The head acknowledgement that you are broadcast, and make sure you take that part
-
out all right. Once you say I do, say it with me you
-
did until death. Do we're part? Praise the Lord in the church says
-
heymen, turn with me to the Book of Psalm. May I direct your
-
attention to the sixteenth chapter, in the eighth and ninth verses of that chapter,
-
Brother Nathaniel, Psalm chapter number one twenty two. You'll be reading versus
-
numbers one and two of that chapter, Brother Jesse, Hebrews, chapter number
-
thirteen and verse number five. Again, our golden texts will be from the
-
Book of Psalm, chapter number sixteen and the eighth and ninth verses, Brother
-
Nathaniel, would you read that for us here tonight's Psalm one twenty two,
-
one and two. I was glad when they said, under me, let
-
us go into the House of the Lord. Our feet shall stand within thy
-
gates. Old jerusale, How many of you are glad to be in the
-
house of the Lord tonight, Brother jes say Hebrews chapter number thirteen and verse
-
number five. Let your conversation be without coveteousness, and be content with such
-
thing as you have for he has said, I will never leave Thee nor
-
forsake Thee. How many are glad for that promise that he will never leave
-
us nor forsake us. I'm so excited about that promise that I hold it
-
in my hand and in my heart. Let's stand for the reading of our
-
texts tonight. I appreciate the way the presence of the Lord moved. I
-
appreciate the wonderful exhortation and testimony of the Reverend Thomas Start. It was wonderful
-
tonight. Also the testimonies from Sister Haman and Sister Wooten, they were wonderful.
-
All of the testimonies were great. The way the Lord blessed in this
-
building tonight is so tremendous, and I'm eternally grateful for what he has done.
-
I'm so glad to be a part of what God is doing here in
-
LaBelle, Florida. I want to preach a message the Holy ghostis titled I'm
-
so glad to be part of it. I'm so glad to be part of
-
it. Our text Psalm sixteen eight and nine the Bible said, I have
-
set the Lord alway before me, because he is at our right hand I
-
shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth.
-
My flesh also shall rest in hope. Read the first part of verse
-
number nine with me. Therefore my heart is glad. Brother Jesse, you're
-
the inspiration for tonight's service. This past Wednesday Night's exhortation given to us by
-
the Reverend Jesse Howell is the inspiration for it. Tonight, serving God spoke
-
something into my heart. Aren't you glad to be part of the family of
-
God? Aren't you glad to be a part of what God is doing in
-
LaBelle, Florida in the last of the last days? May we stretch our
-
hand towards Heaven and ask the Lord to help us. Heavenly, Father,
-
I do thank you for the opportunity to be in the house of the Lord.
-
I thank you God for this, thy people. I pray that you
-
would anoint me to preach the Gospel. Help me to speak the words that
-
you would help me to speak. Help me to say only those things,
-
nothing more or less. Anoint the ears of this thy people, would help
-
them to hear what the spirits saying into the church. Is Allowing the says
-
of this blessed book to go below the shoulders, nor let it be in
-
their hearts and minds and spirits. I pray let it change them inwardly and
-
outwardly. Not fine words, but yours. We pray God help them to
-
be do words and not hearers. Only able to part this place joyfully and
-
not sorrowfully. In Jesus name. Amen, as you're being seen, and
-
say, hey, neighbor, I'm so glad to be a part of this.
-
I'm preaching a servant the Holy Ghost titled I'm so Glad to be a
-
part of it. Our text is found in an Old Testament book of the
-
Holy Bible. The stranger is no stranger to the Book of Psalms. I
-
believe that the church person is no stranger to the Book of Psalms. Those
-
that are unfamiliar with the church house or no stranger to the words that are
-
found written in the Book of Psalm. They have attended the graveside services for
-
the loved ones that are deceased, and they have heard preachers comfort them with
-
the words of this writing. The Book of Psalm is so relevant to so
-
many people, and the words of this book is so recognizable by people of
-
faith and the unbeliever as well. I believe that the people that are in
-
this building tonight are all believers. I believe this because I have heard the
-
testimonies tonight, and I have watched you as you have worshiped and praised the
-
Lord, and I can say truly, this is a people that are the
-
people of God. Those of you that have read this book of the Bible
-
from the beginning unto the ending, will testify and say that you have recognized
-
that various authors written wrote these psalms. And some of these psalms or lyrics
-
to psalms, while some of them are words of poetry, Brother Jesse.
-
Also some of these psalms are prayers. There's prayers of David and prayers by
-
other holy Men of God that are found chronicled right here in this wonderful book
-
we call the Psalm Book of the Jews. You see, these people came
-
together two or three times a year when they were allowed to or permitted together
-
at the City of God. They would traverse over a difficult to rain in
-
order together at the assign of place at the appointed time and sister who they
-
would get excited about their journey as much as they would reaching their destination.
-
That young people do not know what I would be preaching old tonight, and
-
they sing that song Heaven will be worth the journey. And as a believer
-
tonight I can say, not only is heaven worth the journey, I believe
-
that the journey is worth the journey. And then we can have a good
-
time going to heaven and be just as happy about being on our way there
-
as we will be when we finally arrived. You see, as you read
-
these psalms, and you'll find that there is a certain grouping of psalms that
-
are known as the song of Degrees, and these pilgrims would begin to sing
-
some of these songs. And as they made their pilgrimage backup to the city
-
of Jerusalem, back to the City of God, I believe that if you'll
-
look at our golden text, you will find a word that resonated with me.
-
As w A. Jesse was test upon and exhorting this past Wednesday night,
-
he did not quote this particular passente of scripture, but he encouraged us
-
to be happy about being in the house of God. And he said,
-
how could it ever be true that somebody that is a believer or a child
-
of God can be unhappy while in the presence of God. And that resonated
-
with me. And I'm again into a word study, and look at the
-
scriptures concerning about it. People being glad while they're in the house of God,
-
people being happy about being in the city of God, and people simply
-
being excited about an opportunity to go to church, and after they had arrived,
-
being excited about being able to worship the Lord. And if you'll look
-
at the ninth verst of our Golden Text, found in some chapter number sixteen,
-
you will see that the Bible says, therefore, my heart is glad
-
and my glory rejoices when we see this word, and therefore we know there
-
is an explanation for ride this man is excited. There's a reason for this
-
joy that he has in his heart. There's a reason for this excitement and
-
about him being glad. I am definitely glad tonight to be in a holy
-
in this church. I'm glad to be under the authority of God fearing people.
-
I'm glad to be sitting in a pew next to somebody else that is
-
a person of like precious faith, somebody that was just as excited about being
-
here to night as I am. I wonder when you excited over the weekend
-
about coming to the House of God. You see these songs of degrees mostly
-
we're written by David, and this sixteenth psalm is a psalm of David.
-
And in just writing the states by explanation from my heart being glad? Is
-
this not glory rejoices? Why is he so glad? Apparently he had been
-
sad at some point in his life. How many of you know that you
-
will experience an extreme different culte in you Whulife, and you will experience extreme
-
sorrow and sadness at various times. And in you Whuli no doubt David is
-
saying I am glad. Brother jesse Ben calls him. He could say there
-
was a time that when he wasn't sad. You know that David could testify
-
in tern and say he could say it in these songs so he could pray
-
it. He can write the lyrics to poetry, he can write the lyrics
-
of songs and say there's been times that I've been sad. He could say
-
I was sad because my enemies weren't real. The brothers of the giant of
-
Kathakliath weren't real. Kliath Kata wasn't real. The admissary that devil, he
-
is real. And even though sometimes of you experiencing difficulties and disappointments, you
-
can save temporarily. I have been saddened because of circumstances that I did not
-
want to happen, because of situations in my life they were unreadtable. I
-
can say my heart was broken. My heart was broken because my dog died.
-
Some of you would saying that somebody else could say that my heart was
-
broken because the prodigal son. He's still in the park country that he told
-
me, Dad, I'm doing okay, I'm still spending your heart earned the
-
money. I'm still living Dad. Oh. Yes, there aren't times of
-
in our life when we say that there is no doubt I took met the
-
some a real itomy. There are other times when we say, yes,
-
sir, our Ostercole was unsurmountable, that there ought to be a tiger.
-
He could come to church and saying I'm glad to be here tonight. That
-
I could say that he could go to ostacles unsurmountable. I could not overcome,
-
but I got in the spirit. And because I got in the spirit,
-
I was able to run through that truth that I was able to overcome
-
that obstacle. I was able to get help with my hinder chiefs. I
-
was able to get help with my heart. Yes, sir, not familiar
-
friend made me sorcle that I was able to go to church. And I
-
forgot about the prosperity, but the wicked I forgot. I am about to
-
the seemingly unfair us, what this thing called life. And I praise God
-
because when I got to church, I found out that God was there.
-
I feel the holy nursed Inness building. Verse number five says that David acknowledges
-
that the Lord is his portion. You see, David is saying, yes,
-
there are times when I must admit that I am sad for some reason.
-
At some point in your life, you will have the choice so to
-
enter His gates with sorrow and sadness when it coming to his courture with extreme
-
gladness and praise on your lips, despite the circumstances that it be an adversa,
-
didn't you life? If you look at the first person this sixty chapter,
-
you will see the David. It's not taking joy in God's Presence chapter,
-
he finds him petitioning God and what he petitions God for his preservation.
-
I'm not dear my Bible right now, but if I read it correctly,
-
he says, preserve for me. Home, God, this is David,
-
this week's summerster. Hepe, he is real, say it. I need
-
preservation. I need somebody to protect me. I need somebody, even though
-
if the key, even though I've got an entreage, even though I've got
-
a posse that polished me everywhere I call. I need you to preserve me.
-
Oh. Yes, that's what Peter said. You've got to see yourselfer
-
from this unto horter generation. He said, preserve you'll set from the perverse
-
fourteen. But his acknowledge in this world, we'll bet you a righteous soul.
-
This world, we'll trouble your spirit, but you I can be excited
-
about calling the church. We want to be excited about embracing huh, the
-
opportunity to be in the presence of God. Preserve me, God, preserve
-
me. Oh God, When you start adding that letter oh in there,
-
Oh no, oh God, you get some bad news. You add that
-
old in Troy of the name God. You hear about somebody backsliding, and
-
you say, oh God, and you say, preserve me, Lord,
-
protect me God. It'll be found that the sweet Summus to Israel is saying
-
preserve law. This one right here me I know him anointed. I know
-
that the propert Samuel looked me in the water of the eyes and pulled out
-
that horde of water, and he poured out the anointing Lord upon me and
-
the horn. That all that was supprecious, that all that they used to
-
annoint Aaron had a sunset, and every other priest and profit to follow.
-
You know that savil hord and we used as a symbol on the spirit of
-
God and were still anot Our young preachers will, oh, yes, I'm
-
the anointed of God, but I still needs you to preserve me. How
-
many of you have ever prayed a petition of preservation. I prayed for the
-
Horale family in the better Horn, his church, a family multiple times a
-
day. I said, Oh, Lord, the one that keeps Israel,
-
the one that knew the summers they're sweet so old. Copy the shade on
-
my right hand when the sun comes out, but keeps rang when the sun
-
goes down. Keep hears rang. And that's what David is saying. I
-
can only maintain position and powdering with card if you will be my preservation.
-
I'm catcher. I want to earned you and plead with you, everybody at
-
me to night, plead with God to preserve you. The devil will try
-
to trip you up by I said, the devil will try to trip you
-
right. But I's cod for preservation, I said, plead co preservation,
-
he said, for indeed, do I put my trust preserve me? Oh
-
God, The only way I know I can save myself from this untoward generation
-
is if you preserve me. The only well know the howel sons will keep
-
preaching truth and holiness. The only way I know that little stare At Junior
-
will take the correction of his elder secret minister Father. Is it they're preserved
-
about God? Come on, hell, I love to see strong merrit preserves
-
so preserved from my enjoyment. I love to break it open. Plus the
-
seal and the spoon that spread on the bread that brother Jesse, God can
-
preserved by an old time holiness church up in this promos generation got a scare
-
ten thousand devils. I told you and I that there will not be another
-
generation that promotes and pushes a truth to not justness but better stare Ton about
-
nine months ago. We're right here praying, and God spoken to both of
-
us a different At times. He spoke to us individually and let us know
-
that he's rising upper in our midst He's raising upper another generation and the people
-
that would be preserved. Oh yes, somebody to eat meil preservation with preserved
-
truth and righteousness and holding us up. But our next generation, holy as
-
look PreTect, Why don't your preserve it as God preserves you. The Psalmus
-
is pleading for preservation. He's petitioning, don't let me be spoiled. Don't
-
let me be spoiled. Don't let the little foxes spoil the vine. Don't
-
let me become sour grapes old the vine. I feel the Holy ghost in
-
this gild. The Psalmus pleads for present vation. He needs not to worry
-
because he goes on to say the Lord is his portion, if his inheritance.
-
He goes on in first number five to say the Lord is his portion
-
and the Lord is his inheritance. He's not talking about the possessions of Saul
-
being his portion or inheritance. Although that was his, it did become his.
-
Everything Saul had had become his, just like the Holy He goes said,
-
it looked, but that's not what David is saying. Here. He
-
saying the Lord he isn't my portion. Sorry. You can keep your armor.
-
Sorry, you could keep your castle. Saw, you could keep your
-
cock rights. Sorry, you can keep your lord. Say, you can
-
keep your power, so you could keep your pop. Sorry, you could
-
keep your pride. But the Lord here is my portion. I want to
-
tell a little David, tell you on your heart and stay sweet. We
-
want to call you the sweet sign us up here is right. If he'll
-
stay sweet talk, you don't best foil, I said, If he'll stay
-
sweet talking, you want the way for my best failing, preserving, preserving.
-
David goes on to say, in verse number six, he said,
-
my lot and my lives has fallen in a pleasant place. Y'all notice all
-
these points to begin with a letter P. If he didn't listen to it
-
again and catch it. I don't want to put a lot of emphasis on
-
points. Some people do that and the sertment becomes pointless with the more points
-
that they have. But I am following a mental outline here. In verse
-
number five, he said, my portion is what the Lord has given me,
-
and it's the Lord himself that has given me himself. And then in
-
verse number six he said, my line has fallen into pleasant places. He
-
is thankful for he couldn't be people and a couldn'ly heritage. David as literally
-
saying, be not that sweet water that come out of the wells of Bethlehem.
-
I love my Daddy, and I love my Momma, and I love
-
them good people. Oh yes, I'm glad when I go to church because
-
there will be people of like precious faint there. I won't have to worry
-
about it, fussing and fighting over doctrinal issues. I won't have to worry
-
about a good word cares about it taking a punch shot. That's what these
-
childrens do. We're going to the City of God, and there we'll all
-
have one thing in mine. There we'll have one of checked, and that
-
is to stand up in the House of God, to stand up in the
-
presence of God, to sing together in perpetrment. In turn up to me,
-
I said, to praise the Lord. You don't have to go to
-
church with hypocrites as seventy five percent of the church or hypocrites. You don't
-
have a church, you have a house of hypocrites. Jesus had one hypocrite
-
among twelve. One twelve was hypocrite. One twelfth of that church was a
-
hypocrite. I've said this before. If you go to a church unless than
-
fifty percent had the Holy Ghost, you don't go to a Pentecostal church.
-
You could profess it and say it's a Pentecostal church, but our percentages and
-
statistics, you don't really have a Pentecostal church. You have somewhat a Pentecostal
-
church, but maybe it manifest or maybe it doesn't. There's a fifty fifty
-
percent chance that it will not manifest or your father be the same. Tainment
-
this country, you can't say that this is a republican country. You can't
-
say that this is a democrat nation. No, they would quickly say,
-
wait a minute, to forty percent of republican thirty eight percent of democrats,
-
I don't know the statistics. And another this and this is percent libertarians,
-
and another our pilgrims that just make up some some of club or whatever you
-
want party there, Brother Rodkapita, there's nobody can say, come on now
-
if that church has pulled up hypocrisy. Jesus deducted that what was supposed to
-
be the house of her prayer she more accurately and correctly be pronounced as the
-
den of cavils. It should have been known as the house of prayer.
-
But you have made it to the dinner teas. You're preaching, not me.
-
Those words are pizel. You just defended me. That's supposed to be
-
the house of gospel. Crew can call the House of God a dinner teas.
-
God care whatever. The only king's hit there thiesa. And that's what
-
Jesus said. Somebody else comes either, they preach another doctrine. Apostle Paul
-
Jesus. Everybody agreed her. They come up. A thief comes in in
-
a different way. Huh. They called God. David is saying I belong
-
to a goodly heritage. We can crowd for spilled milk, call we want
-
to. We can talk about how bad we had it. We can talk
-
about how bad we had it prior of God's salvation and prior to becoming a
-
part of the family of God. You could come to church with him.
-
Memories all you want to. But if God has put him behind his back,
-
your memories even and your sins even, and God refuses to remember them,
-
God refuses to look at them. Why in the world would you allow
-
yourself to come to church? Or why would you like the devil? And
-
you a slipper claper hung away in the church, reminded you really used to
-
be that's you used to do? Who can tell that slipper caper and come
-
into the House of the Lord with thanks tipping you are God? And these
-
faults with God? I feel holy ghost hit in this place. God doesn't
-
want to hear about how you used to be. God doesn't want to be
-
reminded of what his son died for and because of for you. David is
-
saying, I have a goodly heritage. David isn't fearful that he will fall
-
away. It is true that there will be a great fallen away, but
-
cheery how the people that bettle hold his church do not have to be part
-
of that. The pentecostram of holding his churches do not have to be part
-
of that. David was not fearful that he would fall away because he recognized
-
who the Lord had been for him. He recognized what the Lord had been
-
for him. Oh yes, and he knew he could have an assurance and
-
knowing that God had done things for him and what God had done for him
-
in the pastor God would do in the present and God would do in the
-
future. I've been saying, God, the way you visited me Saturday night
-
when we could go, which you pisited me again. And you know what
-
he told me, jest I did it before and I do it adad Oh
-
yes, I'm telling you you made me down and out. You may feel
-
like you're in and out, up and down. Don't give going to the
-
devil. Don't give prayings to the devil. Tell your hats are high.
-
The Saint God has been good to me. Verse number two shows us after
-
his petition, David praises Jehovah God. It shows us that Jehovah God is
-
his lord, your way is his lord. In Verse number three, it
-
shows his appreciation for the excellent warns. If I studied that out correctly,
-
it is showing his appreciation for the sanctified wares, the holy wars. He
-
loves going to church and they're having to make pilgrimage is of course he's not
-
necessarily hating to himself. But he had done it when he was a little
-
boy. Jesse taken him during them feast days, and he had made the
-
attorney just like anybody else had. He knew the excitement and the anticipation.
-
Oh come on now, I'm gonna lose some people right here. I should
-
have knew years ago that i'd be a holiness preacher. I should have knew
-
years ago, and going to Disney World was wrong, wrong. I've made
-
some enemies right there. I have no problem with you going to See World.
-
If you go to Pigeon Forwards and Ridether Go Go Kart, you probably
-
hurt more world and music there and saw more devils there than you did in
-
an arena watching Shamboo turn up Whip. But you know what Disney World supports
-
and promotes. When you said, well, See World does too, Why
-
I didn't know that. But I know pige And Forwards does too. They
-
support promote stuff. I see the flags up there, and some of them
-
establishments where they've tried to hijack God's promise and God's rainbow, given the God's
-
people all sweet lamb of God. But I sort of knew Disney World was
-
wrong. Be closer a dad. Mom had told me they're gonna take me
-
to Disney World. I don't know if I was seven or eight years of
-
age, but I remember we got all the way to Orlando and we got
-
on that long stretch that takes you to the gate of Disney World, and
-
that orange juice that I had drank for McDonald's that morning, decided it was
-
going to come out. And after found NASA and sitting this was so long,
-
I said, Dad, I'm sorry, but I need you to pull
-
over. And there's hardly nothing worse than throwing up orange juice after it's got
-
hot and it's coming out of even knows. And I remember being so excited
-
a night before about seeing Mickey Massa and kp and done it Duck and ride,
-
no space fountain them, but better Jesse the Devil a foot to mere
-
God dead. Maybe God was trying to steer us away from Disney World.
-
I got to sink I was miserable. I did not enjoy that tripper who
-
one bit And there's been literally a distaste and a dislike from Disney World ever
-
since that time. Come on, but think about the excitement of a little
-
boy that was finally gonna get to go to this amusement. Parker. You
-
think about the little shepherd boy. As Jesse said, David, we're going
-
back up there to the city. Oh God, we're going back to the
-
temple. We're gonna worship the Lord, you know, the one that hadna
-
to Samuel too. We're gonna told about y'all. Think about the excitement of
-
David, and he's saying, here, yes, I might not have to
-
drive her as far to get there. I might not have us well an
-
attorney anymore to get there if I just be around the corner. For some
-
of us, the pastor knows, what's your dealing with the persuading Nosa,
-
what's your dealing with, sister who made always be in the shout? Sister
-
who if some of us had to pick ourselves up and take the same churcherous
-
pasta that you took her. But we were excited about calling the church.
-
We weren't excited about the name child. But we don't shit at about to
-
go ride. Stop telling you I get excited about going to church. I
-
get excited about going to church. I'm so glad to be a part of
-
this. I'm so glad to be a part of it. So David is
-
saying, God, them excellent ones are going to be there, the priest,
-
the singers, the musicians. David had not yet got to that place
-
where he could say, hey boys, add this to the song book.
-
Hey boys, here's a poem that I wrote on the backside of my daddy's
-
pastor. But brother Tyler, he had made his journey and David could write
-
songs of encouragement because he had experienced it. Come on, now, David
-
knew the treacherous journey. Optly well, I call out preaching to some of
-
you. We ain't shouting because we have it being truthsome things. We ain't
-
shouting because her. We have an ignorant hardness. We hast shouting because her.
-
We're not hurting terribly right now. We ain't shouting because her. Hey,
-
come on, we are just simply glad to be in the House of
-
God. I'm glad to have a microphone in my hand can preach said to
-
people to encourage them. And it does not get any better than this.
-
Servant fiers holding that's that's nothing in the hand got ahead he could be in
-
a child of God. I love the Lord because he loved me, I
-
love to me around the people of God. So we find here that David,
-
he took pride, or if you would found deep joy in knowing he
-
could trust the Lord and he could treasure God's house and trust and treasure God's
-
people. Did y'all get that he could trust the Lord, that the Lord
-
is with him all way, every step of the way, every step of
-
the way, every step of the way. If there's marauders along the way
-
beating the people of God down, they can still say, but when I
-
get there, as the marauders who robbed them and steal them up their possessions,
-
they're still gonna attend the peace services. And they might attend them depleted
-
up possessions. They might attend them depleted a necessary food. But they said,
-
I'd rather be a door keeper than the house of God. I'd rather
-
serve bread to my brother, y'all said, y'all, David said, if
-
I could just stand and I take some to a reason, if I just
-
hold the God, if I could just be church service, Why a time
-
I see that hordly cloud, I'll see the chicatagory of God in this place.
-
Why don't we praise the Lord. David loves the Lord, and David
-
said, I praise him because I'm in the presence of excellent works. David
-
said, hold it and no stranger to me being separated. It's not an
-
issue for me coming out from among live and be a separate. I that's
-
not an issue for me. I can't just get I slip one's heart.
-
If I could just get hold of people eye, I'm so glad could be
-
a part of it. That's how I used to feel as a back slim
-
in heart young man. If I could just get where a brother and sister
-
stand the art, if I could just get where the genuine art, if
-
I could just get where the people of God are, simply stated, David
-
loves the Lord, and he loves the Lord's people. It doesn't get any
-
better than this. I'm so glad to be part of this. They said,
-
that's about sixty one here tonight. We've got somehout. I'm so glad
-
they're glad to be a part of this. I'm so glad that they want
-
to get home to this when they does a stuff there. In facts,
-
David loves the people of God so much he's overjoined when he receives an opportunity
-
to go to the household or the Lord with the people of God. I
-
was amazed that the Bethel Hole in his church did not want to close our
-
church down. When Fauci falsey, fauci whatever you want to call him,
-
alchie Fauci, falsey, falsey whatever, whenever he tried to shut to the
-
church and Gods, the simblies of Gods down, the Presbyterian churches who moved
-
from churches the holdin his churches. So they're the banks. Oh, come
-
on the hospital. So I'm so glad that the Mecthel Hole in his church
-
said, we ain't shut down that God Becca calling this church because her I
-
need God and I need my churchs faiday, people's children should be no stranger
-
to the excellent ones. Amen. In fact, David writing again and saw
-
on one twenty two and verse number one, he said, I was glad
-
when they said it to me. Let us go into the house of the
-
Lord. David, come tomorrow, saddle up the mules, get the sacrificial
-
Lamb's ready, David, We're going, But Daddy has so much work.
-
David. Get'em ready, all them pilgrims, all them pilgrim's making their pilgrimage.
-
Brother Jonathan, they they're trying to make their journey dragon sheep that you're
-
come on, are y'all listen? It was working. It was effort that
-
they're known as the song of a sense. They're literally climbing up a physical
-
mountain treacherous to reign him, and they're singing these songs. But even later,
-
Brother Nathaniel Neighbors said, I was glad when they certainty let us glow
-
into the House of the Lord. That weren't into has never stood out to
-
me as well as it did today, into the House of the Lord.
-
Oh that we could get to the people to go into churches. Lets say
-
they're gonna have church ut two or three or colors. They hung a shore
-
in the ocean. They say they're gonna have church ch ote ut in the
-
middle of the river. But all that we could get them to come into
-
the House of the Lord into not only unto, but into not only unto
-
but empty. You've heard those people talked about they heard the Holy Rulers having
-
met, and they kept outside of the Tiber nightclub, and they set outside
-
just the reach would nobody would come speak to them, but not out of
-
your shot, just beyond with the lights and the shadows quick falling, they
-
set out terror and they came unto the camp meeting. But David is saying,
-
here, I want to go into it. No matter what court I'll
-
go to, if it's the women's court, or the men's court, or
-
the high Priest's court, or come on the priests court. You know there's
-
various courts here. At this time David just said I want to go into
-
the House of the Lord. And after reading his writings reads the readers must
-
have been that David and trusted the Lord, and he treasured him the House
-
of God. It's song chapter number one twenty one. We read the lyrics
-
of a song. It's the song of weary travelers on their way to Jerusalem,
-
the City of God. And they have their calls for concern. Yes,
-
we have our calls for concern. Did you hear somebody was diagnosed with
-
diabetes? Did you hear somebody was diagnosed with cancer? Did you hear somebody's
-
having to preach through excruciating pain. Did you hear somebody's having difficulty breathing upon
-
exertion. Did you hear somebody's child has bacchelia. Did you hear some preacher
-
has given up to faith? Did you hear? Yes, there's violent calls
-
for concern. Psalm chapter number one twenty one confirms this. But there's another
-
song written, and it is the Psalm one twenty two, and those lyrics
-
tell of excited travelers and when they got to the City of God. How
-
many tonight are looking forward to going to heaven? How many are looking forward
-
to going to that new to Jerusalem. Oh yes, I'm excited about it.
-
And I ever pilgrim. I'm a stranger and an alien upon this world.
-
This world is not my home. I'm only passing by. My treasures
-
and my hopes are all up in the sky. The same way these pilgrims
-
were excited about going to the City of God, the same way you and
-
I are excited about going to church or sit be has to let every child
-
of God feel about going to the everlasting City, Oh God, the new
-
to Ruse alone. I'm gonna see to it that I can say, as
-
David, I was glad when they're said it to me. That is going
-
to the House of God. The next verse is shouting material they can say
-
in fact, our feet are standing within nine games. Daddy, Look how
-
beautiful it is? Was it worth the attorney when ten thousand devils trying to
-
afflict my body? What was it twelve years ago? And the devil got
-
in my ear one night said you'll never preach again. He was a liar.
-
And when I got off my bed of affliction or oh yes, brother,
-
you're my and I walked in the church, and my feet stood within
-
the gates of the House of Godden. I'm telling you, I'm excited every
-
time I'm a able body to come to the house. I'm God. You're
-
not kidding there. Some had the nevil been beating you up for all week,
-
could have plicted you? What all week? Could ever st the church
-
and set my feet up here all the bades? Look how through the boy
-
it is all. Yes, that's as sweetest I remember it. It's just
-
this one that brought has I'll remember it. I'm glad to be here.
-
I had to be a part of that. You can hear these little Israelites,
-
the little Hebrew boys and girls saying, Daddy. I said, Mama,
-
I see it our home. It's just around the bed. The House
-
of my God is just around the bed. I turn my blinker on Cornelian
-
Drive, dodge a few potholes, get into westbound lane. Oh yes,
-
get in the southbound lane on the west side, dodgeing potholes. Pour my
-
heart out to God and say, I wish the count he would pick the
-
potholes on Cornelia Drive. But then I turn it on Bethel Drive, that
-
newly paved asphalt drive that I look at that lush green grass that nobody's left
-
there itching running over. There's no black spots and no brown spots them.
-
And I say, I am here. I say, sister, how old?
-
Don't you look pretty? Oh? Yes, you ought to be mean
-
greatly when you see the preacher walk by and he's got on his road,
-
he's got old his suit, and you seek him carrying in his hair the
-
sacred sprold the sacred real time. Oh come on, now, I didn't
-
know the fee in. We don't know how it feels to realize I have
-
faded, I have made a touch hurt. My feet are standing there with
-
them a date, so I said, my feet turn. I'm standing.
-
When he cook cakes, don't want it? You come into his cakes?
-
We praise, don't wonder you come er his coots are praising his Holy day.
-
That's what we're gonna do. What's going on ahead, I gonna come
-
from a game praising. Imagine with me when you see the seraphims, not
-
somebody left the clue with their Imagine when you come into the holy throwing room
-
of a holy God, and the horses drive by and on their bridles,
-
says us, holding us unto the Lord, and you hear the jingle of
-
the horses bridle, and you see them holding a seraphis, and them cherables
-
and them weans. Two of them cover the face and two of them cover
-
the feet, and with twain they fly, and brother, they're crying out,
-
holdly, Holy Holy. That's why it made like Apostle Paul could say
-
the sufferings of this present life bruld their better life. I came when I
-
considered standing within God cos and y talking about actor for Ladah, When I
-
consider me standing inside of the games a whole swing home. If you'll not
-
to Lord get a whole of you right now, He'll give you a glimpse
-
of about celestial city Kilgrim. I'm telling you I'm gonna be glad to be
-
a part of it. I'm gonna be glad to do I've made it home.
-
I'm gonna be glad to do that. I am there to see the
-
lamb of Father that was slaying before the foundation cons a work, to see
-
the part. It is splendor, it is glory who I'm gonna be glad
-
to be part of it. Let's stay it. I'm so glad to be
-
a part of it. For the Holy Ghost and in his place, and
-
for the Holy Ghost in this place. In verse number five, David is
-
saying, the Lord is my portion. What David is referring to is the
-
dividing of the primised left. Twelve tribes of Israel were recipients of something.
-
Eleven tribes received specific inheritances, specific boundary lines, specifics owns, property boundaries.
-
Brother Philip recently had a survey done. He was well pleased with the
-
results of that because he was right, even though his neighbor had argued with
-
him and told him he was wrong. That is what this is saying.
-
In verse number five, the Lord is my portion, David is saying,
-
I may not be of the tribe of Levi, I'm of the tribe of
-
Junia, but I'm gonna say with the tribe of Levi. Hey, the
-
Lord is my portion, because that's what the Lord had told the tribe of
-
Levi. You won't have an inheritance amongst your brethren. The Lord is going
-
to be your inheritance. And you know what, brother test See, we
-
might have to go through this life as paupers and pilgrims. Maybe maybe not,
-
but that's okay because this world is not by inheritance. We're join ours
-
with Jesus. We're join ours of Jesus. The Lord is our inheritance,
-
and I will thank him for that, and I'm so glad to be part
-
of that. Person Number six, Brother Philip, you found where your boundary
-
lines are. Don't let anybody remove the ancient boundaries and landmarks. Verse number
-
Sixtevid said, the lines have fallen from me. And here's what they said,
-
and they have phone in them. Plays is a basis. Philip was
-
so pleased, he said, Dad, half of the shed is wild and
-
the other half was my neighbors, just like we said. But the new
-
guy that brought the property that's taken over the shed, none of it grows
-
to him. In fact, the truck is on my property. For their
-
brother Philip, the boundary lines felt in pleasant places. Look out there,
-
I can't help but come to church. Happened? Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos
-
and the Love Musk made a home part of this world and have significance investment
-
and other planets. Their boundary lines have fallen in some pretty spectacular places.
-
But Brother Philip, my boundary line has fallen. Get a players in place
-
to realize my inheritance in my portion is in the lad It is wholly seeing
-
that I play with the old, I can say thank God my Browns tonight
-
has fallen. He pays a place. I can't help but be glad on
-
the Nathander because I received a beautipoint hairtance. I can't help a shout because
-
I'm seeds but blue upon bah. Yeah, I will serve the lng with
-
godness. I will call the last presence. We'll see you. Let's get
-
around the front of this church. Do you want know how we ended up
-
with so many field with the holy ghosts? We came into his presence with
-
praise. Yes, we've given him our petitions in prai requests, But do
-
y'all know how we ended up with our lives following in the beautiful place for
-
the Rick. Jacob, you witnessed it. I witnessed it in my lifetime.
-
It was from us praising the Lord. Did it not happen, Sister
-
Cheryl? Did it not happen? Sister? We we said, we're gonna
-
unlock the doors. We're gonna enter his gates with thanksgiving, We're gonna enter
-
his courts with praise. And the next thing I know, Brother Danny,
-
we got ten or twelve? Did it received? The Holy Ghost for just
-
a few weeks spratted time the a that called somebody's glad to go, because
-
somebody was glad to be in his presence hold, because somebody was glad to
-
transfer the people of God. If you love your brother, pray for it
-
right now. If you love your sister, pray for him right now.
-
If you treasure You're God. If you trust your God, praise him.
-
If you treasure and trust your brother or your sister, thank God for him
-
or her. Go ahead, brother, the thing, no, brother,
-
just the obey the Lord. I'm excited about being ing in the house of
-
the Lords. I came in here to not to praise the Lord. I
-
come in here to not to see somebody else get the holy ghost. I
-
ain't got nothing to cry about. Oh yes, I've been sad, but
-
Al'm glad. Who will pray for that sister? Or sister? Pray for
-
that brother? Brother? Praise the Lord for save of them. Praise the
-
Lord for coming to other day. Praise the Lord that's your feet for sting
-
in the tuture to us. Share I should having been love a little soon
-
churt. I believe I'm gonna shine not terrible works. Do I leave this
-
life behind? No? Let see my last song? I learn where's someday
-
go church? Tivelie song? I'm a child? Shall I trod? Where's
-
somebody shut? Leave me? I'm so I'm going. I shall I trouve
-
us anymore? Well? When I read it's a lovely high where I well?
-
I say, I got my laugh, So I don't love you.
-
I was wrong. I'm gonna should my troubles close. Well, some people
-
commy Tommy does hello? Al? Who does he? Free? Does your
-
clue fails? I child play days when SID out a child? And I'm
-
gonna my trouser fund me. This is the hearty I spoil will realize by
-
las all, I don't want to love people around us groups all loved rize
-
on people holding out a noisy groom. I can't guy around, I was
-
all. I was all the child, watch your old love, Mull said,
-
don't puss all that, my d I'm going to stop. I'm gonna
-
shod my old y moore my child, my child, when I show like
-
to play weak Christ child? Where my why love I do? I don't
-
live lesson around the parts of that soon the why oh my child? When
-
they call me on doing why boy? My d love? Well? Where
-
I say what I want to love? Really, hey, man, let's
-
just praise the Lord. I want to read our text one more time Psalm
-
sixteen. Let's just readverse number nine. As you continue to praise the Lord.
-
Therefore, my heart is playing and my glory rejoicing God God in heaven.
-
Don't think about how excited they were when all of them begin together together
-
in the city of God, that high place, in that high place,
-
in that place where the most high God would meet with him. I'm gonna
-
say it again, this oneteenous revival we had was simply birth through this praising
-
Him, praising Him. God's gonna bean for your sister, Tracy senter that
-
togain sooner than you've got. How So, when you get to heaven and
-
you've seen the charm and the center us, if you've seen the Son of
-
God, you're gonna say, my heart that greatly rejoice throughout the summers.
-
You got to saying therefore by heart hears draft did David say, I'd rather
-
be a door keeper in the house of lifeguard in the twinter or the tents
-
of the wagon. I don't know if you're in the back of the church
-
or the front of the church. Wherever you're at, you can be glad
-
to be there. I don't know what torture in the outside court for the
-
inside court put. You're into something. You're into the presence, Oh God.
-
You're in the Holy of Holies. All your sisters are raised and got
-
around. Sister who listen as sister Tracy. Any man a nine family,
-
a man, brother the room, come out, all of you better shutting
-
around, fether the room and lay hands on me. I can tell you,
-
brother, the room's glad to be in the House of God. I
-
don't know about true that. I'm glad to be part of the holy rood
-
beat tonight where people are speaking in the heavenly language, where people are showering,
-
where people are praising God. Let people look forward to be in here,
-
or I ain't got both complaints. I'm just thankful to be here.
-
