  1. Thanks for checking out the anchor Faith.

  2. Message podcast from st. Augustine, Florida.

  3. Now enjoy this message. Hallelujah.

  4. He is good and his Mercy endures for how long say it again.

  5. Forever. Aren't you thankful?

  6. Hallelujah. Glory to God.

  7. Well, last week we talked about the love of God, Amen.

  8. How about how many of you been applying though?

  9. That love all week long. Amen.

  10. Hallelujah. Well, we actually read out of

  11. James chapter 2, right? well, we read out of a lot, but

    James 2 chapter mention

  12. I'm trying to find my scripture from last week, but the main

  13. text that we started with was James chapter 2 verse 8 And it

    James 2:8

  14. said this, if you really fulfill the Royal law.

  15. According to scripture, you shall love your neighbor as

  16. yourself and you do well, amen. The Royal law, which actually

  17. means the law of the Kingdom. The kingdom, law.

  18. Its Royal amen. Hallelujah.

  19. Because we're royalty. A men were royalty and so we

  20. started out of that text and Looked at so many scriptures

  21. concerning the love of God and how the love of God was always

  22. connected to one another because his love was not just about us,

  23. but in every context of every scripture that we talked about

  24. last week, it always made reference to his love and loving

  25. one another amen. And and so I feel that that's

  26. very important. It that we recognize that this

  27. love that we have was not just for us or about us only.

  28. It was also about us making sure that we're demonstrating his

  29. love to others. Amen.

  30. And especially to Brothers and Sisters in Christ, right?

  31. And so, it's very important, you know, I said last week, I said I

  32. crack myself up when I get up here.

  33. And Minister, you know, Pastor he's saying when he's always fun

  34. and exciting and has all these wonderful stories.

  35. But really, when I get up to minister, like the Holy Ghost

  36. just brings to my remembrance things that I have not thought

  37. about in all my life like, you know.

  38. So that's why I say I crack myself up because I'm like, oh

  39. yeah, that did happen, you know, because it's just so Buddy, how

  40. he will bring up scenarios or situations in my life that I

  41. never really even thought about and you know getting into fights

  42. you never want to think about again the rest of your life you

  43. know. So anyway he's good and he'll

  44. use whatever he needs to demonstrate right or to

  45. communicate things. And so anyway, so we'll see what

  46. he has to say tonight. It's like what's gonna pop out

  47. tonight? Right?

  48. Hallelujah. But so, I do want to finish in

  49. going in the vein of love, and talking about the love of God

  50. because we made it. So, so real last week concerning

  51. us and the love that we have and that we should have for one

  52. another. And so you know the question is

  53. well how then do we? Love one another.

  54. How do we what does Scripture say and how we are to

  55. demonstrate this love to others and to other believers, you

  56. know, the scripture tells us what we ought to do and how we

  57. ought to do it, right? So there's nothing, no scenario,

  58. no circumstance, anything from from the beginning of time until

  59. we're all this thing is, All over in eternity.

  60. That there is not an answer for in scripture.

  61. If he tells us that we are to do something and we recognize that

  62. he commanded us to love that, it wasn't a choice and it's not an

  63. option. Then he's going to let us know

  64. through scripture how we can actually apply this to our

  65. everyday life. Right?

  66. How we can actually Walk This Love out every day in our life.

  67. Fry according to scripture. And I want to say this as we

  68. said last week as a reminder that the love of God that we're

  69. talking about is a gossip. A this is the Greek word agape

  70. love. And we talked about the fact

  71. that we would not ever be able to walk out the god Kind of Love

  72. without him in our lives, right? Because once we get born again,

  73. the love of God Romans 5:5 says, has been now Ow poured out in

    Romans 5:5

  74. our hearts or shed abroad in our hearts.

  75. And I like to call that the first fruit that showed up in

  76. your life is love, right? The first fruit right is love.

  77. And so we we talked about Galatians 5 last week at the end

  78. of the message, concerning the fruits of the spirit and love

  79. was the first one. He mentions love, peace

  80. patience, kindness. Goodness gentleness right

  81. self-control. All of these things are then now

  82. fruits in our life that we have the responsibility to keep

  83. growing and producing in our life.

  84. I love what brother Hagin said, love is always the way to

  85. Victory. Love is always the way to

  86. Victory and, you know, Galatians also said that Faith worketh by

  87. love. So if we are not motivated by

  88. the love of God, in all that we do then, guess what's going to

  89. be hindered? Our faith.

  90. So we know First Corinthians 13 says, you know, you can have

  91. faith to move mountains. But not.

  92. And we'll read that in a little bit so we have to recognize that

  93. our love walk in. This is why brother Hagin says

  94. that is this the way to Victory because outside of the love of

  95. God, nothing else is going to work to its fullness or operate

  96. in the Kingdom properly in our life.

  97. So we can come to church until you know Kingdom.

  98. Come all day long. Come to church go.

  99. Through the Motions. But if we have a problem with

  100. love, then nothing's going to work in our life.

  101. And so, we said this to that pastors book on the forest and

  102. the way he demonstrates the kingdom of God, is that the

  103. forest bed is nothing, but love. So every subject that we teach

  104. on, on the kingdom of God is growing up out of love in the

  105. Kingdom, right? Everything.

  106. So healing it's going to operate through.

  107. Love Faith. It's Going to operate through

  108. love confession, it's going to operate anything that God's

  109. promise says that we can obtain in this life, as a Believer.

  110. It's all going to be obtained. Making sure that the motivation

  111. and the core in the root of everything that's going on is

  112. motivated by love. Right?

  113. It's the root of Love. Okay, and it's so important that

  114. we recognize that because love has to be the driving force.

  115. We said this in all that we do, why do we serve God?

  116. Because we loving he loved us but now that he loved us, we

  117. love him. So this is why we serve right?

  118. You know you might question whether or not you truly love

  119. him if you don't even serve him in any capacity, Right.

  120. So it's very important that we look at these things and you

  121. know, examine our hearts because, you know, to see all

  122. that God wants to do in our lives where and even as the day

  123. draws near and all the things that we see going on in the

  124. world, we are going to have to take a position of love.

  125. Period. We're going to have to take a

  126. position of Love, okay? Meaning everything that we say,

  127. everything that we do, we need to ask ourselves.

  128. What is motivating the words that are coming out of my mouth,

  129. what is motivating the action, that's getting ready to happen

  130. in my life, okay? First Corinthians I want to

  131. start here. First Corinthians, So the first

  132. point that I want to recognize is that again, love, must be the

  133. motive and everything that we do in the Kingdom.

  134. So First Corinthians 16:14, says this, let everything you do be

    1 Corinthians 16:14

  135. done in love. This wasn't my opinion.

  136. Scripture literally says it. Let everything you do is that

  137. just everything you do. When you come through the church

  138. building know everything, you do everything you do in every

  139. sphere that you are a participant in if you're

  140. married, if you're single, if you go to work, if you are a

  141. student in school, right? If you're a nurse, if you're a

  142. doctor, if you're whatever you do, let everything you do be

  143. done in love. The Amplified says this true.

  144. Love to God and man as inspired by God's love, right for us.

  145. So what's your motivation and what's your inspiration and why

  146. you do what you do every day in whatever you're doing?

  147. Whatever you're doing, okay? Colossians 3:17 says this and

    Colossians 3:17

  148. whatever you do, no matter what it is, in word or deed.

  149. So he's letting us know. Now the word that's coming out

  150. of our mouths and the Deeds that we are doing, do everything in

  151. the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ and Independence upon his

  152. person, giving praise to God the Father through him a Amen.

  153. So in whatever we do in word and deed, we are to do it through

  154. the Lord Jesus Christ. As again, I said we cannot love

  155. the way God loves separated from his love We can't do it.

  156. We can't love properly. So we must know his love,

  157. understand his love. And the way we do that is to we

  158. talked about last week, we must be people that meditate on his

  159. word abide in his word, right outside of it.

  160. We're not going to do anything. We're going to listen to the

  161. world's opinions about how we ought to love somebody.

  162. Or whatever the case may be. Okay, well if you can have it

  163. recognized by now, the world has no clue.

  164. I'm on it does not take a you know scholar rochard science.

  165. Thank you. To recognize the world, has no

  166. clue how to love. Okay.

  167. Or what love is. And so we cannot take our cues

  168. from anything they say. Okay first Peter 1:22 says this

    1 Peter 1:22

  169. since by your obedience to the truth, through the Holy Spirit,

  170. you have purified your hearts for the sincere affection of the

  171. Brethren. See that you love one?

  172. Another fervently here it is here's again motive from a pure

  173. heart. From a pure heart.

  174. So again we must recognize that if we are going to apply the

  175. love of God, the way that he desires for us to do it, then

  176. that has to be with a purity of heart concerning his love,

  177. right? And that has to be the motive

  178. and everything that we are doing throughout the day and

  179. throughout the week throughout every the rest today.

  180. Observer your life, right? A pure heart.

  181. What does that mean? A pure heart means.

  182. There's no selfish motive in it. His heart has no selfishness in

  183. it. No manipulation in it.

  184. No control in it. Come on.

  185. No selfishness, no manipulation. No, you know, controlling

  186. Spirit. No, it's pure.

  187. It's pure. And the only way we're going to

  188. see the purity of Love is if we abide in his love, right?

  189. And recognize how his love functions and operates, okay,

  190. Colossians 3:12 Through 14. I want to say this.

    Colossians 3:12–14

  191. God is not going to help you love somebody.

  192. He's not going to help you, you know, so don't pray.

  193. Oh, please help me love this person.

  194. I mean he's not going to help you.

  195. Why do I say that? Because he's already put hit the

  196. helper on the inside. He's already put helping you.

  197. He's already put love in you. And now Colossians lets us know

  198. in chapter 3 verses 12 through 14 that we have to do something.

  199. He says now close yourself. Put your Clubs closed on it.

  200. One translation says, put it On this one, says closed yourself.

  201. Put your love jacket on, right? Put your love clothes on.

  202. I like to say, pull up your big boy pants or big girl pants.

  203. Because remember, we talked about last week, that walking

  204. and his love will have to do with someone who has been

  205. perfected or maturing. Maturing in the love of God,

  206. allowing the fruit of love to constantly be growing within

  207. your life. We should be able to love people

  208. more today than we ever loved them.

  209. Come on today, my word, if we could just get love, right, what

  210. we could be doing, Instead of sitting in church for 10 years

  211. and you still you know, would just you know slander.

  212. Somebody gossip about somebody want to slap somebody's face.

  213. Want to talk about people, what have we been doing?

  214. You know, when we went to Bible School, one of our instructors,

  215. I believe it was Doug Jones. He let us know that.

  216. Really a person who gets born again.

  217. Gets filled with the Holy Ghost and has set up underneath the

  218. undefiled, preaching of God's word ought to have grown and

  219. matured in three to five years. And three to five years yet,

  220. we've got people that's been here with us over 10 15 years

  221. and still act in a full. Yeah.

  222. Right. What is this saying?

  223. You have not applied the principles.

  224. You've not abided in his word. You've not allowed forgiveness

  225. to be a part of your life. Every day you've not done the

  226. word, you've heard what you need to do and maybe you do a little

  227. sprinkle of it. Listen, this is fully mershon.

  228. This is not a Catholic church. We don't sprinkle Cole anything

  229. around here. We fully immerse you in the

  230. power of the Living God. To be able to grow up and to be

  231. able to mature in the things of God, to be able to walk in

  232. Victory. Come on every day, every season,

  233. anything that comes up, you're able to walk in love.

  234. You're able to apply it to your life.

  235. Hallelujah. Wow.

  236. Glory to God. So he says you better put your

  237. love clothes on On we don't have the option to not walk in love.

  238. Not act like you're walking in love, but to actually walk in

  239. love, not act like it. Not fake it.

  240. No, actually do it, right? So he says close yourself.

  241. Therefore as God's Own chosen ones, his own picked

  242. Representatives who are purified and holy and well beloved by God

  243. himself, by putting on Behavior marked by tender-hearted pity

  244. and mercy kind of feeling a lowly opinion of yourself,

  245. gentle ways and patience which is 2 tireless and long-suffering

  246. and has the power to endure. Whatever comes with a good

  247. Tipper, be gentle and for bearing with one another and F

  248. is. And if one has a difference, a

  249. grievance, a complaint against another readily pardoning each

  250. other? Pardon one, another.

  251. Even as the Lord has freely forgiven you.

  252. So must you also forgive and above all these, what are you to

  253. do? Put on love enfold yourselves

  254. with the bond of perfectness, which binds everything together

  255. completely and I deal Harmony. The scripture lets us know how

  256. we are to love one another. He lets us know how we're too

  257. close ourselves in the love of God.

  258. He lets us know that it's our responsibility.

  259. I've given you the fruit now. You produce it.

  260. You close yourself in it. You put it on in whatever

  261. circumstance Comes Your Way. Say all right, I've got the love

  262. of God. I know this.

  263. I know that. I know what they're saying.

  264. I know what they've done, but I've got love, but I've got love

  265. right? And I'm going to put it on and

  266. I'm gonna pardon their mess. I'm going to Pardon it.

  267. Hallelujah. That don't mean, I'm going to be

  268. their best friend. That don't mean.

  269. I'm even going to engage with them, but that is going to be

  270. pardoned. And if I ever speak to him

  271. again, I'll have no ought in my heart because he actually tells

  272. us in Mark 11:23 through 25 that if we have any ought against

    Mark 11:23–25

  273. anyone, anyone, we ought to go the them before.

  274. We even think we're going to come up to this Altar and pray

  275. and ask him for anything. He lets us know how we are to

  276. walk in love and it's not natural.

  277. It don't come natural but it will come naturally

  278. Supernatural. But you got to be tapped into

  279. the supernatural. Hallelujah.

  280. So the next thing we recognize is that obviously our motive has

  281. to be pure. We have to be the ones

  282. responsible to clothe ourselves everyday and the love of God.

  283. But you see here and that last statement that was made in verse

  284. 14. It said this and above all of

  285. these put on love enfold yourselves.

  286. You know, when I hear the word enfold, I'm thinking of baking.

  287. You know how you it tells you to fold this in?

  288. Right and fold yourself. So this is the picture that I

  289. got with baking with certain items your to fold it in.

  290. You're not mixing it in, right? You're not taking a blender and

  291. did it at it. Uh, no, you're taking that spoon

  292. or that spatula and you're slowly just folding it in.

  293. Just fold it in and letting it take its time to wear what then

  294. it's all mixed in gently and evenly, right?

  295. It's gentle. It's even everything's perfect.

  296. Why is this? Because when we fold in love,

  297. this is a process. It's a slower process.

  298. Is what I'm saying. We not just going to get the

  299. mixer and the beaters, and just put a little and be done.

  300. In three seconds, right? And we're not going to get the

  301. Whisk and be done. No, Finn folding is a process.

  302. A process of allowing love to just wrap itself within you and

  303. whatever situation or circumstances you're going in,

  304. you're just going to slowly let the process happen and work it

  305. in and work it in those areas in your heart that you're dealing

  306. with. You see what I'm saying?

  307. But then, if you go on further, it says which binds everything

  308. together. So this infolding.

  309. What is it saying? It's a bond of perfection,

  310. right? And it's binding.

  311. Everything together completely in ideal Harmony because I'm

  312. going to tell you what God wants Harmony among his people.

  313. He does not want Strife. He does not want division.

  314. He does not want God. He doesn't want any that of

  315. that. Among his people.

  316. He wants Harmony. What is another word?

  317. We use? Unity.

  318. Unity. He wants Unity among the body of

  319. Christ. Among the Church of God.

  320. He wants unity. And not only that he wants.

  321. This is the second Point, unity and Reconciliation.

  322. Must be. Part of the motivation of why we

  323. are walking in love that we are going to guard, the body of

  324. Christ. We are going to bring unity and

  325. Harmony and Reconciliation among the body of Christ.

  326. It is a shame when people try to tear down other people in the

  327. body of Christ, It's terrible. Terrible.

  328. It's a terrible thing. He said he actually hates those

  329. that Bring what Discord? Because he wants unity and

  330. harmony. He doesn't want Discord some.

  331. He hates it. Okay, what does that mean to

  332. bring to have a motive to bring unity and Reconciliation?

  333. In the body of Christ. Another way we want to say it is

  334. we should be protecting and guarding the body of Christ.

  335. I don't ever want to bring disdain upon the body of Christ.

  336. I don't ever want to be somebody that would rip down the body of

  337. Christ. When I hear things that are said

  338. on Facebook and Instagram about churches or other pastors, I

  339. mean I don't care if they were the the most messed up Pastor on

  340. the face of the planet. You have no right to make a

  341. comment concerning. In him as a True Believer.

  342. Because you are causing Discord in the body of Christ.

  343. I would want to love and protect.

  344. Does it mean I agree with? Does it mean that he was right?

  345. But I would never slander a person or even give my opinion

  346. or talk to anyone in a public forum to bring Discord to the

  347. body of Christ or to bring slander among the body of

  348. Christ. There's enough mess going on

  349. without the people that are Supposed to be Christians.

  350. Even ministers that fight one another and and and talk about

  351. one another. I mean, there's a whole

  352. situation I could talk about right here around our own, you

  353. know, Sphere not going to say where, but it's a huge Ministry

  354. that you know, that something happened.

  355. And instead of just letting it play out, it's like they have to

  356. get up and defend themselves and, you know, all these other

  357. things, you know what, you don't have to defend your character,

  358. God will avenge because it brings dis more damage to the

  359. body of Christ. When they see all of this

  360. publicly unfolding and this back and forth.

  361. Fourth row, the board did me wrong, so I'm going to go and

  362. I'm going to pick up and do it and do it all on everything and

  363. show all the legal paperwork. And for everybody to read, you

  364. don't have to vindicate yourself, no matter what has

  365. happened, because that is bringing more damage to the body

  366. of Christ than anything else. You're not covering, you're not

  367. protecting, no matter what happens, our motive should be.

  368. I'm going Protect the body of Christ at all cost.

  369. Right. It's so important that we

  370. recognize that, that he hates that he hates Discord.

  371. And, and to say anything publicly about another member in

  372. the body of Christ, no matter who they are, publicly is wrong

  373. because you're not covering and you're not protecting, and have

  374. of us, have no clue what's really going on and it's just an

  375. opinion. Right?

  376. So this should be our motive that we are going to protect.

  377. We're going to cover at all costs and let God render what

  378. needs to be rendered. Right?

  379. Ephesians 4:2 through 3 says, this living as becomes you with

    Ephesians 4:2–3

  380. complete lowliness of Mind, humility and meekness,

  381. unselfishness gentleness, mildness with patience bearing

  382. with one another and making. This is because you love one,

  383. another be eager and strive earnestly to guard, and keep the

  384. Harmony and Oneness of, and produced by the spirit and

  385. binding, the power of peace. So we ought to be guarding and

  386. protecting right? One another.

  387. And that should be the thing that drives Us in whatever it is

  388. that we encounter. How can I make sure that I'm

  389. going to bring Unity to this situation reconciliation to this

  390. road situation? And it's not my business to let

  391. anybody else know what's going on?

  392. Right? Because love is going to cover.

  393. It's going to protect that. Don't mean as again that I agree

  394. or disagree, it just means no, it's nobody else's business

  395. because what happens is if, if reconciliation comes forgiveness

  396. is applied and now we all go on with our life, but if you go

  397. around talking to people about it, you've sewn a bad sour.

  398. Our seed of something. About somebody and you may have

  399. forgiven them. God may have forgiven them but

  400. now that seed is sown into somebody else and they may not

  401. be able to forgive them so you've actually became a

  402. stumbling block to someone else because now they're stumbling

  403. over what they found out about somebody because you didn't love

  404. you didn't guard and you didn't protect The unity of the harmony

  405. of Oneness by the spirit because he goes on to talk about.

  406. We are one, we are the body of Christ, we are all a part of

  407. him, we are all one. We are all jointed and fitted

  408. together as the body of Christ. That's where he says.

  409. If one hurts you ought to hurt so you shouldn't be going around

  410. talking to everybody about this person hurting Right.

  411. But why? Because we feel of one another.

  412. We are of God, we are one, we are one body.

  413. We Are One spirit in the body of Christ, and we ought to guard

  414. that Philippians 2:58, says this Philip and complete my Joy by

  415. living in Harmony and being of the same mind here.

  416. It is the same mind. What is that?

  417. The mind of Christ. How he thinks?

  418. And he thinks unity, and he thinks Harmony So, being of the

  419. same mind one purpose, having the same love.

  420. This is not the way you define, how you are to Love by the by

  421. God. No, this is defined by his love

  422. and how he says, through scripture, we are to love and

  423. what we ought to do, right? So, one purpose, having the

  424. same, love being in full Accord and of one harmonious.

  425. Mind and intention, you see that?

  426. And then he goes on to say, do nothing from factual motives

  427. through contentiousness, Strife, selfishness, or for unworthy

  428. ends or prompted by conceit and empty arrogance.

  429. Instead in the true Spirit of humility, lowliness of Mind, Let

  430. each regard the other as better than and Superior to himself.

  431. Thinking more highly of your of one another than you do of

  432. yourselves. So we ought to think more

  433. importantly, about how this is going to affect the other person

  434. than my own self meaning. I don't care what they say, it

  435. doesn't give me a right to go out and just Because I care more

  436. about them than what they're demonstrating.

  437. They care about me at the moment because if their motive was

  438. truly God's love. It was of a pure heart, then

  439. they would have the same mind as him.

  440. But it's obvious that they don't because of the things they say,

  441. you see what I'm saying? So, it's very important that we

  442. recognize that. And that goes back to the

  443. scripture do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

  444. It now goes right back to that if you don't want your business

  445. thrown out there for everybody then guess what?

  446. See so what we know that's the principle of sowing and reaping

  447. Right. First, Peter 4 and 8, says this

  448. above, all things have intense and unfailing love for one

  449. another. I ought to be so intense, in an

  450. unfailing love towards one another wow, it's not have an

  451. intense unfailing, love towards him.

  452. But how about an intense and unfailing love towards you?

  453. And you and you and you and one another right, not towards him

  454. but towards one another for love covers, a multitude of sin

  455. forgives disregards, the offenses of others.

  456. Now let me say this. Love covers a multitude of sin.

  457. Love can only be applied if repentance happens.

  458. This is not a cop-out. Well, they did this to me and

  459. now there's no accountability for beaten me as, you know, say

  460. a husband beat a wife. Well, love covers a multitude of

  461. sin so I forgive him. So he can just keep on beating

  462. me know, because love can only be applied if forgiveness has

  463. been released and repentance. Repentance.

  464. Right. So, it's not a cop-out, it's not

  465. a cover-up. We don't sweep things under the

  466. rug, so to speak. We don't just sweep it under the

  467. rug and act like it didn't happen.

  468. No, love his love covers. Through repentance.

  469. Amen. Hallelujah.

  470. So it forgives it. Lets the offenses go right after

  471. there's been repentance. Proverbs 10 verse 12, hatred,

    Proverbs 10:12

  472. stirs up contentions, but love covers all transgressions, see

  473. that? So, we're here to make sure that

  474. we are motivated to at all times.

  475. X. Apply the love of God.

  476. I always like to say this, that bracelet, what would Jesus do?

  477. We need to be saying, what would love do?

  478. Which we know he is love but what would love do in every

  479. situation? Right?

  480. What would he do? So this is so important because

  481. I believe that for us to walk in the fullness of what God needs

  482. to do in these last days. Is that people are going to see

  483. a purity of God's love like never before.

  484. They're going to have to see because you can see the

  485. counterfeit of love and what love is being talked about today

  486. which is unconditional. It doesn't matter what you do,

  487. who you love, you know, who you can be, whoever you want to be

  488. all of those things. And so the counterfeit of that

  489. is they've got to see pure love and where are they going to see

  490. it? Among the brethren.

  491. Among the Brethren true love the love of God.

  492. What are we saying? John 13:35 says this.

    John 13:35

  493. I'm reading this one out of the New Living Translation.

  494. It says your love for one. Another will prove to the world

  495. that you are my disciples. Your love for one.

  496. Another is going to prove to the world that you're truly my

  497. disciples. So they've got to see the

  498. unadulterated the pure love of God, the agape love of God,

  499. flowing and operating among the Brethren among disciples so that

  500. we can be the counterfeit to what's being spoken today.

  501. We need to see the proof is in the pudding.

  502. And the bottom line is, you can see the result of Love, Actually

  503. working, and flowing, and operating and people's lives,

  504. and they need to see it. They need to see it.

  505. Demonstrated. All right, let me read verse 34,

  506. through 35 of John 13. It says a new commandment.

  507. I give to you that you love one. Another as I have loved you that

  508. you also love one another. By this all will know that you

  509. are my disciples. If you have love for one another

  510. Amen. Not how much you come to church

  511. and say you love God. Pastor said that, right?

  512. It's not, you know how much you serve in the children's ministry

  513. yet, you talk about the other person serving Right.

  514. Come on. SO in talking about the love of

  515. God, the next point is, is that the word Love and as we see it

  516. through scripture and I want to read 1st Corinthians 13.

  517. Now, let me find that one First Corinthians 13. 1 through 8,

  518. says this, if I speak with tongues of men and of angels,

  519. but do not have love. I have become a noisy gong or a

  520. clanging cymbal. You're just making a lot of

  521. noise and it's very obvious. Very obvious, a clanging noisy

  522. gong is very obvious. It's not in harmony with the

  523. rest of the band, so to speak. Right.

  524. It's very obvious so you can tell.

  525. And it says this in verse 2, if I have the gift of Prophecy and

  526. I know all Mysteries and all knowledge and if I have all

  527. Faith so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am

  528. nothing. If I give all my possessions to

  529. feed the poro, I'm feeding those poor down at dining, with

  530. dignity all the time. But yet coming in, you know, act

  531. in a full every other time. No.

  532. If I Surrender my body to be burned but do not have love it.

  533. Profits me. Nothing love is patient.

  534. Love is kind, this is what love looks like and operates how it

  535. operates in an individual's life.

  536. Love is patient. Love is kind, it's not jealous.

  537. It's not jealous. Most of the time.

  538. One of the, you know, prevalent things in people's lives is they

  539. just are jealous. Of somebody else's even walk in

  540. Christ. Come on.

  541. Because they're actually winning and they're actually having

  542. victory in their life and then they get jealous and they just

  543. want to tear that person down to make them look better in

  544. themselves. Right, so he said it does not

  545. brag, it's not arrogant does not act Unbecoming.

  546. It does not seek its own, which is meaning.

  547. It's not about me, I'm not being selfish here, it's not provoked.

  548. It means you don't provoke someone to not walk in love or

  549. to not bring Unity or to not bring reconciliation.

  550. You don't provoke them. You should be bringing peace in.

  551. The situation does not take into account of suffered wrong.

  552. This is the big one. This is the big one.

  553. Do you know what they've done to me?

  554. Do you know how many times they've done this?

  555. Well, Seventy Times Seven is what I hear.

  556. The scripture says Right. Does not rejoice in

  557. unrighteousness. But rejoices with the truth

  558. Bears, all things believes all things, hopes all things,

  559. endures, all things, Love, Never Fails.

  560. Hallelujah, love never fails. His love will never fail.

  561. When you choose to apply it to your life, because that's why

  562. another reason brother Hagin said love is The way to Victory

  563. because you can never fail when you apply his love in.

  564. Every situation, you will have Victory.

  565. You will have victory in that situation when you choose to

  566. apply the love of God, according to wet, the way he says, it is

  567. to be applied to your life, and to others.

  568. Amen. So it's very important that we

  569. recognize and looking at love. I've said this love is Verb.

  570. There used to be old. Was it?

  571. DC Talk? Or I've said this before Audio

  572. Adrenaline one of them. Love is a verb.

  573. Love Is A Verb. It is an action word.

  574. So there is always action behind you operating and love and

  575. working love in your life. Is there is action behind it.

  576. It's not just talking about oh I love them but there's no action

  577. behind it. Anything God does, he always

  578. follows through with it? There's always action behind

  579. love first. John 3:14 says this.

    1 John 3:14

  580. It says, we know that we have passed from Death to life

  581. because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother

  582. abides in death, whoever hates his brother is a murderer and

  583. know that no murderer has eternal life abiding.

  584. In him by this. We know love Because he laid

  585. down his life for us and we also ought to what lay down our lives

  586. for our Brethren. And I said this last week as we

  587. were quoting, the scripture that that means, we're going too

  588. late. We're going to sacrifice the way

  589. we feel. In the situation.

  590. We're going to sacrifice how it feels to us.

  591. What they've done to us. We're going to sacrifice it on

  592. love on the altar of love. I'm going to sacrifice it right

  593. there. I'm going to lay it down and I'm

  594. going to pick up his love and say yeah they did this to me but

  595. the love of God is going to let me now what forgive them?

  596. Do whatever I need to do in the situation to promote Unity

  597. Harmony and be the bond of peace.

  598. No matter what happened. So we're going to sacrifice the

  599. way I feel because God's love is not selfish.

  600. It is self less. It's not about us. but how many

  601. people still, you know what they did to me, they don't Everybody

  602. has a story. And really, that's victim.

  603. Mentality. You're still a victim and not a

  604. Victor. So he says this nobody's, I'm

  605. not getting a happy story. Maybe we'll laugh before it's

  606. over. It says, and we also ought to

  607. lay down our lives for over other verse 17.

  608. But whoever has this world's goods and see his brother in

  609. need and shuts up his heart from him.

  610. How does the love of God abide in him?

  611. Verse 18, my little children, let us not love in word, this is

  612. a ghave. The word agape love in word or

  613. in tongue, but in deed and Truth.

  614. With action in deed and Truth. Why is that?

  615. What is the word say? Is the action that needs to take

  616. place for this situation and he said, he said, don't just love

  617. in word or in just saying, but in deed and Truth, Okay.

  618. And by this, we know that we are of the truth.

  619. Oh By what, by the deed. We know that we're in the truth

  620. because we're actually going to do what we know the word says to

  621. do. So we're applying truth to our

  622. life and shall assure our hearts before him.

  623. For if our hearts do not condemn us, God is greater than our

  624. heart and knows all things beloved.

  625. If our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence towards

  626. God and whatever. We ask, we receive from him

  627. because we keep his Commandments and do the things that are

  628. pleasing in his sight. So when we don't walk in love,

  629. we are not pleasing to the father.

  630. We are not pleasing to him. I don't care what song you sing

  631. that says, you're he's out your all.

  632. He's always pleased with you. And that he's never against you.

  633. Actually he says he's against the proud in noose to Testament

  634. and the proud is, those who want to do it their way instead of

  635. God's way, he resists the proud. so, verse 23.

  636. It says, and this is his Commandment that we should

  637. believe on the name of the son of Jesus Christ and love one

  638. another, as he gave us a commandment, now, he who keeps

  639. his Commandments abides in him, and he in him.

  640. And by this, we know that he abides, in Us by the spirit,

  641. whom he has given us. Amen.

  642. So this has to be applied in, not just word, but in action and

  643. deeds, second John. 1536 says this and now I beg you lady,

  644. lady lady who don't know how to pronounce her name.

  645. Not as if I were issuing a new charge injection or command but

  646. simply recalling to your mind, the one we have had from the

  647. beginning that we love one another.

  648. This is all, I'm doing is simply recalling to you.

  649. His scripture actually says love looks like and how we are to

  650. apply it to our life. It says the one who you heard

  651. from the beginning that we love one another and what this love

  652. consists in is this that we live and walk in accordance with and

  653. are Guided by his Commandments, his orders, his ordinances, his

  654. precepts and teaching this is the Commandment as you have

  655. heard from the The beginning that you continue to walk in

  656. love, Guided by it, and following it.

  657. One translation says pursuing it, we should be pursuing.

  658. Love along this journey being motivated, only to be a

  659. demonstration of truly how to apply the love of God in our

  660. lives, in our situations, in our circumstances that are coming up

  661. every day. But the only way that's going to

  662. happen is by the spirit and the word That's a body than the word

  663. and us being led by the spirit. Amen.

  664. And us not just talking about it hearing it but actually doing it

  665. actually doing it actually applying the love of God, Amen.

  666. Now let's look at what Luke the New Testament shows us.

  667. Concerning a situation here that he says, what love looks like.

  668. Luke chapter 6 and I'm going to read basically just for

    Luke 6 chapter mention

  669. scriptures but it's going to be in contacts from verses. 27 to

  670. 35. Okay.

  671. So Luke 6:27 says this but I say to you who hear love your

    Luke 6:27

  672. enemies and do good to those who hate you Love your enemies and

  673. do good to those who hate you. See what I'm saying.

  674. It doesn't just come natural. That's not our first natural

  675. response, but this is how the kingdom operates.

  676. This is the Royal law, amen. This is how we are to love.

  677. We are to love our enemies and do good to those who hate us.

  678. There have been many people that have done us wrong and one way

  679. we do good to them is send them. Some, some money.

  680. Because Money Talks. Doesn't it Money Talks?

  681. Just do to them. Right.

  682. Did you want to in the natural? No.

  683. But do you do it? Yes, as the Holy Spirit leads

  684. and guides you. Right, somebody might do you

  685. wrong, what about your neighbor that called called you in from

  686. your HOA, about your whatever, you know, your grass, being one

  687. inch above the normal protocol, or whatever?

  688. And you know that neighbor, you know who it is.

  689. And you want to go over there and say, what's your problem?

  690. But instead go bake some cookies and take it to him.

  691. Being nice goes a long way. Be nice goes a long way, no

  692. matter what they do to, you just being nice, I'm just not going

  693. to let them get up underneath my skin, right?

  694. Just be nice. Just go do something the

  695. unexpectedly go over there and ask them.

  696. Hey, I know you called into the HOA about my grass.

  697. So I'm out here. Mowing my grass.

  698. Can I borrow yours too? Right.

  699. Boy, that really get them. Hallelujah.

  700. Just being nice. Just thought I would do unto my

  701. neighbor as I'm due unto myself right Loop 632.

  702. If you love those who love you, this is the point if you love

  703. those who love you and tell you how awesome you are, and you

  704. can't ever take a Critic. Woo.

  705. You got problems. Big ones.

  706. You're a people pleaser and you need their attention and

  707. affirmation. So if you love those who love

  708. you, what credit is to you for even Sinners, love those who

  709. love them. And then verse 35, it says, but

  710. love your enemies and do good and lend expecting, nothing in

  711. return, and your reward will be great and you will be the sons

  712. of the most high. For he himself is kind to

  713. ungrateful and evil men. Wow.

  714. Wow. You know how he's so kind to

  715. ungrateful and evil men because he still sent his son to redeem.

  716. To redeem. Hallelujah.

  717. So the next point is is if we're going to walk in the god, kind

  718. of love the way. The Bible says, we are going to

  719. have to not take our own Revenge.

  720. I tapped into a little bit that earlier but we don't have to

  721. defend ourselves and we don't have to take revenge no matter

  722. what happens, no matter what people say, no matter what comes

  723. our way, whatever the situation is, you don't have to be one

  724. trying to defend yourself if you know, Your heart doesn't condemn

  725. you and your motives have been pure, right?

  726. So this is old cut, old, Covenant, and the Old Testament.

  727. Leviticus 19:18 says this, you shall not take revenge or bear,

    Leviticus 19:18

  728. any grudge against the sons of your people, but you shall love

  729. your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.

  730. You should not have a great. You don't have a right as a

  731. Child of God to have a grudge against anyone.

  732. But I know there's some grudges. You don't have a right to hold

  733. that Grudge. You are to apply the love of

  734. God. The way that God says, we are to

  735. apply it and Let It Go and Let It Go Romans 12. 9, through 10,

  736. says this. Let Your Love be sincere.

  737. A real thing hate, what is evil? Loathe all ungodliness turn in

  738. horror from wickedness, but hold fast to that which is good, love

  739. one another with brotherly affection.

  740. As as members of One family, given precedence and showing

  741. honor to one. Another bless those who

  742. persecute you who are cruel in their attitude towards you bless

  743. and do not curse them Rejoice with those who Rejoice sharing

  744. and others Joy, weep with those who weep sharing others grief

  745. live in harmony with one another.

  746. Do not be haughty. Snobbish, high-minded exclusive,

  747. but But readily adjust yourself. Make an adjustment.

  748. Make an adjustment, adjust yourself to people, things and

  749. give yourselves to Humble tasks and never overestimate yourself

  750. or be wise in your own conceits repay.

  751. No one evil for evil but take thought for what is honest and

  752. proper and Noble aiming to be above reproach in the sight of

  753. everyone. That is bringing peace Harmony,

  754. and Silly ation to the body of Christ.

  755. We are going to make sure that we aim and are above reproach

  756. righteous in these situations. If possible, as far as it

  757. depends on you live at peace with everyone.

  758. Live at peace with everyone. Doesn't matter what anybody's

  759. done you can be at peace, if your heart is pure, you forgive

  760. and you've let things go, you can be at perfect peace, knowing

  761. that you've applied the love of God, the way that he's shown you

  762. to do. No matter how other individuals

  763. are reacting or responding or what they continue to do.

  764. Amen. Beloved here it is.

  765. Never avenge yourselves. But leave the way open.

  766. This is very important because if you try to avenge yourself,

  767. defend yourself, all these other things, you just going to

  768. continue to make a mess of the situation instead of leaving

  769. room and a way open for God's Wrath for it is rigid.

  770. Written vengeance is mine? I will repay says the Lord, but

  771. if your enemy is hungry. Grief Edom.

  772. If he's thirsty, give him a drink for by doing.

  773. So you will Heap burning coals upon his head.

  774. Do not. Let yourself be overcome by evil

  775. but overcome evil with good. If you don't allow God to avenge

  776. you and you try to bring your own defense and Vengeance than

  777. guess. What's going to happen?

  778. You're going to be overcome with the evil, you're going to be

  779. playing. Right in the devil's territory.

  780. That's the Trap that he wants set for you to get you out of

  781. love. Instead of trusting him and

  782. doing it his way. But he'll have you in a trap

  783. then because the very thing is going to come back upon you that

  784. evil. So we must recognize that, the

  785. next thing is is we must forgive, we must forgive, we

  786. must have in our hearts that when things and situations take

  787. place. The first thing we think of as I

  788. forgive them, I forgive them. If God forgave them, I can

  789. forgive them, right? If he put his love in me I can

  790. forgive them. I can let it go.

  791. I can just let it just roll right off my back.

  792. Like a duck in the water, right? Just let it roll off.

  793. Nothing has to stick on you. No matter what has ever happened

  794. to you your whole entire life. No matter who's done you wrong,

  795. no matter what happened to you in your life, no matter Matter

  796. who's disappointed, you no matter who's talked about about

  797. you no matter what has ever happened in your life.

  798. You can forgive, you can forgive, you must forgive, you

  799. must forgive, or you will be trapped in that forever as a

  800. victim to the enemy and never walk in the fullness of what God

  801. has for you. It will never it will destroy

  802. your life. Unforgiveness will destroy your

  803. life. So we must be people that

  804. forgive Ephesians 5:1 through to says there's therefore be

    Ephesians 5:1

  805. imitators of. God copy him.

  806. Follow his example as well. Beloved children imitate their

  807. father and walk in love is steaming and delighting in one.

  808. Another as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us.

  809. A slain offering and sacrifice to God for you.

  810. So that you became a sweet fragrance to The father, we have

  811. to imitate him in the way that he was able to forgive.

  812. And the way he said his scripture forgives people.

  813. Right? Ephesians 4:22 through 232 strip

  814. yourselves of your former nature.

  815. Put off, disregard your old unrenewed self, which

  816. characterized your previous manner of life and becomes

  817. corrupt, through lust and desires, that spring forth from

  818. Delusion and constantly be renewed in the spirit of your

  819. mind, having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude put on the

  820. new nature, the regenerated self created in God's image, Godlike.

  821. And true righteousness and Holiness there for rejecting,

  822. all falsity, and being done. Now with it, let everyone

  823. expressed the truth with his neighbor for We Are all parts of

  824. one body and members of one another.

  825. When angry Do not sit in sin, do not ever.

  826. Let your wrath your Fury indignation.

  827. Last until the sun goes down We must be quick to forgive before

  828. the end of the night, it ought to be settled and resolved and

  829. forgiveness must be applied. Forgiveness must be applied when

  830. okay, where am I at leave. No such room.

  831. Why? Because if you let

  832. unforgiveness, you keep that sin a part of your life.

  833. What does he's let? You know, you're going to open a

  834. door, you're going to leave room for the devil.

  835. It says leave no such room or foothold for the devil, give no

  836. opportunity to him if you don't choose.

  837. Choose to forgive. If you stay in anger, if you

  838. stay in sin about a situation. Listen, you are only given a

  839. foothold for the enemy to continue to beat you down.

  840. And that's what he does. He beats you down.

  841. Get that image. He beats you, you do become the

  842. devil's whipping boy or girl. He's whipping you all the time.

  843. In everything. Because you let him have the

  844. opportunity because you didn't deal with your anger, let the

  845. thief steal. No more.

  846. He's letting you know, that's why things keep getting

  847. everything. Just keeps getting stuck stole

  848. from you. Your joy, come on your piece,

  849. everything your finances, everything, your health gets get

  850. stole from you because he's got a foothold.

  851. Hallelujah, but rather let him Be injurious industrious.

  852. Making an honest living with his own hand so that he may be able

  853. to give to those in need, let no foul or polluting language

  854. meaning you don't have a right to cuss somebody out when you

  855. get angry. As a Believer, using foul

  856. polluted. You know, I had to always bring

  857. the scripture to teenagers because they are.

  858. That's a notic Us in the Bible. Yes, it does.

  859. Right foul polluting language, that's what that is nor evil

  860. word nor unwholesome or worthless talk ever come out of

  861. your mouth. Wow.

  862. Worthless talk man. There's so much worthless talk

  863. flying everywhere today, worthless.

  864. So he goes on to say, but only such speech as is too good and

  865. beneficial to the spiritual progress as of others as is

  866. fitting to the need and the occasion that it may be a

  867. blessing and give Grace God's favor to those who hear it.

  868. Again here's the connection. Make the connection is embedded,

  869. right? In between, do not grieve.

  870. The Holy Spirit. When you do these actions, you

  871. are grieving the Holy Spirit on the inside of you, you're

  872. grieving the spirit. When you're doing all of these

  873. actions, don't grieve the spirit of God.

  874. Do not offend or vax or satin him.

  875. Did you know that the Holy Spirit could be offended?

  876. Yes, and it had to do right off coming of a polluted mouth.

  877. By whom you were sealed Mark branded as God's Own secured for

  878. the day of redemption of final Deliverance, through Christ from

  879. the evil and consequences of sin.

  880. Let all here it is bitterness and diggnation and wrath

  881. passion, rage bad temper resentment anger and animosity

  882. quarreling brawling clamor contention slander.

  883. Evil speaking abusive or Blasphemous language, be

  884. banished. Shhhhht from you with all malice

  885. Spike ill will or baseness of any kind and become useful and

  886. helpful and kind to one another tender-hearted compassionate

  887. understanding loving hearted, here it is forgiving one another

  888. readily and freely that means you're ready to forgive in the

  889. midst of these situations is that your motive of your heart?

  890. Art that in every situation, blow up argument circumstance

  891. that anger or whatever could be a part of that.

  892. Is your motive? I'm ready to forgive I'm ready

  893. and freely to forgive as God in Christ.

  894. What forgave you is that our motive?

  895. That is a pure heart of someone who wants to actually walk out,

  896. everyday, applying God's love according to what scripture

  897. says, how we are to apply it not to holding our opinion about how

  898. God is okay? With me?

  899. Even if I am acting like this, Or even if I'm in this

  900. situation, our number one goal, as a Believer with the love of

  901. God, put in our heart, is that we ought to be pressing towards

  902. forgiveness, reconciliation, doing whatever it takes to bring

  903. Harmony to bring peace. In those scenarios that we

  904. encounter with our spouses with him, with our co-workers with,

  905. especially the body of Christ, this ought to not even be a

  906. problem in the household of God. It ought to not even be a

  907. problem. We ought to be loving each

  908. other. So well and only encountering

  909. these issues. When We are encountering the

  910. world, we ought to be people that are so full because we've

  911. stayed in a place of loughing. The fruit of the love of God to

  912. just grow so much within our hearts that actually Where We

  913. Said Today the debts and the links and the heights Of his

  914. love is so apart of my being that it is only naturally

  915. Supernatural for me to respond in love.

  916. Is that our first response that we're going to walk in love,

  917. we're going to whatever it takes, I'm going to forgive, I'm

  918. gonna do whatever it takes. I'm not going to be concerned

  919. about how this made me feel and all these other things.

  920. Know, my first response is I really don't care how I feel.

  921. I'm just going to walk in love. Ed you know you can get there,

  922. you can live in that. That's what I call living in the

  923. Overflow of his love living in the Overflow of how he tells us,

  924. we ought to be living and walking and Abiding and

  925. operating every day in our life. Amen.

  926. Hallelujah. Because love, never fails.

  927. And if we choose to actually walk according to scripture and

  928. applying the word of God in our lives, you can be assured that

  929. you will have Victory. You will walk in Victory and and

  930. I'm going to tell you he will prove.

  931. There will be proof in the pudding that you walk in love.

  932. People won't have to guess. They won't have to guess whether

  933. or not when you encountered a situation.

  934. How you responded, they'll know how you responded.

  935. They'll know it, because they'll see the evidence of your life

  936. unfolding before their eyes that in every circumstance.

  937. In every situation, you just apply, love you, forgive you.

  938. No matter what. Amen.

  939. Hallelujah glory to God. So let that be let that be our

  940. desire, our intense desire Amen. That we look at what God says

  941. love is and then every from here, on out when we encounter a

  942. situation we're going to think back to how he says love should

  943. be operating and flowing in the situation.

  944. Amen. Thank you so much.
