  1. You guys have your Bibles. Hold on, too tight.

  2. We're still in Isaiah today and we're going to be staying here,

  3. perhaps for a little bit longer than anticipated, which is

  4. totally okay. But just to recap since we

  5. weren't together and Bible Study last week, we've been

  6. discovering something about the person of Jesus Christ.

  7. According to Isaiah and two weeks ago, we discussed Isaiah

  8. describing the Messiah as the anointed one and every song that

  9. we sang was, so fitting to where we're going tonight, when we

  10. realize the depth of the power compassion, Mercy that Jesus

  11. possessed. It's quite astounding.

  12. And just for the sake of review, go to Isaiah 61 As Jesus was

  13. anointed with the Holy Spirit was anointed for a specific

  14. task. And we see here in Isaiah 61

  15. verse one, that Jesus was anointed to do what to bring

  16. good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the

  17. Brokenhearted to Proclaim, Liberty to the captives, and the

  18. opening of the prison to those who are bound.

  19. And even as we were singing reflecting on these things, that

  20. he comes for the poor in spirit that he comes for those who are

  21. brokenhearted, that he comes for those that are bound in sin.

  22. Held captive, I realized something.

  23. That there is nothing within yourself or myself that can

  24. bring us to a place of Victory and Liberty apart from him.

  25. Only, he has been anointed to perform these things and if it's

  26. not for Jesus Christ, we are doomed.

  27. If it's not for Jesus Christ, We Are Forever bound.

  28. If it's not for Jesus Christ, We Are Forever broken.

  29. Hearted if it's not for Jesus Christ, We Are Forever held

  30. captive, if it's not for Jesus Christ, there is no good news,

  31. only, he has the Good news only. He has the power to set free

  32. only. He has the mercy and the love to

  33. heal the broken hearted. It doesn't end there because

  34. he's been anointed to do even further things, you go to Isaiah

  35. 42. This is just all review, Isaiah

    Isaiah 42:1

  36. 42, Verse 1. Where God speaks about his son

  37. and says, behold my servant. Whom I uphold my chosen in whom

  38. my soul Delights, I have put my spirit upon him.

  39. You bring forth Justice to the nation's and here it is.

  40. He will not cry aloud or lift up his voice or make it hurt in the

  41. street, a bruised Reed, he will not break, and a faintly burning

  42. Wick, he will not quench again. You and I can get so damaged and

  43. discourage and life. And there's not enough.

  44. Positive thinking, there's not enough pep talk and there's not

  45. enough psychology to bring us to a place of wholeness, but

  46. somebody's been anointed. To bind us.

  47. And not only that. Look at this, this might

  48. encourage us. even when we are in a place of being faintly

  49. burning, if our light is dimming, if our passion is being

  50. lost, We can call upon him to rekindle that fire because he's

  51. been anointed to do it. Do you see how we can rely on

  52. him for so much? Do you see how everything about

  53. the Holy Spirit empowering him is for our good.

  54. As for our good, this is exactly what were realizing today.

  55. Because if you think for a moment that this is something,

  56. we're just studying and it's not something that we can experience

  57. in this Bible studies futile, My prayer, and we're going to pray

  58. in a moment. Our prayers should be Lord.

  59. As we study you, I need to experience what I'm about to

  60. realize. And what we need to do is call

  61. upon the anointed one to walk in this place and to touch to touch

  62. our hearts. And he's willing to do it.

  63. If we realize that, he alone can do it, would you buy our heads

  64. as we pray? Father, we thank you for this

  65. book because it's a supernatural book.

  66. It reveals your heart of reveals your power, reveals your son and

  67. Lord in this place. We do not need to hear from man.

  68. We don't need to hear mere opinion.

  69. We don't need to hear clever thoughts.

  70. We just need the raw truth of your word empowered by the Holy

  71. Spirit, to penetrate our hearts and to bring us to a place of

  72. experiencing what we are studying.

  73. So Lord even now Would you come and set free every distracted

  74. mind and every person that's so emotionally stirred up that they

  75. can't settle in their soul and Lord.

  76. Right now we plead with you that for the sake of our good and

  77. more importantly for the sake of your glory revealed, the

  78. anointed one to us and let us be caught up in him though.

  79. We pray that we would even be raptured with the Revelation

  80. that we are going to discover tonight and that Lord.

  81. Again, we need The anointed one to speak.

  82. So let your Holy Spirit, Come. Lord hear the hearts of your

  83. people that are hungry for bread.

  84. Men Are from heaven and Lord for those in here that are sitting

  85. in the seats for the wrong reason and you know them very

  86. well. We know that you were gracious

  87. enough. To even realign motives.

  88. Even despite false intentions touch and bless and renew.

  89. And we ask that you would do that because we know you were

  90. that good. We pray these things in Jesus

  91. name. Amen.

  92. The anointing of Jesus Christ. Does it end in Isaiah 61?

  93. Is it limited to Isaiah 42? Is there not more to the measure

  94. of the spirit of God that has been given to Christ, which is

  95. really without measure Isaiah chapter 11.

    Isaiah 11 chapter mention

  96. That's our text tonight. Isaiah chapter 11.

    Isaiah 11 chapter mention

  97. Because this anointing that was Upon Jesus.

  98. Implies much greater truth than what we've already discovered.

  99. This might be some review for the first two verses, but it

  100. will do us some good. So here's here's Isaiah.

  101. Now, a profit envisioning, something about this suffering

  102. servant, that's going to come. The Gospel, According to Isaiah

  103. discovering Jesus, according to this Old Testament st.

  104. And this is what he sees, he sees visually symbolically that

  105. there shall come forth a shoot from the stump of Jesse and a

  106. branch from his roots, shall bear fruit.

  107. Now they just stop there. We've talked about this before

  108. when we went through Isaiah 53. But let's review.

  109. So this is what he's seeing. He's seeing a stump a tree

  110. that's cut off, almost to the very bottom of its trunk.

  111. And he sees a little shoot that's coming out of it.

  112. And what he sees is that this stump symbolizes The Descendants

  113. and the ancestry of Jesse and the Chute comes out, which is

  114. something that's very important for us to understand because it

  115. speaks of when we think of trees in the Bible.

  116. Remember, this is not random poll.

  117. Language there's symbolism. And if you really want to know

  118. how to interpret a symbol the Bible interprets, the Bible,

  119. Scripture interprets scripture. You'll be amazed that if you

  120. even look at a book like Revelation, you'll find many

  121. answers in the Book of Daniel to what these horns meet and what

  122. these Waters mean, it's all there.

  123. And this is why we can't just pick and choose what books we

  124. want to read. We got to scale through all of

  125. scripture because you're going to find answers in one book that

  126. are unlock things in another book when we think of a tree and

  127. it's right context. Even in the chapter before this

  128. chapter 11. He talks about cutting down a

  129. tree, which symbolizes a kingdom, which symbolizes a

  130. Dynasty which symbolizes a a rain of a specific person, or a

  131. specific nation. And so when we talk about the

  132. stump of Jesse, what we're talking about is the davidic

  133. dynasty where David became king and God had made an eternal

  134. Covenant with David. That there will be a king that

  135. will reign on his throne forever more.

  136. But at one point in history because not of David necessarily

  137. but his descendants. Have you ever read 1st Kings and

  138. second Kings? What you see is failure after

  139. failure almost with a perfect record though.

  140. There was some faithful ones that have continually sinned

  141. against God and have brought the dynasty of David almost to a

  142. place of non-existence. And for 600 years, there was no

  143. King to rule on the throne of David so that tree was cut off.

  144. There was nobody raining an authority for a long period of

  145. time. And it offers sudden Isaiah goes

  146. into a vision, he's receiving a word from the Lord and he sees

  147. what apparently seems to be dead because I one time David's

  148. Dynasty. David's kingdom, was a mighty

  149. tree that was providing righteousness and Justice to

  150. those who found shelter underneath that tree didn't last

  151. very long unfortunate. and all the book of First Kings and

  152. second Kings, really teaches us is that there's only one

  153. faithful King and he's going to come one day and he did come but

  154. he sees this little shoot coming out life And what he's seeing

  155. here is the Revival of the davidic, kingship and Rain.

  156. What he's seeing is the restoration of what seem to be

  157. so dormant, and almost dead for hundreds of years is about to

  158. spring up to life again. And that is so significant

  159. because God had made a promise to David.

  160. That there would be somebody that will rule on his throne

  161. forever and ever and ever. And it seems as though, God

  162. didn't fulfill this promise but all for a sudden, Isaiah gives a

  163. word And he says, no, it's coming.

  164. And as he comes up, we see that he is fulfilling a promise and

  165. it's a powerful promise, not only this profit but Amos 911.

  166. If we can put up, Amos 911 to see how another Prophet speaks

  167. about this. And this might not seem like it

  168. relates to us much, but aren't you?

  169. Glad that God keeps his promises.

  170. Even if hundreds of years past, God will keep his word.

  171. In that day, I will raise up the booth of David that is fallen

  172. and repair, its breaches and raise up its ruins and rebuilt

  173. it as in the days of old. So, even Amos, the prophet sees

  174. the same thing that Isaiah sees. But there's another reason why

  175. he says. From the stump of Jesse.

  176. Now, I remember this. This dynasty was almost so dead

  177. that to refer to David would almost be insignificant to say

  178. that it came from Jesse almost seems like there is a mini King

  179. for so long, so might as well give the reference to him.

  180. But there's another reason why the prophet says, Jesse relating

  181. to Isaiah predicting when the Messiah and how the Messiah

  182. would come. Can anybody think of a reason

  183. why? Well, here's a question.

  184. That might help where did Jesse come from?

  185. Not know who his father was but where he lived where he was born

  186. and where he was from. Geographically.

  187. That's right, so you go to First Samuel, 16 one when Samuel is

  188. being sent to go and anoint a new king that came from Jesse

  189. who came from where we're going to find out.

  190. The Lord said to Samuel. How long, will you grieve over

  191. Saul since? I had rejected him from being

  192. King over Israel, fill your horn with oil and go.

  193. I will send you to Jesse. The Bethel might fry provided

  194. for myself a king among his sons.

  195. That was David, David fulfilled, this ultimately, but then you

  196. have another Prophet a contemporary with Isaiah,

  197. meaning, he lived alongside with Isaiah named Micah and Micah,

  198. 5:2 tells us something about another king that is to come way

  199. past the days of David and what is this?

  200. A, but you o Bethlehem ephrathah who are two littered little to

  201. be among the clans of Judah from?

  202. You shall come forth for me. One, who is to be ruler in

  203. Israel, whose Origins. Ian is from old from ancient

  204. days. So we know now the location

  205. where this Messiah is going to be born.

  206. Isaiah said he came from the stump of Jesse, which means,

  207. yes, he's going to be a descendant from Jesse but more

  208. specifically, he's actually going to be born in Bethlehem.

  209. Michael. Confirms that now who has King

  210. James? New King James, can you read how

  211. it reads the last phrase? Whose origin is from old from

  212. ancient days. What is it?

  213. King James save Micah 5:2. Yeah, whose goings forth have

    Micah 5:2

  214. been from of old from Everlasting.

  215. From Everlasting new King James, Micah 5:2 Isaac, who's going to,

    Micah 5:2

  216. who's going to support that from above from the last name from

  217. Everlasting? Same thing NES.

  218. Be anybody have New American Standard Bible, We got to

  219. recruit somebody and he asked me.

  220. Yeah. One, who is to be ruler in

  221. Israel, whose coming forth is from old, from ancient date,

  222. from ancient days. So, what we understand here.

  223. The language is that whoever is going to be a ruler in Israel.

  224. His origin is from eternity. His origin is not just from, as

  225. we find out from different prophets.

  226. Yes, it descended from David, but he's actually from of old

  227. from ancient days, from Everlasting, from Beyond time,

  228. when even time came into existence, this ruler is going

  229. to come from such a realm enter into time.

  230. Take on flesh. Be born in Bethlehem.

  231. It's so clear there. The language is so clear.

  232. That this person has a divine nature that this ruler is

  233. somebody Supernatural. Isaiah sees it.

  234. And this is the lesson that we can learn.

  235. If you want to make it practical, just from Isaiah

    Isaiah 11:1

  236. 11:1, God is able to revive anything.

  237. In this context, you know what, he revived a kingdom a rain?

  238. A dynasty. Don't limit it to that.

  239. If you can do it that way, I want you to look at your family

  240. and it might look near dead in terms of your parents marriage

  241. in terms of your siblings, and how they relate to one another

  242. and turn to the lostness and the blindness, and the Rebellion

  243. even in your own home and realize that a shoot can come

  244. out of it. Look at your school.

  245. Look at your workplace. Look at your own heart.

  246. Whatever seems like it has had life at one point and has lost

  247. life. God is able to bring it back to

  248. life. That's the power that he

  249. possesses. And that's the hope that you and

  250. I can have. And it can even look as hopeless

  251. as something. Listen, we can never give up.

  252. We can never give up who we pray for and what we pray for.

  253. Because something like this, something that was laid low for

  254. hundreds of years, God did not forget And God did not give up

  255. on. And so we look at something and

  256. we think this is literally hopeless.

  257. Well, if you have breath in your lungs, there's still hope.

  258. There's still hope that God can do things even at the very last

  259. moment and it's still worth praying for if that's a

  260. possibility. It's still worth seeking God.

  261. After if it's still a possibility that's what I see

  262. here. That God is a reviver, he takes

  263. Wilderness and he gushes forth pools of water, he's able to do

  264. anything. This is what I see simply from

  265. this and the reason why they shoot would become a branch,

  266. that would bear much fruit as it says, in the second part and a

  267. branch from his roots. Shall bear.

  268. Fruit, is because of the second verse, The only reason why so

  269. much life would come from something that's been dead for.

  270. So long, is because this servant would be one who possess so much

  271. life in himself. Why is he going to bear fruit?

  272. Why is life going to be restored and the spirit of the Lord shall

  273. rest upon him. The spirit of wisdom and

  274. understanding the spirit of counsel and might the spirit of

  275. knowledge and the fear of the Lord.

  276. Now, if you include verse to, what seems to be a title and you

  277. make it not necessarily a title, but one of the attributes and

  278. one of the characteristics of this anointing upon him, you

  279. have seven spirits Right. Spirit of the Lord, one Spirit

  280. of wisdom to Spirit of understanding three.

  281. Spirit of counsel, for Spirit of Might five Spirit of knowledge,

  282. 6, Spirit of the fear of the Lord Seven.

  283. And that can seem a little confusing because you might

  284. think to yourself. What is our seven spirits or

  285. seven holy spirits? What do we see here?

  286. Is that the case? Or is this trying to teach us

  287. something else? Do you guys see that, right?

  288. Everybody count, 7 there. And in verse 2.

  289. And depending on your translation they all look like

  290. capital S is, right? So what do we have to do?

  291. We have seven holy spirit's. Yes, and that's exactly the

  292. answer that. This is not speaking about seven

  293. different Spirits with this is speaking about is this seven

  294. full operations of the one holy spirit that we acknowledge to be

  295. divine and to be God the seven and manifestations of who he is

  296. and how he interacts, and how he manifests his glory is found in

  297. these seven spirits. And so the describe how he's

  298. able to enforce himself and reveal himself and induce

  299. somebody else with power in a specific way way, and we see

  300. that in Revelation Revelations chapter one, Revelations chapter

    Revelation 1 chapter mention

  301. 1. When John the Apostle is writing

  302. to the seven churches. In Asia.

  303. Look how he introduces his letter and Revelations 1425.

  304. Revelation is the opposite. End of Genesis The last book of

  305. the Bible and it says here, John.

  306. To the seven churches that are in Asia, grace to you, and

  307. peace. Now, look at read this very

  308. slowly Grace to you and peace from him.

  309. Who is? And who was?

  310. And who is the come? Who does that describe?

  311. we're going to find out that's one person and from the seven

  312. spirits who are before his throne That's another person.

  313. And thirdly, and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness,

  314. the firstborn of the dead and the ruler of the Kings on the

  315. earth to him, who loves us and has freed us from our sins by

  316. his blood. That's three.

  317. We're talking about discovering God, right?

  318. This whole past few weeks, we've been talking about the Trinity

  319. and how the Bible shouts that God is a trying being.

  320. And we see it in John's introductory letter, who is, who

  321. was and who is to come, that's the Father, the seven spirits

  322. who are before his throne. This is the seven full manifold

  323. operations of the Spirit, that's too.

  324. And thirdly, we have the person of Jesus Christ and all three

  325. are introducing themselves through John to the seven

  326. churches. It doesn't even end.

  327. Their Revelation is a nightmare for the anti trinitarian.

  328. The Book of Revelation is a living nightmare for anybody.

  329. With does not believe that, God is a Triune being Turn your

  330. Bibles. Now, here in Revelation.

  331. Go to chapter 4. Chapter 4.

  332. Let's begin in. Verse 2, just to see how this is

  333. so obvious. John is speaking against so he

  334. wrote his letter and now John is in a vision.

  335. He comes in the spirit and it says, I once I was in the spirit

  336. and behold a throne stood in heaven with one seated on the

  337. throne. Now if you read this you realize

  338. that this is God, the father he sees him sitting on the throne

  339. now I know that might be mind boggling but Daniel saw the same

  340. thing in Daniel chapter 7, so he sees God sitting on the throne

    Daniel 7 chapter mention

  341. but then you read in verse I've something interesting from the

  342. throne came flashes of lightning and Rumblings and peals of

  343. thunder and Before the Throne were burning, seven torches of

  344. fire which are the seven spirits of God. oftentimes, when we read

  345. Revelation, especially those Throne Room Visions, we often

  346. see who the father and the son, have we ever perceived the Holy

  347. Spirit The seven torches which is a symbol of the ministry of

  348. the Holy Spirit, the seven torches of fire which are the

  349. seven spirits of God. So we want to where's the Holy

  350. Spirit? He's right before the throne.

  351. The father's on the throne, The Holy Spirits, Before the Throne.

  352. And then we read in the next chapter, chapter 5 verse 6 and

  353. who comes into this scene. That gets all the attention from

  354. every eye that be held. And between the throne, we

  355. talked about The Throne, there's somebody on the throne to

  356. somebody before the throne and between the throne and the four

  357. living creatures. And among the elders, I saw a

  358. lamb standing. As though it had been slain.

  359. So there's Jesus, we had the father on the throne.

  360. We had the holy spirit before the throne and we have Jesus

  361. entering into the scene as the Lamb of God.

  362. Now, look at this. It doesn't even end there as

  363. though I'd been slain. So whenever he saw he saw as

  364. though, this lamb, this is all vision.

  365. Is all symbolism had been slain, we talked about the Lamb of God,

  366. through Isaiah 53, but as much, as he looks like he's been

  367. slain, it says, here that with seven horns, and with seven

  368. eyes, Which are the seven spirits of God.

  369. Sent out into all the Earth. There's the Holy Spirit again.

  370. But I thought he was before the throne.

  371. But he's not just before the throne, he's upon Christ.

  372. We look at this stuff like horns and eyes.

  373. So we see his slain Lamb with seven horns and seven eyes.

  374. What's going on here? It's symbolic.

  375. Does anybody know what horns represent in the Bible?

  376. One of the main descriptions of what horn has Power Authority

  377. sovereignty strength, we speak about a horn of an animal that

  378. comes against whoever's standing before him.

  379. This is speaking about its ability to bulldoze before

  380. anything. And Zechariah gives the exact

  381. definition. So we got to I know this is a

  382. lot of Bible Bible Study Bible Bible study scripture.

  383. Not a sermon is that Korea 1818 Zechariah 118 just to give us

  384. biblical definition, remember Bible interprets.

  385. Bible, we find the answers to what we see here in the

  386. scriptures alone. And I lifted my eyes, and saw

  387. and behold four horns. Now, what are these horns?

  388. And I said to the angel that talked with me, what are these?

  389. Maybe you've asked them when you read Revelation and he said to

  390. me, these are the horns that have scattered Judah Israel and

  391. Jerusalem speaking about superpowers, the speaking about

  392. Nations that have come against the nation of Israel.

  393. Horns. So Jesus by having seven horns,

  394. that number seven represents what completion Perfection

  395. wholeness. He possesses the perfect power.

  396. He possesses all authority. He alone has complete

  397. sovereignty over every Affair in the world.

  398. It actually speaks about his Omni potent, his power, he is

  399. all-powerful so though he is slain guess.

  400. What he's all-powerful. In fact that it's through him

  401. being slain that he has all power.

  402. And not just horns, but seven eyes.

  403. Seven eyes. What does that mean?

  404. Was that Korea has the answer in Zechariah Chapter 4 verse 10.

    Zechariah 4:10

  405. Bible interprets Bible. That's why we don't skip books

  406. in the Bible. For whoever has despised the day

  407. of small things shall rejoice and shall see the Plumb line and

  408. the Hand of zerubbabel. Now, look what Zechariah says

  409. these seven are the eyes of the Lord, which range through the

  410. whole earth. So, Zechariah C7 eyes, but he

  411. gets description, he gets an understanding of what these

  412. seven eyes. Represent a speaks about God's

  413. omnipresence His omniscience that there is nothing in this

  414. world that is hidden from his eyes that there is no room dark

  415. enough. There's no pit deep enough.

  416. There's no land for enough in which God does not perceive and

  417. see and understand and is fully aware of what's Happening all at

  418. the same time. And so, now you take those eyes,

  419. you go back to Revelation and it says that Jesus has seven eyes.

  420. Which means what he has perfect knowledge.

  421. All awareness. Complete revelation.

  422. Total understanding. Fully aware nothing ever catches

  423. him by surprise. Nothing is ever done in secret.

  424. Nothing is ever hidden from him. Wow.

  425. How does this slain lamb have seven horns and seven eyes.

  426. When we go back to Revelation 5:6 and we realize these things

    Revelation 5:6

  427. that give them that ability, Which are the seven spirits of

  428. God. So for him to possess all power

  429. and for him to possess all knowledge, and all presence

  430. comes from the Sevenfold Ministry of the Holy Spirit

  431. which Isaiah says, I saw it. John saw it.

  432. Isaiah. Saw it.

  433. Welcome to the harmony of the Bible.

  434. I saw it and Paul actually rather Isaiah says I have I have

  435. the names of each of those seven spirits.

  436. I have the functioning I have the understanding of how these

  437. Sevenfold Spirit actually work. So, so look at this, it doesn't

  438. even end there. So the spirit is in the presence

  439. of the father Before the Throne, the spirit is upon Christ.

  440. We see it, right? Seven horns and seven eyes.

  441. That means the spirit is upon Christ.

  442. It doesn't even end there because the holy spirit's

  443. Ministry goes further than that, sent out into all the Earth.

  444. So he's Before the Throne seven torches.

  445. He's upon Christ. And Jesus says, you know, it's

  446. better that I go so I can send someone else.

  447. And he sent out into all the Earth.

  448. We have so belittled, the deity of the Holy Spirit, think about

  449. it, he's before the father, he's upon Christ, he's working in

  450. every single Believers, individual temples.

  451. And as the church as the Temple of the Lord, he's convicting.

  452. He's comforting. He's healing.

  453. He's restoring. He's empowering and he's

  454. regenerating lost. Souls In the presence of the

  455. father upon Christ in every believer out in the world,

  456. restraining Evil. All at the same time.

  457. The deity of the Holy Spirit, the holy spirit is God.

  458. And he's very powerful. So this is what we see.

  459. Isaiah, and John are seeing the same thing and then we go back

  460. to Isaiah. 11:2 and we try to break down what these things.

    Isaiah 11:2

  461. These spirits that are one but are manifested in seven,

  462. different ways, share the spirit of the Lord, some would debate.

  463. That's a title. I think that's included amongst

  464. his seven, the spirit of the Lord, which speaks of the nature

  465. of God, the character of God, The person of God.

  466. That is poured over the person of Jesus Christ in which the

  467. nature of the Father. The character of the father is

  468. reflected and radiating through his son, perfectly without

  469. measure C. We have the spirit of the lord,

  470. we have the Holy Spirit in us, but we're humans.

  471. And so Jesus Christ is not perfectly displayed through us.

  472. The father is not perfect, it's limited because we have sinned,

  473. we have thought patterns, we have motives that limits, so to

  474. speak. The Holy Spirit from going to

  475. that place, but John Tells us that Jesus received the spirit

  476. without measure. He perfectly displayed the Lord

  477. and he had the spirit of the Lord upon him and everything.

  478. That embodies who God is was portrayed through the person of

  479. Christ. Not just the spirit of the Lord

  480. but the spirit of wisdom, the spirit of wisdom.

  481. The spirit of wisdom is the ability to analyze.

  482. And to assess a situation. And to be able to provide the

  483. best decision and the best solution.

  484. To glorify God and to provide good for man.

  485. The spirit of wisdom was upon Christ, there was nothing too

  486. complicated for Christ to figure out.

  487. There is nothing to perplexing. There is nothing to

  488. dumbfounding, there is nothing. That was so great of a Ministry

  489. that Christ could not look at analyze assess and in provide

  490. the best answer to solving the best solution that can come out

  491. of it. He possessed the spirit of

  492. wisdom and it is even Stop there.

  493. There's even more and we see that in Jesus life, don't we

  494. not? You have politicians who have

  495. religious figures that come up to Jesus and try to throw and

  496. question that would stump him. And he goes and he provides an

  497. answer that literally leaves their mouths.

  498. Drop to the floor and some of them scratching their heads

  499. walking away thing. I've never heard somebody spoke

  500. like this, man, because he had the spirit of wisdom.

  501. You couldn't trap the guy. You could not Corner him, he

  502. would always find a way out and leave you feeling you're in a

  503. corner. The spirit of understanding.

  504. This is mainly speaking about discernment.

  505. And you could try to fool Jesus, all you want, he knew what was

  506. in man? John says He did not interpret

  507. things on the surface level, you can give him words, you can give

  508. him the right look. And he saw past all of that and

  509. he would see the substance of what's really inside of a man.

  510. He would see the reality of a matter, he would know the depths

  511. of a circumstance. There was nothing that could

  512. catch him by surprise. There was nothing that could

  513. fool him. There was nothing that could

  514. make him confused. He had such deep discernment.

  515. It would scare people. He knew about your past.

  516. You knew about what you just did.

  517. He knew where Nathaniel was sitting?

  518. Before he had met him in person. Jesus operated in the spirit of

  519. discernment. Without measure.

  520. We see here the spirit of counsel, I think about this,

  521. that's the next thing, right? With the spirit of wisdom, the

  522. spirit of understanding the spirit of counsel I love this

  523. because because he has the spirit of wisdom and because he

  524. had the spirit of understanding you combine those things, and

  525. who do you have the perfect counselor?

  526. Because he has such depth of knowledge and because he has the

  527. ability to apply that knowledge in the right circumstance with

  528. the right timing and everything else.

  529. Jesus Christ knows how to provide the right Insight.

  530. The right answer the right paths to take the right decision to

  531. make all of those things he gives with such precision.

  532. It's perfect. It's literally perfect.

  533. It's not just good advice. It's perfect advice.

  534. And the comfort that counsel, he also knows how to comfort.

  535. He knows the exact word to give in season.

  536. He knows the right scriptures to lead us to, he knows when you

  537. need to hear that sermon. When you walked into that

  538. service, he knows it all because he possesses understanding.

  539. And because he possesses wisdom, he is the counselor capital c.

  540. Now, like I said, Isaiah is filled, with prophetic

  541. statements about Christ, and here's one of them turned their,

  542. you can turn the year and Isaiah, right?

  543. Isaiah 50, Isaiah 50, this just confirms this thought, Go to

  544. Isaiah 50. Verse 5.

  545. Again, this is speaking about the suffering servant that is to

  546. come. Isaiah 50 verse 5.

    Isaiah 50:5

  547. This is prophetically speaking about Jesus says the Lord.

  548. God has opened my ear and I was not rebellious, I turned not

  549. backward. I gave my back to those who

  550. strike and my cheeks, to those who pull out the beard, I hid,

  551. not my face from disgrace and spitting.

  552. Where was that? Fulfilled?

  553. In the gospels when he's being persecuted when he was being,

  554. it's persecuted in his trial. So this even gives Isaiah is a

  555. master at giving more description of what happened.

  556. So what you had was Jesus clearly, he had a beard and they

  557. pulled the hairs out of that beard and they spat in his face.

  558. And his back, he did not turn away from obeying the father,

  559. but he in fact, gave it to those to whip it to such a degree that

  560. it look like one big gash. And we go, that's Jesus.

  561. But then people don't realize the verse before verse 5 is

  562. Jesus to. So look at Isaiah, 50 verse 4.

    Isaiah 50:4

  563. The Lord has given me the tongue of those who are taught that.

  564. I may know how to sustain with a word.

  565. Him who is weary. That's Jesus.

  566. So yeah, we see five and six, that's Jesus.

  567. But first for is Jesus to and you know what it's saying about

  568. Jesus that he's been given such a tongue If you have King James

  569. new King James says, that he would give a word in the right

  570. season. Didn't say, what kind of season

  571. any season. The Lord knows how to speak,

  572. just what you and I need to know to be sustained, log enough to

  573. get to the next season. This is why you don't miss

  574. reading the Bible because that's how God speaks please hear me.

  575. I can tell you moments. Where was in just checking off

  576. devotion in the morning. I can tell you waking up from

  577. something that happened the night before, only to find, even

  578. in my systematic, reading, Jesus, giving the right word.

  579. In the right season where the were like obscure verses that

  580. literally vibrate from the Bible only to penetrate your heart and

  581. Infuse so much life and hope it's as though he spoke from his

  582. very lips into your ears. Christ has been given that kind

  583. of a tongue for the sake of you and me to be able to walk

  584. another day in life. God, doesn't speak to me.

  585. Well, don't say that if your Bible is closed.

  586. Because when you get the word in you, even as you walk through

  587. life, even if you don't have this book directly open before

  588. you, he knows how to take that Revelation that you've digested

  589. to come to life and fruition, and to speak, as though again,

  590. he is whispering right in your ear.

  591. I guarantee you that He's been given the spirit of counsel.

  592. He's the best counselor. Talk to him.

  593. Bring it before, man. Watch how he will provide the

  594. right remedy. Lay on your bed and let those

  595. tears stream down your cheeks to only wet your pillow, but open

  596. your mouth and come to him. Who's been anointed to give you

  597. a word back. Sometimes it doesn't happen

  598. right away but it's worth the wait.

  599. I rather get a good word from the Lord than any were just for

  600. the sake of hearing something. I want to hear from God and

  601. there's one who's been given the spirit of counsel, Jesus Christ

  602. himself, who is the word in the flesh, through his Worth, to

  603. speak to our flesh. And to give us what we need to

  604. get to the next season. Don't say, God doesn't speak

  605. when your Bible is closed. He uses his word to speak, don't

  606. look for fortune. Cookie answer, this book is

  607. filled with truth and he wants to give it to you, and he wants

  608. to give you the right word from this book.

  609. We come back to Isaiah 11, what happens?

  610. Isaiah 11 says, the spirit of counsel in the spirit of Might

  611. the spirit of Might that he's been given the ability to

  612. overcome and Prevail any obstacle, that is laid before

  613. him. There is not one enemy, there's

  614. not one Temptation, there's not one trial that Jesus did not

  615. overpower because of the holy spirit, manifesting in total

  616. might Nothing could stand before him, because of the measure of

  617. power that clothe him. We see that in the wilderness,

  618. we see that with Miracles, we see that with demon possession.

  619. That he walked in with that power and it was glorious.

  620. I mean, you have Jesus when Judas comes with the band of

  621. soldiers as they were looking for, Jesus Christ of Nazareth

  622. and Jesus just says a few words, I am he And as, as though, a

  623. tornado had blown through the Garden of Gethsemane because all

  624. those men flew back just from that statement alone.

  625. The spirit of Might was upon him but that just his Spirit of

  626. mine, lastly, the spirit of knowledge.

  627. Again, a mind that was able to comprehend all matters relating

  628. to all things with a past present or future.

  629. There is nothing that he does not know concerning anything

  630. that this life presents itself. He knows all things.

  631. But let's just not limited to data and how things function and

  632. how things operate in this universe.

  633. Let's bring it and make a personal, he knows everything

  634. about me. And he knows everything about

  635. you. And so great is his knowledge.

  636. That it's coupled with his might, right?

  637. Because he knows every single need.

  638. Do you believe that God knows your needs?

  639. Do you think God knows your needs and he doesn't care about

  640. your needs? The very purpose of his

  641. knowledge of you so that he can take care of you.

  642. That's why he says, don't be worried or anxious.

  643. Listen. Not only is his knowledge.

  644. So clear and so obvious. I mean, it's so amazing that he

  645. knows you and I are more than this is.

  646. Why when you pray for things, you say Lord you know my

  647. desires, you know what, I need more than I know.

  648. So I'm going to trust your leading.

  649. Show me revealed to me. Lead Me Guide Me.

  650. Pray that prayer in every aspect in your life from your job to

  651. who Your spouse is supposed to be ask him because he is the

  652. spirit of knowledge and he knows you better than, you know

  653. yourself. And when you pray to the one who

  654. has the spirit of knowledge realized that he also has the

  655. spirit of might, so he knows it. But he also has the power to

  656. provide for the need So he sees the need and as complex as I

  657. might be. As far-fetched as it, might seem

  658. to receive an answer for it or to receive Clarity on it.

  659. Don't forget that it's coupled with the spirit of might so he

  660. comes in and brings forth and delivers exactly what your heart

  661. is craving. This is who were speaking about

  662. here. The limit himself that the

  663. spirit of all of this happened just at his Earthly Ministry and

  664. it lifted off. No, we just learned in

  665. Revelation that the spirit of God is still upon him.

  666. The Sevenfold spirit Spirit of knowledge.

  667. And then it says here. Lastly, the spirit of the fear

  668. of the Lord, the spirit of the fear of the Lord.

  669. So, the Holy Spirit. Energized.

  670. So to speak enabled. So to speak Jesus.

  671. To delightfully submit, his will to the program of God.

  672. Jesus walked in a reverential. Awe of God.

  673. God help us. This is what we need in 2019.

  674. If there's going to be any Spirit to manifest, that it be

  675. the spirit of the fear of God, the spirit of the Lord.

  676. So Came Upon Christ that he was in profound.

  677. All of the one he served and he walked in that and he operated

  678. in that and everything that he did was not in reluctance was

  679. not in a fear in which he was crippled and Paralyzed by

  680. Terror. It was this desire.

  681. Fire in the knowledge of how holy and awesome.

  682. The father is that he says you have all of me.

  683. You know, what's beautiful? We can ask for that.

  684. If the fear of the Lord comes from the Holy Spirit, I can pray

  685. to the Holy Spirit to be. I want that.

  686. I want greater measure of that because the fear of the Lord,

  687. prolongs life and the fear of the Lord is the hatred of evil,

  688. and the fear of the Lord is a shield, and the fear of the Lord

  689. is a Fountain of Life. I don't know why people are so

  690. afraid of the fear of the Lord. It brings so much good.

  691. Because it's a lie from the devil.

  692. That's why to make you afraid of the doctrine of the fear of the

  693. Lord. So that you would not benefit

  694. from the riches that ooze out of that reality.

  695. That's why guarantee you 100%? The spirit of the fear of the

  696. Lord was on him. And he says, in verse 3, that it

  697. was his Delight, his Delight shall be in the fear of the

  698. Lord. And now we read these wonderful

  699. things that Jesus operated in, we read these things and we go,

  700. that's amazing. Surely we see this in the

  701. gospels, but do you realize that Isaiah is not just speaking

  702. about Jesus first coming? That these things would not just

  703. be displayed as you walk in this world for 33 years. if you make

  704. the connection to the rest of this prophecy, we realized that

  705. this giving of the spirit, this anointing that Came Upon Christ

  706. extends into the second mission of his second coming when he

  707. comes back physically to rain on the world again.

  708. Because this is what we believe about the second coming of Jesus

  709. Christ. We believe that Jesus came at

  710. one point. Yes. 2000 years ago to purchase

  711. us through his blood to save us from our sins.

  712. But as Jesus comes back, we are not entering immediately into an

  713. eternal State some mistaken that we're not.

  714. We're not going to be just getting to heaven and

  715. everything's a done deal. That's not what the Bible

  716. describes. We have this first coming.

  717. This age of Grace, We're still in it.

  718. You want to know if you're in Bible times, were in Bible

  719. times, souls are still coming in, Gentiles are still coming in

  720. conferences, are still being organized, missionaries are

  721. still being sent because the year of the Lord's, favor is

  722. still in it when that comes to an end, Jesus will return when

  723. he returns, he is going to physically rain on the earth for

  724. 1,000 years. It's called the millennial reign

  725. of Christ. Jesus is actually going to come

  726. set his feet because he's still fully man fully God, he's going

  727. to set his feet on the Mount of Olives and he is going to

  728. establish his kingdom physically before the Eternal state for

  729. 1000 years. If we don't believe that there's

  730. a lot of things in the Bible that don't make sense.

  731. A lot of things in the Bible that don't make sense.

  732. Including this prophecy. We're going to talk about why

  733. believing in the millennial Reign is so important.

  734. What do we see here? And his Delight in verse 3,

  735. shall be in the fear of the Lord.

  736. He shall not judge by what is IC or decide disputes but what his

  737. ears here, this is speaking about kingship.

  738. This is speaking about one, who is to be a judge?

  739. Jesus Christ, did not come to the world to judge.

  740. You came to save, he's coming back to judge and when he comes

  741. back to sit on a physical throne, In a physical place.

  742. In this world, he's going to be judging all the nations and now

  743. look at how his judgment is going to be performed.

  744. Remember we just talked about the Sevenfold Ministry of the

  745. spirit upon Christ. He's going to be so endued with

  746. knowledge and discernment and insight.

  747. That when a case is brought before him, he won't need to see

  748. evidence, and he won't have to hear anything that they have to

  749. say. He shall not judge by what is IC

  750. or decide this piece by what his ears here he is.

  751. So, having this obvious knowledge of, what's before him

  752. that he's going to dictate and determine the judgment and

  753. they're going to go off, and they're going to be given what?

  754. He's been. Granted his perfect

  755. righteousness and judgment. Can you think about that?

  756. There's no need for lawyers in the lawyers in the millennial

  757. reign. Just bring the case before him

  758. and he's going to give the answer just bring the case

  759. before me. He's going to provide the

  760. solution. He doesn't need to hear your

  761. arguments it isn't he see the evidence?

  762. All he needs is the spirit that's been given to him.

  763. And that this is amazing, right? Because at one point, there was

  764. a king just like that very similar to that.

  765. What was his name? A real king that actually lived

  766. in Israel. Solomon.

  767. Now, listen to this, I'm going to read to you.

  768. What Solomon was like in his Reign.

  769. It says, here in 1st Kings 3434 and people of all nations, came

  770. to hear the wisdom of Solomon. People of all nations came to

  771. hear what Solomon had to say, and from all the kings of the

  772. earth who had heard of his wisdom.

  773. So you have all these kings that heard about this man saw them

  774. and they go, we got to hear what this guy has to say and they

  775. would flock to him. We had the Queen of Sheba that

  776. flock to him to just here and she goes what you have to say.

  777. Is greater than what I've been told the wisdom that you've been

  778. giving. Surely, God has loved Israel by

  779. making you King. But then you go to the gospels

  780. and you see Jesus condemning certain cities and he said, even

  781. the Queen of Sheba went to go see Solomon and something

  782. greater than Solomon is here. So, if the nations of the kings

  783. of the peoples of all the world came to flocking here.

  784. Solomon, what will it be like? When Jesus Reigns on the earth,

  785. you want to wonder what its gonna be like when Jesus comes?

  786. What am I going to do for all eternity?

  787. Well, here's one thing you're going to do, you're going to

  788. want to sit and just hear him talk.

  789. You just going to want to hear the wisdom that oozes out of

  790. him. And be astonished stunned.

  791. By the spirit of wisdom and understanding and counsel that

  792. he possesses. And so we see here in Isaiah 11,

  793. that it doesn't stop there. He shall not judge by what his

  794. eyes, see, your decide, this piece by what his ears hear.

  795. But with righteousness, he shall judge the poor and decide with

  796. equity for the meek of the earth.

  797. He shall strike the Earth with the rod of his mouth.

  798. And with the breath of his lips, he shall kill the wicked.

  799. So the same one that we love and adore and worship who breathes

  800. life into man is the same one, who possesses the power to take

  801. life out of man with his words. Just by his word, he doesn't

  802. need guards. He doesn't need weapons.

  803. He doesn't need tanks and he doesn't need nuclear.

  804. All he needs is to say the word for us to disintegrate like

  805. powder. and as powerful, as you see the Antichrist, the false

  806. prophet, the Beast, and the Book of Revelation, you know, what it

  807. says in 2nd Thessalonians, Second Thessalonians 2 tells us

  808. in verse 8 and then the Lawless one will be revealed whom the

  809. Lord, Jesus will kill with the breath of his mouth.

  810. So even when Jesus Christ comes on the scene and he's faced with

  811. the Antichrist when he's faced with the one who deceived the

  812. whole world to worship a false. God who did false signs and

  813. wonders? You know what?

  814. Jesus will have to do when he shows up, get out of here, and

  815. he's gone. The breath of his mouth alone.

  816. and your non-existent, And when he comes to rule and reign in

  817. this world because he's coming when he sits upon his throne.

  818. And when he has to deal with the wicked, he just has to say the

  819. word that's going to be a site. Don't you think?

  820. And then it goes on to describe and verse 6.

  821. In this Millennial Reign, a shift in every way possible.

  822. So listen, it's not just going to change the way the world is

  823. operating. In terms on a human level.

  824. Every element of existence will be altered due to the Eternal

  825. reign of Christ specifically in his Millennial Reign.

  826. Look what it says in verse 6. This is just something that I

  827. think is amazing. The wolf shall dwell with the

  828. lamb. And the leopard shall lie down

  829. with the young goat and the calf, and The Lion, and the

  830. fattened calf together. So, what we see is harmony

  831. amongst animals. What we see is a reversal of

  832. what happened in Genesis, where there was a dread upon the

  833. animals from man, we see that today do we not that there's a

  834. dread of humanity from the animals that they're on guard,

  835. that they don't approach us? Some do, some are more tame than

  836. others. When Christ comes to establish

  837. his kingdom. There's going to be a literal

  838. shift of the way animals, relate, to one another.

  839. And what we see here and a little child shall lead them.

  840. The cow and the bear shall graze and their young shall lie down

  841. together and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.

  842. So, animals are not going to be eating each other anymore.

  843. The nursing child think about this shall play over the whole

  844. of the cobra. And the weaned child shall put

  845. his hand on the adders Den. They shall not hurt, nor destroy

  846. in all my Holy Mountain, for the Earth, shall be full of the

  847. knowledge of the Lord, as the waters, cover the sea.

  848. So, what we see is animals, They won't harm each other anymore,

  849. and hand animals will not harm children anymore and children

  850. can play with animals. Even with snakes, even with

  851. poisonous snakes because there's literally going to be such an

  852. obvious sense of the sovereignty and the power of God's enforced

  853. righteousness on the earth that it's going to have an effect on

  854. beasts itself. This was going to happen and

  855. this is in this world for 1,000 years.

  856. Do you know what else is going to change in this world?

  857. Not just the way animals relate to you.

  858. And I are relate to one another geographically land is going to

  859. shift. Isaiah chapter 2, turn your

    Isaiah 2 chapter mention

  860. Bibles to Isaiah chapter 2, just to see it.

    Isaiah 2 chapter mention

  861. Look at verse 1 of Isaiah chapter 2.

    Isaiah 2 chapter mention

  862. The word that Isaiah the son of amoz Saw concerning Judah and

  863. Jerusalem. It shall come to pass in the

  864. latter days that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be

  865. established as the highest of the mountains.

  866. And shall be lifted up above the hills and all the nations shall

  867. flow to it, that we see it. Then when he comes to Jerusalem

  868. and establishes his kingdom geographically speaking, the

  869. land will be so elevated that it's going to be the highest

  870. mountain and all the nations will realize it and Float to it.

  871. And what are people going to do? During this time, what they did

  872. in Solomon's time, look at verse 3 and many people shall come and

  873. say come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord to the

  874. house of the god of Jacob that he may teach us his ways.

  875. And that we may walk in his paths for out of Zion shall go

  876. forth, the law and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

  877. He shall judge between nations and shall decide disputes for

  878. many people's. So, during this thousand year

  879. reign, it doesn't, it's not heaven yet.

  880. It's not free from sin, it's not free from Death.

  881. It's not free from the possibility of rebellion.

  882. In fact we're going to be shocked in a moment.

  883. What's going to happen at the end of the thousand year reign?

  884. But what is going to happen is that Jesus Christ will enforce,

  885. enforce such righteousness. He will judge between nations.

  886. He will bring about a verdict between how rulers deal with one

  887. another and there will be such a level of Peace during this

  888. thousand year reign. As Christ has come with the

  889. Sevenfold Spirit upon him. Look what they're going to do

  890. with their weapons. Look what your Bible says, the

  891. second part of verse 4, they shall beat their swords into

  892. plowshares. And their Spears into pruning.

  893. Hooks Nation shall not lift up sword against Nation, neither

  894. shall they learn War anymore? So they're going to look at all

  895. the weapons and say, geez. What are we going to do with

  896. these? There's no more war so let's

  897. turn into farming equipment. Let's turn into agricultural

  898. tools. Let's find a different use for

  899. them. That's how much peace there will

  900. be in the world no more war budget.

  901. No more military investment. All of that is going to be given

  902. to different things in this life when Jesus Christ becomes king

  903. over the world. go back to Isaiah 11:10 as we conclude in

    Isaiah 11:10

  904. verse 10, it says In that day, the root of Jesse who shall

  905. stand as a signal for the peoples of him, shall the

  906. nation's Inquirer and his resting place shall be glorious.

  907. This is why we have to read the Bible carefully and slowly,

  908. sometimes and repetitively. How does it describe?

  909. Jesus and Isaiah 11:1. What does it say there shall

    Isaiah 11:1

  910. come forth a shoot from the stump of Jesse and a branch from

  911. his roots, shall bear fruit. Then you come to verse 10, it

  912. says in that day, the root of Jesse So, which is he?

  913. Does he come after or does he come before?

  914. Because a route implies something to produce.

  915. Something that Branch implies something as a result of the

  916. route. But it's saying to you that the

  917. branch of Jesse and is describing the same person as a

  918. root of Jesse, because Jesus is not just his descendant.

  919. Jesus is David's creator. In that day, the root of Jesse

  920. who shall stand as a single for the peoples of him, shall rule

  921. the Nations and choir and his resting place shall be glorious.

  922. Now we read this, and I know it's a long week, it's the end

  923. of the week. It's Friday night.

  924. We read this and we see a future hope, don't we?

  925. We look forward to the day in which Jesus Christ will come

  926. physically Reign for a thousand years and more importantly, for

  927. all eternity and when he comes there's going to be such Harmony

  928. and is going to be such peace amongst one.

  929. Another there's going to be such a limited amount of evil.

  930. You know why? Because Revelations 20 says that

  931. Satan will be bound for a thousand years.

  932. To not deceive anyone. So we don't have the tempter

  933. coming and doing what he does. Best there's going to be a time

  934. period in which his influence will be subdued in order for

  935. Christ to fulfill his reign. And here's my question though,

  936. that as a future anticipation, there is a present reality of

  937. that, that we should also long for why, because though, the

  938. world itself will not come under subjection until Jesus Christ.

  939. Physically returns, there is a reality of the kingdom of God

  940. and it is represented in the church.

  941. And so, you know what, we should think of, if the result of Jesus

  942. Christ becoming King over a land, over the world, produces

  943. peace and Harmony and unity should then not be at least

  944. somewhat displayed in the people of God.

  945. Jesus Christ is King over their lives.

  946. Do you guys understand what I'm trying to say trying to say

  947. this? That when the world who will one

  948. day bow the knee to Jesus Christ and realize him as king of the

  949. earth, and King of the universe that same world who is not in

  950. that place. Yet should at least be able to

  951. look and open one of our Windows PK and get a glimpse of the

  952. reality of what Jesus Christ and his Reign looks like by seeing

  953. how we treat one another. No.

  954. Is Jesus Christ. Not King over.

  955. Our lives is not the kingdom of God within us.

  956. Jesus said, because the reality of the Kingdom now is that it's

  957. here and not yet. And the here part must manifest,

  958. because the world should look into the church and see another

  959. world. But it doesn't come when you

  960. have a building with a cross on top of it, that's not a church.

  961. It doesn't come with a nice padded.

  962. Pews is even come with a speaker and a worship team.

  963. It comes with people that Jesus Christ King over their lives and

  964. when you get those people together, there should be some

  965. kind of flavor of the millennial Reign.

  966. There should be some kind of insight into what it will look

  967. like when Jesus fully takes over the world and becomes king over

  968. all the nations. We have a responsibility.

  969. We should be a window into what's to come and we should

  970. have people excited for Jesus Christ to return by seeing what

  971. it's like to be under his Reign before he actually comes and

  972. Reigns. This is just a sign of.

  973. Have you ever wonder why Jesus Christ has to come for a

  974. thousand years? Why don't we just get to heaven?

  975. I've always thought that and some people believe that we are

  976. in the Thousand Year now that the rain is symbolic and that

  977. this is all these things that we just read about the wolf and the

  978. lamb. All this is not essential

  979. doctrinal things, these are secondary issues but it's just

  980. worth the thought. And so you think like why would

  981. Jesus physically Reign for a thousand years?

  982. We can just go straight into the Eternal state.

  983. There's many reasons. Here's one of the main reasons

  984. God is faithful to his promises and God had made particular

  985. Promises to the nation of Israel that he is yet to fulfill and

  986. will be fulfilled during this thousand year reign.

  987. God promised that there would be a king who would rule forever

  988. and ever. Jesus Christ will actually do

  989. that physically as he sits on the throne in Jerusalem.

  990. Jesus Christ will fulfill the promises that God made to

  991. Abraham about land. He made a land Covenant with

  992. Israel that he's going to fulfill and that he's going to

  993. show forth that he's kept his promise.

  994. Not only that there's even more to that the millennial Reign is

  995. going to reveal very shockingly, the depth of the depravity of

  996. mankind. Do you know why?

  997. Because even when Jesus Christ, physically comes to this world

  998. and Reigns and will enforce righteousness, to all the

  999. nations, listen to this, this is crazy.

1000. You ready for this? Satan will be subdued for a

1001. thousand years. Satan will literally be bound in

1002. a pit to not influence anyone to not whisper.

1003. Hey, why don't you do this and do that and influence the media

1004. and music and all the things that are surrounding us and

1005. bombarding us? He's going to have no influence

1006. and yet you ready for this turn to Revelation 20?

1007. Look at verse 7 of Revelations, 20.

1008. And when the thousand years are ended, Satan will be released

1009. from his prison and will come out to deceive the Nations that

1010. are at the Four Corners of the Earth.

1011. Think about that for a moment. Then after all of that, the

1012. devil yet has one more attempt to deceive the people of this

1013. world in a Utopia and almost a Garden of Eden State.

1014. Like and yet still have a chance to see people and people will be

1015. deceived even in that kind of holy environment to betray and

1016. walk away from Christ, only to ultimately experience Eternal

  1017. separation from. Can you?

1018. Imagine what is that? Say that just describes that.

1019. It's not about an environment that influences our Behavior.

1020. The problem of humanity is their heart, not what kind of home

1021. they grew up in necessarily and now what kind of neighborhood

1022. they are in or what kind of nation has no.

1023. No, we're going to find out that there's a day.

1024. Coming were perfect, Justice will be enforced.

1025. Perfect laws will be established.

1026. The the poor everybody else will receive what is due unto them.

1027. And they're going to even see the physical Christ and yet

1028. Satan will have one more chance to deceive and it's actually

1029. going to work for some people. What's the problem here man's

  1030. heart? That's the problem.

1031. If a happened in the Garden of Eden, it will happen in the

1032. millennial Reign and all its going to show is the depths of

1033. our depravity and our need for the Holy Spirit to regenerate

1034. our hearts. That's what it's going to

1035. reveal. But it's going to be a time in

1036. which we're getting closer to what heaven will be like, do

1037. what I'm saying. We're not there yet during that

1038. rain, but it's like time is now taking us closer into what God

1039. wants to usher in for all time. You guys have time, we're good,

1040. Isaiah 65, Isaiah 65. So we knew that is going to

1041. affect land. It's going to affect how laws

1042. are established it's going to affect animals.

1043. Then we come to a verse like this and Isaiah 65.

1044. Verse 17 for behold. I create new heavens and a new

1045. Earth and the former things shall not be remembered or come

1046. to mind, aren't you? Glad that when Heaven comes

1047. there things are, we're not going to remember.

1048. This is a verse that we often use when it comes to people, who

1049. think what am I going to do? If I have a loved ones that are

1050. going to go to hell, what am I going to do?

1051. If one of my best friends that is not going to accept Christ is

1052. going to be eternally separated from, I think this first place

1053. some roll into that, the former things shall not be remembered

1054. or come into mind. And Isaiah has this habit by the

1055. Holy Spirit to speak about a certain reality and then shift

1056. gears and to go into another Prophecy in the same thing.

1057. We saw that with Jesus right, he stops, right?

1058. When he says to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor and the

1059. very next phrase talks about his second coming.

1060. You remember that the year of the Lord's favor, first coming

1061. and the day of Vengeance of our God s coming in one sentence.

1062. So verse 17 to verse 19, he's talking about the new heavens

1063. and the new Earth coming in the Eternal state.

1064. But in verse 20, he is not speaking about the Eternal

1065. state. It may seem like that as you're

1066. reading, it may seem like he's talking about having.

1067. It may seem like he's talking about the Eternal state but then

1068. you go to verse 22. Hold on.

1069. That's not talking about eternity.

1070. Can't talk about eternity. What does it say?

1071. No more shall there. Be in an infant who lives but a

1072. few days or an old man who does not fill out.

1073. His days for the young man shall die.

1074. A hundred years old in this sinner.

1075. Sinners are sinners in heaven. There's death and Heaven.

1076. Sinner. 100 years old shall be accursed.

1077. He shift gears and he's talking about the Eternal that rather

1078. the millennial reign of Christ. And what is he saying there that

1079. in the millennial Reign, it's going to be very much like how

1080. the Ages were from the Garden of Eden downward.

1081. That life will be extended for hundreds of years.

1082. I mean, life will be extended to such a degree that if you died,

  1083. 100 years old, you're considered a cursed and babies aren't going

  1084. to die. Verse 22.

1085. They shall not build and another inhabit, they shall not plant.

1086. And another eat for like the days of a tree, shall the days

1087. of my people be and just in case we don't think this is speaking

1088. about the millennial Reign, go back to verse 25.

1089. What is this a the wolf and the lamb shall graze together?

1090. The lion shall eat straw, like the ox and the dust shall be

1091. serpents food. They shall not hurt, or destroy

1092. in. All my Holy Mountain.

1093. Isaiah already said that in Chapter 11.

1094. Jesus Christ is coming back. And as much as we see this world

1095. and is amazing as it is, we're only getting a glimpse of what's

1096. to come. Things are going to shift real

1097. quick when he puts his feet on the Mount of Olives.

1098. Things are going to happen and they're going to happen in a way

1099. in which we're going to think it's Heaven itself but it's not

1100. even what heaven has to offer. But as it comes to that point,

1101. we're getting closer and closer to the curtain of Eternity.

1102. And so Jesus Christ, fully comes.

1103. Now think about this. Think about this.

1104. Apart from the Holy Spirit entering into your heart and

1105. changing you, you can live in a place like the millennial Reign

1106. and still go to hell at the end of it.

1107. Man, if that should create anything in us, a sense of

1108. desperation, if you're in this place, and you're not sure

1109. you're saved. Because even people had seen

1110. Miracles, Jesus opening the eyes of the Blind and Jesus opening

1111. the ears of the deaf and guess what?

1112. Many of them did not believe If I knew I wasn't saved and I

1113. realized that one day, Jesus going to physically rain on the

1114. earth and there's still people that will be deceived by the

  1115. devil. Oh my.

1116. Oh my God have mercy on me, change my heart because I know

1117. that even if I see, even if I hear and even if I behold unless

1118. you come in and change me from the inside out, I'm doomed.

1119. Give me your conviction. And give me the ears to hear and

1120. give me the eyes to see my need for a savior.

1121. The gospel doesn't change in the millennial Reign, people will

1122. still need to realize Jesus Christ as the only source of

1123. salvation. And that's true today.

1124. That's true today. Can you imagine either this book

1125. is true or we just read a fairytale ladies and gentlemen.

1126. Either this book is true or we just spent the last hour here,

1127. talking about nonsense. Either God is true or he is like

1128. a man who lies. Well, let's look at his track

  1129. record. Jesus Christ, physically

1130. existed, Jesus Christ, physically walked on this Earth,

1131. atheists, acknowledge that agnostics, acknowledge that,

1132. where they'll disagree is his statements, about being divine

1133. so if there is really a man that came and walked in this world

1134. named Jesus Christ who actually influenced history, And here's

1135. another thing that should get our attention, his grave is

1136. empty. And maybe we should take what he

1137. has to say about the future more seriously.

1138. And for those who have believed on him, may this be a source of

1139. hope. We're not talking Fairy Tale

1140. video games and movies here. We're talking about a reality

1141. that Jesus Christ is actually going to come and Reign and

1142. Rule. And we're going to see a shift.

1143. Like we never thought will happen but we'll be able to say

  1144. that's my king. That's my king.

1145. Do you have Jesus Christ as king of your life?

1146. He's real. He's more real thing than you

1147. think I dare you to get desperate enough to say.

1148. Lord if you're really the one that I just heard about that can

1149. give good news to the poor that can heal the brokenhearted that

1150. can make me. Hold I can set me free from sins

1151. and heal the brokenhearted that can make my fire.

1152. For you come to life that can give me counsel and can give me

1153. wisdom and can give me guidance. I want you, I dare you.

1154. To take this word as it says and to give God childlike Faith at

1155. this, a God, if you're there, I want you.

1156. And watch how gracious and tender.

1157. He really is and watch how powerful he is.

1158. Watch how powerfully is? I don't care how bound you are

1159. in sin. I don't care how many lines you

1160. sniffed up your nostril. I don't care.

1161. How buzzed you might be on drugs even now.

1162. God is able to set you free. But you got to call upon him.

1163. Because I got nothing for you. Nobody up here has anything for

1164. you. All we do is sing and Proclaim

1165. about the one who's able to do something about it and we're not

1166. talking about somebody that doesn't exist.

1167. We're not talking about a historical figure that once live

1168. He's Alive. He's more real than you think.

1169. He's at touching distance from your seat right now.

1170. He's unseen but also if you call upon him, it will be as though

1171. you can see him. Because more than the eyes of

1172. your flesh, the eyes of your heart will open up and you will

1173. be holding, because the spirit will come in and regenerate your

1174. soul and you will know life, like, you've never known life

1175. before. I'll tell you this, as much as

1176. in the millennial, Reign things will shift and change in this

1177. life. Now, you'll see everything

1178. differently. Grass gets Greener and walls and

1179. their pain, get brighter lights, get brighter songs, sound better

1180. especially The Godly ones. Life has purpose.

  1181. There's a satisfaction of the Soul.

1182. That nothing in this life can even come close to.

1183. I'm trying to bite my tongue. because, Christians.

1184. We need to prove to the world. That Jesus is enough.

1185. Because from what I hear from different people.

1186. And our generation. They're not very convinced.

1187. And yes, a big part of that is their sin nature.

1188. But I think another reason for that is because they look at us

1189. and they don't see any difference.

1190. But until we can say, Holy anointed one, your name is like,

  1191. honey. On my lips.

1192. You know what we're saying to Jesus?

1193. When we say that we're saying when I actually say your name,

1194. there's sweetness to it. Like the name alone can come for

1195. me. There's reverence to that name.

1196. Jesus is not your homeboy. Jesus is Holy.

1197. Your spirits like water to my soul.

1198. What we're saying there. you satisfy me beyond anything else

1199. in this life, and I'm telling you that I think that's a song

1200. that we can sing in light of this, holy and anointed one, he

1201. is so anointed, he is so set apart.

1202. He is so consecrated, he alone. Possesses all these things that

1203. we described and he's worthy of our worship and adoration in

1204. light of it. I encourage you if any point

1205. this time as we close in a moment to sing that if you don't

1206. know Jesus, you would call upon him and say, God almighty I want

1207. to know you and I give my life to you.

1208. I know that my sins have put you on the cross.

1209. I Repent of them and I give you my life if you do know him Is

1210. your first love. Can you confidently?

1211. Say your name is like, honey on my lips and your spirits like

1212. water to my soul. If not, he is so good to us and

1213. you so anointed he can rekindle that reality again, that's how

1214. precious he is. So when we focus on Isaiah 61,

1215. we talked about his ability to restore from sin Isaiah 42, to

1216. restore the broken hearted and those that are discouraged.

1217. And here he is and Isaiah 11 who needs some wisdom.

1218. Who needs counsel, who needs Direction?

1219. Who needs guidance, who needs to know the next step who needs to

1220. hear a word in season call upon him?

1221. Call upon we've called upon him and Isaiah 61.

1222. We've called upon him and Isaiah 42.

1223. Let's call upon him and Isaiah 11.

1224. He's willing to do it. Would you bow your heads?

1225. He's willing to do it. Would you bow your heads?
