Pick your bibles up.
-
Y'all been sitting down.
-
Let's stand back up.
-
Get some breath in us.
-
Get ready, let's wake back up.
-
Amen.
-
Wave your bibles around, make Jesus glad, the devil mad.
-
Say this together.
-
Say, heavenly Father, it's resurrection day.
-
I celebrate being risen with Christ.
-
I'm seated together with Him in heavenly places far above.
-
I'm the master over every circumstance.
-
I'm ruling and reigning in my domain.
-
In Jesus' name, amen, praise God.
-
Let's look at Acts, the eighth chapter.
-
Someone said they wrote the book of Acts because they acted.
-
I'm glad they acted.
-
I'm glad they didn't just hold it, turn into a Bible school.
-
They actually got out there and did it.
-
Acts, chapter eight, starting with verse one, and Saul, who later became Paul Saul of Tarsus, was consenting unto his death.
-
I talked about the death of Stephen, who was stoned.
-
He held their clothes that stoned him, consenting unto his death.
-
And at that time there was great persecution against the church in Jerusalem and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria, except the apostles, and devout men carried Stephen to his burial and made great lamentation over him.
-
And as for Saul, he made havoc of the church, entering into every house and hailing men and women, committed them to prison.
-
Therefore, they that were scattered abroad went everywhere preaching the word.
-
Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria and preached Christ unto them and the people, with one accord, gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did, for unclean spirits crying with loud voice came out of many that were possessed with them, and many taken with palsies and that were lame, were healed, and there was great joy in that city.
-
And so tonight I just wanted to share a message the importance of signs and wonders.
-
The importance of signs and wonders.
-
The early church, the gospel began to be spread, but they got hung up in Jerusalem.
-
I mean, they had a big church there and remember they're all Jewish, jewish background.
-
They had a burden for the Jews and they got fixated on the Jews and Jesus.
-
Jesus didn't say just going into the Jewish world, he said going to all the world.
-
And so, in fact, one aid you shall be witnesses unto me, both in Jerusalem and in Judea, samaria and the other most parts.
-
He didn't say first and then he didn't the concept of concentric circles.
-
I've even heard preachers say that and preach that.
-
Well, that's not scriptural.
-
It wasn't concentric circles, it wasn't progressive.
-
It was everything, everywhere, go everywhere.
-
And so the apostles stayed in Jerusalem.
-
They did not leave.
-
They stayed where the persecution was the hottest.
-
But the rest of them, the believers, were scattered, or brought in other words, diaspora, which means they were sown like a seed.
-
They were sown like, they were broadcast like seed.
-
And of course, what do you do with seed?
-
You want the seed to sprout, you want the seed to grow, you want the seed to bring forth, don't you?
-
And so that was the purpose of these believers.
-
And, of course, what was Philip?
-
Well, philip was in the ministry of helps.
-
He was what you would call an usher.
-
He's not known as a preacher or a teacher, but you know, holy Ghost, people can do a lot of things without the title.
-
You don't need a title.
-
To do the things that preachers do, you don't need a title to lay hands on the sick, you don't need a title to cast out demons, you don't need a title.
-
He didn't have a title, he just had a mission and he went down to Samaria or Sikar.
-
That's why C-H-A-R.
-
That's the same city where the woman at the well was.
-
Jesus was there.
-
He didn't have any miracles there.
-
And here you got an usher ghost and has a big old crusade and the whole place, the whole city, was lit on fire.
-
They were all filled with joy seeing the signs and the wonders and the miracles that happened From a regular belief.
-
When I say a regular believer, there aren't any regular believers, we're all sparkling with a supernatural, or should be.
-
You ask me, that's what's missing in the church and has been for too long.
-
And so, which is one reason why I preach this, even though I know I'm preaching to the choir I'm preaching it because I wanna see it more and more.
-
I wanna see the gifts of the spirit manifest in our midst.
-
I want to see miracles and signs and wonders, but I don't wanna just see them in here, I wanna see them out there, I wanna see them everywhere we go.
-
We ought to be moving.
-
People need miracles like never before.
-
And so here we have believers preaching the word and we have Philip, one of the seven deacons, ministry of Helps.
-
No miracles under Jesus.
-
And yet here was Philip and he preached Christ, the anointed one, and all of his anointing.
-
What do you suppose he preached?
-
You know, I imagine he preached exactly what Jesus preached.
-
He said you know, jesus stood up.
-
Luke 4, 18,.
-
The Spirit of the Lord is upon him because he's anointed.
-
He preached the gospel to five kinds of people the poor, amen, the broke I like to put it this way the broke, the brokenhearted, the blind, the bound, the bruised.
-
The five B's groups of people.
-
I think he kept it simple.
-
He just started with healing.
-
He started preaching on healing.
-
He started preaching on how Jesus wants to heal you, how Jesus wants to deliver you.
-
And what happened?
-
People got delivered, people got healed.
-
They didn't get healed of every single thing.
-
He seemed to have a kind of a, just a limited.
-
He had a palsy that's pretty big palsy and lame, that's a pretty big deal.
-
I mean, that's pretty major miracle.
-
I'd say that most preachers, if they were really been like full-time preachers, if they had a meeting where people with the palsy and people were lame were healed, they would call that a success.
-
Nevermind the deaf people that didn't get healed or whatever, you had some pretty major miracles.
-
In that crowd you had, I mean, demons screaming coming out of people.
-
People got delivered.
-
I'm reminded of Brother TL Osborne talking about he was in one of his crusades and I forgot what country in Africa, but they had a cage, where men were locked in this cage like animals, and they were acting like animals.
-
They were growling, they were screaming, they were on all fours, demon possessed, and nobody ministered to him.
-
He just preached the gospel and every one of them stood upright and was completely delivered.
-
They had the letter out of the cage oh my, come on, lift your heads right now.
-
I mean, god wants to do that kind of thing right now.
-
We'd be thrown in jail.
-
If we've caged people up, we can't even get people put in jail that want to be like mad dogs out here killing people.
-
But you know what they get delivered.
-
We preach the gospel, amen, amen.
-
So why was he so well received?
-
Why did they give heed to his words, say he?
-
Because of the signs and wonders and miracles that he did.
-
He didn't argue with them oh, and that's not me doing it.
-
That's not me doing it.
-
No, I mean, he's the vessel we get all hung up.
-
Everybody knows that you can heal a fleas knee, but you know it's not you by yourself.
-
It's always God working with you, confirming the word with signs.
-
Following All this false humility, let's just get busy and let the miracles happen.
-
They heard the cry of the demons being cast out.
-
They saw the paralyzed and lame walk.
-
Oh, it's so important to have signs and wonders.
-
It was important in the beginning of the church.
-
It's absolutely imperative toward the end of the church age.
-
See, that's where we're at.
-
We're at the end of an age Romans talks about the door of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
-
There's coming a day when the last Gentile is going to call upon the name of the Lord.
-
All you gotta do is call upon the name of the Lord.
-
He shall be saved.
-
It's so easy to get saved All you've gotta do is call on Him.
-
And there's coming a day when the last Gentile on earth is gonna be saved that way and the church age is going to come to a close.
-
And once that door is closed, god is gonna turn His attention on Israel and everybody else is gonna be out to lunch as far as being able to get saved by calling on the name of the Lord.
-
There's gonna be millions of people saved during the tribulation period, but they're not gonna be saved like you and I are.
-
They're not ever gonna be members of the body of Christ.
-
They're not gonna be one with Christ.
-
They're not gonna be in Christ.
-
I know that comes as a shock, but I like to remind people how important it is of what we have.
-
What we have is eternal.
-
What we have will never be taken from us and it can't be duplicated later.
-
Are they saved?
-
Well, only in the sense that they're not going to hell are they saved, but they'll never be new creatures, they'll never be like us.
-
Oh, my goodness, what a privilege, and that should spur us on to manifest these signs and wonders right now.
-
This is when we need them.
-
We can populate heaven with new creatures and give God even more glory than ever before.
-
We need as many people in the body of Christ so that Christ can rule and reign all over the universe.
-
I don't even I mean you know to think about the universe.
-
I mean you know we just talk about the earth.
-
Well, you know what he created a whole lot more.
-
You look up there, man.
-
There's a lot of places to be besides earth.
-
People talk about aliens and people talk about all these, all of that stuff, say I don't.
-
I don't give it any credence at all.
-
I believe.
-
I believe earth was the crown jewel of God's creation.
-
That doesn't mean that we shouldn't possess other worlds.
-
Who's going to possess it.
-
I don't know.
-
I'll take Uranus it's really cold there to pack heavy overcoat, I guess.
-
All right.
-
So we need signs and wonders, and the Lord, through the Holy Ghost, worked with an in Philip confirming the word or legitimizing See.
-
Why did they?
-
Why did they give heed?
-
Well, because he gained their confidence by the signs and wonders that were worked.
-
That's I mean, not only do they need them, but it means that you have credibility.
-
What is a witness without evidence?
-
You know you're on the witness stand at the courthouse.
-
You can only testify to what you have seen and heard.
-
You can't testify to someone else's telling you something.
-
That's hearsay evidence.
-
A witness without evidence is not any more witness than are they.
-
But when you testify and you've got signs and wonders that say, yeah, what he says is true, look right here Now, then you've got instant credibility.
-
People are going to listen to you, people are going to give heed to what you say.
-
Are you with me now?
-
Come on, let's lift our heads.
-
Thank God for signs and wonders.
-
And I mean, you know, include yourself.
-
I mean that's what I value so much about the men and women I grew up listening to.
-
They didn't just say I'm the only one.
-
No, they wanted believers to do these things.
-
I got that in my heart early.
-
Early on.
-
Brother Osteen told me I could go lay hands on the sick and they would recover.
-
I started immediately.
-
I started in my world.
-
I mean, I was broadcast out there in my world and, buddy, I started bearing fruit.
-
Well, yeah, but pastor, that's because you're a pastor.
-
No, I wasn't a pastor then.
-
I didn't have the anointing pastor, I didn't have all these gifts.
-
I was a believer and God started backing me up.
-
He started legitimizing what I had to say.
-
Much later, after we started the church, you know, I started traveling doing what I saw Brother Osteen do, and that is whole pastors conferences.
-
I had a heart to go and wash the feet of leaders and ministers and pastors.
-
I didn't go to set them straight or anything.
-
I went to add value to them.
-
They listen.
-
I learned from Brother Osteen and people like TL Osborne and others that every nation has its own apostles and prophets, pastors, evangelists, teachers.
-
They have the five fold ministry but they don't know what we know and so when you can go and wash their feet and give them something of value, it increases.
-
You know, he used to say it this way.
-
He said, one message can change a man or a woman, and one man or woman can change a nation.
-
And so that's why we would spend $150,000 to go to the Philippines each trip.
-
At least the budget was at least that much, and it took a lot of energy.
-
Because I mean, I'm going, I'm full time preaching and doing everything here, and then I take a trip around the world and come flying back home and I get right back in the saddle.
-
It's not a vacation, I mean, it's an expenditure of not only money but energy and attention.
-
And why would I do such a thing?
-
Well, I want to help people.
-
I want to help the church in the Philippines, I want to help the church in India.
-
I want to give them what I've got.
-
They don't have what we've got, I don't know.
-
I was in a place called Davao, which is one of the.
-
How many islands are there?
-
8,000 or 6,000, get confused, huh?
-
Anyway, a bunch of thousands of islands.
-
That's the Philippines.
-
It's one island to the next island, the next island, and if you go anywhere in the Philippines, you got to do one or two things.
-
You got to fly, and most of those people can't afford to fly, so they ride a boat and take a bus.
-
So you got to ride a boat from one island to the next and take a bus to the next place and I mean it takes them three or four days to get across there to get to one of our meetings.
-
So they got to believe God to get to our meeting and then we would pay their way home.
-
If they had enough faith to get to our meeting, glorious way church would give them cash money to go home.
-
I mean we're not about to send them money to come to the meeting.
-
They might just go on a vacation, never show up.
-
We're not there to finance their vacation.
-
We're there to help them receive a revelation and an impartation that they can take back to their city or their town, their province.
-
So I was in Davao and Davao's Muslim, primarily Muslim In fact.
-
Davao is the place where Brother Lonnie Rex talks about going up that river.
-
It was a steep and of course, with polio I mean for him to be able to climb a mountain and get to that tribe up at the top of that mountain and he was shooting a Jesus film for Brother TL and the only way to get up that mountain was going that river bottom.
-
He had to walk up this river bottom with all these rocks and water flowing down and everything.
-
Got about halfway up there and he just completely give out.
-
He couldn't go another.
-
He had guys behind him pushing him, helping him get up there and finally he collapsed.
-
He just completely spent.
-
He said God, I just don't know why in the world you picked me to come up to the top of this mountain.
-
Couldn't you pick somebody else?
-
He said you worked my first choice.
-
Nobody would obey me, boy, when God told him that, he got back up and he got fired up and he got to the top of that mountain.
-
Well, that mountain was right out there by the venue where I was preaching to about 700 ministers and I'd, you know, I'd preach in the morning to them two services, about four hours, and then we turned it over to some other folks in the afternoon and then at night I would do a healing crusade for the lost and show them how they could have a meeting where people could get saved and how they could, you know, believe God to do signs and wonders.
-
I mean, I don't consider myself an evangelist, but I did the work of an evangelist for the benefit of the gospel.
-
You know, my attitude was that Philip can do it, I can do it, and I did it.
-
God showed up Anyway.
-
So it's hot, man, it's open air meeting, we have a roof over our head, but it's so hot there and under that open air you know, open sides, it's probably 100 degrees in there I mean I'm sweating, like you know, I'm perspiring, anyway.
-
So I had a word of knowledge about, and it was a specific word of knowledge.
-
There is a woman here who's deaf in her left ear.
-
I mean, you know, I was, I was, I wasn't just saying everybody that's deaf come down here.
-
No, I had a specific, a woman deaf in her left ear, and nobody answered that altar call.
-
And man, that was kind of hard and I waited and I waited and I said, well, I know there's somebody here, but those people are, so, you know, filipinos, they're so, you know, shy, and they just didn't know, you know, they just didn't know.
-
So the next morning I said, well, nobody answered an altar call.
-
I sure would, I sure would you know, wish you'd obey God.
-
I know that was from God.
-
You need to, you know, swallow your fear and get on up here and let God heal you and nobody answered by that.
-
The next morning somebody had gone up on that mountain where the Lonnie had gone to, and there was a group of Indian or native I guess I should say a tribe and the chief of that tribe was in my meeting sitting in the back, about as far from here as the lobby doors.
-
I'm up here, they're way back there and there's about 30 of them.
-
And so nobody answered that.
-
Altar call.
-
God said throw the water and release the anointing over for healing Everybody in here that needs healing.
-
Just lift your hand, I'm gonna throw this water.
-
It's not important for the water to touch you, I'm just releasing the anointing and the atmosphere.
-
Healing is gonna fall right.
-
This morning.
-
So I did what you've seen me do.
-
I had a bottle of water in my hand, I flung it like that and it just went out into the crowd about as far as about the third row and there were people up here that were coming up for healing.
-
A lot of respiratory troubles there.
-
Pollution is, you think, polluted America.
-
You go to the Philippines, go to Manila.
-
The pollution is liquid in the air.
-
I mean you've got to wear a wet t-shirt over your face to filter it.
-
Those guys that drive the jeepneys.
-
They've got wet t-shirts over their head and they got the little holes cut out for their eyes.
-
That's what they've got to have a filter for the air so thick, anyway.
-
So the third morning, finally, this little young woman I mean she didn't even look like she's 20.
-
I mean, you know, she's so young, looking little old, and she had left home.
-
She's deaf in her left ear.
-
She had to keep it from her parents.
-
She's been deaf in that ear for a year or more and she was hiding it from her parents because she knew that if she let them know that she couldn't hear out of one side, that they wouldn't let her go.
-
So she's a minister, she lives at home I'm scratching my head on that one and so but she was instantly healed.
-
It took three days for her to come back around, for her to finally get enough courage to come up and hear the answer, answer the altar call.
-
She was instantly healed, even though it was a delay.
-
God had mercy on her and the entire group of that was back in the back.
-
The morning before, when I threw the water, they started looking outside.
-
They thought it was raining.
-
They felt water drip down on top of their heads.
-
There's no way the water got back there.
-
God rained on that section.
-
God rained water on top of their heads and they looked out and they realized that God was ran and the chief of the tribe got saved.
-
And I never had an altar call, I didn't, you know, but they all got saved back there.
-
All those Indian signs and wonders, just obeying the Holy Ghost, just obeying the Holy Ghost.
-
And then all those people, up to about 80 people, came up front.
-
All of them full-time ministers.
-
All of them had to take their money to get there, ride buses, take boats to get to Davao, which is a dangerous place because Abu Saif, which is an offshoot of Al Qaeda, is right there.
-
The last meeting that we that was had, last Christian meeting, had been busted up because they invaded the meeting with their Uzzies and all of that and threatened everybody and they all scattered like quail and left town.
-
Well, I already had my guys with Uzzies already outside.
-
I had my own security and they were standing around.
-
You know being real, you know non-descript it's kind of odd though.
-
You know it's a hundred degrees and they're wearing jackets.
-
They got these little Uzzies and little pistols underneath their jacket.
-
You know just.
-
All they got to do is go like that and Abu Saif is going to go somewhere else.
-
We never had any problem.
-
For four days we were there letting the Holy Ghost touch and revolutionize ministries, are y'all with me?
-
The importance of signs and wonders, oh, we've got to have more of them.
-
Well, yeah, but you're a pre, I know.
-
But you've got the goods, you're baptized in the Holy Ghost and you have the ability to be broadcast into your world and make a difference.
-
Hallelujah, all right, just about done here.
-
Let's keep reading verse nine.
-
But it was.
-
It boy was good up to the but the but.
-
Is there verse nine?
-
But there was a certain man called Simon which before time in the same city, used sorcery.
-
He, you know the word sorcery.
-
There is dark arts, it's magic, black magic, probably voodoo or some kin to it.
-
He's a lot of voodoo in Africa.
-
There's other names for it in Asia.
-
But places where spirits you know, in America we have the spirits that are here, the demons that are here in America, flunked demons in Africa and Asia.
-
They're the losers.
-
We don't even see any kind of demons like they have in those countries.
-
I know a guy that he's an evangelist used to go to Africa.
-
He'd go to the bush.
-
He'd fly in and had a plane and he would fly in and had his own lighting and his own sound system.
-
It was assessed to 206.
-
And I know about those planes.
-
My partner used to have one.
-
They'll just land.
-
I mean it doesn't take any kind of distance to land in the bush and take right back off.
-
But they held a heavy load and he had all of his equipment, you know.
-
And he landed out there in the bush and I forget where it was and Zaire or where I don't remember where it was.
-
But he got out there and he starts.
-
He has helped building a platform and they have lights up, they have the sound equipment, boy, and he's got a crusade going.
-
He got a crusade going and I mean people are getting healed, people are getting saved in the bush.
-
I mean far from any kind of civilization.
-
That's what he loved to do.
-
He loved to get out there where nobody else went.
-
I mean you couldn't get there by Jeep, it'd take you forever.
-
He would fly and land right there and have a crusade and the second day of the crusade he was telling me the story.
-
One day he said that's huge snake.
-
It was about eight inches in diameter and it comes slithering through the crowd and people screamed and they were running because this snake was massive.
-
I mean it was like 20 foot long, black, and I forgot what kind of snake.
-
But I mean, buddy, those people were more, they were running for the hills, they did not man, you know he.
-
And he knew it was not, he knew it was a demon power by the Holy Ghost.
-
He knew it was a demon power and he just pointed to that snake and he said in the name of Jesus, I rebuke you.
-
And that thing vanished.
-
I mean it just went, disappeared.
-
And you talk about the meeting.
-
You talk about the meeting getting high gear.
-
I mean when those, when those Africans saw that thing disappeared, I mean they run to the front to get saved.
-
Glory to God.
-
Well, I've got more stories than you've got time Testimonies, not stories.
-
But this Simon the sorcerer, he'd be witch, the people of somewhere.
-
The word be witch means made them lose their minds.
-
That's what's happening in America right now.
-
People are losing their minds and they are being bewitched.
-
Are you with me now?
-
That's what Dr Avery, dr Avery Jackson, was here several weeks ago.
-
That's exactly what he was saying, not in those words, but it's a spiritual bewitching.
-
It's bewitching, it is a spirit, it's demonic powers People are falling under.
-
This is what's going to happen in the end days.
-
This is what's going to happen after the church is gone.
-
Can you imagine, with the church on the earth now, can you imagine what it's going to look like when we're gone?
-
Listen, this should impel us, this should compel us.
-
This should, this should push us out the door and so that we can be broadcast into our world and bring forth through, like they did in the book of Acts.
-
They didn't wait on the apostles to do it, they didn't wait on the evangelists to do it, they did it.
-
The ushers did it, the minister of helps did it.
-
Are you with me now?
-
And so he bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one like Obama, same spirit, the great one.
-
He was there in the White House recently.
-
Everybody ignored Joe Biden.
-
They acted like he wasn't there.
-
They couldn't wait to to get in Obama's presence.
-
Obama made a mistake and called him the vice president.
-
I mean, you know, these people are just overrated.
-
I'll put it that way, I'll be nice and I'll just say it that way, all right To whom they all gave heed, from the least of the greatest saying this man is the great power of God yeah, masquerading is some godly man and to him they had great regard because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries.
-
It made them crazy with black magic.
-
This is why there's no excuse for the church being silent.
-
There's absolutely no excuse for the church to allow this kind of stuff to go on in America.
-
Let them defile our children.
-
Hisd had an LGBTQ plus plus day where everybody could get together and be encouraged.
-
How many trends have they got in HISD too?
-
I mean, this is all a lie.
-
This is being fueled by social media.
-
It's a stylish now.
-
It has nothing to do.
-
It has nothing to do with anything except kids just trying to be somehow fit in and they're being turned into this.
-
The only difference is that some of the chemicals they're taking are irreversible.
-
They do damage.
-
I'm not even talking about surgery.
-
I'm just talking about some of the Prescriptions and some of the hormones they're taking.
-
They're permanently damaging these children.
-
They'll never be the same.
-
Let's have a millstone ministry.
-
Y'all start making some millstones hang around the necks of these people.
-
But when they believe Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.
-
And then Simon himself believed also and, when he was baptized, continued with Philip and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which he did.
-
He might have fooled Philip, but I'm telling you Peter wasn't fooled.
-
Peter showed up, he rebuked him.
-
They started trying to buy the gifts of the Spirit.
-
He said hey, how much money do you want?
-
Sell me that gift, I want that gift.
-
See, he quote unquote God say, you know, that's the way these people are.
-
They want this power, they want this, they're addicted to the supernatural, but on the wrong side.
-
And you know he didn't really get saved.
-
Peter said to him straight he says you know, your money perish with you, I proceed, that you're in the gall of bitterness, and so forth, and so on.
-
He said oh, pray, that none of the things that you've said will come to pass over me.
-
Oh, whoa, he got a little bit afraid when Peter got on the scene.
-
He got afraid of what Peter had to say about it.
-
We need to have more of the real quick.
-
Let's turn over Acts 13.
-
I've been believing some of this to happen right now.
-
This is Paul and Barnabas, verse five.
-
They were solemnists, they preached the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews.
-
They also had John Mark to their minister, and they'd gone through the Isle of Pathless.
-
They found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bar-Jesus or Elimus the sorcerer, which was with the deputy of the country, surges Paul.
-
See, he's like a governor.
-
That's where you find these people.
-
They attached themselves to political leadership, a prudent man who called for Barnabas's assault and the desire to hear the word of God.
-
But Elimus the sorcerer for so is his name by interpretation withstood them, seeking to turn away the tempity from the faith.
-
Then Saul, who is also called Paul, filled with a holy ghost, set his eyes on him and said oh, full of all subtlety and mischief, you, child of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?
-
And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon you and you shall be blind, not seeing the sun for a season.
-
And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.
-
And when the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord.
-
That's the kind of church we need right now.
-
We need the kind of church that can stand up in the face of these enemies of righteousness, these children of the devil, and execute instant judgment on them not permanent.
-
You're not gonna see the sun for a season.
-
You know what.
-
You're gonna be relegated to a wheelchair.
-
You're not gonna be able to walk for a year.
-
You are gonna have to be in a straight jacket for eight months.
-
Come, let's get the straight jacket out and let's wrap them up, throw them in the padded cell.
-
Folks, you're looking at me crazy, but you know what it's in the Bible.
-
Look at Daniel, chapter four.
-
There was a king who just absolutely refused to do what he was supposed to do and God turned him over and made him eat cows food, left him outside for seven years until his fingernails got longer than claws.
-
Are you with me?
-
Hair grew out, finally after seven.
-
It said seven seasons.
-
I don't know if that's seven years, seven months, I don't know.
-
It was a long time.
-
He acted like an animal and then he came to himself and you know what?
-
He started spouting the praises of God.
-
He became a.
-
I mean, he got his mind right.
-
Are y'all with me now?
-
Some of these people need for the church to confront it doesn't have to be an apostle.
-
Praise God, the importance of signs and wonders.
-
Y'all get anything out of this tonight.
-
Come on, lift your hands and receive.
-
The bottom line is there's hope for America.
-
It's not over.
-
I said it's not over.
-
It looks like it's over, but it ain't over, I said it ain't over.
-
The church is still here to make a difference.
-
Let's hear what the prophetic word we got tonight.
-
Gwen's got something, hallelujah.
-
Gwen's been with me over there.
-
She's watched the morning, do I not?
-
set up one and put down another.
-
Has my church to relate, remain idle?
-
No, there's an ability coming upon my church, a new one, a new one.
-
There's an ability coming upon my church, a new anointing, a new gifting that has never existed in man.
-
In this day and this hour, for the purpose of me, says God, to show them who I am, to show them who God is, I will work through my church.
-
I tell you right now there is a river, there is a river running into my church.
-
There's a river sparkling with the supernatural.
-
Speak when I tell you to speak, and I will see that the wonders follow.
-
I will see that they follow.
-
Saith God, because my church is the resistance I shall rule and reign.
-
Saith God through my church.
-
Saith the Lord.
-
Hallelujah, amen.
-
Let's lift our hands and receive tonight.
-
Praise God, thank you, lord.
-
God, you're so good.
-
You're good all the time.
-
Hallelujah, hallelujah.
-
Some people just need to have that pronounced over them so they'll know that there is a God in heaven.
-
Jesus died for their sin.
-
Really, I mean, when we pronounce judgment over these people that we see like that it's really God's mercy.
-
In sort of disguise, it gives them a chance.
-
You know that king repented.
-
That king, after he went through that, you'll be in a king Boy, you're at the top of the top.
-
I mean everything you say is done.
-
I mean you know people are rushing to her.
-
You don't ask for anything.
-
You make decrees and they're running to give you what you're asking, what you're demanding.
-
There's no asking, they demand.
-
And he had to get out there and realize that God is bigger than that and he did.
-
I don't know how Elimus the sorcerer turned out.
-
Doesn't say he had a chance While he's blind.
-
You know, paul was struck blind and he got right.
-
He was kind of wild.
-
He was hailing Christians off to jail.
-
So I just believe that we don't have to be mad at people.
-
I just believe that we can speak the truth in such a way that stops them cold and people will get saved, and then they can get saved.
-
Amen.
-
Did you get anything out of this tonight?
-
Are you glad you came back on Easter Sunday?
