  1. You can just lift your Bibles up and wave them around.

  2. Let's get into the word together and I believe it'll be something that'll do you good, it'll help you.

  3. Let's say this together say Heavenly Father, thank you so much for the Holy Ghost.

  4. The Lamb was slain to make me worthy to walk with God.

  5. By the Holy Ghost, everywhere I go I can follow Him and he will lead me from victory to victory, from strength to strength, in Jesus' name.

  6. Let's look at Romans, chapter eight, please, and also first John, chapter five, romans, the eighth chapter, in verse 14, for as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

  7. How many of you believe that's true?

  8. So if that is true and I believe it is true then the converse is true as many as are the sons of God, they are led by the Spirit of God.

  9. It doesn't say they might be led or could be led.

  10. It says they are led.

  11. Every son is led, every son of God is led by the Spirit.

  12. Isn't that what it says?

  13. How many of you believe that to be true?

  14. For you have not received the Spirit of bondage again to fear, but you've received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry Abba, father, papa, daddy, the Spirit itself or himself bears witness, with our Spirit, that we are the children of God.

  15. He bears witness with our Spirit.

  16. The Spirit of God bears witness with our Spirit, all right.

  17. And then in 1 John, chapter five, verse 10, he that believeth on the son of God hath the witness in himself.

  18. So believers have what the witness.

  19. And so I wanted to give you a second message tonight.

  20. I preached this Wednesday night, this past Wednesday night, and most you know we preached it on live streams, so some of you heard it and some of you didn't.

  21. But this message just follows along with what I said Wednesday night.

  22. Following the Holy Ghost, following the Holy Ghost, it's just a huge need.

  23. It can't be overemphasized how important it is for believers to follow the Holy Ghost, because we know already from the Bible that he does lead us.

  24. So the question is not whether he will lead us or he has leading us or he is leading us.

  25. The question is, are we following his lead?

  26. That's the question.

  27. And you know when you follow his lead, he will lead you.

  28. If you'll follow, he's leading.

  29. Whether you follow or not, he's leading, amen.

  30. That's one of the major reasons he lives inside.

  31. It's one of the major reasons he lives inside, it's the lead he's in charge.

  32. If Jesus is the head of the church, then the Holy Ghost is his agent on earth to make sure his bidding is done.

  33. There should be no lack of communication between the head and the body when the Holy Ghost is yielded to.

  34. How many of you can agree with those statements?

  35. Amen, so.

  36. So one of his primary duties is to lead us, and our responsibility then is to follow, and we have to follow him, as I mentioned Wednesday night, in the realm of the Spirit, because he is a spirit.

  37. He's not gonna lead us in our flesh.

  38. Emotions are the voice of the flesh.

  39. A lot of people, most I didn't even say it hazard to say that most Christians are led by their emotions Much more than they are by the Holy Ghost.

  40. It's just kind of how we go, we, when we're happy, we're, you know, and when we're sad, and we just do the thing that our emotions tell us of.

  41. Emotions are the voice of your flesh.

  42. God is not flesh, he's spirit.

  43. The Holy Spirit is, is a spirit, and so he's gonna lead you in your spirit, spirit to spirit, and and, and, of course, then you've got the mind.

  44. You know, the Reason is the voice of the mind.

  45. A lot of people, especially men, try to reason with God, try to follow their reason.

  46. Well, it's just logical.

  47. It's just logical to make this decision.

  48. I'm gonna make this decision.

  49. It's logical.

  50. I've done that, went broke, doing it twice, no fun.

  51. Still fun getting off into the realm of the mental when we have the Holy Ghost leading and guiding us.

  52. If we would just listen to the witness Of the spirit, because the witness of the Spirit is his main way that he leads us.

  53. He doesn't lead us that much with visions and dreams and Prophecy and all of that kind of thing.

  54. That's rare.

  55. One of you know one, of a kind I call it spectacular guidance.

  56. I I've received spectacular guidance before.

  57. I've had dreams.

  58. I've had visions, transits, visitations.

  59. I mean I can sit here and I could, I do talk about those, but they're rare and in my experience and experience of Other men of God that I've listened to whenever that occurs, it's as the Spirit wills, it's not as you will, doesn't do you one bit.

  60. In fact, it's really lazy and it's really kind of disrespectful to ask God to give you that type of leadership because the devil could oblige you and Lead you down the wrong path.

  61. Are you with me now?

  62. But in my case, whenever he has given me spectacular guidance in the form of these kinds of Dreams and visions and Visitations, it means that I'm.

  63. I needed that For some rough sledding that I'm about to go into.

  64. I mean, it's usually Difficult ahead of time.

  65. Ahead of you, and he's gonna give you something that's that you can lean on, that you can have confidence that you are walking with him.

  66. So you know you, you can follow your, your own spirit.

  67. And the Holy Spirit has the witness.

  68. We had the Bible says first John says we have the witness.

  69. Romans 8 says that we understand that we're saved by the witness of the Spirit.

  70. We didn't see Jesus.

  71. He didn't appear to us most cases, you know.

  72. He didn't just give us a dream.

  73. No, we knew when we heard the gospel and we said yes to Jesus.

  74. We just knew in our hearts, by the witness, that we were accepted, that that we could call God, our father, even our daddy.

  75. It's how tender he is toward his loved ones.

  76. And it's the witness of the spirit by say the witness.

  77. So we talked about the witness Wednesday night.

  78. What is the witness?

  79. Well, it's the, it's the knowing.

  80. It's the perception, it's the intuitions, even close to witness.

  81. It's peace and ease, or else it's a Lack of peace or a disturbance.

  82. You know that's the witness to, that's the witness telling you don't do it, don't do it, not this direction, no, no, no, I've run right through the stop sign.

  83. What happens when you run through a stop sign?

  84. You ever see the YouTube videos of Rex y'all.

  85. You know you don't watch that kind of trivial trivia, but I mean they have these YouTube videos of Rex.

  86. You know the dash cam video of people in traffic, you know.

  87. And they just run right through the red light, big old collision in the intersection and Some people don't survive it.

  88. We might survive it and wish we hadn't, but anyway Run through a stoplight.

  89. So don't stumble over the supernatural looking for the spectacular we have.

  90. I mean, the witness of the Spirit is every bit of supernatural as a vision or a dream or a prophetic word or a word of Knowledge or whatever.

  91. It is just a supernatural.

  92. So we talked about how to increase our ability, you know, to walk this way, this supernatural way of Following the Holy Ghost, and that is number one feed continually on the word and To pray much in other tongues it's.

  93. I sound almost like a broken record.

  94. That seems to be the the way I'm always talking about.

  95. But that's the way we, that's the way we're wired, that's the way we're built.

  96. When we leave that off, we leave ourselves open.

  97. This is basically living a natural life, a life bound up with with our Natural world.

  98. That's not.

  99. That's not the way we're supposed to live.

  100. We're supposed to live a supernatural life in the spirit.

  101. So let's look at John chapter 14.

    John 14 chapter mention

  102. Tonight I want to add on to this message and you can always go back and listen to the message part one.

  103. This is part two.

  104. There are some other things that I've want to add to it tonight and John chapter 14, and this is Jesus speaking to his disciples the night before he's crucified, and he starts talking to them a little bit about the Holy Ghost, which they didn't know much about.

    John 14 chapter mention

  105. I Mean you know they didn't.

  106. They didn't know much about the Holy Ghost.

  107. So he says to them I will pray the father and he will give you another comforter, the identical comforter to me.

  108. I'm leaving, but you're gonna have another comforter, paraclete that he may abide with you forever, even the spirit of truth, Whom the world cannot receive Because it's seeeth him not, neither knoweth him, but you know him, for he dwelleth with you and he shall be in you.

  109. See, they weren't saved yet, so the Holy Ghost didn't live inside.

  110. But what does, he said, mean?

  111. That he dwelt with them?

  112. Well, and in the person of Jesus.

  113. The Holy Ghost was in Jesus and, of course, the fact that they had been anointed, he'd sent them out To preach the gospel by two and two, remember that.

  114. So they had the Holy Ghost upon them.

  115. You know as as priests, essentially so I Will not.

  116. Verse 18.

  117. I will not leave you Comfortless.

  118. I will not leave you orphans.

  119. My margin says orphans.

  120. I will not leave you orphans.

  121. I Will come to you.

  122. What does that mean?

  123. I will come to you in the purse of the Holy Spirit.

  124. See, they're identical.

  125. Jesus is obviously not coming to them.

  126. Where's he going?

  127. He's gonna sit on the right hand of the father.

  128. He's gonna be up there.

  129. He's.

  130. He's visited earth and he does appear on earth from time to time, but that's not his normal way.

  131. His normal way is for the Holy Ghost to live inside of us, individually and corporately.

  132. Another comfort, identical comforter to Jesus.

  133. And so you're not orphans, all right.

  134. Chapter 16, he keeps on teaching them here the very last before he goes to the cross.

  135. They had to recall some of this.

  136. They didn't understand it that night.

  137. John 16, 13,.

  138. How bit.

  139. When he, the spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all the truth, or he shall not speak of himself, but whatsoever, he shall hear, that shall he speak and he will show you things to come.

  140. I was thinking about the fact we're not orphans.

  141. I was thinking about that orphanage there in Malawi, those orphans that we help, support.

  142. We send them meals.

  143. They aren't able to draw all of their own food.

  144. They grow about, I don't know, 80% of it in, about right 80%.

  145. And so, thank God, this church got in there and we started helping them and we started helping them.

  146. Their lives improved, they started doing better on all their tests.

  147. They're able to score the top schools in Malawi and that's a poorest country and probably all of Africa on one of the poorest countries in the world.

  148. And to be an orphan in a poor country, you start thinking about that.

  149. They don't have a daddy, they don't have a parent.

  150. Well, they have a daddy and they have parents, but they're removed.

  151. A lot of them have died and they're brazed by their grandparents and they've got an orphanage, thank God.

  152. They've got a roof over their head, thank God.

  153. They've got three square meals a day.

  154. They've got an education.

  155. They've got a ticket out of there If they want it.

  156. They've got potential.

  157. But just think about what they don't have.

  158. They don't have an earthly dad, an earthly mom.

  159. They don't have anybody to talk to.

  160. They don't have anybody to guide them.

  161. They have to have the guidance of the orphanage.

  162. And you're one of a hundred and whatever.

  163. You're not one of three or four, you're not one of five or six.

  164. Gladys was one of eight in her family, eight kids.

  165. But she's still got a lot of attention from her daddy and her mother and spoiled her, just spoiled her, rotten, until I came along anyway.

  166. No, she didn't, I'm the one that was spoiled.

  167. Let's get the record straight.

  168. All right, but you wouldn't ever say, oh, that orphan is spoiled.

  169. You could never say that, would you?

  170. Just think about it?

  171. We're not orphans.

  172. No matter what our earthly, no matter how far away our earthly parents are, earthly mother, earthly father, no matter how dysfunctional your family was when you grew up, you have the Holy Ghost living on the inside of you.

  173. He's paying attention 24, seven.

  174. So God desires to guide us and lead us, and then you have to trust that he will always provide guidance for you to follow.

  175. You have to that's the faith part, because it's not always evident, it's not always just written in a black and white, it's not written across the sky what you're supposed to do in this particular circumstance, it's not just obvious out there.

  176. You've got to search and you've got to pray and you've got to obtain that guidance.

  177. That's in the spirit realm.

  178. It's not in the flesh realm, it's not in the emotional realm, it's not in the mental realm.

  179. Are you with me now?

  180. So what does it take?

  181. It takes faith.

  182. It takes faith to follow his guidance.

  183. So faith to follow the Holy Ghost, I guess, is what we're gonna talk on tonight, the reason I'm teaching this.

  184. So I wanna build your faith so that you'll have the faith to actually receive that guidance.

  185. So here in John 14, 16, it says that I will pray the Father and he will give you another comforter that he may abide with you forever.

  186. Comforter.

  187. There's Greek word paraclete, and just the easiest way to understand that Greek word.

  188. Comforter is not just patch on my head, little darling, really, it just simply means helper.

  189. It does mean comfort in the way of succorer.

  190. Your parents will love you.

  191. When you're crying, they will comfort you.

  192. When you're crying, you come home and somebody's treated you bad a teacher kinda chews you out you know they'll comfort you and they'll ask questions.

  193. But that's kind of the sense of the word comforter he's an aide.

  194. He's your aide, he's your assistant, isn't that?

  195. God Almighty would be your assistant.

  196. But see, if you don't give him that place in your life, then you're gonna miss what he's really wanting to do.

  197. He wants to have a very important part in your daily life, and so much the more as we see the day approaching because in the last day's perilous times shall come.

  198. Well, they are here.

  199. They're here now, dangerous times.

  200. In Acts 26-22 in the Amplified you know, paul is giving his testimony to King Agrippa, and he said this in verse 22, I obtained help from God as my ally.

  201. You know, god Almighty is your ally, man.

  202. When you're hooked up with God, he's your ally.

  203. I don't know if you were ever bullied when you were in school, but you know if you were, and maybe a classmate that was about two foot taller and 50 pounds heavier became your friend.

  204. You were a lot more brave then, because they would put their arm around you and nobody would mess with you.

  205. Why?

  206. Because of your ally.

  207. You've got an ally.

  208. They're gonna beat the snot out of anybody that touches you.

  209. I know some of you didn't go to the same school I went to, but anyway, be nice to have an ally.

  210. Well, god Almighty is your ally and the person of the Holy Ghost.

  211. He's your ally, he's ready to help you.

  212. He wants to help you, he wants to assist you, he wants to aid you.

  213. Yeah, he comforts you, but, yeah, he wants you to give you victory.

  214. I was, you know, just reading my Bible one morning, reading about the Holy Ghost, reading I don't know if it was this verse or not, but one of the verses about the Holy Spirit sitting in my green velvet chair.

  215. I think it's at the dump now, but we had it for a long time.

  216. That was my prayer chair, that was my favorite chair to sit in, and I was sitting there and I was.

  217. I think I might have been playing my Omnicord and singing to the Lord and worshiping him, and then I put it aside.

  218. Then I had my Bible open.

  219. I was praying in the Holy Ghost.

  220. Read my Bible and pray and read my Bible and pray.

  221. And anyway, I came across about the Holy Ghost, you know, and I closed my eyes and I got quiet just for a moment and he said I'm your intimate companion.

  222. Oh, I had tears well up in my eyes.

  223. I thought of all the things that say God, the Holy Spirit says that I am his intimate companion, or he's my intimate companion even more mind blowing.

  224. It was so tender.

  225. I've never forgotten it.

  226. It's been 40 years.

  227. I'll never forget it.

  228. I remind myself of that quite frequently because he's with me all the time.

  229. Who else is with you all the time?

  230. If you're married, even your spouse is with you all the time, but he's with you 24 seven.

  231. He's with you, you know, in the ups and the downs, in the ends and the out.

  232. He's with you all the time and he still loves you.

  233. He's your ally.

  234. All right, I'm talking about faith now to follow the Holy Ghost and this will build your faith, to think this way, because it's biblical.

  235. And then the second thing is is that guidance from the Holy Ghost often comes in waves?

  236. You know, if you're a surfer, how much surfer can you do on the beach with the surfboard stuck in the sand.

  237. You know you can be the surfer man.

  238. You came to the beach in a 36 Ford woody wagon.

  239. You pull the surfboard off.

  240. You know.

  241. You took it out to the beach, you stuck it in the sand, you know, and you got your bathing suit on and you're watching.

  242. Well, you can't do any surfing.

  243. You're gonna have to get out there where the waves are.

  244. You're gonna have to get out there in that water.

  245. It's about 30 degrees.

  246. If it's in California it's so cold.

  247. You can't.

  248. I don't have anybody gets in that water, so cold, but they do.

  249. They surf out there.

  250. So what do you gotta do?

  251. You gotta get in there where the waves are and you gotta paddle out there where the waves are breaking.

  252. You can't just surf just in any position.

  253. You gotta kind of scout and as more experience you get, you get out there where the waves are breaking.

  254. Then you get out there and then you turn it around and you start looking over your shoulder and then we see a good one.

  255. Then you start paddling and you get on that thing and you surf it as far as you can.

  256. So the point is you've gotta go where the waves are breaking and it's the same with.

  257. If you're gonna hear from God, you gotta get out, you gotta get off of the shore, you gotta get into the word Amen, pray it and read in your Bible which is kind of being redundant, what I've already said, but I mean, I can't stress it more, I can't stress it enough the basis for his guidance to the Word and praying much in the Holy Ghost.

  258. In John 16, 13, he said I will guide you into all truth, I will guide you.

  259. So he's a guide.

  260. When I went to Israel in 2003, gladys and I went to Israel, took a tour and we had a Jewish tour guide.

  261. It was on the bus, moshe Bronstein, and at that time he was probably about 65 years old, but he had been a general in the Israeli army and had fought as a young man in the taking back Jerusalem from.

  262. You know, it was in captivity till 1967.

  263. They were attacked and so they were able to win it back, but he was in a tank coming into Jerusalem, into those gates.

  264. You know they have all those gates.

  265. You know the fish gate and then this gate and then that gate.

  266. Well, they're not designed for tanks, they're designed for camels and they're designed for camels to get down on all fours and bend down and crawl into the city and but his tank got stuck in the gate and artillery hit him and badly wounded him and he was in a coma for six months.

  267. The miracle that he survived his injuries.

  268. And so he was our guide and we would go into different areas of Israel and he knew all about those areas in antiquity.

  269. We would go out to a ruin of rocks just nothing but stones on the ground.

  270. He would describe the city that was there, the gates that were there, the progression of the kinds of gates they had.

  271. You know that started out with just regular gate like this.

  272. Well, that didn't last.

  273. Those cities failed real quick because it was easy to knock those gates down.

  274. You just get a big old tree and ram it and knock it down.

  275. So then they got the idea of having a gate this way and where it would open, and you couldn't get a running start to break the gate down, and that lasted a while until they figured out how to burn it.

  276. So anyway, we had all the history.

  277. So he was our guide.

  278. A guide will take you into areas that you're unfamiliar with and will tell you all about that area and unfold knowledge of the territory that you're in.

  279. A lot of times you're gonna need somebody to be your guide.

  280. They're gonna have to inform you of the territory you're about to enter into.

  281. Are you with me now?

  282. Oh, he's a guide.

  283. Here's no guide.

  284. Like the Holy Ghost, he knows everything about where you're headed.

  285. You don't know anything about it, you've never been there, but you're about to get there and you need a guide.

  286. You know, I'll be honest, I didn't.

  287. I'm not much on tours.

  288. I went one time years ago on a tour of Switzerland.

  289. I just hated every day.

  290. I hated being in a bus, I hated hearing this tour guide gambit, gambit, gambit.

  291. You know, I just wanted to go myself.

  292. Let me, let me look at the country.

  293. I want to see the Alps, I want to see the lake.

  294. I don't even get out and get.

  295. Get me out of the bus, you know.

  296. But I'm really glad I had a tour guide in Israel, because I would not have gotten near what I got out of the experience.

  297. And you're not gonna get much out unless you listen to your guide.

  298. Are you with me now?

  299. Traveler to an unknown country, step by step, place by place.

  300. He's there.

  301. Everybody say the Holy Ghost is guiding me.

  302. So get out, you know, get where the guidance is started.

  303. You know pretty much in the Holy Ghost.

  304. Get the Word of God.

  305. Number three this is a good one, number three.

  306. Many times the Holy Ghost will indicate what he doesn't want before he indicates what he does want.

  307. He will indicate what he doesn't want before he indicates what he does want.

  308. So one example is Acts, chapter 16, paul and Silas a say to go to Biphynia, but the Spirit suffered them not and the Spirit didn't allow it.

    Acts 16 chapter mention

  309. In other words, the witness of the Spirit was negative.

  310. They had a hesitation.

  311. They had, you know, they had a red light.

  312. They didn't run through the red light might not have survived it.

  313. Don't go to Biphynia.

  314. And then they were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the Word in Asia Minor.

  315. Again, a stronger witness to the negative, a stronger witness that says no.

  316. And then, when they were faithful to obey the no, see, no is guidance.

  317. A no is guidance.

  318. A closed door is guidance.

  319. I mean you're gonna go running through a closed door.

  320. Have you ever tried that?

  321. I mean it's kind of hard on your face.

  322. No, I mean so he's there to give you guidance, he's there to lead you and he's gonna shut some doors, he's gonna close some things that you think you'd like to do and he's gonna say, no, hesitate, he gotta learn when it's a no.

  323. One of my favorite stories about this involves a pastor, reggie Scarborough, lakeland, florida.

  324. He's a Ramagrad.

  325. I heard his testimony right after this happened and he's graduating from Ramah and his wife were pastors.

  326. He'd got his pastor or training I don't know what.

  327. His wife whether his wife went there or was just there with him, I don't know that detail but he was prepared to take a church and no church called and he didn't have a church and so he was gonna.

  328. His plan was he had a plan what if the phone doesn't ring?

  329. Okay, we'll go home to your parents that live in St Augustine Florida is up in kind of like by Jacksonville, I think and we'll start a church where your parents live there in St Augustine.

  330. We'll just start a church there.

  331. That was his plan and so it came to, you know, time for graduation.

  332. So they packed all their stuff up and she got a U-Haul trailer and she towed the trailer home to her parents across from Tulsa, florida.

  333. While he's waiting on the service to have the graduation, he's gonna go and just stay in the empty apartment and then he'll be.

  334. The apartment leases up right after that and they had it all timed out.

  335. And he's sitting in the apartment with no furniture, no play, and just leaning up against the wall with his Bible, praying in the Holy Ghost.

  336. And the Holy Ghost spoke to Reggie and says St Augustine is not it.

  337. He's wife is headed there with a phone call and he's sitting in the apartment with no furniture, no play, and just leaning up against the wall with his Bible, praying in the Holy Ghost.

  338. And his wife is headed there with a full loaded furniture.

  339. Their plan was to start a church and after that's all done and that's all sealed, signed, sealed I mean he's headed told the parents.

  340. They said oh yes, little darlin' come home, we've got a room for you and your husband.

  341. And they come home.

  342. San Augustine is not it?

  343. And so he.

  344. I think he had to go get a pay phone.

  345. The phone is out.

  346. He didn't have a phone anymore, so he had to go get a pay phone.

  347. He called his wife long distance.

  348. Honey, honey, I heard from God today.

  349. Holy ghost spoke to me.

  350. San Augustine, is not it?

  351. Well, that's just great, san Augustine, is it?

  352. We can ex.

  353. San Augustine, off of the 100 million cities in the entire country, in the entire world.

  354. Where is it?

  355. Where is it?

  356. You know she was not a happy camper, don't you love the Holy Ghost?

  357. I mean, you know he had to laugh.

  358. San Augustine is not it.

  359. So he says no to your plan.

  360. And so he said well, all I can do is, you know, we're gonna graduate tomorrow night.

  361. I'll get back down there and pick you up and we'll store the furniture there at your parents and then we'll just drive up.

  362. You know we'll drive across Florida.

  363. I don't know what else to do.

  364. We'll just drive till we have a witness.

  365. I really don't.

  366. I think Florida is it, but I don't, I guess.

  367. Now I don't really know, I don't know how to find it, what is it?

  368. But that's what they did.

  369. I mean, they got in the car and drove and I don't know how far it is from San Augustine to Lakeland.

  370. But they got to Lakeland, florida, and suddenly in their spirit they had this witness and I said man, could it be Lakeland Florida?

  371. Could it be here, nice town, and there was a big church, carl Strader Pastor.

  372. Carl Strader, at that time was a pastor of the church.

  373. He had built this huge 10,000 seat auditorium there and they knew of him.

  374. They didn't know him he's simply of God, I think.

  375. And so they called the church and they got him on the telephone and explained who they were and what would he meet with them, and he was very gracious, absolutely, come on up.

  376. And so he spent an hour or so with them in his office and prayed with them and just welcomed in.

  377. Yeah, if you decide to do it, this is a great town.

  378. I mean, you know there's plenty of room for another.

  379. You know he wasn't competitive, he was just gracious as he could be, and that is where they pastor today.

  380. It's been 25 years.

  381. They're pastoring in Lakeland Florida, but the Holy Ghost at San Augustine was there.

  382. The Holy Ghost was not yet, but Lakeland Florida was it?

  383. It In December of 2001,.

  384. We were in the Seventh Day Adventist church and we had the.

  385. We still had the 92.7 acres down the street with champions crossing subdivision.

  386. That was ours, that land, and we had hired an attorney back in the first building when we first bought that land.

  387. He was the same architect I said attorney architect the same architect that designed Lakewood church, their building over in East Houston, and we'd meet meetings with him and stuff, and he'd drawn up some preliminary stuff for us.

  388. I said, let's, I want you to draw us up something that we can do right away.

  389. I just don't want to wait, you know, any longer.

  390. Just draw us up something that we can be flexible with A thousand seats, metal building.

  391. He told us to go across town.

  392. We looked at this church, jay and Jay and Claire went with us.

  393. This was before Claire had met James James hadn't come into our life yet.

  394. So we drove across town, looked at this church and we it was okay, just looked like a lot of other churches.

  395. You know, we weren't any of us excited about it.

  396. And so he drew it up.

  397. Thousand seats about, I guess, this building.

  398. The first phase is 30,000, and the next phase is 32,000, 18,000, 50,000 total.

  399. This little building was about little less than 30,000 square feet and so it was wanting in children, church and associated areas.

  400. It was all.

  401. The room was in the main sanctuary, so it wasn't ideal, but it was a starting place and we had you know, we had a preliminary plan.

  402. It wasn't a finished set of plans and it costs whatever.

  403. I forgot what we paid him to do it.

  404. And December of 2001,.

  405. The Holy Ghost spoke to me, says I don't want this little building.

  406. We had already paid to have it preliminary.

  407. And I said okay, well, what is it?

  408. You know, what do you want?

  409. See, we just kind of launched out there and did something Lest we do nothing.

  410. We did something, we got our boat moving through the water so that God could guide it.

  411. And he said no, that's not what I want.

  412. I said okay, what do you want?

  413. He began to speak.

  414. On Thursday night prayer he began to speak.

  415. He said I want it non-institutional, I want it center friendly, I want it high tech, I want it first class, I want it.

  416. He described it and essentially we found this type of building and this was the building he wanted.

  417. This is why we built it, because this is what the Holy Ghost said.

  418. I've had many times to doubt it.

  419. I've had time after time when I in the natural, if I look at this building and people make fun of it and they call it the M&M building or the Hershey Kiss building, the onion building, the it's been called a mosque, it's been called.

  420. You know, if I walked in the natural, I could be disappointed in this building.

  421. But this is what God wanted and it served us well.

  422. I said it served us well, it works.

  423. Y'all getting anything out of this?

  424. All right.

  425. Many times the Holy Ghost will indicate what he doesn't want before he indicates what he does want.

  426. All right.

  427. And then the last one.

  428. Here is John 16, 13.

  429. Again, he said how bit when he, the spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth.

  430. So for guidance to come for you to follow, you've got to stay connected to the truth.

  431. You have to stay connected to the truth.

  432. A lot of people don't receive the guidance.

  433. They're being guided, they just identify it and they can't receive it because they have, for whatever reason.

  434. Especially COVID has interrupted the lives of countless millions of Christians and they are adrift in this world in the last days and they're not listening to the Holy Ghost, they're not following the Holy Ghost, they are just adrift and some of them are hitting the rocks and having shipwreck because they are disconnected from the truth.

  435. You've got to be connected to the truth and if the church you were going to has gone woke or hit, they have gone off into this error about.

  436. Oh, we can't touch politics.

  437. We've got to be careful.

  438. We've got.

  439. We can't say that in Cherokee, the Appropriation of Cherokee State and a bunch of lily livered people.

  440. You know what.

  441. You're disconnected from the truth and you're not likely to know what you're doing.

  442. God, stay connected to the truth.

  443. I mean no truth, no growth, no supernatural guidance.

  444. There's too big a gap.

  445. You've walked in the natural.

  446. You're listening to the natural.

  447. You're listening to stuff that's not, it's theory, it's not the Word, it's not based on God's truth and that word, truth there, really a better translation of truth is reality.

  448. That's, this is reality.

  449. What's coming out of our news media, what's coming out of our letter agencies, what's coming out of the executive and legislative and judicial branches of our federal government and many of the state governments is not reality, it's lies.

  450. This banking thing is nothing but an Antichrist set up, and we're going to pray against it this coming Thursday because it comes under the heading of restraining the spirit of Antichrist.

  451. What does he want to do?

  452. He wants to get us in line to take the mark of the beast, and so, if they can, if the federal government can, start giving preference to these big banks, this bank up there, the SBB bank, that bank is, is the most horrible excuse for a bank I've ever even heard of.

  453. They gave $47 billion to Black Lives Matter.

  454. They're nuts.

  455. I listened to some ads they did.

  456. They just celebrate gay pride.

  457. They celebrate all these social issues and they don't know how to run a bank.

  458. They lost billions upon billions of dollars.

  459. And who's bailing them out?

  460. They're making all the Chinese depositors whole and they're not even citizens of America.

  461. And yet, you know, if you've got a good, solid local bank, there's fewer and fewer of them.

  462. A good, solid, you know regional bank, like Frost Bank.

  463. I'll just mention their name because I happen to know that they've been around for 130 years and originated in San Antonio and they qualify as a good regional bank.

  464. Well, you know what?

  465. They're under pressure because people are.

  466. They heard yelling say on television oh yeah, we're gonna cover all the depositors in that bank, no matter what their deposits were.

  467. It's supposed to be $250,000, but there's some of them that are millions of dollars and they're getting covered.

  468. But if your money is with the smaller banks and they go under, well, guess what?

  469. You only get $250,000.

  470. You'll have to just.

  471. Well, who's to say that they're gonna cover that?

  472. They could just decide tomorrow.

  473. Well, we're not gonna do that.

  474. We're only gonna cover $50,000 or not a dollar, when they can just make up the rules anytime they want to, with nobody saying no to them?

  475. So this whole thing is an antichrist plot.

  476. They want to get all the power into five or six huge banks like Chase and Wells Fargo and all those big city banks.

  477. These are the worst banks in the world, except maybe Credit Suisse.

  478. They're broke, so Bank of Switzerland's having to bail them out.

  479. Well, what do you think they're bailing them out for?

  480. Well, they're gonna get.

  481. They're gonna get some of this stuff pennies on the dollar or the you know whatever the euro.

  482. Pennies on the euro or whatever you know.

  483. So why am you saying that?

  484. Well, it's because the antichrist spirit is rising up.

  485. He's getting ahead of himself and he's wanting to turn our nation into a place where the mark of the beast this is where the final thing is going.

  486. To make sure that you're approved to be able to do business, you're gonna have to take that mark.

  487. It'll be a lot easier to get it done with just a handful of banks in charge and all these other banks, you know, they'll just finally everybody.

  488. They'll get under pressure, people like Lemmings.

  489. They're gonna run.

  490. Oh, I better close my account and open it in Wells Fargo.

  491. Well, I'm not.

  492. We're not gonna do that.

  493. We're praying to get this thing.

  494. It's too soon for that to happen.

  495. So, anyway, this is all about reality and truth, as opposed to circumstances.

  496. So you know, now's the time I'm preaching to the Sunday night crowd.

  497. I'll salute you for coming back on Sunday night, but that you know.

  498. Frankly, there's a lot of people that were here this morning.

  499. They could have been back here tonight, because they're trying to find out from God what they're to do and they're missing some really good things, some fuel for their faith.

  500. I'm not criticizing, I'm just making a.

  501. I'm just saying now's not the time to slack off and stay in, connected to the truth.

  502. One message like this can change your entire life, not because of me, but because of the Word, because of reality.

  503. This is reality right here.

  504. Come on, let's lift our hands right now.

  505. Father, we thank you for the reality of your Word and your Spirit.

  506. You are leading us and guiding us and we will not be separated from the truth.

  507. We will not be offended when you say no.

  508. We know that all knows are guidance.

  509. All closed doors are guidance.

  510. We're gonna keep going until we know what the yes is.

  511. We're gonna know what it is, what, what, where it, where it is, where's the it?

  512. Hallelujah, thank you, father.

  513. Proba satavala, kit, tele, kit, telekaya.

  514. So build your faith on the idea that the Holy Ghost does lead you, and by faith you'll follow the Holy Ghost.
