  1. I know that today couldn't be a challenging day, right?

  2. As mothers, you know, some people have lost their mothers

  3. and they no longer have their mothers with them today.

  4. Maybe some of you have been, you know, separated from your

  5. mother's because of situations, trauma, dysfunction in your

  6. life. So there's many emotions I think

  7. that can happen on Mother's Day and also Father's Day because of

  8. different things that has happened in our life.

  9. But I do want to say that no matter what has happened, that

  10. God is a restorer and he is a Redeemer and he can redeem any

  11. broken relationship, He can redeem your heart.

  12. If your mother is no longer here, He can comfort you and he

  13. can be the one to help navigate you each and every year when you

  14. encounter again, when the world celebrates mothers, Amen.

  15. So we know that there are many different emotions.

  16. And, you know, with that understanding, we understand

  17. that not everybody feels that it's a Happiest Mother's Day,

  18. but that's the way it should be. Amen.

  19. It should be a happy Mother's Day because of the fact that

  20. none of us would be here without a mother.

  21. So be thankful that you are even brought into the earth.

  22. Amen. That you were brought into the

  23. earth so that then God could use you to be a mother to others, a

  24. mother to others. And that's kind of what we're

  25. going to talk about today, that maybe you don't have a great

  26. example of a mother. Maybe you again have been

  27. traumatized, rejected by a mother.

  28. You know that is not God's design and was never God's

  29. heart. But because of the fall of

  30. humanity, we know that we have to pick up the pieces of sin and

  31. what is remained in the earth, right?

  32. And with that that comes different scenarios and

  33. different situations. But again, if we we can allow

  34. some other women or other mothers to begin to speak into

  35. our life and bring the nurturing side of what the mother was

  36. supposed to bring into your life.

  37. And not just nurture, but many other things that a woman can

  38. bring forth. Amen.

  39. And my scripture is because this year the Lord laid it on my

  40. heart to speak to our women in this house to be Deborah's, and

  41. for Deborah's to arise in the earth.

  42. And we know the the story of Deborah.

  43. If you don't, you can find that in the book of Judges, Chapter 4

    Judges 4 chapter mention

  44. and Chapter 5. But God used Deborah as a woman

  45. to help deliver a nation. And he she was many things, not

  46. just a woman. She was a judge.

  47. She was a prophet. She was a psalmist and an

  48. intercessor. She was a deliverer, but she was

  49. also what Judges 5:00 and 7:00 called a mother to Israel, and

  50. it said this. It says the pheasantry ceased

  51. and they ceased in Israel until I, Deborah arose until I arose a

  52. mother in Israel. So what does that mean?

  53. That she was a mother in Israel or a mother to Israel during

  54. that time? What does that mean?

  55. So we see this woman that God wanted to use to give strategic

  56. military plans to be able to help overcome in that nation

  57. once again as those people were rebellious once again and the

  58. people were being oppressed by the Canaanites and they were

  59. suffering. And here God rose up Deborah at

  60. as she was just doing what she was doing as a judge but she he

  61. specifically gave Deborah a plan to be able to help the nation,

  62. to help the nation. So it wasn't just about her.

  63. It was about her being able to help.

  64. Be a blessing to a nation or bring deliverance to a nation or

  65. be able to speak into a nation of what God wanted his

  66. ordinances and the things that he needed to say to the nation

  67. and to bring them back to him. And so here she is as a mother

  68. of Israel, right. And it says here that she was a

  69. judge for over 20 years. But I like as I was reading

  70. through this and this stood out to me today is that it said her

  71. heart was with the the leaders of Israel and the volunteers.

  72. Her heart was with the leaders of Israel and the volunteers.

  73. And the reason why God could use Deborah is because she had her

  74. heart involved with the leaders. She had her heart involved with

  75. the volunteers and a mother most the time is led by what her

  76. heart, her heart and the reason why she was able to judge

  77. correctly and be a prophetic voice in that time and bring

  78. deliverance to the nation is because year after year as she

  79. judged the people rightly according to God's ordinances

  80. for 20 years, day in and day out at the gates as she was judging

  81. what was she doing. She was winning the hearts of

  82. the people. She was actually sharing her

  83. heart with the people and the people were sharing their heart

  84. with her and the leaders could trust her.

  85. They could trust her. And if she was going to say to

  86. barrack, let's go do this, get 10,000 men so that we can go and

  87. start to win this battle, listen and he said I'm not going to go

  88. unless you go with me. I believe it's because he

  89. trusted her, he trusted her. He saw through many years of her

  90. heart towards the leaders, of her heart towards the people,

  91. and he could trust that whatever she said will happen.

  92. But I don't want to go unless you, Deborah, go with me.

  93. And if we could see the importance of a mother, the

  94. anointing of a mother or what we would like to call as well, a

  95. mother's heart and what God created within woman, then we

  96. would see that there's some powerful things that women carry

  97. and can give birth to. Not just in the natural, but

  98. women can be a part of what God needs to birth in this realm.

  99. And I believe just as God rose Deborah up in that hour to help

  100. deliver people, I believe that he needs a modern day Deborah

  101. right now in the hour that we are living in the chaos that we

  102. are seeing. When mothers have quit nurturing

  103. to the fact that they can destroy their own children in

  104. their womb, there has been a vacuum of what God created a

  105. woman to be able to bear that nurturing that only.

  106. And when that nurture is gone, we see the result of what man

  107. has become, not just man. I'm saying mankind, what mankind

  108. has become, because there's been enough vacuum of this nurture

  109. that hasn't been there for humanity.

  110. Who would have thought years ago we would start hearing of how

  111. mothers would wake up and drown their babies, and mothers would,

  112. you know, run their cars off in a in a pond with their babies

  113. strapped in the car seats. Something has been twisted

  114. within the mother in this hour that we're living so much so

  115. that we don't even see a Society of women that are able to help

  116. nurture young people to know who they are.

  117. They are confused with their identity.

  118. Well, when my daughter had two brothers and wanted to wear

  119. underwear like her brothers that had Ninja Turtles on them at

  120. three years old and four years old as a mother, as a mother, I

  121. said no, honey, these are underwear and they're for boys.

  122. But because women have even lost their minds actually that are

  123. not telling their children how to become what God created them

  124. to be, as even a species, we have quit nurturing what God has

  125. given us to nurture. So a woman can bring forth

  126. powerful things, and God designed her that way.

  127. I love what Doctor Miles Monroe said about a woman.

  128. A woman is a life giver. The third aspect of the female's

  129. dominion role is that she is a life giver.

  130. But the woman's dominion role of life giving is not limited to

  131. just delivering a human child. The woman is an incubator

  132. because her very nature reflects her inclination to develop and

  133. to give new life to things. Her incubational ability

  134. permeates all areas of her life, all areas of her life.

  135. She has a physical womb, but she also has an emotional womb, a

  136. mental and an instinctual womb, a spiritual womb.

  137. And it is not only a matter of receiving, but it's also being

  138. able to form what she has received, which makes the woman

  139. an incubator. I can say it like this.

  140. And he said it very well, and I'm going to read it in a

  141. minute. You put something in a woman's

  142. hand and there's going to be something that can be created

  143. from it because that's what God's original design was for a

  144. woman, for a woman, and what makes mothers powerful, what

  145. makes mothers powerful? He says.

  146. This doctor Miles, remember, whatever you give a woman,

  147. whatever you give a woman, she's going to multiply it.

  148. If you give her sperm, she's going to give you a baby.

  149. If you give her a house, she's gonna give you a home.

  150. If you give her groceries, she's gonna give you a meal.

  151. If you give her a smile, she is gonna give you her heart.

  152. If she multiplies and enlarges what is given to her, because we

  153. can't help it, that's why we were designed and created.

  154. And the bottom line is, is that it's not just for us being for

  155. women, it is for us being for humanity.

  156. Because a woman has something to give and bring forth to a man,

  157. and a man can't do it without a woman.

  158. And he also said this doctor, Miles Monroe.

  159. He said this when purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable.

  160. And when man don't understand the purpose of a woman, of a

  161. mother, abuse is inevitable. And that's why we see men that

  162. can't sit up underneath a woman. We see men that abuse women.

  163. You see what I'm saying? Because they don't understand

  164. her purpose and what she has to bring forth and to give birth

  165. to. Hallelujah.

  166. So I'm kind of jumping all over here, but it's I'm just going as

  167. the Holy Spirit is leaving. Leading me says this we have to

  168. understand why woman was created.

  169. And we said that we see this out of Genesis chapter 2 and verse

    Genesis 2 chapter mention

  170. 18. We're talking about mothers who

  171. are women. Amen.

  172. So it's all the same. But in Genesis chapter 2 and

    Genesis 2 chapter mention

  173. verse 18 it says and the Lord God said it is not good that man

  174. should be alone. I will make him a helper.

  175. One translation says a help me comparable to him.

  176. So it is not good for man to be alone.

  177. God said that God knew that there was something missing from

  178. man that only the woman could bring forth for his life.

  179. It's going to take us understanding that women must

  180. understand their position too, and what we were created for.

  181. We were created for man. We were created for man.

  182. We were created to be able to come alongside and run with a

  183. vision that that man would have, and us help incubate it and

  184. create it and bring it forth. And if you don't have a woman,

  185. guess what have you ever heard? I know this this saying, those

  186. church mothers. There's some church mothers.

  187. Why? Because what a mother can bring

  188. and what a woman can bring, you still need.

  189. If you don't have a wife or a woman in your life, there's

  190. something that we can help speak into man and help bring forth

  191. giftings and talents within their life.

  192. This is what we were designed for, and if we understand what a

  193. man and a woman's role is, it would be easy for us to be able

  194. to function and flow together, knowing that what he has.

  195. I'm there to help create and give birth to all the giftings,

  196. all the talents. We as mothers are here to speak

  197. forth those. That's why Deborah was the

  198. mother of Israel, because she was able to bring forth wisdom

  199. from herself and be able to pour it out into the people as she

  200. was out and about with them on a daily basis.

  201. She was able to speak into these people's lives and say, listen,

  202. you can do this. Don't you see how God is

  203. confusing you here? Come on, let's bring forth that

  204. gift. Or let's bring forth that

  205. talent. There is something about a

  206. mother that can bring nurturing to an individual.

  207. Nurturing to the gifts and the talents that only a woman can

  208. bring. Hallelujah, Let's go to.

  209. Genesis chapter 3, Genesis chapter 3 and verse 20.

Genesis 3 chapter mention Genesis 3 chapter mention

  210. It said Now the man called his wife's name Eve because she was

  211. the mother of all the living. She was the mother of all the

  212. living. As I said, a mother is a life

  213. giver. She is actually a wellspring of

  214. of life that is supposed to be able to pour out into people's

  215. lives. Wisdom, direction, auction,

  216. impartation. This is what we women are to do.

  217. And we see that it begins to function if we're buried between

  218. husband and wife. And then as you're married, as

  219. husband and wives, then it's going to begin to function with

  220. your children as you begin to give birth to children.

  221. But not only is it supposed to be just your birth children, we

  222. should have spiritual children. We should have other people that

  223. God has put within our paths or within our sphere, within our

  224. realm. That we are able to begin to

  225. pour into motherly advice or nurturing towards people that

  226. don't have that nurture, that weren't nurtured properly.

  227. They weren't nurtured properly. They could have been nurtured

  228. into the wrong things. And what are you now?

  229. You're there as a mother to help nurture them back into the the

  230. things of God like Deborah did, to bring them back around to the

  231. ordinances of God, to what God really created them to be.

  232. What does nurture mean? It means to care for, to

  233. encourage the growth or the development of.

  234. So as a mother we are here to care for and encourage growth

  235. within people's lives so that they can develop properly.

  236. We know parent or mothers that have not properly taken care of

  237. their children. Their developmental skills are

  238. off, right? They've not nurtured them

  239. properly. And now we have children that

  240. their developmental skills are off because they haven't.

  241. They weren't nurtured properly within those formidable years.

  242. And so therefore, what are we having to do?

  243. We all if we are growing into the godly women that God created

  244. us to be, then we should be able to pour that out within other

  245. people's lives. Amen.

  246. And it says this to nurture or it means the process of caring

  247. for and encouraging the growth or development of someone or

  248. something physically, emotionally, and spiritually in

  249. all three realms, right? We have, you know, testimonies.

  250. You've had heard testimonies of teachers, maybe somebody in a,

  251. you know, school that maybe their mother wasn't caring for

  252. them, but they had a teacher that noticed they weren't being

  253. cared for properly. We hear this all the time in in

  254. in schools, right? They weren't being cared for.

  255. They weren't being nourished. They weren't being bathed.

  256. They weren't wearing clothes that were being washed.

  257. Right? Come on, y'all in the teacher's

  258. world. You know what I'm talking about.

  259. And yet we'll see this teacher come and begin to get them new

  260. clothes, make sure they bring in them extra food during the day.

  261. What is that teacher doing? She is showing some nurturing

  262. For a child. That is absence to help them

  263. grow mentally and physically. And you know, if they're born

  264. again, hopefully spiritually, but if not, and how many kids

  265. grow up to remember, I remember this teacher that only reason

  266. why I'm successful today is because when I was in the third

  267. grade and my mom was out on meth and I was living in a dump, my

  268. teacher nurtured me, mothered me, poured into me.

  269. You see that power that we have? And it was, it's not just, you

  270. know, females. It may have been a a boy that

  271. needed a mother's love that he wasn't getting.

  272. Do you see that? And so therefore, we as

  273. believers now, we see that we can begin to take on this call

  274. to make sure that as mothers and women that we raise up to do

  275. that for others, not just our own children.

  276. It's not just about you mothering your own children.

  277. It's about speaking into the lives of others and help bring

  278. forth things within their lives that they never saw were in

  279. there. They never saw it was in there.

  280. But because you saw it, or because you encouraged it, or

  281. because you spoke and said some little phrase, they grab hold of

  282. it and it gives birth within their lives so that they can

  283. take hold of it. Hallelujah.

  284. Now look at first Thessalonians chapter 2, First Thessalonians

1 Thessalonians 2 chapter mention 1 Thessalonians 2 chapter mention

  285. chapter 2, verses 7:00 and 9:00. It says.

  286. But we have proved to be gentle among you.

  287. This is Paul now writing first Thessalonians.

  288. OK, a man is writing this, and he says, But we proved to be

  289. gentle among you as a nursing mother tenderly cares for her

  290. own children. Having so fond and affection for

  291. you, we are well pleased to impart to you not only the

  292. gospel of God, but also our own lives.

  293. They're not just imparting the word, they're imparting their

  294. own lives. That means you got to start

  295. getting intimate with people, not disconnected from people.

  296. We are living in a society where there is a disconnect even in

  297. our relationships, not just husbands and wives.

  298. Major disconnect there. But I'm just talking about with

  299. our children, there's a disconnect.

  300. With our our Co workers, there's a disconnect where nobody wants

  301. to get involved with other people's lives.

  302. But to truly nurture, as we see Deborah did, to truly be a

  303. mother, she had to get into people's business and begin to

  304. say hold up here like those church mothers.

  305. What you think you coming up in the church wearing a skirt,

  306. looking like a hoochie Mama, let's be mothers.

  307. That is inappropriate. Come on, those church mothers

  308. didn't mind saying that. And some of us need to start

  309. saying it again, 'cause I'm starting to see it.

  310. And why? Why is it to condemn?

  311. No, it's to nurture and mother and say, sweetheart, we're not

  312. at the beach and you want to let this be a precious gift to your

  313. husband one day, not everybody that can see it.

  314. Come on, we can say things in love and nurturing to people,

  315. right? How about all these boys that

  316. just want to flirt with every woman I woke up to and you need

  317. to quit what you're doing right now?

  318. That's enough. You're not going to come up here

  319. and flirt with every girl in this church.

  320. Get on down the road. I've said it.

  321. Come on, Will. You have to do these things.

  322. You have to do these things because you love people and you

  323. love holiness and you love godliness and you love what God

  324. loves and you hate what God hates.

  325. And because the church. And because we have kept our

  326. mouth shut for so long, because we don't want to offend.

  327. When he says my word will offend, but you can say it in a

  328. loving manner. And one day they may not know it

  329. now, but one day they'll come back and thank you and had that

  330. a many a times. Thank you.

  331. Thank you for loving me enough to tell me I shouldn't be doing

  332. that. You mothered me.

  333. You nurtured me when my own mother wouldn't, And she would

  334. let me leave the house looking like that.

  335. See what I'm saying? So anyway, Paul's speaking here

  336. in First Thessalonians, and this is Paul saying that he said that

  337. he proved among them to be as a nursing mother that tenderly

  338. cares for their own children. He's he used that reference

  339. there as a nursing mother because there's something that

  340. can bring nourishment and nurturing to an individual.

  341. And it's not just for women. As I said, a man should be able

  342. to bring nurture and mentorship and speak into other people's

  343. lives. But the reason why he said it

  344. like this is because there was an intimacy, you know, most of

  345. the time a nursing mother that's kind of intimate between the

  346. child and the mother, right? Not in a negative sexual way,

  347. but that's an intimate time of them building a bond.

  348. And he's using a reference there that we came to you in this kind

  349. of nourishing, nursing way, to an intimate way to build a bond

  350. with you and and and a fond affection with you.

  351. And it says, And we were well pleased to impart it to you, not

  352. just the gospel, but our own lives, our heart, our heart.

  353. And then he goes on to say, because you have become very

  354. dear to us. For you recall, brethren, our

  355. labor and our hardship, how working night and day, so as not

  356. to be a burden to anyone of you, we proclaim to you the gospel of

  357. God. So for us to be able to again, I

  358. believe one way we can be a witness to other people is to

  359. bring forth a tender, nurturing side of ourselves.

  360. That we can get intimate with people and then begin to help

  361. nourish and build them up. And then begin to what?

  362. Speak into their lives and bring an impartation of godliness or

  363. the word? Maybe they're not born again,

  364. but yet you work with somebody that you have chosen.

  365. I'm going to nurture this person because she needs some love.

  366. You see what I'm saying? I'm going to start speaking in

  367. and start giving birth to some things in this person because

  368. she is ungodly at my work. She da da da da da da da.

  369. But I'm going to begin to be a mother and bring some things out

  370. of this person to be able to bring birth to her so that she

  371. can actually receive from the Kingdom of God and get born

  372. again. Because I'm willing to get

  373. intimate with people I'm willing to nurture and get into a place

  374. of nurturing Hallelujah. Look at Second Timothy chapter

  375. one and verse 5. Again, this is Paul speaking,

  376. and I thought this was interesting as I was studying

  377. this out, because I see here that Paul was very in tune with

  378. the nurturing aspect and what it would take to have that

  379. impartation into other people's lives, because again, he was

  380. very aware. Here he says in verse five.

  381. It says. For I am mindful of the sincere

  382. faith within you which first dwelt within your grandmother,

  383. Lois and your mother, Eunice. And I am sure that it is in you

  384. as well. So he recognized faith within

  385. Timothy's grandmother and mother.

  386. Well, why do you think Paul recognized that?

  387. Because he was intimate with them.

  388. He spent time with them. But not only that, I'm sure that

  389. grandmother had much to say to Paul.

  390. No doubt. No doubt, if they spent time

  391. together, that grandmother was going to speak into the gift

  392. that Paul was. And I guarantee you he was

  393. encouraged. He was strengthened in his his

  394. gift and his calling to continue his race.

  395. Come on. I guarantee you.

  396. Guarantee you that. Eunice.

  397. Is it Eunice? Yeah, Lois.

  398. Lois spoke into Paul's life and was a mother to him and brought.

  399. I mean, if anybody needed some nurturing, it was Paul who was

  400. beaten How many times, left to die?

  401. How many times? Come on, Paul needs some

  402. nurturing, and he was able to get that nurturing from Lois and

  403. Eunice. It wasn't just about faith.

  404. It was about being a part of someone's life and helping pull

  405. out what is within them and nurture the things that God has

  406. put within their hearts and within their lives.

  407. Amen. And having, of course, a mother

  408. is gonna have more of a instinctual, you know, keenness.

  409. Mothers have that instinct that just know some things about

  410. their children. You know the way they cry.

  411. You know that cry is for a poopy diaper.

  412. You know that cry is for a hungry bottle.

  413. You know that cry is for, come on, a sleepy cry.

  414. There's some things that God put within us instinctually to be

  415. able to recognize what people may need in the moment of what

  416. they're going through in their life.

  417. And for us as mothers today, God is calling for us to rise up and

  418. begin to see that there are there is a vacuum in our nation

  419. of godly mothers, of godly women, and of lives that need to

  420. be nurtured, lives that need to be nurtured.

  421. They need to be cared for. Amen.

  422. And so he, it wants to be able to use us, Hallelujah.

  423. He wants to be able to use us as mothers, to speak within

  424. people's lives, as women of God. But not only that, again, to be

  425. able to speak and carry forth things that men need, that men

  426. need, that men need, you know, men can be very prideful.

  427. And I've heard him say I don't need a woman.

  428. No, you do need one. Because to say that you don't,

  429. you're saying that you know better than God, 'cause God said

  430. it's not good for man to be alone.

  431. God said that. So for you to say that is pride.

  432. It's lifting your thought up above God's thought.

  433. That's pride, OK? And so men, you need godly

  434. women. And I think because there's been

  435. such abuse across the board with men towards women and women

  436. towards men, there's been such abuse even in godly circles,

  437. that we've put up a wall. And I'm saying today is the day

  438. that the wall needs to come down, because there are some

  439. things that men need that US women can only give birth to.

  440. He said that you needed a helper.

  441. You needed a helper. And so therefore you need our

  442. help. Say I need your help.

  443. Oh man, say I need your help. You know when we can actually

  444. say that things can actually begin to turn around in your

  445. marriages? When we realize we're not here

  446. to compete or usurp, but we're here to come alongside and to

  447. help accomplish the task at hand.

  448. To help accomplish the task at hand, We're not here for any

  449. other reason, but to help accomplish what it is that we

  450. need to do as a unit. If we're married, right?

  451. So we're not against each other, we're for each other, and we

  452. actually are supposed to be a Co laborer.

  453. We're Co laborers with Christ. But if we're married, we're Co

  454. laborers with our spouse and we are to Co labor together to be

  455. able to accomplish what it is that God has called you as a

  456. married couple to do and be in the earth.

  457. And so therefore to get that accomplished we can make it

  458. happen. You give a woman $50 budget,

  459. guess what she's going to do? She's going to milk every dime

  460. of that $50.00, right? Every dime.

  461. And we can make something happen with nothing, because that's

  462. about what $50 is today. Nothing can buy you milk and

  463. bread and eggs, and that's about it today.

  464. Hallelujah. Anyway, we can make it happen,

  465. but we can only make it happen when we are sold out to letting

  466. God be our source. Letting God be our source.

  467. It says here in Titus chapter 2 this I'm going to have two

    Titus 2 chapter mention

  468. scriptures and then we're closing.

  469. In Titus chapter 2, verses 3 through 5, it says older women

    Titus 2:3–5

  470. likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, not malicious

  471. gossips nor enslaved too much wine.

  472. Teaching what is good so that they may encourage the young

  473. women to love their husbands, to love their children, and to be

  474. sensible pure workers at home, kind being subject to their own

  475. husbands so that the word of God would not be dishonored.

  476. So here we see that these older women or the older mothers of

  477. the church are supposed to, again, here's an example, to be

  478. able to help nurture the younger ones up in the body, to be able

  479. to do the things that they're supposed to do.

  480. We're supposed to help nurture them in that, you know, maybe

  481. your mother. And I'm going to tell you, it's

  482. in the society that we're living together today.

  483. Nobody knows how to cook hardly, right?

  484. But there used to be a day that moms knew how to cook until the

  485. 1950s, when TV trays came out or whatever.

  486. What are those things? TV dinners.

  487. Not trays. But you ate it on a tray.

  488. Yeah, instead of the dining room table.

  489. OK, so now we're living in a society that girls go to get

  490. married and they have no clue how to cook because their

  491. mothers did not teach them that skill, right?

  492. They have no idea how to iron or sew a button on, you know, and

  493. they've done away with home EC in this classes.

  494. Can you believe, wonder why, 'cause they don't want anything

  495. to do with, you know, whatever, it's all an agenda.

  496. But anyway, so we have now a whole society.

  497. They don't know how to cook. They don't know how to sew a

  498. button on. They don't know how to actually

  499. change a diaper, raise up a child, anything, warm up a

  500. bottle, right. If you did, if they did not have

  501. a mother to help guide them in those things or nurture them in

  502. those things. And so we see that it's so

  503. important that we as older women in the church, or not even

  504. older, maybe you're a godly person that's been raised in the

  505. church. You've been nurtured.

  506. You've been loved. You know how to actually parent,

  507. which half of the world doesn't know, right?

  508. You know how to parent. You know, to tell your daughter

  509. at three years old, she's not wearing Ninja Turtle underwear.

  510. She's going to wear little girl clothes because she's a girl.

  511. OK, so we see that this society, there is a vacuum here and we

  512. need some church mothers to rise up and begin to start helping.

  513. What about some of these single dads today?

  514. Come on, there's plenty of single dads.

  515. We have them even here in our church.

  516. They need their children, need to see godly women and and be

  517. able to speak into their life. OK?

  518. So when you when, when that's taken, we've got to be able to

  519. participate and get involved with people's lives and quit

  520. living so fast in our society that we don't have time to be

  521. able to nurture some relationships and nurture and

  522. mother some things that need to be mothered.

  523. Amen. So we see Titus is encouraging

  524. these older women. This is your responsibility.

  525. And how many older women, even today they're living the

  526. American retired life and they don't want to do a thing, they

  527. just want to help their own grandchildren or whatever.

  528. I'm telling you, there are so many children that need your

  529. nurture today and we need to quit being selfish.

  530. And we need to start saying coming up and saying how can I

  531. help pour into another Instead of sitting at my table or my

  532. couch looking at the TV all day long living the American dream,

  533. especially as believers, there is a whole group of people that

  534. need to be loved and nurtured and mentored and trained.

  535. Hallelujah. No, that's what we were created

  536. for. That's good.

  537. No, that's what we were designed for.

  538. To not just give birth naturally to, but to help bring forth

  539. spiritual babies. Spiritual babies.

  540. I wanna close with Proverbs 31 and I only had uh one scripture,

  541. but I feel led to just close and reading this and challenge you

  542. men to recognize the importance of having a woman within your

  543. life to be able to speak things into you.

  544. Proverbs. Oh, I'm on Psalms.

  545. I'm like, where is it at? I'm in Psalms.

  546. OK, Proverbs 31, verse 10, who can find a virtuous and capable

    Proverbs 31:10

  547. woman. I want to say not just a wife,

  548. but a woman. A virtuous and capable woman.

  549. She is more precious than Ruby's.

  550. Her husband can trust her and she will greatly enrich his

  551. life. She brings him good and not

  552. harm. All the days of her life she

  553. finds wool. Listen to this woman.

  554. She finds wool and flax and busily spins it.

  555. She's like a merchant ship bringing her food from afar.

  556. She gets up before the crack of dawn to prepare breakfast for

  557. her husband. I'm sure my husband wishes

  558. that's how virtuous I was, but I hadn't got there yet.

  559. I did make him breakfast this weekend, though, and plan the

  560. day's work for her servant girls.

  561. She goes to inspect a field and buys it with her earnings.

  562. She plants a vineyard. I mean, my goodness, she plants

  563. a vineyard. She's energetic and strong and

  564. hard working. This is what we should be as

  565. women of God, as mothers, as wives.

  566. This is the goal here. So we have to ask ourselves, in

  567. reading this scripture, is there anything in this that is missing

  568. in my life? And the goal is, is that I'm

  569. going to rise up as a Deborah. I'm going to rise up and begin

  570. to start clothing my selves with Proverbs 31.

  571. It says this She's energetic. She's strong, a hard worker.

  572. She makes sure her dealings are profitable.

  573. Her lamp burns late into the night.

  574. Her hands are busy spinning thread, her fingers twisting

  575. fibers. She extends a helping hand even

  576. to the poor, and opens her arms to the needy.

  577. She has No Fear of winter for her household, for everyone has

  578. warm clothes. She makes her own bedspread.

  579. She dresses in fine linen and purple gowns.

  580. Her husband is well known at the city gates, where he sits with

  581. the other civic leaders. She makes belted linen garments

  582. and sashes to sell to the merchants.

  583. She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without

  584. fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are

  585. wise and she gives instructions with kindness.

  586. She carefully watches everything in her household and suffers

  587. nothing from laziness. Come on now.

  588. Her children stand and bless her.

  589. Her husband praises her. There are many virtuous and

  590. capable women in the world, but you surpass them all.

  591. Charm is deceitful, right? Deceptive beauty does not last.

  592. But a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised.

  593. Reward her for all she has done and let her deeds publicly

  594. declare her. Praise this woman, put anything

  595. in her hand, and it's going to happen.

  596. As a mother, as a wife, as a woman.

  597. We were created to incubate. We were created to give birth

  598. to. We were created to help not just

  599. our own, but others. We were created as a wellspring

  600. of life. That is what another is.
