  1. How many of you believe we have to work while

  2. it as yet day, for the night cometh when no

  3. man can work. I would like to dedicate tonight's sermon

  4. to Sister Molly Wallace. She let me know this morning

  5. at nine to eleven and a text message. She told

  6. me and her husband that she had had a dream

  7. last night, and these words came to mind in her dream,

  8. while we can, we better get the Holy Ghost while

  9. we can. We better get the Holy Ghost, or we

  10. better get the Holy Ghost while we can.

  11. And the Holy Ghost spoken to my.

  12. Heart as I read those words that she wrote in

  13. that text message. The title to tonight's message the deadline,

  14. the deadline. Amen, I feel the Holy Ghost right now

  15. in a mighty way. Brother Nathaniel, First Samuel, chapter number fifteen,

  16. verses number twenty four through twenty nine.

  17. My brother.

  18. Saul said, unto Samuel, I have sinned, for I have

  19. transgressed the commandments of the Lord and thy words, because

  20. I feared the people and obeyed their voice. Now therefore

  21. I pray THEE pardon my sin and turn again with

  22. me that I may worship the Lord.

  23. And Samuel said, unto Saul, I will not return.

  24. With Thee, for thou hast rejected the word of the Lord,

  25. and the Lord hath rejected THEE from being king over Israel.

  26. And as Samuel turned about to go away, he laid

  27. hold upon the skirt of his man to win at rent.

  28. And Samuel said unto him, the Lord hath rent the

  29. kingdom of Israel from Thee this day, and hath given

  30. it to a neighbor of thine that is better than thou.

  31. And also the strength of Israel will not lie nor repent,

  32. for he is not a man that he should repent.

  33. It was too late to seek the Lord. It was

  34. too late to call upon the Lord. Brother Jesse's Second Samuel,

  35. chapter number five and verse number twenty four.

  36. My brother, can it.

  37. Be when thou hearest the sound of a going in

  38. the tops of the mulberry trees, that then thou shalt

  39. mistir thyself? For then shall the Lord go out before

  40. thee to smite the host of the Philistines.

  41. While you feel the presence of the Lord upon thee,

  42. you need to do what the Lord has required of

  43. you to do. Amen, Brother Caleb, Second Corinthians, chapter number

  44. six and verse number two, My brother, before he saith

  45. I have heard THEE in a time accepted, and in

  46. the day of salvation, I've secured THEE.

  47. Behold now is the accepted time. Behold, now is the

  48. day of salvation.

  49. Behold, now is the accepted time. Behold, now is the

  50. day of salvation. Let's stand for the reading of our

  51. Golden text numbers chapter number fourteen. If you have it, saymen,

  52. beginning with verse number forty, the Bible says, and they

  53. rose up early in the morning, and get them up

  54. into the top of the mountain. Say low, we be here,

  55. and we'll go up into the place which the Lord

  56. hath promised, for we have sinned. And Moses said, wherefore

  57. now do ye transgress the commandment of the Lord. But

  58. it shall not prosper. Go not up, for the Lord

  59. is not among you. That ye be not smitten before

  60. your enemies. For the Amlakites and the Canaanites are there

  61. before you, and ye shall fall by the sword because

  62. ye are turned away from the Lord. Therefore the Lord

  63. will not be with you. But they presume to go

  64. up and too the hilltop. Nevertheless, the ark of the covenant,

  65. the Lord and Moses departed not out of the camp.

  66. Then the Malakites came down and the Canaanites which dwelled

  67. in that hill and smoked them and discomforted them even

  68. unto Horma. May we pray, Heavenly Father, we love and

  69. we praise you. We thank you the opportunity to be

  70. in your house tonight. We pray God, that you would

  71. annoint this thy people, set of God that their ears,

  72. and help them to hear what the spirit of God

  73. says to this church tonight. God, I thank you for

  74. this weekend. I thank you for the way the preachers

  75. have obeyed the Lord, and the way the power of

  76. God has been present. The way your spirit is pulled

  77. and drawn men and women, boys and girls closer to you.

  78. I thank you for that.

  79. I pray that you would anoint this thy servant, set

  80. a guard at my mouth, and help me to say

  81. only those things you would have me to say, nothing

  82. more or less. We pray that these sayings would go

  83. below the shoulders where they saturate the spirit, heart, mind,

  84. soul and body.

  85. Help us not to hear only, but to heed.

  86. We'll give you praise, honor, and glory, and maybe depart

  87. this place joyfully and not sorrowfully. In Jesus' name in

  88. the church said hey, man, as you're being seated, to

  89. look at your neighbor and say, hey, neighbor, did you Oh,

  90. there is a deadline to meet. Our text is found

  91. in an Old Testament book of the Holy Bible, the

  92. Book of Numbers. The Bible readers among us tonight are

  93. very familiar with some of the promises of God which

  94. can be found throughout this sacred manuscript. In this divine

  95. library of sixty six books, there are many precious promises

  96. that the God of people, the God of mortals, the.

  97. God of humans, has made with us.

  98. And I'm very thankful for every promise that i have

  99. received from the Lord. I have heard my wife before

  100. say that in a time of prayer, she received a

  101. precious promise from the Lord. Years ago, while a young

  102. father of one son, I realized that my wife and

  103. I were unable to have more children. In my living room,

  104. where I like to make my altar unto the Lord

  105. alone with God, I prayed on the left hand side

  106. of that couch where I'd normally make my altar, and

  107. on the left hand side of the left end of

  108. that couch, I prayed, and I remember getting in the spirit,

  109. and I asked.

  110. God this question.

  111. I said, God, do you still raise up men of God?

  112. In this generation? Will you raise up men of God?

  113. And in that moment, I felt the Spirit of God

  114. illuminate my mind, and I had an understanding that in

  115. my hand, so to speak, was a precious promise that

  116. had been given to me from the hand of Almighty God.

  117. That promise had exchanged hands. God had something for me,

  118. and I had received it. Because as the youth group

  119. sang a little while ago.

  120. I prayed, and I prayed.

  121. I call to the Lord until he heard me and

  122. answered me. I know that I'm nobody. I know that

  123. I'm the least among the brethren. But I'll tell you this,

  124. the effectual, fervent prayer the righteous man and the righteous

  125. woman of aileth much, including securing precious promises from Hallmighty God.

  126. And so the Israelites in this time, there's no doubt

  127. they had in their hand a very precious promise that

  128. they had received of the Lord. Now you know about

  129. this narrative, you understand exactly what went on here. The

  130. children of Israel had been weary living in the land

  131. of Egypt, and they were tired of the bullying of

  132. the Egyptians. They were sick and tired of the tyranny

  133. of the Egyptians. And the Bible said that they cried

  134. out unto the Lord by the reason of their affliction

  135. and their bondage.

  136. And the Lord heard them, and God rose up a.

  137. Deliverer, and that precious baby up promise, that goodly child,

  138. that one that was born to be a deliverer, or

  139. done exactly what God had commanded and commissioned him to do.

  140. Moses was obedient unto the heavenly calling, and Moses forsook

  141. a lot of things in order to align his will

  142. with the perfect will of God. We know of all

  143. of the wonderful things that the Egyptians had to offer

  144. this Hebrew pharaoh to be Moses. But Moses was not

  145. one to be flattered. Moses was not one that would

  146. please himself with the pleasures of this.

  147. World or of sin.

  148. For a season, Moses was looking down the road, and

  149. Moses realized that these Egyptians are not my people, and

  150. these are not the people of promise. I'm not supposed

  151. to be in this land. And there's no doubt he

  152. was familiar with Jehovah, God and he understood how God

  153. identified himself as God of Abraham and the God of

  154. Isaac and the God of Jacob. And there's no doubt

  155. Moses knew that God had never identified himself as the

  156. God of Pharaoh. So Moses wanted to be among his

  157. own people. Moses did not desire to be a leader

  158. amongst his own people. But God chose Moses for such

  159. a time as this because God knew when he called

  160. upon Moses to do what God needed him to do

  161. for his people, Moses would do exactly what God had

  162. asked him to do, without excuse, without asid can God

  163. for more time to pray it through.

  164. Immediately right then and there.

  165. Moses would rather dwell in the wilderness as a sheepherder

  166. or as a shepherd. I'm telling you exile from the

  167. land of Egypt in order to find himself dead center

  168. in the perfect will of God. Now that's easier said

  169. than done. There's people in this building right now. Over

  170. the last services, you have heard the spirit of God

  171. woo you. You have heard the voice of God calling

  172. to you. You have heard the voice of God commands

  173. you to do certain things, including entering that private place

  174. or that secret place of prayer and putting your petition

  175. unto the Lord, whether it be a petition or a

  176. request for salvation, deliberance, sanctification, or Holy Ghost baptism. And

  177. I feel it in my spirit right here tonight that

  178. some have not done as the Holy Ghost has not requested,

  179. as the Holy Ghost has commanded.

  180. You to do.

  181. And you don't even realize that inside of you there

  182. is a self will that is determined to tear you apart,

  183. and there is a self desire and a self will

  184. within you determined to leave you in captivity, to leave

  185. you in bondage.

  186. You don't realize that there's a reason.

  187. For the call to come out of the land of

  188. your spiritual captivity. And so we know that Moses was

  189. obedient and doing exactly what God had told him to do.

  190. And so at some point he takes all of these

  191. Hebrews into the lad Up Canaan and they're about to

  192. make their entry into the Promised Land. And Brother Richard Jacob,

  193. there is no doubt that there was an element of

  194. people that were willing to do what God had told

  195. them to do, and that was to go ahead and

  196. cross the threshold and get a hold of the promise

  197. and to occupy that promised land. But there were twelve delegates,

  198. if you would, or twelve scouts that were sent into

  199. the land, and it was their job and their duty

  200. to survey the circumstances and situations they'rein and to determine

  201. whether or not it was time to do what God

  202. had told them to do. Now, I appreciate the leadership

  203. of Moses and Aaron.

  204. I appreciate the scouts.

  205. Going in and doing what they did. I do not

  206. want to contradict the decision of Moses or the decision

  207. of God Almighty. But I want you to know that

  208. when God speaks to you, and God tells you to

  209. go forward, to cross the threshold and to enter the

  210. promised land, there is no reason whatso heavened for anybody

  211. to send out scouts and to have them walking around

  212. determining whether or not they're able to defeat their enemy.

  213. Even if the intention was good to go.

  214. In there and to bring back a good report of

  215. the land that flowed with milk and honey. But even

  216. though these intentions seemingly were right, as they looked further

  217. into it, as they considered the depth and the details

  218. of the situation, they noticed the children of Anak, they

  219. noticed the giants that were in the land.

  220. Perhaps while they were.

  221. Sampling them the milk and the honey of the land,

  222. and while they were rejoicing in the fact that they

  223. could possess their promise, one of those ugly ogres walked by,

  224. and mentally and internally, immediately they begin to feel defeated.

  225. In fact, the Bible said that after these men had

  226. come back to Moses and they gave an evil report,

  227. ten of the twelve told the people in Moses and

  228. therein that we are not able.

  229. To possess our promise, were.

  230. As good as defeated already, and there is no reason

  231. at all for us to advance upon that that is ours.

  232. It's the first number one after number fourteen says that

  233. this negative report or this negative energy generated negative emotions.

  234. And sister how of the Bible said that Israel lifted up.

  235. Their voice, and Israel cride, and.

  236. They wept through the night when they should have been

  237. praying through the night, they are weeping hopelessly and through

  238. the night. You see the ugliness of unbelief his own

  239. display here. Now, I know there's some people in this building.

  240. You tell me you've been seeking deliverance over habitual sin.

  241. You tell me you've been seeking to be a blood bought,

  242. born again child of God. You tell me you've been

  243. seeking sactification and Holy Girl's baptism. But can I ask

  244. you the question, have you been seeking him as the

  245. spirit draws you? We know the Bible saying no man

  246. can come unto the.

  247. Father unless the Spirit draw him.

  248. I feel like there's people in this building that do

  249. not realize they are their own worst enemy. Their old

  250. self will is disassembling their promise. Their old self will

  251. is tearing up the passport to prosperity. Their old self will,

  252. which includes rebellion and stubbornness, is forfeiting their future. Come on, now,

  253. you see they begin to murmur after they wept all

  254. night long. Who were they murmuring against spiritual leadership? They

  255. were murmuring against their God and their god giving and

  256. god ordain leadership.

  257. Name Moses and his brother Aaron.

  258. The whole congregation began to speaking directly to Moses, and

  259. they were harsh words. Sister would not couldn't imagine anybody

  260. in this building speaking the pastor HOWE will like this?

  261. But Brother Nathaniel, they said.

  262. I wish I'd have died in Egypt, And they went

  263. on to say, if we hadn't had died in Egypt,

  264. I wish we'd have died in the wilderness rather than

  265. face the sword of the Canaan Knots and the giants.

  266. They saw themselves as grasshoppers, the Bible said, unable to

  267. defeat the Canaan knights and the Canaan Knots, they said,

  268. perceive us as little harmless insects.

  269. As well.

  270. You've seen Moses had sent out Joshua and Caleb on purpose.

  271. I feel like it to balance the other Scouts and

  272. the other witnesses and the other testimonies. When I heard

  273. Brother Caleble and Better Phil a power will testifye tonight,

  274. I could tell that there are two in our prayers

  275. that took the heart what the Spirit of God has

  276. been saying under this church, and with smiles on their

  277. faces and fire in their soul, and both Brother Caleble

  278. and Better feel a pad a positive report for this

  279. people here tonight.

  280. There is no doubt.

  281. There's some other Scouts in this building tonight to people

  282. who know the services have been good, they know that

  283. Bethel is a fruitful land blessed by the Lord. They

  284. see sister Howell, mister Here, her sister Smith, and Sister Hammond,

  285. Brother road Cap and brother Jessee, and brother Nathaniel.

  286. Eat up the fruit of the land.

  287. They've seen Betther and Sister Staric partake the milk and

  288. the honey. I want to tell you all, twelve hebrew spies,

  289. no doubt new that Canaan would have been her wonderful

  290. place to call home. He would have been a wonderful

  291. place to sit and incomfort.

  292. But you know what they.

  293. Got to, looking at the impossibility of occupying that land.

  294. Or posssing it, has their own.

  295. And I want you to know there's nothing more ugly

  296. and unbelief, And there's nothing more damning than for you

  297. to send out a scouter, her doubt and the overlooker

  298. what God has told you to do. God has told

  299. some of you to seek Him while he may be found,

  300. and no call upon him while he is near.

  301. This lets me know there is a deadline.

  302. There can't come a time when you pass the part

  303. of no return.

  304. You can come to a place where you can seek.

  305. The Lord carefully and bitterly with tears, and God will

  306. nodder hear you he the Caleb read our third context, has.

  307. Said, now here is the time today, here's the day

  308. of our salvation. I'm almost done, unless the Holy Ghost

  309. encourages me to preach a little longer.

  310. You so what out out of behind.

  311. I'm sure everyone of these scouts thought it would be

  312. the perfect place for them and their families if it

  313. wasn't infested with their armed enemies and the giants of Anak.

  314. Their report wasn't one of encouraging words. Their words of

  315. their reports spread fear throughout the entire camp of Israel.

  316. I want to tell our babies and our boys and

  317. girls something. It doesn't matter who in this building acts

  318. like you can't get a prayer through. It doesn't matter

  319. who in this building comes to prayer meeting and girls

  320. with a frown on their face. It doesn't matter how

  321. many people come to the altar and go back.

  322. To their pew with a frown on their face.

  323. I want you to know the salvation is free, Salvation

  324. is full, and salvation is for you. I want you

  325. to know that the Holy Gess baptism.

  326. Here's a promise.

  327. And just as the Lord had told the disciples to

  328. go into the Upper Room and the tarry until they

  329. be adue with power from on high.

  330. He lets me know there was a deadline.

  331. If you don't get in that upper room, have the

  332. appointed place, have the appointed timer. It's gonna be too late.

  333. I said, it's gonna be too late. You better get

  334. in while the spirit of God has the doors of

  335. your spiritual promise.

  336. Lad open Ah.

  337. There's no doubt you have witnessed folks in this building

  338. enjoy eating of the blessings of the Lord. There's no

  339. doubt you could test to every sinner that passes by

  340. your way that you have watched Brother Nathaniel enjoyed being

  341. amongst the heavenly host as the Holy Ghost has just

  342. blessed his soul. Brother Nathaniel has never since of time

  343. that God was not with him.

  344. Do you know why that is?

  345. It's because when God shows up, he's got time for God.

  346. And when God points him in a direction, he walks

  347. in that direction because he knows if I'm going to

  348. be taken by God into the will of God, as Inocubold,

  349. i must walk with God.

  350. Brother Nathaniel told us in a recent message that.

  351. Adam lost out with God because he'd rather hide from God.

  352. And what he had fashioned to be a grove instead

  353. of war with God. In the cool of the day,

  354. through the garden that he attended. I know there's somebody

  355. I'm preaching to the night that one day we'll wake

  356. up in hell. Her wake up at home and realized,

  357. you waited one day too late. The songwriter wrote these lyrics,

  358. you came one day too late. You came one day

  359. too late. The Lord has come and you have been

  360. left behind. This morning, Sister Howell had good intentions. She

  361. played one song. Around eight am. She opened Spotify and

  362. she played these lyrics, It is never too late.

  363. How many of y'all familiar with that?

  364. Not long after that, the text message from Sister Molly

  365. came into my phone and I heard what.

  366. She had said.

  367. I read what she had wrote, Brother Jessea said, we

  368. better seek the Holy Ghost while we can. We better

  369. be filled with the Holy Ghost while we can. We

  370. better receive the Holy Ghost while we can. Sister Howill

  371. didn't play another song. She didn't know what I had read.

  372. But around nine twenty I walked by my wife as

  373. we were getting ready to walk out the door. I said,

  374. I appreciate that song that you were playing. I appreciate

  375. the lyrics, I appreciate the hope that is in that.

  376. And with a tear rolling down her face, and she said,

  377. I woke up this morning with that o my mind.

  378. I'm thankful for the blessed hope to your mama that

  379. it'll never be too late. But I said, honey, that

  380. it is not applicable to everybody, because God just spoke

  381. to me to tell somebody tonight.

  382. Hey, come on now, to tell somebody tonight.

  383. And in this moment, right now, you can't wait until

  384. it's too late. I said, you can't wait until it's

  385. too late. I'm telling you you better seek God while

  386. he may be found. You better throw now while he

  387. is near. Too sarm he can say it's never too late,

  388. and while to others he can say it's too late.

  389. The God of Heaven and Earth can close doors so

  390. tightly that open doors are no longer open, and they

  391. will never be opened again. No man can open the door,

  392. not a weeping mother, not a weeping pastor.

  393. Not a wee and father.

  394. On somebody that goes too far, somebody that goes in

  395. the wrong direction too long, somebody for a game or

  396. for show, or out of fear, or for whatever reason,

  397. just says I'm gonna stand right here on the threshold

  398. of the Promised Land, and regardless of what God is saying,

  399. I am going to determine whether or not me or

  400. my family or me as an individual is safe going

  401. into there.

  402. Can I tell you if.

  403. You don't go in when God tells you to go in,

  404. you may never ever know what a promised land is like.

  405. Your children may never know what that mealk tasted like.

  406. They may never know what that golden honey tastes like.

  407. Joshua and Caleb's report was one of encouraging words, and

  408. even though their words that were most encouraging and began

  409. to spread through the camp, it was not enough to

  410. sway the congregation to do what was right. I pray

  411. to God that somebody received the Holy Ghost, just as

  412. these twelve or thirteen did three and a half years

  413. ago in that mighty revival of spontaneous I'm telling you inspiration,

  414. a spontaneous order, a spontaneous design. Right in that moment,

  415. we realize that God was gonna answer some prayers that

  416. we had been praying for about fifteen something years. For

  417. fifteen years, God finally said, I'm gonna pour out my

  418. spirit upon your young men. I'm gonna pour out my

  419. spirit upon your young ladies. And we watched in less

  420. than a week's time people get saved, sanctified, Holy Ghost

  421. fielding and called to preach. And some of the mothers

  422. and fathers of Israel in this building can tell you

  423. that the result of that is these preachers that got

  424. called to preach in that Reviveaul. There are some of

  425. the finest Holy Ghost annoying men and the Holiness movement

  426. at this time. But I want you to know, when

  427. God said right now, we didn't come to the rolodexa

  428. on our desk. We didn't scroll through the context on

  429. our phone and look to schedule a preacher.

  430. At a later date and time.

  431. We didn't look for somebody to take time to catch

  432. a meeting and.

  433. To come here.

  434. We knew that the Holy Ghost had orchestrated that repipal,

  435. the Holy Ghost had.

  436. Ordered those instructions, and.

  437. The Holy ghosts had ordered that service and ordained that meeting.

  438. And because we let the Holy Ghost do what he

  439. wanted to do right now, right did in there the

  440. rest is history.

  441. There are possessors of the process.

  442. In other words, when the Holy Ghost said, right now,

  443. now is the time. Today is today we had revival,

  444. and some of you don't even realize that's what we've

  445. been doing now for about two or three weeks. But

  446. if my Holy Ghost Censor has any indicator all to

  447. this group of people that we've got a problem, I

  448. can tell you already I feel his spirit drawing back already.

  449. I feel like the preachers have pre I feel like

  450. to annoy and was present.

  451. The annoying of God was present to destroy the yoke.

  452. The power of God was present to break habits, to

  453. shack to shadow shackles, hey, to destroy fetters, and to

  454. set people free from their self, to set people free

  455. from rebellion, to set people free from stubbornness, to set

  456. people free from their self.

  457. Weill, hey, come on, But for whatever.

  458. Reason, we don't see brokenness, for whatever reason, in our

  459. movements throughout the world today, in this country, we don't

  460. see contrition. We don't see humility, we don't see godless sorrow.

  461. We don't see true repentance. And I'll tell you what

  462. will happen. Revival will become a lost hope and a

  463. loss cause for people that refuse to turn away from sin.

  464. For people that refuse to humble them self, for people

  465. that refuse to pray, God will not heal their land,

  466. much less bless them with the land of poet with

  467. the blessings of God. And for some of you that

  468. missed them last few services, you really missed it. We

  469. have been having some great services. I know there was

  470. a time in my life that I could tell the

  471. spirit of God was drawing of fifteen or sixteen year

  472. old boy, and I remember thinking, this shouldn't be happening.

  473. Everything's going well in my life. I don't have an

  474. enemy in the world. I don't have an addiction, I

  475. don't have a habit. There's nothing wrong. There's no relationship issues.

  476. There's no child parent relationship issues. There's really no pastor

  477. and parishioner relationship issues.

  478. I'm just busied living life.

  479. And I remember, though, feeling something in my heart that

  480. was letting me know God was on the other end

  481. of the rope. God was on the other end of

  482. the line, and Sister how well, he wasn't.

  483. Speaking to me in an audible voice.

  484. But I realized that my normal, happy, go lucky self

  485. was not as jolly as.

  486. I normally had been.

  487. I realized my mind was more troubled concerning eternity than

  488. it had ever been before. I realized that eternal issues

  489. and affairs were more on my mind than they had been.

  490. I had an awareness of the eternal whereabouts of my soul.

  491. And one evening, on the way.

  492. To camp meeting at the Church of God camp meeting,

  493. I looked at a person of spiritual leadership and I said,

  494. I want to share something with you. And that went

  495. against my nature to open my mind, heart and to

  496. share it with people. I never had a problem open

  497. to my heart and sharing it with God.

  498. But better feel up.

  499. I was so troubled about my soul and it's eternal

  500. whereabouts them that I asked the spiritual leader. I said,

  501. have you ever felt like you're gonna die? Have you

  502. ever felt like you're not promised tomorrow?

  503. Have you ever felt like on the.

  504. Inside there's a still small voice saying prepare to me?

  505. To God and that spiritual juggernaut, that spiritual leader, he said,

  506. do you know I've been feeling the same thing of late?

  507. He said, you have described me perfectly what I've been

  508. a feeling.

  509. Can I tell you that God was going to usher

  510. us into a revival that would push us out of

  511. compromising churches. God ushered us into a revival, a spontaneous

  512. revival that would call us from un clean situations in

  513. religious conditions, unto clean and holy situations in religious environments.

  514. I'm telling you, God call us out from among those

  515. that would not separate themselves from sin.

  516. And there was a mighty repiple on the heels of

  517. that feeling.

  518. If I'd a went to a party and instead of

  519. an altar, if I went to the playground instead of

  520. God's house, if I'd have done what I wanted to

  521. do instead of what God wanting me to do, I'd

  522. be lost to Nata or in the devil's hell. I'm

  523. telling you the reason why people or getting something you're

  524. not getting up, it's because they.

  525. Get to while they're getting thats good. I said, they

  526. get to rale. They're getting thats good. It's true. The

  527. milk and honey.

  528. Sweet and just as precious when they had to walk away,

  529. and God said, you didn't do it when I told

  530. you to do it. And now we're at our golden

  531. text numbers chapter number fourteen and verses number forty three

  532. forty two. And they rose up early in the morning,

  533. and they got them up into the top of the mountain, saying, lo,

  534. we be here. Now I want to add this, Yeah,

  535. you're here, but it's too late. It's too late. That

  536. to Jesus calls the church and you pull on them

  537. glass doors back there. I tell you this, Jeremiah Hound

  538. and Justin roe Cap had unlocked him. You're gonna find

  539. that out. Hey, come on now, there ain't gonna be

  540. no annoying preachers in here preaching. That's not gonna be

  541. any annoyed youth group singing. There ain't gonna be no

  542. annoyed choir singing. Ain't gonna be no beautiful little children

  543. singing the sweet songs of Zion. But you can get

  544. up early, and you can walk up to the top

  545. of the mountain and saying, lo, we be here. We're

  546. ready to go up and to the place which the

  547. Lord have promised.

  548. And you know what's just the wood and they get religious.

  549. It's a false humility, there's a false repentance.

  550. But of Jesse.

  551. They even say, for we have sin, For we have sin.

  552. It's a little too late now, it's a little too late.

  553. Now you know what it is. They are apologizing because

  554. now they want it to Now they realize they can't

  555. have it.

  556. Now they realize God is saying no. But now they're

  557. saying yes.

  558. When God said yes, sir, they said no when God

  559. said no.

  560. Now they're saying yes.

  561. And I'm telling you the reason why you ain't got

  562. it When God says, go.

  563. On, you don't go up. Now is the.

  564. Time be all Today, Here is the day of salvation.

  565. God doesn't have to deal with your soul for whats.

  566. God does not have to deal with your soul.

  567. But whats.

  568. And Moses he saw through the fault humility, he saw

  569. through the false repentance. And in verse number forty one,

  570. he said, wherefore now do you transgress the commandment of

  571. the Lord. And he said, but it shall not prosper,

  572. It shall not prosper. Go ahead and go in there

  573. now with a mind of work. Go ahead and go

  574. in there now with a wheel to work. Go ahead

  575. and go in there now with your rose sharp. Go

  576. ahead and go in there now with a double edged

  577. sword so sharp it cut a limb off. But it

  578. will not prosper. And Moses said, you feel like going up.

  579. And now Moses is saying go not up, for the

  580. Lord is not among you.

  581. That you be not spitting before your enemies.

  582. Moses is saying, if you go up, you will be annihilated, obliterated,

  583. and destroyed.

  584. And you know what the Bible said. They went ahead

  585. and went up, and the Bible.

  586. Said, the malacots and the cana knots smote them before God. God,

  587. watch them lose their life because they still don't want

  588. to do it with God said to do it. It's

  589. like the little child whose mother says, put that dirty

  590. plate in the trash can, and that little child would

  591. rather play with the baby doll or push a little

  592. plastic toy truck, testing and trying Mama, being rebellious and

  593. being stubborn. I'll have revival when I want I'll throw

  594. that plate away when I want to. And then Mama

  595. goes to the room and she gets a switch or

  596. something in order to discipline that child. And now that

  597. child decides it's going to go throw that plate away.

  598. Now you're cardal at that moment, right and you know

  599. what you say, It's too late, honey, It's too late.

  600. Do you get the gravity of what I'm preaching right here? Hey?

  601. You know why I drove for two hours each way

  602. for six years because I knew God saying, I want

  603. to put a hole in his church he in La Belle, Florida.

  604. I want to build a holiness church in La Belle, Florida.

  605. I want to be the watchman of that holiness church

  606. in Le bel Florida. Do you know if I had

  607. to wait it until now, twenty years later to do

  608. what God told me to do, all of these people

  609. would have went to hell that are present here the

  610. night of those that have died and went on to glory.

  611. When God tells you to do something now, you better

  612. do it.

  613. If God tells you to stand up here in church

  614. and to lift up your boss like a trumpet. If

  615. God says, clap your heads, all you people shouting a god.

  616. With a boss of try it. You otta do it.

  617. But God is showing us here tonight.

  618. There's an ugly spirit of rebellion and stubborness present.

  619. You.

  620. Boss Man says, I don't want you to be gone

  621. nine days. I really need you to be gone six days.

  622. You know what, You push it and you push it,

  623. and you push it and you push it, and then

  624. you weren't there when the boss man needed you. And

  625. so no longer does he depend on you. No longer

  626. does he trust you, No longer can he rely on you.

  627. When the company is in a pitch.

  628. Kind of like a conversation, brother Wooden, I had the

  629. other day when something didn't go somebody's way. Immediately their

  630. attitude deteriorated and their work ethic.

  631. Felder pieces, you know why, because.

  632. They wouldn't own up to their own mistakes and own

  633. up to their own actions and realize there are eternal scars.

  634. There are eternal scars for our actions and our doings

  635. in this life. And we cannot fault the employer for insurability.

  636. We cannot fought our employer for what we've done to

  637. our employer.

  638. He can't fault God for not feeling you when he

  639. called on you.

  640. For three much straight, when he poured for you for

  641. three months straight.

  642. If you die, go to hell, oh be because God

  643. did not.

  644. These silly Israelites.

  645. They decided against going and doing as the Lord had instructed.

  646. The silly Israelites decided against going and doing as the

  647. Lord instructed. And at a later date and time, when

  648. the Lord told him to enter, he said, you know what,

  649. go in. They said, we will not go, and now

  650. the Lord said, don't go, and they decided to go

  651. against the Lord's instructions, and they desired to enter. The

  652. simple truth concerning this matter is they want to do

  653. things whole way. You want to receive the Holy Ghost

  654. the way you want to receed leave him. Oh, come

  655. on your hand in God the playbook. You're handing God

  656. the plan book. We're telling God how it's going to

  657. be and overlooking his instructions. I know of some people

  658. who were late to their very own mother's funeral. And

  659. they were late because they had never heard that sermon

  660. by your pastor the peril of procrastination. They were late

  661. because they hain't heard that sermon by your pastor dangerously distracted.

  662. They were late because they were dangerously delayed. There was

  663. people talking, there were people consoling, there were people visiting,

  664. They were reminiscing, they were having a good time with

  665. friends and family. And they let that clock tick on

  666. and tick on and get closer to the time of

  667. their dear mother's funeral. And they had it estimated that

  668. in seven and a half minutes we can get to

  669. the funeral home.

  670. You guessed it right.

  671. Ten minutes till the time of the funeral, they decided

  672. to run out the door, and then you know how

  673. it goes. Somebody's forgot their phone, somebody's forgot their pocket book,

  674. and that ten minutes got down to eight and a half.

  675. It's okay, we got another minute. It's okay, We've got

  676. a minute's cushion. It's okay, and you know what, Brother Nathaniel.

  677. But when they got on the State highway, there was

  678. no time to you turn, there was no time for

  679. a detour, there was no time for further delay.

  680. They got out and realized there had been a horrible.

  681. Accident in that very baund traffic that they were in,

  682. and brother Caleb, they set there for thirty five minutes,

  683. tapping the steering wheel, impatiently beeping their horn, getting either

  684. car and walking up and talking to emergency response technicians

  685. and saying, can't you clear the way? Cat through? Can't

  686. you make a way for me? There seemed to be

  687. no way and better Jessee, they said, I'm sorry. It

  688. didn't matter where they were wanting to go or how

  689. bad they needed to be there. They got there, you know,

  690. about thirty five forty minutes late. And it is true

  691. in some things it is better late.

  692. Than never.

  693. And you know what, it is better late than never

  694. for a groom that has got stuck in trapping to

  695. go ahead and go to his own wedding, and to

  696. let him start late. His bride would appreciate it being said,

  697. better late than never. And every pastor will tell you, yes, indeed,

  698. it's probably better late than never. Not good, not exactly

  699. what we need to do right. But I'll tell you

  700. in the things of God, if you're too late, it

  701. is nefer.

  702. If you're too late, it is never.

  703. And I'm telling you it will never be said concerning

  704. the purpose will of God. Better late than never. Ain't

  705. it better late than missing it altogether? No, the deadline

  706. is passed, the harvest is passed.

  707. The harvest is passed.

  708. It could be said that at a time the harvest

  709. was plentiful, had a time for laborers are few, But

  710. now it's too late for laborers. It's too late to

  711. try to earn a paycheck. It's too late to try

  712. to harvest the fruit. It's too late. The harvest is passed.

  713. They should be right here and right now, sister Wood,

  714. and beaten a fire out of this altar. I believe,

  715. spiritually speaking, I'm holding the last nil to be driven

  716. in your coughing tonight. And I believe this sermon and

  717. the finality of this sermon to be your final message.

  718. You could talk to Esau sister wooting. Because he pushed

  719. it off the Bible said, he wept bitterly, he cried,

  720. He soaught it with many tears, Judas, why.

  721. Couldn't you be saved? Why couldn't you be saved?

  722. Because he crossed the point where he knew it wouldn't

  723. do a bit of good.

  724. We've all preached it.

  725. We've all said if he had turned on his heels

  726. and went to Jesus and knelt down and prayed, Jesus

  727. would have forgave him. But now I'm starting to realize

  728. that Judas knew.

  729. I thought. I don't know about how Judas knew. Judas

  730. felt it, Judas knew. It's too late for me.

  731. I'm telling you, I do feel a draw and other

  732. spirit of God tonight. I do feel an auction and

  733. other spirit. I do feel a call to God tonight.

  734. It's not too late. But in the next thirty minutes

  735. it could be too late to get started praying. In

  736. the next thirty minutes, it could be too late.

  737. To call on the name of the Lord.

  738. In the next thirty minutes, it could be too late

  739. to receive the promise.

  740. These people stated they had sinned.

  741. They acknowledged they had missed up and missed their God

  742. giving gold an opportunity. And they even got up early

  743. and appeared to be bite, not to be to do

  744. what God wanted them to do. But their disobedience and

  745. rebellion had closed the door since the route, and they

  746. appeared to wake up, but they woke up too late.

  747. Even though they woke up early.

  748. They appeared to understand their need, but they understood their

  749. need too late, and they missed out. They passed the deadline.

  750. They passed the deadline. Their eyes were on the materialistic

  751. things of Canaan. Their eyes were a pine sweet victory.

  752. Their ears wanted to hear sweet victory sound. Their mouth

  753. wanted to taste the sweet milk and honey, but their

  754. hearts were not right in the sight of God. Quickly

  755. and simply stated.

  756. No one.

  757. No one wanted God to curse them. They all wanted

  758. God to bless them. And I want to end with

  759. this as these altars are filling up. King Saul, you

  760. waited too late, didn't you. You waited too late to

  761. really pray through. You waited too late to have godless sorrow.

  762. You waited too late to repent. King Saul was begging

  763. Samuel to pray with him, begging Samuel to go with him.

  764. And Samuel said, God has rejected you from being king

  765. over Israel. And he tried to force Samuel to pray,

  766. and the Bible said and us. Samuel turned about to

  767. go away. He laid hold upon his skirt of the mantle,

  768. and he rented. Saul tore Samuel's mantle, and Samuel said,

  769. unto him, the Lord hath rent the kingdom of Israel

  770. from this day, and hath given it to a neighbor

  771. of eye. And that is better than now. Somebody that

  772. will do when God says due. Somebody that will go

  773. when says God says God. Somebody that will pray when

  774. God said pray. Mama, if you wait until ten o'clock

  775. to pray when God told you at three am to pray,

  776. don't be surprised when tragedy strikes at seven. The Lord

  777. wasn't looking for someone who wanted to do things their

  778. way whenever they wanted to do him saw like to

  779. Israelites appeared to be broken, but it was too late.

  780. While Samuel weft and cried and told Saul, sacrifice, sacrifice

  781. isn't enough. The fat of rams isn't enough. You should

  782. have obeyed, You should have hearkened. Moses told the Israelites,

  783. don't go up now. God isn't in it. You advancing

  784. upon the enemies, now do time. God's not in it.

  785. It's a death sentence. It's not a promise. Samuel told Saul.

  786. The kingdom is no longer yours, the anointing is no

  787. longer yours. The opportunity is no longer yours. It belongs

  788. to somebody else.

  789. Now Church.

  790. Without his presence, there is no promise victory without his presence,

  791. there is no foolness of life.

  792. Moses knew this all too well.

  793. Moses said, if you do not go with me, God,

  794. don't earing me up pence. If your prayers that says

  795. not with me, don't send.

  796. Me up pence. Amen.

  797. Daven knew the importance of having the spirit of God

  798. with him, and Second Samuel, chapter number five and verse

  799. number twenty four, the Bible said, and let it be

  800. when now here's the sound of a going in the

  801. tops of the mulberry trees. That then thou shalt bestir

  802. thyself right then, while the spirit of God is running.

  803. Through the tops of the mulberry trees.

  804. Bestir thyself right then, right now, in this moment, right

  805. here and there, and you can smite the Philistines. It

  806. doesn't matter if we feel outsized, out numbered, or overwhelmed.

  807. We don't have to be overcome.

  808. We can be victorious when God is in it, and

  809. right now, in this moment, in this altar call, in

  810. this service, God is in it again. I want to

  811. give you the words of our new convert that's been

  812. saved less than six months.

  813. She said.

  814. Last night, Pastor, I had a dream, and in that

  815. dream I heard God say, we better get the Holy

  816. Ghost while we can
