  1. This opportunity this today, be thought of this what I bills are great and

  2. great, a great opportunity to show our pastors that we appreciate him. And

  3. I might get I might get mixed up here and say all this bear with

  4. me. But I feel like I think the first time we ever come here,

  5. you were having pastor appreciation. And then not long after that, my

  6. daughter and Jeremiah was getting married, Brother Jeremiah, and uh, here we

  7. are and mad time gets away, is it? There was a year between

  8. so three two years ago we were here and now we got a little grand

  9. baby and uh son in law and and and a church family in South Florida,

  10. and uh, it's amazing how things turn out. And but I appreciate

  11. this opportunity to be a part of this day. And I haven't known brother

  12. how too long. I did me many years ago we talked a little while,

  13. and of course I did feel a good, kindred spirit there and and

  14. uh but then I don't know that to see him until I think maybe will

  15. be come for that. We weren't coming for past appreciation. We was coming

  16. because my daughter had a sweetheart up here, down here, down here,

  17. and uh so but it's kind of it's kind of neat how that we're here

  18. on this pastor appreciation And I was thinking this, brother, how I feel

  19. like probably your church has set the gold standard of how to end up the

  20. past appreciation. H Man, it's sacking to none. What y'all do,

  21. your your pastor and pastor's wife is is sacking to none. So y'all,

  22. y'all got the gold standard of pastor Appreciation Day, and so I commend you

  23. for that. And just it's encouraging to see a church behind their pastor.

  24. And that's what's about, you know. The A little song says, when

  25. we all pull together, Amen, working together. Amen. Your load is

  26. my load, My load is God's load. Amen. We all pull together.

  27. And that's the way it's supposed to be. This ain't what I'm preaching

  28. tonight, but I thought about, and I'm i preaching one day, but

  29. I thought about old Indian how that he was a God called man in a

  30. time when Israel was in trouble. But then not only was there a God

  31. called Man, there was a group of people that were God called three hundred

  32. in number. And when you put a God called man and that God called

  33. people together, there's gonna be God giving victory every same time. And I

  34. tell you it's encouraging. It's encouraging to see to see what the Lord's doing

  35. for y'all. And uh, just it's always a pleasure to come to the

  36. church here and being the services and looking forward to so many years of good

  37. fellowship. And I even told Pastor Al today, I said, you know,

  38. the Lord works it out. Maybe one day we'll get to you know,

  39. buys a house where when we come, we got somewhere to stay,

  40. and we stayed a while we did. Now I'll pull my brother chip roy

  41. on you amen. But uh and he said, brother, I think that's

  42. gonna work out. That's pretty good about that. I've been thinking about that

  43. singing's brother. But cruse a pastor Hall and first lady, how this this

  44. either? I know there's been a lot said do, but why don't we

  45. stand this evening? They just give them a handclasp hair. I remember,

  46. I believe the Bible says to give honor where honors do. That's what we're

  47. trying to do. Right, If you have your Bibles this evening. I'll

  48. try not to be too long. And again my voice is is very very

  49. extraine and so I may have to slow down just a little bit, but

  50. in prayer, I feel like I want to move on my heart to preach

  51. from this text of the Book of Luke, chapter number two, Looke,

  52. chapter number two. When we were here the last time, just a few

  53. weeks ago, Brother Hal had said something and he said two things. And

  54. he didn't know this, but those two thoughts were on my mind when I

  55. come to church that morning. And the first thing that he said is he

  56. said something about a divine interference, and y'all might remember I preached about,

  57. you know, that divine interference or that divine interrupt But he also said something

  58. else. He said something about a divine appointment. Amen, and the Lord

  59. give me this message, Brother Hal, probably about five months ago, and

  60. those two messages was on my heart. But when but he said what he

  61. did, and I felt the prompting of a spirit to go that the direction

  62. that I went, I did not know that I would be back this quickly.

  63. And as I was praying about tonight's service, and I think we could

  64. probably incorporate pastor appreciation into this as well. But I'd like to preach to

  65. all of us to just try to encourage you here this evening. So I

  66. want to read to the Book of Luke, chapter number two, starting in

  67. verse number one. That is are normally what we read or the Christmas season,

  68. but that this text is good for any time. Luke, chapter number

  69. two, verse one. And it came to pass in those days that there

  70. went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed.

  71. And this taxing was first May, when Sirenius was governor of Syria, and

  72. all went to be taxed, everyone into his own city. Joseph also went

  73. up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth into Judea under the seay

  74. of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and

  75. lineage of David, to be taxed. With Mary, his espoused wife,

  76. being great with child, and so it was that while they were there,

  77. the days were accomplished that she should be delivered, and she brought forth her

  78. first born son and wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger,

  79. because there was no room for them in the den. Amen, I

  80. want to preach tonight if the Lord would help me on divine appointments. If

  81. you would tonight, let's all go to the Lord in prayer. Open,

  82. Amen. Amen. I looked up that word appointment, and the dictionary defines

  83. it as a meeting that is set or scheduled or a specific time in a

  84. specific place. When I looked that up, I felt like the Lord prompted

  85. me to add a little bit to that this this evening, and that that

  86. I put in there, a meeting that is set or scheduled for a specific

  87. time, a specific place, and a specific purpose. Amen. Uh.

  88. You know, we have different appointments for different things. Doctors appointments, job

  89. appointments. The work that I do is service work repair work for a portable

  90. building company, and I have to call and advance to try to set up

  91. an appointment or a time to come and make repairs. And we're all familiar

  92. with how that works and what appointments are and and some appointments are are are

  93. not very important, you know. I mean, we could probably get by

  94. without it sometimes maybe even do better to do without it. But then there's

  95. some appointments that are absolutely necessary. But when it concerns the purpose and plan

  96. of God, his appointments are always very important. Amen. And in our

  97. text, I read this story and as I said up before. It's what

  98. we a lot of times we preached this ext in the Christmas season. But

  99. but in this text there is a great, a great message here. And

  100. the Lord, the Lord give me this. About five months ago and uh,

  101. and I'll just share that with you briefly. I was sitting at our

  102. home church McAll uh Pentecost of our Baptized Holdess Church. Most of y'all have

  103. been there, there's some of you at least, and uh. And a

  104. prior to that, we, you know, we've been praying about the will

  105. of God for our lives and exactly what he wanted us to do and where

  106. he wanted us to be. And a door had opened up and we had

  107. administered at a place, and brother, how it looked like possibly this would

  108. be what God would want us to do. And uh, and I prayed

  109. and tried to earnestly pray about that. My wife did as well, and

  110. it just seemed like as fast as that that are open. Of course,

  111. we went to this place a couple of times and was feeling after it,

  112. and some things happened took place, and I'm not gonna get into all that,

  113. but the door closed, and what I prayed I told my wife,

  114. I said, I'm praying God. If this ain't what I need to do,

  115. shut the doors as much, brother, oad campus, I would have

  116. loved to have done that. It was a great opportunity. But I tell

  117. you, I'm serious what I'm saying right here. I don't want to waste

  118. God's time. Ain't. And if it ain't what God wants me to do,

  119. I don't. I don't want to do it. It may look good,

  120. it may look appealing, it may look attractive, but it ain't ain't

  121. the will of God. I don't want it, Amen. And I'm telling

  122. you, I mean it looked like at one instant it looked like this thing's

  123. gonna happen. And all of a sudden the door shut. Amen. And

  124. so I'm sitting in church that following Sunday morning, and the devil's working on

  125. my mind. Oh you're all lost up, you're done for. I mean,

  126. looking there at the door closed, I know that was the devil because

  127. I knew what I had prayed. Amen. But to dinner it was more.

  128. It gets my mind. Then, And as our Sunday school teacher was

  129. teaching, and he asked us to turn over to a scripture and in turning

  130. over to a scripture, I had wrote something down on a piece of paper,

  131. and I in my Bible, my other Bible, and it was right

  132. there in Luke chapter two. And when I did, the paper you know,

  133. fell out, and I picked it up and I looked at it,

  134. and it was something that I felt like God had spoken to my heart about

  135. some time prior to that. And on that piece of paper it said,

  136. I wrote this down. God knows how to get you there. I wrote

  137. that down during service. The thought come to me. And you know how

  138. those preachers are, or you write stuff down, amen, especially when you're

  139. my age, you forget, so you got to write it down. But

  140. I forgot about it. And I believe it was God. He was a

  141. divine employment that morning. Really, I read that and and I had that

  142. text wrote down. God knows how to get you there. And I tried

  143. to pay attention to Sunday school teacher, but I felt like at that moment

  144. the Holy Doos said, read that, and so I did. And God

  145. begin to talk to me. Amen. God began to speak to my heart

  146. a personal message. Amen. And this is what he gave to me that

  147. that day. Uh. And our text I read to you and verse number

  148. one. And it came to pass in those days. Now remember my definition,

  149. it is a meeting set or scheduled for a specific time. It came

  150. to past in those days. It wasn't just happenstance, but it was divine

  151. appointment that at that time something was to take place. And I thought about

  152. that as like you to study this afterwards, had really died into it as

  153. deep as I possibly could. I thought about something that I never thought about.

  154. That is, you know, God is eternal. With him, is

  155. no beginning of days. With him, is no ending of days. He's

  156. not restrained by time limits. He is eternal in man. But the God

  157. of eternity, in the Book of Genesis, chapter one, verse number fourteen,

  158. ordained time and seasons. He established times and seasons verse fourteen. And

  159. God said, let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven, to

  160. divide the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for

  161. seasons, and for days and four years. Of course, we understand that

  162. the year is broken up. In the fourth seasons. We had that spring

  163. time of the year, which is a time of new life. Amen,

  164. then we have the summer months and that is the time of harvest and the

  165. time of increase. Then the fall of the year when there's declining and the

  166. leaves start to turn. How many like to go through the Blue Ridge Mountains

  167. when the leaves are turning, and you know, I don't know if y'all

  168. have leaves turning down here an way they will go to turning, especially when

  169. you get up towards the mountain, as you'll begin to see the beautiful colors.

  170. That they're beautiful, but really it's a sign of death and decay.

  171. And then of course there is the winter months of the year, which is

  172. a time of both death and and really our life is broken up into four

  173. seasons. There is that springtime, that time of new life and and and

  174. new birth and vitality. And then there's that summer time, the you know,

  175. the pride of life. Amen, And then there's the fall of the

  176. year. That that time, And I feel like that's kind of where I

  177. am right now. I'm in the fall of the year. Sometimes I feel

  178. that way. Sometimes I feel pretty young. Amen, I'm starting to feel

  179. some of that. Only most of us. I just need to lose somebody

  180. fat and I am getting over. Amen. We f two years old,

  181. next year, fifteen years old. Amen, I used to think that was

  182. all. But our life can be divided up into seasons. God ordained seasons,

  183. he said in the Book of Ecclesiastes a chapter three, to everything,

  184. there's a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven. He talked

  185. about a time to be born and time to die, time to plant,

  186. time to pluck up that which is plannet him has a big long list,

  187. and some of it has a positive idea, and then some of it has

  188. a negative idea. And God is saying life, sometimes there's seasons some of

  189. good things, and then sometimes there's season some of things that don't seem so

  190. good. Amen, don't pray for me to nine, I don't have much.

  191. Fore, God ordained seasons. God or day time in seasons, and

  192. in our text it was a specific time on God's time clock. There was

  193. something God had in store for the world, or something that was going to

  194. be light changing, something that was gonna be world changing a man a specific

  195. time. And then when you read on down now look at this. He

  196. said that all the world should be taxed during this time. He talks about

  197. a taxing. Now, how many likes tax season. Now, if you

  198. don't make a whole lot of money and you got kids, Amen, I

  199. heard of Amen. Or tax season can be a joyous time and the right

  200. with that. But when you amen, there's there's more than one reason why

  201. you're don't want to have to let go of your children. Oh you ain't

  202. got dependency, my mama, youngest boy, that this was the last year

  203. we could use him as an opinion. What am I gonna do next year?

  204. Amen? But it was a time of taxing. Taxing is not something

  205. that we look forward to. Taxing is not something that we get happy about.

  206. Amen. But it was a time of taxing. Hey, man,

  207. it was during a time of taxing. God Amen, ordained a specific time.

  208. And the Bible reads like this, that Caesar Augustus made a decree that

  209. all the world shut me taxed a man, and that God ordained taxes.

  210. I don't know, but but God orchestrated a plan, Amn. And it's

  211. specific time because he had a purpose and he had a plan and he had

  212. a timy for that plan. And sometimes church, that's not the good stuff,

  213. and that sometimes it's not the sweet, but it's another moments. It's

  214. not all my colities. It's the time of herd and wounds and disappointments.

  215. You left up that word times. It literally means weirdingly birds. That's what

  216. it means. It was during a time of great bird. And I don't

  217. know where you are tonight. You may be at a time in your life

  218. where life is hard and life is difficult, Amen, and then it's you

  219. know, and you have to push yourself and you have to make yourself.

  220. I know. I mean, I'm I've got a great church here and looks

  221. like everybody's excited about what God's doing. But I also know there's times when

  222. you're not here. You're you're dealing with stuff, and you're dealing with problems

  223. and unanswered questions and you don't know what to do about it, and like

  224. it comes Taxinger. I said, life becomes Taxinger. I know sometimes and

  225. that's like Pastor all comes in and he's got everything under control, they man,

  226. and he's just kind of figured out. But I guarantee you there's times

  227. a pastor in first Lady, they man are weeping and crying, Oh God,

  228. we neeeds you, Oh God, hel to help a fun Only you

  229. can't give a man. Sometimes life is tax singer, but it might be

  230. God's me. I'm getting you well, you need a fav Sometimes the season

  231. of clothes doors, God is saying, it's Simon, it's time. Amen.

  232. I've got a place. I've got a specific time. But before you

  233. ever be able to find what I got for your life, I've got to

  234. interrupt your plane. Amen. Amen, come on. Sometimes it don't even

  235. make sense. But God, it was going so good. I'm gonna try

  236. not appreciate your long business. It was during a time of taxing, and

  237. during this taxes it was made. The decree was made that wherever you're from

  238. the land of your nativity, you are to return because God's got a specific

  239. time. God's got a specific place. Amen. And this is where all

  240. we incorporate pastor appreciation. Amen. In our text, we meet about a

  241. man named Joseph, a godly man, just man. Amen of God.

  242. God, you look about life this, Amen. God trusted Joseph to raise

  243. his son, Amen, and didn't marry you. They found favor with God,

  244. and God trusted her and trusted her to be the woman that would bring

  245. Jesus into the world. A man a color, He's specific time and a

  246. specific place. And as she mad the sea and a man that God had,

  247. a man and a woman that had a burden nothing for the work of

  248. God and the Lord to getting here they did easy. I said, the

  249. Lord, to get here, they did easy. They were willing to make

  250. that journey. I said that we're willing to make that journey. I'm half

  251. away from it and said they're having to worry right future, I mean God

  252. ahead of time. And God had a place Chelsea twenty years ago? Was

  253. that right? Twenty years ago? Godhead a time? Twenty years ago,

  254. God had a place called the Bell, Florida. Amen. Oh yes,

  255. And you study this, you'll find out that Nazaretha was about ninety miles from

  256. Bethlehem. And not only that, but the Biba sitt and Mary was great

  257. with child. She was at the point of delivering that baby. It just

  258. don't make sense. I had to make a trim at a time like that

  259. and don't make sence. Oh that's going to walk ninety miles. Amen,

  260. brother, when your wife is about to have a baby. But I'm gonna

  261. say it again. God's got a time, Gods a place and gown.

  262. Say what us there? A man? Always have my voice to the I

  263. will send the steps of a good manner, ordered by the Lord, and

  264. he delighted in his way. Man, and though he fall, he shall

  265. not be utterly cast down, for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand.

  266. Hey man, sometimes we stumble underneath the load. But he said, he

  267. shall not be utterly cast down, for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand.

  268. And David said, I've been young, now I'm old. Yet him

  269. not seen the righteous forsake ignor seed begging bread. I read it Psalms eighty

  270. four. That song they would sing when they would go to Jerusalem for the

  271. celebration of the different feasts, and it talked about those that lived in Jerusalem,

  272. and even the swallow has found a place for her young, even dye

  273. altars, and talked about blesseders lay that can just stay right there lives.

  274. But most of them had to make a pilgrimage from where they live to Jerusalem

  275. to celebrate those wonderful celebrations in the Bible sent In the course of this journey,

  276. they would pass through the valley of Bacca. You don't know what that

  277. means, to sleep in the valley of weeping. There has been countless nights,

  278. probably pastor, A man, you your wife and fell asleep while you're

  279. way up over Haymen, the burdens along the way, not in them,

  280. but anybody and everybody in this church that ever came in telling me what God's

  281. wants you to be. Amen, man, time to get went through the

  282. valley of Bacca. But I like what it's said. They go from straight

  283. to straight, they keep pressing, they keep placinda live. I toss,

  284. God's got a time, and God's got a place. You may excuse me,

  285. Jerusalem was the place. Jerusalem was the place divine appointments. And then

  286. it says, and so it was. Now, I don't believe that any

  287. wording in the scriptures, even in the translation into the King James version,

  288. Brother Samuel, this is irrelevant. I believe it was God ordained. And

  289. I read that that day. I read that, and I made a middal

  290. look for the house. I've read that in description before, and so it

  291. was or something similar to that, And so it was. And I feel

  292. like the Lord brought me back to Genesis chapter one, when the Bible says

  293. in creation and God said, and it was amen, Amen, God said,

  294. and it was Sometimes I don't look, I can make sense. Sometimes

  295. it looks like it. And I'm not saying this disrespectful, but in our

  296. minds, we're wondering, God, do you really know what you're doing here?

  297. Do you really understand what I said? God, it's just don't work.

  298. Miss. I don't feel right to me and just don't look right to

  299. me. But I'm telling you everything that was happening, none of those ordained

  300. by Amen, the omnipotent sovereign God. He so stated, they man,

  301. yes, Sir, Amen, in Cho's Mary and Josepha, and so it

  302. was, God said, and it was. So it's parted a little bit

  303. different, but it's really the same, Amen, God or day that he

  304. by the errand and it why so? And so it was my bespous him

  305. as you made this. It don't make sense. So you made this according

  306. to human nature. Amen, it's just it's just out of place. But

  307. God had a plan, I said, God plan, my God, a

  308. purpose. And so it was while they were there, Amen, specific place,

  309. the days were accomplished that she should be delivered a specific time. And

  310. I like that word accomplished Heaven. It means it means to bring to its

  311. goal or conclusion, to carry out to perform, to finish, Oh,

  312. to the church, if we'll just let God have his way. God knows

  313. what he is doing. I said, God knows what he is doing.

  314. And it don't make sense to me. Amen, his ways are hard than

  315. my ways, as a hemorab the Areth so far by or his ways than

  316. mine. Man. And so it was they man that while they were there,

  317. the days were accomplished, that seas and the delivered. And here he

  318. is that specific purpose. And she broad forth her first forth son, she

  319. broad for Jesus. I want to tell you to church, that's all.

  320. Everything's all about everything that we do. A man's about bringing for Jesus came

  321. and God by the man and a woman and his princess family. Tell Aboul

  322. Florida, a man the brave funs he's talking and did not know him.

  323. And I tell you, Amy, way that hurts, maybe, way that

  324. don't make sense. Ain't it worth it up? When somebody here that's had

  325. a curse to change us come come. It was specifically for that reason,

  326. God robbery and Joseph to death for him to bring forth Jesus. I told

  327. you already he changed the world. He may, Amen, he changed my

  328. world. He changed my world. He changed your world. Ain't bad?

  329. Yeah, in chapter five, verse two, But thou bet for him Ephrata,

  330. Though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of thee

  331. shall he come forth under me, that is, to be ruler in Israel,

  332. whose goings forth have been from old from everlasting. Oh, it was

  333. prophesied that Jesus would be born in bad for him Judah. Thank God,

  334. there was a man and a woman that was willing to be where God wanted

  335. them to be when God wanted them to be there, ain't mad and Jesus

  336. was prob divine appointments. I tell you it don't matter how life, how

  337. hard life is, and how how severe the test may be. If Jesus

  338. comes out our troubles, ain't it worth going through it? Ain't Ain't it

  339. worth? Wasn't it worth the journey that Mary and Joseph knee. I say

  340. it is because they were willing. You mean you're in the house of God

  341. tonight. Amen fell in the presence of God, worshiping of God. That

  342. could have left us alone, hey man, But I can't secret, hey

  343. man. He came searching and looking, ay man, he came Amen into

  344. a world that did not walk him. Amen. And that's God's purpose tonight,

  345. that's God's divine purpose that Jesus would be brought forth. They mean,

  346. man, and in your own personal life, in your own personal struggles,

  347. Listen, there's gonna be times you're gonna meet people that pastor never will meet.

  348. Amen. With a little cabin. They come into that store, he's

  349. gonna beet people that comes in there that may never ever come to this church.

  350. Probably first up right, but when you're in the midst of a heart,

  351. life is making sense. But in the midst of that, you can

  352. bring form Jesus to them. Hey, oh, it's great, go to

  353. I don't go calling the thrift store or a bargain store. To go to

  354. a thrist store and find a bargain. But I'm telling you, when when

  355. you give them Jesus, they're getting a long, bigger bargain. And they

  356. really oh, Lord and God, I said, they're getting a locked in

  357. the bargain. Then they realize, oh, I don't understand a lot of

  358. things. I've got questions about my own life, but I do know this,

  359. Hey, man, when I'm shaking my head and bringing my hands and

  360. I don't understand, and I don't know what to do with say, I

  361. serve my God that's sitting on the throne, and he knows them all from

  362. that I can't, I said, he knows that he from the I can't.

  363. Hey man, And I want to be well in I said, I

  364. want to be well and to me at that place and when God wants me

  365. to be there and Comna fell that part mass and that is the brave far

  366. Jesus. I'm closer than night, Paul said in the Book of Philippians Philippians,

  367. Chapter one, I don't bear with me. I'm preaching. I have

  368. a new Bible on my past. Sticky Paul says to the Philippian church in

  369. chapter one, verse twelve. But I wouldn't should understand, reverend, and

  370. the things which have happened under me have fallen out rather to the furtherance gospel.

  371. PAULA said, Hey, God told me I was going to be a

  372. witness before kings. It took shipwrecked and it took a jail, saying,

  373. but I'm finally where God wants me to be, so I can be a

  374. witness to the most powerful man in the world to bring forth Jesus, my

  375. Caesar. What an opportunity to reform. I'm abided and I'm close. In

  376. the night when they were in that, when they were in that, you

  377. remember Paul wanted to go to Asia and and the Holy Ghost forbid. You

  378. wanted to go to bith Me and the spirit suffering not I talked about this

  379. minute time, Holy Ghost for being spirit suffering in want. In the night,

  380. he had a vision a man from Macedonia saying, needs your help,

  381. we should come down here. Paul got up early the next morning and began

  382. to make his way because he was company that God had called him to preach

  383. the gospel. He goes, there's people saved by the river. Amen,

  384. there's a young lady delivered from this spirit of divination. Things are going good.

  385. And all of a sudden, when the master this lady saw that the

  386. hope of their games were lost, they called Poe in silence, put them

  387. in a Philippian jail, beat them with many stripes, put their feet fast

  388. in stocks. I could hear the devil now, pastor, how you missed

  389. the will of God? You ever heard that? Before that? Ah,

  390. you missed the will of God? There were times I was where God wanted

  391. me to be. I second, yes, God, But I was wondering

  392. at this. I don't know. I could hear the devil you missed the

  393. will of God, but a specific tie in a Philippian jail, a specific

  394. place. Paul and Silace prayed the same praises. They brought forth. Jesus

  395. said, and the Bible said, the prisoners hurt them. Oh, God

  396. hurt him too, because he's in an earthquake, and open every every door

  397. and loosed every change. And I don't where one person trying to get away.

  398. I don't where one person trying to get out of there. Hey man,

  399. what I said the jail was more appealing than what was outside. Well,

  400. no jail was a going to take his life. And all said,

  401. don't hurt yourself, sir. At the right time and at the right place.

  402. Hey man, we're not going anywhere. And that jailor con see that

  403. said, what must I do? That they saved that? Not he in

  404. his house got saved no cause of God. So if I apointment, I

  405. know, I don't make sin, sir. I know sometimes you don't even

  406. feel good. But God help me to be well. Amen, help me.

  407. We'll just stay mine. They brought forth Jesus, and I believe I

  408. believe they was more saved. It's possible because that jail was considered the jailer's

  409. house. Ain't that right? I ain't said it was just like this,

  410. but it could be. How many believes that had Oh, he'll be finding

  411. Lord, and they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to

  412. all that were in his house. I believe they was criminals. God saved

  413. that day. That night the men there was criminals, and God saved because

  414. Paul in silence was where they needed to be when they needed to be there,

  415. and they were doing what they should have been doing. That they were

  416. bringing forth Jesus, say, God, forgive me for the many time if

  417. idea, forgive me for the many times I didn't. God helped me not

  418. to waste another opportunity, another opportunity to bring Jesus. Amen. That's God's

  419. plan. That's why God left us here. Amen. We talked about those

  420. lights, John, being a light. Amen, it was a borrowed light.

  421. It was a reflected light. Amen. He's the sun where the moon

  422. we can't produce. The light is what we can do. We can live

  423. close enough to the light that it reflects a lot and dye. Yes,

  424. he realized that the moon wouldn't shine in the dark if the sun wouldn't shine

  425. it. It is the sun that illuminates that moon on the dark side of

  426. the world. I want to bring forth Jesus don't. And again I thank

  427. God for a pastor and a pastor's wife that, in spite of the burdens,

  428. the hardships, and the disappointments, the hurts, the wounds, they

  429. were willing to be where God wanted him to be when God wanted him to

  430. be. Because really, Church, that pastor, he ain't never said nothing

  431. to any but he loves y'all. That's obvious, y'all can tell it.

  432. And I've never heard a negative word out him about the church. Man.

  433. I've heard some pastors beating their folks down pretty bad, you know, to

  434. others that's sorry, all right, But without the pastor even saying, hey,

  435. here day, there'd been times, had been a whole lot easier for

  436. him just to live. But he didn't aid he stank because he understood God's

  437. timing, God's place purpose. Thank you, pastor, Thank you pastors for

  438. and to you that are going through dark places, just as your pastor has

  439. brought forth Jesus to you over and over again. You go out on the

  440. job in spite of how hard life is, bring forth Jesus. You know

  441. I went. I got your standing. So if you can't continue to stay

  442. in understand. But I went from pastor in full time church. I'm gonna

  443. get personal here, okay. I went from pastor in a full time church

  444. to do a service work for Gracenane. I love my job, don't get

  445. me wrong. I got this child I reckon I've ever had. I'm my

  446. own boss. Hey man, I don't have to listen to people when I'm

  447. riding down the road. I map I do would aggravate customers from time to

  448. time. I got a good job. But I went from ministry full time

  449. ministry to drive in a service tree. Do you know what? I have

  450. met people that I would never have anywhere. If God would have put me

  451. into trouble doing service work really important, pickle the send if they had I

  452. was a preacher, prayful me. I'm in trouble that is just as important

  453. as me get behind a pool pit preaching a message. Amen. I don't

  454. know where you at, what you're going through, but God's got a time.

  455. God's got a place. God, help us not to avoid the purpose

  456. that is to bring forth Jesus. They could meet me and their life never

  457. be changed. But if they can meet the God that's sent me. Amen,

  458. they can meet the God that's thank God, it can make a difference

  459. in their life. I wondered tonight, if it's okay, would you like

  460. to pray? Would you like to would you like to be able to breathe

  461. forth Jesus even when this flesh don't feel like doing it. Lord, help

  462. us to know the time, help us to know the place, Help us

  463. to fulfill or divide purpose. Mm hmmm, help us escuses still under one.
