  1. Pick your Bibles up.

  2. I want to get into the Word.

  3. Let's wave our Bibles around, make Jesus glad and the devil mad.

  4. Say this together.

  5. Say, heavenly Father, I'm glad to be here on Sunday night.

  6. The Holy Ghost is here to press this Word into my heart.

  7. My faith groweth exceedingly and my fruit is increasing exponentially.

  8. In Jesus' name, amen.

  9. Psalm 110.

  10. And then, while you're finding Psalm 110, find Hebrews 10.

  11. Verse 1, psalm 110.

  12. The Lord said unto my Lord, sit thou at my right hand until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

  13. The Lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion.

  14. Rule thou in the midst of thine enemies, rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.

  15. And then in Hebrews, chapter 10, verse 12,.

    Hebrews 10:12

  16. This is talking about Jesus.

  17. The whole idea theme of the book of Hebrews is Jesus is better, and in this chapter it's talking about Jesus is better than Aaron, the high priest.

  18. And it says in verse 11, every priest standeth daily, ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifice, which can never take away sin.

  19. See, that's talking about the Aaronic priesthood.

  20. They had the blood of bulls and goats.

  21. It could never take away the sin.

  22. All it could do was cover it, and the high priest was in charge of covering His whole thing was to go in there and offer the sacrifice and you had the burning flesh of the animal that had incense sprinkled all over it so that God wouldn't smell the flesh burning.

  23. He would smell the spices, he wouldn't see it, he would see the smoke.

  24. It was all as a covering.

  25. So they had to do this all the time, every day, ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sin.

  26. But this man talking about Jesus, but this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins, forever sat down on the right hand of God from henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.

  27. Glory to God.

  28. So tonight I just want to share a message entitled the Voice of Authority.

  29. The Voice of Authority.

  30. You know, god expects his church to rule and we're beginning, just beginning now, to make a dent in the ignorance of the church, thinking that it ought to be up to some elected official to rule.

  31. They're ruling on our behalf, we.

  32. The only power they have is what we give them.

  33. They only have what we've delegated to them in the voting booth and none of these letter agencies that are filled with communists and woke, crazy people.

  34. And if your relative works in one of them and they're good.

  35. Well, I'm sorry, but I mean, I'm painting with a broad brush, I know, but man, that's one of the things I hope Trump can get rid of.

  36. All of them.

  37. Wouldn't it be something?

  38. Wouldn't it be something to empty out every building in Washington DC and send them all to wherever they want to go?

  39. Anyway, so we're making a dent in this idea.

  40. I mean, the church is beginning to wake up.

  41. My sense of it, since we've been on my god votes and we're, we're getting out there.

  42. I mean, it's just amazing, the doors of god's opening.

  43. Just, I laid hands on james uh last week and, and when I was praying for him to go to Baton Rouge, we didn't have anybody in Baton Rouge to represent us.

  44. We've got to have somebody there and we've got to have a church and a pastor there to actually be us there.

  45. Otherwise are we supposed to go there every week?

  46. I mean, you know, you can't sustain that.

  47. That's not the point anyway, it's not for us to do all of it, it's for us to get the churches awakened.

  48. And we hadn't lined anybody up yet when I laid hands on them.

  49. I said I see a door and what I really saw.

  50. I didn't describe it to you, but I saw like an old-timey screen door where the wind blows it open.

  51. It goes wham, like that.

  52. I grew up with a screen door in my house, you know, and when you get a breeze man, it would just if it wasn't latched, it'd just blow open.

  53. That's what I saw when I laid hands on it.

  54. And on the way there he's driving there on Sunday afternoon and I mean he gets a call from a pastor.

  55. He's all excited and he had had a prophetic word and he had already, you know, james had approached him about it and he was saying, oh, I'll pray about it, brother, you know that kind of thing.

  56. But I mean, here's the pastor's going to take it, his wife is going to be our representative.

  57. I mean, just like that boom.

  58. So we're making a dent.

  59. God's getting ready for a major, major, major revival.

  60. He's expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.

  61. I mean, after all, we're seated with Christ in the heavenly places.

  62. Notice where he sat down at the right hand.

  63. See, the right hand is the hand of power.

  64. It's the hand of authority.

  65. The right hand is the hand of power.

  66. It's the hand of authority.

  67. The right hand is the hand of authority.

  68. And where is Jesus seated At God's right hand?

  69. And where are we seated In Christ?

  70. We're seated in the same place in Christ.

  71. He's expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.

  72. Who are his enemies?

  73. People know.

  74. People aren't the enemies.

  75. We wrestle, not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, rulers of darkness in this present age and wicked spirits in heavenly places.

  76. Those are our enemies.

  77. They are a defeated foe, but they must be what ruled.

  78. Those are our enemies.

  79. They are a defeated foe, but they must be what Ruled.

  80. You know, when we defeated Japan, I saw an old film of our guys coming in through the countryside.

  81. They went to Tokyo and then they left Tokyo.

  82. It's a pretty big country and they're trying to communicate back there.

  83. In the 40s I mean, not everybody understood that they were defeated.

  84. The emperor no one had ever heard the emperor's voice.

  85. He gets on the loudspeaker and says that they've been whipped, they are defeated and all the Japanese people are weeping because he's God.

  86. God just said he lost.

  87. That couldn't happen.

  88. Douglas MacArthur begged the church to send missionaries, begged us.

  89. Please don't let this harvest go unreaped.

  90. It's ripe.

  91. They've been totally.

  92. All of their faith has been ripped out of them and they are ready for the gospel.

  93. They've never had a move of God.

  94. A friend of mine at Lakewood his brother, was a missionary there for 40 years.

  95. He said, man, it's the hardest place you ever saw.

  96. It's just he's working by himself.

  97. The church just never did anything.

  98. But anyway, we ruled there.

  99. The army was there and occupied that country for quite a long time, I think 10 or 15 years after the war ended.

  100. We were still there helping rebuild their infrastructure.

  101. A lot of people don't know, not just because of the atom bomb, but we bombed their cities before that ever happened.

  102. We burned their cities down.

  103. You talk about civilian deaths.

  104. Who are you President of America?

  105. America has burned people alive with firebombs in Hamburg, dresden.

  106. You want to talk about civilian deaths?

  107. We killed them by the millions in Germany and in Japan and nobody's wanting us to do anything about it.

  108. And here we are putting the hammer on Israel.

  109. They do everything they can, but they've got human shields.

  110. What can they do?

  111. Anyway, my point is that we ruled there in Japan.

  112. They were a defeated foe.

  113. We're going to have to rule over these defeated foe.

  114. They have to be ruled.

  115. They have to be told what they can and can't do the voice of authority.

  116. Ephesians 1.22.

  117. God put all things under his feet.

  118. And where are the feet?

  119. Where the feet are in the body.

  120. That includes all of the demon powers I mentioned, plus Satan himself.

  121. They're under our feet.

  122. We should be walking on demon powers.

  123. We should not allow them to do all these things unchecked.

  124. We should be releasing what the voice of authority.

  125. We did that in our little miniature prayer meeting a while ago.

  126. I didn't plan on doing it, but it's just the Holy Ghost.

  127. We just I felt like we could do it.

  128. We handle some stuff.

  129. It doesn't take long when you know your authority.

  130. Doesn't take long when you know who Jesus is and you know what your mission is.

  131. So our voice is the voice of authority.

  132. That's why we need unity when we speak with one voice.

  133. When they dedicated the temple, solomon's temple, they got to worshiping and worshiping and worshiping, and they were worshiping.

  134. See if I can find it here 1 Kings 8.

  135. I was looking too early.

  136. It's been a while since I had this in front of me.

  137. You have the part where they worship God with one voice.

  138. They lifted up their voice, not plural, but voice singular in worship, and the glory came.

  139. They lifted up their voice in one accord and the glory fell and the priests could not stand to minister, they couldn't perform their priestly duties because the weighty presence, the Shekinah, fell at the sound of that voice, a sound of renown, sister May prophesied.

  140. See the sound of renown.

  141. What is it?

  142. It's the voice of authority.

  143. It's the voice of corporate worship, with one voice.

  144. When you have that unity, love plus unity equals miracles.

  145. That's where the miracle power comes from.

  146. I like what Brother Ed Dufresne I mentioned him this morning but, ed Dufresne, I never heard anybody say it this way.

  147. You know, people go around they say, well, god is in control, well, god is sovereign.

  148. He said God's sovereignty is in your mouth.

  149. I love that.

  150. I'll never forget.

  151. When I heard him say that I thought man, that's a prophet right there.

  152. Man, I like I'd never thought of that.

  153. He said God's sovereignty is in your mouth.

  154. Some of you will get that maybe tomorrow afternoon about three o'clock.

  155. God's sovereignty is in your mouth.

  156. If the church doesn't do anything, god's sovereignty is not being exercised.

  157. Why?

  158. Because he delegated the authority to the church.

  159. If the church says nothing, does nothing, then you can blame God all day long.

  160. You say, well, god is in control.

  161. Well, that's the point.

  162. God is not in control.

  163. Now His control factor has rendered itself irrelevant.

  164. Well, again, we're making some differences.

  165. We're showing some churches that you know what you can make a difference.

  166. You can say some things and stand for things.

  167. You can go to your state capitol and get to know your legislators and you can hold them accountable when they get on the wrong side of things.

  168. I hope somebody gets in the face of that South Carolina coach that just won the Women's National Championship.

  169. She was interviewed by ESPN yesterday saying that she thinks that men ought to be able to play.

  170. If they think they're a woman, that they ought to be able to play women's sports, you don't deserve a coaching job.

  171. You're doing damage to these young women.

  172. You're not even doing them.

  173. You're not even giving them any chance in life.

  174. If you believe that and you're saying that to them, what does that say to them?

  175. They have worked all of their life to be at that level, to play at that level, and some of them and go on up into the, into the pros, I guess.

  176. I guess they still have pro women's basketball.

  177. You don't hear much about it, but if they do, I mean, you think how long would they last with some shack out there dressed like a woman.

  178. I mean it's stupid.

  179. Anyway, I got off the subject.

  180. But the church, see the church, the voice of authority.

  181. Let's look at Hebrews 12.

  182. All right, hebrews 12, verse 22.

    Hebrews 12:22

  183. This is the chapter where he's talking about the shaking.

  184. Once more, there's coming another shaking.

  185. We're in the middle of the shaking right now.

  186. It started back in 1999.

  187. And it's increasing, it's increasing, it's increasing.

  188. Verse 22.

  189. Okay, let's go back up to 18.

  190. You are not come unto the mount that might be touched and that might burn with fire, nor unto blackness, darkness and tempest.

  191. That mountain, in other words the Mount Sinai.

  192. You haven't come to Mount Sinai.

  193. That's not the mountain you've come to.

  194. And then he goes down, verse 22.

  195. But you are come unto Mount Zion and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and you've come to an innumerable company of angels.

  196. See, you have come is understood.

  197. In front of all these phrases that I'm saying, everybody say I've come.

  198. You've come to Mount Zion.

  199. See, that's talking about the church.

  200. You have come to these places.

  201. You've come to an innumerable company of angels.

  202. You've come to the general assembly of the church of the firstborn, who are written or enrolled in heaven.

  203. And you have come to the God, to God, the judge, the judge of all.

  204. Notice he's emphasizing the judgment side.

  205. The church is going to have to move out of this mealy mouthed he gets you and get over into the judgment side.

  206. He gets you, does not motivate people to be to repent.

  207. And you've come to the spirits of just men made perfect.

  208. And you've come to Jesus, the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speak of better things than that of Abel.

  209. So a whole list of things that we've come to.

  210. And so each one has a voice.

  211. A voice, you have a voice of authority in verse 24 that talks about the blood of Jesus.

  212. The blood of Jesus speaks better things than that of Abel.

  213. Abel said avenge me Vengeance, vengeance, blood of Jesus, christ's mercy.

  214. What do we pray tonight?

  215. We pray for mercy In the midst of all this wrongdoing.

  216. We're getting in between it.

  217. We're asking God for mercy.

  218. Also, the voice of the mediator of our covenant, who is Jesus.

  219. Jesus' voice is in the church when we speak, he speaks.

  220. I mean, can the body say something different than the head?

  221. No, the head and the body, they're together, they're joined together.

  222. The body goes where the head goes, the head goes where the body goes.

  223. I mean you don't have a body if you've got the head over here and the body over there, no.

  224. And when the head speaks, the body speaks over here and the body over there, no.

  225. And when the head speaks, the body speaks.

  226. The body speaks, the head speaks.

  227. Jesus said I only do the things I see my father do.

  228. I only say the things I hear my father say.

  229. That's what we do, that's what we're doing.

  230. Everybody say the voice of authority, the voice of the saints on the other side.

  231. They're up there.

  232. They're not man, they're shouting hallelujah.

  233. Verse 23 talks about the saints on the other side.

  234. It talks about the God, the judge of all.

  235. So when we speak, the judge speaks.

  236. That's why we have to speak out.

  237. When I hear some coach say this and she said to the sports writer who's another woke?

  238. Espn is rotten, see, they're hooked up.

  239. Espn is hooked up with Disney Channel.

  240. They need to all go broke.

  241. They're run by crazy people.

  242. And so you know we're speaking.

  243. And so when we speak, the judge speaks.

  244. When we speak, the church of the firstborn, the ecclesia, speaks when we speak.

  245. The angels speak when we speak.

  246. The angels speak when we speak, the worshipers around the throne speak.

  247. When we speak, the city of the living God speaks.

  248. When we speak, the voice of finances speak.

  249. Wait, where'd you get that one?

  250. All right, let's go back to Psalm 110.

  251. Did you know?

  252. Your finances are talking?

  253. This church's finances have been talking a long time.

  254. They've been speaking about a regional center.

  255. It's been speaking about waking up the church.

  256. Our finances have been speaking because we put money there.

  257. We spent a lot of money out front.

  258. Psalm 110 again, verse 4.

  259. The Lord has sworn and will not repent.

  260. Thou art a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.

  261. That's where we're headed.

  262. It's coming.

  263. That's really talking more about final judgment after the church is gone.

  264. But I think we're going to see the edges of some of this wrath coming forth on some of these people that are attacking his people.

  265. Who are his people?

  266. Well, israel and the church.

  267. Saul, saul, why persecutest thou me?

  268. I mean, tell you right now, when these people try to persecute you and I for our faith and they try to when they try to put us in a position where we have to pay money to have a license to worship God every Sunday.

  269. We've got to satisfy some phony baloney fire code that they invented and we're ministering to another church because they went ahead and went along with it for one year and now they've come back with more, increasing stuff, and so we get to help them.

  270. We're going to stand with them.

  271. We're going to make them back up.

  272. Is what we're going to do?

  273. County, let's look at it again.

  274. The Lord has sworn and will not repent.

  275. You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.

  276. The Lord at thy right hand, right hand, right hand, shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.

  277. So he's a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.

  278. Melchizedek is mentioned in the book of Hebrews.

  279. Abraham blessed Melchizedek with a tithe.

  280. You don't hear about Melchizedek before or after, except in Hebrews.

  281. I mean, he just appears in the pages of your Bible.

  282. He's a great priest, and Abraham bowed and gave his tithe of the conquered when he conquered Sodom and Gomorrah.

  283. He gave the tithe of all of it to Melchizedek.

  284. So Levi was in the loins of Abraham, and so then Levi paid tithes to Melchizedek.

  285. Levi is supposed to be what Receiving the tithe.

  286. The less is blessed by the better.

  287. It's all written in the book of Hebrews.

  288. But what does that mean?

  289. It means our finances have a voice.

  290. It's talking about Mechizedek, because he's the one that receives all the tithes.

  291. Here men receive tithes, there.

  292. He receiveth them.

  293. Our money has got a voice.

  294. What is your money saying?

  295. You can kind of look at your check register and find out what it's saying.

  296. If it's 99% consumer goods and 1% to God, well then it's saying a whole lot.

  297. It's saying, well, I don't need to honor God, I'm just going to spend everything on myself.

  298. I don't want to honor him.

  299. I don't want to give him his due.

  300. I don't want to honor him, like Abraham honored Melchizedek, I'm just going to get by with giving him a little tip.

  301. You try that.

  302. I don't suggest it, but you can try it, because I mean, god's not going to strike you dead or anything like that.

  303. He loves you.

  304. But you're going against the principle Honor God with your money.

  305. When you do, it's got a voice.

  306. Every dollar you put in this church, we're turning it around and we are giving, we are sowing seed, we're moving in this end times.

  307. I'm telling you right now, god's using this church, your voice, your money's got a voice, and so when all of that comes together.

  308. We're in this massive church and we come in and that whole thing is just.

  309. Yeah, they're individual, but they blend into one voice of authority.

  310. Let's look at Revelation, wrap this up, getting anything out of it.

  311. Well, it's a little meat for you tonight.

  312. Chew on it.

  313. Revelation 12, verse 7,.

    Revelation 12:7

  314. There was war in heaven.

  315. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels and prevailed.

  316. Not.

  317. Neither was there place found anymore in heaven.

  318. He's a loser from the beginning.

  319. He'd been losing a long time.

  320. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent called the devil and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world.

  321. He was cast out into the earth and his angels were cast out with him.

  322. And I heard a loud voice, and I heard a loud voice.

  323. I heard a loud voice saying in heaven Now is come salvation and strength and the kingdom of our God and the power of his Christ.

  324. For the accuser of our brethren is cast down.

  325. Which accused them before our God, day and night?

  326. And they, the brethren, the church, the church, the ones who were accused.

  327. They overcame him, they prevailed against him.

  328. They rendered him ineffective and irrelevant.

  329. Wouldn't be cheating the word by saying it that way.

  330. Rendered him irrelevant.

  331. They overcame him by the blood of the lamb.

  332. See, the voice of the blood, the voice of authority.

  333. Our authority comes from the blood.

  334. The blood was shed for our authority.

  335. We've been given this massive authority in the church.

  336. They overcame him by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony.

  337. I like what one preacher said it's not just your testimony of how you got saved, it's the testimony of what the blood has done, is doing and will be doing in your life.

  338. That's the testimony, the testimony of the blood, see, and that takes what it takes revelation of the power of the blood.

  339. If you never hear it, you never get taught it, then you don't know anything about it.

  340. Most of the church doesn't know anything about the blood.

  341. They know enough to say plead the blood, I plead the blood.

  342. Well, they don't even know what they're saying.

  343. We need to teach about the blood.

  344. And so they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony.

  345. And they loved, not their lives unto the death.

  346. In other words, they put God first.

  347. They're not looking to die, but that's what it takes.

  348. They're going to finish their mission.

  349. Therefore, rejoice ye heavens and ye that dwell in them.

  350. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea, for the devil has come down unto you having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

  351. Well, we're inhabitants of the earth, but you know, I was reading Deuteronomy 11 the other day and I heard Brother Hagin preach this one time years ago.

  352. I hadn't thought about it in a long time, but I came across it and in fact, let's just, let's go to Deuteronomy 11.

  353. I'll just read it to you.

  354. They woe to the inhabitors of the earth, he'd say.

  355. So that makes you think oh, woe to me.

  356. I'm inhabiting the earth, see, and too bad, I'm not in heaven.

  357. I'd be exempt.

  358. No, no, no, just hear me out.

  359. You might think that, but that's not what it means.

  360. Deuteronomy 11.

  361. Verse 18.

  362. Now, this is the second giving of the law.

  363. This is Moses talking to the children of the ones that had sinned in the wilderness and they died.

  364. God wouldn't let them go in the promised land.

  365. So Moses is reciting all of the law to this next generation, verse 18,.

  366. Therefore, shall you lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul and bind them for a sign upon your hand that they may be frontlets between your eyes.

  367. You know the Jews, they have this little thing in their forehead.

  368. They have the stuff on the doorpost, you know, they kiss it and they touch it and that's these verses.

  369. Right here.

  370. They're spiritually dead.

  371. So they had to have these reminders of the Word and their covenant, the blessings and the curses.

  372. Thank God, we've been redeemed from the curse.

  373. We don't have any curses.

  374. Lay up these words in your heart, in your soul, bind them for a sign upon your hand that they may be frontlets between your eyes and you shall teach them, your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house and when you walk, by the way, when you lie down, when you rise up, and you shall write them upon your doorposts of your house and upon your gates that your days may be multiplied and the days of your children in the land, which the Lord swear under your fathers to give them as the days of heaven upon the earth.

  375. Glory to God.

  376. You know we don't have to wait to get to heaven.

  377. We can have heaven right here.

  378. We can have heaven on earth.

  379. And I tell you what it takes is it takes us knowing our authority.

  380. It takes us speaking with a voice of authority and demanding, according to our covenant, the things that Jesus' blood has bought and paid for.

  381. Glory to God, the days of heaven upon the earth.

  382. Everybody say I'm claiming the days of heaven upon the earth.

  383. That's why we're not afraid of the devil.

  384. We know him, we know what he can do, but you know what.

  385. We've got superior power, we've got the voice of authority.

  386. Come on, lift your hands and receive tonight Hallelujah.

  387. Glory to God.
