  1. Thanks for checking out the Anchor Faith Message podcast

  2. from St. Augustine, FL.

  3. Now enjoy this message. First, empty chapter 4, verses

  4. one and two. This has been our text that

  5. we've launched out on. Concerning this thing called

  6. pride, it says this the Holy Spirit has explicitly revealed,

  7. I'm reading out the Passion translation again.

  8. I read out of multiple translations.

  9. So again, you know, everybody gets in their little, you know,

  10. situations where they act like one translation is no good or

  11. whatever the case, and then they try to do history on stuff.

  12. I'm just telling you right now, if you're only reading one

  13. translation, you're already going to be at a deficit.

  14. You should read more. You then need to also go to its

  15. original text at the end of the day.

  16. So when we read things, we're not reading things just because

  17. we like the way it reads. I read things because it's

  18. lining up with the original text in the first place in the Greek.

  19. As far as the New Testament Hebrew concerning the Old

  20. Testament, OK. And so in this particular

  21. context, for the sake of. Understand us being at easily

  22. understand without me having to read a different translation or

  23. literally break out this definition to you.

  24. In the original Greek, the Passion translation did a

  25. doggone good job. OK, all right.

  26. The Holy Spirit has explicitly revealed.

  27. At the end of this age, many say many will depart from the true

  28. faith. One after another, devoting

  29. themselves to spirits of deception and following demon

  30. inspired revelations and theories.

  31. Verse 2 hypocritical liars will deceive many and their

  32. conscience won't bother them at all.

  33. So this is one of those scriptures that you don't want

  34. to be true, but it's true and just because there's a truth

  35. here you can decide I'm not going to be in this verse.

  36. So what I love about God's warnings is God's warning tells

  37. the stuff so that we are not ignorant.

  38. It's amazing the fantasy that most believers have because

  39. they're not rooted and grounded in the word.

  40. They have their own little thought processes of how this

  41. things will play out. But yet the Lord has been very

  42. clear on how everything is going to play out so that we aren't

  43. deceived in the end. And just because he says it,

  44. then we need to know it. And then when things start

  45. happening, we aren't like, why is the world falling apart?

  46. I mean, you get around some Christians, they're like, you

  47. know, they're they're in such they have such anxiety, even

  48. though the Bible says be anxious for nothing, full to worry.

  49. Yeah, the Bible says do not worry.

  50. And they're only worried because of the things that are going on

  51. yet the Lord's like, it's going to happen.

  52. So when you're seeing it, then you're like, well, the Lord said

  53. this would happen, but what do I do to to safeguard myself from

  54. it happening to me? Okay.

  55. So the Holy Spirit says this is going to happen at the end of

  56. this age. That's the one we're in now.

  57. So which age are we talking about?

  58. This one you're in right now at the end of this age?

  59. Many. How many?

  60. How many? Many?

  61. Not a few. Many will depart from the true

  62. faith That means they once worship with you beside you,

  63. have faith victories with you, believe God, with you, prayed

  64. with you, could have taught you, could have given you

  65. instruction, could have been at your wedding, could have been

  66. your best man made honor, could have been your childhood friend

  67. forever. Many will depart, They will let

  68. go of, they will set aside, they will discontinue the true faith.

  69. But what will they do? They will turn from the true

  70. faith and remain loyal in a religious exercise to a

  71. different teaching. So in essence they're not living

  72. what is considered organ organized.

  73. Coming together they will just transfer to a place that

  74. communicates teachings that come from spirits of deception and

  75. our demon inspired revelations and theories.

  76. Good. That's the truth.

  77. Now the Bible lets is going to let us know and we're going to

  78. talk about it more. If how does a person fall into

  79. this? Well we know the 1st Rd. to get

  80. into deception is called pride. Proverbs 1618 says pride goes

  81. before destruction and a haughty spirit before the fall.

  82. The passion translation reads it this way your boast becomes a

  83. prophecy of your future failure. The higher you lift up yourself

  84. in pride, the harder you will fall from disgrace.

  85. We define pride. Is this because the Bible

  86. defines pride this way? Pride is when a person takes any

  87. thought exhausted above God's thought of the same on the same

  88. situation and performs their thought instead of God's.

  89. Lets their thought govern how they operate instead of God's

  90. thought and how it operates. That's Pride.

  91. Now we discussed this again, just quick review because we've

  92. got a lot to cover today. Pride manifested first within

  93. environments that were without sin.

  94. The first time we get about pride when we know was when the

  95. devil. When he was the anointed cherub.

  96. He was lifted up in pride because of all of his beauty and

  97. he decided he's going to take over the throne of God in

  98. heaven. But Jesus said I saw Satan fall

  99. out lightning from heaven. Here's a heaven, there's an

  100. God's creation. Everything's perfect.

  101. This guy's is doing a position. By the creator and instead of

  102. staying in the position he was created, he decided I'm taking

  103. over creation and that was called pride and he fell and he

  104. fell fast lightning the 2nd. Realm that we see.

  105. Our example of pride was in Genesis, where God creates a new

  106. this heaven and earth and he places his man in it.

  107. And the earth is without sin, heavens obviously without sin.

  108. And all of a sudden here's Adam created in the likeness of God

  109. and in his image Eve as well. And as a result of that they're

  110. in a perfect environment, yet pride happens because they took

  111. the thought. Of the serpent in the garden

  112. that they're not going to die when they eat the fruit that God

  113. said they were going to die. So in both environments, no sins

  114. around pride manifested. OK, now how do we know that we

  115. are moving towards the road of pride is when?

  116. We do not want to consult with the originator of the

  117. conversation when they are already then that we are already

  118. on the road to rebellion. What do I mean by that?

  119. If you were here last week, we saw that God said to Adam, you

  120. don't eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

  121. For the day you eat you will surely die.

  122. Now God's been coming and talking to Adam in the cool

  123. today. He's always been in the

  124. conversation. I mean, how long does it take

  125. God to get with Adam? I mean right now we are in this

  126. age where our body is decaying, is breaking down.

  127. We have not put on immortality. Adam on the other hand had a

  128. body that would have never died. It was glorified.

  129. He was in a body that wouldn't die.

  130. Cause again if you don't eat the fruit you don't die.

  131. So spiritual and body in the realm of Adam was on a whole

  132. another level at the time he ate the fruit.

  133. Well, here we are in a mortal body.

  134. Our minds are being renewed. We're having to say that thing

  135. constantly. We're having to get it in line

  136. with God's word. Our spirit man has been

  137. sanctified. It's in righteousness.

  138. It's in right standing with God. How quick can we hear from God

  139. right now? Immediately the Holy Spirit

  140. lives within you. How close is God to you?

  141. You are the temple of the. Holy Spirit, so in Adam's world,

  142. before he ate the fruit, what was his access to God unimpeded.

  143. So when the serpent is saying you're you God, you're not going

  144. to die. God knows that the day you eat,

  145. you're going to be like him. I'm no one good.

  146. And even why in the world did Adam not say, hold on a second,

  147. that is not what the Creator has said.

  148. The conversation I would had with him was way different than

  149. what you just said. So I'm going to ask him to come

  150. down and have a meeting with us. But the minute you don't have

  151. that meeting, you're on the road to rebellion.

  152. Why does Adam not ask God to show up?

  153. Because Adam already wants to believe what the devil is

  154. saying, which means he's already moving towards deception.

  155. He's got a foot. In the door of deception because

  156. he wants to believe what the devil says more than what God

  157. has said, then what God has said, then what God has said,

  158. then what God has said, then what God has said.

  159. OK, now let me give you a few sobering truths.

  160. The majority of believers do not read the Bible.

  161. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and

  162. the Word was God. The Word became flesh, which is

  163. Jesus. But if we don't read His Word,

  164. then we don't and don't know His Word, then we don't know His

  165. voice, which means we get situations and we pray in the

  166. air to God, wanting him to answer us.

  167. Yet we won't spend any time in His Word at all to be able to

  168. recognize His voice. So we don't actually bring him

  169. in the conversation. So many have never brought him

  170. into the conversation because they're not reading his word

  171. yet. They'll ask their friends to

  172. pray. They'll ask their friends

  173. advice. Because most of us, when we

  174. pray, we already have a premeditated idea of what we

  175. want before we pray. Now there's nothing wrong with

  176. having a premeditated thought when you're praying in a

  177. declaration of what God has said to you.

  178. Now you said Lord. So again, at this point I'm not

  179. having a self prescribed prayer that you're going to do what I

  180. want. No, I my prayer is I'm telling

  181. you what you said I had. So this is actually your will

  182. for my life and that's why we're having this conversation.

  183. Because I'm reminding you of your word.

  184. Are you hearing me? But if we don't bring God into

  185. the conversation, I mean we'll let all all kinds of people in

  186. on our issues and dilemmas, but we will not consult with God

  187. himself, who will deliver the righteous out of all their

  188. trouble. And how many of their troubles?

  189. How many of them? So why are you not talking to

  190. him? Well, I don't want to bother him

  191. like he's so busy. Is God busy?

  192. Well, I would say he's purposeful.

  193. I'm sure he's answering the prayers of his children.

  194. He's performing his word, He's doing his plan.

  195. But you're not. He's not so busy that he can't

  196. answer you. And you're 1 little problem that

  197. you think you shouldn't bother him with.

  198. He's saying you should consult me.

  199. Are you hearing me? So.

  200. Again, God's not asked to come meet in the garden.

  201. When the the devil is saying to Adam and Eve, you're going to be

  202. like God knowing good and evil, you're really not going to die

  203. when you eat it. Because Adam wanted to hear that

  204. side, He wanted to believe that side, and he sure didn't want

  205. God to show up. Are you hearing me?

  206. Which brings us to our Hebrews 513 and 14.

  207. This is really. Pivotal because at the end of

  208. the day, I mean, I've been in ministry now for almost 3

  209. decades, maybe 3 decades now, and been pasturing in this one

  210. location 19 years. And I've been all over the world

  211. now ministering the gospel of the Kingdom, and I've run into a

  212. lot of people and a lot of ministers.

  213. And I realized that the majority are stuck in verse 13.

  214. For everyone who partakes only of milk is not accustomed to the

  215. word of righteousness, for he is an infant.

  216. Righteousness is God's way of doing something.

  217. We say you're righteous, you're in right standing with the

  218. governing authority. Well, my spirit man is in right

  219. standing with the governing authority because I've been made

  220. righteous in Christ. But my mind, I'm having to grow

  221. in that righteousness so that I can walk out that righteousness.

  222. I have to then yield to what I'm hearing in my spirit by the Holy

  223. Ghost and say, how does the Lord want me to do this, but if I'm

  224. only partaking a milk? Tell me again.

  225. I'm going to heaven when I die. Tell me again I'm going to

  226. heaven when I die. Tell me again.

  227. You want to know what milk is again?

  228. If you went over to the next chapter, Hebrew chapter 6, Paul

  229. said. Man, we need to go on from

  230. elementary teachings, elementary teachings, right?

  231. Being born again, laying on the hand.

  232. These are elementary teachings. We need to graduate.

  233. But you know what? Most of us, we just want to know

  234. where we're going to go when we die.

  235. And that's all we want to know about God.

  236. Well, guess what? If that's where you're at, then

  237. verse 14 does not applicable to your life.

  238. But solid food is for the mature who, because of what practice or

  239. training, have their senses what train to discern.

  240. So this implies that if you only partake a milk, you cannot

  241. discern between good and evil. This is why my wife and I were

  242. at a particular location. I'm going to keep the very

  243. general where with the person that was waiting on us had a

  244. conflict, and the reason they were in this conflict is because

  245. they left where they were living to move to another place.

  246. But they were moving to the other place because the person

  247. they had a relationship with lived there as well.

  248. Now they're not married, and this person's A believer.

  249. So how in the world could a believer leave their one

  250. location, move into another location with the person they're

  251. having a relationship with without saying I do?

  252. Doing the benefits that come with I do, how could they not

  253. discern? I can't move over there.

  254. I mean, at what point was it? Well, we'll save money.

  255. We can combine our bills. It'd be cheaper economically as

  256. smart. Well, what about flee the

  257. appearance of evil, even if you move into another room?

  258. I mean, but you're an item and we're going to church.

  259. They're singing songs. Oh, you don't want to hear this.

  260. That's fun. Because you know how many

  261. believers now are justifying being with that person before

  262. they get married? How many people are justifying

  263. talking about somebody? How many people are justifying

  264. gossiping, justifying back body, justifying, as Pastor Marcy by

  265. the Holy Ghost communicated, are taking their stance on church

  266. hurt The church hurt me. Church didn't hurt you and she's

  267. right. The church didn't hurt you

  268. because the Holy Ghost said church didn't hurt because how

  269. does Jesus Christ hurt you now? People hurt people.

  270. But the reality is, is that if you're hurt, you choose to be

  271. hurt. Because anyone who could hurt

  272. you, and you hold that hurt, that means you are offended you

  273. have taken an offense, and as a result of taking an offense, you

  274. are actually hurting the church. So anyone that says they have

  275. church hurt you might as well say no, you're hurting the

  276. church. I'm not hurting the church.

  277. The church hurts me. No, you're hurting the church

  278. because you won't forgive. Jesus forgave you of your sin

  279. and that person may have done this to you.

  280. That could be reality. But why don't you just forgive

  281. him? Won't you just let it go?

  282. Why don't you just show up anyway?

  283. Why don't you just praise God anyway?

  284. But you can't even show up now because you hurt.

  285. Have you talked with them? Well, no.

  286. Well, why not? The Bible says man, if you got

  287. an issue with your brother, go to them and then settle this

  288. deal. Well, they may not sell it.

  289. Who cares? At least try.

  290. I mean people are going to secular jobs day in and day out

  291. with people who hurt them all the time.

  292. So we know who they're serving mammon cause they're what,

  293. they're babies, they can't even discern good or evil and the

  294. devil is baits them with just go to another church and they're

  295. hurt from this church, which guess what they bring to the

  296. next church. They're her.

  297. So the next time they get around somebody that's dealing with

  298. something and then you become the oh, I'm heard of that.

  299. And then they go, And then the devil finally gets you to the

  300. place where you say I can worship God on my own at my

  301. house because it's really just about me and Jesus.

  302. But the Bible doesn't say it's about me and Jesus.

  303. The Bible says it's about the body of Christ.

  304. So once again, he isolates you because that's what wolves do,

  305. gets you off by itself. And then the wolf will divine

  306. with your life. All the while you thinking it

  307. was the church that set you up, but that's only because you're a

  308. baby. Now you can choose to not be a

  309. baby. Say Amen.

  310. You can choose. Because what I'm preaching now

  311. is called personal responsibility.

  312. Right. God did the responsibility he

  313. had to do. Now you got to take the

  314. responsibility to do what you're supposed to do.

  315. Because at the end of the day, did Jesus die for you?

  316. Did Jesus raise from the dead? Did he put his blood on the

  317. mercy seat? Has he paid for sin once and for

  318. all? Big deal.

  319. Doesn't matter if you do not make Jesus Lord of your life,

  320. you'll still be cast into the lake of fire, which is the

  321. second death. He did the responsible part.

  322. He was. Now you got to take

  323. responsibility and lay your life down for him.

  324. But you just don't lay down your life.

  325. This is what elementary teaching I lay down my life.

  326. I asked you just to be Lord of my life so I could be born

  327. again. He gets you into the Kingdom and

  328. you say sucking your thumb the rest of your life.

  329. When the Lord's like you're the child of the King.

  330. Let's raise up. Let's go.

  331. Now let's teach you something. Let me put you in the body of

  332. Christ. I'm gonna put you with some

  333. pass. I'm gonna put you with some

  334. teachers. I'm gonna put you with some

  335. apostles. I'm gonna push you with you

  336. advantages. I'm gonna train you up so you

  337. can get to maturity. Is that true?

  338. Efees in chapter 4. Fees in chapter 4, verse 11

  339. through 16 it says and he appointed some with the grace to

  340. be apostle, some of the grace to be prophet, some of the grace to

  341. be advantageous, some of the grace to be pastor, some of the

  342. grace to be teachers. And they're calling is to

  343. nurture and prepare all the holy believers to do their own works

  344. of ministry. As they do this, they will

  345. enlarge and build up the body of Christ.

  346. These grace ministries will function until we all attain to

  347. what Oneness. Us in the faith until we all

  348. experience the fullness of what it means to know the Son of God.

  349. And finally we become one perfect man with the full

  350. dimensions of spiritual maturity and fully developed into the

  351. abundance of Christ. And then our immaturity will

  352. end. And we will not be easily shaken

  353. by trouble, nor led astray by novel teachings or by the false

  354. doctrines of deceivers who teach clever lies, but instead we will

  355. remain strong and always sincere in our love as we express the

  356. truth. All our direction and ministries

  357. will flow from Christ and lead us deeper into Him, the anointed

  358. head of His body, the. Church, for his body has been

  359. formed in His image, and is closely and is closely joined

  360. together and constantly connected, as one and every

  361. member say every member, every member has been given divine

  362. gifts to contribute to the growth of all, and as these

  363. gifts operate effectively throughout the whole body, we

  364. are build up and made perfect. In love, the number one way you

  365. can guarantee that you will not be one of the many deceived is

  366. that you refuse to leave the local body Church God has

  367. assigned you to. You refuse.

  368. I'm not going anywhere. God placed me here and I'm not

  369. going anywhere. I don't care what I hear.

  370. What's been said? Cause let me tell you, lots

  371. going to be said, lots going to be talked about, lots going to

  372. be said. I said lots going to be said.

  373. Boy, if they talked about the head when he walked around on

  374. the planet and performed miracles, said man that guy cast

  375. out devil in the name of bells above, that's just a demon man

  376. right there. If they go say that about Jesus,

  377. do you think they're not going to say that about his church,

  378. about his body? You don't think the devil's

  379. going to want to try to come in and bring disunity and and

  380. discord and try to break up what God is functioning and flowing

  381. through? Man, You got to be at a safe

  382. man. You ain't never going to let me.

  383. I ain't never getting off this thing, ain't never going to Get

  384. Me Out of here because we are stronger together.

  385. And here's the thing. We are with less excuse than the

  386. Old Covenant. Because we are born again.

  387. Our spirit is alive. We do have the Holy Ghost on the

  388. inside of us. We have the Word, and God's

  389. revealing that word to us by His Spirit, which means the fruits

  390. of the Spirit to walk in love towards the brethren is ever

  391. present in us. Easy to forget they're not a

  392. situation you're in that your emotions could get you so riled

  393. up. That you couldn't say No, Lord,

  394. what do you want me to do? That's how I'm going to stand,

  395. and I'm going to be right there. Now that's twofold, because for

  396. the one that's in sin, resistance is coming to you.

  397. For me to walk in love, I got to resist your behavior or your

  398. action. Love does that because we cannot

  399. accept that sin is not accepted in the Kingdom of God.

  400. We can be merciful. long-suffering give you an

  401. opportunity to repent. But there come a point.

  402. That there's resistance because God is never well with sin.

  403. But now when you repent and have a lifestyle and keep them with

  404. repentance, we act like it. Now, have you ever been around

  405. someone who's blown it? They made mistakes, and this is

  406. usually their testimony. The church left me, you know, I

  407. got in trouble and they just abandoned me.

  408. No, you abandoned the church. When you did your wrong, you are

  409. the one walking away from the church, entertaining the lust of

  410. your flesh while the Church will like stay here, do the Word.

  411. Stay here. We're all together.

  412. We're all doing the Word. We're all loving God.

  413. You're like Hallelujah. Glory to God.

  414. Praise the Lord, praise the Lord.

  415. You're backing away. But then now that you're in sin

  416. and you've fallen and the church is like, get up, come on now,

  417. get up. But you're not wanting to get

  418. up. You don't want to get up.

  419. So what do you do? You begin to say the church left

  420. me, abandoned me. They didn't want me anymore.

  421. They cut me off. No, you cut yourself off because

  422. you are eating what you're not supposed to eat.

  423. You are doing what you're not supposed to do.

  424. Devil's done a really good job of deceiving the church.

  425. That we have to accept everything.

  426. I don't accept sin. I don't accept it one bit.

  427. I know there's people sitting in here and sin.

  428. I know why. Cause you're people, that's why.

  429. At the end of the day, you're people, right?

  430. You know, so sins in the house. Some of you might be lost.

  431. So you were like professional center.

  432. I get it. I was professional center one

  433. time myself. That was my nature.

  434. That's what I did. I sinned.

  435. I was cut off from God. But there's some believers in

  436. here that have actually fallen away.

  437. Now not all the way, but they're on the road and instead of

  438. resisting because what pride says, I can't go down the alter

  439. and people see because that's what the devil you can't go down

  440. there. You know what position you hold

  441. people can't you know what people going to think of you.

  442. I mean he's deceiving all the time like that.

  443. But instead of Nah, man, I I got to get this right.

  444. I can't live like this. I can't, I can't act like that

  445. towards them. I know there's a comp, but I got

  446. to fix me so that hopefully we can fix that.

  447. You know how many? You know how many logged?

  448. You know how many spec finders do we have here?

  449. Spec finders. You know who spec finders are?

  450. No, they're your law. You see the log in your brother

  451. eye, right? You're looking for logs all the

  452. time. Now here's the thing, the Bible

  453. doesn't say you're wrong in identifying the log.

  454. He just says deal with your spec first before you go pulling out

  455. a log. So at the end of the day, we all

  456. have to come to grips with stuff.

  457. But if you want to guarantee number one, you say I stay

  458. submitted to the church I'm assigned.

  459. Under the fivefold ministry that God has assigned in my life,

  460. they are there to build me up and straight.

  461. You understand? We are here to coach you and

  462. train you to maturity. That's what we're here to do, I

  463. said. That's what we're here to do.

  464. And again, Saints have no issue in every other sector of society

  465. when these things go down. The number one that we are the

  466. most tolerant of correction is in the sports arena because for

  467. whatever reason, all you little Mamas and daddies thinks your

  468. kids going to be playing in the professional leagues.

  469. So everyone of them, you're going so you know the coach,

  470. yell at them, tell them to do more, tell them to run more

  471. coach. But how many times you yelled at

  472. one of your students, right? One of the athletes, right?

  473. I mean, you can't even name it right?

  474. You know, but Mama, don't run over there and say, don't you

  475. talk to my son like that. Don't you talk to my daughter.

  476. Who do you think you are? No, they reinforce you.

  477. Did you hear what your coach said?

  478. I wish I'd get some parents to reinforce what their pastor

  479. says. Did you hear what your pastor

  480. said? Give me that phone.

  481. Do you hear what your pastor said?

  482. I know you want stuff. I know you got your other little

  483. apps in here that's got me locked out.

  484. Hallelujah, right. I mean, all of a sudden, I mean,

  485. we take all this because we going to do the work, man.

  486. We going to be champions and we trying to let help help you do

  487. the work so you can release the champion you already are.

  488. In order to do that, you understand?

  489. Just don't get offended when I'm like, bro, you're going to have

  490. to do better than that. Said I work good.

  491. No, Hallelujah. I mean, Coach Bo's just trying

  492. to release their potential. He sees things as they're

  493. running and he's like, if they do this, they do that.

  494. We could get another half a second shaved off their time.

  495. We can do this. We can do that.

  496. We have no problem with that. We let the world educate our

  497. kids and they'll come home and next thing you know, you're

  498. like, OK, well, you know, if your teacher wants you to do

  499. that project, do it. You're going to have to stay up

  500. late. Pastor wants you to read the

  501. Bible. Well, I know you're tired.

  502. Honey. Go home.

  503. You can just. We won't even go to church

  504. tonight. OK?

  505. Say Amen anyway. I mean, deception's afoot

  506. because pride is ever present to try to get you to think that

  507. your way of doing it is better than God's way of doing it.

  508. Come on, it's ever present. Multiple situations are

  509. happening that you're going to have to decide.

  510. Is that what God would want me to do, or is that my own

  511. thoughts? There Now Philippians chapter 3,

    Philippians 3 chapter mention

  512. verse one through 3. Praise the Lord.

  513. You need to understand I already have two sermons here.

  514. Literally I finished two. I got next week's already done.

  515. So I really need to finish this today.

  516. Philippians 3. One through 3 says this, Paul

  517. said. Finally, my brethren, rejoice in

  518. the Lord. To write the same things again

  519. is no trouble to me, and it is a safeguard to you.

  520. Beware of the dogs, Beware of the evil workers, Beware of the

  521. false circumcision, for we are the true circumcision who

  522. worship in the Spirit of God and glory in Christ Jesus and put no

  523. confidence in the flesh. Now this is this age.

  524. Paul is saying in this age there are dogs, there are evil

  525. workers, there are false circumcision.

  526. Then he was also bold enough to say I'm true, which tells me

  527. discerning who's false and wicked and who's true.

  528. Is available and he does not mention names, but he's

  529. obviously implying people. He did not mention their names,

  530. but he's letting them know there's some people you're

  531. listening to. They're dogs.

  532. They're evil workers. They're notice these terms he's

  533. using. He didn't say, well, you know,

  534. just got to love people. They're dogs.

  535. Go ahead and say it. Say they're dogs.

  536. Say they're evil workers. Say they're false circumcision.

  537. They're out there. Now you understand I love the

  538. false circumcision. And he goes there because he's

  539. letting you know They give the appearance of circumcision in

  540. covenant, but they're not because they're not living it.

  541. How do we know he's of the true? Because he says this.

  542. We're the true who worship the Spirit of God and glory in

  543. Christ. And what do we do?

  544. Put no confidence in the flesh? None.

  545. There's no confidence there. They have no confidence in

  546. themselves outside of Christ, in themselves, outside of Christ,

  547. in themselves, outside of Christ.

  548. And if you could have a discerning, trained ear, you can

  549. tell when people are putting confidence in themselves.

  550. But that's only when you're trained, because you stayed

  551. submitted to a local body church and under the fivefold ministry

  552. that is maturing you. He jumps on and goes further

  553. down in the 17th verse of the same chapter, he says, Brethren,

  554. join in following my example and observe those who walk according

  555. to the pattern you have in us. I mean, this is bold stuff here

  556. that he's saying you want to know how to do it, right?

  557. Watch me. He said for many walk, of whom I

  558. often told you, and now tell you even weeping, that they are

  559. enemies of the Cross of cry. What is Paul saying here?

  560. He goes on and says, whose end is destruction, whose God is

  561. their appetite, and whose glory is in their shame, Who set their

  562. minds on earthly things. Now we're not just talking

  563. possessions, we're talking things of the flesh.

  564. Things that person that are, that advance them personally,

  565. that make them look good, that advance their selfish ambitions.

  566. Are you hearing what I'm saying? So he's saying now there were

  567. many that walked in my example, but now they're not, and they're

  568. actually enemies of the cross. And now he's talking to the

  569. church here. Are you hearing what I'm saying?

  570. He said, well, Pastor Earl, what if someone gets off?

  571. Is there no hope? There is hope if they repent.

  572. But if they don't repent, there's no hope.

  573. They need to repent. Which tells me we cannot afford

  574. to not stay. Passionately submitted to the

  575. Word and spirit of God and constantly grow.

  576. We cannot coast in this life. The minute you do, you're

  577. already starting to slide. You're going backwards and you

  578. don't even know it. But this also tells me there are

  579. observable ministries that you can know.

  580. I said no, that they are doing it right.

  581. Now Paul prefaces in his Corinthian letter this way, he

  582. said, imitate me as I imitate Christ.

  583. So when you get around someone and you're hearing their

  584. conversations, how they're dealing with situation because

  585. you know, people come in. Hey, Pastor Earl, tell me about

  586. so and So what happened here. I always, you know, digging for

  587. information and I'm like. Why don't you just pray for

  588. them? You know, I really can't talk to

  589. you about that. They come to me, you know, got

  590. some situation or problem going on.

  591. Well, what does the Bible say Who we pointing to?

  592. Some of you may even know of personal attacks that are coming

  593. against me. How am I responding?

  594. Are you watching the example? How are others responding?

  595. Are you watching theirs or do you just want to believe the

  596. other party? It's amazing how many people

  597. want to believe that a person that's living right actually

  598. isn't. Now the reason why that isn't

  599. because usually the person hearing isn't living right

  600. themselves. And they want to be to continue

  601. to justify their living. So turn over to Second Peter

    2 Peter 2 chapter mention

  602. Chapter 2. See Deception is going to Run

  603. amok in these last days. It's going to continue to

  604. increase and increase and increase and increase and

  605. increase and increase and increase.

  606. Now, that shouldn't cause you for alarm that you should just

  607. be conscious of the fact that just because it increases, what

  608. do I do to continue to increase my strength in staying always

  609. pure with the word of God and staying a true circumcision,

  610. walking wholly and blameless and the Bible tells you how to do

  611. it. Very simple, actually.

  612. Is extremely simple actually. If you are a studier of the

  613. word, if you actually are what God originally wanted us to be.

  614. If what he told the disciples go into all the world and make

  615. disciples, but the church got deceived and decided to quit

  616. making disciples and make converts.

  617. That all we want to do is get them to confess Jesus's Lord, so

  618. that when they die they'll go to heaven.

  619. And we're not really going to take personal responsibility in

  620. disciplining them. How do you disciple somebody?

  621. What if you're going to disciple someone?

  622. You got to let them know when they're wrong.

  623. It's called enlist them as a pupil.

  624. We have a private school. I would love to tell you all of

  625. your children make hundreds, but they don't.

  626. Our actual teachers give them back papers with X marks on

  627. them. Wrong answer.

  628. I hope your child's not damaged when they found out they were

  629. wrong. But why do we do that?

  630. That isn't right. That isn't correct.

  631. We not only do it in academics, but then we do it in behavior.

  632. I have so many sensitive parents.

  633. Thank God. Hopefully it's none of you.

  634. If you are, we'll deal with you because you're in this

  635. congregation. I can't do it with the others,

  636. but they get so sensitive because, you know, my child

  637. brought on other another red note.

  638. Well, they're in the flesh today.

  639. What can I tell you? That doesn't make them a bad

  640. kid. We're training them to hear

  641. their spirit instead of their flesh.

  642. Now, why don't you support that at the house?

  643. Instead of acting like we don't like your child and we're

  644. targeting them. Because in the public school,

  645. you're going to be really deceived when my child never

  646. gets in trouble. Why?

  647. Because the public school will let your child live by the

  648. flesh. They're not going to correct

  649. them when they're lusting after another person, they're not

  650. going to correct them. When they're smooching on

  651. somebody, they're not going to correct them.

  652. I mean, they're not hardly corrected at all anymore.

  653. Their hands are so tied in the public school system and your

  654. child's never going to and you're going to be man.

  655. Look how they're doing so good. Now they be maybe making a

  656. grade, but their moral life is decaying in front of your eyes

  657. and you don't even know it. No.

  658. OK, say Amen Anyway. I'm just trying to help you get

  659. out of deception. I'm not saying your child can't

  660. go to public school. What I'm saying is don't buy the

  661. lie that they're doing that great.

  662. All of us are never free from the conflict of our flesh.

  663. Galatians 5 tells us our spirit and flesh battle daily.

  664. Period. Do you know how many times I

  665. have to kill the flesh daily and a lot daily?

  666. I mean, my sword is so I have to sharpen that thing every day.

  667. I'm telling you, I'm like cutting stuff constantly.

  668. Don't think you're coming behind me, man.

  669. I get a 2 edged sword here. I'll put like you know the

  670. lightsabers you've got too. You'd be like 'cause the word of

  671. God is a sword. And it cuts down every thought

  672. that exalts itself above God to try to get my flesh decide.

  673. So I'm having to cut that down and cut that every day.

  674. And man, if you don't sharpen that sword with the Word, then

  675. you're going to quit tired of yielding and willing that sword

  676. and next thing you know the flesh is going over.

  677. I don't care how many Bible doctrine degrees you have, how

  678. long you been in the church. You can fall away like that.

  679. Your flesh will jump on you and suffocate you.

  680. You got to be vigilant all the time, cutting down thoughts.

  681. And let me tell you something. You know how many times Jesus

  682. had to just cut down thoughts? Sometimes you would hear him

  683. say, man, how much longer I got to suffer with you?

  684. Now why did he say that? Because he knows all the

  685. thoughts. Concerning what you know and why

  686. in the world are you not acting on it Seriously, we've had this

  687. teaching already. Be a doer of it, yet you're not.

  688. So everyone of us, I get Red Note days.

  689. Yeah, self-inflicted. I'm like, man, I could have, I

  690. could have processed that better.

  691. I should have responded way quicker in a different light.

  692. There, that's a red note for me because my spirit man's talking.

  693. Are you hearing me? Everybody can correct in the

  694. world, but the church isn't that amazing.

  695. Second Peter, Two One through 4. Passion says it this way.

  696. In the past there arose false prophets among God's people.

  697. Just as there will continue to be false teachers who will

  698. secretly infiltrate in your midst, why did abide you

  699. bringing with them their destructive heresies?

  700. They will even deny the Master who paid the price for them,

  701. bringing swift destruction on themselves.

  702. This means they let me finish reading these four version.

  703. I'll come back and dissect it. Many will follow immoral

  704. lifestyles because of these corrupt false teachers.

  705. The way of truth will be slandered.

  706. They are only out for themselves, ready to exploit you

  707. for their own gain through their cunning arguments.

  708. Their condemnation has been a long time coming, but their

  709. destructive destruction does not slumber or sit.

  710. Wow, okay. Thank you idly by, for it is

  711. sure to come. Now do not forget, God has had

  712. no pity for the angels when they sinned, but threw them into the

  713. lowest, darkest dungeon of gloom and locked them in chains where

  714. they are firmly held until the judgment of torment.

  715. So here we see that people really through selfish

  716. ambitions. Come in among the church.

  717. A person can realize that they're lost without God, get

  718. born again. But if they do not renew their

  719. mind, the selfish ambitions they had when they were lost are

  720. still the same selfish ambitions when they're born again.

  721. In fact, it is so such a so problematic that Paul instructed

  722. Timothy do not put a brand new believer.

  723. In some form of leadership. Because if you do that, they run

  724. the risk of incurring the same sin as the devil.

  725. They'll get lifted up in pride. They'll be lifted up in pride.

  726. So there's a cleansing of your mind, a washing of your mind

  727. through the watering of the word, the training of your mind,

  728. the growing of your mind. And then when I was reading

  729. this, the Lord said, son, that's why I told you, you're not going

  730. to have any type of teaching outside of the inside of this

  731. church. So why do not do small groups

  732. sell groups of Bible teaching? I have none that are sanctioned

  733. outside of this local body. Now I can't control you at your

  734. house. I'm not here to control you.

  735. I mean, if you have one of somebody that y'all were

  736. discussing where that's entirely up to you.

  737. But I don't do that. God has literally told me not to

  738. do that. And he just reminded me here

  739. son, This is why you don't, because I never instituted that

  740. there would be this context, it it would always be at risk if

  741. you begin to allow everybody to be teaching that at the end of

  742. the day somebody's going to want to start their own stuff through

  743. a fence. Keep it in the house, keep it in

  744. the house, keep it in the house. So I keep in that and our city,

  745. you when that ministry came through, and again if it may.

  746. In other nations, it is more, it functions better because of the

  747. hindrance of them being able to come to church.

  748. In fact, in some places it almost has to be because you get

  749. too large. The government comes shut it

  750. down. But that's not the case here.

  751. Now, I'm not saying you can't talk with people at your house

  752. about the word. You should always be talking the

  753. word. No problem there.

  754. But what I am saying is that you understand, the minute we start

  755. this process, there's you. It is guaranteed I'm going to

  756. shut a house down. It's guaranteed I'm going to

  757. shut down somebody's house because I'm going to have a

  758. rogue. A backsliding prideful I know

  759. more than the pastor we have in the Holy Goes move more and our

  760. stuff that is going to happen. It happens all, especially in

  761. the United States and the United States.

  762. At the end of the day, we are that the least excuse to

  763. collect, yet we are the weakest. That's what's sad.

  764. We are a nation where we could have the strongest thriving body

  765. of Christ, but we have become the weakest.

  766. Why could we stay home and watch it on TV?

  767. We watch it on TV. I mean, I can't even stop that

  768. kind of teaching. All I can do is preach truth

  769. here, mature you here. Because here's the thing.

  770. If you are hanging out with people at your house and and and

  771. are you in our anchor faith life classes?

  772. I mean, if it's about a hunger of the word, are you in those

  773. classes? I mean, because I have plenty of

  774. people who can teach, you know, the only reason why I don't add

  775. more classes is because I'm actually right now only getting

  776. a handful of people actually attending, I mean.

  777. How many of you know about the full armor of God?

  778. How many of you could learn more about it?

  779. Maybe you should go to class. We're talking about the origin

  780. of the Bible, the history of the Bible.

  781. It's really important to know that class is being taught right

  782. now. We'll have some other classes

  783. come at the end of the day. This if we're really hungry for

  784. the word. But you know what?

  785. Pastor Mars preaching on this in Valdosta.

  786. He's having to deal with the spirit of Jezebel.

  787. Oh, yeah, That comes into New Testament Church.

  788. You know what they do? They want Bible studies and more

  789. prayer time. But what they're doing it,

  790. they're absaloms and they're Jezebels.

  791. They're pulling people away. Now, I don't have this problem

  792. here. Let me can I just say that I

  793. have no known problem of this occurring at Anchor Bay Church.

  794. I do not have this. Are you hearing what I'm saying?

  795. I know of particular people that get together and meet and do

  796. some study on their own, but they asked me and I said, okay,

  797. you know, I can't control what you do in your house.

  798. Just know it's not sanction. And if you end up teaching

  799. something that ain't right, you know I'm not.

  800. I will preach from here. So, you know, make sure you're

  801. rightly divided at the end of the day.

  802. Are you hearing what I'm saying? Okay.

  803. And those individuals are active in ministry here.

  804. They're actively doing stuff. I don't have that issue.

  805. But all I'm saying is, is that if you're wanting things, what

  806. are you doing in the house? Because the house offers a lot,

  807. Okay. So we have to understand then

  808. they may come in secretly, but they are going to be exposed.

  809. Because verse four tells us This is why I'm not afraid.

  810. That's why I'm not afraid. At the end of the day, you can't

  811. violate this scripture. Your sin will surely find you

  812. out. Your motive will show up.

  813. It's going to happen. And man, we are going to have a

  814. meeting. Because if you're not listen to

  815. the Holy Ghost to get it right, God's going to show.

  816. Make me show up as pastor. It's just going to happen.

  817. And I'm not against you. I'm here to liberate you.

  818. Set you free, keep you in freedom.

  819. But know this it says. Do not forget verse four.

  820. God had what no pity on the angels when they sinned?

  821. None. God does not feel pity now He

  822. has mercy, but he does not have pity, because if you resist His

  823. voice. He will give you that

  824. consequence, verse 5. And he did not spare the former

  825. world in the days of Noah, when he sent a flood to destroy the

  826. depraved world, although he protected Noah, the preacher of

  827. righteousness, along with the seven members of his family.

  828. And don't forget that he reduced to ashes the cities of Sodom and

  829. Gomorrah, condemning them to ruin and destruction, And God

  830. appointed them to be examples as to what is coming.

  831. To the ungodly. Yet he rescued A righteous man,

  832. Lot, suffering the indignity of the unbridled lust of the

  833. lawless. For righteous Lot lived among

  834. them day after day, distressed in the his righteous soul by the

  835. rebellious deeds he saw and heard.

  836. If the Lord Yahweh rescued Lot, he knows how to continually

  837. rescue the godly from their trials and to reserve the

  838. ungodly for punishment. On the day of judgment.

  839. Now I want to tell you a little bit about Lot here.

  840. Rick Renner and his sparkling Jim's book says this concerning

  841. verse eight. It says that Lot was distressed.

  842. One translation says he was tortured OK.

  843. Another translation said he was vexed OK and that Greek word

  844. here when it says that he was distressed in this passage of

  845. scripture. It means to be tortured it.

  846. You see, when Lot first moved into the city of Solomon Gore,

  847. the evil sights he saw in those cities were a torture to a soul.

  848. But because he dwelled among them and saw their sin deeds day

  849. after day, after a period of time his soul was number longer

  850. tortured. In seeing and hearing their

  851. unlawful deeds day-to-day, his righteous soul became

  852. desensitized and he acclimated to that evil environment and

  853. he's righteous. He completely lost his spiritual

  854. sensitivity because of the images that became so

  855. commonplace to him. What a lesson the story of Lot

  856. teaches us, especially in these last days when violence abounds.

  857. If we we must set our guard and stay viligent regarding

  858. regarding what we see in here, the scenes and sounds we allow

  859. to enter our eyes and ears have the ability to save us or

  860. desensitize our soul. Now I wrote a whole book on Lot

  861. called More Than a Lot. Because the Bible, Jesus himself

  862. talks about how Sodom and Gamora could have stayed.

  863. But because righteous Lot did not live out his righteousness,

  864. did not speak it, communicate it, confess it.

  865. He had no profound effect. In his community and the church

  866. today, especially in the United States, we are desensitized.

  867. In our soul. We are accepting.

  868. Sin in the church and just want people to go to heaven when they

  869. die. We're letting carnality run

  870. amok. Now when I say we we are not.

  871. Let me just prep. We are not.

  872. We are not. I know right now in the church

  873. today of people who are dealing with stuff and I am patient and

  874. long-suffering. To see them repent.

  875. But they're about one more visit, and I'm going to meet

  876. them face to face at the door. Because carnality and an

  877. unrepentant heart to someone who knows better is not tolerated in

  878. the Kingdom of God. And that's not unmerciful.

  879. It is mercy. Because if you're not doing what

  880. the Holy Ghost says and giving me the evidence of it, we're

  881. having a meeting. Because I refuse for you to be

  882. here and not bring the originator of the conversation

  883. into the conversation. Now you say, pastor, oh, you're

  884. not going to grow a church that way.

  885. I will grow his church that way. I may not grow numbers, but I

  886. will grow. His church and his church will

  887. be powerful. His church will be blameless.

  888. His church will be without spotter Rico.

  889. His church will be victorious. His church will conquer, and

  890. those individuals will be one. They will be a community.

  891. They will be a family. They will love each other.

  892. And they'll say you can be with us if you only repent.

  893. But if you don't, this is your choice.

  894. It's what you're doing. Now I understand that I'm the

  895. one that gets attacked because Jesus is the one that gets

  896. attacked. But at the end of the day, are

  897. we going to be doers of the word or not?

  898. How long did it take to get saved?

  899. You believed you got born again. How long did it take to get

  900. filled with the Spirit you believe?

  901. You began to speak. How long does it take to repent?

  902. You believe, you confess. He cleanses you from all

  903. unrighteousness. And now yet walk straight.

  904. Now here's the thing. Every sin we do after Christ in

  905. Christ has different consequences.

  906. I can hate my brother. To God that's like murder.

  907. But I ain't killed him. I said I ain't killed him.

  908. So when I confess. And say, Lord, I hated my

  909. brother. Forgive me.

  910. And say son, I forgive you. Now guess what I don't have to

  911. do go to jail. But now if I hate my brother to

  912. the point I actually kill him, can God forgive me to be now a

  913. murderer? Physically, can I be forgiven?

  914. But that doesn't mean I won't have to serve serve time.

  915. The Bible says if you lust after a woman in your heart.

  916. You commit the sin off well. Mental lust is different than

  917. physical adultery, and the consequence of both actions can

  918. be different. God will forgive both.

  919. God can restore both marriages, but God could.

  920. But one marriage could fall apart because of the physical

  921. action, because that personnel has the right You've broken the

  922. covenant, and they can righteously step out.

  923. Yep. So again, it's consequence of

  924. how far you allow your action to go.

  925. Can God forgive? Yes.

  926. Does the Church forgive? Yes.

  927. Does the Church forget? Yes.

  928. But you have to keep a lifestyle in keeping with repentance.

  929. Say, well, who's judging that? We are?

  930. I'll say, oh, you're a judge. Nope.

  931. I'm not judging your eternal salvation, but I am examining

  932. your fruit. The Bible says to judge your

  933. fruit. He says you'll know they're my

  934. disciples by their He said I'll know that they're you're they

  935. are my disciples. By their I'll know not.

  936. He knows. Well, the Lord knows my heart.

  937. He sure does. I have not met a person to date

  938. that has told me that that wasn't in sin.

  939. The Lord knows my heart. Yep, Yep.

  940. I've not met a person to date that has said that to my face.

  941. That wasn't in sin. You bet he does.

  942. And you should be extremely afraid right now.

  943. You should have the fear of the Lord on you, because he does

  944. know your heart. He knows what you did.

  945. He's been in every room that you've been in.

  946. He's been in every conversation you've been in.

  947. He's been in every place you've been.

  948. He's been on every text thread He's been on every pornographic

  949. website you've been in. He's been everywhere you've

  950. been, and he knows whether you've repented.

  951. Say Amen anyway, now, again, when you live a free life.

  952. In the fear of the Lord, none of this preaching bothers you.

  953. Like, preach it. Preach it.

  954. I'm holy. I'm washed in the blood.

  955. My mind's right. I'm like walking in love with

  956. everybody. This is good.

  957. Preach it. It's when you're having

  958. challenges that you like. But again, that's the Lord

  959. saying I got freedom for you. I got, I'm not here to condemn

  960. you. I'm saying be free, be released

  961. from it. Let's get past it.

  962. Let's strengthen you so you don't fall in that area again.

  963. So it's actually behind you. It's your past, not your future

  964. again. I mean, it's amazing how many.

  965. Well, what if I messed up again? Why are you acting like you're

  966. going to get out of sin consciousness, Get into victory

  967. consciousness, praise the Lord. Oh, Hallelujah.

  968. Y'all doing all right. Can I finish this?

  969. OK, I am so again. God dealt with dispensations,

  970. know us destroyed the whole world.

  971. Why? Sin destroyed it.

  972. Destroyed his city. Why sin.

  973. What does he deliver every time? Righteousness.

  974. So here's the thing. Even in the horrible world that

  975. Noah lived in, and he was a preacher of righteousness, he

  976. was telling the whole world he had no converts, no converts,

  977. nobody got right. Everybody, everybody dies.

  978. He building the ark? Tell him y'all going to have to.

  979. You better get it right. You just need to.

  980. And they are mocking him. We're going to talk about

  981. mockers next week, Mocked him, scoffed at him.

  982. But he rises, literally rises. He's caught up together in the

  983. air, OK? And the rest of them die.

  984. Sonom and Gamore die. And you know what?

  985. There was an opportunity. I am firmly persuaded that the

  986. minute lot stood out and said, gentlemen, you need to quit this

  987. wickedness, that if they would have said you're right, we need

  988. to quit this wickedness, that city would have been saved.

  989. But instead they like who made you our judge.

  990. I'm just telling you, a couple guys fixing to smoke the place

  991. advise you I would like. I'd change okay and then to

  992. angels in a perfect Realm. Second, Peter 210 says this.

  993. This especially applies to those who live their lives despising

  994. authorities and who abandon themselves to chasing the

  995. deprived lust of the flesh. They are willingly ignorant.

  996. Are arrogant and insolent, Unafraid to insult the glorious

  997. ones. Man, you got to watch out with

  998. people who have no problem talking about the fivefold

  999. ministry. You said.

1000. Well, what I think they're I'm just telling you right now, God

1001. has placed gifts in the body and you want to be extremely

1002. cautious. You better know that you know

1003. something that doesn't mean something can't be said about.

1004. Because here's the thing, he's talking about glorious ones.

1005. Ones who are actually called to the fivefold.

1006. We're not talking about selfproclaimed prophets and

  1007. selfproclaimed teachers all pastor.

1008. Don't be talking about them. That's the glorious ones.

  1009. Know their faults. Teachers.

1010. They're not actually in the office.

1011. That's a whole other different ball game, but someone who is

1012. actually in the office, even if they're King Saul.

1013. Because he was in the office, David treaded lightly on how he

1014. talked about Saul. Same in anyway, even.

1015. Yet even angels who are greater than they empower and strength,

1016. do not dare slander them before the Lord.

1017. These individual are nothing but brute beasts, irrational

1018. creatures born in the wild to be caught and destroyed.

1019. And they will perish like beasts.

1020. They are professional insulters. Who slander whatever they don't

1021. understand and in their destruction they will be

1022. destroyed. It's amazing how many things the

1023. Saints actually don't understand because of the limited knowledge

1024. they actually have concerning situations.

1025. So you got to be careful that you don't want to all of a

1026. sudden pick up on something and begin to.

1027. This is how deception begins to move.

1028. This is how the enemy functions because the devil knows he

1029. cannot destroy the church outside it.

1030. He has to infiltrate inside it and get the Saints deceived.

1031. And as he has to plant a bug, a virus got to try to destroy it

1032. from within. He goes on and says this.

1033. For all the evil they have done will come crashing down on them.

1034. They consider it a great pleasure to crowd in broad

1035. daylight when they come to your love feast.

1036. They are but stained and blemished blemishes, reveling in

1037. their deceptions as they feast with you.

1038. They are addicted to adultery. And we're not talking about

1039. sexual fornication alone, we're talking about they.

1040. They are aligning themselves with other things to worship

1041. beside God. Although they could be full of

1042. sexual immorality as well, with eyes that are insatiable, there

1043. with sins that never end. They seduce the vulnerable and

1044. are experts in their greed. But they are children of a

1045. curse. Pastor Mark said that he was

1046. listening to our series on Pride and he gave me this thought.

1047. I said, man, that's good, I'm going to use it tomorrow, he

1048. said. Pride is the bedrock of

1049. deception. Submission is the bedrock of

1050. revelation. Notice in this passage they

1051. despise authorities. You know why you're not getting

1052. revelation? Because you're not being

1053. submitted. This is why you'll look for

1054. anything new. And that's why the devil can

1055. give you different doctrines, because they'll offer you

1056. freedom from submission to anything.

  1057. Praise the Lord. Amen.

1058. So there's a group of individuals that the Lord is not

1059. well with because of what they're bringing to his church.

1060. But here's the thing. It says in verse 13 that they'll

1061. come crashing down. So it lets me know.

1062. Even though it can show up in a crash at the end of the day, I

1063. don't get anxious about it. I remember one time I had a

1064. selfproclaimed apostle show up. I had a selfproclaimed prophet

1065. show up. I've had this, a couple things

  1066. that have happened. self-proclaimed.

1067. They want to get over in the in the in the lobby and start you

1068. know trying to prophesy. OK, let's let's meet.

  1069. They left. I had another self-proclaimed

1070. prophet came sent in service set in the back all the time.

1071. Finally decided we're going to meet with me.

1072. It was a female. And so Pastor Angie and I met

1073. with this individual and they raved about the teaching here

1074. and the ministering of the word and love the worship.

1075. Right. And just, you know, I mean, it's

1076. why they told how awesome it was, right?

1077. Remember Pastor Angie, stand up. Shake, tell everybody that's a

1078. true statement. Yeah, this happened.

1079. I mean, I was like amazing preacher.

1080. It was amazing. So then they proceeded to tell

1081. me they were prophetess. And that the Lord had sent them.

1082. And So what they were gonna do is they were gonna give me a

1083. word from God. They were so humble that they

1084. didn't want to take credit. They would give it to me and I

1085. would deliver it. And by the way, never talk on

1086. money again. So I said, well, you look,

1087. you're not the Holy Ghost, so I'm not doing that.

1088. I mean, I'm not take them accused from you.

1089. It's not how this works. So then they proceed to say,

1090. well, I guess I'll just come and worship and leave.

1091. Wait a minute. You had you just told me how

1092. great the teaching was. So I proceeded to say, well, if

1093. you can't stay for the whole message, then there's probably

1094. no reason to come. And they said, are you saying

1095. I'm not allowed to the church? I said, I didn't say that.

1096. I said if you're only coming to hear the worship and not say for

1097. the preaching of the Word, then there's probably no reason to be

1098. here. Are you saying that I'm not

  1099. welcome? I said, I didn't say that.

  1100. I looked at Patreon. I didn't say that.

1101. What I said was, if you're only going to come for the worship

1102. and not say for the preaching of the Word, there's probably no

1103. reason to be here. Well, I believe the Lord just

  1104. released me. I said, I think you're correct.

1105. And they're not here. But I've seen them in town.

1106. Yeah. Now let me tell you where my

1107. love walks at. I go up and shake their hand.

1108. Hey, how you doing? Because I'm not intimidated by

1109. false prophetesses and false teachers.

  1110. They don't intimidate. I don't like all so and so's

  1111. there and I I don't. They hide.

1112. They turn another owl. Well, what's the problem?

1113. I mean, what's the issue here? I mean, your pastor is having to

1114. deal with stuff a lot, but why do I do it?

1115. Because they come after the vulnerable.

1116. They going after the vulnerable. You think I'm going to let

1117. somebody who's got degrees and if taught and done all kind of

1118. stuff fall away and going to continue to start dealing with

1119. it. And I'm not going to say

1120. something, I'm going to say something.

1121. But I guarantee you they are not going to set up a meeting with

1122. you and me and them, because the day that happens, you'll

1123. actually know what's really going on.

1124. Because they're always right, if you're only hearing their side.

1125. And some of you need to quit entertaining those conversations

1126. because you're going down the road of deception, because you

1127. don't want to bring me in or my associates in on the

1128. conversation. Because you want to believe what

1129. they say, which means you're already on the road to the

1130. rebellion. But it won't crush this

1131. ministry, It won't crush this vision.

1132. It won't stop it. In fact, it would just make us

1133. stronger. We'll grow more, cause God to do

1134. it in spite of you. And we'll actually hear about

  1135. your destruction. And it.

1136. Be sad and we'll grieve and we'll still be praying.

1137. Lord, forgive them. Not that they don't know what

1138. they do, cause they know what they're doing.

1139. Last part of this chapter and we'll close.

1140. I know I'm going along, but where are you going?

1141. I know you're hungry, but this is what fasting's about.

1142. Somebody ain't fasting so long. You.

1143. I mean you. This is the longest you've gone

1144. without food. You're going to be alright.

1145. We going to make it. Amen.

1146. And not anybody. Nobody's going to finish the

1147. YouTube anyway, so I might as well keep preaching.

1148. Because everybody wants to be deceived, apparently, You know,

1149. we don't have an appetite for the word.

1150. I mean, I want hungry people around me.

1151. And I don't care if it takes me 10 years to, out of the 8

1152. billion people on the planet, for God to move a group of

1153. people in this location who is hungry for God, rightly divided,

1154. living in love, in unity, go and pay the price, then I'll do it.

1155. Because he's coming back for the church without spot or wrinkle,

1156. which means it's obtainable. And I'm going to be a part of

1157. the process. I'm going to be in it.

1158. Amen. Second, Peter 215 to 22 says it

1159. this way. Forgive me guys.

1160. I'm going to deviate from the script.

1161. So you might want don't want to put this on the video.

1162. They have wandered off the main road and have gone astray

1163. because they are prophets who love prophet and wages that

1164. earned by wrongdoing. They are following the example

1165. of Balem. Now you if you if Balem is

1166. pretty amazing, you need to go read raw numbers 22 for yourself

1167. because Balem is classic deceiver.

1168. Classic the way the deceives function.

1169. OK 1st 16 let me read it and then I'm going to deal with

1170. that. Who was rebuked for evil?

1171. For what? He was reviewed for what evil by

1172. a donkey incapable of speech, yet spoke with a human voice and

  1173. restrained the prophet's madness.

1174. Now when you read Romans Numbers 22, it goes something like this.

1175. The Moab see all the Israelites and they've heard how they

1176. destroyed Ammonites and they're like, man, we going to deal with

1177. these people right here? Are we going to be in trouble?

1178. Let's go get this prophet called Balam.

1179. Because Balam, whoever he curses is cursing.

1180. Whoever he's blessed is blessed. And we'll get him to come and

1181. curse these people so that we can win in war.

1182. So they show up at Balam and Balam says, look, I can't say

1183. anything other than what God says.

1184. So they said we'll go ask him. So he goes to God and God says

1185. don't go with the people. Don't have nothing to do with

1186. them. Send them on the way.

1187. And the prophet obeyed the voice of God.

1188. Well, the king was not well with that, So the king sent back

1189. higher officials, more dignitaries, people of influence

1190. and renown, then offered him. Finance.

1191. We're going to exalt your ministry.

1192. We're going to pay for it. We're going to do something,

1193. Balam. Then Balam does this.

1194. Now you know I can't do anything but what the Lord says now.

1195. The first time he probably meant that, but the second time he's

1196. like. And I could get wealthy off of

  1197. this deal. I might.

1198. Let me, let me go talk to God, see if I can convince him

1199. otherwise. Now he's going to the Lord and

1200. motive. So he goes back to the Lord and

1201. the Lord says, all right, you can go, but you only say what I

1202. say. Now when you read it, you're

1203. almost like, what did Balam do wrong?

1204. Second, Peter tells us what Balam did wrong.

1205. Balam wanted the wealth and was trying to manipulate God, to

1206. give him a different word. And not only did God set him up

1207. and he wouldn't let him say it, but he said let me try it again.

1208. He kept trying to manipulate God.

1209. To be at a Give a word. You know how many false prophets

1210. today are. I'm trying to manipulate God to

1211. give a word. But here's the thing that

1212. happens in this one. They are tapping into familiar

1213. spirits and deceiving spirits and they're giving a word

1214. because they do it in. This is why I asked you to stand

1215. up. I'm done with the days at Anchor

1216. Faith Church that we're not going to be accurate.

1217. I'm not going to let anybody get up here and give a word about

1218. something. And we not going to find out was

1219. it a word either we heard about a headache or we did not.

1220. Either we heard about healing or we didn't because you know, say

1221. well, we, you know, I believe people are getting healed today.

1222. Well, anybody could say that think about that's so general.

1223. No, it was obvious. It wasn't general.

1224. It was accurate word of knowledge and then became

1225. specific about a headache. Are you hearing me?

1226. But it's amazing how people will get general that a fortune

1227. teller could do that. You know, I believe that there's

1228. a great blessing on the on on on the way for you.

1229. Anybody can say that. Never can say that and bless

1230. you, OK. Because I know in these last

1231. days deceptions coming. So we're going to just have to

1232. verify. I said we're going to have to

1233. verify. At the end of the day, don't

1234. come up here and act like you repenting and crying and

1235. snotting all over the podium or the stage and then go walk in

1236. your excuse, Verify. I said verify.

1237. Say Amen. 1st 17 These are dried up river beds, waterless clouds,

1238. pushed along by stormy winds and the deepest darkness of gloom

1239. they have prepared for them. They spouted off with grandiose

1240. so impressive nonsense. Consume with the lust of the

1241. flesh. They lure back in to send those

1242. who recently escaped from the air.

1243. I do not tolerate. I have no patience.

1244. None. And I'll have to.

1245. Of someone who knows better, been trained better, has gone

1246. through all kinds of years with us, and then you going to fall

1247. off and then you going to start trying to go after somebody.

1248. No, you're going to be done. It's not going to happen.

1249. Because here's the thing, if you read scripts, you understand God

1250. deals with people in sin based upon what they know.

1251. How can Moses hit rock twice and can't get into promised land?

1252. How can Adam, who's never born to eat a fruit and bring sin

1253. into the whole Dang planet? It's because they've been with

1254. the Lord. Thank you so much for listening
