  1. So I went ahead and stress my voice out. But

  2. that's all right. God will help us. I sure do

  3. appreciate my pastor.

  4. I love him.

  5. We're gonna be looking in Luke chapter two, verse seven.

  6. We looking at Luke chapter two, verse number seven, past

  7. I'm on bar one of these, if that's all right,

  8. Luke two and verse number said it, And it says,

  9. and she brought forth her firstborn son and wrapped him

  10. in swaddening clothes and laid him in a manger because

  11. there was no room for them in the end. Lift

  12. your hands and ask God to help us here tonight. Lord,

  13. we ask you right now in the name of Jesus,

  14. Lord God, I beg for you, Lord, and from you, Lord,

  15. your presence, God, and you anointing, Oh Lord God, touch

  16. the hearts and the lives of those Lord that are here,

  17. O Lord, and heed your word.

  18. God. God.

  19. Would you meet us in the altars, O Lord God,

  20. touch a life, God and change your soul. Lord God,

  21. in your power, Lord, by your might, and buy your mercy.

  22. And Lord, we ask, Lord, and we pray God, and

  23. we are certainly thankful.

  24. Lord.

  25. Amen and Amen Luke two and seven. You know this

  26. is a very familiar passage of Scripture. It's the Christmas story,

  27. you know, it's a very special story. It's about the

  28. christ child that's finally delivered. Now, Mary, I doubt she

  29. wanted to deliver Jesus in a barn. Most people in

  30. the day and hour that we live in a young

  31. lady that's expecting, you know, they have something that they

  32. call I don't get it, but nesting. I think it

  33. is where they spend the last couple of their months

  34. cleaning up, making sure things are ready. But Mary, because

  35. it was time for them to go pay taxes. There's

  36. no way she had the supplies that maybe she wanted

  37. to have. Maybe she had spare clothes at the house

  38. or somewhere where she lived. But she finds herself in

  39. a stable that's not necessarily the place or idea that

  40. anyone would have in mind to deliver in a child

  41. surrounded by farm animals, you know, for the Philip and them,

  42. they liked to tostore some of their animals over there

  43. where Pastor lives, and them goats. They stink horribly. It's

  44. such an awful smell. You can be fifty yards from

  45. them and you can smell them. Now, doubt this is

  46. what Mary had in mind to be shoved in the

  47. back of a barn, to be shoved in the end

  48. keeper's place. But for some reason she said, this is

  49. the place. It isn't what I had in mind, but Lord,

  50. this is where it's gonna have to be.

  51. Now, I doubt.

  52. Joseph stopped at one motel or one d and said, well,

  53. I tried this one, so the rest of them must

  54. be full. I know all of them were full because

  55. everybody was traveling to go pay taxes. So there was

  56. no room for anybody, obviously, because everybody was going. But

  57. the innkeeper all he had to offer was his barn.

  58. He didn't know who he was sending to the barn.

  59. I have a feeling if he would anon who he

  60. was sending to the bar, he would have said, no, no, no,

  61. you have my place. He would have made room in

  62. his house for the Lord to stay. Right now tonight.

  63. You may not realize who just exactly it is, but

  64. I promise you this day and hour, we do know

  65. who it is.

  66. That knocks at our door.

  67. That scripture in Revelations three and twenty and said, behold,

  68. I stand at the door and knock, And if any

  69. man who opened the door unto me, and I will

  70. come in unto him tonight. Is Jesus that's standing at

  71. your heart right now, you're trying to push him in

  72. the back. You say, I don't really have room. I

  73. don't really got I don't got time for it right now.

  74. It's early in the morning. Why are you out here?

  75. I had to offer is a barn? Help yourself. And

  76. in the morning when you wake up, if you're still

  77. there and you decide you want another night of rest,

  78. you can come to me. Perhaps somebody's checked out and

  79. you can come on in. But it's Jesus Frokes. Is

  80. Jesus's friend that's saying I need a place to stay.

  81. I need a place to take a residence, And yet

  82. you offer him your barn and thak go ahead, go

  83. sleep with the goats, go sleep with the donkey. But

  84. it's time tonight, you say, Lord, have my heart. Lord,

  85. I'm empty and out. Lord, I read of everything. Lord

  86. is yours, take of residence. Don't send Jesus to the

  87. back of your heart. Say Lord, not now. I just

  88. don't have the time. Lord, I'm not ready right now.

  89. But it's Jesus' friend. It's Jesus as that you're in.

  90. It's Jesus that's knocking and saying tonight, it's me. I

  91. got married out here, she's in labor. I need a

  92. place to stay now. But that ain't Keeper says, girl,

  93. go to the barn. I don't want to.

  94. Ever shove God to the barn.

  95. I don't ever want to put him on the back

  96. burner because of what he means to me.

  97. I promise you I'm he already said it.

  98. But if that Ain't Keeper would have known just who

  99. it was, or perhaps an angel visit him, actor he

  100. sent him to the barn, I could promise you he

  101. would have ran out there and said no to come

  102. in the house. There's times we've been we've been warned,

  103. or our conscience speaks to us and we say, I'm

  104. not really sure if that's what that was. But then

  105. we come to church and the pastor preaches along the lines.

  106. An angel comes and tells us, and we realize that's

  107. what it is. If that ain't if that Ain't Keeper

  108. would have visit been visited by an angel. I know

  109. for a fact it didn't matter what time of the

  110. night it was, how how tired he was, he would

  111. have made haste and said, no, Lord, no Mary, no Joseph.

  112. I got everything you need in here.

  113. Come in here to way. You don't have to be

  114. show stout, coming here the way. You don't have to

  115. be bothered by the stench. Jesus don't want to be

  116. bothered by the stench. He's tired of it. Quit sending

  117. him to the back to not know, preaching on born

  118. and you're born. You've been sending Jesus to the back

  119. too long. One that is born lowly, but it's so holy.

  120. Jesus as the child, yes, but he's the king. He's

  121. just a little child. Maybe the innkeeper didn't think nothing

  122. of it. He obviously did, and that's why he sent

  123. him to the back. But we know this day and

  124. hour who it is that's knocking at our heart. There's

  125. no excuse anymore of who it is that knocks at

  126. our heart.

  127. We know every time we.

  128. Feel the conviction of the power of the holy ghost,

  129. it's not the devil, it's Jesus.

  130. And yet you pray a little bit to pray.

  131. Off confiction to make yourself feel better, and you go

  132. on about your way, and every time you do that,

  133. you say, here's a stable.

  134. Here's the barn.

  135. The different this time, as we know, is Jesus that's standing.

  136. And if we wait till sunrise, I haven't feel in

  137. the next sunrise at this church experience, it's gonna be

  138. the sun rise of Jesus coming back. You keep pushing

  139. in behalf, You keep saying, go to the barn, come

  140. back in the morning, try again later, next sunrise or

  141. in the morning, You're gonna go to the innkeeper.

  142. And there ain't gonna be no room for you.

  143. Jesus is gonna say, sorry, my barn is full, my

  144. right is full.

  145. You didn't have time for me, You didn't have a

  146. place for me, my.

  147. God, and he won't have a place for you. You

  148. better make room for him, because he's gone to prepare

  149. a place for you. You better prepare a place for

  150. him as clean as you can. You better offer a

  151. holy heart, clean spotless, fall down and say, oh God,

  152. my stable is filthy, clean it up. I don't want

  153. you staying in this mass. Clean a heart. The one

  154. that cleans your heart is Jesus. He's the offer and

  155. the finisher of our faith. I'm sorry, I'm winded, me

  156. out of breath, but don't push God to the back

  157. of a barn. When someone is as sweet as he is,

  158. and it is as loving and as caring as he is,

  159. and you shove him to the back, you put him

  160. on the back burner.

  161. My God, I pray, I never.

  162. If I have a place for God to say, Lord,

  163. let it be my heart, not in the back of

  164. my mind. You can't have mine salvation. You can't have

  165. mine belief. It's gotta be heart fail true salvation.

  166. Worth it.

  167. You know that, you know you have cleaned up a

  168. holy place for a holy king.

  169. Oh thank God.
