The 9/11 Countdown

Reach down and pick up your bibles.

Let's get into the Word today.

Hallelujah, amen.

Let's lift those bibles up, wave it around, make Jesus glad and the devil mad.

Say this together.

Say, heavenly Father, we are blood washed, blood bought, blood redeemed, children of the Most High God, we have a right to be here in your presence.

Because of that blood and I receive today, I believe I receive revelation that will help me, strengthen me, put me over the top in Jesus' name, amen.

Let's look at 1 Corinthians, chapter 10, and also 2 Peter, chapter two.

1 Corinthians 10 · chapter mention

Oh, there he goes again in 1 Corinthians.

I know, I don't know why I'm stuck in there, but we're gonna dig our way out.

I think 1 Corinthians, chapter 10 and verse five, and this is talking about the children of Israel and the wilderness and it talks about the five sins that they committed Once they got delivered out of Egypt.

I mean, they had a mighty victory by mighty hand and a stretched out arm.

God brought them out, but they sinned five different ways and it lists this here in 1 Corinthians.

I want you to pay close attention.

But with many of them, that is, his people, israel, many of them, god was not well pleased for they were overthrown in the wilderness.

Now these things were our examples.

In other words, they're a dissuasive pattern.

Don't act like this.

And who's this written to Christians?

This book's written to Christians.

See, don't be like the children of Israel.

These are dissuasive patterns that are written for you to stay away from.

So it goes on.

Dissuasive patterns to the intent.

We should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.

Neither be ye idolaters, as some of them.

As it is written, the people sat down to eat and drink and rose up to play.

Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed and fell in one day, 23,000.

Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted and were destroyed of serpents.

Neither murmur ye, murmured.

Right up there the list with all this other stuff, idolatry, lust, and murmurs right up there with it.

Neither murmur ye.

You know you're tempted to murmur.

Put your hand over your mouth and stop right now.

Why?

Because it's a dissuasive pattern.

You don't want to establish that pattern, are y'all with me now?

Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured and were destroyed of the destroyer.

Now all these things happen under them, for examples and types, and the same word that we just got to reading up there in verse six examples.

It's all a dissuasive pattern, or a striking, like you would strike a piece of metal in market.

You know, my ring has got, it's been struck and it says it's, you know, 10 karat.

My Aggie ring, now still an Aggie, even though they disgraced themselves last time.

All right, once an Aggie, always an Aggie.

We don't have Aggie X's.

There are no X students, they're just former students.

I happen to be one of them.

All right, these things are for our example, that are written for our admonition or our warning upon whom the ends of the age are come.

Wherefore, let him that think of his standard, take heed lest he fall, amen.

I mean, these are days when we need to know why we believe what we believe.

Amen, because we're being assaulted from every side.

It's time to hang on to what we know is true.

All right.

And then let's turn over to second Peter, chapter two, and read in verse four For if God spared not the angels that sin, but cast them down to hell and deliver them in a change of darkness to be reserved under judgment, verse seven and delivered just lot, vexed with a filthy conversation of the wicked, for that righteous man dwelling among them and seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds.

The Lord knoweth how to deliver that godly See.

That's the positive news.

Yeah, this is stuff that we're going to be talking about.

Stuff is going on bad, but notice, god knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust until the day of judgment to be punished.

And so here, on the day before the anniversary of the 9-11, I just want to share a message entitled 9-11 Countdown the 9-11 Countdown.

I didn't realize that 9-11 was part of a countdown for a while.

It took me a while to connect all the dots.

And this morning I want to share this message, not as a downer, it's an encouragement.

God has given us warnings and he's given us information about the time in which we live.

That should encourage everyone here.

We don't have to be afraid.

We don't have to live in careful suspense.

That's second song.

I mean we live in all this chaos and that second song was just I thought, wow, that's a cool song.

It's got all the words I'm preaching today.

So it's an encouragement.

Man, it's not meant to make anybody be weighed down or concerned.

The opposite, the opposite.

I mean this is an encouraging word.

So this is the 22nd anniversary of 9-11.

And most of us remember where we were that day, glad us and I.

For our part, we were getting ready and getting dressed.

It was a Tuesday morning and the local Praise the Lord show was gonna come on at 10 o'clock our time, and we were ready to get across town.

It's all the way on the Southwest Freeway.

They've closed the studio now, but we were hosting the Praise the Lord show and Jay called us and said dad, turn on the television, we're under attack.

And so we saw just enough before we left the house to go to see that.

And so, while we're driving, the towers fell and I called ahead to the station manager.

I said look, we had an hour and a half program, three guests.

I said let the guests know, are they there yet?

Well, one of them is.

The others are gonna be here.

I said well, we're coming.

I said we're a little late because we were watching what's going on until you're aware.

Oh yeah, I said well, we're, let the guests know.

We're not gonna have a regular program.

I'm not interviewing them.

We're gonna have a prayer meeting.

Oh good, thank you, pastor.

That's great, it's what we need.

Okay, so, and that's what we did.

I mean, while the towers are falling and while all this chaos in New York city, we're on our knees repenting for the sin of America.

I had revelation back then of judgment.

And maybe to roll it back a couple of years before that, in March of 1999, five weeks after my pastor, my father in the faith, john Osteen, went to heaven, I had a what we've been calling spectacular guidance.

I'm gonna share some of these spectacular guidances with you this morning, not to impress you or anything, but you've heard me say you don't pray for visions and dreams.

You don't pray for these kinds of visitations.

They come as the spirit wills.

Because in every case when there's those kinds of visitations come, there's rough sledding ahead.

There's some tough waters that you're gonna sail through and you need something to hang on to.

But in my case, right after Brother Osteen went to heaven and I mean I was talking to people who are you gonna get to be your father, I said my father's in heaven.

I'm gonna step up to the plate.

I'm a father now.

I didn't have anybody to father, but I mean that was my attitude.

I wasn't looking for some.

Oh well, I'm gonna run over here and get up underneath somebody and call him my father.

You know you can't look.

He was my father, that's it.

And he went to heaven.

It was time to step up.

And so, anyway, that morning I'd been out till three o'clock in the morning with other preachers talking about Brother Osteen going to heaven, talking about what we had seen at Ramah Prayer meeting.

They had winter prayer and we had gone to that meeting and Brother Hagen laid hands on me and glad us and the man was amazing just how it happened.

Not everybody got the hands laid on him, we got our hands.

You know, I went to receive that very thing Because I thought he was going to heaven next and it was four years later.

But anyway, getting back to that, we were out late and I was so sleepy.

Six o'clock in the morning, it's a cold March spring morning, it's 40 something degrees outside, cold in the bedroom, and all of a sudden I hear this loud voice get up and I ignored it.

Get up, I said devil, I'm not getting up, I'm going to rest.

I got Wednesday night service tonight, I'm going to rest.

I get up and the devil didn't pay any attention to me and I thought what if it's God.

And then the fear of the Lord hit me.

So I decided I better get up and stand at attention at the side of the bed and said speak, lord, I'm serving here.

That's exactly what I did, and nothing, nothing, nothing.

So it's cold, I said the devil, I'm going to rest.

I said what is this all about?

What's going on?

I'd never heard that voice, I had never heard that grow.

I thought it was the devil.

That's the only voice you think of.

You know, when you hear somebody you know ordering you around and being hard.

He said I want you to wake up the church.

They're just like you, asleep in their beds with the covers pulled over their head, and when I speak to them they think it's the devil.

Well, that wasn't a whole lot to go on.

If I'd have known then what I know now, I would have prayed a lot longer, for a longer period of time, to understand what it was he was asking me to do.

Because, I'll be honest, I thought I was awake.

I mean, I tell you we were a word and spirit church.

We're on the cutting edge of demonstration of the spirit.

Anybody that has been in this church knows.

I mean, we had our share of demonstrations and manifestations of the spirit.

We had all kinds of things happening in our services and we were on, I felt like on the cutting edge.

And also I spoke up against politics when it wasn't popular.

I spoke out against President Clinton at the time and I bore the mark of it because some people left.

They were more Democrat than they were Christian.

Now we don't have time to be that way.

We've got to be new creatures and God has a side.

We need to get on that side and stay on it.

See, that's what he wanted me to tell the church.

He wanted me to tell the church get out of your complacency.

And so, as I went forward, I went to some Billy Brim meetings.

I wanted to find out about some things you know, and I heard her say that 9-11, 1999, the Jewish sages, many of which in Jerusalem, are born again.

They're just not ready to come out and say so.

Somebody said well, that's kind of I've never heard of that.

Well, how about underground churches in China?

Did you expect them to come out on above the ground?

All of them just be killed at one time?

I mean, there's underground churches in all communist countries.

So they're an underground church in Jerusalem, which is very hard on Christians.

I mean, if you're a Jew and you say you're born again, buddy, you just you're going to be persecuted to the nth degree.

And so many of these Jewish sages have looked into the scrolls and the Hebrew is a numerical language and they declare that 9-11, 1999 was the day when everything changed and Billy had a Billy Brim I had a better really than anybody that I knew of had more revelation about judgment and what it meant than anyone else.

And we need to wake up church.

We're in the time of judgment, but it's not meant for us.

It wasn't meant, you know, wasn't meant for us.

We've been warned about these things.

So that day when I was told to wake up the church, that was March 1st of 1999.

And then later on I found out the day when everything changed and I talked about judgment.

So I started following Billy a little bit more closely and learning about it.

I remember going right after 9-11 happened, going to a meeting in Eagle Mountain and I saw I saw you guys there, linda and Stan Donaldson were there and she preached along these lines and preached out of Jeremiah and all of that kind of thing, what was going on in the world and a lot of the churches ignorant of that.

Oh well, the judgment, we don't need to think about that.

Well, we're living in the time of it.

We better know something about it and we better not allow it to come on us and make us feel like God's mad at the church.

I see that.

I see that all the time that people they're afraid of that subject and they identify with the work, don't identify with Americans that are not living right or the Americans that aren't saved.

You don't have anything in common with them.

Why?

Because we've been bought.

We've been bought and we have a better covenant than everybody else.

America has a covenant and a lot of the trouble that America's having right now is because they've gone sideways on the covenant that they made with God through the Mayflower Compact.

They said we're gonna stand for the gospel.

That's the reason we're establishing this nation.

That's why we came here.

One nation under God is in the and God we trust on our money.

When you do that, you're not talking about God everywhere.

You're talking about the God of Abraham, isaac and Jacob.

You're talking about the father of our Lord, jesus Christ.

That God, no other God.

That's what trouble we're the America's in in that trouble because America's violated its covenant.

And then the church on its side.

The wake up the church.

A lot of the church has not done what it should do as citizens of that country.

Oh well, I don't get into all of the politics, well, you just need to change.

Because, he said, go into all the world and preach the gospel as a witness to every nation, every people group, including political people groups.

They have a right to hear the gospel and they have a right to hear when they are off.

Whether they change or not is not our problem.

Our deal is to stand up and speak up.

So you know, we got into that.

So we started down that road and then in nine, the end of 2000, I went to Galveston, prayed and God spoke to me about the year 2001.

And he said 2001 will be a premiere year and it's like a Hollywood premiere.

I saw the spotlights going over the you know, over the sky, like they used to have in the old time, hollywood.

And then you know the limos and pull up and the stars of the movie that's having a premiere is going to get out and they got the red carpet and they have a big celebration because that's the first time it's being shown in a movie.

It's called a premiere.

And then, as I started thinking about premiere, premiere, and then I saw 2001, comma 2002, comma dot, dot, dot, the first in a series of years.

Well, I looked back at my notes.

I preached that in the positive.

I preached that, despite what God told me a couple of years before to wake up the church, the fact that we are in judgment, the judgment of the nations, really started 9-11-99, 1999.

You go back to that date, you'll see that things started increasing.

Things started increasing, political turmoil started increasing, tensions started increasing.

Why is that God punishing?

No, the nations have moved out from under God's blessing hand.

I used to say God lifted his hand, but I don't really.

You know now that I know what the Bible says, it's just us moving out from under his hand.

He still wants to bless America.

We have a partial blessing, in fact, that we're still around when you look at all the garbage we've allowed to happen.

Amen.

So he said you know, first the year of first.

So I preached that for always gonna be a great year First.

This is gonna be the year of first.

We're gonna see things so great, dot, dot, dot dot.

Just, you know that's how I preached it, cause that's what I thought in those days.

My mind was still, you know, in the blessing mode, and God does bless the church.

I'll tell you a little about a miracle that happened at the church in 2001, but anyway.

So then, june 1st of 2001, six months going into the year, one night I just had this dream.

And then the dream.

I wasn't praying for a dream, didn't ask for a dream, but in the dream I'm in a convertible driving down a beautiful white sandy beach.

Couldn't have been Galveston cause it was white.

Couldn't have been Galveston cause it was blue azure water out there to my left.

I mean, it was absolutely.

It looked like a Caribbean.

I don't know where it was, didn't matter.

I'm just on this beach, big white sand dunes to my right, I'm driving down the road, blue sky, no low humidity, woo, not a care in the world.

I mean just carefree, just enjoying my convertible, driving down the beach, and suddenly I became aware of some movement out to my left in the water, and I look out and it's a tsunami headed right for me.

And so my carefree attitude turned to terror.

In the dream, I mean, I am shook and I'm kind of panicky.

I got to get off this beach, but I can't.

All I can do is keep heading that way.

So I start looking for a road somehow that I could turn right and maybe outrun the tsunami.

Possibly pretty hard to do, but maybe I could do that.

And so I'm looking, I'm looking and finally about from here to maybe the other side of the lobby, I see this road, but by that time the tsunami is getting closer and closer and I've got the pedal all the way to the metal.

I mean, I am going top speed and I said I've got to get around that corner.

I can't, I'm going to have to do a two wheeler or something.

I'm going to have to really get around that corner.

And by that time I hadn't gotten to the road yet.

And this wave is curling overhead.

It's blotted out the sun and in the dream my heart is pounding and I'm thinking in the dream I'm roadkill, that's it.

But in the next instant I don't know how it happened I'm on top of the wave, I'm being thrust forward 50 foot off of the ground.

I'm aware of structures down here and this wave is, is is propelling me over everything.

I'm feeling the air in my face, the salt air, and I wake up.

And of course, when I wake up, I'm just.

I don't even know whether I'm glad or sad or what I am.

I mean, I'm just like a.

I'm just getting out of a Maytag on spin cycle.

I got up out of bed and wandered into my study and turned the light on, sat down at my desk and I wrote the dream down and tried to make sure I put all the detail in it.

And as I was doing that, I remembered a quote from Sister Billy, and she was talking about John G Lake, and if you'd never heard of him, google him.

He was a powerful preacher about the turn of the century and he said the same wave that brings the glory brings destruction.

I want you to keep that in mind.

The same wave that brings the glory brings destruction.

You see, that was a glory wave, but I was identifying it as a wave of destruction until I was riding on it, and then I had that exhilaration.

Then I had that knowing that I had this power that was propelling me.

Are y'all getting this now?

Spectacular guidance?

And what is it for me?

It's for us.

It's for us right now.

We need to keep these things in our knowledge and our hearts, because we're going through some destructive things and there's more to come.

I hate to tell you, but it's an encouragement for us because guess what if we'll get on the top of the wave, amen.

So this was in June and of course history says three months and 10 days later, 9-11 hit.

And there I am and I knew that it was judgment.

I knew that and I was saying God is taking his hand partially off America.

But really it was America moving out from under God's hand.

And America I wanna stress this America is different than the church.

The America has a covenant and that covenant has curses, just like Israel's covenant has curses.

Our covenant doesn't have curses because we've been redeemed from the curse of the law.

Jesus took our judgment.

Now does that mean we can just go scot free and just do anything we wanna do?

You know he requires us to obey him.

If we don't, we harden our heart and we miss the blessing.

See, we already covered that last three weeks.

So take that knowledge with you into this revelation this morning, because I mean, tomorrow is a notable day and it's almost forgotten.

I saw one movie about it last night.

I made myself watch it.

It's hard to watch all the whole chronology and everything, anyway.

So so when it happened, you know, we had a prayer meeting at a church and I began to teach our people and preach about how we need to repent.

The nation does, and let's do it for an act of intercession.

We can intercede for our nation.

We can point to the good things that this country has done, because nations are judged in scale.

They're good and they're bad.

Especially they're good to Israel.

If they're good to Israel, that can counteract a lot of the bad.

Now, we're not like that.

We're not saved by works.

We're saved by grace, through faith.

But nations are not saved that way.

The goat nations and the sheep nations are saved strictly by how they treat Israel and we have a record of being Israel's friend and in the eyes of all the Middle East and all the Muslim world, we are a Christian nation.

We're a Christian nation to everyone except the rhinos and the Democrats, but we're a Christian nation.

That's right, yeah.

So as we went through that year, I went to Galveston and I said God, I'm just about two weeks after 9-11, so middle of September 2001.

Remember I had got this year of first.

You know this is a year, first in a series of years.

See, I didn't catch countdown because it was going up.

Countdowns go down.

We live in the city of countdowns.

You ever think about that?

How many countdowns have happened right here in Houston?

All the space shuttle, all the space missions.

And so I didn't hadn't identified that yet.

See, it took me a while to connect the dots.

I'm connecting the dots this morning because it is a countdown.

What's a countdown?

It's a countdown to our getting out of here.

It's a countdown to the Rapture.

It's also the countdown to final judgment.

We're not gonna be here for that one, we're gonna be in heaven, but we're here now.

And the setting up of the events that have to happen for that to happen.

See, that's what's happening right now Separation, judgments, all about separation.

Separating the chaff from the wheat, the tariff from the wheat, the good fish from the bad fish.

There in Luke, jesus said the kingdom of God is if you catch a big catch and you drag the net to shore and you go through the catch and you put the good fish in the vessels and you throw the bad fish back.

See, that's what's going on right now.

God is getting everything separated for the greatest harvest we've ever seen.

These are exciting times.

If we'll just not focus on the bad stuff, there's more to come, folks.

So I went to Galveston I said God, I just don't understand.

I should have known about 9-11.

I should have had a warning.

You've warned me about all kinds of things over these years.

And so he didn't even address that.

I'm just sitting there on the seawall looking out over the ocean and I'm talking to him.

I said I feel bad, I feel like I missed you.

Did you speak in code or something like that?

And he didn't really directly answer me, but I was just sitting there on the seawall, which is 15 foot above sea level, just in case you, you know, and he just said this.

He said you know, there have been many waves that hit this beach, you know.

And he said one of them hit this beach.

It was so big that it destroyed the entire city behind you, the 19, what is it?

06 hurricane, which is why they built the seawall.

I mean they built the seawall so that that would never happen again in Galveston.

I mean it decimated, 6,000 people died, lots of destruction, many, he said many waves have hit this beach and one such wave killed 6,000 people.

That destroyed the city behind you.

But the mother of all waves is coming.

And when he spoke to me, the mother of all waves is coming.

Many will be swept into the kingdom of God.

Hallelujah, oh, glory to God.

Many, many will be swept into the kingdom of God.

Many will be condemned because they did not believe or they denied the one who bought them.

So he kind of gave me a hint that I had the tsunami dream.

That's what the tsunami dream was all about.

Took me a while to connect the dots.

I'm connecting them this morning, and so 9-11 was a countdown, a countdown to when the rapture of Jesus occurs.

And we're one more year down the road tomorrow.

23 years, wow, 23 years, hard to believe.

22 years.

9-11, yeah, 22 years, all right.

So let's look at three things.

I want to leave with you this morning because I do want to encourage you and, yes, it's hard to see some of the things that we're seeing.

Go back to 2 Peter, chapter two.

It says Lot was vexed.

He was vexed every day with their unlawful deeds.

Lot was vexed.

Let me ask you something.

Did it do him any good to be vexed?

Did it save his wife?

His wife turned into a pillar of salt.

His daughters lost their it says, their father, his sons and son-in-law.

It's kind of unclear about that.

I don't know if they were betrothed to men and hadn't married yet, or whether they were married, but either way they didn't make the grade.

The only people that left saw them was the two daughters and him and his wife.

The wife turned into salt.

He begged to go into Zoar.

Oh, don't make me go up on that mountain.

We're afraid of wild animals.

They might, we might, eat us.

They might, you know.

In other words, they were used to having four walls and they're used to having, you know, comforts of home.

And they did their days of living in a tent, living outdoors or gone, and they just even though they, you know, they wanted to go to Zoar and they let them go.

But then eventually they left Zoar anyway.

Why, my guess is Zoar was just as bad as Sodom and Gomorrah, but he was vexed.

And then what happened?

Well, his daughters laid with him and produced Moab and Ammon, two huge enemies of Israel today and back then.

I mean, these are enemies.

That's the fruit of vexation.

Vexation doesn't help you.

So don't be vexed, be victorious.

Don't waste time being vexed about the things that you're seeing.

We do need to see them.

We need to speak against them, we need to act against them, but after that's over, we need to stay filled with the Holy Ghost.

Is this helping you today?

Look at Hebrews 13, one of my favorites.

A lot of people are afraid right now, including in the church.

They're afraid of 2024 election.

They're afraid of how things are gonna work out.

They're afraid of the mess that they're seeing in across the country.

About half the country is gone completely.

Nuts Reach.

It Makes you wanna have a divorce.

You found Hebrews 13, verse five, the second part of it, for he had said I will never leave thee nor forsake thee.

The Amplified says I will not.

I will not, I will not.

Just in case you wonder, I will not leave you.

I will not leave you nor forsake you, so that we may boldly say the Lord is my helper.

I will not fear what man will do unto me If we get another Democrat in the White House.

I will not fear what that person is gonna do to me Because I'm still.

I mean, I live in America but my citizenship is in heaven.

I mean, yeah, I know, in the natural I'm a citizen of the United States, but I'm gonna tell you something, and I love this country.

I do love it, but not more than God, and I refuse to just be all sad.

And the reason I'm saying this is because I remember 2020, a lot of us were really bummed out when there was cheating and then, if you said that you were drummed out of the bugle core told to shut up, oh, you're a conspiracy theorist.

And things didn't turn out the way that we really wanted.

See, we're not responsible for the results.

We're responsible to speak and to stand up for righteousness.

That's all, that's all we've got on our plate.

Our lives are witnesses that, in some cases, are going to be ignored.

You gotta just know that.

Jesus said going to all the world, preach the gospel to every creature.

He that believeth in his baptized shall be saved.

But he didn't stop there.

He said and them that believe not shall be damned, they shall be condemned.

Our job is to be a witness.

God sent Paul to be a witness.

I mean, look at his witness.

I mean he had a witness of salvation to Agrippa and to Festus.

Agrippa says oh, paul, almost out, persuaded me to be a Christian.

Well, yeah, that's the point, but there's no record of him being a Christian.

And then he went all the way to Caesar and stood before Caesar as a witness.

See, our witness is important, regardless of the results of it.

The results of our witness may be denied in this country.

It may be.

I don't know the answer.

That's why I'm not all heavily invested in the results.

I'm heavily invested in standing up and speaking up because that's our witness.

Amen, it's helping you today.

Oh, really, god knows how to you know he just he's never going to leave us or for us.

We have nothing to fear.

Don't let fear be part of your life, don't?

Number two, you don't be vexed, be victorious.

Number two there are increasing waves of glory.

Don't be, you know, overcome by the destruction.

Go back to my dream.

I mean again, I was so afraid, I was looking oh, my God, I'm roadkill.

Next thing in the dream, I'm riding that thing, I'm.

You talk about victory.

The feeling of exhilaration is I can't put it in words what I felt.

When I say feel, yeah, my emotions, but I mean my spirit.

I was so dominant.

Nothing could stand before me.

I'm on top of the wave of glory.

That's where we are, that's where I'm determined to stay.

Amen.

There's going to be wave after every time we see something that's bad.

Just know there's glory that we can get on top of.

Well, pastor, you know God is so mad.

No, these destruction is for people to turn from their wickedness.

It's mercy really.

What if God just Ended everything and took us out and then now everybody's just stuck?

No, they're gonna have a witness.

They're gonna be able to have a choice.

That's all God wants is for people to have a legitimate choice.

I Like what Paul said first.

Corinthians 1690 said there's a great door and effectual, open unto me, and there are many adversaries.

Let's not get too fixated on the adversaries.

Let's realize that we've got a great door to walk through and guess what?

The wave of glory is gonna blow us right through that thing.

And devil.

Better, just get out of the way because we're gonna trample him.

Come on, lift your hands right now.

Thank God, the greatest doors ever are about to open.

Oh right, cut us that.

They, like he can't talk.

Hallelujah, romans 13, number three now leave you with this one Don't be vexed, be victorious.

Don't be overcome by destruction.

Just get on the top of the wave of glory.

Romans 13.

And I think about all of the spectacular guidance God has given us, and I say me, but it's us.

He gave it to you for your benefit, so that we could have something to anchor us when these times come.

Verse 12 Romans 13 12 the night is far spent, the day is at hand.

Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light.

Let us, you know, let, let us say, let us.

That's up to us.

The day is far spent.

Verse 11 I let me read that one and that, knowing the time that now it is high time to awake out of sleep.

There's our mandate right there.

It's time to wake up church, for time to wake up.

I Seed signs the church is waking up.

All across the country.

I see signs that Believers, some pastors, are behind their flocks.

In other words, they need to catch up with their flocks.

There's people in their churches that are ahead of the pastor.

They better watch out because they're gonna come out of those, those church.

If you, if you're a deadhead pastor and you're gonna just let your flock get ahead of you, well, you know what?

You don't deserve a church.

You're on the sideline, like those, those Locomotives I saw in Galveston.

They're just sitting there, rotten.

All that power is being wasted, knowing the time.

Now is high time to wake out of sleep.

For now is our salvation nearer than when we believe.

Well, it's 22 years near.

How many more years is it gonna be?

I don't have a date for you.

I just know it's a whole lot closer now than it was.

So we don't need to whine, we need to shine.

Let's not whine, let's shine, praise God.

Let's shine for Jesus right now, in this darkness.

Yeah, it's dark.

That's why we need to shine, to illuminate, to reprove the darkness.

I'll tell you, we're standing up, we're speaking up and we're going up Because the 9-11 countdown is well underway.
