  1. Thanks for checking out the anchor Faith, Message podcast

  2. from st. Augustine Florida.

  3. Now, enjoy this message. So as I said back in May I

  4. Endeavor the Lord spoke to me, that there is a leadership

  5. vacuum. In the, the body of Christ

  6. leadership, vacuum, not only in the body of Christ, but also in

  7. the world, Jesus talks about how the world does leadership, and

  8. he doesn't. And he literally says that's not

  9. how the kingdom does it. All right, so we cannot learn

  10. our model of leadership from the world, unfortunately.

  11. The majority of larger churches. Do bring in Business Leaders,

  12. which they in turn then communicate to the congregation,

  13. how they have done leadership, according to a world standard,

  14. and many churches are following that, okay?

  15. And having a layer of success, but I would want to remind all

  16. those churches, that Jesus said, what good is it a man to gain

  17. the whole world and forfeit his soul?

  18. So it's really important that we then dive into the Bible to see

  19. what it talks about leadership. It's amazing how much money is

  20. spent in every sector of society to get someone in front of their

  21. group to talk to them about leadership.

  22. It's really amazing. How much money those individuals

  23. make. And then people want to complain

  24. about pastors. People want to talk about

  25. pastors, you know, and all there, just after your money, I

  26. are paying hundreds, if not thousands of dollars to hear

  27. somebody talk to them about leadership.

  28. And they charge. Some hundreds of thousands of

  29. dollars just to speak and they're getting it.

  30. I said they're getting it. Are you hear me?

  31. The Bible has a lot of principles that we can see in

  32. the word of God. And through the years, I've

  33. always had I've always taken the time in layers of leadership in

  34. the church to be able to invest in those individuals leadership

  35. principles, according to the Bible so that it would be raised

  36. up across the church. Nobody in general, I typically

  37. do not have these conversations. I do it more.

  38. If you're involved in our Elevate supported Ministry, your

  39. assigned somewhere, you're involved in the church, then

  40. somewhere. Leaderships, getting trickled

  41. out to you, or directly towards you threw myself, or through

  42. others that are overseeing certain areas.

  43. But the Lord spoke to me back in Maine.

  44. He says, you need to start doing it from the congregation to the

  45. congregation from the platform. So at that point, it seemed

  46. right. With me in the Holy Ghost that I

  47. would Endeavor the last Wednesday of each month, then

  48. that we would purpose ourselves to make it a leadership type

  49. teaching and we did it and may into June.

  50. Then all of a sudden might have been April into May.

  51. Yeah it was me June we didn't go to the end of June.

  52. We did earlier one in June because I had some meetings at

  53. the end. Then obviously had tons of

  54. meetings in July and so here we are in August and we're going to

  55. do a leadership, okay? Now, if you're on staff with

  56. anchor, fate Church of which we have 70, something Employee 72

  57. employees, not all of them have heard this because we've hired a

  58. few since this was released but I sent it out to all of our

  59. employees, on this particular leadership lesson called chain

  60. of command, and I want to talk to you about that.

  61. So, turn over to Matthew chapter 8, Matthew chapter 8, what gave

Matthew 8 chapter mention Matthew 8 chapter mention

  62. you some principles right now that it will cause you to be

  63. propelled in any sector of society or in right now, okay?

  64. So what I'm teaching is not Church stuff.

  65. In the context, it only works here.

  66. What I'm fixing to teach works everywhere.

  67. You are Everywhere you are. Okay, this principle works

  68. everywhere you are. All right well we consider Jesus

  69. the greatest leader. Would we okay?

  70. So if he really is the greatest leader then don't you think we

  71. should listen to him more than anybody else.

  72. So then I would encourage you right now.

  73. Any leadership teaching you've ever heard?

  74. You should probably throw it out right now.

  75. They don't line up with where I'm going tonight.

  76. You should just say I'm forgetting that.

  77. I'll just get rid of that thought.

  78. I'm no longer gonna hold to this author and I'm even talking

  79. biblical, I'm talking Christian realm authors, Alright, so here

  80. Matthew chapter 8, verse 9 and 10.

    Matthew 8:9

  81. It says this for, I also am a man under Authority with

  82. soldiers under me, and I say to this one go, and he goes into

  83. another come, and he comes into my slave, do this, and he does

  84. it. Now, when Jesus heard this, he

  85. marveled. He what he marveled think about

  86. that, the King of Kings, the third second person of the

  87. godhead. Here's a human.

  88. And not even directly from the human's mouth actually because

  89. this is one gospel account. Another gospel account, is this

  90. person sent people to him to give this message?

  91. Are you hearing me? So he didn't directly hear this

  92. statement out of the person's mouth and he marveled.

  93. And said to those fought who were following Jesus.

  94. At the time he says, truly I say to you, I have not found I've

  95. not found it such great faith with anyone in my Covenant

  96. Nation. The nation that I cut my father,

  97. cut Covenant with and has had his word for centuries.

  98. Now, thousands of years, And I'm not founded.

  99. Wow. This nation should be somewhere

  100. on the map in a totally different location as far as

  101. leading should be a world superpower.

  102. But they're not. and a centurion, who is a soldier in

  103. one of the most tyrannical governments on the planet called

  104. Rome, Has greater Faith than anyone in Israel.

  105. Wow. Are you hearing me now?

  106. What's very powerful about this statement?

  107. Right here? And most people miss it, we've

  108. said it here. So this Bears repeating to some

  109. some gave all you've never heard this teaching.

  110. So we want to look at this, just to give you the kind of

  111. background on what's going on. There is a centurion, he is a

  112. Roman soldier who has soldiers under him, okay?

  113. And as a result of that, he happens to have a servant, okay?

  114. Who's not a soldier. One of his slaves that is sick.

  115. And this man has such compassion and care so much for this slave.

  116. He has that he has heard from the Jewish people that, you

  117. know, are trying to serve the Father, the way they want to.

  118. This man wants to serve their God.

  119. Recognizes he is God and has given literally to them.

  120. Okay, from that heat, they show up to And say, this guy's worthy

  121. for you to come and heal his servant.

  122. I mean, he gives to us and our synagogues.

  123. I mean, he values the God, we serve the coveted Abraham, Isaac

  124. and Jacob. So the Lord says, okay, I'll

  125. come I'll come heal the guy. So as he's en route, the

  126. centurions at his home. Realizes Jesus is coming sends a

  127. couple of servants out to tell him that he's not worthy for.

  128. Him to even come under his roof. Not worthy and his statement

  129. prior to this said, this just speak the word only and my

  130. servant will be healed. Because I'm not worthy for you

  131. to come under my house. He knows, I mean he does not

  132. want to get the presence of God because his sin is super

  133. exposed, right. He knows he's not worthy for you

  134. know this guy that he is recognizing as basically God In

  135. the Flesh, there's something about Jesus.

  136. He is, are at minimum a holy man, a powerful prophet of God

  137. that God's hand is on his life, period.

  138. I'm not worthy for you to come under my roof and he says, just

  139. speak Word only and my servant will be healed.

  140. That's the condition wherein. And then he says, why he

  141. believes that? If he just says, something, it

  142. happened because of this first statement I am for I also

  143. there's an identification Here Am A man.

  144. Also a man. So he identified as you're a man

  145. and I'm a man and I'm a man like you.

  146. And the first thing he saw about Jesus was not the authority.

  147. Jesus was in, But the authority Jesus was under.

  148. Very powerful. That he didn't look at Jesus's

  149. Authority. He looked at Jesus is under

  150. Authority. The first thing he recognized

  151. about Jesus was his submission. Okay, I must say that again, the

  152. first thing he saw about Jesus was Batman submitted now, in our

  153. society today, nobody wants to be known as the guy that submits

  154. We don't want to be known as that guy.

  155. We don't want to be seen. Oh, you know you I see you do

  156. what people say? What?

  157. Well if you have that then you don't have what God has.

  158. I'm just gonna tell you right now.

  159. So the first thing he sees them because it doesn't use this word

  160. but it's there I said, is there For, I'm a man also submitted to

  161. Authority. And because I submit to

  162. Authority, I have authority. so again, if you can't submit Okay,

  163. if you can't see yourself as a submitted person first than any

  164. Authority, you have is worldly Authority and you do your

  165. Authority, like the Gentiles leader, and they Lord it over

  166. their people. and Jesus addressed that concept not

  167. because the disciples were asking for Authority, they were

  168. asking who's the greatest And he says oh you know how to Gentiles

  169. though. These worldly, these guys of the

  170. world how they lead, they Lord it over people, but it's not

  171. like that with us. And then he goes on to explain.

  172. Now if you want to be great You're going to have to be what

  173. the servant of all you better identify with your submission,

  174. way more than you had identified with your leadership.

  175. Well, you better learn to identify with your submission,

  176. way more. In fact, you better look for

  177. opportunities to be doing something for someone instead of

  178. walking around trying to get somebody to do something for

  179. you. Hallelujah, it's not popular.

  180. Will write a book anyway. One day dismantle, all the you

  181. know, Christian believing, you know leadership Doctrine right

  182. for. I also am a man under Authority

  183. and because I have I know what it means, which really this is a

  184. principle of seedtime and harvest.

  185. So an in reaping in essence, why can this synturion expect that

  186. the ones? He's over to go when they when

  187. he says go to come? When he says come to do this

  188. when he says do this. Why would he expect that?

  189. Because when his Commander says come, Yes sir, go.

  190. Yes, sir. Do this.

  191. Yes sir. Not man, I fell in it today.

  192. See, now, I can identify with this because I was in the

  193. military myself right now. And, and man, man, when I saw

  194. the kingdom of God, like the Bible is about a king as Kingdom

  195. in his role Offspring. When I recognize that my savior

  196. has always been Lord and he's King and he has a final say, And

  197. that simple principle. Then yes sir.

  198. And it's not like yes, sir. I hate that.

  199. You're my king. I wish I could take over your

  200. throne. We'll get to that.

  201. It's yes, sir. I'm talking to love right now

  202. and your command to my life is life and I am just jacked

  203. excited to serve you and your calls man.

  204. Come on, give me another order a command, give me something to

  205. do. God, please.

  206. Are you hearing me? And so the reason why this man

  207. says, listen, I'm a man under Authority, just like you, but

  208. I'm also a man in Authority. So I understand how this works

  209. because when I give a word in my authority, it is to be carried

  210. out. So all I need you to do a speak

  211. it You do you have to show up at the house?

  212. Your word has enough power to accomplish the task.

  213. Oh my gosh, in Jesus. Like, let it let it be according

  214. to your faith, man, and he that guy was healed right, then, that

  215. moment, I said in that moment, Because when the guys came back

  216. to the century and told what he said, he said, well, he said to

  217. how long ago, you know, I mean, obviously they didn't have, you

  218. know, Apple watches back them, you know, maybe they can't

  219. around a sundial on their wrist, I don't know.

  220. But, you know, it took us about whatever time to be.

  221. He says, you know what? That same time, my servant

  222. started to turn and was be and was healed his its whole

  223. situation turned because it was, it happened to many.

  224. He said it. I said the many said it Or hear

  225. me. So then this scripture lets us

  226. know that there is a thing called chain of command.

  227. It is a Biblical principle because it's not just a worldly

  228. principal. He said, well okay, the

  229. Centurion when he was with the Roman government, this is what

  230. wrong did know. He identified that Jesus did

  231. this, and Jesus didn't say, right?

  232. I'm not submitted to nobody. Okay.

  233. Jesus is submitted. In fact, the godhead has a chain

  234. of command. Even in the godhead which is

  235. like, almost mind-blowing but we know that God is one but yet

  236. three, he's three and one. Triune God, the Father, the Son,

  237. and the Holy Spirit, Jesus talks about the father in John chapter

    John 12:49

  238. 12 verse 49. Look what he says he says is

  239. for. I do not speak on my own

  240. initiative, but the father himself who Who, what, who sent

  241. me? Which means Jesus didn't come

  242. because he loved you. Okay.

  243. Jesus would have stayed in heaven and never emptied himself

  244. of his glory, if Dad would have never said.

  245. So for I did not speak on my own initiative, or I do not speak on

  246. my own initiative, but the father himself who sent me has

  247. given me a command as to what to say, and what to speak.

  248. So, Jesus, who is called the son of God?

  249. Is submitted to the father. Jesus only does what the father

  250. says. So we need to understand this.

  251. The father is the top of the chain.

  252. There is nothing higher than the father.

  253. He is all authority. Oh, now when I was taught at

  254. Rhema because a, how, the Greek says, when you get into these

  255. passages, talking about Authority in the Greek, it

  256. literally means delegated power. And I remember a particular

  257. instructor, you know, would talk to us about that word, you know,

  258. you know, you have authority, which is delegated power.

  259. You don't want to make sure we had it, delegated power,

  260. delegated power, delegated power, delegated power, and it

  261. was always kind of ingrained in us.

  262. Well, you know, as I got out of Raymond started, doing different

  263. Ministry, was youth ministry for three years and they came here

  264. and planted acre features been here, 18 years now, you know, as

  265. Continue to stand and study and I'm talking about Authority and

  266. I kept giving that definition of authority is by definition is

  267. delegated power. Eventually it messed me up.

  268. Because I'm like that can't be the definition of authority.

  269. It just can't. Now it can be the definition in

  270. the Greek in that scripture because In this passage of

  271. scripture, this Authority has been delegated power.

  272. This Authority was delegated power to the individual.

  273. Because again, it Jesus received his power from the father

  274. because Authority is delegated power.

  275. Then where did the father get his power?

  276. If it literally just means delegated power.

  277. Well, no one delegated the father, any power?

  278. So true Authority. In definition would be the final

  279. say. It's the final say so when you

  280. understand that Jesus has given, he's has been given all

  281. authority and then he tells us to go therefore in that

  282. Authority. He has delegated us Power.

  283. What is that power? He's delegated us.

  284. That when we say what we hear from him, it'll be a final say

  285. on the matter. Boy, that's a help somebody

  286. because again we're talking about you have authority over

  287. the devil. Well, you will go through the

  288. chain of command, ain't get to the father's voice. and that

  289. trickle down to you, which means when you say it, It is a final

  290. say on that deal. And the father always does what

  291. he says. The only way the father's word

  292. does not happen. Is if you Rebel It's the only

  293. way it doesn't happen. You Rebel, you Rebel.

  294. Jesus literally told the Pharisees he says, why do you

  295. transgress the Commandment of God for the sake of your

  296. Traditions? He says you make the command of

  297. God. Null and void by your

  298. traditions. In essence, you love your way of

  299. doing God more than God's way of doing himself.

  300. Because if you would do it, his way you would get his result.

  301. So, let's go to the next shame because there's the father, we

  302. know the sun only listens to the father.

  303. Well, who's the Holy Ghost? Listen to look at John chapter,

  304. 16. John 16:13 says this, but when

    John 16:13

  305. he the spirit of truth, that's the Holy Ghost comes, he will

  306. guide you into all Truth for. He will what not speak on his

  307. own initiative, but whatever he hears he will speak and he will

  308. disclose to you. What is to come now over in

  309. John? 14 when Jesus says, when he

  310. comes that, he'll calls all things to come to your

  311. remembrance that I said, the Pastor might find that verse in

  312. John chapter 14, I think it's 23, but verify that John

    John 14 chapter mention

  313. chapter, 14, maybe twenty three or twenty six, probably 26.

  314. I just want to verify that as Truth where it's literally at,

  315. because he says he will cause things to come to your

  316. remembrance. That I said, so the Holy Ghost,

  317. it speaking on his own John 14:26.

    John 14:26

  318. Okay, John 14:26 and write down for yourself.

    John 14:26

  319. So the Holy Spirit when he speaks to your spirit is because

  320. he's heard from Jesus. Now, Jesus, when he talks to the

  321. Holy Ghost, whatever he says to him is only what he heard from

  322. the from the father. So, what's the chain of command?

  323. Whatever the father says, goes to, the sun, whatever the son

  324. says, is revealed by the spirit revealed by the spirit to our

  325. spirit. And when we hear that, That is.

  326. God's final say on the matter. Are you hearing what I'm saying?

  327. So, this caused me to have this thought process.

  328. How long has God been around? Good question, right.

  329. I think we can all answer that always, we can't fathom that

  330. mentally, but he's always been And if God's always been has, he

  331. always been father, son, Holy Spirit.

  332. Wouldn't argue with that. He's always been the Triune god

  333. father because again, we can see it in the Book of Genesis,

  334. right? God said, in the beginning God

  335. created the heavens and the Earth, God that's a plural term.

  336. By the time you get down to Genesis 1:26.

    Genesis 1:26

  337. He said, God said, let us make man, in our not in mine alone,

  338. I'm the father. No, in our image.

  339. Because his father son, holy spirit.

  340. So father son, Holy Spirit has always been God.

  341. Jesus has always been the second person of the godhead which

  342. means Jesus for all eternity has always been in a submitted roll

  343. Jesus has never. Never.

  344. Been on top or in the role of the father.

  345. And Jesus has never wanted it. Okay. so if Jesus has, never

  346. wanted to lead, Then where does the desire to lead originate

  347. from? Well, Isaiah 14 tells us where

  348. it originates from. Isaiah, Chapter 14, verse 12 and

    Isaiah 14:12

  349. 15. It says this oh how you fallen

  350. from Heaven o star of the morning, son of the Dawn.

  351. You've been cut down from the Earth to the Earth.

  352. You have weakened the nation's but you said in your heart ah

  353. will Ascend to Heaven, I'll raise my throne above the stars

  354. of God so he had a throne He was in a submitted role as a created

  355. being, and when Pride was entered into him, he decided I

  356. want to lead. Jesus has never wanted to lead.

  357. Okay, Jesus loves Receiving the command.

  358. The Holy Spirit has never wanted to lead.

  359. Even though he leads. Because we are led by the spirit

  360. but is he leading, which is why my leadership book is called

  361. lead. Follower in the earth.

  362. We are the Holy Ghost is the. I am the lead follower of the

  363. Holy Spirit when it comes to the church.

  364. I'm just following the holy ghost in your life.

  365. You should be the lead follower in.

  366. Whatever that circumstance is. Whether you're the head of the

  367. family or head of the organization, whatever the Holy

  368. Ghost should actually be leading you.

  369. But Jesus is the lead following the godhead.

  370. And the Holy Spirit following Jesus who's following the

  371. father, and then we're just getting right in line.

  372. And the Holy Spirit. Never said, I could do a way

  373. better job than this than the father.

  374. But the Morning Star did. King James calls him, Lucifer.

  375. Jesus calls him, Satan the devil.

  376. Prophet called him an anointed cherub.

  377. So then if you have this like boy, if I could just run this

  378. company. Oh, You might, you might not

  379. know what Spirit your of right now. well, now if I was pastor

  380. of that church who you might not know what Spirits your of right

  381. now, 10, Jesus didn't have a problem with them wanting to

  382. lead. He didn't have a problem with

  383. them wanting to be greatest. Then have problem with them

  384. wanting to Aspire to layers of oversight.

  385. And positions that had a that had Authority associated with

  386. it. But Jesus literally says, don't

  387. call anybody a leader. You only have one is Christ

  388. meaning because I empty myself and became a man.

  389. God In the Flesh. Then I received back or I walked

  390. in the Dominion, the first Adam lost and demonstrated.

  391. How as a man anointed of the Holy Ghost, you can pull Heaven

  392. into Earth and operate in that realm of Dominion.

  393. And as a son of man, he is the lead.

  394. I said he's the lead but he is listening to the father by the

  395. spirit. Come on.

  396. You hear what I'm saying? Okay, so he said I'll send my

  397. throne above the stars of God, I'll sit in the mound, the

  398. Assembly of the recesses of the north, I'll send above the

  399. heights of the clouds, right? I will make myself like the most

  400. high. Nevertheless, you'll be thrust

  401. down to Shield to the recesses of the pit, right?

  402. Or hear me. So in that context, then anytime

  403. we engage anything, if you're in business, right?

  404. Where Sector Society you function in and they pay you to

  405. be a kingdom citizen there, right?

  406. If you want to go in influence, I would rather call it that way

  407. and even then I use that term loosely, but if you want to be

  408. able to have capacity to serve have the responsibility to serve

  409. more. Then if you serve he will

  410. continue to exalt you. now, the world will call you a brown,

  411. noser They'll call you all kind of names, you know, because you

  412. know, you're just trying to look impressive.

  413. No, I'm just serving everybody. And I'm definitely going to

  414. serve those over me. Because if I wants people to

  415. serve under me, one day without an attitude.

  416. That that managers they are such a jerk.

  417. Well keep saying it. Wait till you get what become

  418. one? I mean, you're going to already

  419. have conflict even if you do it, right?

  420. Because we're in a fallen world. But you you just call it on.

  421. When you talk about, you know, who's overseeing the parking lot

  422. or guest relations, who's overseeing, the district manager

  423. of your company, or in your school?

  424. You're an employer and you work for somebody.

  425. Let's see my I mean I'm doing all the work here, okay?

  426. Hallelujah. I could do it but I'm gonna do

  427. it on my own. What did the Lord tell you to do

  428. it on your own? He tell you to leave, we know

  429. how they're cheating me, let them cheat you because God had

  430. taken account. Jacob did not leave, Laban until

  431. the Lord said, son, it's time to go.

  432. And he'd already told it, he was like, you know, your dad changed

  433. my wages ten times. I mean he was a horrible by All

  434. rights and you understand he did all and man when a law one of

  435. his sheep got messed I would replace it with my own.

  436. I stayed up on. I mean, I served this guy and he

  437. but he served him. And because of that, the Lord

  438. says time to go And he says, now he owes you some wages.

  439. I know that oh, you don't want to hear this, we don't want to

  440. hear this while because we want to be leaders.

  441. Like we want to be leaders on our term.

  442. We're not going to put up with somebody's unrighteous Behavior

  443. around us, because by God, we're Christians and we know they're

  444. crooked manager, crooked owner. And I'm not going to serve that

  445. thing. Well, you may be fixed, God May

  446. transfer their whole company to you.

  447. Oh, I thought that he would see who I am and that he would allow

  448. me to be able to beat the person who could take this thing over.

  449. Well, it may come a different way just like it did with Jacob.

  450. Jacob served 27 years for the wage of one woman and got a

  451. different one. And then in a week's time, got

  452. the one he wanted but had to get another 7 years.

  453. Well, you already paid for her. What do you Heather?

  454. So barely is really paying seven years for the first one.

  455. He didn't want in the first place.

  456. And that was just the first 14 years, not the other six where

  457. he was constantly changing and and doing things.

  458. And but yet, we did you hear that guy goes, you know how I

  459. did you? This, it is like your liar even.

  460. It's even as other sons and servants new That they were

  461. wealthy because it's Jacob. And then the Lord said, Jacob is

  462. time to go home. So here's the plan.

  463. Tell him, you want the spotted? Sheep.

  464. That's what you want. Now, you understand, when he

  465. said that and Laban looked out at the flock, what do you think

  466. he saw? A bunch of nothing, but solid

  467. color sheet. That's a good deal for me, but

  468. he didn't know that he had a plan a way to feed that would

  469. produce a flock of such strength that all the ways that he had

  470. messed with 10 times. We know, for sure, and then done

  471. him wrong with the his daughters, he transferred all

  472. that wealth. Why?

  473. Because a man wasn't trying to take over the company, he was

  474. just serving. Oh yeah.

  475. Servant he was serving. You understand, you cannot take

  476. worldly leadership and expect to get as high as you can.

  477. Taking Kingdom leadership, you can get a level of prosperity.

  478. Don't get me wrong and the devil will absolutely give you enough

  479. money. So that you'll become So

  480. Satisfied. And yet when you stand before

  481. the Lord and he shows you what you could have had your going to

  482. be like I was broke. And you're not going to be like,

  483. well, it doesn't matter. I had enough when I was there

  484. though, you won't be like that in front of the king.

  485. It won't be that kind of encounter.

  486. All right. So you have to understand, there

  487. is a chain of command. In fact, when we pray, there's a

  488. chain of command. Look at this.

  489. In scripture in John chapter 16, verse 23 and 24 liquid.

    John 16:23

  490. It says Jesus said in that day, you will not question me about

  491. anything. truly, truly, I say to you if you ask who If you ask,

  492. who not Jesus. You know, I mean people saying

  493. Jesus would you do this for me, just like why you talking to me?

  494. Jesus said this now he says you're not going to ask question

  495. me about anything truly. Truly I say to you.

  496. If you ask the father for anything, how in my name, what

  497. is Jesus, his name show up in prayer.

  498. It's at the end, it's the power of attorney.

  499. You're invoking the power of attorney father, I'm asking

  500. according to the Covenant of quarter, what you said that I

  501. have as a child of God. I'm speaking to you on these

  502. terms of concerning this. According to your word, and I

  503. asked these in the name of Jesus.

  504. Now, you say, and then he goes until now, you've not asked for

  505. nothing in my name, ask and you will receive.

  506. So that your joy may be made full until now you've not asked

  507. for nothing, how? In my name, not asking Jesus for

  508. it. You're asking the father in the

  509. name of Jesus. Now here's the thing.

  510. The reason why you're asking the father is because the father

  511. told the To tell the Holy Ghost to reveal to you.

  512. What you are to say in the first place.

  513. Then you go to the father with his word that was revealed to

  514. you by the spirit because the things of God are not naturally

  515. appraised but they're spiritually discerned.

  516. So when you go to God, you're going to him with a revealed

  517. word. Father, your word says the Holy

  518. Spirit revealed to me that these symptoms in my body although

  519. they are factually here and by All rights.

  520. If I went naturally to a doctor they would say, I have whatever,

  521. you know, it is. It give it a name and my God

  522. find out what the name is. I don't care.

  523. Whatever symptom sickness disease you have.

  524. But by his stripes, the stripes of Jesus because what he did,

  525. I'm Healed, it's the healthcare system of the Kingdom.

  526. So father, I go to you in the name of Jesus whom.

  527. The holy spirit is revealed to me.

  528. That I can receive healing because of what he paid.

  529. And so I'm Healed in Jesus name and I haven't now.

  530. Hallelujah. Amen.

  531. And you know how many people have more faith than appeal?

  532. Right? They get the bottle, it has a

  533. prescriptions got words on it. It's got somebody somebody's

  534. authorized got their Authority name on it.

  535. Has the doctor's name? That's the authority that

  536. released this prescription from a drugstore to you.

  537. That gives you instructions now of how you're supposed to take

  538. this one three times a day. So you've never met the doctor

  539. or it is your doctor you met but you don't know a great.

  540. See Maiden You don't know where they cheated his way through

  541. whether he was privileged through.

  542. You're not checking their essays.

  543. You didn't go to their clinicals.

  544. You didn't go and hang out in their residency.

  545. Let me see you do open heart. Because you ain't touching me

  546. till I've seen, you do it, but we're like that.

  547. What? God until I see it.

  548. I can't believe it, but you'll lay down go under and let

  549. somebody you never met. Open your heart.

  550. Kill you. Right, stop your heart.

  551. And thank God, they could do all this.

  552. I'm just saying you see, what kind of trust we have in, man.

  553. And we take the first one, you know, going to do this for 30

  554. days, you take the first one. And you're instantly already by

  555. the first one. Why you saying?

  556. Well because this will make me better.

  557. So you have a faith and that it'll make you better and you

  558. know, as well as I do, because everybody can testify to this,

  559. you get about, you know, couple days in five days, in seven days

  560. in you're like, man, I feel great and you're like you don't

  561. even want to take the rest of them.

  562. Now, it's either actually helping or it's masking your

  563. symptoms, one way or the other. Are you get the side effect?

  564. That's listed somewhere else and so fine.

  565. Fine, fine print. That's usually maybe not even

  566. there. You have to go research where

  567. it's at. And then you go to the doctor

  568. because you got indigestion now and you're like what in the

  569. world? They're like you know what?

  570. Let me just write you a prescription but it's a side

  571. effect of the other one. Now you're on another one.

  572. Now, you got leaky gut. I got dry eye sockets, next

  573. thing, you know, you're 50 and you're on 10 prescriptions here

  574. and you're like, well, praise the Lord.

  575. All right, the Bible says the word does good.

  576. So why don't we take it now? Am I against prescription drugs?

  577. I'm not against anything that will keep you in a position so

  578. that you can get the word in you.

  579. That's what I'm saying. Because at the end of the day,

  580. if you're letting anything take precedent over the word, you're

  581. already in a deficit, but I would much rather if you are in

  582. a position that you just can't firmly be persuaded that, you

  583. have it already and let the power of God do it.

  584. Then please by All rights be Something so that it can keep

  585. you in a place so that you can get to that place.

  586. Right. But we won't miss one of those.

  587. But well I well I'll read I'ma watch Gunsmoke right now.

  588. Why are you watching Gunsmoke? I've never understood that

  589. cancer patients man they come out of chemotherapy and they're

  590. watching you know Hallmark or or are the TLC.

  591. I'm like you need to be in the word.

  592. Right. Hallelujah.

  593. Well, there's a chain of command to church guys.

  594. Okay. Some that have heard it.

  595. We're a little more vocal, almost say that again.

  596. There is a chain of command in the church.

  597. I didn't set this up the Lord did.

  598. So really, if you have a problem with it, you have problem with

  599. the father Although you'll blame me but that's fine.

  600. Let's look at this in Acts and Acts chapter 20, verse, 25 and

    Acts 20 chapter mention

  601. 228. Paul's talking to the minute

  602. from Ephesus, the elders and says, Now Behold, I know that

  603. all of you among whom I went about preaching, the kingdom

  604. will no longer see my face. Therefore, I testify to you to

  605. this day, that I'm innocent of the blood of all men y for.

  606. I did not shrink from declaring to you, the whole purpose of

  607. God. So I'm the innocent of the blood

  608. of all men. Preach the whole gospel,

  609. everything, the truth, my preach it.

  610. Okay. Then he goes on and says, in

  611. verse 28, be on your, be on guard for yourselves.

  612. And for all the flock, now, our he is, he talking to Natural

  613. Shepherds and real sheep. No, he's talking to Elders or

  614. pastors and the flock is actually the congregation So be

  615. on guard for yourself and for all the flock among which the

  616. Holy Spirit, third person of the godhead has made you overseers

  617. now, let me stop right there. Well let me go on to Shepherd

  618. the Church of God, which he purchased with his own blood.

  619. Okay, we got two people in the godhead right here.

  620. So if the holy spirit says, I've called you to pastor this flock,

  621. He didn't say it on his own initiative.

  622. He heard Jesus say, holy spirit, tell pastor Earle to oversee,

  623. the flock called anchor Faith Church.

  624. So what he said, well where did Jesus?

  625. Get that from the father? The father said Jesus, you lay

  626. down your life, shed your blood, so the church could exist and

  627. the church exists in local places all over the globe.

  628. There's a particular legislative assembly because that's what the

  629. church is. It is actually more government.

  630. It is government. It is not religious at all it.

  631. And when Jesus first said, I'll build my church.

  632. He used a government word. We hear it.

  633. King James said it put it in his church says it as Church.

  634. Recognize it as church. Because again, there was such

  635. conflict with Kingdom. And by that for that matter, you

  636. know, there was trying to be a little bit of a separation but

  637. it literally means called out ones.

  638. It was it was already a word ekklesia or at least yet,

  639. however you pronounce it and it was already a term that Rome new

  640. because it's the same term Rome used for their Senate.

  641. So Jesus didn't use a new Greek word.

  642. He used a term that everyone identified.

  643. Here's my legislative assembly. Here's my government.

  644. I'm going to build my government because I'm the head of it and

  645. I'll build that and we call it church.

  646. So it's really an embassy. We're all the ambassadors come

  647. To hear about the policies, right?

  648. So, again, an ambassador in the embassy, that's in a foreign

  649. territory is only speaking to its region concerning the

  650. position of the Kingdom by, ah, and I write the kingdom.

  651. We represent our ambassador in Nicaragua that's in an embassy,

  652. does not go to the government of Nicaragua One say, I don't know

  653. what's going on with President Joe Biden.

  654. Right now, this is really what I want to do about it.

  655. They do not do that. Well, they do is say here's the

  656. official position of the United States of America and our

  657. president. And they do that in order to

  658. maintain a layer piece. Some of those ambassadors are in

  659. country saying, the position of my country, because when you

  660. mean an ambassador, you meet a country is, it's not, their

  661. opinion, is if you continue to do this, this is their position

  662. here. Are you hearing me?

  663. So then the holy spirit says, to the elders are the pastor's of

  664. the church that they were overseeing.

  665. They a, I made you the overseer. Notice overseer, meaning I've

  666. given you charge of people, you are going to constantly serve

  667. And first way to serve is serve them, the word rightly divided.

  668. Okay, but by All rights, they now become the established chain

  669. of command. Which means you don't do what

  670. you want to do in the church. Because Jesus doesn't do what he

  671. wants to do in the godhead. And how many congregation

  672. members while I don't? Like, what a pastor doing?

  673. You do not know what spiritual of right now.

  674. I don't even, I don't even care. If the pastor is ungodly, I

  675. don't even care. You want me to give you another

  676. one. I'll give you another one

  677. chain-of-command. God anointed King Saul!

  678. Why? Because they rejected God, we

  679. don't want God anymore as our King.

  680. We want a man, fine. I'll put an Oni on Saul.

  681. This is what they're looking for anyway, but I'll do I'll help

  682. him out best of can, but he's not me at the end of the day,

  683. and he's definitely not him, because he was physically what

  684. they wanted. And his heart showed up.

  685. And when his heart showed up how through Disobedience, the Lord

  686. took the anointing. And then he tells Samuel, he

  687. said, listen don't be crying over saw.

  688. I'm looking for a man after my own heart and then he comes in

  689. and says I found him You need to go anoint, the boy he goes, saw

  690. will kill me. He said, this is how you going

  691. to do it and he did it. And then, David, a Shepherd boy,

  692. shows up the least likely candidate in Samuels, mon based

  693. upon the last king but he anoints him David in, turn ends

  694. up serving that King that throw Spears at him and wants to have

  695. him killed since them into war. Hoping he'll die, but internee

  696. ends up getting his daughter. Right.

  697. And when David who's being constantly pursued, by this,

  698. stripped of his anointing King who by, all right, now is an

  699. unrighteous leader, comes into a cave to relieve himself.

  700. And and all of David's men are saying, God has surely brought

  701. your enemy into this place so that you can finish this once

  702. and for all be done and he went up there and he end up cutting

  703. his Any hated that even touched his dog on garmet?

  704. Now, if he comes out, you know, he talks to him said, man, I

  705. could have done it, you know, and there was another time he

  706. could have done it as well, right?

  707. He had ample opportunities actually killed a man who was

  708. constantly putting pressure on him, but by All rights, he

  709. served him. Why cause he knew, who am I to

  710. touch God's anointed, which was not anointed anymore.

  711. Now, you know what happened when Saul died, right?

  712. That a guy shows up and reports to David Saul's dead.

  713. The King's dead. Well, how do you know what I was

  714. there and I killed him. And what did what did David say,

  715. how could you not have the fear and not in touch God's anointed

  716. and killed a man? And then we go around and talk

  717. about pastors. Hallelujah.

  718. I am not a soul though. I can tell you that, it's always

  719. identifiable who saw is Who David is and who Absalom is.

  720. Those guys are always identify Bible.

  721. Hallelujah. I'm telling you it's chain of

  722. command in your business. There's chain of command, how

  723. are you? Honoring and respecting the

  724. chain of command? Are you hearing me?

  725. Look what it says here and a Hebrews. 13:17 go ahead and say,

    Hebrews 13:17

  726. Amen. Anyway, say it anyway.

  727. Why? Because at the end of the day,

  728. I'm only here because I was called Right?

  729. The Lord sent me here and call me to do this and I'll Stand in

  730. that position period. I'm confident that, but I'm also

  731. just as comfortable or says, hey, you need a hand this over

  732. to so-and-so. I'm done.

  733. See you. And I've done this before when I

  734. was in Oklahoma and was the overseer of the youth ministry

  735. and the young adults with Pastor David.

  736. I serve the man. Period.

  737. But when the Lord says it's time for you to plant that church,

  738. I'm like as much as I love all these people.

  739. I'm done. I'm out of here, I'm gone

  740. because I refuse to stay in a place.

  741. I'm not anointed For an assignment won't do it.

  742. Will not do it. Not going to do it and then we

  743. were at that time we were living our best life.

  744. At that time, it seemed like it was our best.

  745. Like I'm it, there was a natural things that would keep me just

  746. in that location. But you got to obey the king.

  747. At the end of the day. Hallelujah.

  748. So, I mean, I can be like David man.

  749. Absalom want to come in and try to take over.

  750. That's easy. That's just step back for a

  751. second. Watch this thing.

  752. There's some things you can do like that.

  753. There's other times that, you know, Kings, try to come and

  754. Conquer your life, you've come to the wrong place, right?

  755. And the anointing take over and do some things that point.

  756. Look, what it says here. He was obey your leaders again.

  757. How the writer of Hebrews says this was he saying those that

  758. oversee because again you only have one leader is the king and

  759. he submitted to the father. Right.

  760. And the Holy Spirit submitted to him.

  761. And I'm submitted to the Holy Ghost.

  762. And I endeavored to not speak anything on my own initiative.

  763. I mean, I do it, come on, if you've been in a meeting with

  764. me, you know, I'm saying these words.

  765. So let's go to Bob. What's Bible say?

  766. I mean, because at the end, and we don't have an opinion on the

  767. passenger? I don't know.

  768. I mean, I don't really care what you've been in, what you've gone

  769. through. What's happened to you, or what

  770. you did, the blood has a the ability to forgive everything

  771. and for you to walk in a way. So we're going to examine that I

  772. met with husband's. They won't talk to me about

  773. their wives. I said, I don't care.

  774. What's your wife doing? I don't care if everything

  775. you're telling me about your wife is actually correct.

  776. What does the Bible say you are to do?

  777. Now, it's assumable that you're correct and everything that

  778. you're saying about your spouse right now and most likely you're

  779. not right. But for the sake of just

  780. pretending you are that doesn't relieve you from the

  781. responsibility. To love your wife as Christ

  782. loved the church. so, you'll have to get some You don't have

  783. to get some to show her attention.

  784. Okay, obey your leaders and submit to them for.

  785. They keep, watch over your, not just Spirits because Jesus made

  786. your spirit in him, you're the righteousness of God in Christ

  787. period, but your soul. We've got a lot of work to do,

  788. right? To keep watch over your soul as

  789. those who will give an account. So I'm going to give an account

  790. of how I Minister the word by the spirit to help renew your

  791. mind. I'm going to give an account.

  792. Oh man. And I'm way more concerned about

  793. that conversation than I am about whether you like me after

  794. our meeting. Way more concerned about that.

  795. Well, now, if you're telling me how to do that, I'll just leave

  796. man. I this Vision was here before

  797. you came. This Vision will be here after

  798. you leave at the end of the day, if that's how it's gonna be,

  799. that's how it's gonna be, . It's nothing personal.

  800. I want you to stay, I want you, but I want you to repent and do

  801. what God says because I want you anointed.

  802. I want you in the will of God. I don't want you doing your own

  803. thing, having your own opinion doing your own idea.

  804. I want you like Jesus under the authority, so you can thrive

  805. Instead of bowing your chest up at like you have something.

  806. Which means you actually have nothing.

  807. Now. Let them do this with joy and

  808. not with grief for this would be unprofitable for the overseer

  809. know. Now people can say well I'm just

  810. going to make their life a living hell.

  811. Now you're not going to make my life a living hell.

  812. It's not you're not going to do it because number one you can't

  813. steal my joy. When the scripture says let them

  814. do this with joy. What is that?

  815. I go to Matt right here and I'm in Mass have a conversation

  816. about something he's going through right now saying that

  817. what's up? Say, so we get with that and

  818. then he's like, okay pastor, I see that I'm going to yield and

  819. submit to the word. Well, that gives me joy because

  820. I'm like, wow look he's doing it, he's a doer, right?

  821. If I tell him he's like man, I just can't do it, I can't do it.

  822. I'm like man, I'm just telling you.

  823. That's how you got to do it and then I see him not doing it.

  824. Well, that's grief, man. I mean I gave him the word, he

  825. knows what to do is just choose not to do it.

  826. Now my own personal Joy is still fine.

  827. Hallelujah, thank you. Lord.

  828. You're so good to me, you know, you've held my body of done.

  829. All these look how great account my many blessings.

  830. I mean, my life is still full of joy.

  831. I'm not walking around depressed because this individual is not

  832. applying the word, but when I seem not live up to his

  833. potential, It's like, geez. I just ah, it doesn't have to be

  834. like that. As a pastor that is the biggest

  835. grief I have is watching wasted potential.

  836. Look and seeing God drip all over their lives.

  837. And they just want you to the word.

  838. It's like a jolly where we can be, but who won't profit because

  839. they don't do it. Won't do it.

  840. See a chain of command is the establishment of responsibility.

  841. The minute the father said now he's responsible to have what he

  842. said. A chain of command is an

  843. acknowledgment of abilities. I gave someone 1215 based upon

  844. their ability, so they have the, it one had authority over five.

  845. Another had authority over 21 had authority over one.

  846. They all had ability to have authority over it.

  847. But the one who didn't exercise his authority properly because

  848. to him leadership was do nothing.

  849. That everything serve you. I I'm the guy he's gone.

  850. But the five and two is like I'm serving the one gone.

  851. Write a chain of command is the releasing of gifts.

  852. So releasing of gift and a chain of command is the reward for

  853. character and faithfulness. So this is what gets me, you

  854. know, how many people in the church want leadership, but

  855. they'll come to a church and they don't want to talk to any

  856. layer of leader. They only want to come to the

  857. pastor. So my associate pastor, Mike

  858. stand up, he's my associates and up Pastor Mike I'm say you know

  859. listen you got a challenge I got no problem.

  860. I'm going to set up a meeting with my associate.

  861. Pastor Mike. Oh no, I can't be with him or

  862. the receptionist, you know, they they call the church and the one

  863. working the desk. Like okay, what's going on?

  864. I need to meet with someone about my marriage, okay?

  865. You don't you're not going to be a pastor Earle he's going to

  866. have you meet with Pastor Mike he takes care of those

  867. particular things. Oh no.

  868. I've got to talk to the pastor. Are you guys out of the bastard?

  869. Well, you are. The one delegated with the

  870. responsibility. No, but I got to talk to the

  871. guy. I mean, I need to talk to the

  872. pastor. Right.

  873. And then they like, they want power.

  874. Now, you know, have you ever get around that person?

  875. Like I'm going to leave. You won't even respect other

  876. people in their positions where they lead.

  877. So you're really the devil? My I might as well just say just

  878. tell him the devil. Walked it tell him I don't meet

  879. with the devil. They maybe I'll just start

  880. selling our ministry. Tell him.

  881. I don't meet with the devil. I kick them out.

  882. I tell him to shut up and leave, right?

  883. I mean what disrespect? To the overall leader.

  884. When we won't listen to the one, he's given his truck, me

  885. thinking of the disrespect right now, in many churches that don't

  886. honor the Holy Ghost. Oh, now you just teach the word

  887. now we don't have that. Holy ghost stuff.

  888. The father sent the holy ghost stuff.

  889. You're disrespecting the Holy Ghost and if you don't have the

  890. Holy Ghost, you're not even saved.

  891. If he wasn't a talk to your spirit about Jesus, you wouldn't

  892. even have the ability to have a confession. come on here, when

  893. I'm saying, And we see lack of Honor all the time.

  894. I don't care if the corporation's corrupt, I don't

  895. care if the sports coaches are corrupt, I don't care, whatever

  896. if they've been appointed in layers of leadership, then at

  897. the bottom line is, you need to honor the position period and

  898. serve Cut, it will guarantee you. that when God exalts, you

  899. Because you honored it. Well, I got to talk to the man,

  900. I'm a chain of command, gah. I mean to purchase this mall, I

  901. went through the chain of command Went through the chain

  902. of command because I'm like if I could have kept working with the

  903. ones underneath out of work with the ones underneath.

  904. But when the ones underneath I'm like and I have talked to the

  905. guy once twice actually. But and I and I really believed

  906. we could get there and then I'm just, you know, I mean have you

  907. ever gone you've you talk to the server or they don't do

  908. something right? You're like me, can I talk to

  909. your manager? Right?

  910. What you're going up chain of command?

  911. They don't resolve the kind of chain of command.

  912. Because people are in this chain for a purpose.

  913. So don't get sideways with Nursery.

  914. They're doing what they've been told to do.

  915. I want to go back and see my kid.

  916. You're not coming back here. If that's what, if that's what

  917. we've established. Right.

  918. Hallelujah. Okay, let me close this thing

  919. down. And I want to leave it on a high

  920. but I do have to say a couple of other things, acts chapter 20,

    Acts 20:29

  921. verse 29 and 30 this is what happens when you do not respect

  922. chain of command Acts chapter 20, verse 29 and 30 says, I know

    Acts 20:29

  923. that after my departure Paul says, wolves will come in among

  924. you not sparing the flock and a Frog and from among your own

  925. selves men will arise speaking perverse, things to draw away

  926. the disciples after them meaning they won't followers.

  927. Okay, so the first thing we learn In this passage of

  928. scripture, a violation of chain of command, is an act of a

  929. Savage wolf. The minute.

  930. You don't want to submit layer in a chain of command your

  931. acting like a wolf. Hallelujah.

  932. Shepherds do not like wolves. Don't like them.

  933. Because wolves only come to destroy the flock. so, the role

  934. of the shepherd then is, To get rid of the Wolf.

  935. Okay. A violation of the, of the chain

  936. of command is a lack of Honor. It is a lack of Honor.

  937. Oh, I just want to be next to the pastor.

  938. If you can't be, can't honor the chain being next to me is a

  939. waste of Tom Because you sure don't honor me even though you

  940. tell me I'm great. Alleluia, a violation of the

  941. chain of command will reap Rebellion.

  942. From those under your oversight. So when I speak to my staff

  943. about this, I want them to know that.

  944. At the end of the day, I'm not going to violate my chain of

  945. command. I have people pass you can I

  946. talk to you will have you talked to the one in the area first

  947. because you're wasting your time, having this conversation

  948. with me. I'm not going to violate the

  949. person I put there. Because here's the thing, I

  950. don't care if you think that I would have the answer.

  951. I'm empowering them to have an answer.

  952. At the end of the day, if they make a wrong answer, you're

  953. probably not going to know. I'm correct them in private and

  954. say probably wanted a good response unless it was a really

  955. bad one. Then I would have to come back

  956. and say they made the wrong answer and I stepped in, but I

  957. have not really had to do that. Because again we train them

  958. period how to function with the vision so that it can again, you

  959. want to do something phenomenal. I know the reason why I'm

  960. surrounded by great people calling and I'm talking to you.

  961. Is because with Pastor David imai.

  962. I served the man's Vision. Eight eat, breathe drink.

  963. I didn't go to be his buddy. I went to serve his, the vision.

  964. God gave the man And I never would have left us odd.

  965. Never would have left Assad. What has stayed there, the rest

  966. of his life. He's going on to be with the

  967. Lord now but I just serve the rest of his life.

  968. Because I'm there to serve the vision not become as buddy,

  969. although I did things with him. Personally, I worked out with

  970. him. I did certain things that some

  971. of the other staff didn't do, and as a result of that, I was

  972. categorized. But I don't care what they

  973. think, because I have biblical precedent, that tells me how I'm

  974. supposed to respond. And before that I serve Pastor

  975. Hagen while I was in school. Before that I was serving

  976. somebody else some other pastor and now pastors allowing me to

  977. serve him again in another capacity at Rhema of which I

  978. jacked about and I love talking about that even more than the

  979. oversight that I have not because I don't love the vision

  980. of a curve. A church, I love that.

  981. I'm under Because it guarantees me a curvy Church's Vision will

  982. be successful. Guarantees me because Ramos

  983. Global. Now my submission to Rhema baby.

  984. The very thing that causes anchor Faith Church to go

  985. global. Not that I'm seeking Global.

  986. I just want to do the vision. Are you hearing me and the same

  987. thing with you wherever you're at, if you'll recognize shoes

  988. and Authority their righteousness or

  989. unrighteousness? Is he relevant see relevant?

  990. Because your king says serve. You serve them faithful.

  991. You serve on without talking about them, your generous, even

  992. your enemies, your supposed to bless.

  993. And if you do those things, God can have capacities to begin to

  994. remove unrighteous people that are in your, I know with the

  995. mall. There were three owners, right?

  996. Pastor Marcy three owners. And there were two that were

  997. blocking it. Two.

  998. And God removed them. One, I thought was an easy pick

  999. off, be honest with you. Well, as easy pick off the other

1000. one had been entrenched with this individual for 20-something

1001. years, in Partnership, and out of nowhere, shows up one day and

1002. says, I think we're going in different directions.

1003. Let's separate and left. The only man standing, who

1004. looked at me and says, I'll work with you.

1005. You know, how I serve that man and that organization when they

1006. wouldn't fix our air conditions? We have water coming down and

1007. running down the sanctuary walls.

  1008. I didn't when I was summoned to a deposition because another

1009. tenant was suing them. And for the record they were

1010. asking me about my relationship with the owner.

1011. I said I have no problem with the man.

1012. Although they didn't do everything that they said they

1013. would do. I said, anytime I've talked to

1014. him, they've been very cordial. I listen, I've just not had a

1015. challenge. Because any challenge I had I

1016. put it in his hands. oh, y'all Just think about a ran that guy

1017. through the wringer in that deposition and talked about all

1018. the issues and challenges I had and then he pulled up and public

1019. records. They would have came, it would

1020. have been in the records. You think you'd want to work

1021. with me? David says, I shouldn't even

1022. have touched this coat. And do not tell him.

1023. The owner was unrighteous, I mean, you know, he had other

1024. people around him that were really doing stuff at the end of

  1025. the day. Sweet God.

1026. All right, but we need to, we are in a culture that chain of

1027. command means nothing. And you're not going to thrive

1028. in God's kingdom that way and God's kingdom, you're going to

1029. have to get under the chain of command.

1030. Amen. Father with every head bowed,

1031. every eye closed. And I was looking around, I

1032. thank you, Lord, for your word. I think it's live and active

1033. sharper than any two-edged sword.

1034. I think you for leadership in your kingdom and I thank you.

1035. Lord. We just can yield submit walking

1036. love because if we're serving You, by doing your word and then

1037. serving those that have oversight over, Us, no matter

1038. who they are, and what positions are in demand, you'll always

1039. take an account what we've done and will be blessed by it.

1040. We thank you and praise you. If you're going to walk in this

1041. kind of leadership, do you must be first submitted to Jesus?

1042. The only way that you're really submitted to Jesus, you make
