-
third and seventy fourth verse. Please, Brother Nathaniel, Proverbs Chapter

-
number twenty eight and verse number one, Please, sir. The
-
wicked flee when no man pursueth, but the righteous are bold.
-
As a lion.
-
The wicked fleeth when what, Brother Nathaniel, man, No man pursueth,
-
but the righteous are as bold as a lion, Brother Jesse, Romans,
-
Chapter number one and verse number sixteen.
-
Where I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ.
-
Or it is the power of God unto salvation to
-
everyone that.
-
Believeth to the jew first, and all so to the Greek.
-
So, brother sterret, we never have to be timid while
-
proclaiming the world of God, Sister boot And you'll find
-
out here momentarily you were all over my message. Brother
-
stare At, You'll find out momentarily you were all over
-
my message. Brother Jesse, you'll find out momentarily you were
-
all over my message. Brother Caleb, you were all over
-
this morning, and brother Jacob, you.
-
Were all over this message you'll find out here.
-
Momentarily said, I have concluded. My conclusion is God is
-
with his church. I'm so glad to have seventy to
-
eighty people here tonight. Is with me.
-
Most importantly, I'm glad you're with God.
-
Let's stand for the reading of our text, Matthew twenty six,
-
seventy three and seventy four. If you've got it, say amen.
-
And after a while came unto him they that stood
-
by and said to Peter, surely thou also art one
-
of them, for thy speech betrayeth thee Then began he
-
to curse.
-
And to swear, saying I know not the man, and
-
immediately the cock crew.
-
How many of you have heard that term yellow bellied.
-
That's an adjective.
-
When I was a child, I would hear older people
-
used the adjective yellow belly, denoting that a person lacked
-
courage or that that person was easily pride. How many
-
of you have ever read the story of Chicken Little,
-
the Sky's falling, The Sky's falling, or Brother.
-
Jonathan and I have raised a many a chicken we've
-
sold thousands. I dare say sometimes.
-
We've housed as many as four hundred at a time.
-
We've moved a lot of birds, and I will say
-
they startle easily, and they scare very easily. Now, notice
-
another character in our golden text tonight, a rooster. If
-
I could get these children to crow just a little bit,
-
what does the rooster say?
-
All right, brother Jacob, would you tell us there you go, Brother.
-
Roquat, would you tell us what the rooster says? Okay,
-
very good, You're hired, be prepared at any moment. I'd
-
say that rooster crewe before he croaked.
-
I pray to some of these yellow milly preachers.
-
Will crow before they croak, that a yellow melly preacher
-
will turn into a red faced preacher before he CRUs
-
And I pray that this message tonight will spur them.
-
On to do what they know they need to do.
-
Because Peter Tooth can relate to a time when he
-
was nervous about preaching the truth.
-
Okay, so may we pray, Heavenly Father, we think and
-
we praise you for the opportunity to be in the
-
house of the Lord. Thank you God for your goodness
-
and your grace. I thank you for your mercy. I
-
pray that you would annoy this thy servants of God
-
in my mouth and help me to say the things
-
that you would have me to say, nothing more or
-
less an the ears of this thy people, that they
-
might hear what the spirit of God says unto the.
-
Church to die.
-
I pray that these sins would go below the shoulder. God,
-
may to saturate the spirit and the soul. My prayer, Lord,
-
We'll give you praise, and we'll give gonor, and we'll
-
give your glory, and maybe depart this place joyfully and
-
not sorrowly. In Jesus' statement, the church said, heymen, as
-
you're being seen, and look at your neighbor and say, hey, neighbor,
-
I'm not yellow belly.
-
Well, thank God for that.
-
Our text is found in a New Testament book of
-
the Holy Bible. Saint Matthew's Gospel is the first of
-
four Gospels, and it's also the first book of a
-
New Testament. As I read through the Gospel today right now,
-
at this moment, I've come to a point where Peter
-
is in some sort of ministerial crisis. He is acting
-
in a way that he did not expect himself to
-
act in He's behaving in a manner that he thought
-
he would never behave him.
-
We found mel Nathaniel.
-
As we read through Matthew's Gospel, I saw there was
-
a record of Jesus Christ public ministry and Brother Jesse
-
that public ministry was second to none other.
-
One thing that I noticed.
-
About the public ministry of Jesus it was impeccable. There
-
was never a moment in his ministry that he was
-
a coward.
-
When he was twelve years of age.
-
He wasn't hesitant or nuctant to preach the words of
-
his father to religious leaders.
-
We find when he turned thirty years of age.
-
There's a lot of recordings by various authors of his actions.
-
And nowhere can we conclude that Jesus was.
-
Ever a coward.
-
We cannot reach that conclusion that Jesus had been a
-
yellow belly at some time in his ministry. Now, every
-
minister that has attempted to deliver the gospel and preach
-
to the multitudes, the masses or individuals at some point
-
have found themselves in clme to being yellow belly, a
-
yellow melly preacher.
-
You held back when you should have threw another punch.
-
But we find that Jesus was not one to back up.
-
He was not one to sit down. He was one
-
to step forward and stand up.
-
And so as I.
-
Read the record of Jesus Christ Public ministry, I saw
-
that his teaching, his healing, and his deliberates ministries were
-
coming to a cease at some point.
-
And Brother staring up again to shudder to.
-
Think that Jesus Christ Public and Earthly ministry was coming
-
to a screeching halt. And Brother Jacob got up here
-
a little while ago and talked about how he enjoys
-
here and his pastor preach and how sometimes he'll reach
-
into the Holiness movement archives and pull out the preaching
-
of Leon Buzzard and Eldy More and Joey Hyde, and
-
he says they were good and they were great preachers,
-
but they have died, their ministry is over their decease,
-
and they're no longer preaching. What Brother Jacob was saying,
-
and the emphasis on this, while you have that voice
-
that is speaking to you, that life voice that has
-
that sermon specific for you, he walked to tune in
-
and listen with those ears and hear what the spirit
-
of God is saying unto the churches. Aren't you glad
-
that even though Jesus's public ministry come to a street
-
and halt, that it continues to this day. I can
-
look out in this congregation to see almost eighty people,
-
eighty people that are saved and sak the pie and
-
holy ghosts fill people that could stand up and say,
-
when Christ died, and when he was buried, and after
-
he was resurrected, and after his assension, he did not
-
stop working, because He's still performing miracles today. In fact,
-
I live in proof that I'm a testimony perfectly.
-
That Jesus is still healing and Jesus.
-
Is still saving.
-
Man. You would admit that there's been special people in
-
your life whose life has come determination, their life has expired,
-
that some of you you've lost your spouses, special people
-
in your life you witness when God called their number
-
and their lifetime expired. Can you recall the name of
-
some person, admit the world to you that was a
-
phenomenon pastor, or a phenomenon preacher.
-
Or somebody that had a wonderful.
-
Burden for the parishioners of the congregants, those that were
-
in the building and listening, you can tell that they
-
had a special annorty and a special calling to preach
-
the word of God.
-
Are you taking of somebody right now?
-
I'm taken to.
-
That preacher named Lindsey Craft that was preaching in that
-
revival service. That not I've got saved, the one that's slipp.
-
To me a little handful on purpose. When I come to.
-
The platform to acknowledge my sins to God, he whispered
-
in my ear the very words I have been whispering
-
to God as I set on the back to you
-
of that Church of God. But do you know that
-
Lindsey Crofts of life is nonexistent now? It expired, It
-
terminated during your existence. There are certain people around you
-
and in your life that you do not want him
-
to expire. You do not want him to die. In
-
other words, you don't want God to terminate life. There's
-
people right now already you are saddened by the Daulton.
-
They're gonna howl will not live forever.
-
You will somebody idea that brother Nathaniel's life will expire
-
in new season. You're upset a little bit with a thought,
-
Sister road Capper, that one day you would have to
-
pull the lid of a cast down upon of be
-
loven just in the road. Capper now wants you to
-
know there were people to life in the time of
-
Christ that was not the lease been disappointed that Jesus's
-
ministry was.
-
Coming coron streets in Hall. They were not the least.
-
Been disappointed there that he would be crucified.
-
It and buried.
-
There was something that was upset about that, But there
-
were some that could not bear the thought of such
-
a thing happened.
-
It's sad but true.
-
Every minister and ministry has an inspiration data on him,
-
her or Yet before her you were born. God knew
-
how long you would live. God knew the good choice
-
that you would make her that might extend your life.
-
And God do the bad choices her that you rate
-
that I bring her a premature termination of a life
-
before her, Jesus was to die and resurrector and ascend
-
to heaven. Jesus sir to his disciples, that I'm going
-
to die, I'm going to pass away. The words of
-
the great Guneral Joshula, and the words of the wonderful
-
Old Testament pastor Moses were these words, I'm not gonna
-
live forever.
-
I'm telling somebody in.
-
This fill in tonight, you have taken for granted her
-
those forces that you hear in the house of God.
-
I shudder. Tonight my sister would testified her.
-
I could not bear the thought of life itself removing
-
her from my grasper and.
-
From my reach.
-
That I thank God, knowing what I was gonna preach tonight,
-
I thank God that I could say her. I heard
-
the possa a sister, not a young man's sister.
-
But the passon and a holy.
-
And her righteous sister in my lifetime upper on her
-
hind Lexa. They're in depew and hero the dreamt of
-
God's word. Oh, come on now, Jesus a Rocha's disciples
-
to a place a soberness. He had brought him to
-
a place an a point to her decision. It's passover
-
time us, and he told him in two days it
-
would be her passover.
-
What the Lord was doing her.
-
Was comforting them in advance. He was consoling them ahead
-
of time.
-
But while he was doing these.
-
Wonderful things, the seeding her high priest had a hitch.
-
Then the other priest were doing her thirty deeds in
-
the home of the high priest. They were having her
-
a closity, a secret me the hind closed dancer talking
-
to the editors unto Erusalem, about to exterminating the life
-
her tensus. Can I tell you that Jesus nd.
-
They will own hunt for his their in life.
-
But he never sought an opportunity to relax. He never
-
sought an opportunity to retire.
-
He never looked there.
-
An opportunity to retreat. I'm building a foundation.
-
You tarry with me.
-
There's a lot of creatures today allowing their nerves to
-
be set on edge, and they're getting to the place
-
now whether it's such damage.
-
Their emotions and their nerves are on edge.
-
Their nerves are prayed to the point that, sister Howl,
-
they cannot handle any more stress that some of them
-
dying because of their normity of the weights and the
-
burdens that they are carrying. Some of them are carrying
-
weights because when Sin was little, when Sin first Cryptian,
-
when Sin first came into.
-
That local assimbly, they were unwilling enough.
-
To chasten that little child, that little baby and crister
-
early in the early stages of their spiritual development, in
-
the name of demonstrate in mercy in the name admistrating kindness,
-
in the.
-
Secret of long supprement.
-
They were truly overlooking seems that should have been addressed.
-
I don't want to see her in every case we
-
can declare it to be that adjective yellow billy. I
-
can't see her in an instance a case that it
-
was the result of a yellow pellan preatroy.
-
But a lot of times it was.
-
And I want you to name dead Voman preacher, evangelist
-
and pasta and teacher. If you won't use a disciplineery accry,
-
if you won't take action right at those critical moments,
-
a spiritual debelopment, you will find out you can't handle
-
rest a muscular society, nor a muster of the church.
-
I cannot seebody it passed the.
-
I stay on ministry, and it's not for you to.
-
Stay out of the car. And know what kind of
-
messa Aaron got.
-
He he was a great spreaker, He was a great preacher.
-
He was a great spriaker. Yes, speaker, Yes, I.
-
Hate that ministry, the spreaker ministry.
-
He was a great speaker. But nevertheless, would it come
-
time to stand would it come time to stand tall
-
for truth and righteousness air and allowed the people to
-
do as they chose, and he even gave them insight
-
an instruction, just harness the gold for the members of
-
the Church of Moses, if you would just go out
-
there and pick it up, or the ear lonesome pick
-
it up from the risk to pick it up next
-
up and cast it in a fire and rest see
-
what happened.
-
So they come on airy, you know you're the supports
-
in there going on her. You know you were allowed
-
it to go along that.
-
Must it just pop out that way? That church just
-
didn't the rock up. It's samper, it didn't knocker and
-
Adre it's powering her on this sold he did't.
-
En up come way to cause her. You are a
-
yellow belly. Now I'll tell somebody here and them not.
-
You won't ship this high.
-
Err it's rocking there and reading the cause her let
-
me so tall, canting and I put them supper.
-
I thought, heal, U look at that's all. And I
-
want you to know the holy yet stuff. Let me
-
know they're about to be trolled over bowling. I feel
-
on ago sitting this place.
-
You can knot you wrong and get by no matter
-
how hard you try. No matter how much they pay
-
you to pastor that church.
-
No matter how much they paid the preacher revival, No
-
matter how much you pay them to condone you see it.
-
No matter how much you pat in their pockets, you
-
recognize me their sister, wouldn't you. No matter how much
-
you pay the preacher. Well what papers you do for
-
the parishioner.
-
Be sure your sins will finde you have.
-
Hey, yell that creature went producer.
-
Just that yell up, very Christians, Apostle Paul have follow us.
-
They were willing they get their heads to near us.
-
Top Docer, be cauful of the example that he led.
-
I want you to know a sheep with pret paper
-
a sheep, and ye don't got that. Preacher will great
-
paper us in the racing.
-
Yn't do all this? You don't got that preacher.
-
You know what we've experienced a dying out of preachers
-
that had the backbones of the generation that lived during
-
the days of the apostle. That generation had backbones as
-
a hot iron.
-
They had the backbones of beans of steel.
-
But this generation has produced limp wristed ministers.
-
That do not even have the backbone of a red worm.
-
That I want you to know they are going to
-
produce a generation that is like the reed that is
-
shaken in the wind, a whimsical, a flimsy. I'm telling
-
somebody here tonight time. That's what they said about John
-
the Baptist.
-
What did you go out into the wilderness to see?
-
There was a reason.
-
Why you didn't tell by Compass's house. So there was
-
a reason why you didn't go over there to the
-
sanctuary up to the temple. It's because you didn't want
-
to the yellow mellow and preachers to tell you anything
-
that you will have there in your wilderness to.
-
Hear of thoughts.
-
I'm telling somebody, your pess's not shular court. Seeing there
-
your boss who's preaching a same message that.
-
Jesus would preacher, the same messenger that you.
-
Your mind, I say, a preacher that is a messenger
-
of repentance. I'm telling somebody in this building tonight, if
-
you're administering and you're yellow belly, you ought to leave
-
the minister immediately.
-
This is gonna be an unpopular shriman right here. We'll
-
be patient with him. Wait a minute.
-
Before they got into the ministry, there should have been
-
such spiritual development as to keep this from happening. And
-
in fact, when a man or a woman, or any
-
saint of God receives the Holy Ghost in that instance
-
of that moment, they now possess a holy boldness prior
-
to my Holy ghost. In feeling and in dwelling, I
-
couldn't even hardly bring myself to.
-
Play the piano at all.
-
In front of people.
-
I was surprisedful. It was a quiet pride. It wasn't
-
an arrogant pride.
-
It wasn't a.
-
Boisterous or morciful pride, but it was pride.
-
Nevertheless, I was ashamed to play in God's house, and
-
they used the talent that God had given me because
-
I was afraid of hitting one note somebody that wouldn't
-
have even noticed, saying something.
-
About the missing that note or one note too many.
-
I'm telling you God will in the moment that you
-
receive the Holy Ghost, preacher, he will give you the.
-
Power to say what not to be said, to stand
-
for the situation, to mar somebody, to stand there.
-
And I have reached heich this conclusion, and I'm like
-
you a many I'm not looking the hesitant to say,
-
if you have never seen a preacher a pastor, a missionary, heir,
-
a tenure or minister of any time he says he
-
he's full of Tata Holy Ghost.
-
And you see him water, and you see.
-
Him nervous to a preacher.
-
The word of God underdotu ay, you see him hesitant
-
because he was a prayer a preach somebody's feeding.
-
Let me make it.
-
Clear, don't do not Puster holding understand that Peter when
-
a yellow girl, that preacher turned them too, a red
-
taste preacher. Preacher, if you're nervous to preach on the
-
things you've seen, you ain't got the Holy Ghost.
-
You gotta get back in that prayer closet.
-
And pray thru to the real Holy Ghost soon, in
-
very soon, unless you find yourself condole their things that
-
should not be connoed. I'm talking to somebody that knows
-
better the Bible said.
-
He that know it the New Goood, and know it
-
and not to human a sin.
-
I've heard the prodigals going out to in the world.
-
They were raised in churches where they preach her the
-
whole counsel of God. They preach her the word of
-
God as it is written now. And Jesse there were
-
houses of truth and the prodigal goes out and something
-
come in like mother, gay brother, and they're saying, now
-
what I left her is what I expect to get.
-
How I used to live, It's how I expect her.
-
I gotta live now. But there's some young a melling pastors.
-
They will allow your a melly men to come to
-
their churches.
-
And I like her, God has changed his tie.
-
I seek me in. They were supposed to start living
-
that they knew how to live right, But because their
-
riper didn't want to live in the settle right, then
-
I have hit house.
-
I'm come to give her. You're yelling. I can't tell her.
-
I'm the son be for a turning. Hello, guys, oh.
-
God, God does not understand your backsliding. Come put the
-
middle in the people holdness, truly turning out gray tolding
-
this church and settling out that play house.
-
Because you're a praid a court.
-
Your sposis feelings, your spouse ain't the judge, and your
-
bed partner, your bed buddy ain't gonna be your advocate,
-
and they're not gonna be your intercessor. On the great
-
Day of Reckoning and the great judgment day, you better
-
start pleasing.
-
The Lord, no matter who her.
-
Lips, if you pay lets tramall Grandpa, husband and wife,
-
stop being a yellow penny.
-
How can weish out through this tonight? Get they really
-
want me.
-
To believe that God's giving them some great ministry of
-
wisdom to lean about a wife in a slow moving progress,
-
and five cents year yars later they just barely itch
-
and along.
-
When that prodigal son knew the moment he knelt down at.
-
God's altar, wherever that was, if he was in the
-
back of a pickup truck, if it was by the
-
Peace remper, if it was on the bridge in La Belle,
-
if it was behind the church because they were to
-
have a church that day, wherever he made an altar,
-
and he knew what he needed to do. When he
-
came back to the father's house, I'll tell you what
-
they've done. They stopped out there at the hen house
-
before they got to the father's house. Their hippack, Well,
-
I'm a frame my wife. Don't I have a problem
-
with a hold in this living when he's a hold
-
in this swopping? See being over her problem by now,
-
after twelve months, two months, she have figured this out
-
and she's.
-
Got to stir the hold of.
-
This she lost truth, the she loves the word God. Well, preacher,
-
I know what I ought to do here, you do.
-
I can't come to that church, though, because I had
-
to something called missionary dating.
-
And I met my.
-
Mister Special out there on a barstool in a barroom,
-
and after two years of our fleeend, I decided to
-
marry him. And after I married him, I got miserable.
-
And I can't come to your church, Pastor. I can't
-
go to the house of God.
-
I've got to settle at a halfway house where.
-
They allow a little sin.
-
And wait a minute, did the Bible say a little
-
loving loving up the whole lot on this little sister
-
were still a yellow many, I tell us somebody in misbet,
-
and if you came up through it won't matter.
-
What everybody else takes about it.
-
You do watch right, and preacher, he doesn't matter what
-
the assembly said at the meeting. He doesn't matter what
-
the camp be preacher saying, or think about it.
-
You will speak the truth in love.
-
And if something needs to be said, we all know
-
somebody needs to say it. If you can tell whenever
-
somebody finally says it, some of them preachers that, knowing
-
need to be said, they will step back and hunt
-
the wall and.
-
Act like they didn't agreed.
-
But at the end of service in the pelosip Paul,
-
they'll glud that pretre preacher by the elbow.
-
And saying, I'm glad you said that.
-
Oh, come out, you got boy preacher he said, stood
-
up and said, hey, man, who will stand with me?
-
So in the face of a five hundred princess.
-
I said, lockside, wrapper, you may sack that apending God
-
here and people will stand up when I trump, no
-
matter what.
-
Yew a man that preaching.
-
I pray to preach holiness in a holiness meeting, or
-
chase the name on your side. Chase the name of
-
your meeting and stop relying on the finances of holiness
-
business being carefu creat businesses that were plassed because they
-
were sactified. I'm too, God, I told you I preached
-
in the holiness. But I don't want her say something
-
because it's my nephew. It's the pastor of the church. Now,
-
I wonder where that's coming, Trum. I don't want to
-
say anything because it's my grandson, this pastor of prend
-
Daddy's church, Your lady, hypocrite.
-
You've got to say something. Somebody say something. Somebody starting sucking.
-
It's sad that better Richard Jacob would have to say
-
biter Leon Buzzard's gone.
-
Brother held anymore is gone. Brother Joey Hete is gone.
-
But I appreciate the preaching of my pastor. I want
-
you to know your pastor ain't always gonna be here.
-
And I tell this dream very carefully because of the
-
gossip goblins and like to listen in our services.
-
But I had a spiritual dream recently. I don't understand
-
the significance of it, but I do know it's important.
-
And I told Sister Howell just before I woke it.
-
A couple of nights ago, I saw Brother Johnny Gabbard
-
sitting on a church few and I was sitting directly.
-
In front of him.
-
Now I'm not saying that it was him personally, it
-
looked like him. It might have been the spirit of
-
Brother Gabbard. I'm not sure the meaning of the dream,
-
but he looked at me and he said, by the
-
Howard brother Jeremy Howell, he said.
-
He spoke directly to me.
-
And said, hey, before I go, you and I have
-
a revival that we need to preach. And I don't
-
understand the meaning of that dream. I've never dreamed of
-
our brother, brother Johnny Gabbard. I've never dreamed of preaching
-
some revival. But I have been reminded that brother Gabbard
-
and I have been preaching before we knew one another,
-
and we're still preaching that there will be a last.
-
Day in timor revive.
-
And I've been getting understanding as to the meaning of
-
that dream. Bell Johnny Gabbard has not been known.
-
I said, young aw Mally preacher.
-
He has not been known as yellow belly topic who
-
has not being known there as one that piza around
-
the bushes. But he's known her as a man of
-
conter that came in without the earth and without frame
-
for preaching to men and women of boys and girls
-
about prestrol.
-
And I want you to know her.
-
The poll this the Bible that in this country we've
-
got to take out to the yellow bella and preachers
-
and bring the other rep.
-
Based on three child.
-
Calvert's get out of our pool picks, yet out gut
-
and preachers, get out of our cool pets just gets
-
your Sundn't the people.
-
Will do a better child a fire of them.
-
You know how they protect themselves politically because they don't
-
know how to do nothing else.
-
Tram Daddy gave it to daddy. Daddy gave it to them.
-
That's why the yellow Man Preacher watches each other's backs
-
like they do. Because they don't know how to offer
-
rent a plumbing business. They're how to operate a construction business.
-
All they know how to do is milk together all
-
our people out time.
-
I build one hundred guys here in this house. When
-
Grandpa had it, we had a Christian school. When Daddy
-
got it, the.
-
Christian school stayed playldering.
-
Now that the grandsons got it, Where stop Christian's Cold?
-
Where I stop buying? Yet I pro pet you yet?
-
A bear in Cader. They think that the.
-
Red Faced Preacher has expired. They think you that it's
-
over for this generation.
-
But I have got a hold of that dream and
-
that vision, and it may not include them, but.
-
We're gonna experience an inn time repot. We're gonna experience
-
a last day repot. Brother Tony gab what's not wrong?
-
But I'm telling me how long has not been wrong
-
concerning this? I'm telling you, God is going to do
-
a new thing in an uncassant way.
-
He has stopped coming to the Lord. It's a pontiser, but.
-
He's coming back to employing us church, a holy news
-
Field church. My Jesus, I want to preach here the
-
ninety from my heart to But they plot, and they connive.
-
They devised sinister schemes, dilcoholical plots to destroy the ministry
-
in his ministry. That's what Coplice and his hitchmen were doing.
-
They were trying to destroy the ministry and the messenger.
-
They were destroying the ministry of Jesus. Brother Jeremiah, you
-
know what.
-
This generation is biting act a bit at this very
-
moment to make it happen to ministers and ministries.
-
But I want to serve notice to the yellow bethered preacher.
-
It's about to backfire.
-
But you've filed that while they were connive, and while
-
they were steaming, Brother Nathaniel, we file that Jesus is
-
ministry and helping those that are less fortunate, while they're
-
trying to bring Jesus's life determination, and while they're trying
-
to shut down the ministry of Jesus. Sister Howell, Jesus Christ.
-
He's in the house of a former number named Simon,
-
and a Roman's coming here, and she's breaking up an
-
alabaster boxer, and she's pouring out her valuable perfume. Her
-
and Aroma is stealing the house up. What I say
-
is nothing yellow belly has been midical, nothing.
-
Yellow motherly preachers deny her and steam her, but I
-
want you to know her.
-
There's gonna be a party silence, half will, a power
-
order of God as manifested less a kind of ler
-
which repain to law in their place. There's some that
-
are still paying the price for revolving. There's some that
-
are still expected a new way of glory. There is
-
some that understands that Jesus paid the price, and it
-
was costly. I'm telling somebody this building tonight. You need
-
to lead the ministry alone. If you get nervous when
-
it comes to preaching the truth, yes you preach it
-
in love, but there shall.
-
Be no tiptoeing through the tulans.
-
When it comes to preaching the word of God, it
-
should be undeluded, it should be unadulterated, and.
-
It should be preached just as it is. It's his word.
-
Why should we delude it or why should we pollute it?
-
Don't you tell it by changing a chut?
-
Don't you change by.
-
Changing lint coat?
-
You do a bitter that.
-
Having it here tonight knows that Jesus is gonna catch
-
the greedy gets in their schemes. I want you to
-
know that Jesus always catches the greedy, knowing alls in
-
their conspiracies. You let this man that got help at
-
the little country church, let him run into the politicians
-
and let him feel a little bit like he knows something,
-
and let him feel a little bit like he knows somebody.
-
And pretty soon he forgets where he got the help.
-
Pretty soon he forgets who was there for him when
-
nobody else was, who felt like he was a somebody.
-
When he was of nobody.
-
Just to remember this yell ability preacher and yelling meliy Christian,
-
so called Christian, that God knows all about the greedy
-
people's conspiracies. The opposers of Jesus did not catch him
-
by surprise.
-
Hey, he knew what was coming. He preached that they
-
were going to crucify him.
-
He preached her his death gonna stata his apprehension and
-
his arrest.
-
Did not take him by surprise.
-
Those that dared to come to Jesus to apprehend him
-
and arrest him, they must have been unpleasant personalities.
-
They must have been arrogant tips. They must have been
-
connived and hostiles, sneaky caddy chatty hypocrites.
-
Oh yes, they can chat with the best of them,
-
them chatty cats. But their yellow belly, I'm saying they're
-
yellow belly. I remember thirty years ago when we left
-
the Church of God and came in to the Holiness movement.
-
When we went to camp meeting, we expected at least
-
one or two preachers out of the twenty that were
-
to preach.
-
Oh yes, they used to be two or three preachers
-
in the morning service.
-
And you know what, you expected at least to one
-
of them, definitely one, at least two or three.
-
To preach a little bit of holiness.
-
I'm not talking about closed line preaching or brow me
-
people over the head. But this generation of yellow Milloy preacher,
-
he's afraid.
-
To use the word holiness. They aren't like.
-
That's a cuss word. They're even afraid to use the
-
word truth. I pray to use the word righteousness.
-
And what in the world.
-
It's wrong with these people. Somebody's gonna go to help
-
with that. So you get around these people. He's conniving top.
-
They talked about that preacher while they're cover is eating
-
a hamburer.
-
Have you done that?
-
Now? Ask the preachers that have preached for me? Have
-
I talked about preachers? I will never understand how anyone
-
who professes professes to be a Christian can take their
-
liberty to be filthy, vulgar, nasty and unpleasant. I will
-
never understand how anyone who professes to be a Christian
-
not possesses christ who professes to be a Christian because
-
of the writings of this book, could be a greedy gun.
-
How they can heap to themselves riches and.
-
Not trickle down a little bit of that to true.
-
Houses of worship.
-
You want me to be clear. They're yellow belt.
-
Cowards, and they're also hiding their conspiracies, and they're also
-
devising their conspiracies, and they're planning and they're plotting against.
-
The real Turks.
-
But I want you to know, God let me know
-
this morning he's about to take him out.
-
Jesus said upon this rock, I will build my church,
-
speaking of himself as the rock and the gates of
-
hell shall not prevail against it when God's arm of
-
love and God's hand in mercy releases.
-
Them gates.
-
Because he says, that ain't my house, and those aren't
-
my preachers, and I told him to preach, and I
-
told him to preach the truth. Now I have realized
-
in the last year, upon my in depth studies of
-
the life of the Apostle Paul, I have realized that
-
any preacher this yellow belling, he's no preacher at all.
-
It doesn't matter whose granddaddy is, it doesn't matter how
-
many camp beats he's preached. He has no holy, nooscent
-
preacher at all, or he was, and he's backslid.
-
Simply stated, he's backslid. He's a has been. And I
-
don't want a has been preaching in this church.
-
I don't want a red faced preacher of yesteryear to
-
stand in this pool pit, a yellow belly preacher of today.
-
I don't want a preacher that used to stand up
-
on this high ledge and wear and roar for holiness
-
twenty years ago, but now it's afraid to use the word,
-
to stand behind this sacred desk and preach to by people.
-
They deserve better than that. But there's a whole lot
-
of plot going on. There's a whole lot of scheming
-
going on down there at Coppas's Hat.
-
When you have to have political meetings and.
-
You have to decide who's gonna preach over here and
-
who's gonna preach over there, because you have to protect
-
the assets that was in your daddy and granddaddy's name,
-
you have greatly aired coccus.
-
They're scared to death.
-
All they know is I'm a principal of a hash
-
been Christian school.
-
They could go over there and work with Brother Jesse.
-
It's true. They cut their teeth on the pier. It's
-
true they started.
-
Preaching at fifteen when the Bible School at eighteen. Come
-
home in twenty one, making sure they don't talk about
-
what happened behind closed doors of Bible School. They have
-
to go to a meeting after meeting with the peers
-
of that Bible School day in their lifetime. And they've
-
got so much guilt and shame because of what happened
-
at that Bible School. I'm not saying everybody's yellow belly,
-
and I'm not saying everybody's a hypocrite. But I am
-
targeting the hypocrites and the yellow belly preachers tonight. Oh Jesus,
-
I'm getting a little bit dangerous healthy Jesus.
-
Yellow belly preachers, yellow belly saints.
-
The religious leaders were style towards Jesus, that's what you
-
need to realize, and they.
-
Were developing a plan to extinguish him, to silence his voice,
-
the Son of God's voice.
-
And I want to say, in my in depth study
-
of the life of Apostle Paul, I have also concluded
-
that for a preacher to start preaching and to get
-
out of ministry because he just can't take it, he's
-
not reading his Bible. Because if you'll listen to what I've.
-
Preached this morning and think about it, you will.
-
Realize that Apostle Paul went through the very same things
-
that preachers are going.
-
Through today, but he didn't quit.
-
So it's true that these people belittle Jesus. They belittle
-
Jesus's ministry. They said he was doing in the counterfeit spirit.
-
They said he wasn't doing it. The spirit of God
-
he was doing it, and the spirit of bells above
-
basically saying, the Lord of.
-
The flies is moving upon Jesus, the Blasphem, and the
-
Holy Ghost God.
-
These people betrayed Jesus, and Jesus said, if they did
-
it under me, they'll.
-
Do it under you.
-
They lied on Jesus, they'll lie on you. They talked
-
about Jesus, they'll talk about you. They mistreated Jesus, They're
-
gonna mistreat you. They done the same thing that the
-
apostle Paul. They're gonna do the same things to brother
-
Thomas Sterit. It's true that these people, one right after another,
-
betrayed Jesus. It's true that Judas betrayed Jesus.
-
Once that we know of.
-
And since the how I was contemplating this and considering
-
this today, and I said, God, I can't really find
-
a biblical record of where.
-
Judas betrayed Jesus more than once. But as I knew
-
what I was gonna preach on, and I said, God,
-
I see where Peter denied you thrice.
-
So if you look at our golden text again, you'll
-
see that Peter failed God.
-
Because of cowardice and a.
-
Lack of courage prior to his true conversion, which you
-
agree with me, then, prior to the Holy Ghost baptism,
-
prior to the un dwelling of the Holy Ghost that experience.
-
Peter denied our Lord three times publicly, not once, not twice,
-
but thrice. He Peter that became the fiery preacher of
-
the Day of Pentecost. When one hundred and twenty believers
-
received the Holy Ghost, the preacher that rose up and
-
began to preach, he turned into the red faced preacher
-
of the.
-
Day of Pentecost.
-
It is despicable to me that Judas betrayed Jesus with
-
a kiss. It is disgusting to me the Kappas and
-
the other priests of Judaism betrayed and denying Jesus. There's
-
no doubt that they self destructive because of the weight
-
of their sins, all the weight of the guilt and
-
the shame, says the howl of those that betrayed those
-
that help them, those greedy people that went to that
-
little country church and got life changing experiences only to
-
get wrapped up in the political game of the holiness
-
movement or a religion, and to forsake.
-
Those that were there for them when they were nobody.
-
All the shame, all the gifts they live with that.
-
They know where they got the truth, they know where
-
they got help. They know where the real preachers out.
-
They know all of the holy ghosts out, They know
-
all of the red face preachers, and they know they're
-
listening to a yellow male and picture.
-
Oh they kill the Judas all the shame of confass.
-
Compass knew that watched the Son of God, and he
-
knew he didn't get by with it. Go ahead with
-
your sinister schemes to the opera, Go ahead with your
-
permitical and god colical plots. We're gonna harper power and
-
we're gonna preach for happiness with a power.
-
How the hole that ghost hid OurLives.
-
Hold?
-
I feel the holy ghost in this place.
-
Oh, the guilt and the shame of the betrayers, sister,
-
when I think of the guilt and the shame in
-
the heart of Judas. At some point it imploded to
-
self destruction, self harm for the game. When I take
-
the about the way to the guilt of shame the
-
Coppace was carrying and the other priest no doubt get
-
I pointed. At some point historians said Pilot didn't do
-
well with it. They said he might have taken their
-
basin and washed his hands and said I'll meet it.
-
I'm not gonna take.
-
The life of this man.
-
But you should have stopped. You're a really pirate pilot.
-
He should have stopped.
-
On the truth. You don't know what the truth? Right
-
in the way the eye, and you ask me what
-
is truth? Preacher? You know what truth? Preaching is? Princh on.
-
You don't what the d of God said. Don't you
-
look at the light and the block house, that puncher
-
and saying, who are is truth?
-
Don't to our plight you're no lawyer. What a rough
-
past hot?
-
Oh no, tell your ghost. Preaching is.
-
All I'm killing the holy ghost French to me, preacher,
-
tell me the truth, Preacher, don't lie to me, place
-
to me without fear of faith. Preach to me, be
-
listed in season and all the season. Preach the Lord,
-
make folk proof of thy ministry. There's so much in
-
us tonight, you know, Yellow melloy, Preacher, your heart has
-
impluded to the point that you no longer have courage.
-
You're overweight with sin. You're carrying a lord of sin,
-
killed and.
-
Shameless, unbearable.
-
But sis theo.
-
What I could not find in the life of Compas
-
and Us and Judas was remorse and I couldn't find
-
with that remorse or Godess sorrow, let them do repentance.
-
As I searched the scriptures of my office around five o'clock,
-
I could.
-
Not find it.
-
It was not as there was no repentance.
-
That sound like that.
-
One't man in the Bible.
-
They said he was seeking a carefully with tears, but
-
could not find it. Hey, you can seek it with tears.
-
Let your heart be far from who wanted it.
-
But let's set these people's stories aside, shall we. Let's
-
lay aside Judas's tragedy. Let's flay aside the tragedies of
-
Kyphas and the other priests. And let's pull the story
-
of Peter up before us here tonight, and let's consider it.
-
Let's examine Peter's experience. He was different in his heart.
-
And Jesus said, told Peter, I've prayed for you that
-
your faith fell not. And Jesus said, when you are converted,
-
yellow belly preacher, strengthened thy breathe. When you're a converted preacher,
-
I'm talking to you us than when you're converted, you'll
-
stand for truth. Whether you're life locks it or not,
-
you'll get out of that world in church and quit
-
making excuses for it.
-
Yellow melly preacher, don't you call yourself a preacher when
-
you know the way of truth and you don't walk
-
in that way you're self. Hey, come on now, I'm
-
telling somebody listening to this message. I know a coward
-
what I see one. And if I can recognize it, truly.
-
God can recognize it.
-
We all know.
-
We see these polished preachers come to the pope where
-
they're pot pint servants, acting like her.
-
They got something from God. And we can tell they've
-
got that how of a sermon, no baca. We can
-
tell they got that older out of a sermon line,
-
no broth. And you never expect them to be anything
-
but a yellow billy preacher. And you know what, we
-
told some change in the offering, and we let their
-
little mommies call him my preacher boy, and my preacher man.
-
But if we were to have to charge hall to night,
-
we wouldn't.
-
Call that little yellow married preacher, nor would we call
-
that bastling compromised oh man, preacher.
-
We get the red faced preacher, we say, charth and Baptist.
-
We got the charance hail ton, Jesus trust we've got
-
a charge hale Ton across a paul. We got the
-
charance hail TONI because our love words lies are hanging
-
into battles.
-
Everybody knows it's true.
-
We can all tell the difference between.
-
A yellow battery preacher. Come a red face preacher. We
-
can tell him difference in a sernon. It's been copying
-
and paste.
-
Them from some resource online to what come from the
-
pulpit of glory.
-
Some when God old man it pins a surnon and
-
pulls it out of his note book and sends it
-
out of the pool pill and the pools of glory
-
and gives it to a man, you can't tell her
-
it came from God.
-
That's what these pots are. They're little surning clips.
-
They're surning books, they're serning epistles, they're sound doctrine, they're teachings.
-
Oh come on now, they're constraintor out of the pulpit.
-
And the pools of glory. So you need to tell
-
me you're a better preacher. You can't read that chapter
-
to not You need to tell me you can't read
-
their particular verse of scripture because it's gonna be offensive.
-
Who's there gonna be offensive to hypocrite.
-
Jesus said in On a Man returns, shall he find
-
paith on earth?
-
As long as you're.
-
Faithless in the power of God and the power of
-
convert people. The word of God can convert the sin.
-
That won't preach the word.
-
They'd rather tell their stories of an accident that took place.
-
What about his story, the greatest story of history?
-
His story? What's wrong with that?
-
Somebody needs what I'm preaching here tonight. Repentance is about
-
non existent in this generation, it really is.
-
But when we look at the experience.
-
Of Peter, we can tell that Peter had a heart,
-
Brother Jesse, to do right.
-
And I feel like there's going to be some preachers,
-
maybe those in this building that will be emboldened because
-
of this message. In twenty or thirty years from now.
-
I might be the one that's going and you might
-
be pulling the archives and the resources from the Methel
-
Homeess Church archive and listening the pastor how will tell
-
you don't be a yellow billy preacher? May you find
-
the courage that you need to preach the truth? Brother Samuel,
-
how would you come stand in front of this poolpit?
-
Please? I really feel like sister house. Some people are
-
getting this message tonight. I need some soldiers.
-
Tyllaboo, you make a good soldier, come over here and
-
grab brother Samuel by the left elbow. Brother John said,
-
you make a pretty good soldier. Come over here and
-
grab him by the right elbow. Now the soldiers have
-
come and arrested your savior Jesus. And you're married, You're Martha,
-
and you're John, You're Andrew, You're the thing. Can go
-
Jesus by the elbows after they're stoopid meat.
-
I feel the holy ghost in this place. Turned around
-
and face the crowd.
-
Breath Brother Samuels representing Jesus. I was gonna make you Peter,
-
but I'm gonna use brother Jesse as Peter. Now the
-
soldiers begin to move on, but Jesus, Brother's just go
-
at a slow pace because the distance that you're traveling
-
is short tonight. But in that day, they was drinking
-
Jesus all over the place, from this trial to this
-
kangaroo trial to the high priest house. Peter had watched
-
that happen. Six hundred Roman soldiers came to apprehend the
-
man himself, because.
-
They know the difference in a yellow many preacher and a.
-
Red faced preacher.
-
Some of them saw the shake up that happened in
-
the temple when he overthrew the tables of the money changers.
-
Jesus guess unpredictable when he overturned the seats of those
-
of sault does they didn't know luck kind of paint the.
-
Money or tainos not his suit.
-
We got my socodna have tables, some yellow menley preachers
-
and some yellow melly treating saints.
-
You're got to get in trouble. We're time.
-
Then, does a man of financial empire and the spiritual
-
empire you built house in the day.
-
You're coming down, so called God.
-
Deal coming down, Jesus said, see these temple.
-
You're putting them out to be me.
-
Behold the temples, Behold that unipus, Behold that magnificent structure.
-
Behold that temple. It's coming down. Billion dollars you go
-
to day bankrupt. Let's sake the lord religious.
-
Readers are going to die. Tryes and deaths.
-
Let's say up the old.
-
Peter.
-
You've got no reason to be afraid, Peter, because graynor
-
is here, is within you that he is in the world.
-
But when they went to apprehend Jesus.
-
Peter drew a sword out of a scabbard, and he
-
charged one of the soldiers.
-
Then the Bible said he cut the servant of the
-
high priest named Malcus, cut his year out.
-
Jesus stooped. Now had picked up the ear, and he
-
restored it.
-
Now I'm telling you I've seen the servant of the
-
high priest, Malcus was putting his hands up in the
-
air and saying, I swer in there.
-
I don't want anything to do with this.
-
When six hundred soldiers asked him, where is Jesus, and
-
Jesus said out here. Six hundred of them hit the ground.
-
The bottle said, brother Jesse Peters come a far cry
-
from casting nets.
-
He's come a far cry from swinging cast nets.
-
Now he's swinging swords. He know, Us said, look a
-
young many man to me. But now there was something inside,
-
not le not needing get change That preacher for their
-
later on the inside can go matter half and his
-
sword to sleep. He ain't no preacher.
-
I feel a holy gaster in this house.
-
It's time that we disrespect people that have for taken
-
up officers, and they are not preachers at all. No,
-
I don't respect the office of an impostor, not more
-
than I respect the office of the pot The purpising
-
has nothing to do with me. Neither does the office
-
offer an impostor pastor.
-
No, sir, being here is not a man of God. No,
-
the scripture tech.
-
Not money norton that be not proper in their heart,
-
is not applacable.
-
Took pity here. It is not a clickabre too. Pity here.
-
Don't speak against the man of God that will really
-
you want me to be a yellow many preacher, I
-
don't think so.
-
We don't speak against that preacher that's allowing the worldliness
-
to come here to his church.
-
Oh he's a preacher. Excuse me, because me.
-
And there how the holy goes. They don't compromise.
-
And when they're compromising, and when they're.
-
Walking at a guilty distance, when they're safe.
-
Here, there's something wrong on the inside. And Jesus describing
-
like this, Peter, I'll pray for you. That's a faint
-
bell not and mister bligeous, Peter said, Jesus, let me
-
school you, simple woman though all I'm up here, Peter,
-
you can look the part, you can have the words,
-
you can articulate the words.
-
You can make everybody believe her. A preacher.
-
You can say things and make even Jesus Christ himself
-
said like you don't know what he's talking about. You
-
can make that red prist preacher feel stupid. My God
-
in Heaven, no I known that a dwell in a
-
halfway home, in the house the hellhole that calls itself Pentecosta,
-
or calls that's upholding. Jesus kindly tried to tell Peter,
-
I'm praying for you, buddy. I'm praying for you, buddy.
-
And that's what them arrogant, cocky, conniving preachers say, How
-
dare you so and so much about grand daddy. I'm
-
hearing this preacher from my this pastory from my father
-
in law.
-
I inherited this inepus from my uncle.
-
So what.
-
Peter said, yeah, the all men for sake you. I
-
don't want for sake you.
-
That Jesus is trying to say, or yes you will, Peter,
-
or yes you will. I ain't todd right there, Peter.
-
So Peter's walking around probably by this time, saying, you
-
believe what Jesus said. I thought he thought more of me, preacher,
-
I talk more of you than that.
-
I thought more of you than you to condone worldliness
-
and a holiness church.
-
I'm pore working with people here.
-
That's how we got to where we're at, nearly eighty
-
people in South Florida, working with people, being patient with people.
-
But you don't have to work with thirty four generation
-
holiness people.
-
You're not supposed to hack to me convincing them as
-
to what holy living is.
-
I thought you had a damn packed. All the worldly churches.
-
Fall away, the little worldly churches do this the holiness
-
movement and apply by movement.
-
They say, we're not gonna compromise overnight. No, you're not
-
compromising overnight.
-
You've been doing it for the last decade. It's my,
-
it's my by mine. So's that the sir us, we'll
-
compromise it.
-
Peter, you can look.
-
Polished and religious how you walk to it, say if
-
we're not going to compromise. The Church of God did that,
-
The Similar.
-
God did that, The Lutern did that, the Methodist did that.
-
Y'all need to remember you can do all the canim
-
and you want to.
-
You can ply all you want to the cofface, and
-
you can apprehend Jesus and take Jesus by the elbows,
-
and you can start going from point A to point B.
-
Execute your plan up at there and precisely knowing you
-
got Jesus.
-
Who I where you got horn him out. But I
-
want you to know what they do.
-
At any time, Jesus could implode that on them. They're
-
lucky that he went to the slaughter as a lamb
-
does they ought to count their blessings that he didn't
-
call down one angel who cares about twelve thousand.
-
Oh, I love what I'm feeling in my soul. So
-
you go ahead and have your little party. Go ahead,
-
call and say I keep meeting. That preacher stood for
-
something and he stood against me.
-
You goat take Jesus from point A to point me.
-
You're gonna make them phone call damage and the reputation.
-
I'm a man of God. You don't have that, God, say, man,
-
you're about to come down. I set a billion ass.
-
You're about to don't come from billy up billionaires, gohead.
-
Turn it off, go ahead, say that's a mad man.
-
They said that same, Thank about your Recchrist preacher showing
-
the practice. I said the same, thank come about.
-
Your re rist preachech God possible said the same thing
-
about Jesus. But they will talk about I talk not
-
that about how, brother Samuel, you're representing Jesus. Brother Jesse,
-
you're representing Teeter. The soldiers have now taken Jesus sister wooton.
-
They know good and well their arms ain't holding out.
-
I guarantee your sister how out to see in the
-
miracle that had just been performed. If it was Jeremy
-
how I'd be doing the same thing them soldiers in
-
generals done when they sold their buddy's barbecue at the
-
words of Elijah.
-
I'd be whispering just like this, ain't Jesus, I ain't
-
got nothing to do with this.
-
I guarantee your brother beper There was some of them saying, hey,
-
he ain't even pulling it right.
-
He ain't even running, y'all.
-
Remember, Jesus knew how to disappear in the pinch, he
-
knew how to disappear in the crowd.
-
And they said he ain't even flinching, son, he was
-
a horse.
-
Six hundred soldiers flanking Jesus Christ and not one of
-
them felt like they needed to use their spear. Not
-
one of them had enough courage to pull the sword.
-
He want no yellow belly preacher.
-
And I can tell you you could call it a
-
lack of wisdom all you want to, But this pastor
-
right here, I'm afraid to pull the sword.
-
I'm not gonna pull it costs harm anybody intentionally. But
-
when the wolf comes in, I'm not gonna let the
-
wolf seet the fans in the sheet.
-
If I can help it.
-
The sheep about the hold this churching, Gon'll have a
-
showing kale of what scholars they received by the lass.
-
Your life will never get a chance to taste for
-
those lamb chops. God, Jesus, should I keep preaching?
-
Should we go to the house.
-
So Jesus is just walking from one place to the next,
-
and it appears the compass that is being drugged from
-
one place to the next. Now you'll imagine the emotional
-
impact of witnessing these events.
-
For anybody to.
-
Have watched this, you imagine the emotional impact.
-
Peter, how are you doing? They're walking away with your master.
-
Peter's not doing so good right now, Peter struggling. You
-
imagine the emotional roller coaster going right now. Now you're
-
not getting this, but imagine this. We had a waitress
-
today at rip City. Her appearance is strikingly similar to
-
Sister Rachel, so that the fact I had to do
-
a triple take. Her personality is striking a strikingly similar
-
to Sister Rachel's. And I told Sister Howell, I said,
-
there is my daughter in law as a worldly Now
-
it broke my heart to seize Sister Rachel in the world.
-
It broke my to imagine her out of the shelter
-
of the arms of God. And he would devastate Brother
-
Christian tonight if somebody was to come in the sister
-
Lord in his house and remove her person while they slept,
-
and him to wake up in the morning.
-
And say where is she? For him to feel for her?
-
And her not be there for you to feel for
-
your saus sister.
-
Would you know what I'm talking about? Heim not been
-
there for you to reach on that console for that
-
strong hand, Sister girl. You know what I'm talking about,
-
But it's not there. You imagine with men, what's calling
-
all in his mind? Jesus is only tooned put off
-
the sword. They that die bup live by shall die
-
by it.
-
Put it out, put it away.
-
There Most of the impact God think about it. Think
-
about how this adversely affected Peter.
-
Remember during the arrest he severed the ear of the
-
High Priests servant from his body, brother Nathaniel. Now they
-
take Jesus away, they go to another place, and according
-
to the Bible, John and Peter are following him at
-
a guilty distance. You remember Peter had spoked in bold,
-
courageous words, although all men forsake you. Lord. I'm not
-
going to forsake you. But wait a minute, Peter. You're
-
a yellow belly preacher. You said one thing and you're
-
practicing another. Preachers, you say one thing, your actions show
-
something else.
-
Brother Caleb, I think about this. There goes Jesus, Peter.
-
I want you to move in a safe but yet
-
guilty distance. I'm not gonna lose sight of the Word
-
of God. I'm not gonna lose sight of holiness.
-
I'm not gonna leave sight of the red pace preacher.
-
I'm not gonna forget about Grandma and Grandpa. I'm not
-
gonna forget that testimony. I'm gonna mention it in a
-
sermon that every now and then I'm gonna thank God
-
for the pioneers for this holiness church.
-
But I can't there saying with it. I can't dare
-
act like that. I can't.
-
They're spitting a mychlophole.
-
I can't dare get a mation up. I can't dang
-
get red pace. I've gotta remain polished. Are you comfortable
-
acting like that, Peter? Are you comfortable walking at a
-
guilty distance? Are you comfortable?
-
Peter?
-
You're stand away just so that others will not see
-
you identified with him. You're staying away just so I
-
just want to associate you with be here with him,
-
But you're trying to stay close enough to make Jesus.
-
Think you're with him.
-
Oh, I feel a holy go stay in this place.
-
You're staying just in holiness, just enough to keep some
-
red face preacher.
-
From calling you I'll let your hypocrite.
-
God, God, Heaven. You say just enough.
-
That your grandmother is sitting in the pew.
-
That knows what bred face preachings.
-
You say just enough to appease her, to keep her
-
from leaving her own grandson's church, because you know you're
-
breaking her heart as you break apart Grandpa's church.
-
What's happened to your courage, Peter? You're nearby.
-
What happened to your boldness, Peter? Why are you following
-
Jesus at a guilty distance? This reminds me of the
-
spiritual condition of some preachers today, if not most, They
-
are no longer bold. They are as timid as a
-
house cat.
-
The Bible said in partner.
-
Of twenty eight won the wicked flee when no man
-
pursue it, but the rochester's bold as a lion.
-
Don't y'all think Peter would have been safe walking in
-
front of Jesus. Don't y'all think that Peter would.
-
Have been safer walking directly behind Jesus.
-
Why are you afraid of? Why are you afraid to?
-
Who's the word?
-
Holiness?
-
Why are we all praid?
-
The men said, why are you all pray to preach
-
the truth? Whenever I read that, Brother Gamo today, I
-
thought about that. So the wicked plea when no man pursueth,
-
but the righteous or as bold as alive. This indicates
-
that there is a correlation between wickedness and fear. The
-
Bible said, perfect love cast a doubt fear, because fear
-
hath torment.
-
You're not afraid to preach the truth if you love people.
-
It also indicates that there.
-
Is a direct correlation between righteousness and courage. When you're
-
living rights, you're not afraid to preach that others should
-
live right.
-
When you're living wickedly and you're.
-
Devising dolabolical plots and sinister schemes against the righteous.
-
Yeah, you're very fearful. Whenever that preacher preaches, he ain't
-
even pursuing you. But you just caught five minutes of
-
his preaching. It got nervous.
-
You just caught seven minutes of his preaching.
-
Why you eavesdrop and you got nervous, You coward and
-
you wicked person, and you flee from that preacher's preaching.
-
And you rather why that you're following that churture. You
-
don't want to miss it. You don't want to go back.
-
You running from coward chicken mutle, You yell about they
-
preach her?
-
Why ain't you take it?
-
The Pharisees, Judas and many religious people possess.
-
An unholy boldness, brother stare it at times.
-
Wicked people and sinners display great boldness. They possess an
-
utterly foolish willingness to risk it all or from miscy
-
with the dishonesty usury, greediness, dangerous, lavish, indulgent lifestyles.
-
They risk it all on indulgences, thank you, brother.
-
They play spiritual Russian Romaine with their souls. So while
-
the priests are being empowered and embold and to do
-
the wrongdoings, why you feel like you have minded the
-
reputation of that preacher. I want you to know Jesus
-
took notice of it when you make cut of that
-
red face holiness preacher, when.
-
You said you're gonna get that inside and you don't
-
have to display that my seal. He don't have to
-
be that person. And Jesus knows what you are.
-
You tower.
-
Out dare you to rear up on your.
-
Hot legs and preach a little holiness.
-
You yellow billion preacher. But the political and the priest sister.
-
What they're empowered and emboding, why they're ha ha ha
-
ha ha ha ah.
-
And you know what, brother Jesse Wawer, they're doing these
-
things that they're doing against Jesus. Peter is becoming spoundness
-
to do the right thing. You know why you can't
-
stand up your wife or stand up to your husband
-
regarding holy living because you've got false teachers and preachers
-
preaching to you. You've got nobody backing you up. You
-
have to relocate. If there's no holiness church near you.
-
God's not that a week at your ignorance forever. There's
-
people in this building that move twelve hours away.
-
From home to hear what they're hearing tonight, to hear
-
them tell it. They couldn't find it just around the corner.
-
To hear sister Wooton talk about it tonight the way
-
she did, lets us know it's not a diamond dozen.
-
When it comes to a red face hard this preacher,
-
they're few and far between. Brother Jesse Peter would soon
-
learn not to be ashamed to be identified with Jesus.
-
I'm ashamed to put some men's picture behind claul edings,
-
behind leon buzzards, behind el demorees.
-
I'd like to put the caption underneath their picture. So
-
called holdiness preacher more correctly stated a yellow Belloy preacher.
-
I am not at all against holdliness preachers.
-
I am not at all against preachers of truth and
-
proclaimers and heralds of truth.
-
I am for them.
-
I'm their biggest fan. I'll be their greatest supporter, and
-
I'll say amen. But I am against yellow billy preachers
-
that won't preach the truth. And I'm also against deacons
-
and elders and descendants of church builders that will sit
-
right there and not say something. You your sister, wouldn't
-
make it clear ton that the day I compromise and
-
start preaching the truth is today.
-
She starts praying.
-
Again, God, give me a holiness pastor, and give me
-
a holiness church.
-
Those words do not offend me. You know why they
-
do not offend me.
-
She repeats them about three times a year, because I
-
have no intention whatsoever of compromising.
-
So why is this message tonight.
-
Offense him to the yellow melly preacher because he has intentions.
-
Of the saying Grandma and Grandpa path a hod of Gus.
-
Then this house, these louts are not appressive to somebody
-
of us.
-
Detained a Peter that here's this message will become involving
-
to be a reg.
-
Faced holiness preacher.
-
I'm enjoying preaching, Apostle Paul said, for I am not
-
ashamed of the Gospel of Christ.
-
But it's the power of God or the salvation to
-
everyone that believe it.
-
True believers are bold and they're not afraid to be
-
identified with Christ. I've been with my wife many times
-
down in Miami. I've been with my wife in the
-
streets of Seattle. I've been with my wife in Alaska.
-
I've been with my wife in the streets of Guatemala.
-
And I can't recall one.
-
Time when she was ashamed of her holy attire. Her
-
salvation is not because of her modest that holy attire,
-
but Sunday, her holy attire is indicative of a holiness
-
hat I am not as shame to be identified with Christ.
-
All the lords of the priest, putting the Book of
-
a relations said he was clothed with a garment down
-
to the foot.
-
He would walk in our churches in shorts.
-
Who would walk in our churches indeed lynks, short pets
-
or short starts. He would walk in that places of
-
business in the links, short pets or indeed lynks, short starts.
-
And the church said, hey, man, I'm not I said to.
-
Be identified went Jesus. The stricts are still.
-
Said, ohahell Jesus standing there stark naked. But it did
-
they could have said, oh ah, hell Jesus standing there
-
in heaven to either keep it. A ranch.
-
Had a participate in marriage. There's no husband of white
-
over there, there's no husband of white for a relationship
-
over there. There's no simple fortification over there. And he was,
-
as joke described it, neked as he came into the world,
-
and necking he returned.
-
They could have said that, but no, they noted.
-
He was you aroom or in a garment.
-
That put down to the foot the limits of that
-
garment depicted modesty. My Jesus, I feel the Holy goes
-
in this place. It's spent about three weeks since I
-
really preached. Let my brother's preach spend gold vacation, extended
-
period of time. Preached just a couple of nights ago.
-
And I'm struggling with wind tonight. But I'm not struggling
-
with a burden, and I'm not struggling with the liver
-
or struggling with things to say.
-
I know what God has told me to tell you
-
all here tonight.
-
But if you're ashamed and nervous when you get around
-
the world already and worldly minded people that call themselves
-
Pentecostal and holding us even in the middle of camp meeting,
-
it's a shame during youth camp that some of the modest,
-
pure hearted and pure minded girls feel condemned, not convicted.
-
The hirelings stand there and allow them pure.
-
Minded and honest hearted girls to feel bad about their
-
modest attire because their little sassy daughters are.
-
Running around in them kneeling skirts.
-
And then their boys pull their sweatpants up to their
-
knees and defied Daddy and say, well, my sister's doing
-
it and you're not calling her a hypocrite.
-
She's singing the glory down last night. So Dad, you're
-
a hypocrite.
-
I'm gonna wear mop sweatpants to my knees. I can
-
see through that hypocrisy. In the trucks of God, they're
-
not gonna intimidate me. Hew, they have the manufacturer last.
-
We're the fool man. You're a yellow belly preacher.
-
Man, No preacher like this doesn't make me a preacher,
-
but a preacher of holiness, truth and righteousness.
-
Well preach like this.
-
When's the last time you preach like this, yellow billy preacher?
-
When's the last time you preach to your wife like this?
-
Yellow bir old billy husband. When's the last time you
-
preach like this to your daughter? Yellow billy father? I
-
could preach for two hours and now I spare you.
-
I'll let you get the culvers. But Peter should have
-
been standing by Jesus. Just the women you send to night,
-
and they are few and far between now they preach
-
the truth.
-
Why is that? Thirty years ago it wasn't that way.
-
Peter should have been standing right beside Jesus. I got
-
you back, That's what sister Womb said tonight. I got
-
pastors back. I'm not convinced that everybody here has got
-
it of the eighty I'm convinced from a seventy seven does.
-
And Peter had made a promise to the Lord. In
-
one of those verses.
-
He said, Lord, I am not going to betray you,
-
though all men shall be offended because of THEE.
-
That's what he said.
-
Because of THEE, Jesus will bring offfense. Jesus said, I'll
-
separate the.
-
Mother and the daughter, the father and the son.
-
Peter said, I know people's gonna be offended.
-
Because of THEE. Why would anybody be offended because of Jesus?
-
How's Jesse Howell offending anybody? By the way he lives?
-
You mean he comes home without alcohol in his breath.
-
You mean he comes home without pride and his sister.
-
You mean he comes home to his wife and he
-
made the vow to You mean he comes home to.
-
The little babies.
-
God is off of them.
-
You mean it just start up and stands on a platform,
-
stands on a piano, bitch and says, God, shave myself,
-
and I'm not ashamed of truth, righteousness and shame upon
-
living hall Us had our picture for Jesse. Don't get
-
beside yourself for Jesse.
-
Give it a little bit of time and will mill
-
her out.
-
Oh no, he will not.
-
They said, that's twenty something years ago about you're a pastor, Jim.
-
A little bit of time, he'll mel her health. It
-
ain't happened yet. God, I'll feel a hold do this
-
thing in this house. It's time you've called him what
-
it is. It's time you turn your preachures off. It's
-
time you've thrown your seas out.
-
Yes, I'm preaching against the men.
-
That are allowing compromise.
-
And it's so tall holding its changes. Yeah, stay and
-
targeted by me. This not and yes, this yess that's.
-
Came of God.
-
And yes, God said in the near future.
-
For coming down and will begin with no bad else
-
and Mitchell.
-
Struggles thus saith though, do you not think there will
-
be consequences from what has been said behind closed doors?
-
Do you not think that Jesus was aware of.
-
Their lives and their plots against truth? It is a
-
plot against truth. The Word of God said, thou desirest
-
truth in the inward parts. Jesus will always generate offense.
-
The word of God generates offense. It divides in sunder,
-
it cuts apart, it separates. I'm telling somebody here tonight,
-
you're not gonna make best friends with compromisers. If you're
-
gonna be a red face preacher, you're not gonna be
-
called up in politics.
-
You won't have to worry about the game.
-
If you're a red face preacher, the preachers without fear
-
of favor, they will dismiss you from the game. If
-
you're a non conformist, they won't let you play in
-
their little reindeer games anyway. You know why, because the
-
spirit of Jesus will always be the nemesis to the
-
spirit of the world. He'd walked to what he believed
-
to be a safe distance from his savior, who does
-
and because he was walking at a safe distance from
-
his savior, in a safe distance from.
-
The other sister.
-
This led him to speaking of his distance to the Lord,
-
because when he finally got caught and his speech betrayed him,
-
when he finally got found out, his speech betrayed him.
-
But brother Jesse, he denied the Lord three times.
-
So this distance that they're creating from the people of
-
God and themselves, this distance that they've generated between the
-
red faced preacher and the yellow mellow preacher, this divide,
-
this fast, extensive expand this divid is going to create
-
a vacuue, pulls them out into the abyss and separates
-
them away from God and the people of God. And
-
they will get you. Watch you watch right now. It
-
seems to be minor differences by the Philip. You watch
-
by the Caleb, it seems to be minor doctoral differences.
-
But your watch is gonna get to the place where
-
they will think nothing of speaking against you and your
-
modest address. They'll think nothing of condemning your uncut hair.
-
They'll think nothing of condemning you for your choice to
-
not wear makeup. Him following the same bread of safe
-
distance led him to speak of his distance to the Lord.
-
Who would do such a thing a yellow belly cavern.
-
I don't know Jesus. No, I don't know Sister Irish Wootin.
-
I don't live like her.
-
No, I don't know Sister Charity Howell. Really, I've been
-
at a few meetings. I'm sure you notice the same
-
thing I do. She wears her skirt to the bottom
-
of her calf.
-
And longer.
-
No, No, I don't really know Brother Nathaniel Howell. He
-
wears the long breeches. He preaches like his coat tells
-
on fire. He's very zealous, very passionate. He's not your
-
typical youth pastor. I feel like it gets a little
-
bit excited and he's going to offend our kids.
-
So we wouldn't dare have him preach.
-
But you know what, the outsiders, just a Hella knew
-
who Peter was, even though Peter was denying it. The
-
outsiders knew who Peter was. If everybody's listening to his
-
message to the end, you got through with you now,
-
because you need to hear this.
-
Are you all ready?
-
Them? People know who your grandpa was, They know who
-
your grandma was, who your daddy Mama was, and who
-
your pastor was. They know you call yourself holiness and
-
they know how your grandma and granddaddy and your pastor
-
twenty years ago lived.
-
Are y'all getting that the little damsel knew Peter den
-
with Jesus.
-
His speech told on him. His veterism has told on him.
-
She insisted, I know you're one of them, and yellow
-
mellan preacher. We know how you're supposed to preach, We
-
know how your wife supposed to dress, we know how
-
you're supposed to live. That's a problem somewhere, And you
-
can deny it all you want to. And you can
-
act like while you warm yourself over the world's tire,
-
and while you warm yourself over a counterpit, holy it
-
goes fire, and id Holy.
-
Die, Ah, Jesus pray for me, brother, justin you can
-
deny who your people were.
-
I was eating in a certain place of business here
-
in town, and God started reminding me of people in
-
this region, some of the descendants of great people of
-
God in this region, people of yesteryear. They were great
-
people of God. Their descendants are alive today in this part.
-
Of the country.
-
And if you were to tell them, brother, jeremies live
-
it just like your great cave daddy lived. Sister Jorney's
-
live it just like Sister Hagar used to live. Beella
-
Jessea Howells living just like the lovely Williams used to live.
-
Oh, I feel the holy ghost in this part.
-
Well in Natana House livering just like by the street
-
nor Its used to live better. Tyler Wood's women just
-
like brother jay Lord.
-
You used to live.
-
And you know, luck ter Rock like they've been enlightened
-
luck Tyler Lunch that have some sort of spiritual picture
-
that makes some sort of spiritual discovery, and they will
-
come by their heritage.
-
But we know who your people were, We know who
-
you're supposed to be. We ain't know Peter, you are
-
rich Jesus. We know Peter who.
-
Used to going Brother House Church.
-
We know Peter.
-
You know the difference from light and darkness, you know
-
the difference, but true and posies.
-
That's Brother jes As it comes to the piano tonight,
-
why I deny who you are?
-
I am glad to say I attend not only pastor,
-
but I attend a holiness church.
-
I'm glad to say that for now I live in
-
a God fearing nation.
-
I'm glad to say that for now, the Hollow family
-
is a sanctified family. I'm glad to say that I'm
-
not ashamed to walk through Walmart with any the elders
-
of our church. I'm glad that I've been shielded from
-
some things. I went to a public high school. I
-
wasn't shielded from everything. I was raised in a terrible
-
neighborhood called Brandon Junction.
-
God's fared me.
-
I'm not ignorant, concerned in Satan's ways or his devices.
-
I haven't always been saved. But I want to tell
-
you there's young people in this building that have always
-
been in church and have known nothing but the goodness
-
and the grace of God.
-
And you shouldn't be ashamed of that. The greatest testimony
-
that can be given is that when it says, hey,
-
I never did go out there. I don't know of
-
the things my pastor's warned me about. You better not know,
-
you need not know.
-
But I was thinking of my brother today. Him and
-
I haven't seen each other in a pretty good while.
-
It's not of her own choice. I don't believe that
-
it's just I'm busy.
-
He's busy. I'm pastoring a church. He's busy working. His
-
family is growing. My family is growing. Increased responsibilities of
-
both parties.
-
But I remember when our boys were young, they had
-
heard me and their daddy talking about playing sports.
-
How we excelled at playing sports.
-
And one day the Howard boys set out to be
-
football players and brothers starre and they.
-
Went out the front lawn and they tried to play football.
-
And I sat back and I watched, and I realized
-
they didn't even know the terminology. Now, the Gereman Howell boys,
-
they had a pretty good idea because I had thrown
-
the ball with them a lot, and I had run
-
plays with them, and they had a pretty good idea.
-
I had to play backyard football. But my nephew that
-
was raised in a hole in his church by a
-
good dad mom.
-
He knew a little bit about the game. And he
-
caught the football. One of the Howell boys threw it
-
to him and he called it. One of the other
-
Howell boys ran him down.
-
And tackled him, and the ball went rolling out of
-
his hand, and him so sure of what he was
-
speaking about, he used the wrong word. He said, Oh no,
-
I fimbled it. Fimbo, fimbole. He kept hollering fimbo as
-
they chased the ball. As it went like a scurry
-
right across the lawne.
-
He kept hollering, fillmore filmbo.
-
I turned the red face with embarrassment because I felt
-
terrible for him.
-
But there was no shame at all for him. It
-
was just another day, just another game, and he was right.
-
And y'all know what I did. I rejoiced in my spirit.
-
That my nephew didn't know the game or the games
-
that almost took me and his dad out of church.
-
I once again feel the sweet spirit of God.
-
I knew then, Sister Wooton, we had succeeded in keeping
-
our boys from the world. Just a couple of weeks later,
-
I would run into one of my high school.
-
Friends that I played and we ain't sail in sports.
-
He went on to play college ball for.
-
Football coach. I forget what university he went. It wasn't
-
a pipswheten university. Another friend of mine, his best friend,
-
is the legendary linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens, none other
-
than Ray Lewis. I was at parties with ray Lewis
-
one time the law came. I was there by a
-
mistake that night, I was the only one that the
-
law did interrogate. You know why, brother, Time in time,
-
I just got saved and I said, guys, I talk
-
to the deputy and I said, listen, I come over
-
here to see the friend. I stumbled into this. I
-
really and truly have nothing to do with this ripping
-
up people's yard. I'm not intoxicated, thank God. And you
-
know what.
-
That guy looked at me and he said, we're fixing
-
to break up the party.
-
And he said, before your peers come out on this line,
-
you get in your car and you get out of here,
-
and you go back home.
-
They had blocked off the gate of the gated community. Brother,
-
you're mind.
-
Nobody was leaving unscathed. Everybody was going to get reprimanded
-
and corrected. But a new convert in Christ Jesus, he
-
could tell my spirit was different. And I said, sir,
-
I promise I walked in here ten minutes ago, and
-
I've been trying to get out. I said, That's why
-
I'm out here right now. He says, I believe you.
-
He said, do you mind if we do a broth
-
allows on you. I said, man, have had it.
-
He said, paultree trunk. I popped my trunk. He said,
-
I believe you, Brother Aaron Wood. He radioed the guy
-
that was blocking the front gate and he said, this
-
kid right here as a good kid, let him out,
-
Brother Jeremiah.
-
Ever since I started walking with the Lord, I've never
-
been ashamed of him. But one of them that got
-
in trouble that night is Ray Lewis. Punched him into Google.
-
Ray Lewis, But I thought.
-
About that nephew of mine saying, film bole, film bom,
-
And that's what the little.
-
Damsel was telling Peter, your speech and your accent betrays you.
-
And sometimes when I hear these yellow bellowed preachers preaching,
-
and I hear what they do say and what they
-
don't say, Sister Bouten, their speech betrays them. I realize
-
they ain't red face preachers. They ain't been in the
-
Holy ghost in a while. They talked in tongues, but
-
they haven't prayed until that Holy fire has come down
-
and purified their.
-
Spirits in their minds.
-
And now them scared little chickens are afraid when their
-
churches collapse, the variants are gonna have to enter the workforce,
-
and they're actually gonna have to earn a living by
-
the sweat of their face. The best thing for them
-
to happen to them is for them to lose their
-
pastorates and for them to have to humble themself and
-
get under a red face holdiness preacher, or for them
-
to pray back.
-
Through because for right now they're just playing a game. Brothers.
-
You just they should be supreven fumble, fumble, but they're
-
hollering fimble, fimble. To this day, I get.
-
Extremely embarrassed telling that story, because that's the ultimate.
-
Ultimate insult.
-
To any athlete to think that your osprey would call
-
a fumble a fimble, And it should be the ultimate
-
insult and offense for a preacher to sit there and say,
-
my son, or my grandson or my nephew, he's a
-
yellow malloy preacher. He's not saying things that need to
-
be said. This church was running seventy, but now it's
-
running ten on a good day. Why older preachers, Brother
-
gab will no longer saying anything about this foolishness.
-
I'm not saying they're not bold to.
-
Do their foolishness, Brother road Captain, I'm not saying they're
-
not bold and crazy and charismatic to act nuts at
-
youth camp.
-
But when they need to be bold concerning truth. They
-
lack the ability to do so. Why why why can
-
they not say it? Because they don't want to.
-
And when we recognize this and acknowledge it and believe
-
it to be so, then the truth will set us free.
-
And I want to tell the Howl boys something of
-
the five of you, four of your preachers.
-
If you ever come to a place in your ministry
-
where you just can't bring yourself to preach the truth
-
for fear of hurting somebody's feelings, do us all favor
-
just sitting down. If you could get out of ministry,
-
get out of it. But if you can't, you know
-
God's called you. Then no matter who likes it or
-
who doesn't, preach the truth with love, let's stand tonight, sister,
-
wouldn't I wonder what people would do? And this day
-
and hour, your brother justin Roauap got a can of
-
black spray paint and he felt like God had told
-
him to go to churches where on the marquis it
-
says pentecostal or holdliness.
-
And he said, I want a mission from.
-
The Almighty to block out the word holdiness and the
-
word pentecostal.
-
What if God took it further and said justin black
-
out the word God. What if God took it further and.
-
Said all justin, just black it all out and write
-
in red spretaty.
-
Pain thick about.
-
It's a souber thought tonight, the fact that we have
-
to admit and knowledge the fact. And there's plenty and
-
yellow belly preachers out there, and sister Howell, what's interested.
-
There'll be a couple of red faced good guys and
-
good preachers that will try their best, with good intentions
-
to tear down what I've said tonight and also to
-
defend their yellow belly peers and contemporaries.
-
But they know, like I know.
-
Them yellow belly preachers should be preaching at all, Brothers stared.
-
I've seen them pretty boys and playboys stand behind Papa's pulpit,
-
not talk about my papa, just speaking in general, always
-
in general. But they wouldn't dare get out there and
-
preach on the street corner like you do. My ministry
-
began on the street corner. Do you know why they're
-
too trail and too arrogant to stand out there and preach.
-
You know why?
-
Because they don't really believe what they're preaching. You know
-
why nobody's getting saved in their churches. It's the truth.
-
They don't believe anybody's gonna get saved. Y'all know why
-
nobody's getting healed in their churches.
-
Because they don't believe anybody is going to be healed
-
in their churches. Do you know a man that is
-
a deacon of a prominent hold in this church. And
-
if anybody thinks I'm telling a lie, you can come
-
to me. We can go talk to that man face
-
to face, and he'll tell you the same thing he
-
told me.
-
He ain't gonna hide it from you. He didn't hide
-
it from me. Told him about God healing Samuel somewhat
-
sweetly and calmly. While we were eating nachos together. He
-
looked at me, he said, after what all I've been through.
-
He said, there's nobody can tell me there's a such
-
thing as divine healing. This was one of the main
-
money men of a prominent holding his church. He had
-
control of the church without hesitation. He tried to discredit
-
the healing of Samuel. Howell, well, it was just some
-
fluke of a heman. His body does amazing things, he said,
-
But I'd like to take that same yellow belly deacon
-
by the nap of the neck and shove his face
-
in the medical records of a man named Philip Powell, So,
-
Brother starh let the yellow belly preachers and the yellow
-
belly Christians do.
-
What they're gonna do. But as for me and knows
-
that will agree with me.
-
At Bethel Holness Church, we're gonna be red faced Saints
-
of God that are still passionate, will still allow the
-
working of the Holy Ghost in our services. This still
-
allow conviction to work in our services. Sister Whoop said
-
it tonight. She's convicted every service. She says it keeps
-
me humble and helps me. Would you bow your heads tonight?
-
Is there somebody in this building that would say, Preacher,
-
I have lacked the boldness.
-
I see that Jesus was merciful to Peter. I see
-
that Jesus turned Peter into another man, and I need
-
him to do the same thing for me. I'm lacked
-
total him over.
-
I've been ashamed of my entire I've been ashamed of
-
my sanctified life. I've been ashamed of the way I
-
can live it. I've been embarrassed a time or two
-
when you come to the auditor right now, you want
-
to admit say I want to be stronger in Christ.
-
I know that's quite the message to respond to, isn't it.
-
Is there one that would say, I'm tired of compromising
-
when I get into the wrong crowd. I'm tired of
-
kevin when I get around the wrong people, anybody. I'm
-
tired of breaking Jesus's heart. I'm tired of going and
-
meeting up with old friends. I'm tired of failing Jesus.
-
I don't know a faith to fell I know who
-
I am and God.
-
I know what I'm supposed to do. I know where
-
I'm supposed to be.
-
There's got to be a couple of people or not.
-
There's no way God would message like this, O my heart.
-
If that's not you, I've missed it. But I sure
-
feel like it's a couple of you.
-
I need boldness. I don't want to be embarrassed. I
-
don't even want to act back to the world that
-
I'm confused. When you're telling dirty jokes, I want to
-
just walk away. I don't have to listen. I hear that.
-
I see that on a daily basis. I don't have
-
to put up with it. There's three in the altars.
-
Is there one word that would say, Jesus, I don't
-
want to be.
-
Ashamed of you, because if I'm ashamed of you, you
-
said you will be ashamed of me. Are there any
-
of our preachers. I don't know that we have a
-
yellow belly preacher here, but is there a preacher that
-
would move forward tonight? Say Jesus, Please don't ever let
-
me get to the place that I'm afraid to preach truth.
-
I renewed my commitment, my vow to God just a
-
couple of months ago.
-
I said, Lord, all on earth i'm living, I will
-
try my best to represent you.
-
In your holiness. Don't go ahead and see my business.
-
Don't be ashamed of him. After you bound your head
-
and prayed, when you walk away, you hold up your
-
her hid when you walk beside Jesus, unashamed.
-
Mind Jesus, find Jesus, Jesus, and I won't go here
-
go that I can't.
-
Plays because if I do a little good bad. Ain't
-
the ol churches to all real churches? From what's long?
-
We're living alot? What's somebody tell me? What's long? We're
-
treats are about it. What's long? The treats are bout
-
so God? What's got? What's wrong? Divation? What's long with
-
the treats are telling us? I can use what's one
-
of the leader?
-
You're safe distance from the saviors churches. You start the
-
same thing for that light you're spirited either.
-
The spirits for the hardy girls to come that room face?
-
What's wrong be in a cold dog world? Revolutions torm
-
by many.
-
Think t the pay out of school, the violence, mere land,
-
the order, the t demandments.
-
All should be removed from their side. There's one question
-
I like to ask, jam what's the wrong we leading? Run?
-
What's wrong with leading? Can anybody tells me?
-
Human word? Jesus, she's the way the church.
-
I'm not going surgerisa of Us with all.
-
Anybody tell me they think count strange in a way
-
I do.
-
If from this, I'll say, oh, crazy, lazy, orient sane.
-
Tell me I'm not ride A long question.
-
I'd like to ask you.
-
Was wrong with men?
-
Right?
-
What wrong.
-
Killing?
-
Anybody told me, jeez.
-
Let's choose the way there. I'm not asking Scerbetius to
-
them to let's rot there in a cold dog worm?
-
The revolution is told by man, the to the way
-
out of.
-
School and violence me low, and they order the tink
-
of paper.
-
Febout this.
-
All the more question.
-
I'd like to ask me, what's wrong me?
-
What nobody tell me? The Jesus way.
-
I'm not going to. I'm chery Lesus me the all Father.
-
You need tell me.
-
M hm.
-
Back to.
-
Back to where the church stands, Roll back to where
-
there's a There is a all back way, there is
-
back old. You see, I preceived like an.
-
All yeah.
