You're listening to the Anchor Faith Church message podcast
-
with our senior pastor Earle glisten, enjoy the message.
-
All right. Well, we're in that.
-
We're in love a men. Are you in love?
-
But you never said I love you. Amen, we are in love tonight.
-
We're going to talk about loves proof.
-
Let me define proof real quick. In the Webster, dictionary
-
Merriam-Webster Dictionary. It's the cogency of evidence
-
that compels acceptance by the mind of a truth or a fact.
-
All right? It's something that induces
-
certainty and or establishes validity, it's evidence
-
operating to determine the finding our judgment and so it's
-
it's is this is this evidence that comes at people like that's
-
it and soul of proves itself in the world it gives proof of
-
itself and so we're going to discover that tonight.
-
Because you know, we are taking the time to understand the love
-
of God. So tonight is a place that I
-
wanted to bring us two in this series.
-
There's another place but we'll just have to wait till 2021.
-
But we're going to get to this place and I want us to deal with
-
this place. So we're going to go ahead and
-
kind of open it up tonight. You know, among those that what
-
we would consider in acre-feet church those that are solid And
-
committed because to come to a midweek service.
-
You know you're doing more than just coming to Sunday alone and
-
so, it really kind of starts with what you what you know your
-
midweek service is kind of like your core members, right?
-
And so if it doesn't start with us, then guessing ever going to
-
get it in fact, guess won't get it.
-
And the world's not going to get it, the world is only going to
-
accept, you know, the traditional thought process
-
which is a truth but it can't It didn't bring you all the way
-
through. Where are all the benefits of
-
God's love, which is really just as nature.
-
And that we have. As children of God, we get to
-
experience because you know, basically is a ticket out of
-
condemnation and death and he'll and it'll say ticket straight to
-
heaven one side. I, you know, God love me.
-
So I don't have to die and be in the Lake of Fire and that's the
-
scope of his love, right? But as loves way bigger than
-
that and he wants to demonstrate it.
-
So let's go to our calculator. He texts, right?
-
Matthew chapter 15, verse 3 when I say key text on love.
-
But where we start out at it says and he answered and said to
-
them, why do you yourselves transgress the Commandment of
-
God for the sake of your tradition?
-
So a lot of times we have traditions in our mom, what we
-
think is God or how God is and come to find out, maybe he's
-
not. Hmm, Brian.
-
Do me a favor, look up in Acts and give me the reference where
-
it is. Priscilla and Aquila dealt with
-
a Polish, right? And he said, they showed him a
-
more clear way, right? I know it's in the book of Acts
-
because it was just before he went to the church in Ephesus.
-
When you get it, raise your hand.
-
So I can see it. Then I can tell them back there.
-
I want us to see it. You know, we know things
-
concerning God, aren't you? Glad we know things, and let me
-
just say it this way, the revelation of God is
-
Progressive. Meaning God starts us with
-
Truth. But it's not exhaustive.
-
So you know, we continue to gleam and grow about it and you
-
have to understand that when we were born again, our spirit man
-
Was Made Alive unto God, right? We became a new creature in
-
Christ. Then the Holy Spirit came to
-
live on the inside of us for the express purpose to train us.
-
Not just to Bear witness with our spirit world.
-
John of God that is one aspect. But also to teach us to goddess
-
and the truth, to disclose things to come to cause things
-
to come to our remembrance because, you know, we gonna get
-
in some situations that we need to know.
-
Like, well, what's God saying about this?
-
Remind me, what I'm supposed to do in this situation, right?
-
And so once our spirit man is Made Alive, we bring into the
-
life of God, our own thinking, and that has to be renewed to
-
the word of God. So that's why Peter Says, you
-
know, we need to receive the engrafted word of God which is
-
able to save our soul and then it's the since desire, the
-
sincere milk of the word so that we may walk grow by, what is it?
-
Acts 18. 26. Pull that up to see if they're
-
correct, acts 18 verse 26 because I want us to see here
-
that you know, we speak on a lot of different levels here and you
-
know, we can't cover everything specifically.
-
So here it is. And he says he began to speak
-
out boldly in the synagogue. When Priscilla and Aquila heard
-
him, they took him aside and explained to him the way of God
-
more accurately, which says this Apollo's, who was at eloquent
-
speaker. Okay, and they asked him, they
-
said now, you know, who you sent her ways, John the Baptist so
-
that was repentance. Okay, they're like this is
-
great. But now, these two people sent
-
under Paul and Paul preached on the kingdom of God and things
-
concerning Jesus, all right? This is clearly communicate in
-
Acts chapter 28 and Acts chapter.
Acts 28 chapter mention
-
Another chapter 20, I can't remember his 21:22, he Glick.
-
Clearly says, this is how I came and preached the kingdom of God.
-
And things concerning Jesus and he says it twice in the 28th
-
chapter. So we know Paul's message was
-
the same message, Jesus. He was preaching the kingdom of
-
God. Okay, well, Apollo has preached
-
repentance, but a Priscilla and Aquila and if you take this to
-
the next chapter 19, you'll see that policy is going to show up
-
and he's going to start preaching on the kingdom.
-
If you read the scripture so that means there's something
-
that Priscilla and Aquila were able to show him.
-
Contextually about scripture that he's like that makes even
-
more sense. That's even clearer.
-
And I've done this in the past my mom's down here.
-
So I'll pick on her. Mom, give me your glasses real
-
quick, so I've said it in the past and the past that, you
-
know, when we put our glasses on, right?
-
It is to correct a lens. You hear what I'm saying?
-
So again you, we put this on so we can see things clearer.
-
Now, my eyes aren't like my mom's.
-
I can't see anything right now so I'm sure you're seeing
-
exactly what I'm saying right now with your glasses on but
-
It's there. It's not that I could, I could
-
see with her glasses on everything was really blurry, so
-
I could move or I needed to but the men I took them off.
-
I could see clear same thing. Now, the middle I gave Mom her
-
glasses back. She can see, I'm assuming what I
-
can see now. And prior to that, she saw what
-
I saw in her glasses, so it's not that she couldn't see me if
-
she took them off right now, it's not like she couldn't shake
-
your hand but it's pretty. It's unclear, right?
-
And so you can move through life.
-
Life with things of God's word to navigate and not die.
-
But you could get it clearer. And we've seen this with TVs,
-
have we not? I mean, you know, you know TVs
-
do you know, they were tubes and it was black and white had all
-
the snow but now hasn't that picture become more clear.
-
I mean, it's just amazing and some movies that I used to watch
-
on one TV when you put them on one of those 1080s or 4K ones.
-
Now, it's almost like it don't even look the same.
-
It looks odd because it's so So clear.
-
I feel like I'm actually watching a live stage
-
performance of some of it sometimes and it's just weird to
-
my mind because it's so crystal, clear, right?
-
And so, this is what we should Endeavor to do.
-
Anytime we come together in the body is not sit back and say, I
-
know. But say what?
-
I know, Lord continue to make things even more clear, because
-
the clear things are the easier it is for you.
-
To see and navigate in life, okay?
-
I don't want to go through, you know blurry.
-
You know, I want to be able to go through with more than
-
perfect vision. You know, I mean I want to be
-
able to see beyond what I can see now which is what the Holy
-
Ghost to do. He'll move you in the things
-
that haven't even happened yet. Okay, so we recognize that there
-
are Traditions, that men have. They may have come out of some
-
type of Truth, and then they got kind of modified in one sense to
-
kind of accommodate our living prior to Christ.
-
This happens around every holiday season, right?
-
People come up, start talking to me about, you know, the origin
-
of Christmas. I don't want, I don't want to
-
hear about it. I don't see what I want to hear
-
about it, because they don't mean nothing to me, you know?
-
Don't that. Don't mean nothing to me.
-
I celebrate Jesus. Okay, that's what I do.
-
All right. Thanksgiving, I celebrate
-
Thanksgiving without things, giving right man, needs these
-
things. I never celebrate Halloween
-
because I don't celebrate the dead.
-
Okay, that's me. All right, that's just where I'm
-
at. I never told my kids about You
-
know, who? Never did because they couldn't
-
see. And I didn't want to put an
-
impression in them. That someone's watching.
-
Could do these things on it. Let them know that it was just
-
pretend because they can't see Jesus.
-
Now, mom had me believe that there was Santa Claus and it did
-
not corrupt me. Okay, so don't get over there
-
and think, oh my god, what have I done to my kids?
-
The word set? You free from everything's what
-
I'm saying, okay? So I went trick-or-treating.
-
L've never took my kids triggered I but I did and I
-
turned out, okay. Cause the word works, right?
-
I'm just saying, I choose to live to where I tame to and
-
that's becomes my conviction. I have such as Paul said, I've
-
arrived at this juncture and I can't go back somewhere else, so
-
I stay where I'm at. Okay, now, what we do is we
-
Inspire for clarity, okay, so when we go through this passes
-
tonight, I cannot exhaust it all.
-
All right, because the minute you get in this into this thing
-
called love of God. Grace is multifaceted.
-
Okay, there's Saving Grace. There's empowering Grace,
-
there's giving Grace. Okay, they're serving Grace.
-
All right, so there's different Graces.
-
All right, there's not just one which we typically quote the
-
most Grace, meaning on merited favor.
-
We receive something. We did not deserve well Jesus
-
never Had that Grace although the Bible clearly says that he
-
grew and Grace that the grace of God was upon him.
-
Well what in the world did Jesus ever do wrong?
-
That he deserves something didn't deserve it.
-
I mean he was without sin but he did have empowering Grace and he
-
grew in that empowering Grace and that strengthening Grace,
-
that allowed him to overcome every obstacle, Temptation
-
anything that took place so that he never did Sin and became the
-
perfect lamb without spot or blemish.
-
We are introduced to God through the unmerited favor Grace but
-
the minute we receive Christ as our Lord and savior.
-
He wants to start putting on serving Grace.
-
He wants to start. Strengthening gray.
-
He definitely it's also a great dose of empowering Grace because
-
now you're a new creature in Christ and you don't have to sin
-
anymore and start keep receiving stuff that you don't deserve.
-
Okay. But we want to sometimes apply
-
one definition across the board, and the same thing is with God's
-
love. Although you can't read 1st
-
Corinthians chapter 13, verses 4 through 8 and see that love
-
responds. Exactly the same way, in every
-
situation. Ation.
-
So, the application of God's love.
-
Our nature is predicated on the condition by which is having to
-
have a conversation, or intervene or do something right.
-
The Lord will speak to those that are outside of his kingdom
-
one way. And then he speaking to those
-
inside his kingdom, some other way, case in point the Bible
-
says, no man goes after God. No, not one unless the spirit
-
drawl him. But now once you're In the
-
kingdom of God, he says that we are to go after him draw near to
-
God, and He will draw near to you.
-
So as a Believer you can actually have access whereas an
-
unbeliever, you did not but you've got to make the change
-
and yet change only comes through your mind being renewed
-
to the word. So my I say all that because
-
when we begin to start talking about God's love, You can't just
-
take one thought. There's so many aspects of God's
-
love that can be applied, determining the situation.
-
Because I'm gonna make a couple statements today that are going
-
to State, basically General. And again, if you have this, you
-
know, we should just accept everybody.
-
Well, does God except everybody? You know, I mean if he did then
-
nobody's going to the Lake of Fire.
-
Nobody. Not happening.
-
If God accepted everybody, that was believer.
-
Well then you could blaspheme the Holy Ghost and be okay.
-
But Jesus said that sin is not forgivable now or forever.
-
It's important to boil and it doesn't matter, the blood scum.
-
Okay, I'll go over here. I mean there's aspects in the
-
word that we see it and a lot of times we just disregard sections
-
of the word because it doesn't necessarily align up with how we
-
are personally perceiving. We think it should be.
-
So we avoid now me I'm an I don't I don't not avoid I'm like
-
I'm gonna have to figure out why that says that because I got all
-
these other scriptures that say these inks, but then this shows
-
up So where's that at? I mean, I'm like ask that
-
question. What gets Paul that he takes
-
this praying, where he's praying for the church's, he's like
-
laboring for them, so that they will, but be in Christ.
-
And he's not laboring in vain, he's praying that the eyes are
-
their understanding would be enlightened that, you know, the,
-
that they would understand the hope of their calling.
-
He says, you know, I pray and travail in tears till Christ, be
-
formed in you, but did he gets this other prayer?
-
You deliver him over to Satan for the destruction of their
-
flesh. What now, what in the world
-
happened that? That took place That all of a
-
sudden is God, as like standing in the Gap, praying, all the
-
sudden, say Satan, just go ahead and take them out so that they
-
might not blaspheme. Where'd that prayer come from
-
but you know what? Typically we do as Believers.
-
We gloss over that. Well, I understand that and then
-
we just kind of maintain the site.
-
Well let's just pray for everybody's gonna get it.
-
Well, Paul's like this guy might not get it unless we do
-
something drastic. Because they keep this course,
-
something's worse. And he said that they wouldn't
-
blaspheme which means they fixing to get into a place that
-
the Bloods not touching. But again, we met most of the
-
times we as Believers, love, certain messages, only or we as
-
Believers assembled together in places where we're not even, you
-
know, willing to go down these roads, right?
-
You know, when I test things, I have a staff I can get up in an
-
upper room and throw out a thought process and see if they
-
go, you know, okay? We ain't ready to talk about
-
that yet. Right?
-
Is sometimes I need to throw things out.
-
I got one Minister friend of mine.
-
Reverend Gary Crowell, I will talk about stuff because
-
sometimes I just need to get things out so an anointing can
-
show up to bring clarity. Because I'm growing like you, I
-
want to be able to apply God's love right every situation.
-
And that's really important, right?
-
So when we begin to deal with this tonight, you know, we in
-
turn, then need to say okay, we're going to take some time to
-
dissect. Some elements of God's love here
-
in the next few Services. Now, after we kind of
-
communicate some things, look at John Chapter 13.
John 13 chapter mention
-
Are you ready loves proof? John Chapter 13, start in verse
John 13 chapter mention
-
34. John 13:34 and we'll reverse 35.
-
Now, Jesus says this a new Commandment, I give to you now.
-
There is a commandment already out there.
-
The greatest commandment is what?
-
To love your neighbor as yourself.
-
That's the greatest, you know, command love the Lord your God
-
and love your neighbor as yourself, right?
-
That's been a established standard commandment of God and
-
what's he saying you? If you love God, with all your
-
heart, with all your mind soul, and might write a power, you
-
know, everything and then if you love your neighbor as yourself,
-
you can keep the whole law. Well, what's it mean?
-
Loving your neighbor well person Whether in the kingdom are in
-
Coven or not, if I will treat you in a way that I would want
-
to be treated. Then most likely I'm not going
-
to try to Swindle you manipulate you rob from you kit try to, you
-
know, kill you still, you know, covet, your spouse all those
-
things. If I because I wouldn't want you
-
to do that to me. Well, jesus takes it up another
-
notch. And he says a new commandment is
-
a new commandment. Okay.
-
A new commandment I give to you. So this isn't an old
-
commandment. This is a new one.
-
He said a new commandment I give to you that you love one.
-
Another how even as I have loved you that you also love one
-
another. Now what's really interesting
-
about verse 34 is that he has to command it.
-
So You know, so a lot of times we tend to think.
-
Well, well surely we would do that the Lord's like yeah you
-
know we asked Jesus to be Lord of our life, we're in the
-
kingdom of God. Surely the church is going to
-
love each other. The Believers in it.
-
Well, first of all, you came out of a world, they don't even
-
know. Love And they've indoctrinated
-
you with their love. Indoctrinated it.
-
Indoctrinated you and you'll come into the church with your
-
definition of love and how you supposed to treat people, right?
-
And then all of a sudden, a Believer doesn't treat you the
-
way you thought. And then we got conflict.
-
But Jesus, like I'm going to set the standard.
-
So I'm going to I command you to love one.
-
Another how As I loved you now it's gonna be very easy for us
-
to see tonight, how Jesus loved us.
-
Because again you got asked that question, right?
-
Are y'all with me tonight? You got to ask that question.
-
Well, if God is commanding me to love one.
-
Another as I loved as he loved us, then that must mean we can
-
love one another like Christ loved.
-
So for you to say you can't says, God's Jesus is a liar.
-
Well, is Jesus a liar or are we Liars?
-
We're going to be a liar long before Jesus is liar.
-
I said, we are so, you know what?
-
I just can't love them. Now, you just don't know you
-
calling Jesus, a liar. I said you calling Jesus a liar.
-
So he says that, you also love one another and then look at
-
verse 35. Now, you ready for a 35 by this
-
Bob what? By loving one another.
-
By this by what by loving one. Another as I loved you buy this.
-
How many all how many all men? Will know that you are my
-
disciples. So how does the world know about
-
Jesus? So what we've done in the church
-
are in them as Believers, we've accepted this idea alone that in
-
order to win the world are the loss are people?
-
We need to tell them about Jesus.
-
We need to go evangelize. And so we're asking them to make
-
someone Lord that is on kids. Are having a problem
-
demonstrating something that's been shed abroad in their heart.
-
This is why it was easier to take a step back, as a Believer
-
with an unrenewed mind and say, let's just present it this way.
-
Jesus Christ came and died on the cross and was raised from
-
the dead, ask him to come into your heart and save you.
-
So that when you die, you'll go to heaven because we obviously
-
are going to love each other down here, right?
-
So the wood to get it all together up in heaven.
-
Now Jesus says love one another as I loved you.
-
And he ain't talking about the way I loved you.
-
When I was in heaven before I came, he saw my I was here on
-
the earth, I gave a great demonstration.
-
And this is how I expected to be done and it isn't a suggestion
-
actually because if you'll actually do it all men, well all
-
men will want know that you are my disciples.
-
If if if conditional statement, if you have love for one
-
another. So we put all these investments
-
in Outreach Instead of doing the greatest investment that has no
-
cost of a Associated to it, that is the cost of, renewing, our
-
minds through studying and then applying the love of God that's
-
been shed abroad in our heart and growing in US towards one
-
another that we operate in such a love as Believers to each
-
other. Not what we perceive is love now
-
because I see you clicking. I see people clicking.
-
Like, that's what I'm talking about pastors about time
-
somebody say this. The prom.
-
Miss most of those are most of the time when we say that, we
-
know, it's right. But we don't even know what that
-
means, and but we're going to help you.
-
We don't break it down for the next few Services because they
-
gonna take time, all right? I'll give you.
-
Let me just give you a few little highlights real quick.
-
Okay. Few highlights, you know, just
-
because it should have ran through your mind.
-
Least it does might even while preaching here, examples of how
-
God, loves, Right? Howdy love his disciples, they
-
got hungry, he fed them. He did send them home, hungry.
-
He is say, well, we bless you. We bless you.
-
Right now, he did something. They were sick what he do.
-
He healed them. Right.
-
Are you hearing what I'm saying? Right there was a need and he
-
met it provision needed to show up provision.
-
Was there and we love that, right?
-
All of us. Say that's why I use that first,
-
right? Because then guess what else
-
love did love looked at Peter says get thee behind me, Satan
-
for you, set your interest on the mint mind of man, and not on
-
the interests of God. He corrected him.
-
Love stand-up in a boat. And says, why don't you handle
-
Faith? Why don't you have faith now
-
brother? You got to look brother.
-
I love you and you are not in faith right now.
-
I'm just getting a couple examples, but again, what we
-
like the love that does it correct?
-
Or instruct us? We like the love.
-
That brings blessing and provision to us and love brings
-
blessing and provision belove. Also, when you look at the life
-
of Jesus, Instructs and corrects.
-
Right. I mean, it's a man with you say
-
it or not Alleluia. So let's read this again for, I
-
can go on a new commandment. I give to you that you love one
-
another. And, you know, I am not a two or
-
three verse preacher. We gonna tie this up, nice,
-
we're going to put it under the tree tonight.
-
We got a present, right? I got a present, okay, I'm gonna
-
be honest with you right now. Church would be way different.
-
If we get this new commandment why I can tell you one thing
-
that would seriously stop Brian Atkins, our Chancellor.
-
We've had some great conversations about all the
-
problems in our natural world that if the whole natural would
-
just follow the principles of Jesus, without being born again,
-
I'm just saying the prince. Would we would eliminate
-
poverty? We would eliminate a sexually
-
transmitted disease, we would eliminate all disease, the
-
majority of diseases period because stress is associated
-
with it. We would eliminate a lot of
-
suicides. A lot of people in jail, Because
-
we would restore family. I mean, all we can take care all
-
the world's problems. All of them.
-
And if we would here to this as the church, we would eliminate
-
Church hopping we eliminate back backsliding.
-
You hear what I'm saying? We eliminated wheel emanate.
-
The the fruit of Gossip backbiting covetousness.
-
Now you won't stop it from coming but you can stop it.
-
Right, amen, and let me tell you something.
-
I'm telling you right now, I'm telling you right now, there is
-
a culture here. That is passionate in the press
-
in. And I believe we're ripe to get
-
to a moment. Now again, loving your brother
-
is solely dependent on you. Doing your part.
-
Because Jesus did his part. Of love.
-
And anyone who doesn't accept that, is it because he didn't do
-
his part. All right, so John first, John
-
3:23 says is this is his Commandment that we believe in
-
the name of the son of Jesus Christ.
-
And And love one another. Just as he commanded Us in that
-
amazing. Know what?
-
He didn't die. He said, this is the commit that
-
we believe in the, in the name of the son of Jesus Christ and
-
we stopped there and when we die, we go to heaven.
-
Jesus. Never stop it.
-
It's a personal relationship with me.
-
Religion has done that. Tradition has done that.
-
Now, is there a personal aspect that you have with your king?
-
Yes. But Jesus Christ was not just
-
for you to have a personal one-on-one and never connect
-
with your family while you're in the earth.
-
Love in fact, if you operate in the love, he gave you, your you
-
will be compelled to be around your brothers and sisters.
-
I just don't like church. Well, then you having a hard
-
time with Jesus, because Jesus is the head of well, then eat,
-
jeez. I have problem with this all the
-
other people, Well do you have a problem?
-
I mean you're right. You have a problem with them
-
because they really ain't the people problem because you got a
-
command that when the problem comes, you can still respond.
-
Because the Bible says, while we were yet, sinners Christ died.
-
He don't need you to do something for him to do what he
-
has to do. Because it's the only way it can
-
be done. And he's going to do it.
-
Because he's gonna walk in the highest love.
-
I'm going to obey dad, dad sent me that said, I gonna have to go
-
to La Crosse. Dad told me that I needed a
-
walk, you know, and Obey him. And every way and I'm doing that
-
and I got the power of the Holy Ghost and all these things I'm
-
doing now in front of everybody because Dad's talking to me
-
about it. And you know what, I'ma do this
-
all the way to the cross. And I believe that dad's gonna
-
get me on the third day and did that get him.
-
Sure did sent the Holy Ghost. Raising from the dead.
-
Hallelujah. He said it is finished.
-
Right. Okay, so this is, this is his
-
Commandment that we believe in the name of the son of Jesus
-
Christ. Because again, if you don't do
-
that, you can't go to the next. It's impossible for you to love
-
one another. Without actually having Love In
-
You. Because if you again, we've
-
already said this. In the very first sermon we ever
-
preached. If you don't have God in you,
-
you don't have love period. You can call it that.
-
You can say it all day long, but it doesn't wash in God's Court.
-
It's not. He knows what's his love.
-
He defines it and he knows how its expressed, and he has the
-
right to that, because he is God.
-
All right, first John four, 21 verse John 421 and this
-
commandment we have from him. That the one who loves God
-
should love his brother. Also, now notice in all of these
-
statements, Nowhere, does it say that we are to love our brother
-
based on the color of their skin?
-
So racism can exist in the world.
-
But if you're loving like God loves, it does not exist in his
-
family. So for me to love my brother, I
-
have to first, not regard him in the flesh.
-
Cause I don't live my site in the first place.
-
Hallelujah. So here we have three
-
scriptures. That is very clear.
-
Jesus commanded us to love one another as he loved us and that
-
we are commanded not on to accept Jesus as Lord or named
-
him as will believe in him. But we are to love one another.
-
And here again, we should love our brothers.
-
Also, are you hearing what I'm saying, saying, John chapter 1
John 1 chapter mention
-
verses which is only one chapter.
-
Okay. Second John verses 5 and 6.
-
It says this. Now I ask you ladies talking to
-
a lady elect he says not as though I were writing to you a
-
new commandment. But But the one which you have
-
heard from the beginning that we love one another, right, what do
-
we do? We love one another and this is
-
love, here we go, that we walk according to his Commandments.
-
This is the Commandment just as you've heard from the beginning
-
that you should walk in it, right?
-
So again, we've sorry, seen that the highest layer of God's love
-
is that we obey and when we got born again, he gave us capacity
-
to actually obey matters. Word.
-
Willfully, wanting to, I mean, we have the, we have the ability
-
to willfully, obey him with a desire from our own nature.
-
That's like his and the Holy Ghost and actually gives us
-
instruction and talks to us on how to actually do that.
-
No problem at all. This is amazing stuff because
-
he's like, man, you are going to keep his command with this is
-
his love. We are to walk according to his
-
command. And you know what, one of his
-
commands, this one of them is to love one another.
-
In fact, if will love one another, the world is safe.
-
Say now Jesus is there. Because again if we only do what
-
the world is doing to identify love because again, no problem.
-
When having a food drive But people who aren't in the love of
-
God can have a food drive what literally will set us apart from
-
the rest of the world. I mean we go and down on Monday
-
and feed the Homeless. What good is it if we're
-
bickering over how to set out the food?
-
Not that didn't happen. I'm just using that as an
-
example, right? What, what, what is that, right?
-
I mean people don't want to go to work as it is but they go
-
anyway. Yet, then all of a sudden, you
-
know, God asked you to serve in a capacity and we're like I
-
don't want to be there and take that attitude in instead of
-
like, I'm called of God. And this is my brother and
-
sister and I need to do for them.
-
I need to serve them. I need to be how come you there
-
all the time. And we just love God in the
-
brethren. The passive translation reads it
-
this way. Dearest woman, I have a request
-
to make of you. It's not a new commandment, but
-
a repetition of the one we've heard have heard from the
-
beginning. That we constantly love one
-
another. This love means living in
-
obedience to whatever God commands us for to walk in love
-
towards one. Another is the unifying
-
commandment. We've heard from the beginning.
-
I, you know, a lot of times like where's the Harvest that?
-
Is it a congregation away? way from really loving one,
-
another I mean, if we put all of our effort in each other, loving
-
each other, People come up on the campus walk in and be like,
-
and they're already doing it because, you know, we got a
-
perfect just let you know, at all, you know, and will never
-
have it perfect because we should be adding people who
-
don't have this Revelation yet, right?
-
But if enough of us get the Revelation and begin to walk in
-
loving one another correctly, As Jesus loved them and we're going
-
to break down what that look like we can just look at his
-
life and say that's love. There's a lot of times like you
-
don't love me. Oh, I don't love you because I
-
said you're not doing right? No.
-
Actually, I love you because you're not doing, right?
-
And I'm saying something. You know, I love you because
-
identify you're actually not in faith.
-
And God doesn't want you to see. But again, if we take our
-
definitions, then this is why we struggled.
-
And if we have Hazard come to church.
-
Anyway, we're have a hard time understanding all of God's
-
truths to be able to apply in the first place.
-
And then if you bring your own baggage, which all of you have
-
including myself, if we don't deal with that baggage and get
-
it under the blood and they learn how to manage it.
-
So every time the devil tries to pull it back out and say yeah I
-
remember you were like this. I remember how someone so talk
-
to you. Remember how your like that if
-
we don't learn to manage that baggage then we start responding
-
like an old man or old. Man are dead man.
-
Instead of our new man, the new man.
-
The new man, John chapter 15 verses 7 to 13.
-
Says it. This way, if you abide in me and
-
my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish and it will be
-
done for you. My father is glorified by this
-
that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples.
-
So again God's more concerned about proving that he has a Race
-
of beings in the Earth. to the world more so than just us
-
saying to the world about him, but not living who we say they
-
should live for He goes on and says it this way just as the
-
father has loved me. I also loved you abide in my
-
love. That means you got to make a
-
conscious choice to stay there. The Bible talks about put on
-
love, just because the love of God has been shed abroad in your
-
heart, that mean you put it on, in your mind you put it on over
-
your emotions. You put it on over, your will We
-
have to choose to do that. Alright, so he goes on and Jesus
-
did this. He said verse 10, if you keep my
-
Commandments, you will abide in my love.
-
Okay, verse 10, if conditional statement if you continue keep
-
my Commandments and that baby, listen, that just means when the
-
Holy Ghost is talking to you saying, hey, do this?
-
That's called, living the life of faith.
-
Being led by the spirit. It's not you doing something by
-
yourself. It's you doing what the spirit
-
of God is leading you to do. So you have to keep yourself in
-
the commands. You will abide in my love.
-
Just as I have kept, my father's command.
-
Notice. Jesus, didn't say I came and did
-
whatever I wanted to and it was amazing.
-
I had no accountability here. God loved me, he put me down
-
here. He loved me.
-
I mean, dad loves me man. I am Jesus, the son of God, born
-
of the Virgin Mary. There's no question about that.
-
So man, I just had a great time here.
-
All I have to do is make sure I got to a cross at the end.
-
His life never was evidence of that.
-
His life was always evidence of what are you saying, dad?
-
I want to do what you say, because that's where loves that
-
and it's not burdensome for me to do it, because life's there
-
is amazing. In fact, that's where anything
-
happens, right? So he said, now listen, if
-
you're doing that, then you're abiding in my love just as I did
-
it. What that means is the world is
-
showing all kind of counterfeit stuff that if you don't say.
-
I know what that looks like, but I'm not going to go there again.
-
Hi, I'll give you a case in point.
-
You know, a lots happening in our nation this year, right?
-
I know when I'm not, I'm about to not abide.
-
Meaning, my flesh is starting to be like, I'm hearing stuff on
-
the news. I'm seeing the way people are
-
responding about things, the way people are talking, I'm lining
-
it up with scripture and there's a part of me be like, I'm about
-
to go crazy right here. I want to give you a piece of my
-
mind. But my mind means nothing, even
-
if it has scripture with it, if it doesn't have love.
-
So if I realize that I'm starting to I in my spirit,
-
right in my inner man, I'm getting calluses.
-
Then I have to keep I cut it off, I'll cut it off.
-
And my wife and testify, I'm like, I'm not watching that,
-
what's wrong? I can't watch it because I gotta
-
keep calls, Moses. Lets me know what happens when
-
you don't keep and I ain't going right.
-
Hit no Rock twice, man, I'm walking away from the rock.
-
I'm putting down the staff. I got to get myself together, so
-
I can come back and have a conversation with the rock.
-
Like, I'm supposed to all of us deal with these things, but
-
notice it, it it God doesn't Force.
-
Be there but he sure will lead me.
-
He'll say son you going to disconnect from that.
-
I'll send you better discount. I know.
-
Now when I say son you're gonna it's not like I hear him in an
-
audible voice. I just have this like
-
impression. I know that is kind.
-
That's what I'm feeling right now is not motivated by the
-
spirit. I'm going to take a step back,
-
I'm about to take a step back, you hear what I'm saying?
-
Okay, so we have to keep these things verse 11, these things I
-
have spoken to you. So So that my joy may be in you,
-
and that your joy may be made full verse 12.
-
Now, again, we're getting context.
-
This is my commandment that you love one.
-
Another what just as I have loved you.
-
Then he gets to verse 13. Greater love has no one than
-
this. Than one who lays down his life
-
for his friends. And we said this in another
-
service that the context of verse 13 is not that we die for
-
somebody else. Is that we die to our way of
-
handling, a situation or doing something and we do it God's
-
way. I mean, Jesus in the garden
-
Peter cuts off the guy's ear, he said Peter, you'll about it for
-
a sword. You're gonna die by the sword
-
heels the guy. He's now listen.
-
Don't you know that I could call a legion of angels down right
-
now. Now he wouldn't say that unless
-
he could do that, but why doesn't he?
-
He laid his life down. Meaning I'm not gonna do what I
-
couldn't do. No, I'm gonna do what Dad said.
-
and so he says, when you love one another, when we start
-
living your life, you know what, I'm gonna love some of you.
-
One of the greatest Faith moves for you ever is just to go talk
-
to somebody else in the church. It's one of the greatest faith
-
move and I know God talks to you about it will go say, hey.
-
And he coming and yet God saying he's trying to help you Love the
-
One. You're supposed to love the
-
most. The church has abandoned love in
-
each other and wants to love the world.
-
Because again what have we done? We've reduced this whole thing
-
to all that God cares about is the Lost Does he care about the
-
world or those that are outside his kingdom?
-
Yes. But do you think he loves them
-
more than you? He does not.
-
He always starts with his house. He always tell takes care of his
-
house first. Always.
-
Amen. He takes care of the house.
-
First. And we, you know, whether you're
-
here or not doesn't matter. I don't really want to get to
-
know you because, you know, I'm right with God, I don't want to
-
be committed to you. And we want the world to embrace
-
our Jesus. I mean, many pastors today are
-
like, you know what? We understand, you're busy.
-
We don't want to take too much of your time away from your
-
family. So we don't do a whole lot come
-
and say a few little scriptures and go home.
-
Why? Because it's about personal is
-
about you telling it and you yourself can't even live the
-
full of walk. Number one, not even in your own
-
house. A lot of times with your own
-
family but you definitely aren't doing it with one another yet.
-
It is the way by this, all men will know.
-
It's the greatest witnessing tool we have, and I've proved it
-
out, honestly. I throwed it out.
-
The greatest Outreach to date. Four anchor, Faith Church.
-
In 16 years, the greatest Outreach today has been
-
treasure. Harbor preschool, Where these
-
people come in that, don't know Jesus for nothing but they meet
-
the staff and we make a demand that the staff actually love one
-
another. Because if you don't, we'll let
-
you go. Sad member going to love one
-
another and we know when you ain't loving, I know it ain't
-
Lovin. Cause ain't looking at me.
-
They won't engage me. You can't talk to me.
-
I am your brother. Right?
-
I mean I'm the best thing going next to sliced, bread and so are
-
you. This is why I've been in places
-
where people that used to be here.
-
That left here I'll show up in a restaurant.
-
I'll be at a grocery store and that brother will
-
And I'm just that got to be won't write up and go.
-
Hey man. I was looking at the same thing.
-
Why are you avoiding me brothers and sister?
-
Don't avoid each other. That are commanded to love one
-
another. We only avoid one another
-
because somebody doing something supposed to do and you had a
-
fellowship with your father. Ojala.
-
I fired a guy for cheating on his wife.
-
Cheated on her sexual immorality.
-
But he repented came home, restored him and his wife.
-
And rehire them to the church. Because Dad said, give me
-
another shot. It's not, my church is his and I
-
looked at that individuals if they never blew it.
-
Yeah, no problem. Cause I'm commanded.
-
See, I'm commanded. There's nothing you can do to
-
me. That's going to get me to a
-
place that I can't stay in my love.
-
What with you even if you leave, it's not going to happen.
-
It's not gonna happen. Anybody want to come and tell me
-
anchor of a church and friendly. I'll show you someone who can't
-
who is not friendly. I you show me somebody that
-
says, there's clicks, we only reason it seems like a click to
-
you is because you're not trying to engage those individuals.
-
Hallelujah. Amen.
-
So this is his Commandment that we love one another.
-
Just as he loved us and he's saying, listen, I laid down my
-
way handling every situation to do it.
-
Exactly the way Dad said to do it.
-
And so he's saying for us to greater love that we have for
-
one another. Is that, you know what?
-
It's nothing personal. I understand that.
-
You said that, I understand it, went there.
-
I got it. The Lord's already.
-
Let me know if you repent. Seventy Times Seven.
-
I'm going to forgive you. There it is done.
-
It's done. Got to do it, but also know this
-
if you refuse to repent. Then I got to respond to way too
-
because that's what Dad says. And we'll see, we'll look at
-
some of those will do a case study on loving one.
-
Another, I said on loving one another.
-
Hey men, when they don't love me, I love you with the word.
-
Come on, anybody ever met with me about anything.
-
What do I typically say? What's worse?
-
A I'd opinion on this matter. That one guy come to me.
-
One time years ago, he says, what's your track record in
-
restore? Marriages.
-
I said, 100%, if you listen to what I say, I'm going to the
-
word. I mean, how's the word fell?
-
If the husband will love his wife, as the Bible says to and
-
the wife will love her husband. Like the Bible says, and they'll
-
love God, then it can't, it can't help.
-
But work, which means whatever they did to hurt you.
-
They truly repented, you're going to be at a, forgive it and
-
I like, it never happened. We gonna drive on But it takes
-
two. It always takes two.
-
Even with Jesus, Jesus is got it available, but are you doing
-
what you need to do to continue to walk in it to continue First
-
Peter, chapter 1, verse 18 to 25.
-
It says this knowing that you were not redeemed from
-
perishable things like silver and gold from your futile way of
-
life inherited from your forefathers, but with the
-
precious blood, as a lamb on blemish and spotless the blood
-
of Christ for he was for naught for he was foreknown before the
-
foundation of the world. But as has appeared in these
-
last times, for the sake of you, who threw him are believers in
-
God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that
-
your Faith and Hope are in God, verse 22 cents.
-
We have in obedience to the church, to the truth.
-
What have we done? Since you have in obedience to
-
the truth purified, your souls for a sincere love of the
-
brethren. And fervently love one another
-
from the heart. Now, that tells me how I am to
-
let I say fake love. Which is very difficult because
-
sometimes dad says, you're gonna have to go talk to them about
-
that. I'm like, did you talk to him?
-
I have, you talked to him again and I listening But can we do
-
it? I mean, you're like, man.
-
But gotta do it. They gotta do it half the time
-
when I'm talking with people anyway, it's like, I know, like
-
God's already said it, you know, they already said it.
-
We're just like, yep. There, it was.
-
Yeah, but what's happened? The devil's always outside the
-
door. I've restored a mini a person,
-
but they fail to understand that I can operate in the love that.
-
God says to operate in and that is love does not taken a kind of
-
suffered wrong. The minute I found out about
-
something you've done. This isn't is heinous as you
-
think that is as horrible as that is.
-
The devil says he'll never look at you the same way and
-
everybody uses same way. You'll never be able to do
-
anything in this church. You'll never be able you need
-
moms are just go. Every time you see me in the
-
hallway, see he thinks sure that I didn't say that.
-
I think you're that. Hey, how you doing?
-
Great seeing you. He doesn't mean it.
-
I mean, the devil talks like that, right?
-
You said it's about your own spouse.
-
Uh-huh. I love you too, right?
-
I feel I failed it, I get it, but that's a quality of God's
-
love that. We as Brethren cannot take an
-
account of suffered wrong. Wow.
-
This is such a high level. I mean, the world is trying to
-
just get along yet. We can do more than get along.
-
We can genuinely love each other.
-
We God's love I tell you I just can't hardly handle people.
-
Well, uh, you're not operating the love of God, because the
-
love of God can handle anyone and he, especially loves being
-
around his own family, think about it now, you're like your
-
lord Jesus. Oh, I just want to sit at his
-
feet and worship him. Get out of here.
-
I mean, we're treating our siblings this way.
-
And we are thinking, we are the apple of his eye.
-
They got now. Come on.
-
Let's just parents. How many parents I got here?
-
Parents, right. How many sons and daughters?
-
I have here. All right.
-
That's all of you, right? Okay.
-
How many are just only children. Okay.
-
Your only child, okay? That cause that's important.
-
How many being an only child around your cousins.
-
Okay, how many have been with friends at school?
-
All right. Go, I just want to get
-
everybody, okay? You as a parent, you got more
-
than one child, all of a sudden you see one of your kids picking
-
on the other kid. How's that make you feel?
-
What I mean, you first start with the lecture?
-
Right. What are you doing?
-
Don't treat them like that. Yet, we got the love of God
-
knows us and if we don't what and then we want the world to
-
come worship, our King, Oh, you need Jesus.
-
Let's talk about you, Jesus. But let me tell you, the world
-
does a great job of loving their own.
-
According to their definition, which is ungodly and
-
unrighteous, and wicked and evil.
-
Wicked and evil. It's the what good is it for you
-
to love someone? Right, because the world does
-
that. Yeah, here's Born Again.
-
Believers that are lusting after the acceptance that is up.
-
Seems to be happening among worldly people. the only reason
-
we're not loving each other is because we all know we got
-
baggage and we don't want nobody, nobody Because seeing
-
the world you can bear your flesh.
-
Oh, I'm having a hard day child. I know I am too.
-
But once believers do, well, praise the Lord.
-
This is day that the Lord has made.
-
I will rejoice and be glad in it.
-
What your different nature see? Well the world, they just accept
-
all their junk. So it was like this big Love
-
Fest because again, the most people in the church are the
-
baz. Believers have carried into this
-
walk with God. That love is accept me exactly
-
as I am. But did Jesus do that?
-
And we act like that's way better.
-
We actually get prideful about it.
-
It's just so easy to talk with you.
-
Plus, it's easier to talk to them.
-
Let me tell you, I have man, I have some of the best
-
conversations. I mean, there's people, I love
-
to hang out with and they ain't even blood natural.
-
You understand? Because Jesus already defined to
-
me, who my family was? Those who do the will of the
-
father is very simple. And you know, when you're around
-
people who are doing the will of the father all the time, it is
-
like is like the greatest thing on face of planet.
-
You know, what's so crazy? You'll never see it to this
-
capacity. But man, when you get around
-
those who do the will of Father, there's like this, this light
-
almost like Godly competition of, who can give more, who can
-
do more, who can provide more, who can open up their resources
-
more. Some states.
-
I don't have to. Get a hotel because their home
-
is open. They said, well, the world does
-
that, I understand cause the world always copies.
-
Without real love. We have to do it from the heart,
-
we've learned to have this sincere truth, but again, if you
-
don't deal with your own flesh, then there becomes a conflict in
-
the family. And love always has to dress
-
flesh. Right.
-
So let's jump on down memory. You've been bought and paid for
-
guys. Been bought and paid for and the
-
love of God in you is enough for you to really Embrace people.
-
So awesome. This is why I love it when
-
people come to the church and join and you do as much as I can
-
to connect with you as best that I can write.
-
So that we can do, we can be together.
-
We can grow, we can know each other, right?
-
Take care of each other. But some of that's, you know,
-
trying to take care of the flesh that you got that, we need to
-
trim off. So you can really see the real
-
you. Because the world is trying to
-
pull you back. And give you counterfeit.
-
And it feels good to you flesh. Make no mistake about it because
-
Moses. Did not.
-
Enjoy a season of the pleasures of sin, but rather suffered with
-
his own people because it better to be with God.
-
Than to serve self. Alright, first John chapter 3.
1 John 3 chapter mention
-
Start verse 7 says, little children, make sure no one
-
deceives. You the one who practices
-
righteousness is righteous. Just as he is righteous, the one
-
who practices sin is. Of the devil for the devil has
-
sinned from the beginning, the Son of God appeared for this
-
purpose, destroy the works of the devil, no one, who is born
-
of God practices sin, because his seed abides in him, and he
-
cannot sin, because he is born of God in that.
-
Awesome, you're not subject that stuff anymore.
-
Verse 10 by this, the children of God, and the children of the
-
devil are obvious There are obvious.
-
All right, anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of
-
God. So, again, you should already
-
know that. God is saying, I've called you
-
into the family. I've made you righteous in
-
Christ. Now, I want you to practice
-
righteousness and righteousness is Right standing with the
-
governing Authority doing it. God's way.
-
Jesus was perfect and righteous because he always obeyed.
-
Dad. He operate in the highest love
-
of God. He always did that and he's
-
saying if I can love you. Bye.
-
Always obey and dad for the purpose.
-
He sent me and take care of you exactly as dad says to and
-
minister to you the same way. Dad said to Then you can do it
-
for each other as well. Amen.
-
Because if there was aspects of God's love, we would keep in the
-
Forefront. Then we would very rarely get
-
into the corrective side. We would never get into, you got
-
to go side. Because again, love told Adam to
-
leave the garden. Love did that and it was
-
righteous. And it was perfect.
-
And it was what was needed. All right.
-
He says, by this, the children of God, the children of the
-
other obvious. Anyone who practices
-
righteousness is not of God or does not practice.
-
Righteousness, is not of God, nor the one who does not love
-
his. Wow.
-
Isn't that interesting? So the practicing of
-
righteousness alone is not enough.
-
Well, I'm just righteous by myself.
-
Yeah, but you do not love the church and the body of Believers
-
there. You stay on the fridge.
-
I mean, we all have different personalities, thank God.
-
We're all have different gifts and talents.
-
Praise the Lord. Let me rejoice in how you're
-
different according to Creative Design.
-
Not according to how you want to be different because you just
-
want to stand up. There's a difference.
-
But God made you a certain way, and that's awesome.
-
And we celebrate that It's awesome.
-
I don't want you to add like me. I'll be me.
-
You be you and we'll do something great.
-
I'm glad God is not boring and made us all.
-
Look the same way. Right.
-
But he gave us life that we can follow the same way.
-
It's awesome for verse 11. This is the message that you
-
have heard from the beginning. That you should love one another
-
now. Here, he brings it into context,
-
not as Cain, who was evil, who was the evil one, and slew his
-
brother? For what reason did he slaying
-
because his deeds were evil and his brothers were.
-
So if you out talking about your brother, you might not be able.
-
Let me tell you about them. Let me tell you what they do.
-
Let me tell you about this. You might not be able.
-
I'm either God, may all kind of pre.
-
If if you're offended with your brother go to him in private,
-
right? You know, if you take an
-
offense, go deal with that, right?
-
If you sin, go ask for forgiveness, if you sin against
-
someone ask them to forgive you. I miss for a simple process.
-
So if I do my part then you do your part, it's done the Paul
-
reprimanded, the church and says, you are going to court.
-
To settle a case Between Brothers.
-
You will go to a person in the world to tell you how to handle
-
a cake. Don't, you know, that we will
-
judge the angel He's like, all right this is it blows my mind
-
that you don't go get somebody outside the church to try to
-
handle the dispute. Between Two Brothers and Sisters
-
in Christ. You've got to be kidding me.
-
You know, I says it that way is because his life because the
-
love in you I said the love in you I said the loving you He's
-
powerful, we just got to let love love, we got it.
-
We got and love and let love love means blah who I did that
-
wrong. Okay, let me, let me get that,
-
right? That's what love to do it in.
-
Like, okay, let me get now prize and the Flesh.
-
And, you know, you defending yourself and, you know, trying
-
to save face will do all kinds of other stuff.
-
But love it, just say, go ahead and humble yourself.
-
Now, child, humble yourself. It's all right, because you No
-
media people besides you blown it in this capacity as well.
-
They made mistakes to just go ahead and ask for forgiveness.
-
Let's get it behind us and drive on.
-
And when a thought comes and tries to condemn, you remind
-
them, it's under the blood. There's no condemnation for
-
those who are in Christ Jesus. Okay.
-
And so man, I'm guilty, I don't have no guilt about me, I don't
-
feel no condemnation called the Holy Ghost ain't talking to me
-
about some, I didn't do right but then when someone's done you
-
wrong and they come to you, you're like, hmm, really?
-
You did that, you know what, cause you're asking for
-
forgiveness, we put it on. Right?
-
And if, you know they're doing wrong, you can be like me and
-
let me pray for them. Because while we were yet,
-
sinners Christ died for us, which means he's interceding.
-
He's doing that right now. Not.
-
He's interesting for in the Saints.
-
No wonder. He's praying so much for us.
-
He's seated at the right hand of the father interceding, for the
-
Saints, not for the world. His whole prayer life is about.
-
You living love to one another so the world can see.
-
Jesus think about it now, the only Jesus, they see, All right,
-
let me break it down here where we will follow will finish out.
-
He goes and says, do not be surprised Brethren if the world
-
hates you. We know that we have passed out
-
of death into life because we love the brethren.
-
Notice what it's saying here? How do we know?
-
I mean when that statement comes and makes me think if you don't
-
want to be in church, I'm having to ask the question.
-
Are you even in the Bots? Are you even born again?
-
Don't tell me. I ain't asked Jesus to be Lord
-
of my life. I'm a friend that I'm going
-
somewhere. Well, and here we go.
-
I'll find someone who looks at me.
-
You need more than acceptance. You need the blood.
-
You need forgiveness. You need a new nature.
-
So don't be surprised brother. If the world hates you, we know
-
that we passed out of death into life how because we love the
-
Brethren he who does not love abides in death, everyone who
-
hates his brother is a murderer and you know that no murderer
-
has eternal life abiding in him. Yogi quiet, man, this is core.
-
This is life. Amen, that's it.
-
Pass our own. You looking at you neighbor
-
going. Ah, I love you.
-
You know how much I love you. I didn't love you much as much
-
as I love you right now. I mean, I loved you when we
-
first came in but my love for you, just went through the roof.
-
I mean it should go through the roof because the last thing is
-
and I really hate it when they do that.
-
I mean, I'm reading the Bible. This is not Pastor URLs
-
translation, first, 16. We know love by this again.
-
How do we know love by this? How do we know love by this?
-
That he lay down his life for us?
-
We ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
-
We saw context. What did he say?
-
No greater love than this, than when he lay down his life.
-
For his friend, the context is, if you abide in my word and my
-
word abides in you, if you do, what Dad says, if you love each
-
other, like I Loved You by loving the father and only doing
-
what he says because I lay down my will and I reach to the
-
highest layer of love and that's yes, Lord.
-
Whatever you say I do. Cuz I want a body in your love,
-
right? So we're never gonna have any
-
murderers in here because they're like, just tell me how
-
to handle the situation dead and I'll do it prior to the side.
-
Saying about me. Yeah, that hurts.
-
That hurts, bad, that that happened.
-
But you know what? Project aside, you know what,
-
how can I hold that account? You forgave me so much?
-
Right, he says verse 17. Both Whoever has the world's
-
goods and sees his brother in need and closes his heart
-
against him. How does the love of God abideth
-
in him? Now we're going to break that
-
scripture down because the many you read it like we gotta do
-
every if you don't do it. There are cases where love
-
doesn't give Of some resources. And that's an act of loving the
-
brethren. There are cases.
-
All right. But what do people do the
-
minute? Something doesn't happen.
-
What one scripture says, they don't search another scripture
-
and they accuse you of not walking in love.
-
Alright, Verse 18 little children, we ought to love, not
-
love with word, or with tongue, but in deed and Truth.
-
So again how does the world really want to run to Jesus?
-
Because his whole body is loving one.
-
Another We don't II text this statement to someone today.
-
I said, I would love for people to believe the word of God as
-
quick as they believe a word of gossip.
-
I'm talking to monks the brethren.
-
Why is there among the church that we, you know, have this
-
like idea that we want to see someone fail.
-
Well see they on all that weight.
-
None of us all that. I mean I'm putting this thing on
-
just like you every day so don't be jealous of me if I'm really
-
working it. Well, But it's work.
-
Because I gave to my flesh over to congregation.
-
I'll be gone. And I'll let you know about it
-
for I left. Right.
-
But you know I don't have a list about your life because I don't
-
take any kind of suffering wrong.
-
The only time anything's repeating about me and you is
-
because you never really repented and never actually got
-
it off. Why are you bringing up my past?
-
Well you actually got to do something different for your
-
past, not to be there. I mean it keeps recurring calls,
-
you you Are y'all with me? They'll doing all right.
-
So anchor, Faith Church. As your pastor.
-
Seriously needs to move us into a Higher Love.
-
And it's work. Now, what do I mean by that?
-
You really got to crucify yourself.
-
Because we're not perfect people.
-
Your bad mood. And my last counseling situation
-
that was garbage meet in a hallway.
-
Do you hear what I'm saying? Your fight with your spouse
-
shows up in the parking lot and encounters a brother who has
-
been dealing with symptoms for days and they're aggravated that
-
they're still feeling that way. And we'll let one of those
-
little moments. Stop us from loving one.
-
Another The lust of the eyes, the pride of life, right?
-
The lust of the flesh, they get in the way of things, you know,
-
all of a sudden, we want to get into a position somewhere.
-
So we'll begin to covet. Someone else's stuff.
-
We know, that's not right, and it doesn't matter.
-
Got nobody can stop you from being Who You Are.
-
Whole churches, split over all kind of crazy.
-
Little silly stuff. And the world is like, and I'm
-
supposed to accept who because I ain't seen him yet.
-
But when we allow God to deal with us and then we respond and
-
love towards one another. All of a sudden the world to
-
say, let me tell you something, there's something of different
-
about that church right there. I walked in the building and
-
some happen, I mean, I got around them.
-
Now again with those individuals come in they may be a little
-
more in a corner. They may be a little less
-
talkative, they may be a little less but that shouldn't stop
-
you. Because again if you're loving
-
your brother and they say they're born again, will then go
-
after him go talk to him. I mean every time I try to go up
-
today, just ignore me. Well let's pray for them then
-
they would get that ripped off then we break something off
-
from. Then obviously something's got
-
them bound that they ain't operate.
-
Like the nature that's within them.
-
Instead of you. Well I tried man, let's put on a
-
little bit long-suffering little bit patients you know some of
-
you need say thank you Lord for patients.
-
I don't ever pray for patience. Pastor of see that's a
-
tradition. I don't have to pray for and I
-
have it. It's a fruit of the spirit.
-
And let the devil show up. I saw.
-
All right, I worked a patient's wear him out with my patients
-
but love operates in patients, as long as patients is needed
-
because in all of a sudden some other fruit starts showing up
-
about love. And it is show up hallelujah.
-
It's go ahead and Smile everybody smile.
-
Amen, go ahead. Just tap your neighbor and say,
-
man. I love you so much and see me
-
all sitting with family. All right, so we're going to do
-
this Sunday. I don't want you to sit with
-
your family, seriously. I'm serious on Sunday.
-
Go find somebody else in the family that you don't go home
-
with. I mean, I spent a lot of time,
-
my wife, I don't sit with her ever in service.
-
In fact, we come to church. We already see each other.
-
Why? Because I see her a lot, and you
-
mean a lot to me. I'm not going to make you do it
-
forever. Just one service.
-
All right, I really want to sit by my wife.
-
She's gonna be there when we leave.
-
You might appreciate her more. Find somebody and say, man, I'm
-
so glad you're here today, boy, I believe we're going to get a
-
great word today. You ain't sitting with your
-
spouse, you know what happens in something wrong.
-
But if you're all split up then they won't think that they'd be
-
like he nobody sent with her spouse.
-
What's going on here, man? I say my wife all the time, I
-
just want to come see another brother and sister in Christ to
-
hang out for a little bit. I wanted to worship with you
-
today. It takes effort, though.
-
Right? Because the love of God, is it
-
just natural? It's Supernatural.
-
We have to put stuff down, just like I have to put down stuff
-
with my wife and she has to put down stuff with me. .
-
It happens. You put it down and you say, you
-
know what, I'm just not gonna do that.
-
I'm gonna put on God. I don't care how I feel right
-
now and then love of God prevails.
-
Then I like, I'm so glad I did that.
-
This is my life is so much better.
