Reigning Resonance Part Four - Kingdom Decree

the Pastor Lynette by prophecy, I have not called you to

explain, but I've called you to declare to decree my word.

So quit trying to explain and starting to clearing.

And as you declare my words, they shall come.

Come to pass as you declare my power.

You will see it work. But as long as you try to

explain it, there shall be no power available.

So I call you to repent. I call you to knowing it and

realizing that mistakes have been made and I call you to the

ministry of declaring, declaring my gospels, to the end of the

Earth. So, go go, go and declare and my

word shall flow for you. See yes, there.

The season of teaching we needed that.

But now is the season of declaring.

I see voices, I see voices, all over the world, declaring

declaring, declaring the gospel of the Lord, Jesus Christ.

I see Miracles, I see healings, I see blind eyes open.

I see deaf ears open as all of those voices boldly declare the

message of the Lord Jesus Christ.

So boldly boldly boldly lift up your hands and ask for that

anointing and that anointing shall be imparted to each of

you. Hallelujah.

Gia declare that the Lord saves declared that the Lord heals

declare that the Lord, blesses boldly declare.

Yes, boldly declare declare like, you just heard it declare

it just like you received the new revelation, declare it with

enthusiasm declared with expectation drawn, that gift,

and that gift shall come forth. And as you declare, all the

works that shall follow. But you must open your mouth and

declare it for you. See, that declaration starts it

into motion, but if If you refuse to declare, it shall not

come to pass in your life and I've called you to a higher

calling and I expect you to reach a higher plane for much

words, you have received and much knowledge.

You have received and I expect more of you, the anointing shall

come and those words shall flow out of your mouth, the words of

the Holy Spirit, And those words shall be anointed.

Those words shall be fiery. Those words shall bring results

for you. See, they are not your words,

they're not human words, but they're anointed.

Holy Spirit, words. So I say unto you, each day,

pray for opportunities to come your way.

Hallelujah, hallelujah. The Lord spoke to me back in

October concerning 2023, Frank Rafi church and he said, Rhema

now. That's not the school that I

graduated from. Although it comes from the same

context, which is this, the spoken word, there's the low

God's word of God, which is the written word, but then there is

the spoken word of God, it's called Rhema.

And the Lord said to me that this year in 2023, that he was

going to increase the anointing in the realm of your

declaration. I cannot explain why God

emphasizes certain things in seasons.

In Aegis. There are things that he does to

allow himself, to be seen to humanity.

And he wants to emphasize that your words, bear power because

the king is coming, and he's looking for the kings of the

earth to rise up. And be like he is in the earth,

I know this. But I realized that in times

past that when he was trying to get the attention of those in

his body and those outside the kingdom of God, he's had waves

of his glory. One way was back in the early,

you know, late 40s 50s. It was called a healing Revival.

And there were great, men of God who went around and had tents,

and women of God who laid hands on the sick and great.

These things took place, the gifts of the Spirit of the

working of Miracles, and the gift of faith in the gifts of

healing were in operation, but I remember Kenneth E Hagin.

He's gone on to be with the Lord made this statement in a

prophecy. He said, the Lord said I sit

that wave to teach the saints that they could operate in this

Authority, but they missed it because they kept looking to the

one I was using to be the example and instead of them

saying I can do it as well. They only assume they could do

it and he said, and they missed, it said they missed it.

And because of that, God did because of the not

denominational churches. A little time.

After that people were getting hungry, sitting in churches,

people were preaching the word but it had no profound effect in

their lives and they began to get hungry and say there's got

to be more. And as a result of that, God

began to emphasize the move of the spirit.

Again it was called the charismatic renewal and Two

people got baptized in the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking

in other tongues which is just the language of the Kingdom.

I'm always amazed that someone who gets a who was resistant to

an unknown tongue when the reality is most people don't

know most of the tongues on the planet anyway.

They don't know German, they don't know Russian, they don't

know ND and they don't know Greek.

They don't know these languages And yet when people speak them

you know they just assume it's from some other Nation.

Will you understand we're from a nation he's called us a holy

nation, A peculiar people and so on.

Not uncommon for the God of all tongues to be able to give us a

Tong. And though it may be unfruitful

to our mind is still connected to the spirit and when we

exercise it, according to the word then we will have the

result of that. I can't explain how God can put

himself in a human suit and then pour out his blood on a cross.

Then take that same blood, go up to The Mercy Seat in heaven.

And that pays for my transgression, I can't Explain

how that works. But I know by faith that it

redeemed me, it crawled all of my guilt and shame erased.

It out of my life, made me a new creature in Christ Jesus, just

because I believe so I can't explain why I can speak with a

tongue, that's different, but all I know is power came on me,

man. And I know that thing, when I

pray out in the spirit as the spirit, gives me unction, then

Powers made available and things move and ship because when I

don't know how I ought to pray. He intercedes for me and makes

away when I can't even make a way.

And it's amazing what God is doing in our lives.

But the Lord said, I'm emphasizing my anointing on your

words because he wants the world to know that you are alive, that

he is alive and that he's the king and he said, whatever you

say, you'll have whatever you say whatever you say.

And this is always been a principal, but there are things

that are increasing in the earth.

In fact, we know the Bible tells us So that the Lord said they'll

come a time that he'll separate the sheep from the goats.

There's going to come a time that your very words are what

going to separate you and place. You either in the realm of the

kingdom of God, or in the realm of the domain of Darkness, what

you say. And we communicated that Romans

Romans 8 · chapter mention

chapter 8, lets us know that we are functioning under two laws.

There is the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus.

Now, When I say law, I'm not talking about the law of Moses.

Although, if you actually read Romans and we are in our Bible

reading plan that, you know, that Paul is saying the law is

not done, and the law itself was perfect.

And holy the issue was our flesh.

Our dead, man, our spirit man separated from God had no

capacity to live up to the word or the law of God and it

revealed that we were Sinners, the law.

Laws, not a sin but we are because we cannot do it at the

standard and the Perfection that's necessary to be in right

relationship with God. But Jesus, did I said the Jesus?

Did he fulfilled the law? He fulfilled it which means then

one aspect of the Mosaic law, Thou shalt not kill is still in

effect and because I'm anointed of God and my spirits alive to

God, that I can put down, any thought that makes me want to

kill somebody. Hallelujah.

I can even go further and take care of thoughts that make me,

hate my brother, which is the first step towards wanting to

kill. Somebody, are you hearing me?

But there's two laws in effect in Romans 8 hits.

All of the spirit of Life In Christ and there's the law of

sin and death. And when you speak, you're

speaking from one of those laws, you're either creating life or

you're creating death, you're accelerating something towards

you. God's not doing it.

You are The Bible says you are you are snared by the words of

your mouth. All that will go into the Lake

of Fire are going, not because Jesus hasn't made the way hasn't

paid the price. It's because they never believed

in their heart, and then confess with their mouth.

Mean, activating that that salvation that's been paid for

them over 2000 years ago and could come to be a part of their

life. They never enacted it by decree.

A decree that Jesus Christ is my Lord and it's not a god problem.

It's the person's problem of Declaration by faith.

Are you hearing me? And so it's time for us to rise

up and to speak these things. In such a way, that it changes,

our absolute life. We need to rise up and begin to

declare and decree like never before.

Are you hearing what I'm saying? Praise the Lord.

So, with that being said, turn over to Psalms 33 and verse 9,

33, and verse 9. As you're turning there.

I just want you to know our Washington robotics Club

received an award during a competition called the rising

All-Star award. Amen.

And so they are, they've got great marks highest ever in our

Washington school and we're thankful for our students that

are participating in an amen. In Psalms 1, third song, 30 39,

it says this for he spoke and it was done.

He commanded. And it stood fast.

He what? And it was done.

He was commanded. That means it's not a

suggestion. He's not looking for you to

consult and make sure it doesn't hurt your feelings.

You understand right now the society that we live in people

are very sensitive with what they hear.

Well, I really wish they were that sensitive sensitive to hear

God. And not so sensitive to be

offended. Most people's hearing is

conditioned to hear somebody say something so that it can they

can fill that validated to get offended and shut them off or to

be validated to stay in there hurt or pain.

Hey, men are most people's ears are condition.

Don't tell me what to do. Well, you're going to have a

hard time hearing Jesus because Jesus going to tell you what to

do. Now when he's telling you what

to do, he's not telling you what to do in the sense that he is

trying to be heavy-handed. He is telling you, this is life.

This is how who I created you to be to be discovered and there's

no other way. Now, you can do another way, but

it's death, and I'll give you the choice because I give you

the choice, but I'm not going to side with you.

And say, well, let's do it your way and I'll yield to you.

If he's King, he has the right to have the final say.

But we want to be his King. Because that was the nature of

our old dad. I'm going to raise my throne

above the most high. I'm going to tell God what to

do, and this is what people do. Don't tell me what to do.

Don't you tell me what to do? God commanded me to do?

What ain't nobody telling me what to do.

Man, that Jesus says something I stopped listening because that's

life. And I want it to be a command, I

don't want to say now, are you sure this is going to come to

pass? Because I mean if this is just a

suggestion, a mere opinion about the situation, well then there's

more other there's other options out there in my life's confused,

but when the Lord says this is it then I can stand on it.

No has guaranteed, no, it can't be any other way.

No, there's not another way. Because his ways life.

Hallelujah. So he spoke and it was done.

Notice. It's not done until He speaks.

It's not done until he speaks. Then it goes on to say, he

commanded and it stood fast, which means it's not going to

stand fast till the command comes.

Amen. That's why the Bible says, when

you're done all the stand stand, why?

Because you know, you've heard the voice of God.

Amen, and you can stand and know it will surely come to pass.

Look what it says in Psalms 148 verse 5 and 6.

Psalms 148:5

It says let them praise the name of the Lord for he commanded and

they were They were created. See, this is why it's so

important for us to recognize command, because when it comes

to command, that means, it does, it doesn't resist.

Creation did not resist God when he spoke it became, he also

established them forever and ever.

He has made a decree which will not pass away.

Hey men, God speaks and it listens whatever.

It is becomes what he says, praise the Lord.

Now, this is important because we see a framework here of how

God functions, right? And in Hebrews 11:3, will

Hebrews 11:3

explain this verse a little bit more, but let's look at the

Amplified classic version. It says by faith, we understand

that. The worlds, plural, during the

success of Ages were framed as fashion put in order and

equipped for their intended, purpose, by the word of God.

So that what we see was not made out of things which are visible,

right? Which are visible The King James

said, it this way by faith. We understand that words were

framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen are

not made of things, which are visible.

Now, when one context, yes, going back to Genesis 1:1, you

can say that. God, when there was nothing

spoke into existence, everything that is true, but it says,

worlds, and we're not just talking to other planets.

Because it says, successive ages.

Ages are still in this one planet.

There are different, ages are dispensations of God, which

means them because even people outside the kingdom recognize,

there's a power with what they say.

And there is because the devil knows, one of the greatest

deceptions, the devil can do is to convince you.

You'll have what you say, they said that sounds like God, but

let me continue. Some people are saying without

any thought and there in the law of sin and death.

And they're constantly getting what they say.

You know, they talk about their lives, horrible, you know, and

just how bad things are and how people mistreat them, and it's

like all the time people are mistreating them.

Though they're losing their job. They're having Financial

struggles. They're always sick, man.

I'm just always sick all the time.

It seems like it's flu season again.

I'm sure I'm going to get it and sure enough, they get it.

Why, cause they have what they say, cause the law of sin and

death begins to be attracted to their mouths, but the devil can

get you to think positive And there's plenty of people who

speak about positive thinking. I'm going to be a success.

I'm going to be a success, I'm going to have a house, I'm gonna

have a mansion. I'm gonna have a billion dollar

company. Well the devil will accommodate

your selfish Ambitions, he'll comma date.

It absolutely why. Because if it will forfeit your

actual soul and cut you off from the plan of God, He will

convince you even then because at the end of what good, is it a

man to gain to what not lose but to gain now, you understand that

gaining is actually loss because Jesus let us know that if a man

tries to keep his life he'll want, he's going to lose it but

if he loses his life for his sake, he'll what he'll get it.

So there are plenty out there that are saying positive

confection, confessions but not by By the spirit of God, but by

different spirits. And he pulls it to them and then

he tells them once they begin to get wealth.

And they begin to get influence, how they have to treat other

people. Well, Jesus talked about them.

He said, now, you not like the Gentiles who lorded over all of

a sudden, they become Lords over their employees their

businesses, they become tyrannical.

Rulers. Because they're not going to

lose what they've gained, not at your expense.

Come on. Are you hearing me?

That's not the life of God but if you if you recognize God said

you'll have what you say when you say when I say Now, it'll

come to you without sorrow. Now, would it come to you?

And to be a blessing and when you receive it, you're always

thinking, like, Jesus, how can I give it away because you're not

trying to store for you. You're looking for

opportunities. I said you're looking for

opportunities to be a blessing to someone else, because if I

can be a blessing to someone else in their time of need, that

I'm guaranteed my greater success so that I can do it

again somewhere else. This is why I'm glad the Lord

spoke to me concerning them all he said Al pastor or remember

this is not a least mall, it's the Lord's mole which means then

I don't have to get fretful or worried about Lisa's that is

more important for me to hear the voice of God on what to do

with those who are leasing or who are going to lease than it

is for me to say, well if we don't get this will go under.

How can I go under? I'm already above.

Amen. Now it may not look like that on

paper. Play me in in our society

continues to confess that this is a dead mall, but their words

have no power against the voice of God glory to God.

Because when you confess things opposite of God, God's word will

come to pass. You don't want to bring your

words against God's word because you can't curse.

What God has blessed this malls alive.

It's been resurrected. It will be full and overflowing

because the Lord has declared it so, amen.

And if somebody's in business and didn't come and talking

about it, it's just a matter of time for their business dries up

because those words are going to come back to them.

Are you hear me? Words are powerful.

The youngs. Literal translation said this by

faith. We understand the ages to have

been prepared by saying of God, in regard to things.

Seen not having come out of things.

Appearing, what do we say here? We're saying you want to create

your world. What are you saying?

Because this is not limited to the creation of the universe.

Through the Ages God is saying you as a king, a child of mine.

Come on. Are you a king?

Are you the king of the king? Are you a king of the king?

He's the king of who are those kings and he's given you

Authority in his name on the earth to speak to say to declare

to decree to release by faith. What he tells you to say and you

can have what you say. Amen.

Hallelujah. So he's saying what does your

world look like? It looks like whatever you say

we have to understand that our words are carriers or

containers. Last week, when you came up to

the church, we had a visual out there where we created this

Soundwave out of glass, broken glass, you know, a person's

voice can shatter glass that amazing that how they can sing

and the compression of that sound sound wave through the

air, has capacity to take a solid object like glass and

cause it to shatter. When the pitch is just right.

Then the molecules At hold the glass together cannot sustain

itself and will break apart. It will shatter it.

You understand your words have the ability to shatter things?

That need to be broken in your life.

And the only reason why I syntax because you're not saying

something about it. Now, I'm not going to give you a

lesson on sound waves per se. I am going to talk a tad about

it today. I'm not a scholar in it.

All I have to do is go Google something and I can get some

information but there are what they call hurts.

Right? Sound is is measured in what we

call her Hertz. And there are a couple of

different waves that are outside the range of human hearing.

Okay, one is called an infrasonic wave are infrasound

and that's 20, megahertz or below.

And what are these sounds? That are inaudible inaudible to

our ear. But the scientists use these

sound waves. They use it to detect,

earthquakes, and volcanoes. You understand, there's a lot

being done in the Earth because the Earth is crying out.

And in travail, but we can't hear it and detect it with our

natural ears, but there are sound waves that can pick up a

sound. So they pick up Earthquake,

volcanic eruptions, they can map, Rock and petroleum

formations underground. They can study activity in the

human heart because of that particular sound wave.

Are you hearing me? So there are many animals in in

the earth that operate with this same particular sound of 20.

MHz are lower that they communicate in nature Wells

hippos, rhinos, giraffes. Elephants.

Alligators, all use infrasound to communicate across impressive

distances, which means those species of animals.

If we were in Africa, they could be talking and we just wouldn't

even hear it. The giraffes talking to another

giraffe. While you're on Safari saying,

they think our neck looks long. Look at that one.

Drafts probably saying Masa weirdest looking creature I've

ever seen in my life. You wouldn't know.

Are you hearing me? There's another one called

ultrasonic waves are ultrasound and this is to 20,000 MHz are

higher. Again, we don't hear it, but

what did they use? This particular sound for issues

for sonograms to examine their patients, internal organs,

right? A lesser application is

navigation, Imaging, sample mixing, communication and

testing in nature back, Bats emit this sound so that they can

locate their prey and avoid obstacles.

Amen, which means then a sound is traveling and we're not

hearing well our faith travels. Now, it appears that the minute

I finish this sentence and I get quiet that those words are gone.

They've disappeared. But they actually contain faith.

I said, they contain Faith. Now, again, let us go back to a

clear, definition of faith. Faith is a firm persuasion were

firmly persuaded. It is what we say.

Hey man. Hallelujah, it's funny to me.

You know, if you haven't noticed that at the front of the mall,

we painted our sign and we added our new name Hallelujah.

We have ordered the stores that are leasing.

Hopefully here in a week or two that sign of be up.

So it'll be advertising off of u.s. one who's inside the

building. Amen, we actually bought a to

other signs to sit out there. That say now open, Because

there's people saying we're closed.

But they're liars and people who are in business in the service

right now. No, that's not true.

Amen. So we're going to put that out

there. Now, loping, leasing available

that way. They understand.

I bought an 18 foot green, man, that waves in the air like this.

Sam come on, Hallelujah. Just to catch your attention,

right? So it's obvious they recognize

the song. Here's a sign.

Aren't you? Glad you have a king that takes

care of who you are. Amen.

And that amazing. My point is that faith is a firm

persuasion. And you say it because you

believe it. And at the end of the day, this

is what they believe. And they believe not because

they want to know truth. But it's because they have other

biases that are feeding into their Doctrine and that in turn

we can't be just a group of people who love God.

I want to be a blessing to our community.

Right? Because every other Corporation

or anybody else, you know, can have wealth can function but a

pastor cannot do these things. Well it's because they don't

understand the role of faster. They're trying to Define my

role. I let God do it.

Amen. And they would understand I'm

actually operating more Apostolic than pastor, but they

don't hear that term at all. Anyway, with that being said,

it's a firm persuasion. Why do I say that?

Because Romans 10:17 says faith comes by hearing, which means

Romans 10:17

they are firmly persuaded based upon what they're hearing.

But then Paul qualifies where our faith comes from.

In that verse faith comes by hearing and hearing.

In essence, you're hearing from the word of God, you Should only

base your firm persuasion on What God Says, which brings me

back to Containers. Your words are Faith field,

whether it's rooted in God or not, Faith is not only

applicable to God. Faith is just a firm persuasion.

We've made it a religious term. Well, are you of the faith?

Like it's a, it's a religion. It's not.

Faith is just a firm persuasion. and if you're firmly persuaded,

In whatever subject matters there, then you believe it talk

it act it, do it all. A person understand this is

operating by faith, if they are firmly persuaded that.

I'm a different gender on the inside than the outside.

Says this is why they respond, they're firmly persuaded.

And then they have can get around other people who have the

same persuasion. It strengthens their belief and

causes them to continue to respond in a Direction.

We choose to have our for persuasion wrapped up in What

God Says. And that's what we do.

So, when you begin to speak, there's a sound I said there's a

sound and it's hitting one realm in the spirit or the other.

Job had a sound of fear. Although he was righteous

himself personally and was right with God.

He had another sound in his actions of sacrifice now.

He's sacrificing cuz it's right. It's in the dispensation where

I've got to do sacrifices to keep myself covered in a way

that I can maintain relationship with God.

This is all before the law of Moses long before the temple

long before, you know, the Tabernacle all before, all that

stuff. there was some kind of offerings taken place that God

was able to maintain some kind of communication with Humanity,

but when it came to his kids, when he would offer up for them

because they weren't offering it up themselves.

He had a different sound with it.

Because he says, when everything is lost the thing that I have

feared has come upon me. So when you are speaking, what

is it attached to? Is it attached to the spirit of

Darkness or is it attached to the spirit of God?

Because those words have a container or it's get carrying

something and either God's hearing or the devil?

This is why you have to watch what you say.

Now, there's a lot of Mercy for the believer.

Don't get me wrong. There's a lot of Mercy that

happens with the believer when I say merci.

I'm not saying that it's dissolved, it's just that God

has a capacity to help you catch your words so that you can

repent of them so that he can eradicate things before they

bear fruit. But if you don't watch your

mouth, even if you're a Believer, you invite the devil

back to your property. And many Believers are doing

this. Blaming God.

Hallelujah. Again, job.

Lets us know because we get the whole context of job.

Not just Job saying the lord. Giveth the lord taketh away.

We know the Lord did not take away the devil.

Took it away. Period.

You say, well God, authorized it.

God did not authorize God, recognized that his fear has

made him legally Open Sea. We aren't like the devil can

just come up to God and make demands the devil.

Knows there's a legal function with the kingdom.

If he didn't think it was. So then he never would have

asked Eve what did God say? Because if he could come at will

and Destroy, he that came down and destroyed.

But he had to get legal entrance.

People say well the devil stole it, the devil did not steal it,

the devil deceived and Adam handed it.

But if you re Luke chapter 4 of the Temptation Of Christ, it

Luke 4 · chapter mention

literally says doll this domain. When he was tempted, Jesus, all

these Kingdoms in a more. I'll give you four, they've been

handed over to me. Not, I went took them and out of

doesn't know. I mean when somebody steals from

you, you don't know till it's you find out.

And you may not know who it is, you may never find it.

That's not what the devil did. The devil showed up, visibly.

See And started asking questions concerning God's kingdom.

Has the king, not said. Because when he says, has God

not said, he knows God's the ruler.

I need to know what truth has said, so I can make a lie.

You're not gonna die. That's the law.

You are going to die. You're gonna die.

But you're not gonna die. Now I'm gonna pose in such a way

to make you think that God is withholding from you. and so he

posed it in a way that it made it look like God was withholding

from you and she was defeated this evening eight, Adam, watch

the whole thing heard, the whole thing and decided, I'm gonna do

this and openly rebelled, And ate the fruit and sin entered

the world. Are you hearing me?

So the devil now becomes According to second Corinthians

2 Corinthians 4:4

4:4 the God of this world which means now he can he could at a

time walk up to the heavens and say yeah I've been running over

the Earth to and fro that's my domain now God owns Planet

Earth, but the devil is the god of how its functioning The

Lord's going to set all that straight later on, but he's

giving you interest now through a confession of faith, and you

can bypass this broken system to a kingdom system and get it down

in the earth in your life. That's why.

Jesus said, when you pray pray this way, Our Father who art in

heaven, Hallowed Be Your Name, Your Kingdom Come your will be

on as it is because you got access.

You're a child of God, you're the Son and Daughter of a king

and you have the voice of the king in the earth.

Now, Now, Hallelujah. So, we have people talking out

of either, out of the spirit of sin and death or out of the

spirit of Christ Jesus. The life Spirit of life in

Christ Jesus, what is the king say?

So we see in Colossians chapter 1, verse 16, and 17 says, for by

Colossians 1:16

him, all things were created both in the heavens and on the

earth, visible and invisible, whether Thrones, or dominions or

rulers or authorities. All things were created through

him. And for, Him, he is before, all

things. And in him, hold all things

together. Now, that doesn't mean

everything's functioning as God. Originally designed based upon a

rebellion that happened in heaven.

That God will set straight. When it's all said and done the

devil, his demons and all of humanity, they have rebelled

against him and are not in his likeness and whose names are not

written in the Lamb's Book of Life will be cast into the Lake

of Fire, which is the second death.

It is the prison system of the kingdom and they'll be there

forever. Then he'll create a new Heaven

and a new Earth and all of the Universe and everything will be

cleaned up of all that stuff and all that will be left.

That will have free access to God's creation.

Will be righteousness. Those born of God.

Can I get an amen? Revelation, 4:11 says this

worthy Are You O. Lord, and our God to receive

glory and honor and power for you created all things and

because of your, will they existed and were created so his

will is his word. So, when you need to know God's

will for your life, you need to hear God's word for your life

because his will is directly connected to his word.

Amen. So we learned them that the

father himself rules with his words and he is obligated to

those words. God is obligated to his word.

He is not a man that he should lie, so when God speaks, he has

to be careful with his words because he becomes conditioned.

To the word. When God speaks whatever.

He says he himself will obey that word and not violated.

God did not come down when Adam ate the fruit and say seriously.

Let's just forget about it. I mean I really can't believe

you did it. This is crazy but you know the

alternative is I got to kick you out of the garden.

Then I have to bring my son down here to become a human and died,

a horrific death, you know, physically so his blood, he get

poured out so I can get on The Mercy Seat.

So they're not y'all could call you know.

That is so much work. Lets you know, I'm just gonna

forgive you, let's just act like it didn't happen.

Because sometimes we as parents do this.

What do you do? Okay, let's just act like it

didn't happen, all right? And they don't mean that they

don't, They wish they hadn't done it.

Sometimes it's like I just don't get what right now.

I'm sorry now. They're not sorry they're just

sorry they got caught you've been around those, right?

But the Lord now's obligated to that word, if you eat you die.

He didn't say cuz we say God can do anything he wants.

Well, then why didn't he just let Adam say alive?

Because of his word. Adam now has what he did his

action. Amen.

The sun that's Jesus Christ is the same way he rules with his

words. That's why he's careful with

what he says because the minute he speaks this is it.

Let's see this in John chapter 12, verse 49 and 50 it says for

John 12:49

I do not speak on my own initiative but the father

himself who sent me has given me a command as what to say, and

what to speak, notice that Jesus did have a problem that his

father, commanded him. There's no indication that the

father ever talk to the son and said, what do you think?

How do you undo it? How do you feel about this?

Now seriously how does this make you feel?

there's no no scripture that says the father, when Jesus is

praying to the point that his sweats like blood in a garden

saying, father, if there's any other way for this cup to pass,

let it pass but not my That the father came down and says, well

what do you think we should do? I mean, I've taught you, you

know, what do you think? Maybe we should do your plan.

I mean, I want to seem like I'm just telling you what to do all

the time. Oh, you got to be careful, man.

Because today's humanistic reasoning makes.

It seem like we're empowering more people.

We're empowering somebody because we're giving them the

ability to figure it out on their own.

My response is always well what's the word say?

Cuz I'm a point you back to a source that brings life not.

Well, how do you think you should make your business more

prosperous? Well, have you pray and ask the

Lord, what to do? Because you can sit here and get

what all your business leaders and get what the way they did

everything and you can have some big powwow about everything but

at the end of the day, what did God say?

Because I thought it was his business.

Now, there's nothing wrong with having Godly wisdom if it's

Godly wisdom. But if it's a Godly person that

is renewing their mind in humanistic.

And worldly business doesn't mean that their advice now is

centered from the spirit of God. Now I'm telling you right now I

went to this seminar man. And these people man, I'm saying

they made this much last year, they did these policies.

While sure the devil is going to do everything to get them to

prosper and stay away from the church.

That doesn't mean it's applicable to you.

Now, I'm not saying you couldn't hear something from there in the

Lord's life, that's my system and you can Implement that but

now you're doing it not because they did it but because he said

it and there's a difference But many of us just cut out the

voice of God. Come on, let's look at this

scripture again. Amen.

Just trying to help you out. I helped you out.

I mean it's easy for me to be very successful, very

successful. I mean he tells John it is

written through our history books, Joshua.

You want to have great success have courage and meditate on my

word day and night, do my work and you'll have great.

Great success. Ain't no?

What Joshua was not sitting around, in a synagogue, or a

tabernacle singing songs to God. You know, Joshua was doing

Joshua was taken down Nations. Joshua was leading an army and

conquering Nations according to God's design.

So God was like, I want you to be a successful military leader

in. Conquering a land for my people

and there's only one way you can have this success meditate on my

word day and night. And you think God don't care

about your business. You don't think God cares about

your parenting. You don't think God cares about

your marriage. You don't think God cares about

your you being employed somewhere.

You don't think God cares about your coaching.

What's his coaching? What's that have to do with the

word everything? He said, I did not speak on my

own initiative, but the father himself who sent me has given me

a command as what to say, and what to speak.

I know that his commandment is eternal life.

This is why I'm not offended when God says, you need to do

this. That's eternal life.

Well, praise the Lord. I'm doing that, hallelujah!

Thank God, you made it clear. He didn't say what I think.

Well, if I was thinking, I wouldn't be asking if I was so

confident than I was right. I need to hear you your life.

As Peter said, where you going to go, where we going to go?

You have the words of life. Therefore the thing, therefore

the things I speak. I speak just as a father has

suggested to me. Hallelujah, don't be offended,

but the word will offend you if you don't yield to it.

Next verse. John 14, 10 through 14 says, do

do you not believe that I am in the Father?

The father is in me. The words that I say to you, I

do not speak on my own initiative, but the father

abiding in me. Does his work believe me than I

am in the father? And the father is in me,

otherwise believe because the works themselves.

Truly, I say to you, he who believes in me.

The works that I do. He will do also and Greater

Works than these. He will do because why I go to

the father, has he gone to the father?

Can you do the words then do them.

Quit making an excuse. First 13, whatever you ask in my

name, that will I do. So that the father may be

glorified in the son, if you ask me anything in my name, I will

do it. Now, again, this asking has to

do with his will, that's why. I first John says, if we ask

anything according to his, will first John chapter 5 verse 14

1 John 5:14

and 15. If we ask anything according to

his, will he hears us? And we know that we have that,

which we ask for, this is the confidence that we have.

So I'm confident when I begin to decree because I'm only saying

what I was commanded to say just say this just say this and let

me tell you this, I can hear the voice of God through people.

My wife heard the voice of God in our very first house we ever

bought here in st. Augustine, it was a lease to buy

home, and she saw it in a paper, we needed.

You know, we were going to move from where we currently were

because, you know, we were renting Thing and that is that

owner wanted to actually come back to their house so they were

applying much pressure to us to get out before our year signed

lease was done, so we're like nine months into this thing and

my wife comes across, here she goes.

I believe this is our home, not this is the place we're renting.

This is our house So, I went by now, it was a dominantly rough

and I'm glad my wife has the ability to see potential.

To see potential. So while Sue and she was, I

mean, every room is paying a different color.

I mean it was like something else.

Like, wow, this thing's ugly but she had a she had a vision of it

but more importantly she had a witness The Lord didn't tell me

the Lord told me through her, so we met with him.

Looked at it said, we'll take it and we did.

Hey, men with this least two, by which means what we are putting

on, can go towards the waiver, you know, East month, we are

paying rent. It can go towards the overall

payment of the house. You know, when we actually go to

purchase it, well, we get about, you know, close to a year end

and then pressure from that honor was to buy the house.

Telling me that people are showing up with cash to buy it.

Well, if they really have that, they would have sold it because

that's the character of that individual regardless.

I knew that God wanted us to have cuz I had a word.

And one of my declarations one day because a piece of wood was

kind of rotten in a corner because of a bush.

I went to tear the bush out. Now we had applied for a long to

be able to get the house and I had already seized three letters

saying they were not going to loan us.

But I wasn't moved by them because I had just moved into

the community 15 months earlier now I've been pastoring longer

but I've only moved here and my income went and actually coming

from the church. So, I have 3 deny.

So I'm working on a bush. My life said, what are you doing

is? I'm taking this bush out, she

goes, but this house isn't even ours.

Now she was just talking in general, in the facts but I she

didn't realize I was doing a statement of faith.

I said no, this is our house. You said this was our house.

I believe God spoke to you and I'm firmly persuaded that.

We have the voice. I'm not going to say anything of

this is We're Not Gonna not get this.

I don't care what them let her say.

And this is not staying in my yard and I ripped it out.

With much violence because it was routed.

But it got my wrath. Now, if I knew what I know today

out of spoke to it earlier and have been easier to come out

because I had to drive it at its roots and then snatch the thing

out. Are you hearing me anyway?

I took it out within a week. We got the loan and we closed on

the house. Well what are we saying?

I'm saying that I knew I heard. So it's not a suggestion just

because other voices are saying contrary.

And my words are carriers. If I would have started saying,

well look we're not going to get it, nobody wants.

If I just started saying that it would have created more of an

atmosphere and every other person that I ever would have

tried to apply for a loan to find a reason to deny me.

But I would not allow it to leave my mouth.

That we might have had more and I just threw them away.

Did to my wife at all because at the end of the day it's not that

she can't handle it. But why does she have to handle

it? She already knows about three.

Who cares about these other two? We're going to have what we say.

I said we're going to have what we say.

Amen. And in my whole life, I've had

what I say because I say What God Says without fail.

And Jesus said this, now he's gone to be with the Father which

means the worst that he did and he did these works by speaking.

He heard and commanded. And this is the year for us to

decree. So you know what's equally as

important or actually, more important than your decree, is

your ability to hear correctly. So what I tell you it's the year

to decree, make sure, you know what you're saying before?

You say because some of you just say anything and some of you

will say anything, that's some other minister says, and they're

not your pastor and that boys day or it could be accurate but

it's not for you. Because it's not connected to

this house. And you shouldn't declare it

just because some ministers, talking about, you know, cars

are Provisions or job somewhere and and releasing that somewhere

that. Don't mean he's releasing that

with you now. You gotta have better

discernment than that. And we can train that here very

clearly if you'll come and have ears to hear, why do we know

Jesus have what he said? John chapter, 8, verse 28, and

29. Jesus said this, when you lift

up the son of man, you'll know that I am he and I do nothing on

my own initiative. But I speak these things which

the father taught me, he who sent me is with me and he will

not, he has not left me alone. For I always do the things that

are what this last statement, very powerful and the key to

your decree. Jesus said, I always say,

always. That's a hundred percent of the

time. Which tells me any percentage.

Other than that, you create cop chaos for your life, you and

bite it. Trials and tribulations are

coming, period. So always doing what Jesus did

does it mean you don't get conflict or trials?

But it will mean you'll go through to Victory.

But if you say something other than what God is saying, then

you are definitely prolonging and potentially hindering or

ending the possibility of you having what he commanded you to

say. Say because you're speaking

opposite of what he said and to speak opposite of what God has

said in your life is by alright, Rebellion.

If God calls you the righteousness of God in Christ,

quit calling yourself. No, good.

Because the more you call yourself no good.

The more the devil will bring supporting arguments And they're

all lies anyway. It's better to believe.

God, well, I am the righteousness of God in Christ.

I am accepted by God. Now, he didn't accept me, like,

I was, he accepted me in Christ. And now, I'm accepted as his

child as Royal Blood. Come on to, you hear me as one

of his own one, that he loves as one of his children, that he

gladly, gives me his kingdom. You need to be declared God

each. Glad to Give me the kingdom

because he said, he's glad to give you the kingdom.

Instead of well you know God seemed like God just don't want

to give me nothing. Don't want to help me out, you

know. Just seems like it.

I mean I'm just being real. No you're not you're not being

real. You're being carnal cause real

would only say what God says that's real.

See, this is the problem. We at like our flesh is more

real than our spirit. Now, you may factually feel away

but you're really in Christ so if you want to get real, then

just speak the word only cause that's the realest you can ever

be anything else is a lie, fake and substandard.

So Jesus says, I always do the things that are pleasing to him.

Now, this word pleasing is really important because

pleasing is an indicator. It's an indicator that Jesus

lived by faith because Hebrews 11:6 says it's impossible to

Hebrews 11:6

please God without faith. Without faith.

It's impossible to please him. So if Jesus is always pleasing

to him, that means again, he said I only do what I hear faith

comes by hearing and hearing are hearing from the word of God.

So Jesus is hearing was only hearing the father's voice and

then commanding what he said to say and then he was firmly

persuaded ecstatic with full confidence.

That what I'm saying is going to happen because Dad told me to

say it. Jesus never spoke to a storm and

say, oh, please Lord, please Lord, please, please, please

Lord. Oh, Lord, Jesus, Lord, Lord.

Father, you know, I'm Jesus. Not only look bad in front of

everybody. So, can you please stop the

storm right now? Was never his prayer life.

But boy, it sounds like a lot of Believers prayer life.

Oh, Lord. Now please, please.

Heal me. He says, please honey, please.

I have. I am Jehovah Rapha declare and

decree it activated. Activate healing in your body,

activate it at declare. Well I don't know how in the

world I could get rid of this cancer.

Say it well as you to explain how because you don't know how

the chemotherapy goes in and actually targets.

You don't know how protons go in and Target.

You don't know how the things that they use in the natural.

In fact, you don't know how they not only try to go after it but

every natural thing that's happening in your body as well,

you don't sit down and say now, explain to me exactly how this

works before you put anything in my body.

You go to a doctor and say man I got a headache, I just can't

seem to get rid of. He said well, you know, just

take a couple of these well who manufacture them, what country

they come from? What's the side effects?

We never asked this question. We like to thanks.

Wow. They could have given you sign

odd? You dead?

You're like Lord, I don't have a headache.

They were right? I got rid of my headache.

Got rid of me. I'm so sick and tired of these

migraines man. I'll never want to have another

one in my life. Making you help me sure.

Amen, I don't know how anybody can take half the stuff that's

on TV boy, talking about great deception.

They show you all these pretty images of people playing in the

park and doing all this stuff. You know, it may be right for

you, but if you like shut your eyes and listen, you'd be like

I'm gonna have poop like coffee grounds.

What is it? Gives me increase thoughts of

suicide. People have actually died

because of this. Yeah, that ain't from me.

Your condition May grow worse. Oh.

So, this is Russian roulette with a pill.

Oh yeah, they're so enthralled. With what they see they can't

even hear it now and they're openly telling you.

I've never heard the Lord say you got leprosy, huh?

Yeah. Now you listen, I'm gonna lay

hands on you. Well, yeah, but listen side

effects can be burning of the skin.

Nausea, you may want to throw up here.

Right. Could have a headache for at

least three days, because the power is in your brain, so still

your whole body man could be aching for months.

You ever hear him say that? But will be quick to get the

stuff with side effects faster than we will.

The word of the Lord. Are you to spiritual Pastor,

Earle? I'm only spiritual.

Cuz I'm a spirit, man. God didn't tell me to identify

with my pleasure. My feelings.

He told me identify with his spirit.

And it's not hard because Jesus was able to do it, so he was

pleasing. Now, with that being said, let

me kind of wrap this up here. We have containers these things.

Jesus, every time he spoke it had the capacity to be able to

hear sounds from Heaven by a spirit inside him.

Nobody else around, can hear what he's hearing.

But the minute God download a container the father's on his

throne tells the Holy Ghost tell Jesus this because Jesus was a

man anointed of the Holy Spirit. Right.

Jesus was following the father first by the written word.

Up until the baptism of the spirit meaning, when he came out

of the Jordan and the Holy Ghost came upon him, he was

functioning off what he was reading and discovering from

scripture. That's why I looked at, Johnny

says, we need to do it this way. So that all righteousness, can

be fulfilled. I've read this somewhere and

I've got, I have to do. What Dad says, then the Holy

Ghost came upon him and gave him power.

Then the very next verse. If you're doing the math, you

account. Matthew chapter 3 in the Matthew

Matthew 3 · chapter mention Matthew 4 · chapter mention

chapter 4 says, Jesus being led. Now, you can only be led if the

Holy Ghost is talking, So the Holy Ghost started talking to

Jesus and it was an audible that everybody can hear.

It was in his inner man. So there's a sound that had

actually contained a power from Heaven's Realm.

And that power is not just healing.

It can be Authority, it can be the power to resist temptation

to sin. Well I wish we get that one

first. The very first thing that Jesus

did when the power came on God, sent him by the Holy Ghost to go

to the one who's deceived the world and cause it to fall in

the first place. The power first showed up in

Jesus, not to heal the sick and raise the dead, but to resist

sin. So quit saying I'm just a sorry

sinner saved by grace. This is why you have problem

with sin because you keep confessing it.

You keep that old Behavior or that dead man, like hanging over

your body all the time. I mean, God pulled that out of

you, but you want to drag it behind you.

What is it? This is the old me now.

That's it's not me but you know, I still struggle like this guy

and the Lord's light leave that thing in the grave.

I gave you the power to resist the temptation.

I'll give you the power to overcome sin and death.

I'm giving you the power to say. No, it is written.

We dragging it around. Now, you understand this guy

right here. Slap you in the face right now.

It's a good thing. He's dead.

You're like why are you carrying him?

Why you keep telling me what you would do, why does our testimony

like? Well, let me tell you what I do.

Now, the old me, I don't care about the old, you all I want to

do is see the you you the new you The in Christ.

You, Hallelujah. That's got the Holy Ghost in

power, amen. Hallelujah.

Glory to God. Amen.

So when we speak, It's attached somewhere.

It has a containment. So I next week, I'll talk to

Your decree doesn't work. What hinders your decree?

Because if I'm not having what I say, I'm not blaming God.

It's all on me. Still one.

Maybe I haven't heard correctly one.

Maybe I had heard it all. Or.

it. What's contained in it saying?

And when it hits God, what does he here?

Jesus had a lot of people touching him one day.

And there was no sound to it. But then one woman touched him,

and had a sound, the sound of faith and snatch power out of

his body. Jesus gave the the priest gyrus.

He said, I'll come here. You dollar.

Jarvis ends up picking up another sound.

She's dead. Don't even, bother teacher was

Jesus say, he combated it with another sound.

Only believe. And then he went in and gave

this sound. She's Not Dead.

She's asleep. Now, I don't agree with

everything chosen, the little things you are watching.

Portray. At the end of the day but

there's a lot nessus, really good.

And because I'm a man of the word, I understand that every

context they're putting on is not necessarily truth.

And they're definitely putting their disciples in a lot of

situations right now. Just trying to identify them

with Humanity. There's no evidence that Peters

wife ever lost a baby. There's no evidence that one of

his disciples were sick and he didn't heal them.

In fact, there's no evidence that ever happened.

So they probably shouldn't have used that example.

But one thing I thought was pretty good, is that they did

use this example of Jesus, and she's just sleeping because

Jesus is number. One issue was Fame.

He did not want to be famous. He wanted to be obeyed.

And he knew certain things would create a stir. so, I do believe

he tried to detract them and say she's sleeping because he don't

want anybody knowing Want some of the think you ripped misread

or poles? Because once his Fame hit the

Bible tells us he couldn't even go into big cities anymore.

Once his Fame hit, he started, quit doing signs, and miracles.

Because they just wanted to see a sign.

Do not take chosen for literal. Enjoy.

And it's blessing people and I'm thankful for it.

But don't take it literally and don't start telling people about

all. Do you know that don't do that?

Don't start telling people. I miss the problem.

We have with the birth of Jesus, we think that all the wise men

came during the Nativity, and it did not happen.

This? Why nobody believes that Jesus

was prosperous, because we only saw three wise people, instead

of an Entourage, Entourage. All right.

Look what Jesus says in Matthew 15 7 through 9 so we can go to

water baptism. He says this.

Amplified classy says, You Pretenders Hypocrites Abner

really and truly did Isaiah prophesy of you when he said

these men draw near me with their mouth and honor me with

their lips, but their hearts are far off and are far away from

me. Uselessly.

Do they worship me for? They teach as doctrines the

Commandments. the Isaiah count literally says, this Isaiah

Isaiah 29:13

29:13 says this, the Lord said because the people draw near

with their words and honor me with their lips service, but

they remove, their hearts far from me, And their reverence,

for me consists of tradition. Learned by rote, means the use

of memory, usually, with little intelligence mechanical, or

unthinking routine. And repetition, my biggest

challenge that I have with Saints, Is that we want to hear

everybody's commentary on scripture.

And then many time because we just like what it sounds.

We want to put it out when they're not your pastures. and

unfortunately, a lot of times, especially when we're picking up

little Clips his Pastor, Marcy was training Us in the realm of

Prayer. Is that we get conditioned to

get these sound bites and we put them out, I get it, you know?

But we're really just trying to is called clickbait.

We're trying to get them to actually go to the message.

There are times they send a little snippet of me and I said

don't send that. I said there's just not enough

context to release that. I mean it's controversial and it

may cause but most people won't ever take the time to go look.

They won't take the time to listen to the whole message and

I refuse to get clickbait from someone.

What about listen to their whole doggone context?

Because in the last days, a lot of people are going to say,

meaning they're going to have decrees.

But the heart is far from the words.

And in turn the decree doesn't work.

Because the hearts not connected to the heart of God, it's

connected to a different heart. and every word, the Bible tells

Jesus said, He will judge us according to Every Idle Word.

I don't really care about what I say.

Yeah, he does. He does because he really wants

you to say what he's saying because then it produces life

and makes the kingdom of reality in the earth Realm.

And it takes training, I get it. The Bible says lay hands on the

sick and they shall recover and Buddy.

You just want to jump on someone and say, well let me pray for

you but sometimes you need to stop and say can I pray for

them? Because if we know it is your

will but you may know something about them.

That's a problem right now. And the last thing I want to do

is do something that's against you.

I'll never forget a testimony Pastor Vanessa, had a friend.

That was diagnosed with a disease.

I can't even tell you what it was.

Okay. It was really a spirit they

couldn't get out. If they were tired all the time,

constant fatigue. Constant fatigue.

Couldn't work. Couldn't get out of bed, just

horrible, but they were believer.

And they would go to Ministries. And come down to be prayed for.

Right past Vanessa will you stand up?

You can verify this to just wave your hand.

Say is true. Okay.

And they lay hands on them. And it would not change.

And they came to our service and I'll never forget the Lord's

clears day said because I ended up doing a laying on the hands.

That's service. And the Lord says, do not lay

hands on that person. Because all they'll do is use

you as another excuse of why I won't do something, but I will

if they would let me and they don't they want this.

But I was trained then to not just quickly because woohoo I

want to see the place. I want to see God's miraculous.

I want to see God. Do some.

I want to be used of God. Well then here.

Don't take his word and use it at your will take his word

because he's willing you to do. And if you'll listen him, I

mean, I laid hands a lot more people than I have it.

But there have been Tom's. I said there have been times, I

remember one time, someone in our service couldn't.

See, they even came down, you know, with the, the, you know,

being able to whatever call they call that they're walking stick,

right? And the Lord said, ask them what

they want. Now, once again, you're thinking

this should be obvious and everybody else in a

congregation, you know, know what most of them are doing.

So, we're going to heal her so she can see, I said, what is it?

You want. Well, I've been dealing with

this, like muscular dystrophy, kind of stuff.

Scroll sclerosis. I want the Lord to heal me,

never asked to see with their eyes.

So I prayed for them Court, according to that.

But you know what? The young immature Saint thinks.

Well, of God was rocking. Me did how come God didn't heal

her? She didn't want to.

And you weren't a part of that conversation.

Now helps, you explain what? Jesus told the one blind man.

Beggar, and he pulls his coat coming said, what do you want?

That's like node of what does he want?

No, it isn't a no duh. It's what do you want?

Because maybe you don't want what?

All I can do. And that's with most believers.

They don't want what all God can do.

Because, you know what God wants to do more than heal.

Your body. He wants to renew your mind and

I can't even tell you how many Believers resist that.

I can't even tell you it's a staggering number.

Staggering. no, we need to make sure when we say Our decree our

heart is firmly with the word because I'll close with this one

scripture, you ready? You've heard it before but it

Bears repeating death and life are in the power of the tongue

and those who love it. Will eat its fruit.

The message says that this way or the New Living Translation,

says the tongue can bring death or life.

Those who love to talk will reap the consequences.

The message says that this way words kill.

So this little saying, is a lie. Sticks and stones may break my

bones but words will never know they kill you.

They'll kill you. Words.

Kill. But words.

Give life. They're either poison or fruit.

You choose you choose. The most difficult thing we have

to harness is our decree. But it's time to harness it.

It's time to only say What God Says.

And nothing else and then when people start looking at your

life, they'll go my gosh. Where are you from?

How does this happen? How come it seems like God does

everything for you? And you're like, well, I've

become really proficient at hearing what he says and saying
