  1. Thanks for checking out the anchor Faith.

  2. Message podcast from st. Augustine Florida.

  3. Now enjoy this message. All right, so if you have your

  4. Bible turn over to Luke chapter 12.

    Luke 12 chapter mention

  5. Amen! Luke chapter 12.

    Luke 12 chapter mention

  6. We're going to start in verse 32 and it says, As this new King

  7. James version, says, fear not little flock for it, is your

  8. father's. Good pleasure to give you the

  9. kingdom, Amen. To give us the kingdom.

  10. Let me go ahead and jump down a Colossians 1:12 through 14.

    Colossians 1:12–14

  11. And it says this giving thanks to the father who has qualified

  12. us to share in the inheritance of the Saints of light.

  13. For he rescued us from the domain of darkness and

  14. transferred us into the kingdom of his beloved Son.

  15. In whom we have Redemption, the forgiveness of sin.

  16. So when someone accepts Jesus Christ is Lord, and believe in

  17. their heart, that he came, God Came In the Flesh that he died

  18. on that cross. He was, he took our Place was

  19. our substitute for our wrongdoing.

  20. On the third day, he was raised up by the Holy Ghost and because

  21. he shed his blood, he forgave did it paid the price for sin.

  22. And so when we call on his name to be Lord, we receive

  23. forgiveness of sin according to Colossians.

  24. Then when the event takes place that you are forgiven of sins,

  25. there's a transfer a transfer from the domain or power or one

  26. translation says kingdom of darkness.

  27. Enos into the kingdom of his beloved Son.

  28. Now, every one of you in this room including me, we did not go

  29. to heaven, the day that took place.

  30. So then, if we were transferred out of the domain of Darkness

  31. into the kingdom of his beloved Son, the day we receive

  32. forgiveness of our sins, the payment applied to our lives.

  33. And we become children of God. Then the kingdom is not heaven.

  34. So then Luke 12:32 cannot mean. It is the Father's good

    Luke 12:32

  35. pleasure, fear not little flock. It is the Father's good pleasure

  36. to give you the kingdom, could not be heaven.

  37. And besides that, how could it be Heaven?

  38. Just in the on verse because when I go to heaven, why am I

  39. going to be in fear? Why would I be in fear in

  40. heaven? So if it's his father's good

  41. pleasure to give me the kingdom and he tells me to fear, not

  42. little flock, he's going to give it.

  43. Which means something's going on down here but the kingdom can

  44. manifest in our life so that we don't have to live in fear of

  45. what we see down here because we're actually in a different

  46. Kingdom, right? Okay.

  47. So then back in Acts chapter 28, couple of review versus from

    Acts 28 chapter mention

  48. Sunday or excuse me, 26 Acts 26:18.

    Acts 26:18

  49. He says, it's to open their eyes and turn them from Darkness to

  50. light, from the power of Satan unto.

  51. God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an

  52. inheritance and inheritance among them, which are Sanctified

  53. by faith. That is in Me by faith in me.

  54. So we see here that both Acts 26 and Colossians 1 tells us of an

  55. inheritance. So Jesus death burial and

  56. resurrection and are acknowledging him as Lord

  57. repenting of our sins, In confessing him as Lord also has

  58. an inheritance associated with it.

  59. It's not just the forgiveness of sin, but an inheritance and that

  60. inheritance is in operation today.

  61. In essence, we become an heir. Of an inheritance.

  62. Are you hearing me an inheritance is just an allotted

  63. portion? Which means then at the reading

  64. of a will obviously someone would say okay you receive this

  65. because the one who has died has left this for you.

  66. Well don't you know that Christ has died for us.

  67. So again most of the time and I'll get into this Sunday, I'm

  68. not going to do it tonight but I'll let you know.

  69. There are there is an inheritance that you can

  70. function in through what It's called a trust and there can be

  71. a living trust. Meaning the person who has the

  72. assets can put it in a trust and allow benefactors to operate in

  73. it while they're still alive. But most of the time when we

  74. think of inheritance we think someone has passed away and has

  75. left something to someone else. Well, Christ has passed away, he

  76. died for us, and he left us an inheritance.

  77. Now he's alive, which is so awesome because he actually gets

  78. to come back like a trust and say, I am, you know, the the one

  79. over the treacherous, my trust. And so I'm making sure my

  80. benefactors. Are receiving it.

  81. As I have dictated it in the trust.

  82. And there is a trust. If we trust in the Lord, with

  83. all the heart, right? And lean not on our own

  84. understanding, but acknowledge him.

  85. He'll make our paths, straight. You know what he'll do?

  86. He'll provide, he'll do everything will get into that

  87. more on Sunday. You will, you don't want to miss

  88. out on Sunday. So the inheritance was never

  89. designed to be only available when you die is because someone

  90. else died. So we die to self.

  91. Yes, in the context that we are alive unto God old passed away,

  92. behold all things. Become new but it's because of

  93. what Christ has done. That's given us, this

  94. inheritance and that we are the function in this inheritance

  95. today. Now, I mentioned this but we're

  96. going to read it tonight on Sunday and that is about the two

  97. sons to a father that had an inheritance and the youngest

  98. wanted his. Now we called this The Prodigal

  99. Son story, right? Our account.

  100. But we're going to focus on the older brother tonight.

  101. We're going to read this out of the passion translation, okay?

  102. In Luke chapter 15 verse 11. And 12 it says this, then Jesus

    Luke 15:11

  103. said, once there was a father with two sons, the younger son

  104. came to his father and said, father, don't you think it's

  105. time you give me the share of your state that belongs to me?

  106. So the father went ahead and distributed among the two sons

  107. Their inheritance. Now, notice that day.

  108. The oldest son received an inheritance, he didn't ask for

  109. it, he knew one day, it would come typically, its one, father

  110. passes, one, and then leaves it. And again, if this is a Jewish

  111. Family and most likely is, then the oldest son, gets a double

  112. portion of the inheritance. Are you hearing me?

  113. He has the blessing and a double portion of the estate the

  114. youngers not going to get as much as the older.

  115. Unless there was some prophecy right?

  116. Some move of the Holy Ghost as we've seen recorded in the Old

  117. Testament of some things like with Joseph boys the oldest was

  118. not the one that would have the most in fact, Jacob or Israel

  119. prophesied, he's going to be blessed to but the younger boys

  120. going to have more, right? So unless that took place

  121. tradition, is that the oldest son is going to get a double

  122. portion. All right?

  123. It's the younger son that wants his now.

  124. Alright, now, we know the account of that one, he

  125. squanders it and then he eventually shows back up because

  126. he realized I've made a mistake. I should not have done this, and

  127. I just want to go back to Dad's house.

  128. I'm definitely not worthy to be called a son anymore.

  129. I just want to work for him, the rest of my life because it least

  130. dad takes care of as employees. But we know what Dad did right

  131. Dad restored him. Because he was repentant, he was

  132. truly, you know, not happy that he went.

  133. The course he did. He didn't come back because he

  134. was broke. He came back because he realized

  135. he made a wrong choice. Okay, I know he was broke but he

  136. was broke somewhere else and that was a little more

  137. motivating. Okay.

  138. So he wanted to come back home and Dad, obviously, rejoiced,

  139. and in the rejoicing killed a cow that they had been stuffing

  140. for quite some time. He was a big boy and they threw

  141. a party. Now, verse 25 is where we're

  142. going to pick up. And this is where what I would

  143. say. The majority of the church is

  144. The majority of the church. Why?

  145. Because they know they've been forgiven of sin.

  146. And they know when they die, they're going to go to heaven.

  147. But they're not living out the inheritance while in the Earth

  148. today. So a lot of people sound like

  149. the older son. And let's look at how the older

  150. son responds says, now, the older son was out working in the

  151. field when his brother returned and he and as he approached the

  152. house, he heard the music of Celebration and dances.

  153. So he called over one of the surfaces.

  154. What's going on? And the servant replied is she

  155. younger brother. He's returned home and your

  156. father's throwing a party to celebrate his homecoming right

  157. now. He And ask how did he come?

  158. What's the circumstance? What's going on?

  159. All he does is thinks about how his younger brother left.

  160. Which means he's holding on. I said he's holding on to how

  161. his brother left was tells us. He actually had no real

  162. concerned about his brother anyway.

  163. All right. This is why Jesus told us as his

  164. disciples, I command you to love one.

  165. Another Here's the older brother obviously not operating in the

  166. god kind of love because he doesn't care. he assumes that

  167. he's celebrating a guy that has squandered his father's

  168. inheritance. Okay, he's only seeing his

  169. youngest brother in his sin. He's not holding out any hope

  170. that he could change. Are you alright?

  171. Okay, because I say this because the church the majority love to

  172. win the lost when I mean loss, I'm talking about those who've

  173. never been the family but it's a whole nother ball game when

  174. someone's been in the family. And then they run off and at,

  175. like a Hellion. But then, get that find

  176. themselves in pig, slop will pass.

  177. You didn't call me. I was hoping you get pig slop

  178. Okay, y'all want to hear that? Again, I can go after someone

  179. initially where he at what's going on, but at the end of the

  180. date is going to come, of course that I'm kind of like the

  181. Father, which I'm only supposed to do what the father does.

  182. Anyway this like let him sit in it.

  183. We did love me, you did. Come get me.

  184. You didn't give me with my friends, abandon me.

  185. Well, apparently you weren't broke enough because I never

  186. left. Are you hearing me?

  187. You don't want people know where I'm at.

  188. I'm still passion the same church.

  189. Okay, y'all too. Alright, we getting real now.

  190. Getting into the real stuff, right?

  191. You know how come you did? Come fi look, we went after you.

  192. When you were going down the road.

  193. Saying, where are you going? What are you doing?

  194. Don't do this. But at the end of the day, if we

  195. ever want to see you come back since you think, you know what's

  196. right? Anyway, even though you know,

  197. it's contrary to your nature. Then at this time, it's kind of

  198. good to just sit back and let you just getting big slop.

  199. Not bail you out. But you know how many Believers

  200. are trying to bail them out? Well I'm Annie brother.

  201. Well you know I ain't seen you in church watches.

  202. Can you just help a brother out? Yeah come to church come home.

  203. I can help a brother out come home.

  204. Well where you going to show the love of God.

  205. It's in the church the whole time.

  206. Why did you leave? But you want me to nickel and

  207. dime you to keep you in your sin?

  208. Okay, right? But I mean but you know, here we

  209. are now. We know that things are going

  210. right, Dad. All the, while has the heart of

  211. the father meaning he's like, I believe my son can come home

  212. because he is waiting. He's looking for him to show

  213. back up. I mean when I see people come

  214. through the door ain't been in a while.

  215. I mean, I'm like, man, belie, where you been?

  216. Give him a hug at the end, they just give them a hug anyway.

  217. You're hoping their hearts, right?

  218. You're hoping they're going to say something that's going to

  219. show, man. I blow good.

  220. Just get in here. Let's go.

  221. Let's a like, it didn't happen. Right?

  222. That's how dad was, but the brother was like, I ain't even

  223. if I'm not looking for it, I can't believe he did that.

  224. Okay, so the older son became angry refused to go in and

  225. celebrate. So, as father came out and

  226. pleaded with him come and enjoy the feast with us and the son

  227. said, father, listen. Now, here it is.

  228. How many years have I been working?

  229. Like a slave for you. Now, he doesn't, he's not saying

  230. he's a slave. What he's saying is is I've laid

  231. down my will for years. That's what he's saying here.

  232. Okay, performing every Duty. You've asked as a faithful son.

  233. and I've never once disobeyed, you But you've never thrown a

  234. party for me. Because of my for me because of

  235. my faithfulness, you know how many Believers are Mystic God.

  236. I mean come to church all this time Reed and doing all this

  237. stuff and then I get in a situation.

  238. When you going to heal me. when you going to promote me, when

  239. you going to, when you gonna they been forgiven there in the

  240. house. But they don't know there's an

  241. inheritance. I mean, he's blaming his father

  242. for him, not having something. Well, you know, I mean I've

  243. never left you told me to get up, do this?

  244. I did it. You told me to go there.

  245. I did that. I mean I've been faithful.

  246. I mean, I had ideas, I had ideas like the younger brother I could

  247. have left. I thought it but I didn't.

  248. I stayed faithful. Right.

  249. And he goes on, says, never. Once have you given me a goat

  250. that I could Feast on a celebrate with my friends like

  251. he's doing now. But look at this, son of yours

  252. he comes back after wasting your wealth.

  253. Whoo man, he just telling it how he was, right?

  254. It's how he left your wealth on prostitutes and Reckless living.

  255. And here, you are throwing a great feast to celebrate him.

  256. Well, first of all, the father's not throwing a feast to

  257. celebrate his lifestyle of being with prostitutes.

  258. And Reckless living. He's not doing that at all.

  259. He's celebrating because he realized his life living with

  260. prostitutes and Reckless living wasn't worth living and he was

  261. wrong. And he's not even asking to be a

  262. son. But the reality is your of the

  263. family. That's why first.

    1 John 1:9

  264. John 1:9 says, if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to

  265. forgive us of our sins, you know how many Believers come Dragon

  266. theirselves back up in here and refuse to receive from the

  267. inheritance because all they do is look at their mistakes.

  268. All the time. I don't deserve that.

  269. First of all, it's not you to decide what you deserve anyway

  270. because if it was up to what you deserve, then you wouldn't have

  271. had the blood of Jesus and you would be in heaven going to hell

  272. after you die. So yeah, it's for some reason we

  273. are we will allow ourselves to accept eternal life that we

  274. don't deserve. But we won't allow ourselves to

  275. accept any other and had part of the inheritance because we've

  276. blown it. It at crazy.

  277. It's just kind of crazy thinking.

  278. Well, because, you know, you want to go to heaven, mean,

  279. nobody wants to burn in hell for eternity.

  280. So you're going to allow yourself that but God wants to

  281. heal you, what? I don't deserve it, you know,

  282. I've just done so many bad things.

  283. Well, I'm not. I shouldn't Prosper.

  284. I, you know I shouldn't have joy.

  285. I mean as much as I've done, I should just be, you know, I

  286. won't let myself be happy. I don't deserve to be happy,

  287. don't deserve you, okay? But you're going to let yourself

  288. go to heaven, and you didn't deserve that.

  289. Well, you might as well just take joy.

  290. Then just go ahead and take joy. Go ahead and have peace.

  291. I don't care that you made people's lives on Peaceful, you

  292. know. Thinking, you don't deserve it

  293. because of all that. You've done to individuals will

  294. just have peace anyway because God forgive you Amen.

  295. He's a forgiving God, he's a loving father, he just wants

  296. repentance. He wants you to realize that is

  297. wrong living and when you realize that then he'll lavish

  298. you with the inheritance. Now notice he doesn't get the

  299. inheritance, he's already lost. In fact, up to this point, he

  300. wasn't having access to any additional inheritance.

  301. So the brothers like look, you let the sun come back in here,

  302. right? You wasting your wealth on

  303. prostitutes and Reckless living and here you've thrown a great

  304. feast to celebrate for him. The father said my son.

  305. Oh man, this is good. Boy.

  306. You need to put this on your refrigerator.

  307. This is should be your confession.

  308. The father said, my son, you are always with me by my side.

  309. Everything I have. Is yours to enjoy.

  310. In essence. He says, the only reason why the

  311. cow didn't die earlier is because you didn't want it.

  312. Now the Bible is very clear, concerning a few things one.

  313. He says my people not other people because outside of his

  314. people there already perishing, right?

  315. But he said my people perish. Due to lack of knowledge.

  316. Which tells us that God especially if you read

  317. Deuteronomy 28 and obviously that is an old Covenant

  318. conversation but it has New Covenant implications, but

  319. keeping it in Old Covenant, the Lord saying my people perish

  320. because of the lack of knowledge, they have concerning

  321. the Covenant there in and what I will do with for them if they

  322. will listen and obey me and it's listed in Deuteronomy chapter

    Deuteronomy 28 chapter mention

  323. 28. Moses wrote it out, he said the

  324. Lord said, if you'll obey me, if you're Hocking to what I say,

  325. you'll be blessed in the city, you'll be blessed in the field.

  326. You'll be the head and not the tail.

  327. Right now. What makes you this because you

  328. obey Not because year of that good.

  329. Or that you deserved it. But it's because God is a

  330. rewarder of those who obey him who diligently seek Him and do

  331. what he says. He's a rewarder, that's what he

  332. does. And he loves to reward his kids.

  333. Disobedient kids, he do not, he doesn't reward, he's merciful,

  334. but he's not in the reward business, he's in the redeeming

  335. business, he's in a restoration business but at the end of the

  336. day, if we will just obey him and you understand, it's no

  337. different in the New Covenant because again we have to obey in

  338. a New Covenant. Because you can't be born again

  339. in a New Covenant unless you first obey that he's the only

  340. way to the father. Correct.

  341. You're only baptized in the spirit with evidence of speaking

  342. in tongues because you obeyed that it is a promise from God

  343. and you said I'll receive it and it came upon you and you begin

  344. to you were you were filled with the holy ghost power came upon

  345. you and then you begin to speak in the but you yield it and many

  346. of us especially me growing up to as a Baptist guy never

  347. hearing this. I'm glad I wasn't taught that it

  348. was of the devil and have to rewire that but not taught at

  349. all. When a pastor started showing me

  350. a scripture, I said, you just gotta show me in the word and

  351. I'll believe it. Now my mom can't wrap around a

  352. language. I don't understand that I can

  353. speak without being taught and then to speak something that I

  354. won't even understand when I say it.

  355. Because even when I speak Spanish, at least I know the

  356. words that I'm saying mean something right?

  357. Even though you know when you start saying this sounds weird

  358. coming out of your mouth because you've been hearing this the

  359. whole time. But once you get it down it goes

  360. but then you know, you start getting into some new words and

  361. you're saying it sounds, whoo, Indian, you know, when I go to

  362. India those words man there they tell me you'll never be They are

  363. language because your tongue cannot do, what it needs to do.

  364. You know, was it trained to be at a make certain sounds?

  365. Well that may be true. I would have to supernaturally

  366. have that take place then. Are you hearing what I'm saying?

  367. I'm not saying it's not impossible.

  368. I'm just saying in general, right?

  369. Because again, we do know you can live in certain places and

  370. the way you articulate, words are based upon the place you

  371. came from, but if I had a few of you say car right now, You sound

  372. different than me? Our roof?

  373. Right? You sound a little bit different

  374. than me. And we are both speaking

  375. English, you know, and as Pastor Rod, he says, anytime he

  376. ministers, he's from Louisiana and ye may need an interpreter

  377. and he's in the USA and that's true.

  378. And some of them guys that speak Cajun, I mean it's like right.

  379. Then we get over to Mississippian some of them

  380. speaking that Southern drawl. I mean it you guys coming from

  381. Michigan. Y'all be.

  382. Like what took him five minutes to say a sentence, right?

  383. We can draw word out at least 10 seconds, it's one word.

  384. Amen. It's just slap.

  385. Pull it out. Are you hear me?

  386. Okay. So the thing is, is that his

  387. people are perishing because they do not know what's already

  388. theirs. And in the New Covenant because

  389. many of us, when I say many, I'm talking about the church at as a

  390. whole. A lot of times, the only thing

  391. they're really hearing is that the forgiveness of sin and that

  392. the great inheritance is we go to heaven, but yeah, there's an

  393. inheritance now. There's an inheritance.

  394. Now, again, to be healed. Is only going to happen a couple

  395. ways one. It can happen.

  396. Well, three ways. Um, but they all have one thing

  397. in common Faith. One way.

  398. Is somebody else's Faith through the laying on of hands?

  399. Get you healed? Or somebody by faith, yield to

  400. the gifts of the Spirit and the gifts of healing.

  401. Get an operation and you're healed or by your own faith, you

  402. believe you're healed. But we know many people, well,

  403. that aren't healed at all. And it's not because God doesn't

  404. want them healed. But yeah, we built a whole

  405. doctrines that God doesn't want some people healed.

  406. Well, there's only one reason why people were sick if they

  407. weren't healed anyway because they were disobedient.

  408. And it is an amazing when you get around the religious people,

  409. when it comes to healing and I said well I guess the Lord's

  410. trying to teach me something. Well then why are you going to a

  411. doctor? Why are you taking an aspirin?

  412. If you think this is from God, why are you trying to stop it?

  413. And being more Rebellion. Since we're thinking well I

  414. guess the Lord's just trying to teach me what have you learned

  415. it? Was just basically they're

  416. confessing I'm not doing something right?

  417. Well, we're a bit. I mean let's talk to the Lord.

  418. Because the Sheep, here's the shepherd's voice.

  419. I mean, there's just certain trains of thoughts that people

  420. get in it's because they don't know their inheritance.

  421. So they make, excuse for the discomfort in their lives when

  422. again the Lord's. Like but I've given you in here.

  423. Let's look at verse 31 again, put that up again because this

  424. is I'm going to prove this with these scriptures tonight.

  425. He said the father said my son You are always with me.

  426. And by my side, everything I have is yours to enjoy.

  427. You are upset because I'm throwing a party for your son.

  428. Not why? You think I'm throwing a party?

  429. But I'm throwing a party and now you're going to get upset

  430. because you're saying, I didn't do one.

  431. This your stuff when he came to me and said, Dad, I want my

  432. inheritance I gave you yours. So the reality is it was yours.

  433. So it's your fault. You didn't call your friends and

  434. kill a goat and have a party and invite me.

  435. It's in your power. Because it's part of your

  436. inheritance. I said, it's part of your

  437. inheritance and there are so many Believers that I, you know,

  438. they'll won't do this. But I think in there, you know,

  439. if you kind of look at how they're processing life, or

  440. living life with God, you would almost surmise that they would

  441. want to go to heaven. Say, how come you didn't do this

  442. for me? Wheeler, why didn't you heal me?

  443. You know that person over there and they were living and then

  444. they got, he'll what about me? I mean, I went to church, I was

  445. faithful. I, you know, the Lord's going to

  446. say Well, that was part of your inheritance.

  447. You could have had it the whole time.

  448. If you only would have believed well how come their marriage is

  449. so good, how much of a marriage do you want?

  450. Now, I'm going to Tom, be honest in marriage.

  451. I understand there's two wheels and you can't make your spouse.

  452. Love God, with all their heart, soul and mind and strength.

  453. But you can love in the relationship like you are

  454. designed to love and God will fill in any other gap so that

  455. you aren't missing out. At the end of the day cuz he's

  456. too good of a god. I said he's too good of a God.

  457. Now obviously in the natural is the most fruitful when both our

  458. loving God and passionate about God, and then passionate towards

  459. each other as God, it is ordained them.

  460. But I'ma tell you right now, there's no reason not to hold

  461. out for hope. Believe stand.

  462. But what it doesn't work and that's happened.

  463. That doesn't mean you can't give restored and by God if you go

  464. into another one you better get it right?

  465. So that you don't take baggage from the last Because whatever

  466. was going on in the one with you is going to go on in the next

  467. one with you. And you're the common

  468. denominator. So let's just get it right the

  469. next time and then stay committed to it.

  470. I'm just saying, we have an inheritance and the Bible talks

  471. about how we can have a marriage relationship, which means we can

  472. just slap make a demand on it. And typically with someone said,

  473. well, that's not like I expected.

  474. Well, then you're not in your inheritance.

  475. Same thing with your children. Well, that's not what I expected

  476. at least do your part according to what scripture and fulfill it

  477. based upon the inheritance, But as far as things that you can

  478. get all by yourself that only include you, well, that's on

  479. you. How do we know this?

  480. Well, let's look at some scripture here.

  481. Okay. Again, we have an inheritance,

  482. remind you, this scripture. For we go on Romans chapter 8,

    Romans 8:16

  483. verse 16 and 17. I'm a look at in the past.

  484. And translation says, for the holy spirit makes God's

  485. fatherhood real to us as he whispers into our innermost

  486. being you are God's beloved child.

  487. And since we are his Choo-Choo true children, we qualify to

  488. share all his treasures. For indeed we are Heirs of God

  489. himself and since we are joined to Christ, we also inherit all

  490. that he is and all that he has we will experience being co

  491. glorified with him provided that we accept his suffering as our

  492. own. So again we are joined to

  493. Christ. We also inherit all that he is

  494. and he has well you know what I got it. it, I inherited from

  495. Christ kingship I was made a king today.

  496. I got born again. He gave me back.

  497. Dominion is Christ. The King is Jesus, King.

  498. Come on, is Jesus, king. That's who he is.

  499. He's the king. He became a savior of the world

  500. because Adam fell from Dominion. But he's always been ruler.

  501. Always been King And so he died and he even testified himself,

  502. he said, if a seed doesn't get in the ground and dies, it

  503. remains alone. But if it dies, it will produce

  504. many. After its own kind, will Jesus

  505. showed himself which is a king kind.

  506. That means then he produced King Khan, and we're all Kings.

  507. He's the king of and who are those kings.

  508. So, that's who he is. And that's who we are because we

  509. are joint heirs co-heirs. But not only are we, what he is,

  510. we have what he has. Oh my goodness.

  511. We have it. Not going to have it.

  512. Maybe have it. We have it.

  513. And the only reason we're not walking in it's because we don't

  514. know what our inheritance is. Because we keep putting it back

  515. on God, but God's actually putting it on us.

  516. This is called personal responsibility.

  517. And the kingdom is easier to be religious and keep God in a

  518. place of mystery so that you can keep yourself unqualified. cause

  519. there's plenty of people that fill unqualified but he said he

  520. qualified you He qualified us to share in the inheritance of the

  521. Saints. In light.

  522. He qualified US, I'm qualified. I'm qualified.

  523. I'm just qualified now. I'm not qualified cuz I did, I'm

  524. qualified because he did it, and I believed and as he is, so are

  525. So we so instead of convincing yourself your something just

  526. believe you are. Just go ahead and believe it.

  527. And learn what the inheritance are.

  528. Well, what what does Jesus have? Well, look what he says here in

  529. Matthew 28 verse 18 to 20. It says Jesus came up and spoke

    Matthew 28:18–20

  530. to them saying all How much all authority?

  531. How much Authority come on. How much Authority does he have?

  532. All authority has been given to me where in heaven and on Earth,

  533. go. Therefore and Make Disciples of

  534. all Nations baptizing, in the name of the Father, the Son, the

  535. Holy Spirit, teaching them, to observe all that.

  536. I commanded you and lo look what he says I am.

  537. With you always even to the end, eh go back to Luke 1531.

  538. The father says my son. You are.

  539. Always with me, go back to Matthew.

  540. I am with you. Now, what did the father say to

  541. some son? You're always with me.

  542. Everything I have. Is yours.

  543. Now again just so we are very clear, I am not taking because

  544. again, the two sons, let us know how the inheritance functions.

  545. The owner says, I've been faithful.

  546. I've been here. I've obeyed and the father's.

  547. Like, yeah, and you're mad because I didn't do it.

  548. It was yours to do, that's your problem.

  549. You did right, son? You were faithful.

  550. You were obedient but you're not acting on your inheritance.

  551. You're acting like, I got, it's mine and you gotta But what I'm

  552. saying is yours is yours. It is yours because I gave it to

  553. you. Are you hearing me?

  554. But the older son which means then that he's not saying so you

  555. could have taken it and ran while too.

  556. No, the younger son. Here's an inheritance that you

  557. decided to do the inheritance without the father's.

  558. Blessing. It's your way of handling it.

  559. And how many again James talks about this James says, you have

  560. not because you ask not, but when you ask, you ask amiss

  561. because you're asking of the father, not because you want to

  562. do his will with the inheritance, but you want to

  563. spend it on your own Personal Pleasures.

  564. So the younger son is the example of how not to deal with

  565. the inheritance because if you take God's inheritance and you

  566. go running the world with it, well the world is going to come

  567. and kill steal and destroy. But if you'll stay with the

  568. father, always at his house, then all that inheritance is at

  569. your disposal and you can freely function in it.

  570. And not be at risk of loss. The protection is there.

  571. So, when Jesus says, all authority has been given me go.

  572. Therefore, he's saying the authority.

  573. I have you can operate in that Authority.

  574. How do we know this? Well, let's look at a couple

  575. other verses because again, this doesn't mean that God.

  576. Jesus said, I have the authority.

  577. So go do this, you can't do nothing.

  578. No, we can do because he's given us his authority and were

  579. functioning in The Inheritance based upon his design.

  580. Again, you can't just take a couple of thoughts and run in

  581. your own Direction. The young son did this, you'll

  582. lose it, but when you do it the way Jesus did it, Jesus said I

  583. don't speak anything on my own initiative.

  584. If he said me and the father are what one so anything I'm doing

  585. is because I know what I have as an inheritance I know what is

  586. mine because me and Dad are one and I only do what he says

  587. because I'm obedient. That's why everything I touch is

  588. blessed. It prospers.

  589. It multiplies, it works. It happens.

  590. I talked to winds and waves. They listen, I speak to fish.

  591. It hears me. I talk to things that are dead

  592. to come back to life. It has to show up why?

  593. Cause I've heard dad, Right with Lazarus father, I thank you that

  594. you always hear me when I pray because we're one and I'm here

  595. today because you told me to hold out and not run over here

  596. because he was sick because I wouldn't have got back anyway

  597. before he died. And if I too came immediately,

  598. he'd been two days in the grave but you needed me to know.

  599. You needed me to know. that the power of my words, of my words

  600. can't even call a dead man from the grave after 4 days and I

  601. know, I'm only going for three Come on, you'll hear what I'm

  602. saying? I mean there was like just wait

  603. because I want you to see him come back and forth which he

  604. give you great confidence. That when you say it is

  605. finished, you know, the Holy Ghost, gonna come get you in 3

  606. because UV eyewitness of this thing that you pulled somebody

  607. out of the grave. And for, are you hearing me?

  608. I mean, these things that went on are not because it was just

  609. happened. Chance is to strengthen and

  610. fulfill the plan and will of God.

  611. So here in John, chapter 14 verses 12 through 14.

    John 14:12–14

  612. Look what Jesus says, he says truly truly, I say to you.

  613. He who believes in me. The works that I do, he will do

  614. Also and Greater Works than these.

  615. He will do. Why?

  616. Because I go to the father. Look at verse 13, whatever Who

  617. asked? Whatever you ask in my name,

  618. that I will do. So that the father may be

  619. glorified in the son, if you ask me anything.

  620. In my name. I'll do it.

  621. That's inheritance. I said That's The Inheritance

  622. because when you are talking to the father when you are by the

  623. spirit of God Giddy and we're getting it revealed.

  624. What the father is saying through the sun called the word

  625. of God. When you see again first, John

    John 5:14

  626. 5:14 said this is the confidence that we have.

  627. If we ask anything according to his will he hears us?

  628. And if we know that he hears us, we have whatever we asked.

  629. Which means the minute I find out God's will then I declare, I

  630. know, what is best inheritance? So since that's what I have

  631. inherited because that's the will of the father.

  632. For me, that's what he gave me as a son, when you know what

  633. he's giving you as a son, then you can ask for the father in

  634. the name of Jesus. And he has to give you the

  635. inheritance because by legal, right?

  636. It's yours. Man, we're going to see on

  637. Sunday, what's ours? We're going to see what's ours

  638. that when you realize well because I'm a son, that's mine.

  639. Again, the young son, wanted it for himself, but Dad gave it to

  640. both laid out the terms said, this is what you have.

  641. And so, he rebukes the older one.

  642. Not because so much because his he was looking at his younger

  643. brother wrong, but it was because I mean, you're upset

  644. because you just didn't function in your own inheritance, Because

  645. let me tell you, when you know your inheritance you'll rejoice

  646. when somebody that's got to squander their inheritance

  647. repents and comes back. Why?

  648. Because, you know, I don't care if you come back, I don't care

  649. if we kill a fat cow for you, I don't care if everybody runs

  650. around and rejoice because you've got robbing me of my

  651. inheritance, I mean you're not affecting my life in that sense

  652. I got what's mine. I'm so glad you realize that

  653. stay home with Dad man because When you do, then Heritage can

  654. just flow flow flow. It's the good life, it's more

  655. disappointing when they're out and you're like, wow, Are

  656. squandering the inheritance and now they're living.

  657. Like they don't even have one. or they don't have it because

  658. they, it's been stolen from and you just want them to repent and

  659. come back and you want them to And it's sad, it's sad, it's not

  660. like, you know, I'm mad as much as it's just sad.

  661. He Grieves, how you can be way Freer than this man could walk

  662. in Freedom. And I mean, and get it like

  663. clockwork because this part of your inheritance, look what it

  664. says in John. 15:16 says, it's, you did not choose me but I

    John 15:16

  665. chose you and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit.

  666. He appointed adieu to bear fruit.

  667. He did appoint you to heaven. Okay, he didn't choose you for

  668. heaven. He said I you didn't choose me

  669. but I chose you. So since I chose you let me tell

  670. you why. I'm choosing you.

  671. I'm choosing you because I'm appointing you to go and bear

  672. fruit and that your fruit would remain.

  673. I mean we are so Heaven conscious at least the majority

  674. of the body of Christ that they won't even commute.

  675. They won't even layout fruit and don't let me start preaching on

  676. the fruits of the spirit. Because I you can see when a

  677. Believers only about heaven, because the fruits of the spirit

  678. are like very difficult to bear in their life.

  679. They are the most impatient people on the planet.

  680. They get so mad so quickly, yet, fruit, the fruit of self-control

  681. is right there. I mean, they get so put out when

  682. someone does something wrong that where's the long suffering?

  683. No kindness and we're talking about believers.

  684. But he's like, you're supposed to be bearing this fruit.

  685. But he goes on and says so that whatever you ask of the father,

  686. how in my name, he may give it to you.

  687. Now, how can we have these kind of scriptures and our prayer

  688. life be. So fruitless.

  689. Well, it's because we religiously think of our God as

  690. in control of everything. And that he kind of picks and

  691. chooses the rules at whim. So we really can't figure this

  692. thing out anyway. He does for some, he doesn't do

  693. for others. I mean, he's just he's really a

  694. complicated dad. That's how we picture him.

  695. That's how many picturing. But yet, he's not complicated.

  696. He has the same inheritance for his children.

  697. The majority of our inheritance Every one of us get to

  698. participate in. Now function is different.

  699. Because you're going to do something that I'm not going to

  700. do. And as a result of that, there's

  701. something a set aside in The Inheritance to allow you to

  702. accomplish that, that maybe I don't need.

  703. And that doesn't bother me because at the end the day, you

  704. need to fulfill what Dad said for you to do.

  705. I need to fulfill what God taught, dad told me to do, and

  706. at the end of the day is going to be fulfilled.

  707. We both going to get well done. I mean how can I do anything

  708. better than what dad wanted me to do?

  709. That's not looking at us as competition.

  710. Well let's see what son. I can see find out which one

  711. does better, he's not doing that.

  712. Let me tell you what dad's not doing.

  713. That's not walking around say, I wish you would be more like that

  714. is not coming out of Daddy's mouth.

  715. What that is saying, how come you just won't be what I've

  716. created you to be because he not comparing you with someone else.

  717. I was just talking to someone recently in their life, you

  718. know, those are some big shoes to fill.

  719. I said well I didn't ask you to fill their shoes.

  720. I'm asking you to fill your shoes.

  721. But I don't need you to fill their shoes.

  722. I mean, if we were filling their shoes, they would be here and

  723. you wouldn't, but you feel yours?

  724. Fill your shoes, man. God created you, you're too

  725. special your to individualize and and perfect for God.

  726. He has a specific thing. He will and he wants you to do

  727. it and you alone. But again, when you're

  728. functioning in your hair, that's what all of us qualify for.

  729. Then you're not upset at what someone's doing, because you're

  730. like, but I got mine, we're all function in The Inheritance.

  731. So then we're not talking for a Pulpit.

  732. We're not jockeying for title. We're not jockeying to be seen.

  733. Go back to that. I didn't choose you.

  734. Listen, if you're struggling with being on, then you don't

  735. understand. He's already picked.

  736. You may I say getting better than that.

  737. I mean I don't want to be no I don't want to be chasing for

  738. people to choose me to come Minister.

  739. God chose me. You can't be better than him.

  740. Choosing me. I mean if I give up him choosing

  741. me for everyone else, choosing me, I have sorely missed out.

  742. Wow. No, I am handpicked.

  743. I mean, I can say I'm dad's favorite because I feel that

  744. way, but I know it's not a true statement because he loves all

  745. of us, right? Because she think you, I can't

  746. see because you should be like, Dad loves me so much.

  747. I mean, I don't know that you can love anybody better than me,

  748. but he does. He loves us all that way, but

  749. you should feel you shouldn't feel inferior.

  750. In fact, Dad loved his kid so much when the younger son was

  751. asking for the inheritance for wrong motives.

  752. That's so, well, I'm not going to cut out the older one.

  753. I'll go ahead and give him his now.

  754. He mass for it. But unfortunately, the older one

  755. has problems too. Because he wouldn't function in

  756. his inheritance. Okay.

  757. John 15:16, right? So whatever you ask the father

    John 15:16

  758. in my name, may give you look at this in John 16. 23 to 26 last

  759. scripture tonight. Says, in that day you will not

  760. question me about anything. Whoa, when are we going to get

  761. to that day? I'm at that day, just let you

  762. know. I'm at that day.

  763. I don't question him about anything.

  764. I'm not I don't know why you're not doing that or why?

  765. How come I don't know. Uh I asked him questions but I'm

  766. not questioning him about anything.

  767. Mean it. I'm not like I don't understand

  768. why you would and how I don't I know who you are, I know what my

  769. inherited is. I just need you to tell me what

  770. I'm to do here at this juncture, because I'm already sitting on

  771. belief I mean, I'm leaning already in faith without the

  772. word yet. I'm just waiting on the word

  773. because I'm already geared to say.

  774. Yes, I'll do it. I believe can't be any of the

  775. ways, tell me what to do and I'm Gonna Stand, we'll get it to

  776. come to pass period. So that in that day, you will

  777. not question me about anything. Truly, truly I ask you, I say to

  778. you, if you ask the father for anything, how in my name, and

  779. the reason not to use his name is because he is the the one who

  780. has set up the trust. And you're the benefactor.

  781. So you're finding out what's his will.

  782. And his name, legally authorized, is the transfer

  783. because the name of Jesus, when we been authorized to use his

  784. name in essence that he has given us power of attorney.

  785. Now, I know what power of attorney means.

  786. And I functioned in power of attorney, which means who I have

  787. power of attorney in That means in those areas stated I can do

  788. the decision without them even being there.

  789. I do it in their name. And they allow me to do it

  790. because when they see me, they see the person that I have power

  791. tourney. When we begin to ask in the name

  792. of Jesus, the father sees Jesus not us and as he says, oh well

  793. this is Jesus Christ and well actually as early as a know

  794. you're in Christ. So see I'm in cry America but

  795. I'm in Christ because I'm in an inheritance, I'm co-heirs with

  796. Christ, which means whatever Christ gets I'd yet.

  797. And I get it by use of his name. But if I don't know what is Mine

  798. by The Inheritance, then I'll live my whole life never and

  799. acting a trust that was mine the whole time.

  800. You go stand before Jesus at the marriage, supper of the Lamb are

  801. the Judgment seat of Christ. Is your say man?

  802. You sure didn't use your inheritance much, huh?

  803. Yeah I had all this for you. Here's what you were to do.

  804. Well, I didn't have that. Yeah, you did.

  805. Yeah, you did. I was with you low, even to the

  806. End of the Age. Whatever was mine.

  807. I transferred to you through the use of my name.

  808. This is why when I say, okay, hey, we're going to be doing

  809. this particular trip, right? Or you know, hey, here's an

  810. opportunity to so you don't consult the checkbook.

  811. That's not your inheritance. Your inheritance is with the

  812. father. Should I go on that trip?

  813. And the father's ya, go. You look at your account.

  814. Say, well, it's not there, but I haven't inherited.

  815. So it's got to come in. So, do you live by faith?

  816. Now, how does he bring your inheritance in to go on that

  817. trip. He could do it a multiplicity

  818. ways he could do it. That all of a sudden you get

  819. money that you didn't even know you had through a natural

  820. inheritance paid for or someone wants to pay for someone and you

  821. are paid for or you get a promotion, didn't know the are

  822. raised or you find the money on the side of the road.

  823. A bonus. I mean, there's so many

  824. different things that can take place.

  825. You may not know all you know, is he said go, so the

  826. inheritance gives me the right to go because I'm a stand on his

  827. word believe and I'm going to call in and his name period, but

  828. many many, many Believers. He's with them but they don't

  829. Consulting. They consult what they think

  830. they only have and possess. Well, we need to go on a mission

  831. trip and I would love to do that but that's too expensive.

  832. Hmm, your dad owns the planet. Go ahead name, go ahead and give

  833. the names of the wealthiest people on the planet.

  834. They're broke as far as God is concerned.

  835. Broke. In fact, he even says their gold

  836. is rusting rusting gold. Oh, y'all want to preach that?

  837. That's fine. I mean, to the world's eyes,

  838. they're the wealthiest to God is rust.

  839. Wow. And we have an inheritance.

  840. I mean, you're not going to need the inheritance there.

  841. Truly truly, I say to you fiance father for anything in my name,

  842. he will give it to you. Until now you have asked for

  843. nothing in my name, ask And you might get it but because we

  844. really don't know what Dad's doing for me, any day to the

  845. next man. You know, his ways are higher

  846. than our ways. Can I just tell you, I'm, Jesus

  847. died on the cross Rose from the grave.

  848. I mean, I was just so confused about the father's.

  849. Anybody else is that Jesus? No, he said, father said to do

  850. that. Well, that was Jesus, though.

  851. Yeah, but you can hear like, Jesus.

  852. You've been made in His image. So you just have to then accept

  853. the fact that I've not fine tune myself to hear like Jesus hears,

  854. although I can so the reality is many of us want to live

  855. substandard called we don't want to discipline ourselves to

  856. develop ourselves to be at a here and function like Jesus did

  857. And we would much rather live on the devil's welfare state. then

  858. in the Kingdom of God's inherited state, Are you hearing

  859. me because well, let the devil he made all kind of decisions

  860. for us and force them on us. God, lets us participate with

  861. obeying his that brings us amazing things.

  862. Hallelujah, until now you've not asking asked for nothing in my

  863. name, ask and you will receive. So that your joy may be made

  864. full full. Have you seen Believers that

  865. aren't full? Of Joy.

  866. Now again, when I mean you get around a believer that gets an

  867. answered prayer. How do they respond?

  868. Right? They were sick and then they get

  869. healed. What do they look like?

  870. they were lacking, but then they get the provision while they

  871. look like, Right? I mean, it's true, we get

  872. excited, all the Lord did this, but yet, why is that not a

  873. consistent Behavior action of ours?

  874. Because he said, if you ask anything, Now that anything is

  875. more. What do you want me to do?

  876. But this one, what you do, okay? Then we're going to have that in

  877. Jesus name. Now the end of the day, I don't

  878. care what it looks like, how I feels what's going on.

  879. I'm just going to see this come to pass because I have the

  880. inheritance. It's part of my inheritance and

  881. as a result of that, there's a legal, I have a legal right to

  882. it. It's going to come to pass

  883. period. It's already because it's

  884. already done. So that means every time I ask I

  885. receive not, sometimes I ask and sometimes I receive every time.

  886. Every time, every time, These things I have spoken to you and

  887. figurative language. He says verse 25 and an hour is

  888. coming when you will no longer speak and figurative language.

  889. But I'll tell you plainly and let me tell you, he's telling us

  890. plainly because look at verse 26.

  891. In that day, you will ask in my name and I do not say to you,

  892. that I will request of the father on your behalf.

  893. What? In that day, we got another one

  894. that in that day, in that day, you'll question me.

  895. Nothing in that day. You will ask in my name and I do

  896. not say to you, that I will request of the father on your

  897. behalf. That tells us when we know who

  898. we are in The Inheritance, we go straight to Dad and in both

  899. Jesus's name and Jesus isn't like, saying, would you father?

  900. Would you do that? He's like, well, I'm not making

  901. that request. That's just inherited.

  902. He's s inheritance talk. That's already forever settled.

  903. I don't have to get involved in this conversation actually at

  904. this juncture because that's forever settled in heaven.

  905. That's already laid out in the trust.

  906. They have a right to ask in my name.

  907. Yummy, people praying to Jesus to do something.

  908. But if you would learn what's in the inheritance, you're not

  909. talking to jeez. You're talking to the father?

  910. Father, in the name of Jesus then Herod, it says, and I

  911. receive it. You know what Jesus is doing in

  912. those moments. He's rejoicing because you know

  913. who you are. And then you're receiving.

  914. What's rightfully yours because of what he did.

  915. Come on. Do you know as a parent?

  916. you know, as a parent Okay, you like scratch save, I mean, you

  917. sacrifice to develop this whole little, you know, fun for your

  918. child that when they get a particular age, you're going to

  919. give that to them, you want them to take it, right?

  920. So they get to that age, you give them the account number,

  921. you're like, you know, son daughter, take this and do what

  922. you know God's Destiny to do. And they say I'm five years

  923. later broke. Strung out and I what happened.

  924. Well, you know, I want to do this but I didn't have it.

  925. You go and check the account and they pulled nothing out.

  926. You're not going to be like, What are you doing?

  927. I've already done this. You don't I've already done it,

  928. just pull it out. I don't deserve it.

  929. Oh, you don't want to hear that. I chose to do it because you're

  930. my child. You could have had that house.

  931. It was already paid for. Could I have that job or that

  932. career already paid for She didn't enact your inheritance.

  933. But we have an inheritance. No, sonny.

  934. We going to talk about what we have in Christ.

  935. Because that's our inheritance and we receive it because we ask

  936. the father, in the name of Jesus, we have a legal right to

  937. it because Christ has died. He has Rose and he has said all

  938. authorities. Mine.

  939. Here's my name. While you're in the planet.

  940. I give you power of attorney to function as a king.

  941. Of the king. Because you're a child of God,

  942. because our dad has chosen gladly to give you this Kingdom

  943. and to function in all that you can inherit from it.

  944. Just asking my name. Because you're the kings are.

  945. And it's amazing. How many people can sit in a

  946. service like this and still be checked out?

  947. Because they looks like they want to earn it themselves.

  948. I don't want to make a name for myself.

  949. I want to use his name. I want him to be known.

  950. Like John, the Baptist said I must decrease.

  951. He must increase. Why?

  952. Because all authorities with him.

  953. All wealth is with him. All Prosperity is with him.

  954. All pieces with him. Oh joy is with him.

  955. I mean, and he's with me and if I just walk with him and say he

  956. what he tells me to say because I learn of what is mine and then

  957. begin to say it in the name of Jesus, then I'll walk this thing

  958. out knowing dad. Love to do this for me.

  959. So I'm like expand my thinking. So that I would believe nothing

  960. is impossible. All the time that every day, I

  961. could wake up and say what seems impossible to man is not

  962. impossible with me because I have a name, I have thee, nay

  963. that authorizes me. And I'll close with this one.

  964. Okay, thank you. Lord. five to one, in essence,

  965. they received and inheritance to some degree to work on behalf of

  966. the Master 5, made five more tomb, a tomb or one buried it

  967. One who buried it. The law was not well because he

  968. did not use. What was given.

  969. Although we had ability But he took the inheritance in one

  970. sense from the one and gave it to the one with 10.

  971. Let me tell you you don't want to be in this room and I get

  972. your inheritance because you're not working it.

  973. Because I'll spend mine and yours.

  974. Oh, I'll do it. I remember when I was in Youth

  975. Ministry and Sand Springs. Oklahoma, we had a budget

  976. Seventeen hundred dollars a month.

  977. We could spend in our departments.

  978. I was in the youth ministry. Then I had a children's Pastor

  979. in the children's ministry. In each month.

  980. He would always have money left over.

  981. I would spend it and I looked across the table and Tom.

  982. And I said, if you don't spend your budget, I'm going to take

  983. it. I told him I said, I'll spend

  984. yours too. Because in my mind, I'm thinking

  985. we're not saving them money. They're authorizing us to use it

  986. to advance the kingdom and to change people's lives.

  987. Get creative enough to spend it. Get it in the earth cycle.

  988. That stuff out towards somebody. If you want to hold onto yours,

  989. I'll come get yours and work it. Because when I get to heaven,

  990. one day I'm gonna have empty Pockets.

  991. But a full treasure. I might have a full treasury.

  992. I'm gonna have a full treasury because all my stuff's getting

  993. stored there. Hallelujah!

  994. Whatever you about every eye, closed.

  995. Whoo, glory to God. Amen.

  996. I have an inheritance. I don't know what your 401k

  997. looks like, but mine haired as is so amazing and it can't be

  998. touched. Moss, can't eat it, Robert can't

  999. steal it, Russ can't eat it away.
