2024 - The Year Of Momentum

Just reach down and pick up your Bibles.

And pick them up, wave them around, make Jesus glad and the devil mad.

Praise God this last day of 2023.

Let's say this together Say Heavenly Father, I'm so glad to be here today.

I know in my spirit I'm destined, I'm a person of destiny, I'm headed to a destination and along the way I'm testified, I'm giving witness to what I have seen and heard.

You're so good, you've been so good to me.

I will not be silent in Jesus' name.

Amen, praise God.

Let's turn in our Bibles to Acts, chapter 19.

Acts 19 · chapter mention

And we'll start reading with verse eight, a number of verses here.

It's one of those passages you just can't.

Just you could read, really could read from verse one, but I won't.

This is about the Ephesian church and its birth and you know, paul discovered 12 disciples and he said well, who's disciples are?

John the Baptist?

Well, how do you know you're saved?

You know Jesus, who's Jesus?

So they got saved and filled with the Holy Ghost.

That was the birth of the book of Ephesians, where he got the 12th.

And then verse eight.

He went in.

Paul went into the synagogue and spoke boldly there for a space of three months, disputing and persuading the things concerning the kingdom of God.

In other words, he was teaching the word to the Jews, but when diverse were hardened and believed not, but speak evil of that way, before the multitude.

See, by this time there's a multitude, started with 12.

So he's attracting an audience in three months and then you've got the naysayers talking out loud and saying things against what he's teaching.

He departed from them and separated the disciples disputing daily in the school of one, tarenas.

Now, the word disputing I mean it means teach.

He's expounding on the word, he's giving them information that they were unafair.

You know that Judaism is a religion and Judaism had been filled with the traditions of men which, jesus said, renders the word of God to none effect.

So he's, yeah, I mean disputing.

Yeah, I mean he's disputing some of their silly traditions that weren't really consistent with the word.

So, and this in the school of Tarenas, this verse 10 continued by the space of two years.

Everybody shout two years, two years.

Yeah, that's not instant, is it Two years?

He's teaching these disciples so that all they which dwelt in Asia Minor Asia means Asia Minor, ephesus, asia Minor.

It's not China, amen, it's Asia Minor.

Everybody in Asia Minor heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Gentiles.

Greeks means Gentiles, jews and Gentiles.

Everybody say and See Jews and Gentiles.

You know, paul was really sent to the Gentiles.

He wasn't sent to the Jews, but the Jews were there.

That's what he had to work with.

And God brought special miracles by the hands of Paul so that from his body were brought under the sick handkerchiefs or aprons and the diseases departed from them and the evil spirits went out of them.

Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them, which had evil spirits, the name of the Lord Jesus, saying we adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preached it.

And there were seven sons of one, sceva, a Jew and chief of the rulers, chief of the priests, which did so.

And the evil spirit answered and said Jesus, I know, and Paul, I know, but who are you?

And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them and overcame them and prevailed against them so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.

And this was known to all the Jews and Gentiles also dwelling in Ephesus and fear fell on them all and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified and many that were in the house of Jesus and many that believed came and confessed and showed their deeds.

Many of them also, which used curious arts that's, the occult brought their books together and burned them before all, and they counted the price of them and found it to be 50,000 pieces of silver.

So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.

Everybody shout, prevailed, hallelujah.

And so I wanna start a series of messages on this subject.

2024, the year of momentum.

2024, the year of momentum, and I'll lay out how it came to be that God gave me that prophetic word.

For those of you that are newer, maybe you don't understand this way of teaching and preaching.

This is an apostolic vine with a prophetic river.

You know, paul was an apostle, but he was a prophet before he was an apostle, before that he was just a teacher and before that he was just a believer.

So you know, god has a certain way of bringing you along into your ministry that this is an apostolic vine.

This house is an apostolic vine with a prophetic river, and you know I go away, and several times a year, and have special prayer, and that's how I hear from God, my constant prayer when I go which I went this past Thursday to Galveston specifically to see if there's anything he's talking to talk about in 2024.

He's been doing it now for quite a number of years.

The first time that I remember having it happen was in 2001.

Now I went to Galveston and I won't go through all the details, but he just spoke to me.

This is a premier year and when he spoke that to my heart, I saw, like Hollywood, old Hollywood, with the spotlights and the limos pulling up to the, you know, to the movie house and the stars of this particular movie that's gonna have its premiere.

They have the red carpet and they go in and they all sit down and watch the movie, the premiere of the movie and all that.

They don't do that anymore because they just wrote it out on.

You know there's no more premieres.

You know you might see it on Netflix first or you might see it in, you know, video form, but back then it was a premiere and so I'm looking at that, I'm seeing these spotlights and then premier.

So I look up the word premiere.

It means first in a series and I saw in my like a mini vision 2001, comma, 2002, comma, dot, dot, dot.

So this was 2001 is the first in a series of years.

How many of you heard me preach that.

Some of you are still here that heard me a number of hands.

So that's been 23 years ago, 2001.

We're gonna see.

It's a year of firsts.

We're gonna see things we've never seen and I was thinking in that time positive.

Yeah, I'm thinking positive, good things, we're gonna see some good things.

What did we see?

We saw the Twin Towers fall on 9-11.

You know I like to watch Christmas movies and some, you know all the normal movies you know that are Christmas movies.

You know it's a wonderful life.

You gotta watch that one Home Alone, home Alone 2.

I know there's cussing in it, but it's funny.

Those are funny movies.

You gotta laugh at those guys.

Little kid just makes fools out of them.

But in Home Alone 2, he's standing on the top.

You know, little Kevin McAllister, he's standing on the top of the Twin Towers Overlooking.

I'm looking at that and I'm just I get teary eyed.

I just think God it's gone now.

We had war declared on us.

We did nothing of it.

We went over and attacked Iraq, which had nothing to do with it.

We didn't do anything about it.

We still haven't done anything about it.

What did they do?

They built a mosque on the side of the Twin Towers.

They're gonna wreck the Palestinians, are gonna wreck New Year's Eve, which is fine, they can wreck it, but I mean, I'm against it.

Why do we tolerate that?

And we throw patriots in prison?

Of insurrection, the made up word, there wasn't any insurrection anymore than there was the murder of George Floyd.

That wasn't a murder.

He died of a drug overdose.

That's a fact.

And here's a cop serving time for murder.

He didn't kill him.

We're living in an alternative, almost an alternative universe.

So, pastor, how can you say a year of momentum?

Well, there's momentum in two different directions.

I'm gonna lay it out for you, because I think that we have a history and God has put these words so that we'll know what to emphasize during each particular year and it wasn't that year, but a number of years later, I realized what I had really seen was a series of countdowns.

We live in Houston, the city of countdowns Just think of all the space missions that have launched NASA down there, and NASA, and they had the countdowns.

And that's what that was that I saw.

I saw the countdown to the Rapture.

That's kind of prophetic, isn't it?

I don't know how many more of those we're gonna see, but we've got at least one that says the year of momentum.

We're building momentum toward the church getting off the face of this earth.

I remember 2008 was a year of wind and rain.

I thought, wow, that doesn't sound positive.

Sure enough we had Ike.

So I kinda you know, when I'm listening to these things I'm thinking well, you know, I'm gonna have to change my thinking, because not everything that he's talking about right now is in the positive sense.

I mean, we've got to understand what time we're living in.

Jesus said and as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the Son of man.

Noah was.

The earth was filled with violence.

I've never seen such domestic violence and murder.

Crazy, it's always been here, but I mean it's like everywhere.

Now, almost every day, some poor woman has showed up dead with bullet holes all entering the kids.

This one guy shot her I don't know how many times and then beat all three of the children so severely.

They're still in the hospital right now.

It's been three or four weeks.

They're never gonna be the same.

Only Jesus can fix that.

So, anyway, so in 2024, you're gonna hear us talk about this more and more, but 2024 marks the 30th year of Gloria's Way Church.

29th anniversary is the 29th of January, so that marks the beginning of the 30th year.

So 2024, the 30th year.

The number 30 in the Bible is symbolic of the dedication to the calling and so the Aaronic Aaron's priesthood.

After the priesthood of Aaron, those priests were 30 when they started their ministry.

Jesus was 30 when he started his ministry.

John the Baptist was 30 when he started his ministry.

David was 30 when he became king.

He was anointed king at 18, but he became king at 30.

And I just think about 30 years of dedication to our call, 30 years of dedication to the mandates that God has given this church.

He told us to build a barn for the harvest.

I hadn't talked about that much lately because I'm so glad to have built this building and it's hard for me to even think about building another one.

But we're gonna build a barn for the harvest and this ain't it.

I feel duty bound to remind you.

Matter of fact, we're gonna improve this one.

This is where we are right now, but I know this won't hold the harvest.

It might be a building for about six months and then we'll be out of here?

I don't know.

I see a lot of vacant buildings.

We could probably occupy that would probably hold five or 10,000 people.

I don't know what God's plan is.

I just know we're supposed to have a barn for the harvest.

I'm not gonna quit believing that.

He told me that many, many years ago and he told me this, isn't it Way too small?

He told me to wake up the church and working hard on that.

We never stopped.

1999, five weeks after Brother Osteen went to heaven, he gave me that mandate.

So I think about this.

Many years, 30 years of dedication to these mandates, and they've generated momentum.

I mean, I looked it up.

What momentum means?

The force with which one body strikes another.

That's about right.

Think about a playing pool.

You shoot the cue pool, you shoot the cue ball into another ball.

You know Momentum slaps the ball into the pocket, hopefully, if you got a good aim.

It also means the force gained by a series of events.

The force gained by a series of events I think about the series of obediencees that we have had for 30 years has generated a power.

It has generated a force that we are just now beginning to witness and see the results of it.

You know, jesus said the whole kingdom is operated by seed sowing.

This is how the kingdom operates.

If a man should cast seed into the ground and sleep in rise night and day, and the seed should spring up, he knows not how First the blade, then the ear, then the full corn and the ear, and when the fruit is ripe he put it in the sickle.

That's how the kingdom operates.

The seed sowing principle.

In Genesis eight, god said Night and day, winter and summer, cold and heat.

Seed time and harvest shall not depart as long as the earth remaineth.

Flash time.

I look, the earth still remains despite of all the carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, fossil fuels haven't destroyed it yet.

I've got a question what happens if you're in an electric car and you go under water?

Do you get electrocuted?

I don't, I just question, I just.

I haven't seen a study on that one yet.

If you've got an electric car and you like it, hey, no problem, but the whole premise is nuts.

Speaking as an engineer, it's nuts and it's not.

Things are getting so.

We have a momentum of evil that has been unopposed by the church.

The church stood around on the sidelines watching, saying, oh, I don't want to get my hands dirty.

That's evil over there.

That's dirty politics.

What does politics have to do with the gospel?

Everything he said, going to all the world, see, I mean Paul went into all the world and then, when some of them were hardened, when he brought his disciples and separator and got them in a place where he could teach them, where he didn't have to overcome a bunch of loud voices.

But we elect good men and women to the legislature and they've got to go up there and endure the craziest people you've ever seen, screaming and hollering and cursing and swearing and interrupting everything they're trying to do, lying, worshiping Satan.

And we're sitting here twiddling our thumbs and thinking we're doing good.

Boy, that ended, bless God.

There's a momentum.

There are some things that have shifted.

Now We'll talk about some of those momentum things.

It's just like planting seed, though you know you don't just get unharvest overnight.

It takes.

A repetitive action it takes.

You know what I'm reminded of when I see that repetitive action, a systematic discourse.

It's not what you say one time, it's what you say all the time, no matter what it looks like, you're saying words of faith and believing in your heart and you eventually not instantly eventually you begin to see things change.

What happened when you were building momentum, that force, by a series of events?

Glory to God.

So many times when I go to Galveston I'll just you know, god's got this little thing.

He'll show me things that I've never seen before.

I don't have to have it, I don't ask Him to do it, I just.

Sometimes I'll say I wonder what I'm going to see this time, lord.

But you know what I do pray on the way into town I say, lord, I'm just believing that I'm you're going to show me things that I need to see.

You're going to tell me things I need to hear so that I can know some things that I need to know, so that I can do what I need to do See.

It all culminates in a do.

I mean you can see and hear and know.

I mean, if you don't do, which is what the church has done, they haven't done.

That's why they told me to wake them up.

They're not doing.

Well, we've been doing and we're going to do some more doing, amen.

So that's my prayer, simple prayer.

Last year I came into town and I saw all those locomotives sitting on, you know, right on the sidetracks.

A wasting of power.

2023 was the year of God's power.

We emphasized power all last year.

Now it's momentum.

So how in the world?

So I?

I get there moon beautiful day.

It was cold about 52 to 53, 54 degrees, something like that.

Rent, rent, brolin out of the 10 or 15 miles out of the Northwest, which is not typical in Galveston.

You don't have that much North wind there, it's always Southeast, right out of the Gulf.

I mean that's just.

I mean that's quite a body of water and you're going to get the wind off of it.

Well, this time the wind was going out toward the Gulf, right directly in its face, and the surf was totally flat.

It was I mean the Gulf was like a mirror.

It was not a wave to be seen, it was the weirdest looking thing.

I've seen it before.

But I mean it's kind of rare really, even this time of year.

If it's going to happen, it's going to happen in wintertime.

But even in wintertime it's rare to see it and catch it.

And that condition, I mean there wasn't any surf.

I mean surf.

Forget about the surfboards Over on the in the California side, they had 60 foot waves.

Northern California, man, they had some waves.

Man tore some houses up and ruined some stuff.

But here it was just, I mean, just right at the edge where the water meets the sand, this little old bitty, you know, inch little lap.

It wasn't a wave, it's just a lap.

I mean, you know, you've got the entire Gulf of Mexico.

It's like it's sitting in this glass and there's no waves.

That's weird.

And so the prevailing wind prevailed against the tide and it prevailed against the waves and flattened them out.

It impacted them.

The momentum are y'all with me now?

And so it reminded me of Acts 19, 20, which we read this morning.

The word of God grew and mightily prevailed.

It didn't take a 40 mile an hour wind, it was just 10, 15 miles an hour.

The flags were gently, they weren't just straight out, you know, and when you go to a guy you can tell about the wind.

You'd look at the flag.

They got flags everywhere and they tell you which way the wind's blowing.

Well, the wind was blowing right against the Gulf, right straight.

Now, the next morning, when I got up Friday morning, it had turned a little bit back to the east, just a little bit, which happens as those highs move off.

That's what goes, that's what happens.

And so now, the way it was just gentle way, little waves, but not flat, just a little bit.

You know, you could tell it was not prevailing.

Now as much, it's crossing it and probably by today I'm sure you've probably got a normal surf, because it's probably all the way.

I haven't picked up on it, but it reminded me of Acts 19, 20,.

The word of God grew and mightily prevailed.

You see, because of a series of events, force is generated that will prevail against the body that it hits.

It's gonna change the direction of a body that it hits.

Are you with me now?

So momentum, unchecked, will always prevail.

It will always prevail.

I use a sports analogy.

So does Paul.

Paul uses a lot of sports analogies in his preaching.

He was influenced by the Greeks and the games that they had back then, talks a lot about running the race.

All of that Talks about boxing and different sports.

I like football.

This is my time of the year.

I love football and I mean, you know, today will be a football day, tomorrow will be a bigger football day.

You know, I like football and I've noticed it's just amazing about football and any sport, really all of all sports, have this in common they have this thing called momentum.

And I mean, you know, the team that maintains the momentum usually prevails.

But I've seen how momentum can shift in an instant.

Isn't it amazing?

I mean, you can have one team that looks like they're eating the other team up and all of a sudden the other team makes a play or they do something spectacular and the fans get behind them.

And I mean, just like this whoop, and if the team that was winning doesn't seize control of it, they might lose.

How about the Houston Oilers and the Buffalo Bills?

The infamous game that I screamed at my television?

I wanted to throw it out in the backyard.

The Oilers were ahead 30 something points at the half and lost the game.

I mean, how do you do that?

Well, you lost momentum.

And how can you tell about momentum?

Well, the first thing I look for is the team that doesn't have it.

They start going like this, standing around with their hands on their hips and their heads down.

Jesus said when you see these things start to come to pass, lift up your heads and look up.

Your redemption draws nigh.

See, momentum is on our side.

We're not seeing a whole lot of things with our natural eyes, but that's why we have a prophetic word to travel this year on, let's begin to speak the same thing about it.

Let's quit meditating and watching 24 hours a day this bad news.

I don't care if it is Fox News, I don't even care if it's victory network.

I love victory network, but you know what?

I've only got that much capacity to hear the news anymore.

I wanna get informed what's going on and then I wanna shut it off and I wanna meditate on what God is doing behind the scenes, because he's working.

He's working.

Come on, lift your hands right now.

God's working, built enough momentum.

This force cannot be turned back.

This is God's power.

Anything I'm talking about in the natural is natural power, but God's a supernatural power and it's superior to anything the devil can do, hallelujah.

Well, you know, the devil's made some pretty good plays the last number of years.

He got the church on its heels, took Bible out of school, took Jesus out of the school, prayer out of the school.

Madeline, muriel Hare, 1963, church is asleep.

Abortion, 1973, church is asleep.

But look at what's happened just recently.

I mean look, I mean we got rid of Roe v Wade.

There's no telling how many million babies' lives have been saved just since the Supreme Court decision and now you've got individual states, which is where these things should be decided.

There's nothing in the Constitution about this.

It was totally invented.

It's the worst legal decision that's ever been made and this is across the board.

All these legal scholars are just.

They don't defend the decision.

It's wrong, but that doesn't keep Democrats doing whatever they wanna do.

Little girl in Maine.

She looks like she's 22.

And by herself as the attorney general of Maine by herself, because she watched YouTube videos.

She's not a lawyer.

I don't know how you get to be attorney general of a state and you're not a lawyer.

And she says Trump can't be on the ballot.

She took him off the ballot in Maine.

One person See, they do it because nobody stomps and says no, you're not gonna do this, sweetie pie, we're gonna recall you and send you back the girl scouts.

Have you seen her?

Good God, she doesn't know anything.

She's stupid.

And she took Trump off the ballot by herself.

I mean, what is this America or Venezuela?

Yeah, the church is awake now.

2024 is gonna be important Big election.

I have no idea who's gonna be president, I know.

I think I'm not ready to say yet, but I know who I'm gonna vote for.

But I'm not ready to say it yet.

I'm gonna let the process run out.

It's still running out.

There's still a primary still.

All these people are still got their hat in the ring.

I've got my opinions.

I'm trying not to say much.

I'm just let it all.

Let them say everything they're gonna say.

But I will look back on Trump and I tell you we got rid of Roe V Wade because of Trump.

Let's give honor where honor is due.

Let's give credit where credit's due.

When Trump was in charge, we didn't have a million undocumented workers.

That's what they're trying to tell.

They're trying to call them that oh can't say illegal aliens anymore.

It's undocumented workers, workers.

I thought they were all on welfare.

They're all getting paid.

They're all getting checks.

Governor of California's gonna give them free healthcare.

Just come to California.

We need you because all the other people left that are working for a living, all the workers left.

Now we need somebody here occupy.

So one good play after another results in momentum and that team prevails.

I looked up the word prevail.

It means to overcome, to gain the victory.

It means to advance.

It means to have superiority.

All right.

It means to have effect, power or influence by a series of events.

There's that word again a series of events.

It's not one thing, it's not saying something once, it's not one victory, it's not having one candidate, it's not one school board election, it's not one, this one, that it's a series.

You're not gonna get your healing by just saying it once oh, thank God, I'm healed.

No, you're gonna say it a lot.

You're gonna say it in the face of symptoms, you're gonna say it in the face of what the doctors say.

You're gonna say it all the time and believe it in your heart Amen.

And then you what prevail by systematic discourse, by a series of events.

See, every time you speak that word, you're sowing another seed or you're watering that seed.

So that's a series of.

Are y'all getting this now?

You know Jesus visited Brother Hagin one time and you know Brother Hagin was.

He told Brother Hagin, go teach my people faith.

Back in the days of the voice of healing, you had a big group of ministers under Gordon.

Lindsey was their coordinator.

He was not their boss, but he had the voice of healing magazine and he, god, put it on his heart to harness all these men and try to keep them in relationship with each other, try to key.

You know you got a bunch of egos.

I mean, let's face it, you got a 10,000 seat tent.

There's an ego that goes with it when you got 10,000 people a night coming out to hear what you've got to say and you see these great miracles.

They had some most amazing miracles.

People got up out of wheelchairs whole wheelchair section one night, and Jack Co's meeting just got up and walked out of their wheelchairs.

They were sitting over here and they just all got up.

12, 10 or 12 of them got up and walked.

I mean, this was just like healing, was like popcorns.

This is the gifts of the spirit.

Now these people then gonna go back to their old home church.

It doesn't preach healing and a lot of times they lose their healing.

Why?

Because the devil comes back and steals, kills and destroys.

But lack of knowledge.

My people destroyed for lack of knowledge.

So brother Hagan was different.

He didn't have a tent, he was in the local churches and God told him go teach my people faith, go teach them how to get their healing and keep it.

And you've got to establish momentum.

You've got to establish it one victory at a time, one word at a time.

And so he was visiting with him about all that, when I think brother Hagan saw Jesus had visitations like seven or eight different times and he said people assume wrongly that when I ministered on the earth that I'd come into town and I would just be able to have the town fathers.

Give me the blind person, give me a person with leprosy, give me a person that's paralyzed with a palsy, give me a deaf person, and I just line them up and heal them and then everybody would jump on board.

And that's how that I ministered.

He said they'd be wrong.

That's not how I ministered.

I did not do that.

And you can kind of read casually the gospels and you kind of get the idea that just Jesus just kind of waved his hand and just healed all these people.

But listen, he said he went about teaching and preaching and healing.

He went about teaching and preaching and healing.

Why would he do that?

Well, the teaching is the antidote for unbelief.

Teaching, see, that's what Paul did for two years.

He disputed daily in the school of Tarenas for two years.

It took two years for the Word of God to grow and mildly prevail.

Where did it grow and mildly prevail?

In the atmosphere, in the hearts of the people that heard it and in the hearts of the people that rejected it, it didn't grow and mildly prevail.

Are y'all with me now?

He said the people that received the teaching and the preaching.

They're the ones that got the healing.

If they didn't receive the teaching and the preaching, they didn't get their healing.

That's why I spend time teaching and preaching the Word, because it's the Word that has to prevail in your heart and build a momentum in your life to where it overcomes and smacks right in the face of whatever disease has attacked you.

Lack and poverty have attacked you.

Your finances, man.

You better have some words coming out of your mouth.

In this financial atmosphere of all this craziness is going on.

Are y'all with me?

Now we're prevailing over the spirit of Antichrist.

You know, we see the waves of the Antichrist.

We see these things crashing on the shore.

I mean, it just is one thing after another after another.

All this woke policy, all this transgender competing with women in sports and opening up this kind of surgeries to be done.

Mutilation is what it is.

It's worse than Hitler.

Did they keep talking about Trump being Hitler?

Why don't they look in the mirror?

They're more like Hitler than anybody I've ever seen.

They're more Hitler, they're more like Hitler than Hitler.

And so you see that.

You see that, and what I'm saying is almost like a pastor.

It sounds like a pipe dream.

Well, you know, that's what faith does.

Faith takes what the circumstances are and it begins to work against it.

It begins to flatten it out, it begins to smack it, it begins to impact it.

In physics, when I was studying engineering, it was called impulse and momentum.

Impulse is the force that the body feels from the other body that had the momentum.

That's traveling like the cue ball hitting another eight ball into the pocket.

If it hits it at the right angle, then the cue ball will bounce and hopefully won't scratch and go into another pocket.

What do you have to do?

You have to put some English on the cue ball, so make sure that it spins and stays out in the green felt Used to play lots of pool when I was a kid.

I don't play pool anymore.

I don't have a pool hall to go to.

I don't have a pool table.

Gladys won't let me have one.

We're making impact on this world.

I'm telling you right now this is a year of impact, this is a year of momentum.

What pastor, do you see America turning around?

I don't know what America's gonna do.

I be honest with you.

All I'm interested in is having and harvest out of America and the rest of the world.

We're so in seed in the rest of the world, but our main attention is right here, right now, to make an impact, to cause the church to rise up as one and begin to oppose the spirit of antichrist.

That's our job, you know.

You look at another worry.

If you looked at the Gulf of Mexico, normally that's the antichrist.

It's got waves crashing and all it took is a north wind of about 15 miles an hour to just flatten it and contain it and restrain it.

Our job is to restrain.

We're not gonna eliminate it, we're gonna what?

Restrain it by what?

Impacting it with momentum, a series, a series of events, praise God.

So let me just give you three things to think about to start with.

I've got so many examples I'll preach those next following weeks, some examples of this happening in the Bible.

But to participate in the momentum of 2024, be a person of the Word of God and prayer.

Prayer is not where you give God a honey-do list.

Prayer is where you receive revelation that's not written in the Bible 2024, the year of momentum is not written in my Bible.

It's not there.

Where did I get it?

I prayed in tongues for hours.

I watched, I meditated, I thought about what God had done in 2023 and years before.

I looked back on older prophetic words that I'd had and I arrived at this knowing of what God wanted to say to you today 2024, the year of momentum.

And so we all have to have that kind of a prayer life, because we're living in the last of the last days, and so if you want to pray, you need to pray like I prayed God.

I want to be able to see what I need to see, hear what I need to hear, know what I need to know so I can do what I need to do.

Which brings me to point number two.

When you know what to do, then be obedient.

See, it's not enough to see and know and hear.

The church has seen and known and heard for a long time.

We've got these, these guys that set themselves up as the leaders of the church and they've spokespeople and the news media interview them and they do these press conferences.

The same guy's been around 25 and 30 years and they haven't done anything?

They haven't done anything.

They raise money.

They come to town and raise lots of money.

People give them money to kind of think, well, I want to give them some money.

Well, what have they done with it?

Well, they paid their staff, they paid themselves.

They've got these high falutin Washington offices, you know, and so forth and so on, but they haven't really effected.

Look at the government.

It's been weaponized against us folks.

Every bit of it's weaponized against the citizens.

What have they done?

Nothing.

They haven't awakened the church.

No, I tell you, it's gonna take more than that.

We have to be doers, we have to be obedient.

I think many of you I look out here and I see many of you that you were standing on the sideline and then God got a hold of you, said, no, I'm gonna go get involved.

I'm gonna go get involved in politics, I'm gonna be part of the decision making, I'm gonna be part of the grassroots, I'm gonna let my voice be heard.

I'm gonna shape the party platform.

And I had to happen.

We've got the best party platform.

It's a godly platform.

It's the most godly platform in my lifetime.

Now we've got to follow through and get rid of the rhinos and get rid of the weak knees and the ones that won't do what the platform says to do.

You know, like that, that Governor DeWine of Ohio.

He vetoed a bill that was overwhelmingly passed, forbidding mutilation of children.

He vetoed it and he's a Republican Boy.

They need to recall him.

They need to get rid of him.

He's a.

He might as well be a liberal Democrat, going along with all of their craziness.

How can you, how can you justify that?

And look at the party platform.

See, that's what you have.

You have it in Texas too.

So we have to be person of word and prayer, be obedient to do what God tells us to do, and then we have to leave.

Keep love as the motive.

Love of God is the motive behind everything we're doing.

It's not building our kingdom, it's not doing our thing, we're just.

We love God, we love God's people, we love the center, we want to impact the center, we want to knock them off the course that they're headed.

They're headed to hell and if we, if we get the momentum, we're going to knock them over into the path where, where they can get to heaven.

Glory to God, hallelujah.

So let's continue together to be dedicated to our call.

Let's walk together in love and unite and see this world impacted by the church.
