  1. and pick up your Bibles.

  2. Let's lift them up and wave them around and make Jesus glad in the devil mad.

  3. Let's say this together say Heavenly Father, I am grateful today for all that you've done for me.

  4. I don't forget, I don't have amnesia, but I'm moving, continuing your word, filled with the Holy Ghost, and my helper, the Spirit of God, puts me over in every situation I face.

  5. I am the victor in Jesus name.

  6. Amen, praise God.

  7. All right, let's turn in our Bibles.

  8. Third, john and Acts 10.

  9. Those are our foundation scriptures.

  10. I'm going to wind up the series I've done on healing rules.

  11. Healing rules, healing rules and healing rules.

  12. You know there's two sides to that.

  13. You'll get that later on.

  14. But anyway, In third John, the apostle Paul writing to the church, in verse two I said I wish, or I pray above all things, that thou mayest prosper and be in health even as thy soul prospers.

  15. For I rejoice greatly when the brethren came and testified of the truth that is in thee, even as you walk or continue in the truth, I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk or continue.

  16. The word walk means continue in the truth, and so we see that healing and prosperity are a priority with God.

  17. Well, yeah, but that was a prayer.

  18. Well, yeah, but he prayed according to the Holy Ghost.

  19. He's wrote this inspired of the Holy Ghost.

  20. So this is God's will for the church to prosper and be in health, as their soul, your mind, your will, your intellect have something to do with your health and your prosperity.

  21. Why?

  22. Well, because the whole world is programmed, is programmed negatively.

  23. The world thinks death, the world thinks poverty.

  24. The world, when the world gets together, they think they, they commiserate about the trouble and the problems, and but when Christians get together, we ought to be talking about the victory, we ought to be talking about all that God has done.

  25. And so what do we have?

  26. Well, we need to reprogram or refresh or renew our mind.

  27. You be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

  28. In other words, quit thinking the way the world thinks, start thinking the way God thinks.

  29. All right.

  30. And then, of course, in Acts 10, 38, how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and power, who who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed of the devil, for God was with him.

  31. See, that tells you right there that that sickness and disease is oppression of the devil.

  32. It's oppression of the devil, and so that means harassment of the devil.

  33. It means lording over.

  34. The devil tries to lord it over us.

  35. He's not Lord.

  36. Jesus is Lord, and who is Jesus?

  37. He's the Word.

  38. So the Word should be Lording and over us.

  39. Healing should be Lording and over us.

  40. Healing rules over us.

  41. See, that's where we get this healing rules.

  42. You know I've been talking to you about the tactics and the strategies, the methods that you need to obtain and maintain your health.

  43. There's rules, you know.

  44. I mean, without rules we're no better than animals.

  45. Right, the animals don't have any rules.

  46. And so, you know, in the animal kingdom I mean it's the meanest they rule.

  47. I mean, you know, very few people can, few animals can stand against the line.

  48. There's a few.

  49. Like a hippo you don't want to get in the mouth of a hippo.

  50. They look so cute until they open their mouth and bite down.

  51. I was reading one time that there's a lot of death.

  52. There's a whole bunch of deaths by hippos in Africa.

  53. They're on the river and they're boating.

  54. The next thing, you know, that thing goes out there.

  55. They look like they're so cute and kind of funny looking and you know, but man, they can move in the water and they overturn the boat and kill people.

  56. They don't eat them, they just kill them.

  57. They like to kill.

  58. I mean, we don't think about hippos being that.

  59. See what?

  60. They have no rules.

  61. But we've got rules.

  62. Faith has rules.

  63. Faith has method off.

  64. You know.

  65. We can say we can call it something else, we call it best practices.

  66. You know it's faith has best practices.

  67. Healing and health has best practices Amen.

  68. So we have to learn and employ the proper methods, tactics and strategies to obtain and maintain our health.

  69. So the last two weeks we gave you six rules of engagement or rules of healing, and today we're gonna get the final three.

  70. Number four was faith.

  71. Your health depends upon your faith.

  72. Your faith is vital to your health.

  73. I think it's what I said.

  74. Faith is vital to your health.

  75. And the point I made is 12 out of the 19 healing miracles in the gospels mentioned the faith of people, how God is, how Jesus is always seeking faith.

  76. When he was on the earth he was measuring faith, seeking faith, calling it out.

  77. He called it and he said how is it that you have no faith?

  78. To his disciples one time he said Peter, oh, you have little faith.

  79. Wherefore did thou doubt Little faith walked on the water.

  80. And then the Sire Phoenician woman you know, old woman, great as I say, and he marveled his hometown.

  81. He marveled at their unbelief or their lack of faith.

  82. He marveled and what did he do?

  83. Well, he started.

  84. He sent the 12 out by two and two, to teach and preach and heal.

  85. Teaching is the antidote for unbelief.

  86. That's why I'm teaching this, because there's always little corners of our thinking, little corners.

  87. Maybe we've let some things slip, maybe we haven't checked all the boxes.

  88. You know, if I'm facing a serious illness, even if it's just a minor thing, you know minor things can develop into major things If we don't do anything.

  89. Let's not settle for infirmity, let's drive it out.

  90. So today I want to major on faith again.

  91. I've already mentioned it, but today we're going to break it down.

  92. The last three rules the same faith that makes you whole will keep you whole.

  93. The same faith that makes you whole will keep you whole.

  94. I'm reminded to Brother Hagin here.

  95. He is a teenager, a little Baptist boy, 14, 15 years old, paralyzed in the bed for like 14 months, couldn't get out of bed paralyzed, had eight blood diseases.

  96. He had a malformed heart.

  97. Maybe today, in today's day, we'd call them blue babies.

  98. I had a cousin.

  99. It was a blue baby.

  100. I never knew him.

  101. He died before I was born.

  102. But my brother was talking about him.

  103. He was kind of a sign and wondering the family when he'd show up.

  104. He's blue, you know.

  105. Your veins have that blood as hadn't been oxygenated.

  106. So he had all kind of heart issues and he died.

  107. He lived till he was in his 30s.

  108. He finally died.

  109. He was an only child, but I don't know.

  110. Brother Hagin was seriously ill and the doctors had given up on him, told his mother and his grandmother he couldn't live.

  111. He wouldn't live If he survived this attack.

  112. Even if he did survive this he wouldn't live very long.

  113. Even when he got his healing they didn't believe it.

  114. Oh well, he's just going through some kind of a temporary thing.

  115. He can't live.

  116. His Baptist preacher tried to get his grandmother and his mother to just get him to accept death.

  117. Come on, he's just fighting it.

  118. Get him to accept it.

  119. He's surrounded by unbelief.

  120. Nobody's preaching this to him, nobody's giving him the rules, but he's read his Bible.

  121. Thank God, he read his Bible.

  122. He didn't have anything else to do to read his Bible and pray.

  123. He said, man, I'd pray, I'd stay up all night praying.

  124. Just a teenager, and his prayer and his reading his Bible led him into a revelation that was just that made all the difference.

  125. And so he was reading about the woman with the issue of blood, mark, chapter five.

  126. When she heard of Jesus came in the press behind.

  127. For she continually said, she developed a systematic discourse I shall be whole, I shall be whole.

  128. With every step she kept saying, I shall be whole, I shall be whole.

  129. And when she touched the hymn of Jesus garment, she felt in her body she'd been healed of that plague.

  130. 12 years she'd been hemorrhaging.

  131. She had spent all of her money.

  132. She spent all of her living on doctors was nothing better, but rather grew worse.

  133. This is brother Hagin reading this teenager in his bed, reading about the woman with the issue of blood.

  134. Talk about a hopeless case, talk about somebody with just no chance.

  135. And yet she heard of Jesus.

  136. She heard something.

  137. She heard about the healing Jesus.

  138. She heard that she had a covenant right to it.

  139. She's Jewish lady.

  140. She did not have to die sick.

  141. You know we're all gonna die if Jesus tears, we're all gonna die.

  142. But you know what?

  143. We don't have to die sick.

  144. We have more to do with our exit time than anything else.

  145. We, we we're in charge.

  146. I mean, when I see the Old Testament, they had healing in the Old.

  147. I see the patriarchs.

  148. They decided when they were leaving and they would greet the family.

  149. They'd call the family around them, they'd lay their hands on them in some cases prophesy over pull their feet up and just let her rip Bye, see you later.

  150. That's the ideal.

  151. See, I'm gonna preach to you the ideal.

  152. I don't care, you know, maybe I've seen a whole lot of people not quite get the ideal.

  153. That's okay.

  154. I'm gonna keep preaching because it's the truth, that's okay.

  155. And so he, he saw that she felt in her body.

  156. The minute she touched the hem of his garment.

  157. She felt in her body she had been healed of that plague.

  158. And Jesus, at the same instant said who touched me?

  159. Because he felt virtue or power go out of him.

  160. When she touched him, she felt the power come in and he felt the power go out, the healing.

  161. Everybody say the healing power of Jesus is available to me.

  162. Yeah, but there's rules, there's rules.

  163. And so he's reading that.

  164. And so you know, he said who touched me?

  165. So she finally confessed she's the one and told him the whole thing, what happened.

  166. And he said woman, go thy way.

  167. Thy faith hath made thee whole.

  168. And he didn't say I made thee whole.

  169. He didn't say I'm your Jesus, your Lord made you whole.

  170. He said your faith made you whole.

  171. I just let's look at what Jesus said your faith made you whole.

  172. He didn't even know her, he didn't know anything, he's just a vessel.

  173. And her faith made a demand.

  174. In other words, her faith turned on the switch of faith, the switch of faith turned on the power of God.

  175. It's like Jesus, him of his garment, had a big old switch down there and she crawled on her hands and knees because of that crowd and just flipped the switch and bzzz, or are y'all with me now?

  176. Faith is the switch that turns on the power of God.

  177. Faith is vital to your health.

  178. You've got to keep the switch of faith turned on, no matter what it looks like, feels like, seems like, sounds like.

  179. The more you hang around the doctor, the more you've got to see to it that you keep the switch of faith turned on.

  180. I mean, you know they're just look.

  181. They're limited to the natural.

  182. They're limited to that which is five senses.

  183. They're not lying.

  184. They're giving you the best of the five senses.

  185. But we're not limited by the five senses.

  186. We have supernatural means.

  187. Healing is spiritual.

  188. Poor to God.

  189. He said go your way, your faith has made you whole.

  190. And then, on the inside, brother Hagin lay it in that bed.

  191. The Holy Ghost said her faith made her whole.

  192. Your faith can make you whole.

  193. Boom, nobody preached to him no, that's better when people preach the word, but he never.

  194. He didn't you know what?

  195. He just refused to quit.

  196. That was one thing about it.

  197. He did not want to die at 14, 15 years old.

  198. His life is ahead of him.

  199. You know he hadn't lived a normal life up to that time.

  200. He was slower than all the other kids.

  201. He was weaker than the other kids.

  202. I mean, he didn't have a very good life as it was, but he didn't want to die.

  203. What was that?

  204. The Holy Ghost inside of him had a plan for his life and somehow his spirit picked up on all that.

  205. You know, your spirit picks up on things that you don't, your brain tissue doesn't know about.

  206. Yet your healing is really important, not only to you but a whole lot of other people.

  207. You don't get your healing and you die early.

  208. The people that you should have impacted are not gonna be impacted.

  209. You ought to watch the.

  210. It's a wonderful life, gemma store.

  211. That's the worst impression, but anyway, I watched the tale end of it the other night with his angel, clarence.

  212. You know the whole and he had to be confronted with the way things would have been if he had never lived.

  213. He said, oh, I wish I'd never been born.

  214. Okay, we're gonna show you what it'd be like if you had never been born.

  215. All the people that you impacted in your life are not gonna be impacted because you weren't here to impact them.

  216. Listen, we need to get healed and we need to maintain our health.

  217. These are the last days.

  218. What we do is so important right now.

  219. All right.

  220. So faith, your faith, the same faith that makes you whole, keeps you whole.

  221. So here he is in that bed, and the Holy Ghost didn't have to speak twice.

  222. Your faith can make you whole.

  223. He lifted his hand in that bed.

  224. He said I believe I receive healing from the blood diseases.

  225. I believe I receive healing from the heart defects.

  226. I believe I receive healing from the effects of this paralysis.

  227. I believe I receive healing from the top of my head to the soles of my feet.

  228. Nobody taught him how to pray like that, but he did.

  229. The Holy Ghost was helping him, he's your helper, he'll help you.

  230. And so he's laying there.

  231. And that same voice came back says well, if you were healed, you wouldn't be laying in bed, you'd be getting up out of that bed.

  232. See, faith acts like the word is true.

  233. Faith demands action.

  234. The initial action is your words, but after your words are spoken, there's gotta be a corresponding action.

  235. Faith without corresponding action is dead being alone.

  236. James 2.26.

  237. And so he started trying to get up out of the bed.

  238. I mean, he swung his legs over the side, he grabbed a hold of the bed post, he put his feet on the floor.

  239. He's dizzy.

  240. I mean he hadn't been up In a year and some odd 14 months or something.

  241. You'd be weak, you'd be dizzy.

  242. And he waited.

  243. And then he put some weight on his legs and they were shaky and he had to sit back and he just ran out of breath.

  244. He just laid there.

  245. But you know what?

  246. He kept on.

  247. And that afternoon he got up across the floor, got dressed and went downstairs.

  248. Oh, come on, praise God.

  249. Then eight.

  250. It was grandma man, I'm telling you right now.

  251. So faith is vital to your health Now.

  252. So I've got three more things, the last three.

  253. The first one to find over in second Corinthians, chapter four.

  254. Let's slip over there, back to the left, a few pages.

  255. This is Paul writing to the Corinthians, remember?

  256. They were a carnal church, they had the gifts of the spirit, but they were baby Christians because they were carnal, they were body ruled.

  257. And he told them in second Corinthians, 418, while we look not at the things which are seen, say, the five senses tell you one thing you don't look at those, but at the things which are not seen.

  258. That is what you're believing, for that hasn't shown up yet.

  259. Your health, your healing hasn't shown up.

  260. What has shown up are your symptoms.

  261. What has shown up is pain.

  262. What has shown up is difficulty walking and all of the things that you suffer when you're sick.

  263. That showed up.

  264. But you don't look at that.

  265. You look not at that, but you look at the things that are not seen, that which for which you believe.

  266. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen, your healing is eternal.

  267. Why it's spiritual, see, that's what you you've got to understand.

  268. It exists in the spirit realm and your faith grabs hold of it and brings it into the present.

  269. You have to see with the eyes of your faith Everybody say the eyes of my faith.

  270. See the eyes of your faith.

  271. You see things different than most people.

  272. Most people just see the infirmity.

  273. Most people just see the CAT scan.

  274. They see the PET scan.

  275. They see the you know, the EKG, the heart scan.

  276. They see all of that evidence.

  277. They see the five cents ruled evidences of illness.

  278. They see it but they don't regard it.

  279. I like to you see it, but you don't regard it.

  280. Abraham he knew his body was dead but he didn't regard it.

  281. He considered not his own body now dead.

  282. He knew it was dead but he didn't consider it.

  283. What?

  284. He just switched his eyes to the sand of the seashore, the dust of the earth, the stars in heaven.

  285. As God said, your descendants are gonna be like that.

  286. He quit regarding.

  287. He quit looking.

  288. He quit.

  289. You know you're not in denial.

  290. You just don't allow that to rule your thinking.

  291. You let the healing rule.

  292. Are y'all getting this now?

  293. So, with the eyes of your faith, you see yourself.

  294. Well, let's look at Proverbs, chapter four.

  295. You've got eyes.

  296. You've got ears of faith.

  297. You've got a hand of faith.

  298. You've got words of faith.

  299. You've got a mouth.

  300. Proverbs four, verse 20.

  301. Glory to God.

  302. My son, my daughter, attend, pay attention to my words and climb thine ear unto my sayings.

  303. Let them not depart from my eyes, but keep them in the midst of thine heart, for they, my words, are life under those that find them in health or medicine, my margin says to all their flesh God's word is medicine.

  304. I said God's word is medicine.

  305. So notice, you see, you see, see, don't let it depart from your eyes.

  306. You start looking at the word and what it calls you.

  307. The word calls you healthy, the word calls you healed and you start seeing yourself.

  308. Well, well, pastor, that sounds a lot like New Age.

  309. Well, you know, there are parts of the New Age and all of those crazy people that run around with crystals and rainbows and everything.

  310. They steal a little bit of truth and they try to employ it.

  311. And you go, guess what?

  312. There's a little bit of that that actually works, because it's a rule.

  313. You know, gravity works.

  314. God's word works, even if you don't know that God is the author of it, but it's basically it's not profitable.

  315. What is it profit?

  316. A man, if he gains the whole world, loses his own soul.

  317. I mean, you can get healed and go to hell.

  318. You can get healed and go to hell.

  319. Besides that, it's the devil that made you sick and the devil can take sickness off of you if you get to working for him enough.

  320. He doesn't heal you, he just takes it off of you long enough for you to do your damage and then he'll come back and kill you, especially if you know, if he thinks he can take you all the way down.

  321. But that's for the loss we're.

  322. We've got a covenant, we're saved.

  323. Amen, all right, so see yourself well.

  324. So Brother Hagin tells this amazing story of a lady healing in evangelist what she was.

  325. She traveled around preaching and teaching healing, got a lot of people saved.

  326. She was, I think, assembly of God.

  327. You know it was amazing.

  328. There was a women assembly of God preachers.

  329. You know they weren't Baptist, because Baptist don't believe in women preachers.

  330. Pentecostals had enough sense to not exclude a woman from the ministry and so they'd go around and she was one of those.

  331. But she'd gotten cancer and she was very ill and bedridden and I, you know, in today's day, you know we probably say stage four or whatever.

  332. I mean.

  333. You know, the doctor said she couldn't live another week or two.

  334. That's how far down.

  335. She was just skin and bones.

  336. And she had a friend and Brother Hagin was in this town preaching at this church and she just begged him.

  337. So please come by and sister so and so she's just a wonderful woman of God and she's just almost dead with cancer.

  338. Would you please go by and pray for her?

  339. And he really didn't have time.

  340. But he went ahead and made time, it's a preacher.

  341. And he went by and he said you know, I didn't even really pray for her.

  342. What I had.

  343. He said, sister, I tell you what I've got for you.

  344. I've got Proverbs, chapter four, verses 23-22.

  345. Come on, he said, you know, she had so many tumors in her abdomen that she looked pregnant.

  346. Her stomach was way up here laying flat in the bed.

  347. She couldn't see her feet.

  348. And he said you know, every time you look at that stomach, just see it flat, sister, just see it flat.

  349. That's what I've got for you.

  350. Word is medicine to all of your flesh.

  351. He didn't even lay hands on her, he didn't pray for her, just gave her the word that God gave had in his heart to give her.

  352. Of course she was familiar with it.

  353. She didn't really know how to apply it.

  354. She didn't gather revelations.

  355. You didn't have a lot of light in certain ways.

  356. You know they believed in the gifts of the spirit.

  357. If you didn't get healed by the gifts, you didn't really know how to use your own faith.

  358. This is the whole purpose that God had for Brother Hagin's ministry was to teach people how to get what they need without the gifts of the spirit.

  359. Thank God for the gifts.

  360. But whatever you get I've already mentioned this is one of the points Whatever you get by the gifts of the spirit or by someone else's faith, you're gonna have to get your faith built up to keep it.

  361. The devil is gonna come back and try to steal it.

  362. So he left and his six months went by.

  363. He was in the lobby of another church somewhere else I think the same state and he was at his book table straightening a few things up for the service, real quick.

  364. I mean he didn't have any help.

  365. You know he does it all.

  366. He does the preaching, he does the book selling, he does everything.

  367. They didn't.

  368. I don't think they had tapes back then, they just had.

  369. He had some books, and so he was out in the lobby and these two women came in the door, dressed nice and everything, and they came right over to him and one of them just threw her arms around Brother Reagan and gave him a big hug.

  370. And of course he backed up.

  371. You know, he's not used to people doing that, oritha's at home, he don't, you know, he don't let women hug him, you know.

  372. And so he kind of backed off and she said well, you don't recognize me, do you?

  373. She says, no, I don't recognize you.

  374. Well, you know, you came by and you gave me Proverbs, chapter four.

  375. I had cancer and I had this big old bunch of tumors and I, when you left, I just began to see my stomach flat.

  376. I began to see myself preaching my schedule.

  377. I got out my calendar, I started marking up my calendar.

  378. When can I go?

  379. What can I preach?

  380. I'm gonna go around to all the churches that I have preached in.

  381. I'm gonna go back and give them my testimony.

  382. I'm gonna go back and teach them how to believe God for their healing.

  383. And he said, she said, within just a short while I was back preaching and teaching.

  384. And here I am.

  385. And he said, boy.

  386. Then we threw our arms around each other and we twirled around in the lobby and we had a holy ghost hold down.

  387. When it comes, oh, hallelujah, the word works, because she saw herself well.

  388. Eyes of her faith.

  389. The eyes of her faith.

  390. Number two call yourself well, the word of faith.

  391. Call yourself well, well.

  392. You know, this is the heart, probably of all the nine.

  393. This might be the hardest one, because when people ask you how you're doing and you're laying in bed, too sick to get up, you'd like to get up but you can't.

  394. I've been there, I've been there.

  395. There wasn't any way.

  396. I wanted to get up and I couldn't.

  397. So it's hard to say you're well, how you doing?

  398. Well, I'm well, thank you Well.

  399. Why are you?

  400. And I see you.

  401. Why have you got all these tubes?

  402. Why have all these monitors?

  403. Beep, beep, beep.

  404. What are you doing here?

  405. What are you in critical care for?

  406. If you're well, see, it's hard to defend yourself, and so we don't call ourselves well, but you've got to call yourself well, you've got to speak.

  407. The word of faith.

  408. Mark 11, 23,.

  409. Jesus is the one that said it.

  410. Whosoever shall say under this mountain, be thou removed, be thou cast in the sea shall not doubt in his heart, shall believe those things which he saith shall come to pass.

  411. He shall have whatsoever he saith.

  412. Jesus said you can have what you say.

  413. So if you're gonna have healing, you gotta say it.

  414. You gotta call it.

  415. Abraham was just like God in Romans 4.17, and he called the thing that be, not as though it were he was Abram when people would greet him.

  416. Hello Abram, how you doing?

  417. Well, you know, I was hoping to have some offspring, but it doesn't look so good.

  418. I'm getting pretty old now.

  419. I'm a hundred years old and I don't have anybody to turn all this over to.

  420. I've got a young boy that's out there Ishmael.

  421. I'm gonna bless him as far as I can.

  422. But God said he's not the one and I just don't know.

  423. See, that's what he was saying.

  424. But all of a sudden God changed his name and gave him no choice.

  425. He said you're not Abram anymore, your name is Abraham.

  426. Hey, how you doing?

  427. Don't call me Abram.

  428. I'm Abraham.

  429. I'm the father of many nations.

  430. My descendants are gonna be like the sand of the sea shore.

  431. My descendants are gonna be like the dust of the earth.

  432. My descendants are like the stars of heaven, don't call me Abram.

  433. I'm Abraham, I'm Big Daddy and this here is Princess.

  434. Are y'all getting this now?

  435. He had to call it and most people just won't, because they think it's lying.

  436. They can't grab ahold of this principle.

  437. Hey, listen, think like God thinks.

  438. Let's read it.

  439. Let's read it for ourselves.

  440. Romans 4.17.

  441. See, what did God do?

  442. He called a thing that, being honest though it were, he called Abraham.

  443. He called Abram Abraham when he was a hundred and his body was dead and his wife was barren and passed.

  444. She was double dead.

  445. First of all, she's barren.

  446. Second of all, she's past childbearing age.

  447. Are y'all with me?

  448. And what did he do?

  449. He called the thing that be not as though it were.

  450. Did he lie?

  451. No, that's the way God does.

  452. When he created the world, he didn't come down here and say, oh man, it's dark down here.

  453. What in the world?

  454. Who turned off the lights?

  455. He called the thing that be not as though it were Light be and it was.

  456. Are y'all getting this now?

  457. That's the way God operates.

  458. Verse 16, romans 4.16.

  459. Therefore, it is a faith that it might be by grace To the end or for the purpose that the promise might be sure to all the seed, not to that only which is of the law, but to also that which is of the faith, of Abraham, who is the father of us all.

  460. As it is written I have made thee a father of many nations.

  461. See, that's what he told.

  462. He said I have made thee a father past tense.

  463. He didn't say I'm gonna make you one day in the sweet by and by.

  464. Well, you know, pastor, I believe in healing.

  465. I just know that one day, regardless whether I get healed down here or up there, I'll get healed.

  466. That's not what it means at all.

  467. It's not talking about when you go to heaven and you're healed.

  468. That's not healing.

  469. That's not healing.

  470. Healing is for this earth right now.

  471. You don't get healed once you die and go to heaven.

  472. That's not healing.

  473. Everybody gets that.

  474. No, healing that I'm talking about is right down here, in the nasty, now and now, in the face of all the symptoms.

  475. Are you with me now, as it is written, I have bathed the Father of many nations before him, whom he believed, even God.

  476. See, abraham is before God, in God's presence.

  477. Who quicken the thred and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

  478. So God does that.

  479. He calls the things that be, not as though it were.

  480. So Abraham did the same thing and they had Isaac.

  481. Are y'all get so?

  482. He's our Father, he's the Father of us all.

  483. He's showing us how to receive what we need from God.

  484. If you need healing, you'd have to receive it by faith.

  485. You don't have to wait for the gifts of the spirit.

  486. You don't have to wait for a healing meeting.

  487. Are y'all with me now?

  488. Yeah, praise God, call yourself well.

  489. So the last one.

  490. So what have we covered today?

  491. Well, we've covered this switch of faith.

  492. It's so important.

  493. We see ourselves well, we call ourselves well.

  494. And the last one is we take our healing now.

  495. Take it.

  496. Take it now.

  497. Romans 11, chapter one.

  498. Chapter 11, verse one Now, faith is a substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen for by the elders obtained a good report.

  499. I like in the amplified.

  500. It says now faith, see, faith is always now.

  501. Faith is not future, faith is now.

  502. Now.

  503. Faith is the assurance, the confirmation, the title, deed of the things we hope for being, the proof of things we do not see and the conviction of their reality.

  504. That is faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the five senses, faith perceives as real facts what your five senses don't encounter.

  505. That's faith.

  506. See, you're different Faith.

  507. People are different than anybody on the planet.

  508. When you start walking by faith, people are gonna think you're crazy and you gotta get over yourself.

  509. You gotta quit being so sensitive about what people.

  510. They just don't know what you know.

  511. They haven't seen what you've seen.

  512. They haven't heard what you've heard.

  513. Oh, my goodness, they're watching anyway, because they see the success.

  514. They see something they don't have.

  515. Maybe you haven't gotten your healing yet and they don't think you're sick as a dog, but you know what you do have.

  516. You've got joy, you've got confidence.

  517. You've got things coming out of your mouth that just blow their cork.

  518. If you happen to be in the hospital talking like this, the doctor goes well, you know.

  519. And the nurses go wow.

  520. I believe that you know you're gonna find believers everywhere.

  521. Somebody needs to see your faith in action.

  522. Hallelujah, hallelujah, thank you, lord.

  523. Mark 11, 24.

  524. Therefore, what things, whoever you desire when you pray, believe you receive them and you shall have them.

  525. People get tangled up between receiving and having.

  526. You have to receive it first.

  527. Well, I believe I will receive.

  528. No, you just missed the whole point.

  529. You didn't receive it.

  530. You've got to receive it.

  531. When do you receive it?

  532. When you pray, or when you say, when you say or when you pray, you believe you receive it when Right now.

  533. Faith is now.

  534. Faith is not future, faith is now.

  535. Don't get your tenses mixed up.

  536. Don't start saying he's gonna, he will, he shall later.

  537. No, I have it now.

  538. I take it now with the hand of faith.

  539. The word receive there means to take with the hand.

  540. Bryce, come up here real quick.

  541. I got a gift for you, I got a gift for you.

  542. There you go, brother, be blessed.

  543. Say now, he, what did he?

  544. He took it out of my hand, didn't he?

  545. What's he gonna say now?

  546. Yeah, he says thank you, doesn't he?

  547. And he says I got it.

  548. I got it.

  549. This is what I've been believing for.

  550. I've been believing for 99 cent pen that leaks.

  551. That will ruin my dress shirt.

  552. Give it back to me, woo, the Lord giveeth and the Lord takeeth away.

  553. Blessed be the name of the Lord.

  554. It means to take with the hand.

  555. I believe I receive when I pray or when I say.

  556. It means to take with the hand.

  557. Take your healing now, don't put it off till tomorrow.

  558. Don't say it's gonna happen later.

  559. Brother Hagin again got some awesome testimonies in his life and I just see the progression as he was a young preacher and as he walked in Revelation and God would teach him yet another precept.

  560. And we stand on the shoulders of these great men and women of God, people like Oral Roberts and John O Stain and Kenneth Hagin and so many others.

  561. But he was a young Baptist preacher.

  562. He did his single young man I think he's not even 20 years old and I think he's 19, lived in the house with one of his church members that he was pastor in the church and he woke up one morning after Sunday service, went home and woke up the next morning, monday morning, and the whole left side of his face was paralyzed.

  563. I mean it just when he smiled, it just you know, the smile went up here like this and this is just dead.

  564. I mean he just looked weird and he couldn't feel anything.

  565. It's just like you know, when I remember just a few years before that you know he's received his healing from all these blood diseases and a malformed heart and all of that, you can imagine what the devil was saying to him.

  566. Now you've done it, I've got you now, and that's exactly what the devil started trying to throw at him, and he didn't spend any time grieving about it.

  567. He said well, I just need an agreement.

  568. I'm gonna go down on Wednesday night my church doesn't have Wednesday night service I'm gonna go down to the full gospel church and I'm gonna have that pastor lay hands on me and I'll receive my healing.

  569. Then that's where his faith was.

  570. His faith was not yet where he could just say I'm healed.

  571. He wanted agreement by another man of God to lay his hands on him, and so he waited.

  572. So here's his Monday, tuesday and now Wednesday night.

  573. See, think about all that time.

  574. His face is still just, you know, and he's a group of kids that they all walked together to church, you know, and they all saw that he was, you know, afflicted.

  575. He said, well, I'm gonna get my healing tonight.

  576. I'm gonna go up and hands are laid on me.

  577. And they saw that he sounded funny when he talked and this one girl, emma Jean, was next to him.

  578. He kept looking at him, kind of staring at him.

  579. So he goes up and the pastor didn't pray for anybody.

  580. He says before we're closed, could I get you to lay hands on me for my healing.

  581. He said, well, sure, brother, come on up here.

  582. So it didn't have a healing part of the service, it just Wednesday night kind of a shorter service.

  583. So he went, what goes up there and he said I just I don't want you to lay your hands on me in Jesus' name for my healing.

  584. And he said, all right.

  585. He said you know, but tell you the truth, I don't remember what he prayed.

  586. I didn't care, I just knew all I wanted him to do was lay his hands.

  587. See, the Bible says lay hands in the name of Jesus, not the prayer.

  588. And he said I didn't pay a bit of attention to what he prayed, I just knew that when he laid his hands on me as soon as he was finished, he said I got it, thank you, thank you, lord, I'm healed, praise God.

  589. And he turned around and walked out and service was dismissed.

  590. Well, they all noticed that he looked exact the same as when he before he got prayed, for he didn't look any different.

  591. He still was dead on the left side when he smiled.

  592. It looked like a weirdo.

  593. And so Ema Jean said well, did you get your healing?

  594. And I sure did.

  595. Well, you don't look any different.

  596. Do you feel any different, not that I can tell.

  597. Well, what makes you think that you got healed?

  598. I don't think I got healed.

  599. I know I got healed.

  600. See, listen, you're gonna have to defend your faith a lot of times.

  601. You're gonna have to be able to stand up and say what the word says when everybody else is doubting.

  602. What makes you think you got your healing?

  603. I don't think I got it.

  604. I know I got it.

  605. And so they walk on down the street.

  606. She kept some blah, blah, blah.

  607. That's the girl you want to go away from.

  608. You don't want to mess with her.

  609. She's not your future wife, I can guarantee it.

  610. So the next morning he must have been a glutton for punishment.

  611. But anyway, he goes and by her house and they're having breakfast and her mother is cooking.

  612. But would you like to have some egg?

  613. Yeah, thank you.

  614. So he sits down.

  615. He looks exactly the same, looks exactly the same.

  616. And she says his mother.

  617. He went up for healing and said you look exactly the same.

  618. Did you get healed last night or not?

  619. Yeah, I got healed.

  620. He said well.

  621. She said well, you don't look like you got healed.

  622. And this is mother's witness and all this.

  623. You don't look like you're healed.

  624. Do you feel any different?

  625. No, I don't feel a bit different.

  626. See, he didn't lie.

  627. He could have said yeah, I feel all of you know he didn't feel any different.

  628. He didn't have to say that, no, I don't feel any different.

  629. Well, how do you know, you?

  630. What makes you think?

  631. What makes you think you got healed?

  632. He said I don't think I got healed, I know I got healed.

  633. And she got all offended at this whole thing.

  634. She's thinking he's lying, see.

  635. And a mother says you know what, imogen, if I were you, I wouldn't question this young man.

  636. I knew him when he was on the bed of sickness.

  637. He got off the bed of sickness, he was paralyzed.

  638. He knows some things that you and I don't know.

  639. So if I were you, I'd be a little more careful.

  640. But she's taken.

  641. She can't be his wife's future because she's been taking the mother.

  642. I mean, that's the right attitude.

  643. I mean, if you don't know the truth, at least you've got a Holy Ghost witness that something is working there that you might not understand.

  644. You don't question Are y'all getting this now?

  645. Yes, so what do we do?

  646. Well, we've got to see ourselves well, we've got to call ourselves well, and we've got to take our healing now.

  647. Don't put it off to the future.

  648. As far as God is concerned, as far as you're concerned, the minute that you release your faith and say I have it now, I believe I receive it now, you shall have it.

  649. You shall see it down the road with your natural eyes.

  650. Well, how long does it take?

  651. Well, it's seed time in harvest.

  652. We don't know.

  653. In his case, before the end of the week, his face straightened right up.

  654. Everything turned out fine.

  655. And I mean, all those teenagers went well.

  656. They had a witness.

  657. Maybe some of them didn't want to admit that they were wrong.

  658. I don't know.

  659. That's human nature.

  660. You know, you can show people sometimes and they just won't admit that their unbelief is unbelief.

  661. Well, that's okay, you still get the benefit.

  662. So, as you faithfully employ these rules of healing, you'll not only receive your healing but you will walk into divine health Healing rules.

  663. Come on, lift your hands and receive Glory to God.

  664. Did you get anything out of this series?

  665. Now, you know, let's be honest Now, if you've heard something that you really needed to be refreshed on and you're really glad for this series, just lift your hand right now.

  666. Say a whole bunch of you.

  667. So you got.

  668. It's not about just being ignorant of the whole thing, but sometimes we need to be refreshed, renewed in our mind and so that it gives us the kind of courage we need to stand for our healing.

  669. Praise God, hallelujah.
