Reigning Resonance Part 5 - Kingdom Decree

The Lord reminded me said when I stepped into the earth when it

was my appointed time. There had been 400 years of

Silence in my own Nation. And can you imagine 400 years

where the spirit of God was not speaking through anyone?

That doesn't mean the law of Moses, it was here.

Writings from the prophets were here, but it requires the spirit

to bring it life. So, we have 400 years of the

tradition of man, 400 years where the nation of Israel

became extremely rooted in their religion, their way of

interpreting scripture, and in their way of demonstrating

godliness. Their synagogues were full of

tradition. so much so that when Jesus comes out on the scene and

begins to speak, The crowds recognize that this one speaks

as one who has Authority and not as the scribes speak.

There was a tangible difference in the voice of Jesus.

The king, the savior of the world, the Lamb of God.

But also, what I find very interesting during that time of

of it being Lowell of where there is no expressions of the

spirit of God that, when Jesus came on the scene, he came a

great demonstrations. Great demonstrations.

Now, I would love to tell you that his demonstrations changed

the world. They did not his demonstrations

only strengthen the cause for de gentiles.

That is own Nation. The trading crucified, he hung

him on the cross. I would love to tell you that

him raising the dead, Healing The Sick casting out, Devils

calls, them all to run to repentance.

But the majority actually did not.

But it does. Let us know this, that's they'll

be without excuse. They'll be without excuse

because he will have demonstrated his kingdom.

Paul himself said this, I did not come with you with eloquent

words, a persuasive wisdom or knowledge.

But I came with you came to you, with demonstrations of the

spirit. I do believe that as the day

gets closer to the return of Jesus, the demonstration of the

spirit is going to increase more.

But I do not want you to be deceived and think that the

minute we are raising the dead more often.

I mean, when I say that more often, I mean, you're doing it.

I'm doing it. We're all doing it.

So it seems like, so many people are coming back.

There's so many devils are being cast out that so many people are

being healed because everyone's functioning as a child of God,

as the child of a king in the earth that all of a sudden, the

whole world's going to turn to Revival.

It can be and it will be not that it can be.

It will be that many will reject the supernatural move of God.

But it will serve as an evidence that the kingdom was among them,

and they chose Darkness, instead of light, are you hearing me?

Because the most discouraging thing to a Believer, is to

function in the power and plan of God, but expect a result that

God's not going to have That even God knows is not going to

happen. This is what I love about the

Prophet. Jeremiah the law was very clear

to him. Now, son, you're going to say

stuff, and no one's going to listen.

No one's going to repent. You're going to get no convert

senior Ministry, none, no one's coming.

And you're gonna they're going to start crying out to me as the

Calamity comes. But what is the Lord say?

I'm not even going to Hero. He said because when I cried out

to them they didn't listen to me.

Now, they'll get what they did to me.

Now, when you hear that, you think well.

That's unfair well, it's because how they're crying out is the

problem. Just because a person cries out

for the Lord, does it mean they actually want the Lord?

And we must learn to have discernment and understand why

today when we talk about our reigning, resonance will find

out why our decree might not come to pass because you can

make a decree you can cry out to the Lord and if it does not come

to pass, there is a reason why and we want to avoid that at all

costs. Amen we want to avoid that at

all cost Jared Elijah. Finds himself finding a

successor. because a result does it turn out like he thinks He

shows up on the Mount Carmel. I've been there myself, he calls

the prophets of Baal in and he begins to tell them.

We're going to set up a couple of sacrifices and we're going to

see who's God's the real God. Remember that?

And so he says, I'll let you go first, so they set up their

altar, they began to cry out to their God, the god of bail.

They began to cut themselves, all kinds of things and

nothing's happening. In fact, he begins to mock them.

One translation says, be a little louder.

Maybe your God, went to relieve himself.

He's in the bathroom. Right.

So when they were completely exhausted gone on for hours and

nothing changed on their sacrifices than Elijah gets

bold, he said, alright, it's my turn.

He says, go find me some water and why are you getting some

water? I'm going to dig a ditch, a

trench around my Altar and he poured out water on his

sacrifice went across his Altar. And went all over the wood and

went into the trenches. He did it three times, he left.

No doubt. Nothing here is dry.

And then add a word. He spoke to the god of Heaven,

had a word, and fire came from heaven and consumed, the alt

the, the sacrifice, the alter the sticks, the bricks, and the

water. And not one prophet of bell.

Repented. But they died.

And then the queen. The queen of Israel, sends a

message. Not Elijah, you're a man of God

and what you have done has shown without infallible proof that

there's only one God of Israel. And who are we to have made such

a mistake and followed Bell? No, she sent a message.

What you did to all my profits? I'm going to do to you tomorrow.

And he runs off and says down by a tree and says kill me.

Lord just kill me. Now, why do I bring this up?

Because our decree may not change the people around us.

But it will bring the kingdom in their presence.

It's very important that we understand the days that we're

living in that not everyone's going to get right.

Not everyone's going to be saved.

Not everyone's going to be born again.

In fact, at the catching away of the church more, actually may be

left behind But that doesn't relinquish us of the

responsibility. To do the work that God has

assigned Us in the Earth. Nor to be discouraged just

because people aren't listening to our voice or seeing the

results, Jesus himself told the religious.

He said, listen, fine. If you don't want to believe me

fine, but at least believe the works.

Believe this, the demonstrations that you're seeing, but they

wouldn't even do that. Amen, I said they wouldn't even

do that. That's why you've got to get it

in your spirit. I'm only going to fulfill the

plan of God for my life at the end of the day.

And whether or not anyone turns or not is really not my issue.

I'm just going to do what God Said to do because, no one's

going to stand before Jesus and accused me of not fulfilling his

plan so that they could have an Tunity to see the kingdom.

It's not going to happen. Amen.

So we have a voice back in November, the Lord spoke to me

and he said, very clearly. He said, Rhema and that word is

a Greek word. That means the spoken word.

There's a low God's word of God, which is the written word.

But he said with this is a year of the spoken word, all right?

And so he said to me, he said, whatever you say, you'll have

whatever. And so we've already taken time

to speak to you out of Romans where it says that we've been

redeemed from the law of sin and death that we are part of the

law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus.

And our words are connected to one of those Realms.

You have to make sure that you're speaking from the law of

the spirit of Life In Christ and don't be speaking from the law

of sin and death out of your mouth.

Should not cook go blessings and cursings, right?

We need to make sure sure, that we are saying What God Says

speaking. What he is saying, that's why

your mouth can't get attached to your flesh.

If there's ever been a day to make sure your flesh stays dead.

Paul says, I Crucify My Flesh. How often how often daily?

Coz that flesh. Will rise.

A it will wake you up in the morning.

It will, it will push you on the wrong side of the bed.

I don't know how that works. I woke up on the wrong side, but

I don't know how that works. But at the end of the day it

will push you over there and you have to crucify daily because if

you do not crucify daily, you'll start speaking from it.

And when you speak from the flesh, you tap into a realm,

you've been redeemed from, you've been delivered from you.

No longer are residents of your no longer subject to So, my

language has changed. My voice is different.

Resonance means having a lasting effect.

We need to have a lasting effect.

Jesus Christ words have had a lasting effect in the earth and

we'll always. In fact, it's the only thing

that will remain. He said, Heaven and Earth will

pass away, but my words will never pass away.

So it means to have this voice that resonates, it's as if your

words are powerful, Meaning full, they have resonance.

I said they have residents, and again, the Lord said to me,

you'll have whatever you say, and whatever you say is more

important than ever. Now, to watch what you say are

you hearing me? Don't allow yourself just to

talk. If there's ever been a day to

apply James, be quick to slow to be quick to hear slow to speak

quick to here. Quick do here means Lord.

What do you saying right now? And how Should respond.

Quick to hear slow to speak, slow to wrath for the wrath of

man does not produce the righteousness of God because if

you quickly speak how you feel, based upon what you just heard

in a scene reminiscent so realm, you're going to be speaking and

declaring and decree and doing things, and bringing things

towards you that you should have never had come in your

direction. But if you'll be quick to hear

to get past the seen realm, the natural realm, the feelings, And

say, holy spirit. What do you need me to say, how

do I need to proceed? What do we need to speak?

And then release, what you hear from God, then you'll have what

you say from that realm and it brings life.

It Aban things up. Are you hearing me it can keep

things at Bay but it's up to you will say, well, God's in

control. He's in control of his word that

you release out of your mouth. Are you hearing me now?

This is an elementary principal actually because if God was in

control, you would all be saved. He would make you be born again

because it's better to be with God, then to be cast into the

Lake of Fire, which is the second death yet people are

going Solon Worley one. What is God controlling?

He's controlling that word of faith in your mouth.

So if you come down or at any point, you've said, Jesus, I

believe that your lord and that you came as the Son of God in

man, and died on a cross. And on the third day was raised

from the dead and your blood is payment for my sin.

Ins all my wrongdoing, I accept you as Lord and savior of my

life, I confess you as Lord, then God will activate those

words. He will control that word from

your mouth that confession of faith, when you call on the name

of the Lord, to be what you, then will be saved.

But many will never call on the name, although it was available

to them to call. So God's in control of his word.

And if you'll speak his word by faith, you'll have what you say

are you hearing me? And again, it's not you.

It's his words through you. I'm always amazed at the

religious. Well, they just think they have

what they say. I'm only having what God told me

to say. And these people function this

in their own principle in the natural, When they're at work.

When they're with their kids. In the natural, they'll go and

say, well, I need to have this. Well, who said that?

Well, my boss right? The ball said, you're going to

stay over today and then people respond, they have what they

say. Amen.

Well, how much more the creator of Heaven and Earth?

I mean, if he's saying it, why can't I have what he says?

A decree is an official order having the force of law given by

a person with power, do you have power?

He said, but you will receive what power when the Holy Spirit

comes upon you. Amen.

But it also means having the force of law given by a person

by a government. And don't, you know, you're in a

government. If you don't I just want to let

you know today that the Bible is about a king and his kingdom and

his role offspring Jesus did not come to bring a religion, but

came to bring the kingdom of God, back to the Earth so that

we can have access to it again. Because God's original design.

A man, let us make man in our image, according to our

likeness, and let them have rule or Dominion.

So man was to rule and have dominion on the earth as God has

Dominion in heaven and when Jesus came back began to preach,

he did not preach get born again.

He preached. The Kingdom of Heaven is at

hand. Now, how do you get in the

Kingdom? You must Must be born again but

he preached the kingdom. 130 something Tom's through the

gospels one time. He mentions be born again.

His emphasis was about the nation.

Because when he demonstrated this Kingdom, round this

government of God, people inevitably were asking how do we

get in? How do we get in?

Amen. So, our decree, rest on what we

hear Jesus saying, not what the world is saying.

You need to spend a little more time hearing the word then you

do. CNN, MSNBC Fox NPR.

National Geographic. More people can talk to me about

global warming than they can about the kingdom of God.

Don't talk to me about emissions.

More people can talk to me about electric cars.

Amen, I do want you to know global global warming is real.

It is real because eventually this whole thing's going to get

burned up. The Bible says that It's true

but it's not just the Earth that subject to the fire.

So are the heavens. I said, so the heavens and it'll

be initiated by God, it's a cleanup plan is the cleanup

plan. Amen.

Well, how can he burn? The Earth of people are in it

same way. Shadrach Meshach and Abednego

and go to a fiery furnace. That's really dumb for God.

The righteous is protected. We're all well, all that's left.

Anyway, the rest are already thrown into the Lake of Fire in

the prison system of the Kingdom Mark 11:22 to 24, then Is it is

it fairy tale? Isn't fantasy.

Isn't Personal Agenda. It's about God.

So Jesus answer said them have faith, where in God, your faith

is supposed to be in God One translation says have the god

kind of Faith which means god believes what he says God did

not speak in the the dockyard document that records, the

history of the creation of the Earth or or the Earth and in the

six days that it's spoken of and will close on the seventh, he

rested. God never said let there be

about land and all of a sudden it resisted him.

Nothing. When he spoke resisted it became

removed and be cast into the sea and does not doubt in his heart,

but believes that those things, which he says will be done, he

will have whatever he says. Therefore, I say to you,

whatever things you ask, when you pray, believe that you

receive them and you will have them in the things I'm saying,

It's what God is telling me to say Jesus himself says, I don't

speak on my own initiative but only what I hear the father say.

So Jesus always had what he said because he was only saying what

the father says, what's it to me if the Lord has told someone to

believe God for a car. What's the problem?

If they're using that card to pick car to pick people up,

bring them to church. Amen.

What's it to me? If the Lord's told someone to

speak about a larger home, if they're going to House people

from various times? What's that to me?

In fact, I was talking with bishop garraway and he was

talking about how the widow or the not the Widow, the married

woman who was Barren, could have no children.

And told her husband we need to build a room for the man of God,

so him and his servant could come and he says, now the

husband had to believe he was a man of God because what husband

who can't get his wife, pregnant is going to have two other men

live in the house. And that's a that is a fair

assessment to say because in that dispensation they were not

born of God, their Spirit man was not alive.

And it wasn't until she invested to bake her home larger.

That then the Lord tell you it has the man of God, say we need

to do something for this lady. And the servant says, I don't

hear any little feet running around.

He said, that's it. It's a lady going to have a

child. She said, don't talk to me like

that. Oh, don't do that to me.

That's not funny. He said, I laugh her.

You're going to have a child. And she did, I said, and she did

Hallelujah, but I can hear those religious Christians today.

The audacity of them build on the house while their house

ain't big enough. A child came out of invest in a

larger home. Purpose, showed up.

Oh, I can't even begin to tell you the blessings that happened

for that woman I week. But that's a whole other sermon.

I'm not going to reach that. My point is, is here.

God and say, what God's saying, because whatever he needs you to

have, in order to accomplish the, will he has for your life

and the church that he has Associated you with Because some

of your belief should not be for your address.

In fact, the majority of your beliefs should not even be about

your address because the Bible says, if you seek first the

kingdom and his righteousness, everything else will be added to

you. You want your address taking

care of start believing for something Beyond it.

Have the audacity to believe her something you're not even going

to keep. Amen.

Well they just want your money. No, I want to see people's

lives, change me. This is asinine when people say

that because we give the missionaries all over the world,

all over the world. We're trying to affect people's

lives and it requires a layer of Finance but what's not limited

to that, amen. So part of our faith will be for

finance and increase. That's okay.

But what Good's a finance if you're dead, you can't be here.

So this is why Faith to be healed is really important as

well. Safe to have a sound line is

really important because you're not going to be able to do

anything with your resource. If your minds all broke,

Hallelujah. So, we are to rule with our

words. Now, I'm going to start to touch

here in Mark chapter 11, concerning some things that will

hinder your decree and as mentioned right here in the 23rd

verse he says, for assuredly I say to you.

Whoever says to this mountain be removed and be cast into the sea

and does not. If there is doubt with your

decree, it will not come to pass.

You cannot just say What God Says, and then doubt it and

expect it to come to pass. It does not come to pass just

because you're saying it, it comes to pass because you're

believing what you say. And what you say is again, not

your words but his words in your mouth.

I said it's his words in your mouth, there's a thing in the

United States called power of attorney.

Anybody heard that term before? That means, someone gives most

of you have even done this based upon like owning a home or

purchasing a home the minute you get down to closing if there's

any area that's just not right. Instead of them calling you, you

actually authorize them power of attorney to actually change some

of the documents on your behalf to finish out the closing.

Many of you have done that. Means they act on your behalf as

if it's you. There are times that people can

get into places, where, you know, family members have to

step in and help navigate their lives because they are not

mentally able to continue the process and it's called power of

attorney. While they're living, you're

acting on their behalf but you can actually have Salman and

just actually give someone power of attorney as well.

Well, Jesus has given us power of attorney, because he says, if

you ask the father, anything how in my name?

Yes. So when we're asking, when we're

declaring, when we're saying these things were saying, well,

this is what God has said to me by the spirit, which means this

is Jesus's words to me. So I'm saying it in his name, in

the name of Jesus, this comes to pass.

It's called Power of Attorney which means that I must be

firmly persuaded. It will just this past week.

We were believing God for a particular amount of money,

honestly. Because when it comes to some of

the funds that come into the church, they come through some

government funding. You say, you take money from the

government, you bet I do all day long.

Because the minute it hits me. It's righteous.

The wealth of the wicked is definitely laid up for me.

Well, we have this. We received funds for our

preschool, it's called Episcopal and a grant Associated to help

those of lower income to help subsidized, child care and we

have students that qualify for that.

And so every month we get paid once a month by that Grant.

Well your paperwork has to be correct.

Well, we had a challenge a mistake.

We ended up Up either being here.

One day when we said we weren't originally or vice versa, can't

remember, but they didn't line up.

So we just needed a change it. Well, the minute you change the

paper had to send it to. Episcopal.

Now I don't, you know, understand government takes

these people forever. Well, that's a pretty good

amount of money once a month. We give payroll out of that.

Didn't come. In fact, now they're saying

they're going to wait until next month.

And just put it with the other one.

Well, great. I'm glad it's doubling up next

month, but it helped me this month.

Amen. So man and a few of my staff,

got an agreement over a specific amount of money.

We said well or we believe we received this amount based upon

this situation which is out of our control.

Although we did declare and decree they're going to need a

release those funds. Right.

So we pray. Wednesday night came through.

That money was not in the offering.

Okay, well, we concerned no, because I don't doubt.

And the staff that I have around Finance or non doubters, they

don't doubt. I cannot have a doubter when it

comes to finance. They don't need to see it, they

just need to believe. So, the one who I put over our

finance was in my office, we were talking about what we can

do, what we need to do. And as we were walking, they

gave me the balance to the account.

I said, okay, I said well this is going to be this and then we

why I said that I said that money is going to be here.

They walked back into their office.

I hovered around my water thing and next thing, you know, I hear

her yelling So, I walk into the office, come here and I look, I

didn't have my glasses on. So I had to look really good

because I'm like, The amount that was in our account, now was

10 times more than what we were asking for that.

There was another Grant, we had applied for that, we weren't

expecting to show up till later in March, maybe even April.

It showed up before a grant, we've been receiving payments

from a, we still have one more in.

It came in all at once. Hallelujah.

What I'm saying is when we came together touching and agreeing,

we're not and they came into my office and by the time we

finished our 12 minute meeting the account had changed.

I said the account of changed. Amen.

Now, this doesn't relieve the responsibility of those who have

been should have been sowing towards that other number.

Anyway, I'm just saying that God calls this thing.

Should have been coming in 60 days from now to all of a

sudden, hit the account glory to God because we have what we say.

And again I'm not decreed it because I'm making the money.

It's about payroll, it's about finishing a playground, it's

about building a pavilion, it's about finishing out carpet.

It's about are conditions so that other tenants can come in.

It's about advancing the kingdom of God.

It's about purchasing flight, so we can go to the Dominican

Republic and plant. Another church is about

purchasing a flight so that we can go to Nicaragua plant

another church and Lyon it's about purchasing a flight so

that we can go to India and we can plant another church over in

India. That's what this is about.

Hallelujah, So, dou cannot be in your decree.

You have to get set, Like, Flint.

Now, I'm going to help you and I've done this basic principle

before, but I'm gonna do it again because the Bears

repeating because it's the best way that I know how to let you

internally know how it is to be firmly, persuaded firmly,

persuaded. Okay.

You know that, you know, you know.

Three plus two equals are you sure?

You know what that is? Are you persuaded?

Would you put your life on the line to be able to answer three

plus two? If someone came to you and said,

if you don't answer this, you will die.

How confident are you? That you could get that, right?

That sounds silly. But when God speaks to me, it's

as easy as a rithmetic, it's not complicated equation.

God always has what he says when his word hits my heart and I

believe it. Then all that equals is done

period. His word plus my faith equals

done his word plus my faith equals done.

Every time like 3 plus 2 is always, it's always I'm giving

you the answers. Always it's always fine.

It's fine. I know that I know that.

That's no big deal. I got it.

I know it. It's 5:00.

I know what it is. And I don't doubt it.

When someone says it 6, someone tries to throw it in some kind

of weird equation to try to throw me off.

Someone tries to move it and manipulate it in such a way,

that makes you think that it's not what it is to try to

question yourself because that's all the devil does.

That's all he does, and he does it with things being seen.

He does it with something that comes contrary, right, after you

begin to declare, like, I believe I'm Healed.

I'll still work right now. Ryan has that ever happened to

anyone? Sure.

But are you going to believe the little bit worse?

Are you gonna believe what you say, are you going to leave you?

The hill of the Lord? Are you going to believe that by

inscribing? Sure?

He'll, it has to be this way. Can't be any other way, period.

So, your decree cannot have doubt.

If it has doubt then you don't believe what you say and really

you don't believe what he told you to say.

So you really don't believe God. She be better for us to be a

little quieter. because when we just say what we want to say,

then we condition ourselves to not believe what we say.

When we say things just to please people, but then we don't

follow up. Slight the.

The example, Jesus said, he said, now there was a man that

had two sons and he says, went to his first son.

He says, son, I need you to work the field and he says, yeah,

Dad. I'm going to do it, but he never

does it. Then he has another son.

It could be vice versa, you know, and he says to the other

son. He says, I want you to work the

Phillies, I'm not going to do it but later goes and does it.

He said, which one did Will of his father.

The one who actually did it. Even though he originally said,

I'm not. So if we're like, yeah, I'm

gonna do it. Then we never do basically, we

condition ourselves that I don't ever do what I say.

So then when you start speaking on behalf of God, you'll assume

neither does he? Because you have the evidence

that it don't work for you. No, God always does what he

says. I said, he always does what he

says every time without fail to those who believe this one Jesus

said to the to the high priests are to the religious leader.

He says only believe don't doubt only believe don't even bother

teachers daughters died. Now she's gone beyond sickness.

He said only believe because I haven't changed my mind.

It's going to happen. This is why he told his students

said, this century and had such great faith because he said,

just speak the word only and my servant will be healed.

I'll need you to come to my house.

I'll need you to breathe on him. I don't need you to touch him.

I don't need you to sing a song. I don't need you to do a Jericho

March around my house. Now if a Jericho March is

required start marching, if touches required start touching,

if breathing's required start breathing, but the serious and

cherien knew that all I need is a word.

Now, if Jesus would have said well, is I'm going to it

requires me to show up this time.

He said at your word that's what he had done.

But Jesus said Marvel, Marvel said, I've not seen such great

faith. No, not in.

All of these are, you know, so awesome about this.

The Centurion was actually a gentile.

He was a Roman. Because of that, he the nation

and had more faith than his Covenant kids.

Oh my goodness. Don't let it be known, don't let

it be known in the world. Don't let it be known in the

world that you can't believe. You're God your creator that you

can't believe the Kings voice that.

You can't believe his promises are yes.

And amen. That you doubt.

Don't do it. Don't let it be known among you

that you're a doubter, don't let it happen.

Proverbs 18:21 says, death and life are in the power of the

Proverbs 18:21

tongue and those who love it. We eat its fruit.

We saw Matthew chapter 15 verse 7 and 9 said this Amplified

Matthew 15:7

classic You Pretenders Hypocrites.

What's going to hinder your decree admirably and truly did

Isaiah prophesy view when he said these people draw near draw

near me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but

their hearts hold off and are far away from me, uselessly.

Do they worship me for? They teach as doctrines the

commands of men uselessly uselessly?

I don't care. How many people are going to a

church. I don't care how big it is.

Does is not an indicator that God's there.

I don't care how small the church is, it's not an indicator

that God's there. It's not an indicator.

In our society, the larger the church, the more people assume

God's in it. You'll only know whether their

have love for the brethren. And if they're actually being

disciple. You'll find out which ones are

truly living, the god kind of life.

When pressure hits. Amen.

And that's every Church, even this one.

I mean, it's easy to sit in that chair and say, I love Jesus.

That's easy especially because we have it climate control.

Nice cushion seat. You didn't have to come 8 hours.

We support a guy by the name of a famous Wang.

He graduated in 1999 from Rhema this guy.

Here is amazing. And so Amos has a church in

Singapore again but he has planted multiple churches

throughout the world and he is called to people who speak

Chinese, he has gone into China on more than one occasion.

And I remember one particular occasion, he was able to get

into China during winter Mad a smugly mental place.

There was no heater in the warehouse.

The people had been waiting for him for five hours.

So they could hear the word. I don't say that to make you

feel guilty. I say that because we're blessed

and we have the least amount of excuse out of all of our

Brothers and Sisters in Christ globally.

To not be about the father's business with passion.

Do not let the Comfort. This is what Jesus warned his

own Nation. He said I'm when I bring into

the Promised Land He said, I put you in houses.

Because they're our brothers and sisters in parts of the world.

Right now that their very lives are at stake just to hear what

you're hearing. Easy, every service.

They would love to be to openly being a drive to a place of

assembly. In fact, they need, they are at

more risk of assembling than we are, but they know the necessity

of it more than we do. I mean if assembling was not

important, then why do they do it?

Because it is necessary all the more how about us.

True. Oh my goodness, are you hearing

me? Some of you are so limited in

what you're doing, I'm going to help you out.

Can help expand you a little bit.

If some of you would quit trying to plant all your vacations, all

the time for yourself and actually plan a mission trip.

God Not only would pay for your mission trip, bring you the

supply, but give you enough to stay over.

And hit some places you would have never seen before since

you're already over there. There's such a way to operate

in. His kingdom is amazing, it

really is. It's really amazing how to

operate in this Kingdom, if we will allow ourselves.

So he says, man their their lips right?

Their mouth and their lips are talking God, but their heart.

What will hinder your decree your heart?

Matthew 12:37, says, is for by your words, you will be

justified and by your words, you will be condemned.

So, whatever is coming out of your mouths, gonna need the

justify you, or condemn, you? Well, how if you're saying the

same thing? Because the previous verse these

people are actually glorifying god with their mouths.

They're worshiping him. They're praising him.

But the Lord's life don't even hear it.

I don't even hear it. Because their heart is not for

the Lord. Okay.

That does not mean they're not born again.

God understands that we have no idea what it means to live this

life of God when we first come and for many of us were just so

blown away that a loving, God would die for us and take on all

of our wrongdoing so that we wouldn't be eternally judged for

that. And that's just like wow you did

that for me, I'll make you Lord but there's a little bit of me

in that. Because I don't want to go to

hell. And I recognize that you love me

while I was still a sinner. And I'm going to take that

because the alternative I do not want But there's a little

selfish in that. I don't want to burn in hell.

Well, I really hate about burning the house about becoming

a child of God. The more we get focused on that,

which is what God would train Us by the spirit.

But if we never get over to that, it always just to be

about. I don't have to go to hell.

I don't have to do this. I don't have to have that.

I don't have to be judged. I don't have to be And there's a

little bit of selfishness in that which means then you, as a

Believer, could go your whole Christian Life.

And your heart be far from God because you're only thinking

about your own personal interest.

Well, I got my, my insurance plan now.

When I die, I go to heaven. I'm good.

I asked you to come into my heart and save me.

Now, these additional troops they're negotiable.

Because how do they fit my life? Yeah, let me jump on down there.

1 verse. Now, this is James talking to

the church. He says this.

He said, what is the source of your quarrels and conflicts?

I understand this told previous coming up to this stuff.

He's talking about faith, the life of faith.

Stole my, how do you know you actually are operating in faith?

Okay. So context of the whole book,

but he gets his head. What's the source of your

quarrels and the conflicts among you is not the source here?

Pleasures that wage war in your members.

What's the source of their conflict and quarrels?

It's their pleasures. It's my all right.

What they want to do. It's how I want God to serve me.

How I want God to serve me. It's how I want God to serve me.

He says, you lost. And you do not have well, lust

is a problem because lust is not love.

Lust is only about me and you can say well I'm believing God

for a big house. I'm believing God for boat.

I'm believing God for car. I'm believing God.

Well, is it at the assignment? Did he put that in your heart?

Or is this your pleasures? Are you hear me?

Many Believers have taken the scripture out of context and God

will give me the desires of my heart.

For those, they emphasize. My God will give me my The

desires of ma heart. So, the, The Desires in my

heart, originated with me, I've always wanted a big house, I've

always wanted a car. I've always wanted a ranch.

I've always wanted, well, you want a lot of stuff when you

were dead in your trespasses and sin because you were selfish,

you lusted after the world, Are you hearing me?

But really, it says God. That's the emphasis God will

give you the desires of your so the desires in, your heart are

given to you. So my desires were given to me

by so God gives me the desires of my heart.

So what does our I have was given to me by God, now we can

include a house. A boat.

I'm deaf, I'm talking material, it can.

Cause at the end of the day, if God needs that for you to

accomplish something for him, by all means, you should believe

God for it. Amen.

Because when it gets in your possession, you'll be using it.

For the sake of the glory of God, we got to get bigger in our

thinking and realized again if it's selfish, that's the

problem. But if it's for the glory of God

to be used by the king and his What they want.

Then, it's praise God. We had access to something that

allowed us to get somewhere. Are you hearing me?

Do I want a boat? You bet I want a boat.

I want a boat to build a hit down in the Caribbean so that

when they start shutting down borders, I can hit a beach.

Still get the gospel in. Tell maybe one of our pastors

meet me at this place. We'll come in offshore.

Are you hearing me? I got supplies even if the world

is not bringing it to you, the kingdom will.

She got to think in these along these lines, right?

He said, what's your source of quarrel in your lust?

You do not have. So you commit murder, you were

envious and cannot obtain you fight.

And quarrel you do not have because you do not.

Well, if you'd are asking meaning, if you're not speaking,

you're not talking to the Lord. You're not going to have it, but

then he goes on and says this, you act, you ask and do not

receive why, because you ask with wrong, There's many

Believers that are immature, baby Christians that are still

lusting after the things of the world.

All of a sudden find out that God will bless us and instead of

saying give me the blessing for my purpose, they're saying give

me the blessing for me. This is the parable of the

Prodigal Son. Because the parable of the

prodigal son, is he only wanted his inheritance for what

purpose, the youngest one to put it on himself and what happened

to his life? Pig slop life.

It became a pig slot Nicene great.

On. So his social media right when

he left was it was awesome. I mean he was flipping out all

the money. He had all the girls.

I mean this guy look like he was running it, he was the player.

Right? But did it ran out and all the

friends ran out because they weren't friends with him, they

were friends with the money, they were friends with the

inherit as they were Luster's, like he was and if you don't

have a supply, then your Lusty friends are leaving.

So now he's out there having to work starving, he's like man

that really looks good right now.

But then he comes to his senses. Like, man, I need go back home.

I didn't do dead, right, but dad's always done me, right?

Boy in God, a merciful. Father, I said India merciful,

father, he's a merciful father. Amen.

So again we're not here to receive so that we by asking

with wrong motives so that we may spend it on your pleasures.

The minute you begin to decree things just because the Bible

says, you can have stuff Your decree is not because you want

it. Your decree is because he needs

you to utilize it and you'll get enjoy the benefit of it.

Make no mistake about it. As long as it's in your

possession. But it's subject to change at

any time. Right because anything that we

possess, we know it's really the Lord's and we give it away.

I said we'd give it away. I'm giving away a few cars

myself, personally, giving them away.

Why? Because at the end of the day

they're really not mine. If any time if I own one and God

tells me to release it, I've wrote I'll release it.

I said I'll release it. Verse for you adulteress.

Do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility

towards God? I can't look at the world and

they make a demand on God to give me.

What do I mean by that? I don't look at the world and

say, well, look, what the world has we should have that.

I would submit to you, I can't prove it but I feel pretty

confident that it exists within scripture, that people who

humble themselves before the Lord are not looking to have a

name. Which means the wealthiest

people in the planet. We may not actually know their

name. Because they're actually

believers. I mean, think about it.

Why would the devil want you to know?

One of your own is wealthier than the names?

We're hearing, are the wealthiest Why would he do that?

Because he don't want to give you any hope that you could

possess Now, not all of us are going to operate in the same

provision. It is based upon your purpose

but we will operate in the same provision in this context.

It's more than enough. I said it's more than enough.

The problem is many times we limit ourselves with provision

car. Like well, you know, I'm not

worthy to have any more than this.

Who am I to think of myself that I could have millions of dollars

or billions of dollars of filter through me?

Well, if the Lord says it do it. And again it's it's a, it's only

one part of kingdom. Advancement.

I only reason why I have to say provision like this, and because

this is what we can identify with you tend to identify with

that because you should have an endless supply.

Joy, you have an endless supply piece, you should be the most

peaceful people on the planet. Then when Calamity hits, you

just sleeping in the bow of the ship storms of life are going in

your life. I'm taking a nap.

Cause I've heard the Lord, he said, go to the other side.

I'm just gonna go to sleep right now.

You're not running around being anxious.

You're not trying to figure out how you can do.

You just believe he's just resting in the Lord.

So again, I don't look at the world to try to determine what I

need to make a demand of God. He goes there for whoever wishes

to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy to God.

I'm not trying to be comparable to the world, I just want what

God wants me to have based upon what I'm hearing him, say, and

functioning and odor capacity. I want to Joshua clay.

He went come down here real quick.

Joshua clay went with us to India.

Okay, it's a powerful testimony actually.

We're just going to do this testimony tell him I wiii happen

when you hit Saudi Arabia. Okay.

Now, please don't give it the clay expanded version.

Okay, let's give it, you know a pointed but enough that they

understand what took place you got it, got it.

Yeah, okay we're good. I had Pastor Earle just agree

with me. We wouldn't have issues with the

transfer that was going to take place from going from Saudi

Arabia in India. So I had a 3-hour layover.

When I showed up they pulled me aside into a room and said you

need to pay 238 US dollars for a visa to be here.

And I said well I'm just in the airport passing through no no,

no pull me aside. So, when I came out, I just

asked the Lord, when I first got there, I said, am I going to

have any issues here? Am I gonna have a headache, you

know, getting through. And I felt like the Lord said

not, you won't, you'll be okay. So I had my word, I'm good.

So after waiting about an hour, I came out and there was 50

Other people with the same problem.

So they're all yelling. I was the only person not crying

yelling her on my knees, but seriously there they were

freaking out. So I stood off back like 20 feet

from where everybody else was and the employees of the you

know the government employees of the airport.

We're watching ended up pulling the military in to calm

everybody down and have them chill out.

I'm standing far back. So one of the ladies comes up

and she's like I'm leaning up against the wall.

And she said, what are you with them?

I said no, no I'm not part of that she said so you're not

going to India on that flight that leaves in you know an hour

and 45 minutes. I said, well okay I'm in their

situation but I'm not over there with him she's like, well why

aren't you upset? Why aren't you stressed?

There's very stressed. Why don't you stressed?

I was like, I had enough wherewithal.

The moment I knew where I was, I wasn't go because Jesus Christ

is I have used some wisdom, right?

But I was like, I'm okay, I'm going to be taking care of no

problem. So, So she's like, would you

like a cup of coffee? I'll see, you know, that'd be

nice. So they brought me coffee and

again, no, stress. I knew the Lord told me, you

won't have a headache and I knew what that meant.

So I stood back another gentleman comes up, he's like

your passport, I want your passport.

Give me your passport and had somebody else.

He was it was an Arabic. So you had somebody else

translate like okay, you know him my passport and like you

said, no stress whatever. So he took my passport and

walked away and went away, and I've got about an hour before.

I need to be getting on my next plane and none of these people

have their issue. Already taken half of them made

them. Pay that dollar amount sent them

out of security and then I think about five of them, never made

it back to the plane. So the gentleman came back with

the passport and my boarding pass handed it to me and patted,

my shoulder and said, you'll be on your plane.

Don't worry about it. And as I look nobody else have

that so I stood back no problem. Another gentleman brought me

coffee and said, here's its Dunkin Donuts coffee from the

states like it's trash but sure, thank you weed.

But again just the picture you've got this guy from Italy

on his knees crying saying please please let me through

don't give us a hard time and people are yelling and waving

their passports and again I just had peace.

So sure enough whenever it came time to go through.

The gentleman that took my passport came and grabbed me by

the arm, ERM escorted me to the front of the line, all the way

up into the security system, security and realized I'll miss

my flight. If I go through this line and I

just stood back and said you gave me peace.

I've got 30 minutes. We'll see what happens.

They came up everybody in an uproar about the security line,

but I looked at the Diplomat line that had nobody in it and I

waited because, you know, I am in a kingdom and I'm on Kingdom

Business. So I looked at the gentleman in

the line. I was like, can I come there?

And he said, no, no, no. Yes, fine.

So I said, okay. So undid the line walked on

through. He didn't check my bag or

nothing, just said, go to your gate.

So I stood at my gate and I had 20 minutes to spare before

everybody else started showing it.

Hallelujah. Amen.

See that's here on the water. You kink.

That's recognizing he has said something.

I'm sure that Joshua was saying, you know what?

Lord you said tell me if I'm right now that at times you were

like you said I'm not gonna have a problem that you said that to

yourself. Yeah.

Because he's decree in the same thing.

He has what he says. He wasn't asking God to give him

$253. Are you hearing what I'm saying?

He didn't ask that what he said. The Lord he asked the Lord.

Am I going to have a challenge? He said you're not going to have

the same challenge. You're not going to have one.

Well he was in the room but God needed him to be there so that

he could get him to the government people that God has

ordained now to escort his son. Through the process.

Of getting his boarding pass and getting through security to get

to the gate. Are you hearing me?

Amen. And that's because he heard God

say you need to go on a trip. Amen, that he paid for the

flight. Because it was just going to be

my wife and I and my and the creative team always wants to go

to document so you can see. I said, man where we're at with

the mall? I'm not going to expense and he

came as a pastor. Earle, would you let me if I pay

myself? Go.

I said, well, if you want to invest in it, you can Ascend.

I once you get there, I'll take care of you.

And he did, he wasn't on my flight, he was on another crazy

flight. Amen.

But my point is, is he heard God, he acted on that.

He came, God saw him through Because his decree what he

didn't do, as he never doubted based upon what he saw.

Number two, he isn't being lustful.

Right? He says, do you say that the

scripture speaks of no purpose? He jealously desires.

A spiritually Spirit which he met has made two dwelling us.

Where's the spirit in you? We have no excuse not to only

say what God say he goes, but he gives greater a Greater Grace.

Therefore says God is opposed to the proud but gives grace to the

humble. When God begins to speak to you

about a situation, he's gracing you for that decree to come to

pass. But if you're declaring his word

so that you'll look better, he'll resist you.

Humor is this? You even if the devil rewards

you Because if you start declaring name it claim it in

the context of it's me. I'm getting my look how blessed

I am. Look, what God does for me.

Look all that I have. Well the devil of Comedy.

Get you something. For the purpose of you, losing

your soul. I remember one day there's a

minister if I mentioned his name you know him he was could

another Minister spoke to him concerning his subject that he

ministers on all the time and he's off But he's world famous.

And that Minister, I talked to this Minister personally, that

confronted them about this in private.

Went through scripture line, upon line concerning the

subject, eventually, this, what this world-renowned Minister

says, well how could I be wrong with all the wealth that I'm

getting? Wealth is not an indicator you

have the right Doctrine. He said, if I said that now, I'd

lose all that. Well, So what did he do?

He's for Fitness. Soul for the world.

Still preaching today, and some of y'all listen to him.

You need to get some discern. I said you need to get

discernment but some of y'all listen to him.

Submit therefore to God resist the devil, and he will flee.

So when we submit to God, lord, what's your plan?

What's your purpose? What am I hearing from you?

And then in turn are saying it because our desire, and our

motivation is only to glorify him.

Then our decree will always come to pass because we never doubt

what the King has said to be done will be done.

And our motive is only to see him glorified even though we In

most cases. Will receive a benefit from it

as well. Will be a direct recipient of

being a benefit of it as well, because God's not trying to

overlook you. God loves his children.

I said God loves his children. I love what Joshua said, right

now. When he said I looked over at

the Diplomat line Diplomat, but he is a diplomat, he's an

ambassador problem is I can't show you my passport.

It's the Holy Ghost Inside Me. That is my seal.

That proves that I am an ambassador for Christ.

Very difficult to see that In the natural, but the Holy Ghost.

I don't know whether this is the spirit of God, on that Diplomat

line guy or an angel, one of the other said I was wrong.

Answer. You need ask him to come.

Yeah, come on. Right now, Josh probably would

have been more attractive with this curly hair that day.

All right, let's close with a few scriptures here.

First Peter chapter 3 verse 10 says this, for the one who

1 Peter 3:10

desires life to love and to see good days must keep his tongue

from evil and his lips from speaking, deceit.

Proverbs 13 3 says the one who guards his mouth preserves his

life. The one who opens wives his lips

comes to ruin. It's very important that we just

don't say. I don't need a piece of your

mind. Nobody needs a piece of your

mind. Let me tell you what I think.

Don't don't do it. And quit doing it on social

media. Don't do it.

Okay, they don't need to hear it.

At the end of the day. Hallelujah.

Praise the Lord. I put very little value on our

social media. It's there but I put very little

value because I know the ones running, it are controlling it

so I really don't know how I have to trust that God is able

to interrupt their algorithms for his word sake.

But my faith in the future of his church is not on social

media. It's in going and preaching.

The gospel is the scent once. So what we're sending.

But at the end of the day, what do we say?

We've got to guard our mouths, got to keep our tongue, Psalms

34 13 says, keep your tongue from evil and your lips from

speaking to. See, right?

Proverbs 1020 says this, the tongue of the righteous is as is

as Choice silver, but the heart of the wicked is worth little.

So how do you know you're going to have what you say?

Well, you gotta have a heart towards God and then you have to

be firmly persuaded that when you hear what he says.

And you say it, it will come Come to pass.

Never doubting. I said, never doubt it Abraham.

It was spoken of him that he did not grow weak in unbelief.

He did not turn and go on and it's going to happen.

In fact, when he slept with the other woman, it wasn't because

he doubted somebody's getting pregnant.

He believed the whole while someone's getting pregnant.

Maybe I miss it. And my wife was right and she,

it comes through her, but the Lord.

Correct sentence says, no, that was not the plan.

Now, I gotta deal with this seat.

That was never my plan. Amen, jarek.

Sarah is going to be the one and he made that clear.

After the fact, then later on when Sarah needs to separate

from them, after Isaac's, born, the Lord says, you need to

follow what Sarah says are you hearing me?

So he did. But we are got it, we got a

guard or mouths in this world. There's a lot of evil stuff

talking. There's a lot of opinions We got

to be careful, just saying stuff.

Just speaking things, just declaring things.

We may be able to say something factual and be correct, but it's

more important that we get to speaking.

What truth is In the realm of healing.

You could factually. Say I have cancer.

But are we going to only say that are we going to say, I'm

the hill of the Lord? Cancers dead cancer.

You're dead and my body can't see.

You can't live. Let me tell you, two things in

the world. Are you going to keep saying

what the news is saying? Are going to keep saying media

is manipulated even if that's factual, are you going to say

that our government is corrupt? Even if that's factual Is this

what we're going to keep saying? Are we going to find a true to

say instead? You cannot decrease something

that will force someone else's will without their will being

involved to change. What I decree you're going to do

this for me. Well if they don't want to do it

for you, they don't go do it for you because if God could decree

that he'd say, I decree that you're saved.

But you can decree what the will of God is and if someone chooses

not to, they'll get what is the opposite of the decree, Jesus,

decreed I'm the way the truth and the life.

No man comes to the father but through me which means then if

you don't come through him then you don't come.

And that decree is truth, that decree is forever standing that

decree is in effect today And he issued, another all that call on

the name of the Lord will be saved.

That decree is standing and it's in effect, but it won't make you

believe. And if you choose not, you'll

get the opposite. You'll not come to the father

and you'll not be saved. So it's up to you today.

Will you believe the report of the Lord the word of the Lord?

The decree of our King? And be born of his King,

whatever head bowed. Every eye closed on was looking

around father, this year. I thank you that you fine-tune
