  1. Hey, want to give a quick update as most all of you know if

  2. you've been hanging around Next Level for any period of time,

  3. you know really since the first of the year that we are under

  4. contract to purchase a 31,000 square foot building on Metro

  5. Parkway. Yes.

  6. And we are scheduled to close on that building by the end of this

  7. month here in just a few few days, just about two weeks or

  8. so, less than two weeks. And so again, you probably know

  9. we have $1,000,000 match that a couple in our church has come

  10. forward and said, hey, we want to offer $1,000,000.

  11. And then for every dollar that comes in between now and that

  12. closing the end of the month, then that goes toward the down

  13. payment of that Metro Parkway building purchase.

  14. And so I want to give you an update as of right now we are at

  15. six 568,000. Yeah, come on.

  16. Which is awesome toward that match 568 and so listen, here's

  17. the deal. Our responsibility is make the

  18. need known all of our responsibility as as family

  19. members at next level churches go to the father and say God is

  20. for me in my house. What would you want us to do and

  21. then just simply obey and here's what pastor Sarah and I have

  22. found over 24 years. God's never failed us yet Amen.

  23. Come on, he's never failed us yet.

  24. So hey, participate in that. Just smart Kingdom builders.

  25. When you go to the website, it's that simple, that intuitive.

  26. Or grab somebody with a lanyard and say, hey, how do I do that?

  27. We would love, love, love to help you.

  28. Well, listen, today we are continuing our series called

  29. Don't Let doubt Take You Out. And we'll say doubt take you

  30. out. We're not going to let doubt

  31. take us out. And this series is is based off

  32. of my pastor, Pastor Todd Mullins, who is the pastor of of

  33. Christ Fellowship Church in West Palm Beach, off of his book that

  34. he released about a year ago called Don't let doubt take you

  35. out. And church family.

  36. Let me say this. If you didn't get a copy of it,

  37. I think we have a few at at all our location.

  38. Maybe it's definitely on Amazon. Make sure you get it.

  39. The good news is leaders are readers and all of you bought a

  40. whole bunch of copies last week. So if there's any, make sure you

  41. grab one at your location. If there's not, just go to

  42. Amazon. There's plenty of copies there.

  43. We already checked. We know that's true.

  44. But man, I just love hearing the stories already of how not only

  45. the series, but the the content of this book is making such a

  46. difference in your life. And so, you know, the truth is

  47. doubt is one of those things that that is present in all of

  48. our lives. And the truth is what what's

  49. interesting to me is when you study the Bible, which around

  50. here in next level church we believe is the inspired word of

  51. God relevant and applicable to our everyday lives.

  52. When you study the the men and women of God that he used, that

  53. God used in a mighty way, what we discover church family is

  54. every one of them went through seasons, went through through

  55. moments, went through periods of time where they wrestled with

  56. doubt, where fear tried to grip their heart, where anxiety,

  57. where, where, where depression hit them.

  58. So the good news is, if you've ever struggled with that, which

  59. again we all have, the good news is you're not alone.

  60. And I actually want us to look at one of those people today in

  61. the Old Testament who struggled with fear, anxiety and doubt and

  62. how God showed up on his behalf. Hey, before we're before we move

  63. on to the word of God, let's pray.

  64. Father, thank you, God, thank you that you're bigger than

  65. doubt. God, thank you that you're

  66. bigger than fear or anxiety. God, you're bigger than

  67. depression. And Lord, we pray as we look in

  68. your word and a man named Elijah and how you showed up on his

  69. behalf when he struggled with this issue that we're struggling

  70. with. God, would you speak to our

  71. hearts? Lord, we're open.

  72. Whatever you want to say, we want to listen in Jesus name,

  73. everyone who agreed with that prayer said Amen, Amen, Amen.

  74. So let me ask you a question before we get started.

  75. Have you ever had one of those moments in your life where

  76. you're just, you're cruising along like everything's going

  77. awesome, everything's going fine, everything's decent,

  78. everything is normal, everything's OK.

  79. And then all of a sudden someone says one thing to you.

  80. Come on, anybody know what I'm talking about?

  81. Or, Or you get one piece of news, or you read 1 headline or

  82. you read one comment on a post you make.

  83. Come on, somebody all right, I'm preaching to the right people

  84. today and all of a sudden it just right like you, just you

  85. just all of a sudden you were cruising along and now you're

  86. just right. OK.

  87. This happened to me a few weeks ago.

  88. So I was fine, OK. I was in a good way.

  89. You know how some people are like, how are you fine?

  90. Clearly you're not fine. No, no, I was fine.

  91. Everything was good. And then I was in a conversation

  92. with someone in our church and they told me that someone else

  93. in our church had been gossiping about me behind my back, which

  94. is a normal occasion when you have set when you pass through

  95. several thousand people, it's fine.

  96. I'm good for that. Like it's I know people talk

  97. about me. It's fine.

  98. But for whatever reason, like this person was a friend is a

  99. friend. And it was one of those moments

  100. for right, we've all had to one of those moments where all of a

  101. sudden it was like, and man, I just like I couldn't get out of

  102. it. The next morning.

  103. I had to wake up. I got early, I got my journal

  104. out. I had to pour out my heart to

  105. like, I thank God for freedom principles, Amen.

  106. We've all been there, right? Well, today I want us to look at

  107. someone who I mentioned a moment ago named Elijah.

  108. Everyone say Elijah and he lived 700 ish years before Jesus.

  109. OK, so we're going all the way way back into the Old Testament

  110. pre Jesus and Elijah was God's prophet into the to the children

  111. of Israel, who are God's people in the Old Testament.

  112. And so in those days, God would basically choose a spokesperson

  113. in every generation that he God would then speak through to kind

  114. of be his mouthpiece, his spokesperson to the whole

  115. nation. Well, Elijah was that guy and

  116. God was using him in a mighty way.

  117. And in First Kings chapter 18 and 19, we see this this story

    1 Kings 18 chapter mention

  118. where Elijah is being mightily used of God.

  119. As a matter of fact, in those days, there were there were

  120. these prophets, these false prophets of bail of a false God

  121. named Bail. And there were about 800 of

  122. them. Well, God uses Elijah in this

  123. massively awesome way to to basically call down fire from

  124. heaven and destroy these 800 prophets of Baal.

  125. It's an intense story, like Avengers kind of awesomeness.

  126. Like if you don't read the Bible, you really should.

  127. People like it's there's cool stuff in here.

  128. OK, so read first Kings 18. All of that to say Elijah's on a

  129. mountaintop ever say mountaintop?

  130. OK so Elijah's on this mountaintop then look what

  131. happens next. First Kings chapter 19 verse one

    1 Kings 19 chapter mention

  132. says this. Now Ahab who's the king told

  133. Jezebel his wife everything Elijah had done.

  134. So all the guy just got used when he fired the thing and what

  135. like crazy and how he had killed all the prophets with the sword.

  136. This is where things start to turn.

  137. So Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah to say, May the gods,

  138. little G gods, deal with me, be it ever so severely, if by this

  139. time tomorrow I do not make your life like one of them.

  140. In other words, you killed them, now I'm going to kill you.

  141. Look what it says. Elijah was afraid and ran for

  142. his life. I want to give us three thoughts

  143. today that I think matter to each of us, where we find

  144. ourselves maybe wrestling with doubt, fear, anxiousness,

  145. discouragement today. Here's the first thing I want

  146. you to see. Number one, Elijah was messed up

  147. by a message. Elijah got messed up by a

  148. message. Jezebel essentially posted post

  149. the equivalent of a negative comment on Facebook or

  150. Instagram. She sends him a message, little

  151. DM. She slipped into his DMS Old

  152. Testament style and Elijah flips out.

  153. It says he was afraid. Look at verse three.

  154. He was afraid and ran for his life.

  155. Look at this. When he came to Beersheba in

  156. Judah, he left his servant there while he himself went a day's

  157. journey into the wilderness. OK, let me tell you about this.

  158. A few years ago, a team of 20 of us, you've heard us talk about

  159. we went to Israel. So we've been to Mount Carmel,

  160. where Elijah was, which is in the northern part of Israel.

  161. This says that then he ran, ran on foot to Beersheba.

  162. Beersheba is 86 miles away. That's a lot of fear.

  163. That's like someone sending us a death threat and us being like,

  164. I'm out, I'm going to Sarasota on foot.

  165. Then it says he left his servant when he got to Beersheba, and he

  166. went another day's journey into the woods, into the wilderness.

  167. A day's journey in those days was about 15 miles.

  168. So my man goes over 100 miles on foot.

  169. Why 'cause he got messed up by a message.

  170. See, what the enemy wants to do was the enemy wanted to use fear

  171. and doubt to take Elijah out of his calling and church family.

  172. He wants to do the same thing with us.

  173. Man, don't miss this. One of the devil's biggest

  174. tactics is to use negative messages to steal our

  175. confidence. Watch, the enemy wants to use

  176. negative messages both personally and in generally to

  177. steal our confidence. And here's why.

  178. Because the Bible says in Hebrews chapter 10 verse 35 that

    Hebrews 10:35

  179. if we don't throw away our confidence, look at this verse,

  180. then it will be richly, richly rewarded.

  181. Church, the devil knows that if, if, if, if you and I will stand

  182. in Our Calling. If you and I will stand as sons

  183. and daughters of God. If you and I will stand in our

  184. confidence, not in ourselves. As Pastor Todd said last week,

  185. our Godfidence, the enemy knows there's a big reward attached to

  186. that. And some of you, the devil's

  187. been attacking you with doubt and fear and worry and anxiety

  188. because he's trying to knock you out of your confidence, your God

  189. confidence, who you are. That's what he did in Elijah's

  190. day. That's what he's doing in our

  191. day. So church, listen, we have to be

  192. so aware of the messages that we're allowing into our hearts

  193. and minds. We know this is true.

  194. Input drives output, right? What you put in, you get out

  195. input. Same.

  196. It's true. In our life, input drives

  197. output. So watch this.

  198. If what you and I are inputting all day into our heart, into our

  199. mind, into our spirit is negative and pessimistic and

  200. angry and fearful and divisive, then guess what?

  201. We have to know it will affect our output in our life.

  202. So, church, we have to be so, so aware when negative messages

  203. come our way. It's not nothing and it's not

  204. neutral. You can't watch hours and hours

  205. and hours and hours and hours and hours of negative news and

  206. not think it's not going to affect your spirit.

  207. It does. You can't scroll for hours and

  208. hours and see conspiracy theories and anger and division.

  209. And they said and they said and they said about what they said

  210. and they said we and not think it's not affecting us.

  211. Input drives output. Elijah was messed up by a

  212. message. So here's my question.

  213. What do we do? What what are we doing with the

  214. negative messaging that's coming in and bombarding our souls on a

  215. daily basis? We have to be aware of this and

  216. then we have to be aware of what we're doing with it, which can I

  217. just say thank God for freedom. Amen.

  218. Listen to if you've never been through our freedom here at Next

  219. Level Church, you got to get signed up.

  220. I'm sure there's a waiting list somewhere.

  221. Go to somewhere, something, somehow I'm just get signed this

  222. fall. I'm just telling you at your

  223. location, you got, if you've never been through freedom,

  224. here's why 'cause freedom is a whole bunch of things, but it's

  225. a toolbox, which by the way, we had freedom experience this

  226. weekend with over 400 people. We're hearing so many stories of

  227. how God is just transforming so many of us in our church family.

  228. Man, I'm so thankful. Why?

  229. Because freedom gives us the tools to be able to deal with

  230. all the stuff that's coming at us.

  231. Elijah was messed up by a message.

  232. Keep reading. It says verse four that he came

  233. to a broom Bush, sat under it and prayed, look at this, that

  234. he might die. I've had enough, Lord, he said,

  235. take my life. I am no better than my

  236. ancestors. Then he lay down under the Bush

  237. and fell asleep. Here's the second thought I want

  238. to give us today as we're talking about not letting doubt

  239. take us out. Number two, Elijah let his

  240. feelings dictate his reality. Elijah was messed up by a

  241. message, but #2 he let his feelings dictate his reality.

  242. Elijah was exhausted. He was tired, he was spiritually

  243. spent. Elijah was overwhelmed, he was

  244. overworked, and now he's scared and afraid.

  245. And in that state, doubt tried to take him out.

  246. Did you? Did you see it in the verse?

  247. He literally said, God, take my life.

  248. Let me pause just for a second. That is a suicidal ideation in

  249. church. We want you to know that that's

  250. real, man. You can't get this many people

  251. across 4 locations in a church like ours and not have some of

  252. us who are struggling. And we want you to know we your

  253. church, we take it seriously. We love you.

  254. We want you to know we see you. We want you to know your

  255. Heavenly Father sees you. We want you to know there's

  256. hope. Matter of fact, we've created a

  257. whole web page, nextlevelchurch.com/soul

  258. healthnextlevelchurch.com. So we need to take a picture of

  259. that and write that down right now, nextlevelchurch.com/soul

  260. Health. And this is a whole page, a

  261. whole web page that we've created with resources, with

  262. counselling, with books. There's a whole series we did

  263. called Breaking the Stigma a couple of years ago.

  264. All of those messages of the four parts of that series are

  265. there on that web page. And so listen, if you're

  266. struggling, we want you to know you're not alone.

  267. We want you to know there's hope.

  268. And we want you to know we, as your church fan, want to come

  269. alongside of you and walk with you.

  270. Elijah was messed up by a message and he started to let

  271. his feelings dictate his reality.

  272. OK, do you know that globally the number what?

  273. The number one answer to the question how are you is now?

  274. Anybody got any guesses what the number one well #1 answer

  275. probably is for? For the word for the question

  276. how are you in the world right now?

  277. Ready. Here it is busy.

  278. To which everybody intuitively says Amen, right.

  279. Like right. Like how are you busy?

  280. I'm busy. And here's here's the deal.

  281. All of us know that busyness is a problem that's real in our

  282. life, but very few of us actively know how to do anything

  283. about it. You know what else we

  284. intuitively know? Church Van We intuitively know

  285. that we don't make our best decisions when we're tired, when

  286. we're overwhelmed, when we're stressed out, when we're busy.

  287. Right? Snickers?

  288. Anybody else love those Snicker Bar commercials?

  289. You're not yourself when you're hungry, OK?

  290. How is it possible that a candy bar company understands

  291. something that we sons and daughters of God are are I think

  292. we got to get? Come on.

  293. There's room for improvement, everybody.

  294. Amen. Hey, elbow the person next to

  295. you and tell them come on, there's room for improvement.

  296. Come on, tell them there's room for improvement.

  297. So here's. So back to our boy or Elijah.

  298. Back to our boy. Come on, everybody, focus right

  299. here. Come on, lock it in.

  300. Now you're talking. No, no, no.

  301. Come on. Right here, right here.

  302. OK, Elijah, he's exhausted, he's stressed out, he's worried, he's

  303. overwhelmed like so many of us feel like we are in our world

  304. today. And in that state of exhaustion,

  305. he was, he was vulnerable. So let me ask you a question.

  306. Ready. Let's get super granular, super

  307. practical for a second this weekend.

  308. On a scale of 1 to 1010 being high, how exhausted?

  309. And let me say it this way, not yourself are you right now?

  310. One to 10, Give yourself a note. If you're taking notes, write

  311. your number down on a piece of paper, on your phone, whatever

  312. you know, 1 to one out of one to 10.

  313. How exhausted, How not yourself are you right now?

  314. OK, whatever your number is, you don't have to share your number.

  315. You're not going to share this with the person next to you.

  316. That's I'll have you say something else to them in a

  317. second. You just hold this to yourself.

  318. K1 to 10. Are you a 5 right now?

  319. Are you a 7 right now? Are you a nine right now?

  320. Are you like a 9.9997 right now? Are you a some of you?

  321. You're like Pastor Matt. I'm an 18 brother.

  322. I'm going to need more numbers on the scale.

  323. How how not yourself are you? Look, what if I asked your

  324. spouse or your kids? What number would they?

  325. What if I asked your mother-in-law?

  326. Because she might be the only person in your life that'll tell

  327. you the truth. Thank God for mothers in law.

  328. Come on church, Fear, doubt, anxiousness will always run

  329. close to exhaustion. And that's where Elijah was.

  330. And some of us, God brought you here into your location today to

  331. get you to admit I'm not OK, because guess what?

  332. God can meet you there. Back to our story.

  333. Look at verse 5. All at once an Angel touched

  334. Elijah. God showed up and said get up

  335. and eat. He looked around and there by

  336. his head Elijah with some bread baked over hot coals in a jar of

  337. water. He ate and drank and then lay

  338. down again. That's interesting.

  339. The Angel of the Lord came back a second time and touched him

  340. and said get up and eat. Look at this part for the

  341. journey is too much for you. In other words, hey Elijah, what

  342. you're facing? You're not going to be able to

  343. handle in your own strength, in your own power, in your own

  344. ability. You're going to need

  345. supernatural strength. And some of you, that's a word

  346. for you today because you've been trying to be the man,

  347. you've been trying to be the woman.

  348. You've been trying to be tough. You've been trying to to tough

  349. it out. You've been trying to be be.

  350. I just need to be strong in my hey, guess what?

  351. You're not gonna have enough strength for what you're facing.

  352. You need the strength of the Lord today.

  353. You need something super. This isn't a game.

  354. This is real life, everybody. And we need the supernatural

  355. power of God, like Elijah did verse 8.

  356. So he got up and he ate, and he drank, and strengthened by that

  357. food, this is awesome. He travelled 40 days and 40

  358. nights until he reached Horeb, the mountain of God.

  359. There he went into a cave and spent the night.

  360. And the word of the Lord came to him #3 last thought I want to

  361. give you, Elijah needed a word from the Lord.

  362. Elijah needed a word from the Lord.

  363. And church fam, can I just tell you this weekend we need a word

  364. from the Lord. When Elijah finally slowed down

  365. enough to hear from God, God's voice got really, really loud.

  366. And some of us were struggling with doubt and fear.

  367. We're struggling with anxiety and discourage and depression.

  368. And what we need is not more of the world.

  369. What we need is to carve in some time to actually hear from God.

  370. But isn't that usually the hardest thing for us to do?

  371. Here's why. Because our flesh and the devil

  372. fight like crazy to let us get to that place where we actually

  373. can hear from God. And So what I need most in my

  374. life is to pray and hear from God.

  375. And because of my flesh, it's all it always feels like it's

  376. the last thing I want to do. Anybody else find that to be

  377. true in your life? That the thing I need most, it's

  378. a moment with God. It's a word from God.

  379. It's to spend time with God. And yet that's the moment where

  380. you now you're distracted and you're on your phone.

  381. That's the moment where the kids need to.

  382. That's the moment where you, your kid do like, oh, I need to

  383. can't ever get to order this or I need to get this.

  384. I need to pick up this prescription.

  385. All right, all of the it's all the it's all watch.

  386. Why? Because we're in a spiritual

  387. battle. We need a word from God.

  388. Elijah needed a word from God. Getting a word from God is the

  389. secret to victory over doubt and fear in our lives.

  390. Verse 9, The word of the Lord came to him.

  391. What are you doing here Elijah? And Elijah replied, I've been

  392. very zealous for the Lord God Almighty, the the Israelites,

  393. his people have rejected your covenant.

  394. They've torn down your altars. They put your prophets to death

  395. with the sword. I'm the only one left.

  396. And now they're trying to kill me too.

  397. OK, can I tell you something? I've been preaching for over 30

  398. years. I have preached this story

  399. dozens of times. And every time I've preached it,

  400. I have dogged Elijah right here. Oh, he's whining to gun.

  401. I'm the only one left. Can I tell you something?

  402. This morning the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, Matt, he

  403. wasn't just whining. You know what the Holy Spirit

  404. said? He was pouring out his heart to

  405. God. He, he was, he was just

  406. extroverting, saying out loud what he was feeling on the

  407. inside. Some of you, you've never given

  408. yourself permission to say out loud to the Lord what's really

  409. going on in this season? Can I tell you you're in a

  410. church where that's OK? It's OK to say it out loud.

  411. We don't have to pretend. We don't have to faith it up.

  412. Elijah's just real. And God was OK with it.

  413. Now he didn't let him stay there.

  414. Check it out, verse 11. And the Lord said, hey, go out

  415. and stand on the mountain in the presence of the Lord.

  416. Look for the Lord's about to pass by.

  417. In other words, I'm about to show up.

  418. OK, good. Elijah, you've extroverted it.

  419. You've journaled it all out. You've said it out loud.

  420. Awesome. That's where you really are.

  421. Well, guess what? The Lord's going to show up

  422. where you really are. I love that.

  423. That is awesome. Look.

  424. Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and

  425. shattered the rocks before the Lord.

  426. But the Lord was not in the wind.

  427. After the wind, there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not

  428. in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a

  429. fire. Earth, wind and fire.

  430. By the way, if you know, you know.

  431. Come on, older generation, let's go.

  432. All right, all right, all right. That's enough.

  433. We're fine. But the Lord looked.

  434. But the Lord was not in the fire.

  435. And after the fire came a gentle whisper.

  436. When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his face and he

  437. went out and stood at the mouth off the The Cave church.

  438. We don't need more loud headlines.

  439. We don't need more alerts on our phone.

  440. Turn them off. We don't need more status

  441. updates. We don't need more breaking

  442. news, which by the way, it's not breaking.

  443. We don't, we don't. We don't need more online rabbit

  444. holes to obsess in. If you're struggling with doubt

  445. and fear and anxiety this weekend, if it, if it, that's

  446. where you find yourself. Guess what?

  447. You don't need all those things. You know what you need?

  448. You need stillness and a word from God.

  449. We don't need wind and earthquakes and fire.

  450. We don't need big stuff, man. I, I, I, I worry about a young

  451. generation who's even growing up in the church who thinks that,

  452. that if there's not lights and haze and fog and full bands and

  453. full stadiums and big emotional responses, that God must not be

  454. there. No, he's in the still.

  455. He's in the small. That's where God is.

  456. He's, he's in the he's in the quiet.

  457. Elijah came out of The Cave of fear and doubt that was trying

  458. to take him out and he said, OK, God, I'm listening.

  459. Since he put a cloak over his face.

  460. That's that's a picture of humility.

  461. He humbled himself, said God, I need you, God, I'm listening,

  462. God speak. And from this point forward,

  463. everything changed. So let me boil this all down for

  464. us. Then I want us to pray.

  465. What's the point of this message?

  466. My mind goes to three things. Really we we need.

  467. First of all, we need to put out negative messages.

  468. Number one, just stop. Just stop.

  469. Turn it off. How much is enough?

  470. How much do you really need? How much news do you need?

  471. How much scrolling do you need put out?

  472. Put out negative. Check your pace.

  473. Check your pace. You need to slow down.

  474. Do you need to say no to something this week?

  475. So you need to work from now to to, to June to pull some things

  476. out of your calendar to create a little more space.

  477. You get a little more disciplined so that you've got a

  478. little more time for the Lord, not just running, running,

  479. running. And we need to create some space

  480. to actually hear from God because I have found over 35

  481. years of walking with Jesus that when I actually slow down and

  482. get quiet and get still, the voice of God gets pretty loud,

  483. very loud. Can we stand together?

  484. We're not done. Nobody's leaving.

  485. I just want every location. Come on, let's stand together.

  486. I'm going to invite our worship teams to come back and we're

  487. going to sing that song Fall Like Rain that we sang earlier

  488. in our time together at all our locations.

  489. But here's what I want to before we get into that, before we even

  490. worship, before we turn the music up.

  491. Can we just be still? Can we just be still God your

  492. word says be still and know that I am God.

  493. So God, I pray right now for so many of these precious ones or

  494. we were gathered at our locate God of the our E location

  495. downtown. God keep coral or he got it

  496. online. Lord that you see Lord, the pace

  497. of our life, the busyness of our life.

  498. So Lord, right now we just we don't mind.

  499. We just pause, just take a deep breath.

  500. It just creates space to hear from you.

  501. God, one moment in your presence, one word from you, one

  502. touch from you can change everything.

  503. God, would you speak to us right now, in this moment?

  504. Lord, where do we need to course correct?

  505. Where do we need to tweak some things?

  506. Where do we need to say no to some things?

  507. Where do I need to put up a boundary?

  508. Where do we need to say yes to some things?

  509. Where do we need to reprioritize you, your word?

  510. We got our new Soap Guides today, getting back into the

  511. discipline of every day, just reading God's Word, applying it

  512. to our life. Be still and know that I am God.

  513. That's what we're doing right now.

  514. God. Would you just alleviate anxiety

  515. right now? Would you throw out though?

  516. Would you encourage the discouraged, which is

  517. strengthened the oppressed and depressed?

  518. Maybe you're in one of our locations right now.

  519. Let's just stay in this atmosphere, just continue to

  520. meet with God. But maybe you're here, there's a

  521. few of us, perhaps many, and you're not in relationship with

  522. God. You've never surrendered your

  523. life to the lordship of Jesus Christ.

  524. You've never said yes to following him.

  525. I want to give you an opportunity to do that today.

  526. The Bible says it's a free gift. It's as simple as acknowledging

  527. that we're a Sinner, believing that what Jesus did on the cross

  528. was payment for our sin. That's what we were celebrating

  529. a couple weeks ago on Easter, His death and resurrection.

  530. And the Bible says if you and I will confess that, that we will

  531. be saved. If you've never surrendered your

  532. life to Jesus, today I want to give you a chance to do that.

  533. Every location. I'm going to count to 3 in just

  534. a second if you want to, if you want to make that decision today

  535. when I hit 3, would you just throw your hand up?

  536. Come on, let's do it. 123. Pastor Matt, that's me.

  537. Pastor Matt. That's it.

  538. Just throw your hand up. Awesome.

  539. Yeah. Come on.

  540. Every location. East downtown, Cape Coral here

  541. in Fort. If you're an additional seat, if

  542. you're, if you're online, just mention it in the chat.

  543. One of our team will engage with you there.

  544. Pastor Matt, I want us to thank you.

  545. Keep. Yep.

  546. That's it. Pastor Matt.

  547. That's me. Pastor Matt, that's me.

  548. I want to surrender my life to Jesus.

  549. Awesome. You can put your hands down.

  550. Hey, listen, for the sake of so many who've lifted their hands

  551. across our locations today, I'm going to ask all of us to repeat

  552. this prayer after me. And if you lifted your hand, I

  553. want you to pray this prayer from your heart.

  554. And God's going to hear you come in, transform your life from the

  555. inside out. Come on, let's pray together.

  556. Say, dear Jesus, thanks for loving me, bringing me here

  557. today. I acknowledge in this moment

  558. that I'm a Sinner and I need to save you.

  559. Forgive me of my sin. Wash me clean, make me a new

  560. creation. I say yes to you and right now I

  561. surrender my life. Help me to go your way because

  562. it is the best way for the rest of my days.

  563. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

  564. Amen. Amen.

  565. Yeah. Wow.

  566. Listen, if you just said yes, we have a Bible we want to put in

  567. your hands. Our team will talk about it here

  568. in just a second. Don't leave the property without

  569. going to your next steps area at your location today.

  570. Grab that Bible. There's AQR code on there.

  571. Make sure you scan that code. My wife and I recorded some

  572. videos to help you in this your new relationship with Jesus.

  573. Hey, let me pray for all of us before we move on together.

  574. Father, thank you that your spirit is here, that your spirit

  575. is moving across every room. Lord, you're doing a work in our

  576. heart, a work of stillness and peace that's greater than

  577. anxiety and fear. Father, thank you that we're not

  578. going to let doubt take us out, but Lord, we're going to respond

  579. to your spirit in Jesus mighty name.

  580. And everyone who agreed with that prayer said, Amen, come on,

  581. let's give Jesus Christ.
