Reigning Resonance - Part 6 - Kingdom Decree

Now, enjoy this message. Say this scripture, they don't

have it, but I'm just going to say it first and then we'll get

into our message. But Peter and second Peter,

2 Peter 1:12

chapter 1, verse 12 and 13. Peter says this therefore I am.

I will always be ready to remind you of these things even though

you already know them and have been established in the truth

which is present with you. I'd consider right.

He said as long as I am in this Earthly dwelling, meaning as

long as I'm inside my skin, In suit.

He said to stir you up by way of reminder this morning, it seems

right with me and the Holy Ghost, a new this last week to

minister concerning, what we started the year at with, which

was a raining resonance, because it would behoove us to remind

ourselves of what God Said, anchor of a church in st.

Augustine needed to be doing also in Valdosta and in Managua

That we have a decree and that our words carry weight and for

us to be able to be then received Kingdom rise.

You understand, you are strengthening your kings voice.

And the Lord says some very specific things to us this year

and we're going to do a check up on where you at with your mouth.

Where are you at with your mouth?

Now if you realize mmm, I let my mouth get away a little bit in

the first four months. Well, you know what, you can

easily get your mouth together. We can adjust that.

Fix that pretty quick. All right, we may need to make

sure we're saying some stuff so we Uproot some things we may

have released in the first four months.

We shouldn't have said, we may need to go by and some of those

words so that they won't take root and produce a fruit.

Are you hearing me? We may need to repent of some

things so that the Lord can uproot those things with us and

we don't have the fruit of our mouths and areas.

We should have kept our mouths shut on.

Amen. Go ahead and just say Amen.

Anyway the word resonance means having a lasting effect.

And our words have a lasting effect.

When we are all of our words do just to be honest with you.

Okay, it's just that the words of the king have eternal life,

whereas the words of the enemy have eternal damnation, are you

hearing me? So your words are Eternal,

period. The question is, do they have

life with them or do they have death with them?

Amen. And the good news is that, if

you'll Speak Life, you can conquer death, if you'll Speak

life, it will conquer death. So we are going to have a

lasting effect. Remember I told you the Lord

said to me that this year, you'll have what you say,

whatever you say. So, it's so important more than

ever that you watch what you say.

There seems to be, it seemed to me in November of last year the

Lord spoke this to me that you really have to watch what you

say, you can't. It's no longer for us as Kingdom

citizens to know, what we know about the kingdom for us, to

walk around and flip Italy saying things that we need to be

calculated and deliberate with our words, Because our words

carry power carry power. See the kingdom has a principal

of a decree and that is a Royal Decree as a declaration of a

king that becomes law. When the king speaks it, it

happens. And the King, a righteous King,

never goes back on his word because his whole kingdom is

established upon his very word, his is established on his very

words. Now, the creator of Heaven and

Earth, he's the king, Our Father sits on a throne in heaven,

Thrones are in kingdoms, not in religions.

Jesus is seated at his right hand on a throne and We who are

born again. Have been raised up and seated

together with him in Heavenly places.

Our father's words are calculated he does not just say

what he feels he's when he speaks it is law, meaning he is

bound to that word himself. I said he's bound to it himself.

How do we know this in the book of Beginnings?

He creates the heavens and the Earth, right?

He creates a planet or are in six days forms this planet to be

without sin. It's a perfect environment.

In fact, it's a reflection of his Heavenly realm and then he

places a man in this Garden. That's in His image in his

likeness according to Genesis 1:26.

He breathes into this dust suit that he creates and he becomes a

living Soul. His Spirit, man is in the image

of God. He said, let us make man in our

image, according to our likeness, and let them have

dominion or rule. So in essence, God says, I'll

create Humanity, are humankind mankind, that will reflect our

same nature. We Rule, they rule, well, how

did God rule? His words.

I said he rules with his words and in the first days of

creation what? Howdy creation come to pass, did

he get down there with his hands or did he do something else?

He spoke? He said let there be and there

and it did not resist him. It came to pass.

I said it came to pass because there's power in our King.

Our God God the father's voice in the in the the voice of our

King Jesus. There is power and authority in

the holy spirit because they are three and one.

So then he takes his man places him in the garden.

He says, now, you can eat from any tree in the garden.

Did the king say this? Did God say This God's King, he

says you can eat from any tree of the garden.

So can Adam eat from any tree of the garden?

Yes. Except when he says, but from

the Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil, you shall not eat

for the day. You eat, you will surely.

You'll, what? What's gonna happen?

You're gonna die. Now, who said that?

God, did the king did Adam has eaten from this tree?

This tree, this tree. This tree this tree.

For years, he's been eat from all these trees.

But then all of a sudden there Comes a Day.

Don't know how long this other voice has been in the garden.

But this voice is talking to his wife and saying how has God not

said you can't eat from any tree of the garden.

She said that's not it. We can eat from any tree except

this one and he says and the day we do work on a die and he says

you're not going to die. Well, who said they were going

to die. But who said they weren't going

to die? The devil?

You know, we want the devil's words to be more powerful than

gods. Now you're saying, no, but I'm

fixing to prove that that's not true with you.

Because when Adam eats the fruit, what happens has he ever

made a mistake ever before? Has he ever sent any other time?

God comes down. The father says, Adam where are

you? Same question.

He's asking Humanity today. Not that he couldn't find him.

But what position are you in? He said, well, you know, we

heard you coming in the garden. We were afraid.

So we hid ourselves. He said You know, because we

were naked. And so we hid ourselves.

He says, who told you? You were naked.

Have you eaten the fruit? I told you not to.

Now, let me ask this question because many of us if someone

does something, we tell them, not to do.

We don't want them to have the accountability of what we said

would happen. If they did it, we would much

rather the father of come in and said Son I know you haven't

blown it before. So, we're just gonna let this

golden Stomp. Instead of I'm going to have to

keep my word. Now, the minute, I don't keep my

word and look like I have compassion and mercy.

Then I actually agree with the devil that you're not going to

die. If you eat the fruit, say, Amen.

Anyway Now, I realize we're not in Adams age and there is Mercy.

But there's only Mercy because God created with his word

another way. And we talked about this when we

went through our love series that the example was Esther

Queen Esther's husband says, every Jewish person will die on

this day. It's law is the law of the land

because the King has said it and after Mordecai And Esther

revealed. Esther reveals.

Based upon her uncle Mordecai to the husband, who's the king.

What has actually taken place you've been actually deceived

Heyman is trying to destroy us. All he's deceived you.

Hey man, gets hung on. The Gallows he prepared for

Mordecai. We can say well that's over the

king says, I can't change what I said cause my kingdom is

established on my word, which means this day, y'all can still

die. I cannot change it.

It doesn't matter that you're my wife now.

Oh, y'all doing here then? So what does he do?

He said Mordecai. Do what's necessary so what is

mortdecai do? He said well there's only one

thing we can do. Let's establish that every

Jewish person can defend themselves on the day that they

can be killed. And when they defend themselves,

they can't be tried as a murderer.

So if the enemy want, if this nation wants to attack us, they

can the King has approved it. But the king is also said, we

can defend ourselves and the strongest will survive.

So, the king doesn't go back on his word.

He keeps his word but makes a way of Escape.

Oh, you only. So when the father comes down,

as stocks to the Satan or the serpent, he says I'm going to

bring my see through the woman. I have another way I can't stop

death because I said, if you disobey my word, you die, I'm

not stopping that because I'll keep my word, but I will bring a

way for you to get Out of Disobedience to get out of the

Fallen nature to get out of that.

You know, what my way will be through a child who will come of

a virgin born of Heaven that will then pay the ultimate price

pay sins wage for the wages of sin is.

So the father says I'm going to pay it, I can't not pay it

because I declared this is what would happen.

So the only way you can get out of it is if I pay it and then

you have to accept me because that's the condition for you to

accept me as your lord. Then I'll make the payment, you

can come over knit in this. Dispensation when something goes

wrong, we can go back and appeal to the amendment.

Lord, you said that if we confess our sins, if we get back

up underneath the blood, if we just acknowledge, we did wrong

that you'd forgive us of our sins cleanse us from all

unrighteousness. All of our unrighteousness.

That's what your word says, are you hearing me?

So, the king is calculated with his words.

God did not stop death. God paid the price to conquer

it. He had to speak another word,

are you hearing me? So, we need to be careful with

our words because a Royal Decree is a declaration of a king that

becomes law. It is a, it is sustained by the

king's personal commitment to bring the Declaration or promise

to pass. I don't have time today.

Probably during Kingdom rise to deal a little bit more with this

word law. Because again, in the, in the

General Church specifically in the United States of America,

bad teaching has created a negative effect with the word

law, when the reality is they just don't rightly divide what

that means and maybe we'll explain some here because let me

just tell you something. No, I won't, I won't.

I'll wait. All right, decree, if I said

that, I lose half of you anyway, so I won't do that.

Decree an official decree is an official order having the force

of law given by By a person with power or by government, the

Bible is about a king, his kingdom, and his Royal

offspring. It's always been about that.

It's never not been about that. Religion has made it something

else and religion has preached a different Jesus.

Even the Jesus, that died on the cross and Rose from the grave,

they still preach him different. We want him rightly divided

saviours what he did. Lord is who he is.

Are you hearing me? So our decree rest in what we

hear Jesus saying, not what the world is saying?

What I say is? Not?

What CNN says, what I say is, not what Fox News says, what I

say is, what the New York Times, says, what I say is?

Not what some social media posed.

Tick-Tock Instagram, Facebook, whatever those are, not my

decrees. My decrees come from the word of

God. From what I hear, Jesus speaking

to me, those are my decrees, because God's word in your mouth

is the same as God's word in his mouth.

If you are firmly persuaded, the authority of God, is in what you

say. Are you hear me Mark?

Chapter? 11 Mark?

Chapter 11, Hallelujah. Mark 11:22 2:24 says this.

Mark 11:22

So Jesus answered and said to them, have faith in God.

This same verse, the youngs literal.

Translation says have faith of God, she's better again.

When we see have faith in God, people I was just believe in God

because God is doing everything. We're doing nothing, that's not

true. You have something to do.

It is always false. That God is doing stuff without

us. Now, that doesn't mean God can

initiate things through his gifts.

I'm not saying that, but what I'm saying is God, actively

participates with man. And that's more the case than

him doing something independent of man.

Are you hearing me we most believe that God is doing it

period? No matter what.

It doesn't matter what we do. Well if that's the case, then

there's really no reason to have faith that all.

Period. I mean if God is going to do it

anyway whether you you know he's going to heal you whether you

want it or not. Write whatever you want, Lord.

I mean, it's amazing how much favoritism he has in his own

house then, but these are not true statements.

This is just bad Doctrine and the ignorance of the believer,

but the Bible in basic English, really has it even better.

It says have God's faith. So it's not having faith in God

as much as this, having the faith of God in essence, how God

believes we can believe and you know how God believes he

believes his own word. When he says it, he never doubts

it to come to pass. Never because he's the key.

His words are life. His word represents the kingdom.

He exalts his word even above his name.

So he does his word. I said he does his word.

So that's why we need to have the faith of God or have God's

faith that when we say his word that he has said to us.

And we know the authority, he has in his word and how he

always brings it to pass. Well, then we'll have what we

say, because we're only saying what he said.

Hallelujah. The problem is there has been an

error in this conversation that people think you can just have

what you say. When you shouldn't even be a

saying, anything until you've heard.

Faith comes by. So why are you talking until

you've heard? So when people say, well, you

have what you say, I will have what I say because I first heard

what God said to say now, I'll never not have what I say.

Are you hear me? Because if I say something,

contrary to God's word that I'm actually listening to another

voice, Amen. But this is what I know.

Let's go on verse 23 says, for surely, I say to you.

Whoever says to this mountain be removed and cast into the sea

and does not doubt in his heart. But believes those things, he

says will be done. He will have whatever he says,

therefore I say to you whatsoever, what ever things you

ask, when you pray, believe that you receive them and you will

have them. You will you?

Will you not? Maybe.

Well if it's God's will, when she wants, you know, it's God's

will, then you'll have it. So you don't throw all Lord, if

it's your will, unless you don't know, it's his will.

But the minute, you know, it says, well then you don't ever

say if it's your will because now it's not an if it's your

will. I know?

It's your will and I'll have what I say because your will is

that come on here, when I'm saying, is it really not

confusing. The only confusing part is that

we aren't hearing what he's telling us to say, and most of

us. I want to have our own say most

of us run the risk of the of the Rich Young Ruler.

We want to say, God our way, not his way, I'll come back to that

thought Ecclesiastes, 84 says this, I'm gonna go a little bit

further. In this verse, I normally take

this one section out because I only focus on the first part but

you know, when I actually deleted it this morning, the

Lord said, look at that again. So I went by late again, I

thought ah I'm going to expound now where the word of the king

is there is what and we say that all the time but let's go on to

the next and who may say to him, what are you doing?

when I hear the word from my king to say, then where the word

of this King, because I'm the king of the king, the king of

kings. I'm a king of the king.

He's the king of who are those kings, who are those kings.

So, you're a king. So where the word of a?

That's why it's a king, not the king, okay, where the word of a

king? Are you a king?

There Is Power. There's power.

Now who may say to him whose him hymns?

The little King, what are you doing?

How in the world can the world? Come, the world will come to me

and say what are you doing? You thinking belief or a mall?

Who's going to say to me? What are you doing?

Who's going to refute what I'm saying?

Because all I'm saying is what he told me to say.

Are you hearing me? Cause the minute you start

talking. The king's words, the world will

complete you doing what are you doing?

I mean, why do you think God would?

Who do you think you are? I know who you are.

I know what you've been doing. I know where you came from.

What can I say to you? You have the voice of the king.

You have the power, just go ahead and decree it anyway.

No, it'll be this way man. How you gonna I mean you

understand people have do you know?

And they give all this doubt. You're like, it's just gonna be

this way. Period, what are you doing?

What, what are you saying to me now?

Don't ever let don't talk to me. If you're going to try to get me

off my confession, my decree, I have deaf ears to you.

Right? You're Charlie Brown's teacher

to me while wah, wah, wah, that's all I hear.

Because I've heard from the King though, it's going to be this

way. And when it manifests, I say,

when it manifest, then you'll know because you have to see, I

don't, I got it. I said, I got it all.

I have to do is speak. See we, we are to rule with our

words. Come on.

Y'all remember this? Now, we're to rule without

words, but we got to ask the question, who's Law.

Do you de Crete, right? We ask this question.

Why? Because Romans 8:12, 82 said

Romans 8:12

this, for the law of the spirit of life in Christ, Jesus has set

you free from the law of. So when you start talking,

you're speaking from one of those laws now, Romans 8 is New

Covenant. Jesus is in heaven.

This is the Pauline Revelation by the spirit of the mystery of

the church and Paul was talking law.

Who was a Pharisee of Pharisees. And if anybody knows about the

law, the Apostle Paul knows about the law.

In fact, he even of his own admission says, now listen, when

it came to the law eyes found blameless, I was above all my

contemporaries, I mean I was a Pharisee of Pharisees as far as

zeal. I had them all with, but when I

came to Christ, I count all that as dung, but he still talking

law in Romans 8 to a church about a law of the spirit of

life in Christ Jesus, you better be under that long.

I'm not free from the law of set of.

I'm not free from the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus,

if I'm free of the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus,

then I am bound to the law of sin and death.

Look what it says for the law of the spirit of life in Christ.

Jesus has what? So, if I'm not under that law,

Then I'm admitting, I'm still bound to the law of what and you

know, more people are bringing death to them because they are

reeling it in with their mouths. They're decreeing it with their

mouths man. We ain't gonna make it man.

It's so tough man. It's just a hard man is so hard

to get ahead anymore lamb the way it gas prices are.

I mean we can't hardly afford. You just keep reeling in like

Because you're speaking out of the law of sin and death, you're

attracting it. You're killing your own Finance.

You'll kill your own by. I'm so sick.

I feel so bad right now. Now, factually, you may have

symptoms. But I'm the hill of the Lord.

I said, I'm the hill of the Lord because by his stripes you were

healed, are you hearing me? I'll come back to that Proverbs

through 18:21, says, death and life are in the power of the

tongue. Now, notice that is Proverbs but

Proverbs is only saying what Paul in the Covenant you and I

are in right now. Is saying still exist death and

life are in the power of the tongue and those who love it.

Will eat its fruit, you can eat the fruit of death or you can

eat the fruit of life. It's really not up to God.

I said it's not up to God. I said it's not up to God

because the Kings will tell you life.

He'll give you fruits of life. But if you want, say what he's

saying, then he'll let you have what you say, so, whatever.

Ever, you're saying my marriage ain't never gonna get together.

I mean, at least be the spouse calling it blessed.

I mean I understand there to Free Will moral agents but at

the end of the day be the one calling life.

You're a man of God. Whether they're acting that way

or not call those things that be not as though they were call it

blessed. God.

Tell him how calm that you love them.

I don't feel it loves not a feeling anyway, that's your

problem. You're trying to feel something

and that's You probably shouldn't have got married there

in the first place because you were going by feelings, but

you're in it now. So go ahead and get the love of

God with it. Amen.

Because while you were yet a sinner Christ died, he loved you

while you were still man, busted and disgusted.

Now, I'm not advocating. All situations that you're

staying somewhere, when abuses, you can remain with somebody.

You know, it may be legally married, but just not in the

same. Mmmmm house.

Because at the end of the day, if you love me, you wouldn't be

beating on me. And I had to put up with you.

Physically beating on me. Come on, y'all.

All right. All right, I'm just saying stay

on the righteous side, but a many times, you know, we just

live by our feelings. We talk about people at work,

talk about our spouse, talk about our kid.

Medici, what was wrong with you? Why are you acting so stupid?

Why you call you kiss stupid? Why are you doing that?

Now they may have done a stupid thing but at the end of the day,

they're your inheritance call them blessed.

Go ahead and speak over them life.

Are you hearing me? Matthew 12:37 says, and by your

Matthew 12:37

words, say my words. And by your words you will be

justified. And by your words, say my words,

you will be condemned. It's up to you.

At the end of the day, have you been in the last four months?

What have you been saying, what have you been decreasing and

declaring? What's been your confession?

No matter what you think. Because if you think wrong, you

can speak wrong, I get that. But you better keep your

thoughts, in your mind, in your mind until the thoughts, turn

into God, because I can tell you right now, you can abort things

as long as you keep it in the thought pattern, but the minute

you release it. You give birth to something.

Listen, Jesus was tempted on all accounts, just like us which

means he got the same thoughts about every situation you get

about, but the difference is here, Aborted the thoughts, why?

Cuz he would only speak the words of Life.

Are you hearing what I'm saying? So at the end of the day, when

people come to you and say, God is in control, that's a lie.

God is in control of his word, and if you're not speaking his

word, he really can't control your life.

He can't control your life because he controls his word.

He does his word if you call yourself.

He'll he'll give he'll bring healing to your life.

The question is, as how he does, it may be a question.

We'll talk more about that here in a minute.

How things are happening in your life are extremely dependent on

your hearing because it's about you hearing the king for your

situation. How I walked in certain

victories in my life, you may not walk in the same way you'll

still get the victory but it may be a different path.

So hearing is really important. You know what we've done.

We've basically taken the Bible, we know it's God's word speaking

to us but it's not like God speaking us where we are.

Having a real conversation with him.

We're pulling his stuff and we're trying to cherry-pick it

for our own personal self without God really being a

participant This is why the Pharisees had problems because

they had God's words spoken by the prophets written down, but

they were doing their own interpretation for their own

process. We'll get to that here in a

minute. So your words are doing

something to your life. First Peter 3:10 says for the

1 Peter 3:10

one who desires life. The love to love and see, good

days must keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking

deceit. Now, let me tell you what deceit

is for a Believer. Okay, deceit, for a Believer, is

hearing the word and not doing it.

Not having a corresponding action to the word, they heard.

Which means they've heard it, but they're not actually living

what it says that believer. James says lives deceived,

they'll go and tell you what the word is.

Oh I know what the word says doesn't matter.

You're not living at. So you're living to deceive

life. I don't care what you know,

Knowledge of God's word. Doesn't mean you're living by

faith. Doesn't mean you're acting on

it. Believe in firmly, persuaded it,

come to pass. Many people are living deceive

that way. Are you hearing me?

All right? Proverbs 13, 3.

The one who guards. His mouth preserves his life.

What do you have to do with your mouth?

What do you have to do? You got to guard it?

I mean, I have how many? All my veterans please stand up

on my veterans, stand up with me.

I'm a veteran myself, stand up, stay standing while I say this

now, you know, as well as I do that, if we were in a on a post

somewhere and we were commanded to keep the door closed.

Now somebody comes knocking on the door of there is a password

or some kind of thing given to us that that allows entry.

If we don't get the right word, what are we supposed to do, keep

the door closed. And as his we guard that door

from opening so that a potential enemy cannot penetrate.

What we are protecting, are you hearing me?

We are to guard our mouths the same way.

Way, because the enemy in our mind will come to.

Our mom will speak to us and try to get a breach.

No, that's not in scripture that's the wrong password.

No, it is written. No, it is written.

No, it is written. No, it is written because the

minute you, let it go. You're allowing someone to come

in. That's not authorized through

the proper. / commands. Are you hearing me, you know, as

well as I do. You had a commanding officer

knock on the door and you recognize their voice.

But they didn't give you a cuz they were testing you.

Now I'm the under I'm the commander of this whole

battalion. Now you need a private, you

better open up that door right now and you're like, not gonna

do it. Not gonna do it.

Cause if you're God, you can walk through the dogon wall,

man. And hear me.

I'm talking to about that outside of that, you're not

getting in, all right? And their tip close, if you

would have vote, even if even if you don't open it up and it

would be him and he's standing, there are her you fail.

Because they didn't give the right word and be seated, just

because we know Jesus is tone. Does it mean he's given us the

right word? Now, I'm not saying Jesus,

playing deception, what I'm saying is we want to pull out of

scripture that we know was from God, but he's not saying that is

applied for your situation. Are you hearing me and you'll

stand in faith for something that God never asked you to

stand. If a I'm good.

Thank you, Lord. Hebrews tells us that Abraham

believed God, he's the father of Faith, the father of us, all,

and in Hebrews, it lets us know exactly what was in the mind.

The thoughts of Abraham Abraham is taking his son, Isaac up the

mountain to be crucified. I mean to be killed.

He's going to sacrifice him right there.

Going up. And he's like, dead.

We got the wood here. We got everything to burn a sec.

Where's the sacrifice? What's he say?

The Lord will provide now, did he?

He believed that God had some other way than Isaac.

No, he did not. Because again if you only read

Genesis, then you could preach that and say see Abraham knew

there was another way and he was already believing God for

another way and he was already prophesied, there's going to be

something else, sounds good and behaving emotional if you preach

it a certain way but it's all false because you didn't read

Hebrews all the while he does. He has no concept that there's

another are an alternative because again he he is only

firmly persuaded in one word. Kill you, son.

He's not looking for playing be he's not but he does conclude

there's a conflict because he has learned this about God, he

always does what he says. Yeah, and I don't get it but all

I know is that when I slept with Hagar and we had that boy

Ishmael, he came back to me and said, son that wasn't what I

said. That ain't what I meant.

I mean you listen to your wife shouldn't listen, your wife at

that Cajun. That's not what that wasn't

deal. It's going to become between you

and Sarah. Y'all gonna have the child, the

Covenant kid. Right.

That you're gonna it's going to be a blessing that descendants

are flowing out of you. Isaac shows up from a woman

Baron so he knows this is the Covenant kid and all of a

sudden. Now God wants me to kill the

child. So there's a conflict.

How can I kill the Covenant kid? Because he always does his word.

So we had one conclusion then. And it's revealed in Hebrew.

God must be able to raise the Dead.

Because I'm going to do what he says.

I'm gonna kill this kid right here, but it's conflicting

because at the end of the day, why would he tell me?

He killed something that he said is the Covenant child?

He always does his word. So I have to conclude, then he's

going to raise this child from the dead. that's what he says in

Hebrews was God asking him to believe for Resurrection which

requires three gifts of the Spirit At least two at this

juncture because he wasn't sick. So it's going to have to be of

the gift of faith and the working of Miracles, because

whatever he cuts open and causes it to bleed out and where it can

sustain life, the Lord's going to have to, then he'll all that.

But this is what he's believing for. he pulls that knife out and

God knows that Abraham is about to kill his son and he says,

stop Right, he said now I know. That I have your whore.

No, no. I got a ram.

It's coming up the other side of the mountain, you didn't know

about. See, God has the ability to give

the option. Now God didn't say I'll kill

Isaac. He said, Abraham go kill, Isaac.

He can stop by he can stop Abraham from killing me.

I hear me so he didn't go against his word.

He said go do this. Okay, I see that you would do

it. You don't have to go through

with it. Here's the ram.

Are you hearing me because God always does.

His word. So here's the thing, many people

want to pull the scripture and stand on it that God didn't tell

them to stand on. They conclude that this is how

it's going to be when God has another thing.

This is why we've said this in the past we need to be doing

what God is saying. Not what he need to be doing

what we're hearing. Not what we've heard.

Many of us are trying to lift for God, on a heard, instead of

a hearing, because if he said no, you said to kill him.

Their God was not obligated to raising because he would have

went against God stop. We can go through the Bible and

know what's God, but really not be listening to God.

Hallelujah. Okay.

So what's your decree decrees are really important because it

requires your attention and hearing.

But we live such busy lives. We don't have time to hear God.

And the Saints in the United States of America.

They don't want to hear God ever ever.

And when they tell you, they do their line because if they won't

spend time actually reading the Bible, they don't want to hear

God. Because listening to Christian

music, snot hearing God. I'm not saying you can't hear

God's do a song? I'm not saying you can't.

God can't speak to you, but that's not hearing.

God, his word is God and most songs sung today aren't even his

word. They're just feelings how they

feel about God. I don't care how you feel about

him. He wants you to meet him by the

spirit. He said I'm seeking after those

who worship me in spirit and not feelings.

And falsity based upon your feelings like begging me and I'm

going to respond now. All right.

Same anyway. So he goes on and says this and

Psalms so you gotta guard your mouth is what he says.

Guard your mouth in Proverbs 13 3, the one who guards his by

preserves his life. The one who opens wide his lips

comes to ruin. Now, some of us like to talk

more than others. Right.

No problem. There's no problem.

If you talk you just got to be more apt at guarding what you

say. Said, she really so many words,

amen. But on the opposite, for those

who don't talk some problems that you have is because you're

not saying it again. Mark 11 said, say say say three

times said say which means will say well we're believing more

than just the believing it itself.

We're going to keep calling calling something even though it

had manifest we just gonna keep saying it.

Anyway, we'll just keep saying it.

Anyway, it just keeps saying. And if you won't say, then guess

what your delay? Because the enemy can tie up a

package. Hallelujah.

Right? You get your package sent by

Amazon. You're like where in the world

is this thing? That's it was going to be

delivered, this many days. And if you never investigate it,

sometimes, it may never come because it was diverted.

You got to check back in on some things but we're not checking in

with our decrees. Psalms 34, 13 says, keep your

tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit.

Are you hearing me, Proverbs 10:22?

The tongue of the righteous is as Choice, silver, the heart of

the wicked is worth little. Are you hearing me?

So we got to make sure that we are always keeping our mouths

with the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus.

What's the king saying? What's the king saying?

And again, the Lord said to us, you're going to have whatever

you say, whatever you say. let me tell you how fast the enemy

works, not because he's better, it's because he's a deceiver

because the Lord just reminded me of this Moses went to pharaoh

and said because he heard God say say Right, let my people go.

Pharaoh's responses, don't know your God.

Not sure why we're trying to let your people go leave, but now he

was intimidated by Moses. Because if he had not been

intimidated by Moses nor concerned about the words that

came out of his mouth, if he thought they were no they had no

power. He would have disregarded it but

he knew they had power. See when you get when you start

speaking, the word of the king everyone in the room is going to

know you got power. How do I know this Jesus?

When he spoke those that were in the Senate God said, man, he

preaches as one who has Authority, not like the scribes

and the Pharisees. He's using scripture, but

there's Authority in his tone, right?

And when you operate that way, they'll know authorities in your

tone. So he knew Authority was in the

tone of Moses because he himself is a king.

Pharaoh is what does he do? Right out the gate.

He says, what you're going to do is you're going to go and you're

going to make it more difficult for the Israelites to be able to

make the brick. Don't give them strong anymore.

Why are we doing this? So that the words, this man just

came to me with that. He has obviously spoken to these

Iza bars will make it seem like their faults words.

And did it work? You bet it worked because all of

a sudden, the ones that were over slaves of their own nation

and they're getting beat on because they're not making a

quote in there, scrambling around trying to get their own

straw and make the quota they come back to Moses.

And they are mad at him because their condition got worse after

the word of the Lord came. They're here me.

See, when you begin to decree, make no mistake, the enemy wants

to create a condition worse so that you, abandon your mouth.

So that you yourself will say. Well, I guess that wasn't God's

plan. His ways are higher than our

way, need to get religious. We use a scripture that's there

but we use it wrong when the Lord said his ways are higher

than your ways and his thoughts are higher than your thoughts.

What he is saying is you can't think like God, so you need

God's thoughts, your ways would never accomplish what God's ways

are. So you need his ways.

And here's the thing, we can get his thoughts and we can know his

ways. That's what you're supposed to

grab from that scripture. Not all.

Here's an excuse, it didn't work.

So, you know what? It's just a big mystery and God

don't want to Us and our heavenly father who loves us so

much and we tell everybody how much he loves us.

He definitely with holds information constantly.

Man, if Christians would just stop and think, but then they

get religious. Yeah.

But I'm going to love him anyway.

That's Pride talking because you're not seeking him to know

because you don't want to know you want to live as a victim.

You want to have an excuse why, you don't get it all. and let me

tell you, when you stand Before the Throne one day, the Lord's

going to be like Whew, let me show you what you could had be.

Just what opened your mouth and believed Well say, hallelujah.

Look what he says in Matthew 15, we need to believe what we're

saying. Matthew Mark 11 said that we are

to say without doubting. So we have to make sure our

heart, our firm persuasion as always connected because not

everybody has a firm persuasion when they talk, when they are

running off at the mouth, look what he says in Matthew 15 7 &

9. The Amplified classic says that

this way You Pretenders Hypocrites admiralty and truly

did Isaiah. I saw where of you, when he

said, these people draw near to me with their mouth and honor me

with their lips, but their hearts Hold off and are far away

from me. Uselessly.

Do they worship me for? They teach as doctrines.

The commands of men, man, I could go to many places

throughout the world where they're teaching doctrines of

men using scripture to make an excuse for why their words don't

come to pass. You know, we say some say silly

things like don't ever ask for patience basically, Holy Ghost

don't give me that fruit. Because I asked for patience

than the devil's coming Devils coming anyway.

This is stupid thought, right? Like you're good, you're going

to avoid him by. Not asking God to produce the

fruits of the spirit in your life.

Amen. So, again, our decree must be

his will and way spoken to our spirit.

Pastor Daryl. Now we're at dinner.

Last night, we were talking with Pastor Jay.

We were having this conversation again because the situation

happened in the Rhema Circle. And, you know, it creates

conversation, why things take place, you know.

And you know what you realize is that, again, most people want to

go through scripture, they see things and then they want that

to happen to their lives. They are determining how God has

to do it. We talked about this when naming

name and showed up, he's got leprosy, right?

And they say hey man, there's a profit that you can go to and

he'll heal you. When he gets there he had an

expectation is expectation. Was the prophet would come out

wave his arm some way and he'd be healed.

There's going to be like this miraculous Seance, right profit?

Don't even show it. Don't even look at it.

Didn't even come out of his tent.

Sends his servant, tell him to go wash in the Jordan 7 times.

Nathan is mad really upset, you know, there are Christians dying

because they're mad. That God is not healing them the

way they want him to heal. Oh, y'all don't want to hear

this but you're going to hear it anyway.

You know who is the most prideful, believer?

One who won't go to a doctor. Yeah, if that's off the table,

you're in Pride. I'm for believe in God and I

believe God and not had to go to doctor multiple occasions, but

going to one was never off the table because there could be

information, I'm lacking that I need.

The Bible says my people perish due to lack, not no knowledge, a

lack of knowledge. Now I know I'm Healed by his

stripes. I know that he's paid out the

price for anything. Innocent disease, that could

come but if something's going on in me that I can't see it move

in a particular timeframe that I have concluded based upon

scripture that when the word gets on it, I should see a

change happening and if I'm not seeing that then there's

something I must not know and I will continue to investigate to

find out what it is. I'll give you a case in point

Saturday, we finished going on a camping trip with our grandkids

are a little less once, right? Isley Caius and Scotty.

And so we went camping for about two nights three days.

We were coming home on two on Saturday, I was feeling a little

like, you know, weirdness in my mouth, you know, so just, you

know, weird kind of a dull sensation, right?

And so, with that being said, you know, I okay go on Sunday.

It was worse. It started to give me the

remembering when I had to get a root canal once.

So, it was with a tooth that I have, that has a cap on it and

so I'm like, okay, well, hmm, you know, I can't remember if

this one had a root canal or not, I don't know.

I know one of the teeth that I've gotten cap did said, I

can't remember. So I'm like, Lord.

Alright, I'm praying, I believe God, that, you know, whatever's

going on. You're able to fix.

I get that no problem. And so, you know, I began to

speak to the route. I began to speak to infection.

I began to speak, you know, two things that I thought could be

associated with it. Now, I'm going to Missouri on

Monday and I'm not going to not do this trip.

So you know, I preach Sunday and the anointing came on, I had no

feeling and but after I left, I felt again.

And, you know, so the symptoms there.

Well, you know, so at that point, I'm like I'm in pain

management because this is a little bit of a problem.

So, I went online, I said okay, what?

If it's, you know, a nerve or something, what can you do

naturally? Well you can gargle salt water,

you can do peroxide right? Clove apparently does something

and I happen to have some mouthwash it had cinnamon and

clove in it you know, drinking tea peppermint tea.

Great. I had that in the House, you

know then they said as far as you know just a pain relief, you

could take Advil or Tylenol and so we happen to have some Advil

and so I'm like I'm going to take some calls again.

I can't do it. I can't go anywhere and it's not

changed yet. So I'm going to get into pain

management but I'm going to keep it the word.

Alright so we are eating breakfast for we go Monday.

We're going up to Jacksonville to fly out.

And my dentist calls. Out of the blue.

Now I'm talking to you now and I here's my conversation with god.

Now God if there's anything going on my tooth, I don't know

about. I need to know, I need to know,

right? Because I can't speak to

something. I'm unaware of what to speak to

so they call me out of the blue. I'm like, well this is

interesting. You know, talk to him.

They're called in to give me an opportunity to come have my

teeth cleaned because I had to cancel and it's back in Dallas

in June that I'm going. But if there's a cancellation,

they can put me into, they had a cancellation on Tuesday.

So when I'm flying out, I'm not going to be in a make that but

since I have you on the phone, I began to talk to them about my

symptoms and then I also okay. Yeah, well you know, I said

well, you know, I can take some Advil couple, you know it, you

know, knocks it out, it's no big deal, you know, I'm in, you

know, management mode at this point and they're like, you

know, we should You look at it, you know, we'll go ahead and

let's schedule for Friday. Great, that gives me past my

meeting. No problem.

So I was like, Lord, you know, I don't take things off the table.

Now, all of a sudden, my dentist calls me out of the blue, I have

an appointment on Friday. If there's anything in here, I

need to know about, I'm gonna find out Friday.

So I need you to help me get through my Meeting that I know

you want me to go to, I know this.

So I did and, you know, my mouth felt better as the week went on

because I was like, you know, I don't have to spend money if you

just tell me what to do. But again at the end of the day,

I don't care about spending money, it's no big deal.

No, big deal. So I come in Friday.

I go to the dentist, they take a picture, guess what?

I've already had a root canal on that tooth.

Yeah, they were shocked to like how could you have that kind of

pain and you've already had a root canal.

Yep. Well, that's why I'm here

because so I can't even talk to a root cause it's not there.

It's not there. I can't command it whole and

healed. I mean that's like Supernatural.

Now. Now I have to have a work at a

miracle to get a route back in my tooth.

That was extracted. All right, so the dentist comes

in and she says, you know, this is odd.

So she took an instrument beat on my teeth to try to get the

same sensation, right? The one in front, the one behind

the tooth itself. Well, I had took some Advil at

and I'm not feeling nothing. It's fine.

You know, it's normal for me now.

Here's the thing. I haven't taken an Advil since 5

p.m. yesterday. So this is the longest I've gone

without having to take a nap doing all glory to God.

Amen? Because I have to go to a

specialist now, why because they saw something, they said you may

have a fractured tooth because when they take the root out, the

blood comes through the root and says it's not there anymore.

There's no blood in your tooth. And so just through the process

of time, Amen. Right, life is in the blood

people through the process of time, eating, and all those

things, they get more brittle and it looks like it could be

fractured. Now, we're not saying it is, but

it could be sometimes root canals need to be, you know,

touched up again, that that's plausible.

It can happen. Even the stuff that we've put

in, see, all this. Yeah.

Bacteria could get and it could be that, it could just be a

matter of, you know, an antibiotic per se, right?

Okay. But now, Now I have what more

knowledge. So now I start talking to the

Lord Lord, if it's a fracture, what do you want to do about it?

What do you want to do? Cuz she said.

Now, if it's a fracture, you know, we just pull it out and

then, you know, she said, but it looks strong enough.

It's worth saving if we can save it, I'm like us were saving

already got a gold cap on it. Now it's the most expensive.

One I got in my mouth, right. It's my part tooth.

You know. I get to show my grandkids.

All right, good talking point right.

Big Papi. Let me see your gold tooth.

Yeah, right anyway, but hey if the Lord needs me to get it out

of my mouth, Because what I do for a living requires me to use

it, then I'll pull it out. No big deal to me.

I just need his way. And I put people in the grave.

Because they made a demand on a miraculous thing that God never

said he would do. God never did in the Bible if

you read, when he healed blind people he didn't do it the same.

Then do the same. Can you imagine the one that the

Lord spit make some dirt and he's like what do you want to

get that off my eyes? You just told blind, man.

Biomass to see. I heard about that.

That's why I'm here right now. Get this stuff off me.

He never would have solved. I said he never would have

solved. And some of us are wanting

somebody else's Miracle testimony.

Oh, y'all do. Yeah, you can't manipulate

faith. Faith is God's word to you,

which is his will and how it's going to come to pass the way it

is. So with that, let's go to James

for y'all doing. All right.

Yeah, we doing really good. He says, this is what James

says, James chapter 4 verse 1. He says, what is the source of

James 4:1

the quarrels and conflicts among you is not the source, your

pleasures that wage war in your members?

You lust and do not have so you commit murder, you are envious

and cannot obtain. So you find floral now he's

don't you too? Church.

You do not have because you do not verse 3 though.

You ask, but you do not why? Because you ask with wrong

motives so that you may split, spend it on your pleasures.

Right. Many people are asking God to do

it a certain way by faith and it's not initiated by God is

only initiated by your reading of how it happened for somebody

else. He did it this way with this.

I'm going to have it that way. Then people will know.

I Well, if it happens it wasn't you anyway, but we want the

testimony associated with us. Which means the motive of why

we're asking is not pure because really we want people to be in

all of the power of God. This work through us.

Are associated with our lives. Well, I went laid hands on him.

They got healed. Well, you sure didn't heal them.

You were of the vessel that obeyed God to lay hands on the

sick and through that the power of God healed them, that

happened. Yeah, but again you can't when

you look in a room and you see people you can't assume.

This is how God's going to do that.

I'm asking, how's this going to come to pass and how that going

to come to pass? And how is that going to come to

pass? God starts opening up, deaf

ears. He may not do all of them the

same And here's the thing, even if he does, even if they all

here in a moment, it could have been different how he did it in

them. Anyway, Verse 4.

He says you adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with

the world is hostile towards God?

Therefore, whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes

himself an enemy of God, or do you think that the scripture

speaks of no purpose? He jealously desires the spirit

which he has made to dwell in us, but he gives a Greater Grace

therefore says God is opposed to the proud but gives grace, to

the humble submit therefore to God resist the devil and he will

flee from you. You can't tell God how he has to

heal you, but you can go to God and say, You Are the Healer, I

have a covenant, right? How's this going to happen?

Because I know I'm the hill to the Lord.

What do I need to do? And sometimes they'll say go see

a doctor. Some he'll say quit eating this

but that's not Supernatural. Well, what you're doing is a

natural issue to your body, it no Supernaturals required.

The only Supernatural is the fruit of the spirit called

self-control You have to quit eating that food source, that's

feeding something into your body that causes you to have

diabetes. High blood pressure.

Say Amen. Anyway, now, how do I know he

would do this? Because he said to preserve that

your spirit soul and body would remain blameless until he

returns. So he going to talk to your

body. The many of us had go to a

doctor and not even consult nutrition.

Hallelujah. God made the body.

He knows what you need. But whatever he says, is what

you need and that's the only place.

Your faith can rest. Hallelujah.

But that being said, First John 3 21 to 22.

How do you know you can have? What you say, beloved, if your

heart does not condemn, you we have confidence before God and

whatever. We ask we receive of him because

we keep his Commandments and do the things that are pleasing in

his sight. Well, there's only one way to

please God. Right.

Because Hebrews 11:6 tells us. It's impossible to please him

Hebrews 11:6

without faith. So Faith pleases him when you're

keeping his command by alright, sure and faith.

So, your heart doesn't condemn you.

How does Why didn't it continued, why?

Cuz you're not making a demand on God?

You're doing it my way. I'm God.

You listen to me. Your God, I'm listening to you

and then I'll say it and I got it and it had come to pass.

I'm yielding, you I'm submitted to you.

I'll do what you say. My heart doesn't condemn me.

I'm not making a demand that it has to be through the gifts of

the Spirit. I'm not making a demand that I

don't ever have to go to a doctor or a dentist.

I'm not making a demand that no way.

Well I'll ever do this. Here's the thing.

Your body's breaking down. Anyway, nowhere in scripture,

doesn't say that your body will not break down. now, you can

fight it nutrition, working out and all that, but it still will

breakdown And sometimes some things just need to be managed

through surgeries. Because of just the way we're of

bone-on-bone tendons, all kinds of stuff like that.

It doesn't all have to be done because all someone laid hands

on me and he supernaturally me, you know, my knee was replaced.

As long as you're running around a walk-in, what's the problem?

God, may need you to testify to that dr.

Moore. Oh, you don't.

Yeah, at the end of the day, just show your faith to the

doctor. It doesn't matter if they think

they did it, they will have heard you speak.

It's not a lack of faith to gain knowledge of what's going on.

In fact, it increases your faith.

That's what it does. And many are sleeping early

because they will not require more knowledge necessary to get

the result, but aren't you glad we can know aren't you glad

that? We here first, John five,

Fourteen and fifteen cents of this way.

This is the now you cannot have confidence as long as you keep

God in. UT well, he may or may not.

There is no such thing as confidence.

This is the confidence which we have before.

God is God, confident, you bet? This God will God, always do

what he says, absolutely. We can have that same confidence

that if we conditional statement, ask anything, how

according to his will, what will happen.

He'll hear us. We're asking according to his

will, because it was his word in the first place, he's only

hearing you talk back to him about what he Said.

Now Lord you said you're right. I did say Your kids do this to

you, you said we would go here you said you'd buy me back.

And the unrighteous King we have but we can't afford that.

Now, would you should have shut your mouth and I'll promise them

something. Same in any way.

It's cause we get flip it with our words and we want our kids,

you know, to Still Believe in Us.

But the Lord does what he says, verse 15.

And if we know if we what, well, I hope so.

No, I know that he hears us and whatever we ask we know we what

when you know you know you know you're not hoping anymore.

You're not like wringing your hands anymore.

You're not having any emotional issues but peace Joy patients.

I got this. We got it's done.

Yes done. The king said it, I decreed it

is finished. We got it, it's over.

I got a raining residents happening right now.

I have a lasting sound. My words, it will be.

What I said. It will be.

It will be. I said it will be.

I said it will be. I said it will be.

I said it will be glory to God. We know that we have the

request, what you asked for him. Pastor Hagen went around and

prayed for everybody. That was regional directors.

When he got to me and my wife, he laid His Hands On Us, began

to pray but when he did a prophetic utterance came over

us. And he said these words, he says

you've been faithful to the kingdom.

And because you've been faithful to the kingdom said Kingdom.

At Toms, you could have walked away abandon ran, but you

didn't, you were faithful. and because of that, There's a

prosperity of provision that will allow you to accomplish

everything that is set for you to accomplish the whole Vision,

come to pass. Now, I was thinking well, that's

good because I got some things. I ain't even talked about yet.

Things brewing things happening. You'll have you'll have

exceeding abundant to accomplish the whole Vision.

Wow, glory to God, I say glory to God because we only seek his

will, and at the end of the day, now that I hear when I hear,

when I hear, I got this General scope now because we've passed

the tests that don't mean, there's not more to come, I'm

just Saying at this moment we've done it that the Lord has just

guaranteed the prosperity of everything we set ourselves to

do through a vision for him. And the provision will be there

in abundance. Hallelujah.

Now that should get you excited because a lot of that provision

comes through you, which means there's got to be more coming

through you. Hallelujah.

My mama, I close with this prophetic word.

That we opened the year up with, to remind you, Pastor Lynette

Hagin said this in 2002, to, and it is for us this week, this

year, She says by the spirit of the Lord, the Lord speaking he

says, have I not call? He said, I have not called you

to explain but to call by called you to declare to declare my

word. So quit trying to explain and

start declaring. And as you declare my words,

they shall come to pass as you declare my power.

You shall see it work. As long as you try to explain

it, there shall be no power available.

So I call you to repentance. I call you to, to knowing it and

realizing that mistakes have been made.

Repentance means you realize, man, I shouldn't have said that.

Now let me get my mouth, right. And let me only say what the

King has told me to say about this situation.

He says, and I called you to the ministry of declaring, declaring

my gospel, to the ends of the Earth, what is the gospel?

The kingdom of God. So go go, go and declare and my

work shall follow for you, for you see?

Yes, there are, there was a season of teaching we needed

that but now is the season of declaring.

I see voices, I see voices, all over the world, declaring

declaring, declaring the gospel of the Lord.

Jesus. I see Miracles, I see healings,

I see blind eyes open. I see Deaf ears open as all of

those voices boldly declare the message of the Lord Jesus

Christ. Will what message was of the

Lord Jesus Christ. The Kingdom of Heaven is like

the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.

She says, by the spirit of God, so boldly boldly boldly lift

your hands, and ask for that anointing, that anointing shall

be imparted to each of you. Hallelujah.

Declare that the Lord saves declare that the Lord heals

declare that the Lord blesses boldly.

Our yes, boldly declare declare that like you just heard it

declare it just like you received a new revelation,

declare it with enthusiasm, declare with expectation drawn,

that gift, and that gift shall come forth, and as you declare

all the worst that shall follow. But you must open your mouth and

declare for you. See that declaration starts it

into motion, but as you refuse to declare, it shall not come to

pass in your life. You have.

I have Called you to a higher calling and I expect you to

reach a higher plane for much words, you have received and

much knowledge. You have received, I expect more

of you, the anointing shall come and those words shall flow out

of your mouth and the words of the Holy Spirit and those were

shall be anointed. Those words shall be firing.

Those words shall bring results for you.

See, they are not your words. They are not human words.

They are anointed Holy Spirit words so I say to you each day.

Pray for the opportunities to come your way.

Let's pray. Father, we love you.

We honor you. We thank you so much that we can
