Thanks for checking out the anchor Faith.
-
Message podcast from st. Augustine Florida.
-
Now, enjoy this message, turn over to Galatians, 2:20, we've
-
been talking about faith. Amen.
-
Faith, have you got anything out of it?
-
I think if you weren't here last week you really I need to go
-
back and look online concerning. What we dealt with about being a
-
double minded, man. All right, it helps set you free
-
that whole teaching was for the purpose of you being able to
-
never again lack when it comes to Faith.
-
Okay, never again, lack when it comes to Faith, because we, as
-
Believers should live. In such a way in such confidence
-
in God's word, it just comes to pass.
-
Because God's word does come to pass.
-
It should become so obvious in our lives, right?
-
So obvious and there are things in our lives that we live.
-
That way that we are. Just that confident.
-
We have no doubt about it at all.
-
In fact, we don't even accept it, if it does it operate as we
-
B, we've trained ourselves so to speak and we've experienced
-
things. Okay?
-
And so, but there's confidence and we're going to talk about
-
that confidence today. But it's kind of been a key text
-
for us. It says, I've been crucified
-
with Christ. It's no longer I who live but
-
Christ lives in me and the life I live.
-
Now, in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God who
-
loved me and gave himself up for me now.
-
There's a few things here in the scripture Bears repeating Paul
-
is saying that in in the context of personal living I'm not doing
-
that anymore so when he says I've been crucified with Christ,
-
he's saying Christ died. By taking our sin.
-
In essence, in, in its simplest term, is rebellion from God's
-
word, disobeying the word of the king, Adam sinned, the
-
transgression that entered the world.
-
When sin entered the world through one man's transgression.
-
What did he do? He simply disobeyed the word of
-
the king. The king says, do not eat from
-
the Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil.
-
For the day you eat, you will surely die.
-
Okay. Adam ate from that tree, he did
-
not quit breathing that. But he was spiritually separated
-
from God. All right.
-
And so Jesus, then had to come according to Genesis chapter 3,
Genesis 3 chapter mention
-
to take on the sin of the world. So that we could have a pardon
-
for treason for our Rebellion, against God's kingdom.
-
Because what we are in, is a government, okay?
-
And the Bible is about a king as Kingdom in his role.
-
Offspring, Isaiah 96, does the best to communicate this
-
government because it literally uses the word and Isaiah 9:6.
-
It says a child will be born. A son will be given.
-
Now, who's, what, who's his name?
-
Well, his name is what Jesus. So, the child's born, but his
-
sons given notice the, sun's not born because the sun always
-
existed, because it's the Son of God being clothed in flesh.
-
But as you continue to read that verse that said, a child would
-
be born, a son will be given and the government will rest on his
-
shoulders. Jesus did not come to bring a
-
religion, he did not come to bring Christianity.
-
Now when I say that doesn't mean it's bad.
-
To be a Christian. If you're doing what Christian
-
means, Christian was actually a term given to humans or to the
-
church by lost people. It was an Antioch that people
-
work that were not born again, called other people Christians.
-
And the thinking behind it was, is they They are Christ.
-
Like they're operating like the Christ Christ is a title, it's
-
not Jesus. Last name and Christ is the
-
Greek word, that's translated there as Christ.
-
But it's equivalent to a Hebrew word that the Jewish people are
-
their nation of Israel were looking for.
-
And that word is called Messiah, now, Messiah, and Christ by
-
definition, both mean, the anointed one and his anointing.
-
Now, what does that mean? That means when a person became
-
king they would anoint them. All right, we see this in the
-
book of Samuel when God was rejected as the king.
-
In first Samuel, chapter 8 over the nation of Israel, they
1 Samuel 8 chapter mention
-
wanted to see their King. And so, in order for God to help
-
that process, he had Samuel, the prophet, anoints all with oil on
-
the top of his head and the spirit of God because all
-
represents the spirit of God Came Upon him and it turned him
-
into a different person. Right?
-
Well, don't you know, Jesus was Anointed is King for he, even
-
says himself and Luke 4:18. It says, the spirit of the Lord
-
is upon me for he has anointed me, right?
-
When did he receive that? Annoy, me.
-
Well, as to after he was baptized in the Jordan River and
-
when he came up, the says, this the B, the spirit of God Came
-
Upon him when the heavens open. And the father said, this is my
-
beloved Son in whom I am what? Well please and Essence, he's
-
the king, all right. Right?
-
So Christ means king and so Jesus came to bring a
-
government, not a religion. So if you're called a Christian,
-
that means you're like the Christ are like the king.
-
And we are to be like the king since we are the kings of the
-
key, he's the king of who are those kings and that's not when
-
you get to heaven. Best today right now, we need to
-
learn how to rule and reign in this life.
-
Hallelujah. So, Jesus came so that we could
-
reign in life. So, when Paul said, I've been
-
crucified with Christ, it's no longer I who live but Christ
-
lives in me, once he's saying, he's saying, I no longer am
-
taking charge of my life. I yield my life to the Christ to
-
the king. I allow the king to dictate what
-
I do in this life. So, now he goes on, But that
-
verse back up, he says the life I live in the flesh.
-
Now his flesh is not him, it's just his suit.
-
So again when you look at yourself in the mirror that's
-
not you it's just the vehicle that carries the real you, amen.
-
It's just the vehicle that carries the real.
-
You just like if we went out to the parking lot, you know, most
-
people arrived on some form of transportation, okay?
-
Whether it was an automobile or motorcycle or bicycle for that
-
matter, or You came by Uber something, whatever it may have
-
been you arrived here. Are you possess?
-
Maybe, some transportation. That is not.
-
You is how you get around? Well, the real me is on the
-
inside. It's my spirit man.
-
And so he says, the life, I live in the flesh, meaning this suit
-
that carries who I am around, how do I live it?
-
I live by not as a plumber. Not as a tent maker.
-
Not even as an apostle. So he doesn't live by an
-
occupation. He lives by faith in the Son of
-
God who loved me and gave himself up.
-
So the life of faith is not a one-time event and it's amazing.
-
How many people are living, a one-time event of faith.
-
Meaning they do recognize at a time in their life that they are
-
lost without hope and they are in need of a savior that all
-
their efforts to be right with God is not working and then Here
-
that Jesus has come. He's died on the cross.
-
He's paid the penalty for their wrongdoing.
-
He has shed his blood for them and that if they will believe in
-
their heart and confess with your mouth, Jesus as Lord, they
-
will be saved. And so by faith, not being
-
there. Over 2,000 years ago, watch Jeet
-
watching. Jesus getting beaten so bad.
-
You can't tell even as he was a man, not seeing Jesus.
-
Physically carry his cross tour. Where's gal gotha?
-
Not physically seen him nailed to that cross with a crown of
-
thorns on his head. Not literally hearing him have
-
the conversations. The scripture says not seeing
-
him, give up his spirit and say it is finished, not going and
-
having a bird's eye view of him being in the grave for three
-
days, nor being witness of the rock rolling away at the
-
gravesite. But by faith, we believe
-
according to that word, Jesus is the way according to his own
-
testimony. I'm the way the truth and life
-
and we sincerely are firmly persuaded.
-
I must make Jesus Lord to be right with God and to have an
-
eternal Destiny are to live with him Forever, by which he's in
-
heaven currently. Okay.
-
And so, we come down, we Jesus, to be Lord of our lives.
-
Our spirit man is changed according to scripture.
-
It says that we become a new creature in Christ, right?
-
The old passes away, behold All Things become new, then the Holy
-
Spirit comes and lives on the inside of us Bears.
-
Witness with our spirit. We are what children of God and
-
we know that we know, we are God's child.
-
We are born again. We have been saved.
-
We are different, even though outside where the same are
-
thinking a lot of times. And how we process Problems and
-
challenges. A lot of times are the same.
-
We have a lot of the same feelings still, but something on
-
the inside, we know I'm a different person.
-
And so that was an Act of Faith, and many people stopped.
-
And the only other Faith they have is this, when I die, go to
-
heaven. And they lived their whole life.
-
Never really believed in God. Will do anything?
-
Hoping he will give him credit for anything good because even
-
the devil can do good. Now what I mean by that, he can
-
do things that Mast itself as good.
-
It's never really good but it looks like it I said it looks
-
like it and he can, he can bring things to our lives that we can
-
give God credit for because God gets credit for a lot of stuff.
-
He gets credit for Stuff, the Devils doing on both sides, the
-
good and the bad, so to speak the provision or the lack
-
thereof. Okay.
-
But we are to live by faith, which means we are to live.
-
According to God's word. In fact, being born again, means
-
you simply believe God at his word in the first place.
-
What do you think God's? Talking.
-
He is still talking. He speaking through his word
-
primarily, that's how he speaks to us.
-
There are plenty of Life less there is not a challenge in life
-
today. The scriptures doesn't have an
-
answer for already. it doesn't matter what's going on, there's
-
nothing new Under the Sun, the Bible says, so we're not living
-
in a Thomas society that so advanced I mean, that's
-
deception itself. We are so Advanced, you know,
-
people don't have the technology, we had.
-
They had a different kind of Technology back in the day.
-
But we're not so Advanced. You know what we really Advanced
-
where Advanced it's inning. I mean, we're doing like any
-
other Society, prior to us, we're advancing in sin.
-
I mean there was a society that advanced in sends so well, the
-
Lord just eliminated them off the planet flooded it.
-
Well, we just go ahead and get rid of all them and Man Without
-
God, that's what we continue to advance the median by which we
-
have things only continue to advance it just like right now.
-
Many of you are taking notes on your electronic device.
-
Many of you are not taking notes on your electronic device, you
-
are checking your electronic device because you just got a
-
notification. So you have to now look at that.
-
And then, you know, something happened on your Instagram, or
-
your Tick-Tock or whatever, and you're checking it while I'm
-
preaching. So gods in the room.
-
I'm not God. But his words in the room wants
-
to change your life and we get immediately distracted by all
-
the notifications that are coming through our phone.
-
A lot of times you're actually even sitting there while I'm
-
preaching and you're scrolling through your social media feed.
-
He said I have Pastor, how do you know that?
-
Because I know humanity and you know what, I don't always preach
-
sometimes. I actually go to other meetings
-
where I sit and I watch preachers scroll.
-
Now, I understand that you can scroll through your social media
-
and still be hearing what I'm saying.
-
I get that but that doesn't necessarily mean your hearing to
-
understand Hallelujah. Pastor Li you saying our phones
-
are bad, I'm saying that the potential.
-
Is there ever looming? And the accessibility of sin is
-
easier which means you have to be way more disciplined.
-
This is why I'm blown away at parents of giving their
-
children's phone at such a young age when they have no capacity
-
to handle what you gave them. Yeah, but I just want to keep
-
them safe. Listen, we were safe when we
-
didn't have cell phones. I mean, it's like really.
-
Do you really think because you're tracking your child?
-
You're going to keep them from doing sin.
-
Hallelujah. I'm not saying don't give your
-
children phones, I'm not saying I'm just saying you got to have
-
wisdom. but I know right now, I mean in this service of adults,
-
it's a challenge. It's a challenge.
-
Well, say, Amen. Anyway, so I you gotta have your
-
own personal conviction that you got to determine how hungry are
-
you for something now, I would not take away my soul.
-
My electronic device. I take notes on mine, when I'm
-
preaching are winning, not when I'm preaching.
-
Was sometimes gonna preaching. But you know what?
-
I'm listening to someone. I mean I can go through my iPad
-
right now and show. You years of sermon notes, so
-
good that I could. Preach him right now.
-
Okay. And what's great about that is I
-
don't have to find that notebook.
-
Now it's right here I have so many different concordances and
-
Bible translations but I can't have notifications popping in
-
and you know how focused I get on preaching when some of y'all
-
text me while I'm preaching yes happened and the most of them
-
are doing because they're helping I will say something
-
they're like trying to give me some I don't want I don't pick
-
up on it. It because I'm not focused on
-
that. But I don't.
-
I have doubts about your focus. Help me get out of Doubt.
-
Is what I'm saying. Are you hearing me?
-
Okay. Well, praise the Lord.
-
I'm not going to check your phones in at the door.
-
But if you can't quit, looking at all your social media, you
-
might want to leave it in your own car.
-
Let me just say it this way. If you couldn't go through a
-
service for a couple hours. It might be an idol.
-
Right? I mean when I was in Youth
-
Ministry, you know, always have the little cute dating, right?
-
So cute. I never thought was cute, but
-
whatever and I'm like, if you can't sit through one, our
-
services without holding your girlfriend's hand, you might
-
want to reconsider the relationship.
-
Now, if you're married, please hold your wife saying, I have no
-
problem with that. You know, but I was with youth
-
ministry and none of them were married.
-
So you don't need to because there's no way that that guy or
-
that girl holding, that other person's hand is connected to
-
the spirit of God, not with all those hormones going through.
-
There is a whole nother thought that is prevailing and they're
-
having to deal with it. Amen.
-
Boy, her hands. Sure is soft.
-
I'm in Genesis right now. Where are you at?
-
I didn't don't be reading Song of Solomon, please.
-
Right? Plenty of distractions in the
-
world, you got to be disciplined and Galatians chapter 11.
-
The Bible says there. Now that no one is justified by
-
the law before. God is evident for the righteous
-
man shall live by faith. Notice the righteous man shall
-
live by faith. Paul said, in the same book that
-
he is living by faith. Now that he's in his flesh
-
because it's no longer his way of Doing it's God's way of
-
doing. He also mentions that the
-
righteous man, righteousness literally means right standing
-
with the governing Authority. And so I says the righteous man
-
is going to live by faith, he's going to be seeking the will of
-
the father. That's how he's going to live.
-
Which means he's not limited to a title or an occupation because
-
all he needs is the word of the king.
-
Are you hearing me Romans chapter 1?
Romans 1 chapter mention
-
Verse 17 says, Ford is the righteousness of for, in it.
-
The righteousness of God is revealed from Faith to Faith as
-
it is written. But the righteous man shall live
-
by faith. Now notice, the righteousness of
-
God is revealed from Faith to Faith, meaning.
-
We are to go from Faith to Faith.
-
And I'll be honest with you, you know, I've always said that.
-
Listen, I'm always going to keep a faith project in front of us.
-
Why can we go from Faith to Faith?
-
But a lot of times, you know, I would go from Faith to Faith
-
this way. I would go from Faith.
-
We're believing God for something, and then we would get
-
it by faith. It would manifest.
-
And then I would pitch the next one.
-
The Lord said notice, I said Faith to Faith, which means you
-
should get into the next Faith project for you see the the last
-
one complete cause Faith is calling those things that be not
-
as though they were. So as you start to see it come
-
to a conclusion you since it's about to manifest, go ahead and
-
get over into another one. Because there are a lot of
-
churches today that will do a faith project.
-
Meaning we're believing God to do something, they do it and a
-
lot of times that includes Finance right there, raising
-
money for something where they're done, then they put no
-
other project from the people because they hear is what they
-
say, they they don't want to wear them out.
-
Oh, you poor little things, you would think Christians were the
-
weakest species of being on the planet.
-
Have you noticed that Christians can get worn out and burned out
-
so easily. I'm blown out.
-
I'm Blown Away of those terminologies associated with
-
Christianity. Well, you know, I we can't go to
-
church so much you know, you just you get burned out.
-
You know what, people get burned out of work but they keep going
-
to work. That's amazing concept.
-
They have more loyalty and dedication.
-
This is what they call real preaching.
-
Just be real Pastor to you real. Make it up, Pastor, make it up.
-
Make us feel good. I'm making you feel good.
-
I'm because if you follow, God is the greatest life ever.
-
But we go from Faith to Faith. So there's no such thing.
-
As burnout. You only burn outs because you
-
get away from God, you get away from the word, you get away from
-
praying in the spirit, you get lazy.
-
And that aspect and because then all of a sudden you flesh Rises
-
up, you know. So you got to stay to the It to
-
keep yourself strong because if you don't, you'll get back over
-
to the Flesh. And that's when those things run
-
the risk. But if the Lord tells me, that
-
the righteous man is to live by faith and we go from Faith to
-
Faith than I am, doing you a disservice by us, not
-
continuing. Amen.
-
My wife coined this phrase and it was amazing and I've used it
-
multiple times. Now, it says this in your
-
goof-off time that you become undisciplined, Because a lot of
-
times we get real discipline and then all of a sudden we want to
-
take off. Right.
-
Want to take a vacation do so just us Tommy, Tom, I need some
-
me time. Right, so then we just laying
-
around, we're doing nothing, we're bingeing Netflix or Hulu,
-
don't look at me like that cause I know you're binging watching
-
stuff. Okay, I mean the youngest
-
generation know what they've been John, YouTube videos,
-
YouTube shorts. I was just flipping through 20
-
seconds, hit the next one, hit the next one.
-
Hit the next one. Hit the next one.
-
Three hours later. Wow, it's been three hours
-
later. You've watched three hours of
-
22nd clips. Go ahead, parent.
-
Leave your phone with your child and say nothing and watch how
-
long they stay on it. Watch their attention span.
-
Well, you know, they just don't have a long attention span.
-
They set in front of that, phone for three hours.
-
I don't care, it's different images.
-
They set. Bull the world to dupe us into
-
some all kind of beliefs well you know my child just can't
-
stay still that long. They stay still that long in a
-
movie. Hallelujah.
-
My righteous. I want live by faith notice.
-
It doesn't say the pastor or the Apostle, the prophet Advantage
-
their teacher but the righteous are you righteous.
-
So it's not my responsibility as a pastor to be the only one who
-
lives by faith. Oh, that's the platform.
-
It's the church. Those who are hired at they live
-
by faith. We just show up.
-
No, you live by faith. You live by faith as well.
-
We are all to live by faith. Look at Hebrews chapter 10.
Hebrews 10 chapter mention
-
Verse 38 to 39 it says this but my righteous one shall live by
-
faith. I mean, just in case you need to
-
I mean I could have given to I've given three very specific
-
obviously Galatians 2:20 is an implication that that's how we
-
live we live by faith. He said that live by faith but
-
these say my righteous one shall live by faith.
-
For scripture is very clear that we are to live how Faith.
-
So we should be so consumed. With living by faith.
-
And you can't live by faith. Because faith comes by hearing
-
and hearing from the word of God.
-
So, our faith is in God's word. So, how can we say we're living
-
by faith? If we're not hearing God's word.
-
So if we make church as an option and reading the word is
-
an option. And yet we call ourselves Faith
-
people, that's a lie. That's a deception.
-
We are deceiving ourselves saying.
-
We're something that we are not doing because the Bible defines
-
that a person Lives by faith is constantly hearing the word so
-
that it has access to Faith and then believing that word never
-
doubting. That's what it looks like.
-
So, my righteous one shall live by faith and if he shrinks back
-
My soul Hustle. Who's my?
-
Who's the my in this verse? Who's the my in this verse God?
-
The Father. But my right but my righteous
-
ones. Who's the my God?
-
The Father God saying my righteous one shall live by
-
faith. And if he the righteous one
-
treats back then my soul. God Soul has no pleasure in his
-
righteous one. Now, God may not be mad at you,
-
but he sure can be displeased. He can be displeased and I don't
-
want to wake up every day and my father be not pleased with me.
-
Because how can I live by faith? If I'm not hearing his word in
-
an active action of hearing God's word?
-
Now, I'm not talking about putting on any Minister on your
-
TV, just because you have somebody talking the whole time
-
because just because I was talking the whole time that mean
-
you're listening. Anyway, You have you ever heard
-
of the term, white noise? Do you know how much noise is
-
going on at our lives? Now, we're not even paying
-
attention to it. I mean, you can't even hardly go
-
into any type of establishment without music being played that
-
typically has words associated with it.
-
Now, can you pick up on those unaware at Toms, if you're in
-
the environment a lot? Yes, that is true.
-
But you pick up some negative stuff.
-
So just because of Minister and you're letting the YouTube go
-
from one preacher to the next preacher of the.
-
Don't even know nothing about. No, about the context of what
-
they're saying, you can start picking up stuff that's ungodly.
-
So we're talking about my righteous one lives by faith.
-
This is a deliberate action of the believer.
-
To see God at his word concerning anything in life.
-
This is how we are to live everyday not based upon what
-
mama said, not what my aunt said or Auntie.
-
Whichever way you want to pronounce it, okay, not your
-
grandma, not your father, not your friends, that work, not
-
your social media club. I'm gonna take, what do you
-
think about this guy's? You're not pulling to determine
-
your answer, you're going to the Lord, your deliberate to talk to
-
your father. So, if we're going to live by
-
faith, and we must be having a constant conversation with the
-
Lord, either through the reading of his word, through prayer, to
-
understand that word. In order for us to receive
-
faith, that we can act on. Because again, faith comes by
-
hearing that doesn't mean we're in faith, just cause we heard
-
because James remember we've already ministered.
-
This, that James tells us that we can hear a word, but if we
-
don't do it, we're a deceived person.
-
And there's a lot of people sitting in churches that are
-
hearing somebody preach, but then aren't acting on it and
-
they live deceive lives and they're telling their friends
-
family. I believe God and they don't
-
believe God at all. They're in doubt, they're in
-
unbelief. And a lot of times they're just
-
absolutely ignorant because it's white noise.
-
Hallelujah. So he says, but you are not of
-
those who shrink back to destruction.
-
Amen, just go ahead. Look at neighbor says, it's not
-
me, they weren't talking about me anyway.
-
Notice he says your, we are not of those who shrink back to
-
destruction, so if he shrinks back the implication is is that
-
you're going to destruction and obviously you would because
-
God's word is life. That's why Joshua said I set
-
before you life and death choose life.
-
Because if you don't choose life you shrink back to destruction,
-
things will be destroyed in your life, you'll have lack had to be
-
separated from the things of God, but of those who have faith
-
in the preserving of the Soul. So I'm like always trying to get
-
my mind Washed by the word. Amen.
-
So somebody accuses you of being brainwashed say absolutely.
-
I've been washed with the water of the word and my thoughts are
-
clean. You should get Brainwashed to
-
90, they use that in a negative term, I get that but at the end
-
of the day, nobody in here is making you believe anything.
-
You don't want to believe But I'm sure going to tell you the
-
truth and then you got to decide.
-
And I'm going to hold our the church to the standard of that
-
truth. It's nothing personal.
-
I just this is what the king says and if you want to Buck the
-
king, you're bucking the king. You're not.
-
Bugging me. Amen.
-
Because for me the life I live. Now in the flesh I live by
-
faith. What does the king say?
-
As a good Ambassador? I say I have no opinion on the
-
matter but my king says He's life, he's loved.
-
He's the creator of all things. What he says is for the
-
advancement of my life and the life of his church and the life
-
of everybody. I mean, it's life, it's amazing.
-
I mean, it's a benefit to all. Why would I not want to do his
-
word? Why would I not want to do is
-
word? Because my do his word, he
-
actually empowers me. He allows me to discover myself.
-
Oh man, I learn more about myself by doing his word than I
-
could ever learn about myself doing it my way.
-
So again that's why Mark 11:22 2:24 says and Jesus answering
-
said unto them have faith in God the more the modern King James
-
version. I like this as it this way and
-
answering Jesus said to them, have faith of God.
-
We've said for years, you know have the god-kind of Faith.
-
Okay, so when he says have faith in God, literally it means have
-
the god-kind of Faith or have the faith of God, so we should
-
be able to have the faith of God.
-
Now, how do we know we're off? In the faith of God verse 23,
-
for verily, I say unto you. I'm reading out the King James.
-
Now, that whosoever that whosoever shall say, unto this
-
mountain, be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea and shall
-
not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things,
-
which he saith shall come to pass.
-
He shall have whatsoever. He say, he'll have it. so you
-
can't doubt, you'll have something you're saying because
-
if you doubt your own words and you should doubt your words, if
-
your words aren't his words but when your words are his words
-
and you should never doubt what you're saying, Cause God is not
-
a man that he should lie. So quit trying to make God a
-
liar through your mouth. Believe God at his word, say
-
what he's saying? You'll have what you say because
-
you're saying what he says, then he goes on and says, therefore I
-
say unto you whatsoever things, ye desire.
-
When you pray believe that you receive them and you shall have
-
them again. Whatever you desire again, God
-
gives you the desire of your heart.
-
Now let's qualify that because that has been miss communicated
-
for years, even through what's called Word of Faith.
-
All right. It is not God.
-
I have a desire outside of God. And so when I come to him, he'll
-
give me the desire of what I've thought without God and that's
-
how many people interpret that he'll give me the desires of my
-
heart. If I desire a plane, I get a
-
plane about his, our boat, I get a boat.
-
If I desired a big house, I get a big house if I desire, you
-
know a beautiful wife. I get a beautiful wife, I desire
-
because whatsoever I desire He's gonna give me God will give me
-
the desires of my heart and many translated that way, put the
-
stuff up on the board name, it claim it that way and can even
-
get it because the devil will accommodate that faith. but it's
-
another person saying, I choose to have no desire, but what is
-
his desire? So God give me a desire in my
-
heart. So God gives me.
-
He gives me the desire, he tells me what I should desire, what I
-
should believe for what is best for me?
-
What is best according to the purpose, why you made me, why
-
you put you give me the desires of my heart because then when I
-
get it from the key then when I speak, what the king wants,
-
Well, then it's totally different deal because then I
-
can believe for the impossible. Because God, saying through you,
-
I want this to manifest and it's bigger than your personal life.
-
If you notice, those people who tend to say that are usually
-
only saying he gives me the desire of my heart or personal
-
ambitions, majority of those prayers are something they get
-
to have. Because bigger than you
-
personally, God always wants to give to you.
-
So that it's so overflowing that you have to share with someone
-
else. mama, mama Hey men. I mean if God actually gave us
-
the desires of our heart, most of us wouldn't even know each
-
other right now. Some people be dead out of some
-
of y'all be gave you the desires of your heart.
-
There's some of y'all would have had God pick some people off.
-
Now, tell me. I ain't telling the truth.
-
Because you've been in situation, like I wish they were
-
dead. Laura civil IMA give you desire
-
heart. God, Lord, you're real.
-
Right now, we don't believe that but yeah, you might as well
-
believe that when you're like I got the boat.
-
I got the car now. So different.
-
If those are purposes, God needs you to have have no problem with
-
that. I have no problem with that.
-
He get. That's why I don't, I don't get
-
all bent out of shape. When someone are receiving,
-
certain things because at the end of the day, if it's part of
-
the purpose of their lives, I have no problem.
-
At the end of the day. It just needs to come from the
-
source. So if God said we could have the
-
god kind of faith and we can surely live by faith because God
-
Lives by faith. I said God, live by faith.
-
God Lives by faith. See, we treat living by faith is
-
having something, we don't, you know what?
-
We only operate it when we need something.
-
Faith is is making an exchange for something that already
-
exists. Faith is in exchange for up
-
something that already exists. Meaning when the Lord says
-
something that already exists somewhere, he just speaks it
-
into existence. So it's somewhere, it's in the
-
mind of God and then by a word, he releases it.
-
So again when he created the heavens and the Earth, it was in
-
his mind, then when he spoke it, it happened.
-
Man when he begins to Fashion the days are things on planet
-
Earth as recorded in Genesis chapter 1, it's not that it
Genesis 1 chapter mention
-
doesn't exist. It means he pulls it from an
-
unseen realm into a scene Realm. It's not because he's lacking.
-
That's why I'm believing. It's because I there's a need
-
that I need to pull from one room to another realm and Faith
-
does that. So when God says, Let There Be
-
it didn't resist. because he believed that what I'm saying is
-
going to manifest and it did and then we get the recording and he
-
saw God said, let there be and there was, and he saw not in the
-
realm of the spirit, but in the natural and it was good is good.
-
So in an unseen place, he had a thought. and he believed that,
-
when I say let these animals come forth, they are going to
-
manifest and then he saw it. So that's living the god kind of
-
Faith. So you've got to say our decree
-
cuz Kings decree a thing. And you can't do a decree
-
without words. So when the king gives us his
-
word, then we decree, we are firmly persuaded.
-
This is what the king said. So when I say I will see I'm
-
going to see how many times did we say, and put up on the
-
screen, the countdown of us, raising money to purchase them.
-
All, how many times did we say? Thank you, Lord, for 2121 US1.
-
South. How many times did we say?
-
This is ours. This is our property.
-
This is the Kings property. This is ours and it didn't
-
matter. What anyone else said in the
-
community? Didn't matter what even the
-
ownership are of those associated.
-
With the ownership said, in the end, we saw, we had what we said
-
and we raise the down payment, money during a global shut down.
-
When the whole world shuts down because of a pandemic, we get
-
all the finances left to pay a that the down payment in a Time,
-
We should have nothing. God says US Government since
-
you're playing this, it this way and you're wanting to pay people
-
to stay home. His people who are listening in
-
this house said, well, that's just money for them all.
-
And we had this major push and giving because many of you took
-
your stimulus money at minimum tithe off at some of y'all just
-
gave the whole thing. Oh Hallelujah.
-
Why cause you're living a different realm?
-
You realize we're going to have what we say and you aren't
-
limited to sewing. Just based upon the title of
-
your job. God brought other ways of us to
-
see it come to pass. And now how God is I said in the
-
how God is, he's so good. So here in Hebrews 11:6, all
-
doing all right, it says but without faith it is impossible.
-
To please God. Now I'm not telling you God
-
doesn't love you. God loves you.
-
All right. God loves you because God is
-
love. I mean he can't be out of his
-
posture of love. All right.
-
Now the problem is we don't understand the love of God.
-
Because the love of God is Not Just, I love you and the love of
-
God is Not acceptance. Okay, and I'm believing God that
-
next year. He's going to allow me to
-
explain his love. I'm believing God for that.
-
Well, Pastor on know about the love of God, I don't know that
-
you do. In fact, I would I would submit
-
that 95% of all believers. Define the love of God wrong.
-
okay, but without faith, it's impossible to please him for, he
-
who comes to God must Believe that he is, and that he is a
-
rewarder of those who diligently seek him.
-
But without faith It is impossible.
-
To please him. That means you can be a
-
believer. When I say believer, let's say
-
that you could be a child of God born in his kingdom, because you
-
are firmly persuaded and you ask the Lord to save you and you are
-
by All rights a child and infant, okay?
-
In the realm of the spirit. Your bathing Christ, as both
-
Peter and Paul communicate. When we first get born again,
-
where infants, we need to do, we need to desire the sincere milk
-
of the word that we may want. Grow, we are supposed to grow.
-
Unfortunately, we don't always grow.
-
Okay. So for those who are not
-
growing, then they are living a life, not pleasing to God
-
because they're not living a life of faith.
-
They're living a life of waiting to go to heaven.
-
Waiting to go. To heaven is not a life of
-
Faith, living a life waiting to die.
-
And go to heaven is not a life of faith.
-
That's not living by faith. Although, that is a belief in
-
itself. That is not living by faith.
-
You are living to die. And you know, all religions do
-
that. We should not live that way.
-
We should live to live. In fact, we really should die to
-
live. We should have died to live and
-
live now okay, for he who comes to God, must Not I'll believe
-
when I want to when it's convenient.
-
No, we must believe. Okay, listen, I want us to lift
-
this awesome life of Faith, all right?
-
I mean this site should like Propel us to be like what your
-
fix your teaching us, how to always receive from the father.
-
I mean, we should not be disappointed that we have to let
-
go of not living by faith. I mean, when we hear things like
-
this are spirits. I know what our spirit man is
-
not a man. Like yes, yes, yes.
-
Now our flesh and our soul. That wants to be a little bit,
-
you know, less involved and just kind of wait till you know, we
-
die kind of stuff because, you know, I really want to take the
-
responsibility of the of what's necessary for me to live by
-
faith. Okay.
-
You know, God just do it for me, without me being involved.
-
Alright, praise God. I must believe.
-
So I can. So again, it if he's saying that
-
we must come in order for us to come to, God, we must believe
-
then that means he gives us capacity to believe.
-
There will never come a situation in your life.
-
You cannot have the ability to believe which means there's
-
nothing. God would ask you to do, either
-
to come out of a trial or conflict or to believe for in
-
the realm of purpose and vision. That you can come to him in
-
belief that he's going to give you a word that you can stand
-
on, okay? And cause that he is a rewarder.
-
So, there's two things we have to do when we come to God, we
-
must believe that he, that he is God, that he's the king.
-
He's the final say we have to believe that because you don't
-
believe that he's really the final say on this thing, and
-
there's options. Then, the second thing you have
-
to believe is that he's actually a rewarder.
-
Of those who diligently seek him.
-
So many break. Some of these words down for
-
you. In the Greek, the word without
-
means this in or out, it means that place where God called you
-
the place. Requiring your obedience faith
-
and patience that place where you are.
-
Confident God wants you to be working and functioning that is
-
the address of Faith where God wants you to live as long as you
-
stay in that place where God told you to be, and you are in
-
faith and you, therefore, please God.
-
But the day that you give up or move, Out of that place of
-
Faith. You are moving to cheaper
-
territory that God doesn't value as highly a location where you
-
will experience the hardships and inconveniences of poor
-
choices and defeat. So when he says without it means
-
in or out, it is the place God's called you the place requiring,
-
you understand. First Corinthians 12:18 is so
-
significant to your life of faith for God places, the body,
-
the members of the body, the members, In the body where it
-
pleases him, the body is the church, Jesus is the head of the
-
church, which is the body of Christ.
-
So it is, Jesus has responsibility to say, you are
-
assigned to Anchor Faith Church, and through there, I'll release
-
all your fruit. There are so many people that
-
are disconnected to a local body Church in general that.
-
I'm telling you now, they are not living by faith.
-
Can't do it. You're telling me I can't
-
believe God. I'm telling you, you will never
-
live to the potential. At all because you're violating
-
the word you're telling Jesus that you don't actually have to
-
be assembled with other believers.
-
You're literally taking First Corinthians 12 and saying, I
-
don't need a pastor. I don't need other people around
-
me other sayings. I asked you to come to my heart.
-
It's a personal relationship. All I need is Jesus.
-
Well, Jesus sitting here with you by himself.
-
Jesus, didn't die for you all on.
-
And Jesus going to require you to be, you know, how many but
-
Saints are Christians are like for their have a hard time in
-
heaven, then very hard time. Because of being in this kind of
-
crowd bothers you, you're going to have a very hard time.
-
Let me just say it this way. Eternal destination is crowded.
-
It's crowded. Now if you want isolation choose
-
hell, it'll be crowded. But it'll be dark.
-
At least you want to see him you'll hear them and you really
-
won't care about it because you're being so much torment.
-
Anyway, But if you're looking like, I want to be by my, then
-
that's, there you go. But if you're talking about
-
getting jointed and connected Heavens going to have to be you
-
gone, you're not going to be at avoid people.
-
So you need to put your flesh down now and learn to love one
-
another. Cuz you're not loving Jesus,
-
you're not loving me, and you're not loving your neighbor, and
-
you don't love to be with them. Just truth.
-
Hallelujah. So you got to be in the place a
-
place. That's requiring your obedience.
-
The church needs you to believe. I said the church needs you to
-
believe. Please means this please the
-
word. Please of the Greek word is a
-
compound of 21. The beginning says as in
-
something that is well and the latter part is enjoyable are
-
pleasing together. They describe the pleasure one
-
feels from seeing something that is especially exciting,
-
excellent or delightful, so God Is wants to feel.
-
He has a feeling when he sees you believe him at his word even
-
though you don't see it and you never move off and you're like,
-
I believe the Kings word period and he's like pleased to see
-
you. In fact, the Bible says the
-
father wrote for Rome's to and fro the Earth, looking who he
-
may show himself strong. And it's strong when you begin
-
to stand in faith, contrary to what everybody's saying and you
-
get it to come to pass, you know, how strong Daniel looked
-
when he was laying it. When he came up out of line.
-
I'll strong, Shadrach Meshach and Abednego I'm using them.
-
Do we just read them in our Bible, reading plan?
-
If you're there, how strong they look, when they tied them, all
-
up through them into the furnace and then they are walking around
-
with another guy. Now strong, that looks that they
-
weren't intimidated with the world's way.
-
Of doing it. I'm only going to do what the
-
king says. A straight, it's a coward to
-
cower down to the world's way of perceiving and doing.
-
So notice that the world is going to hate you and despise
-
you for you standing with what the king says.
-
But it pleases God. He finds great pleasure in that.
-
The word must means this to be something, which should be done.
-
As a result of compulsion. It is necessary.
-
There is a need of it. Behooves Is right and proper.
-
So look at your neighbor and say it.
-
Behooves you to believe he is God, and that his word is
-
forever settled. It, behooves, you, amen.
-
I can use this in a book. Now it behooves you.
-
I'll hurry, I'm learning new words because when you start
-
writing books, you need to be creative in how you say stuff.
-
Not the same way every time. Amen, diligently means this.
-
According to this verse even God rewards diligence.
-
In fact, he only rewards those who diligently seek him which
-
means people with lazy lethargic do nothing.
-
Take it. Easy attitude, will never be
-
greatly rewarded by the Lord. This verse says that the that
-
God rewards, the diligent Kerr diligence is required for any
-
success. The phrase diligently seek is
-
taken from a Greek word that carries and an entire range of
-
power packed. Meaning, it means to zealously
-
seek for something with all of one's heart strength, and my it
-
prep presents, the picture of one who seeks something.
-
So passionately and determinedly that, he literally exhausts, all
-
his power in his search because this Word portrays, such an
-
Earnest effort, the idea of being hard-working, attentive,
-
busy, constant, and persistent in one's Devotion to what he or
-
she is doing. Is also included, you can't say
-
that your diligently seeking God.
-
When you haphazardly read his word, And you want occasion,
-
attend his church. Can't say it.
-
There's got to be a diligence. Effort work, we don't like that.
-
What on? We don't live my works.
-
You work to seek God? You sure do?
-
You absolutely do. But we want God to be fast food.
-
Right, the quick. Now, the thing about faith is it
-
is actually faster than fast food.
-
Because when God tells you, it's already done, just because we
-
don't see it in the natural, doesn't mean it doesn't already
-
exist. So it's really relevant for me.
-
A time frame per se per se because faith has two times
-
associated with it. They are some faith.
-
That should be immediate immediately.
-
We would never believe that a person are instruct someone if
-
they came down to make Jesus, the Lord of their life which
-
they now, did you confess him as Lord and believe in your heart
-
and confess with your mouth? Jesus is Lord.
-
Believed on the cross Rose from the grave yada yada, right?
-
And they pray that prayer with you and you're like, now listen,
-
I don't know when it's going to happen.
-
But if you'll be patient one day, you'll realize, I mean,
-
you'll realize one day, it is show up, you're actually God's
-
child. We would never say that we are
-
like immediately. You're born again, if you were
-
to die right now you go to heaven, you be present when we
-
when we say that we you know what?
-
There's healings that are immediate Can't accept anything
-
less is wrong. Right?
-
Being baptized in the spirit or being filled with the spirit,
-
immediate don't have to Terry now receive it right now you
-
know what the fruits of the spirit are immediate you can you
-
can start eating a fruit of the spirit right now.
-
Immediately you go in a situation that you're so ticked
-
off an anger that you can pull out joy and bite into that fruit
-
and joy manifest immediately, not five weeks from now.
-
But then there are some it says through faith and patience.
-
They inherit now that has to do with purpose.
-
And that takes some time. There are some things that that
-
require more than your faith alone.
-
Other factors are getting involved, but you're pulling it
-
to you because you never abandon what you said.
-
So you don't want to apply faith and patience in an immediate
-
situation nor do you want to apply immediate in a faith in
-
patient situation? Well, I believe in God didn't
-
happen immediately. Um, look, you can't believe that
-
your child is going to change immediately because it's their
-
will. Ooh, I'm believing God for a
-
wife. You can't believe that that
-
person is going to become your spouse.
-
Just cause you said I believe that God told me you're my
-
spouse. First of all that is, you need
-
to keep your mouth. Shut number one, because you're
-
hindering them from hearing God anyway.
-
So many people do that. So crazy.
-
I mean that's spooky. It's actually creepy.
-
I'm a slight red flag. I'd never marry you, and you
-
could even be right. Keep it to yourself, right?
-
Just be a man or woman of God, the end of the day, you know
-
what? I thought they were going to
-
marry me. Well, they need five more years,
-
so why don't you wait? Oh, I could preach that because
-
honestly, I do believe that God's like lean some people
-
towards others in their like they just got impatient and
-
God's work in the other one out in such a way so that the
-
marriage would be as fruitful as it needs to be, but you get
-
impatient. So you picked second best You
-
don't want to hear it, it's fine.
-
I love you. All the single, yeah, yeah.
-
If you ever been around single people, they just get so upset
-
with you. Like, well, you're married you
-
don't understand. I was single.
-
Tell me, I don't understand and I did it wrong.
-
I'm trying to help you out, you know, and just because mine's
-
super fruitful, it could have it had more chances to not be but
-
for the grace of God, and the fact that my wife and myself,
-
Had a will to, please God. Because outside of that, this
-
should have never happened. So I don't talk about mine.
-
But I give you other people who did it right?
-
And it's good, okay? Seek the word seek means to
-
exert y'all doing. All right, considerable effort
-
care and learning something to make it careful, search to seek
-
diligently, to learn to make an examination to seek after also
-
signifies required demand, Now, this is not a word we want to
-
use with God and the religious hate this word when you start
-
using this. Well, I just make a demand on
-
God. You don't tell God what to do.
-
God tells me to make a demand on him.
-
God does to make a demand on him and God wants you to make a
-
demand on him, because he wants to give you his word, he has
-
chosen gladly to give you the kingdom.
-
He said, seek and ye shall find ask and it will be given knock
-
and the door will be open. But that word seek asking, knock
-
or repetitive words in the Greek.
-
It means seek and keep on seeking, keep on seeking, keep
-
on seeking right ass, keep on asking, keep on that.
-
And you're not asking because you're doubting, you are Asking
-
because you're in conversation because you need the king to
-
give you his word. So Faith Can arise in you and
-
then you can speak that word. And, you know, it's this way and
-
I'll never come off and I'll never because he's going to
-
reward me with his own word. He's gonna do it now.
-
This word reward is a powerful word, but before I define this
-
word reward, I'm going to read the Rick Renner version of
-
Hebrews 11:6 based upon breaking out these particular Greek
-
words. It would read this way outside
-
of the realm of Faith, living beyond its boundaries and
-
parameters, it is impossible to bring delight and pleasure to
-
God for he who comes to God. Must believe that.
-
He is. And that God is a rewarder of
-
those who are hardworking, attentive busy constant and
-
persistent. Those who put all their heart
-
strength and might into their pursuit of seeking him, those
-
who are so committed in their search that they will are
-
willing to exhaust all their natural powers in their search
-
for him. They are the ones who will find
-
what they are seeking. Well, that's good, isn't it?
-
They it's good. But this word rewarder.
-
Rewarder means this, let me just go back and read the original.
-
Hebrews 11, the new King James 6, but without faith, it's
-
impossible to please him for. He who comes to God, must
-
believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of those who
-
diligently seek Him. The word reward.
-
Here means this one who pays wages To give away, pay for
-
services rendered. That's what reward means.
-
Now most of us we think he's a rewarder means.
-
He's given us something like what we, but the word reward
-
literally means one who pays wages.
-
To give away pay for services. Rendered, is anyone ever
-
experienced being rewarded? All of you are being rewarded
-
either weekly or bi-weekly. or monthly, depending how your pay
-
scale is So, you are supposed to be at your employment.
-
Hard-working. Attentive busy constant and
-
persistent persistent. You should be putting your heart
-
strength and might I've had more than one congregation member.
-
Come to me and say, Pastor Earle not going to make it a service
-
tonight because I had a long day at work.
-
In essence, I worked hard. They put their heart soul and
-
might at their job so much. So that and that, why did they
-
do it? Because that's how they get.
-
Hey, but then they don't come to church because Church can't pay
-
you nothing. I don't get paid when I come to
-
church. In fact, the church is always
-
asking me for something. Oh, I'm gonna take my jacket off
-
now. Can I get a little Yeah, the
-
church is always asking me for money, you know, they always
-
want from me. Well, no reason why you don't
-
get nothing out of church because you don't come to church
-
the way you supposed to come. You come lazy lethargic.
-
I'm not talking to you. I'm talking all on right now.
-
You come lazy lethargic haphazard only cause your spouse
-
begged you to show up again. And you want God to reward your
-
laziness. You're not in his words, you're
-
not praying. You're doing his moral conduct,
-
according to your standard, not his you handle situations, how
-
you perceive, not how he perceives.
-
And then you come to church and all you can hear from the pastor
-
is offering time, which is very little part of the whole time.
-
We spend more time, singing and preaching then collecting.
-
Yet, I am throwing Cash Out constantly for an hour and a
-
half. Cause faith is the currency of
-
the Kingdom. Cause what you don't understand
-
is that when you come in here, this word, it has the capacity
-
to pay a wage to you in the situations of life that you're
-
no longer limited to your plumber salary, you're a doctor
-
salary, your Rehabilitation salary, whatever work you're
-
doing out there. God says I load your spiritual
-
wallet up. Cuz Faith calls those things
-
that be not as though they were. Now, we said last week that in
-
essence, When Faith Comes, it's like God gave you a check, but
-
when you doubt your Void it and now no matter how much you want
-
to cash it you can because you've written void on it.
-
So it requires God an issue another check and that check
-
represents whatever. I mean, what is this?
-
Five dollars, whatever, five dollars will purchase.
-
That's what it is. I mean well as $5.
-
No, no it's not. It could be a sticker.
-
It could be a hat on sale. It could be, you know, a bicycle
-
at a yard sale. I mean it could be a multiple
-
things but then you start adding this 52.
-
This 5. Now I got 10, I got 15, I got
-
20. Now I got 25.
-
Oh now I got a 10. I'm at 35, I have more options
-
while because I have more. Firm persuasion.
-
Again, people at this point, we're like, wait a minute now,
-
says, faith is a mustard seed. You don't have to have a whole
-
lot, went, whatever you have. It's got to be a farm persuasion
-
because here's the thing. If I go into Dollar General
-
today or I'm gonna go over the Public's after service and I
-
walk in only with a five dollar bill.
-
Make no mistake about it. Anything in public, I am firmly
-
persuaded by God, I can buy that.
-
I walk up to the counter, I'll set it.
-
It down. It's not mine is Publix but I'll
-
call it. What are you doing?
-
I'm getting me. Some chips, are they your chips
-
know? They're actually Publix has
-
chips but I'm calling on mine. Why?
-
Because I have faith. I have faith.
-
That's my chips. That's my pizza.
-
That's my Pepsi. That's my Coke, that's my eyes.
-
That's my whatever. I put it in my bag, like I own
-
it. I mean, somebody else have you
-
ever been in a store and you get the last item?
-
By All rights maybe we should throw down because this Publix
-
is but you walk around it as if it's yours and then you like my
-
wife do some things that made me kind of tilt, you know, and then
-
you get fi halfway through the storm realize.
-
I don't want it, so you put it on the shelf that you're close
-
to. So when I show up for the item
-
and can't find it, Because you put it on Aisle 13.
-
Now I gotta go seeking every aisle to see if somebody put my
-
hide them on the wrong shelf, that's probably called worked in
-
a grocery store. Once you hear me, I will my
-
wife's. I don't want the up.
-
I got it. I will walk it all the way back
-
to an aisle and put it there in the spot.
-
It's just what I do. All right.
-
That mean, Pastor. Marcy at an awesome.
-
She is because she's like their Stock People.
-
They'll figure it out and get it to us right location at another
-
time. You really don't have to go with
-
all this effort, I understand but I am going to go there, are
-
you hear me? So my I'm firmly persuaded.
-
But you know as well as I do, there are items in Public's that
-
I would walk around going. Well, I sure would want that.
-
Well then get it. I have to be honest.
-
I don't have a firm enough persuasion to purchase that now
-
because it says 799. And I got to be honest.
-
I have some faith. I mean, I believe God, but the
-
problem is, I'm honest, I'm rich, it ain't there for that.
-
But can I go somewhere and get it?
-
See we have no problem, we walk in with cash and we're like 079
-
up, Al I got survive. That's okay, no problem.
-
I don't have my other wallet, you pulled out, you want, you
-
pull out this little plastic piece.
-
As Touch One account. An account where you don't see
-
the cash, but it gives a page report of what how much is in
-
there. You're living by a register.
-
The account says, is talking to me.
-
You have, you know, a hundred fifty dollars in your checking
-
account. Praise God, I'm firmly persuaded
-
when I put my card in now. Run my number That somewhere in
-
the Unseen where I don't even see, it will take it from this
-
little chip on my card. Speak to some kind of computer
-
in some place somewhere in some Headwaters go all the way to the
-
headquarters of my bank. It will talk to it and say hey
-
does your guy have enough persuasion?
-
To have the item in question in order for us to authorize
-
letting them take possession and to make says oh yeah they for
-
sure. Believe that they got it.
-
No problem. Here's their faith snakes to,
-
you know, it comes back and it comes.
-
And it says, what, in the name of Jesus, I don't know how all
-
that went down. All I know is they give me a
-
receipt, a confirmation. but here's the thing, the next day,
-
if I show up And this is how Christians are living next day.
-
I show up. Same ladies, working, Publix.
-
I got the same 799 item, still got the five dollar in my
-
pocket. But this time I'm like, remember
-
I was here yesterday. Yeah.
-
Um so I got this item. Remember I put my card in yeah
-
yeah I remember that. So I did that yesterday.
-
So I'm just going to go ahead and take this home.
-
See, we act like we don't have to get more in order for me to
-
take the same item home with the same price the next day.
-
It requires me, another And if it's not there, it doesn't
-
matter. I had it yesterday.
-
Cuz when faith is spent. Then you going to have to go
-
back in here. And what we're doing is, we're
-
asking God to do it without us, accessing an account, without
-
anything else being deposited in our hearts and our spirit.
-
Faith comes by aren't you? Glad you get paid more than one
-
top? You go to work, they pay you
-
your first one here. Like praise God, man, this is
-
great salary. The next time comes around like,
-
what we paid, you two weeks ago, what are you paying me?
-
Two weeks ago? Yeah, did we give you?
-
What we said, we pay you for two weeks.
-
Yeah. But I worked a Note 2 weeks, so,
-
we already gave it to you. I mean, you got to live on that.
-
That's not my problem. No, you'd be like no, you going
-
to pay me? But yeah, we're acting telling
-
God. Without faith without hearing.
-
No, you go heal me. What do you better go?
-
Find some scripture, you better come seeking, you better come at
-
it with a word to me. You need to come with some kind
-
of Faith with me. You need to come with your
-
account with something. Because the reality is, if you
-
can't believe for $10, you're not believing for a million.
-
Even though Mustard Seed, Faith is the same.
-
Meaning, it's just a firm persuasion but the reality is
-
there's a seeking God can do things in different ways.
-
His word is the currency. The minute we receive it.
-
Then all of a sudden I can begin to stockpile.
-
Are you hearing me and every day I'm just like, I believe.
-
You know, I believe, you know, I believe, you know, I believe,
-
you know, I believe, you know, I believe, you know, I believe,
-
you know, I believe you're like, say, yeah.
-
I know what that people say. You're paying God, no, I'm
-
giving God, what he requires. He requires my faith.
-
Here's the thing. He's the one paying me anyway.
-
Oh my goodness, CB work somewhere for a living because
-
we want to get paid forever efforts.
-
God wants us to live by faith because he wants to pay us.
-
Matthew 6 will finish with this passage of scripture.
-
So give me just a few moments here.
-
Let me, let me get to the finish of the reading of this and I'm
-
going to make one point. When I make that point, I may
-
expand a little bit more, but if you're going to be water,
-
baptized, I'm going to release you to do so.
-
That way, you can go ahead and get prepared for water.
-
Baptism. I know a couple people are.
-
Let me just say it this way, God will accumulate allow you to
-
accumulate faith. And run it up because there's
-
nothing impossible with God. So, while about Coach Leo
-
yesterday with our ten, you team, they left no doubt on the
-
field. No doubt just run it up, right?
-
Because again our faith is so strong and God's word.
-
There's nothing the devil can do to us withholding hinder from us
-
when we have the word of the king.
-
Period, I'll never void. A check that God's given me.
-
I will always make a deposit. I will hold onto that and make
-
an exchange because our faith is just making an exchange.
-
You know, how many people would pay, you know, some people are
-
paying right now from their natural currency for somebody to
-
find a cure for cancer. A natural.
-
That way you can take a pill or put something in your body that
-
kills it, you know, the blood of Jesus did this the stripes, on
-
his back, did that there are many people that by faith have
-
been healed of cancer. There are many, there are many
-
that have prospered job. Promotions marriages restored
-
relationships for by faith because they got firmly
-
persuaded that what God says they should do and what they
-
need to do in that situation. And God sure made it come to
-
pass. He does it because his word
-
never fails. Matthew 6:24 says, no one can
-
serve two masters for either hate the one and love the other
-
or he will be devoted one. Pause the other.
-
You cannot serve God and wealth. For this reason, I say to you do
-
not be worried about your life, as what you eat, or what you
-
will drink, or for your body, as to what you put on is, is not
-
life more than food and the body more than clothing.
-
If that's the case, then we should not live to work.
-
A job. That doesn't mean we're not
-
going to work a job. That's not how we live.
-
All right, it's not our Pursuit. Look at the birds of the air.
-
They do not sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns, yet your
-
heavenly father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than
-
they and who of you being worried can add a single hour to
-
his life. And why are you worried about
-
clothing? Observe the Lilies of the Field
-
grow they do not toil, nor do they spend yet, I say to you
-
that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself, like one
-
of Use. But if God so clothes the grass
-
of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow thrown into
-
the furnace, he will, will he not much more clothe you oh you
-
of little faith? Do not worry.
-
Then saying what will we eat? Well, Pastor, how am I going to
-
eat? Or what will we drink?
-
Or what will we wear for clothing?
-
For the Gentiles eagerly seek. That's that word diligent again,
-
I mean, they are Spirit soul body.
-
They are all their heart, all their soul, all their mind, all
-
their strength, trying to make a living and make enough that they
-
can live life like they want to. And all of its comforts.
-
They seek these things. He says this for your heavenly
-
father knows that you need all these things, which means
-
anything they're seeking God knows we need them.
-
So, why live the world's way to get their stuff?
-
When, if you live God's way, he'll give it to you, because he
-
says this but seek first, his, his kingdom and his, what
-
righteousness of the righteous one shall live.
-
How that's right standing with the governing Authority in
-
essence. It's the right way to do it
-
God's way. So, we seek the kingdom.
-
Meaning we seek the king of the domain, What's the word of the
-
king in the Dominion you have? And whatever that is, that's the
-
right thing and it will seek those first.
-
Then all the things that they are laying their lives down on
-
occupation will be added to you. So the minute we, let natural
-
currency rule Governor have dominion over our lives.
-
We are not allowing spiritual currency of Faith to have that
-
Dominion. This is why I say if we ever
-
say, hey, we're going to do this trip or we're going to go here
-
or this that and the other you shouldn't look at your account
-
to determine whether you could do something. now, your account
-
may let you know whether you could show something But at the
-
end of the day, if God gives you a number or tells you, I want
-
you to attend how in the world. Could I go on that trip?
-
I don't make it. I mean I have just enough to
-
take care of what's going on. That's not your problem.
-
You just got to work from the King.
-
He wants you to go. So you just say, Lord, I think
-
you're going to provide now how he provides.
-
I can't answer that. It could come a number of ways,
-
it can come by, someone paying your way, you don't even know
-
it. But a lot of times, some people
-
aren't paying people's ways because they won't get out of
-
their own. It book and it's cause they
-
don't sign up in fate. Well, the Lord said that I'm
-
going to go. So I'm signing up by faith.
-
I'm signing up by faith. Are you hearing me?
-
Which means that all you got to do is get a word from God.
-
That's why I'm always when I'm in his word, I'm not in his word
-
to check my Bible. Reading plan box although I
-
checked the Box, I'm in it to say, what are you saying to me?
-
What currency is available, that you'll allow me to pull from The
-
Unseen into the scene because there's so much that I'm
-
accumulating that God at times aren't isn't even talking to me
-
about But I'm just believing God, I'm seeing his exploits.
-
I'm seeing how God done this and that the other night.
-
Wow, look at God, he's so faithful.
-
We did this. And yeah, and I have all this
-
spiritual cash, so to speak. Faith, build up.
-
I'm just believing, there's snow, all these situations and
-
I'm reading, I see how God just comes through and I'm like, I
-
believe, God, I believe God then at some point, he will insert.
-
I need you to believe this and all of a sudden it's like I can
-
do that. Because I've been seeking you
-
all this time. Then if I get to the place where
-
I'm like, I know and I'm believing but I realized what
-
you just said, I need a little more, I go dig in.
-
Because I don't just do it. I got to know that I know I can
-
do that cause I've got the word, I'm firmly persuaded.
-
I will not let another voice take and I will not void my
-
checks. Are you hearing me?
-
And it's one thing to do it on an individual level?
-
It's a whole nother thing. We start doing it corporately.
-
And all of us start coming together and saying we can do
