  1. Hello and welcome to the Anchor. Faith Message podcast enjoyed

  2. this message. We're going to start in the back

  3. of the Bible all the way back at Revelation and I was like ah man

  4. Chase pieces speaks and going revelations in times.

  5. No, not really but we are going to go back there.

  6. So Revelations 1714. Revelations 17:14 and it says

    Revelation 17:14

  7. these will wage war against the lamb.

  8. And the lamb will overcome them because he is the Lord of lords

  9. and the king of kings and those who are with him are the called

  10. and chosen, and faithful, and those who are with him, are the

  11. called and chosen. And faithful today, we're going

  12. to talk about called to chosen. Right.

  13. We're going to talk about called to chosen because I think it's

  14. very important that when you look at this scripture, we

  15. realize there's three categories, he gave here, he

  16. said those who are with him, are the called Chosen and faithful,

  17. right? So we're going to look at what

  18. it means to be called what it means to be chosen.

  19. And then obviously what it means to be faithful because if it was

  20. just one thing, we're all going to be, they probably want to

  21. have separated into three different meanings but a very

  22. specifically said those who are Are going to be with me.

  23. Are the called The Chosen and the faithful, right?

  24. So we're going to look. Look, look into this and dissect

  25. it a little bit. We're going to look at the word

  26. called here. And according to the strongs,

  27. it's, you know, it's a word. I can't pronounce.

  28. We're not going to, but the definition of it means an

  29. invitation, it's an invitation, and it's used particularly of

  30. the Divine call to partake in the blessings of redemption.

  31. And that's from The Vines dictionary.

  32. But it says it's used particularly of a Divine call.

  33. To partake in the blessing of redemption.

  34. So when we look at the revelations, you can leave that

  35. up there for a little bit longer.

  36. Don't be, I'm gonna be on that one for a bit 1714, right?

  37. It says, they're the called The Chosen and the faithful.

  38. So if we know where called and we know that the calling is an

  39. invitation then obviously, we want to know who's inviting us.

  40. Right. Who's inviting us?

  41. John 6:44 says no one comes to me unless the father who sent me

    John 6:44

  42. draws him and I I will raise him up on the last day, right?

  43. So no one comes to me. Unless the father who sent me

  44. draws me First Corinthians 1:9 says, God is faithful through

    1 Corinthians 1:9

  45. him who you were called into fellowship with the son, Jesus

  46. Christ Our Lord. So we know God is the one that's

  47. doing the calling, right? Because no man comes to the

  48. father, except through him. So we understand that those are

  49. who are going to be with them are going to be called of God to

  50. be with him, right? Those who are with him will be

  51. called by him too. Be there, right?

  52. And we've all been called, right?

  53. What are we being called out? I, we've been called out of

  54. Darkness Into His Marvelous Light, right?

  55. We've all been called out of where we are right by God, but a

  56. calling is just that it's a calling and calling obviously

  57. means that there has to be an answer to Right in order for our

  58. calling, to be complete. There must be an answer to that,

  59. which was called, right? So if we know we've been called

  60. by God, we then have to answer that call, right?

  61. We've got to put ourselves in a position to answer that call.

  62. And at one point in time, anyone who's Born Again, has put

  63. themselves on the spot to answer that calling, right?

  64. If you're sitting here today and you've been born again, you have

  65. answered the call, right? So right then great news, we're

  66. going to be with them, right? Because we've been called Right.

  67. We've been called, we're going to be with them, there's a

  68. thought I'd be a little bit more exciting but that's fine.

  69. I mean, whatever no big deal. I'm excited.

  70. Right because I've got in right. I've been called I've answered

  71. the call. Therefore I'm at I qualify for

  72. Revelation 17:14 which says those who will be with him will

    Revelation 17:14

  73. be called. Alright?

  74. So we've been called if you've answered the call.

  75. Now that you are officially one of the called ones, right?

  76. But like I said, we're not just going to stop it called because,

  77. you know, I didn't, I do my message called to chosen just to

  78. stay at called, right? We're Look at chosen now.

  79. So let's go to Matthew 22. Matthew 22 verse 1.

    Matthew 22:1

  80. We got a little bit of reading here, so we're going to do it.

  81. Jesus spoke to them again in Parables saying, the Kingdom of

  82. Heaven is like a king who held a wedding Feast for his son and he

  83. sent his slaves to call those who had been invited to the

  84. wedding Feast. But they were unwilling to come

  85. again. He sent out, other slaves

  86. saying, tell those who have been invited behold, I have prepared

  87. my dinner. My, my oxygen and my fatty

  88. fatten cattle. Cattle and all butchered and

  89. everything is ready. Come to the wedding feasts but

  90. they pay no attention and went their separate ways one to his

  91. farm. Another to his business, and the

  92. rest seized his slaves, and treated them abuse abusively,

  93. and then killed them. Now, the King was angry and he

  94. sent out his armies and destroyed those who murdered and

  95. set the city on fire, and then he said, to his slaves, the

  96. wedding Feast is ready, but those who were invited, we're

  97. not worthy. So go to the main roads and

  98. invite whomever, you find there to the wedding Feast those

  99. slaves, went into the streets and gathered together, all whom

  100. they had found both bad and good, and the wedding hall was

  101. filled with dinner guests. But when the king came in to

  102. look over the dinner guests, he saw a man there who was not

  103. dressed in wedding clothes and he said to him friend.

  104. How did you get in here without wedding clothes?

  105. And the man was speechless. Then the king said to his

  106. servants, tie, his hands and feet, and throw.

  107. Him into the outer Darkness where there will be weeping and

  108. gnashing of teeth in that place for many are called, but few are

  109. chosen. For many are what but few are

  110. for many are but few are chosen called and chosen, there is the

  111. exact same called and chosen from Revelations.

  112. The exact same word. Right?

  113. I like the way the passion translation reads.

  114. The end. It says for everyone is invited

  115. to enter in but few respond in excellence.

  116. For everyone is invited to enter in but few respond and

  117. Excellence, Excellence. All right, so, that's the same

  118. called and chosen from Revelations.

  119. What we hear is, is he saying look, many are called, but few

  120. are chosen. So we have a separation between

  121. a calling and actually being chosen just because you've

  122. accepted the call, does not make you chosen.

  123. Just because you accepted the call doesn't make you.

  124. One of the chosen ones, it makes you a called one.

  125. Right? And Revelations, I didn't come

  126. back for the called The Chosen and the faithful.

  127. Right. So there's there's the cold,

  128. which we all automatically are the men.

  129. We got born again. We answered his call, we become

  130. the call, but then there's the chosen that were chosen in

  131. Revelations, and right here, means the elect the elite.

  132. Right? So there's the cold, and then

  133. there's the elect and the elite who are The Chosen.

  134. Now, this chosen isn't just five-fold ministers, right?

  135. This isn't just pastors or teachers.

  136. This shows ain't just qualifies people who have set themselves

  137. in a position to be the elect. Now.

  138. See, for those of you who know me and obviously I've been

  139. around enough a church for a long time.

  140. So a lot of you have seen a lot of faces of my life, right?

  141. A lot of you have grown up with me.

  142. And seen me grow a lot as well. I am a very competitive person.

  143. Some might say that I am a hyper competitive person.

  144. Right. I like to win at all costs.

  145. I'm not a cheater, but I will definitely read the rules and

  146. make sure everything I'm doing. You know, might be, you know, a

  147. gray area of the rules, right? You know, if I've got a win, I

  148. want to know all the rules to the game, because I want to put

  149. myself in the best possible position to win because If I can

  150. win, because I know a rule that you didn't know that just helps

  151. me out, right? So when I read scriptures like

  152. this and I realize there's called in their chosen, the

  153. competitiveness inside me. Sparks up and says huh.

  154. Well, how do I become chosen then?

  155. Because that sounds like something to obtain to that

  156. sounds like another level that I want.

  157. Right? And so I think it's important

  158. for us to think, man, you know, I'm a member.

  159. When I'm Pastor. Earle.

  160. First wrote, the book Vision Beyond sight.

  161. Zev, I read Vision Beyond sight, man.

  162. If you have not read pastorals book Vision Beyond sight, you

  163. should flood guest relations after this thing and pick it up.

  164. It is a phenomenal book and it was a marker point for my life

  165. personally where I made some decisions because the book is

  166. about the life of Samson and how it's the saddest thing, biblical

  167. historical account of someone's life because of wasted

  168. potential. Right.

  169. Wasted potential. And it says, at the beginning of

  170. Samson's life, that God said I have called him to start a work,

  171. right? And Pastor breaks down, why he

  172. didn't finish the work. And I remember reading that

  173. because like I said, I'm a competitive person.

  174. I thought in my life, what a horrible event to think that I

  175. could live my whole life and get to heaven and find out that

  176. there was way more. I was supposed to accomplish

  177. that I chose not to, Because the bottom line is, God knew Samson

  178. wasn't going to do it, but he still wanted him to get it done.

  179. He had every intent of Samson being the one to do it, but he

  180. knew ultimately, he's going to choose his own selfish life,

  181. right? And so, when we look at being

  182. called to chosen, right? I think, man, I don't want to,

  183. you know, not that being called as bad because, hey, we're with

  184. them. And in the end it says those who

  185. are called are going to be with him.

  186. But like I said, when I see that there's another level to obtain

  187. two of chosen. Well, then why would I just

  188. settle for called Why would I just stay at called when there's

  189. chosen? You know, because I want to not

  190. just live life. I want to dominate life, I don't

  191. want to just live my purpose. I want to be as successful as

  192. possible in my purpose. You know, I definitely get this

  193. from from Pastor Earle, man. You know, I don't just like

  194. seeing teams win. I want to win by like a lot, you

  195. know, you know, for some of you guys, you might not be video

  196. game players from my video game players out there.

  197. I love my PlayStation. You know, when I get time to

  198. play, I'll play. And when I play sports games, I

  199. don't just create my character. Dr. Perfect. 99, I create the

  200. rest of the team, a perfect 99 that way.

  201. When I play, it's not just like well, that was a close match.

  202. It was like, man, I destroyed that team, right?

  203. And that's still feel good about it and got no problem like when

  204. I want a hundred and something to nothing, right?

  205. Like, I mean, I'm fine with that, you know, you know, when I

  206. play my daughter and Mario Kart, she beat me, got learn the hard

  207. way, you want to win, you earn that thing.

  208. All right, that way she knows when she beats me.

  209. She got it right? You know, I love it.

  210. We um we play we play with a Charlotte clay and you know, she

  211. came home, one day and told her parents she was like I gotta

  212. start racing on on the harder setting.

  213. That way I can beat Uncle Chase, right?

  214. Because I was like, I'm not going easy on you.

  215. Right? We're gonna we're gonna I'm

  216. gonna raise a bunch of winners over here, right.

  217. We're going to get it, right? So obviously I look at called a

  218. chosen, I think, man, I want to be chosen.

  219. I want to be the elect and Because I've accepted the call,

  220. doesn't make me chosen. So let's look at verse 11 again,

  221. real quick. It says, but when the king came

  222. to see the guests, he noticed there was a man there who was

  223. not wearing wedding clothes and he asked him, how did you get

  224. here without your wedding clothes?

  225. The man was speechless and the King told the attendance, throw

  226. him out weeping gnashing of teeth for many are called, but

  227. few are chosen. See this man had the

  228. responsibility to come prepared to be chosen, right?

  229. God called him. But the E of being, chosen was

  230. still placed on him, right. God's called us, but the

  231. responsibility to get to chosen falls on us and he's given us

  232. exactly how to do it. And we're gonna go there, and

  233. we're going to see this. But ultimately before we can

  234. even think about getting there, we have to be able to assess

  235. what makes us called, and What Makes Us Chosen and where does

  236. that difference there, right? Because if I know once I've

  237. accepted the call, in order to be chosen, I've got to do

  238. something, then, I'm obviously going to Have to go to the word

  239. to figure out what it is. I need to do to get there.

  240. Right? Because like I said man I want

  241. to set myself up the best I can I told you I like to read the

  242. rules. Why?

  243. Because I want to know every Avenue I have to win and if I

  244. can see an Avenue someone else didn't see than I have the

  245. advantage and just like that in in a board game or whatever it

  246. is I'm playing man. If I want to have the advantage

  247. in life that I'm gonna go to the word to see every Avenue, I have

  248. to get every Advantage, I can so that I can do the best I can

  249. because just like, Pastor preach Just a couple weeks ago, I'm not

  250. settling outside of his promises.

  251. All right, I've put content in my heart that I'm going to live

  252. my life out, so that when I get to heaven, one day, God doesn't

  253. say, you know, you did good but ultimately, here's everything

  254. else I could have had you accomplish.

  255. No, I'm going all out right, right?

  256. I'm going all out. So Colossians 3:12 Colossians

    Colossians 3:12 Colossians 3:12–15

  257. 3:12 through 15. It says therefore as the elect

  258. of God holy and beloved put on Tender Mercies kindness,

  259. humility meekness long-suffering bearing with one another

  260. forgiving one. Another, if anyone has a

  261. complaint against another even as Christ forgave you.

  262. So Let's also do. But above all these things put

  263. on love which is the bond of perfection.

  264. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts to which you are

  265. also called in one body and be thankful, right?

  266. Leave this up. So we see here.

  267. Here's the list of things. The elect are So quick

  268. reflection. If I can already read this

  269. scription realize I don't have some of these.

  270. Guess what? I'm not there yet.

  271. Right because it says the elect of God put on Tender Mercies

  272. kindness, humility meekness, long-suffering bearing with one.

  273. Another forgiving one another just like Christ.

  274. Forgave you, right? They put on love which is the

  275. bond of perfection and they let peace the peace of God rule in

  276. their hearts, right? This is how the chosen live.

  277. This is the standard at which we must live in obtained.

  278. Two, in order to be chosen. I like I said we might want to

  279. read the rules today because I want to know man.

  280. If I want to be something then obviously there's a

  281. pre-qualification. So what do I need to do to get

  282. qualified to render myself, chosen?

  283. All right, and that's what I love about the word.

  284. It's always there. In the end, you will not stand

  285. before God and say, but I didn't know.

  286. Right. That is one thing.

  287. I absolutely love about life and purpose, and that is that it all

  288. falls on me. I know everybody's different,

  289. but I'm an under the pressure. Kind of guy, I like being the

  290. one with the ball at the last second.

  291. Like I said competitive, which means man, if we're losing, if

  292. we got one play left, I don't want my fate and someone else's

  293. hand, I want to be in control. I want to make sure I'm the one

  294. that gets to carry this thing through, because I trust myself

  295. more than everyone else, right? Because I know that in the end,

  296. if I lose Was because I lost and it was me and I wasn't good

  297. enough. Then that's what it is.

  298. But if I lose because someone else wasn't good enough, well,

  299. that's just frustrating. You know like man, you should

  300. pass me the ball. I can make that shot like come

  301. on man. You know, I don't want my

  302. Destiny's tied to someone else but God didn't do that.

  303. God said, look, I've prepared you.

  304. I've called you, I've placed you anything I've called you to do,

  305. you can do. And now I've given you the

  306. instructions on how you can get there, which means in the end,

  307. I'm going to look at you and I'm going to say, you knew

  308. everything you needed to accomplish your purpose and it's

  309. it was on you. It was there for you to reach

  310. out to if you didn't obtain something, then it was your own

  311. fault for not trying to obtain it.

  312. Right. Then it was your fault for not

  313. reaching out for it. It was your fault for not

  314. getting there, right? So, it falls back on us, to make

  315. sure I'm living a life of the elect to make sure I'm living a

  316. life that qualifies me for this title.

  317. Right, I'm living a lie with enough passion and purpose to

  318. get to this place. Russell.

  319. Like I said, man, we want to go from cold to chosen, then we're

  320. going to need to understand what makes us called and What Makes

  321. Us chosen. Well, we know here's a list of

  322. things, right? That we qualify as chosen but we

  323. also want to be aware of things that might keep us called.

  324. Well called people are Sunday and Wednesday attenders.

  325. Call people are Sunday and Wednesday at tenders and what do

  326. I mean by that? They're the ones that show up on

  327. Sunday and Wednesday and they've done God.

  328. They sit in the seat. They hear a word.

  329. I check my box. I love God. you will remain

  330. called, if that is your Goal in life.

  331. Now come on. Now we ain't gotta get quiet

  332. because I mean I understand where it sets in ourselves.

  333. But ultimately man where we can be a church of chosens, right?

  334. We can be a church of the elect, let every Church be called but

  335. let anchor face shirts, be chosen, right?

  336. So come on, you know, let's not get quiet on me, just because I

  337. hit some things, but let's think about it.

  338. And let's take some, let's, let's be like David and say

  339. search my heart. Oh Lord.

  340. Right, search my heart. Let me know if there's something

  341. I can do so called people are Sunday and Wednesday.

  342. Tenders were chosen, people seek the extra.

  343. Right? There's a Women's Conference

  344. coming up. Chosen people are their chosen.

  345. People don't let their week. Get in the way of attending.

  346. Something else in the word, right?

  347. Chosen people are the ones that just don't show up on Sundays

  348. and Wednesdays, but they look for opportunities to serve,

  349. right? Those are the chosen.

  350. Those are the ones that step out a little bit further.

  351. And like I said, I'm not bagging on being called, it's great.

  352. You're called, you're in the end, you're going with God.

  353. But ultimately, if we know there's another level to obtain

  354. to why would we not want to try to get there, right?

  355. So called people are your Sunday and Wednesday attenders called

  356. people will justify their lack of serving.

  357. Call people will justify their lack of.

  358. Well, I've had a long week, I've done.

  359. I've been, you know, it was a busy one for me at a lot of

  360. things going on, you know, you know, you don't understand how

  361. many hours I worked. You may, I mean, usually the my

  362. job is this a, it's a, it's a physical job.

  363. Right. Call people.

  364. Right. All right, they'll justify their

  365. lack of serving. There's always a reason why they

  366. can't do the extra. There's always something keeping

  367. them from doing something more. Greatness is Never attained by

  368. maintaining a status quo. Michael Jordan did not become

  369. one of the best basketball players to ever live.

  370. By simply showing up when it was time to show up and leaving when

  371. it was time to leave. No, he put in the extra work,

  372. Kobe Bryant, put an X, there's a, there's a thing I saw on

  373. Instagram scrolling through. I got a friend up in Oklahoma,

  374. who's a big Kobe Bryant fan. And he's posting stuff all the

  375. time. I think it's someone's telling a

  376. story. They're like, man, I showed up

  377. one day, you know, to practice before the game and Kobe Bryant

  378. was there, and I was shooting shots.

  379. I mean, I'd already in my mind said I'm going to shoot 400, you

  380. know, I'm going to make 400 shots and I'll leave.

  381. So, I was there for like, 200, 22 hours or whatever, you know,

  382. you know, I kind of start packing up.

  383. Kobe was still there. Kobe was still there, still

  384. trying was like, man, what's going on?

  385. On. So I end up talking to him

  386. Larry, I asked him. I said, what's going on in?

  387. Kobe was like, no, I just saw you were there and so I figured

  388. I'd keep shooting to make you feel like you weren't doing

  389. enough. Well, I because there was a

  390. level of greatness at which he wanted to attain to.

  391. So he put in the extra work to get there, but yet when it comes

  392. to our spiritual lives, we just expect checking off our daily

  393. Bible. Reading box to be enough to make

  394. me attain somewhere. And then I can justify it by

  395. saying I've done other things that keep me out of it, man

  396. called people clock in, and out called people clock in, and out

  397. of God clock in Rhema Bible, clock out, do anything else?

  398. Talk in Sunday morning sit in church.

  399. Clock out. God's done.

  400. I got to work. Come on now chosen people?

  401. Right are always available for something.

  402. The Chosen, all the one. I say, man, it doesn't matter

  403. what I've done this week. I'm available for more.

  404. Right. And I know it's easy sometimes

  405. like, oh well you know, chase you work out the church man, I

  406. worked outside the church. I moved to Valdosta really early

  407. in my marriage with my wife. And um, you know, we helped

  408. anchor Faith, Austin, you know, in their early stages and I

  409. served as a as a server at a restaurant.

  410. I and I went into that restaurant and I told them I'd

  411. like a job. I actually worked three

  412. different jobs. They're multiple job because I

  413. had to, you know, get into a good fit and I wasn't willing to

  414. let things get in the way of my purpose.

  415. So, when I got On it shatters, I told him, I said, I will not

  416. work Sunday mornings or Wednesday night's period.

  417. They said, well, everyone's got to work Sundays.

  418. I'll say, well, then, okay, and the lady was like, man, that's

  419. really strong. She goes, I've never hired

  420. anyone before. I'm a new manager, you could be

  421. my first hire. But, you know, I go to church.

  422. And you seem really convicted about going, as I said, look, I

  423. will not work on, you know, Sunday mornings, it won't happen

  424. because I would you work something I said, you know, I

  425. could work with Sunday night. That's fine.

  426. I got nothing. You know, the church wasn't

  427. doing. Can you Miss Sue then?

  428. I was like, I don't have anything going on.

  429. I could work some Sunday nights, you know, while everyone else

  430. was waiting to figure out what their schedule was the day

  431. before the week started. Mine was Is the same.

  432. Why? Because I had favored, but I put

  433. my purpose before everything else, right?

  434. So I work super late hours, you know, on Friday, Saturday,

  435. Sunday and Monday, but I did everything.

  436. I could to remain available to pursue the purpose that God had

  437. placed inside me, right? So, you know, ultimately, we've

  438. got to put ourselves and say, you know, it doesn't matter if

  439. I'm working for the church and working outside the churches,

  440. you know, we should all be doing whatever, we've been called to

  441. be doing ultimately. We shouldn't be at any job got

  442. didn't Place us at Right. And not everyone has to work,

  443. you know, for the church, right? Some people have started their

  444. own business, other people work for other businesses but you

  445. know, the most successful ones are the ones that say, where is

  446. the kingdom in what I'm doing. Right.

  447. Where is the kingdom in this? How does me being here?

  448. Help. Advance the kingdom.

  449. Right? Because once we're doing, you

  450. know, our passion and purpose, right?

  451. Because once we get involved in that, whether it's in this

  452. building, whether it's outside of this building, once we're

  453. connected to our passion and purpose, it'll change our

  454. outlook on everything we do for it.

  455. Because once your purpose or passion, just becomes work,

  456. that's when you'll get burnout. Once you start just viewing what

  457. you do, as a job, only rather than viewing it as the thing,

  458. God put me on this Earth to do. The reason I'm breathing is to

  459. be where I am at this moment when you view your assignment

  460. like that, it's easy to want to do anything, it takes for it.

  461. Right. It's easy to see that and I know

  462. people in this building who have started businesses and done

  463. different things with the sole purpose of, how can I serve the

  464. kingdom through this, right? And so whether you're called to

  465. work a job outside, fine. But find what God wants you

  466. there for? How does this help?

  467. You can see to excel the kingdom and ultimately once I'm there

  468. that I'm not just thinking about it as my nine-to-five.

  469. I'm thinking of, as the reason I'm breathing today and when I

  470. start to take that concept, Kept in, right?

  471. Then all the little things that happen, you know.

  472. Begin to not matter anymore. Right.

  473. You know, it's easy for me, you know to you know I'm in a I do

  474. design I make videos. That's what I do here at the

  475. church. On the service.

  476. Producer are organized making sure that you know the flow of

  477. the surface goes like we've set up, you know?

  478. Ultimately it's, you know as Pirates of the Caribbean say

  479. it's more like a guidelines than rules.

  480. You know, we kind of set guidelines But ultimately where

  481. the spirit wants to go, we're going to go but I kind of helped

  482. facilitate the ultimate general, you know, outline of what a

  483. service might look like. But then I make videos and I do

  484. design I'm and through that, I put myself in some design groups

  485. on Facebook is just some of the saddest stuff in the world.

  486. To see, like, I mean, some of these people that, you know,

  487. work for churches are just some of the saddest people in the

  488. world, you know? And they're always looking, you

  489. know, to figure out their emotional needs, you know, God,

  490. I'm just, you know, it's just it's so much you know.

  491. And then all the advice is always well, you got.

  492. A-you got. Tell your pastor.

  493. You got limits. You got to tell your pastor

  494. that, you know, he can't run you like that.

  495. You know, me winning ways 5:00. I don't answer no work calls.

  496. Why? Because you're working a job.

  497. You're not serving a vision. Because when I'm serving a

  498. vision, my time is not my own. Because when I serve a vision

  499. I'm available for whatever it needs.

  500. Right. I serve this vision and Pastor,

  501. oh, come to me for something. I don't even think about it

  502. because I've connected to this vision and if he asked me to do

  503. it, then I already knew when I connected this Vision, I'm going

  504. to be doing it says, hey we got to go this way so all right cool

  505. I'm gone. It's already on the calendar but

  506. hey, I need you speak, no problem.

  507. I got it. I don't have to already have had

  508. a word. I didn't need the Holy Spirit to

  509. come tell me a week before. Pastor told me that I was going

  510. to be preaching. I don't need to sit there going

  511. to be honest. With most of you aren't even

  512. fully have What I was going to speak until two days ago but

  513. ultimately I still say yeah, absolutely.

  514. Why, because I'm connected to this Vision.

  515. I know if God told you something and I'm gonna be there to do it

  516. because I'm not clocking out at 5:00, called people clock out,

  517. right? Do you think the disciples

  518. worked a nine-to-five? My God didn't walk up to the

  519. disciples and say, Hey, you know, come with me.

  520. We're going to start the day at 9:00, right?

  521. We'll have lunch every day. One hour, no problem.

  522. You taking care of right? You know, we do a lot of

  523. traveling that's time and a half.

  524. You know, I'm going to preach it places, but don't worry, 5:00,

  525. we shut down your home, your back.

  526. We're staying at. Nice hotels know these people

  527. left everything at a word, not a word.

  528. And I think there's a lot of us who sit there and think, man of

  529. Jesus asked me to come, I'll be there.

  530. But really were like, man, Pastor asked me to be somewhere

  531. Saturday and I worked all week. You know, so I don't know if I

  532. can make that one. See called people will try to

  533. fit their purpose into their life, where chosen people will

  534. wrap their life around their purpose.

  535. Cold people are always looking to try to see.

  536. I can do God here, I can do God here because I've got these

  537. things going on and these are the places I can fit God and

  538. we're chosen. People say no, this is my

  539. purpose. This is my passion and

  540. everything else I do is going to evolve around out everything

  541. else. I do will be there.

  542. See me personally when I go to schedule vacation, right?

  543. I'm looking at the calendar and I'm seeing what the church has

  544. got going on. And I know I work here, but I'm

  545. still thinking, man, if there's an event, I need to be at

  546. there's something I cannot miss then.

  547. Why would I miss it? Why would put why would I

  548. willfully playing something that we would remove me from the

  549. place. I'm attached to, why?

  550. Because I'm always looking to serve my purpose in my passion.

  551. And I'm saying, man, if I don't have to miss it, then I'm not

  552. going to. And I'm going to be honest, man,

  553. I just love what I do. So, most time I have a hard time

  554. planning vacation because I've been here.

  555. I like running the way I run, you know, and I get to travel

  556. with Pastor anyways, most of those times I taken him and I

  557. was in Oklahoma, a couple weeks ago, a pastor for, you know,

  558. camp meeting, you know, and ultimately I was working The

  559. Book Table, I was talking to people, you know, I'm not

  560. necessarily considered the most extroverted person like the

  561. people person in the room, right?

  562. I don't, I don't go into the party and it was like this,

  563. Chase? No.

  564. You know, I'm totally fine being on noticing in the back, right?

  565. I film things behind a camera like I'm totally cool with

  566. letting someone else. Talk 90% of the conversations

  567. are new. People are M through my other

  568. friends who come up and they saw the conversation and I can jump

  569. in when I need to write. So I went to camp meeting, you

  570. know? And it was me and Bradley and it

  571. was Bradley's first time, which means it really fell on me the

  572. most to do. Most of the talking I'm thinking

  573. man I texted my wife but halfway through his arm is the most I've

  574. worked in a long time. Man, I'm talking to so many

  575. people. My face hurts from smiling.

  576. You know, I thought this would be much more relaxing but man,

  577. I'm putting in some work, right? But ultimately I still felt like

  578. I love being there. It was a vacation we had a good

  579. time when I got back in. It feel like man.

  580. I need rest. Not felt great.

  581. I was like let's run what's next?

  582. Why? Because when I'm doing my

  583. passion and purpose, it's going to fulfill me, it's Gonna Keep

  584. Me. It's Gonna, you know, keep me

  585. going. Because do we not think that God

  586. will always honor our time. We sing about how God, you know,

  587. how how miraculously is how wonderful he is.

  588. All the things he's doing, but then we had like if we do go

  589. serve in the church or do this extra event, it's going to put

  590. us away from family's, gonna put us out and they say, no, I'm

  591. going to be too tired. Do you not think God will honor

  592. your time? You know, when I um, and when me

  593. and my wife were having our third daughter Scotland, I was

  594. at a busier season in the church for my life.

  595. Personally, you know, there's just a lot going on.

  596. We had a lot of different projects.

  597. There's a lot of things happening, right?

  598. And so I knew that meant I wasn't as home as much not only

  599. for my wife, but also for our newborn Scotland.

  600. I just wasn't there as much, right?

  601. And I was reminded of something that was prayed over me.

  602. When I was in high school, we went to a youth camp.

  603. Thank God for youth camps and with the worship leader called

  604. down everyone, who was who was involved in their youth worship

  605. team. And he prayed over me and he

  606. said, you know, I don't know why.

  607. I said everyone else pay when he prayed over me, he said, God,

  608. you're going to bless him and an hour of practice will be like

  609. three hours. And that came back up into my

  610. spirit when I was going through this season.

  611. And so, I started praying over my family and I say, God, an

  612. hour of time with my kids is going to be like 3 hours, 15

  613. minutes of time with my kids is going to be like 45 anytime.

  614. I can invest in this season, you're going to multiply it and

  615. my wife can attest to this you know at such a young age.

  616. Scotland was the closest to me of any of my daughters.

  617. You know, most time when the moms feeding them on taking care

  618. of him through the night and she's doing all of her stuff,

  619. right? You know, when the year 1 year

  620. 2, they're mostly close to the mom, that's the relationship.

  621. They know that's the bond. They have writing that as a dad,

  622. you just try to get in as much time as you can.

  623. But ultimately, you just can't beat the fact that I don't feed

  624. you right, you know. And so it's like you know your

  625. life source is somewhere else. I get it, you know.

  626. So obviously when I was you know, with Scotland even though

  627. I wasn't able to be there as much when she was two and

  628. started talking she said Dad at first when she was crying or

  629. sad, she would not want her mom but she would come to Me why it

  630. wasn't nothing to against Alyssa but it has to do with the fact

  631. that man, I put in time in the spirit and God honored, the time

  632. that I had with them super naturally because I wasn't out

  633. just doing things on my own. It's not like I was just gone

  634. doing things and staying busy of my own will, I was serving a

  635. purpose, right? Because Paul said, man, we got a

  636. beat down, our flesh, right? Called people are moved by their

  637. flesh. Chosen people seek the spirit,

  638. right? When I had my kids, I made a

  639. shift in my workout routine. I went from going whenever I

  640. wanted to say, man, I'm gonna start going at 5:30 or 6:00 in

  641. the morning while all my kids are asleep.

  642. That way, I don't lose any family time because this is a

  643. personal thing I want to keep going.

  644. But ultimately, I don't want to miss being with my family and so

  645. I rearranged my life to accommodate the purpose and the

  646. passions that God has placed there.

  647. Right? And that's how we keep ourselves

  648. stirred up, right? So called people will try to fit

  649. their purpose into their lifestyle or chosen people will

  650. evolve their life around their purpose, right?

  651. If we look at Matthew 10 17, through 20 to, it says, as he

  652. was setting out on a journey, a man ran up to him and knelt

  653. before him and ask good teacher. What shall I do?

  654. So that I may inherit eternal life, but Jesus said to him, why

  655. do you call me good? No one is good.

  656. Except for God alone. You know the Commandments do

  657. not. Not murder, do not commit

  658. adultery, do not steal, do not false, give false testimony do

  659. not defraud, honor your father and mother and he said to him

  660. teacher I've kept all those since my youth then looking at

  661. him. Jesus showed him showed love to

  662. him and said to him. One thing, you lack go and sell

  663. all your possessions and give it to the pool, poor.

  664. And you will have treasure in heaven, and come and follow me.

  665. But he was deeply dismayed by these words and he went away

  666. grieving for. He was one, Own much property.

  667. We literally have an account of someone who was called.

  668. And their their life decision moment of choosing to be chosen

  669. or to remain called. But ultimately this person

  670. picked their life and the things they want to attain and the

  671. things they have over the elite elect status.

  672. They ultimately said, I want what I'm comfortable with, I

  673. want what I want, I want what I'm doing.

  674. I like where I am now. I like the things I have.

  675. This is my seat on Sunday morning.

  676. Right. This is where this is where I

  677. have at a mile serve on this day but nothing else you get me once

  678. a month. No, I don't got to be quiet

  679. because I this is a church of chosen, right?

  680. Because Pastor a couple weeks ago, said most people who are

  681. called stay called because of self-preservation, I want to

  682. serve God on my terms and be happy about it.

  683. Whereas, the chosen ones are the ones who left everything behind

  684. and followed him. It's about two weeks ago and his

  685. message settled, it's a great setup for what I had today.

  686. But I refuse to settle outside the promises of God.

  687. I refuse to just be someone who is called.

  688. I refuse to just live by my flesh and stay in my comfort

  689. zone. I refuse to to get to the end of

  690. my my Road in life and to finish my race, only to find out.

  691. I didn't actually finish my race.

  692. I finished the leg of it and I'm not passing the Baton off to

  693. someone else. Know what's mine to achieve?

  694. I have Destiny in my heart. I will achieve it.

  695. Right? Because I'm not going to stay at

  696. called status. I'm gonna get chosen.

  697. I'm gonna be a part of the elect.

  698. I'm going to be a part of the elite.

  699. I'm gonna do what's required of me to be sitting somewhere else

  700. in the end to have been able to say man, well done everything I

  701. had for you. You got everything I have for

  702. you, I've got You know, like I said, I'm a video game person.

  703. Always makes you think about. I don't know if anyone else

  704. plays video games, this one Mike might just right past you.

  705. But you know, if you play any sort of big scaled video games,

  706. you know, there's always these like side quests and little side

  707. jobs. And there's people who, like,

  708. complete a game and they do the main mission.

  709. And then there's people who, like, spend the time to make

  710. sure they go through and do every possible.

  711. You know, you know thing they can on it as competitive as I

  712. am. I don't have time for that so I

  713. never do that but I am a stubborn person.

  714. So I was playing this one game. You know where you had to like,

  715. stack rocks? You know, I was funny because I

  716. was telling my wife the other day.

  717. She was sitting by me while I was playing.

  718. And it's just like all you do is you go.

  719. And there's like six rocks and got to stack them.

  720. I don't know. It's like a side quest thing so

  721. stupid. But once I started like, I just,

  722. I couldn't stop until I got in and they kept falling and

  723. there's like an hour and a half because that's all I was really

  724. playing and then I realize I wasted all of my time on this

  725. awesome game, stacking rocks. I'm like but I couldn't stop and

  726. so I had got it done and then it was like then I got it but then

  727. I realized all I attained it by didn't use every rock that they

  728. gave me, I missed one. So, I technically accomplished

  729. it, but I didn't know that man, so I was just reset it on my own

  730. because I go down to the cow. I got use all of them, right?

  731. So just like, spent so much time doing this little mundane thing

  732. that meant nothing. But ultimately why is?

  733. Because there was something there.

  734. Something about my personality is just man, I'm going to

  735. accomplish it. Like I'm going to get it done.

  736. I'm not going to sit here and say that I failed at a stupid

  737. Little Rock game. I'm gonna be the one that

  738. actually successfully got this thing.

  739. Right? You know, II play Mario Kart

  740. with my kids and, you know, sometimes I get frustrated

  741. because I restart it, right? I'm on.

  742. Like, the SEC really fast one, right?

  743. And so we're going. And so in order to get the three

  744. gold stars, you got to win first place every race which means

  745. that the second race I lose for some reason, you know, mainly

  746. because Alyssa is somewhere in like third place is right,

  747. shelling me like crazy the whole time, right?

  748. And so then someone like past me like Tasha's restart the whole

  749. thing as I can't get 3 stars at this point.

  750. No point in finishing all the races, right?

  751. I might as well just restart and try again like it's going like,

  752. right. Why?

  753. Because I'm just one of those people who likes to get

  754. something right and ultimately I think inside of us, whether you

  755. are a competitive person or Or not, there's still something

  756. about a calling inside of you with God, that wants you to

  757. obtain two more, right? And we shouldn't just be

  758. satisfied with knowing man. I got there on the bare minimum.

  759. I made it, but just Right? I don't want to be a I just

  760. barely made it person. I want to be chosen.

  761. So as we look at Colossians 3:12 and we think to ourselves man am

    Colossians 3:12

  762. I putting on Tender Mercies? I am I kind towards people.

  763. Do I have humility, do I have meekness?

  764. And obviously Pastor said this a thousand times, humility and

  765. meekness does not just mean quiet and act like nothing right

  766. because we know the most humble man in the world wrote that

  767. about himself. Right.

  768. And a lot of people think, oh, well, we gotta be humble.

  769. Humble does not mean I'm some like quiet little mouse.

  770. That's not what that means, right?

  771. So, you're not going to look at something on.

  772. Like, I am very humble. He's saying a lot of things

  773. aren't very hungry. No, that's not what that was

  774. qualified as right. So we're going to be humble in

  775. the right aspect of it, right? We're going to be

  776. long-suffering, right? We're going to be people who can

  777. deal with a man and that is the one thing.

  778. I'm gonna be honest, man, you connected think of a church man.

  779. Your pastor is long-suffering and there's sometimes I go

  780. through something, you know, and then I've been upstairs me like

  781. man you are long suffering because I'm working on that.

  782. Because I fall into the, you know, Remember the Titans just

  783. cut him loose. Can I like you, man?

  784. I would much rather just move on this, but we're going to we're

  785. sitting here, right? But ultimately, that's what we

  786. are. He's long-suffering, and so we

  787. become long-suffering, we become people who are long-suffering.

  788. We say, man, I'm gonna get this right with our kids, where

  789. long-suffering, right, we can't be short-tempered, right?

  790. We have to give them time to get things, you know?

  791. And for me, one thing from parenting, I learned, you know,

  792. real quick, on my second child, who was completely different on

  793. my first shot as well, there is no one.

  794. Way to do this. Right?

  795. Because the way London, axe is not how the next and the way

  796. Scotland acts, I've never seen another child act.

  797. So you know, I can't even YouTube this one.

  798. I gotta just figure this thing out.

  799. Ryan. So you gotta, you do these

  800. personalities, long-suffering, man, you know, everyone's

  801. different, you know, the way I respond to things is different

  802. than the way, when wife would respond to things sometimes,

  803. like, man, just go do it right, the age-old batter.

  804. Where do you want to eat? You know, like stinking Pig, uh,

  805. place You know. So, then she's like, well, you

  806. big final picture pulling. I hate you.

  807. Well, you know, I hate when I still pick the place.

  808. It's your turn again, right? But you like, man, I want to put

  809. on long-suffering, right? We're bearing with one another.

  810. We're forgiving one another. All right, we're not holding on

  811. to grudges against people, right?

  812. Just like Christ, forgave us. We forgive others because

  813. ultimate I'm not going to let holding on to unforgiveness

  814. disqualify me from my own purpose.

  815. But like I said, ultimately, I'm the only one who can disqualify

  816. myself from accomplishing. The thing, God want me to

  817. accomplish right now. Much really put myself down and

  818. say I'm sorry, and deal with it. You know, I've always been one

  819. of those people. Anyways, that's just kind of

  820. like, man, you know, if I do something and it's wrong and

  821. I'm, you know, I'll take it like it's wrong.

  822. You get in trouble, like, but I've always been like a, let's

  823. just go and do and then, ultimately, if there's

  824. correction, we get correction, you know, and I'm saying, you

  825. gotta, you gotta grow from the correction like I said, A lot of

  826. you been in for a long time, you've seen me grow, right?

  827. You've seen things happen, you know?

  828. And so ultimate is, why? It's because man, we had a great

  829. church, we have a great past, we have great word, but we take the

  830. word inside, we apply it, we do things, some things take longer

  831. to adjust than others, but man, it's that drive to want to be

  832. chosen rather than just being called that actually gets us

  833. somewhere, right? It's that drive to say, man, I

  834. want more than the bare minimum, we let the peace of God rule in

  835. our hearts. How else do we get chosen?

  836. This is a great one. Everybody knows this one Matthew

    Matthew 6:33

  837. 6:33. Right says, but seek first, the

  838. kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these

  839. things shall be added to you. The word first, there is in time

  840. or place Rancor influence. It obviously means, the very

  841. first thing means, the very first thing I'm seeking in my

  842. life is the kingdom of God. All right.

  843. The word seek there is an order. It's a desire, a hunger thirst

  844. to Crave for it. It's something that man, we just

  845. long for, man. We've got to have it on a pic on

  846. my wife here for a second because it really fits in.

  847. If anyone knows Alyssa, you know, she has, you know, this

  848. thing about sauces, right? I'm telling you, like, we order

  849. food, she orders a sauce that Sauce better be there.

  850. I don't care. If it's 15 20 minutes away.

  851. I'm driving to go get that sauce because it's like get there like

  852. can't eat this. There's no sauce.

  853. Right. Because when she has her mind

  854. set on that sauce, man, she wants that sauce and she will go

  855. through Leaps and Bounds. I'm gonna have to, you know,

  856. we'll just doordash another meal with the sauce and maybe they'll

  857. get it right this time. What about the other Moon?

  858. Doesn't matter. I'll have the sauce, right?

  859. But it's this crave. Assisted Zaire, man.

  860. We have to have a desire to seek first.

  861. The things of God, we have to man, this is what's been put

  862. inside me, I long for this. This is my motivation is to find

  863. the kingdom of God is to put this thing first.

  864. Write, the kingdom is his royal power, and his sovereignty is

  865. dominion. And then it says, but it doesn't

  866. just say, say, Seek first. The kingdom of God, it says and

  867. his righteousness. Right?

  868. So, these are two things we're seeking first.

  869. I'm not just seeking the Kina. I'm also seeking his

  870. righteousness. And what is his righteousness,

  871. isn't it? It's a condition that is

  872. acceptable and pleasing to him. So I'm not just seeking first

  873. his kingdom. I'm also seeking first making

  874. sure I'm putting myself in a position of being pleasing to

  875. him. Meaning the meaning that I'm

  876. doing all of the things he's laid out that we are supposed to

  877. be doing, I'm leaving with that list right in Colossians, I'm

  878. living by that list. I'm staying righteous.

  879. I'm not just staying somewhere. I'm not just running off at the

  880. mouth of not just in my flesh all the time.

  881. I'm not just doing things but man, I'm staying righteous.

  882. I'm seeking to be righteous, right?

  883. And we also know just how fast you can get it right, right?

  884. You make a mistake, bam. You can get it right, why?

  885. That's seeking his righteousness.

  886. That's being able to say, man. I made a mistake here, but I

  887. want to get it right and get back where I'm supposed to be.

  888. I'm seeking his righteousness. I'm Desiring to never make a

  889. mistake, but ultimately, I do. Quick to get it right, right

  890. because we can make a heart change that fast and we can be

  891. right there. I love the way the passion is

  892. translation reads. This one, Matthew 6:33.

    Matthew 6:33

  893. The passion translation says, so above all consistently seek

  894. God's kingdom and his righteousness.

  895. Then all these less important things will be given to you

  896. abundantly. I like the way this does is

  897. because obviously Matthew 6:33 and says in all these things we

    Matthew 6:33

  898. add and I love the way they say, all these less important things

  899. because ultimately there's nothing as important as our

  900. purpose but God is still willing to give you the things you

  901. desire. he just say, man, seek me seek my righteousness and

  902. then all these less important things, what you're going to

  903. eat, what you're gonna drink, what you're gonna wear, let are

  904. all less important than your purpose will be given to you and

  905. abundant Alright, if you're seeking me for seeking my

  906. kingdom, if you're staying righteous, all these less

  907. important things, I'm still going to give to you, but yet

  908. called people seek the less important things.

  909. Trying to get it in abundance on their own.

  910. Right? We want to be chosen.

  911. We want to seek first, the kingdom of God, because we're

  912. called to chosen, right? We're going to move out of just

  913. called status in a chosen status, right?

  914. Just like Pastor said and said, oh man, I'm not settling outside

  915. of his promise, anchor. If a church is a church of

  916. chosen people and give a church, is gonna get to the next level.

  917. Why? Because all of us are going to

  918. rise up to the elect and be chosen of God.

  919. Right, so we gotta we gotta rise up to that to that place, you

  920. know, Pastor Kenneth Hagin said, in order in order to be the best

  921. you can be you must train. Which means there's gonna be

  922. some work involved. There's gonna be things we have

  923. to do. And like I said, it's amazing to

  924. me sometime how much people are willing to put in work and

  925. effort for random things but then when it comes to spiritual

  926. life, we don't You know, we love to spend time at the gym.

  927. We have no problem putting in all this work and effort into

  928. building up our body some way. But it when it comes to doing

  929. some extra Bible reading where we tap out, You my kids got a

  930. science fair project. I'm gonna put, I'm gonna make

  931. sure my kids science. Fair project is the best one

  932. ever. And I mean, I'm there I'm

  933. dedicating, we're checking everything out, we're getting it

  934. done. But ultimately, it's like, man

  935. when it comes time to pray a little extra or to show up a

  936. little early to be at prayer. Tapping out.

  937. Right? We have to understand if we're

  938. going to grow spiritually, we're gonna have to train to grow

  939. spiritually. And if I have a hard time,

  940. praying, 10 minutes, and the spirit, then I should probably

  941. start praying in five minutes in the spirit a lot.

  942. And grow from called to Chosen and start training to be

  943. something. There's a lot of people that

  944. were used in the Bible and there's a lot of people that

  945. could have been used. All right, David was chosen.

  946. But guess what? David had Brothers.

  947. But David did, what was necessary when he was out there

  948. with the Sheep to put himself in a to become qualified, to be

  949. chosen. A lot of other people could have

  950. rescued besides just Moses and Aaron, but Moses and Aaron would

  951. put in it. We're putting themselves in

  952. positions to be chosen, right? There were multiple spies sent

  953. out but Caleb and Josh said, I doesn't matter what it looks

  954. like. God said, we can do it, chosen

  955. mentality. Chosen mentality.

  956. Say man, I'm going to do my don't care.

  957. The circumstances. God said, we can do it.

  958. He told us we can do it. We're going to get it because

  959. that's the great thing about God.

  960. God knows what you gonna go through in your life, right?

  961. If God called you to something that needs given everything you

  962. need, he's giving you everything you need to accomplish it.

  963. And he knew what your life was going to be like, which means

  964. the circumstances you've gone through.

  965. He's prepared you to handle and if he's prepared us to handle,

  966. Then the only thing we have to do is get in his word.

  967. So that we can accept that thing.

  968. Right. Second, Peter 111.

  969. Second Peter 1, 1 1 through 11. Sorry, second Peter, 1, 1

  970. through 11 says, Simon Peter has servant and Apostle of Jesus

  971. Christ to those who through the righteousness, of God and

  972. Savior. Jesus Christ had received a

  973. faith as precious as ours, Grace and peace.

  974. Be yours in abundance, through the knowledge of God and of

  975. Jesus, our lord, his divine power has given us everything we

  976. need for a Godly life. Through our knowledge of him who

  977. called us by his own glory and goodness through these, he has

  978. given us his very great and precious promises.

  979. So that through them, you may participate in the divine

  980. nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused

  981. by evil desires for this reason, make every effort to add to your

  982. faith. Goodness and to goodness

  983. knowledge and to knowledge self-control.

  984. Roll and to self-control preservation.

  985. Whoo, perseverance and perseverance godliness and to

  986. Godliness Mutual affection into mutual affection.

  987. Love for if you possess these qualities in increasing measure,

  988. they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive

  989. for. If you possess these qualities

  990. in a in increasing measure, they will keep you from being

  991. ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus

  992. Christ. But whoever does not Have them

  993. is near sighted and blind forgetting that they have been

  994. cleansed from their past sins. Therefore my brothers and

  995. sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and

  996. election. For if you do these things you

  997. will never stumble. And you will receive a rich.

  998. Welcome to the Eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Savior.

  999. Jesus Christ. Man.

  1000. Road map. Right.

1001. Laid out for us. God's, amen.

1002. This is how you go from called to chosen.

1003. You start living with these things.

1004. You start living with the desire for faith in goodness and

1005. knowledge, and self control, and perseverance and godliness and

1006. mutual affection, and love. Then you will not be

1007. ineffective, you will not be unproductive, right?

1008. You're not going to find yourself busy and effective.

1009. If you're doing your purpose and passion busy and uneffective

1010. comes from me, filling my time with things outside of my

1011. purpose. Right, that feeling of being

1012. super tired, all the time being busy all the time.

1013. Comes for me, filling my life with things that aren't in my

1014. purpose. It comes with me trying to

1015. desire a life God never intended for me to have, right?

1016. Because once I settle into my calling, And then I start

1017. building myself up with all of the things to be the elect man,

1018. you're going to run and it's going to be easy to run.

1019. Right? And you're not going to be able

1020. to see yourself doing anything else but run.

1021. Why? Because once you settle inside

1022. yourself your passion and purpose, you're gonna do

1023. whatever it takes to accomplish it.

1024. Right? And that's how we go from called

1025. to chosen, Pastor Marcus Right? That's how we move from call to

1026. chosen. We set ourselves apart from what

1027. everyone else is doing. Because if I only do what

1028. everyone else did I only have what everyone else has.

1029. If I only do the bare minimum, I'm only ever going to receive

1030. the bare minimum. But once I start putting in the

1031. effort for the extra man, I can start receiving the extra.

1032. I can start rising to new things, and don't don't think

1033. that new levels. Don't bring new

1034. responsibilities, but with every new level and every new

1035. responsibility comes a new call to achieve it.

1036. Comes the ability to obtain it. Right?

1037. So, I want to encourage you today, man.

1038. I you can move. If you feel like man, I'm just

1039. living the life of a called person.

1040. You can move from called to chosen.

1041. But it's not, it's not the it's not the way for many.

1042. Because many are called few are chosen.

1043. Now, there's a lot of people in the world, so if all of us were

1044. chosen that would be considered few.

1045. Right. So just know like I said.

1046. Anchor Faith Church can be a church of chosen.

1047. We can all say, man. I'm not gonna just obtained for

1048. bare minimum, I'm going to attain to The Chosen, saddest

1049. the elite, the elect, which means I'm going to put.

1050. In the time, I'm going to put in the effort.

  1051. I'm gonna do what's necessary? I'm gonna do what's required to

1052. go to the next level. I'm gonna do what's required to

1053. to obtain something more. That's great.
