prayer and then I'm going to I am going to ask a question and I

want some response, get up here. What did you stay right there?

You'll be fine. You'll be fine.

You just gave birth. You're good.

All right, let's have a word of prayer.

Father, we thank you and praise you.

In the name of Jesus tonight as we come and the things that you

put in my heart for this year, that yeah, there may just be a

few of us and I apologize that I didn't get all my stuff in on

time, but I know that we're going to springboard here and

then we'll review will different things and certain things that I

want to keep alive all year that we'll be able to go to and we'll

probably start the same way possibly next month, but we want

to give you praise in advance for the outcome and some things

that we're going to see from the word tonight and hopefully get

an understanding. A where we are and really how

you see us. So we'll give you the thanks for

it in, Jesus name, amen. All right.

What I want to do tonight, the first thing to get started said,

we'd start with you. I wanted you to think of two or

three things that you got from Bishop.

Dare way. Just some of his nuggets, a

couple of things that that struck anybody.

Okay, here's this I'll start with Seth because Seth probably

got some but if you don't got nothing then you know, raise

your hand and we'll go from there.

How's that? What did you get?

Give me some stuff. This will get your juices

flowing right here. Yeah, I heard that.

There you go. Oh yeah, that's good.

Was moment is just like over time, ready to hear from you.

But I got to do all this. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,

yeah, yeah, yeah. And and that's, that's a

Temptation in being in business, because your mind and I thought

it was, you know, I think it's interesting that when we get so

busy in our mind that we can't shut down and that's, you know,

what, kind of wired we got the business, we got the different

things, but it does take a discipline because I learned one

thing from Rick Renner and and he said this, he says no word,

no food. And in the morning.

So I, you know, I mean, I can, I can say without hesitation that

I do not do anything. Before I get into the word in

the morning and spend time with him, I have a devotion book,

which of all things. It's the sparkling gems from the

Greek. We rotate that every other year,

okay, book 11 yearbook to the other.

We have never missed a day in the last 45 years.

Okay, not one day. I mean, because even if we're

apart Mellie and I, we do it together.

Even if even if we're apart we get it done before we get

started on the day and and again you know, the things that that

that we hold true. And we protein we talk about it,

we say we want to hear from the Lord today because you we don't

know what's coming. I mean what do you think?

Jesus was praying about? I mean, he wasn't asking for

rent money. Okay.

I mean he was he wanted to hear what the father had to say so

that when he was, you know, approached by the Pharisees or

or you know approached by Somebody that needed healing and

and all those different things that he was ready to go.

All right and then he spent the evenings.

We see that also in scripture. He spent the evening so that's

good, that's good. Anything else that you can think

of just okay let them anything. I'm glad you're saying that

that's good. Keep going.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Operate in that very heavily and how we've just I mean that's

kingship online and yeah, yeah you're correct.

Okay. Yep.

All right right? Yeah, yeah.

And I'm going to, I'm going to tell a short testimony of that

whole weekend about honor but one of the things I want to

encourage you to do. Okay mr.

Graduate of Ki. You had a class on honor but you

have a different lens possibly now.

So I encourage you get your notebook out and get the book

out because the things in there from John bevere.

You know, if If it doesn't, if it, and here's the thing about

school, okay? That you are so packed full of

information. Okay.

Knowledge, about different things.

All right, that, that you're sometimes, you don't need it

right now. You feel like, okay.

But then all of a sudden, somebody says something.

And it might be, it might be good for you to go back over.

What you did in school and your essays and the different things

like that. And take a look and see what you

missed because you could Shut it down, great and not even

understood it because Pastor alludes to this, when I taught

on the kingdom. You know, I started I when the

Lord told me in 07 he said, you're not Kingdom Minded enough

and I started studying and showing myself diligent and you

know, printed up a bunch of stuff.

My pastor asked me to teach two lessons on it and still had no

clue until I got here. And the key word for me, what I

missed was the word government never even thought of it.

Never even come in my mind, you know, about that.

But I'll tell a story here in a minute.

Cassie give me something. What was The takeaway.

Yeah, that's good. Yeah, that's good.

Yeah, yeah, it has to you're right.

You're right. That's good.

That's good. All right.

You had a second. Look at your notes.

I know what she's doing. I know it's y'all are doing over

here. I know.

It's you doing? Yeah.

All right. What do you give me something?

That gold digger thing. Was this hilarious.

Yeah. Yeah, sure.

It is yeah. Oh yeah.

Yeah. Yeah, I'm using it before.

I heard that from somebody else. That was pretty funny when he

told me that he said they can't eat you.

I guess that would be the worst-case scenario, wouldn't,

you know, from there what you get Bill Oh man.

Was that good or what? That was so good.

That was so good. Yeah, that's good.

That's good. I mean, if he didn't move you

and I've heard you say that. If, if you're offering doesn't

move you, then it's not going to move God.

You know. So that's why, you know, people

are more into tipping God than they are.

Given to God, is that good. I mean, you know, I just made

that up. No, I did not heard it before,

all right, that's what we get into is there.

And even last year I was talking about, you know, and I was using

Ernie. I said, Ernie you remember, you

know, as far as if you and I went into business and let's say

we're 50/50, right? We're 50/50.

All right. But yet I control the money and

I made sure I got mine, but it didn't make sure you got yours.

And, and if we're out of money, then, you know, is that fair?

And he said, well, no, and I said well that some Prime Times

how God might feel, you know, that we haven't we haven't

decided on what's he, what's his cut?

You You know, from there. Well, here's here's a funny

story, back scenes behind that and deals with honor, because I

got the same Revelation, and, and I had Melanie and I'd put

our faith out there for what we wanted to give the bishop when

he was here and and, but the Lord spoke to me about honoring

Pastor before. Okay, so here's what happened.

Is that Pastor made an announcement?

The and I don't know if you caught the announcement.

The reason that I caught it was I knew he was aiming at me.

Because I asked him prior to Bishop getting here.

I said, hey, is there any way that, you know, he's gonna be

here like three days and he's going to eat a lot of meals.

I'm sure. Can I take him out to lunch?

I'd like to ask him some questions he goes.

I don't I don't know if that's going to be able to happen or

not. Okay.

So from the pulpit, Pastor gets up and what does he say?

He says he said. Now some of you all I wanted to

know if they could get a loan with the bishop.

And, and I'm looking around. I said I had no idea that

everybody wanted to get with the bishop.

You know, so so it was it was Monday and I'm down there and

printing some shirts and and I told I said Lord I just want to

I just want to just a couple of minutes with him.

I got to ask him some questions about something because I've

never heard you know? And you guys all went through

school with me those of you that did.

All right all went through school with me and heard me

teach on Prosperity but I've never heard anybody, teach it

the way, I teach it. Breaking the words down.

Alright it because Do you go back to the Old Testament?

The first time it's mentioned, we're going to go over at

tonight's part of the lesson. But anyway, I just wanted to

bounce some things off of him, but he said something up here

that, you know, I wanted the rest of the story.

So I'm down there Printing and I visioned in my mind because I

said, I said Lord I just want a minute or two with him.

Okay, that's all I want. And and I and I Vision in my

mind I'm Printing and my print station faces the window because

I'm down in the I'm in the mall now.

Okay? And so I'm Setting their

Printing and and I've envisioned him and Pastor walking looking

through them all and thinking that's my opportunity, right?

Well, he never showed up. Okay, so I get done, I get

everything cleaned and I walk out the door, turn around, lock

the door and I walk to the center and guess who is sitting

there. Bishop garraway and Pastor

Marcy, and I don't know what pastorals doing he's standing

there talking, but he looking like he's looking at something

or something like that and there's a chair right next to

Bishop open. And I just went over there and

sit down and said, how y'all doing?

And I said you ever ask the Lord for something and and lo and

behold, he gives it to you. I said pastor can I ask him a

couple questions? What's he gonna do, right.

Got my get it whooping later but it's okay.

I might be worth it, you know. Yeah.

And so anyway, so I start talking to him, you know about

that. But what I wanted to know, he

told a story listen to this. He told the story about, you

know, the men of God not being taken care of, okay.

And he was talking about hit one of his churches that he was not

being taken care of and you know, and it was a mess and even

he alluded to the fact I think and I didn't get into that.

But that he had lost his first wife through divorce and made

the comment. She didn't sign up for this

being broke, not having the money, the different things like

that. And so he came up with an idea

and he said, listen by the, by the scripture, I'm eligible for

the tithe, so we're making some changes, I'm going to get the

tithe and the church is going to be able to run on the offerings

and the givings that People do aside from the tide but I'm

going to take the tithe, all right?

And so he and he just he just talked about it a little bit.

Well, I wanted a little more detail because he said that

there were a couple of guys that not only make, you know, make

sure he got the tithe, all right.

But there were two guys that took care of him by honoring him

and given him offerings given giving of what they had for him

to make sure he was taken care of.

And he said, Add those two guys. Their business has exploded.

And so he, you know, he began to tell, I got all the detail that

I just gave you because it wasn't that clear when he was

giving it to us. So when I was sitting there, you

know, talking to him and I was able to get, you know, I said

this is how I teach it. I've never heard anybody teach

it, but letting you know, let me go down and I gave him all the

words and the different things and he's the only Minister that

I ever talked to about it. That told me where the first

place the word Prosperity was mentioned.

Here's Genesis. For, and if you remember, it was

the story of Ellie's or going to get a wife for Isaac and it was

a journey or a mission that he was on.

All right? That was, was what he was

wanting to be prosperous, in based upon means, you know, to

push forward, to be profitable, and, to succeed in your purpose.

Okay. So he had a purpose and so he

goes, he goes revered. You've given me some things to

study out and I said, well, I just said, you know, No, I said

the, the prosperity message, you know, everybody, you know,

equates Prosperity with money, but I've never taught it that

way because I was, you know, disgruntled in the fact that,

you know, okay. If we're all supposed to be

prosperous and how come we ain't got, you know, 45 thousand

dollars for carpet. Okay.

All right. So you know so what was so funny

is that you know how to, I mean thank you so much.

I couldn't thank him enough for giving me, you know, a few

minutes and and talking in him. And I were talking about the

tithe when we were sitting there and and he goes, you know, he

said the 10% that it at it. And I said well, I said that was

just one tithe. I said there's to tithe right?

And it goes, well done reverent. He said most people don't know

about the second tithe. I said that's because they're

discouraged. About the first one, all right.

But the stir the second tide was every three years and it was

given from them in addition to the one that they gave to take

care of the little tribe but the second tithe every three years

and you think about it, then you had the Sabbath where

everybody's off, so every three years, they had the second tithe

and it was for the Widow, the orphan, and the stranger among

them is same as our welfare system.

It was just to take care of those.

So, you know, and we both started laughing and said, well

don't tell him about that one. I said, you know, we can't even

give them to get the first one, right?

And so, don't put another one on them.

And so he's telling, you know, we had a great visit.

Well, then Sunday, I not Sunday morning, but I guess it was

Tuesday before service pastors looking for me and he said, and

he said, come in here and sit down and talk to him.

He said, I got some stuff, I got a new, would you take care of

him and I I mean, we went off on another, you know, a couple of

subjects but I was blessed in that you know, honor was a big

thing and I made some changes in my psyche about, you know,

honoring because sometimes we just get again.

Not only do we get all caught up in our daily routine and what we

got, we go to work and the kids and the schools and and all

that. So we have that.

All right. But then when we come to church,

guess what some of us have same thing, we got sound.

Okay, we got Usher's, we got you know, Sam Again, we got the

kids, you know, and we get caught up in that and we forget,

you know, one. Yes we are.

We are serving. But, you know, we don't really

think about honor during those times.

Okay? You know, we're taking care of

the kids, we're doing those things but I just, you know,

Melanie. And I we made up our mind that,

you know, we're going to be a little more sensitive to

honoring Pastor, okay? And one of the things that she

got as a takeaway from him, he said did you know that that

Bishop said that if you read a proverb, D-Day, did you hear him

say that you read a proverb every day?

It'll make you rich and he said every day and he's done that for

how many years it was like 100 years that he had read it every

day one proverb. And and why is that?

Because it is yeah it'll change. It'll change the way you think,

all right? And that's what, that's what the

word is all about is to changing the way we think, all right?

And I, you know, I thought that You know, when he had mentioned

that in the fact that we were looking, you know, at what else

can we add, if anything, you know, to that.

So we're reading, you know, a Proverbs a day and, you know, we

started immediately. I mean you know, when we heard

him say it, that's a thing. Sometimes if you don't act

immediately, you'll forget the Bible tells us that.

All right, that's it. Be doers of the word, not

hearers only in James 1. All right.

Remember that verse 21. He said be and he says, and he

says in there, he tells us that, you know, don't be like the here

only that he looks into the word.

And then, you know, he shuts and forgets.

What manner of man? He was why because the devil's

there to steal, what he has sown in your heart.

All right. So those are those some things I

want to. I may do it again next month.

Just to see if the, you know, hopefully we'll have all the

advertising, right? And I'll go and, and I'll make

sure, you know, prior to getting there that we have it.

But I just got to know. These said, we're going to have

a slide that has all the dates on it.

I said, like the basketball And if you seen a basketball one, I

got a marked out and whole bit, that would be great, you know?

And then I will have those cards for everybody's Bible, you know,

that will have the dates on there.

We are. But tonight, what I want to do

in, you know the the course of understanding I want to talk

about we're going to talk about in the next couple months.

We're going to talk about Joseph and and some things that we

really need to take a look at with with Joseph's life and some

things that you know, I've been I've been digging on Listening

to and so jot down these scriptures, I'm going to give

you 45 scriptures and we're going to look at them, but in

the 39th chapter of Genesis, we have the account after his

brothers, you know, to see their father and that he was dead and

that it, that was his coat and the whole bit and they sold him

to the ishmaelites and he wound up in Egypt.

And, and in, in chapter 39 verse 1, it says Joseph, was brought

down to Egypt and, and potiphar and officer Pharaoh captain of

the Guard. And Egyptian.

Bought him of the hands of the ishmaelites which had brought

him down from there. All right.

I thought it was interesting. I looked up, I looked up captain

of the guard and guess what? It said.

Head chef. And that crazy.

Yeah, I said head chef and basically they use the chefs in

their days those days because they were proficient with knives

and they used them as Executioner's.

Yeah. And it made sense to me, because

when you, when he wound up in prison, you know, they said that

they were in the, the captain of the garden they were in his

prison and, and who was in their kitchen staff.

The Butler and the baker. Remember.

So I thought that was an interesting point, you know, at

that was brought out but look at this.

Here's what I want to look at it said the Lord was with Joseph

and he was a prosperous man and he was in the house of his

master. The Egyptian and his master saw

that the Lord was with him at the Lord made, all that.

He did to prosper in his hand and Joseph found great.

He sent his side and he served him, and he made him overseer of

his house and all that, he Put into his hand, he said, and it

came to pass from the time that he had made him Overseer in his

house over all that, he had the Lord blessed the Egyptians house

for Joseph's sake, and the blessing of the Lord was upon

all that he had in the house and in the field.

All right, this word is the word of one.

And we talk about Prosperity. We can talk about all the

different things, you know. And this is a proof that

Prosperity is not about accumulation.

The things because he didn't have any, all right, had the

clothes on his back and I was it and he's missing a coat when he

came, right? And he gets down there and it

said, he saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made

all that. He did to prosper in his hand,

he will. He found a Grace and in his

sight and he served him and he became the overseer, but it goes

in. It goes in.

Verse 5 is what I want to take a note.

He said, and the blessing of the Lord was upon all that he had in

his The house and in the field, the blessing of the Lord, the

word blessing in the Hebrew. Okay?

Is the word bracha? BR a.k.a. aah.

Basically, it is another word for Prosperity or the abundance.

And one of the definition was the praise of God.

In other words, not praise to God.

But praise of God. So there's some Praises that God

has that he puts upon you and gives you for obedience.

It's almost like he's thinking you or praising you for the good

job, you're doing, okay, but notice what he said, He said the

blessing of the Lord was upon him and upon all that, he had in

the house and in the field, the blessing of the Lord, let's take

a look at the first time that we see the blessing of the Lord.

Let's go back to the twelfth chapter of Genesis Genesis

Genesis 12 · chapter mention

chapter 12. We see this same phrase and the

same definition. All right?

That when God makes a covenant with Abram, Okay, now, notice

this 12:1, he said, and the Lord said unto Abram, get you out of

this country and from your Kindred, and from your father's

house unto a land that I will show you.

Now, notice what he said, I will make of thee, a great nation.

I will bless you and make your name great, and you shall be a

blessing and he tells him. He said, I'll bless bless them

that bless you. Curse them that curse you and in

all the families of the The Earth in, you will be blessed.

All right, so when you see that in there, he said I will make

you. You shall be a blessing.

Now, the question that we have to ask ourselves in our

businesses, Is our way of blessing.

I mean are we are we focused totally on a transaction?

That obviously can bring us money or we focused on being a

blessing to whoever it is that we're trying to work with

whether it's a quote that were given.

All right. Somebody needs a burglar, they

need an outdoor space or whatever.

How can we be a blessing to them and in the format that we're

going to see here in a minute in the format of what?

God promised, Abraham, he said you will be not only am I going

to bless you and you want that because cuz they all come from

the same root and the root of that is the the word where to

put it down here. Barack.

Alright is a brachii is the word blessing.

The word blessed is the word. Barack they come from the same

root and he's saying in there. He said, okay, I'm going to, I'm

going to bless you, I'm going to make you a great nation.

And he said, and then all families are going to be

blessed. I'm going to make you a

blessing. He has made each of us a

blessing in the world, in which Layer in a probe, in the

businesses that we have he has made us to be a blessing.

Now notice remember what he said.

He said Not only, did they get blessed in the house but they

got blessed in the field. Well, what does it field need

with the blessing? Okay, and it's both.

It's your house and your field, which I believe would be your

occupation, your business. Both of those can have the

blessing of God and we want both of those to have the blessing of

God on them. Okay, that everything that we

touch and notice, I mean, when you go back to the account with

Joseph, In there. He tells us that you know, it

was the Lord that made him to prosper, okay.

And I love the fact that it said the potiphar who had many gods

to worship. Okay, noticed that the hand of

the Lord was on Joseph and became convinced because of Y

because everything that he touched it was blessed because

why Joseph came from the Abraham line of the blessing. so,

regardless of where Joseph found himself, he only had one option

and that's to be a blessing wherever he was.

He had the blessing of the Lord, he rose to the top of the house,

all right? As far as in in oversight, but

then gets accused falsely. Goes to prison and Rises to

management in the prison. Why?

Because the blessing of the Lord was on him.

Now look at this jot down, Proverbs chapter 10.

Proverbs 10 · chapter mention

Same Hebrew word, the blessing of the Lord, maketh rich and

adds no sorrow with it. okay, the word sorrow translated in

probably other language, other Bible type Bibles is probably

wearisome toil I didn't look it up, but I'd be willing.

To bet that it is the same Hebrew word.

When God told Adam, cursed is the ground for your sake and in

sorrow. You will you will try to grow

something in it. I believe that's the Hebrew

word. It's a bone.

That's interesting word. All right, but it means toil and

sweat, and it carries the idea of worrisome -.

So, it says the blessing of the Lord maketh rich and Adds no

sorrow with it. In other words, once you get in

the blessing of the Lord, you're worried should stop.

What's there to worry about Jesus, even told us that in the

6th chapter of Matthew. Didn't he said he said why do

you take a thought for what you're going to eat drink and

wear and he said consider the the birds of the air, consider

the lilies of the field he said all these things the Gentiles

run after, why? Because they don't have the

blessing Hey, anytime Jesus are. Any of the, any of the writers

would give you the Gentile. What they were saying is non

Covenant. If you're a gentile, your non

Covenant, all right? And I heard somebody say that

here while back they were talking about that, you know,

oh, somebody was contacting me and and you know, they were

making excuses for different things and said well, you know,

according to the Bible, I'm a gentile.

Okay. According to the Bible you are a

born again, child of God. All right.

Now in Gentile there was a Jew or Gentile.

I mean it was pretty lady. One was a covenant and the other

one wasn't but we're in Covenant so don't be going back to the

comparison of Gentile. You're not a gentile.

All right. You are a covenant son.

Alright now, let's talk for a minute.

When we take a look at that, this is.

And this is another very, very familiar scripture to is

Galatians chapter 3, all right, 13 and 14.

Galatians 3 · chapter mention

Anybody know what it is, offhand.

All right, you will hear in a second you'll remember, okay?

Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law being made a

curse for us for it is written. Cursed, is everyone that hangs

on a tree that The Blessing of Abraham might come on the

Gentiles through Jesus Christ that we might receive the

promise of the spirit through faith.

The real Blessing of Abraham was the ability that he had to talk

to God. That was the real blessing but

he gives us He gives us the example that we all refer to and

we're going to look at it all 14 verses here in a minute but in

there he said The Blessing of Abraham, he didn't get the

promise we got. See prior to Jesus coming and

then sending the Holy Spirit and telling us the holy spirit is

going to be with you, but here's the deal, he's not going to be

with you. He's going to be in you.

That's going to be the difference than anybody else.

In the kingdom of God is ever had.

As a, you have the ability to have his pastor says, As the

third hit third party, the godhead inside of you, if we

only get the revelation of what that means because the Abram was

blessed and he was made a blessing.

All right? Just because he had a

relationship and believe. It said, he believed God and it

was counted to him as right standing.

He didn't have. He did there's no place in

there. That it says, that the spirit

Came Upon him as a priest, a king or a prophet didn't didn't

didn't didn't have that. All right.

But the thing is, is that He did have, he did have on the inside

understanding that, you know as that verse had talked about in

chapter 3, he said that the blessing of Abraham might come

on the Gentiles through through that blessing.

And so when when we take a look at the blessing, what is the

blessing? And and simply put you go over.

I want you to jot down and let's look at it because outlined in

Deuteronomy chapter 28. All right, he says a few things

Deuteronomy 28 · chapter mention

here. That we need to remember.

He said, and it shall come to pass verse 1.

If you will hearken diligently to the voice of the Lord, your

God observed to do all the Commandments, which I command

thee. This day that the Lord thy God

will set the high above all the nations of the earth.

And these blessings shall come on you and overtake you.

If you will hearken to the voice of the Lord, your God, and then

he starts in same. Same Hebrew word.

Okay, in here. And I think it's interesting

because when you talk about Prosperity, all right.

When he says all these We'll come on you and overtake you.

That must mean you're headed somewhere.

He didn't say that the blessings you had to go chase them down.

He said the blessings will come on you and overtake you.

So the thing is, you need to be going somewhere.

You need to be headed our Direction, and that's what your

purpose is about. But notice, as he said, it'll

come to pass, if you will hearken diligently to the voice

of the Lord, your God to observe to do all the Commandments, he

said Harkin, I love it. Harkin is also translated in the

King James Bible as the word obey.

It's not separated his like you here and then obey basically the

same Hebrew word means you harken you here, but then it's

automatically obeyed. Automatically.

And so he's telling them. This is what I need you to do.

When it comes to Desiring to see the blessing you have got to be

obedient to hear what it is. So it goes back to it goes back

to the fact we were talking earlier, right, about spending

time with him to hear him and and disciplining ourselves in

such a way that we can do it without distraction because

that's that's all the devil wants to do is, you know, you

get on your journey at once. To take a tire tool and throw it

right in your way trip you some kind of Roadblock, whatever.

And the thing is, is that it will, if we discipline ourselves

to be able in in the morning, you know, some people say, well,

I'm not a morning person and, you know, and to get up spend

time with God, you know, I do better at night.

You lost the day, you lost your day, all right, you got to start

with him. I mean, I think it was going

around, 80 some on times in the Bible, it talks about seeking

the Lord early. In today, and it makes sense to

me. I mean, you want to spend time

with the Lord in the morning because you got Junk coming,

right? Okay.

All right. Did you ever say that?

Don't say that sit. All right.

Okay. Now notice this, let's look what

it says. All these blessings will come on

you and overtake. You, if you harken now, he said,

blessed, shall you be in the city, blessed?

Shall you be in the field? Alright, the word again,

prosperous the Lord's proud of you, he is talking to you.

He loves to see you. You know, living in In that kind

of blessing. All right, he goes bless, you'll

be in the city. The field.

He said blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the fruit of

your ground, the fruit of your cattle, the increase of your

KINE, the flocks of your sheep. I got no sheep right now.

But I like the fact where he said, you'll be blessed in the

fruit of your body is talking about your children.

All right, they'll be blessed, you know, here while back.

I had somebody that Josh and and Caleb were both ministering

together. In Valdosta.

And and somebody said man, you're the luckiest guy alive to

have two sons like that and I said luck had nothing to do with

it. Okay, I'm blessed because the

word said so he said he'd blessed the fruit of my body.

All right, so he goes in there and he says blessed shall be

your basket in your store. All right.

Your basket in your store, your basket in your store.

I just taught Sunday night talking about the first-fruit

offering. All right.

What was the first fruit offering?

The first fruit offering was that you took a Sheaf, all

right? And the Bible tells us that took

a sheath cut it, put it in a basket.

Take it to the East that is in those days and you said it

before him and you tell him here is the fruit of the first fruits

of my my grounds. And then he said that he takes

it and puts it and brings it before the altar of the Lord.

And then the the person that brought it began to rehearse

their history. I was a Syrian and I got sold

into strut slavery and you know and the Lord brought us out with

a strong arm and mighty wonders and signs.

Deeds, and he just basically went on a, you know, just a

history lesson of what had happened, all right?

And he said, I have come to worship you with this offering

why we've taught it before because we want the Lord

blessing, the rest of them, the, the harvest, okay?

And so in here, he talks about, he said, your black, your

basket, and your Storehouse, some people don't have a

storehouse, whatever Bishop say about that.

He said, you know, he said, Ed payer, you know, and, and comes

from, and some things that I've heard is, you know, you give the

Lord, you're tied, but he said, keep 10%.

If you can for yourself, put it away, all right?

And again, we've taught this before, we don't put it away,

you know, so that we can use it on whatever we're dreaming about

if the Lord says different. All right, you have a store to

be able to remember in Luke 16, where the guy is said, his

ground produced greatly. And then he said, in there, he

said, I what am I gonna do with all this stuff?

And he goes, oh, I know what I'll do.

I'll just build bigger barns, tear down the old barns, build a

bigger barn, and he said, and I'll bestow all my goods.

And then I'll say, eat drink and be merry for.

I have enough to live on and the Lord says, you're a fool.

And then what the last of it said it said.

So is the man that is not rich toward God and we looked at the

You know, that is really says. So, is the man that is not

becoming rich for God? So why do you want to be?

Rich is a question so you can afford all this stuff.

I don't know anybody personally that, you know, all they talk to

me about is the house they want, or the kind of car.

They want to drive. I mean I don't have anybody

hangs around me that that talks that way, you know.

And so I'm thinking, all right, so what do we want to do?

We want to be rich toward God, we want to be rich becoming rich

for God and God says, we can have it right here.

And he said, okay, he said blessed, shall you be when When

you come in blessed, shall you? Be when you go out, all right,

the Lord shall cause thine enemy.

To rise up against you, they would be smitten before your

face. They will come out against you

one way and flee before you 7 the Lord shall command the

blessing upon you in your store houses plural and in all that

you set your hand to and he will bless you in the land which the

Lord thy God has given thee and the Lord shall establish.

You a holy people unto himself as he is sworn in to thee.

If you will, but keep his Commandments and of the Lord thy

God and walk in his ways and all the people of the Earth shall

see. As the same thing pot for Saul

he said that you will see. What are they going to see?

All right, he said that you're called by the name of the Lord

and they'll be afraid of thee. And the Lord shall make you

plenteous in Goods in the fruit of your body, in the fruit of

your cattle, in the fruit of your ground in the land, which

the Lord swore to give swore unto your father's to give you.

He said and he will open to you, his good treasure he'll give

heaven or give rain upon the land and season to bless all the

work of your hand you'll lend. Too Many Nations, you shall not

borrow and the Lord shall make you the head and not the tail

above. Only a not beneath if you will

hearken unto the Commandments of the Lord thy God, which I

command you this day to observe and to do them.

All right. And then he, you know, in the

last part, the last verse, there's verse 14 before he goes

from 15, to 68 is a curses Just simplifying your life.

You only have 14. All right, instead of the the

the opposite of that but he lets us know that all these are part

of the blessing and he lets us know material stuff is in there,

but all he wants from us is our ears and our obedience and

quickly, you know, I, you know, you take a look at, you know,

all the things like, you know, we just got through teaching on

healing and talking about job. And, and those of you that have

been been with me in class, you know, I've taught that for years

and getting an understanding about job that, you know.

God asks, Satan, the question in King James, which I don't think

is, right? He said, have you considered my

servant job numbers and he threw him under the bus?

I don't believe that's true. I believe he was making a

statement. Not a question because in the

Hebrew you can bear it out to say you have been considering my

servant job. Okay, how do we know he had?

Because he said he doesn't serve you for nothing.

You've got a hedge built around him, and he starts detailing.

All these things that he has been considering about job.

He said, you take away his stuff, he will curse you to his

face. So he knew he had a lot of

stuff. And then, the Lord said, well,

behold everything that he has legally is under your power.

Alright, so here we have the first book that we say is

recorded the first book that we have recorded is letting us

know. And see you go through entire

job and not one time. Did job recognize that devil had

done all this. We don't even know if he knew

there was a devil. And so you know, he has all

these This calamity coming and we find out that you know, he'd

been in fear and and he said you know God God gave him a good

recommendation. He said he turns his back on

evil. Well, you can turn your back on

evil but you still can have a hang up.

On something that may not be in line with what God had.

He said he was sacrificing every day for his kids because he was

scared that they were going to do something stupid and curse

God. So my question is, in all of

this, you know, in all of this that you have done to show God

that you are righteous, your upright, you eschew evil as it

says, then what happened to the kids.

What did we not? Raise the kids, did we find

Jesus late in life? You know, I really did.

Did we come to God later in life and then prove the that the

blessings of God were on him? And he and he you know,

continued on and you know, in our Bible reading we're you

know, we're going, we're skipping through everything,

man. I mean, you know, we got job on

one day, Isaiah on another day and I don't know about Isaiah

man. That guy.

I mean, how many that would? How many is that like five

chapters? Of the longest chapters of what

in the world? Are you talking about?

Yeah, I mean just crazy stuff and and so but we look at, you

know, God's influence in there and and and understanding with

even with job, that he was extremely blessed, all right?

But it lets us know that Satan had dominion and could take

things and and could and God couldn't, I mean, God could have

stopped We all think but not legally.

I mean, because Adam and turned it over and they say that job

was around the same time. Same time as Abraham, same time

frame but the deal was I had a student one time asked me.

He said no, I asked the question.

Why didn't God choose if job was all that.

Why didn't God choose to make a covenant?

All right, and it was said, God said about Abram, he said I know

him. That he will command his

children after him. So he knew that he was going to

get it a little further along and think about it.

If you're going to make a great nation out of somebody didn't

have no kids and you promised him a kid to get this whole

thing going. Notice, he only gave him one.

All right. Only gave him one to keep get

this thing off, all off the starting block, right?

But yet, you know, job had seven three girls and what was it five

boys? That was 703.

How's my math for boys three? Was it?

Three girls, three girls and it was seven kids, right Thursday,

10 kids seven and three. I think it's seven and three.

All right but you know all them was goofed up apparently I mean

if job's all scared so we can get started.

Nation with that Bunch, right? And so, you know God did bless

him in the end though. I mean, once he got shut up and

he'll I hope shut up and the other guy shut up and God was

able to say. You know, I ain't happy with

none of this. And he and he told Jody said you

pray for him and I'll forgive them, but he gave him double for

his trouble. We've heard him say that, all

right, and gave him sons and daughters again in the same

fashion. He said there were no girls in

the whole country as Fair as his, you know, next three

daughters. So hopefully he trained them.

And we don't have a sequel job, too.

We don't want no job too. All right.

And but when we take a look at what God promised us through the

blessing, we've got to realize we are all in that blessing.

And the thing that sealed it for us was the death, the burial and

the resurrection of Jesus. That's why Pastor has been

preaching. We are seated with him in

Heavenly places and you know, you think about a king because

I've often meditated on this about you know what a you know,

a king sitting on a throne just looking around, ain't doing

nothing. A king's whole job is to

basically speak into existence. What he wants to see happen in

his kingdom, he has to speak it. And I think it's interesting

because we just read judges one. And a children of Israel asked

the Lord. Should we go up and face this

enemy? And the Lord answered them and

said, yes, go ahead and go up and you will defeat them.

Now, you remember what happened is that Samuel comes along and

they went to Samuel and they trusted in Samuel and Samuel was

kind of the last judge because you had Deborah, you had Samson,

you had Gideon. These were all judges, that

delivered Israel from their enemies and then you get Samuel

in there, and Samuel gets going and they said what?

We want a king like all the other nations.

He said you don't want no King. They didn't need a king.

All they had to do is ask God. Do we need to do this?

And God said, yeah. He said do we need to do this?

Guy said, no. God's King, he absolutely was

but he prophesied. God prophesied in the

seventeenth chapter of Deuteronomy.

He said they're going to want a king long before.

Samuel was even a thought, his mama's mind.

In fact, even before Hannah was a thought her mama's mind.

Okay. She, he told him.

He said they're going to want a king.

So, here's the criteria for the king one.

He has to be a native-born. He has to be a Jew.

Chew the second thing is he cannot amass a bunch of women to

himself as wives three. He can't a massive bunch of

wealth to himself for he can't. And I don't know if I got them

in order for. He can't go down to Egypt to get

horses. He said, do not go that way

again. And then the last thing was,

when he said in his court, he was to rewrite by hand.

The book of the law, which was Deuteronomy those things.

Those things were requirement of a king long before Samuel showed

up, and they start saying, give us a king, give us a king and

remember what God said. He said don't be upset.

He said, they haven't rejected you.

They've rejected me as king. They had him, he's King.

I mean, they asking was the king say and the King said, and then

they were able to follow that and get the results that the

king said, But yet they wanted that Earthly King.

All right, and they got it Saul and Saul had some problems.

He started out great but he didn't, you know, I hope he made

it but there's indication. He may not have.

All right? Just based upon his life.

All right. Same thing.

Then you have, you know, you got David and he said, he is one

after my own heart, but then David had Solomon and I thought

it was kind of weird. Because this was a child born

out of adultery. So that kind of let me know

that, you know, God ain't moved by any of that.

And he made, he made Solomon King but then Solomon, he

started out good. You know what do you want?

He says, I just want to I just want to heart that knows how to

lead your people. Oh well that's great.

He said because you've asked that then I'm going to give you

everything else, right? Well the problem with Solomon He

broke all five rules that God gave explicitly said, went to

Egypt and bought horses. Three hundred wives 700 in

waiting. It's like a whole nation women.

I mean come on man. Alright was wealthier than

anybody else. They tell us and then what was

the other one as far as well? We don't have a record that he

even wrote in that. Could have been the problem.

Okay. Why is that?

Because he said those the wives that he married were strange

women. Okay, and strange means not of

your people and it said, they turned him away to their gods.

The Book of Ecclesiastes is written in that condition.

That's why I don't like that book, all that much.

Okay. Cuz he says, everything is

Vanity. And then toward the end of it,

he starts like getting some sense about him, all right?

But, you know, he's supposed to be the wisest, man, but yet he

failed in the Moments of kingship even though he had some

moments man, remember the story about the two harlots they came

with the one baby? He said, give me a sword.

Cut the baby in half and give them each a half.

And, you know, Mom says, no don't do that.

Give it to the other. One said, that's Mom give it to

her, you know, and everybody at me and he's like the reve, the

nation when he talked about that, and then Queen of Sheba

comes. All right.

From Ethiopia or wherever was she's coming from and she was

without breath at his Still, you know, how wise you was any

wrote, you know, all the Proverbs and he wrote on but the

thing was is that he just didn't get it together and it got

turned aside to other gods. So, you know, the blessing of

the Lord will come on us, but we have to maintain that blessing.

We have to maintain it, it just doesn't come and then we get to

do what we want because again, we are Kings.

We are priests what we say matters, not surprise to me as

excited as everybody else that Pastor decided that he was going

to talk about Rhema. Okay.

The two words in the Greek for the words.

Okay, is Rhema and logos logos basically in its definition

means something spoken, but really Recorded.

Because we're saying stuff all the time and nobody's writing it

down but that's a little gosh. But then he talked about the

Rhema and the Rhema is what I call the hot off, the press

spoken word of God, and what is it usually?

What usually it is is him reminding you of what was said

from his word, that is a Rhema word.

I mean, you know, you, you know, you're trying to figure out and

all of a sudden you remember all the words said that and he

brings it to you. Remember I've had that happen a

lot. Time to turn teaching that, you

know, I'll be on a subject and all of a sudden the scripture, I

hadn't even think about in my notes comes to me.

That was a Rhema. Okay, what else do we need?

Raymond's on, we need hot off the on decision-making.

How to bid how to figure out how to, you know, compete?

How do we? You know, make sure that we're

giving the the best opportunity to get the business.

We want to hear from him. All right.

That's what the tithe helps us do when we tithe.

Alright? What, That helps us do, is it

gives us an edge in the marketplace?

All right, and that we can see people come and and want to do

business with us. Why?

Because we have the blessing of the Lord, and if we're smart

business people, we can go beyond the fact that I can build

you something I can fix your face.

You know, I can fix the water, the sewer in your place, or your

sink, or whatever, or I can raise a bunch of kids and, and

help them kindergarteners, you know, love Jesus.

All right, and those things, but when he tell, he talks to us, he

said we can't, we have something on the inside as Kings, and

Priests and kings, and queens, and, and priestesses all right,

that we have the opportunity to give people life.

I mean, you know, when Melanie and I have opportunity, if we he

said, I will give you the Heathen for your inheritance.

What do you think he's going to do that?

You think is going to be in heaven?

I don't think so. It's got to be here.

So when we do business with people, we know, by all things

said that they're not believers. We leave and we call them into

the kingdom. We say we call them Father, we

claim them for the kingdom and they don't know it yet.

There's some of them I, you know, I just look at him and I

say it's going to be a miracle to get you in, but I still

believe you getting in. I mean, and it doesn't matter.

I mean, we got it, we got our real estate instructor.

We absolutely love him. I mean, he, you know, he's hard.

Okay. And, and we found a few things

that we connect, but we claim him in His wife for the kingdom.

You know, we got we got some neighbors that, we claim them

for the kingdom, come to find out.

We got a neighbor and one day, he stopped and I'm washing the

car or something. He stopped.

Hey, you know what's going on? My name is Eric and I live down

there by your mom and dad and long.

And I said, hey, Eric's nice to meet you finally.

That other than I don't think all of a sudden, arick, shows up

and sitting behind me in church, just recently him and his wife

and a brother or sister in law to one of them, okay?

And they sit behind, they're the ones, you know.

Oh my gosh. You know, she's very vocal.

I mean, and you went around. In are sitting third row, they

sit on the fourth row behind us and you'll hear him.

She'll go preach it pasta, you know?

And I go, you guys are so funny, and, but the funniest thing is

that pastoral drop a bomb on us, you know, or something.

He goes, oh my God, you know, is that there?

And yeah, it's what he said every time.

Oh my God. You know, and, and I'm thinking,

man, I said, I am so glad you're here.

Here and everybody, it just, I mean, just the things that, you

know, Pastor saying and we're used to but, you know, when

you're new, I mean, it's like, oh my God, you know?

I mean where have I been? And and so, you know, when we

take a look, we take a look, remember the?

We are that blessing. He will make you a blessing.

You will have Prosperity. You will have his favor.

You will have the opportunity to share and here's the deal, they

ought to see it on us. You know, one of the things that

Melanie and I when I went to the hospital and I think it's

probably one of my last Stitch surgeries that I had because I

had over 30 and he was one of my last ones I believe in God, you

know? And, and me and the doctor, the

surgeon. He says, he, I go, what was my

creatinine, the last time you did this and and you pull the

stents out? And then, you know, I thought I

was doing good and you call me in for emergency surgery and we

did that. And then my cracking and It

didn't go down and then I had to start dialysis, what was my

creatinine? And he told me it was a five.

I said, well I'm at a 3 now he goes you want to pull one of

them and see what I said. Yeah, I do.

All right, and so we always did a pre-op, you always go in and

talk to the doctors and they wanted, you know, you know,

check your neck size for anesthesia, you know, you're

going to, you know, all this kind of stuff.

And and one of the the physician's assistants that

we've seen her many times and she just looked at it.

She goes. Listen, you two.

She said there is not one doctor or nurse or technician, that has

had you that you've not impacted.

Not one and I said the thing that we see in you that we can't

see. And everybody else is how you

maintained, a great attitude through all of that even when we

knew you were hurting. And so the thing is is that

we're to be a blessing no matter what's going on.

We ought to look for those opportunities to be a blessing.

All right? I mean you know when the doctors

are saying, you know what I mean, we did everything we knew

to do and it didn't work. And then all of a sudden, And

you're cancer-free and they use the word as that's miraculous.

I said, write that on my notes, man.

I need somebody else to see that, so they don't get

squirrely. I mean, because, you know, I

had, I had some challenges with cept Us in my legs and, you

know, it just come on me at different times.

One time, we were in a grocery store, she was in the grocery

store. I was out in the car, all of a

sudden. I just start shaking violently

and I know, you know and first time it Then we were on an

anniversary trip and and and then deal is I got to deal with

every time I go in, I got to deal with young, doctors the and

and the Mayo Clinic is an educational school, okay?

And so you get to deal and all of them think I'm dying.

They matter. Mr. Clay, we've read your charts

and really look at your blood and they let him that I said,

Relax. No, you don't understand like

that. I understand more than anybody

understands, you know? And one time they were, they

were saying, Yeah, we got to get them stance back in there

because you had a little bit of a little bit earlier, you just

going on. I go.

Call the doctor. Well, the doctor came in bye

Miracle, because he was just, he just looks at me and goes, are

you concerned about this? And I said, oh man, you got to

call him off. I said, and his little his

little partner that was with him.

Was the one that was making the phone calls?

We got to set him up for surgery.

We got to get him in there. We got it down, he goes, I said,

man, every time they put me on antibiotics, my creatinine goes

up and everybody wants to start doing surgeries and he goes Not

do any looks at him and he looks at the end, he's a youngster.

Okay. He looks at him he said we're

not doing surgery, he'll be fine.

Hey, you know, and hopefully learn something.

I mean, you know, but I mean it just time and time again.

I mean, nobody has time to read my book.

I mean, I have a book. I know it's about that thick and

they see me come in there. Reading the, you know, all the

vitals and the reading, all the blood work and everything.

This dude's dying, this dude ain't dying.

All right, I'm going to get you laughing if you give me a

minute, all right. We'll get to laughing about

something. And but you know, when you When

he says that, you are blessed, he wants you to know.

Hey listen. He's got you.

I mean, he is the one that it would he say that the and here's

the last thing, when you read that account on Joseph, it says

they noticed that the Lord was with him.

When you talk about prosperity and you're on a journey, that's

who you want traveling with you, amen.

Amen. All right, let's pray.

Father, we thank you, and praise.

You opportunity. Just to remind ourselves of some

things that we truly are the Blessed of the Lord.

Therefore, we have the ability within us because the Holy

Spirit to be a blessing. So father, let us look for those

opportunities to be a blessing to everyone that we come in

contact with everybody in the business World.

Everyone that might need are Services or products.

Father God, I praise you. And I think that we have the

ability to bless them and to show them the kingdom.

Father, we thank you and praise you.

You told us the kingdom is within us.

So therefore what we speak allows Kingdom out.

And so we want to speak life to those around us.

We want to speak healing to those around us.

We want to speak eternal life to those around us.

And father God, that they would come to the saving knowledge of

Christ. But confess him as Lord, as you

have required in your word for it.

Us to continue on in this life into eternity and we want to

give you the. Thanks for it in Jesus name.
