Woman's Conference 2024 - Session 2 - Reflecting Christ

I am so grateful to be here and so grateful for what the Holy Spirit said to us last night and how he helped us.

I'm excited for what he wants to say tonight.

I love to write.

I feel like it's the way that God communicates.

I love to speak.

I love to do this that I'm doing, but I've been a writer for a long time and it's my favorite thing with God, because he'll just drop a little nugget in my heart and then we off, we go.

You know, like it's like a little treasure hunt, and so I've been writing for years and so, if you're interested, you can go to my website and I I write fresh words from God that he puts on my heart every week at DaphneDelaycom.

And here's a cool testimony.

I don't know that this would fly in Houston, texas, but in Seminole, texas, my newspaper prints those every week.

Well, father, we're so grateful to be here tonight and so grateful for all that you have begun, all that you are still doing, all that you are completing in our hearts and lives and Holy Spirit.

I'm so grateful for you, for the ministry that you bring us, and so I just thank you for covering this room from front to back, side to side, corner to corner, with your presence, with just the ministry that you bring.

Just cover us.

Thank you for opening the hearts that need to be open to new truths, father.

Thank you for seeds that are being planted, or maybe they're being watered, father.

I just thank you for the growth that will come forth from our lives, father, as we just desire to bear fruit for the kingdom of God, to have fruitful vines that reach far.

And so, father, I just thank you, thank you, thank you for this time together in your presence right now, in Jesus name, amen, amen.

Well, tonight what I want to talk to you about is reflecting Christ.

Ok, and so do you know how a mirror works?

Anybody familiar how a mirror works?

So it's a piece of glass and they paint the back of it silver, ok, and then that glass suddenly becomes a mirror and you're actually seeing the silver behind it and it's reflecting to you.

But but I thought about that and I thought I asked this question what if that's how we're supposed to mirror Christ?

And think about this with me what if we are glass see-through, but without Christ?

All you see is flesh, right.

But if Jesus fills us right, if he's in our heart, if he's in our life, if the anointing is rubbed in deep in our lives, then we should reflect him, amen, and we would be like a mirror reflecting him to the world.

And I heard this story.

I don't even know where I got this story, but it's so perfect for this setting.

But there was a man who didn't have much, but he was very generous with what he did have and he was always helping other people and he had a business that was in his home and so he dealt with people.

They would come in and then he would get to talking to them and find out what they needed and he would maybe give them a meal or give them a place to rest or give them a big discount in his store, and he was always being generous and because he was generous the Lord blessed him.

But over time that generosity grew.

He became quite wealthy and you know, he got to move to a new house, he got to travel a little bit more and he liked to collect pretty things and one of his favorite things that he collected was a large antique mirror that had like gold trim all the way around it, like Florida ceiling, and he just loved the beauty of this mirror that he had found and he put it in his home.

And and so a few years passed and he was standing in his new home, second floor his business is not in his house anymore and just little by little the generosity had slowed down.

He didn't have as much connection or contact with people like he did before and he was standing looking out of a window and watching all the people on the street walk by and he, you know, he just was convicted.

He just realized, like where he started to, where he was, and and all of a sudden the Holy Spirit kind of nudged his heart and he thought about, uh, the mirror that he loved and a window.

And he thought, really, they're both glass.

That's what the Holy Spirit was telling him.

They're both glass, but one you can see through and one has something on the back.

And so he realized that standing in front of that window he could see through to the world around him, but standing in front of his mirror he only saw himself.

And so he went and got a knife and pulled that mirror away from the wall and he scratched off that paint in a large corner of the mirror until it was see-through again.

And he had some friends not long after that that came by and said, oh, what a shame, something happened to your mirror.

And he just smiled and he said, no, actually it's a reminder to me of what we're really supposed to reflect.

We don't want to just reflect ourselves, right, we want to reflect Christ.

And so I want to look at 1 Corinthians.

Let's start there tonight 1 Corinthians, chapter 13.

1 Corinthians 13 · chapter mention

There's so much that the Word of God has to say about this subject, but here in 1 Corinthians 13 and verse 12, it actually says for now we see only a reflection, as in a mirror, but then face to face.

Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, as I am fully known.

Now in reading, in context, of course this is the love chapter, but in context it's also talking about the return of Jesus, like right now we have some knowledge, but when he comes we're going to have full knowledge of who he is and everything.

But when I read this I also see something else.

I see revelation, knowledge in this scripture.

For now we see only a little bit, we see dimly, in fact that's what the Amplified says.

For now we're looking in a mirror that gives only a dim, blurred reflection of reality, as in a riddle or enigma.

But then when perfection comes and that's talking about Christ we shall see in reality and face to face.

Now I know in part, imperfectly, but then I shall know and understand fully and clearly, even in the same manner as I have been fully and clearly known and understood by God.

And so I love this, because if we look at this as revelation, we see dimly, but then I believe each of you could testify that you know, as you have grown in Christ, you see some things and then you see more things.

And then we can go back we were talking about it at lunch today Like you just see some things in the word of God and then all of a sudden you see more same thing.

You got the highlights, you got the notes and then you're like, oh my gosh, and that's just fun.

It's just fun when he opens that up, right, but it's really also God's desire to make these things known to us.

Actually, in Ephesians it talks about how it was his will to make known to us the mysteries of Christ.

So it's not a secret, it's a treasure to be found, okay, but it's not hidden.

He wants us to find it, okay.

And so who knows us better than God?

Right, he knows us, and so he's the one that can tell us and show us who we really are.

And so I thought I would share a bit of my testimony tonight.

I was not raised in a Christian home.

It hurt my mom's feelings the first time I said that, but what I meant by it?

Because she was, she was raised in a home that I believe they were Methodist, you know her whole life and so we would visit my grandparents' church on Christmas and Easter.

I remember doing that.

I think I was even in vacation Bible school, you know.

But these were just events, they were parts of holidays.

Like I didn't know Jesus, I didn't understand Jesus, I didn't know Christ.

It wasn't a home where we talked about these things and we sure didn't go regularly enough.

My parents I'm grateful because I was raised in a good home.

I don't have a terrible story to tell, but my parents have both been married three times each.

So we had a very, you know, separated family.

I've got halves and steps and you know the whole thing and I love them all and I'm so grateful for them all.

But because I wasn't raised with the knowledge of Christ, I tease one of my friends who talks about going to youth camp.

We've been best friends since fourth grade and she talks about going to youth camp and youth group.

I'm like where was I?

I don't remember doing any of that, I didn't go any of these things and so.

But my brother was dating a little girl in high school.

He's two years younger than me, but my brother was dating a little girl in high school he's two years younger than me, my real brother and so he got invited to church one night in high school.

He got born again and my brother was radical.

I mean, he was like night and day.

And so, you know, I'm already, I think he was a junior in high school and I was a freshman in college, or maybe I was just finishing high school or something headed to college, but anyway, he would try to tell me about Jesus and he was so excited about but but he was radical.

So it sounded like this Daphne, you're going to hell.

You know I am.

What is that?

You know?

And uh, and so it became a joke for me and I would just tell him well, I'm having fun getting there, you just, you just keep going with Jesus, you know.

And I just I thought he's crazy, my brother's crazy.

And he, you know, he backed off and he just started praying for me and and I had a cousin who looked a lot like me and she was three years older than me.

So when the drinking age was 19, I was 16 and I had her ID, so I was drinking at 16.

Then, when it turned 21, she was old enough and it still worked.

And so, you know, I just got mixed up in the wrong crowd.

I was, you know, class president from seventh grade to 12th grade.

I had some leadership, I had, you know, some friends, but it was always about pleasing others.

What do they want me to do Is this is everybody happy with me?

And?

And so those kind of that kind of thinking, and especially without the foundation of Christ, will lead you down some paths you regret.

And so I became promiscuous.

I, I did things I regret, and my brother was praying for me.

My brother was praying for me, and so I went to two years of college.

My granddad was a dean of a college, and so I went to two years of college.

My granddad was a dean of a college, and so we went to college.

It was not a question if you were going to college.

But my junior year I transferred to Texas Tech University and I had a job at a bank, at four o'clock to six, maybe seven or something, in the drive-through lane.

And this was my lifestyle, is I would.

I was dressed up, it was early, so I would go out and then I would not go to class the next day, and then I would get dressed up and go to work and then I'm dressed up so I might as well go out, and this was the cycle.

So pretty soon I had no choice but to drop out of college.

And so when I turned 21 in February, I celebrated that birthday till May because I was official.

You know, that was my mentality, I was official.

But I'm so grateful for my brother's prayers because I hit the bottom.

And guys, I know we don't like to see our loved ones hit the bottom, but the good news about hitting the bottom is there's only one place to look and that's up and.

And so I remember hitting the bottom and I was just.

I was disgusted with myself being raised in a college town.

You know I had, I had easy access to beer, I had easy access through the college students.

But in the back of my mind I don't know if you've done this, probably it's human but in the back of my mind I thought what's wrong with you people wanting to court high school girls, you know, like why can't you get a college girlfriend?

Like I was flattered, right, but in the back of your mind, and so I secretly kind of despised them, like that's just silly.

And then so that's what the devil used against me when I was hitting the bottom is I have become what I despised.

How am I any better, you know?

And so I was laying.

I remember laying in my apartment, in my bedroom, in my apartment, and all I could think about is the joy my brother had.

And we had the same life.

We had the same troubles, the same parents, and we had the same life.

We had the same troubles, the same parents, the same, you know, the same story, but he had such a joy.

Every time I saw him.

How are you doing Good?

Jesus is good.

That's all you know.

That's how he was.

And so my brother and my dad my brother had gotten our dad saved.

He was in between marriages this season and he got my dad saved and they were going to the same church and they would invite me to church during this time and I would go every now and then just to get them off my back.

And, and so this this weekend, when I was laying there, I thought the only thing I know that Dane has that I don't have is Jesus, that Jesus he's always talking about.

And so I got up and I went to church all on my own.

They were shocked jaws on the floor.

You know, daphne's here, you know.

And so I walk into the doors of the church and here's what I like for people to understand is that I think I went to church for three to six months thinking I was saved because I walked in the door.

Why not?

There was peace there, there was joy there.

For some reason it didn't follow me home.

I had trouble at home, so I wanted to hurry back to the church.

But you've got to give people time because God is revealing and helping you see some things we see dimly and then we're going to see fully.

And so I'd been going to the church for a little bit.

Now my brother's kind of funny.

He got worried about me, you know.

He knew I wasn't really saved, but he was still praying for it all the time.

And so one day he had a friend that was helping usher and I asked what his name was and he said his name's Todd.

He's the pastor's son.

And I was like, oh, you know right away, like we will have nothing in common, you know.

And so anyway, but Dane hatched a plan to keep me in church if he introduced me to Todd.

And so he hatched this plan, and so he introduced us and you know, I thought Todd was cute and I think he thought I was cute, but then he also thought I was probably like Dane and radically in love with Jesus.

And that was going to be a surprise when he found out that wasn't the story.

And so we went on a semi blind date one of my friends with Dane and me and Todd, and we all went to go play golf.

This is hilarious, y'all.

Well, I don't even know why I'm telling you this.

I don't always tell this part, but you'll get a kick out of this.

We go to play golf.

Now Daphne is not saved.

So every time Daphne hit the ball and it didn't do what I wanted it to, I cussed it out.

And I always tell people you don't hear yourself cussed till Jesus comes.

Live in your heart.

Then all of a sudden you're like oh my, you know.

And so Todd was immediately like no, thank you, you know.

And so it didn't work out.

But I kept going to church, going to church, and then one weekend I was there and our pastor was so faithful to tell people about salvation.

It wasn't like I wasn't hearing it.

I was sitting there and I probably celebrated every time somebody came forward to get born again.

And here I was, sitting there this one weekend and all of a sudden the Lord took dim to full revelation.

I thought I am NOT say, I've never done that.

I have never asked Jesus, I don't even.

How do you do that, you know?

And so I sat in the back and and I wrestled with God, like, but I've been coming, and so how embarrassing to go forward now, like in my mind I'm reasoning Anybody ever reason with God?

And so I'm reasoning with God.

And so I missed the whole altar call, I missed the whole thing.

But this pastor, like clockwork, would always offer if you wanted to become a member.

And so he started going into that spiel and I thought that's what I'll do.

Everybody would expect I've been coming here a while.

They expect me to become a member, but wherever they go, they take them somewhere.

I'll just tell them I need Jesus, you know.

And so that's what I did.

And I remember elbowing my brother.

He was sitting beside me and I said do you want to go down front?

Still a little nervous, he didn't even look at me, he just elbowed me back and said no thanks, I'm already a member.

And so I just moved past him, you know, and walked down the aisle and I think he was rejoicing because he knew what this really meant.

And the sweet part of the story is that the pastor that took me back to the back to pray for me was Todd's dad and Todd is my husband today.

So we, just we built a relationship.

It was God, I'm happy to say.

I met my husband at church.

But you know, what happened was I was 21 years old, freshly born again, so excited about this new relationship with Christ.

But and I don't think the pastor did this I think the enemy will just come in and twist some things.

And so, because I had limited knowledge of the word of God, then every message that he would preach, I thought, oh man, I've already missed it, I failed there.

I failed there Like everything he would say trying to encourage and teach the body of Christ.

I was hearing it in the reverse of Daphne's already failed.

And the other part is, I thought, when you give your heart to Christ now, you're going to be great, like everything's going to be, because that's all the example I had was my brother, who was great, and I didn't have that experience, like so grateful to be born again.

But my mentality was really thank you, lord, just for putting me on the back row, thank you for just letting me come in.

And I remember, I don't know, last night when she asked whoever asked, you know who's the loudest one in the room?

You know singing.

It's always going to be Daphne, because I'm so grateful.

But I don't need to hold the mic when I sing, but I will sing loud and but I remember you know loving worship and I would just praise God and I would just worship God and you know your hands would start to lift and then bonk.

There's this invisible ceiling and it would remind me what are you doing?

What do you?

What do you think you're?

Are you doing?

What do you think you're doing right now?

Who do you think you are?

Get those hands down, don't you know what you've done?

And I just kind of assumed that everybody in the room had been born again, since they were two, and they sure didn't know what I've done and I sure didn't want them to know.

So I lived with guilt and condemnation in this little glass box.

I called it a glass box and years later the Lord revealed to me I had the key the whole time, because this is the key right here, just the word of God coming into full revelation, knowledge of his word and the love of Christ.

And but I thought God had the key at that season.

I thought he had the key, and this was don't just be grateful for where you are and don't ask for more.

And so Todd and I had gotten married.

We actually didn't start well.

I was pregnant when we got married, so that was a disruption in the church, certainly for the pastors, and so that was a big, big part of my condemnation is I've already failed again, but we loved each other, we got married.

We were going to try to do our best and make it work, but you have struggles, you're young, you know.

And so we had arguments and I just, you know, I thought he was putting pressure on me about God and I was trying to do, you know, it was just back and forth and back and forth.

And so our son, benjamin, was born, and when he was just a little guy, we had a family event or something, and normally, you know, the baby would go with the mom, but for whatever reason, I was running late and Todd said I'll just take him, we'll meet you there and so they left and I was finishing getting ready in the bathroom.

And when I was in my bathroom getting ready, I heard an audible voice.

And I always tell people I don't know if you would have heard it if you were there with me, but I heard it from my heart.

Somewhere I heard it and it was look into your mirror.

And so I looked into the mirror, fully expecting to find something wrong, because I always found something wrong in front of my mirror.

And as I looked into the mirror I heard the Lord say tell her you love her and you forgive her.

And I realized for the first time that that was the issue, that it wasn't that God didn't love me, it was that Daphne didn't love me.

And I remember just standing in front of that mirror and just crying at that revelation, like all of a sudden, just seeing things.

And you know the Lord's so sweet because I can't tell you how I heard.

It's just sitting like you are just hearing the word and the Bible says faith comes by hearing and hearing the word.

And I would just go faithfully to church and I would just sit there and you know he was just unraveling some things and and helping some things and and and so I was so grateful, you know, for what he was showing me.

But it was just hard to receive and and um, I told you last night that I lived out in the country and my dad was a plumber, wanted to be a farmer and uh, and so one of our chores I felt like it was his favorite chore to give us was to hoe weeds.

And so you know, we would hurry out there because we wanted to go play and we just hoe, hoe, hoe and how ho.

And how many of you have ever hoed wheeze?

You can't do it like that, because if you just chop off the tops, guess what?

They're still there, and that's why next week they're there again.

And so he's telling us go back out, you've got to do it again.

And so, as I was standing in front of that mirror, the Holy Spirit knew that.

He said say it again, because sometimes you'll just chop it off so we can hurry and get on.

He was like I don't want to leave any roots there, say it again.

And so I looked in that mirror and I said it again I love you and I forgive you.

And it was like 100 pounds dropped off of me 100 pounds of guilt and condemnation.

That was never mine to carry.

The Bible says the Lord took all that and he didn't ask any of us to carry it.

We the Bible says the Lord took all that and he didn't ask any of us to carry it.

We've been made a new creation in Christ Jesus.

Old things have passed away.

All things have become new.

But Daphne looked at that and picked it up and said I got to help you, lord, let me help you, let me earn this, let me earn your love, let me earn your favor.

But God never asked any of us to do that right, and as I was.

I never write out my testimony.

You just share what you feel like the Holy Spirit's prompting you.

He knows who's in the room.

But as I was meditating on my notes tonight, the Holy Spirit reminded me of one more part of my testimony that I don't know Very often.

I can't think of a time I've ever told this in a public setting like this, not that it's a secret, but because we talked about soul wounds last night.

He asked me to tell you.

Shortly after I was born again, before Todd and I got married, we were dating.

You know, we'd started dating and we were in love.

Y'all remember that phase of being just so in love, and you're telling each other about this and this when you're growing up, and so we were in that phase of you know all this.

And he asked me.

He said what's your favorite memory as a child?

You know, and so I remember sitting in the living room and I said oh, without a doubt, my mom was a school teacher and kindergarten was half day.

Anybody remember kindergarten being half day?

Kindergarten was half day, and so we would eat sandwiches in the car and listen to Paul Harvey, and then I'd go to daycare with my brother, because he was younger than me, so he was already at daycare, so she would take me to daycare in the afternoon.

As I'm telling him that story, all of a sudden I had a memory that I'd never had before, and I remember being in that daycare and a teacher would set up these like gym mats, set them up in the shape of a tunnel so that we could go in there and crawl through them, and when we would do that, she would molest us, and I mean seriously.

Five minutes before I did not remember that, I did not remember that, and so my heart was suddenly so grieved and I didn't tell Todd about it and so I called my mom and my mom just immediately started crying and she said she said, daphne, you wouldn't know that, she said, but that did happen.

She said they told all of us and the lady was arrested and told all of us, but they didn't know who was affected.

And she said you never batt who was affected.

And she said you never batted an eye.

And she said so I just prayed and believed that it didn't happen to you.

You weren't one of the ones she said, but you wouldn't know that.

I never spoke of it.

And do you know, within 24 hours, my heart was completely healed of that and I and the reason I tell you that is because he knows the things that are even hidden in our heart, that dictate choices and thinking that we have.

And I love how, before I knew anything, before I knew the Word of God, before I mean, I was not deep in the Word of God or anything, just barely born again Jesus says you've got a thorn in there and I'm going to pull it out.

Okay, that's how sweet the Lord is to heal us and to pull things out.

And it's never bothered me, since I can tell the story like I'm talking about somebody else.

But he loves us and he wants us to see things.

And if you think about us reflecting Christ, then those are the things he wants to remove so that we can reflect him fully and clearly to the world.

Amen, and if nothing else, I hope what you see in me is healing right, because there's others that have walked through worse things than that than me.

But the Lord is the healer of all things, amen.

So second Corinthians 3, 18, let's turn over there.

2 Corinthians 3.18 says we all with unveiled faces are looking, as in a mirror, at the glory of the Lord and are being transformed into the same image, from glory to glory.

This is from the Lord, who is the spirit.

One translation says from one degree of glory to another degree of glory.

This is from the Lord, who is the spirit.

One translation says from one degree of glory to another degree of glory.

But I love some of the words here, because unveiled faces means no pretending, no masks, right and again, beholding, looking into a mirror.

We see the glory of the Lord.

That's what it's saying.

So I want everybody to do this little silly exercise with me.

Take your hand.

We're going to pretend for a minute.

This is a mirror, so look at it.

Okay, everybody.

Look at your hand, pretend it's a mirror and listen to this again.

We all, with unveiled faces, are looking in the mirror at the glory of the Lord.

At the glory of the Lord.

You can put your hands down Now.

I doubt, if I took 10 of you right now to the bathroom before I did that, if you would have said I see the glory of the Lord.

That's not usually what we say when we look in the mirror, right, sure, not first thing in the morning, but isn't that beautiful?

That's what the Lord sees.

He sees that.

And then what he's telling us is I already?

God is saying I already see that in you, but what I'm going to do is, from one degree of glory to another, I'm going to let you see it too.

I'm going to unravel some things, I'm going to heal some things in your heart, because I want you to see what I already see the glory of the Lord.

Right, why, jesus has made your heart his home.

And so what does God see Jesus?

Okay, and so this is what God sees.

We are his workmanship, right, created in Christ.

But as we look and we're transformed from one degree of glory to another, then action is required.

Okay, we're going to have to do something with what he's showing us.

So look over at James chapter one.

I have a feeling you're familiar with this verse, but James chapter one and verse 22.

Well, I keep turning the wrong direction, sorry.

Here we go.

James chapter one, verse 22.

Look at it.

It says but be doers of the word and not hearers only deceiving yourselves.

Because if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like someone looking at his own face in a mirror, for he looks at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what kind of person he was.

But the one who looks intently into the perfect law of freedom and perseveres or continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this person will be blessed in what he does.

Okay, so the first thing that we understand here is we've got to act on what God's showing us.

So he's going to give us revelation, knowledge of things, and I love how you know we're not all on the same page, we're all headed the same way, but there's no competition.

He's working with you and he's working with me, and just you know.

And so we're just walking this walk with him together.

But notice, it says be doers of the word and not hearers.

Only.

You know, we have a lot of hearers, and the Pharisees in the days of Jesus were hearers, right, but they, it didn't change them because they were only hearers.

They didn't activate, only a few of them did.

But the Pharisees and the crowd heard him, but they didn't accept truth.

And so if you only hear, listen this is what the Holy Spirit told me If you only hear, you're one who sees only the natural and not the supernatural.

You're hearing some things, right, but at some point you're going to have to act on what you hear.

We have to act on it, okay, but notice, it says but you're looking at your own face in a mirror, for he looks at himself, goes away, immediately, forgets.

Do you know?

This word forgets actually means to toss aside.

And what are we tossing aside?

Truth, we've heard truth, right, truth comes to our heart.

And then, but if we, if we walk away and we don't do something with it, then we've tossed it aside, we've, we've cast it away, we've thrown it away.

But the word says but if we continue to look into the perfect law of liberty.

He compares that to a mirror.

If we continue to look into the perfect law of liberty, he compares that to a mirror If we continue to look into it, if we continue to look into it and that's the key word we're going to continue.

We're not just going to be hearers, we're going to continue to look into the word and put it before our eyes, and that's how we're going to go from one degree of glory to another degree of glory.

Right, and notice this.

Did you see how it first says doers of the word and then it changes to doers of the work?

That's because application is required.

Application is required.

And listen, god's not trying to point out all of our flaws when he shows us things.

What he's actually trying to do, you believe he's good.

God is good, right.

So because he's good, he's not trying to point out our bad.

He's trying to make us more like him.

That's what he's trying to do.

He's simply trying to make us good like him.

So when he points something out, it's not because he's trying to, you know, hurt our feelings, but he's trying to say that's, that's not an accurate picture, and so he wants to help us release some things and walk through some things, and I'm going to deviate for just a minute.

Turn over to 2 Timothy, chapter 2.

2 Timothy 2 · chapter mention

I'll read this to you.

It says in a large house this is verse 20, 2 Timothy 2.20.

In a large house, there are not only gold and silver vessels, but also those of wood and clay, some for honorable use, some for dishonorable.

So if anyone purifies himself from anything dishonorable, he'll be a special instrument or a vessel of honor set apart, useful for the master, prepared for every good work.

Okay, so the first thing that we understand this is Paul writing to Timothy.

The first thing that we understand is there's a big house, okay, that's he's kind of telling a little parable here.

But but what we understand is he's not talking about the world, because he's talking about the kingdom of God, and so the house is the kingdom of God, and he says there's all kinds of vessels inside the kingdom of God, some for honorable use, some for dishonorable use.

In our language today that sounds real negative, positive and negative, but what it really means is noble and ignoble use, or special or common use, you know, and uh.

And so he's saying, though, that if anyone decides to listen to what the Lord's telling them and make the adjustments.

They can be a vessel of honor.

They get to choose that.

I was meditating on this story one day and I thought about my house.

Okay, I got a big house and and I've got all kinds of vessels in my house and, just like you do, you got a trash can in the kitchen, right, and no matter what kind of house you have, you probably have a picture or a vase or something nice at the front door Somewhere where everybody comes in.

Something nice, a family picture, something right, and so at that time I had a little coffee table or a little entry table right there where we throw our keys in the mail, and I had a vase with some fake flowers in it.

But I thought it was pretty and I remember thinking about this verse and I thought you know, my vase can never or my trash can can never decide it wants to be a vase.

You can never decide that right, it's permanently a trash can.

My vase is permanently a vase.

But I thought that's not true with you and I, because when I came into the kingdom of God, I had a lot of junk on the inside of me, just like a trash can.

But I was in the house.

Praise the Lord, I made it in the house, right?

But?

But guess what the Lord said if you, if you don't want to remain a trash, can you don't have to, you don't have to.

You can change, you can decide.

You want to be a vase, you can decide you want to show off God's glory.

Now, I should have brought it up here, but I didn't know we were going to go this way.

So does somebody have like a $20 bill or something?

I will give it back.

Somebody got one they can let me borrow for an illustration.

Thank you, sweetie, it can be a 10.

It doesn't matter what.

Yeah, that'll work.

All right, now, this isn't mine and I have to give it back.

But if I offered it to you, who would take it?

Why would you take it?

Right, she's like right now.

But why would you take it?

Because it's valuable, it's got value, it's available, that's right.

But why would you even want it?

It has value, right, it has value.

You can see what it has value.

I didn't say I'd give it in the same condition, is that okay?

But if I wad it up and I throw it on the ground and we kind of mash it into the dirt.

How many of you would still take this?

Tell me why it's still valuable.

Now you think about a child that's been given some money to go to the candy store.

They walk up to the counter, put all their candy and they're ready to pay and they throw that up there, just like that, right.

What is the first thing the clerk does?

Begins to look it's got some value.

I can already tell there's value there, but what kind of value?

You don't know what this is.

You might see it on the ground oh, that might be a dollar.

Oh, you open it up, it's a $20, right.

But what do they do?

They open it and they begin to see what it really is.

And, guys, this is how, when we get revelation, knowledge and we decide to hear and to act on what God is showing us, what he's doing is, little by little, showing the value that was always there.

It was always there, already there, but he wants now.

Isn't that better, right?

So God sees the value, knows the value, but we look in the mirror.

Sometimes we don't even see the value, right?

We see all the flaws.

We know that the preacher tells us that we got value, but we don't always believe it.

Thank you, it'll still spend.

I promise value, but we don't always believe it.

Thank you, it'll still spend, I promise.

But isn't that good?

Because that's your life.

And so, one decision at a time, one revelation of glory to another revelation of glory, you're revealing what's always there, what's always been there, what is already there.

Amen.

Proverbs 27, 19.

Let's turn there.

Let's just go ahead and read it, proverbs 27, 19.

It says as water reflects the face, so the heart reflects the person.

Okay, the message translation's kind of good.

It says just as water mirrors your face, so your face mirrors your heart.

The New King James says in water, face reflects face.

So let me say it this way In life, your heart reflects who you are.

So that's why we should pay attention to the things that we think and we say, because they're revealing something.

They're revealing what our belief system is.

What do we believe about ourselves?

What do we believe about this situation?

Because our heart will always mirror what's going on on the inside.

It's kind of like that man who had to scratch it off so he could see, and so you can own a Bible, you can even go to church.

But do you reflect him Right, I know a lot of people have a bumper sticker.

Right, they got the Bible on the table, but that doesn't mean that it's ministering to their heart, doesn't mean that they've been spending time with the Lord and letting him reveal the value.

Now the good news is they're in the house.

Aren't you glad they're in the house?

Right, we're glad when people are born again.

But God wants to use us.

You know, I'm so grateful I can.

I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for opportunities like this to speak to people and to share what the Lord's done for me, and I want to help people.

But I'm also so grateful that God didn't put me on any kind of stage when I was still a trash can, because I didn't have a good knowledge of the Lord, of myself, right, I would have just been spewing all kinds of wrong things.

Okay, so the Lord's good, he knows.

But but did you see the end goal?

The end goal was that we would be sanctified and useful for the master, prepared for every good work.

But it says if anyone chooses the ladder, what did that mean?

The noble, the honorable, if we're going to choose those things, then we become sanctified and useful for him.

Amen.

Let's turn to first Corinthians, chapter 11.

Anybody there, imitate me as I also imitate Christ.

This is Paul.

Imitate me as I also imitate Christ.

The Amplified says pattern yourselves after me, follow my example as I imitate and follow Christ the Messiah.

So different translations say pattern or imitate or reflect, or how I like to say.

It is mirror me, mirror me.

I want to stand before him, I want to mirror him.

Amen, I want to mirror him.

And if you think about Paul writing this, this is bold.

This is very bold of him, confident even of him to say imitate me as I imitate Christ.

But he had such a desire to follow Christ and to reflect him to the world and so he purposed to be that example.

You and I can purpose.

That's not.

That's not um pride, that's saying I love Jesus so much.

I want to reflect him.

Let's all follow him right.

Let's reflect him to this world.

My brother reflected Christ to me before I ever knew Christ.

He was showing me.

He was showing me.

This is interesting.

Do you know that the opposite of the word imitate is false witness, false witness.

And so the understanding here is, if we're not imitating Christ, we're actually a false witness of his goodness, of his mercy, of his love.

Right, ew Kenyon has a great book called oh my goodness, it just left me New Creation Realities, and in there I remember reading this and he was talking about Jesus saying I am the way, the truth and the life.

And he says how sad is it when believers don't point the right way.

And I thought, man, I think I did that for a while because I was so ashamed and I carried so much guilt and so much condemnation in my own heart that I sure wasn't leading anybody else towards the light, towards the love, towards the forgiveness, until I let Christ come in and reveal those things to me.

But I had to position myself here when I didn't know how to get in the word for myself and then at at home, just trying.

You know, and here's what I love.

I mean, I don't recommend just dropping your Bible and reading it anywhere.

You know you can do that.

It might work a few times and it'll be good, but you might, you know, drop it on a day where it says and he wiped them all out, you know, or something.

That's not very encouraging.

So I always encourage in the new covenant.

We are new covenant creatures, so always start in the new covenant.

But I literally this is how I do it and I don't think it's the only way.

But I say, lord, what do you want to say today?

One little word he might just drop.

One little word it could be joy, it could be peace, it could be whatever, something I'm praying about.

And I'm just going to go on a hunt and now we have technology at our fingers.

We can just dig in there, you know, and search a word and start looking and just let him talk to you.

He wants to show us things because he wants us to imitate his goodness, amen.

Third John we don't go over there very much, but third John, verse 11, there's only one chapter here, but it says dear friend, do not imitate what is evil, but what is good.

The one who does good is of God.

The one who does evil has not seen or experienced God.

Isn't that interesting Not seen or experienced God.

I think it's sad that we have to be told to imitate good.

But it's also a reflection of the confusion in our world right now, because they're calling good evil and evil good.

And so this is how we're going to know what's good we're going to imitate the word of God, amen.

I used to have a phrase I would say all the time preach the word, live your convictions.

Preach the word, live your convictions, right, because not everybody's going to want to hear the word.

Here's another thing that I also tell people is don't argue scripture with people.

Just tell them your testimony.

They can never argue that one, right.

Let me tell you what Jesus did for me.

If you want to know more, then we can dig into the word.

But, but here's what I was thinking today Preach the word, live your convictions, or what if we said it this way Reflect your revelation.

Reflect your revelation.

You've seen his goodness, show his goodness.

You've seen his love, show his love, amen.

If he's been kind to you, show kindness, be like him, amen.

Let's turn over to Luke, chapter 10.

Luke, chapter 10, jesus tells a parable that's helpful.

In verse 30, luke 10, 30, it says Jesus took up the question.

The Pharisees were challenging him and they had just asked him.

You know who's my neighbor.

They're really trying to catch him, you know.

But he took up the question and he said a man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho and fell into the hands of robbers.

They stripped him, beat him up and fled, leaving him half dead.

A priest happened to be going down that road and when he saw him he passed by on the other side.

In the same way, a Levi, when he arrived at the place and saw him, passed by on the other side, but a Samaritan on his journey, came up to him and when he saw the man he had compassion.

He went over to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on olive oil and wine.

Then he put him on his own animal, brought him to an inn and took care of him.

The next day he took out two denarii, gave them to the innkeeper and said take care of him.

When I come back I'll reimburse you for whatever extra you spend.

And then Jesus looks at the Pharisees and he says which of these three do you think proved to be a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of the robbers?

And they said the one who showed mercy to him.

And Jesus said go and do the same.

Go and do the same.

Now, this is an illustration, because Jesus is basically saying copy, pattern yourself after the good Samaritan.

When I was reading this today, I love this part thinking about our time together last night, verse 33, the Samaritan on his I was reading this today.

I love this part thinking about our time together last night, verse 33, the Samaritan, on his journey, came up to him and when he saw the man he had compassion, went to him and bandaged his wounds.

Bandaged his wounds that's what Jesus did to me when he revealed that incident that had happened in my past.

He was bandaging my wounds.

I didn't even know I had a wound, but he bandaged them.

That's the heart of Jesus, right, but notice that he's telling us copy and pattern yourself after this man, not the priest, not the Levite, and that's a lesson for all of us.

Because, in other words, imitate good, no matter who it is.

Imitate good, because those who ought to do good sometimes don't right, and so imitate good.

The best again, this is this is our mirror.

We want to imitate what it says here, amen.

Let's turn over to Ephesians, chapter four.

Now over here in Ephesians, in this letter, I'm going to read this first portion to you and I want to illustrate, I want you to have this mindset, as we read it, when Paul was writing this.

He's definitely contrasting the world with believers and he is saying to them you remember when you were like this, right, and he's contrasting that, and then he's going to encourage them.

But I want you to read it and understand that.

I think because I can testify this was me that even though I was born again, I still had all these same mindsets.

I brought them into my walk with God, and so that might be your story as well.

Look at verse 17.

He said, therefore, I say this and testify in the Lord, you should no longer walk, as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thoughts.

Okay, so see, my mind wasn't renewed.

So, even though I had Jesus in my heart, my mind wasn't renewed, and so I had futility in my thoughts.

Okay, he says they are darkened in their understanding.

I was darkened, I didn't know.

He had to put me in front of my mirror and show me Excluded.

It says you're excluded from the life of God.

One translation says alien from the life of God.

Right, it's that foreign to you.

Okay, because of why the ignorance that is in them and because of the hardness of their hearts, they became callous and gave themselves over to promiscuity for the practice of every kind of impurity, with a desire for more and more.

Now he's definitely talking about the world, but I just want to illustrate that we can sometimes bring things into our walk with God and not even realize we're walking with a dark mindset, we're not clear on things, and he wants to bring us from dim understanding to full, clear understanding, revelation, knowledge.

Right, and so I love verse 20, but that is not how you came to know Christ, right?

That's not how you, some translations say, that's not how you learned Christ, assuming you heard about him and were taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus.

Now, what does John tell us?

John says in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God and the word became flesh and dwelt among us.

So anytime we see Jesus, we can see the word.

Is that right?

So he's saying?

Right here he's saying but that is not how you came to know Christ, assuming you heard the word.

We're taught by the word, as the truth is in the word.

Amen, the truth is in the word he says.

So put off your former way of life, the old self that is corrupted by deceitful desires, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind and put on the new self, the one created according to God's likeness, in righteousness and purity of the truth.

Okay, righteousness and holiness, and you know so here, here's in my testimony.

Here I began to see some things, began to understand that God loved me the whole time, he saw value in me the whole time.

The problem was not God, the problem was Daphne.

The problem is what I understood and what I saw.

Okay, and so, little by little, he's showing me some things and, as hard as it was, I would make the adjustment.

I would resist the temptation to pick up guilt and condemnation again.

What did Paul tell us?

He says now, therefore, there's no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

But notice the second part of that verse.

It says who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the spirit.

Do you know what that verse is telling us?

There is condemnation if you wanna choose the flesh.

That's what it's saying.

There's no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh.

But if you're choosing the flesh, you're inviting condemnation.

Okay, but that's not God, he doesn't want that.

That's the enemy trying to put it on you.

Okay, and then the Lord can't do anything about that.

If you're choosing the flesh, so we, but.

But we're not choosing the flesh, we're choosing Christ.

So there's no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, Amen.

And so I'm learning these things, I'm releasing some things, I'm growing in some things, right, um, but I was still wrestling and I like to tease Anybody remember those old uh sprinklers that would go and then right, like that.

So my brother was like an automatic fountain, he was just flowing, but Daphne was this oh, I'm going back, you know, I just I would start to do good, and here I would go all the way back and start over, and so that was my life.

And so when I, when I began to see some things in this verse, I related to it because I see the challenge.

The challenge is he tells us put, put off the old man, so you can see some things in the word and go okay, I'm not going to cuss anymore, I'm going to be kind, you know, I'm going to walk in love with my neighbor, whatever.

Whatever, you're learning, right, and so we're going to put off the old because we want to put on the new.

But listen, if you're but, but listen, we don't always know how to wear the new, especially if you don't feel qualified to wear the new.

I don't feel worthy, jesus, of what you've offered me.

I don't feel worthy.

But I want you to see this verse 23, right here in the middle, because our instruction is put off your former life, the old self.

Verse 24 says put on the new.

But those only work if you do verse 23,.

Be renewed in the spirit of your mind, be renewed, then you're going to be able to do it.

So, years later, when I was pregnant with our second son, he was breached the entire pregnancy, and so this is kind of funny because he was just growing in there and they put me on bedrest because I started having Braxton Hicks and they're like he's not turned yet.

We don't want you to accidentally go into labor.

And so I'm on bed rest.

They've got, they're giving me stuff to make.

It would take my breath away to get up from the couch just to go to the bathroom because they were giving me medicine to slow everything down, you know, but anyway, he's about four weeks from the due date and he's still not turning.

And my doctor's concerned because of the size and everything that's going on.

And so she said to me.

She said we're going to go ahead and and and and put you in the hospital, we're going to turn him for you and we're going to induce labor.

And I'm like okay, so I'm ready to have the baby, you know, at eight months.

You're like fine, let's do this.

And so they gave him a couple of shots for his lungs, make sure he was ready.

And I show up to the hospital and my doctor says oh, by the way, because this is Lubbock, texas, texas Tech University Health Science Center, so there's a medical school there and there was this.

The whole lobby was full of nurses and they said they've never seen this procedure, so if you don't mind, can they watch?

Now, she had described it like they're going to massage your tummy and turn him, you know.

So I'm like sure I don't care, I just want to have this baby.

And uh, and so they come in, literally line the room.

They're just shoulder to shoulder line in the room.

So my doctor sits in and she invites another doctor, a specialist, to come in and they've got a sonogram.

Make sure where's the cord.

You know they're going to turn him.

And he, the first thing he does is he looks at me.

You know, they're so professional, he didn't even say hi, he's like, he's so professional.

He says now, you do know this is going to hurt.

Uh, no, was not informed about that.

And he said it's going to take your breath away, but just hold.

And then his head was up here and so all of a sudden they go one, two, three and they push, and they push so hard that you could see his whole frame like his, the whole little outline of his little body.

They pushed so hard and then they flipped him now.

So it did take my breath away and all you know they don't even do this, they don't do this anymore.

Now, now you're just going to get a cesarean, they're just not going to mess with it.

But anyway.

So they flipped him and so now he's where he needs to be and you would think that they would release me and say, okay, stay on bed rest four weeks, we're going to give him time in there and then you're going to come back and we'll have him.

No, they said, okay, let's get everything ready, we're going to induce labor, and the reason.

This is what they told me.

They said because, although it was dangerous, he was comfortable.

And they said and you, we could release you, and he's going to go back where it was comfortable.

You'll just be at home.

And he's going to flip right back around where he was comfortable.

And I thought that's why God wants us to renew our mind, because I don't like this old life.

I want to be like Christ.

But this is what I know.

And sometimes we get discouraged and the enemy's working on us.

And so what do we do?

Whether we lack it or not, dangerous or not, we're going back to what's comfortable, unless we get renewed in the spirit of our mind.

Amen.

And so we want to be renewed, we want to learn the word of God.

We're not going to let the enemy put condemnation and guilt on us, amen.

But notice verse 24, put on the new man, which was created by God in true righteousness and holiness.

I love that he added the word true, not false, not self.

True righteousness, created by God.

It's his idea, and when I meditate on this, I'm reminded of Genesis 1, 26.

What does it say?

God told them let us make man in our image, according to our likeness.

That was the original design, do you know?

That's why sin is rebellion, because it goes against your design nature.

That's why it's called rebellion.

It goes against how you were made.

Righteousness is right standing.

It is the ability to stand before God without guilt or inferiority, as if you had never sinned.

Now, when I first heard that, I was already a pastor's wife when I got.

When I told you that mirror story, what God did immediately after that is he began to whisper two scriptures in my heart.

He didn't tell me they were scriptures, but I would hear this there's no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Must've heard it somewhere right.

It scriptures in my heart.

He didn't tell me they were scriptures, but I would hear this there's no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Must've heard it somewhere right.

It was in my heart.

And then he would say you're the righteousness of God in Christ.

And I would just hear that.

And so if I had a bad day, made a mistake, tempted to pick up some condemnation, there's no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

You are the righteousness of God in Christ.

And then the Holy Spirit would prompt me to say it, because what did Jesus teach his disciples.

He said when they saw that he cursed the fig tree, right.

And they're like, oh my gosh, how did that happen?

He says have faith in God.

Have faith in God.

If you say to your mountain, be removed to be cast into the sea, and don't doubt in your heart, but believe the things you say, you'll have the things you say right.

So the Holy Spirit knows the word of God.

So he started getting urging me to say I am the righteousness of God in Christ, why I'm building faith.

I'm building faith, I'm removing doubt, because there's doubt in my heart.

I don't understand these things.

But he would just have me say there's no condemnation, I'd whisper it.

There's no condemnation, I'd whisper it.

There's no condemnation, those are Christians, I am the righteous.

I didn't even know what it meant, but he was training me, he was putting me through the school of faith.

I became a pastor and I decide we need to help the new believers.

Let's do a little Bible study for them.

You know I've been born again about eight years by this point.

I love Jesus.

My husband went to Rhema.

I didn't go to Rhema, I just took care of the family in the house and worked and most mostly worked and supported our family while we were there.

But I love Jesus, and so when we became pastors, I wasn't trying to teach anybody, but I had a heart for others.

I remembered being young in the Lord and I had felt like I'd learned a few things.

And so I got this Bible study by Beth Moore that Rayma recommended and, and so I'm sitting in this Bible study with about 12 people and we're just going line upon line, just the basics.

And then all of a sudden she starts talking about righteousness and I'm like, oh, I like that word, you know, because it's in your Bible, and and but I'd never seen I am the righteousness of God.

It was just something that felt sweet that the Lord had told me.

And so she turns to second Corinthians five, 21 that I read to you last night, that he made him, who knew no sin to be sin, that we might become the righteousness of God in Christ.

I thought, yes, that's what he did.

Oh, that's what he did.

He made an exchange for me.

And then, right there in her workbook, she said the definition is right standing with God, the ability to stand before God, as if you had never sinned.

And my jaw dropped to the floor because I thought if I had known that definition, I never would have said it.

I never would have said it because I didn't believe that I could stand before God as if I'd never sinned.

But that is the definition and that is what he did for you and I, and whether we could go through our entire life and get to heaven, grateful to be there and find out it was always true, or we could learn it and accept it and live it now Because it's true.

The value's there, amen.

It's right here on the inside of you, it's on the inside of every believer.

You see a believer struggling.

You need to help them see these truths.

They just haven't seen it for themselves.

Amen, amen, amen.

Real quick, I just want to show you Genesis 15.

We're going to wrap this up, but this is so good I couldn't not show you this, but Genesis 15.

The first mention of righteousness is with Abraham, genesis 15,.

You know, god told him he was going to have a son, told him he was going to be an heir, he's going to have children, you know, and be the father of many nations.

And we get to Genesis 15, verse 2, and Abram says Lord, god, what can you give me, since I am childless and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus.

Genesis 15:2

Abram continued look, you've given me no offspring, so a slave born in my house will be my heir.

Now the word of the Lord came to him this one will not be your heir.

Instead, one who comes from your own body will be your heir.

And God took him outside.

Look at verse five.

He took him outside and said look at the stars of the sky.

Count them if you're able to.

So shall your descendants be.

And then look at verse six.

Abram believed the Lord and he credited it to him as righteousness, the only ingredient.

He didn't have any proof except the word of God, but he decided I'm going to believe that.

And God said that's righteous.

Because he believed the word of God, he believed it.

Now jump over to Romans 4, because God gave the apostle Paul some great revelation of what took place right there.

And in Romans, chapter 4, look at verse 18, talking about Abraham.

It says he believed, hoping against hope, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what had been spoken.

So will your descendants be.

He did not weaken in faith when he considered his own body to be already dead.

See, listen, you can know what's wrong, but you don't have to meditate on it.

You meditate on what's right.

You meditate on what is good, what is righteous, what is holy, right Okay, but he says he knew, but he didn't meditate on what's right.

You meditate on what is good, what is righteous, what is holy, right Okay, but he says he knew, but he didn't meditate on it.

Since he was about 100 years old and also the deadness of Sarah's womb Verse 20, he did not waver in unbelief at God's promise, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God because he was fully convinced that what God had promised he was also able to do Verse 22,.

Therefore, it was credited to him.

It was credited to him for righteousness.

Right Now, if we stop the story right there, we could leave Abraham on a pedestal and honor him for his faith and grateful for his example.

But it doesn't stop there, does it?

Look at verse 23.

Now, this was not written for him alone, but also for us.

It will be credited to us who believe in him, who raised Jesus, our Lord, from the dead.

He has delivered him up for our trespasses and raised him up for our justification, amen.

It wasn't written just so that we could go wow, abraham, it was written so we would know you believe, you, were you believed on the Lord Jesus.

It's true of you too.

Amen, and you know it.

Look over Romans eight.

I mean Romans 10, romans 10.

What does it say right here, verse nine If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Everybody say amen.

What's verse 10 say?

What's verse 10 say?

For with the heart one believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

So before you had a chance to do anything right or wrong, the minute you believed and accepted Jesus in your heart, your heart believed.

Unto what Righteousness.

What did I tell you?

It means Right standing with God, the ability to stand before him without guilt or inferiority, as if you had never sinned.

See, daphne got born again and thought I got to earn this, I got to do something with it, and I was always trying to earn it.

And then you fail, and so then condemnation is coming in and it's just heaping upon you.

But it was always true that when I gave my heart to Jesus, true of you, true of me you give your heart to Jesus.

I always say, if you were born again three months, three years or 53 years, it was true the moment you gave your heart to Jesus.

I was ministering along these lines years ago and at the end of the service a little lady came up to me, just tears running down her face.

That's where I got this from.

She said I've been born again 53 years and I've never understood that.

I thought, jesus, help us see these truths.

The enemy wants to blind hearts, why he doesn't want you to reflect Christ.

He doesn't want your example to change the world.

But come on, you already got Jesus on the inside of you.

Amen, amen.

Let's stand to our feet.

Hallelujah, hallelujah.

Listen.

Mirrors give faithful reflections.

When you stand before a mirror and wave, what does it do?

It waves.

When you smile, it smiles.

If you're bitter, it is bitter.

If you're heartbroken, it is heartbroken.

If you feel inferior to it, it feels inferior to you.

But if you see Christ in your mirror, you will reflect Christ back to the world.

Amen.

If you see hope, love and acceptance, your mirror and your life will reflect that.

Amen, hallelujah.

Father, we thank you for opening the eyes of our understanding that we may see you high and lifted up, but we may see us seated there with you in heavenly places worthy, worthy of the acceptance that you have given us in Christ Jesus.

So, father, I thank you for your daughters, I thank you for your children, I thank you for the witness that they will be in the earth.

Hallelujah, thank you, father.

Just tell him.

Thank you right now.

Thank you, lord, for your goodness and mercy in my life.

Thank you, lord, that you've always seen me in Christ Jesus.

We're so grateful, we're so grateful for revelation knowledge.

I thank you for taking every one of these from one degree of glory to another level of glory.

Tonight, father, and tomorrow, they can go as high as they want to go, one degree of glory to another degree of glory, renewed in the spirit of their mind, father, to another degree of glory, renewed in the spirit of their mind, father, to see, as you have always seen them.

We have been made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

The Holy Spirit told me one time he says when you have people say that, he said, look at them, because if they can say it with a smile, they're believing it.

Yes, you are, you always have been.

I don't know your story, I don't know when you were born again, but I'm telling you, from the very first breath of confessing Jesus, you were made the righteousness of God in Christ.

You reflect him, and so now we're going to live our days showing him to everyone else.
