly.
-
Oh Lord of hosts, blessed is the one who
-
[music] trusts in you.
-
[music]
-
Even [music] the spare
-
finds [singing]
-
a home.
-
There is a shelter
-
when there's [music] nowhere to run.
-
There is a covering
-
from the storm.
-
I find my reuge [music]
-
in the house of the Lord.
-
[music]
-
The house of the Lord. Oh church, we
-
sing. Draw me close.
-
Draw me [music] close

Psalm
-
104.
-
Bless the Lord, oh my soul. Oh Lord, my
-
God, you are very great. You are clothed
-
with splendor and majesty, covering
-
yourself with [music] light as with a
-
garment, stretching out the heavens like
-
a tent. He lays the beams of his
-
chambers on [music] the waters. He makes
-
the clouds his chariot. He rides on the
-
wings of the wind. [music] He makes his
-
messengers winds, his ministers a
-
flaming fire. He set the earth on its
-
foundations so that it should never be
-
moved. You covered it with the deep as
-
with a [music] garment. The waters stood
-
above the mountains. At your rebuke they
-
fled. At the sound of your thunder, they
-
took to flight. [music] The mountains
-
rose, the valley sank down to the place
-
that you appointed for them. You set a
-
boundary that they may not pass, so that
-
they might not again cover [music] the
-
earth. You make springs gush forth in
-
the valleys. They flow between the
-
hills. They give drink to every beast
-
[music] of the field. The wild donkeys
-
quench their thirst. Beside them, the
-
birds of the heavens dwell. [music] They
-
sing among the branches. From your lofty
-
abode, you water the mountains. [music]
-
The earth is satisfied with the fruit of
-
your work. You cause the grass to grow
-
for the livestock and plants for man to
-
cultivate [music] that he may bring
-
forth food from the earth and wine to
-
gladden the heart of man. Oil to make
-
his face shine and bread to strengthen
-
man's heart. [music] The trees of the
-
Lord are watered abundantly. The cedars
-
of Lebanon that he planted in them the
-
birds build their nests. The stork has
-
her home in the fur trees. The high
-
mountains are for the wild goats. The
-
rocks [music] are a refuge for the rock
-
badgers. He made the moon to mark the
-
seasons. The sun knows it's time for
-
setting. You make darkness and it is
-
night. When all the beasts of the forest
-
creep about. The young lions roar for
-
their prey, seeking [music] their food
-
from God. When the sun rises, they steal
-
away and lie down in their dens. [music]
-
Man goes out to his work and to his
-
labor until the evening. Oh Lord, how
-
manifold are your works. In wisdom you
-
have made them all. The earth is full of
-
your creatures. [music] Here is the sea,
-
great and wide, which teams with
-
creatures innumerable, living things
-
both small and great. There go the ships
-
and Leviathan, which you formed to play
-
in it. These all look to you [music] to
-
give them their food in due season. When
-
you give it to them, they gather it up.
-
When you open your hand, they are filled
-
with good things. [music] When you hide
-
your face, they are dismayed. When you
-
take away their breath, they die and
-
return to their [music] dust. When you
-
send forth your spirit, they are created
-
and you renew the face of the ground.
-
May the glory of the Lord endure [music]
-
forever. May the Lord rejoice in his
-
works. Who looks on the earth and it
-
trembles. Who touches the mountains and
-
they [music] smoke. I will sing to the
-
Lord as long as I live. I will sing
-
praise to my God while I have being. May
-
my meditation be pleasing to him, for I
-
rejoice in the Lord. [music]
-
Let sinners be consumed from the earth
-
and let the wicked be no more. Bless the
-
Lord, oh my soul. Praise the Lord.

-
You will [music] always be
-
[music]
-

-
[music] You'll always be
-
holy, [music]
-
holy [singing] forever.
-
[music]
-
Yes, Lord.
-
You'll always [singing]
-
be [music]
-
holy,
-
holy.
-
[music]
-
Yeah. Oh, there we go. Hi. We're going
-
to take communion right now. You can go
-
ahead and grab a seat.
-
If you [music] do not have the elements,
-
you can raise your hand and someone
-
would be happy to get that to you.
-
When we take communion together, this
-
really is an opportunity for us to
-
remember three different things. One of
-
those is to remember the past. We
-
remember that Jesus lived and died. We
-
remember the grace. We remember that he
-
happened thousands of years ago. What he
-
was born and that we find grace through
-
his death and resurrection. We remember
-
even right now we think about the
-
present. [music]
-
We think about in a room like this that
-
we are all united as one body of
-
believers. But not only are we united,
-
but that we're united throughout history
-
of believers. thousands of years,
-
billions of believers throughout history
-
that have joined us and do done the same
-
things that we're celebrating now. And
-
we think about the future and the hope
-
that we have that Jesus will return,
-
that one day he will come back, that all
-
things will be made whole and right
-
through his return, that we will be made
-
whole through him. And so I'm going to
-
read from 1 Corinthians 11 and then
-
we'll take communion together. It says
-
in verse 23, "For I received from the
-
Lord what I also delivered to you, that
-
the Lord Jesus on the night when he was
-
betrayed, took bread, and when he had
-
given thanks, he broke it and said,
-
"This is my body which is for you. Do
-
this in remembrance of me." Right now,
-
we're going to take the bread together
-
and pause to remember
-
>> [music]
-
[music]
-
>> Jesus, as we remember,
-
we remember your body. The fact that you
-
uh authored yourself into this story,
-
that you lived amongst us, you showed us
-
what a perfect life could be, that you
-
died for us, that you resurrected for
-
us, that you love us enough to be here.
-
What a joy it is to [music] to read your
-
word and see how you lived amongst all
-
of us.
-
Jesus, we are so grateful and we [music]
-
pray this in your name. Amen.
-
Well, it goes on and says,
-
in the same way, he also took the cup
-
after supper, saying, this cup is the
-
new covenant of my blood. Do this as
-
often as you drink it in remembrance
-
[music]
-
of me.
-
So, why don't we take this cup together
-
and reflect
-
>> [music]
-
[music]
-
>> Jesus, we're reminded that
-
your grace is not cheap,
-
that you shed your blood. You say,
-
[music] "What perfect love is this?"
-
that someone would lay down their life
-
for their friends. You call us friends.
-
[music] You willingly and gladly laid
-
down, were beaten,
-
were crucified,
-
experienced anguish and pain because you
-
loved us that much. You willingly and
-
gladly laid it down for each of us to
-
cover our sins so that we would get an
-
[music] eternity with you in heaven.
-
Jesus, we are so grateful.
-
We are so grateful for who you are, for
-
what you [music] did, what you were
-
willing to endure for each one of us.
-
Thank [music] you. Thank you. Thank you.
-
In your name we pray. Amen. In verse 26,
-
[music] it says, "For as often as you
-
eat this bread and drink this cup, you
-
proclaim the Lord's death until he
-
comes." And right now, we're going to
-
stand together. We're going to proclaim
-
the Lord's death until he comes. We're
-
going to sing these last two songs
-
[music] together and worship and say,
-
"A." And so, I'm going to invite you,
-
why don't you stand with me and stay
-
where you are and worship through these
-
last two songs what God has done and
-
what Jesus has done for us.
-

Nothing but the blood of Jesus. [music]
-
Just let those words [music] just rest

on us, church.

Nothing but the blood.

Nothing else. No [music] other way.

What can wash?
-
What can wash away [singing] my sin? You

say enough?
-
[music]
-
What can make me [music and singing]

Nothing [music] but the blood.

nothing but the blood [music]

of Jesus.
-
Nothing but your blood, Lord.
-
[music] What can wash away?
-
And what can wash away [music] my sin?
-
Nothing but the blood

of Jesus. [music]
-
And what can make me [music] whole

again?
-
Nothing but the blood

precious [singing]

-
[music]

>> [music]

>> But the blood of Jesus.
-
[music]
-
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
-
[music]
-
Nothing but the blood of Jesus. [music]
-
Come on, give him praise, church. Amen.
-
[music]
-
Like I said at the beginning of [music]
-
our time, I know today is different, but
-
I think there's something unique and
-
beautiful when the [music] church comes
-
together and can read truth and then can
-
sing truth and then our hope is that you
-
[music] carry truth with you. So I hope
-
and our prayer has been that today is
-
refreshing and that today [music] you
-
would be challenged in how we live our
-
lives and that we would live out
-
understanding all the things that we've
-
been able to sing, all the things that
-
we've been able to to read [music] in
-
God's faithfulness, the finished work of
-
the cross and all that that does to
-
bring us into [music] life and having
-
relationship with Jesus. And so I I will
-
I do know that like [music] with this
-
amount of people in a room that there's
-
probably someone who has a prayer need
-
or someone just you want to talk to
-
someone. [music] Uh my my encouragement
-
is to not just leave
-
but like make your way down towards
-
[music] the front here and our prayer
-
team and we've got some of our pastors
-
and elders and leaders down here ready
-
[music] to meet with you, ready to pray
-
with you and ready to walk with whatever
-
the Lord is stirring up in you. But our
-
prayer is that this has been amazing.
-
that this has been an awesome time
-
[music] just in the word and in the
-
presence of God. And so be encouraged.
-
Go live scent as the church. We love you
-
guys.
