  1. Welcome to the podcast of the White Church in Adelaide, South

  2. Australia. I was just reminded this morning

  3. that you know the reasons why we're here, Not for ourselves.

  4. You know this, this church doesn't exist for us.

  5. We, we didn't come for ourselves.

  6. Like we, we get a lot out of being here.

  7. We get a lot out of being with the Lord.

  8. We're strengthened, you know, we're able to overcome together

  9. when we're side by side worshipping together is it is

  10. amazing thing that we don't get to do when we're on our own.

  11. This is very special. But we're not here for

  12. ourselves. This church doesn't exist for

  13. you and I. We, we are serving an eternal

  14. God who's building an eternal Kingdom.

  15. And so we're building for the generations to come.

  16. How special is it that we have children in this place?

  17. They are the next generation. The Lord has made us to be

  18. fruitful. We've got these young kids and

  19. you know, it just reminded us this morning that you know, in

  20. 120 a 130 years, depending on how old you are now, there

  21. there's there's every single person that's on the face of the

  22. earth today is going to be gone. There's going to be a whole new

  23. group of people inhabiting the earth in in a short period of

  24. time. And that means that it, it's a

  25. short period of time, but it means that what we do here

  26. matters. We are wanting to see, you know,

  27. his Kingdom come and his will be done.

  28. That when we leave this place, that we've worked to make sure

  29. that the work of the gospel, that the church would continue

  30. on and that our sons and our daughters would be raised to

  31. know him. But that many people in this

  32. community where God's planted this lampstand would come to

  33. know him and they would teach their children and their

  34. children's children. This is generational Gods.

  35. We can't lose sight of the reason that we're here.

  36. We're here for the generations to come.

  37. We're here for the for the Kingdom that's coming behind us.

  38. And you know, and, and that's important for today.

  39. Daniel, you just come up now, buddy.

  40. Daniel's going to share with us a word.

  41. And I just say all that just to remind us that, you know, we're

  42. going to have to be bold. We're going to have to step out

  43. of our comfort zones in the same way that we have to step out of

  44. our comfort zones even just to worship the Lord sometimes, you

  45. know, when I don't love to jump up and down here, but I want to

  46. teach my kids. I want to teach the generation

  47. behind me that the Lord is worthy of being worshipped.

  48. Amen. And so it's going to it's going

  49. to take some discomfort for us to see his Kingdom come and his

  50. will be done. And so I'm just going to pray

  51. for Daniel. Daniel's prepared a word for us

  52. today. And Lord, we, we open our hearts

  53. wide to the Spirit of God in this place.

  54. We want to hear from you today. We will hear from you.

  55. We want to take a hold of what you're saying.

  56. We want to implement. We want to see your Kingdom

  57. come, your will be done. And I'll just pray just the

  58. anointing over Daniel right now, just a fresh anointing to speak

  59. your words, your directing, your leading, your guiding.

  60. I pray that that everything that is from him would fall away,

  61. that it wouldn't take ruin our hearts and that everything from

  62. you would take deep root in our hearts, Lord.

  63. So I just pray your strength, your peace, your authority over

  64. Daniel right now to speak your word.

  65. And we, we pray in the name of Jesus our King, Amen.

  66. Amen. Do you have your Bibles with you

  67. guys? Awesome, Let's grab it out.

  68. We're going to read from the Physical Bible.

  69. But before I do that, I'm just going to quickly grab something.

  70. Can we turn to Ezekiel 37 this morning?

  71. This will be the foundational text I'll be speaking from.

  72. But before I start, the title of the message that I felt was

  73. cultivating a lifestyle of everyday evangelism.

  74. Evangelism in the definition of the Bible or the biblical, is a

  75. preacher of the gospel or the good news.

  76. I'll put it simple. It is just sharing Jesus,

  77. sharing the good news that we have been saved by grace, not

  78. through works, but by what Cross has done.

  79. But then we come into a general relationship with Him.

  80. So I want to pose a question to you guys.

  81. We're not going to answer it, just going to pose a question.

  82. We are going to answer it through this preaching, but I

  83. don't want you guys to answer. I want you guys to think about

  84. this. How do I or how do we live our

  85. lives in such a way that every day I am ready to share the

  86. gospel? We were Ezekiel 37.

  87. Awesome. I'm reading from the NLT today.

  88. Lord, breathe. Upon this word.

  89. The Lord took a hold of me, and I was carried away by the Spirit

  90. of the Lord to a valley filled with bones.

  91. He led me all around among the bones that covered the valley

  92. floor. They were scattered everywhere

  93. across the ground, and they're completely dried out.

  94. Then he asked me, Son of Man, can these bones become living

  95. people again? O sovereign Lord, I replied, you

  96. alone know the answer to that. Then he said to me, speak a

  97. prophetic message to these bones and say, dry bones, listen to

  98. the word of the Lord. This is what the Sovereign Lord

  99. says. Look, I am going to put breath

  100. into you and make you live again.

  101. I'll put flesh and muscle on you and cover you with skin.

  102. I'll put breath in you, into you, and I will come and you

  103. will come to life. Then you will know that I am the

  104. Lord. So I spoke the message just as

  105. he told me. Suddenly as I spoke, there was a

  106. rattling noise all across the valley.

  107. The bones of each body came together and attached themselves

  108. as complete skeletons. Verse 8 Then as I watched, the

  109. muscles and flesh formed over the bone.

  110. Then the skin formed to cover their bodies, but they still had

  111. no breath. In verse 9, Then he said to me,

  112. Speak a prophetic message to the winds, Son of Man, speak a

  113. prophetic message and say this is what the sovereign Lord says,

  114. come, O breath from the four winds, breathe into these dead

  115. bodies so that may live again. So I spoke the message as he

  116. commanded and breathe into their bodies.

  117. They all came to life and stood up on their feet a great army.

  118. A fortnight ago, David actually mentioned about the dry bones

  119. and I was sitting there. I just felt God.

  120. So that's your foundational scripture.

  121. And the dry bones in the scripture represent the lost out

  122. there. Ezekiel represents us, the

  123. mouthpiece, the messenger, the message that Ezekiel sharing to

  124. the dry bones is US sharing the gospel truth, the lost.

  125. And then he says the winds in the Scripture.

  126. When you see the winds, the water, it typically refers to

  127. Holy Spirit. We cannot do anything.

  128. We cannot bring salvation to anyone, only God can.

  129. Our words need to be partnered with the Holy Spirit.

  130. And you can see in this text that Ezekiel was partnered with

  131. God to speak the message to them.

  132. The message was given, but without the direction of God.

  133. He didn't have any life on them. But when God said go and speak

  134. it and then he commanded it, Ezekiel listened, commanded it.

  135. He partnered with the Word and he partnered with the Spirit of

  136. God. And those dry bones came up in 2

  137. bodies, and they stood on their feet, and there was a great

  138. army. The the thing that he says is he

  139. knows God so well. But his response was, O

  140. sovereign Lord, only you alone know.

  141. Again, O sovereign Lord, only you know alone out there who

  142. will receive the gospel. Only you out there will know who

  143. is right, ready for the picking. Only you will know what the

  144. words to speak to that person, to the heart so they can receive

  145. the gospel. It's not on our own effort, not

  146. by our mind, not by our strength, but it's by the power

  147. of the Spirit in us that breathes into them.

  148. So how can we speak the message every day preparing ourselves?

  149. I've got three points here. First point is, by knowing Him,

  150. our intimacy is super important with God.

  151. It is fundamental. I must say, just sharing the

  152. good news because if you're surrounded by something, over

  153. time you keep going there and going there.

  154. Eventually your mouth starts speaking what you've been

  155. around. It says in the Bible, in Luke 6,

  156. I believe 45, says out of the overflow, the mouth speaks,

  157. right? It's out of our time spent with

  158. God. We start speaking these things

  159. about who God is. It's like our hobbies.

  160. It's like our friends, if we can hang around them enough, we

  161. start to pick up their language, you start to pick up what

  162. they're saying, we start to pick up their characteristics.

  163. It's the same with us in the presence of God.

  164. The people out there that are lost, the need to know who He is

  165. and wear that sign. Our time spent with God, they

  166. will see Him, not us, that will experience Him, not us.

  167. The words that we speak will be His words and not our words.

  168. So spending time is a fundamental thing for us to

  169. share the gospel. Knowing him as He knows you.

  170. Intimacy is into me, you see. So I want to encourage us.

  171. Let's keep pushing into intimacy with God.

  172. Because if we are pushing into intimacy with God, people will

  173. see the face of God through us, that will see their hands and

  174. feet at work when we start to go out and do these things.

  175. So my question is, what are we giving ourselves to?

  176. Ezekiel spent time with God. He heard God, he listened to

  177. God. He was always ready to hear in.

  178. In the whole book of Ezekiel, you see that he is listening to

  179. God and obeying God. There are some crazy things and

  180. some people call him the stuntman.

  181. He does the things that a lot of people would be questionable

  182. about in this day and age, but he didn't because he knew God.

  183. He knew the intent of what the message was to the people of

  184. Israel at the time. So he surrounded himself to God

  185. and he gave himself to the things of God.

  186. Are we listening to what God is speaking?

  187. Simply, Ezekiel did not just listen, but he obeyed as well.

  188. So we need to listen, but also need to be obedient to when he

  189. says, hey, over there, go speak to them.

  190. Oh, hey, over there, I want you to go just just pray for them.

  191. Oh, hey, you know what? I just want you to come and draw

  192. away from all of life's warriors around you and spend time with

  193. me. And the third thing is, are we

  194. letting God breathe upon what we speak?

  195. See a moment of God. I said, Holy Spirit, speak upon

  196. your word, because if I just said it, it would just be me

  197. saying words. But the Holy Spirit brings life

  198. to the work because His word is alive and active.

  199. I can't bring this thing alive. I can't go, OK, come alive now

  200. only by the power of the Holy Spirit.

  201. It's not by my mind, not by my strength.

  202. I keep saying that because it's by partnering with the Spirit

  203. that these words will come alive and active and they will impact

  204. the heart of the lost. That will impact our friends

  205. that are lost, that are searching, that are hungry.

  206. That will impact our family members that don't know the

  207. gospel. That will impact the random

  208. person on the street that we will encounter.

  209. That will impact someone in this community centre that we're in

  210. during the week. We might be here on hampers.

  211. God is sending them through to us.

  212. Are we ready to share the prophetic word?

  213. Are we ready to let God breathe upon those words in Acts 826 and

  214. 30? I'll just get a little bit of a

  215. prequel of what's going on here. Philip was the first evangelist

  216. known in the book of Acts, and he was in a raving revival.

  217. Things were happening, signs, wonders and miracles.

  218. He preached the gospel people just giving their life to

  219. Christ. But in verse 26, now the Angel

  220. of the Lord said to Philip, rise and go towards the South, to a

  221. road that goes down to Jerusalem, from Jerusalem to

  222. Gaza. This is a desert, desert place.

  223. And he rose and went, and there was an Ethiopian, a unique, a

  224. court official of the candidates, the queen of

  225. Ethiopians, who was in charge of all her treasures.

  226. He had come to Jerusalem to worship.

  227. Even in that scripture there, this guy, under what he knew of

  228. the covenant that he was living in, he came to Jerusalem to

  229. worship. He was coming to spend time with

  230. God. He was coming to just praise him

  231. and give him what he could. And he returned when he was

  232. returning seat on the chariot, he was reading the prophet

  233. Isaiah and the Spirit catch that the Spirit first Angel directed

  234. him, but the Holy Spirit spoke and directed him to a further

  235. point. He said go over there, join this

  236. chariot. So Philip ran.

  237. Can I ask that question? Are we running when God speaks

  238. to go to those people or are we still going to be here?

  239. You go right? I don't know.

  240. Philip knew his relationship with God.

  241. He knew the voice of the Holy Spirit and instantly reacted.

  242. Suddenly he ran to the chariot and then Philip heard him

  243. reading Isaiah the prophet and asked him, do you understand

  244. what you're reading? I want to stop at that because

  245. then this is where Philip unpacks what he's reading and

  246. he's unpacking the gospel with him.

  247. He's unpacking what Christ just did, crossed out on the cross,

  248. but he came and died, but then he rose again.

  249. This is the hope we have. This is the hope the message of

  250. the gospel that we have. Philip was explaining to someone

  251. on the road because the Holy Spirit directed him, because he

  252. allowed his intimate moment to become a practical reality.

  253. So again, our time in our with God is fundamental to sharing

  254. the good news of the Gospel .2 knowing the gospel.

  255. Do we know the gospel? Are we fluent in speaking the

  256. gospel? Do we understand the gospel?

  257. If you see on your seats, some seats, because I think some of

  258. them have kind of misplaced, there is this thing called the

  259. three circles. It's a tool to help you share

  260. the gospel. It's not the only one, but it's,

  261. it's simple because it's visual, but also there's a, there's a

  262. communication aspect to it that you can have.

  263. So the first circle you see here is God's plan and what I'm going

  264. to do with this white board. This is why we have the white

  265. board here is I'm going to draw it out a bit bigger so everyone

  266. can see it. So we got this 1st circle, God's

  267. perfect design. At the beginning, God created

  268. everything and it was good. Nothing was broken, nothing was

  269. decaying, everything was perfect and beautiful.

  270. That was God's plan. Then.

  271. Sin separated us from God's perfect plan, right?

  272. Adam and Eve rebelled. They decide to eat the apple out

  273. of God's love and mercy. Cast them out of the tree, from

  274. the tree. And what we have here is a

  275. broken world. We can agree we're living in a

  276. fallen and broken world right now.

  277. There are there are things that we should have been experiencing

  278. because of the state of the fall, because of sin,

  279. separation. So then that relationship, that

  280. perfect relationship we had with God had been severed and we had

  281. to do works and things to get back to it.

  282. And so there's these little bungee cords that come out and

  283. that's how it works. That's our effort, that's our

  284. striving. That's us trying to get back

  285. into the presence, trying to get into the relationship, trying to

  286. build our ourselves up to be holy and righteous.

  287. But we can't do that right then. God sent His Son, and that is

  288. the plan, always been the plan. Jesus, who is God, came down to

  289. earth, live that sinless and spotless life, showed us how to

  290. have intimacy with the Father, to show us how to have a

  291. relationship with him in the fallen state.

  292. And then he died. He took all of humanity, sin

  293. from past, present and future, all eternity.

  294. The wrath of God was put on him. So sin has been dealt with.

  295. Now those that believe this and in Romans 10 it says when you

  296. believe in your heart and when you confess with your mouth, you

  297. shall be saved. And when you believe in this, it

  298. goes full circle to that because of Jesus Christ, you now have

  299. right relationship with the Father again and with Christ.

  300. Do you see that the three circles?

  301. It's it's quite simple in visual picture.

  302. And then there's some questions here when you're sharing, you

  303. can go, which circle do you think you're in?

  304. And most people go, oh, I think I'm here or I think I'm here.

  305. The reality is we're all here without Jesus.

  306. And so then you go, OK, which circle do you want to be in?

  307. And they said, oh, I want to be in this one.

  308. I really want to be in this one. So I said, and then you ask the

  309. next following question. Is there anything stopping you

  310. from turning from your sin and believing in Jesus?

  311. And that's when that the robbery hits the road for everyone.

  312. They have to go outdoor where they want Jesus.

  313. Now there's moments and there's moments that I say no thanks and

  314. that's it. From that moment you share the

  315. gospel. Your responsibility has been

  316. done. Their response, their way they

  317. barrack you to is not on you. They're not rejecting you,

  318. they're rejecting Christ. So you can't take that on when

  319. you're sharing the good news of, of Christ.

  320. You can't take on that. Maybe I didn't do it here.

  321. I didn't do it whatever it looked like.

  322. God's going to continue to bring people around to share the

  323. gospel. We're not the end result for

  324. someone's life. It's the Holy Spirit that brings

  325. the freedom and the joy and the salvation through we water and

  326. we plant. So if we're not confident in

  327. sharing the gospel outside, there can be as bold as say,

  328. right after we finish today, can you grab someone in this room

  329. and share the gospel with them? Because we need to know God is

  330. bringing people into hampers, bringing people into our

  331. community groups, bringing people through the doors that we

  332. don't. We're not sure if the gospel's

  333. in US to speak to them, how they're going to hear the good

  334. news, our friends and our family, the people who walk in

  335. the street. If we haven't got it in US, how

  336. can we share it so we can fumble through this together, where

  337. this is a safe place, where family, we make mistakes, that's

  338. fine because we're in here, we're learning together.

  339. This is the training ground for us to be able to understand what

  340. the gospel is, to be able to share and communicate it

  341. clearly. See, in Romans 611 it says when

  342. we're utterly helpless, Christ came just at the right time and

  343. died for us sinners. Now, most people will not be

  344. willing to die for an outright person, though someone might

  345. perhaps be willing to die for a person who's especially good.

  346. But God showed his great love by sending Christ to die for us.

  347. Why? We're still sinners.

  348. And since we mean right with God's sight by the blood of

  349. Christ, he will certainly savor from God's condemnation.

  350. For our friendship with God was restored, or our relationship

  351. with God restored by the death of His Son.

  352. Why we're still enemies? We will certainly be saved

  353. through the life of His Son. So now we can rejoice in our

  354. wonderful new relationship with God because of our Lord Jesus

  355. Christ who has made us friends with God, other versions say

  356. reconciled us to God. Right there is the gospel.

  357. When we were wayward sinners, enemies of God, He came, He died

  358. in our position and place, and then it says He restored that

  359. relationship. And now we have a hope to share

  360. with people. David.

  361. Read this out at the beginning of our prayer time this morning.

  362. One Peter 315. Instead, you must worship Christ

  363. as Lord of your life. And if someone asks you about

  364. your hope as believers, always be ready to explain it.

  365. First point knowing him. Second point, knowing the

  366. gospel. And Third Point is sharing the

  367. gospel. We spoke about sharing the

  368. gospel, but again, it all comes from our overflow with God.

  369. If we're not spending time, if we're not understanding his

  370. voice or listening to his voice, I don't understand the gospel.

  371. We can't share the gospel. And so through Ezekiel, I just

  372. got a few examples of where it starts.

  373. Right at the beginning of the chapter, Chapter 7, verse one to

  374. two, it says, this is the message that came from me, from

  375. the Lord, O Son of Man. This is what the sovereign Lord

  376. says to Israel. And in chapter 35, verse one and

  377. two, again a message came from me, from the Lord Son of man.

  378. Turn your face to mount shear and prophecy against His people.

  379. And then again Ezekiel 36 verse one, son of man prophesied to

  380. the Israel's mountains. Give this message to the O

  381. mountains, O Israel, hear the word of the Lord.

  382. And again, Ezekiel 26 verse one on the 3rd or of February the

  383. 3rd during the 12th year of King Jehoiakim's captivity, this

  384. message came from me, from the Lord.

  385. Ezekiel had a message. We have a message.

  386. And it wasn't just one chapter. It was majority of the chapters

  387. began with and the Lord gave a message to Ezekiel or the Spirit

  388. of God took me here. Oh Son of man prophesied to

  389. them. There was a message every day.

  390. Every moment is an opportunity for us to share the message and

  391. we might miss it, and that's OK. Again, we're not perfect, but if

  392. we're hearing God, we'll be able to be ready to share the gospel,

  393. right? So the practical tips I've

  394. mentioned here is the three circles, but it might not look

  395. like going on the streets. It might not look like what

  396. you've seen out there or people have shown you of evangelism.

  397. It might be you have someone at your coffee table or you might

  398. have them for dinner before you even have them start in prayer.

  399. Holy Spirit, what is it that you want to say?

  400. And when you're in the midst of the conversation with them, it's

  401. never just you in the conversation.

  402. Get God to come join with you. It's like you're having an

  403. internal conversation while having an external conversation.

  404. You're going, Lord, is there something you want to say to

  405. them? Is there something that you

  406. know? Is this the moment I share the

  407. gospel with them? Are they ready?

  408. Are they ripe? It's like Holy Spirit pausing

  409. and allowing Holy Spirit to speak, not having your own

  410. agenda, but letting him flow through you.

  411. But that comes again back from your own time with Holy Spirit

  412. comes again to hearing His voice.

  413. Another way that Jesus did it was he sent them out in twos.

  414. See Matthew Mark 6 verse 7 to 13.

    Mark 6:7–13

  415. He called the 12 disciples and began to send them out two by

  416. two. He gave them authority over

  417. unclean spirits. He charged them to take nothing

  418. for their journey except the staff.

  419. No bread, no no bag, no money in their belts, but he to wear

  420. sandals to put not on 2 tunics. And he said to them, whenever

  421. you're into the house, stay there until you depart from

  422. them. And if any place will not

  423. receive you and they will not listen to you when you leave,

  424. shake the dust from your feet as a testimony against them.

  425. I mentioned that before. Some people won't receive the

  426. gospel, and it's not our responsibility for them on how

  427. they receive it. God has just said go and share

  428. the gospel. We can't make them respond in a

  429. certain way to it. That's how they're going to

  430. respond. We're not the Savior.

  431. Jesus is the Savior. And so when I look at that, I

  432. go, OK, I've done what I've been called to do.

  433. They've heard it whether they wanted to hear it, whether they

  434. didn't hear it, I can't do anything about that now.

  435. And thank God sends another one. Continue to pray for them,

  436. continue to intercede on their behalf that they would that the

  437. vial will be lifted, that they would hear that that other

  438. people would come along and share the good news.

  439. I just want to share a couple of testimonies or some stories of

  440. me sharing the gospel with people and showing you the

  441. reality that there is no success and there's no failure in how

  442. you share the gospel. Because I feel like sometimes we

  443. go hard and that wasn't successful.

  444. What our success is completely different to what God's success

  445. is. So some of you used to know that

  446. I worked in the kitchen as a chef and that was a rock place

  447. for the gospel. Awesome things were happening.

  448. I remember I got saved in the kitchen and I remember my head

  449. chef said to me, oh, you born again.

  450. She spoke that over me and she didn't understand what she was

  451. saying. She just knew there was a

  452. difference in my life. And so that's what happened.

  453. I started just sharing the gospel of people because I was

  454. just so passionate. I've just been saved.

  455. I was on. I was like, God, come on, you

  456. can do it for anyone. And that's what we should be

  457. like every day, right? I've been saved.

  458. I was a Wretch. I was broken.

  459. I was lost. I was I was in sin so deep, but

  460. you said I want you and you brought me out of that into from

  461. darkness into your marvelous light.

  462. So this young kitchen hand had just started.

  463. He come from a Catholic background and I just kept

  464. talking to him about the gospel. This was a couple of weeks just

  465. constantly. And then I play my worship music

  466. on the speaker. Some people don't like it.

  467. I still had bold enough to do it.

  468. And he kept hearing the song Oh, come to the altar.

  469. And that was it constantly just sharing the gospel over and

  470. over. And then one night I was, it was

  471. like a 12 hour shift. I was tired in my flesh and I

  472. just wanted to get home to bed. 10:30 I'm walking out, he's

  473. doing the bins, I'm walking past.

  474. And I felt the nudging of the Holy Spirit say, turn around.

  475. He wants me. And I went, OK, So I turned

  476. around and I said to him, do you want the do you want Jesus?

  477. He's like I do. I went, oh, and then he tells

  478. me, actually last night I tried to commit suicide.

  479. We never know someone's last link.

  480. We never know the story behind someone's background because I

  481. shared the gospel. There was a hope there for him

  482. and he knew it. Even in that very moment.

  483. He knew there was a hope for him.

  484. Now. Was that success?

  485. Was that failure to God that was success?

  486. Could it look completely different on my end?

  487. Another story where I shared the Gospel summit and they didn't

  488. like it. They got really right up.

  489. They started swearing in me, spitting on my face.

  490. The reality is, was that a success.

  491. Was that a failure? It was a success because I

  492. shared the gospel. Their life was impacted, whether

  493. it's in a negative way or a positive way.

  494. Their life was impacted with the gospel.

  495. When I was at this workplace, I work in a child care at the

  496. moment, and there was a lady that came from Brazil over

  497. there. Typically Christianity is just

  498. what they're known for. So she's known about the gospel,

  499. heard the gospel, She was not walking in the way.

  500. So when I first came to the childcare, for two years, I kept

  501. sharing the gospel over and over.

  502. Still nothing. Was it success?

  503. Was it failure? No, because the gospel had been

  504. shared into their lives. It's not on me to see them come

  505. through. It's amazing when God absolutely

  506. gives us opportunity to see that.

  507. And you can celebrate that and give glory to God on that.

  508. But then out of that, weeks, weeks and weeks later, I was

  509. just chatting with her and I was saying to her like, she walked

  510. into work with a problem and an eye she couldn't see.

  511. And I went, hey, can I pray for you?

  512. She's like, OK, so I prayed for her and nothing happened.

  513. And then she went to the doctor's surgery that day.

  514. She was like, I'm going to the doctor's surgery.

  515. She sat down in her seat Instantly she sat down.

  516. God healed her. I, I didn't hear this story

  517. until a week later. But The thing is, it's because

  518. the gospel was preached. She heard the gospel signs and

  519. wonders, miracles flowed. We hear that in the Scripture

  520. that that is the evidence of the gospel being presented.

  521. Signs, wonders and miracles flow.

  522. Yes, salvation is in that, but God was trying to touch her life

  523. by saying I still love you, I still care for you, I'm still

  524. there for you. So when you share the gospel, be

  525. ready to be praying for them as well.

  526. If you see things, your Holy Spirit give them eyes to see

  527. things that aren't in the natural so that you would you

  528. have the glory that your Kingdom would come in the life that they

  529. would receive you. I planted the gospel in them,

  530. Lord, I've shown them what the gospel looks like by my life

  531. displayed as well. I've told them about the hope

  532. that I have now come and demonstrate it in their life.

  533. So you're often when you're sharing the gospel, when you're

  534. partnering with the Holy Spirit, you often get words of

  535. knowledge. So you're just sharing.

  536. You might get a picture, lean into that.

  537. You might hear a word. Lean into that word because

  538. that's the Spirit of God revealing something about that

  539. person that you don't know. And that helps them soften their

  540. heart to hearing the truth of the gospel too.

  541. Because I go, oh, how do you know that?

  542. Say, because the God that lives in me loves you, has given this

  543. so they can share with you that you would come to know him

  544. again, these signs, wonders, miracles, everything we do in

  545. sharing the gospel, the stories, they're great, but God appointed

  546. back to Jesus. That is the message that we're

  547. sharing. It's not about, oh, look at the

  548. wonders that he's doing. Look at the signs, look at the

  549. stories, look at the amazing things.

  550. Yes, glorifying for that, but bring it back to Jesus because

  551. the ultimate thing is the message of Jesus.

  552. So before we close, I just want to pray and I want to challenge

  553. us on one thing as well. Thanks, Fortnite.

  554. I want you to go back and pray and ask God who it is that you

  555. need to share the gospel with and do it.

  556. Suddenly the dry bones came to life.

  557. Suddenly Philip ran. Suddenly.

  558. When you hear God speak that person, call them.

  559. Suddenly When you hear that name, pray.

  560. Suddenly When you encounter that person, share it, Lord.

  561. I ask right now that you give us courageous faith, bold faith,

  562. that we'd step out and just be like Philip, just be like the

  563. UNI that we were just on our way and then suddenly the gospel

  564. comes out of our mouth, out of the overflow of our heart, Lord,

  565. That we would be people found in your presence, people tarrying

  566. in your presence because not for us, but for the people out there

  567. as well, Lord, for us, yes, Lord, but for those to see the

  568. reflection and the glory of who you are for what we represent is

  569. you, Jesus, so that when our words come out, they would be

  570. breathed upon by your Spirit. When our words come out, that

  571. would be partnered with you, Holy Spirit, that we would be

  572. able to share things that we don't even understand we're

  573. saying because it's your power of your Holy Spirit coming and

  574. speaking to that person. Lord, I pray for the anointing

  575. over the words. I pray the hearts that are ready

  576. to receive. It would be on our pathway that

  577. we would be that divine appointment for them, that they

  578. would see and taste that the Lord is good.

  579. I pray that you would put the word in US.

  580. They would help us be able to communicate it clearly with the

  581. people that are around us even in this moment, Lord, that there

  582. would be people that you would put in our hearts right now to

  583. go, hey, I just want to fumble through how to share the gospel.

  584. I want to learn how to do this because I know this is something

  585. that God has said. It's in his great commandment to

  586. go and make disciples. To make disciples.

  587. I need to go and share the gospel, Lord.

  588. So help me bring those people to our minds even in this week,

  589. Lord, Bring them across our piles.

  590. The coincidences that your hand at work, Lord.

  591. So have the glory. Lord, may we see many people

  592. come to know you, Jesus, through our lives, through the

  593. influences, through the hampers, through our community groups,

  594. through prayer, through our Sunday services.

  595. May many come flocking in and may be ready to share you.

  596. We pray these things in your mighty name, Jesus.

  597. Thank. You, Daniel.

  598. Thank you for joining us for today's message.
