You could be seated tonight.

We uh I'm not going to be before you long.

These Sunday night services are reserved for the moving of the Holy Spirit.

And so we always have a plan.

But then we're that plan subject to change.

And I want to share something with you.

I've shared this before.

This is what the Holy Spirit instructed me to begin with.

We're going to walk over here, Jocelyn.

This is my preaching, buddy.

And I've told this story, but there was a minister.

He was ministering in a foreign country.

Ministering in Africa.

And in this meeting, there was 120 pastors.

And they were all there supporting the meeting.

They were all sitting on the platform.

And he was there speaking.

And he was preparing to speak sitting on the platform.

And he said he looked up and he saw Jesus standing here.

At the front the front row of the pastor on the top.

And he said, This is pastor so-and-so.

He pastors in this town.

He's not interested.

He went to the next and said, This is Pastor So and so.

This is his wife.

He pastors in this city.

He's not interested.

He went down the line.

Out of 120 pastors, three were interested.

And in the plan of God.

In what God had for them.

God has a plan for every person.

God has a plan for your life, my life, everyone's life.

The way that plan operates is determined by my interest in it.

Does it interest me?

Or can I take it or leave it?

You know, I've I've often thought about that.

If out of a hundred and twenty pastors, only three were interested.

How many people do we know that are not interested in what God wants for their life?

Oh, hallelujah.

Oh, hallelujah.

See, because to move into a new season, a new room, a new move of God, there has to be an interest.

It's determined by my pursuits.

When we say I'm interested in what God has for me.

Then we become like Paul, there's a prize.

That I'm pressing into.

I'm not going to be satisfied till I reach that area.

I'm not going to be satisfied till I reach that place that God has me pressing into.

Amen.

You know, I so agree with people that I've heard recently.

And I don't believe that we're in a revival.

I don't believe that God needs to revive his church.

Because the church has never been dead.

You revive something that was dead.

But what we are, we are in the middle of an awakening.

People are waking up to the plan of God for their lives.

But my brothership, none of us have any time to waste for what God wants us to do.

The things God's called our church to do.

The things God's called this fellowship to do.

They have to be brought out of the womb of the spirit into the natural that occurs through interest.

The Lord said to me last Sunday night before healing school, He said, You've entered into another room.

Another season and another move.

Another room.

Another season.

And another move.

But that's not just me.

That's the body.

Another room.

If you're in another room, that means you've left the room you were in.

Do you see this?

When Elijah was running from Jezebel.

The word of God says God told him to go back.

And he said, You anoint Jehu the son of Nimshe to be king over Israel.

And you anoint Elisha.

The son of Shaphat.

That's him, he was fat.

To be prophet in your room.

Why?

Because notice that's the room he occupied.

But he's about to go.

He's about to be taken up.

So he's leaving a room.

And somebody else has got to step up into that room.

Amen.

So there are rooms that have to be occupied.

There are things that we have to reach into.

And the only way we get there is by being interested in it.

Say out loud, God, use me.

Any way you want to quieras.

Hallelujah.

Because another room.

And another move.

Oh, hallelujah.

So he said, I want you to anoint him to be prophet in your room.

In 2013.

When uh Dr.

Ed Dufrain.

And Charles Caps, they both went home.

And I pulled up to our house and I was, I just I had just received word that Dr.

Dufresne had went home.

And Brother Charles had went home.

And I just sat there in my car.

I knew both of those men personally.

And the Lord said to me.

Rooms are being vacated.

Rooms are being vacated.

Now what's going to happen to that room?

Am I helping you?

I'm sharing some of these experiences because I want you to see something.

It wasn't long after that that Michelle and I accompanied Pastor Caldwell to California.

And we were in the hotel the night before we flew out.

And the only way I know to explain is I had a vision.

And I was in a room.

And I was conversing with them.

And I said, Brother Hagen enjoyed being in this room.

And one minister said, in this room.

And I said, Yes, in this room.

And he said, this room.

I said, yes, this room.

And he said, well, that anointing is still in this room.

And he laid hands on me.

Now I shared that vision with a friend of mine.

And he just kind of dismissed it.

He said, Well, there will never be another brother Hagen.

That wasn't what the Lord was showing me.

That wasn't what he was showing me.

He was explaining to me that there are rooms that people have to enter into.

Because they've been vacated.

They've been vacated.

Sometimes they're vacated by people abandoning them.

Others it's they go home.

Or they move into another room.

Here's what I need you to see tonight.

Those things that we have been talking about being on the edge of.

We're there in the spirit room.

We're there.

And God saying, Now I need you to step into this room.

Amen.

All of the anointings that are on you.

It's time, the season is now for you to step into that.

Amen.

Amen.

Hallelujah.

See, this can sound very simple.

But room when a room is vacated.

What God needs to do through that room is not able to be used till somebody steps into it.

You can have the best equipment in a room.

But if you don't have anybody using that equipment, it's not doing any good.

Oh, hallelujah.

Do you see that?

The anointing on your life.

It has to constantly be being worked.

Because there's things God wants to do and wants to accomplish.

No church is going to do what God wants them to do on the pastor's anointing alone.

Never going to happen.

That's why he anoints every member.

Oh, hallelujah.

Say out loud, I'm in a resting.

Say it one more time, I'm in a rest.

Oh, hallelujah.

That's why Ecclesiastes makes the statement.

It says to everything.

There is a time and a season.

And a purpose.

If God brought you to this church at this season, wow, He's got something for you to do, something for you to walk into.

But I have to be interested.

I said, I have to be interested.

Amen.

Amen.

Some some weeks ago.

I was seeking the Lord about some things.

And the Lord began to talk to me.

About clothing the next generation.

We're interested in that.

Amen.

And he began to talk to me about it.

And I want to share this with you now.

Because what you hear a lot in church.

And I hear it from people that I respect.

And they talk about old school.

Right?

And modern.

And somehow they always make old school seem better than modern.

How are we going to get anybody, if you want to say it this way, from this generation, how are we going to get them in the room they need to be in if they think we don't like them?

How's that gonna happen?

Amen.

Amen.

Well, I'll tell you what, and and and they'll they'll make comments about music and comments about things.

And here's the here's the thing.

There is carnality.

But folks, there was carnality in the Pentecostal Holiness Church I was raised in.

You can't get any more carnal than some of the doubt songs that we sang.

Hear me.

Escuchen me.

There's rooms that have to be occupied.

And he said to me, He said, You need to quit talking about old school.

And you need to repackage old school.

He said, not compromise, not comprometter, repackage it, and get it into the generation.

And he said, if it means people being saved, will you change?

If it means your grandkids and your kids being saved, will you change?

Oh, hallelujah.

Oh, hallelujah.

Do you see that?

I want the move of God in our families.

In nuestras familias.

In what God's asked us to do.

Amen.

I personally.

I have more years behind me than I have ahead of me.

So I have to be straight on with what I'm doing.

We're going to clothe the next generation.

We're going to clothe them.

Amen.

That's what the Lord has told us to do.

Maybe you feel like you missed your moment.

You know, one of the things that blessed.

Let's read this verse.

You got a moment.

Look at Ecclesiastes chapter 9.

Ecclesiastes 9 · chapter mention

Hallelujah.

Another room, another season, another move.

Ecclesiastes nine and four.

Ecclesiastes nine quatro.

For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope.

Notice, for a living dog is better than a dead lion.

That's good news.

Maybe you feel like you missed your moment.

Notice what he says.

It's better to be a living dog than a dead lion.

Amen.

Do me a favor, breathe in.

Breathe out.

Exhaling.

Are you breathing?

Then there's a chance to do what God asks you to do.

Interest.

Interess.

Interest.

Interess.

Interest.

Interess.

Over the last 28 years.

Just in, and I want to welcome the Kansas location.

Forgive me, I got anointed and jumped right into this.

In the Kansas location alone.

I've watched nine different churches start in that city.

None of them exist today.

Why?

No interest.

No interest.

Amen.

Pastor Calwell said in his book Saving Our Cities.

He said it's easy and it's exciting when God begins to tell a church, I want you to do these things.

He said, but then the work starts.

And you gotta press in.

And you have to pray.

And you have to be interested.

And that's where a lot of people miss it.

Hallelujah.

That's not us.

We're interested in what God has for us.

Oh, hallelujah.

Oh, hallelujah.

Oh, hallelujah.

And so those anointings, those things that you know that God has on your life.

We're there.

We're there.

I've got to use it.

I've got to operate in it.

I've got to begin to come.

Amen.

Amen.

Because it's it's it's our season.

That anointing on your life is not just so you can say your anointing.

It's so you can step into that room and help set people free.

Oh, hallelujah.

Oh, hallelujah.

Do you see that?

Amen.

Amen.

When God, when God God begins to move the leaders of a church or a fellowship into another spot, another place.

He moves others with anointings into another place as well.

Hallelujah.

Say out loud, I'm interested.

Say I'm interested.

Clothing the next generation.

Making a difference.

Oh, hallelujah.

Oh, hallelujah.

Hallelujah.

You know, I have ministers from time to time, they'll come to me and they'll say, I'd like to talk to you sometime about these different things.

And I'll say to them, I'll say, Well, let's get together and pray.

I've not had one minister take me up on that.

See, you don't move into another room by learning how somebody else did something.

You move into another room by getting in the spirit.

And moving in the realm of the spirit.

People are hungry today for the spirit.

For the moving of the spirit of God.

Oh, hallelujah.

Oh, hallelujah.

But this has to be birth.

Amen.

Amen.

Brother Hagen said the church must give birth to whatever the Holy Spirit wants or is going to do in the earth.

So there are things that God wants us to see and be a part of.

They have to be prayed into the atmosphere.

Not just by the pastor, not just by select ones, by the body.

Because as we pray, we birth into our city, our state, our nation, what God desires to do.

Because hear me, the wave the wave or the move of God in the earth today is not the product of prayers today.

It's the product of prayers yesterday.

People praying.

Amen.

Amen.

People praying today will keep the wave going.

One man said prayer is the womb of the spirit.

Oh, hallelujah.

Do you see this?

It exists in the spirit, but we gotta bring it into this realm.

And so people praying yesterday produced the move of God today.

People today, well, there's the glory.

People today have to have an interest.

I've got to be interested enough to pray.

I've got to be interested enough to go after it.

Amen.

Amen.

Hallelujah.

Do you see this?

Brother Hagen told the story.

About this little woman, just a little old woman.

That she had lost her husband.

And she just made it her business to pray a move of God into the area she lived in.

Amen.

And she she prayed every time she would go into an area, she would pray and pray a spirit-filled church in.

She'd pray that God would send the pastor.

And God would send the pastor and they'd start a church.

Then God would move her and she'd go to another area and do the same thing.

He said at last count she had prayed six churches into that area.

See, she wasn't a preacher.

She wasn't a teacher.

But she had an interest in the move of God.

Oh, hallelujah.

She had an interest in it.

See, it interests me that God does what he wants to do through this church.

Oh, hallelujah.

And uh he said that the church this lady went to.

They got a new pastor.

And she was up at the altar praying like she would pray.

And the pastor came to her.

And he said, now there's not going to be any of that now.

And made her stop.

The move of God stopped.

It stopped.

Why?

Somebody was interested in praying it out.

Hallelujah.

What you believe God's called you to, you gotta pray it out.

And understand it's connected to the local church.

It's connected to the local church.

Whatever God wants you to do.

Am I helping you?

Do you see this?

So the things of God are by prayer.

But they're by God's will and God's time.

God sets the will and the time through prayer.

Amen.

They're by God's will and God's time, but God sets the will and the time through prayer.

As I'm praying, I get God's will into the situation.

I can speed up the time.

I can speed it up.

Because it's still God's timing.

Pastor said, when praying for your city, there will be two battlefields you have to stand on.

The spiritual and the natural.

The spiritual and the natural.

The spiritual battlefield is in the area of prayer and binding strongholds.

A stronghold is a lie that's been implanted into the minds of people.

In the minds of cities.

And governments.

We've never seen that like we see it now.

You know, I never thought I'm well, I I shouldn't say that because uh I don't know that I thought about it that much.

But we live in a time when somebody that wants to be godly, they can't do anything right for people.

The president can't do anything right.

No matter what decision is.

People are against it.

Right?

Correct.

It's a stronghold.

It's a deception.

It's a darkness.

I have to be interested enough.

To pray about it.

See, that's like a prison.

Satan has captured their minds and keeps them locked up with deception.

It's always been the praying believer that's changed the course of cities and nations.

Because Satan has no authority to do what he does.

He gets by with it.

Because many Christians do not make prayer a priority in their lives.

A church has to understand our biblical command to pull down the strongholds that hold our city in bondage.

You know, Pastor Coldwell, you say this all the time.

He said, You know, here in Little Rock.

He said, This is where Jesus is building his church.

And then he would say, I have biblical precedent for that.

Because when he was talking to Peter in the Greek, he said, on this little rock I'll build my church.

He said, Jesus is the big rock.

And he said, on this little rock I'll build my church.

And he went to the uh uh county seat.

County courthouse and looked it up.

The city is Little Rock.

But the county seat is Big Rock, Big Rock Township.

So he would say, and you heard him say it for years, Jesus is building his church in Little Rock.

He didn't talk ugly about the city.

He believed what he was praying to come to pass.

So the Lord said to us said through a minister that there were things that had been laid down that he had called us to pick up.

What does that mean?

That room has been vacated.

We have to step into it.

And he Pastor Calwell leaned over to me.

And he said, never mistake social activities.

For spiritual progress.

He said, Philip, you can feed the hungry.

You can clothe the naked.

But if you're not ministering to them spiritually, it's like putting a band-aid on a cancer.

You're giving them something to eat today, but what about their long-term life?

That's what we're called to do.

It's the job of the church to diligently stand in the gap for our city.

It's God's will to rule in our city.

We can be the vessels that make a difference.

Dr.

Lester Sumraul would fly to other nations.

And of course, this was back many times in the day, they would roll the stairs up to the plane.

He would step out of the door.

And he would say out loud, Alright, devil, I'm here, and there's nothing you can do about it.

And that's that's that's where all of those testimonies came from.

He was in that foreign country and cast that demon out of a witch doctor.

He said that later that night he was in bed.

The curtains were standing straight out.

The bed shook out into the middle of the floor.

He said, He rose up and he said, I recognize you, devil, I cast you out of that man today, leave this room.

He said, Everything stopped, the bed quit shaking, the presence left, the wind quit blowing.

He said, I laid back down.

And he said, suddenly I realized.

He said, If I recall right, when you came in this room, my bed was against that wall.

Now put it back.

And it shook right over against the wall, and he said, Now leave.

Where does that come from?

Somebody that's interested in what God wants them to do.

Say out loud, I'm interested.

In just a moment, I'm gonna lay hands on anybody that wants to do it.

Amen.

There's impartation here tonight.

Hallelujah.

Dr.

Summerall said if there's a strong hole, if there's a strong man in the city, pull him down.

Pull him down.

Amen.

He went to the Hawaiian Islands.

He had bought a television station there.

He was in his room.

Preparing for bed.

And he said, all of a sudden I felt the presence of the devil.

And he said, the devil said to him, I don't want you in these islands.

And Dr.

Summerall just said, I don't care what you want.

He said, I'm here and I'm not going anywhere.

This is important.

I've got to have that level.

Of interest.

This is where God has placed me.

And I'm going to see the plan of God come to fruition.

Amen.

Say this out loud.

Say Father Padre.

In the name of Jesus.

I believe that you have called us for such a time as this.

I believe I have a part in it.

I believe you've called me to a church that has a part in it.

Now, Father, in the name of Jesus, I intend to do my part to walk in this anointing.

And to see all you have for me.

In the name of Jesus.
