  1. I would like to preach a message the Holy ghost

  2. titled the Final five Words, Go and Sin no more.

  3. Turn with me to the Book of Jeremiah. May I

  4. direct your attention to the third chapter and the tenth verse.

  5. Brother Nathaniel John chapter number eight and verse number eleven,

  6. and Brother Jesse Proverbs chapter number twenty eight and verse

  7. number thirteen. I appreciate the way the Holy ghosts moved tonight.

  8. There is no doubt folks in this building experienced a

  9. new beginning. I thank God for sweet forgiveness. I know

  10. without a doubt God has forgiven sin. He's washed troubles

  11. and sorrows away tonight. I know people are breathing easier.

  12. Their load is a whole lot lighter. You can see

  13. by their expressions on their faces that they are relieved

  14. from the load of sin or the weight of other

  15. people's sins. I praise the Lord for the way you

  16. all prayed. Way y'all responded and prayed in these altars

  17. for the last hour. And I'll be honest with you,

  18. I'm tired in body, but I feel the need to

  19. warn somebody and tell them after sweet forgiveness, there is

  20. still a need to remember these final five words, go

  21. and send no more brother Nathaniel John chapter number eight

  22. and verse number eleven. My brother, she said, no man, Lord,

  23. And Jesus said, unto her, neither do I condemn thee

  24. Go and send no more, brother Jesse. Proverbs, chapter number

  25. twenty eight, verse number thirteen. He that covereth his sins

  26. shall not prosper, But whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall

  27. have mercy. Can the church say amen to that? Praise

  28. the Lord for the Master's mercy. Let's than for the

  29. reading of our golden text, the Book of Jeremiah, the

  30. third chapter and the tenth verse.

  31. The Bible said.

  32. And yet for all this, her treacherous sister Judah hath

  33. not turned unto me with her whole heart, but fainly

  34. saith the Lord read it with me. And yet for

  35. all this, her treacherous sister Judah hath not turned unto

  36. me with her whole heart, but fainly saith the Lord.

  37. Heavenly Father, we love and we praise you. We thank

  38. you for the opportunity to be in your house tonight.

  39. We pray that you would anoint this thy people, set

  40. a guard at their ears, and help them to hear

  41. what the Spirit of God says unto the church tonight, Lord,

  42. not of my words, but of your words. We pray

  43. we put our trust in you, God. I pray that

  44. you would anoint me, set a guard at my mouth,

  45. and help me to say the things that you would

  46. have me to say, nothing more or less. I pray

  47. that these sayings would go below the shoulders, that they

  48. would saturate our en tire being. Lord, may we hearken,

  49. may we hear, and may we heed, and may we

  50. depart this place joyfully and not sorrowfully. In Jesus' name,

  51. in the church said Amen, as you're being seated, look

  52. at your neighbor and say, hey, neighbor, are you in

  53. the sinning business? Reply with us absolutely not. Amen, Thank

  54. God for that. Our text is found in an Old

  55. Testament book of the Holy Bible, the Book of Jeremiah.

  56. The title of this book bears the name of its author.

  57. A lot of people in this building are quite familiar

  58. with the prophet Jeremiah. He is a favorite of the

  59. members of the Bethel Holiness Church. He's not a favorite

  60. of the Bethel Holiness Church because we have a great

  61. Man of God in our minst that shares that name.

  62. That is a reason for why we would recognize this

  63. biblical care character in his name. But he is a

  64. favorite of the Bethel hole in his church because we

  65. relate to him, and a lot of times we feel

  66. like God has spoken to us directly. When we hear

  67. people preaching about this man. You will remember the manner

  68. of his calling. His background is that of a priest.

  69. We know that he was of a priestly lineage. He

  70. was one that was very familiar with the writings of Moses.

  71. In other words, he was somebody that was studious concerning

  72. the laws of God. This was a man that knew

  73. what ministry was all about. He understood the ceremonial sacrifices,

  74. and he knew why the people of God were different

  75. than the other people of this world. And he had

  76. a strong grip on why the Jews did the things

  77. that they he did. And I wish that a lot

  78. of our young people and our holiness and Pentecostal movements

  79. really fully understood why we do some of the things

  80. we do and the reason for us doing some of

  81. the things we do. We love to keep the commandments

  82. of the Lord, and we do not find his commandments

  83. to be grievous. I've never had to counsel any of

  84. these elder brothers and sisters and them say to me

  85. during that process that they dislike the commandments of God.

  86. In fact, every one of them, at different times has

  87. told me that the words of the Lord pleases them well.

  88. Whether it's dues or don't.

  89. They are okay with God telling them what to do

  90. because they know God knows the frame of mankind. God

  91. knows the nature of mankind. The Bible says, he remembers

  92. our frame that we are but dust. Another scripture says

  93. he knows what is inside of man. And because God

  94. knows about that addamic nature, he knows very well how

  95. to help keep us from the consequences of operating within

  96. that sinful addamic nature. And so the prophet Jeremiah would

  97. have been an instructor in the ways of God. Brother

  98. Jesse very young, he received a commission and a call

  99. from the Lord. It was a clarion call that demanded commitment.

  100. When he realized that the Lord was demanding commitment, he

  101. immediately offered the excuse that he was a youth, and

  102. the Lord let him know, do not use that as

  103. an excuse.

  104. It does not matter how young you are.

  105. I have called and commissioned you to help your brothers

  106. and sisters. And unlike Caine, Jeremiah the prophet was willing

  107. to be his brother's keeper. Brother Thomas Starrett, Brother Aaron Wood,

  108. Brother Jesse Howan, of the Bible scholars in this building

  109. tonight could tell you that the prophet Jeremiah sometimes seemed

  110. to have been complaining about some of the task that

  111. he had to undertake her or some of the messages

  112. that he delivered. And he was not altogether against the

  113. ministry or against the message of the Master. It was

  114. he knew that when he spoke the words of truth,

  115. he would be despised by his peers and contemporaries. Brother

  116. Samuel Howean, brother Philip Howell could tell you that Jeremiah

  117. was very familiar with the consequences of the ministry of Isaiah.

  118. Both of those great men of God were considered to

  119. be eight prophets of God, major prophets of the most

  120. High in their day and hour. But they suffered because

  121. they were ministers of the Master. And I know that

  122. every preacher in this building tonight can relate to that. Also,

  123. those that are keepers of the commandments and the words

  124. of God. You can tell me that you do not

  125. walk through this world unscathed. Sometimes you receive a verbal

  126. slap in the face. Sometimes it's a smart, delic comment

  127. from a family member or a coworker or what seems

  128. to be a fellow laborer in ministry. You realize you're

  129. being persecuted for the message. So this young prophet, regardless

  130. of what he was going to face, he went ahead

  131. and preached within the land of Judah, and for.

  132. About forty years he labored.

  133. Now, the prophet Jeremiah had told them that a great

  134. emperor would come and pummel the people of God into power,

  135. so to speak. He would destroy their land and their cities,

  136. and their cattle and their people, and take a lot

  137. of them away and put them in an exile.

  138. In the land of Babylon.

  139. And we know how the prophet Isaiah preached to the

  140. people of Jerusalem.

  141. We know how he preached to the people of Israel.

  142. But this priest turned prophet Jeremiah, began to preach to

  143. that lesser tribe, the tribe of Judah, which constituted two

  144. tribes of Isram and brother Caleb.

  145. Dearing his extensive ministry.

  146. He pointed them to the sins of the other nation,

  147. and he tried to bring it to their attention that

  148. they did it to wrong way. And because they did

  149. it to wrong way, they did.

  150. Not bye with him.

  151. Now in the Red Back Church of God, hymn, Now

  152. there is a song that goes like this, you cannot

  153. do wrong and get by, no matter how hard you try.

  154. And so the propet Jeremiah would let them know these things,

  155. and he carried a birden for those to whom he ministered.

  156. To many they would say, there is no doubt this

  157. man who loves us. There's no doubt this man carries

  158. the weight of the world upon his shoulders on a

  159. daily basism. And some could say, to some up his

  160. message it is a clarion call for repentance, or a

  161. clarion call for commitment in their relationship between them and

  162. their God. And so Jeremiah done just exactly like the

  163. preacher's done. Last week, Philip preached on continually a Christian.

  164. He talked about how Daniel lived within the Empire of

  165. Babylon during the reign of three or four different emperors,

  166. and how in every kingdom this man was faithful to God. Now,

  167. when Jeremiah is preaching to the people of the nation

  168. of Judah, who are supposed to be the cheering of God,

  169. he cannot say they've been faithful. He cannot say to Daniel,

  170. who's living in this region at this time, that you

  171. live amongst people that are faithful to God. And so

  172. Daniel and some mothers, eventually they get removed from the

  173. land of Judah and carried away just like the prophet

  174. Jeremiah said what happen to them? And jeremied propheside how

  175. they would spend seventy long years in captivity. And Daniel

  176. himself he did not bucker against the ministry or the

  177. message of the prophet Jeremiah, even though he had his

  178. owner message and ministry in the realm of Babylon. He

  179. acknowledged what Jeremiah had said. When Jeremiah was telling them,

  180. you know what the other ten tribes of Israel tried

  181. to do, and you know they did not get by

  182. with it. I'll tell you why, sister Iris whooting him,

  183. Brother Nathaniel, howell worship God in spirit and in truth tonight.

  184. There's two possible reasons for that. The first of them

  185. being up they love God, and they love his commandments. Secondly,

  186. they are probably been our witnesses to the consequences of the.

  187. Wrong doers and doing the wrong things.

  188. And so Jeremiah the prophet was not impressed by his

  189. fellow mans and outward display of religion. Truly, their living

  190. on real estate that had been primised to them by God.

  191. It was real estate that had been wished for and

  192. prayed over by the Abraham that they all adored. There

  193. were patriarchs that knew God would give that land to

  194. those people. But because their eyes were on the things

  195. of the other nations, and they participated in Paguean practices,

  196. and they also committed idolatry, which God perceived as an

  197. adulterous affair in their relationship. What I'm saying here tonight

  198. is Jeremiah would not pack to them on the back

  199. and say well done, thou, good and faithful servants of

  200. God when they had been unfaithful.

  201. There's not a spousal.

  202. In this building tonight that would appreciate ear the faithfulness

  203. come on in these verses and we see the Jeremiah's

  204. telling them they did it to their way, and they're

  205. paying the price and for it.

  206. When you look at our golden text and.

  207. You can see the Jeremiah's comparing Israel and Judah, the

  208. call of these both nations and had been one her

  209. repentance and brother hysterical reason why judgment came, it's because

  210. they were making an insincere repentance. I was praying this afternoon,

  211. and we all know we got out of church late

  212. this afternoon, and I went to a restaurant here in town,

  213. and some sisters in this building were there. They saw

  214. me walk in and an hour later walk out. I

  215. had about thirty minutes and at the house to put

  216. my mind on the Lord, and God spoke into my heart.

  217. It is an illusion, I said, God, do you want

  218. me to preach on that his actor title? He said, no,

  219. preach ona the final five words? I said, God, what

  220. sentence in the Bible that has five words? The finality

  221. of those five words? And must he mighty significant for

  222. you to put this on my heart. It's such a

  223. short space of time. And I heard somewhere in the

  224. corner and the recesses of my soul go and sin

  225. no more. And that's what your Maaiah, the weeping profit

  226. was trying to tell Judah. Yes, you made a mistake. Yes,

  227. you been unfaithful, Yes, sir, oh yes, but if God is.

  228. To forgive you, you ought to sin no more.

  229. People today want us to be okay where their sinful lifestyle.

  230. They want us to embrace it and to tolerated. They

  231. come into our places of business and demand service.

  232. We remember years ago.

  233. A Christian maker refused to make a banke good for

  234. a homosexual couple, and when that homosexual got down with him,

  235. they are just about ruined that Christian family's business. I

  236. want you to know that the Lord of Heaven and

  237. his messengers will never back down to your persecution. They

  238. will never join your pity parties, and they will never

  239. tone down your message. I'm telling you, when God gives

  240. them your message and God's sister preaching, we can have

  241. the prettiest one hundred percent of pure vanilla great a blue.

  242. Ribbon altar service. Prior to the preation.

  243. Some can get saved, some can be born again, some

  244. can be walking in newness of life and spirit that

  245. God can tell them. Men, you just go ahead and

  246. preach that message that I told you.

  247. The preaching. There is no doubt off that Daniel was

  248. gonna serve.

  249. God whether in Judah or in Babylon, there's no death.

  250. Sister Teresa Wallace is gonna serve God anyway that. I

  251. want to talk to somebody tonight. When you have prayed,

  252. you will be differct. Thirty minutes later, you'll be different to.

  253. Three days later, you'll be different to. Thirty days later,

  254. you'll be differct. Three months later, you'll be different, three

  255. years later, and you'll still be different thirty years later.

  256. I'm telling you here the night, don't let it be

  257. in a losion.

  258. Oh my Godd, pray through that's sin. I feel like

  259. saying it again.

  260. It was a call to both nations that were chock

  261. full of God's people to repentance. The message of Jesus

  262. and John the Baptist were the same. They were messages

  263. of repentance. This generation knows nothing of penitence. They know

  264. nothing of sincere repentance. I was thinking about that woman

  265. that was caught in the act of adultery. I said, God,

  266. we don't have a name. Brother Nathaniel, have you seen

  267. her name in.

  268. The Bible anywhere?

  269. Brother Caleb, I've taught you too how to search the

  270. scriptures and look for contents, because sometimes one gospel author

  271. has a little different information than another. Have y'all ever

  272. seen it? In there where her name is given. I

  273. was a praying very shortly, to be honest with you,

  274. and God just began to pour it into me. I said, God,

  275. I'd like to give my sister a nickname? He said,

  276. what is it? In my spirit? I could tell I

  277. knew he knew, but he wanted me to go ahead

  278. and say it. I said, sister Sincere. I'd like to

  279. refer to her tonight as sister Sincerity. The difference in

  280. these two sisters that Jeremiah's talking about in our text,

  281. it's a tale of two sisters, Judah and Israel.

  282. Neither one of these sisters are sincere.

  283. But I want you to know on the flip side

  284. of that, when you look at this adulterous woman turned

  285. holy woman when Jesus spoke to her, there must have

  286. been a change in her. And nowhere do you find

  287. her copping an attitude and saying I will continue in sin.

  288. Apostle Paul said, shall we continue in sin? That grace

  289. may abound? God forbid a thousand times? No, you should

  290. not continue, he said, And if you're a new creature,

  291. you will not continue in sin. I'm gonna say it again,

  292. Jeremiah the Prophet was not impressed by his fellow men's

  293. outward display of religion. Their edifices, their temples, their tabernacles,

  294. their churches do not impress me. I'd rather have a

  295. handful of genuine people in a storefront church, or in

  296. a living room, or in a little country church where

  297. the ain't barely pay the bills and keep the lights

  298. on because of how costly Caesar has it for us

  299. to operate conduct service. I'd rather be in a place

  300. and amongst people like that than to be in a beautiful, beautiful,

  301. shine and spectacular edifice that's speaking.

  302. To the world.

  303. This is the dwelling place of God. I don't care

  304. what's on the Marquis. I see it on Marquis Church

  305. of Christ. I see it on the Marquis Church of God.

  306. I see it on the Marquis Holiness Church. I see

  307. it on the Marquis Church of God of Prophecy. I

  308. see it on the Marquis Assembly. Are y'all listening to me?

  309. What's on the Marquis is not indicative of what is

  310. on the inside of the building, Nor does it indicate

  311. to us what is inside the individual's heart.

  312. Come on, I want to preach to you.

  313. I know you've already prayed, and I know some of

  314. you have made sincere repentance to God. But Israel and Judah,

  315. we're receiving a call to repent. When Jesus full of

  316. mercy and compassion called them and he said, turn away

  317. from your sin, turn you away from your unfaithfulness, they would.

  318. Not turn from their sin.

  319. I heard a lot of young preachers years ago telling people,

  320. you need to make three hundred and sixty degree turn

  321. a three hundred.

  322. And sixty degree rotation.

  323. Me being in good in geometry, me being in engineering,

  324. me being a number man. I got up behind them

  325. and said, I know what you guys are saying. That

  326. we're not looking for a three hundred and sixty degree turner.

  327. He'd be facing her in the same direction when you

  328. stood up from the altar.

  329. What we need is a one hundred and eighty the

  330. great turn.

  331. And I'm telling you, if these altars were fruit put

  332. a night, there will be a one hundred and eighty

  333. de great turn.

  334. I said, there.

  335. Will be fruits of repectance, and there will be evidences

  336. of salvation. If that man plows off the handle tomorrow,

  337. he's not a new creature. If that man sneaks around tomorrow,

  338. he's not a new creature.

  339. It's an illusion.

  340. Her Golden text said they were doing it vainly pretending.

  341. Paul told Timothy, he said something about Grandma and Mama

  342. is ringing in my soul right now. They were faithful,

  343. he said, the unfeigned faith of Unissi and lois your

  344. grandmama and your mama, the unfeigned faith. When them women

  345. come in, they had been walking like angels. They had

  346. been singing like angels. They have been praying like angels.

  347. They had been Christians, they had been christ Like. Come on,

  348. I'm telling you, I'm gonna say it again. You won't

  349. pray like an angel. You won't shout and dance like

  350. an angel on Sunday and act like the devil Monday

  351. through Saturday. If you are a creature, Jesus Christ. If

  352. you are a creation inn, Jesus Christ. If you are

  353. a creature or a creation inn, Jesus Christ, you will

  354. be as He has molded you. So when mercy he

  355. wrecked the life of a weeping prophet, he runt the

  356. life of a weeping prophet who also at times seemingly

  357. complained about why he had to do what he had

  358. to do because he knew when I preached this one,

  359. they're gonna persecute me. He didn't altogether know the outcome.

  360. He didn't know to what extremes they would go. But

  361. I can tell you you all know because you're on

  362. this side of it. He got put in a my repent,

  363. he got somewhat starved. False prophets hated him, contemporaries despised him,

  364. he got smacked around, Royalty despised him, Kings and princess

  365. hated him. They hated his guts. Does that sound like

  366. something you want to sign up for, Jesse? Do you

  367. want to sign up as spiritual ambassador to hate Tea tomorrow,

  368. Brother Tyler? The same things that happened to the prophet

  369. Jeremiah will happen to you in the land of Haiti,

  370. Brother Rocat. Do you want to sign up as spiritual

  371. ambassador to Afghanistan tomorrow? It's unlikely, and if God was

  372. to call you the service an act of spiritual duty

  373. over there, you would probably offer the same complaints and

  374. excuses that Jeremiah did. But Jeremiah went ahead and preached

  375. the truth in love. I have said it for years.

  376. I will not preach inward or outward standards unless I

  377. have soiled my notes with tears. I said it twenty

  378. years ago. I will not preach mean holiness. I will

  379. not be a mean example of what a Christian is

  380. to be. But I do know the difference in phony

  381. and genuine. Brother Nathaniel said in the South, say genuine

  382. versus genuine, And that is the truth. We know the

  383. difference in real bloging and phony blooning. We know the

  384. difference between real crab meat and imitation crab. Me.

  385. Come on, I'm telling you.

  386. We know the difference of in real confessions and counterfeit confessions.

  387. I don't care a tang in the world about your

  388. hour appearance.

  389. I don't caretang in the world about your religious hour display.

  390. What I want you to do is show me your

  391. faith by your actions and work, so that you are

  392. a new creature.

  393. In Christ Jesus with mercy.

  394. He called for them to turn away. Turn away from

  395. your sin, turn away from your mistakes, turn away from

  396. your unfaithfulness. Look at your neighbor and say, hey, neighborn

  397. away from that, and Israel was chasten by the chasting

  398. wrod of God for their rebellion and stubbornness. Judah witnessed

  399. what one would have thought would have been a great

  400. lesson when she saw Jerusalem suffer the way she did,

  401. but she did not live and learn. I have a

  402. saying that we should all live and learn. We should

  403. live in life and learn the lessons of life. The

  404. truth is, there's none of us born with such understanding

  405. that we are past making mistakes. But I will tell

  406. you this, as a child of God. When you are

  407. born again, the Book of God will become your favorite

  408. literary work. It will become more than a road map.

  409. It will be a.

  410. God map, and it will lead and guide you into

  411. all truths.

  412. And your mista will.

  413. Be fewer and farther in between if you keep your

  414. face in this book and not Facebook. So Judah just

  415. does not want to learn. And the Bible said, when

  416. it comes to preaching and instruction in the House of God,

  417. you rebuke that one before all that others may learn.

  418. And so Jeremiah's pointing at the example. Isaiah had told

  419. Jerusalem it's gonna happen. He had told Israel it's gonna happen,

  420. and you know what it happened. I know y'all were out,

  421. and I know this is an anti climatic sermon to

  422. follow such a wonderful, beautiful time of new beginnings. But

  423. I know God is speaking of some people in this building,

  424. and these altars are about to be open again for

  425. everybody to experience what others experienced. But Brother Nathaniel even

  426. know Judah had witnessed the nation of Israel fall by

  427. the wayside because of their wrongdoing. Rather than turning to God,

  428. she didn't turn back to God, and she didn't learn.

  429. She didn't turn and she didn't learn. And sins to

  430. how that's something else that resonated in my heart about

  431. an hour before church tonight. She didn't turn and she

  432. didn't learn. Now, this morning's service was full of examples

  433. of people that did it the wrong way and suffered

  434. horrible consequences. And we heard what the Holy Ghost spoke

  435. to us through our sister, how a woman that appeared

  436. to be living right for many years got to a

  437. point where she was screaming incessantly, my feet are.

  438. On fire, My feet are on fire. My feet are

  439. on fire.

  440. How does somebody get in such shape as that insincere

  441. and so outwardly Jeremiah's preaching. The people that are going

  442. through the motions, they got the mechanics, they got the

  443. mannerisms right, and they got the motions, and Brother Jesse,

  444. they got a form, but they deny the power thereof.

  445. You know, the power of sanctification is very special. The

  446. power of sanctification is very special. Do you know a

  447. lot of churches have lost the understanding and the value

  448. of sanctification. That Bethel has been built on a sanctified

  449. experience and keeping ourselves unspotted from the world. So this

  450. sister Judah, she should have turned look at our golden text.

  451. And yet for.

  452. All her treacherous and after all of this, her sister

  453. Judah hath not turned unto me with her whole heart,

  454. but faintly saith the Lord. Sister woot And sometimes we

  455. think this is new Church of eighty a couple of

  456. people pretending we think this is something new. How about

  457. an entire nation being a circus of clowns before their creator?

  458. How about an entire nation pretending to be sincere in

  459. their repentance to the Lord. She didn't turn into God,

  460. She just went through the motions. Judah was doing enough

  461. to fool others. The Bible used the word fainly. What

  462. she did was in falsehood. She was being deceitful. Her

  463. active repentance was a sham. I was praying about this

  464. message and concerning some people that have somewhat persecuted genuine believers,

  465. and I said, God, it seems to me like they're

  466. just like some of these genuine believers. Outwardly, they had

  467. the appearance that they're God fearing people. They even used

  468. the titles of penticles and holiness. And I heard the

  469. Lord say, it's a sham. It's a sham whenever people

  470. can gather under one roof in the name of the Lord,

  471. and some, rather than depart from iniquity, they run into iniquity.

  472. It's a sham of an experience. When people can say

  473. I'm sanctified, holiness, blood ball, and set apart as to howl,

  474. but they cannot cease from sin, it's a sham. It's

  475. a sham and a shame when a church can go

  476. from running one hundred to eighty to seventy five to

  477. seventy to sixty to fifty five to fifty and the

  478. only reason why they have a dozen present is because

  479. there's a few seemingly rejects from the troll factory who

  480. are also hide in secret sins, those that are covering

  481. things that should be uncovered, those that have things that

  482. are more vile than what Achan had hidden in the

  483. floor of his tent. But they want their opportunity to perform.

  484. They want their opportunity to pray loudly. They want their

  485. opportunity to preach in their pulpits. They want their opportunity

  486. to pluck the strings on their instruments. They pray to

  487. be seen of men, they seem to be heard of men.

  488. They're not interested in preaching or quote performing on their platforms,

  489. a semi attractor, trailers in the streets. They're not interested

  490. in open air outreach or evangelism. They're just like Judah.

  491. They'd rather come into what's supposed to be a house

  492. of God. They're supposed to have something going on, and

  493. they come in there and they look around, and they.

  494. Blame it on the devil.

  495. They blame the church falling apart on the imps of health.

  496. They blame it on the spirits of the Emperor of

  497. Hell himself. Lucifer and nobody ever points the finger at

  498. themselves and say we never repent it. We never humbled

  499. ourself and prayed. We never asked God to turn us

  500. from our sin. We never petitioned God and asked him

  501. to send the healing, revible reigns that would heal our

  502. lands and bless our fruit where our tree could be fruitful.

  503. I'm nobody's judge, but I would tell you better, Holiness Church,

  504. and I taught you this morning not to put your

  505. trust in men.

  506. I appointed you to God. But as long as I'm.

  507. Your pastor here, and I believe that will be for

  508. a while longer, and we will put our trust in God.

  509. We will put our trust in the words of God.

  510. And if God said in black, red and white, it

  511. is a sin, it is a transgression, it is ade

  512. and a daughter. It is just that it's not up

  513. for decision, it's not up for grabs.

  514. It is plain and simply that it is a dear hell,

  515. a dolt.

  516. And yet for all this, her treacherous sister Judah hath

  517. not turned under me with her whole heart, but faintly

  518. saith the Lord. So I guess they felt like they

  519. were fooling the preachers. They could point the finger at

  520. the preacher, they could put the preacher in prison.

  521. But God was not fooled.

  522. The fool has said in his heart there is no God,

  523. and the fool it has said in his heart there

  524. is no God. Watching the Bible said, behold, the eyes

  525. of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil

  526. and the good. To the Christian, that's very comforting to

  527. know that the Lord is looking upon your good. It's

  528. very comforting to know that the Lord is looking upon

  529. your dedication, commitment, and devotion and your faithfulness. But he's

  530. also looking at the evil that is done. She didn't

  531. turn from her sin unto God. I wonder why we

  532. lost our shower about ten minutes ago.

  533. I'm gonna tell you something.

  534. Hell's going to be hot for those that went to

  535. dysfunctional assemblies, local churches and gatherings just because in their

  536. dysfunctional manner they wanted to plunk a C, F and

  537. G chord and be heard and sing their song. You'd

  538. be better off singing your song in the shower and

  539. not to the saints, and be in a functional church

  540. where you can keep what you've got, because what you

  541. have right now won't be with you very long if

  542. you're in a dysfunctional church. Amen, she didn't turn into God,

  543. she did not turn unto God. Brother Jesse sings a

  544. song about making the turn. And there's some people in

  545. this building and those that will be listening up coming days. Listen,

  546. your repentance has been one that you've done faintly. It's

  547. a sham. How many times we witnessed this in Pentecost

  548. and holiness churches. The old timers used these phrases. It's

  549. crocodile tears, it's not sincere prayer. They say, it's nothing,

  550. it's phony, blooney, it's not true. Its manipulation and its

  551. deception at its best. Come on. We have seen many

  552. offer their half hearted repentances. I've seen them offer their

  553. hollow hallelujahs. I've seen them offer their hollowed herald praises.

  554. Half hearted, half hearted. That's what was going on in

  555. various parts of the world recently. I heard there was

  556. supposedly an end time revival going on here and there,

  557. and I inquired of a particular brother in that area,

  558. and I said, what's going on? He said, I went

  559. to see. I said, was that wisdom? He said, probably not.

  560. I said, well, are there fruits meat for repentance? Is

  561. there the outward manifestations and the marks of a true conversion?

  562. Has God done something great in these last days? He said, Brother, Howell,

  563. there is nothing whatsoever to show for that revival. Three

  564. weeks later, we've seen them attempt to ful many, Sister Rachel,

  565. while knowing God was not anyone's fool. Every person who

  566. has attended church services understands that a person must be

  567. sincere in their repentance if they are to be forgiven

  568. by the Lord. And if they are sincere, they fully

  569. intend to forsake their sin and their lifestyle and turn

  570. from their sin and to the Lord. There is a

  571. change of heart, there is a change of mindset, and

  572. there is a change of nature. And Judah had not

  573. turned loose of her sins. And Sister, how it was

  574. like to setting it. I could just see somebody's knuckles

  575. white as they hold on to their dysfunctional church, as

  576. they hold on to their little singing opportunity, as they

  577. hold on to their little instrument, as they hold on

  578. to their identity, as they hold on to their outward appearance,

  579. as they hold on to whatever it is they've got,

  580. but they know they're not passionate in their love for

  581. the Lord. They know their heart's not where it used

  582. to be in the Lord. And Brother Samuel Howell told

  583. me this afternoon, he said, Pastor, and when you explain

  584. to us the way God and his goodness, his mercy,

  585. his compassion and grace would visit King Saul, he said,

  586. But yet Saul wouldn't turn from his sin. And because

  587. God would bless saw at times, it did not mean

  588. that God approved of Saul's misdeeds and misdoings and horrible actions.

  589. And there's some that would leave out of this building

  590. tonight and say well, I saw sister Teresa Wallace pray good.

  591. I saw this little girl over here pray good. I

  592. heard Brother Buford over there crying out to God. I

  593. saw him pray good. I saw about a dozen people

  594. really pray good tonight. Be some sister witness say well,

  595. didn't we have a.

  596. Great move of God? Yes we did, But did you.

  597. Did you have a heart mind, life changing experience tonight?

  598. One thing I asked God when I started preaching, I said,

  599. don't let their tears fool me. I have seen people

  600. stand up and begin testifying and they turned the tears

  601. on as easy as somebody turns on the water spicket.

  602. I've seen them change the tone of their voice and

  603. get plumb, whimpy and whiny, and I could tell it

  604. was a put on. They raised their voice, the tone

  605. of their voices three or four octave, seemingly, and when

  606. they sit down, there was no passion, no strong emotion,

  607. No thank you Jesus, no glory to God, no howelujah.

  608. I've learned people have learned how to have touch. People

  609. have learned how to have a form. They've learned how to.

  610. Have a position. They've learned how to have prestige.

  611. They've learned how to manipulate their way in the platforms,

  612. in the instrument positions of playing instruments.

  613. There's some that.

  614. Would rather stand on the platform and pluck a guitar

  615. than pray.

  616. Things through it and altar. Turn loose of your sin.

  617. People want a name, but they don't want to change.

  618. They want some of God, but they desire to continue sinning.

  619. In John chapter number eight, we read of that adulterous

  620. cult in the act of adultery. After the Lord Jesus

  621. rescued her from her accusers, he spoke some strong the words,

  622. some directly to her. May I paarapraise them. Don't go

  623. from here sinning. Don't go all sinning. Can I say

  624. it in country boy talk, don't go all sitting when

  625. you walk out of this place tonight. Man, you'll talk

  626. to your wife in a sweet way. Wife, you'll talk

  627. to your husband in a sweet way. Brother Peter Graham

  628. told the members of the Poor Gospel Church in Verona, Virginia.

  629. Year after year I witnessed him doing it. He said, up,

  630. that must a holy GHOSTA. You'll be sweet after this

  631. service tonight. And I want you to know the Holy

  632. GHOSTA is still sweet. He's as sweet now as he

  633. was then. John Chapter number eight and eleven. Jesus said,

  634. unto her, neither do I condemn thee go and send

  635. no more. Listen, the adulterous woman, sister Sincerity, and her

  636. in sincere accusers were all sinners at that very moment.

  637. And you know what she deserved to die.

  638. And there's some of you you can tell me about

  639. life experiences when you weren't living right, and you could

  640. say I could have died lost and undone with God

  641. just a couple of months before I sold out to

  642. the Lord. I had a horrible accident at about six

  643. o'clock in the morning on State Road thirty seven. I

  644. should have died. I want you to know that sister's sincerity.

  645. She could go around telling people I should have died

  646. that day. I've heard people in this building saying if

  647. I had died that day, I would be in.

  648. Hell right now.

  649. I don't need to feel an ounce of the power

  650. of God in a service to prompt me to praise him.

  651. All I've got to do is mind myself of what

  652. sister Sincerity knew.

  653. I could have died that day, and if.

  654. It wasn't for Jesus, she could have died that day

  655. in her sin. But Jesus passed by. I said, Jesus

  656. passed by, and our merciful Master come to her rescue,

  657. and he rescued her of her accuser.

  658. I'm telling you here tonight we could have another.

  659. Camp meeting service in this place if we would just

  660. state God that we did not die that day the

  661. death Angel came looking for us.

  662. I could have died that day.

  663. There could be a wooden cross alongside State Road thirty

  664. seven near the Brewstering Waterhole. The brewstering waterhole. It was

  665. a bar out in the middle of nowhere. I wasn't

  666. going to go to the bar. I had no interest

  667. in being at the bar. But I could have died

  668. in front of the bar because I had a horrible accident,

  669. had to break a day in front of the bar.

  670. I'm glad there's not a cross of a bastling boy

  671. outside of the bar.

  672. Tonight with somebody, You're to hell, I said, that could

  673. have been the gateway of hell for me. Thank God.

  674. Not one stone was laid upon her brow. Thank God.

  675. Then came Jesus, I said, thank God. Then came Jesus.

  676. You could have died, but you did not die that day.

  677. Thank God. I sat taker God, you did not die

  678. that day. Jesus passed by. They brought her before him,

  679. cast her down. What are we to do with this

  680. peace of trash? What are we to do with this refuge?

  681. What are we to do with this garbage? As they

  682. begin to pick up boulders, rocks, and they're going to

  683. execute her, and brother Philip, Jesus our master stooped and

  684. began to ride in the soil. And you know what

  685. the Bible said, from the oldest to the youngest. Is

  686. that what it said, from the wisest to the least. Wise,

  687. they begin to walk around, and then they walked away,

  688. and brother just said they'd left her in their wake.

  689. Had to feed Esu.

  690. What a wonderful place to leave somebody had to feed

  691. a Jesus. I believe Jesus. Down there where she had

  692. been left alone with Jesus. He looked her in the

  693. eye and said, woman, where are thine accusers? She said, well, Lord,

  694. now that you mention it, there's not one right here.

  695. And Jesus said, neither do I accuse ee? Come on now,

  696. and these are these five words God put on my heart.

  697. It seems anti climatic after Jesus has rescued a woman

  698. from her sin, after forgiveness himself personified, has forgiven such

  699. a great atrocity. I'm telling you, it seems so anti climatic.

  700. But Jesus tells her straightly, go and sin no more.

  701. I wonder if those religious leaders that had that outward demonstration,

  702. that had the outward garments and the form, I wonder

  703. if they were just circling kind of big intending to

  704. do a three hundred and sixty degree I was praying

  705. about that seemed like the Lord brought it to my attention.

  706. And I believe it's quite possible that whenever Jesus and

  707. the woman walked away, they were gonna walk over there

  708. and try to cover up what the Lord had wrote

  709. in the ground, because he didn't want everybody knowing what

  710. Jesus had wrote in the ground, possibly about him. I

  711. want you to know the Bible said he that covered

  712. his sins shall not prosper. But who's so rover confessorth

  713. to have forsaken to shall find mercy. The accusers worry

  714. to cover it up, but the daughterss could not cover

  715. it up, but it was uncovered. Who went away forgiving

  716. that day? I said, who went away forgiving that day? That?

  717. Sincere woman that had to own upper to her said,

  718. why would they want to cover it up so that

  719. they might not prosper? Inny things concerning the God, the

  720. self righteous hypocrites and religious leaders were out there somewhere

  721. licking their wounds, but not sorry for their sins. In fact,

  722. they were ploting, scheming and conniving on how they could

  723. get Jesus back for what he had just did.

  724. And since the how after a.

  725. Beautiful day of services it could be without a doubt.

  726. I'd love to have culvers with new converts and people

  727. whose burdens have been rolled away. Lord, I'd love to

  728. have some ice cream at covers at their church tonight

  729. with people that could say, my load is lighter, the

  730. world looks more beautiful. I'm telling you, I feel so

  731. free as a bird. But since the how what if

  732. there's somebody right now licking their wounds? You know, my

  733. family members may be making it right, but I have

  734. no intention on doing so. And I'm gonna say it again.

  735. He that covereth his sins shall not prosper. But whosoever

  736. confess to them, not to Jeremy Howell, Jeremiah wasn't asking

  737. the Israelites to confess to him. Confess to God. It's

  738. more to rocking your shoulders and faint and a cry

  739. and a prayer. I raised six kids. I knew who

  740. couldn't fake a cry, and I know who could fake

  741. a cry. In fact, there were times that I saw

  742. them when they were playing fake cries, and I gained

  743. the knowledge that they had been fake crying for a

  744. while and manipulating me. I walked around the corner one

  745. time and saw one of my sons doing something, and

  746. brother Caleb had sounded so real I thought they had

  747. been hurt. And they shut up and looked at their

  748. sibling and went into rage and then into laughing, and

  749. I knew, right then, this is pretending at its finest.

  750. This is a clown act. Listen, this is a church.

  751. It is not a circus. And I don't care what

  752. church leaders in the so called a Holiness and Pentecostal

  753. movements pat people on the back that commit the sin

  754. of plagiarism and get up and try to tell people

  755. they felt God all over, they felt the presence of

  756. God on them so strong to get up and read

  757. for ten minutes word for word what another man had

  758. preached of a different faith or a different denomination. That's plagiarism,

  759. that's pitiful, that's disgusting any man who's been preaching any

  760. link to time. I to be able to preach at

  761. the drop of a hat for at least fifteen minutes

  762. any day of the week, any hour, any moment, at

  763. the Holy Ghost's present, you will open your mouth why

  764. and he will feel it. And I'm telling you there's

  765. a whole lot of phony belonging going on out there.

  766. It should never be said that a holiness preacher that

  767. speaks against the phoniness has run his ministry. But you

  768. know what Jeremiah would say, I preached against the phoniness

  769. and they tried to run by ministry. I need to

  770. pray in church right here. I didn't even know how

  771. I'd be able to get through this tonight. It's been

  772. a good day, it's been a long day too. And

  773. I'm trying not to put a half hearted effort into this.

  774. And I don't want you putting a half hearted repentance

  775. into this. If you are a past feeling, you've got

  776. a major issue. If your past feeling broken when the

  777. Holy Ghost moves the way he did an hour ago,

  778. you've got a major issue. And there's some things that

  779. will not be rich without prayering, fasting. And the choice

  780. is yours refused to pray and refuse to fast. And

  781. as the old timers used to say, we're hesitant to

  782. say it, but you'll bust tell wide open, y'all remember

  783. them phrases from the old Saints of God. You'll bust

  784. tell wide open, You'll go to Hell on a hand basket.

  785. Back when preachers didn't pull any punches back when they

  786. gave it everything they had people, they broke, and they prayed.

  787. But the self righteous hypocrites, the religious leaders were out

  788. there licking their wounds. I gotta figure out how to

  789. get Brother Roquat back because he exposed my sin in

  790. that Sunday school lesson. I got to figure out how

  791. to get Brother Jesse back because when he was testifying,

  792. Pastor had him say something before Pastor preach. Brother Jessey

  793. got me. You never build yourself up by plotting the

  794. downfall of someone else. Why are you looking for a

  795. way to strike back, Because if you're doing that, you're

  796. a serpent. But the woman stood there with Jesus and

  797. she had no desire to go back to her previous lifestyle.

  798. I believe that. I believe as to how that Jesus

  799. recognized something in her expression and the five words go

  800. and sin no more. That's how he ended it. I

  801. want everybody to get quiet for just a second now,

  802. after all of the accusations have been hurled, after all

  803. the violent screaming, after the rage by the Pharisees Sadducees

  804. religious leaders who are screaming death to the woman that's

  805. been called in the act after the wolf pack mentality

  806. has subsided, after Jesus has diffused the situation and ran

  807. off the insincere penitent accusers. He's standing there with what

  808. was the guilty, guiltiest charge, and it gets just this

  809. quiet right here. We're not ending with a bass thumping.

  810. We're not ending with a guitar whaling. We're not ending

  811. with a song. As long as I got King Jesus,

  812. I don't need somebody else. We're not ending like we

  813. do on our Friday nights of our Pentecostal meetings on

  814. a high note.

  815. I want to get the symmegery straight.

  816. Brother Nathaniel, stand right there, please, my brother, there'll be

  817. a make believe sister sincerity right there. Pick her up, please,

  818. it's quiet, and say what he said to her.

  819. Woman.

  820. There was no pastoral counsel, no rehabilitation classes, no recovering

  821. attict classes, know how to break your habit classes.

  822. He put the monkey on her back.

  823. Woman, wear your accluser, accusers, and then his final words

  824. is go and said no more, hold up one finger,

  825. go and sin no more. I'm preaching the message the

  826. Holy Ghost titled The Finality of Five Words thirty three

  827. years ago he met your daddy in an altar. I

  828. got gloriously saved, changed my mindset, he changed my heart.

  829. He saved me just in time. I'm gonna praise his name.

  830. He's every day the same. Look what the Lord has done.

  831. But in my heart I heard them same words, go

  832. and sin no more. Now come tomorrow morning's light. You're

  833. tempting to do the same things you've been doing. It

  834. was an illusion. It was an insincere repentance. And I

  835. feel the Holy ghost that woman walked away on a somber,

  836. sober thought that would haunt her in a good way

  837. the rest of her life. She didn't walk away, sister,

  838. how with this thought I'm forgiving. She went away with

  839. this thought, go and send no more. Years ago, one

  840. of my sons did something that most people wouldn't consider

  841. to be a horrible thing. And after praying and seeking

  842. the Lord, I decided to approach them and to address

  843. it sweetly but with authority. And they know when I

  844. address it, I mean business, and I speak as a fool.

  845. I'm a nobody. I understand that. But I told them,

  846. I said, you've done this, and they started to maybe

  847. make some excuses or offer some things and throw a

  848. smokescreen and cloudy and murky the waters. Listen, there's no

  849. need for that. And just before I would press to judgment,

  850. they said these words with the most blessed assurance I've

  851. ever seen or felt. They said, listen that I will

  852. never do it again. And I said, I believe you.

  853. And they never did it again. There was something about

  854. the way they said it. I knew they would never

  855. do it again. Now, the fact that the Holy Ghost

  856. has raised a red flag right in the middle of

  857. one of the most beautiful forgiveness altar services in our history,

  858. that I too myself experienced something wonderful right here. I

  859. will say, as the pastor, let me run up the

  860. jolly roger, let me fly the skull and bones and

  861. tell somebody that's the old nature. And we need to

  862. tear that jolly roger down, and we need to bring

  863. it to the grave, and we need to raise up

  864. the white flag of surrender.

  865. So I don't know.

  866. In One Corinthians, chapter number fifteen and verse number thirty four,

  867. it says, awake to righteousness.

  868. And sin not.

  869. Now. What we experienced about an hour before the preaching

  870. tonight was people praying for salvation and for forgiveness. And

  871. in the fifteenth chapter of Luke's Gospel, Luke said, Jesus

  872. put it to us this way, there is joy in

  873. the presence of God's angels over one sinner that repents.

  874. That is a sincere repentance, that is a go and

  875. sin no more repentance in minds. So I ask the

  876. precious saints of God, who are just as worri out

  877. as I am, to please stand with me tonight. I'm

  878. going to give the musicians a break, and we're going

  879. to end with an anti climatic tone and message. The

  880. proof will be in the pudding in a couple of days.

  881. The proof will be in the putting in two hours time.

  882. I believe I just heard the voice of the Lord

  883. speak in the same way he did earlier today, but

  884. an hour before church started.

  885. Get a double yeah.

  886. I say to my people, look for the brokenness, look

  887. for the tears, and look for the change.

  888. For Ay, the Lord make all things new.

  889. I bring newness of mindset newness of life.

  890. I bring forth new creations.

  891. Yeay, I say to my people, look for newness of life,

  892. look for new beginning. If there's no new beginning, there

  893. is no newness of life.

  894. Saith the Lord.

  895. Heymen, Amen, these altars are open. What a way to

  896. end a beautiful service, I know, ask Jesus about it.

  897. Go and sin no more.

  898. The elder of our church, brother Richard Jacob, shouldn't be

  899. the first one to come to these altars.

  900. Young people.

  901. Now, to those of you that have experienced something today

  902. and tonight like you can't explain, just go ahead and

  903. thank the Lord that when you should have died there,

  904. you didn't. Sister Sincerity could have said I should have

  905. died there that day, but she didn't. God gave her

  906. second chance. He's a god of new beginnings and a

  907. god of second chances.
