  1. If you've got your Bible close to you, please pick it up.

  2. If you don't, please go and get it.

  3. Let's lift our bibles waving around, making Jesus glad and the devil mad, and let's say this together Say Heavenly Father, I'm so glad to be in your presence today.

  4. In your presence is fullness.

  5. I have a receptive heart to the Word of God.

  6. Revelation is coming to me today and my faith is being built.

  7. My spirit is being developed and I'm being equipped.

  8. My world is being equipped for its intended purpose.

  9. In Jesus' name, amen, you can be seated.

  10. Let's turn in our Bibles to Hebrews, chapter 11.

    Hebrews 11 chapter mention

  11. Our junior high students can be dismissed.

  12. They're gonna go and be taught their class.

  13. Hebrews, chapter 11, verse one.

    Hebrews 11 chapter mention

  14. We're gonna bring you the fourth message on building your world with words.

  15. And Hebrews 11, I believe it doesn't say Paul wrote it, but it sounds like him, so I just always felt like it was Paul.

  16. Amen, you don't have to believe that, but anyway.

  17. Now, faith is a substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen, for by it, that is, by faith, the worlds were framed by the Word of God so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

  18. And we wanna read verse three in the Barclay translation.

  19. It is by faith.

  20. We understand that the universe was constructed by the Word of God, for the scene had to take its origin from the unseen.

  21. And then I like to read verse three in the amplified the worlds were framed, fashioned, put in order and equipped for their intended purpose by the Word of God.

  22. Isn't that powerful?

  23. And so we've been studying this, and I won't go into great detail because it's been three weeks since we started reading the Bible and I'm gonna read it again.

  24. I'm gonna go into great detail because it's been three weeks and so it's on the podcast.

  25. You can go and listen and I encourage you to, because this is one of those messages when I tell our new members when I commit myself to be their pastor.

  26. You know they go through a class and they discover whether this is a place they belong.

  27. We just want the people that belong here, that's all.

  28. We're not out recruiting, trying to get everybody here, but we want the ones that belong, the ones that are assigned.

  29. You know you don't even get to pick your outfit in the army.

  30. You show up, you know when you answer the call and you get inducted into the army or any of the services you don't get to pick.

  31. You know they just assign you and that's where God's kingdom is.

  32. But people don't know that nowadays.

  33. I mean people just, they just decide themselves all by themselves, and you know that's not the best way to do things.

  34. It's good to be where you belong, anyway.

  35. And Genesis one, the creation account, over and over it, says God said and God saw, god said and God saw, and then he saw that it was good.

  36. You know.

  37. So if you ever want to see it, you got to say it, and so sound comes before sight.

  38. It's just a spiritual law.

  39. And then we discovered in Mark, chapter four, where Jesus is preaching the parable of the so with so with the word.

  40. And so he was preaching that to the Jews so that they would be accountable.

  41. And then, you know, he expounded on what it meant, he interpreted it and he had some things to say about that.

  42. And but we discovered that the whole kingdom is based on words.

  43. So that's how the kingdom operates, is if a man should so seed into the ground, cast seed into the ground and sleep and rise night and day, and the seeds should spring up.

  44. You know, if not, how?

  45. First the blade, then the ear, then the full corn.

  46. That's how your life is.

  47. Your life is what it is by the words you have spoken, either positive or negative, and I want to stress that today on our last visitation on this subject, because it's so important.

  48. So when I tell our new members, you know it takes me about a year.

  49. Give me a year of your life.

  50. This is one of those messages that I've got to get rummed into people, because most churches don't preach this.

  51. You can go to church.

  52. I found people go to church 30, 40, 50 years and don't know any of what I'm preaching this morning, wonder why they're sick, wonder why they die young, wonder why they have such tragedy, wonder why they have Listen.

  53. I mean, you know there's some, some you're gonna have trouble.

  54. Jesus said in the world.

  55. You shall have trouble, tribulation, but be of good courage.

  56. I've overcome the world.

  57. I've deprived of its ability to harm.

  58. You See, if you know how to talk, there's a lot of things you can avoid and what you can't avoid you will overcome.

  59. Everybody say I'm an overcomer.

  60. So when you plant a seed, what it's invisible, it's invisible.

  61. The scene is gonna take its origin from the invisible, from that which is not seen.

  62. It's amazing, and we have it in nature.

  63. Jesus used, you know, the nature.

  64. He used all these things to illustrate the way the kingdom operates spiritually.

  65. And so then that seed springs up.

  66. And then we discovered the four kinds of conditions.

  67. You've got three out of four people who, all of them, sowed the word of God.

  68. All four examples that Jesus used.

  69. Every one of them sowed the word of God, but three out of four had a crop failure.

  70. They got nothing out of it.

  71. Nothing changed.

  72. Nothing changed.

  73. They had a God's word did not bear fruit in their lives.

  74. In other words, they didn't have what God said they could have.

  75. They might've said it Well, I could have what he says I could have.

  76. They might've said it once or twice, but it didn't come to pass.

  77. They might've said it for a while and then they got offended about it.

  78. Circumstances changed and they quit saying it.

  79. So we went through all of that.

  80. But then there's the fourth kind.

  81. In the Luke he says when they sow the word in a true and honest heart, and your heart is your spirit, and we like to say where we're born again, we're new creatures, where old things have passed away, that's all true.

  82. We're made in the image and likeness of God.

  83. God made us like him.

  84. He's a spirit.

  85. We're spirits.

  86. We live in a body.

  87. We have a soul which is our mind, will and intellect.

  88. Our spirit is the only part that goes to heaven.

  89. It's been born again, our body.

  90. One of these days it's gonna be.

  91. I believe my body's gonna be changed in an instant.

  92. I don't believe I'm gonna go by the way of death.

  93. I'm believing to see Jesus come back.

  94. But if I'm wrong and I lay this body down, it goes.

  95. This body goes away, whatever happens to it.

  96. Well, I'm gonna have a new one one day.

  97. I'm gonna have them with a resurrection.

  98. People believe the resurrection.

  99. They even say so in the Apostles Creed.

  100. I grew up in the Catholic church.

  101. We said the Apostles Creed every time we went to Mass, and now we believe in the resurrection of the dead.

  102. Well, do you really?

  103. We really do so.

  104. That's why we don't let grief grab ahold of us when someone passes and we know they go to heaven.

  105. Amen, because we know we'll see them again.

  106. So we talked about these crop failures and how they occur, and then we talked about you've gotta be firm in your identity.

  107. You know there's a lot of identity theft going on in the world today.

  108. I mean people steal your identity and charge you up with a bunch of charges and I was reading about Chase Bank and Zell Cash app and these people had thousands.

  109. One lady had $8,000 worth of charges and Chase Bank wouldn't give it back to her until Channel 2 got involved.

  110. And see your credit card.

  111. If somebody steals your identity on your credit card, it's automatic.

  112. You don't have to pay that.

  113. All you have to do is call a hay somebody.

  114. Usually they call you.

  115. You don't even know it until the credit card.

  116. I've had that.

  117. I've had three credit cards in the last year my visa, because somehow they keep lifting my information and trying to charge, you know, and they start off at 50 bucks or 25 bucks and if that works then they jump it up.

  118. See, and so I've had you know.

  119. They sent me a new Medicare card.

  120. This is my.

  121. I've had one for years.

  122. You know they don't give you a social security card.

  123. They give you a Medicare card.

  124. Now, when you turn 65, you don't use your social security card, use your Medicare card.

  125. I've had the same Medicare card for a long time, until this year.

  126. Now I've had my.

  127. They've mailed me one, a new one.

  128. I had to go back to the doctor and change my number.

  129. You know, the prescriptions got fouled up because the number doesn't match, you know.

  130. And then they mailed me another one yesterday.

  131. Well, we see that somebody's trying to mess with your Medicare numbers.

  132. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you know what?

  133. Let's get the Democrats out of there.

  134. Let's wipe the slate clean.

  135. They're idiots.

  136. I blame everything on the Democrat.

  137. Used to blame the devil.

  138. Now I just blame the Democrats.

  139. Where was I?

  140. Oh, I was having so much fun till I started that way.

  141. All right, but you've got to be firm in your identity, who you are in Christ, what you have in Christ.

  142. 130 times in the New Testament talks about in Christ, through Christ, with Christ.

  143. And so we've got to be firm in who we are in Christ so that we will stand up under pressure.

  144. There's always pressure.

  145. There's always an opposing force.

  146. There are always a demonic powers trying to hinder you.

  147. And you know, if you want a real nice, quiet, easy life, you know, ride down the road in the back of a hearse, I mean, they've got the most, it's the smoothest ride, and they go to the quietest place.

  148. I mean there's no noise out at the graveyard it's pretty quiet, nothing but birds chirping.

  149. There is no activity, unless they're digging a grave next to you or something like that.

  150. No, we're not going to have just.

  151. We're not going to have it easy.

  152. We've got to overcome and this message will help you and give you the tools that you need.

  153. And so we got into Isaiah 55, you know, right thinking produces right speaking.

  154. You know, god's thoughts are higher than our thoughts.

  155. Why?

  156. Because we're programmed to think like the world from a young age and younger and younger.

  157. The children are programmed.

  158. Planned Parenthood said recently, just a few weeks ago, that parents ought to ask their three year old whether they're a boy or a girl.

  159. So that's another outfit that we need to eliminate.

  160. It needs to just go away.

  161. It ought to be put out of business of the Rico statutes.

  162. It's worse than a mafia.

  163. Give me the mafia any day.

  164. Over the Planned Parenthood, I mean, the mafia went to church.

  165. They gave a lot of money, you know, to charity.

  166. No, I'm just joking, I don't like either one of them.

  167. All right, so anyway.

  168. So have to have an ID to fly.

  169. You've got to have an ID to operate in the spirit realm.

  170. You've got to know who you are and and so we talked about last week you know we need to build our spirit up, because that's the ground that we're here, that's the ground that we're sowing into.

  171. All of your crop comes from your own spirit, and so you need to read and meditate on the word.

  172. Meditate on the word, think about the word.

  173. Some people think about all kinds of things.

  174. You think about the word, think on it.

  175. And then number two can be continually and habitually filled with the Holy Ghost.

  176. See, both of those things take time.

  177. Both of those take a decision on your part to do something.

  178. Just you know, just let life happen.

  179. Most people just let life happen.

  180. No, you've got to take over and do something about the word of God in your, in your heart and in your mind.

  181. And then you've got to be filled with the Holy Ghost.

  182. Takes time, speaking to yourself and Psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, amen, all the things that you're supposed to do, give him thanks and all things, and submitting one to another in the fear of God.

  183. And then going in.

  184. The third one keeping a tender heart.

  185. And we talked about the tender heart.

  186. I mean if you allow your heart to be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin, hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

  187. See, sin, if you keep on doing it, you practice it, you get hardened.

  188. And we gave some example, an example last week, of a preacher.

  189. I could give you many, I could give you many examples where I've seen people harden their heart.

  190. They just go ahead and say, well, I'm safe, thank God, I'm safe, I'm forgiven, I'm free.

  191. Glory to God, I'm free.

  192. But they don't live like it.

  193. They say it, they're saying the right thing, but they're not living what they're saying.

  194. See, that doesn't work.

  195. Now, god has mercy.

  196. But you know, over a period of time, if you keep living a lie, if you keep living like the like your old man used to live, like that Used to live, you can call yourself saved and all that, and technically you are, but you're not going to produce fruit.

  197. And what happens to people who don't produce fruit?

  198. Jesus said they're cut off and thrown in a fire.

  199. Now, it doesn't mean you go to hell, it just means that you're cut off.

  200. It means that you know, paul said this, paul said this about that.

  201. He says you know, I keep under my body.

  202. I keep my body under subjection to my spirit.

  203. See, I is a spirit I keep under my body.

  204. I keep my body under subjection to my spirit.

  205. Less while having preached to others, I myself should be disqualified.

  206. So Paul didn't always want to do right.

  207. Paul's body wanted to do what he used to do.

  208. Everybody's body wants to do that we talked about the carnal mind is enmity with God.

  209. What is what is carnality?

  210. Body ruled.

  211. So part of our part of our Christian experience is continually crucifying the deeds of the body, requiring our body to line up with what we've been saying and what we've been believing.

  212. If you don't do that, that's just hypocrisy.

  213. Having their conscience and seared with a hot iron, speaking lies and hypocrisy.

  214. It went over that last week.

  215. I've asked if this is kind of serious.

  216. You know you need meat.

  217. I.

  218. You know I give you enough milk, but you need meat to go with it.

  219. We are so blessed in this nation to have the revelation that we have.

  220. I've been all over this world folks and in the, and probably the newest believer in this church knows more of the Bible than most preachers I've met.

  221. Now that's not to say they're not anointed.

  222. They're anointed but they can't teach with what they don't know anymore than they can come back from where they ain't been.

  223. Well, those things used to say that all the time you can't teach what you don't know anymore than you can come back from where you ain't been.

  224. And so they don't know it because they haven't been taught it.

  225. We've been taught it.

  226. Oh, I give.

  227. I give thanks to God for the kind of upbringing I had in the, in the, in the church, in the spirit.

  228. All right, now I want to get into this last part here and Mark chapter four again, please.

  229. Jesus is speaking and this is all.

  230. That day, on the sower sows the word.

  231. This was a long day, remember he, he borrowed, he was out there preaching by the seaside and he borrowed a boat again and sat out in the boat and taught the people, and and he taught them the sower sows the word and he told them what it meant.

  232. He told them the reason for the crop failure.

  233. And then in verse 23, he's now.

  234. He's talking just to the disciples.

  235. If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

  236. Now, how many of you know he's not talking about these big things on the side of your head.

  237. He's talking about the ears of your spirit.

  238. He's talking about that.

  239. Now.

  240. Your ears go directly to your spirit, your physical ears, your physical hearing is amazing because what you hear in these ears, it goes right into your spirit.

  241. And so then, what does he say?

  242. If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

  243. But verse 24,.

  244. And he said unto them take heed what you hear, pay attention to what you're listening to.

  245. I just think about these kids with these earphones and they're listening to rap music and all this ungodly filth that denigrate women, that use every vile language that's able to be used.

  246. I was reading about one country star that kind of bragged on using nasty words at the rodeo.

  247. I'd like to disinvite them.

  248. That's not letting them come, but they won't.

  249. They'll say oh yeah, you're welcome, no, you're not welcome.

  250. This is a family deal, man.

  251. It's been a tradition in Houston for a hundred years.

  252. It's a family deal.

  253. And now they've got these dirt bags that come up there and they had this filth pouring out of their mouths, see, because they can't do anything else.

  254. That's not entertainment.

  255. Nope, take heed what you hear.

  256. Jesus said it, I didn't say it.

  257. Take heed what you hear, for with what measure you meet, it shall be measured to you and under you, that here shall more be given.

  258. Now, that's kind of confusing.

  259. And he's talking about the word.

  260. Again.

  261. He's talking about the word and sowing the word.

  262. And if you don't hear the right thing, you're gonna sow the wrong thing.

  263. Whatever you, however you measure it out, it's gonna be measured back to you.

  264. If you're gonna listen to filth and speak filth, it's gonna be measured back to you, multiplied back to you.

  265. Parents, don't let your children watch these filthy movies.

  266. Quit it, stop it.

  267. Netflix is just horrible.

  268. They've got stuff on there that's just straight from the Communist Party.

  269. This is what the Communist Party's doing right now.

  270. It's trying to destroy the moral fabric of this country.

  271. And where do they start?

  272. Right, with the children?

  273. Disney, forget Disney.

  274. Well, we're gonna go to Disney World.

  275. I wouldn't.

  276. You're gonna see a bunch of homosexuals.

  277. You're gonna see a bunch of junk you don't wanna see.

  278. You're gonna see public displays of affection.

  279. Make you throw up.

  280. Maybe it wouldn't make you throw up.

  281. Maybe you're used to it.

  282. Well, I see there's a problem right there.

  283. Harden your heart.

  284. I can't watch these commercials.

  285. They're all over the television.

  286. They've got this medication for people with diseases that come from that lifestyle.

  287. That's why they have it in most cases and they're just showing them all there just having their public displays.

  288. Take heed what you hear.

  289. With the same measure you measure, it'll be measured back to you, and to you that hear shall more be given.

  290. If you hear the word, more word will be given you.

  291. Verse 25,.

  292. Then he doubles down.

  293. For he that hath hath what Heard, he that hath heard, the word to him shall be given.

  294. To him shall be given.

  295. Second Corinthians 9-10,.

  296. Paul said God gives seed to the sower.

  297. What is the seed?

  298. That's the word.

  299. If you sow the word in your heart, god will give you more seed.

  300. That's all that, jesus.

  301. That's where Paul got it.

  302. Paul got it from Jesus.

  303. Jesus said if you sow the word in your heart, god will give you more seed to sow.

  304. You know your life is complicated.

  305. You can't just concentrate on one little thing.

  306. There's a whole lot of things that have to be spoken about your life.

  307. I mean we've just got a whole lot of things to do.

  308. There's a whole lot of areas of our life that have to be lined up with the word.

  309. So you need a lot of seed.

  310. You need the seed of the word of God in every area of your life your marriage, your finances, your mental health, your all of these things your physical health, everything, your business or your job or your career.

  311. I mean you've got so many things in God.

  312. If you'll start sowing the word and you start hearing the word, he'll give you more to hear and he'll give you more to sow.

  313. But if you're gonna hear the wrong thing, it's gonna go in the other direction real fast.

  314. Are y'all with me now?

  315. Jesus is following up on what he's just taught Verse 25, the last part and he that hath not what hath not heard.

  316. The word from him shall be taken, even that which he hath.

  317. Who's gonna take it?

  318. The devil will take it from you, amen.

  319. Really, really, the bad stuff that you sowed is gonna choke it out.

  320. I mean the devil doesn't even really have to take it from you.

  321. I mean it's just gonna be inactive.

  322. You're not gonna have a crop.

  323. So he's going into more detail about the crop failure.

  324. Can y'all see this?

  325. Now?

  326. I wanna listen.

  327. I've been ministering now as 36 years of being an ordained minister, and of course I was ministering before I was ordained.

  328. I've been ministering ever since they got saved, helping people, praying for people, talking to people, and most people just have the idea that good things are gonna just fall on their head like sitting under a fig tree.

  329. You know we used to have a big fig tree over there on our property over there.

  330. When we first acquired the property that we wound up selling to the builder, can you believe all those houses being built?

  331. We owned all that property, man.

  332. Look at it being covered up with houses.

  333. Thank God we're debt free.

  334. But when we first acquired the property we had a little house on it that we had to move renters out.

  335. They were renting the house from the previous landowner and we didn't wanna have renters there and so we gave them notice and they left and we used the house for storage at first.

  336. And then we had a slab out by the house and Brother Frank kind of helped us get the water well hooked up to a trailer.

  337. We built, built, put an office trailer in there on top of that slab and anchored it down and hooked up to the water, to the trailer.

  338. We had water.

  339. We had an old septic tank out back and hooked that up and we had our office there for a couple of years until we built this building and out there in the backyard of that place was this huge fig tree, and I mean it had figs on every.

  340. You know, I guess May or something figs I think that's fig season and I mean there was too many.

  341. You couldn't.

  342. You couldn't even eat all of them.

  343. I mean they, we'd pick a few.

  344. Gladys loves figs.

  345. I'd pick her a few, you know, and she'd have a few.

  346. But I mean, god, what do you do with a whole fig tree?

  347. It was so and it would.

  348. They would drop and just fall out of the you know.

  349. So if you were sitting under the fig tree, well, the fig tree's hit you in the head.

  350. And so there's a lot of Christians who just think God's blessings are gonna fall out, you know, and hit them in the head.

  351. No, I tell you, your mouth has got everything to do with the blessing that you're gonna have.

  352. I'm not gonna be saying that blessing song, but let me tell you something our mouth has everything to do.

  353. I found, in 36 years of ministry I've got to position people.

  354. I'll talk to people, interview people, I'll find out what's coming out of their mouth and I'll help them position themselves to get under the fig tree, where the figs are gonna hit them in the head, because they're over there in the wrong part of the property.

  355. They're not gonna get any figs sitting under an oak tree.

  356. They're not gonna get any figs sitting out in the parking lot.

  357. Why?

  358. Because they're not in position.

  359. See, your mouth will put you in position.

  360. Come on now, lift your hands right now.

  361. Glory to God, just get in position for what God is about to do.

  362. Right.

  363. This year We've got the year of momentum.

  364. Hallelujah, everybody say multiplication factor.

  365. So if you don't hear God's word being sown in your heart, you'll lose what you have sown.

  366. You have a crop baby Now.

  367. This is a spiritual law that is in operation.

  368. It's a spiritual law.

  369. A lot of people want to try to have these blessings.

  370. They hear about the blessings.

  371. That's the milk.

  372. The milk is the blessings.

  373. You need to know the blessings.

  374. A lot of people don't even know that healing belongs to them.

  375. A lot of people don't know that that you know financial blessing belongs to them.

  376. They think it's holy to be poor.

  377. They think you know, I was, grew up Catholic and all the spiritual leadership that I was under the, the, the priests and the Monsignor.

  378. We had Monsignor Oberstuh.

  379. He was a pastor of the church.

  380. That's right between a priest and a cardinal, so, or a priest and a bishop.

  381. I should say so.

  382. He was a leader, he was a historian, he was a Texas history buff, wrote books and knew all about the origins of refurio, texas.

  383. He had a whole book and he was a very learned man.

  384. And they, the sisters, the nuns that taught me in Catholic school, and him, the priest, father O'Malley, and from Ireland, don't you see, he was the whitest man I've ever seen you talk about, you talk about white supremacy.

  385. I mean that guy, he was bleached white.

  386. I mean he could he get a sunburn just walking from the convent over to the church.

  387. I mean he just was fluorescent.

  388. But they took about poverty.

  389. See, poverty equals holiness, poverty equals spirituality.

  390. That's what.

  391. That's how it was raised.

  392. If you're Catholic, that's how you're raised.

  393. They don't live like it.

  394. That's how the Monsignor Oberstuh drove a 57 Cadillac and he lived in a two-story house.

  395. I mean it didn't look too bad, kind of dressed, poor, black, all the time, black, black, black, more of the same, except on Sunday they had the vestments.

  396. You know, they had these pretty vestments.

  397. What, what kind of vestments would be on Palm Sunday?

  398. Something pretty, something bright, anyway.

  399. So the there's a spiritual law in operation that when people have that engaged Jesus just said it when they have spoken wrong, they're going to have failure in their life.

  400. They're not going to have what God said they could have.

  401. So then we're we're that person.

  402. Is you, or if that person is someone you love, that you're praying for, you can pray and pray and you can be on your knees till your knees are bloody, but you're not going to change it because it's a spiritual law that has been enacted.

  403. The only person that can change it is the person that's gone against that law.

  404. Now, once they realize that's why I'm preaching this, because I'm not preaching this for you to hear about this for someone else.

  405. I'm talking to you Put your finger out like this, turn it around and point it right to your nose.

  406. Now say he's talking to me.

  407. See, I just want to make sure you understand, make it personal, apply it to you.

  408. I've known people just listen and listen for everybody else and they don't.

  409. They don't apply it to themselves.

  410. If I pray for them is there's no point because why they have participated in a spiritual law.

  411. So, brother, brother Hagan, I told the story last week about the preacher who had hardened his heart and God couldn't talk to him anymore because his heart was so hardened that his conscience had been seared with a hot iron.

  412. That's what sin does.

  413. And what were the sins?

  414. Well, brother Hagan is a prophet and he's just praying one day and the Holy Ghost comes to him and says I want you to go to talk to brother so and so, and I'm not naming his name.

  415. I know his name but I'm not going to name it.

  416. I'm not here to denigrate his memory.

  417. He was a great man of God.

  418. He had a lot of fruit.

  419. I mean, he had the most amazing healing ministry.

  420. But he had he said, you go tell brother so and so that he's going to have to judge himself in three areas.

  421. Number one, his diet.

  422. He weighed 400 pounds.

  423. Eat, eat, eat, eat everything.

  424. Eat, seafood, diet seafood and eat it.

  425. Well, you know, I mean that's wrong.

  426. And number two, his love walk.

  427. He was arrogant.

  428. He treated the other preachers you know Shabali and his staff he treated like dirt.

  429. Judge your love walk.

  430. Number three judge yourself about money.

  431. One service he had a 10,000 seat tent.

  432. Everybody in the wheelchair I think it was 15 people in the wheelchair section off to the side of the platform got up and walked out of their wheelchairs.

  433. The whole place went alive.

  434. The healing power of God had swept across that whole arena.

  435. There's no telling what God could have done.

  436. He stopped it down and took an offering for his ministry.

  437. And so you know you just can't.

  438. You know you can, you can, you can dare the devil.

  439. But when you start daring God, you're daring the wrong one, and so that's judgment.

  440. For God to take your business and tell it to someone else, well, that's kind of mean.

  441. Well, no, it's mercy, because God wanted to save his life.

  442. God wanted not to have for him to exit the scene.

  443. I mean, as a young man, 36 years old, he's got a whole life ahead of him of ministry, I'm telling you.

  444. But you know what?

  445. He did not keep his body under.

  446. So therefore he was on the edge of being disqualified.

  447. Are y'all getting this now?

  448. So Brother Hagin made an attempt.

  449. It was uncomfortable, I mean, he's not easy to talk to In our modern language.

  450. He's kind of a jerk.

  451. I'm sorry to say that, but that's so.

  452. You understand what kind of guy he had let him become.

  453. He wouldn't humble himself, he wouldn't, he wouldn't walk the walk.

  454. Yes, he had an anointing, but his personal life was crummy and God was saying judge yourself or else you're gonna come to heaven, which was mercy, because if he kept going like that he could go so far away from God that he denied the Lord that bought him, and then he's irretrievably lost.

  455. Y'all getting this now.

  456. So Brother Hagin goes to a prayer meeting.

  457. He didn't get to talk to him.

  458. Somebody came along, interrupted him and then the man had a crisis, was in the hospital near death, had a car wreck, and so they had a prayer meeting of the associated ministers.

  459. The voice of healing ministers, gordon Lindsey, is up there and he called Brother Hagin.

  460. Brother Hagin, come and pray for our brother.

  461. And so he got up and moved to the aisle.

  462. Now this is the same one that knew the condition of this preacher and that God had said if he doesn't judge himself, he's coming to heaven.

  463. Now, god didn't kill him.

  464. God is not in the death business, the devil is in the death business.

  465. He had opened the door to Satan to steal, kill and destroy, and just look at the damage he did.

  466. He ended a perfectly fruitful ministry.

  467. There's no telling how many thousands of people didn't get saved because he's not on the scene, didn't get healed because he's not there.

  468. You know that old movie, the Wonderful Life.

  469. You know it's terrible, it's a horrible loss.

  470. So God was trying to avoid that.

  471. But what was going on?

  472. There was a spiritual law in place that could not be changed at that time by prayer, only by the man involved.

  473. And so when Brother Hagin moved out to the aisle, he's going to go up there and pray for him.

  474. The Holy Ghost says what are you doing?

  475. Yee, well, he never did pray.

  476. I don't know if anybody did.

  477. I think Brother Lindsey did pray for him.

  478. It didn't do any good.

  479. He died.

  480. Why?

  481. Because a spiritual law was in place that couldn't be changed.

  482. So, listen, we've got to get on the correct side of the word.

  483. I believe in confession.

  484. You must have it, but it's not enough.

  485. We've got to line our life up with that confession.

  486. We've got to be doers of the word and not hearers only deceiving ourselves.

  487. James says James 1.22.

  488. Be not just a hearer of the word.

  489. See, some people hear the word and don't do it, deceiving themselves.

  490. Who's themselves?

  491. Their spirit is deceived.

  492. You can say I'm born again, I'm a new creature, but your spirit's deceived.

  493. Your spirit is hardened Because you haven't made any adjustments.

  494. You haven't crucified the deeds of your body.

  495. You've given yourself permission to live apart from what the Bible says to do.

  496. Are you with me now?

  497. I've seen it a long, long, long, long, long long time, long time, and I've seen the wreckage and there's a.

  498. When you do that, you set in motion a spiritual law that cannot be changed by my laying hands on you, my praying for you, my.

  499. None of that is going to work for you.

  500. Only you can work for you.

  501. Only you can stop what's going on and judge yourself.

  502. Glory to God, just getting quiet in here.

  503. I thought maybe by now somebody would be running around the church.

  504. Praise God, all right.

  505. So let's get our tongues hooked up with our faith.

  506. And faith is an act.

  507. It's not just a mental concept.

  508. Faith is an action.

  509. Faith is acting.

  510. Like the Bible is true.

  511. So if you really believe you're the righteousness of God, you'll do righteous.

  512. If you believe that, you know that you're filled with a Holy Ghost, well, who is the spirit of God?

  513. The spirit of God is the spirit of truth.

  514. So you're not going to lie, you're not going to live a lie, and you know God is love.

  515. So if you're full of God, you're full of love.

  516. So you're going to walk in love and say when you don't do that, you're going to say uh-uh-uh-uh, that's not right, lord, I missed it.

  517. Father, forgive me.

  518. Right now, you're quick to judge yourself, you're quick to say, oh no, I missed it.

  519. And you're quick to own that with the Lord and stop it right there.

  520. Amen, are you with me now?

  521. So building your world with words?

  522. And so I've got three things to wrap this up.

  523. Three don't do's.

  524. I like to have positive messages, but this is three don't do's for a change.

  525. Uh, number one don't talk fear and doubt.

  526. Talk faith.

  527. Don't talk fear and doubt.

  528. Don't talk it.

  529. Don't talk fear and doubt your doubts and believe your beliefs.

  530. A doubt comes across your mind.

  531. Oh, I doubt that doubt.

  532. I doubt that doubt.

  533. That's that's.

  534. That's not for me.

  535. No, no, no, you know, right here in Mark, chapter four.

  536. Uh, you know he had all these people out there and he's talking to him about how the kingdom operates in verse 33.

  537. Let's look Mark, mark four, 33.

  538. And with many such parables, fake he the word under them as they were able to hear it, but without a parable.

  539. He didn't speak to them.

  540. And when they were alone, he expanded all things to his disciples.

  541. He spoke to the Jews and parables, because he wanted to make them accountable, but he knew they wouldn't receive most of it, so he didn't go into detail.

  542. He went into detail with his disciples and gave them the secrets that you're hearing this morning.

  543. And the same day, verse five, uh 35,.

  544. When the evening was come, he saith unto them let us pass over under the other side and drown and go to heaven.

  545. Let us pass over, let's go out halfway on the lake and let us let a storm sink the ship and we'll all go glub, glub, glub.

  546. No, he said let's pass over to the other side.

  547. Jesus said it.

  548. What was that?

  549. Well, that was the word, the word spoke the word.

  550. Jesus is the word made flesh.

  551. Jesus spoke the word.

  552. That's all the word they needed.

  553. He said let us pass over to the other side.

  554. And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship and there was also other little ships.

  555. And uh, and there arose a great storm of wind.

  556. The waves beat into the ship, so it was now full and he was in the hindered part of the ship, sleep on a pillow, and they awake him and say unto him master, care is not that we perish.

  557. Well, how could he carry his sleep, master care is thou not that we perish?

  558. I mean, you know what had he been talking about all day long?

  559. Words.

  560. What did you tell him about words?

  561. You know crop failures.

  562. Three, three, fourths crop failures.

  563. One, one, fourth has a crop.

  564. And what is the first thing they do when circumstances happen?

  565. First thing yeah, I could give you a pop quiz now, but I won't bother, it's Sunday morning.

  566. I could.

  567. If this was a Bible school, I'd say which one of the three kinds of dirt that had a crop failure was this.

  568. But I won't do that to you, I'll just read it to you.

  569. And these are they, likewise, which are sewn on stoning ground, which they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness, but they don't have any root in themselves and so endure for a time.

  570. And afterward, when affliction or persecution arises for the words sake, immediately they're offended and they go back and say master, master, care is thou not that we perish?

  571. What do they really say?

  572. They really think he doesn't care, he's just asleep, he's tired.

  573. He's been preaching all day long.

  574. He expected them, on his word, to get the job done.

  575. Whatever the thing had to happen, they could overcome it.

  576. They could have rose up and said, they could have rebuked the wind.

  577. They could have said to the sea peace, be still.

  578. The master has spoken and we're acting on his word.

  579. You get out of the way storm.

  580. But they didn't know.

  581. They go back winding and crying, having a pity party.

  582. Master, don't you care?

  583. Don't you care?

  584. What did Jesus do?

  585. Jesus wakes up.

  586. He arose, he rebuked the wind, said under the sea, peace, be still.

  587. And the wind ceased and there was a mega calm.

  588. And he said under them, why are you so fearful?

  589. How is it that you have no faith?

  590. How is it, oh Jesus, so patient?

  591. And this is in there for us.

  592. I mean, you know, we, we, you know, look this, this, this word that I'm preaching to you.

  593. Don't talk fear and unbelief and doubt.

  594. Talk faith, speak faith.

  595. I don't care how your flesh might be inflamed with.

  596. I mean you can't do anything about goose bumps and fear and all that like the physical feeling of fear.

  597. You can't do anything about the physical feeling, but you can do something about what comes out of your mouth.

  598. You know something I've been using lately when something rises up real sudden and it looks so bad, your first report is bad.

  599. I mean, when I got a call one afternoon that Theo was on her way to the life-flighting, then life-flighted to the medical center, I had no other detail.

  600. Theo is in life-flighting to the medical center right now, click.

  601. And I told Gladys.

  602. I said Theo's been life-flighted to the hospital right now.

  603. Well, it's not as bad as it looks, glory to God.

  604. I started praying in other tongues, see, I mean, it's just not as bad as it looks.

  605. No, it's not as bad as it looks, glory to God.

  606. Thank you, see, I felt shaken at first.

  607. You know you get that news.

  608. You know you've got a picture of blood and all kinds of stuff.

  609. You don't know what your mind, but so you just, you just wipe that out and out of your mouth comes faith.

  610. Out of your mouth you start praying in the Holy Ghost, you start speaking the Word.

  611. Well, all I know is angels attend her way.

  612. Lord of God, she's gonna get the best medical care and firearms.

  613. Later she's dismissed with a bandaid and a Tylenol.

  614. But she had symptoms of traumatic brain injury and I don't have any doubt that she had that, but she didn't keep that.

  615. Are y'all with me now, poor God, don't talk fear and doubt, talk faith.

  616. All right, why are you so fearful?

  617. How is that that you have no faith?

  618. And that's his disciples.

  619. So that's how we're wired.

  620. That's how your body is wired.

  621. Your emotions are wired like that.

  622. Don't go by emotions.

  623. Go by what this word says, all right.

  624. Number two don't talk sickness, talk health.

  625. Don't talk sickness, talk health, talk health.

  626. Glory to God.

  627. Gladys is overcoming, by the blood of the lamb, the word of her testimony.

  628. Well, where is she?

  629. Where she's overcoming.

  630. I'm not gonna give you a medical report.

  631. We're overcoming, we overcome every single day.

  632. We overcome, and you know, yeah, I mean one thing that we talk about a lot is that Jesus Himself bore her sicknesses and took her infirmities infirmities is frilty of mind and our body.

  633. I say that she is strong.

  634. I say that her strength is increasing.

  635. I say that her limbs are working like they should.

  636. The neurological system is healed.

  637. In Jesus' name, amen.

  638. I mean just not gonna stop.

  639. I'm not gonna stop speaking the word just because you know a particular Sunday or something, or, in this case, two Sundays in a row.

  640. Well, I'm, you know, I want her with me, because we're partners and we're, you know, this ministry built, we've built it together, and our children now what a blessing our children are.

  641. But and we just live in front of you.

  642. I know when brother Osteen had open heart surgery he got letter after letter and I thought you were a man of faith and power.

  643. You have to have go to the doctor, you have to have surgery.

  644. And he just he had answered them right on television.

  645. He said, well, I had surgery because I wanted to live, I didn't want to die.

  646. And before I went into surgery I had him bring me a globe and I said, oh God, I'm gonna get through this surgery, I'm gonna reach this world.

  647. You know a real dramatic brother Osteen.

  648. He's kind of dramatic like that and he made it.

  649. I said he made it and when he was at his weakest, that's when God spoke to him to build that big building, 7,500 seat, 7,700 seat sanctuary, when he was the weakest, physically recovering from open heart surgery.

  650. So you know, let's talk health, you know, talking sickness and telling.

  651. You know I got an email from a classmate of mine.

  652. I went to high school with him, I roomed with him at A&M and I love him and everything I've witnessed to him.

  653. And his wife went to heaven recently.

  654. I pray she's in heaven.

  655. She's a good Catholic lady.

  656. I don't doubt that she went to heaven, she's, you know.

  657. But they don't preach born again.

  658. So you know you got to really go after born again.

  659. If you're a Catholic you don't hear it preached.

  660. So but this long email about all of his medical issues, I thought, man, oh man, I mean you're just blabbering all this to all these people and you know, talking about the medical report and everything.

  661. Come on, I mean really.

  662. But see, some people just don't know.

  663. They're lonely.

  664. He's lonely now.

  665. His wife is gone.

  666. I feel bad.

  667. I feel bad for him.

  668. I prayed for him, but I mean, I just thank God for the revelation that I have the word of faith.

  669. You don't have to live like that.

  670. You don't have to live in defeat.

  671. You don't have to live in sickness and disease.

  672. You can speak against it.

  673. You should speak against it.

  674. If you don't, you're glorifying the devil and the devil will come and kill.

  675. You See, it's a spiritual law.

  676. If you don't speak, health, the spiritual law says you're gonna have death.

  677. And God just didn't, will it?

  678. Oh well, god was lonesome and he picked a little flower out of his garden.

  679. No, he did not pick a flower, he had nothing to do with the death.

  680. So let's glorify God, talk about what he's already done.

  681. Thank you, lord.

  682. The last one don't talk lack, talk abundance, especially now.

  683. Especially now you know we don't live in the by-denomics, we live in the kingdom of God.

  684. My father supplies every need.

  685. He knows how to take care of me in grand style.

  686. I've got my Billy White shoes, johnson Washington blue shoes on.

  687. I don't care anybody likes it or not, I'm blessed, I dress like it.

  688. I've got plenty of money to buy whatever shoe I wanna buy.

  689. I got down to one pair of shoes with holes in them at Lakewood and I've never, I'm never, gonna let the devil do that to me.

  690. I've got all in a high-endless supply of jackets and ties and shirts.

  691. I don't care whether the devil will never, he will never keep me under his heel with lack and poverty.

  692. We're gonna go all over this nation with capital worship.

  693. We're waking up the church God is opening door after door after door.

  694. We're starting with Oklahoma.

  695. They're, I think, five weeks in with capital worship.

  696. Tomorrow, seven weeks in at capital worship in Oklahoma City.

  697. Tomorrow night, the first night in Baton Rouge, louisiana, we're gonna tear the idols down.

  698. In Louisiana They've got an idol built to Huey Long.

  699. What a criminal God.

  700. What a sorry person.

  701. Criminal outlaw.

  702. And here the whole thing is built to His glory.

  703. No, we're gonna pull all that down.

  704. We're gonna put the flag of heaven over there and the church is gonna rise up in Louisiana and take the ground back that they've seated.

  705. And whatever state is after that, well, it's gonna take a lot of money.

  706. My father, he takes care of us in grand style.

  707. Well, I just can't afford.

  708. I guess I'm gonna have to get rid of myself.

  709. No, I've got plenty of money for a cell phone, plenty, if I need a cell phone and I do need one, I use it all the time, so I need one.

  710. I was thinking about this the other day.

  711. Used to not have one, used to not have a cell phone, I built houses with no cell phone and when I started building in West Hue I didn't even have an office.

  712. I officeed out of my car with no phone.

  713. So how do you call anybody?

  714. Well, I had to go to a pay phone and about three quarters of them were broke.

  715. It was really, really hard to build houses because I had to call people at five o'clock in the morning, because during the day.

  716. There's no way to call them.

  717. They don't have any way for me to call them and I can't call them because there's no cell phone.

  718. Cb Radio is how I did it out in the suburbs we had CB radios and we use CB radios to build houses.

  719. But now we couldn't do that.

  720. In West University I'm living in spring and I'll never forget the very first cell phone that I bought.

  721. I finally bought one.

  722. It was one of it that looked like a pay phone on a handle.

  723. It was about this big, it had a handle on it and it had a complete receiver, like a telephone receiver with a coil wire going down to this thing that you hold, like this.

  724. I weighed about 25 pounds.

  725. It was $1,500 for that thing.

  726. The bill was $750 a month.

  727. My God supplied my need.

  728. I built houses with that big old lumberjack of a phone.

  729. And then, two years later, I'm preaching in a meeting, a men's meeting, and a young man came up to me and says Pastor Griner, the Lord moved on me to give you this and he handed me this motorola flip-flop and I mean it fit in this hand, like and I've got this phone like this.

  730. And he hands me a phone that fits in this hand and you flip it up.

  731. It's got a little short antenna on it.

  732. It was $3,500 that somebody gave me.

  733. Oh, my father supplies my need.

  734. He takes care of me in grand style.

  735. I mean, you get all hung up.

  736. I mean, how much money is it gonna take for us to travel all over the country?

  737. I don't even care If we gotta have an airplane, he's gonna supply the airplane.

  738. If we've gotta have whatever, we've gotta have to get there and back and get it going and get it started.

  739. Amen, we're gonna have.

  740. We have to hire staff and we've gotta have a staff member on each site.

  741. We've got one going.

  742. You know, I don't know if we've hired anybody in Louisiana yet, but we will.

  743. I mean, you know, hey, where's that money?

  744. God supplies every need according to his riches and glory about.

  745. You See, we speak faith, don't speak what you can't do.

  746. I can't afford it.

  747. Well, the insurance you know I looked at my insurance renewal on my cars.

  748. Glad it doesn't drive that much.

  749. We've got a 2017 Lexus.

  750. It's got 18,000 miles on it.

  751. She just doesn't drive much.

  752. I mean, she'd drive to the hairdresser, drive here or there a little bit, but not much.

  753. And I don't drive that much.

  754. I put 11,000 miles on my car last year Not very much, not very much miles.

  755. And so last year it was $3,100 for my insurance.

  756. This year it's $4,100.

  757. I said, well, glory to God, hallelujah, I've got plenty of money to pay this bill, because I'm not gonna drive without insurance, I'm gonna have insurance.

  758. I am not gonna go out there and drive around with all these scam artists and these nut jobs that wanna run into you so they can collect on the end.

  759. I'm gonna have my share of the insurance right here.

  760. And oh, it's 4,100.

  761. Well, whatever, if it's $14,000, I'm gonna have my insurance.

  762. I don't care, it's really irrelevant.

  763. God is not gonna go bankrupt for me to have my insurance.

  764. Are y'all with me now?

  765. Come on, we gotta have a chance.

  766. We gotta have a change of thinking.

  767. Our thinking gotta line up.

  768. We gotta quit complaining about all the yeah, I know that we have inflation.

  769. It's not good to have it, but at the same time, I'm under the kingdom of God rule.

  770. Everybody say my God supplies all my need according to his riches and glory.

  771. By Christ Jesus, god takes care of me.

  772. And grand style.

  773. Build your world with your words.

  774. Come on, lift your hands and receive Hallelujah.

  775. Glory to God, hallelujah.
