Message podcast from st. Augustine Florida.
-
Now enjoy this message. Look at Judges chapter 3.
Judges 3 chapter mention
-
Remember we just recently read judges 1 through 6, we're going
-
to look at Judges chapter 3. The Lord put this in my spirit
Judges 3 chapter mention
-
this morning and I want to be able to deliver this word to
-
you. Now, these are the Nations which
-
the Lord Left. To test Israel by them.
-
That is all who had not experienced any of the wars of
-
Canaan, only in order that the generations of the sons of
-
Israel might be taught War those who had not experienced it
-
formally. These nations are the five Lords
-
of the Philistines, and all the Canaanites, and all these
-
individuals. And rest of this verse verse 4,
-
they were for testing Israel. To find out to find out to find
-
out what Here to find out. If they would obey the commands
-
of the Lord, which he had commanded their fathers through
-
Moses. All right, now to read that
-
verse all by itself. You understand, you could draw
-
some conclusions. Okay?
-
One conclusion, we could draw and it would stay in keeping
-
with this context. So we're going to put it in
-
context is that at the end of the day you need to have your
-
own faith battles. I was just recently talking with
-
a pastor who is about to transition to become the leader,
-
senior. Pastor of the church, they are
-
an associate and they've been an associate for about two decades.
-
And the senior, pastor is transitioning the church to
-
them. Now, during this transition,
-
there's quite a bit of conversation going on and
-
they're receiving and a lot of transition that's happening
-
right now in our nation because there are Church Planters, these
-
are people who have planted or pioneered, these works are now
-
hearing God to transition to work to someone else in their
-
flock. Whether it be, you know, their
-
own child, a son, or someone else they've raised up, as a
-
spiritual son or daughter, whatever the case may be,
-
they're transitioning the ministry to them.
-
Now how they develop them, and how they themselves, Selves
-
functioned is it exactly the same of what they're handing
-
off. What do I mean by that?
-
I know of two particular specific ones where the senior
-
pastor has paid off all the land, all the building,
-
everything is paid for and they're transitioning to the
-
next one. So this new senior, pastor has
-
everything paid for sounds great.
-
Well, what are you going to leave for?
-
Because the danger of this at this juncture, is that what are
-
we believing for you? Hand off the church to someone
-
who doesn't have to believe but only can maintain And God never
-
called us to live by maintenance.
-
But to live by faith. And now if that new pastor, if
-
the other one stays around, are still connected with the
-
ministry starts to do some crazy stuff.
-
Like, call those things that be not as though they were start
-
jumping into projects that are beyond the account.
-
How's the founding Pastor number one going to respond?
-
Well, I gave it to you. Didn't have any debt.
-
Well, you went through debt and one.
-
I should be able to go through something and win.
-
It, we do a disservice when we try as parents are in business
-
or in Ministry, to make sure everything.
-
So prepared for the Next Generation that they get to come
-
and do nothing. I'm seeing this now, I didn't
-
really have a whole lot on the subject, you know, because I
-
have no plans of transitioning. Now, when I say that, I mean I
-
have no plans. I don't have a plan, can I just
-
be honest with you, I don't have a plan of, you know, in the next
-
10 years. I'm going to be turning this
-
over. I don't have that plan.
-
I only have one plan, follow God and whatever he says, I'm going
-
to do. That's my plan.
-
Okay, retirement is not even thought part of my vocabulary,
-
because I'm going to do this, do whatever.
-
He's calling me to do forever. Until I'm caught up together
-
with him because I'm getting confident that I'm Gonna Change
-
in the moment in the twinkling of an eye.
-
I believe I'm in that generation more than ever, okay?
-
Now if I leave my skin suit, you know, and somebody Bears me so
-
be it, whatever. I'll still be present with the
-
Lord, but I much rather have the in a moment in the twinkling of
-
an eye. And I'm just going to believe,
-
God continue to believe for that.
-
But the point is that I'm not planning to have this big plan
-
that in the next 15 years. I'm going to hand this over to
-
someone because, you know, we got to think like this like
-
corporations. and so there's a lot of this, you know, in the
-
camps that I'm in about transitions, You know what's
-
your transition? What's your plan for the next
-
person? Well, my plan is to do it.
-
Like God wants me to do in my way.
-
May not be your way but I'm not just trying to plan it.
-
And I realize that they are working very diligent.
-
These pioneering pastors to make sure that when they handed over
-
it so good. But I'm like, what are they
-
believing for? Now you're going to have
-
challenges with people. I don't care what Pastor you are
-
the minute you step in people are problems because part,
-
people have problems, now they can overcome.
-
That's no big deal. It's just that you're going to
-
have some conflict with that, but that's not the only life of
-
Faith. Pastors are to live.
-
Pastors are to have influence take territory in a community.
-
And I'm not talking about the stolidly, I'm talking about a
-
pastor, they should have influence in their community,
-
and there should be things that they're living by faith.
-
They're calling those things that be not as though they were
-
something beyond their capacity and capability.
-
And so, I'm concerned that we're getting, these pastors are
-
getting so prepared naturally to hand things off that they maybe
-
quibbling, the next one from being able to live a life of
-
faith and do something especially if they maintain, you
-
know, an Apostolic or some kind of Bishop oversight to where
-
they can still make a decision and then they would come back to
-
all now. We're not going to do that now,
-
you've really hindered the pastor because who's running the
-
church, Are you hearing me? So here we see in judges that,
-
we have a transition happening. That a generation has finally
-
come into the promised land, and they are to take territory.
-
Okay? Now, this generation looks
-
different than the generation who had died out and they died
-
out because why why do they die out?
-
They were disobedient. Stubborn stiff neck, hard of
-
heart is the only reason they didn't get in.
-
It wasn't because God wanted this generation to have
-
something the other one couldn't have It was it because they were
-
disobedient and so they died in the wilderness.
-
But yet, they knew War because they have fought now.
-
This next Generation comes up and they've not they've not
-
really fought any at all until they get into the Promised Land.
-
And now that they are taking possession and Gideon homes,
-
they didn't build any kind of Vineyards, they didn't you know
-
plant. Now they have they have a
-
generation underneath them that by All rights would have nothing
-
to conquer. Are you hearing me?
-
Okay, so then is the Lord leaving these for that alone.
-
No. He's leaving them because of
-
what they didn't do in the first couple of chapters.
-
Are you hearing me, if we go back to Judges, chapter 2 verse
-
1. It says that this way.
-
Now the angel of the Lord came up to Guild guide to this place
-
and he said, I brought you up out of Egypt and led you into
-
the land, which I swore to your father's and said I will never,
-
I will what never break my Covenant with you.
-
And as for you, you shall make what?
-
No, Covenant with the inhabitants of this land.
-
You shall tear down their altars but you have what?
-
You have not obeyed me. What is this?
-
What is this? You have done.
-
Therefore I also say I will not Drive them out before you.
-
But they will become as what thorns in your sides.
-
And their gods will be a snare to you when the angel of the
-
Lord spoke these things to all the sons of Israel.
-
The people lifted up their voices and what and wept.
-
So when we read chapter 3 and we say that the Lord's not doing
-
this to test them, the reason he's having to do this is
-
because they've already failed a test When you fail a test, you
-
get retested, you do not go on. I like some of our Public School
-
Systems in our nation. You don't get to advance to the
-
next grade. You don't get to go past, go,
-
you have to retest and your retest and you may retest your
-
whole life. Until you pass the test.
-
God is not like some of our systems where, you know, they
-
let you go. He's like I've already given you
-
the answer. So you have to do it.
-
If you won't do it, then we're going to sit right here and test
-
you again, amen. So go back to the judges one in
-
judges one, we begin to pick up how this happened.
-
It says, now the Lord was with Judith, the tribes went into the
-
promised land to what take possession, all right, now we're
-
going to talk about Judah and them taking their possession.
-
It says, now, the Lord was with Judah and they took possession
-
of the Hill Country, but they could, what not drive out the
-
inhabitants of the valley because they had what.
-
And when I read that, I thought, well, that's something wrong
-
with that. Which means it cannot be how it
-
reads in English. That they could not drive them
-
out, it must be different. So, in order to help us out,
-
let's go back a little bit and let's look at a few things in
-
numbers. 22 are 26, verse 22. This is after the plague has
-
come. This is later in the life of
-
Israel because at at the beginning of numbers, you get a
-
count of how many are in the tribe of Judah and over 186
-
thousand people just in Judah alone.
-
Okay, just in Judo long but we've had some people die out.
-
I said we've had some people die out.
-
So these are the last numbers we get about tribes in numbers, 26,
-
prior to going into the promised land there.
-
These are the families of Judah, the families now.
-
So these are not individual numbers.
-
These are families of Judah according to those who were
-
numbered of them, how many were there a family's 76530?
-
People, then there was this other family.
-
It's the number and verse 34. The same Chapter says, these are
-
the families I'm and anza's. And those who were numbered of
-
them were fifty two thousand seven hundred.
-
Now, Bonanza is as high as is par is part of the tribe of
-
Joseph. Joseph had two boys.
-
Okay had two boys. Alright jump over to numbers
-
26:37. This is the other half of Joseph
-
tribe. These are the families of the
-
sons of hit this one Ephram according to those who were
-
numbered, there were thirty two thousand, five hundred.
-
So between These two tribes totally we have 83 85 thousand
-
two hundred which is just a few thousand more than the whole
-
tribe of Judah. But here's what you have to
-
remember in Joshua 8:40. It says the sons of Reuben, the
-
sons of Gat and half the tribe of bonanzas return home.
-
Why cause they got an inheritance on the other side of
-
the Jordan? So, half of the tribe of
-
Manasseh, says not even in the Promised Land. so you take this
-
fifty two thousand seven hundred, cut it in half, add it
-
to the other tribe and you have I mean almost you know less You
-
know, excuse about 10,000 less than the whole tribe of Judah.
-
You said know, why is this important?
-
Well, let me bring this to your remembrance, turn over to
-
Joshua, 17 and Joshua 17 when they're going into.
-
Cause a whole book of Joshua was about them.
-
Taking territory right there, taking territory, taking
-
territory. It says in the sons of Joseph,
-
now, this is a half. This is a tribe of Right the
-
tribe of Joseph, these are both of those tribes that says the
-
Hill. Country is not enough for us and
-
all the Canaanites who live in the valley land have Chariots
-
of, what Wright says those who are in these places are in these
-
top, try towns or those in the valley of Jezreel, says, Joshua
-
spoke to the house of Joseph. To both of them.
-
Say now, listen, you are a numerous people Are you hear me
-
and have what great power? You shall?
-
Not only have one lot, you shall not have only one lat.
-
One Lie. Only.
-
But the Hill Country shall be yours for though.
-
It is a forest. You shall clear it and it to its
-
furthest borders shall be yours for.
-
Look at this. Now, you shall drive out the
-
Canaanites even though they have Chariots of my iron and though
-
they are strong. So Judah who has the same
-
Manpower. Says, they could not drive out
-
because they had Chariots of iron when Joshua says, I don't
-
care what the have, you can drive them out.
-
So that tells us that Judah just chose.
-
Not. To drive them out.
-
See, this is the problem with the fight of faith, and I know
-
this all too. Well, I know this all too, well,
-
because we came to this particular location where I
-
fought the good fight of Faith as a pastor, to plant, a church
-
period, to come to a community. That didn't even want me, didn't
-
know, I was here. When I say that want me, I mean,
-
no one was like, hey, we want a church.
-
We have a group of people please come.
-
Okay. I mean, you want to meet, you
-
didn't know it at the time, okay?
-
But I'm just saying I Have a job with a salary.
-
It's amazing. Some pastors today, man.
-
They can't get up move anywhere unless they have a salary.
-
Well I love to come work with you.
-
Can you pay me? Well you're going to be broke
-
then if I'm paying you because if you don't realize, this is
-
supposed to be done unto the Lord, man.
-
All I'll ever be to you as a paycheck.
-
You need to come by faith. So by faith, we showed up and by
-
faith, we raise $1600 a month just to be in a school.
-
Then in three years, we leapt over to another building,
-
believe God for it and that became ten thousand dollars a
-
month. Plus, we had to remodel it plus
-
we had to pay electric. Plus we had to play water.
-
Plus we had to pay. Everybody's toilet paper on
-
board people. You sure did use toilet paper.
-
I didn't know how much toilet paper we used in the school
-
cause they didn't. Let us know.
-
But now I know when I was buying it myself and paper towels, this
-
is why people go to those machines on the walls.
-
I personally still like the paper towels, but with that
-
being said, we jumped in faith, then this opportunity came and
-
we jumped over here, same price of months, just more square
-
footage is still on a building, then we got stuck in two
-
locations but then we got here and all of a sudden the church
-
grew and everything and financially we were cruising But
-
God says, it's time to buy. So, we raise money for five
-
years. Well, you understand, we went
-
from what we were paying a month to a totally different number.
-
We bought them all. Now, I'll be honest with you.
-
We had already conquered st. Augustine by coming in, planting
-
a church and being in a school. Then we went and Conquer some
-
new territory and got settled in one location to set us up tear
-
down. And we were growing and
-
building. Then we came here and we turned
-
this place around and we release them, but we were growing making
-
influence doing all kinds of things.
-
And I could have said, wow, I don't know that.
-
I want to take another piece of territory.
-
Maybe I'll just keep leasing well have the same building
-
anyway. But it takes another level of
-
Faith to go and say, well will conquer that, too.
-
That's a different battle. And so when it came to that
-
time, make no mistake about it. I was going to, the Lord said,
-
my Lord, just talk to me. Tell me again.
-
I just want to hear your voice knowing that I'm going, because,
-
you know what I mean? It's comfortable.
-
But I didn't come to the Earth to be comfortable.
-
I came to the Earth to conquer because that's why you came to
-
the Earth. Jesus didn't come to be
-
comfortable when he came to the Earth, he came to conquer so
-
that you could come. After so that we can live
-
Victorious, until we are present with him and then working with
-
him face-to-face for all eternity, they live.
-
So I did it judah's already, they've already been conquering
-
land, they've been doing certain stuff.
-
In fact, the Lord even said, listen, I can't give you
-
everything in the promised land because if we're out at
-
everybody in a short amount of time, the wild beasts alone with
-
starting to conquer you guys as a nation.
-
So having some of them in the land actually help with the the
-
wild beasts that were out there to help keep that population
-
down. So it doesn't overtake the
-
humans. But God never intended for them
-
to side with them compromise with them, begin to trade with
-
them. And when I say trade, I'm
-
talking merry with them. Pull their gods in.
-
He never intended. So we get to this place in
-
Judges chapter 1 where all of a sudden we're seeing people
Judges 1 chapter mention
-
aren't doing what God called them to do.
-
Look at judges, 1:21 says, but the sons of Benjamin and other
-
tribe did not drive out the Jesuit B who were in Jerusalem.
-
And so what happened? They lived among the sons of
-
Benjamin in Jerusalem to this day, Jude verse 27, but bonanzas
-
did not take possession of these Villages at all.
-
Right? So, the Canaanites persisted in
-
that living, in that land, it came when Israel became strong.
-
What did they do? They end up putting these guys
-
to forced labor but they did not drive them out.
-
Completely, in essence, you know what?
-
It was good that we kept them around because now they weren't
-
for us. Then the other half of Joseph
-
tribe did not drive out the Canaanites that were living in
-
these locations. And then this next tribe verse
-
30 didn't drive out the inhabitants and they made them
-
subject to forced labor verse 31.
-
A sure did not drive out the inhabitants either of all these
-
places, right? And they began to live among
-
them cuz they didn't drive them out.
-
Then in verse 33, another tribe doesn't drive out the
-
inhabitants. They're all here.
-
They're just keeping the morale. Yeah.
-
The Lord said drive them out, drive them out, drive them out
-
verse 34. Then the amorites force, the
-
sons of Dan, Into the Hill Country for they did not allow
-
them to come down to the valley. Yet, the MRIs persistent living
-
in this particular place, but when the power of the House of
-
Joseph grew, they then ended up becoming forced labor.
-
So, they have all these try. Still in a nation that God says,
-
get rid of them. Get rid of them.
-
Now here's the crazy thing. Can we live in a society we live
-
in a world today that everybody thinks they know what's best and
-
then they think they want to take people's calls up but you
-
know God who is the only righteous judge.
-
The only and he knows the hearts of all men, he knows whether a
-
people are going to turn it on and he knows when the sins of
-
the people are at such a place that he will dispossess them.
-
Which means a different people group is going to come and do
-
the Lord's work and move them out.
-
Now, if you're just a human and you see it, you will look at it
-
from a different lens. Treat it, as if they an
-
injustice, has happened treated as if something wrong has taken
-
place. This file is not popular but it
-
doesn't matter because God's taking the planet anyway.
-
And if you don't get it in your mind, that there's only two
-
groups of people on the planet. Those that are outside of God's
-
kingdom, and those that are inside of God's kingdom, those
-
that are outside of God's kingdom of other of every tribe
-
tongue and nation. And those that are in God's
-
kingdom of a are of every tongue.
-
Tribe and Nation, they equal. Ali on the outside.
-
Look the same. But what makes them different?
-
It's what's on the inside? That makes them different, which
-
means, then this inside, believer can identify with
-
someone who's an unbeliever, but I externally, they look alike.
-
Don't want to hear that fine, we find ourselves giving calls this
-
for people and we call ancestry. When we don't even go back, far
-
enough in our ancestry tree. because if you're traveling, go
-
all the way back to a narc. And then once you hit the art,
-
take a right and find yourself in a garden.
-
Because you quibble yourself just stop at a nation.
-
And the enemy will deceived you and thinking you're doing
-
something right. But if we want to talk about
-
people groups done wrong, let me tell you who's done wrong, all
-
of us for all have sinned, well what what color of people have
-
sinned, white people, black people, blue people, green
-
people, purple people, I don't care what color you are.
-
You've all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
-
Amen. Now I if there's one color
-
Dominic globally, guess what? They probably said, more than
-
everybody else. I would agree with that.
-
But at the end of the day, all can be redeemed if they choose
-
to, and God has used a nation of Israel that all were in the same
-
color, some were darker than others but they would go in and
-
Route Nations because of ungodliness.
-
The thing is, is we take calls for people when God's life, you
-
don't understand, I don't want you around.
-
Influence of sin. In that dispensation of the Old
-
Testament, he was like, I don't want it around you.
-
You need to get it out of the cap because there's nothing in
-
your nature that can resist it. Because there's no one in this
-
room or to the sound of my voice.
-
It's going to stand before our holy God one day and say you did
-
those people wrong. I'm going to be there on that
-
day. I said I'm going to be there on
-
that day. I'm gonna be watching from
-
behind the banister because I will have gone through the great
-
white or the Judgment seat of Christ.
-
I'll be watching the great white Throne judgment and when they
-
bring that argument up, I'll be glad when the Lord says really,
-
let me show you the sin. Of that Nation.
-
You want to talk to me about righteousness?
-
No, you were defending the devil, you were defending their
-
practices, you are glorifying in their practices and you put
-
yourself up as God over me. As God over me.
-
The church should be the most unified organization on the
-
planet. and it will never be organized if we don't get real
-
about our conversation biblically speaking and get rid
-
of our carnality because if you don't start driving out race in
-
your theology and actually pull on Grace, Then you're always
-
going to look like man and respond.
-
Like man, who looks at the outward appearance.
-
Hallelujah. Are you hearing me?
-
So, we have a challenge here, we have an issue that these
-
individuals are not driving out those that were there.
-
In essence, they just lived with it.
-
Now here's the thing, I'm going to show you the type and Shadow.
-
I understand this is old Covenant, we live in a New
-
Covenant so houses applicable today, the Lord's going to let
-
you know first and foremost. God says this is my Covenant
-
Nation. These are my people, they are
-
wholly separated from the world. In fact he told Moses and I
-
listen if these people are just obey what I say, I'll make them
-
the head and not the tail. They'll be above and not
-
beneath, whatever they put their hand to is going to prosper.
-
I mean, everything in the The realm of Agriculture is going to
-
be blessed multiplied, even the fruit of their womb, I mean all
-
the other nations of the world are going to say.
-
My gosh, who is your god? That you are so blessed that you
-
have dis that this is happening with you.
-
That it would have been a sign to the world that all their
-
idolatry. All their made-up, fake
-
gold-laced, silver covered Idols were nothing compared to God
-
Almighty, that's all he needed. Was the nation to do this. but
-
instead, the Covenant people came in and began to hold an
-
idle Begin to say well, you know, we going to make it, you
-
know, this is going to be our monster, celebrate your nation.
-
Your traditions. So we're going to do, we're
-
going to celebrate you while the Lord's up there saying, what is
-
going on? And here's the thing about God,
-
he told Abraham, it's like you got to read your Bible.
-
So I, he told Abraham, he said, Abraham, he took him showed him
-
the land, that all these people are possessive.
-
He says he all this you see there's people here, right?
-
He said, I'll listen Your people going to go to Egypt and then
-
they're going to get in slavery, but I'm going to deliver them at
-
400 years. And then I'm gonna bring it back
-
to this land. This is going to become.
-
There's why? Because the sins of the amorites
-
have not come to its fullness which means all the time.
-
He's like, you can turn, you can change and be different or
-
you're not. Okay?
-
Because this, my Earth. This is my territory.
-
You don't actually own this and what you're doing on this
-
property. I'm not going to have it anymore
-
and I'm gonna bring a people in here that will you know, that
-
plan has not changed from God. He put a man in the earth called
-
Adam. Gave him a help me call deeds,
-
and they were to keep the environment of the earth to only
-
glorify God that no sin will be a part of it.
-
You know what, God's going to keep that.
-
Because in the end he's going to burn it all off.
-
They'll be a new Heaven and a new Earth and on the new Earth.
-
Is going to be the kings of the king, which means no sin of
-
being the planet. Why?
-
Cause he's like, it's my Earth. And I'm not going to have people
-
on the planet that are going to be ungodly, unrighteous that are
-
going to be living for themselves, worshiping things
-
other than me, I will eradicate all of them.
-
Although I've made provision for all of them to get in my family,
-
but if they resist and they're stubborn and stiff neck, love
-
will cast them into Into the Lake of Fire and they will be
-
there forever, but all that will remain is the righteous.
-
And the whole planet will be populated with us.
-
I said, the whole planet will be populated God during his
-
tribulation is. Let them know.
-
I'm laying a foundation for dispossession.
-
I'm kicking everyone out. That's not a part of my kingdom.
-
Because the Bible is about a king, his kingdom.
-
In his role offspring, God's original intent was never to
-
colonize. His intent was just to make
-
everything righteous and perfect.
-
But a being fell from heaven and then a man fell in the garden.
-
And God, then how to start a re colonization program to bring
-
righteousness. Yeah, that's not a popular word
-
today and you understand when man's involved without God, it's
-
not good because man's evil but when God's involved with man is
-
righteous This is gonna go over. Well that's great.
-
Remember the Lord had me this in my dream so receive it or not,
-
that's fine. Amen.
-
How does this apply today? Revelations 15.
-
And from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness.
-
The firstborn of the Dead, the ruler of the kings of the earth
-
to him, who loves us and released us from our sins, how
-
by his blood, you know, you've been bought with a price, you
-
know, God said, let us make man in our image, according to our
-
likeness, in Genesis chapter 2, said he formed man of the Dust
Genesis 2 chapter mention
-
of the property. That's land.
-
Breathe into his nostrils, the Breath of Life, all of you, the
-
Bible calls you an Earthly tent. We were never designed to go
-
back to dust but because Adam fell we had to go back and us.
-
So when Jesus purchase you, he actually purchased a piece of
-
property. A piece of property that he
-
doesn't want send to be on that's why he evicted your old
-
spirits. That's why he came in and says
-
with the Holy Ghost, you've got to go, you're dead, you who are
-
dead in your trespasses and sin. You're out of here.
-
I'm putting a new creature in Christ in this suit and I'm
-
moving the Holy Ghost in with it.
-
Hallelujah. That's no different than God
-
bringing the Israelites across the Jordan River into the
-
promised land. Conquering Jericho concrete AI.
-
Conquering town, after town, after Town Hall.
-
Covenant people that says these are my people and this is the
-
land that I swore to them. It's their property.
-
And the rest of you, you've got to go You've got to go because
-
your unrighteous. Let me tell you how righteous
-
God is. But you think man?
-
God, so wrong, is he wrong? Because once some spies went out
-
into Jericho, they come to a harlots house.
-
And she was an inhabitant. Sal righteous God is, and he,
-
she shows up. She says, guys, we've heard
-
about y'all, What you did, what God did with you all through
-
Egypt which means the testimony of God's power has already hit
-
the Promised Land. What could have happened is what
-
did happen with Rahab. Because when Rahab found them,
-
she says, listen. I know you're taking it.
-
Can I just be with you guys? I want to follow.
-
Your God, your God is the god. They said, well because you've
-
been good with us. if you'll put this Scarlet, you know,
-
handkerchief outside your window when we come whoever's in your
-
house will spare and Rahab one or family and those were the
-
inhabitants. But why weren't they destroyed?
-
Because they repented, which tells us the Revelation Rahab.
-
Had the whole Promised Land could have had and they all
-
could have went to the Jordan crossed over and says, Israel.
-
We know about your God and we know what he's did through you
-
to Egypt. Come on in.
-
We want to worship your God. But they didn't.
-
Rahab did not have some special treatment.
-
Then the rest of them, she'd received Revelation and
-
repented. And if those all those Nations,
-
they dispossess would have repented, then God would not
-
have had to over throw them. But the Lord bald us, he drove
-
out that spirit that was dead. Whose Daddy was the devil that
-
kept us in bondage. Come on.
-
Are you hearing what I'm saying? He bought and paid for us with a
-
price but once we get born again and we now are in Covenant with
-
God in his Spirit Bears witness with our spirit that we are
-
children of God, then we get baptized in the spirit if you'll
-
go that far and allow God to baptize you with his Spirit,
-
where you'll speaking evidence with evidence of an unknown
-
tongue, you would receive the power.
-
Power of God. Now, there's nothing that you
-
can't conquer nothing. You are now more than a
-
conqueror because you are in Christ, you're alive to God.
-
God lives in you and his power as upon you.
-
So, when this take place, the Lord says, now that I have
-
possessed the land, is your job to drive out the flesh.
-
You got to drive it out. You cannot be toying with Leche.
-
That's why Galatians 2:20 says, I've been crucified with Christ
-
and it is no longer I who live but Christ lives in me and the
-
life, which I Live. Now, in the flesh, meaning in
-
this skin suit, I live how by faith.
-
I follow the word of God. Whatever God says, I do, I live
-
by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself up for
-
me. So if you do not drive out the
-
flesh, it will become a thorn in your life.
-
God has empowered you made you a covenant child, a new creature
-
in Christ, in dues you with power which means now you have
-
the capacity To drive the flesh out of your mind, out of your
-
behavior out of your emotions, out of your thinking, out of
-
your action. You have the power.
-
God has given it to you now, you've got to go conquer.
-
If you do not drive out the flesh, you will fall victim to
-
this cycle. Defeat Victory, defeat Victory,
-
defeat all, we can say, this, oppression, Deliverance,
-
oppression, Deliverance. This is what that believer.
-
Looks like glory to God. Oh my God, it's so hard.
-
I'll go through so much. It's just so horrible.
-
I mean, everything's coming against me.
-
It's so hard. Would you pray for me?
-
Oh please. Oh my God, Victory.
-
Oh God. So good.
-
Oh my God. So horrible.
-
Roller coaster, Christian. Some Monday's that come to work
-
all excited. Some monies that come to work
-
like this because Sunday has real no effect on them.
-
See. If you don't drive out the
-
flesh, you will only develop a victim mentality because his, we
-
keep reading the judges. You get into four five and six.
-
You begin to realize because they would not obey God and will
-
not drive them out. They decided I've had enough
-
Faith victories. I'm not doing any more.
-
God's not done with you yet. Every year, he going to touch
-
something in your life. Say, drive that out.
-
Now, drive that out. Now, drive that out.
-
Now, drive that at some of y'all have been hanging out with
-
something, you should have drove out 10 years ago.
-
You've been playing around with it thinking, it don't affect,
-
you know, it affects you. It affects you.
-
It affects she kills. It affects your grandkids.
-
It affects your great grandkids, because you keep playing with
-
the flesh. Instead of driving it out.
-
And here's the thing, you can't. So, the sum of your Christian
-
existence is just about oh woe is me.
-
But God oh, I was broke. I was beat down.
-
I was no good luck y'all. And there's a wine in the but
-
God, no one. But God can.
-
But God does and he's done it. But man, I live more in the woe
-
is me than I do on the Hallelujah.
-
Just another term before the devil shows up.
-
Again, the only reason devil shows up because you keep a door
-
open. You got a back door.
-
To your land and open border. We could say you let him in
-
through your flesh because you won't drive it far from you.
-
You won't drive it. Far from you.
-
We've got to crucify the flesh. Crucify.
-
The flesh daily. The Bible says, crucify, your
-
flesh. Daily.
-
No, you're not coming back on this property.
-
No, you're not coming back now, I'm in Covenant with God.
-
You have no right here. You have no voice here.
-
You have no influence here. Not gonna do it because the
-
judges had to rise up because God had compassion, but he had
-
to wait for someone to cry out. All the while what are they
-
doing? If they will just obey me, we
-
can get out of this cycle. Well, go ahead and look at your
-
neighbor and say just obey. Now, some of y'all needed to
-
hear that. Like really hear that because
-
when you look at the other one, so some of y'all married your
-
life. I hope my spouse heard it.
-
But you should be listening because if you thought I hope my
-
wife hears that then you're the one who really needs to hear
-
that. Like, really need to hear that.
-
Just need obey. And you'll get out of the cycle.
-
See, the only reason why a person is in a cycle.
-
It's because they don't drive out the Flesh and they're in
-
disobedience. Anytime you yield to the flesh,
-
you start to yield to Disobedience.
-
You are yielding to Disobedience.
-
Look at Galatians chapter 5, verse 16 and 17 says this, but I
-
walk by the spirit. But I say walk by the spirit.
-
Now if you do this, this is conditional without an if But I
-
say walk by the spirit and you will not carry out the desires
-
of the flesh for the flesh sets is desire.
-
What against the spirit? And that's not a little s.
-
That's the big ass. That's the Holy Ghost.
-
The flesh comes in and says, you're not gonna die.
-
It's okay. If you do this.
-
Mine are attacking your people. Well, have you defined your
-
people correctly because Jesus defines your people.
-
I said Jesus to find your people.
-
He said, who is my mother? My brothers and sisters and
-
there was no qualification on color.
-
Our nation. He says, it's those who do the
-
will of my father. That's who my family is.
-
That's who my people is for the flesh sets, its desire, against
-
the spirit and the spirit, what against the flesh for they.
-
These are in opposition to one another so that you may may not
-
do the things that you please, in essence, the Lord's like I'm
-
gonna deliver them, make them a climate change, their Spirits
-
can be totally different brand, new only I can do that.
-
Then I'm going to put myself in now we going to colabor together
-
and they with me can drive out. I leave it there.
-
I leave it there so that they know how to fight.
-
You'll never have a faith battle outside your home.
-
If you can't win the face by a total within your mind, it's
-
amazing how many people want to get Faith projects.
-
And they can't even beat this. Can't keep that down.
-
Can't Crush their flesh. Can't overcome it.
-
Are you hearing me? Now again you could blow it.
-
Bible says a righteous man may fall seven times but he what get
-
up. Get up, he's get back up and
-
righteousness and abhorred W. Unrighteous the problem is, is
-
we don't act like the flesh is a big deal.
-
Well, you know what, I'm gonna make it serve me.
-
Well, you make your flesh served you.
-
Then you'll get the atmosphere to stay around you and
-
eventually courts you right back in.
-
You can't treat the flesh. Like it's something you can have
-
Hangout. That it's okay to be around you
-
and on your property. This is what the Lord knew about
-
the inhabitant. Listen, they will not repent.
-
Everyone is separated from me. Their hearts I have been for
-
hundreds of years I told your Covenant God Abraham hundreds of
-
years trying to get these people to change, but I got one woman
-
with her family. because the guys that showed up and deceive
-
Joshua, just wanted to spare their lives, they didn't want to
-
change their thinking or their behavior of their God, They came
-
with a sad story and this is how we get duped all the time.
-
Can we live by sight? Instead of my fat Faith?
-
They come and give us the sad story.
-
Oh look, here's, you know, our food.
-
It was brand-new out of him when we were coming.
-
Look at our clothes on tour, we have brand-new stuff on.
-
We showed, you know, I look at our Weiss all out, need the
-
neighbors. They just want to cross the
-
street. But because he didn't go to the
-
Lord and say, who in the world? Are these people, because you
-
said Drive, everybody out, and where are they from?
-
Because then they even had a little insight.
-
But again, because they weren't born of God.
-
They're like, how do we know you not like in the land, we
-
supposed to? Well, nah, look at our, here's
-
our evidence. And because the church is so
-
malnourished in the word. So he literate concerning
-
scripture is easy for the world through flesh to get money out
-
of your pocket. Church can't do this, but the
-
world can show you the sad stories of what's going on.
-
You'll all we got to help them. Maybe the Lord has been helping
-
them for hundreds of years and now they're just getting they're
-
reaping what they sold. I don't look at the world
-
through the lens of the news. I asked the Lord.
-
So what's going on in Turkey? Well, we have in earthquakes.
-
What I've been doing? Some going on there.
-
God hates it. When people die.
-
Don't like it at all. But people die.
-
And many died because their disobedient.
-
So, there's a lot of kids, a lot of innocent people get caught up
-
in people who are ungodly, that's what's sad.
-
Is it, if those, the devil's going after you Generations,
-
Let's look at this in the passion translation.
-
It says it this way, it says as you yield freely and fully to
-
the dynamic life and power of the Holy Spirit, you will
-
abandon the Cravings of yourself life for yourself life crazy,
-
the things that offend the Holy Spirit I mean here we're not
-
want to offend people, but the Holy Ghost gets offended all the
-
time. Pastors are getting up in
-
pulpits preaching. All kind of feel good stuff but
-
we don't want to offend anyone. Don't want to tell them they're
-
in sin, so they might not run, you know, well gosh hate for him
-
to run and hate God because I called out their sin.
-
By the Holy Ghost is like, say this, I'm truth and only truth
-
can set them free and you're withholding it.
-
So what can set them? Free can't even set them free
-
because we're too concerned about how their flesh is going
-
to respond. Says yourself life.
-
Craves the things that offend the Holy Spirit and hinder him
-
from Living. What free within you then say it
-
keeps the Holy Ghost out. It just says it.
-
Hinders him from Living free, you can't live to your full
-
potential when you allow flesh to continue to hang out at your
-
borders. And you're not driving it out.
-
Drive it out. Looking at us.
-
That is horrible. That is against God.
-
This is ungodly. I'm not doing that.
-
I'm not acting. I'm not going to think that way.
-
I'm not going to respond that way.
-
I'm driving you out. And we drive them out the same
-
way. Israel drives them out is your
-
drove them out with a physical sword.
-
We drive it out with a spiritual sword, called the word of God.
-
No, it is written in. This is how I'm going to
-
respond, and I'm not going to respond your way.
-
So flesh, you're dead to me. I said your dad to me, it goes
-
on and says this and the holy spirit's intense Cravings hinder
-
yourself old self life from dominating you.
-
So then the two incompatible and conflicting forces within you
-
are yourself life of the Flesh and the new creation life of the
-
spirit. So we're in a world where not up
-
but God gave us conquering capacity, he said go ahead and
-
take Dominion just go ahead and take Dominion.
-
Everywhere you go take to me in first First, Take Dominion with
-
yourself, conquer yourself first, because when you conquer
-
yourself first, then there's nothing.
-
You can't conquer. Because God called us to
-
conquer. Romans 13:14 says, but put on
-
the Lord, Jesus Christ, put on the supreme authority, Jesus,
-
who is the king and make no provision.
-
Make no fervent me how a little maybe on Saturday night, you can
-
once a month. You can entertain it a little
-
make no provision for the Flesh. In regards to its lust.
-
Not going to do it. I'm not going to do it.
-
I'm not going to do it. I'm not gonna do it.
-
You gotta get a tenacity in, you that will conquer this thing.
-
I'm not going to let the flesh when I'm a battle, it every day.
-
But every day it will bow, it will be defeated.
-
It will be dominated. It will not be a part of my
-
life. I will drive it out, I'll drive
-
it out. And by the end of the day, I'll
-
be like if you even I show up tomorrow and I know you're going
-
to try, but the same things coming.
-
I'm gonna route you, I'm gonna beat you.
-
I'm gonna conquer you. I'm gonna overcome you, you'll
-
never stop me. You'll never defeat me.
-
You'll never have another day of my life.
-
Another thought process to me. I've cast it out.
-
I'll kick it down. I'll bust your teeth out.
-
You have no Authority here because I'm the child of the
-
king. I've been redeemed, I've been
-
bought with a price, this is Kings property right here.
-
This is Kings property. And the only reason why this
-
nation would never fully conquer the promised land and it will
-
require crazy, but it will require Jesus in his second
-
showing up. To take care of the land.
-
His first showing up was to give the Gentiles other, all the
-
other nations, the opportunity to get in.
-
And then to have his nature. Whoo, glory to God.
-
Amen. Where we could go ahead and
-
evict the old self out. You're out, you're gone, you're
-
dead, you're out of here. You're not a part of me.
-
No more. Amen.
-
And we live a free life Heaven life on the earth.
-
Even though sins around. We dominate how awesome is that
-
then he pulls us up for Tom, pours out his wrath, on the
-
earth says it's coming. I'm going to take everyone out
-
at a planet. That is not righteous.
-
You might want to side with my party, you might want to get in
-
my family. Then he'll show back up.
-
Put his foot down. Move into Jerusalem and he will
-
clean it up and then he'll start cleaning up the planet for a
-
thousand years. He'll begin to rule the whole
-
world and show, this is how it is.
-
This is your last dispensation to get in on this great deal.
-
Whoo, and when it's all said and done, there will be a new Heaven
-
and a new Earth. The New Jerusalem is going to
-
come down out of Heaven. Oh man, it's going to come to
-
the Earth and God the father is coming to the Earth.
-
You know, we're not going to live with God in heaven.
-
Well, God's coming here. You can go to heaven, but I plan
-
to be with the Lord and he's going to sit up his camp in
-
Jerusalem. With Jesus, the Lamb of God, the
-
king of kings, and then, he'll disperse us over the planet.
-
And we will only do his bidding. We will still be in obedience to
-
him, and it will only, it will be heaven on Earth as he always
-
intended with a group of people that only obey his voice.
-
Because in obeying his voice means you love him and
-
Wednesday. I will show you that you do not
-
want to miss it. Okay.
-
Romans 8:31 says this. What then shall we say to these
-
things if God is for us? Who can be against us?
-
So your flesh. How can it be against us when
-
God has for us? Jump down to verse 37?
-
Yet in all these things I'm going to break this verse down
-
on Wednesday yet in all these things, we are more than not
-
victims, I'm not a victim. I'm not a victim.
-
I'm a I have been victimized but I'm not a victim.
-
There was a time I was victimized, but once I became
-
the son of a king, I threw off victim and became Victor.
-
And I only see myself as a champion because that's how God
-
sees me. He only sees me as a champion,
-
he sees me only as more than a conqueror means, I can't lose a
-
battle when I'm with the Lord and if God's for me.
-
And I know he's for me, as long as I'm being led by a Spirits
-
because as long as I'm being led by a spirit, I'm not the filling
-
the lust of the flesh, which is hindering the movement of the
-
holy ghost in my life. Hallelujah.
-
God said that this is the year of the decree, some of you need
-
to look in the mirror and say I decree I concur useless daily
-
Not another day. Are you going to win for me?
-
So me and let me tell you what some of your flat come.
-
When I say flesh, you understand, we talked about
-
flesh. You know we tend to think you
-
know on the side of sin Darkness wrong things, you know, slime
-
cheating, you know, gossiping you know, stuff like that.
-
But let me go up to the to the dark side that looks like light
-
because the day ancient the devil will come as an angel of
-
as an angel of Light. But yet, he's darkness and
-
there's no light in No. Well, that's the religious.
-
Some of you haven't conquered your flesh because you're
-
religious with the word. Because you've spout the word
-
Without Love. And you try to hold people in
-
bondage to the word Without Love.
-
So, you need to say, I've conquered a flesh of being
-
religious. I'm going to be a doer of the
-
word. I'm going to be a doer of the
-
word. I'm going to let it change and
-
transform my thinking. Hallelujah.
-
Second Corinthians 2:14 says, but thanks be to God and I, we
-
could almost run me. The only thing that keeps you in
-
your seats, your flesh. But thanks be to God.
-
Who, always, who? What?
-
Who always? Who what leads us now?
-
That doesn't mean he does it. He leads us, which means he's
-
gone ahead. And we are to fight if he's
-
leading, then we must if he's leading, we must so he can be
-
out front. But unless we're following, we
-
won't have the victory. He has because there's a lot of
-
people who are in covenants, but they're not following God's on
-
how to defeat their flesh and he's already got the victory,
-
he's already caused the Triumph but we're not following it.
-
He's like don't talk to her like that.
-
At. And he's already led us.
-
And then we entertaining the flesh back here.
-
Yeah, but you know what? She just said to me.
-
Surely you going to let me defend myself?
-
Because the flesh is saying you should defend yourself.
-
Don't you put up with that? And the Lord's I want.
-
You just follow me out here to Victory.
-
I'll just follow me out here to Victory.
-
And you've got to choose to go. I said you've got to choose to
-
go, you've got to choose to go who always leads us, which means
-
there's no time ever. That you will not have a Pathway
-
to Victory, which means, there's always presented to every
-
believer, the pathway to an undefeated life.
-
Who always leads us in Triumph in Christ in Christ.
-
Victory only comes in the game. First Corinthians 5:17, the
-
passion says that this way says, but we thank God for giving us
-
the victory as conquerors through our lord, Jesus, the
-
anointed one, So what Israel didn't do is Israel didn't obey,
-
he says, go in. Get rid of everybody, get them
-
all out. I've done, I'm not asking you to
-
go into something. I have been dealing with this,
-
since since they started showing up on this property After the
-
flood. Can we just be real?
-
Since this thing started getting populated.
-
After the flood, I've been looking at every people group,
-
every nation. And during this sensation, I've
-
been letting myself known enough that they could turn and change.
-
So, I've been looking over this whole piece of property for
-
quite some time. I cut Covenant with a guy named
-
Abram told him, this was going to be our land because I might
-
have to show the world. What the nation is supposed to
-
look like through a group of people because I got a seed
-
coming. I have a seed coming.
-
And I've been looking for property and all these people do
-
is pollute, my land, they polluted with sin, they polluted
-
with the blood of children, babies.
-
They polluted with her debauchery.
-
They polluted with their sexual immorality.
-
They're polluting it constantly. My Invisible attributes called
-
nature, is enough to let them know I'm n'gaa.
-
Then, I've sent Messengers, ain't listening.
-
I mean who went over to Jericho when Israel came out of Egypt
-
who went It didn't have to be from the nation of Israel, it
-
had to be some eyewitness. Could have been somebody from
-
each other, man? I saw Pharaoh died with the
-
army, guys. I was there.
-
I was, you know what, I heard they're coming for y'all.
-
They're coming, they're coming for you.
-
Let me just tell you what they did us.
-
And that was enough for Rahab to say, I want that God, I want
-
their God and she came into the house Covenant family.
-
Come into the Covenant Nation. Got married to a person that
-
eventually was in the bloodline of Jesus.
-
A prostitute from Jericho is in the family tree of Jesus Christ.
-
The Messiah, don't talk to me about Gia God.
-
A just when he started dispossess The land.
-
He let one of them get into family tree with Jesus.
-
Wow. So you know, these people or in
-
a place of Lord says y'all gone. And he's the one who created the
-
people. Ain't nobody in the world
-
created another person, because even when you give birth, you
-
didn't do that app. Was designed by God.
-
So when God says, this isn't good for my people, he means
-
that and when he says the flesh isn't good for my people.
-
Why are you playing with? Why are you watching it?
-
Why are you entertaining? Today.
-
Many churches will not assemble. Because of a game tonight.
-
It's a form of worship. I'm not saying you can't watch
-
the game. I'm just saying when you shut
-
down Church, Because, you know, most people are going to only be
-
thinking about this game. Well, then you've allowed the
-
inhabitants of the land. This is why I didn't shut down
-
on Christmas. They supposed to be our day,
-
anyway. Well, we need family time.
-
I thought this was your family. I thought you had a family of
-
God. Because Santa ain't got Jack on
-
Jesus. He's an idol.
-
Anyway, I said he's an idol anyway, but we keep toying with
-
him. We keep telling our kids about
-
him every year. About what he's going to do for
-
them. No, we don't want to hear this
-
because we want our tradition of the land.
-
We don't want to offend When those I drive that stuff out.
-
I'm the one who died on the cross.
-
I'm the one that brings the presents.
-
I'm the one who provided. I'm the one that brought
-
everything. You just go ahead and tell him
-
the truth that you love them that you want to bless them that
-
you are providing for them and it came from me, Jesus.
-
Not some fat guy. Okay, fine.
-
Amen. Until we get real with things
-
that maintain Holiness in our lives.
-
Then you'll want to wonder why you keep getting conquered.
-
The nation. The Lord says I said I never
-
Break this government, but you've made a different cup.
-
So the Bible says in judges, the Lord just took a step back.
-
Says you love that way of living more than me have it?
-
You love that leadership, more than me, take it.
-
And when they got it, it was oppressive.
-
And then they started remembering the former days.
-
Then they cry out. The Lord says, I won't break my
-
Covenant. I just need somebody who will do
-
the work for me, so then he always found a judge.
-
Just as I believe God, I hear you Lord.
-
I'll do it. I will obey and then he
-
delivered when they were at peace as long as the person was
-
alive. But the minute they died they
-
were back to their flesh. fell victim again probably ninety
-
percent could be more than that are believers live victim
-
mentality. Their whole Christian existence
-
while in the planet because they don't know who they are in
-
Christ and they won't crucify their flesh.
-
They won't grow spiritually. I'll close with this verse first
-
John 4:4. You are from God.
-
And let's just get that relation you are from God.
-
Show me one time that Jesus Christ the son of God ever caved
-
to the flesh. Show me one time.
-
He was tempting all all the council, which means the flesh
-
was talking. But he conquered every Tom.
-
The concrete was not Que Sera, Sera.
-
Concrete was a lots of prayer. Yeah.
-
A life of knowing the word, Jesus knew the word.
-
He studied. When he said it is written as
-
not because it just came up, it was written because he read it.
-
He was a studier. of all that had been written in the law and
-
from the prophets, Now he did have spiritual Insight, I get
-
that he had the Holy Ghost, but he would recount things worth
-
forward. That had been pinned.
-
Because he would not let the flesh dominate him.
-
The flesh dominating, he's tainted.
-
Well he can't be tainted and now we're in Christ and you no
-
longer have to be tainted. You are from God little children
-
and have not will not, will have not, will have not, will have
-
not, will have not, will have, which means, before the flesh,
-
even starts talking, you're already seated in the position
-
of victory. You're on the throne of Triumph.
-
You're already there and have overcome them.
-
You are from God and have overcome them.
-
You are from God and have overcome, you are from God and
-
have overcome them. Why?
-
Because greater is he, who is in you than he, who is in the
-
world. He's greater, so you're a
-
greater. You're a conqueror.
-
The flesh must lie. Drop the flesh out.
-
I heard God say this morning. He said it requires a judge.
-
It requires someone who's already listening.
-
Who's sensitive to the voice of God.
-
That when people are in the cycle, they can deliver them.
-
And today, if you believe Pastor, I'm just going to be
-
honest, I'm in a cycle. I'm believe I'm in a cycle.
-
I believe I'm in a cycle. I have not driven it out.
-
Well, today, there's a deliverer and the deliverer is here for
-
one purpose, to drive it out. Just like the other delivers did
-
and then you take your stand from this moment on.
-
I'll never let it cross my territory again.
