  1. A man the lords tonight. Yeah, okay, the Lord deserves our honor

  2. tonight, man, he deserves our praise. He's worthy of praise. I

  3. was thinking about his brother. Jeremy was honoring different ones and labored in the

  4. church, and all were given honor to the pastor and his wife. And

  5. all that was said here Lama says, to give honor where honor is view.

  6. And the scripture comes to my mind brought Jeremy quote a portion of that.

  7. But it was where Jesus looked at his disciples that day, and he

  8. said, who the men say that I am? And they said, well,

  9. some say elive, some jeremise, and uh one of the prophets.

  10. And Jesus looked at those disciples, and he said, but who do you

  11. say that. Peter spoke up and says, a manner was and he said,

  12. now art the Christ the son that where Jesus said, blessing blood had

  13. not revealed this unto you, but my father, which is in heaven.

  14. He said, blessed arn't no simon for Jonathan, for flesh and blood did

  15. not reveal this unto you, but my Father, which is in heaven.

  16. He said, upon this flot I don't build my church and ans Hell's yall,

  17. remember said Hell, God's building the church. Amen, God's building the

  18. church. He said, my wife being with me, and I don't like

  19. to go anywhere without a man to appreciate my wife of Sisterruth, did you

  20. like to testify? Okay day about I don't know when I was about fourteen.

  21. So saved my life, saved my soul. It's been a good journey

  22. with him, and I was thinking so many times we might not see what's

  23. ahead of us. But I promise you it's whatever is ahead. He's right

  24. there to go with us the way I love him. I mean to make

  25. Heaven my home and I make to see Jesus one day and I appreciate him

  26. your breakfast. I'm really struggling with my voice. And so you know what

  27. you never see, well a man or mountains, some family, unashas stop

  28. car pastor right days we made wonderful being house of wars. We mean to

  29. share a homecoming Sunday with you all. I take our hearts have been blessed

  30. in a good day of the Lord, and just enjoyed the presence of the

  31. Lord and all that he is doing for us, and I'd like to say

  32. how much I appreciate all the hard work and on that good meal over the

  33. heart. Did anybody ain't going there? Amen? If you go that meal,

  34. say amen. God. I enjoyed the good meal. And y'all don't

  35. know me that wall. But I've been in heavyweight for a long time.

  36. Yeah, I've been in the three plus club. God, what that is?

  37. Three hundred pounds plus? And uh, I even went over that one

  38. time. But the Lord's help me, I've lost quite a bit of way

  39. about the towns right now, thank God. Far which all did not help

  40. my weight off strokes again. You know, I didn't have me, but

  41. I sure didn't enjoy the meal. Everything was delicious. I told Marcus from

  42. Marcus here on the journey we traveled together down here. I told him at

  43. one of our meals, I said, you know, I don't know what

  44. it is about me, I said, but you know I got one of

  45. those. I didn't tell him this, but I've said it through the years

  46. of going to come on happy, just bring it on, and uh,

  47. when I start eating, there's a little something on the inside of the person

  48. who's supposed to say fool in a certain pint. I don't think my works,

  49. So I just eat as long as I see the food, you know,

  50. just keep eating. I couldn't do that today, but it is really

  51. good and clean, my brother, all of it, amen, so it

  52. would be pretty good. Thank you for the good meal, Thank you for

  53. the hospitality, for the alfering, Thank you for the nice place to stay.

  54. I don't know if y'all get to see that, but it's an airby

  55. m a right and a very nice place they have. The church here has

  56. provided for us to stay. Thank you for that, and I appreciate it.

  57. And we were sure glad. We were. Weiry so old when we

  58. got here. It's a long way from here to Carolina, but we invite

  59. you to come. It's no further there all that it was here. And

  60. so it starts shooting the tenth, which will be a week from tomorrow night,

  61. and one of your good friends you know, will be preaching, brother

  62. Rady Asher and uh so we'd love for you to come. We have nice

  63. services. Starts one night and we'll start having day services on Thursday. So

  64. Thursday through Sunday will be a day service at Kenna Well twelve o'clock day service

  65. and then ten'clock on a sudden, we take a little different schedule on Sunday,

  66. so I canvite you come be with us if you let me know.

  67. We want to have you Israel, and what cost you a night? So

  68. we welcome you to come, love for you to come share with us and

  69. can't leave him. Amen, just appreciate the privilege to be here tonight.

  70. Pay the Lord will give us something from the word of God, a man.

  71. The word of God is on lamp under our feet and wading to our

  72. pam. Amen is forever settled in heaven. Thank God. I found with

  73. glasses. I'm gonna have to make an apology for wearing those girly looking glasses

  74. by a lofe Jesus. I am like you, brother, how well?

  75. I have about twenty parent east at least, and they're scattered from about three

  76. different offices that I use to my bedroom, took beside my chair and drawers

  77. around the house and in automobiles, and I brought a two pair with me.

  78. And this evening I told my wife I have lost so I said,

  79. I have to use yours. I just have to make an apology for those

  80. that you saved the night. Yeah you can, mile mother, does it

  81. not too expensive online. That's the way I do it day Bibles. Tonight

  82. we'll be reading again in the fifteenth chapter of the Book of Saint Luke,

  83. and I'd like to share these scriptures with us tonight. See what the Lord

  84. has for us. I'll tell you this morning I go away share these details.

  85. But I had a message I had from I thought I had it for

  86. about a week, and the morning service that the Lord changed my mind this

  87. morning, just the little one for and having a preach on coming homes like

  88. it's fad that somebody's heart. Chapter fifteen again, verse number one, thank

  89. you for starting. Verse number one says, then drew near unto him all

  90. the Republicans and sinners for to hear him, and the phariseeas inscribes murmured,

  91. saying, this man receiveth sinners and edith with them, and his faith is

  92. parable under them, saying, what man of you have one hundred sheep in

  93. his what man of you having one hundred sheep? If he lose one of

  94. them, do not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness. Go after

  95. that which is lost until he find it, and have found it, he

  96. laid it on his shoulders rejoicing when he come and came and called it together

  97. his friends and neighbors, saying unto them, rejoice with me, for I

  98. have found my sheep which was lost. I say unto you that likewise joy

  99. should be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth more than over ninety and nine,

  100. just persons which need no repentance. You maybe see. I like to

  101. title my message tonight, it's Jesus. It's on a mission, right are

  102. you? Jesus is on a mission? Are you? Jesus came to this

  103. earth. The Bible tells us that Joseph had a dream, and then this

  104. dream and angels spoke to Joseph and said for him not to be careful to

  105. take Mary, his his fauset wife, to be his wife, for this

  106. child that she's carrying is from the lords, from the Holy Ghost. And

  107. he said that you shall call his name Joseph Jesus excuse me, for he

  108. shall save his people from their sins. So we see right there at the

  109. very beginning, that the mission of Christ was to come to save them that

  110. were lost. That was his vision. He never forgot his mission. He

  111. come to give himself for the sacrifice of the whole world shed his blood that

  112. we might be saved. Parliaments here on the earth. He reached for those

  113. that was lost. He had a ministry that reached to the last. He

  114. appealed to the lost. He went to great lens to reach the lost.

  115. And I want to remind us here tonight that the Lord is still going to

  116. great lynks to reach the lost. The mission, the ministry of Christ is

  117. alive today as much as it ever has been. The work did he begin

  118. while he was here on the earth is still going forward today. And Jesus

  119. is still reaching for those that are lost. He's still reaching out to meaning

  120. women that are in trouble, meeting women that are lost and a lone without

  121. God. Jesus still is reaching to save them. It's the commission he gave

  122. the church. When he gave us a great commission and said go into all

  123. the parts of the world and preached the Gospel to every creature. He didn't

  124. believe it and his baptized should be saved, and he didn't believe it not

  125. should be down. So not only was it Jesus's commission or his mission on

  126. the earth, it was the commission he left his disciples and to all those

  127. who would all of for generations to come. Is to reach those rich are

  128. laws. The great mission of Christ was to see those that were saved.

  129. We see that in the life of Christ, his ministry continued over and over

  130. and over, reaching to them that were unsaved. We see in my texture

  131. in verse number one, that he drew under him all the publicans and the

  132. sinners far to hear him. So they they were drawn to Jesus. Something

  133. about this man drew him. Something about the words it Jesus offered, Something

  134. about the things that the Lord had to say to them was a drawing to

  135. them that were lost. They knew they needed something old. He told that

  136. woman at the well, He said, if you knew who of us you

  137. asked me, Frodrick of Wat, I'll give you a drink of water that

  138. you'd never thrust again. Hane lo you. There was something about that man,

  139. Jesus that drew them. They were lost. They would go to see

  140. him, They would go to hear him. They were gathering great numbers in

  141. great crowds to hear the words of Jesus. There were many others in the

  142. crowds it would come to hear the words of Jesus, don't it were his

  143. critics, the religious men of his day, that despised what he was doing.

  144. They despised the great multitudes that wanted to follow him. They saw that

  145. he was gaining ground among the people, granted, gaining influence among the people.

  146. He was upstaging them. He was doing miracles they could not do.

  147. He was preaching in a way that gained the attention of people that they were

  148. not able to do His fate works like no other man ever spake Hallelujah.

  149. He was a man that was reaching for them that were lost. His life

  150. had fluenced them. The Bible says that they drew near unto him. They

  151. were drawn to the Lord. And he said in verse number two, the

  152. fancies and scrips bermer, saying, this man received sinners and edith with them.

  153. You see what they how they were perceiving what the Lord was doing.

  154. The Lord was reaching for those souls. The Lord was interested in those souls

  155. that they found fault in him. They said, he's a man that edith

  156. with sinners, received sinners and edith with them. He was a friend to

  157. the sinner. Hallelujah. I'm telling you, Jesus said no God of love.

  158. Had any man been yssed, but a man would lay down his life

  159. for his friends. Gee was a friend to the sinner. He loved them

  160. with a pure love. How they knew you, an unconditional love. Jesus

  161. was a man who loved the senators. I'd like for us to look at

  162. the life of Jesus and his approach and his attitude when it came to dealing

  163. with them that was lost, and his mission to reach those that were lost.

  164. Jesus was a man on a mission. Jesus was a man who went

  165. out of his way to reach them. The Lord went out of his way

  166. to reach them. You see here in my text in the parable that Jesus

  167. gave them, he said, I'd leave the ninety and nine and then I'd

  168. go search for the one that was lost. He would go out of his

  169. way to them. He was interested in those that were lost. You remember

  170. the time that he went to the and talked to the woman at the well

  171. that I made reference to just a moment ago. The Bible says, I

  172. must Jesus said, I must needs go through Samaria. He had to go

  173. by Samaria. It was out of his way to travel that way. It

  174. certainly would not have been the way that that most Jews would have went.

  175. They would have tried to dark Samaria. But Jesus says, I gotta go

  176. to Samaria. Why did Jesus say that he was interested in a woman He

  177. was in trouble, Her life was wrecked in sin. Her life was in

  178. trouble, and she was a reproach and a shame in her community. But

  179. Jesus said, I must needs go by Samaria. How the n Jesus went

  180. by Samaria. Yes, for the benefit of that war. He will go

  181. out of his way to reach them mindal halls or how they do you think

  182. about us, Savior that loves mankind so much and loves those that are lost

  183. so much, He'll go out of his way to reach the hills. He'll

  184. do the extra, He'll go the extra. Mah hallehuah. He'll do whatever

  185. it takes to speak to their hearts. I'm telling you men, when you

  186. and I don't know how to reach them, and when ye I don't know

  187. how to speak to them, we don't know what to say to them,

  188. and we don't know what method would work with them, Jesus does. He

  189. knows how to work with them. He knows how to reach them, he

  190. knows how to speak to them. I'll tell you he chears and he'll go

  191. the extra mile to reach them. Kind of Jesus will go out of his

  192. way to reach those that are lost. Jesus also, I want us to

  193. know this concerning his interaction and his mission to reach them that are lost.

  194. Jesus was willing to suffer ridicule and criticism is for the lost. Oh yeah,

  195. let me take something any easy to do that. We all like to

  196. be liked, restricted thought, well, love. We like for people to

  197. love and appreciate us. We don't want to do anything to mar that.

  198. We don't want to do anything that would cause people to look down on us.

  199. Your name, your reputation's important. How do you you know some people

  200. got this attitude and this adoption. Shit, I don't care what to think.

  201. You know, as a Christian we are not to feel that way.

  202. It don't matter what people think. It matters how you do and how you

  203. live, and how you dress, and where you go and where you won't

  204. go, what you say and what you don't say. Those states matter as

  205. a Christian, be careful. They matter. But they're coming to time when

  206. we have to step outside of that. We need bots a soul of a

  207. mera wool, and Jesus was willing to do that. If you remember,

  208. the Bible tells us over in Luke chapter number seven. It gives us an

  209. account of one such time when Jesus was winning to be reproached for the sake

  210. of a lost soul. The Bible tells us in verse number thirty six and

  211. said in one of the Pharisees desired him that he would eat with him.

  212. And he went into the pharisees house and sat down to me and behold a

  213. woman in the city, which was a anxious woman, well respected person,

  214. somebody that everybody loved, been appreciated in town. No, but her name

  215. was a sinner. How they knew you didn't tell us much about her,

  216. But I'll tell you what that means. Her life was simple, how they

  217. knew you. She was not the respectable one that you ladies here tonight are.

  218. She was a sinful woman. And she come to this dinner. She

  219. shows up, and the Bible says, she's come and stood behind Jesus where

  220. Jesus is at, now look what he says, And she stood at his

  221. feet behind him. She was weeping, and then she began to watch his

  222. feet with tears, and it wiped in with the hands of her head and

  223. kissed his feet and annoying them with the orphan. Now look what happened.

  224. Verse thirty nine says, Now with the Pharisee, which admitting him saw it,

  225. he's faked within himself. He didn't say out loud, He just all

  226. this hard. Oh, my goodness, my, if this man was frothed,

  227. if this man suit he says he is. He didn't know what kind

  228. of woman this he is. He didn't understand what kind of woman she is

  229. and what her reputation is. Did get the idea of what she was doing,

  230. what she's up to? Who geus? But Jesus knew a whole more

  231. than Jesus is on a mission. I'm all about a mission that Jesus is

  232. on, and it was to reach them. They were lost. He was

  233. concerned about that soul. It didn't matter that her name was hard, It

  234. didn't matter that she had cars all over her, It didn't matter how irreputable

  235. her reputation was. It didn't matter about that. What mattered is she was

  236. a soul, and Jesus saw the desire of her heart. He saw the

  237. tears that were falling from her eyes. He saw the sincerity of this woman,

  238. and she wept and cried in the presence of the Lord. He was

  239. praying her. You know why she showed up at Fancy's house. You think

  240. for one minute this woman would have went to this critic, the man that

  241. walked in town, and when he saw her, he sneered, picked his

  242. head up, looked the other way, and maybe even set out loud for

  243. her benefit. Oh that's shameful. You think she's gonna show up at his

  244. house for dinner. No, No, not for his benefit. Nor was

  245. he came, Brother Howell, because Jesus was in the house. Hide Lucas,

  246. you wanted to see. This man named Jesus had something about him that

  247. prew her. She needed something in her life, and Jesus was willing to

  248. be reproached for her benefit. He was willing to be ridiculed. He was

  249. willing to be criticised for her benefit. Wherehere you go. I'm not suggesting

  250. you go down to these night clubs and tyl witness everyone. I'm saying here,

  251. folks, I'm telling you sometimes we have to do things how I knew

  252. you they might not be what we've just wanted to do for the benefit of

  253. reaching somebody that's lost My father in law. I don't know how many of

  254. y'all knew him, but Brother President Singer, Brother Bill's Day or last year

  255. he was. He was his reputation in our area. He is a friend

  256. of the center where he pastored. Everybody need Brother pressure loved how they come

  257. into church. Man he go back there and put a big crime to yeah,

  258. I'll hope you and grab him around every there and say I'm gonna try

  259. your part of your son. He had showed him. He loved them,

  260. and centers all over would tell me after he and said, I'm telling you

  261. you you were the brisket nights. You. This woman knew Jesus lived her.

  262. She knew this man named Jesus didn't look at her the way to thus

  263. he did. Jesus knew that the thoughts of Simon's heart the Pharisee, and

  264. he said he got somewhat to see them. He said, say Lord,

  265. and then he gave him the parable of those that hid one oh fifty pence

  266. and one five hundred. I believe that was the number of anyway, one

  267. old little bit one over one, and he said, the Lord just frankly

  268. forgave both of them. Oh rid of God, that lord of mats,

  269. you shower from home. He just forgave both of them. That's what he

  270. didn't mean. He just forgot off with her. How they knew you where

  271. to God? And I'm telling you it didn't matter where you come from,

  272. which side of the tracts is raised on. It doesn't matter how your family

  273. lived, and who your name is, and how much money you god,

  274. how much you don't have, and how that the close quote. It doesn't

  275. matter any of that. I'm telling you. When Jesus comes by a friend,

  276. he loves the sin. Jesus not only was willing to be ridiculed for

  277. their benefit. Jesus was a man that did not condemn the lords. You

  278. know, sure, we know it. Jesus said John three seventeen. For

  279. God sitting not his son into the world to condemn the world, but that

  280. through him the world might be saved. How they who Jesus didn't come to

  281. condemn them, but he'd come to save them. You remember the woman that

  282. they drug up in the very active with all three. They drug her up

  283. before the Lord. I'm telling you that had to be a horrible scene.

  284. They dragged this woman up since she had been called in the end of adultry,

  285. and they said, Lord, you know what the law says. Now

  286. we want to know what you say about I'll tell you Jesus wouldn't He was

  287. not excusing the sin of adultsy, No, of course not. I'll tell

  288. you what Jesus was interested in. And he wasn't interested in tearing out judgment

  289. on her, condemning her. He was interested in forgiving her. He was

  290. interested and sending her free. And she don't and don't see it anymore.

  291. You know the rest of that story. As one by one they all began

  292. to lead from the eldest to the youngest, as Jesus wrote in The Dirt

  293. Road in the Sand, and the Bible tells us that Jesus looked up and

  294. her Jesus were called, and Jesus I said, woman wearing thine affusers?

  295. And she said, Lord, I have none. He said, neither do

  296. I condemn theelujah. Oh, Jesus didn't say Adultery's okay, No, that

  297. wasn't what he said. He said, woman, I'm not condemning you.

  298. I I want you to be saved. I ought you to yet right,

  299. there's a better way to live in the way you live it. He said,

  300. you go and sin no more. I got a better way for you

  301. to live. High Thlujah. Jesus didn't come to condemn them. They're condemned

  302. already. Friend. We ain't gotta highlight their sin, God or good.

  303. After the Holy girls and they convicted and their sin, howey say't working the

  304. Holy Ghost. The Lord wants us not to condemn them, but to reach

  305. for him that they be saved. But not only has Jesus not condemned them,

  306. their lost friend, he is willing to declare the truth to them.

  307. Got ready to God. Jesus was willing to declare the truth to them.

  308. You know, sometimes it ain't easy to tell people the truth. Sometimes it's

  309. not easy to look people in the eyes and say this is what the word

  310. of God says. It clearly brings condemnation to their life. He didn't come

  311. to condemn them, but he came to give them the truth. How they

  312. love you. You know what Jesus did. He shared the truth that rich

  313. young Ruber came to Jesus. He come to him. Oh my, the

  314. Bible tells us he had youth on his side, he had wealth in his

  315. corner, he had a party in his corner. I'm telling you faith,

  316. it was going pretty good for this man. And he ran to the Lord

  317. and he said, good Master, what must I do to herit eternal life?

  318. You remember what the Lord did? The Lord began to give him the

  319. commandments. He gave him some of the commandments to him. He didn't quote

  320. the whole kid commandments, but they were all important. He gave them the

  321. commandments of God. And he said, well, oh Lord, I kept

  322. these formid. If I'm good, he's feeling good bad him said, a

  323. man, it's pretty good. I'm doing good on this test. Jesus looked

  324. at him and said one thing that that is, Jesus knew that man's heart

  325. and friend. He was willing to share the truth with him that he might

  326. be saved. He knew that there was nothing that man loved any more than

  327. his wealth. He knew that that wealth stood between him and God. He

  328. knew that money was his heid. He knew that money was more important to

  329. him than any else in the world. The Bible said, for he had

  330. great wealth, and the Bible says that Jesus looked at him. He said,

  331. hey, I'll tell you what you do. You sell all that you

  332. got, give to the poor, take up your costs, and follow me.

  333. And the Bible says that young man walked away. I can see him

  334. in my mind as his head topped and he realized he hadn't done so well

  335. on the test. I kept the commandments, but my heart is far from

  336. God. My heart is wrapped up them in money. My heart is wrapped

  337. up in well. My honey's wrapped. My heart is wrapped up in the

  338. things that I held. Jesus said, no, away with that bad that's

  339. your trouble. God knows where your troubles a friend, He knows what your

  340. problems are. And God is many to share the truth with you. This

  341. is the prophet looked that David when he felled God miserably. God was with

  342. him. To be honest. The David pour his finger of David through the

  343. prophet and say, thou art the man I love who your God. Friend.

  344. You're not gonna go to Hell and be able to point your finger at

  345. God and say you didn't tell me. No, you don't be able to

  346. point your finger of God. And say you didn't share it with the Lord.

  347. I didn't know no better. I didn't know. You will know because

  348. he's gonna be honest with his for him, He's gonna tell you the truth.

  349. Jesus was with him to share the truth with him that were not saved,

  350. just as he did the rich young ruler. My friend Jesus is still

  351. on the mission. I know who. He paid for our sins with his

  352. own blood. He's fought us with the price of blood, and he is

  353. willing to save to the uttermost. There's no sinner dol so far that he

  354. can't save. There's nobody so low. It's in that the Lord's grace can't

  355. reach thee. I'm telling you, he can pick him up, and he

  356. can pull in my house. This aw mistaked shit. I was in a

  357. horrible pit. The Lord delivered me out of that horrible pit. How the

  358. knew you. It doesn't matter how far down the person he is. It

  359. didn't matter how steak and seeing their life is Christ come to save him that

  360. are lost. It was his mission, it was his purpose. How they

  361. knew you. This was like Jane, this is what mattered to it.

  362. Andy knew you. Oh, I'm telling you some people of God as Bethel

  363. holding his church, as MacCall bill the cost of firemat guys hold his church

  364. if he calls out to Lina. I'm telling you, wherever you're from here

  365. tonight, it is a mission of the church. How they do you,

  366. It's what really is supposed to do. We don't want to never lose our

  367. gold. We don't want to never lose our mission to reach the loss.

  368. Whatever the call, start away to reach some off for you do what it

  369. takes to read them all. You didn't need to be rid of till Mothers

  370. reads them ast whatever it takes, whatever it takes to reach them, You

  371. do whatever it needs to reach them that are honest, be willing to share

  372. the truthful them, how they be willing to be honest to them, Show

  373. them love, show them to passion, show them that you care. Oh

  374. would the God that I had that same spirit of Christ, that would draw

  375. them that are best, Oh glory to God. I'm telling you, brother,

  376. that ought to be of characteristics of the church for the saints, that

  377. sinners are drawn to us and say, Hey, I want to get around

  378. them people. They got something mind you, I want to be around the

  379. people it should never be said about us. I don't want what to take

  380. got I don't want what to think, but all the contrary, it ought

  381. to be said about us. I'm luck to have what this is what I

  382. do, this is what I'm desired, this is what I'm longing for.

  383. This is ruth from the piano. We ought to be a magnet to them,

  384. then horlessn't glory to God. I know we're living in in a day

  385. like none other, unprecedented times, and we're seeing that media fall and by

  386. the way being here being that a way and falks teaching false doctrine that you

  387. don't. It's sometimes to sit hard eat find the Senate that would admit they're

  388. lost. They you know, they just they claim so much religion, they

  389. claim so much, and they're not't living for Christ. They don't have the

  390. spirit of Christ in their life. They don't have the fruits of Christ in

  391. their life. I'll tell your friend, there's somebody out there that's lost,

  392. and they know they're lost. Some years ago, living right there in McCall,

  393. South Carolina, I was living in Parsons at the time. It's in

  394. a middle village. I don't know if y'all fami or what that is.

  395. When it's old cotton meal village and the building up houses for the people that

  396. worked in the meal years ago, and through the years they kind of got

  397. run down old houses and it attracted low income people and people with a lot

  398. of problems. Drugs and alcohol, prostitution, gambling, fighting, riding the

  399. streets all hours of the night was commonplace. Still is loll down there.

  400. Shoots killings out there at the church. I don't know how mean. He's

  401. been shot killed, stabbed, fighting fighting. It was out there getting ready

  402. for Easter service one Sunday, on one Saturday, getting ready for US Easter

  403. Sunday. This is back when COVID and we were gonna have an outside service

  404. and we're setting up the speakers, getting made ready. All of a sudden,

  405. when somebody would go sta stream in the hall and called along, called

  406. a lawn names. They had a fight, and the guy had a gun

  407. print in his forehead where it had been pistol hip at the print of the

  408. baron hand right there in his forehead, blood running out of his face.

  409. He said, up there at the house right in behind the church. Not

  410. too long after that, walking down the street right of beloved that a man

  411. walks up, shoots two on the porch, kills one of them, the

  412. other ones I'm permanently injured. There's a very handicapped life. Now. I

  413. could just go story after the story. But one night, at about three

  414. am in the morning, somebody's knocking on my door. I go to the

  415. door and it's a fellow on human. His name was Ken, Ken Parker.

  416. I opened the door. It wasn't the first time he visited my house

  417. at Late Islands. I said, Ken, can I help you? He

  418. said, I knew what he wanted. He wanted some money. He's bad

  419. and didn't did the drugs. But he didn't have a nerved ash for my

  420. brother Hound. So he just stood there and he said, H'm hungry.

  421. Can you give me some deep my life? He cooked the good meal that

  422. night. I said, just hold on me to Ken. I went in

  423. the house, got stuff out of refrigerator, made him up a hot plate,

  424. carried it out there and got him something to drink. Took it to

  425. him. He stood there with sweat running out his face and ran down.

  426. I remember well what he looked like. Mosquitoes just covered his face. I

  427. give him that plate of food He stood there with tears in his eyes.

  428. He said, Preacher, I wish I could be like you. I said,

  429. can't You can't be. You know what the difference is? And and

  430. me said grace of God. I said, if it were not for the

  431. grace of God, I might be out here on the street. Did you

  432. leave in the way you hit him? He said, I sure would like

  433. to be. He said, will you pray with me? I prayed with

  434. him. Ken didn't get delivered. He come back a few more times after

  435. that. It wasn't too long till his parents called him one day, said,

  436. brother Glenn hen died last night with an overdose. He'd been laying on

  437. that couch r hoors with it under the influence of drugs, and said,

  438. all of a sudden he stiffened up, rolled out on the floor. He

  439. was gone. Said where you preach his funeral? I said, yes,

  440. I preach his funeral. I preach his funeral. Brother. Did you know?

  441. The community was up very stirred about Jen. But my horrible was broken,

  442. and Jesus's hord was broken because his mission is to save him her the

  443. host to reach them. I'm ministered in that family for years now, preached

  444. another one of the ballastrenals. Seemed like it didn't matter what you've done.

  445. He couldn't reach her brother, howe, but he reached his grandma. Brother.

  446. That wasn't me, but the Lord preached his grandma. She's about ninety

  447. years old. She wasn't saved. Her family called. He said, pastor,

  448. will you come, mama's dying. I rushed to the hospital. Now

  449. to the hospital. She lay there lifeless. They disconnected everything from her.

  450. All they had on her was a little oxygen. To you, they've done

  451. disconnected ivs. Theye took everything away from her. I can't I leave her

  452. breath. She was breathing about four times a minute, just to gas.

  453. Fifteen seconds, twenty seconds would go by. She'd do it again. Oh

  454. she ain't gonna make it. I'd be standing there talking to that family,

  455. and she'd move an arm or a hand or her leg a little bit.

  456. Then say, preacher, talk to mama. She ain't saved. Maybe she

  457. can hear you. Now. Nobody in the group say. I go to

  458. her bedside, and I'd say, miss Parker, can you hear me?

  459. Miss Parker? I talked with her, I pray with her. Finally,

  460. after a while, I knew my ore bed and I said, Lord,

  461. if you could just your mercy, don't let her die lost ninety years old.

  462. I left that hospital and I told my wife, I said, why,

  463. missus Parker probably won't make it through the day. She's breathing about four

  464. times a minute. I went home. It's back in a phone call at

  465. any moment. The evening goes by, at night goes by, no call.

  466. Next morning, I was up right earthy. I called, I'm heading

  467. to the hospital. I can't hardly believe I ain't got a phone call.

  468. I wonder if she's already gone, and if he just didn't call me.

  469. I got to the hospital about eight o'clock. Brother, how When I got

  470. to the hospital, her daughter, Estra was walking out of the hospital.

  471. I said, Estra, how's mama. She said, you ain't gonna believe

  472. it. Brother, Glenna said, Mama setting up in the bed right now,

  473. eating the sandwich. Oh. I said, you gotta be kid,

  474. She said, no, she's doing fine. The doctor said she'd go home

  475. today. So I went in the room and there she was. She waited

  476. about a eighty pounds, little old beauty thing. She's sitting on top of

  477. the men no rest behind her back. You're sitting up Indian style, had

  478. a sandwich in her hand. I said, well, hello, Ms Parker,

  479. how you doing? She said, I'm gonna do it fine. I

  480. said, do you remember I was here yesterday? She said no, they

  481. told me you were. I said, do you know you almost died yesterday?

  482. She said, that's what they said it. I said, Miss Parker,

  483. you need to be saved. She said, I know. She didn't

  484. get saved that day, but she lived about a year. Brother said,

  485. I saw her walking up down the street. After that. Did she come

  486. to the House of God? And she prayed us when you get satisfied.

  487. But one day we went by our house and visited with him, pray with

  488. her, and she said the Lord his say or read of God, the

  489. town I'm gonna call, didn't make it. Go be Rocius about it.

  490. Nobody needed harder. I knew it that I perview it, and Miss Parker

  491. knew it. Jesus is on a mission, friend, He's on a mission

  492. to save your family, you're neighbors, your friends, the people of Lavelle,

  493. Florida. It's on a mission. You think it's by Champs. His

  494. church is here from the house share will be this the story of of what

  495. a what an ordeal it was for him to get established here. Pretty amazing.

  496. You think it's by Champs. No friend, God's on a mission to

  497. save people in the bathroom, and he wants us to be on the same
