Praise God.

I uh I shared with a uh a brother in

another part of the country. UH about how wonderful the

the street service was yesterday.

And I was asked the question did you get any results?

And uh, I guess we could have done a Billy

Graham out there and said.

Do we really know what results are?

Do we really understand the plan of God.

We're out there because God said, come into all the

world and preached the Gospel under every creature.

He that believed it.

That it's that time shall be saved. He believe not

shall be damned.

Ay now amen, amen I.

Mama, I'm saying about Spurgeon told one time about they

called him to come and preach at this big hole

and he went on the wrong day.

And see he's human.

Also, My brother Spurgeon got there and went into the

building and it was completely empty. There was nobody there.

And as he picked up his bible and turned to leave,

the spirit down with him. You came to preach, preach

and he looked around at the empty seats. He looked

around at nobody there, and he fought that battle that

we all fight with indecision, We fight that battle with uncertainty.

But he was a man of God, and he opened his.

Bible, and he preached and preached and preach and brought

it to a conclusion and made an altar call and

prayed and left it. A couple of years later he

saved in.

Why do why are there some that enter into every revival, every.

Camp meeting, every fellowship.

Be every weekend, every Sunday, dealing with the.

Same thing over and over and over again.

And not only that, but we see them get the

victory time and time and time again.

We see them shouting, we see them rejoice, and we

see them praising God. We saw it this morning, he met,

as they made their mind up.

I'm tired.

I'm sick of kicking against the pricks. We've seen it

all through this revival, I say, Hay then said, give

me the dager. We've seen it through this revival.

As they said, I want relief from this, I want

deliver from this. We've seen him.

As a pasture got up and said in six months

and they fought for.

A victory, and they said, I don't want to be lost.

I don't want to be to start, I don't want

to be lost.

But then it seems like had a few days right back.

Where we were.

And then Holiness people, the holiness movement in general, is

marked by marked where we fought so many battles, and

we've won so many victories over so many things. Your

spiritual walk, your Christian life is a monument of different

battles that you've followed. Why amen, Battles over things that

fought against your soul, fought against.

Your mind, thought against your marriage.

Thought against your home, thought against your church, thought against

your spiritual walk. And we feel like we got the victory,

and we shot because we have the victory, we worshiped

when we praise God for the victory, and then we

go right back and we're dealing with the same thing again.

Am I really satisfied. Am I really contempt? Do I

really fit him? Do I really do I really need

to be where I'm at? Do I really need to

be here? Should I be somewhere else?

Could something else work out better? Should something else be better?

And then we get help again, and we feel like

I've got it this time, I've got it, This time,

I've got it. This time, I go right back.

Amen.

It ain't like a cycle of drug abuse that some.

Of you went through.

Amen. I remember my brother when he went through it.

He meant he would come home and my mom would

feed him and take care of him, and he would

do good for about five days.

have to go back.

back into places of depression, places of doubt, places of discouragement, places.

Where we feel like we can't.

Go no further with God.

Places where we feel like I can't receive from God

what God has promised.

that God.

The gifts of God did not cease after the deaths

I was scheduled to preach a revival years ago. This

supposed to leave to go.

He said, I'm gonna have to cancel revival. I said, okay,

do you want to reschedule. He said, yeah, we'll reschedule later.

He said, we can't have revival now. He said, me

and my wife are having problems. That was exactly some

of the messages the Lord had laid.

On my heart.

To take the revival.

He said, I'm gonna take her on a vacation to

try to salvage our marriage. And any other time, and

as a young preacher, I probably should have, but I

did anybody.

I said, brother, you.

Need to reconsider this right now, you really need.

To reconsider this.

I said, I think revival is what would would put

your home back together, getting this thing fixed in the

eyes of God.

Not a cruise, not a not a beach not a

beach front. Amen. Thing you don't need tolly wood you need.

You don't need to drip the six flags.

You don't.

You don't need a Caribbean cruise.

What you need is the power of the Holy Ghost to.

victory over you.

they had a great bouffet.

And it was real cheap, and he would laugh about

it and say, we don't gamble, we just go there

and eat.

I'm gonna tell you there's a king in the cave

as a kid in the can.

Pretty soon, it's a pretty soon, it's a trip to

the king on table pursue. It's a trip to the

revent table. Pretty soon it's a heydrop the cord of
