  1. And we'll get started.

  2. So again, this is a teaching, maybe it's, I don't know.

  3. It's got some preaching in there.

  4. Maybe you get that too.

  5. But this is an important message and I didn't invent all of this.

  6. I got to be at a National Association of Christian Legislators conference and that was at Lynchburg Virginia conference, and that was at Lynchburg Virginia where I heard Dr Jim Garlow speak for about 15 minutes on.

  7. I think it was the very last session before I left and he just crammed all of this into a very short period of time.

  8. And then afterwards I got to meet with him and talk with him some more.

  9. If you're interested in where this comes from, you can find it in his book.

  10. He's got one book out called Well-Versed and another book called Reversed, because a lot's happened since Well-Versed came out there and so he had to verse again some of the things that were going on.

  11. But it's a good resource and he had such revelation in there, and so I'm incorporating what I got out of his presentation into our message tonight.

  12. The Greatest Assault.

  13. But we're going to begin tonight in Ephesians, chapter 5, verse 15.

    Ephesians 5:15

  14. And this is a warning here.

  15. It says See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time because the days are evil.

  16. Therefore, don't be fools, do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is, and so understanding God's will will keep you from being vulnerable to the devil's trickeries, and there are a lot of them out there.

  17. There's an urgency to this message, and Jude wrote about this urgency in Jude, verses 3 and 4, because there's only one chapter, a very short book.

  18. Just before Revelation, he said 11.

  19. While I was very diligent to write to you concerning the common salvation so he was a good Baptist guy, he was always preaching salvation, always having altar calls I was very diligent to you to talk about salvation, he said, but I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith.

  20. In other words, there was an emergency, he says.

  21. I'm urging you to contend with everything you've got, every fiber that's in you, for the faith that was once delivered to the saints, for certain men have crept in unnoticed who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men who turned the grace of our Lord God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God, our Lord and Savior, jesus Christ.

  22. And so we know that there are certain men who have crept in, especially in the last three weeks, the last three months, the last three years.

  23. I mean, it's just been an accelerated time of people creeping in and twisting and turning what is true into something that is perceived now by society as a lie.

  24. They've twisted God's Word and there's an urgency to get this straightened out.

  25. And so there's an urgency in me and I want our church to have an urgency about this.

  26. The church at large needs to have an urgency about this.

  27. The church at large needs to have an urgency about this.

  28. We have been infiltrated.

  29. The enemy is within and there's a lot of enemy in the pulpits of the church at large across America, and they're preaching some other Jesus, and we've got to expose this.

  30. In Isaiah 520, there was a warning.

  31. It says woe to those who call evil good and good evil, you know.

  32. So that's back in Isaiah days, and so we have that condition going on right now.

  33. How many have been enjoying the Olympics?

  34. No, all right.

  35. So why can I not advance my slide?

  36. We set this up so that I could advance the slides, so y'all haven't been enjoying the Olympics.

  37. So I remember seeing that if you did watch some of the Olympics, you saw the opening ceremonies there and this was part of the drag show, the drag queen show, the trans, whatever's show, and this looks a whole lot like the Last Supper right there.

  38. And so it's just, it's blasphemous what they're doing and they didn't.

  39. You know, now that the Christian world is waking up and saying, oh, my God, this is vile, this is awful, this is anti-Christ, this is blasphemy.

  40. Now there's somewhat of an apology, but you know, oh, we didn't mean to offend.

  41. Oh, yes, they did mean to offend, and I don't want you to look at that ugliness all night.

  42. So we'll get back to the title screen.

  43. But that right there, exemplifies the culmination of the godless and vile culture that now calls evil good and good evil.

  44. It's right there, on display for the entire world to see.

  45. It's perverse, it's the evidence of a reprobate mind devoid of the understanding of the God of creation.

  46. It's sick, it's evil and we must contend against it.

  47. And so I'm calling you know the title tonight the Greatest Assault, and I'd like to make the case why that.

  48. What you saw, that culmination, that picture, is the greatest assault.

  49. I want you to become real comfortable with calling evil what it is when you see this kind of nonsense out in the world.

  50. I want you, let's not mince words, let's not dance around it.

  51. Let's just get real comfortable with calling it what it is it's sick, it's a sickness, it's demonic.

  52. Let's just get real comfortable with calling it what it is it's sick, it's a sickness, it's demonic, it's antichrist, it's evil, it's all of those things Jesus said.

  53. You're going to be hated for my name's sake, and so, okay, we've got one to please, our sovereign, and so you don't have to worry about pleasing the person in front of you.

  54. We've got a sovereign to please, and so let's make sure we're found on the right side of these things.

  55. Now, we don't have to be ugly for the sake of being ugly.

  56. You don't have to be offensive, you know, for the sake of offending somebody.

  57. We're not here with the goal of offending somebody, but let me help you out.

  58. You are offensive to a lot of people Just for the sheer fact that you are a born-again believer filled with the Holy Spirit.

  59. You are offensive to this culture.

  60. We don't hate the people, we hate the sin, and so we're not here to hate on the person.

  61. I want you to know that there is hope for these people.

  62. In 1 Corinthians 6, we'll read verses 9 through 11.

  63. There it says Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God?

  64. Be not deceived Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.

  65. So he just covers it.

  66. You know a pretty broad stroke there.

  67. There are a lot of people that are not going to inherit the kingdom of God, and you can identify who these people are based on their behaviors.

  68. And so these are descriptions of behaviors.

  69. You know, you'll have part of the homosexuals that have a church and they call themselves Christian homosexuals.

  70. Well, that's an oxymoron.

  71. We don't have murdering Christians.

  72. We don't have adulterous Christians.

  73. Nobody identifies with the sin.

  74. Nobody identifies with the sin.

  75. Nobody identifies with the behavior, except the one group and wants to have it both ways and be a Christian and still conduct their lives with this sinful behavior.

  76. And so they want to be identified with their behavior, and it just doesn't work.

  77. So they don't get to inherit the kingdom of God in that condition.

  78. But verse 11 says and such were some of you Notice that was in past tense and such were some of you, but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.

  79. They got born again and they shed that behavior.

  80. So, behaving like that, people who behave like that they don't get to inherit the kingdom of God, but there's hope.

  81. You used to be like that Paul's writing here to the Corinthians but you're not anymore.

  82. You're washed, you're born again, you're redeemed, you're in the family of God.

  83. And so this isn't a message about hating people.

  84. We're hating a behavior that is vile, that is evil, that is antichrist, that is demonic.

  85. Let's call it what it is, and we can't be ashamed about it and be afraid about it.

  86. Romans 1, verse 16 says for I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ.

    Romans 1:16

  87. We can preach the gospel of Christ.

  88. We don't have to hide parts of scripture and duck behind other ones because we might offend somebody.

  89. I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ.

  90. It is the power of God unto salvation for everyone that believes, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek, for in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith.

  91. As it is written, the just shall live by faith, and we know that side of it.

  92. Well, the next verse is not as commonly known, but it talks about the wrath of God.

  93. For the wrath of God in verse 18, is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth and unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them, for since the creation of the world, his invisible attributes are clearly seen, and we're going to talk about some attributes tonight, but they are clearly seen.

  94. And we're going to talk about some attributes tonight, but they are clearly seen to the world.

  95. The Creator is clearly seen in his creation.

  96. They're clearly seen being understood by the things that are made his creation, even the eternal power and Godhead.

  97. So they're without excuse.

  98. They know better.

  99. If you're a creation, you know something about the creator.

  100. His attributes are clearly seen and the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith.

  101. But the wrath of God is revealed against ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth.

  102. There is a lot of people out there that are working to suppress the truth.

  103. They're trying to hide the truth about Kamala Harris.

  104. They're trying to hide the truth about our Biden administration.

  105. They hide the truth.

  106. They try to scrub the internet of all kinds of stuff.

  107. If the truth is inconvenient, they hide it and they suppress it.

  108. And we've got to be purveyors and speakers of the truth and be unashamed about doing it.

  109. And so if we're going to do that, if we're going to go into this world and be a truth speaker and be unashamed about it and run the risk of being offensive to some people, we're going to be at risk ourselves.

  110. And so don't get out there and try to do this without understanding that the days are evil.

  111. So we've got to know the will of God.

  112. According to Ephesians chapter 5 that we just read, understand what the will of the Lord is, number one, first and foremost.

    Ephesians 5 chapter mention

  113. And then you know this is a spiritual warfare.

  114. And anytime you're going into a war, there are weapons of war.

  115. And if you go into a war without your weapons of war, you are going to get killed and be very unsuccessful.

  116. And so we go into a war with the weapons of our warfare, and Ephesians chapter 6 talks about the whole armor of God.

    Ephesians 6 chapter mention

  117. I'm going to read some Ephesians 6, but I'm going to do it in the Amplified Classic, no-transcript.

  118. The person who's committing these kinds of sins.

  119. We're not warring against that person, but we're warring against the actions of people and there are collective actions of people that, whether you believe it or not, they are in a war against you.

  120. They are in a war against Christianity.

  121. The devil has been fighting a war and the church has been asleep and apathetic and just head in the sand, not recognizing that we're in a war and that the devil wants to kill you and destroy you and destroy the church.

  122. And so we shy away from confrontation and we don't engage these kinds of subjects because they're challenging for people.

  123. So we just like to feed people the easy milk of the Word of God, the easy stuff.

  124. If it's challenging too hard, if people cry, if they get offended over it, then the church at large doesn't talk about it, doesn't bring it up.

  125. And so now we're in a problem, we're in a world of hurt.

  126. So Amplified Classic Ephesians, chapter 6, verse 10.

    Ephesians 6:10

  127. In conclusion, be strong in the Lord, be empowered through your union with Him, draw your strength from Him, the strength which His boundless might provides.

  128. Put on the whole armor of God.

  129. I like this, the armor of a heavily armed soldier which God supplies.

  130. You're not even a light infantry, it's a heavily armed soldier and that comes from God that you may be able to successfully stand up against all the strategies and deceits of the devil.

  131. And then it says for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, contending only with physical opponents, but against the despotisms, against the powers, against the master spirits who are the world rulers of this present darkness, the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness and heavenly supernatural sphere.

  132. The King James didn't quite say things quite so strongly in there, and if you go back to a version of the Bible, the Geneva Bible that predates the King James Bible, there's a little bit different translation and there's a reason that King James didn't include this part of the translation in there is because he was a ruler.

  133. But in the Geneva Bible, in verse 12, it says for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the worldly governors, against the princes of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

  134. But they included worldly governors.

  135. That was a translation that predated the King James.

  136. So the King James didn't want worldly governors in there because he was in that condition, and so he modified it a little bit so that people wouldn't be coming against him.

  137. It was self-preservation right there.

  138. So just know that.

  139. You know that this stuff's been translated, but it's good to go back to the original translation and we're going to do some of that tonight.

  140. We're going to go back to the Hebrew translation on some of these words.

  141. So understand that when you are suited up in the whole armor of God and you can read further in those verses and understand what that is when you are suited up in the whole armor of God and you can read further in those verses and understand what that is when you are suited up in the whole armor of God, you're putting on an appearance that looks like Jesus to the devil.

  142. Jesus is the Lord of the armies of heaven, and when you put on Jesus, when you put on the Lord in his armor, the armor of God, you look like Jesus to the devil.

  143. You immediately become intimidating to the devil, and so you know this is a spiritual armor and we're fighting a spiritual war, and so immediately you become intimidating.

  144. I want you to know that Jesus didn't back down, he doesn't give up ground and he doesn't give up ground and he doesn't negotiate with the devil.

  145. And so if we've got christians out here negotiating with an evil demonic, somebody on that side.

  146. Who's who's contending for the evil and the demonic on that side, and we're negotiating with them.

  147. We're not fighting at the same level.

  148. We're not fighting a spiritual war.

  149. You're negotiating with the devil and that's a losing case.

  150. Every time we don't back down.

  151. In that scripture it says having done all to stand, we stand.

  152. That means you continue to resist.

  153. Even when you feel like you've done it all, you continue to resist.

  154. You give no place to the devil.

  155. So why is this an assault?

  156. You know it's easy for Christians to say you know, why can't we just let people live their lives?

  157. You know, in the privacy of their own home?

  158. They can behave the way they want to.

  159. Well, sure, they can.

  160. And people can be who they want to be.

  161. And yes, it is true, this is a free nation.

  162. We do have freedom here and they can say some stuff.

  163. We have freedom of speech.

  164. But they have gone way beyond that.

  165. They use that as an excuse.

  166. But they are forcing this stuff down your throat, they are forcing this stuff into your children.

  167. They're forcing this stuff into your home, into culture.

  168. They are changing the culture to accept and normalize this demonic behavior.

  169. And it's because we've allowed it.

  170. And it is an all-out assault on Christianity and everything that's written in this word.

  171. The devil's serious about this and he's coming for your kids and Christians don't really recognize it, they don't know it.

  172. They play patty cake with this stuff.

  173. They think some of it's cute.

  174. They allow some of it to come in.

  175. Claire and I are talking on the ride over and you know, when there's an effeminate guy prancing about on television and some kids show strum on a guitar and singing cutesy songs, it's demonic.

  176. You know why it's demonic?

  177. Because there's a, there's a male on the screen who's acting effeminate.

  178. That's demonic.

  179. That's calling good evil and evil good why?

  180. Because God didn't create a man to act like a woman.

  181. He's under a demonic influence and he's acting according to that influence or that demon.

  182. This is an assault, you know, throughout history and there are scriptures in the Bible that talk about this whenever one people group came against another people group, you had the armies line up and one army would be carrying a banner and one army would be carrying a banner and another army would be carrying a banner and the banners meant something.

  183. The banner was identifying a kingdom.

  184. It was identifying a family.

  185. It was identifying the force and the allies that might be with that kingdom or family, and they had a banner.

  186. You know, when the enemy comes in like a flood, he raises up a standard against them.

  187. That standard is a banner.

  188. You know, when the enemy comes in like a flood, he raises up a standard against them.

  189. That standard is a banner.

  190. And when you're flying God's banner, you know there's some force behind that.

  191. But whatever force it was, they carried a banner.

  192. They flew a flag.

  193. When a nation conquered a nation, they took down the other nation's flag and they put up their own flag.

  194. How many have seen?

  195. Just you know, they took down our flag in our own country, in our capital.

  196. They pulled our flag down and put some other flag up there.

  197. That's not freedom of speech, that's declaring you're conquered.

  198. That's what that is.

  199. You are conquered and your flag is coming down and our flag is going up.

  200. That's what they're saying.

  201. You know the hill at Iwo Jima.

  202. What did we do?

  203. What did our guys do?

  204. They planted a flag at the top of that hill, even before the whole battle was really entirely won.

  205. They planted a flag and they made a statement.

  206. They said this is our hill and we've won and we're not backing down.

  207. We planted our flag.

  208. The moon belongs to America because we planted a flag there.

  209. I don't know, but we planted a flag.

  210. But this is an assault.

  211. And the other side is planting their perverted rainbow flag all over this nation, on every corporation, it's on our TV, it's in your grocery store, it's in places where you shop.

  212. They are planting the flag.

  213. It's on toys and products for children.

  214. They're planting the flag.

  215. They're saying we're taking your kids, we're taking your family, we're taking all of commerce, we're taking this nation and we've planted a flag and nobody contended against it.

  216. They said well, it's okay for them to have a flag, we let them in and we're under assault.

  217. We're not acting like it, but it's a real assault.

  218. They're planting their flag and they're saying we've won, we've conquered this ground, we're taking this place.

  219. Isaiah 3.9,.

  220. This is an interesting verse.

  221. It says the look on their countenance witnesses against them and they declare their sin as Sodom.

  222. They do not hide it.

  223. Woe to their soul.

  224. The look on their countenance witnesses against them and they declare their sin openly.

  225. They don't hide it, they openly declare.

  226. They wear it on their face.

  227. Not long ago I heard Dr Rick Scarborough talking to a political group and he read this verse and he said something that I've never heard say.

  228. There's a Baptist preacher and he said they have a look on their face.

  229. Yeah, they do.

  230. In fact.

  231. I think it was at Cherry Tree Republicans not long ago.

  232. He said they have a look on their face, talking about the homosexuals and the transgenders and the mixed-up, sexualized, perverted crowd.

  233. They have a look on their face, they wear a look, and the longer that they're in that lifestyle, the more they look like the demon that's influencing their life.

  234. They're taking on the countenance of the demonic power that's influencing their life.

  235. They're taking on the countenance of the demonic power that's influencing their life.

  236. And the further they get down that road, the further lost they become, the more and more they look like that demon and they wear it on their face.

  237. They have a countenance, they have a look, they have an act, they have a walk, they have a way about them and it's demonic and they don't even hide it anymore.

  238. So we know it's an assault, but why is it the greatest assault?

  239. Well, before I answer that, let me ask you this question Is God male?

  240. Is God female?

  241. The answer is neither.

  242. Yeah, he's a spirit, but the Scripture does use various descriptions of God, and some of those descriptions are very masculine and some of them are very feminine.

  243. God is described all kinds of ways and he's described as our Father, he's our King.

  244. Those are male attributes right there.

  245. Those are male positions.

  246. He's our lawgiver, he's our judge, he's a protector, he's strong, he's almighty, he's all-powerful.

  247. Those are masculine attributes right there.

  248. But he's also full of compassion, he's kind, he's nurturing.

  249. So there's also the feminine characteristics.

  250. He's called El Shaddai, which means multi-breasted one, and so there are attributes, male and female, that we attribute to God that come from God's Word, and together all of those descriptors really put together the full spectrum of God and who he is.

  251. And so we're going to look in Genesis now and we're going to look at some of the meanings of some of these words and dive into the meat of this.

  252. All this is really kind of leading up to this point here.

  253. And so in Genesis 1, verse 26 through 28, it says Then God said Let us make Adam Adam Hebrew, which means humankind or mankind.

    Genesis 1:26–28

  254. It's a species, it's a word that describes or defines a species, right there.

  255. So let us make the human species in our kind.

  256. So he wasn't calling Adam by name, he said let us make the human species in our kind, according to our likeness.

  257. Our likeness, this is God talking.

  258. He's talking.

  259. Our likeness, well, you know, god is a three.

  260. Our likeness, our likeness, this is God talking.

  261. He's talking our likeness.

  262. Well, you know, god is a three-part being.

  263. First of all, you have God, the Father, god the Son and God the Holy Spirit, and so that's three parts right there.

  264. And so again, this is God in His completeness, in all of His parts, said let us make man in our image.

  265. Let them have dominion.

  266. Who's them?

  267. Humankind, have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, over the cattle, over the earth, over everything that creeps on the earth.

  268. So God created man in his own image, also a three-part being.

  269. So he's created animals.

  270. And animals are not a three-part being.

  271. Animals are a creature.

  272. They do have emotion and they are a body, but they do not have a spirit.

  273. And God created us in his image.

  274. We are a three-part being.

  275. We are spirit, soul and body.

  276. You are a spirit, you live in a body and you have a soul, which is your emotion, your personality, your will, your intellect.

  277. And so God said God created man in his own image, in the image of God.

  278. He created him male and female.

  279. He created them.

  280. There were no other sexes, there were just two, male and female.

  281. That's it.

  282. That's what he created.

  283. Then God blessed them and God said to them Be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it, have dominion over it.

  284. So he's charged man to reproduce after their kind.

  285. There's a unique thing about man animals can reproduce after their kind.

  286. So that's not so unique.

  287. But when humans reproduce we reproduce another three-part being.

  288. There's another spirit that's born, another spirit is created.

  289. And so God gave us some measure of creative ability to reproduce after our kind and to create another human spirit.

  290. There's a creation of life that happens.

  291. It's not on the same level as an animal that God gave man.

  292. That's a special thing God gave man, humankind, the ability to do.

  293. And then he said to fill the earth, reproduce, subdue it, take it by force and have dominion over it, rule over it.

  294. Man is meant to take the earth by force and to force it into submission and rule over it.

  295. That's what man is charged to do.

  296. Let's go to chapter 2, verse 18.

  297. So we're still talking in Genesis here.

  298. And the Lord said it is not good that man should be alone.

  299. You know, that's the first thing that God created.

  300. That wasn't good.

  301. He created all these other things and he found out that it was good.

  302. And then he creates man and said this isn't good.

  303. Said it right there it is not good that man should be alone.

  304. He created a one being that was all alone.

  305. He said I will make him a helper comparable to him.

  306. He created a one being that was all alone.

  307. He said I will make him a helper comparable to him.

  308. Out of the ground, the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them.

  309. And whatever Adam called each living creature, that was its name.

  310. So Adam, the first humankind, gave names to all the cattle, to the birds, to the air, to every beast of the field.

  311. But for Adam there was not found a helper comparable to him.

  312. And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam.

  313. And Adam slept, and it says, and he took one of his ribs and closed up his flesh in his place.

  314. Well, now it gets kind of kind of confusing here, because in the Hebrew word the rib is side.

  315. So he didn't take, I mean it was broken down into further explanation in our language, but in the Hebrew language it means something that our language doesn't really match up to, and so in the Hebrew it would read something like this he took his side.

  316. He took Adam's side.

  317. So let's think about covenant for a minute.

  318. Let's think about when man cuts a covenant.

  319. There's a sacrifice, there's a bleeding animal.

  320. When Abraham cut the covenant with God there's all examples of all these different covenants but when man had a covenant with God, man would split that animal down in two, in two halves.

  321. So he cut and separated the one into two.

  322. He separated it into two pieces and there would be a bleeding sacrifice and God would walk up and down between the two and man walked up and down between the two.

  323. Into the one, into two.

  324. He separated into two pieces and there would be a bleeding sacrifice and God would walk up and down between the two and man walked up and down between the two.

  325. That was the bleeding sacrifice.

  326. He cut it in two.

  327. So here there's a very similar thing that happens.

  328. God took Adam's side.

  329. He took Adam's side.

  330. He cut Adam in two.

  331. I know our translation says that he pulled one of his ribs, but in the Hebrew it more closely aligns with he took Adam's side.

  332. He took a side of Adam.

  333. He separated a part of Adam away.

  334. There's something, a big piece of Adam's side that he separated away and from that he made woman and he brought her to man.

  335. And so you've got the creation humankind that's been created.

  336. That wasn't good because it couldn't have fellowship with itself.

  337. And God took that and cut it in two and made it into two parts, so that now humankind can have fellowship one with the other.

  338. And now it's a good creation.

  339. Now he's got a side, he's got a helper, and Adam said this is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh, and she shall be called woman because she was taken out of man.

  340. Therefore, a man shall leave.

  341. All of this wraps up, and then there's a therefore, therefore, a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife and they shall become one flesh.

  342. And so when you have a man and a woman, they used to be one and God separated them.

  343. Now they can have communion and fellowship with each other and when they come back together they're one again, and so that's the miracle of marriage is that you had two separate beings who belong together.

  344. And when they come together under the covenant of marriage they become one flesh and then they're able to reproduce after their own kind and reproduce that spiritual life.

  345. They have that creative power when they come together.

  346. And so you know, we talked about the male attributes of God and the female attributes.

  347. No male by himself can be a proper representation of the full spectrum of the image of God.

  348. Likewise, no female can be a full representation of the spectrum of the image of God.

  349. It's only when the two halves of humanity come together, when they are joined together, that they form the full spectrum of the image of God.

  350. One being had no capacity of relationship, split it in two.

  351. Now it has capacity of relationship.

  352. When it comes together, it can now have the capacity of representing the full spectrum of the image of God.

  353. So let's look at some Hebrew words here, and this is we're going to get.

  354. You're welcome to take a phone out if you want to take a picture.

  355. You can do this.

  356. But let's just look at the Hebrew words for man and woman.

  357. So Hebrew reads right to left Ish is the Hebrew word for man, and the characters that make up the Hebrew word for man are Aleph, yod and Sheen.

  358. So we're reading from right to left Aleph, yod and Sheen.

  359. That's Ish, the name for woman, or the Hebrew word for woman is Isha, and the spelling of that in the Hebrew characters is Aleph, sheen and he.

  360. So I want you to look at those characters right there.

  361. There the word for Lord is hey and yod, or yod, and hey, yod, hey.

  362. So notice that in the word man, in the Hebrew word for man, the character yod is in the middle of man.

  363. Notice the word the character hey is at the end of woman.

  364. So when you pull out the yod and the he out of man and woman, you get Lord.

  365. So then there's the word for God wrapped up in this as well, and so there you see, you've got woman and man.

  366. And we pulled the characters out and we ended up with what's in the blue box right there Yah, which means Lord God.

  367. Let me go back one so we can make sense of this.

  368. Yahweh means Lord God, and so you see those two characters put together there that make up Yahweh.

  369. So in the end of woman is the first character of God and then the middle of man is the first character, is the second character of God.

  370. When we pull those out, we're left with two other characters, which is the word for fire in Hebrew.

  371. So, wrapped up in woman and man is the word God, and when you take God out, you end up with fire.

  372. When you take God out of woman and man, you end up with fire.

  373. Now is that a good thing or a bad thing?

  374. Well, it depends.

  375. Fire can be a good thing or it can be a bad thing.

  376. Out of control it can be a horrible thing.

  377. Out of control, it can be a horrible thing, out of control.

  378. It can burn, it can destroy, it can kill, but under control fire is a good tool.

  379. I mean, you got here tonight because there was fire in your engine.

  380. Internal combustion engine has fire.

  381. You traveled here tonight because of fire.

  382. We have electricity on in the building, we have air conditioning on in the building because somewhere there's a fire in a power plant that's producing energy.

  383. So, properly harnessed, properly contained, properly controlled fire is a good thing, a wonderful thing, out of control it's a horrible thing.

  384. The attraction or the fire between a man and a woman, properly constrained, is a good thing.

  385. Within the covenant of marriage, that fire, that passion, is a beautiful power and the act of intimacy inside a marriage is a righteous act, and so there's a fire that's wrapped up in there between the man and the woman.

  386. So we've got Ish woman I'm sorry, isha woman and Ish man, and we've pulled characters out of there and formed Yahweh, lord God.

  387. And we've also got Esh, which is fire that's wrapped up between there.

  388. So I'll sit tight for a second because a couple of y'all are taking some pictures.

  389. So we're going to look at another Hebrew word and this word is the word for covenant.

  390. This word is the word for covenant.

  391. This word is buried and buried ish.

  392. If you add man to that, it's a covenant man.

  393. Bereshit is the is the word for covenant made up of the root word Brit.

  394. Bereshit is the word for covenant.

  395. That is the first word of the Old Testament, genesis.

  396. Bereshit means in the beginning.

  397. Covenant was so important to God that he put it in the very first word of his holy written word.

  398. It's Genesis and it means in the beginning, and it's the beginning covenant.

  399. So in that word, bereshit, notice the word esh is fire.

  400. In between there You've got berit at the top.

  401. So in this little graph right there, berit, which is covenant.

  402. But bereshit, the first word of the Bible has got fire right there in the middle of the covenant.

  403. When God had a covenant with man, fire came down and consumed that.

  404. None of this is an accidental thing in the Hebrew language and dr Jim Garlow did not invent this stuff.

  405. It was three rabbis that were explaining covenant, and man and woman, and fire and and passion and all these things wrapped up, and so he had a personal lesson in this.

  406. So you have the fire of attraction between a man and a woman and that's wrapped up in the Hebrew characters.

  407. In those words, the fire of attraction between a man and a woman, and it's put in the midst of a covenant of marriage.

  408. The fire is in the midst of this covenant a man and a woman, and it's put in the midst of a covenant of marriage.

  409. The fire is in the midst of this covenant, right here, the very first word of the Old Testament, and it's in the covenant of marriage and it's holy and it's right.

  410. There ought to be a passion.

  411. There ought to be a fire between a man and a woman in the marriage.

  412. It's what brings them together, it's what unites them together.

  413. It's what brings them together, it's what unites them together, it's what makes them one, and when they become one, only then are they capable of displaying all of the attributes, wrapped up together, of God.

  414. You're created in the image of God.

  415. When man and woman come together and the fire of God, the fire of the covenant, brings them together, they can begin to take on the image of God.

  416. That is why there's such an assault on marriage, on children, on gender identity and all the mess that's mixed up there.

  417. That's why it's under such an attack.

  418. The power of marriage is so righteous, it's so holy and important to God.

  419. He tucked the very meaning of the first word of the Bible into the sacredness of the first institution he ever created.

  420. So he created man and he created woman, and then he created the institution of marriage and then he created procreation.

  421. And it was so important to him that he's wrapped it all up together in the first book, and not only in the first book, but in the name of the first book, in the first book, and not only in the first book, but in the name of the first book.

  422. So when you see the LGBT world coming against the family, coming against the creation of God, who God created them to be, they're violating the very foundations of creation.

  423. They're violating the very purpose of god.

  424. They're violating the very special creation that he made.

  425. Humankind split in two with fire, in between brought back together under the covenant of marriage, where they can produce after their own kind and create spiritual life.

  426. They they're coming against this.

  427. It's the greatest assault because it's an attack on the very image of God, and the devil knows this.

  428. None of this is a mystery to the devil.

  429. This is a mystery to the church.

  430. But they are attacking the very image of God.

  431. Man can't reflect it by himself, woman can't reflect it by himself, but together they can fully represent and be a picture of who God is.

  432. This is not just a little war.

  433. This is a cosmic war, a spiritual war.

  434. All of the universe is coming against this very thing.

  435. It has nothing to do with all the external components of.

  436. I feel like this.

  437. I want to dress like that.

  438. My friends are this.

  439. It has nothing to do with any of those things.

  440. I was born this way.

  441. I have a desire for this opposite side here.

  442. I'm naturally effeminate, I'm a woman, but I'm more masculine.

  443. I like to dress like a.

  444. It has nothing to do with any of that.

  445. It is a spiritual war of the devil and his side, who is fully deceived man and is attacking the image of God, and that's why it is the greatest assault.

  446. Genesis starts with the covenant of a marriage and a woman.

  447. Revelation ends with the wedding of a bride and a groom.

  448. Think about that covenant and why it's related the church coming back to be a bride spotless, without spot, without wrinkle, without blemish.

  449. It's all about preparing the bride for the coming of the groom.

  450. Why is that imagery so important?

  451. That we're talking about a marriage, a marriage supper of the Lamb, a wedding at the end.

  452. Covenant must be very important to God because it began with that covenant of marriage and it ends with a covenant of marriage.

  453. The devil knows that he's watching this happen.

  454. He knows his time is short and he has deceived everybody to get lost in the weeds of all of these issues when really he's been attacking the image of God, issues when really he's been attacking the image of God.

  455. And I want you to look at the progression of this, because it's not just the marriage that he's attacked.

  456. Look at the progression of this.

  457. God created them, male and female.

  458. The identity came first and then came the marriage and then came the procreation.

  459. So look at how the devil has attacked, and he did things in a little bit of a reverse order.

  460. Let's just go back in our nation's history.

  461. In 1973, roe v Wade meant that it was okay to kill your babies, so he attacked the procreation.

  462. After that, it was a Burgerfeld, and Hodges, in 2015, redefined marriage as a union between two people.

  463. It used to be between a man and a woman, and now it can be a woman and a woman, a man and a man and anything else, and so he attacked the union of marriage, the definition of marriage, and, finally, he's attacking the specificity of male and female, the identity that God gave us, and so you've got a whole culture of people that are thoroughly confused and sick in their brains and don't know what they are, don't know what God created them to be, and so this is war.

  464. And so, now that you know what's behind it, you know how important it is to stop giving up the ground and to get comfortable with confronting this spirit.

  465. It's a god of this age.

  466. It's a spiritual warfare.

  467. I know there's people involved, but we're not going to win this war by arguing and negotiating with the people who are fully under the influence of the devil.

  468. Those people have been turned over to a reprobate mind.

  469. They are incapable of understanding God's Word.

  470. In that condition, it's not to say that they're without hope.

  471. You can talk to your blue in the face.

  472. You argue with a fool.

  473. You look like a fool.

  474. Stop arguing with the fools.

  475. What we need to do is we need to wake up the church to who god created us to be.

  476. We need to wake up other born-again believers to not be so sidelined and silent and quiet on this issue and being afraid of offending some.

  477. Look, you're offending people who are already offended.

  478. The devil has tormented them and and twisted them and distorted their brain.

  479. They're, they've got a reprobate mind.

  480. They're incapable of a good thought.

  481. They're incapable of understanding God's Word.

  482. In this condition, we don't need to fight with them.

  483. We need to help other born-again believers recognize and know this truth that God created them, male and female.

  484. And then it goes way beyond genetics.

  485. It's way beyond the natural genetics.

  486. It's way beyond the natural genetics, I think, when Christians begin to understand that God created one and then he divided that and split it in two, put a fire between the two so that they could be joined together and become one again, so that they could reproduce and birth a new spirit and that they can properly represent the image of God and that, wrapped up in all of that covenant, right there was the first word of the Bible and the last word, the covenant of marriage.

  487. The beginning and the end.

  488. It's all wrapped up together and it's not without accident.

  489. The devil knows this and we're losing a war because believers don't know this, and so this right here, and that's really the end of what I got for you tonight.

  490. But this really opened up my eyes to help me understand the spiritual side that we're in.

  491. The devil is keenly aware the ones that are lost are just pawns, but we've got a saving to do.

  492. We've got to save this nation, we've got to save the church.

  493. The church is not ready and there's a wedding to be had and it's not ready, and so we've got to help get this church, this bride, ready for our soon-coming Jesus.

  494. And it's serious business and we can't be ashamed about it, can't be afraid about it.

  495. So don't worry about who you're going to offend, whose toes you're going to step on.

  496. Let's just help people wake up and get on the right side of this.

  497. The others can come along at a later time.

  498. Those are lost ponds.

  499. Right now we need to go after the low-hanging fruit, so that's what I got.

  500. I hope that's a blessing.

  501. It's the greatest assault.

  502. It's also the.
