Will preach a message the Holy Ghost titled everything is
-
in full exposure. Brother Nathaniel, Genesis chapter number three, Verse
-
number nine. Brother jesse Luke, Chapter number eight, Versus number
-
sixteen through eighteen. Please, my brother, Brother Nathaniel, Genesis three
-
and nine. And the Lord God called unto Adam and said,
-
unto him, where art thou? How many of you know
-
the Lord knew exactly where Adam was. He was just
-
requiring and requesting a confession of location. Our text will
-
be Hebrews chapter number four. We'll be reading verses number
-
twelve through thirteen. Brother jesse Luke, Chapter number eight, Verses
-
number sixteen through eighteen.
-
No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it
-
with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed, But
-
setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in
-
may see the light. For nothing is secret. It shall
-
not be made manifest. Neither anything hid that shall not
-
be known. And come abroad take heed. Therefore, how ye here,
-
for whosoever hath to him shall be given, and whosoever
-
hath not from him shall be taken, even that which
-
he seemeth to have.
-
How many of you heard brother Jesse, say, for nothing
-
is secret that shall not be made manifest. Let's stand
-
for the reading of our golden texts Hebrews, chapter number four,
-
Verses number twelve and thirteen. The Bible says, for the
-
Word of God is quick and powerful, and sharper than
-
any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder
-
of soul and spirit and of the joints in morrow,
-
and is a discerner of the thoughts and the intense
-
of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is
-
not manifest in His sight, But all things are naked
-
and opened unto the eyes of Him with whom we
-
have to do. Looking at our golden text, verse number thirteen,
-
neither is there any creature that is not manifest in
-
His sight. But all things are naked and open unto
-
the eyes of Him with which whom we have to
-
do again preaching a message the Holy Ghost title, everything
-
is in full exposure. May we pray, Heavenly Father, we
-
thank you for the opportunity to be in the house
-
of the Lord tonight.
-
We thank you that we can celebrate.
-
Sister Cheryl Holme, We thank you for the wonderful and
-
beautiful testimonies that we have heard of this dear Saint
-
of God. We're glad that she is present with the Lord.
-
We're not altogether glad that she's absent in body. We're
-
missing her.
-
Lord.
-
And would you strengthen this people, for I've heard them
-
for over an hour and a half talking about the
-
great things that she has done for each individual in
-
this building. I pray that you would annoy this thy servant,
-
set a guard at my mouth, and help me to
-
say the things you would have me to say, nothing
-
more or less, and annoyt the ears of this thy people,
-
that they might hear what the Spirit of God says.
-
And to the church, may we depart this place joyfully
-
and not sorroptly. In Jesus' name in the church said Amen,
-
as you're being seated, look at your neighbor and say, hey, neighbor,
-
did you know God seize everything?
-
Amen.
-
Our text is found in a New Testament book of
-
the Holy Bible. The Book of Hebrews begins with showing
-
us the glory of Christ who sits upon the throne
-
of His Majesty on high. This Book of Hebrews is
-
different than most book of the Bible, because it was
-
addressed specifically to Jewish people, Hebrews, Jews, people who had
-
kept the Law of Moses, people who had attended certain
-
Jewish religious festivals, partakers of the festivities of the people
-
of God. And these people lived within Jerusalem or Judea.
-
So we know that these were people that put a
-
high value in the Torah or the Pentituk, the first
-
five books of the Bible, the books of the Bible
-
that meant so much to the Jewish people. And how
-
many of you today know that the Bible says that
-
that Old Testament is our school master, And I believe
-
the Old Testament should mean something to the people of
-
God today. I remember when the Church of God that
-
we attended became divided because our adult Sunday school class
-
teacher began to teach that we should no longer consult
-
the Old Testament as all at all as New Testament believers.
-
I remember him telling us that we should totally, absolutely, positively,
-
one hundred percent just forget.
-
About the Old Testament.
-
And I remember somebody at the church approaching that man
-
and saying, are you telling us that we should rip
-
out the Old Testament out of our copy of the
-
King James version of the King James Translation of the Bible.
-
And he said, I am telling you, as a gentile believer,
-
you should pay no attention whatsoever to the Old Testament
-
as a young man. Then I did not agree with him.
-
I wholeheartedly concur with many different Bible scholars, theologians, and
-
preachers of yesteryear, and those of which I am numbered
-
amongst today, that this whole entire Word of God, or
-
the Word of God, in this entirety is good for
-
the jew and the gentile. And I appreciate the revealed
-
word of God. I thank God for the written word
-
of God. It is the word of God. The Bible said,
-
the Word came. The Word is with us. Tonight. Hold
-
that word tightly and firmly in your grip tonight, and
-
treasure it.
-
It is the word of the Lord.
-
And sister Howell, in this book, there are many things
-
about the Lord himself that are revealed to us in
-
this Word of God. There are many things about the
-
Godhead that are revealed to us. There are specifics and
-
details concerning the creation that are revealed to us.
-
So many things. In fact, there.
-
Are sixty six love letters or books of revelation where
-
God reveals his heart, his mind, and his will to us.
-
And it is true that there are some things that
-
are beyond our understanding, and they re main a mystery
-
to us to this day. There are some things that
-
the prophet Daniel and the apostle John had revealed to
-
them that they tried their best to explain to us
-
and to bring understanding to us, but we are unable
-
to comprehend it. And I'm okay with that, and I'm
-
thankful for everything that has been manifested to me personally
-
as I read the Word of God. So, Sister Rooting,
-
these books are books of revelation, and some of these
-
books are mysterious to us. And even though some of
-
these things are hidden from us, nothing is hidden from
-
the Lord. There may be some things about the Lord
-
and the afterlife that have not yet been revealed to you.
-
His ways may be past finding out. Thank God, that
-
he is a mysterious master. But there is nothing whatsoever
-
hidden from the Lord. If we're look at our golden
-
text Hebrews, chapter number four and verse number thirteen, again,
-
we'll see that there is nothing about the creature that
-
the Lord has not noticed. There is nothing that has
-
gone unseen, but all things are starting naked and open
-
unto the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.
-
We know the Bible said, behold, the eyes of the
-
Lord are in every place, and beholding the evil and
-
the good. I've seen people tremble and shudder after hearing
-
a teacher or a preacher expound upon that particular verse
-
of the Bible, And if they were doing good, there
-
was no reason at all for them to trouble themselves,
-
for to tremble at such words as that. I feel
-
like God has noticed some great things that have been
-
said about just Cheryl today. There is no doubt you
-
have revealed to us things that she did for you
-
personally or in the words of brother Jeremiah, separately and individually,
-
and even privately and secretly. Now things are being brought
-
to light the significance of this sister, of.
-
Just how special she was.
-
In Hebrews, chapter number four and verse number twelve, you'll
-
find a scripture versa that is quoted oftenly often as
-
talking about the Word of God and describes it as
-
something that is powerful, something that is sharper than any
-
too regissword, and how it is revealing or it has
-
revealing power. It will pierce even onto the dividing asunder
-
of soul and spirit, and of the joints and tomorrow,
-
and as a discerner of the thoughts and the intensor
-
of the heart. Oh, thank God for the revelatory power
-
of the Word of God.
-
I thank God for every time a.
-
Preacher has preached to me the whole counsel of God,
-
and for that part that has pricked my heart and
-
pushed me into an altar of prayer. I'm thankful for
-
every time the spirit of God brought a search light,
-
the lamp of God's word into my heart, and it
-
showed abroad throughout my being, and it illuminated certain areas
-
of my heart and life and needed to be illuminated
-
that there might be a revelation.
-
In other words, God knew it was there.
-
God sees what's in your heart tonight for our God
-
and text says, and everything is in full exposure. If
-
I may paraphrase, how many of you know you can't
-
do wrong and get by. I want you to know
-
you can't do good and it go unnoticed. And that
-
is reassuring to those of you that like to do
-
good for your Lord, unto your fellow man. I believe
-
each person in this building tonight will agree with me
-
that to Lord Seesar, what nobody else sees, nothing passes
-
by him unseen. God sees when you get beside your
-
bed and bow your head and get on, bend to knee,
-
and pray for your brothers and sister through supplication and
-
intercessoral prayer. God sees when you engage our community through outreach.
-
Nothing passes by him unseen, even the good things that.
-
You do for the Lord.
-
But all things are naked and open unto the eyes
-
of the Lord. This means half the thing is exposed
-
to God. I remember my mother telling me around the
-
age of twelve. She said, Jeremy, you've always been a
-
modest and a pure soul. She said, around the age
-
afore you discovered your nickingness, and you were not altogether
-
okay with me seeing you in your natural state. Come on, now,
-
you don't know what I'm talking about. Job described it
-
like this, Naked I came into the world, and nicked
-
I shall depart this life.
-
We know that.
-
When God made Adam and Eve, they had no need
-
at all whatsoever for to wear clothes, Brother Jesse, clothing
-
was not optional. Clothing was not required because sin had
-
not yet entered into the world.
-
It's just a husband and wife.
-
And you know what, there's no sin at all in
-
that circumstance at the beginning of time. But when Adam
-
and Eve sinned against the Lord, and they hoped that
-
their sin had escaped his notice, and they tried to
-
hide amongst the trees because of their neckingness. As soon
-
as they'd done what God told them to do, those
-
created perfect human beings. Otherwise, other than their sin, they
-
fell a nickedness. Now noticing our golden text, all things
-
are open, all things are exposed to all things are naked.
-
And so in his nakedness or in his guilt or
-
in his shame, Adam and Eve they begin to cover themself,
-
and they hide themselves amongst the trees, and they cover
-
themselves in and the leaves, and God begins.
-
To call unto them.
-
In their neckingness or in their light covering, they felt
-
like they had covered their sin.
-
They felt like they were hiding from God amongst the trees.
-
But a lot of people think about the gross sin
-
of disobedience. They think about her, the betrayal of Eve,
-
concerning her relationship with Adam. They think about her, how
-
she sold him out to sin, and how she listened
-
to the words of the septal serpent.
-
But what a lot of people fail to overlook.
-
Is this important detail of the goodness and the mercy
-
of God.
-
Even though these two.
-
Human beings and had forsook God and forsaken his commandment,
-
and had transgressed the law of God, God came looking
-
for them. A lot of people don't think about that
-
God came looking for them. God was missing that communion
-
with him and Adam. God was missing that continuity between
-
him and Adam. God was missing that covenant between him
-
and Adam. And God came looking for him, and God
-
politely asked the question, even though he knew the answer
-
of that question, Adam, where art town?
-
Can? I tell you?
-
God did not need an application on a cellular device
-
called Life three sixty. God did not need a GPS
-
location to know where his creation was. David said, though
-
I make my bed in the belly of hell, thou
-
art there?
-
I'm telling you, God knows who is in heaven and night.
-
God knows who was in her tonight, and God knows
-
her who is in hell tonight?
-
I want you to.
-
Know that God has not lost tracker of the numbers
-
of the hair on your head. So I said, God
-
has not lost tracker of the numbers of hairs on
-
the heads of evergeneration in the pastor in the prayers
-
in the future. That's a thankful that God sees and
-
God knows where you're act. One of the most reassuring
-
things that Adam would have experienced. It was God caring
-
enough to see restoration, God caring enough to re establish
-
connection and the half communion with him again.
-
One of the most.
-
Comforting things to the young man Nathaniel, who became a
-
follow up Jesus. This would have been when Jesus told Nathaniel,
-
you're in is re light. Indeed, there is no doubt.
-
Nathaniel was comforted by the statement in you there is
-
no gal But Nathaniel really knew that the Lord was
-
mindful of him when the Lord said before that, dear brother,
-
he called you, I saw.
-
You when you were either underneath the fig tree.
-
And you know what the prophets like Jeremiah and Isaiah
-
and even the last great prophet, John the Baptist, could say,
-
when we were.
-
In our mother's belly.
-
He formed us and ordained us to be prophets unto
-
the nations.
-
I want you to know here tonight.
-
If there's a baby in that room and nobody else
-
knows about, God knows it's there. I said, God nose
-
and little baby, he is there. And I want you
-
to know here tonight, Ta Dwain Harrison.
-
God knows where you're at.
-
God has not forgotten you. God has not forsaken you.
-
He might have took sister Sheril up in his arms
-
and evacuated her from sickness and suffering. As he took
-
her stronger in his gripp and pulled her had a
-
brother Harrison, and her pastor and a church family's gripper,
-
and pulled him her upper into his bosom. Here is
-
no doubt we were left here wondering about ourselves. And
-
I want you to know here the night that God
-
he sees the heartache. God sees her heartbreaker, God sow
-
mother the rain, after that phone call, God sol pastor,
-
after our listener, Mother Doraine's message.
-
God sees and God knows Ah.
-
It's comforting the know at the yn, seeing out of
-
an omnistion, all knowing God who's in appy place. For
-
holding her abral and the good for the persecuted church
-
in another part of this world had a suffering. How
-
lawfully God sees, I said, God sees, and God knows.
-
When the little boy brings the preacher a glass of water,
-
God said, they shall not lose their reward. When a
-
one legged Pentecostal hol this woman named Sister share Garrison,
-
caught her nugget that bounced off of Sister Rachel, a
-
nugget with annointed preacher said, you may not be able
-
to have kids, but the Holy ghost just spoke to the.
-
Pastor to tell you roses will bloom again.
-
Sister Cheryl would come in and lay her rosebusha at
-
the ankle of the young woman never received her world
-
or promise. I want you to know that God sowever
-
a good deed her sister Cheryl did. The apostle Peter
-
can tell you. And when he was at the house
-
of Simon the Tanner, just trying to get a little napper,
-
that God woke him up and told him about a
-
gentile man that God revealed to him what was going
-
on the high closed doors at the house of Cornelias.
-
I want you to know, Penny, you tone in altar.
-
The government may be forgetting about the pity. And I
-
want you to know, God, they forgot about the pity,
-
I said, God, they forgot about the pity.
-
I think about that little widow that come in with
-
just a pocket full of change. Huh.
-
And what I mean by that, it's too little tokens
-
of her success in life. It's all I got, But
-
I'm giving it to God, and I'm giving it to
-
God's house.
-
And Jesus Christ.
-
Himself is standing in there, and Brother Rode cap hold
-
them Scribes and pharisees that love to be seen of men.
-
They pray the lone prayers to be heard. They wear
-
the long robes to be seen. They want to status,
-
they want a position. They pay tithe of mint and anew.
-
I'm telling you, they bring the best of the herds
-
from the garden. They bring the best ceremonial sacrifices, and
-
Brother Jesse, they just give up her out of their abundance.
-
But then comes a little woman that's living on meager
-
fare just the house. She comes in and with a
-
trembling hand, somebody get two little coins for me. With
-
a trembling hen, she comes in, and Brother's Philip. She
-
cast those two little coins into the offering barrel or
-
into the alms plate, and you know what, they didn't
-
make a whole lot of noise like the arms of
-
so many other people. But Jesus was standing in the temple,
-
and the Bible said, he asked them to just see
-
what that woman just gave her.
-
Nobody noticed and nobody heard.
-
I want to tell IRI's hooting her when you're stirring
-
her porridge. How come on now, for the homeless camp,
-
and for those in the camp that will eating of
-
that porridge, I.
-
Want you to know it means something of God.
-
I said, up your slicing a tomato or an union
-
in that fellowship.
-
Paul, to the glory of God.
-
There's not a timer of that stainless still bade cuts
-
through the fresher of a tomato and makes him pack
-
with a counter that God didn't hear it, and that
-
God didn't see it. I'm telling you there's nothing goes
-
unnoticed who n't.
-
Seen by God. Nothing passes by him unseen.
-
Notice the part of our gold textas says, but all
-
things are naked open unto the eyes of Him. You
-
know what, there's a lot of things that go past
-
the pastor even the great prophet Elijah and Elisha would
-
say at times God would withhold certain revelations from him.
-
I know that the Bible said that God reveals his
-
secrets unto his servants the prophets. But there's just some
-
things God keeps to himself. I said, there's just some
-
things you do for yourself. God saw sister Denisa go
-
in there to last minute, slide up besides sister Eryl
-
and say, you know what, I don't really know you,
-
but I come to let you know I care. I said,
-
God sees the things that you don't see. God saw
-
sister Janet and Sister Neeli and others go and do
-
something for him. Hand pulls on purpose, Hope see bring
-
and Michelee and hope for Myles and Hope Lehi.
-
All of you others have a part to him that
-
I want you to know. I'm not there.
-
I don't witness everything you do, but I know I
-
feel a witness in my spirit that he noticed. I'm
-
telling you, just like Peter photo Wittness in his spirit,
-
that God need us to what Cornelius had done.
-
I feel it in my spirital.
-
Oh, thank God that you are a church that knows
-
he is watching her, and he's looking enough to see
-
what good is being done? Does that make anybody nervous?
-
That all things are naked and opening to the eyes
-
of him. Brother wood And used to talk like this
-
after disciplining Tyler. He said he did that wrong in
-
front of God and everybody. And he said, you know what,
-
I whipped him hide in front of God everybody. If
-
he embarrassed me in front of everybody, I decided I'd
-
embarrass him in front of everybody. I know.
-
You can't do this thing this day and hour from
-
going to jail.
-
And you can't discipline your children in public, in public, ya,
-
or in public anymore?
-
You see the Lord to call unto Adam.
-
The Lord knew where he was from the beginning of
-
his life until the end of us life. Adam was
-
in full exposure. Leafs or no leafs, apron or no apron,
-
Come on now, camel hair, dear hair, It didn't matter.
-
Adam was in full exposure. And you know what, guilty
-
and shame they made Adam hide from God. The same
-
thing with some people today, and some who were listening
-
to this message right now. Rather than get help, oh,
-
come on, rather than getting restoration, rather than having restore
-
continuity and connection, rather than having restore the holy communion
-
with the Lord, which is what they need, they'd rather hide.
-
It's kind of like when you see a wild animal
-
with something on them they know should not be there.
-
They just shake their head. If it's a little squirrel
-
has got his head in the cookie jar, Her in
-
the old peanut butter jar. Her only thing that squirrel
-
can think he is. I've gotta get this off, I
-
gotta get this off. And they spin hours upon hours.
-
I've seen marine animals, I've seen beasts in the field.
-
I've seen birds of the air. They get so focused
-
on being liberated, are so focused to liberating themself, that
-
they just lose her all sense of reality.
-
I don't know why. Adam and Eve they just stop
-
her what they were doing and say to me the
-
first to say, what, Lord? Why am I not feeling you? Lord?
-
Why do I feel guilt? Lord?
-
Why do I feel same? You ain't gonna get by
-
God sees there ain't no need it hiding. It should
-
have been without him as it should be with some
-
here tonight. You should be out to the altar, waiting
-
on him. To come by. When they hide from the altar,
-
they're hide from God. When they refuse to come to
-
the altar, they refuse to be restored. He came into
-
the garden at the cool of the day. It's not
-
because God needed an air conditioner or conditioned environment. Are
-
y'all with me, sister wouoding spirit of God's touching you
-
right now? Sister, how you just thought that Adam and
-
Eve had been standing right here in full exposure and said,
-
cover me with thy feathers, cover me with thy spirit,
-
cover me with i purity, cover me with thine innocence.
-
Why in the world.
-
Would anybody feel like Leaves is going to do? I said,
-
why would anybody feel like pointing their finger? And somebody
-
else is gonna do you ever seen that somebody gets
-
in trouble because of full exposure and the first thing.
-
They start doing that's pointing their finger.
-
Had everybody else come on, now, I'm trying to preach
-
in this building here to night. You pointing your finger
-
even out them and out them pulling your his finger
-
and evil, I ain't gonna get nothing do.
-
That's the blame game. That's the same game somebody's playing.
-
In this building tonight you did wrong with so did
-
this one? Let me tell you about what this one's
-
been doing.
-
What does that have to do with what you're doing?
-
God wanted at him to be restored. God wanted at
-
him to be helped and not heard.
-
Job.
-
Chapter number thirty four and verse number twenty one talks
-
about God seeing things. Proverbs fifteen and three talks about
-
the eye of the Lord beholding everything. And our golden
-
text lets us know God is watching Brother Nathaniel, Brother Tyler.
-
As fast as you can knock the lights out of
-
this sanctuary, no one, no one can see what brother
-
Philip is doing. Right now, Come up here, brother Philip.
-
Somebody knocked that hallway light out.
-
Come up here.
-
Nobody can see what brother Philip is doing on this platform.
-
And I'll tell you, Brother Philip must be within two
-
to three feet of me. And I have this weird
-
feeling that I'm being watched, and I have a sense
-
of a presence, not the absence of a presence, but
-
I had the sense.
-
Behind of a very real presence.
-
I want to tell your joner, you can run, but
-
you can't hide. You can stow away in the bottom
-
of a ship, and even think that you're sleeping unseen.
-
But the Master of the universe will begin to create
-
a storm or a cataclysmic situation that will demand the
-
attention of you and everybody aboard the vessel that you
-
have chosen to sleep in. He can even prepare a
-
fish that will follow in the shadows of that.
-
That's all so that we're in the sea, fer and men.
-
Decide to throw you overboard, that grete fish will swallow
-
you alive.
-
Oh, come on, now, what is done in darkness shall
-
be brought into light.
-
We know that the Bible said that Jesus he came
-
into darkness.
-
Men the set in darkness. They saw a.
-
Great light that they ain't rather live in darkness? Why
-
because their deeds or evil. I want you to know
-
whether it's darker or not, he Caesar, Just as though
-
the sun he's shining upon you her your sin, I
-
said to alls, and I of God sees.
-
Whether it's lying or day, a dark or not.
-
Can't you feel us presents? You can't burder, you can't hide,
-
He can't dodger. He got us tap the ol san
-
I have God. Everything is in pull exposure, don't you
-
Since the presence of the Lord, Adam, Adam, where ar
-
tell Adam? The question should have been where our tell Lord?
-
Where our tell Lord? And David said, creating me a
-
clean heart, O God, and renew her right spirit within me.
-
Turn those lights on, brothers and sisters. Do you know
-
because of the revelatory power of the light bulb and
-
the light that emits from that bulb, you can now
-
see things supposedly as they are? But can I tell you?
-
God can see multi layer in all conditions. I said,
-
God can see through the exterior, and God can see
-
the interior. It was set in the Word of God
-
that God does not look like man does. He does
-
not look upon situations as men do. He sees what's
-
inside of the heart, and so does the word of God.
-
Come on now.
-
Awareness of His presence should make you want to do
-
right always. It doesn't matter whether your bedroom door is
-
locked or not. It doesn't matter whether or not you're
-
in the parking lot of a business three counties away
-
or three countries away. God sees our golden texts that
-
I paraphrase. There is nothing in all the creation that
-
is hidden from God. I paraphrase again. Everything is in
-
full exposure. Everything and everyone is naked. Proverbs f fifteen
-
and three says he not only sees the bad, he
-
sees the good. No one in this building is doing
-
good things without being unnoticed. Brother Danny, he sees you
-
as you help escort the disabled into the house of
-
the Lord.
-
Brother Philip, and Brother Wood.
-
He sees you too, as you open the door and
-
his gatekeepers greet people with smiles on your face. Brother Duane,
-
I'll say it again. He sees you tonight as a
-
widow wer Sister Hammond. He sees you as a widow
-
that is dealing with a situation seemingly out of your control.
-
In the Book of Matthew, chapter number six and verse
-
number four, it tells us that our alms may be
-
given in secret, but because our heavenly Father, which sees
-
in secret himself, he shall reward thee openly. For nothing
-
is done in secret that shall not be made manifest. Listen,
-
when someone feels the shame of exposure, they feel guilty.
-
And because I know you good people have a K
-
five graduation and a dinner celebration following this service, I'm
-
gonna go ahead and shut her down. But I want
-
to tell you all things are naked. And opening to
-
him with whom you have to do, and the Bible
-
set at the judgment seat.
-
You have some business to do with him, with whom
-
you have to do.
-
Every word that is spoken, every thought, every deed that
-
is done, you will appear before the judgment set of Christ.
-
And he has perfect recollection of all unrepented sins. And
-
some of you all done a great job to tell
-
us about what sister Cheryl did for you. You remember
-
the details. And I'm going to tell you, God's going
-
to remember the good you've done for the kingdom and
-
the bad you've done to the kingdom. God's gonna remember
-
the good you've done for the king and the bad
-
you've done unto the king and his people. You say,
-
but God didn't see me. Take that second third look.
-
I know you can't always unsee.
-
Things.
-
My brother in law talked about a certain situation that
-
he was involved in. He said, I'll never do that again,
-
he said, because there's some things you just can't unsee.
-
And what he told me, he is not even a
-
hole in his Christian man that I know of. He's
-
not a Pentecostal man. I don't believe he attends a
-
hole in his church, never has has no desire to
-
He's a hard working man, but he let me know
-
he will never put himself in that situation again where
-
he sees things he which he had never seen. There's
-
thing's about this book that I'm still trying to understand.
-
And some of you kids and young people in this church,
-
you feel like you know everything, and you know what
-
me and some of these preachers could tell you. The
-
more we read it, the less we understand it. We
-
know a lot about it, we feel like we know
-
a lot about it. But the deeper we dive, it's
-
like a scuba diver in the shallow waters of the
-
Caribbean Sea. Down there, they don't say Caribbean. They say
-
Caribbean if you're an islander. And I see them, Brother
-
Nathaniel's been right there with me, Sister House been now
-
and watch them divers all hours of the day, night
-
twelve one o'clock in the morning, swimming in the shallow
-
waters of the Caribbean. And I think, Brother Jesse, I'd
-
be right there with them up until certain time. Tell
-
them predators start circling up in there, and we see
-
them little balloons out there, just bobbing up and down
-
in the waves. And Brother Nathaniel and I we've learned
-
to know that's the crazy people that's out there taking
-
octopuses out from under rocks. How do you know that
-
because we've watched them. We've watched them drag them up
-
on shore and say, you just got that, you know,
-
just got that just now, You got all them fish
-
just now. And we thought, well, don't you think that
-
when you pierced him through this late at night, that
-
mister shark was out there somewhere. You know, all of
-
that flesh and DNA and only a blood in the
-
water has just got murky and cloudy when you kill
-
that thing. Don't you think you've been under water for
-
but two hours? Look at the the amount of fish
-
you got on that spear. We've seen them come out,
-
would have looked like a two foot long spear full
-
of fish. They they used it as like a stringer.
-
And Brother Jesse, I thought, sweet Lamb of God, it's
-
on a matter of time till mister man gets visited
-
from something that can see him that he can't see,
-
and he could deceive himself all he wants to and
-
tell himself that the mighty great white or the Mighty
-
Bullshark ain't seeing him, but they're seeing him. And you know,
-
there's more than one reason to dwell in the shadow
-
of the Almighty. There's more than one reason to dwell
-
under the shade trede with Jesus. I need to be
-
covered in feathers. I need to dwell in a secret
-
place of the Almighty. I need to be underneath his covering.
-
And that's what Adam should have recognized. I need you, Lord,
-
and that's what I don't understand. And that's my burden
-
here tonight. How people feel like, just because they don't
-
come to the altar, that God doesn't see it, and
-
that the church doesn't notice it. I must say it again,
-
there is nothing going unnoticed by the Lord. Achon thought
-
he could keep it hidden until the men of God
-
started praying, and until the Spirit of God started leading.
-
Can I put it this plane until the spirit of
-
God started revealing. Sister Ethelen Harris used to tell the story.
-
She said one time she was in a service and
-
she said, the Spirit of God got to moving. I
-
don't really recommend anybody doing this at all in this church.
-
I'm telling you what. There's been plenty of times I
-
could have done it. God's given me a gift. I'm
-
not bragging one bit, not one bit at all. But
-
I tell you God showed me two weeks ago that
-
Sister Cheryl was going to pass. He spoke it into
-
my heart. I'm gonna take my daughter home. She won't
-
live in that house yor building her. She will live
-
in the house I built for her. He revealed it
-
to me. I didn't ask him to. He interrupted something
-
I was doing. He's welcome to do that anytime he
-
dropped that information. I immediately started working on her funeral search.
-
I told my wife, I told my family, and I
-
told this church brother Duane. I said, the Lord showed
-
me sister Cheryld's going to pass. Now you know what
-
she went through ICEU. She got better, she went to rehab.
-
Brother Dwyane told me today in less than twelve hours.
-
Is that right, Brother Dwyane, she was dead. Sister Howard
-
cried yesterday when Brother Dwane left me the message and
-
told me she's gone. Sister House said, but she was
-
getting better, but she was in rehab. I knew what
-
the Holy Ghost has said. He's taking her, and you
-
know what he took her now, I think that's pretty
-
awesome that the Lord had knew sister Cheryl's suffering days
-
were going to be over soon, and that he gave
-
me a revelation that her days of suffering would soon
-
be over as well. I'm glad that the Lord gave
-
me a revelation and understanding that brother Caleb is going
-
to have a beautiful holiness bride that will be a
-
blessing to him. And I'm glad that he has rested
-
with assurance and peace of mind, knowing that when God's ready,
-
he will meet her. But I tell you that all
-
seeing I, God sees her tonight where she's sitting at.
-
God knows what pew she frequents, and God knows what
-
pew mister and missus Robecap Junior will sit in after
-
Bethel hole in his church. He ain't revealed that to me,
-
but I wouldn't put anything past our God. But Sister
-
Ethelen Harris, she she told me. She said one time
-
one of the prophets amongst them guys back in the
-
early nineteen hundred, and she was that old Amen. She
-
said the spirit of God got to moving on him,
-
and she said that he just got the point he's
-
in the Holy Ghost and point you remember the sister
-
wooting and said God over and got the pointing in
-
the pocket, pointing in the pocket, pointing in the pocket.
-
Come to find out, he might not have had them
-
things at church, but during the day he'd been putting
-
a pack of marble in them pockets. He said, just
-
as speaking in tongues and walking around that finger going
-
off like a hounddog, could you imagine. And he can
-
run all he wants to out the back door of
-
that church. He can go hide in the oak tree
-
of South Florida, or crawling a palm tree and be
-
as nutty as a coconut and act like nothing's going on,
-
and monkey around and even hugged the backhew and act
-
spiritual jerk and shouting act. But the Holy Ghost new
-
I don't know how deep we should go into this stuff.
-
But it's been four or five years ago. It was
-
about four or five months before can and God spoke
-
to my heart that he would confirm the theme by
-
one night daring the move of God, Sister road Cap
-
would shout and be slain in the spirit in a
-
certain spot. I told one person where that would happen
-
At not because Jeremy How commanded or said it. I
-
never told anybody else, and never told Sister road Cap.
-
One night, the Holy ghosts got to moving like he
-
was moving tonight when Brother Jesse and Brother Nathaniel was preaching,
-
and like he was moving Wednesday night when his dear
-
sisters were singing. Well, I've relived that a few times.
-
That was wonderful. I appreciated Sister how obeying the Lord,
-
but we got to have. In one of them outbreaks,
-
Sister Roadcap went to running around this church, and she
-
went to shouting in this very spot right here, and
-
got slain in the spirit. I just turned around and said, okay, Lord,
-
you gave me the theme, and you told me how
-
you would confirm it. I made the announcement that night.
-
I said, listen tonight, the theme has been confirmed. If
-
y'all noticed, I felt impressed to the Lord this year
-
to name and theme our homecoming Precious Memories. That was
-
before Sister Cheryl's death. Hello, I'm not bragging on myself,
-
but I'm gonna tell you. Sometimes I ask him to
-
speak to me and he chooses not to. Other times
-
he taps your pastor on the shoulder and he says, Jeremy,
-
you need to know this so you'll be prepared. And
-
I want to ask you, why are you taking offense Adam?
-
When Jesus comes in there and he's saying, where are you, Adam?
-
Why are you getting offended? When God tries to point
-
out some faults and some cracks and some crevices that
-
need to be filled, some things that need to be healed,
-
and things that need to be restored, why are you
-
hiding from the altar? I'm gonna say it again. Them
-
two little mites didn't go unnoticed. We called them the
-
widows mites. To some that seems insignificant. The noise of
-
that offering seems insignificant. It seems without magnitude, doesn't it
-
doesn't It seem like a little thing sometimes. But why
-
is it such a hard thing to come to the
-
altar and say, you know what I have to forgive.
-
I had to forgive my enemy, I had to forgive myself,
-
and I need to pray in church, we're gonna have
-
an ultra service before we dismiss or going to the
-
other parts of this service today. Why is it that
-
you rare up and start pointing fingers?
-
Adam?
-
And Eve did the same thing. Why is it always
-
somebody else's fault without me having to ask? I would
-
love to see somebody really pray through after this morning's
-
service and tonight's service. I would love to see somebody
-
really say, you know, like David put it Lord against THEE,
-
and THEE only have I sinned. I'm gonna say this
-
that brother, you're pointing fingers at that, sister you're pointing
-
fingers at You're not gonna be able to do that
-
when you stand before Jesus. Some of you have mastered
-
the art of distraction and diversion. Brother Jesse, you got
-
five now for boys and a girl. I'm sure by
-
now you've learned that some of your boys, when you
-
go to correct them, they immediately point out something someone
-
else has done that does not take away the offense
-
or the sin that they have committed against the household
-
or their heavenly Father. And this is what I want
-
to petition you for tonight. Honesty. Sister Cheryl Harrison was
-
an honest person. I will tell you one time I
-
come down her row. It's probably been fifteen years ago,
-
and by revelation, God had spoke to me about something
-
in her life. Out of respect to her, I've never
-
told what it was. I will never tell what it was.
-
She had been saved very long. I come down her
-
row and I preached it at the service a foolish person.
-
You know, there's always some people You get on to
-
them and immediately they want to go to somebody else
-
and love on them and hug on them. And I
-
taught you, Mama, years ago, if I disciplined my kids,
-
don't you go to them and hug on them and
-
love on them.
-
Are y'all with me?
-
But I preach something, And Sister Cheryl, she repented and
-
she prayed it through and I'll talk to her about
-
it in heaven, and we have talked about it.
-
And she said.
-
Somebody went by her and said, you know, not that
-
anybody questions anything I preach here, Really to be honest
-
with you, not that anybody gives me problems or but
-
that one particular person is no longer here. They said,
-
why would brother Howell preach like that to all of us?
-
He's preaching to the choir. Why would he preach to
-
all of us good people and messages kind of like
-
the message I'm preaching the seventy five people tonight.
-
God sees the good, Praise the Lord, God sees the bad.
-
Praise the Lord. Repent for sake, go and send no
-
more so.
-
Sister Cheryl, she told me, she said, that person come
-
by and just started to talk a little gossip. Why
-
would Brother Jeremy preach like that? This is a hole
-
in this Pentecostal church? And she said, after two or
-
three minutes of getting worked up again, that person no
-
longer tends here. Sister Cheryl looked at them, in them
-
one liners that she could speak, she said, would it
-
help you if you knew I'm the one that was
-
guilty that he was preaching too? It was my secret sin,
-
it was my covered sin, It was my hidden sin.
-
And I tell you, Brother Nathaniel, I never felt the
-
need to preach to her about that again. Fifteen and
-
a half years later, Now how about it with you.
-
Fifteen years from now, will I be able to say
-
they came to the altar and prayed it through Blessed
-
is he whose sins is covered by the blood.
-
Amen. I wonder could we stand tonight.
-
Just because I've stopped preaching hard doesn't mean you shouldn't
-
pray hard. And I want to say it again. Everything
-
is in full exposure, and I want to say this
-
once again. He can see multi layers. And one time
-
Sarah told Jesus and her husband. I didn't laugh.
-
I didn't do it. It was last night.
-
That the Lord dealt with me to talk to this
-
people in the near future about this trend within holiness
-
of Pentecostal churches here and there, about the younger generation
-
and some others just constantly lie a lying spirit, a
-
line spirit. You're a dope class Sunday school teacher. This
-
morning hit that line spirit. Sister Howell knows that I
-
talked to her for five minutes yesterday, something I don't
-
normally do. I said, at some point tomorrow, I'm going
-
to talk to this people about a line spirit. And
-
I'd rather this altar had already been filled up with
-
people that needed to pray. But now I'm going to
-
get very plain, like the Lord did with Adam. You
-
have a line spirit. There's seventy five people in this building.
-
There's a couple of you. You have a line spirit.
-
This is a beautiful church. A lot of the adults
-
are full of the Holy ghosts, a lot of the
-
people are sanctified, but I'm preaching to a couple of
-
you here tonight before we have a K five graduation party,
-
and I'm going to tell you you have got into
-
such a habit of line and you don't realize the
-
Bible said all liarers shall have their part of the
-
lake of fire. And when you got to the place
-
that you can look at a man of God or
-
look at a preacher, and you've got to the place
-
you've learned you can just tell a lie, just tell
-
a lie. I'm gonna tell you when you're habitual liar
-
and you just tell a lie, you just tell a line,
-
You just tell a lie, and you constantly deceive and
-
manipulate and constant just lie, lie, Lie. That's not the
-
same thing as one person that tells one lie in five, ten, fifteen,
-
twenty years and feels bad about it, kneels down in
-
an altar in an altar service like we're hoping to
-
have and pray and ask God to forgive them. But
-
some of you have learned how to divert the heat
-
by just telling a lie. And I'm going to tell
-
you something, if you don't get delivered from that lion's spirit,
-
all liarers shall have their part in the Lake of
-
fire when you did do it, and you said you'd
-
do it, and you do that repeatedly, and you've been
-
doing it for years and years and years and years,
-
and you've lied about it multiple times and multiple time
-
just because you pointed something to somebody else has done.
-
You've learned how to point at something somebody else has done.
-
You've mastered the yard what somebody else has done. Well,
-
Brother Nathaniel Well, Brother Jonathan Well, Brother Beaufort Well, one
-
time you listen, what about the thousands of times that
-
God's been knocking on your door and pointing at you
-
and saying Hell's hot? And all liars shall have their
-
part in the Lake of fire. If you're deceiving your husband,
-
you're deceiving your wife, you're deceiving your kids, you're deceiving
-
your siblings, you're deceiving your pastor you're lying. Your lying
-
is gonna get you something you don't want. A lifetime
-
sentence in the Lake of fire. That'll preach a lifetime
-
sentence in the Lake of fire. You'll be serving a
-
lifetime sentence. And yet, for the second time in our history,
-
the altars remain bre and know they don't there comes
-
a sister running into the altar, a brother running into
-
the altar. I remember when I first got saved. I
-
couldn't be in the altar enough. Every time the preacher preached,
-
I felt like.
-
It was for me.
-
And I'm going to tell somebody specifically, if you don't
-
stop repeatedly habitually lying, God is going to take offense
-
to it.
-
He already has.
-
It's a sin, but I'm talking about in greater measure,
-
which includes an awful judgment.
-
May we pray?
-
I want some to pray and say, God help me
-
that when I speak, I speak truth concerning repentance and
-
being sorry from my sin and intending to sin no more.
-
And for those of you that are doing good, would
-
you thank the Lord that although you may not receive
-
a reward in this life, you will receive a reward
-
in the afterlife. But to anybody that feels like you're
-
the one habitually sinning, he would I mind
