  1. So let's just lift our bibles and wave them around as our custom and make Jesus glad in the devil mad.

  2. Let's say this together say heavenly father.

  3. I've tuned in to live stream on Wednesday night Because I'm hungry and thirsty for more.

  4. I have need for my faith to be perfected and I know that faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God.

  5. As much as I honor and love the holy ghost and the anointing, so I do honor and love the holy word of God in Jesus name, amen.

  6. All right, let's turn in our bibles to acts, chapter three.

  7. It's one of my favorite Bible testimonies, starting with verse one, right after the, the After Pentecost, after the disciples were filled with a holy ghost which is coming up Pentecost sunday is coming up this sunday.

  8. And Chapter three, verse one.

  9. Now, peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour, and a certain lame man from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple, which is called beautiful who to ask alms of them that entered into the temple.

  10. Who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked an arm and Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said look on us.

  11. And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.

  12. Then Peter said silver and gold I have.

  13. I none, but such as I have give I V.

  14. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.

  15. And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up and immediately his feet and ankle bones receive strength.

  16. And he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered with them into the temple, walking and leaping and praising God.

  17. And all the people saw him walking and praising God and they knew that it was he which sat for alms At the beautiful gate of the temple, and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.

  18. And so tonight I wanted to share a message entitled ingredients for miracles.

  19. Ingredients for miracles.

  20. You know, the first recorded miracle by the church.

  21. Now there's other miracles, but this is the first one after Pentecost, first one.

  22. And in acts 416, the, the rulers of the synagogue or the rulers of the temple, called it a notable miracle, a notable miracle by the temple rulers.

  23. And what would be a notable miracle, one that's widely known and cannot be denied?

  24. That they defined what.

  25. It was widely known and could not be denied.

  26. Therefore, it was a notable miracle.

  27. And so there's several interesting aspects when I read this testimony of how Peter and John ministered to this man.

  28. First of all, they didn't pray for him.

  29. No prayer was made.

  30. Number two, they fastened their eyes on them, so they had eyes of compassion.

  31. They didn't just look at him like he's a piece of meat.

  32. They didn't just look at him like they normally look at somebody, but they looked at him with compassion.

  33. They saw the great need that he had and they were touched by it.

  34. And then, number three, man's faith was not mentioned.

  35. His faith, the lame man's faith, was not mentioned.

  36. His faith was not mentioned, not mentioned.

  37. And so then it talks about the boldness of Peter and John.

  38. They had boldness and that they had been with Jesus.

  39. This comes in Acts, chapter four, when you read the entire account.

  40. They saw the boldness of Peter and John and know that they had been with Jesus.

  41. And then he was healed and then saved.

  42. See, he was healed.

  43. First he's a Jewish man, but then he obviously gave his heart to Jesus.

  44. So he was healed first, then saved, and then this man was healed on Peter and John's faith.

  45. I want you to see that.

  46. So our faith is important in these last days, because sometimes we encounter people that don't really have any faith.

  47. They don't really have any teaching.

  48. So it's really up to us to be the point people, and we can get people healed and then saved sometimes, you know.

  49. So now I wanted to point out something that we want to look at, because we're talking about ingredients for miracles, and this miracle had some ingredients to it.

  50. First of all, peter and John had seen many miracles.

  51. They had seen Jesus perform many miracles and they themselves had performed miracles back when they were sent by two and two, you know, by Jesus, and then later, when they were part of the 70 that was sent out, and so they had seen many miracles.

  52. And then, in John 14, 12 and Mark 16, they had heard what Jesus said about the greater works.

  53. He said the works that I do shall you do also, and greater works than they shall you do Because I go to my father.

  54. They heard him say that.

  55. And they also heard him say in Mark, chapter 16, going to all the world, preached the gospel to every creature, and he said these signs shall follow them that believe.

    Mark 16 chapter mention

  56. And so they also heard him say in Acts 1-8, that you shall receive power after the Holy Ghost has come upon you.

  57. So I wanted you to see.

  58. They'd seen some things and they had heard some things, and these make up the ingredients for this powerful miracle.

  59. They just knew that God was gonna back them up when they got out there.

  60. I mean, they went out there with purpose, they went out there intentionally looking for the right harvest and, lo and behold, there he was, this man, lame from his mother's, you know, womb out there, 40 plus years old, never walked in his life, and a notable miracle was done so.

  61. And they said silver and gold have we none.

  62. But such as we have, give I these, such as I have, give I these.

  63. See, they knew something about what they had.

  64. Well, guess what?

  65. You and I have the same thing they had.

  66. We have his name, we have the Holy Ghost power and we have his word.

  67. Praise God.

  68. You know we've all seen and heard some things.

  69. They've it.

  70. Sarah here in Hebrews 11, let's turn over there real quick.

  71. Hebrews 11, verse 11,.

    Hebrews 11:11

  72. It says through faith also, sarah herself received strength to conceive seed and was delivered of a child when she was past age.

  73. Because she judged him faithful who had promised.

  74. You know, she judged him faithful.

  75. The word faithful means reliable, trustworthy, true to his word.

  76. And so she had a lifetime of seeing God intervene.

  77. I mean, she's Abraham's wife.

  78. She'd seen all kinds of amazing interventions by God and had witnessed it.

  79. And then she heard the promise directly one time when Jesus and his pre-incarnate form said you know, you're gonna be having a child.

  80. And she laughed Now why are you laughing?

  81. Oh, I'm not, I didn't laugh.

  82. Yes, you did.

  83. No, I didn't.

  84. Yes, I did.

  85. And you're reading for yourself there in Genesis.

  86. So she heard the promise directly You're gonna have a baby, even though you're old and even though you're past childbearing age.

  87. So she had seen and she had heard, and so that she knew that she could depend on God's word, she trusted him.

  88. She judged him faithful.

  89. Who promised?

  90. And so she and Abraham both see.

  91. They both had to have the ingredients for that miracle.

  92. What enough?

  93. Just one of them.

  94. They both had to have the ingredients for their miracle.

  95. And so she had seen and she had heard.

  96. We just got notice from one of our ministry partners that works in Asia and they had some time ago planted a church.

  97. And this is a communist country and it's underground churches and they're not free publicly to preach the gospel and when the government finds out they shut them down.

  98. They often imprison or kill the pastor, and so this church.

  99. They heard from the church's pastor and four officers came to their home to arrest them, said they were there to arrest them for preaching the gospel, and the teenage daughter of the pastor got a word of knowledge about the captain of the four that were there that he had had severe pain most of his life from an accident it turned out to be a car wreck that he had had when he was young and all his life he'd suffered severe pain and she ran up to him after this word of knowledge and laid hands on him in the name of Jesus.

  100. And this man who was her oppressor, this man who was the enemy of what they were doing, this man was instantly healed of that pain and they all for received the gospel.

  101. They heard the I should say they heard the gospel Little while later we're gonna pray, because they need to complete this work, they need to get saved.

  102. They heard.

  103. Now they need to respond.

  104. But here's a case where somebody got healed without any strings attached.

  105. I mean they just, and I mean, you know, they left the house without arresting anybody and without shutting the church down.

  106. Wonder what they told the boss?

  107. Oh, come on, lift your hands.

  108. Right now, lord, we just rejoice.

  109. Right now You're at work, and you're at work among the young people.

  110. Well, are these young people full of God, full of anointing of God, able to have words of knowledge, able to lay hands on the sick?

  111. Oh, praise God.

  112. I'm so glad we're partnering with that ministry, aren't you?

  113. We've got a little small part of that.

  114. Glory to God.

  115. I just believe those four are gonna get saved Now.

  116. They heard it, they saw it.

  117. They should get saved.

  118. They will get saved, jesus name.

  119. So let's just go over the ingredients for miracles tonight.

  120. Just, it's a simple message, but I think we can all benefit from it.

  121. Ingredients for miracles for you and for a lost world.

  122. I mean, sometimes you need a miracle and sometimes people that you encounter need a miracle, and sometimes people you hardly even know need a miracle and you can be the one that can give it to them, cause them to receive.

  123. So don't forget.

  124. This is the thing.

  125. Don't forget number one.

  126. Don't forget what you have seen.

  127. You know God teaching you directly Revelation when you read your Bible or when you're in prayer, ramo words, god moving in your life.

  128. Don't forget what God has done for you.

  129. Don't forget all the times that he has moved on your behalf and also don't forget how you've observed others, where God was moving in their life and you were a personal witness to what God did for them.

  130. See, that's direct.

  131. You've seen some things directly.

  132. Just say the word directly.

  133. Say this is what I'm talking about.

  134. Don't forget what you've directly seen God do.

  135. You've seen a lot.

  136. You know that, especially if you've come to this church for any length of time, you've seen a lot.

  137. I mean, we had a young teenager that came to the church for the very first time Sunday night and I changed, you know, the Holy Ghost changed the whole order of service and I prayed for everybody.

  138. I felt in my heart that somebody was here under a lot of pain and they were not gonna be hindered from receiving from the word so come on down here if you have pain or if you've burdened and it's gonna be an obstruction to you receiving.

  139. And this young man came up, along with about six or eight other people, and I laid hands on this young man.

  140. I'd never seen him before, I didn't know him, but Holy Ghost knew him and changed the whole service for his benefit, because I found out after the service that he came into church with a real, his back was really hurting and I said well, you know, the Holy Ghost changed the whole service just for you.

  141. And besides that, I have a special anointing for backs, backs and skin problems.

  142. It probably had more backs and skin diseases and skin problems, eczema, rash, whatever, psoriasis.

  143. Those are things that are more often than other things that when I have seen results, I've seen a lot.

  144. So we saw something again Sunday night, so you've seen a lot.

  145. If you've come to this church whether you've don't come to this church you've seen God do a lot of things, stir it up.

  146. Remember it, don't forget it.

  147. Secondly, don't forget what you've heard.

  148. See, you've heard testimony, what others have told you.

  149. Maybe you didn't see it, you didn't witness it, but they told you.

  150. Others have taught you, man, if you come to the again, what you've when you come to this church, I teach you and I teach you by precept.

  151. An example.

  152. I give you examples of my life of how God has done things.

  153. You might not have been there to see it, you might not have been there and watched it.

  154. But I've taught you and I've spoken to you.

  155. You've heard it.

  156. See, don't forget those things that you've heard.

  157. Don't forget the things that you've seen directly.

  158. Don't forget the things that you've heard indirectly.

  159. See, that's indirect.

  160. What you see yourself is direct.

  161. What you hear about through others is indirect, but it's still valid.

  162. Don't forget it.

  163. Stir it up.

  164. You've heard a lot.

  165. Oh, I've heard so many things.

  166. I look back over all the decades I've been saved and all the testimonies.

  167. I've heard the powerful ways that God has moved in other lives, all the things I've seen.

  168. Number one, that's direct, and then number two, indirectly, what I've heard other people talk about.

  169. I've heard a lot.

  170. I stir it up.

  171. I stir it up on a regular basis.

  172. I sit and think about those things on a regular basis.

  173. Why do I do that?

  174. Because there are ingredients for miracles.

  175. The more it's in my spirit and the more that I'm lifted by the memory of those things and I keep it stirred, then I'm more ready now, when opportunity arises.

  176. And so then what you've seen and what you've heard converts down into what you know.

  177. What you know, what you know, is a product of what you've seen and what you've heard.

  178. So you've got to stir that up, what you indirectly and directly know, because it's made up of things that you've seen and heard, and so don't forget, stir it up.

  179. Stir it up.

  180. You know a lot, you've seen a lot, you've heard a lot and you know a lot.

  181. And so we have the ingredients for miracles, not only for ourselves but for others.

  182. Let's just lift our hands, this simple message.

  183. Let's lift our hands right now.

  184. Oh, do you judge God reliable, trustworthy, true to his word?

  185. Say that I do.

  186. I know he's gonna do it for his own sake.

  187. We've got the same name, we've got the same Holy Ghost, we've got the same word as the apostles the ingredients for miracles.

  188. I trust it's a blessing.

  189. It's just blessing talking about it, and especially hearing about that for police officers in a communist country that were sent to do harm and they got good done to them, or at least one of them did, in fact.

  190. I just think we ought to.

  191. The missionary asks who will believe for these four to get saved.

  192. So let's just pray for these four right now.

  193. Father, you know who they are, you know their names, you know all about them.

  194. You're the one that gave the word of knowledge to this precious daughter of the pastor.

  195. Instead of being afraid, she heard from God and ran to him and laid her hands on him.

  196. I can't imagine what kind of courage that took for her to do that.

  197. And he was instantly healed.

  198. Father, first of all, thank you for that miracle.

  199. Thank you that they heard the gospel.

  200. They got the gospel given to them.

  201. The good news was given to them while they were there and they left without raising a hand of violence.

  202. They left without arresting anyone.

  203. They left the church intact without doing harm.

  204. And now, father, deal with their spirits.

  205. I break the power of darkness.

  206. It's blinded.

  207. Their mind to the gospel.

  208. Press the claims deep inside of them.

  209. Each, all four of them, heard and saw something and, father, those are the ingredients that they need for the miracle, the greatest miracle of all.

  210. The greatest is salvation.

  211. Lord, we just claim them in the name of Jesus for you, we mark them for you and Lord, they're going to begin to do good, right where they are.

  212. They're gonna begin to have influence in their precinct or wherever their division of authority is, and I thank you for it right now.

  213. Praise God, we claim them for the gospel.

  214. Hallelujah, amen, amen, amen.
